The room was very big and the terrace is a wonder bonus point with an ocean view. The pool and jacuzzi are also nice bonuses to this hotel. The personnel was nice. Very good breakfast.

We stayed in a spacious and spotless room with a comfortable bed and great amenities. The highlight was the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, absolutely stunning. Breakfast was perfect, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The reception staff were efficient, helpful, and genuinely kind. This could have easily been a 10/10 stay with a few simple fixes.

The view was 5*. Absolutely stunning and completely fascinating watching the harbour and all the comings and goings. The balcony allowed for a superb view. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom and regularly cleaned. The pool is a good size, with a small outdoor area in the sun. The bar is a quiet area with a simple menu at reasonable prices. We enjoyed this space in the evenings and the staff were very friendly. We did not visit the island on holiday and this hotel offered us a place for contemplation at a very sad time.

Great location, with perfect sea and marine view, a spacious room with balcony, pretty clean, you can find a bar and a small swimming pool in the hotel, spa needs to be reserved in advance but don’t really think that it’s worth it. The breakfast is pretty good, no much variety.

This was a perfect and superb stay, the only thing - it was too short. Excellent modern room with an ocean view, super comfy bed. Great delectable breakfast with so many options. Friendly and helpful staff. Covered jacuzzi and gym, outdoor swimming pool. Great location. Backyard door leads to the oceanfront path connecting to downtown to the north in one direction, and to the Praia da Riviera to the south in the other direction. All amazing!

We had a phenomenal experience here! Everyone was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet which was included in our stay was amazing! Rooms (and the property as a whole) were really nice, clean and quite large. We had four people and didn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of space for all of our stuff. Good parking outside. Easy walking place to the nearest town and some smaller beaches. Nice pool with chairs, jacuzzi and gym. It was also super close to the airport and since we had to leave quite early to make our flight, this was super helpful.

I loved everything about this place! The staff were ALL very friendly (and a special shout out to the lovely Mafalda who gave suggestions on what to see, answered our questions about the Portuguese language and culture, and delivered friendly smiles like warm sunshine every day without fail!) The rooms are well appointed & clean (extremely important to us!), the breakfast had a good selection each day (yes, the same foods each day, but you could select something new each day for a week without eating the same thing twice), the location is perfect (so close to beaches and a short 5-10 minute walk into town), the view is wonderful, and I miss sitting on the balcony each morning with my cappuccino enjoying the sea view and breeze with the sounds of doves cooing. The bed was comfy and the shower was great. I will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 3 nights after being on mainland Portugal for a week and it was a nice vacation from our vacation. Good stuff: comfortable beds, view from our room, food and drinks in the bar. Just ok stuff: breakfast buffet, dinner buffet. Not good: jacuzzi smelled and was luke warm.

Hotel with great ocean views, very quiet, where there is no car noises. Great to relax, but at the same time very close to the city and to Silveira, where it's possible to swim on the sea. There are also swimming pools available (cold outside and a warm inside with jacuzzi).

We spent four nights here and although we had a pleasant stay, the hotel does need updating. It is in a good location, right by the sea and is set in lovely gardens. The pool area is very nice and there are plenty of sun beds. It never seemed to get too busy. The hotels public areas are on the fourth floor whilst the bedrooms are on floors one, two and three. Our bedroom was spacious with a nice balcony and a view of the gardens, pool and the sea beyond. It was exceptionally clean but could do with a refresh. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Although our stay was ok, the food at the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet were extremely disappointing. The selection at the dinner buffet was poor in terms of variety and quality. It looked so unappealing that we just ate bread and salad for dinner. It was 30 euros a head with wine but it certainly wasn’t worth the money. Unfortunately, in our opinion breakfast was also poor and if there had been restaurants closer to the hotel we would have gone elsewhere. It was buffet style and basic in terms of variety and quality. It is such a shame that the food lets this hotel down. The restaurant is light and airy with beautiful views. It could be so much better. Probably one of the worst breakfast offerings we have ever had. So a pleasant enough stay but highly unlikely we would choose to stay there again nor would we recommend to friends and family.

