Nice, clean rooms. Quiet. Staff very helpful and polite. Views were nice. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect temperature. Breakfast variety was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

The vibe you get from the staff is amazing. Everyone truly felt happy to be at work. 24hr complimentary coffee and soda, great breakfast, and cocktail hour (3 drinks and small snacks) YES PLEASE. Pool and hottub were nice also. Will be my go to for Phoenix from now on!

Just a layover overnight stay, but it was perfect for what we needed. Super kind staff, amenities were great, nice pool/jacuzzi, bar served nice snacks and drinks, very clean rooms and comfy beds

The bed was extremely comfortable! We had a King Handicap Suite, it was very easy to get around in. The only think that would have improved our stay would have been a roll in shower (none were available when we made our reservation). The breakfast was great! I loved the 2 waffle machines. My husband liked the scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes & 1 of my small waffles. The evening meals were good too. I preferred the Chicken & pasta, with sautéed green & yellow beans & carrots, & baked potato over the taco salad meal. The staff was awesome! The front desk, food service, resturant bar, maintenance guy, maids (we did not use them to clean our room daily, but asked for coffee each day & extra tp 1 day, got a trash bag from the lobby to empty our trash 1 day during our 4 night stay, everyone was helpful & friendly! We will definitely return!

Excellent location; close to shopping & restaurants; exceptionally friendly staff ! Clean , spacious room ; loved the 24 hour coffee bar ! Breakfast was delicious & the afternoon meal /drinks were a plus ! We appreciated the Cafe/ Bar open late for a quick bite after a long day . We will definitely be back or look for a Drury Inn when we travel.

I stayed here on my way back to PHX from Tucson. As usual I spend an inordinate amount of time looking at hotels. I chose this one due to the reasonable price (comparatively) and location on the way. The room was great. It was clean and comfortable and well kept up. People that work there were very friendly always asking what else we might need. The kickback dinner saved us from having to go out after we just traveled all day and it was pretty good. Breakfast was plentiful and not crowded because they have much more space to eat than the usual free breakfast hotels. The location is convenient to the highway. There isn't much around except hotels and office buildings. I am usually not all that impressed with friendly staff. I kinda feel like that's the minimum of their job responsibilities. But this staff was great and I really felt like they cared that people were happy with the hotel. This has made me a Drury fan. I will try others! If it is near the same price as places like Hampton and Courtyard, choose this one.

We recently stayed at Drury Inn and Suites because the AC in our house needed to be replaced. We needed to spend two nights at the hotel and the staff at Drury were fantastic, professional and so kind. Steve allowed to have late checkout while the AC unit was being installed and made us feel so welcome. Devona and Ava were very friendly and helpful at check in and checkout time. They made a stressful experience much easier and we truly appreciate their kindness. I have already recommended Drury Inn and Suites to friends that will traveling to Arizona soon. The breakfast buffet was so generous and delicious. All of the staff we encountered were very professional and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel !

The lobby is very spacious, clean, easy to navigate to the elevator. It's nice that they have a restaurant/bar open many hours per day. Our bed was very comfy with adequate linens and pillows. The room itself was very spacious with a separate sitting area with a couch and sofa. The closet had a full length mirror for its door. The bathroom was very spacious, had a real door that closed, plenty of light, and an easy to walk into large shower area. The front desk person was able to accommodate a late check out for us, too.

We had the jacuzzi for our stay. The bed was so roomy, the jacuzzi was clean and relaxing and we loved the extra shower. We used the refrigerator. You had wonderful amenities! A bonus was the happy hour with drinks and snacks. Loved our stay!

The location is very close to Victory Lane Sports Park. The premises were clean, the beds were cozy, the room was quiet and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. The pool and jacuzzi looked very inviting but we didn't utilize them. The food was decent.

We really enjoyed our stay stopping through from Sedona to Phoenix before heading back to Michigan. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and nice. The complimentary dinner and breakfast was really good and unexpected. We also enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy 20 min. drive from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport (PHX). Great location right off I-7. Lots and lots of shopping and dining in the immediate area. This property has a very comfortable, welcoming, and homey feel. The indoor/outdoor pool is small, but I love the dual feature and the gym is right beside it. Our room was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and the bed was so comfortable. They provide a complimentary delicious fresh hot and cold breakfast with many options as well as a 5:30 evening reception, which is actually a dinner buffet with a rotation of BBQ Night, Taco Night, and Pasta Night. There is a restaurant and bar with the perfect 5pm Happy Hour dessert for $5 and can't forget the fresh popcorn service at 4pm. We had a lovely stay and will be back.

