The facility is phenomenal, the room was clean and comfortable, the pool and hottub area was quiet and relaxing, the grounds were serene.

Beautiful property, great character and the outdoor jacuzzi was a very welcome surprise. The breakfast was a good mixture of buffet and made-to-order hot items.

The room was quite, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! I liked the Jacuzzi in the room!

This has to be of the most charming places I’ve ever stayed at. The room is spacious and decorated in Albuquerque, NM fare, with turquoise studded pieces and local art. The room is clean with a full kitchen. The hotel has multiple casitas spread out over the estate and a very modern Jacuzzi that is communal in the center area. The hotel is listed as dog friendly, however I think that service dogs are allowed but please call ahead before you arrive to notify the owners. I made the mistake of not doing this which means my original room booking will need to be changed to another room (which makes me sad) but they only have a few dog friendly rooms. The hotel is in Old Town and there are plenty of things to do locally.

Comfortable bed and breakfast. Rooms were spacious with a living room and kitchenette. Breakfast was delicious with a hot made-to-order omlet or egg burito. Outdoor hot tub was perfect. Location was an easy walk away from the town center. Car had to be parked on the street but it is not a busy street and felt very safe.

Staff was welcoming and informative upon arrival. Throughout the entire stay, they were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and "happy hour" food/drinks included. Each member over 21 gets 3 free drinks, also included. There is fresh coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks available 24/7, which I took advantage of. Pool was clean and welcoming, along with the room. Only complaints are that the microwave doesnt work too well (heats food unevenly, which was an easy fix by rotating it every few seconds), and the fridge was about half the size of a mini fridge (like a mini-mini fridge).

It’s location is great and in a safe part of Albuquerque. There are bunch of restaurants and cafes around in the same plaza especially this Iranian restaurant which is called Pars Cuisine. It has great security. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The complementary food which is served for breakfast and dinner is great too. The shower and hot water is so relaxing. They have good channels on TV and good internet quality.

We love everything about this branch of Drury hotels. The location is perfect and it's in a safe district with access to almost everywhere. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. The complimentary dinner and breakfast are great

Very clean and quiet. We stayed 2 different nights and had no issues whatsoever. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Everything was available when we were having breakfast. Breakfast area was very clean as well.

Convenient location to restaurants, college and freeway. Felt safe. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly.

Friendly staff, helpful, and a lot of parking. Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom is bright and the towels and sheets are clean, always a plus. Even though there are a ton of pillows, they were marked with the firmness on the pillow case! Thanks for that, I didn’t have to keep trying them to find the right one. There was no coffee maker in the room, that was the only thing missing, but I would stay here again and would recommend this for anyone traveling

The staff was outstanding! The lady at the check in desk was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was VERY good. The breakfast area was extremely clean and well stocked. How many times I have tried the pancake machine, only to experience an empty bag. Not in Albuquerque! The lady was busy restocking food and supplies, and busy cleaning counters and tables! I was very impressed!!!

Albuquerque's Embassy Suites has fantastic rooms and a dedicated, friendly staff. Since I booked using their app, I was able to use my phone as my door key. I stayed for several days during an event and appreciated a number of details. The lobby features the free hot breakfast area, plus the Cypress Grill and Bar for lunch, dinner, and grown-up beverages. Caffeina's is open late with snacks, sundries, and Starbucks drinks for sale. All this is in the 9-story-high atrium, giving an open and airy feel. Crushed ice machines are on each level. I ate one dinner at Cyprus Grill and enjoyed excellent service and tasty chicken enchiladas. Multiple meeting rooms and ball rooms are modern and attractive, and event catering adds a southwest twist to meals: chorizo for breakfast burritos, and spicy salsa for the afternoon "happy hour" snacks. Guest rooms are furnished comfortably and with modern touches. Microwave, fridge, and coffee machine are appreciated. The sofa could fold out for an additional bed in my single king room. Conveniently located just off I-25, the Embassy Suites provides a comfortable, welcoming stay.

The overall quality of this establishment was very exceptional. The staff was friendly and very welcoming and checked us in within minutes of our arrival. The atmosphere was pleasant as everyone seemed to be enjoying the food and hospitality of the restaurant. Our suite was clean, comfortable and spacious with great views. The breakfast selection was great and the omelets made perfectly delicious. Thank you.