We loved the hotel! Breakfast was great, a lot of variety and the sweet/pastry changed every day. Room was incredible: large room, decent sized bathroom, closet, amazing balcony with view of the pool. Great location if you rent a car (it's about 15 minute walk downtown). The only thing I will say is that during our stay, there was a telenovela being filmed on the island, which caused a lot of the filming crew/actors/actresses to stay at the hotel. Due to this, the hotel's restaurant would do a buffet every night instead of their regular menu. The restaurant was one of the things we were most excited for and were looking forward to try during our stay but we did not get a chance to due to this change. I understand they were trying to accommodate the large filming crew and everyone included, as doing a la carte for that many people and the remaining guests would prove to be difficult, but it ended up affecting the other "regular" guests, such as ourselves. There were also parts of the hotel that would be closed off for filming during certain times: the bar, the big balcony, outdoor, etc. Besides that, we loved our stay. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the staff was very friendly and informative.

We received an amazing welcome from the staff, especially Beatriz who's been simply the best hostess ever. The hotel opened a week before we arrived so everything was spotless. The hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated, the atmosphere is ideal. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa, the breakfast was very good too. A perfect stay in Angra, thank you again Beatriz!

Modern hotel in a historic building in the center of Terceira. Comfortable rooms and attentive staff. Airport transfer service is available, as well as guest parking — especially valuable during the high season. Delicious breakfasts are served in the garden. The hotel also features a spa and a swimming pool.

Excellent gem in the old city center of Angra. Newly opened hotel in old historic building with modern amenities. The king bed, air conditioning, staff and all the extras made this a perfect refuge while still being in middle of Azores island of Terceira. The only downside is the street itself is on a very typical narrow European street which makes driving and parking challenging. The hotel is close to opening their own parking lot but taxi is definitely the way to go. Hands down one of the nicest boutique hotels on the island.

This is a newly opened hotel with a beautiful interior and superb customer service. All the staff were very kind and welcoming, happy to help with any requests. Beatriz kindly organised a late check out for us which we greatly appreciated and special thanks to Jose who was particularly friendly and made us feeling very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I stayed for three nights at the Hotel Cruziero. The bed and room were very comfortable and met my expectations. The decor of the room and the hallway leading to my room.was surprising. The hallway was like walking through a forest. Pictures of dense forest trees decorated both walls, accented with green lights. Inside the room, above my bed, the wall was decorated with colorful leaves. It was a refreshing change from a normal hotel room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very plentiful, and very good. Lots of free parking was available. The hotel is located in walking distance of downtown near very good restaurants. I did wish that there was a restaurant open in the evening at the hotel for the night that I arrived back at the hotel late. For a traveler, like me, who spends most of his time, sightseeing and taking pictures, this hotel provided a comfortable restful night before restarting my adventures

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet has a good assortment of savory and sweet food offerings. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the main city center and waterfront, up on a steep hill, but in a quiet area.

As a female, solo traveller this was a great place to stay. I felt safe, secure and comfortable. When I asked about somewhere close to eat the reception staff directed me to a local restaurant where - despite the fact that I don't speak Portugese and the restaurant owners didn't speak English - I had really good food in a welcoming environment. The room was comforable, clean, and quiet.

Great hotel, good location with very friendly and accommodating staff. Rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom linens passed the 'towel test' (Lol). Breakfast was very adequate with something for everyone, although the coffee left much to be desired. There are also two great little markets 2 blocks away in each direction. And there are many restaurants within walking distance as well. The only negative we had is that there is no insulation in the room or walls and people walking & talking in the hallway sounded like they were in your room. There is also a fire station located next door & you could hear their sirens quite clearly in your room with windows closed tight and also hear people walking & talking on the street in front of the hotel & even the music from the interior of cars driving by. I suppose if you lived there, or in any large city, you would be accustomed to this. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Angra and we would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel met our expectations (as you can see by our ratings). While the location was at the top of a hill from the center of town (which meant going up the hill every time were returned from the city center), we were still very happy with its setting. It was on a quiet street off of a main road and at night the neighbourhood was exceptionally quiet. There was an issue with our room. The one that we were offered was not like the one that appeared in the BOOKING.COM photos. The photos in the booking of our SUPERIOR room had photos of the executive suite (unbeknownst to us), which is what we were expecting. I think that this was an error on the part of Booking.com. Upon mentioning this to the hotel, the management ultimately decided to upgrade us to the executive suite. The daily breakfast that was included was both copious and varied. Very good! The staff were friendly and helpful without being intrusive.