Whenever we come to Phoenix to visit family we stay at the Drury Inn & Suites in Happy Valley. The rooms very clean, the beds comfortable and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The property offers a free buffet breakfast, a welcome happy hour which comes with a buffet and three free drinks and an onsite restaurant with a full bar. Very convenient so you don't have to leave the hotel for meals. It's also in a great location - an easy drive to north and west communities in Phoenix. We stayed at the property Sunday night and I inadvertently booked the wrong room type for my elderly mother. I'm very grateful for Karin (one of the managers) who immediately got us switched to the correct room. Karin was so kind and great at making hotel guests feel comfortable and appreciated.

Amazing all around! I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel after a spontaneous overnight stay. Everything from the staff, facility, breakfast, and even the friendly and inviting guests were just unlike any other hotel I have been to! When one enters the lobby you can smell how fresh, modern and clean the place is. The rooms are spacious and beautiful and have a great layout to store, lounge and sleep! The indoor pool was the ultimate cherry on top of a perfect stay! Kiddos and adults alike could be seen having a good time in the pool and jacuzzi it was such a hit with my family. The breakfast was beyond delicious for a buffet style everything felt and tasted fresh. The attendants were all so sweet and attentive! I could not have asked for a better experience. I hope the staff working on 7/9/23 get the recognition they deserve! :)

We booked our visit shortly before arriving. Parking close to the entrance was available every time we returned to the hotel. That was convenient. The lobby was bright, clean, and quiet. The front desk person was helpful and friendly. Our room was relatively clean. There was a long hair in the shower. I enjoyed the long layout of the room. It definitely made it feel more spacious. There were warm cookies available in the evening. The evening front desk person was helpful in sharing detailed feedback on the best places to eat. The breakfast had a variety of options, but I found the “egg and cheese” omelette to be lackluster. It’s like poured egg product splattered with what appears to be shards of shredded cheese. They had nosa yogurt, which was redemptive. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again if in the area and would highly recommend based on our experience.

Experienced, friendly and professional service. I was impressed. We just needed a place to stop for the night. They got us right in and we immediately got food at Thai At The Mall. Delish! Got back to the hotel and grubbed down in the lobby. Very clean and plenty of space. The room and hotel itself seems to be new or newly renovated. It’s super nice and pleasing to the eye with all the amenities, etc. Beds, pillows were comfy. Everything was clean, clean ,clean. Did I mention the staff was awesome!! Both am/pm shifts. I’ll no doubt be back when passing through Prescott. 😎👍

Very good location, quiet area but still closed to grocery stores and shops. Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and good shower flow. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Lobby has coffee and tea 24/7. Nice indoor pool.

This is a great property just on the outskirts of Prescott. Downtown hotels can be crowded and pricey at times, so this is a wonderful alternative. About 10 minutes (or less) from downtown just off Hy 69. The property is just off the highway, but still very quiet -- and our room was on the highway side of the building. Very friendly staff and the room was spotless and spacious. Everything worked well in the room, and the beds were comfortable. One soft and one firm pillow. Breakfast was standard HIG fare, but kept hot and replenished often. Only one elevator, but did not seem to be a problem. Property is within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, and stores -- including a Costco. All in all, great property.

I thought the hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Everyone who worked the front desk was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff. The general manager, Mr Marotta, offered me his business card in the event of any issue with transport to and from Sedona. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was different every day. Many options. Breakfast personnel friendly and professional as well. Hotel was kept spotlessly clean as well by employees on a daily basis. The hotel is situated close to everything in downtown Flagstaff. Afternoon coffee, water and cookies was an extra plus. Easily walkable. Will definitely recommend and revisit myself.

Huge kudos to General Manager, Mr. Alvaro, & Assistant Manager, Mr. Chavez, who went above & beyond to make our stay memorable; we spent a week at the Residence Inn prior to my husband's MRI & cancer treatment in Phoenix. They personally greeted guests, trained staff, and fielded questions from guests. On our return to Phoenix, I realized I had forgotten medicine in the room's refrigerator. Horrified, I called the Inn & asked to have the room checked & the meds secured while we drive back to retrieve the medicine. Mr. Chavez met us with the medicine in Sedona, which saved us a considerable amount of time & immeasurable stress. Amazing! The Inn offered tasty hot & cold options at breakfast, plus fresh cut fruit, and sweets from a local bakery. Coffee was good & the refreshing fruit-enhanced water was available all day. Cookies were out in the afternoon/evening. Staff working with the food & cleaning were busy & friendly. All areas of the building were consistently very clean (even the stairwells). The exercise room is well-outfitted & spacious. It's situated in a key part of town to access the Flagstaff hiking trails, cafes, restaurants, Sunday farmers market, & walking to NAU.

