Just spent the weekend in Annapolis at the Graduate Hotel. Overall, it was a good stay. Room was clean and a good size. We had a king room with the balcony. The balcony was private and it was nice to sit out there for our morning coffee and at night after sightseeing. The rooms are a little dated structurally. Low bathroom ceiling. But quiet and bed was comfortable. It's walking distance to the Dock but you can take the free Annapolis shuttle which comes every 10-15 minutes right outside the hotel. Valet service was outstanding. Nice little coffee stand for morning coffee purchase. For some reason the bar and restaurant closed on Friday at 9pm for floor waxing. Odd time for that. But plenty of other options elsewhere. We'd stay here again.

The property was so nice with so much character! The staff was so helpful, the rooms were so comfy and clean. Also love the soaps they provide! The restaurant and coffee place in the hotel leaves basically all you need in one place! It’s a perfect location to all the bars and restaurants in the area as well.

The hotel is better than it appears on the website photos. It is an old building that has been well renovated by Hilton. Positives Room is very clean. Mattress is very firm - comfortable - and sheets are fine. Lots of storage space and an empty mini frig so you can put your own things in there. Good counter space. Bathroom lighting is good. The room decor is not as hideous in color cacophony as it looks to be on the website. Location is excellent -- on West. St, about a 6 minute walk to the main drag and about a 15 min walk to the marina dock and restaurants. The gym is excellently equipped and very large; contrary to a review which said that you could not fit 4 people in there. It is a great hotel gym. Negatives Parking is expensive. Shower is a tub, not a walk in, and the tub is incredibly slippery. There is no catch on the drain and I lost an inexpensive ring that slid off my finger right down the drain. "Breakfast included" means that you have a $12.50 credit at a little shop in the lobby that sells breakfast sandwiches and beverages, not a full breakfast. Most rooms overlook the inner courtyard which is a large meeting / party room. The hotel hosts a lot of weddings so there is a lot of loud noise on every weekend night. The rooms around the inner courtyard have their window on the courtyard and the drapes are not very thick so at night your room interior is open viewing to anyone walking along the inner courtyard corridors on every floor.

Beds were super comfortable, fun and well decorated decor, super clean.The restaurant for breakfast had lots of options and the staff was very friendly. Walkable to downtown Annapolis and waterfront.

Great hotel! Very clean room and common areas. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect! Easily walkable to restaurant, bars, shopping and morning coffee!

We recently stayed at Sonesta Suites in Annapolis with a group reservation that included multiple rooms, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. Every member of our group had a positive experience, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the hospitality we received. The team at the hotel was kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made the booking process easy and were a pleasure to work with on every level. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The location was also ideal for our needs, with easy access to everything we had planned. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Sonesta Suites Annapolis to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to stay. Great service, clean, good location, free tasty breakfast, free parking, nice clean pool, WIFI, and decent price! Would highly recommend including for business, family or single travelers. And a kitchen if you are so inclined, but do check out local restaurants (love the tapas at Jalapenos and doughnuts/breakfast sandwiches at Blondies).

The staff at check in were great. We first stopped just to check it out to see if we wanted to stay there (had a room booked at another Inn that was terrible so we were looking to find something else) and Moe was very helpful and kind. She took the time to answer our questions and even showed us a room. Check in was with Jasmine and she was great also. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast included had several options. We enjoyed coffee on the very comfortable outside furniture

The suite was roomy and accommodating, including fully stocked eat-in kitchen with dishes, cook top, and dishwasher. Sleeper sofa and large workspace desk perfect for business travel. Comfortable king bed and spacious bathroom area. Plenty of storage and closet space. Check-in staff noted I was travelling alone and placed me in room close to the lobby where I felt safe and secure. Last but not least, breakfast selections were tasty. Will definitely return next time I travel to Annapolis MD.!!!!

Staff were helpful and friendly. Comfortable, quiet, great breakfast, location was convenient to food and Town Centre needs. We extended our stay and happily used the laundry too.

We stayed here for one night and we were impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and there was even a small fridge, which we were not expecting. The ice machines not only had ice, but also cold filtered water, which was great! The parking lot is very tight and we were lucky to come upon a space when we checked in around 8 pm. The good thing is, you can walk to downtown, restaurants, the boat docks, etc from this location, so you can park your car and leave it during your stay. The front desk staff we met were all helpful and friendly. The gym was well equipped. In the morning we were able to walk through the nearby residential district to a small waterfront park, which was enjoyable. There were several restaurants within walking distance, although we had eaten downtown before checking in, so we didn't try any of them. The only thing we wished would have been included was breakfast (and maybe a hot tub!). Other than that, it was fantastic, and we will definitely return if we come to Annapolis again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in our 5th floor balcony room with a city view! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The Metropolitan rooftop bar just down the street was fabulous too!! Only two issues - although doable, parking is tight and should be free. A high top table on the balcony would be nice. Overall it was a great stay and we will be back!