Large room, confortable and stylish. Varied breakfast, with an excellent view to the Duque de Terceira Garden. Perfect and central location. Interior pool (with a couple of lounge chairs) and jacuzzi. Small gym but with plenty of equipment.

Very good external soundproofing. The decor is very cool, room is spacious (and I had a gorgeous view out to the gardens behind). I also really liked the toiletries provided. Breakfast has a nice range and variety. Location is amazing. Staff are excellent - extremely friendly and helpful, and even memorised my name (seems small, but makes a huge difference). Gym is a little run down but plenty of equipment for a decent workout (I was actually surprised at how big it was). The pool and jacuzzi are small but clean and a nice temperature. Happy hour every day from 6 to 7 is a nice touch.

The Azoris Angra Garden - Plaza Hotel provided a very enjoyable stay for me and my friends. The hotel is classic, clean and very close to many shops, restaurants and places of interest. Staff at the hotel were awesome, provided warm greetings and were attentive. We very much enjoyed the hotel's lobby bar, with knowledgeable and friendly bar staff. The hotel's location in the Praça Velha is ideally situated and in a charming area of Angra. The rooms, breakfast and pool/hot tub facilities were clean, organized and made for a wonderful stay. It was our fifth time at this hotel. We always choose this hotel due to its excellent quality and perfect location. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Breakfast buffet is perfect and of excellent quality products. Personal staff are very charming and helpful.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff are so friendly and go out of there way to make you feel welcome and give you information. The location is perfect, close to the beach and local restaurants/bars. My room was spacious and clean. The he's was comfortable too. The curtains were blackout which ensured a good night's sleep. There was even a microwave, hob cooker, all utensils and fridge! Great options to have. The breakfast was also delicious, you never felt hurried. Can't wait to go back!

Nice hotel with very friendly and welcoming staff in great location right. Hotel is right on the beach and walking distance to a few eateries and activities. My room was very modern, clean, quite, spacious, and the AC was excellent. Dinner at the hotel was lackluster, I would recommend eating elsewhere; however, the breakfast was quite nice and very convenient. I would stay here again if I were to return.

Great location close to shopping, bars, and restaurants. The view from the balcony of the marina and beach was amazing. The breakfast was outstanding. It had plenty of breakfast items to choose from to satisfy any appetite. The staff was efficient and friendly.

Expectations exceeded for our stay at Hotel Praia Marina! Right in the center of town in Praia Vitoria, the hotel is very clean, modern and our room was very spacious with an ocean view. Huge bed, bathroom and kitchen area - truly exceeded our expectations. Great breakfast and very attentive, welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Bacon, eggs, croissants, several cheeses, hams, bread, butter, coffee, tea, cereals, juices, and more; everything was fresh and delicious. The room was also very clean, and the location was perfect. Friendly reception.

Room was spacious with a king size bed which was very comfortable. Room had a little balcony with table and chairs which was perfect for us as this was our last stop and we wanted somewhere to just relax. Pool was nice, we relaxed there almost the entire day. The location is good, very walkable and within steps from a restaurant and grocery store and 10 minutes walking to the water where there’s tons of restaurants and the beach. Beautiful spot!

The property was very clean. The staff was always so helpful and friendly, especially Katarina. Sorry if i misspelled her name! The pool and breakfast was wonderful. We love all of the places to lounge or sit outside. The little bar was awesome too. The location was amazing and so close to the beach and other sites. The value for the price is exceptional. The property is immaculately maintained, and the rooms are excellent. Beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is well equipped; however, the shower stall could use a door, in order to prevent water-damage to the bathroom wooden door. Breakfast could also be boosted to a North American standard, since the bulk of the customers, are from the US and Canada. A modern renovation to the breakfast room, would go a long way to improve the facility, perhaps to a 4 or 5 Star establishment. Nevertheless, I certainly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

We spent one night in a ground floor room (107), after a late-night arrival and quick taxi ride from Lajes Airport. Our room was simple, fairly compact (other than the spacious bathroom with bidet), and very clean. The only downside for us was that the beds were quite firm. The breakfast was quite substantial, with a buffet of hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and baked beans), as well as pancakes, cereal, yogurt, cold cuts and fruit, plus an array of breads, toast, cake, spreads, tea, coffee and juice. The coffee was up to European standards (so quite decent).