We loved our stay at the Residence Inn Flagstaff. We came to visit family. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beautiful historic downtown area shops and restaurants. Parking was great. The front desk staff were always very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Check In was quick and easy. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our favorite was the breakfast and the staff. Food was good and fresh - different every day. Fresh cookies in the afternoon with different fruit flavored water!! This was our first stay, and it will not be our last!!! Thank you everyone there was a fantastic vacation.

The best Marriott property hands down. Super clean, friendly and very helpful staff and the best breakfast in the Marriott ecosystem. The kitchen staff needs to be commended for their hard work in providing exceptional and varied breakfast options every day. Friday breakfast and Sunday breakfast are 5 stars. Friday has homemade Mexican breakfast options and Sunday is steak and eggs. It is obvious by all aspects of the hotel that there is an exceptional leadership team.

I’ve been in hotel sales management for 18 years, worked for Marriott, Sonesta, Accor, Hilton, Best Western, and IHG, and I am now an IT contractor for a non-Marriott brand, and these 4 days at your hotel have been one of the BEST experiences I’ve had. The room very clean, your staff helpful, your breakfast and your staff SO amazing…very organized, friendly, and simply top drawer. First time to Flagstaff (love your city) but second time to Grand Canyon. If your on a budget, this Residence Inn has all utensils, cookware, and plates/cups you need to bring groceries in and cook your own meals, plus a marvelous breakfast buffet, including vegan and gluten free options. Building is in good condition and it is very clean!

Within 10 min drive to Mesa Airport, plus carwash, Gas, Stores, restaurants all around this location. Super clean, friendly & fast checkin, Clean and modern room, brightly lit bathroom with modern shower, quiet, breakfast in morning had everything from fruit, yogurt, pancakes & other hot food.

For anyone looking for a hotel in the vicinity of the Mesa Gateway airport, look no further than the Holiday Inn Express. By far the newest hotel in the area, this place is sleek, modern, unbelievably clean and one of the best designed mass market hotels I've seen in a long time. Whoever designed this hotel thought of almost everything a traveler could desire. The room lighting is more than adequate, from the mood lighting in the headboard to the night light in the bathroom, I was impressed after just staying in a dark, dingy hotel in Prescott. The bathroom itself has enough hooks, towel bars, soap and shampoo dispensers and counter space for anyone, and the white shower is a dream out of a designer magazine. The room, from the size, to the bed linens, furniture, storage space, window coverings, closet, safe, coffee maker, microwave, and fridge are all great. I'm pretty critical of hotels that don't think of traveler needs or look like they haven't been updated in decades. This Holiday Inn hits all the marks. To top it off, the staff I encountered were professional, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I really recommend this place.

This was such a nice surprise. It seemed to be brand new. Roo.s had everything we needed. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee in lobby was one of the best i ever had. Didn't have time for breakfast as we had a early flight but look forward to it next time. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Noise level was nil. Very quiet room and it was right next to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍

Great accomodation close to Phoenix Airport. Confortable room for a family (2 adults, 2 kids): large room, clean room, confortable beds, perfect bathroom, air conditioning perfect, wifi ok, jacuzzi and swimming pool very nice, nice people. Perfect breakfast, free dinner and free popcorn. A perfect stay.

Drury Inn Phoenix Airport hotel was clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was a little small. Plenty of towels though. The pool was great. Fitness room was small. The in-room coffee was not so great. There was a large selection of foods at the complimentary breakfast. The complimentary dinner and drinks went above any other hotel. Again, there was a large selection of foods, and it was kid friendly. During the complimentary dinner, you can order one of their scrumptious desserts for only $5. The molten lava cake with ice cream was amazing. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Stayed here for one night after a later flight in. The proximity from the airport is ideal after a long day of travel.Check in was easy and we were even upgraded from our booked room when we arrived, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel could use an update, however everything was clean and the room was spacious. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful and we truly appreciated the that the bar area was open and had a decent menu of food items from salads, pizza, sandwiches, etc that we could order from and were quite tasty. Breakfast was good the following morning as well. We enjoyed the eggs, biscuits and gravy and, of course, the hot coffee. Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel stands out from all the rest, is architecturally beautiful from the inside and outside, has six story atrium, represents well the colors and architecture of the desert area, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed with the furniture and things you need while on vacation. This hotel offers free breakfast with eggs and sausage, juice, and every breakfast food you can possible imagine, free good coffee throughout the day. It also has a rotating dinner menu which the hotel calls snacks, but are really three or four course meals, with salad bar and chips/salsa bar every evening. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Phoenix.