My wife and I took a night away and we chose the Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis Downtown. Easy to find. Plenty of parking. We did the "park and stay" rate which had parking included. Easy check in. The front desk personnel was welcoming and had our room ready before noon. The place is spotless. Our room had a wonderful king bed, a fridge and microwave. Bathroom was huge and immaculate. Super large shower. Large screen TV, a place to stretch out and plenty of bright lighting as well. It was perfect. The hotel was a 10-minute walk from downtown Annapolis, Main Street and the water. No problem at all to walk down there, in fact, during our overnight stay, we walked down three different times. I would highly recommend this hotel when looking for a place to stay in Annapolis, right on West Street, which also offers a variety of eateries, shops, etc. for convenience. The hotel also offered a variety of sundry items in the lobby, as well as a large restaurant seating area as well. We saw people working on their computers and enjoying breakfast there as well. Overall, I would give this place an outstanding rating and would highly recommend it.

Great location - less than a mile to the Annapolis waterfront and only steps from the stop for the free shuttle that runs up and down the main streets. Great value, especially compared to the much higher priced options in the historic district. Spacious and comfortable room, comfortable beds. Spacious and clean bathroom with good towels. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had drinks and dinner at the bar/restaurant. It was very convenient to stores and restaurants. Staff was exceptional.

While I have visited Annapolis and number of times, I’ve never stayed at the Doubletree. I wish I had. I arrived and was greeted very warmly by the manager and staff at the front desk. I had checked in electronically, but they were still there to provide me direction. The room is a bit worn, but very clean. I was able to spend some time at the outdoor pool and it was clean and relaxing. I was happily surprised to hear that there is a complementary shuttle that can take you to city dock in Annapolis, right by the Naval Academy as well as other locations within 5 miles.. John the shuttle driver was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about local sites and restaurants. I also had a drink at the bar. Patrick, the bartender was professional, courteous, and friendly. They run a well oiled machine at the Doubletree. We return annually and will definitely come back. Whomever is managing this property is doing a great job!

The hotel room is always clean and modern with a frig and coffee/tea making in the room. The restaurant offers good meals also and a very nice breakfast buffet on the weekends along with helpful servers. There are many sitting areas in the hotel as well as outside on their grounds.

From the minute we walked in it was a great stay. Very kind check in & check out. We were upgraded (Diamond member) to a jr suite. Our room was spacious and sparkly clean. The restaurant was VERY nice. Great atmosphere, good food, exceptional service, & reasonable prices. We ended up having dinner there both nights. Great all around stay.

Staff were most friendly, responsive and great overall, which includes front desk, restaurant, and the van driver. Rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean. Also, parking space was plentiful and van service was provided within 5-mile radius, which I took advantage of, a great convenience. Lunch was most tasty and reasonably priced and morning buffet provided many offerings, enough to satisfy anyone.

This hotel is huge. It is like a hotel and convention center in one. Ok, maybe not that big, but there is plenty of meeting space. While the general feel comes off a bit dated, I was quite happy with how clean and orderly things were. Checking in was a bit slower than expected, however, they provide fresh cookies and a smile, so I guess a slight wait won't hurt. They offer a shuttle downtown, although they aren't very far so you can also get an uber cheaper than parking! That is win-win either way. Rooms are a decent size and similar to the rest of the hotel clean. Very sizable. Bed was comfortable as well. Water pressure was decent but I wouldn't really rave about their showers. I didn't eat at their bar-restaurant but the meal looks appealing and they have an happy hour. Overall, I cannot say much more but would recommend if you need to stay in the area.

The staff was wonderful. However, the safe in the room did not work, the bartender was out so no bar in the lobby, carpeting throughout hotel needed cleaning and there should have been a safety bar on the jacuzzi tub. The location was very convenient. There were no channel guides in the room nor was there any info on what restaurants were around. Bedroom blinds were broken so we had to clip them with a paper clip. I would stay here again but the hotel needs some upkeep.

Wonderful stay staff very friendly. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Would have like for dinner to be open while I was here though. Breakfast could have had more choices for the buffet. Other than that all around good stay. I will be back soon

Location was great , right off the highway , but not ON the highway. Located in a quiet area of an office park and not a residential area , I think is the perfect location. It was quiet , and we felt safe. Room was very clean , bed was comfortable , and the TV was a big screen. Staff was very friendly. If I need to travel back to this area , I would book here again.

Our room was very spacious, bedroom, living,kitchen with all the appliances that we needed. Parking was convenient and easy to walk around the hotel. Very friendly staff, specially Zenobia at the front desk( she was kind and professional and made us feel welcome immediately💗)and Terry in the breakfast room(she was constantly cleaning and making sure everything was full, very friendly 💗) we will definitely recommend this location to others!!

Location was close to family we were visiting, very quiet area. King suite was accommodating & comfortable. Breakfast variety was great, enjoyed the fresh mini waffles & individual small omelets. Good value for our 1 night stay, very clean and staff were pleasant and helpful!