I must say we had an unfortunate check-in experience. We were only staying for 1 night. We arrived at 10am and were leaving around 5:30am the next morning. We had 1 free breakfast included with our stay, and because we were leaving the following day before the breakfast would even open, we asked if we could have breakfast on the day we arrived. We were told that that's "against the rules". After much arguing back and forth, they eventually let us have our breakfast. We had to insist to speak with a manager over what was clearly common sense. There was plenty of food left and the dining hall was not full of people. It was an unnecessary way to start off the stay. The hotel room itself was lovely, beautiful view, very comfortable beds, the sheets smelled amazing, clean & spacious bathroom, gorgeous pool. All of the other staff were incredibly friendly and they helped us call a taxi to the airport the next morning. They are able to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in, which we appreciated. Easy walking distance from town and a small grocery store right across the street. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, but I don't understand why they made such a fuss about the breakfast day.

The sea view rooms are graced with a fabulous view of the bay and it’s rugged surroundings. It’s lovely to have a terrace to enjoy the view. The staff members were always present, very warm, welcoming and helpful. It was a plus that English was spoken and understood very well. The view from our terrace was beautiful, day and night. The breakfast was well set up with a good variety of offerings. The wait staff at breakfast were especially efficient and helpful.

Great location, 12min walk to the centre of Angro de Herisimo, comfortable rooms, buffet a decent option for a night, but for the better quality restaurants it's best to head into the centre. Spectacular views of the bay, good terraces to have a drink in the evening (food available here also, sandwiches are good (but rest of bar menu a bit pricey for the quality). Bartender (his name escapes me) working the terrace bar very competent and friendly. Pool area is a good space, but recommend going outside and down to the dock and mix with the locals too! Good to have a 24hr front desk available to solve any queries.

We really enjoyed our stay here and liked the layout of the room being a loft style with a bathroom on each level. The balcony was nice and had 3 chairs and a great view. The breakfast wasn't great. The coffee machine tastes like nescafe instant coffee. The breakfast options never change and while you can make a sandwich for breakfast there is no mayo. The pools looked nice and it's right by a beach.

This place was really lovely for our young family. Overall, we were super happy. The location was great, right beside a public swimming pool area so lots of fun watching the kids jump off the peer. There was a bus stop meters for. The front Tran e which was great for getting to the downtown (5 mins) and a fun journey. 30 cents each! The pools were lovely, and you can’t beat the view. Good variety at breakfast, not much change day to day but we were always able to find something. We got one of the loft rooms but there was really zero sound barrier so it was hard to do anything once the kids were in bed. Some updating in the rooms would be good but given you’re an island in the Azores, it was easy to overlook that. Reception was lovely and very helpful. Lots of people spoke English or enough to communicate your needs. But above all, you can’t beat the view. It’s amazing!

This is truly the most amazing location in Graff. You are right on the water with the view over the harbor and boat there you are walking distance to all the best restaurants in Agra. Would they lack in services and breakfast options it more than makes up for in location. There is a restaurant upstairs where you also have breakfast, which has an extra extraordinary view. I don’t know if this is associated with the Hotel management or not. It looks like a very elegant restaurant and may be operated by a different group, but I would definitely make a reservation here if you are interested in a special dinner while you’re in Angra. Can delight tables with table cloths at night contrast with a very simple breakfast of packaged foods and very minimal options for coffee, juice, bread, and cheese. That is not a problem for us as you are very close walking distance to many good breakfast options

Hotel Beira Mar is situated in the best location of Angra do Heroísmo directly facing to the sea. You can easily walk to Monte Brasil or explore the beautiful streets of Angra from there. The hotel staff were always receptive to any request and gave me a wonderful room on the 3rd floor with an incredible view. It was so peaceful to hear the waves rolling onto the shore. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and had everything to make for a relaxing stay. The complimentary buffet breakfast was more than adequate, and the fresh homemade cakes were so delicious! Restaurant Beira Mar which is located in the hotel served the most fresh and reasonably priced seafood dishes. You can choose to sit inside or on the terrace facing the sea. My meal was so good that I returned the next evening and ordered exactly the same thing. One of the best meals ever! I stayed five nights and would definitely choose Hotel Beira Mar again on any return visit to Angra.

