Very nice hotel with great service and dining area. The staff was very nice, professional and responsive. We had an issue with our air conditioning in the room and they responded right away to check it and after it was determined it couldn’t be fixed, they moved us to another room immediately without having to go back to the front desk. The bar is nice but small. The restaurant was spacious and had a good menu. The location is on one of the city’s main streets in that area but it was still quiet at night. Several nice restaurants within walking distance. The area is very safe and secure. It was a tremendous value for the price.

We stayed here for about a week long. We love this place the staff is always so kind and inviting. Now the first time we were here was before COVID and their breakfast buffet was amazing! 10/10 recommend. Now they still serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but it’s restaurant style. The waiters are great now if you get the chance to stay here ask for MR.VICENTE he goes the extra mile to make sure you have an amazing meal! LOVE THIS PLACE

So let’s talk about positives - modern hotel, good location, spacious rooms. Very nicely decorated indeed. It has most amenities you can ask for. Areas which could be improved: 1. Housekeeping - very inconsistent service , lack of amenities / replenishments , no hand towels ( apparently run out as only had face towels). We had to ask Reception to bring shampoo , water as housekeeper didn’t leave stuff which is meant to be replenished daily 2. Breakfast - a la carte from a set menu - not a buffet ( only on weekends apparently), very inconsistent at times, takes time to deliver , so allow time if you have plans - not a great value either as only allowed to select from a set menu - had to ask waiter to replenish coffee. 3. Noise from nearby bar till 11 pm even mid week and even on higher floors - bring ear plugs 4. Air con was not very efficient General manager is very helpful and so is Reception staff. Please raise your concerns with the manager - this hotel has a great potential, they just need to improve standards.

I had business in Aguas and, in the past I have stayed at the Marriott. This time I was traveling with a colleague and it was suggested that we stay at the Hilton because we are both Diamond Members. Location: The location is great as there are many excellent restaurants within a short walk. The Marriott is next to the Mall...this is on a main street. I like this location much better. Hotel: Room was spotless - no complaints there. Bed was very comfortable! Service: No problems - did not interact very much. But no complaints Breakfast: Did not get the complimentary breakfast with Diamond status; not a participating facility. Nice breakfast - nothing special but good.

That room was a little dark because it faced a shaft . She then offered us a room that faced the street . It was great. We loved the view and the view over the busy streets. Also the chambermaid found an extra luggage rack. The suggestion of restaurant by the staff to “Restaurante Antorcha “ was an excellent and so good that we went there a second time. # 2 : The location. You can’t beat that. The hotel is next to Plaza de Armas, the geographical center of town. # 3: The shower-fast , strong and hot. #4 : The internet. Worked great. #5 : The room : quite spacious. We didn’t feel cramp. #6 : Breakfast : The only regret is that we have to leave for the airport and missed one breakfast. The room had extra amenities like a coat hanger, spacious storage for clothing, etc. Excellent location right downtown which is a huge plus when visiting that area. Having the breakfast in the rate was also very convenient to quickly grab something to eat in the morning. There is a well known restaurant next to the hotel (Sanborns) as an option too for more food options (of course not included).

The most I Like was the location near the plaza and San Marcos Jardín about 1km.We could get everything Just across the street;cafés,restaurants,etc.Location unbeatable.Beds were comfortable and shower pressure good and hotwater,fridge and coffee maker a plus.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but for a family of 3, the room is a little small, but you could manage for a one night stay. Their breakfast is excellent with american style breakfast with scrambled eggs, ham and sausage, frijoles, yogurt, juice , coffee , cereals, etc. The breakfast is free. The price for one night stay is around 900 pesos. Good parking space and the staffs are very helpful and courteous to guests. Can¨t beat the free breakfast and coffee or tea during the day.

the breakfast was very good and served early so you can get on the road early. the staff was very pleasant and helpful. excellent beds and quiet clean room. i have stayed at many hotel ones and this is a good one. wifi was very good.

