What is there not to like about Las Brisas? The location and view is unbeatable. The climate is perfect, especially when you have your own private pool in your casita. Since we got legally married on the 20th we decided to have a mini honeymoon here and we upgraded to one of the suites that had a jacuzzi. The outdoor covered living area is bigger than the room itself which was a nice thing about the suite. The view was also one of the better views I’ve had while staying. As always the service is impeccable and everything is very clean and well maintained.

Las Brisas Acapulco has been around since the late 50’s. You get the sense of being at the place where old legends like Sinatra, Monroe and other characters of that caliber have stayed. The staff is extremely attentive from arrival to departure. We stayed in a Casita with a private pool and jacuzzi with one of the best views of the Bay of Acapulco. Although my wife and I are used to a firm mattress, the bed and linens are of very high quality. The bathroom is big and closet space was also ample for our one week stay. The 24 hour room service menu has plenty of options. If you are looking for privacy and quality, this is the place. There were a few meaningless details that we thought could be taken into consideration by the hotel such as the fact that they don’t leave you a wine or bottle opener but overall this has been one of the most romantic experiences my wife and I have had.

The view is incredible, we had a private pool, they brought breakfast to our room and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and a couple of margaritas. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the beach club was absolutely incredible. The food at the restaurant was delicious and then there’s a bar near the top of the complex to view the sunsets in Acapulco Bay.

Beautiful views from every location The rooms were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the sheets were crisp and smelled like they had been line dried. Having fresh coffee,fruit and pastries delivered every morning. Having sweet or savory bites delivered every evening. The private beach club; being able to swim in the bay. The restaurant La Bella Vista food was fantastic. The staff was professional and friendly

Clean and comfortable beds, great and clean swimming pool, very spacious balcony, honest friendly staff, graet transportation service to and from our room to the hotel facilities. Delicious food!!! Strongly recommend Hotel las Brisas!!!! Overall, I always felt very safe in Acapulco!!!

We stayed 5 nights. I confirmed our reservation multiple times , even up to a day before. When we arrived we were informed they had no rooms available but offered us an entire villa at their sister resort next door. We stayed at the villa for one night but it didn’t have ocean view so the following day they offered us a room in the hotel we originally booked. Beautiful view from hotel , and they cleaned it daily. For the all inclusive deal there is only one buffet that is included and the pool bar that serves snacks such as burgers, hotdogs. The pools were great. The buffet was small but they changed menu every meal so plenty of food options. Service at the buffet was excellent! No one spoke English not like when we traveled to Cabo or Cancun. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative is no hot water in shower just luke warm. The villa on the other have had 4 bathrooms with hot showers. We recommend visiting island Roqueta , playa caleta and our favorite was Puerto Marquez good swimming beaches no waves. Also if u walk 5 mins south to the rocks past hotel Emporio less waves and good to swim especially in the morning

Great experience at HS Hotsson in Acapulco, from the easy check in, and the entire time during our stay was great. The staff was very nice and friendly, especially during the check in process. The AC worked really well in our room, it was actually too cold LOL. The hotel is an older hotel, which I was very familiar with, last time I visited this hotel back 30 years ago when it was newer, until this visit this year finally came back, Hotel still looks good and comfortable. The hotel rooms are very clean, wonderful views, and comfortable. We will be back, thank you for making our vacation perfect. .

Nice hotel with easy access to all of Acapulco. This is the second time I stay here because of the convenience of all inclusive. The food was much better than las time but unfortunately the service at the buffet and the pool/beach area is terrible. All the servers are just looking around talking to each other and not waiting after the customer. While at the beach area, I had to get up and get my drinks all the time. The main buffet area service is specially bad during lunch and dinner on Saturdays. The Italian restaurant did have much better service. This is a nice hotel in a great area, I recommend improving your service much more. You have the staff they are just not managed correctly.

Excellent hotel, superb location on the Costera and private beach to enjoy the sea, sun and breeze! The food was good, excellent buffet breakfast and staff very friendly. Gym was being repaired as well as other areas of the hotel. However, Acapulco just suffered consecutive hurricanes, hence the overall condition of the hotel is excellent! Had an excellent and relaxing 4 days! Good value, highly recommend it!

Had an amazing staying! Was upgraded to a villa due to Hotel being remodeled after hurricane Otis. Staff was attentive and fast with delivering any food orders. Always friendly and with a smile. Also the villas are super clean!!