The staff went above and beyond to help make it a special weekend for me and my daughter, as it was her birthday. They were extremely friendly and helpful, even before we arrived. As for the property, the location is amazing, right above the beach and marina (loved the French doors that opened onto a small balcony), walking distance to everything the city has to offer. The property was very clean, the beds comfortable, and nice amenities in the room (desk, kettle, etc). There are two parking spots right outside the hotel for loading and unloading, and nearby (2 min walk) there is a street along the marina with free parking, so that was never a problem. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items. The patio dining above the marina and beach was a wonderful way to start the day.

The view from the room was stunning, facing the ocean and beautiful Monte Brasil with the beach a stone’s throw away. The room was spacious and very comfy. Location was very central to reach the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Breakfast was good though limited.

Charming room with a beautiful view of the ocean and the city of Angra. Accessible to restaurants, beach, supermarket, coffee shop. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our needs. The hotel looks very smart and brand new, everything’s kept in tip top shape. The room was very comfortable, and the premises were spotless.

The hotel is really well located, right in the centre of Angra Do Heroismo and close to plenty of services like restaurants, mini market, bakery, and other shops. Parking around the hotel is easy and there are free slots just around the corner. The room was clean (and it had a lovely small balcony!) and the staff was super kind and friendly. Breakfast is not extraordinary but it’s definitely enough to start the day. Overall, this is the perfect place to stay when wondering around Terceira, between hiking trials, good restaurants, and sightseeing spots. I can safely say that I recommend this hotel and that I would go back there.

If you tend to avoid 2-star hotels, Monte Brasil is a pleasant surprise: perfectly located, with modern and well-equipped rooms in a very enjoyable hotel building. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the staff is very helpful. The breakfast buffet has all the basics you need in the morning and is continuously replenished.

Perfect location on Rua Se a short walk to the main square, the sea, restaurants and the bus station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has an elevator which is extremely helpful for us. Breakfast was included. TV had several English-language stations.

Hotel Monte Brasil is nicely situated in Angra do Heroísmo close to cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops. only a 3- 4 minute walk to the center of the city and botanical gardens, and ocean views a 10 minute walk to the beach. The hotel staff were friendly, pleasant, helpful, and informative. we enjoyed our stay and definitely will be returning guests for another stay at Hotel Monte Brasil when we return to this lovely Island of Terceira and Heritage City of Angra do Heroísmo We highly recommend Hotel Monte Brasil for the it's comfort, charm, location, and price. This is a great hotel, right in front of the beach. The hotel is, as all the others in the Azores, very clean, safe, and the room has a good size for an european hotel. Everything is quite new and crispy, and the internet is free. If you are fussy about noisy (which I am not), you might think twice about paying the extra for an ocean-view room. There is a bar nearby where people get too happy at night, with the normal and loud sing-along. But I think the view during the day makes up for the noise, and the double-glazing on the window should suffice. The only thing I think they could improve is the breakfast. I like fresh fruits, and the selection is poor. Which is a shame, because the hotel is a short walk from the Municipal Market, where you can spend 1 euro and buy about 5 of the best peaches and nectarines you have ever tasted. Overall, Terceira is a fantastic place for a relaxed week off, and the "Varandas" hotel is a great choice. You might do what I did and spend half of your stay in Angra (Hotel Beira Mar), and the other half in Praia da Vitoria. Either way, the island is great. Although I dont have kids, I think Terceira is a great place for a family vacation. The sea is quiet, and the kids seem to love it. Also for those who do not speak Portuguese, the standard of English is quite good. The islands have strong ties to the US (there is a base there) and to Canada (where a lot of locals emigrated to).