Rooms were updated, spacious, neat, iced cold air, nice sized fridge, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, shower gel. Hotel check in was extremely curteous as was the entire staff. Breakfast was absolutely fresh and delicious, the huge buffet style with additional "made to order omlets and pancakes" were a huge hit. Everything was always topped off and cleaned up promply, with many selections of teas and coffee and many cold selection beverages as well. 2 large carafes of ice water is available in the lobby which we frequented often. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I loved the bedroom separate from the living/dining/kitchen area, so you're not always sitting on you bed. I would absolutely stay here again!!! We did not utilize the gym or pool but others did. The hotel is tucked away from the road, so even when outside you dont hear any traffic and i felt totally safe there. Its very conveniently located about 11 min or less to the car rental depot. Or the airport if you didnt rent a car.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites Albuquerque! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable—after mentioning that the pull-out couch in our original room wasn’t ideal, they kindly upgraded us to a top-floor suite with two queen beds and a private patio. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference in our stay. We loved having two separate rooms and a balcony overlooking downtown. Watching the sunrise and sunset from our beds was a real highlight! The included breakfast was amazing—fresh, filling, and a great way to start the day. Room service was surprisingly excellent, don’t listen to the restaurant reviews, that’s just tourists being tourists. The location is super central and made it easy to get around ABQ. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel was prefect for why we were traveling to ABQ. Walking into the lobby area was cute and welcoming, very easy to figure out where we needed to go. The open area was comfortable for breakfast and the evening cocktails. The staff were amazing, very kind and friendly. This goes for the staff at the bar, breakfast area and the normal hotel staff.

Our check-in was smooth, the young lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We requested a room on a high floor, and ended up with a corner room on the sixth floor. The room was quiet and comfortable, with just enough space for 2 people (I can't imagine fitting 4 in there). A couple of small concerns: because the couch converted to a bed, the cushions slipped off really easily. Not good when you're trying to get comfortable and watch TV. Second, it was difficult to get in and out of the shower because of its proximity to the toilet and the fact that only one of the shower doors opened. Not a good design. Overall, our stay was fine. The hotel is across the street from ABQ Uptown, which was convenient for some shopping and dinner. We would stay again, thought I felt like the price was a little high for what you get.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hyatt Place. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly. I stayed in a suite, and it was a nice, clean room, although the shower/toilet area could use a little updating or a deep cleaning. The breakfast was decent enough. My only complaint was that the water temperature was barely above lukewarm in the shower, and the water pressure wasn't great. The hotel is in a good location, with convenient parking in the back.

2nd time at this Hyatt Place. Great place to stay. Clean room, easy check in. Free breakfast is great- variety of items to eat. Staff is very friendly and helpful when I have questions. I would come back and stay here again in the future. Location is safe. Lots of different restaurants to walk to.

The rooms each have a sitting area, desk, and bar, which is great for relaxing at night. The rooms are nicely appointed, beds comfortable and the a/c worked. Location is central- across from shopping and easy to hop on I-40 to get around town. They have the standard breakfast but can make a latte if you crave one. I have stayed here several times and the experience is consistently good.

The cleanliness overall. The liquid soap and cream in the bathrooms. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in shower Dove products. The housekeeping cleaning the rooms while we were out. There is a full length mirror in the rooms and a side area to put your makeup bag while getting ready. All the space to place your bags and a closet to hang your clothes. Also a safe inside that closet. The area is safe and gated. There is a Walmart near by. The beds were comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were great for my kids. The morning breakfast was great! Room 315 had a view!

Best Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at in years. Staff was exceptionally helpful (eg, honoring booking.com room w view w/o hassle, providing change for $20 bill to use laundry, positive attitude). Decor was bright, attractive, and colorful - not dreary grey on grey). Clean, fresh, spacious and comfortable room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Traffic noise could be heard but AC unit provided low key, pleasant white noise. Window coverings provided complete darkness (just pull down both sets of shades - easy to do). No annoying lights from weird sources as can be the case (eg no white or blue lights from AC, smoke detectors, clocks). I have been staying at Holiday Inn Express for 20+ years & the chain had started to deteriorate and be inconsistent. But this hotel revived my confidence in the chain and was one of best places after 2 weeks in Italy and 10 days on cross country road trip.

This property was easy to access off of I-40E. The property was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included with the room cost was a delicious hot breakfast, with lots of choices. It was close to a Walmart and Sam’s Club in case you needed anything, including gas for your vehicle. The room was very quiet and we didn’t even hear our neighbors at all. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Excellent across the board. The hotel was extremely clean and bright. Michael was very helpful checking in and answering questions. The pool and hot tub were well kept, clean, with plenty of towels. The bed was extremely comfortable and shower was hot with full pressure. Breakfast was hot and delicious with plenty of options. Would highly recommend!

Was trying to find something off of 40 and accidentally picked this location. Turned out to be the perfect fmlocatiin. Less than 5 min from I-40. Room 221 was very clean. Carpet was so clean I felt comfortable walking around barefoot in the room. Beds and pillows were WOW. Wonderful breakfast selections of hot/cold items included with the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. Will definitely stay at this location again. Traveling with 3 toddlers and 3 adults we fit in this room comfortably.

Great place to stay close to both the airport and the university. Front desk staff professional and efficient though maybe not as friendly as other Spring Hill properties where I have stayed. Garage parking very close by but think there was an extra charge. Room is large with large bathroom with walk in shower and good water pressure. Working ice machine close by and a 24 hour fitness center is convenient and well maintained. Bed is comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in room.