We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews. We can stay in a chain hotel anywhere and prefer something more local. The location is great with easy access to anywhere in the city on Convention 1914 ring road. It was a 5 minute walk to an area with THE bull fighting stadium and many restaurants along pedestrian only streets. Staff was very friendly and did their best to be helpful in spite of my limited Spanish. Fruit at breakfast was limited in choice but excellent. The other items - eggs, hot bean- corn chip- cheese mix, and pastries were nothing to write home about, but there was enough to leave feeling ready for the day. The coffee was OK. It is worth the small increase in price to get the suite. A large room, bright with tile floors. The fact that it is street side means there is traffic noise, but that did not bother me (my husband was bothered the first night). We would definitely choose this hotel again.

Good clean place to stay. No surprises. Breakfast included was good. Basically a good option in Aguascalientes. It's a bit in the middle of nowhere but I think that's standard for Agua, as it's a sprawling city. This is a good value option on one of the main roads, so taxi drivers know where to go. Only thing is add is that the rooms are dates, but that's reflected in the price. Comfy bed and good shower.

Thanks stay is great vaule (~$15 a night) with good bed, TV, air condition, very hot water shower, okay/good breakfast such as cereal, yogurt, hot food from buffet but too aceite and spicy for me. The compters works well for guest to stay. A little mosquito but not big issue.

I've used this hotel twice. First time, I booked the suite, because I traveled with one of my kids and my cousin and her baby. This past time, I traveled alone, and I got a full-size bedroom -super clean.! The breakfast is always GREAT! The taste of every dish is a traditional home-made-cooking. Conveniently located, especially when you have to rent a car, and that place is just steps away from the hotel... You don't get all those conveniences all-together at once... I will definitely come back again!!

I think the marketing strategy of City Express is lying between a budget and business-style hotel. It was the reason I picked this hotel at the beginning. Its location is pretty close to my workplace and they offered me free transportation to travel between hotel and workplace everyday. Room is clean, bed is comfortable and a full equipped bathroom is excellent, but don't expect to have coffeemaker, electric kettle or fridge inside the room. Though not many staff speak English, but they are all nice and helpful. Conventional breakfast is good for fast eater, like me. No restaurant launches at City Express, there is only a Starbuck nearby. If you just want something to eat, you can try either vending machine at Ground floor or calling take away from the hotel menu. If you would like to fill up your stomach and get more options on food as well, you may need to walk 10~15 mins to the closest shopping mall, Villasuncion.

We stayed during a short visit to Aguascalientes, the location is very good if you need to south of the city if you need to be in the center or north part this is not an option. The rooms are OK, very clean and quiet but they are a little bit small, the flat screen is very small and the beds are OK but not comfortable enough at least for me. Breakfast is included and it is a big plus because is very good and with enough options fruit, scrambled eggs, etc Good option for the south of the city, big parking lot, consider this an option if you need to be near Nissan 2

The price is great and the rooms are usually clean. If the room isn't clean the staff responds quickly and takes care of it. Location is not close to the city center but a taxi or a good long walk will take you there. There is no restaurant so that can be an issue though delivery from different restaurants is available. The staff is excellent. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so.

The only issue was a delay at check-in. Not a big deal but my office had called ahead and made the paymnt on my CC as I arrived at 10.00am. There was a small queue it took 20 mins … the person on recption, Wnedy was very good, but there was a second person who could have assisted better (in my opinion). Rooms as always clean and comfy. Breakfast was fresh, good variety and plenty more available if you wanted more. These are the reasons we like to use City Express. I would like to see more deals for premium users - still not sure what benefits we actually get.

Even though there was a mixup with our reservation when we arrived, the front desk staff worked hard to work it out for us. The hotel is quite secure, and we felt safe here. The rooms are a generous size, with a little sitting area and kitchenette - counter, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The breakfast was plentiful with a nice variety of options. Will definitely stay when we are driving through the area again.