The hotel is right in front of the beach and harbour. It is clean and the staff are friendly. They will give you towels for the beach if you ask A room with a sea and harbour view is worth paying the extra for. Breakfast is nice but the same every day. You can catch the bus to other areas of the island, which is easy and only a few euros. Only 10 minutes from the airport. You can get the bus for a euro or taxi for 10 euros. Restaurants and bars are close by. Managed to find some vegetarian food but not much. The local wine is nice and low priced. Little fridge in the room for cold drinks but no coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

Just got back from a weeks holiday at the varandas I found the hotel very clean beds very comfortable good shower .food was good but not a lot of choice. Pedro . Who works the bar was such a nice hard working guy .the drinks was great no entertainment but there is a snooker room with telly and English channels just next to bar. Nice pool but to cold no one went in it. The girl on reception was very nice very helpful. Snacks were. Great and the coffee was lovely at the bar.hotel next door to a shopping center its not that big but there is a few nice shops. The train takes you rounded Portugal the old town and the strip which are both nice. If you are going to this hotel its not as bad as some. Reviews make it out .

As new owners they are working to get the amenities up to scratch. The staff are outstanding, friendly and go way above and beyond to accomodate. Beds were comfortable and we had a city view. Fabulous to sit on shaded balcony with a breeze. Lots of restaurants and bars within a 2 minute walk. Beach right across the road. Breakfast for little money was adequate. Would absolutely recommend.

I just spent a week with my son and it’s a little gem in the middle of the city with a perfect view. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even had breakfast ready at 4 in the morning before we were leaving, breakfast is only at 730 and they would leave breakfast set up a little longer for the late arises. The room was always very clean. I would definitely recommend this place and will go back.

Hotel Ilha is a great place for so many reasons. Its location is perfect for visiting Angra, but even more importantly, the reception staff is exceptional; friendly, welcoming, helpful and fluent in English. Also, the hotel could not be any cleaner, whether its your room, common places or the very nice breakfast room, everything is immaculate. A very nice, simple breakfast of fresh local breads, rolls, cereals, yogurts and jams as well as coffees and teas are put out daily. Loved the place and hope to stay again any time.

This place is a hidden gem! The front desk personnel were friendly and professional. Small boutique hotel but very nice. My room was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The breakfast was very basic, but satisfying. Water available all day which is nice in the summer. Oh the location... better than i could ever ask. 5 min walk to water and a beach. Near shopping and places to eat. Very safe location. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a central street of Angra do Heroísmo, in a walking distance to the most relavant places, as the Town Hall, the Cathedral, the Garden. It is also near the sea, making it easy to go to the beach. At the same time, it is surrounded by different kinds of restaurants, shops and near a book shop that is also a caffé. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable, though not too much. It was a nice place to arrive to at night for a good sleep. Breakfast was simple, but good. One could eat enough to go on until lunch time.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, especially the cleaning staff who also oversaw breakfast, whenever I needed something they always helped immediately and were very kind! The hotel is located in the city center, so it has a great location. It's clean and cozy, the breakfast options were nice, but slightly limited. It's an excellent choice for the value.

The location is amazing, Angra is a beautiful city. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was tasty. The room was comfy.

Been staying here for many years on and off since 2005. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful, location is perfect for Praia da Vitória, good value for money and always nice to return, hope to continue to stay here for many years to come. Clean and comfortable throughout, always happy to go that extra mile to assist and help.

The Hotel Branco is in a nice location; you can walk to the beach or shop streets of Praia in short order, and it's close to the Terceira airport (which has few flights, so don't worry about the noise). The rooms are comfortable, although the shower might be too small if you're larger. Breakfast is simple but sufficient and included in the room price, and the staff was friendly, with serviceable English. Nothing to complain about in my opinion, plus a great price, makes this a good choice if you're staying in Praia.

Beautiful, clean place, walkable to Praia de Vittoria. Very kind woman on staff, stayed up late to welcome me when my flight was delayed and arrived after midnight; I wish I could have spent more time here. Lovely room with balcony view. Called me a taxi when I was ready to go to airport.

I had a miss understanding at first with a chat that we had on BOOKING.COM & I was at fault for miss understanding what had been texted. I felt embarrassed and apologized to the owner and she was very nice about it. Working staff are friendly with smiles, they keep this place very clean & spotless. I also want to thank Jorge for helping me when I lost my cell phone I really appreciate his effort that day for helping me find it. Thank you Jorge very much!

We had a quick stop over for the night, arriving late and leaving early in the morning. The rooms were clean, comfortable and I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

Very clean, fresh towels and bath supplies everyday. We could also use the fridge downstairs. Walking distance to the bathing area and marina. Free big parking.