Highly recommend Banyan Tree Cabo Marques. Definitely the nicest hotel in Acapulco (and would absolutely be in the running for the nicest hotel in pretty much any city)! Service is outstanding and friendly. The staff remembers your name and does everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Given all of the damage caused by the two hurricanes (direct hits by a Cat 5 in 2023 and a Cat 3 in 2024), it is amazing how well the hotel has handled the recovery. They are still working on some of the villas, but the renovated villas are beautiful. We booked an ocean view pool villa and were upgraded to an oceanfront villa with panoramic views from the room and the private pool. Currently, only one of the restaurants is open (Reflections - serving a mixture of dishes from 3 of the resort’s planned restaurants), but a second restaurant (Saffron - Thai food) is almost compete and expected to open in 2-3 weeks. The hotel is very private and secure, located in an upscale, gated residential area a short distance outside of downtown Acapulco. It has a laidback, luxury vibe. Banyan Tree Acapulco was a definite amazing overall experience for both of us. We cannot wait to return for another extremely relaxing and enjoyable time. The Customer Service at every turn, exceeded our expectations! Whether it was a small request (or even a question), the entire staff went over and beyond to respond to our needs. The food at each restaurant was absolutely delicious. Their signature restaurant, Saffron, served absolutely delicious Thai food. We also enjoyed their breakfast while we’re looking the Acapulco Bay as well as the very romantic dinners in their pool area. We also fell in love with the beauty of the entire facility which included our guest quarters, the pool area and the scenic views around the hotel. We cannot wait to return on our next visit to Mexico. Banyan Tree Acapulco is definitely a beautiful and extremely relaxing and romantic. experience!

For starters, wooow. That pool. From certain angles it looks like it stretches infinitely into the sky. Swim to the end and you get this incredible view of the beach below. I'll never forget it. The pool is honestly highlight, so I almost feel like I don't need to write about the rest, but I'll do my best: POOLS: The infinity pool is amazing, but there's also a second pool lower on the hill--less impressive in design but even more impressive in views. Also, each room comes with a private plunge pool that's beautifully tiled and perfectly secluded. Very calming, very blissful. ROOMS: The rooms are spacious and clean. Massive beds, both a shower and tub. There were ants and we found bugs in our clothes, but I feel like that just comes with the whole tropical terrain. FOOD: We had low expectations for resort food but the food here was pretty decent. Not to mention there were multiple options to choose from--the main restaurant, a casual club (sandos/burgers), an upscale Thai restaurant, and snacks by the pool. SERVICE: Really friendly waiters and waitstaff greet you everywhere and take you on golf carts to wherever you need to go. The only nitpick I have is that the girl at the front desk was a bit passive aggressive and wouldn't help me make local arrangements. LOCATION: Super close to the bus station. ~130-200 pesos got us to the hotel. The hotel's at the end of a private drive, so it's isolated and has the best views. Can't recommend enough!

Definitely a GREAT hotel!! Yet I don't know a perfect one. We moved around in villas in golf cars they call boogies . Sometimes you ask for one and they can take almost an hour to arrive (and we weren't there in peak season)and not the five minutes they promise you when you arrive. I am a Peta person but having badgers,armadillos and racoons in your terrace can be somewhat scary, most of all if you aren't familiar with this lovely little darlings. The first night we arrived late and ordered dinner at the terrace but were surprised by the uninvited company. The shower pipe in the bathroom sometimes smells disgusting. Staff needs more inside communication. There were times they didn't know prices of products or if a restaurant was open or closed!! I sensed a lot of mixed information. Our room bed squeezed!! Ohoh that is always a big nono when you are fortunately to still be able to do it and enjoy it!! Now let's talk about the great things this hotel has. Staff is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Always nice an friendly, ready to help you with anything!!! I am really grateful with Elizabeth and Anni at the Front Desk. With the waiters Óscar Rodolfo Alvaro and Erick and very especially with Victoria, they made us feel so very special. Thanks to Alexis Andres and Luis for taking us all around in the boogies. Beautiful hotel with spectacular views of the Pacific and Cabo Marques Bay. We even spotted whales from our private pool view. The room was in need of a remodel and maintenance (especially the deck and pool area. Great service, staff was friendly and always helpful. The restaurants are operating with minimal distancing restrictions for covid, meaning that we were at times uncomfortably close to other tables/guests. they are only seating outdoors which is a plus. In-villa dining is offered, food is not great and menu is limited. Would stay there again under the current circumstances as it affords the opportunity to self-isolate and have minimal contact while enjoying amazing views.

This place was very nice. The room was excellent and very spacious. Each bed had it's own room and there was a kitchen and a sofa.

Mi pareja y yo estuvimos por varias noches, la verdad, no se escucha ruido en la habitación que nos tocó, el aire acondiconado funcionaba perfecto, me habría gustado más una cama más grande. En general bien, la alberca lucía un poco descuidada y la otra estaba en mantenimiento. El estacionamiento parece estar escondido y tienes que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a él desde el lobie. Recomiendo arreglar los baños, ya se ven muy viejos y con sarro. El elevador funciona bien. Tienes cerca dos oxxos, el mercado central y pasa el transporte público saliendo del hotel. En la noche está muy oscuro y solo alrededor, no dan ganas de llegar de noche.