We chose this hotel just to rest from a trip and take energy to continue the trip. Although it is far from the city, the hotel has everything to make you feel comfortable during the visit. A Carls Jr is 5 minutes away by car or you can order food from the hotel. The studio room had impeccable cleanliness, has a small wardrobe, a safe, even an extra blanket, amenities such as water, coffee and coffee maker and even a small refrigerator. It is appreciated that it is equipped with a desk and chair. The air conditioning in perfect condition. The bathroom although small, meets the necessary with amenities. It has only one glass panel and does not bend so it is possible that the water in the shower splashes out. The hotel has an ice machine and in the morning breakfast is simply very good and varied, either light or more complete such as egg and beans or even meat. The parking lot is not covered, and it is not many steps from the main entrance. We don't use the pool because of lack of time so I can't comment on that. For the price range the hotel is perfect, I would definitely stay there again. The workers are helpful and polite.

A nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds and decent wifi. Breakfast was good and all staff were friendly. Good location south of the city for heading to Puerto Vallarta. Pool was a little too cold for swimming for the kids, but overall it was an awesome hotel for the price!

First of all, I have to pay compliment to the breakfast buffet, this would be at least a $15 dollar buffet anywhere else and was excellent, it had several styles of cooked eggs, Chilaquiles (a popular breakfast in Mexico that consists of tortilla strips in a tasty sauce, with cheese) cereals, lots of home-made yogurt desserts breads etc...this alone filled me up all day! The rooms are a bit on the simple side, shower water was not hot enough, just warm, no iron or coffee maker. The elevator (Lift) requires your room key to operate, if you put in in the wrong way, it WON'T recognize it and twice the elevator took off to different floors before I realized what was wrong! Still, I was comfortable and safe here and would happily return.

The hotel One San Marcos is the perfect location for a walk in the central historical district, where you can enjoy the renovated garden plaza or the plaza center beside the cathedral. The city is modern with a flare of old town, many hip and great places line the streets on you way to the plaza center. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke english very well, the price is moderate for your basic needs but the quality is excellent. I was told that Aguascalientes has an annual fair in Apr where hundreds of people arrive to take in the festivities, because the location is adjacent to the fair grounds it would be wise to book early if possible. By simply arriving, I fell in love and I will return... it was fantastic!!

The hotel is in a great location on the northern part of the city. There are a lot of great places to eat at within walking distance. I highly recommend Xilaquil across the street. Plaza Galerías is a 5mn walk and it has a Walmart, Sam's club and lots of restaurants. 5 mn away on Boulevard Luis Donaldo Colosio you will find lots of delicious and awesome restaurants and bars. The hotel itself has two great restaurants inside. The staff is very approachable, housekeeping just needs to improve a little. Parking is terrible during the weekends due to both restaurants being super busy. The pool area is really nice it just sucks you have to share it with customers that visit the restaurants.

Property is clean staff was always very helpful the foodcin the restaurants were delicious. We loved the convenience ofcthe layout of the pool and one of the restaurants near the pool making nice for the oarents to relax while the kids are in the pool.

The suite was better than expected, spacious, clean, updated technology, etc. The staff was very kind and thoughtful. My flight came in much later than expected, they provided complimentary drinks/snacks. Finally, the breakfast buffet was amazing!

This is the third hotel. I’ve stayed in Aguascaliente and by far the best. Perfect location lots of things around to walk to. They have a gourmet restaurant bar by the pool casino right behind the hotel walking distance of a mall just perfect all around air-conditioning rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked especially for the view from the rooms at the front of the hotel which overlook the main plaza. The rooms are basic and could do with a little updating, but if you don't mind that, then I would recommend for the location and views. The staff on reception were extremely accommodating.

We went during a time that there were no events going on at the Plaza De Torros or at the Feria except for some music playing, so it was fairly quiet, but I can imagine it would be loud when there's events, because you can hear everything. Downside is most businesses were closed around the hotel, except for bars but was told by locals that the front area is not safe to venture out to, but walking on the rear side to the Centro side is fairly safe.