Pleasantly surprised at how clean, easy, friendly and safe this place was. We were apprehensive of location being semi attached to hospital and near university but it was great. Good check in. Friendly. Kind. Good room and shower. Basic breakfast but fine for road trip type stop. Good workout room for a treadmill walk and water bottle fill ups. Thank you for your great hospitality

The Springhill Suites were beautiful and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. Obviously security is a big problem there but the parking lot was well lighted but not enclosed with fencing. The breakfast had the potential of being very good but 2 of the 3 food warmers were empty and 3 of the 4 coffee pots were missing and the other 1 was empty. I went to the receptionist to report the problem and she said they would be out soon but 20 minutes later, we still had no coffee. The Suites are very convenient to UNM and Presbyterian Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House is located in the Suites.

The beds were extremely comfortable, best night's sleep ever. SERIOUSLY. The rooms were clean and quiet. The hotel was clean. The staff always went above and beyond. Their uniforms were clean and neat. Shuttle to and from the airport was an unexpected and grateful perk. The airport was approximately 5 minutes away. The grounds outside the hotel were clean, no debris or homeless hanging around the area. We felt safe coming and going especially late in the evenings. Various restaurants to choose from in the area and the shuttle will take you and pick you up in a timely manner if you did not want to drink and drive:). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. Overall, the experience was outstanding!

Stayed at Hyatt Place one night before our flight. Only 5 minutes to car rental drop off. Room was spacious except for shower/toilet room. Walk in shower did include a rubber bath mat and grab bar for added safety. Room was quiet and equipped with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator. Elevator broke but was repaired quickly. Breakfast was only basic items (eg. bread but no pastries) and kitchen staff was not friendly. Overall great spot for convenience to airport.

Friendly staff. Clean and pretty comfortable. I say this as it was my 2nd stay and the room was ok, but a little worn on the walls in some spots and the carpet. The 1st stay the room was great. Not as work friendly as it could be with outlets but enough you can work with. Bar/restaurant has limited food but something everyone could find the basics. Breakfast is pretty standard whether hot or cold. This has been my go to for both my trips and probably always will be.

Check in went very well, and the man was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, appeared clean, was quiet, and I felt safe. The full kitchen was a nice touch. It was all very comfortable. The location area felt congested, but it was easy to find the Sonesta. Breakfast was hot and complete, except the pancake machine wasn't working today. For my taste (light to medium roast), the coffee was really strong and dark. I enjoyed the fitness room. Yes, I would stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. checking in accommodated my special ada eds from the second floor to the first floor. The room was spacious, very clean. the amenities within the room were more than adequate, They also gave us good suggestions for us to eat dinner as we got in late. The next morning breakfast was delicious. The food was cooked to perfection. The lady that was cooking or prepping the food was polite, friendly and helpful. She to is an asset to your company. The food was hot like you would cook at home. We are from Washington State and in our travels around, this by far was the best hotel in our travels. Thank you

The hotel is located in a convenient location-- close to highway and grocery stores. The neighborhood is quiet. Though the facility is a bit dated, the room is spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This was our first time staying at this hotel, we enjoyed our stay, and will stay again, however there a few things we didn’t like. In the bathroom, the bathtub was slippery, the water temperature gauge in the bathtub/shower was awkward to use, and the bed frame was a squeaky. What we did like, the hotel lobby is clean and inviting, our room was clean without any weird smells, the location is desirable for what we need, and is in close proximity to various stores and restaurants in the area. Also, the staff we encountered was friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean upon arrival. Shower was very good - good pressure, water nice and hot. Bed comfy - however, pillows were either too flat or too lofty. But that’s typical with all hotels. Disappointed in the breakfast buffet. They charged $15 for the same type of buffet that’s included at other hotels for free. Instant scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toast, etc. Menu items were basically the same as a buffet station for the same price, so no apparent advantage to going that route.

Sydney at front desk was such a pleasant person for the whole 4 days we were there. Tried to help me figure out the app on my phone, asked about our day when we came back from exploring the area. Hallway maintenance for 4 days but crewrespectful of us. Didnt meet an employee that wasn’t friendly and pleasant. Lobby huge and pleasant to sit and read or whatever. In the evenings, they set up games on a huge table (Kenya, scrabble, etc) and offer beers and happy hour type food available. Blueberry or lemon water available 24/7. Indoor pool clean and pretty but small- max capacity 12 people and only 4-5 ft deep. Room clean, nice decor, beds ok (kinda firm) pillows too squishy/flat. Didn’t like amenities- in dispensers in wall and shower. Hotel is on main highway so there is some traffic but not bad. Across from huge intel industrial complex. We walked one evening several blocks to a convenience store and felt safe.. Not much walking distance. Breakfast is $11-15 per person and only 6am-9am so we ate elsewhere. Most eateries close up around 8pm l, even drive thrus. The whole area is clean- no trash on the road or graffiti anywhere. Would stay here again.

We were in Rio Rancho, NM visiting family. We love staying at Hilton Hotels. This one was great. Room was comfortable and clean. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel so I can’t say how breakfast is. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was recently remodeled and we stayed in a room with a large jacuzzi. Wonderful.