Beautifully design, stunning setting, fantastic staff and delicious food! Designed by architect, Miguel Angel Aragones, the hotel’s gorgeous design informs every aspect of the location and property with plays of light and gorgeous vistas at every turn. Encanto is a unique and special property that brings modern elegance to Acapulco. The rooms are gorgeous and super clean and the design is very well thought out. I found the service to be excellent and the staff were all so friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel manager, Enrique, was always on property and available to make sure your stay was nothing less than perfect. The concierge and check-in staff were so personable and made everything so easy – especially Dafne, Fanny, Arantza and Jessicya. The restaurants were lovely as was dining by the pool in a cabana – Candido, Jose, Julio, Ricardo and Hugo were all was super attentive and accommodating and went the extra mile to make sure that my stay was flawless. I had a fantastic massage in the Spa while I was there and highly recommend Patricia who was extremely helpful with booking and showing me the spa and was an excellent masseuse. I highly recommend this gorgeous property and look forward to returning again.

I was hesitant to go to Acapulco with recent crimes. However, to get to Encanto you must pass 3 guard gates. It is also about 30-40 minutes outside “old” Acapulco. Encanto was clean, (for English travelers) everyone spoke English, simple elegance, service was amazing and private. The views are spectacular. Another highlight was the private dinner my husband scheduled for our 30th anniversary. They gave us a private balcony, a custom menu with wine, a private server and candle and roses all around. We really enjoyed having our own patio with an ocean view including a pool. And there is 24/7 room service. There isn’t a concierge, but the front desk staff is helpful. They know the history of Acapulco, the old Hollywood romance and shows and local attractions.

My stay at Encanto Acapulco was wonderful! I celebrated my birthday with an Ocean Villa room here and will never forget it! We only left the resort once and spent the rest of the weekend in the amazing pool area downstairs. The food was perfect, and the chef even sent a beautiful surprise birthday cake up to my room. Beyond the superficial aspects of the hotel (the beautiful view, the spa, the room service) the staff was courteous, professional and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to service us many times and were very patient with our mixed/limited Spanish. The ambiance is unreal, the structure and view of the hotel are almost dystopian in its beauty and everything is extremely sanitary. The place is almost entirely accessible for wheelchair users as well! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend staying here! Encanto Acapulco fue maravillosa! ¡Celebré mi cumpleaños aquí y nunca lo olvidaré! Solo salimos del resort una vez, pero pasamos el resto en la increíble área de la piscina y de abajo y cenamos en Origen. La comida era perfecta, y el chef incluso envió un pastel de cumpleaños a mi habitación. El personal del hotel fue cortés, profesional y extremadamente servicial. Hicieron todo lo posible para atendernos y fueron muy pacientes con nuestro español mixto / limitado. El ambiente es irreal, la estructura y la vista del hotel son casi distópico. ¡El lugar es casi completamente accesible para usuarios de sillas de ruedas también! 10/10 recomiendo quedarse aquí

We had a wonderful time at Encanto. First of all the architecture of the resort is just stunning and it has unbelievable views of the bay and ocean! Our room was quite comfortable and every need was attended to. The staff was attentive and very friendly. They even helped us as we tried to speak in Spanish! We thought the food was outstanding. The chef at Encanto is fabulous! There were so many wonderful options on the menu for us to choose from, unfortunately we didn't get to them all! We had a wonderful relaxing time it truly is a place to get away from it all.

Nice2 little independent hotel in the middle of the main beach in Acapulco. Staff were super helpful and relaxed. The pool is great (I mostly had it to myself) - there is sun and shade on it all day. The room looked exactly like the picture, with a huge bed and a good rain shower too. I felt safe on the side street leading to the hotel and had no problem with the front door as mentioned in other reviews. Great location for taking the buses up and down the coast.

Monyoli exceeded my expectations . It is a delightful boutique hotel with approximately 8 rooms for a personalised stay . My room was huge & clean with thoughtful bonus products such as medicines for skin irritations (which I had due to numerous insect bites from the outdoor conference I was here to attend ).The pool area was great , comfortable chairs and lounges to do some serious chilling out . There was a small outdoor kitchenette for guests with a communal fridge ( also a bar fridge in the rooms ) and basic kitchen equipment . The staff were brilliant and eager to help to make my stay memorable . Location exceptional , a 2 min walk to the beach / restaurants and a 10 min walk to the conference. There were beers and soft drinks for purchase poolside and a basic coffee/tea/juice & toast available in the morning.

This place was over the top! The suite we had was super comfortable and well equipped. It is a small very special boutique hotel a stones throw from the beach. We had a good evening of cocktails and dinner with our feet in the sand.

It’s truly pet friendly so our dog Coco was welcome at the pool side. This a beautiful, small boutique hotel that has the vibes of Oaxaca but in Guerrero. You can buy beers to drink by the pool which was a perfect way to relax along with food delivered to your lounger from a family who are on the same street. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Well maintained property. Pleasant staff. Quiet at night. Great setting to entertain special guests . kitchen outdoors can b used to cook or serve wine n cheese...etc.. Pool is lovely when no children. Very clean.

Our room and the hotel is a beautifully unique gem right in the middle of Playa la Bonfil. The entire hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. While not expected, the staff speaks very little, to no English at all. So make sure you have a translation app handy when staying here. The room and facilities were wonderful and I would recommend to anyone to stay here. Bonfil is about 20-30 minutes from the main downtown of Acapulco.