Customer service was excellent. LaDonna at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Cindy ( at the kick back bar) was friendly as well. All employees were courteous. The shuttle was efficient and drivers friendly. The "kick back" food and drinks were excellent as well as the breakfast. We came back to the hotel late ( after a concert) and the gentleman was cleaning up at the kitchen + bar area. We wanted to try a couple of the deserts. He graciously prepared them with a smile. They were delicious. We lobby and eating area were very comfortable and cozy. We joined Drury Rewards while there and will be a future customer.

The hotel overall was incredible. The staff was very welcoming. The lobby was super clean and organized. The included breakfast was perfect. Plenty of coffee and from my favorite, Lavazza. The market inside was stocked, clean and displayed perfectly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and will be looking forward to staying there again in the future.

My husband and I had to go to Phoenix for a doctor appointment. I had never stayed at this hotel before. I am so glad we made our reservation there. I was skeptical because making the reservation was not easy. I guess they out source reservations out of the country. We could hardly understand the agent. But once we arrived at the hotel, it was a pleasure. We are older and not techies. This hotel is made for younger folk. Oh my, I had to ask for help with how to close the blinds, and how to use the remote for the television. Each request was fulfilled quickly and pleasantly. Raven at the front desk even helped connect my tablet to the WiFi. The room was clean and had everything we required. I loved the double shower heads. And, we had all the towels we needed. The hotel is close to many restaurants. And, if we had wanted we could have shopped at the Tanger Outlets next door. What could have made the visit better? They need somewhere in the room that you can put your luggage on beside the bed. A tutorial for some of the tech would have saved needing someone to come and show us how to use things. The breakfast could be improved. We have had much better. All things considered, we had a good stay and any staff we interacted with were helpful, pleasant and professional.

House keeping was very attentive, friendly. Guest service was friendly. Clean hallways and smells clean. Loved that there was free breakfast l, coffee, and game area. Lounge and gym area.

We came for the Fiesta Bowl. Tru Hotel is walking distance to the State Farm Stadium, Water Dance Plaza, Tanger Outlets and Gila Arena. Arrival and check-in was smooth and Nadia checked on us a couple times though txt. My son forgot his toothbrush and we were given a complimentary one at the front desk. The rooms were clean and very well laid out with outlets and USB to charge devices. Our room was professionally cleaned by Sharri. Sharri was very happy and comfortable to talk to. I asked for extra towels she supplied us with extra ones. Breakfast was great. The fresh pancakes were fabulous, but took a while for the machine to make them. It would be nice if the was an option to get them out of a warmer that were pre-made. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were so just right to get a perfect night sleep. We would definitely stay here if we would ever returned. The hotel also has a mini store to purchase food and drinks. There is an outdoor pool and gas fire pit too.

We stayed there for the night of The Rolling Stones concert on 5/7/24. We payed an incredibly high rate, as all the hotels near the stadium jacked up their prices due to the concert. We chose the hotel as it’s walking distance to the stadium, but weren’t really sure that we would enjoy our stay considering some reviews of the hotel and the fact that they jacked up their prices. Surprise, surprise! We had a very enjoyable night at the Tru by Hilton. Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional and friendly. Most of all, the hotel was very quiet despite being completely full. We would definitely consider staying there again, just not at that price.

Drury properties are the hotels I look for 1st. Stumbled upon one in Frisco, TX and was impressed. This particular location's pluses and minuses are: Plus: Clean, moderately priced, friendly and knowledgeable staff, comfy beds, indoor pool and Jacuzzi, and fabulous free breakfasts and dinner buffets with something for everyone. Challenges: Hotel is awkward to get into and out of because of its location at the intersection of regular streets and one-way streets; The intersection has a lot of noisy traffic. All I can say is "wow". You should try it.

The property was very clean. All the staff was very accommodating. The facility was modern up-to-date and beautiful inside and outside. I enjoyed the inside Jacuzzi and pool that were heated. Absolutely was impressed by their breakfast mid afternoon meal and drink ticket. All included in the very reasonable price for this hotel.