Pet friendly – good breakfast – The rooms are very well laid out and very clean. Very quiet, and set away from any roads. Limited areas to walk a dog. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were average. The rooms were somewhat clean, there was red stuff (blood/juice) on the wall and in the shower, no carpeting, which was nice. Had a pool, which we did not use. Shopping/restaurants were close and convenient.

I have so many great things to say about the service I received at this hotel. It was amazing. The rooms were newly renovated and they are very spacious. It had that newly carpet smell. The foyer of the hotel was really nice. My husband and I had the chance to watch the Super Bowl in our on little cubicle and we were assisted with fabulous drinks 🍹 from the bar from Taylor and Pam. I wanted Baylis with my coffee and Taylor NAILED it. When I first checked in, Rochelle was very kind and approachable. She made sure that I had extra towels and feather free pillows. Basically, she matched our energy. We laughed and joked until I knew that this was the place for the next 7 days. The gym was very clean and they had new machinery. I usually don’t use the hotel gym but it had everything I needed along with the cleanliness. My husband had a lot to say about the staff as well. He enjoyed conversing every morning with the cook Diana. He said her burritos were to live for. He was excited every morning to eat his freshly made breakfast. If you were thinking about staying here, think no longer! It’s the place to stay in Annapolis. Oh, last but not least when I was checking out I met the GM and it was indicative that The Apple 🍎 don’t fall far from the tree!” Her staff was marvelous due to them having a great leader. Thanks Courtyard Staff for making our stay one to remember!!!

Excellent place to stay. Location was convenient to everything- short drive to the USNA. Facility and room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Note that if you reserved the room through a website other than Marriott’s and it said breakfast was included, you will need to tell the front desk and show them on your phone that your reservation included breakfast. They should then give you a voucher. I guess typically breakfast is not included except with some websites like Expedia, etc. Breakfast was very good with my voucher- otherwise, it would have been expensive and I would have passed.

Convenient location which was very clean with friendly staff. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was prepared to order with healthy options featuring a delicious frittata. Lobby overlooked beautiful courtyard with outside seating and fire pit. The lobby was large and provided ample seating with private booth areas and tv’s. Would stay here again.

I stayed at this Courtyard once in May and once in June; it seems that some of the rooms have been refurbished so each stay was dramatically different. I stayed on the west side of the hotel in May and had a king room that looked brand new, with lots of USB ports/outlets and had a standalone shower. In June I stayed on the east side of the hotel and had an older (but clean) double room with old outlets and an old bathtub/shower combo. Both rooms offered a sliding glass door with balcony and chairs that look out into a nice courtyard. The entire hotel is very clean and both rooms were spotless. The front desk and café staff are fantastic. Housekeeping is not daily. Parking is plentiful and it was easy to get a space right near my room. Overall a nice stay both times, and I'll be happy to return.

My wife and I stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Annapolis on 13 March, departing on 14 March. I have nothing but superlatives to say about it. The staff was super. We are Marriott Platinum, and when we checked in , the desk clerk, whose name I believe was Nancy, spent a good amount of time making sure we could have a room that would best meet our needs. She could have just logged us into any room, but she did not do so. We were very impressed and happy with how diligently she worked to ensure us a good stay. She was friendly and efficient as well. This was the way to be welcomed to a hotel! Later in the day, the desk clerk whose name was Rochalle or Rachelle, I think, went out of her way two or three times to make sure we had amenities that we asked about. She was very helpful and friendly as well. The hotel itself was clean, bright, well-designed, and comfortable. A great deal of thought obviously went into making it a welcoming and attractive place to stay. The price was amazingly affordable. The facilities and staff made it seem as though we were staying in a much more expensive hotel. We will certainly return the next time we are in the Annapolis area.

Th room was clean, the bathroom was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and pillows fluffy. The 1st morning breakfast was disappointing. The young lady attending wasn't very attentive but the second morning a man named Josiah was working. The dining room was spotless, everything was constantly refilled the food was delicious and hot. He was very friendly and you could see he took pride in his work. I asked if he was the kitchen manager and he said no but I think he should be. Thanks Josiah for a wonderful start to our day and hope to see you on our next trip here.

The check in staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean, the bathroom had recently been remodeled and was sparkling clean. Breakfast was better than I had expected. Kudos to the staff who manage the buffet, they did a great job!

It was super lean, probably recently remodeled because it looked brand new. Even though close to the highway intersection making it convenient and easy to get to, it was tucked away down a side street and very quiet. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast bar was very good. Definitely a good value. I would stay there again.

The BEST staff! Welcoming, friendly, accommodating, informative. Provided extra towels/room items upon request. Alot of breakfast items available that change some daily (pancakes, bacon, sausage, potatoes, coffee, juice, milk, grits, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, muffins, bagels, boiled eggs, etc). Clean. Pool clean. Laundry available ($2 each). Ice and vending machines. About 11 minutes from downtown/main street. Close to target & food spots. Parking onsite. Small fitness center.

We had an amazing weekend getaway to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Melissa at check-in warmly welcomed us and upgraded us to a stunning waterfront view on the fourth floor. The staff was courteous and attentive, the room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The valet service was prompt and kind. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The location was perfect. We’ll definitely be back!

