I like the welcoming of the staff. The room was big and plenty of room is there I took the one bed room suite with Jacuzzi. The room is clean Room service is fast and great Breakfast buffet is great and big variety of food

I was checked in by Meshari late at night and he gave me a great upgrade. The executive suite was creat and it had a welcome fruit basket and some sweets but the sweets were not wrapped of covered with clingfilm so i didn’t feel comfortable eating it. The suite was massive, very comfortable bed and a double jacuzzi. It also includes 2 TVs and a coffee machine. The TV was a bit glitchy, sometimes it wont function properly but its not a big deal. The internet connection was stable and fast , had my calls and meetings without any issues. Yubraj delivered my room service food almost everyday and he was always very neat, helpful and professional. I realized at check in that i will need to leave at 6 while the breakfast start at 6:30 so i asked for a breakfast box to be sent to my room. The reception confirmed but at 5:40 nothing came and i called the room service who said they have no records of it and I had to leave. The breakfast arrangement was fixed on other days. Abdallah checked me out and he offered to print my receipt which i was about yo forget. Food was excellent and the staff generally were very professional.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ibrahim, who was very welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The kids’ room was fantastic, and having the live stream of it directly on our in-room screen was a brilliant idea that kept our children entertained. It was a perfect place for a family stay, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

Albaik, a popular restaurant, was just a short walk away, although it only offers takeout, which was still a great option for a quick meal.

Location is near to Bahrain Bridge. Hotel was very near and clean. Room services were very Good. Buffet Breakfast was very Excellent. Everyday there was some new dishes in Breakfast.

The place is quiet and clean, and the staff are friendly and willing to help. The room is spacious and comfy. the neighborhood is nice for a walk and has a lot of coffee shops and restaurants.

Everything.. the hotel is modern, quiet and comfortable. The reception Saad and Hussain gave me an upgrade for the room with an excellent view. The hotel is located to the nearest restaurant you can go by walk.

I got an upgrade to a very nice room on the 12th floor. Breakfast was on the same level which made it very convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel, in between the city center of Khobar and the Dhahran Expo center, is very good for traveling to both places. Free parking space just in front of the hotel.

The property is new and very well maintained! Reception staffs were very welcoming! Breakfast was really good and filling! All the other staffs were really helpful and caring. Kids play area was good! Swimming pool was excellent for men and kids and the water temperature was maintained warm during winter!

The room was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with a microwave and fridge. Everything you need for a great stay is provided. Highly recommend! Fresh flowers on the reception and coffee station was a lovely touch.

I recently stayed at the Sofitel Al Khobar Corniche for a leisure trip with my wife, and overall we had a pleasant experience that highlighted both the strengths and some areas for improvement at this property. Based on my experience, I’d rate my stay 3.8 out of 5. Pros: 1. Excellent sea view from the room — beautiful and relaxing. 2. I was upgraded thanks to my Accor Gold status, which was a nice touch. 3. The pool was great, deep enough for a proper swim, not just wading. 4. Welcome drinks were offered upon arrival — appreciated. 5. The room had a bathtub, which added to the comfort. 6. The receptionist at check-in was very friendly and welcoming — made a good first impression. Cons: 1. The room needs maintenance — especially the bathroom door, and the toilet flush button required pressing twice. 2. The welcome treat was just basic fruit — at other Accor hotels (like Novotel) I’ve received better treats like chocolates, which feels more premium. 3. On the first morning, there was confusion about my breakfast inclusion — staff said my room wasn’t listed, even though I had booked with breakfast and club access. 4. No towels provided at the pool, which is inconvenient. 5. The club lounge offered very limited snacks, and what little was available wasn’t refilled — didn’t feel like proper club access benefits.

The hotel is located in a special and lively place behind Flamingo Mall. The bed is very comfortable and of excellent size. The room is clean and room service is available throughout the day. The breakfast is very special, it is very delicious and the Egyptian chef is creative in it and provides different types with a very delicious taste and high quality

The best night's sleep I've ever had! The mattress here is simply unbeatable, making comfort truly peak. I stayed at the Holiday Inn nearby on my last trip, but the rooms here at Park Inn are in a league of their own. Beyond the cozy room, the staff added to the experience—they’re genuinely welcoming and attentive. This place is a gem, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is an all suite hotel. Rooms here are well appointed and comfortable. Good decor is assured because hotel is an extension of an expansive furniture display in the Habitat store ground floor level. Tasteful artwork adorns the walls. Breakfast buffet is comparable to other higher level properties in KSA. Hot options vary daily. If you stay during a lower price period, it's a great value.

It's our first time in KSA. Just randomly booked affordable hotel through booking.com . We had a great time! The hotel is clean with enough supply of toiletries, coffee, tea and water. Have easy access to the malls, corniche, restaurants, etc. Only concern is no hot shower but still worth the 5 ratings.

This is an old hotel but kept tidy and clean. Breakfast is very good. All hotel staff very friendly and responsive. I have extended the stay for couple days with ease. Room menu has limited options but everything ordered were of exceptional quality. Value for money is excellent.

This is a new hotel, everything their is immaculate, the service is great, the people are friendly and really try hard to satisfy every need of the guests with big smile. The most that attracted me wad the Bedding, its a 5 star quality. The location next to a mall is an added value. What I would like to recommend is to install another elevator and a restaurant for breakfast and dinner for those eat inn guests. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and love to go back.

I booked thru booking.com and the rent was affordable. Despite checking in earlier, reception agent allowed it. I was able get my accommodation 1 hour early.The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and impressive . It was near the big malls. The staff were very accommodating. The downsides were: slow Internet for my standards, hope there was a TV channel guide, supplies in the public toilet should be restocked and should always be clean, and I can here some noise from the other room. Overall, loved the place and yes I will book again if given the chance. I rate it 3.7 stars.

It's difficult to summarise this place as average or very good with the only two best options, but I would say it was good. Located behind Venice Mall it’s not so difficult to find the hotel, with a kind helping hand through the porters. Room size was adequate & very well stocked with free amenities & a free laundry service (for two clothing), with a bathroom that was clean but average. What makes this place stand out was the cleanliness of the place & price for a quick weekend break this place has the right price, with a very fast WiFi.

Clean, well maintained and spacious for families. The beds were comfortable and the toilets had showers and taps working perfectly. The staff are very prompt and come for service within minutes. They also offered us complimentary hot tea and gahwa with dates in a very presentable manner in our apartment.

Excellent place for business and travel, the management and housekeeping staff are very professional, helpful and excellent. There is a guy called Rafik who is very helpful. The facilities including the restaurant pool and common areas are excellent and well maintained.