First Timers with a smile First time ever staying at a Drury It is located on the campus of Northern Arizona University. The interior decor is not modern, but it is nice, well-maintained, and clean. The rooms were clean [not just touched up] large and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great! The only issue was the room was hot. I lowered the temperature an even after 5 hrs. I had to crack the outside door for an hour as it was cold [38] outside. The hotel provides a great (included) breakfast and kick back/ cocktail hour (3 drinks) with food enough to make it your dinner. Quiet area and easy walking to downtown or other areas. Parking is very tight in that area. They have a free parking garage next door with direct walkway access from the second floor [Room Key] Madi, at the front desk, was helpful and friendly - the entire staff was excellent [Day & Night]. Dan S. - General Manager, was friendly, professional and welcoming. He made us smile a little more @ checkout. Also Personable - Dan came during the breakfast time and chatted with the guests. We had an excellent stay at the Drury Inn Flagstaff.

Breakfast is great with several choices and served from 7-10am (longer than most hotels we have stayed at.) The pool was very nice with plenty of clean towels and indoors so you could enjoy year round and had a hot tub as well with restroom facilities in same room as pool. All restrooms had babies changing stations. The hotel had a very close free parking garage with 2nd floor covered access, which was convenient for us, especially with a ton of luggage and kiddos. Washers and dryers came in handy and were only $2 per load. They had a nice snack bar (but pricey) so I recommend making sure you have plenty of your own snacks if you can't make it to the great complimentary dinner and snacks they serve from 5:30 to 7 which came with several different choices and also had three free alcoholic drinks for adults until 7:00 (which is phenomenal after a 1200 mile drive with young kids.) Every single staff member was polite and courteous, and the tables were quickly cleaned after someone ate to allow for other families to eat. Staff around the entire hotel was simply amazing. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Room had walk in shower with large pivoting shower head along with a 2nd removable hand held shower head and a foldable drop down seat to sit & accommodate handicap guests or parents needing to hold young babies to shower (since there is no tub). Water pressure was great and showers hot.

The hotel was inviting from the moment we stepped into the lobby. It just kept getting better, friendly people Che king us in, evening snacks, pool and exercise areas were clean and well kept. Our room was spacious, inviting and the perfect temperature. The bed was perfect and supported us for a great nights sleep. The shower was very warm and relaxing. I loved that the bathroom had ample space for each area so you did not feel crammed in the bathroom. Breakfast was laid out nicely and so many delicious choices. Then we had to check out and get back in the road. Oh the coffee for the road just reminded us one last taste of the goodness we just experienced.

I love all of The Graduates!! Always in a safe location, beautifully decorated and clean as a whistle. Front desk staff were so helpful recommending dinner and just a warm genuine welcome. Shower is huge and perfect. Pool is gorgeous too, loved the craft cocktails at the bar - FRESH. Enjoyed our stay so much.

So many excellent things about this hotel: great position on the University of Arizona campus, stylish modern decor, beautiful rooftop bar and swimming pool. So why can’t I give it 5 out of 5? Unfortunately because of some surprising and incongruous details which I felt let it down and undermined the luxury experience. Our bedroom was a fantastic, light, corner room with mountain views. It was beautiful, immaculately clean and had an excellent bathroom. But the coffee provided was 3 sachets of granules and 2 paper cups - a somewhat basic offer we hadn’t experienced in any other of the 12 hotels on our current trip (including cheaper chains). There were 2 cans of water in the room on arrival and once consumed the supply wasn’t refreshed on day two, nor was more water offered on arriving or leaving - again, in contrast to experience elsewhere (yes, I could have asked but I don’t usually have to). Breakfast was in the lobby - lovely surroundings and a delicious bacon and eggs but definitely diminished by it arriving in paper takeaway cartons with flimsy plastic cutlery. As the cooked food seemed to be delivered from the hotel’s kitchens what a simple but significant difference it would have made to serve it on a proper plate. These ‘no frills’ aspects were in jarring contrast to the overall delightful environment- such a shame, with some small tweaks it could be the perfect hotel!

I had an exceptional stay at the hotel! The service was impeccable from the moment I arrived, and the friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering all the comforts and amenities I could ask for. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Additionally, the hotel's facilities, including the pool, gym, and restaurant, were top-notch. I truly enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing experience.