Was visiting family in Annapolis & decided we'd rather not couch surf, so booked the Annapolis Waterfront on points for a couple nights. Pros: Great location, well-appointed and spacious room, lovely view overlooking the marina and bridge, SUPER comfortable bed and linens, had an amazing two nights of sleep, pleasant staff, couldn't hear people in other rooms (though noise did travel in from the hallway but it wasn't obtrusive). Cons: No onsite restaurant/bar (though they do partner with the Chop House next door for breakfast - which was delicious btw), common areas were a bit nicked up, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Overall, a good stay - especially if you have some points to put towards the price tag.

We celebrated Fifty four years of marriage at this hotel. Fifty four years ago this property was Annapolis Hilton Inn, now it’s a Marriott Autograph property. What a memorable trip with all the staff acknowledging our anniversary. We had an amazing room ( 419), and card and Champagne awaiting us. We were so pleased with not only the attention but the accommodations were superb. We also enjoyed the wonderful hospitality and dinner at the Choptank Restaurant which was walking distance from our hotel. Choptank Restaurant seems to be affiliated with the hotel was also aware of our anniversary and treated us with royalties by providing free breakfast for two, which included the tip.

My husband and I came to Annapolis last Sunday and had an amazing few days. The hotel was in the best location, it’s very central to where all the restaurants and shops are! All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The man working the valet (Trevor) helped us get checked in and gave us amazing recommendations. The Annapolis waterfront is the only hotel we’ll stay at in Annapolis now!

A delightful hotel! The "waterfront" label is spot on; just look at the picture. And to take max advantage of the location, SPLURGE: Get a room with a waterfront-view balcony. In our case, although the balcony was delightful, it was on the other side of a see-through, talk-through, overhear-through divider. We chatted a bit with our neighbors, then lowered our voice volume to achieve privacy without giving up the beguiling view. More: The bathroom was on the small side, but well-equipped. We had two queen beds in the room vs. one king, but the kings (maybe one was left, if that) offered no balconies. The queen was fine; good mattress and bed linens. As almost always at any Marriott destination, the well-trained Marriott staff was cheerful and helpful. Parking was easy and the car stayed parked. The hotel's location makes it easy to walk almost anywhere in the city, on the water excepted. As for food, the resto was undergoing renovation. The folks who own the hotel apparently own or at least have close relationships with three nearby restos, one of which was doing gangbuster business; the other two had not yet opened. Bottom line: Stay here!!!

I liked that it is located near restaurants, super market, Best Buy, Home Depot and convenient to a shopping mall nearby. The pool and jacuzzi were clean. The breakfast was good and covered all breakfast needs.

The room was great, the jacuzzi tub was wonderful, the fireplace ( though not needed now) was a lovely surprise, and the breakfast was yummy !

Family friendly! Full proper breakfast for my wife and I and the kids (cereal, waffle station, bagels, toast cooker, eggs sausage potatoes, juices, coffees, teas, waffle station!). Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Staff was great, super friendly. Very quick check in and check out. Also they have a small indoor pool and jacuzzi, and a small workout room but I that’s just a few cardio equipment and a free weights

This place is amazing! The mattress is between soft and firm and has a nice pillow top. It felt so good I did not want to get out of bed. The rooms were spacious. There was a nice sitting area with a sofa that turns into a bed easily. There was a nice desk. I feel like this is the perfect place for someone on business or a family vacation. The desk was nice for working. I saw a very nice hot tub and pool. I sat outside on the patio and read a book. There was furniture that I could prop my feet up and it was private and quiet. It was so nice at nighttime. The rooms were very quiet. I could hear people in the hall but that is normal with any hotel! The most important part of a hotel to me is the television. The remote was so simple and the tv was a nice size. Yes, you do have to pay 10 dollars for parking. There is an app you scan in the lot with a sign. The only reason is because they are next to a luxury apartment complex. People may try to use the hotel lot. The area is extremely safe. There are tons of places to shop and an amazing mall. There is a nice beach called sandy point not too far. **Please be alert to Jelly fish they sting. I personally prefer gunpowder state park hammerman area for a picnic and swimming (no jellyfish). (A little bit of a drive to Baltimore but worth it). Have a great visit!

This place just had a complete remodel, everything is nice and fresh. When you enter the room there is a entry/sitting area where you can unload all your stuff. A couch, a desk, a counter area with coffee maker and mini fridge. Just past the sitting area is the bedroom area and a large bathroom is to the side. The bathroom was spotless with a nice walk in shower, separate vanity area. The size of the room is above average. Breakfast bar is very nice. Scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, veggie sausages, boiled eggs, bread toasters with various breads and muffins, bagels, milk and different kinds of cereal, fruit, fresh coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, pretty much everything you could possibly want for a nice day starter. This is a fantastic value for the price.

