Very nice, clean and comfortable apartments. Cozy terrace, birds are singing around. Convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket and a bit longer to the beaches. Internet was fast and high quality. Delicious, filling and varied breakfasts. There is a shared kitchen where you can use a microwave, refrigerator and any utensils. The owner Francesca is really amazing, kind-hearted and open-minded person, very positive, easy to communicate and sincere, always ready to help with any question. Many thanks to Francesca for her kindness and responsiveness! If you plan your holiday in Anzio, choose Il canto delle Sirene and get a lot of positive emotions.

We'd like to say so many thanks to Francesca, you're the best host ever! So kind, generous, communicative and attentive! We were even rided to the train station after check-out. The place is perfect for stay: it's not far from the sea (it took us 5-7 minutes walk to get to the beach), in a very cozy place. The room was perfectly clean, air conditioning worked perfectly, bathroom was equipped well. The bed is nice and comfortable. Breakfasts are great! There was a range of food and drinks. Thank you so much, we loved the stay!

The whole house is gorgeous and welcoming, the room was beautiful, clean and practical. Francesca went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She even gave us a lift to town and helped us find a car rental agency, phoning people for us. The breakfast was delicious with lots of different options available. A perfect stay!

Check-in check-out were very fast. Incredibly nice staff during night shift / breakfast, he made everything for me and my wife to have a nice stay, he borrowed us an ironing board and made us coffee when we had to leave at 5:45am well before breakfast time! Location is perfect, wonderful sea view from the balcony. Elevator working well. Breakfast was very rich for being an Italian breakfast (no hot plates, but plenty of cookies / cereals / yogurts / cakes / croissants and fruit, water natural and sparkling and very tasty juice fruits) and we sure appreciated having a second coffee while having breakfast. We loved having the safe inside the room for leaving our passports during our stay. Heating seemed to work well, we didn't need A/C during our stay, so I can't tell if and how it works during the summer months. Beds very comfortable with extra blankets / pillows. Enough closet / storage area, mini fridge.

This hotel was spotless and well looked after. It was bright, fresh and had a fantastic location just opposite the beach. We had rooms with balconies so could look right out over the coast - beautiful. The only disadvantage was that there wasn't much else around the hotel. Restaurants etc. were limited - just seafood restaurants across at the beach which were expensive for a family or a pizza style restaurant further uptown which was just OK. They didn't speak good English and got our orders wrong different times. As tourists we seemed to be a bother and they didn't really take time to be helpful. But the hotel made up for all of that - it was lovely. Breakfast beautiful - cereal, bread, fruit, juice, cheese, ham, yogurt and cake!! Staff were very nice although English again was a problem but loved this hotel and would recommend ++. We travelled almost everyday into Rome (1 hour) or onto Anzio (15 mins) - train station a 10-15 minute walk from hotel. Train stations have no timetable so we got mixed up with our times so be prepared to check out train times. Coming back to beach in the evening was lovely and refreshing. Unless you are spending all day on the beach - be prepared to travel to see anything else - this was OK for us but finding out train times and stops (everything covered in graffiti) was a problem.

Serpa Hotel – A Hidden Gem by the Tyrrhenian Sea I had a wonderful stay at Serpa Hotel in Anzio. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were swift and easy, thanks to the helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. The room itself was spotless and had everything I needed—comfortable bed, excellent shower pressure, and a calm, minimalist setup that made it easy to relax. But the true highlight was the private balcony overlooking the stunning Tyrrhenian Sea. Waking up to that view each morning was absolutely unforgettable. If you're looking for a clean, convenient, and peaceful place to stay with breathtaking views, Serpa Hotel is a fantastic choice.

Wonderful hotel, everything is as described. The rooms are excellent, clean, tidy, equipped. Good breakfast, varied offer, with coffee of course. Staff very friendly (special regards to Karlota). Parking is available. Good WiFi. A wonderful view of the sea, the beach immediately after crossing the street. Hotel guests have a discount on the private beach. Close to the bus and train station. There are amall shops and many restaurants nearby. The center can be reached by easy walking (app 45 min) or by local buses. All recommendations!

It was right on the beach. The sound of the waves was idyllic and restful. Really comfy bed and pillows. Welcoming staff always attentive. Savory meals. We enjoyed walking on the beach so much. Free and safe parking. Simple but very comfortable and great value! Highly recommend!

The location was beautiful set on a lovely beach. It is was a 15 min bus ride into Centro Anzio. The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful & they have a driver that they will arrange to transport you to and from train. The restaurant and beach bar on site had great service and very good food.