Perfect location. Especially for a football game. Exceeded our expectations. Hotel is really cool. Room was spotless and spacious. Beautiful view. Rooftop bar and pool was really fun and great place to watch the sunset. Staff were exceptional. Trish, Taylor, and Dina really stood out. Even Asreal who parked our car was very nice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again.

Great hotel near the university, hotel clean and tidy checking in quick and easy staff super friendly and efficient. Valet parking good value and easy to use. Bedroom very spacious with a great shower house keeping great. Breakfast at Pointdecster good value breakfast and moonstone bar good for a after dinner drink or 2.

This review is for the Holiday Inn Express & Suites at 800 N. 44th St. in Phoenix. Be aware, there are several other Holiday Inns nearby, but you’ll probably want this one. This is the best appointed hotel room my husband and I have ever stayed in. Even though it was near the airport and a busy highway it was quiet and no outside or indoor hotel noise disturbed our sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious, with plenty of closet and storage areas. The T.V screen was large and the Wi-Fi worked well. The shower was spacious and the water pressure was strong. We were close to many fine restaurants and the complimentary hotel breakfast was very good. We had no trouble finding parking near our room and parking was free, unlike some other hotels in the area. Check in and check out was quick and easy and the staff were helpful. All in all, this felt like a five star hotel. Wonderful place to stay!

Quiet, spacious, modern, comfortable, peaceful feel. Nice pool (though disconcertingly cloudy). Lovely staff. Great breakfast. The only thing that would have improved it would be a bathtub instead of the large shower. We had no problem parking right outside. I wish we had opted to stay here for several days instead of just one, but we dared not risk it because of the reviews complaining img about the lack of parking. Looking around the hotel it seems HIGHLY UNLIKELY that there would be zero places to park. The hotel is not only right next to another hotel, whose car park backs directly onto this hotel’s parking, there seem to be loads of parking spaces around - surely there really shouldn’t be any problem parking! We feel completely comfortable arriving at the hotel later next time and will not panic about parking a few steps away from this hotel’s parking if necessary.

Property is what you might come to expect for a Holiday Inn express, including free breakfast. I like that I can count on Holiday Inn express to be consistent regardless of location. They did not have dining on the property but did provide suggestions within a walkable distance(a couple of blocks) which was safe. Property offered a little sundry store with drinks and snacks, however you definitely pay for convenience as some items were outrageously priced (chocolate covered Hagen Das Ice cream bar-$7) They provided friendly complimentary shuttle service from the airport after I returned my car early since I decided to do the night before checking out instead of the day of Also provided on time shuttle service to the airport, complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby. If you are an hiker, it’s About 20 minutes to camelback and about 15 to Papago, and about 15 minutes from Roosevelt Row. It was a quiet stay despite being near the highway. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very nice, modern hotel with free parking and nice breakfast included. Beds were extra comfortable with good linens and pillows. Bathroom was large and well lit with nice towels and toiletries. Breakfast was complete and tasty. Staff were friendly and parking was easy. Very clean, seemingly new hotel.

My husband and I stayed in an accessible room with roll-in shower for 4 nights. The room was very specious with a perfect layout. It was on the second floor, facing the bridge. Very quiet, just as we've requested. The hotel is modern and clean looking. We booked a room with breakfast included. It was difficult to find information about the breakfast prior to arrival. We did not know if it's a buffet or made to order. It was all explained by the restaurant staff upon arrival. The included breakfast (extra charge) is a made to order breakfast. You can pick any item from the menu and includes coffee and juice. You provide your name and room number to your server. Taxes are included in the prepaid rate; tips are not. We tried many breakfast items and they were all delicious. Loved their oatmeal as well as yogurt parfait, if you prefer healthy options. All restaurant and hotel staff were excellent and efficient. Our second stay and we'll be back.

Beautiful facility. Rooms are fresh, modern, roomy and very quiet. Staff are friendly, professional and efficient. Location is spot on perfect. Food was delicious. Linens were luxurious and comfortable. Plenty of secure and well lighted parking.