Located short drive from airport, Rooms and beds super comfortable, restaurant, bar and coffee lounch on property. Other good outside restaurant walking distance. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I would like to comment on the fiesta Americana at Wisconsis as the perfect location to walk and visit this beautiful very clean and safe city. The staff was attentive to any and all of our needs knowing ahead of time what our next request is. We enjoyed bar at the hotel where axle Took extreme care of us making sure we had exact food orders fulfilled as well as providing a beautiful ambience overlooking the patios water fountain. Pilar worked at the restaurant across the way make sure the food was always prepared exquisitely and displayed in a beautiful fashion. Bottom line the food was always excellent. It Doesn’t stop there … the concierge Alfredo Make sure we had a private car and guy to take us to the local vineyards that were remarkable and beautiful! Eduardo the bell boy at the front desk also made sure we were provided directions on where to go and what places to eat at. All in all it was a splendid vacation and the staff at the fiesta americana made it even more special thank you all for making us feel so special and taking good care of us

Wow! I have never experienced such kind, friendly, and helpful hospitality. The staff was incredible. We encountered a health issue during our week long stay, and the staff went above and beyond in assisting us. They were so thoughtful and caring, and helped us to find what we needed, which was especially helpful as we are from the United States and unfamiliar with the area. Efraim (server), Felix (bellboy) and the female manager (I believe Yarentzi(?)) made the whole weeks stay comfortable and enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to stay!

The pool is great, as the water is at the perfect temperature and it looks crystal clean. The pool's length is enough for a little swimming workout. Also, it is located at the top of the building, so there's privacy and the view is beautiful. I would like to see more umbrellas, and some real greenery, for it to look more inviting. The room I got had a look toward the highway, and even though the highway is very busy, the room was surprisingly quiet enough to not notice all the traffic down below. The room was large and comfortable, but somehow there is not enough furniture or places to put your stuff on. The closet was very small. The bathroom is large and comfortable, and in the shower locker you get three large bottles of shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner, all of which felt to be high quality. The one thing I did not like was the coffee they serve on breakfast. It was kind of dull. The staff was very friendly from our arrival, and every time we needed something we were treated very kindly.

The hotel was a good size to give an excellent personal experience to each customer. It was clean throughout and had a new and fresh atmosphere about it all. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and large. The buffet breakfast had a good selection with enough food variety for everybody. The reception staff were excellent and gave a very friendly welcome when we arrived.

The staff was incredibly friendly, specifically Fortino, at the breakfast buffet. also Alonzo at the bar was very friendly and polite.

The hotel was easily found from the airport and easy to access by car. You need a vehicle since it is a distance to the city centre. Breakfast and staffs were excellent. Rooms clean beds comfortable and facility was quiet Pool good and exercise equipment in excellent condition

Compared to our stay in another hotel in town earlier in our trip, this place is good deal. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. You couldn't have a better location, as you're literally on the plaza in El Centro, which we could see from our room. The included continental breakfast buffet was very good. It included fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, Mexican pastries, bread (toaster available), cold cereals with milk, and plenty of decent coffee from the attentive servers. There is a hot buffet available for an additional fee, but it didn't look appealing enough to try.

The hotel is a little tired and past its best years, but has a great location right on the Plaza Patria, and is extremely good value for the offering. Our queen room was quite spacious, and with a large bathroom - with very nice shower. It was very clean and had plenty of storage space. Our room had a floor to ceiling, wall to wall window, and as it was on the Theatre and Cathedral side of the hotel it was a bit noisy - but nothing ear plugs didn’t sort out. The breakfast included was continental only - which was fine and we enjoyed fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, juice and coffee - and the buffet warm food did not look worth paying extra for. All the staff were friendly - but none we encountered had any English at all. One of the front desk staff was a whizz with google translate on his keyboard to a monitor which he used very well. We were very happy with our stay, and would not hesitate to stay there again - and we loved Aguascalientes - it was the pleasant surprise of our trip.

I have literally no complaints about this place. Location was great, I liked the look of the hotel itself, especially on the inside. The rooms were clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, and the food was DELICIOUS. Both days I had the breakfast buffet I was extremely pleased. Prices were good too. Definitely recommend this one!