The location was fantastic including balcony views of a perfect sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was gorgeous and included a spa. Breakfast was excellent. We were spoilt for choice. The breakfast staff were really lovely and greeted you with a smile and a delicious coffee. Access was easy thanks to the lifts

Nino is an excellent host. Location is very good: 3 blocks from train station (1 hour train from Rome Termini). Right infront the beach. 15 minutes walk to a Anzio center. Swimming pool in the last floor with Seaview were you can enjoy beautiful sunsets in the sea. Breakfast also served there. Room and bedroom very comfortable, airconditioners worked perfect. Shower works perfect. Quiet neighborhood.Ideal if you want to take some rest from the people and noise during your stay at Rome!

this place is fantastic, and really exceeds its 3-star rating. The rooms are modern and spotless, the breakfast is vast and varied for such a small property, it has a heated pool, and a terrace with sun beds. It’s also across close to the beach and the owners are lovely. It was the perfect place to relax for a few days, and because it was low season the beaches across the road were free - water was crystal clear. I loved it all.

Very helpful and friendly owner, sea view room had a lovely view, nice breakfast with a view on the third floor, and roof top pool was awesome!! Very good value for money, would definitely stay again!!

Nice location! Friendly staff, good janitors. Beautiful garden, fair breakfast for six euros (hot coffee station ). Large vintage styled room. Very clean room, bathroom, fresh linen, good set of toiletries. Large dining and living rooms decorated with vintage artifacts. Beach is a 10 minutes walk, train station is also a 10 minutes walk. Nearby supermarket,restaurants are all within few minutes of reach.

This is a lovely little hotel 5 mins drive out of Anzio town centre. The rooms are a reasonable size and kept spotless by the maids. The pool is massive and there are plenty of sunbeds. The hotel also allows locals to use the pool for a day ticket price so it was a little bit busier at the weekend but still quiet by my reckoning. Breakfast is continental so if you want bacon and sausage this is not the place for you. A taxi ride to Anzio is a 5 min, 10 Euro ride where you will find all sorts of bars and restaurants. I thought they were all fantastic and good value for money. If you like an evening stroll its about a 45 min walk down hill. If you are thinking of visiting Rome then Anzio is an excellent base. Trains are every hour and 3.50 one way or 7 return. There is a small Aldi type supermarket nearby if you want to get a few bits. I would definitely stay here again

The staff is absolutely great! They are always there to help you and advice where to find what you need. And just to chat in the evening. The hotel also has a pool but pls mind the Booking price does not include the pool (which was a surprise to us). The room is good, although requires some improvements and fresher bed linens. They clean it daily, so it is wonderful specially when you return from the beach and bring all the sand home. There is also Glovo delivery, so we have ordered some food once. Fruit are sold everywhere, so you will certainly enjoy the season. We have then learned about the bus traveling right from the hotel to the city center (4 min drive, use their local app to buy tickets and check the schedule). So we moved our leisure time to the Dea Fortuna beach. In the city center, they offer more meal options, some sights, and wonderful beach facilities.

This is a pleasant hotel in large gardens with an excellent pool with life guard. We were perfectly comfortable. The staff were very kind and helped us get taxis to visit the beach. A nearby pizza restaurant Mangia Fuoco was really great pizza. The children hugely enjoyed meeting the four little pugs especially Rocco. I give it four stars simply because strong WiFi seems to be a necessity these days and we had many travel difficulties to address. It was good value I thought. We had two adjacent rooms, a double and a quadruple with bunk beds.

We visited Anzio to view the 'Beach Landing museum' and other monuments to 1944. Conveniently located for everything in Anzio, La Bussola is clean and cosy. The owners are very nice and a helpful source of information. There is a good breakfast bar with tasty food. Definitely five stars!

Situated close to the main square and the port, the location was excellent. The greeting was friendly and staff were helpful allowing a late check out and a place to leave our luggage for the day. The room was spacious and very clean and pleasantly furnished. The bathroom was fine with a good shower. Comfortable bed. Attention to small details was apparent throughout the hotel with flowers and a Christmas tree, and obvious effort has been made to make the most of this small hotel. We were there two nights and enjoyed our stay in this seafoodie paradise of a town.