Upon entering the lobby, I thought where am I? Above and beyond my expectations, modern, clean, new, friendly staff. The room was exceptional, beautiful view, comfy bed, quiet, all the amenities. Restaurant downstairs was phenomenal. I will definitely be back. The room had a Keurig, microwave, fridge. In the lobby they had a little area for snacks and frozen items to heat up in the microwave. A+++

A couple of nights here on an Arizona road trip. Allocated corner 2 king bed with balcony, a very nice room-clean spacious and comfy. Surprisingly quiet considering car park and road right outside. Pool area and tub useable despite snow on ground from recent winter storms, looks like outdoor areas really nice in better weather. Easy walk into town to see the sights, plenty of parking if you have a vehicle. Friendly welcome and competitive pricing from a foreign tourist point of view. Only disappointment was poor quality evening main meals in the restaurant, perhaps just unlucky with the choice and to be fair they did deduct the cost of one. Better value to be had in town? Overall a good pick for staying in Prescott.

The staff was kind and the location was easy to get to the expressways. 1. The couch had a tear and stains. The round chairs also had stains just not ideal fabric color selection for a hotel. The rooms were sold out so couldn't move to another room 2. The tv stations weren't all coming in and when traveling with kids that was tough to try and entertain when it was getting later in the night 3. I did appreciate the free laundry service was very helpful 4. The pool and jacuzzi although good water temperatures needed to be cleaned they were murky and stained.

I was impressed with this hotel. I had deliberately chosen a hotel that was close to Sky Harbour Airport. I was coming in after 24+ hours of travelling and just needed somewhere easy and close to get to. The hotel was very close to the ‘51’ motorway but I heard no noise during my stay. The room was a suite - kingsize bed, bathroom, lounge seating area, kitchenette, desk and chair. Everything was very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked. The lounge seating was spacious and very comfortable. I could see the pool from my room and, although it was 9pm, was very tempted to nip down but the bed was even more temping 🤣 A very nice, clean, welcoming hotel in a very, very convenient location.

Newer hotel with a beautifully designed interior, guest storage, gym, comfortable beds, free breakfast (standard), free parking, free WiFi, and free laundry. Plus, some (maybe all?) rooms have a kitchen or kitchenette. Like anything, some inconsiderate or immoral guests can almost ruin it. We had an expensive top stolen from the laundry room. Some guests are pigs at breakfast - make a mess throwing out trash, etc. (can only imagine what kind of mess they leave for housekeeping). Some people stomp around early in the morning with no concern whatsoever who might be sleeping on the floor below. Sounds like many guests stay at this hotel due to proximity to the children’s hospital though. So, of course, they deserve the best possible experience during some of their most difficult days. Located beside a busy freeway: The pool only gets some morning sun, but it’s not a nice pool anyhow. A fire pit and comfy chairs add a little to the ambience near the pool. Staff were fine… not very happy and friendly, but still helpful and accommodating. We’ll probably stay here again if we could be guaranteed the room that we want.

It’s my first time staying in Staybridge Suites. I used to stay in Homewood Suites of Hilton. It happened that I need to visit nearby in this area. The room is very clean. Room setup is great. It is a suite type hotel with full size fridge and small stove. The AC unit is very good that I can control it for my room, unlike most of the hotels, being central AC but you can adjust the room temp a little bit by the room thermostat which will all of a sudden blowing loud in the middle of the night. The breakfast is great, the hotel staff is working hard to refill the breakfast items and wiping the counters clean. Staff are all very friendly. Love everything and for sure coming back.

We stayed here with a group of friends celebrating our 42nd nursing school reunion. It was the perfect gathering spot! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were treated like family. We were welcomed warmly by the wonderful front desk clerk from Pasadena, CA. She put all of us on the 4th floor and we had the most fabulous view of the London Bridge! The room was clean, had a large bathroom with a walk in shower, and a very comfortable bed with nice soft pillows. The location is close to several restaurants and walking distance to the London Bridge and all of the fun things to do. We took the ferry which only cost $5/person round trip, over to the Havasu Landing Casino. One night we had dinner on the other side of the bridge at Shagrue’s and another night at Cha Bones ( see those reviews under those restaurants). It was a wonderful stay.

The hotel was neat and clean, with a well-maintained atmosphere throughout. The breakfast room was organized and tidy, offering convenient to-go bags for guests on the move. The pool area was also clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing. It was just a few minutes away from the London Bridge, making it a convenient and enjoyable place to stay.

It is located just steps from the London Bridge Village. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows to choose from. The included breakfast was delicious plus they had an egg white omelette and turkey sausage. They also had a make it yourself pancake station. Plenty of breakfast options. Delicious coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located at one end of the London Bridge. Our room had a great view of the bridge. We were swiftly checked in although we were quite early and our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom was big and I like that they have Dove products in regular size bottles rather than the ”sample” size ones you normally see. There was ample parking (free) outside and the wifi worked fine. The beds were super comfortable and had two kinds of pillows (soft and firm) which was nice. Breakfast was fine, standard choices with waffles, bagels, juices and coffee as well as bacon and eggs. Great location to see the bridge, there were some nice restaurants just across.