Just got married in Aguascalientes and had my family and wedding party stay at the Quality Inn. This hotel is perfectly located to enjoy the historical downtown and the Fair of San Marcos if you are there in the spring time. This hotel is well maintained and very clean. The customer service is way above expectations and the staff treated us like family while we were there. They went out of their way to help us secure taxis and shuttle rides to the airport. The breakfast is amazing and just a few pesos to upgrade to a hot breakfast, well worth it! This is by far the best hotel and a great value for any stay in Aguascalientes. We had a few people stay at the more expensive Marriott and they wished they would have stayed at the Quality Inn. Thanks to all the staff who made our wedding weekend so special!

Nos encantó la cercanía que tiene a la central, pudimos dejar el auto ahí y viajar en autobús hacía otra ciudad, luego regresamos por el auto y retornamos a nuestro origen. Muy buen aspecto, ya que no tuvimos que pagar transporte de la central al hotel ya que prácticamente están de frente.

Un excelente lugar con un servicio increíblemente bueno. Habitaciones en buen estado, no de lo más lujoso pero practico... en una ubicación excelente, justo frente a la Central de Autobuses. Mejoraría la comida únicamente.

Good service, clean and pretty good installations. They have a swimming pool ( a must in Aguascalientes) and Jacuzzi. If you don't mind to stay a little bit far from the historic downtown and San Marcos festival this is the place.

It is a simple hotel, nice, but not fancy. Leisure Business Class category, with excellent location on the North side of Aguascalientes city, just in front of a nice mall and in a main commercial avenue. In the front desk I didn't have a very good experience, bad attitude from the manager in turn who refused every request I made. Check in and check out process was simple and pretty fast. Rooms are small and comfortable, being a Leisure Business class hotel, you find the minimum in this room, with free Wi-Fi, but not enough power outlets for devices or mobile phones. Pool area is small but pretty enjoyable and peaceful, and there is a jacuzzi area that can even be reserved for private use. The restaurant's buffet was average, poor variety and not very good taste. We were in for the New year's bowl. The event room is nice, with enough space for around 250 people. There's a small gym area, but good enough for a quick exercise routine. Price is a little high for the quality of the service you get.

This was a great accidental find as it happened to be on the easy side of the road from Zacatecas. Across from the Marriott and a high end mall the hotel has a heated outdoor pool that I swam in November 27. Also an indoor Jacuzzi which was a little cool at 34 but you reserve it for an hour so my favorite temperature of 38 may be too hot for Mexican taste. Really good bed, TV with movies and English CNN. Quieter than most places. Good buffet breakfast and parking. Exercise equipment looked good but I just like to walk. The front desk staff were outstanding and very bilingual. I don't know if it rates 4 or 5 stars but easily as good as a Hampton House. I would definitely stay here again.

The privacy and the quiet of the room and immediate access from our room to the quiet peaceful garden was great!. I don't know why people in their reviews go on and on about this place being dirty, bad service etc.... we loved it ! ... yes, as in any budget place there will be a few hitches... shower wasn't hot enough and internet didn't work in the room. The construction noise people are cout again is out of proportion. They start at 8.00 am,more like 9.00, and finish around 4.30 / 5.00....So what's your problem? I personally agree and like B&B's and / or guest houses etc kee

This hotel is nice and clean, and we had a comfortable night. The location is very convenient: there is a shopping mall just across the street. There is a cold breakfast included, but they have a full service restaurant to complement it. The food is good and the prices very reasonable. The rooms are a basic and a bit spartan, and the decor a bit lacking. There is no room climate (no A/C, no heating), but a ceiling fan. Usually that is not an issue thanks to the nice climate. Staff was very nice and attentive, but a bit lacking in resources: they had not cart to move bags around.

Nice Reception staff speaks Spanish. Good wifi. Not exactly European-style but basic hotel features are there. Large shower, bathroom, and room for the price.Maid service was very thorough and did a great job. The best thing about this place is that is is a short walk away from the Central de Autobuses that takes you to Zacatecas, Guadalajara etc

I stayed here for 6 days coming all the way from Jamaica to attend a conference at INEGI. It was a pleasant 6 days. There was a trmendous difficulty with the language barrier but they had a staff member who spoke fluent English and was able to assist us with my needs. The hotel room was clean, spacious and had a homely feel. The room was cleaned every day and i felt good each time the day ended and i returned. The location was ideal as it was located opposite to a huge mall which had everything we would have wanted...Pharmacy, food court, shoes stores, Mcdonalds, supermarket, just about everything. the mall was a great convenience. I give this hotel the thiumbs up, Great price for a great stay. I would surely return.