This little gem of a motel was exactly what I needed for a good, warm nights sleep. The continental breakfast was simple and adequate. The bed and room were very comfortable. The floor was a bit cold but the heater by the window really kept the room toasty. The desk and table were a nice touch. I would stay here again for sure and perhaps get a jacuzzi next time! And of course, the staff were so warm and friendly. I felt safe and welcome and I’m happy to support a family-run place. Thank you!

Sandia Peak Inn was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay. The room was clean, spacious with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The road outside is very busy with drivers engaging in some sort of street racing at all hours. This was not a problem for me as I always pack earplugs and kept the air conditioner fan cranked to drown out the sound. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the ideal location. The staff were friendly and helpful in explaining everything I would need to know about my stay. Parking was easy and free, and the location was convenient—right on Route 66, close to Old Town and other key spots in the city. There was a simple breakfast available in the morning. Overall, it’s a great value if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay with a little local character.

When searching for a decent place to stay using Wyndham Hotels, I was delighted to find this place available. It had the best reviews of all the places in the Albuquerque area, so I booked a room there. The staff who checked me in were both extremely friendly and helpful and recommended a restaurant within walking distance for dinner. Good recommendation, as the restaurant was excellent! My room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the location was very quiet; so I had the best night’s sleep of my trip. Breakfast was more than sufficient, and the young lady kept all items replenished as needed. All in all, I can highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I visited Albuquerque for the first time this weekend and stayed one night here. Prior to our trip, we researched hotels and read reviews. The one thing we noticed with this one in particular was the owner responded to most concerns or negative feedback. We knew we wouldn’t be in the hotel room much, but wanted a clean room in a safe location and fair price. The hotel is not far from Old Town which was a plus. Staff was very friendly. Our first floor room was clean, the bed was comfortable, toilet flushed, water pressure in the shower was good and the bathroom sink/counter looked new. Really only a couple of minor negatives- one being the room did smell of a strong cleaning chemical and it bothered my throat some. The tub was a bit dingy, but just from age not because it wasn’t clean. We did notice some reviews complaining about road noise. Keep in mind the hotel sits on Route 66, and yes some folks like to rev their engines and you will hear traffic; however, we both slept great. We didn’t hear noise from any of the rooms around us. The exterior of the hotel was cute and clean. No issues with parking. The breakfast was pretty standard, but great that it was included. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great friendly service and a nice clean room & comfy bed. Colors had a route 66 vibe which was fun. Lots of breakfast choices - plenty of warm options! Would be nice to have a restaurant nearby or a more walkable area but it met our need of a 1 night stay. There is a charge for pets even though it's pet friendly. Fine, just need to check the fine print so you're not surprised!

It was nice clean comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff was professional and accommodating The clerk (Will) was his name was very helpful. I stayed twice on my trip. February 12th and February 24. He helped me with my luggage going and coming. He was nice courteous helpful. I can’t say enough about him.

Great location. Helpful staff. Provided free breakfast bag to go for early risers to the balloon fiesta. Clean towels daily. Shampoo conditioner and bath soap provided. Hot coffee in the lobby. Typical breakfast bar. Small but adequate fitness room. Didn’t get a chance to use pool or hot tub.

The Breakfast lady worked hard to keep everything stocked and was friendly. I Love having waffles for the kids and it keeps them busy making them. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Nice pool and hot tub. Everyone was friendly and check in was a breeze. Would stay again.

This motel was convenient for the workshop we had as we walked to the Forest Service Center. However, that's the only convenience as there are very few restaurants in the area. The place is clean and staff friendly. Looks like they remodeled recently and my room facing I25 was quiet. The two queens were comfy and the room has a small fridge and bathtub in the bathroom. It's comfortable and clean.

Absolutely beautiful facility. The courtyard was gorgeous, peaceful, shady with spots to sit or layout in the sun or work/read in the shade. The pool and gym were amazing - decent sized warm indoor pool. Restaurant and bar on site was convenient. Room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the loveseat and big tv. The only odd thing was no usb charging ports anywhere in the room. But there was in room coffee and a fridge which was much appreciated. Would definitely stay here again.

The room and the bed were super nice and comfortable. The staff was amazing. We did have an issue wthe the roll in shower though. After showering we noticed a LOT of water on the bathroom floor that we had to clean up to make it safe for us. I think there should be better shower curtains or doors as well as different drainage to keep the rest of the bathroom dry and safe. The shampoo and the bodywash was also empty, so I dont think that it was looked at properly when it was serviced befor we arrived. The food was also VERY expensive and you didn't get a portion to match the pricing, bit to be fair the turkey avocado blt was delicious. Just not worth the price with a sprinkling of 12 fries. It was really nice to have a little snack and food section near the front though, also overpriced but if you're in a pinch like I was with my wife, very nice. Overall 3.5 to 4 stars.