On a road trip from the north to Florida, we decided to overnight in Annapolis. As IHG members, we tried to search for a Holiday Inn Express or Crowne Plaza near the sights in the historic district — a task made more difficult by IHG’s continuing and inexplicable refusal to fix its app so that travelers can use it on the road without WiFi. There was nothing IHG in the historic district, but we opted for the HI Express 4 miles away. This hotel has the advantage of being next to a mall, a Whole Foods, and several restaurants. You wouldn’t have to go into downtown Annapolis for anything, but don’t miss it, really. It is a very cool colonial burg, and the MD statehouse is uniquely beautiful. We had fun eating at the Galway Pub there. The nice front desk clerk upgraded us to a king suite, which was clean snd comfy. Breakfast was hot and good, tho oddly there were none of the famous cinnamon rolls. An attendant said there might be some “next week.”

We only stayed for one night but it was a good experience. The hotel is Clean , our room was comfortable and clean , good rate and only 15 min from Historic Annapolis. There is a Whole Foods next door which is so convenient! Their breakfast was very good and there is always coffee, tea and fruit available to guests . The hotel hallways looked bad but it looked like the are being renovated .

The manager, David, and the desk clerk, Daniel, were exceptionally welcoming, helpful, kind, and considerate. Other staff members were very helpful and accommodating. Overall, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The one thing that surprised me, and it is a minor detail, is that there was only one hook in the bathroom on which to hang a towel. Since there were three of us in the room, additional hooks would have been useful.

Friendly and capable staff, clean, attractively-furnished rooms, great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Shaquan, Annie, Daniel — super friendly and helpful! Housekeeping staff is very efficient and service-oriented.

We wanted an out of downtown location for better value and less congestion. This hotel on Riva Rd provided both but I still believe that an average of $213/night is high. Myra was the desk clerk who greeted us enthusiastically and provided friendly conversation throughout our stay. Our room was a standard 2 Queen bed room which was clean but was cramped in many ways. This hotel is approximately 4 miles from downtown so our small retail and dining adventures were conveniently close. The complimentary breakfast buffet had varied and tasty choices. Parking was free and on-premises and didnt have an annoying no in-out restriction. We will definitely stay here again. I recommend that management consider a return guest, Senior and/or Gold Member discounts.

Very very friendly staff! They were so welcoming and accomdating. We changed room a few times due to some minor issues with the rooms, but they handled it all very well and made sure we were comfortable and happy. We really appreciated that. We understand things happen and may not always go as planned, but how it's handled, makes all of the difference! The room and beds were comfortable and overal the entire facility was clean. The location is very quiet, but convenient to the interstate as well as dining and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very nice. We stayed due to my daughters lacrosse tournament at Liberty Park. Cody at the front desk was great and Miss Sharon at the bar was a pleasure. The hotel has a very nice gas fire pit at night as well. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The beds were so comfy with lots of pillows. The hotel is new and well kept. Everyone from our lacrosse team agreed with how nice it was. The only small downside was the shower head. But it wouldn’t keep me from not staying there again if we had a tournament in the area.

I really went there to relax and this was ideal for that with the pool and the gym. The amenities were very good! The water was shallow in the pool but a little cold, In the room they had lots of great things and was very modern especial the bathroom and furniture. The best things was the hospitality on the lower level. The staff is both friendly and helpful! (Very accommodating) last people seem to be enjoying the bar area! I like the restaurant in the lobby! The menu was order to your specifications. They are new so not set up for room service yet! There is shopping around if you have a car. I look forward to visiting again!

Booked last minute after previous hotel is 100% pet friendly and I’m allergic to pets. I live locally but needed to stay for work. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was newly renovated and very clean. The only issue was we asked for additional towels and was told that they didn’t have additional towels due to the hotel being sold out BUT they did offer late check out which I was unable to utilize.

Hotel have close the hot tub and pool did not run the water. Very upset that the hotel Employee in the front desk mention the pool hours but did not mentioned that the jacuzzi was close and pool did not run the water.

The front desk was friendly, check-in fast and easy. The rooms were very clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast available along with dinner and a very nice bar. Check-out very fast. All staff very friendly and helpful. It’s close to shopping and restaurants.

Room was essentially clean. Some of the pillow cases were not clean and we took those pillows off the beds. Had drinks at the bar in the evening which were very good. We paid extra for the included breakfast but at check in were told there is no free breakfast. Were given vouchers for the breakfast after reminding the check in agent we paid extra. Breakfast was not buffet but menu service. Probably the worst meal I’ve had in recent memory. Not only did waiter fail to bring what we ordered, the food was deplorable. Egg and cheese sandwich was cold scrambled eggs on English muffin topped with an unmelted kraft single. Pancakes were a kin to something made of ground up cardboard, also served cold. Would not recommend eating if you stay.

We stayed here after another hotel did not honor our reservation. It was the best thing to happen to us. Upon arriving, the front staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very thorough at explaining everything. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and water hot. We opted for the breakfast buffet. It was better than we thought it would be. The only downside is they pour your coffee for you. Just leave the pot, please! lol

It’s an amazing hotel…clean, spacious rooms, and bar & restaurant on site. It’s located near many additional restaurants and shops. We didn’t get to use the pool or outdoor patio…but looks beautiful. Staff was very pleasant. Will make this our go-to hotel when in Annapolis!