Close to the main bus terminal and walking distance to restaurants and bars.

The check in was quick and professional, was provided with a voucher for breakfast. All room have cinema themes in the sector i was...mine was the Golden Years of Mexican Cinema, with pictures of old Mexican actors. The room was somewhat spartiate but clean, good queen bed, TV with mainly Spanish channels. Bathroom was OK if a bit grimy. Good Wifi. The structure is more like a motel with free parking in front of rooms. They do have a big pool and a smaller jacuzzi, or is it the kiddy pool. The is a rather strange water tower in the middle of a park at the center of the complex. Best thing was breakfast, starting at 7am. Great selection of mexican dishes, as well as a egg station and a tamales station. The buffet was about 140 pesos and is worth it (best selection on this trip) but I got it included with my room. Opted for a uber to the bus terminal.

I loved my stay here in the Hollywood theme room. The mattress was comfortable, bedding soft & modern and TV perfectly placed with many channels. There is a wonderful receptionist named Nora that speaks English and is very helpful. The shower was amazing with hot water & strong pressure. I was able to walk to central down town in about 20 minutes. This is the perfect hotel for both romance or business travel.

The rooms has a lot of space the ambient was great and relaxed, the breakfast buffet was good and the price was perfect. This is complemented with friendly staff, that was helpful when you need them. Overall a good experience

We were very pleased during our stay at this hotel. Very close to downtown and bus terminal. Our room was facing a private street and it was very quiet. The room had comfortable beds, A/C, internet, cable TV, closet, safety deposit box, iron and hair dryer. The staff was very courteous and helpful. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor that we didn't try but some other guests had and said was very good. Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed at this property again In route from Illinois to Vallarta, with our English Mastiff. The staff was exceptional as always. We stayed in a room at the end of their private, secure street. It was a cluster of rooms around a beautiful grassy courtyard. Plenty of parking for our vehicle and trailer. The room was great, barrel tile ceiling, kitchenette, safe, patio, just perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

This very historic property has been nicely renovated. The restaurant is first rate. The personnel at the property, to a man or woman are simply tops. Polite, friendly, helpful and always gracious. Easy access to the thermal baths across the street and on a main route to the historic downtown area. If you want to stay at a great property not overrun by tourists, this is the place for you. You will really feel like you are back in Mexico of olden days, but with all the modern amenities.

My only complaint would be the beds are uncomfortable but other than that everything was great. Breakfast was amazing, staff was super friendly and very attentive. We were treated like royalty!!!! It was amazing! Definitely going back!

Gran Alameda was a beautiful hotel with an amazing staff and free breakfast buffet unlike any other I have seen! The room was huge, and nicely decorated...but I did have a little problem with the spa shower that was had little to no water pressure. That being said, most of the other people I was with had great water pressure so it may have been a fluke.

Comfortable accommodations and clean hotel. Friendly staff and extremely quiet rooms. Couldn’t hear any of the hustle and bustle outside of the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building, lovely garden and so comfy room, the breakfast buffet is simply the best, very traditional and tasty

This is a hotel chain that's designed very specifically to do a good job of offering the bare minimum to travelers, to keep the price down. I think they did a great job of calculating what to include and what to leave out. The bed is firm and I thought it was comfortable. Staff are very polite. The floor of the rooms is ceramic tile (which is very easy to clean, and was very clean). There's no carpet, no closet (just a rod to hang your clothes and some nice modern looking shelves), no dresser drawers, no conditioner or lotion in the bathroom (bring your own). But you have your own air conditioner and a remote control to control it. There's TV but it only gets maybe 6 local channels. Breakfast 7-11 AM daily is pretty good and has probably been described by another reviewer. I chose the location because it's a short walk from my partner's mother's house, and I was visiting Aguascalientes to visit her, so your mileage will vary. It's very convenient - 10 minute walk to the city center (approx), Oxxo across the street (be careful! nobody in mexico pays attention to traffic lights! look both ways and look again!), and the rooms in front have a good view of the Benito Juarez sculpture and the mountains beyond the city. The area is a bit noisy but the room was pretty quiet. I'd stay here again and I'd choose this hotel chain again elsewhere in Mexico because I like a low price but clean, modern, simple, and well presented. That's what you get with City Express Junior.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Walking distance to almost everywhere and close to some good restaurants. Also within walking distance to bus station. Wifi was good. Free breakfast wasn't bad either.