Our plane arrived in ABQ after the rental car agencies closed (11 p.m.), so we needed a place to stay until we could pick up a car the next morning. We chose the Courtyard because it is next to the airport and has a 24 hour van service between the hotel and the airport. The van arrived within 8 minutes of our calling for it and the gentleman who drove it and helped with our luggage could not have been nicer or more friendly. The Courtyard is maybe five minutes from the airport and there are several chain restaurants nearby if you need dining. Check-in was friendly and efficient. They gave us water bottles, which was nice. There is a grab and go for snacks too. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two rooms and one had a slightly noisy AC, which I mentioned at check-out and the person I spoke to said it would be taken care of. Breakfast was included and the ladies in the cafe outdid themselves. The meal was excellent. I particularly appreciated the fresh fruit. The public spaces at this hotel are very comfortable and attractive. I would recommend the Courtyard without hesitation.

The hotel was clean and bright/ well-lighted. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was amazing. I had to set an alarm to catch an early flight but didn't want to get off the oh-so-comfortable mattress! The hotel provided quick shuttle service to and from the airport. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot during our trip, which was very much appreciated.

The staff very friendly and helpful. My room and surroundings quiet so l was pleased. This is the first Marriot that l stayed that did not offer free complimentary breakfast. Only coffee ☕️

This hotel was sooo nice! Very clean and quiet. I was surprised at how reasonable the price was too! Room was large with a huge sliding glass door which made it easy to get to the court yard and indoor pool. Theres full bar and complementary breakfast! All in all this was the nicest hotel and I woill definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

I want to start with with the breakfast area and the breakfast in general. it has a full breakfast and the guy JESSIE is awesome, friendly and really cares about the guests to eat a good filling breakfast before taking off for the day! The eggs were so good as well as the sausage biscuits and gravy and all the muffins…we were extremely hungry from traveling a lot. He’s a hard worker from what i can tell as after he cooks it all he keeps the area really clean. The hotel was very clean upon entering and the room was clean as well except for the bathroom floor, it had some sort of black dirt streaks from a mop (from what it looked like). it wasn’t a big deal however, I just put a towel down so it didn’t matter much to us. The room was very nice and cozy & the bed was really comfortable as well as the choices in the pillows. The bathroom door does stick a bit but it’s not a big deal, it just needs some WD-40 on the handle or something. All in all it was great!

This is a nice property that is well-maintained and offers lots of ammenities: sundry shop, indoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, guest laundry and FREE breakfast. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a mini fridge, coffee maker and safe in the room. The shower pressure was a little low, but the water was hot. The A/C worked well. The bed was VERY comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating of special requests. I would stay here again.

This hotel is easy to get to off the interstate. Conveniently located for easy travel. The parking is well lighted and we felt safe staying here. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was enjoyable and the eating area is clean with plenty of tables. We actually tried to book this hotel again on our way back through Albuquerque but it was already sold out.

Beds were comfortable and we loved the lighting behind the headboards of the beds. It made the rooms feel more modern and upscale. Restroom was great, plenty of toiletries. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Strong wifi and well-lit parking lot. I loved that the washer and dryer machines took payment through an app. We didn't have change, so it was convenient to do laundry without actual change.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at this fairly new Fairfield Inn. Very friendly, welcoming staff at check-in. Spotless room with comfortable bed and pillows. A nice breakfast the next morning with many choices available: waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal bar, cold cereals, muffins and bagels, juices and yogurts, and coffee/tea bar. Tables were cleaned quickly after guests left. A couple of restaurants were within walking distance for dinner the evening we checked in. We will definitely stay here the next time we're traveling through Albuquerque.

Our family stayed at this hotel, because we needed to be near the airport. The room and common places were very clean and comfortable. Nothing looked worn or dated. The staff was friendly and smiled at people. They even had cookies at the front desk. However, the breakfast was unusually good for this tier of hotel. Some of this is due to an employee named Isabel. She doesn’t know I am writing this review. She is one of those people who does her job with pride. No one really notices her, yet, without her your breakfast would not be very good. And complimentary breakfast is one of the highlights for most travelers. The breakfast area was spotless, and the food was constantly being replenished. She was constantly checking to make sure all was going smoothly. I want management to know how lucky they are to have an employee like this. Most complimentary breakfasts are not nearly this nice.

Great stay. Clean rooms. Large room. Room had refrigerator and a microwave. Indoor pool and hot tub. Both were clean. Hot breakfast provided. Good wifi connection. Great staff. Breakfast area was consistently cleaned during breakfast time. Close to several (walking distance) to several restaurants l. Great stay. Highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights here while visiting Albuquerque. Located off the Jefferson St exit on I25 northbound to Santa Fe. It was in a decent area with lots of restaurants and a theater complex next door. Convenient for the things we wanted to do. We had a NS, King suite with fridge, microwave, wet bar and coffee maker. There was a sofa bed, desk and chair. Large walk in shower and good countertop area in Bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. There are no wheels on the desk chair and it is difficult to maneuver on carpet. Thin walls and ceilings. But to be fair the first night we were there nothing could have dampened the noise from next door. Kids running and stomping and squealing late into the evening. The second night we could here our neighbors but no issues with quiet hours. You could also here our neighbors above walking but also no issues when it mattered. We used their guest laundry and it was good. $1.75 for a wash or dry. The price was high. A good property for our purposes but sometimes luck isn't with you.