There are three small hotels run by this company. We stayed in the Gov Calvert House. Lovely small hotel with beautifully appointed rooms in historic style. Very comfortable King bed, good size room, nice view. Steps from the town dock, restaurants, museums and shopping. Walked to everything. Hotel is tucked away on a quiet street across from the state capital building. Very convenient, quiet and quaint.

Enjoyed the updated furnishings and room decor in keeping with a Historic Inn . Bed was very comfortable, good closet and drawer space. Nice to have coffee pot, Refridgerator etc. Staff and Valet were very friendly, helpful and accommodating of requests. Location is perfect - can park the car and walk to shops, dinner etc.

I came to the town with my son to visit the US Naval Academy. I saw the Historic Inns and chose to stay here as he loves history. We stayed at the Robert Johnson House. We really enjoyed it and everything was so clean. The pillows are definitely better than any other hotel and the beds are very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived at 2am very tired, but I walked in to see Tiara's warm and welcoming smile. She helped me again the next evening when I needed to extend my stay. She was able to extend my stay at the same discounted rate I had through another website. I hope to come back and visit this lovely town again soon. When I do, I only want to stay at the Historic Inns. They take care of your car for you and everything including the USNA is within walking distance. I highly recommend eating at Chick & Ruth's!! Best food in town!!

From the moment we walked in the door we were warmly greeted and felt welcome. Once key was in hand we made our way to our beautiful room that was clean ready for us. The staff gave us excellent dinner recommendations, the walk to the restaurant we chose was lovely, so many fun shops and charming buildings, the location of Historic Inns of Annapolis is perfect. I highly recommend the Historic Inns of Annapolis and I hope to visit again someday.

Extremely convenient location in the heart of Annapolis. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was spacious and very comfortable.

We are not ones to write reviews but this place deserves one. My husband and I bought a sailboat about the time this hotel opened about 10 years ago. We have stayed there every season since that time averaging about 6 stays each bringing family and friends to enjoy. We have become family to this remarkable place and are treated as such each visit there. The staff are very hard working and ALWAYS greet you with a smile and are incredibly kind going out of their way to make our stay perfect. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. The restaurant and bar serve delicious food and drinks. The setting is gorgeous with outside dining, pool, spa and fire pit with rockers to enjoy in the evenings. The foyer is very inviting also with a separate seating area with fireplace and comfy couches. The Market sandwiches and salads are delicious and a nice option for bringing lunch on the boat.also very nice for breakfast. They serve a variety of coffees with specially made ones daily. The staff are off the charts accommodating always making sure we have our needs met. Michelle is always there for us making arrangements and assisting in finding rooms that suit our needs. She consistently goes above and beyond and she has become family to us. We look forward to returning this season for more relaxing and outstanding stays. Thank you to all your staff. The Moore's

Hotel was wonderful, clean constantly being wiped down. Room was spacious and comfortable as was bed. Bathroom was gigantic and clean, towels were huge and soft. Only complaint was with Hotels.com the picture of the view attached to king coast rooms was very misleading and I spent more $ because of it. We like to enjoy our coffee overlooking the water on a balcony and that is what the photo indicated and that was not the case. The front desk told me that only view is a king balcony room on 4th floor which was even more money and those rooms were full . It certainly did not ruin my weekend but I feel I didn’t get what I fully paid for. But it is a very clean high end hotel to stay in

The Inn at Chesapeake Beach Club is the nicest accommodations we have experienced in a long time. From the doorman to the front desk to the bar and restaurant personnel, the service was impeccable; smiles and friendly service throughout the entire place. Knoxies restaurant has delicious and freshly made menu items. The grounds of the Inn are well planned out and very comfortable whether you are eating or just relaxing with one of their wonderful freshly made beverages.

My family and I have been visiting family on Kent Island for almost 20 years. We were so excited when the Beach Club opened, as it is the only true high end accommodation on Kent Island. We have been staying there every year since it opened and would not stay anywhere else. We have stayed in most of the accommodation types depending on availability and they are all fantastic - spacious, clean, well appointed, nicely furnished. The entire property is beautiful and well maintained, and you can't beat the proximity to the shore activities. Their restaurant, Knoxie's Table, is one of the best finer dining options on Kent Island. As foodies from the San Francisco Bay Area, we appreciate the high end food and service. Everyone from management to staff at the hotel and restaurant are so friendly, responsive, accommodating - truly outstanding. They take service very seriously. For example, on our recent stay we left my husband's airpods in the room, and they found them and arranged to have them shipped to us in California. My only word of warning is to book early - they are known as a gorgeous event/wedding venue so they can book up in the summer months!

Very pretty property, convenient location. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Dinner at Knoxies was delicious. Nice that they have two pools to spread out a little, but they aren’t swimming pools, just small “dipping pools.” Nice spacious bathroom. Wish we had had time to visit the beach area and spa. Would stay again.