Nice and clean hotel. It was convenient having a restaurant in the evening for dinner and the breakfast was good as well. The room had a bit of a funky smell, but I think it hadn't been used in some time. The staff was very friendly and it was a nice quiet hotel.

Summary: +Very reasonable rates. +Standard ibis room layout: small but functional. +Free parking +Good wifi -Towels were really thin, old, frayed and tired. While visiting family, I chose the Ibis Aguascalientes since I wanted a hotel in the north of the city and Ibis had the cheapest rates by far in the area. Hotel is relatively new and 5 minutes away by car from Altaria mall and the upscale Marriott hotel. Room was typical Ibis in design, small but functional, with small closet and shelves for clothes, tv, small desk and side sofa. Bathroom was ok too. Room was clean but lacked safety box, which for us was not an issue. Bed was comfortable and pillows/bedding were ok for the price paid. Wifi worked perfectly in the premises and hotel offered free parking. There is an OXXO convenience store 3 minutes away by foot. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. There is security in the building as well and we had no issues at all. Tap water was suitable for drinking. Overall, a very pleasant experience in this no-frills property. Main point to improve are the towels in the bathroom, but other than that it is a good 3 star hotel and I would definitely stay here since other hotels are 2 or 3 times the price.

For $32 a night for a clean and comfortable room with friendly staff, a hotel bar, and restaurant I was extremely happy with my stay. I plan to stay there again during future trips to Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Hotel is located near downtown area which is about 45 minutes away from the airport. Buffet breakfast extra and also provide simple dinner. Rooms are clean I was assigned a room without air conditioning and requested to change to another one.

I love this Hotel in Aguascaliente; its the most centrally located and very clean. The hotel has two separate elevators. The room itself was very comfortable. Its spacious, quiet and most importantly, the bathroom and shower have strong water flow! The shower gets hot very quickly. You're literally 5 minutes from everything and directly next to Plaza de la Patria and across the street from Oxxo.

I enjoyed the hotel with the nice restaurant services. My room was kept clean and orderly with a lady who was very kind and detailed. The staff were very responsive and helpful. There was easy access to many fine restaurants and on going events. This was a winner and they did a nice upgrade.

It’s location was perfect. Literally located in the center of the city. Great shopping & dining areas walking distance from each other. The staff was amazing & very friendly. The Complimentary Breakfast was fantastic!!

The best point is the location, you can walk to the center in minutes. The hotel need a bit of renovation, is kinda outdated in general. Reception staff isn't too friendly, they need a better attitude to offer better service, be more warm. The bathroom has a smell if you close the door during the night, nothing serious and it goes away quickly. We only have two bottles of water for 3 days. The room has poor lighting, it's too dark. Also needs better cleaning, we noticed they didn't clean the floor of the bathroom properly. They have free parking and valet parking which didn't take too long to deliver the car. Restaurant is bit expensive and hasn't many options. Wifi is open and not too secure as a result. Since we only used it to sleep and take baths and go to visit the city, is a very good choice for the price

Cumple, puntos a mejorar, los colchones que están un punto más duros de lo que me gustaría y a uno de los 2 de la habitación ya se le sentía un borde. El WiFi para uso casual funciona pero para trabajar sí que necesitaría ser menos intermitente. No cuenta con caja de seguridad en la habitación que me tocó. En lo bueno, Limpio, buenas almohadas, toallas, ropa de cama, aire acondicionado, no entra ruido de la calle. La ubicación es muy buena, se puede caminar a varios restaurantes y plazas comerciales.