Bathroom sink and bathtub drains were partially plugged up. Bathtub in particular filled up with water while taking a shower. Cleanliness was good. Beds were comfortable. Lighting is poor in the room and so-so in the bathroom. Another chair (only 1 in the room) would have been nice. Hot breakfast was good. Front desk and breakfast room staff were friendly and efficient.

Nice hotel. Well-appointed room and quite comfortable. Next time I’m in the area, I will definitely consider staying here again. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel also offers a variety of amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The free airport shuttle is a convenient perk, especially for those traveling with heavy luggage. The pool and hot tub are great features, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a long day. Although the weather was a bit cool during my stay, I can imagine how refreshing it would be to take a dip in the pool during the warmer months. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Check in went smoothly. The room was a nice size and appeared clean. The room did have a microwave and mini-fridge. The hotel was quiet, but highway noise outside was not, but running the fan covered it. The shower was not strong, but this is the desert; water is more precious here. Breakfast was typical, but a shade better than usual. Very good. It is very convenient to the airport, and I have no complaints about the shuttle. Yes, I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The staff especially Chauntelle were helpful and friendly. The rooms, general areas and outdoor area were clean & tidy. It’s convenient in terms of getting to and from the airport and included breakfast. An added benefit was the proximity of the Applebees as a dining option.

Serena - is fantastic! What a genuinely nice person, she assisted with finding a pizza place, check in went perfect, cant say enough good about her! The Airport shuttle worked out perfect for early morning flight, hotel room was perfect, large room, very clean, bed comfortable!

Extremely clean and spacious room, extremely comfortable bed, very friendly staff. Airport shuttle a huge perk. The driver was on his dinner break when we needed a ride, and the hotel staff arranged and paid for an Uber for us.

Went for one night prior to a medical procedure. Was exhausted from the long ride into Albuquerque. Check-in and check-out were easy and efficient. Staff was very courteous and helpful, the room was clean, fresh and well maintained, the bed was super comfortable, it had blackout drapes and was nice and quiet, eveything I could've asked for was provided. Dishes, coffee maker with coffee, toaster, pots and pans, glasswear, 2 TV's and even had a fireplace for composit logs! The lounge was comfy and the breakfast was hot and delicious thanks to Dean! My thanks to Rohan, General Manager, Priscilla (day Service Rep) and Arian (night Service Rep), for listening to my needs, answering all my many questions and going above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and enjoyed my stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

This property had mixed reviews. I gave it a try. I’m glad I did. It was really good for me. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient for what I needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would stay here again. I stayed here for two weeks. Full size refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, stovetop, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, glasses, coffee maker made it very convenient.

A great place for overnight stays. If you're looking for a pool, continental breakfast, etc. it's not for you. A very nice room with clean bathroom, comfy bed, kitchenette, mini-stove, full fridge, microwave, tv, and even dishes. Friendly staff. Easy parking but not free ($5 per night). Nearby restaurants.

What a nice surprise! Super clean, hands on management making sure everything is in good shape. Comfortable room with seating, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Great breakfast in the morning: eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, yogurt, juice, coffee and I'm probably forgetting something. Will definitely stay here again!

Great amenities, clean, modern, efficient and pleasant staff. We had a king suite with sofa sleeper for our party of 3. Room was super spacious and well furnished and appointed, with a small kitchen where we were able to have dinner. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Breakfast was really good for a freebie, with lots of options and quality items. Free shuttles from the rental car return and then to the airport.

Loved the stay here, everything was extremely clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the full kitchen, living room and separate bedroom with really comfortable beds and pillows. Cooked our own dinner and anything that we needed was provided immediately by the friendly staff. Free hot breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices to please anyone staying here. We were concerned about our decision to stay near the airport as it was more affordable, but it is so soundproofed that we never heard a plane.

We really liked this hotel. Close to the freeway and restaurants. Clean and very spacious room. Nice sitting area with full kitchen. Comfortable bed and good linens. Front desk was super nice and very helpful. We didn’t try the breakfast but it’s included in the price. Would stay again and would recommend.

The place is in a good location where you can walk next door and get food and a cocktail , beer at the Green Jean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The hotel is in area where is very quiet and safe. The ladies upfront were very polite and helpful during check in.

I stop here once or twice a year as part of a longer trip. Great service from wonderful staff. Always attentive to my requests with a smile on their face. Very convenient location with easy access to/from highway. Large, very clean room with comfortable bed, microwave & refrigerator. Parking is close to the building with a brewery & multiple food options next door.