The rooms were absolutely delightful, with cozy touches and stunning views overlooking the bay below. Waking up to that view each morning was something I’ll never forget. And let’s talk about the breakfast—this was not your average Airbnb setup. Every morning, a lovely spread was prepared with fresh pastries, seasonal fruits, creamy yogurts, granolas, and cereals. It felt personal, thoughtful, and truly indulgent. Everything about my stay was restful, warm, and welcoming. Great location in besutiful Tuscan villa with sea view and nice, quiet green garden and nice pool area under pine trees. Walking distance from train station and the picturesque cities Anzio and Nettuno and the beaches. Our host Cornelia picked us up from the station and gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home during our whole stay. I recently stayed at a villa in Italy and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa boasts an amazing view and a stunning property. The hosts were wonderful, pleasant people who made our stay exceptional. The hostess greeted us warmly upon arrival, treated us to coffee, and shared the fascinating history of the villa. Inside, the villa is a marvelous home filled with antique details. Outside, there's a large, beautiful pool that we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was also excellent, offering a variety of delicious options. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis on the property. The walk to the sea and the town was very pleasant and took only about 7 minutes. In conclusion, I highly recommend this villa. The BnB is a beautiful villa in a quiet part of Anzio. Cornelia was a delightful host, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was served on a lovely terrace overlooking the town and the sea. There is a peaceful pool area. We were able to use beach sunbeds at a discounted rate and Cornelia even invited my wife Sue to a complimentary yoga session. We could not recommend this BnB more highly!

During our stay in Anzio, our family chose this apartment. From our arrival, we were convinced that we had made the right choice. The apartments are located in a quiet area of ​​the city. We were expecting a modern, clean, just perfect room. The territory is well-groomed, modern and clean. Service at the highest level. The owner is very welcoming and friendly, and his cappuccino is the best in the world! For breakfast, you can be offered delicious and fragrant fresh pastries, or cook a delicious and hearty breakfast! We had a perfect holiday. Hosts were very kind. The villa is really beautiful. Swimming pool is for free and is very good in hot summer days. It is good that if you are tired, you don’t have to go to the beach, you can just chill near swimming pool and relax. There is also a bar with some drinks, snacks. Rooms are fresh, clean, very spacious and they also have kitchen with everything you need. Good breakfast, fruits, yogurt, muesli, fresh croissants and other bakings, they can also make for you English breakfast or eggs. Coffee was also really good. Supermarket (2 minutes walking) and train station (5 minutes walking) were really close. You can get to the city centre in 10 minutes. So, the location is perfect, you can go everywhere comfortably even without a car. The hosts also took us to the beach in the morning after the breakfast and then back (for free). They are really helpful and do their work with a soul. We will definitely come back!

If you are travelling to Anzio or the surrounding area, the newly built Stempogianni Apartments is tucked away down a quiet side road and is an exceptional choice for singles, couples or families. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a pizzaria nearby. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment with wraparound balcony facing the private pool. The kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to cook for yourselves. There was also washing machine, 2 tvs and A/C.  The property served a fabulous cooked breakfast with an array of fresh pastries from their family bakery and fresh fruit, yoghurt and granola al fresco, and the cappucino was was superb. The owner. Sergio was more than accommodating, driving us to the town, beach and back at no extra cost if you don't have a car. There are also ample car parking spaces with electric charging stations for your electric car. Plenty of sunloungers and beach towels provided. Drinks at the bar included cocktails and beers for a very reasonable price. The property is very well maintained and clean.i would definitely recommend. A++ property.

The apartment was fantastic - really spacious, very clean and well equipped. The large balcony overlooked a lovely swimming pool and covered breakfast area. The hosts were extremely welcoming, and helpful with any requests, including offering tips for the beach and places to go. The location is good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station in a residential area, with a supermarket very close by which is ideal if self-catering. The train has regular links to both Anzio and it’s restaurants/beaches, and into Rome, so it is possible to visit without a car. The breakfast was delicious, very fresh with lots of choice. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely recommend it!

Everything was awesome about the stay. Stuff there was so nice and helpful, apartment was clean and furnitured beautifuly. We loved the pool and garden and the apartment shuttle to the beach was super comfortable. They showed us the best beaches. Breakfast was delicious and we have here the best lasagna in italy. Make sure you try their drinks and dinners too. We are looking forward to come back as soon as we can. Perfect beach holiday stay for families. We loved it here.

We had the studio with terrace. The terrace is large, private, and better than amazing to relax, idyllic location, short walk to the supermarket & the beach (with both free and paid options) with a cute bar, cats in the streets, nice garden, private staircase. 20 min to train station by foot, Rome is like an hour away by train. There are also paid add-ons (we didn't use) (washing machine, microwave, beach towels,...). The hosts are really very kind and communicate instantly! For such good price (!) there definitely couldn't have been a better accommodation in this location for us. –The entrance is actually through Via Calipso 2, which is just a different entrance around the corner to the same property.