Estuvimos en una evento muy cerca del hotel toda mi familia, todo estuvo excelente, muy limpio, el agua estuvo a temperatura muy calientita, excelente pues el clima estaba demasiado frio, y con la calefacción del cuarto muy acogedora la estancia de la habitación, y al final desayunamos todos en el restaurante con un desayuno calientito, los chilaquiles con un sabor muy casero, el personal es muy servicial y amable, seguro en nuestro próximo evento regresaremos, muy recomendable.

Áreas limpias, habitaciones cómodas, los servicios de agua caliente, internet y televisión muy bien, instalaciones buenas, una estancia placentera y una muy buena ubicacion, en zona segura y con restaurantes, farmacias, centros comerciales.

El hotel es muy cómodo, tiene estacionamiento amplio y seguro, cerrado con portón, está en una excelente zona, muy bien ubicado, los cuartos amplios y bastante limpios, se descansa muy agusto.

I liked the garden and pool. The food in the restaurant was very good. I did not try the buffet so I can not speak to that but room service and individual dinners were excellent quality. The bar did not have permanent staff so the cocktails were average and the beer choices were very limited. I really think this was better pre covid although I have never stayed here before. The staff was friendly and our language barrier was well tolerated by them. I was always greeted with a smile. The staff was also being covid safe with checks of temp and hand sanitizing at the door. The sink leaked and ran across the floor in the bathroom. I stayed in what was to be an upgrade from the king suite which I checked into first. The only upgrade was the size and the central location in the building as well as on the fist floor. It was the "cabin" room and mine was a handicapped accessible unit for whatever reason. The furniture was a bit frayed, chipped and damaged but that did not disrupt mt stay. A more fussy person might be annoyed and I do believe it could be in better condition. I recommend the King suite unless you have kids or 2 couples and want a separate bed and also be close to the pool.

Great location, very convenient, clean with a pool area and free buffet. Moises was the best part of all. Very sharp and assertive in guiding us thru check-in and most amenities. Highly recommended. If any questions ask Moises :)!

I will come back , good restaurante , steaks , corona beers , good breakfast buffett , nice clean rooms , pool and gym area in fresh air, close to the shoppings centres at the highway , some noises from the many trucks passing the hotel

Excellent downtown location. Amazing lobby with an open view of the 10 floors. Friendly staff and service is outstanding! Room was very clean and had comfortable firm foam bedding. Heated pool is on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the city. I will definitely come back next visit.

The buffet has 10 or 12 hot dishes that change every day, lots of fresh fruit and cereals. I didn't need lunch! The location is great, within easy walking distance of a lot of museums and blocks of shopping and restaurants. My room, 329, was just what I asked for: quiet, at the end of a hall. The staff were polite and professional, but somehow the hotel didn't feel very welcoming. That was partly because, when I came into my room mid-December, the air conditioner was set to 60 degrees F (16 C); it took three days for the place to warm up. A strange sitting area on the next floor down has a sofa and chairs in the middle of a sea of AstroTurf (artificial green grass). Next time I'll try another hotel in the area.

Will definitely come back every year. We usually stay at our family's home during vacation but we were really in need of a certain amenities we don't usually get there. The staff was wonderful. Every single one of them was super attentive and polite. From the bellboy to the lobby staff. The rooms are a little dark, but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping is great. I stayed with two kids and they always sorted out our stuff animals and made our room feel just like home. Room service Food was good, affordable and always fast. The rooftop pool was so nice and had plenty of tables and sitting areas. The view was amazing. We stayed there for 5 nights check out, went to Guadalajara for 3 days, came back for 3 nights, stayed in Puerto Vallarta and came back again to the same hotel. My kids refused to try any other hotel experiences because this one felt just like home.

Very clean and hot water to shower compared to other hotels. Staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

The property is very clean, smells so good and the staff are very nice, they will help you if any issue with no problem. My stay was because I had to go to a hospital near by, so I walked everywhere within 10 min or less, all kind of restaurants near by, clinics etc.