Staying at Laurel Grove Inn felt like going to visit friends in their home. The house was spacious and had lots of games and activities to do around the house. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and we especially loved the fluffy towels. Tiffany was in touch before we arrived, greeted us warmly when we arrived to show us around the house and yard. She gave us many choices for breakfast - and each morning we all joined together in the kitchen and visited. You could not have asked for a more comfortable stay! There are many tables inside and beautiful terraces to sit to eat breakfast - and her meals were amazing! The view of the river is fantastic! It was a short drive into town, so an excellent place to stay to feel out in the country but with easy access to town. Tiffany has guests that return over and over - and we certainly would stay here again if we come back to this area.

This the first B&B stay for my wife and I and it was a great time. The location quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking around the yard and spending time on the dock at the river. Breakfast on the back porch overlooking the river was the perfect way to start the day. It took us about 20 minutes to get into town, not bad at all. Tiffany was a very gracious host. She made sure that we were comfortable and made a fantastic breakfast. We would absolutely go back.

The trip was amazingly good. The room and hotel were very well kept and clean. The quality service of service was exceptional making you very welcome and at home. The amenities included a good and varied breakfast; patio outside the building The bed and breakfast was on the South River. The location was perfect being close to all of the city, and yet in a quiet and peaceful area.

Beautiful home! River view from the room exceptional. Eating a delicious breakfast from the balcony was so peace overlooking the river, watching the boats, ducks and bluebirds. Close to Annapolis. Laurel Grove Inn On The South is owned and hosted by Tiffany. She has a saying that in essence ... you arrive and are greeted with a handshake and you leave hugging because you have become friends. This is absolutely true. We were warmly greeted by Tiffany and we instantly felt right at home. The property is so beautiful. It overlooks the South River which is so peaceful. Our room at the Inn was very comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was amazing and complete. The evening before, we were able to choose what we would like for breakfast. It was delicious. Our stay at the Inn was for 1 night as it was part of a week long vacation. We wish that we could have stayed longer and pkan to return.

This was our second visit to this hotel. The hotel is bright, fresh and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. It's a wonderful place to stay. But what makes this hotel most excellent is the service. The front desk staff are very eager to provide top notch service and professionalism...they are sharp and strong assets to the property. Katie and Selena were so kind and very professional. They recognized us as returning guests and greeted us with warmth, genuineness and a speedy, easy check-in. The valet staff is great...they utilize texting to be able to retrieve your car in a seamless manner. The same young man was there the evening we checked in (8/13) and then the next morning when we left. He was a friendly and professional first welcome. The woman working at the take out snack restaurant mid morning on 8/14 was excellent too and I am sorry not to remember her name, but she was friendly and quick to make up our to-go breakfasts. The housekeeper ready to clean our room after we checked out (6th floor) was so friendly greeting us when we were heading out. Thank you for another wonderful stay at the Westin in this beautiful and friendly city. We hope to be back again!

Loved the room layout and decor, the bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the shower was exceptional, and the towels were perfect. The hotel is undergoing renovations. Because of this, the breakfast sitting area was on the other side of the hotel from the kitchen. This caused a delay in receiving our food. However, the servers were kind and attentive, and the food was hot and exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool, gym, and associated restrooms were also well appointed. One of my favorite things was how luxurious the entire Hotel smelled. It was a wonderful experience!

The hotel is beautiful and everyone was so welcoming and friendly! We had dinner at the restaurant a few nights and it was delicious. The room was fabulous as well as clean. Could not recommend this hotel more

Great hotel and location, but read the fine print! This is not the hotel's fault, but my own. I saw that the hotel was pet friendly but missed the fine print that there is a $50 fee to bring a pet. Additionally, expect to pay close to $40 a day for valet parking unless you can find one of a handful of spots on the street nearby. Beyond that, the room was very clean, the beds are VERY comfortable, the hotel is near the delicious Miss Shirley's and other restaurants and an easy walk to other restaurants and shops. Would stay again but remember to factor in additional costs for parking!

Very nice hotel. Recomnded. Nice staff, Roxana Torres was very nice in the front desk. Clean, house keeping lade is very active and has a smiley face. Some rooms have microwave and fridge. Some had fridge only. Front desk person called Hershey I think was very helpful during check in. Have us good info about the area. Good coffee at the morning. No breakfast. Best Western just behind them with breakfast and with around 7 dollars extra. They should add breakfast here in this hotel Parking lot is on and safe.

...reasonably priced, clean, and safe. Check-in went smoothly, but I couldn't figure out who the lady was lounging, doing something on her phone in the reception area, who chimed in on my conversation with front desk clerk, and who was still lounging there doing something on her phone when I returned from dinner an hour later. When I asked about a nearby restaurant, they both told me that it was NOT in walking distance, requiring that I drive this way and that to get to it. So I asked about any restaurants in walking distance and they directed me "across the street". I walked over, didn't see anything I liked, then walked a little further into the shopping center, looked at my phone, and saw that the original restaurant I wanted was just another ONE TENTH of a mile! Total walking distance to restaurant: TWO TENTHS of a mile! So what does that have to do with the "motel" review? The staff should have a more clear idea of nearby amenities, and be able to clearly direct a guest to them.