The breakfast every morning is good. And the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi where nice. Our grandkids loved it!!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. About 20 min after we checked in, the desk clerk called our room to see if we needed anything. The room was clean, Both beds had protective covers on them, The mini fridge could easily hold two gallons of milk, A 6-pack of soda and had room to spare, There was extra coffee and cups, Blackout curtains, The room was quiet, despite being on the side next to the highway, There were clean towels for guests in the pool area, Both pool and hottub were working and clean! Our room had a full size ironing board & iron, I loved that all the linens were clean & that the washcloths were folded into fans (the extra little touches are nice) The A/C worked well, There was parking on both sides of the building, So no matter where your room was, you could see your car from your room. I also really appreciated that the room had a Gideons Bible in it, It's a comfort thing for me, so I really felt like I was at home. I would totally stay here again if the opportunity arose!

I stayed one night while traveling, and chose SureStay hotel based on price and pet friendliness. I reserved a room through Hotels.com about 30 minutes before checking in. The check in manager was friendly and recommended a good pizza place. The lobby was clean, smelled nice and was spacious. It was a clean, comfortable, quiet room. Hot shower and good water pressure. Microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, and desk. The breakfast was satisfying, and had hot eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, etc. There was a nice outside area for pets. I didn't use the pool or exercise room, but nice to have had the option. I would stay here again

My husband and I rented a 2 br. room at TownePlace Suites in Albuquerque for ourselves and our son and daughter-in-law this weekend (April 2018). This room is beautiful! It looks like an apartment; it's modern, spacious but no spae is wasted, there is a kitchenette, 2 full bedrooms, each with TV's, big closets and dressers (1 has a work desk) and a large living room. The staff was courteous upon check-in, and location is very convenient (close to the airport and highway), and continental breakfast is served in the lobby. We were bummed that the pool was not open yet, but everything else was wonderful! Amazing value for the price!

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was good size and clean. The queen size bed was comfortable. The staff seemed friendly. On the downside, our air conditioner did not work, and I have to believe that they knew it. After reporting the problem very early in the morning, I had to call a second time later in the day, before we were able to get a maintenance worker to confirm that the unit needed to be replaced. The air worked fine afterwards. The hotel towels were fairly worn out. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. We expected a little nicer, since our hotel rate was quite high during this time of the year.

Our Family was staying here for two weeks, while our apartment was finished,(we were moving to Albuquerque from out of state.) Our girls had their first day of high school while we were staying here. The staff was all wonderful and accommodating for our entire stay. They were very friendly and helpful also. It was well worth the money we paid, AND we had free breakfast every morning with coffee or juice. If/when Family comes to visit, we’ll be sending them this way.

We traveled to Albq with our twin toddlers for dr appointment. We stayed in the suite and the hotel staff provided play pin for our girls. The check in was easy and quick, the staff was friendly, breakfast was limited to go due to covid, but hotel was clean and perfect for our family. It is near a busy street so if your a light sleeper just be advised you might need some back ground noise.

Very nice stay at Towneplace Suites Albuquerque Airport. Very comfortable beds, pillows and comfortable furniture in the living area. Clean, comfortable surroundings. Love the two separate bedrooms for two women traveling together. Expected two bathrooms tho. One large bathroom to share. At least the bathroom is not in one of the bedrooms. It is available to both bedrooms.

We stayed one night on our way to Kanab, Utah, over Spring Break. It appeared to be recently renovated or built. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable, and our 9 and 11 year old enjoyed the indoor pool. Convenient location to shopping and restaurant and it's just off of I-40.. We would stay here again.

Oernight stary and passing thorugh. Staff was very nice both front desk and dining. There is some remodelling going on especially in the lobby. Our room was a quiet King Suite and the bed was comfortable. Like that there was a restaurant on site because we were exhausted. Thought that breakfast should be free at the price point of the hotel and the remodelling.

Hotel was nice, clean and had a modern look. The area it was located in was perfect; it was next to great stores and restaurants and in a nice quite area.

* Trouble with wifi because i wasn't a 'member', that was very unusual * shower leaked all over floor. Reported but not fixed. *coffee and coffee cups only refreshed out of an 8 day stay. *mini fridge froze food no matter shere we ser it. * Facing freeway and very noisey day and night * no garden at the Garden Inn

Property was beautiful. The rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy. I loved that it was not a cookie-cutter hotel and was designed with the location in mind. The pool was extremely relaxing, and not overcrowded. The property location was a plus, where we could walk onto Main street and eat, drink, shop, etc.. After the long drive to get there it was nice to not have to drive to do things.

Staff was very friendly and helpful for all of our questions. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Being a hotel in the business district it was a peaceful, quiet stay. Walking distance to the downtown area and other restaurants. Would stay again.

We stayed in this hotel when doing route 66. The location was perfect. Would highly recommend for comfort, location, value & friendliness of the staff ! Rooms were extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We didn’t eat in the restaurant but had cocktails at the bar which were delicious ! Would definitely return.

We stayed at the DoubleTree Albuquerque for a weekend while visiting family, and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—conveniently situated near Central Avenue with plenty of restaurants, shops, and local attractions within easy reach. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains that added something special to the stay. The pool area was adequate for a quick dip or some relaxation, and the on-site coffee shop was a convenient touch for morning refreshments. Overall, a solid choice for anyone visiting Albuquerque. We would gladly stay again.

Check in was quick and easy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathrooms, floor, and everything were clean. AC/heat worked well. Breakfast was good. Shower head water pressure was kind of low but it did the job.

Easy walk to convention center. All Staff was amazing. Just the noise from the elevator (which there's nothing you can do about) and the yappy dogs til 3am as it is a pet friendly hotel and a gambling city are the only complaints. Oh and when volleyball tournaments are in town over the weekend please keep the restaurant open late. These tournaments sometimes go to 10:30 pm and we just want to eat shower and go to sleep until we're back on court at 7am. There is money to be made.

This hotel (motel) has been recently renovated and looks great. It is super close to the airport, and reasonably priced at around $80. Other nearby hotels that are rundown and sketchy are $100-$120. The parking lot is well lit, the room was clean and updated, the bed was comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. On the negative side, during travel I communicated my delays and late check in time with the front desk via text after they contacted me, but I realized later it was AI, it was awkward, overly gratuitous, it misinformed me about the pool status, and on arrival the staff was unaware of my messages. I chose this hotel because of the pool/hot tub, but on arrival it said “closed for the season”, in June, very disappointing. Also, on close inspection, some of the room renovations are superficial and poor, the bathroom tile is painted over and is already peeling, switch plates and outlets were not changed and are old and dirty, the new flooring is uneven and loose in areas and has a cracked and loosened depression, the trim around the flooring is the old dirty motel carpeting and separated from the wall in several places, and the front door was painted but old and dented, heavy, and slammed closed loudly. Despite the negatives, overall, this motel is good quality, quiet, clean, and very reasonably priced for the area. I would likely stay at this one again, although I would call ahead and check on pool/hot tub status.

I enjoyed my stay there. Stayed one night for a concert at the isleta Amphitheatre. Room was very close and easy to get to from the venue. Dutch bros just down the street for coffee. The breakfast buffet was good too. The lady working the waffles was kinda mean. The room was clean for the most party except for some red sauce on the wall across from the bed closest to the bathroom??? Very strange, looked like some Taco Bell sauce. The bed was very comfy I loved the pillow. I need to call and see what brand/kind it is. I slept so good there. The bathroom fan was so loud! I was there was an option to just have the light on without the fan but there wasn’t. I just used my phone flashlight lol.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast hit the spot. Room was nice bed comfy, and very clean, AC filter was clean. Just a minor issue tub needs to be replaced looked like they painted it and it is pealing. Also drain needs is slow. I would stay there again.

The property is convenient for the airport And the VA hospital. The rooms are clean and quiet, the staff is professional and nice, and breakfast was great.

I enjoyed my stay exactly what I needed, the room was clean and comfortable and quiet. I do this road trip occasionally and it’s nice to have a clean bed and hot shower!

I chose Pyramid North because I needed a hotel near the location of my in-laws. I knew from the website that the hotel was being refurbished. When we arrived, evidence of the construction was obvious, the reason for negative reviews I had seen. It was clear that the hotel needs updating. We did not mind, as other aspects mattered more. What really shined during our visit was the employees. They were consistently friendly and helpful, whether at the front desk, or at the bar, or in the restaurant. On our second night, some type of machinery outside our lower-floor room was whining nonstop. Early the next morning, I spoke with Kaylee at the front desk, who immediately offered to give us a different room. The room was large, a suite, larger than our original room. We slept very well on our final night. I was extremely impressed with her desire to make us comfortable. Both rooms were spotlessly clean, a tribute to the housekeeping staff. For any hotel chain, it's not the executives at headquarters who guarantee a good experience. It's the employees on the ground. I thank the Pyramid North employees for being true professionals.

I had a brief stay at the hotel for a meeting in town. The hotel is currently under construction. The hotel bar was clean, the drinks were delicious and Brandy was amazing. The bar menu was great and the food and drinks were delivered quickly..

Marriott has done it again! This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean and the friendly staff go above and beyond. The room was roomy but please note if u're tall, u have to close the bathroom door to be able to move around comfortably. Also, your bottles of water are in the fridge;) I stopped at the bar and had a mocktail, our group ordered martinis (they seemed to really like them Lol!) the wings were hot and delicious! The quesadilla was very average. Staff members I'd like to recognize: a young man in the restaurant, Dylan and Charlie the bartender, both provided WONDERFUL service. Recommendation: please let customers know where the gym is located, the M lounge etc especially for Titanium members upon arrival. It's evident the mgr. Trujillo runs a great crew!

Incredible stay even though the hotel is under renovation. Breakfast was delicious with great service. Everyone we met was so nice and helpful. On our way to the lobby to check out, we ended up in a service elevator and on the wrong floor with our luggage cart. A very nice gentleman, one of the workers, took the time to escort us to the correct elevator and to the lobby. Room was new and beautiful. Great view out the 6th floor window. The only issue I would mention is each TV program we tried to watch the program buffered.

Staff was welcoming and efficient. Clean. Quite. Perfect location for our hot air ballooning experience and weekend in ABQ. Plenty of parking.