This Red Roof Inn is very, very basic. Absolutely no frills. But it is clean, quiet, has ample parking, has a very friendly front desk staff (Mike & Michaela), and is conveniently located. There is no coffee maker in the room but it is always available in the lobby.

The room was clean, spacious and everything worked as it should. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very good, just across Riva Road from a large shopping center and minutes from downtown Annapolis. The motel is set far enough back from the road that noise is not a problem. Overall, it is good value for the low price.

I had my dog with me, and was very concerned about the yellow flags all around the properties that said the area had been treated with pestisides!!!!! Also, the whole place seemed a little run down, but was clean. Was also disappointed that the "continental breakfast" was only coffee or tea ... not even toast or a bagel??!!!

My mother and I stayed here for one night (May 14, 2016) and did not think this was a bad place at all. No, it's not the Ritz, but I didn't expect it to be. For $76.28, we had two double beds in a clean, non-smoking room. This is a fairly large roadside motel with several units located off of Route 50 just outside Annapolis. Personally, I thought it was good value for my money. The staff at check-in was very friendly. OK, the décor in the room wasn't the most modern, but it was perfectly fine and, again, CLEAN. There were no bugs or funky smells anywhere. The bathroom was rather small, but equipped with everything needed (sink, toilet, shower with plenty of hot water). The TV was OK, not the best cable service but good enough; I didn't have my laptop with me, so can't speak to the WiFi. Though we didn't use them, there was a small dorm-style refrigerator and a small microwave in the room for use. My only true complaint was that there was a fairly large gap between the floor and the bottom of the room door which let in cold air from the outside; we had to stuff towels under the door to keep out the draft. That is something that the motel staff should look into fixing --- would NOT have been happy if it had been the middle of winter. Again, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable and it was a nice place for the money spent.

This Motel is simple and not fancy. This motel is in the “from the old days” category. However, I found the rooms to have upgraded with good furniture and a very comfortable king bed. The television has a reasonable amount of viewing selection. The bathroom are simply but clean and fresh. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt safe and comfortable. We have all seen old and rundown Motels from yesteryear. This has considerable age BUT very well maintained.

OK, OK you might not want to bring the wife and kids. On the outside it looks like a U Store It facity. BUT inside the rooms is a different story. King sized bed, huge room, long desk with several chairs, microwave, refrigerator. Impeccably clear, great bathroom with wolk in shower. If you are a bussiness traveler, why stay at overpriced downtown hotels when you could stay here. I was in town on business, did work with several clients and co-workersw in the room at the extended desk, it is on the wall so people can't sit around it, but three of us easily worked with a central computer. Frankly, if your wife values value over exterior looks, again this is the place. In spite of its industrial exterior, the rooms are charming, spacious, and well appointed. The two hundred or so bucks a night you save can buy her a great dinner downtown. I am a 67 year old man, so understand my perspective, a businesswoman or young couple would definately enjoy this place, neighborhood is very safe, 2 minutes from the freeway, 1/2 hour from BWI. I am so sorry it took me this long to find this hidden gem. Goodby to gouging airport hotel fees or downtown Annapolis overpriced rooms a third of the size of this one.

This motel/hotel far exceeded our expectations. Based on the negative reviews we were very much surprised. The room was recently remodeled and well-appointed (mini-fridge, microwave). It was spacious, clean, and comfortable -- even had high ceilings that made it rather expansive feeling. The bed linens were clean (and believe me I inspected very closely). Travelers need to remember this is not a 5 star hotel and they should stop expecting 5 star amenities. But, for the low scores and reviews, this really is a little hidden gem. The front desk staff were polite and helpful (promptly providing extra pillows, etc.). Our room was nowhere near other guests and we never heard any noise whatsoever. It felt as if we were the only ones in the establishment although based on vehicles and such, it was clear we were not alone. I would 100% return and ask for the exact same room. The rate was absolutely on point with the quality.

The room was very nice, clean, a unique design. Very nice and quiet location. The room a/c - heater was also nice and quiet! The staff was lovely! The ladies at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were friendly and accommodating. Coffee at the front desk was available and very good.

Very VERY Courteous staff members!! Very welcoming upon check in and check out. Clean facility, comfortable rooms, love the fact that they’re equipped with full kitchens. It was nice to have extra bedding for the pullout couch without having to ask multiple times for them. Will definitely be staying here again in the near future!

Chose this location due to it being newly renovated. Extremely clean lobby and room. Like the kitchenette. Arrived late to check in and front desk person was prompt and quick to assist.

The hotel was beautiful; clean and well maintained. Loved having a full size fridge and two burner stovetop, made our weekend feel so cozy.

A very nice, new, clean room with great amenities, ie full kitchen with a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, and dishwasher. Comfortable bed. We will return to this hotel when we are back in the area.