Great place to stay with walking distance to various restaurants. Rooms are clean and breakfast was great. Pool and hotub were there but weather did not permit swimming. Also has walmart and Starbucks close for you everyday necessities. Famous Dave's is great BBQ!

Good location; quiet, nearby food/shopping, not far from downtown Phoenix. Better than fair hotel price considering the great amenities! I will definitely return!

As soon as I walked in the front entrance, I felt welcome and valued. Front desk personnel were friendly, professional, and efficient on both my check in and check out. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower water was hot and the pressure delightful. Towels were plentiful, and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the additional room furnishings, as well as the roomy desk on which I could do my work. The parking lot was well lit and safe. Key cards provide room access, as well as pool, fitness center, and auxiliary entrance access. Morning coffee was hot and plentiful. The complimentary breakfast was filling and full of variety. The property is conveniently located near major thoroughfares and is within walking and driving distance of dining and shopping options. When I return to the Phoenix and Mesa area, I will definitely be a return guest.

I accompanied my husband for a business trip. We stayed at this hotel. It’s walking distance to many retail stores and restaurant chains. While a car isn’t necessary, it was nice to have because the blocks are quite long. It was also convenient to have a car to go to Sedona, Phoenix, and Scottsdale. The whole neighborhood where this hotel is located at feels newly developed. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I worked from the hotel room while my husband went to work at his company’s office. The hotel had free continental breakfast, which was a nice surprise and greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the hot bar (sausages, bacon, eggs) as well as the cold bar (oatmeal, yogurt, cereal). They also had coffee. The gym amenities looked new and nice but I didn’t use it. I frequented the gym though, since there is a free water dispenser inside. The pool looked nice but was always busy, so I never went inside. We stayed during MLB practice season, so it was quite busy. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable option.

We loved our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Phx Downtown North. The Building is beautiful and very close to the Parking Garage in a very clean and safe Plaza. The Front Desk Attendant was very pleasant and professional. He suggested we leave the car parked out front in order to unload the car before parking in the garage since the garage isnt connected to the hotel. He also gave us a room on the 10th floor with amazing city views. The Suite, #1021, was well appointed with a seperate livingroom and bedroom. The furniture was a bit dated but clean. The beds were perfect with a medium firmness and both rooms had large screen tvs for viewing. The Suite also had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and sink upon entry. The only complaint would be the short toilet. It seemed smaller than most. As a 6'2" man I noticed the seat came up halfway between my ankles and knees. LoL. Finally, loved standing on the Balcony in the evening and taking in the sights and sounds of the city. Thanks for providing us with an Amazing stay in your Beautiful Hotel!

Very comfortable beds, and nice clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Nice seating area to talk and catch up with my friend. And a balcony! Liked having a fridge and microwave. Great breakfast every morning, and dinner every evening in the restaurant was outstanding. Very surprised and pleased with the quality of the food. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. It was very nice to not have to drive anywhere for dinner after a long day at the convention center. Enjoyed the cocktail hour too.

This was a peaceful and very clean hotel. We had 5 people and fit easily in a suite. The staff was very helpful, kind and polite. The parking was clean and convenient. The neighborhood was very nice and fun to walk around. There is coffee and restaurants in walking distance.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton was a nice stay overall - the only thing missing was a decent restaurant. The only restaurant they offer is located right past the check in area in the middle of the first floor. You would never know it is a restaurant as we went up to the bar and asked, 'where is the restaurant'...they replied you're standing in it. Limited menu but ok. No standard dinner tables. This space was doubled as the no charge breakfast area where everything was buffet style. The pay parking garage appeared to be off site in a building next door to the Embassy Suites.

Once again a remarkable and awesome place when away from home. Unfortunately I cant remember all the names of the staff but Luis , Mayra and Gabriel in hospitality that includes the bar and restaurant were remarkable. As we know when traveling at times it may feel lonely and far away . The entire staff from the wonderful breakfast till the end of day night cap treated visitors like family. Looking at the reviews I noticed lots of what I would call insignificant complaints of things that don’t matter to the person who is looking for a clean and ideal location for events. As far as anything negative I have nothing to write. Room, bed and pillows were comfortable. Indoor pool was clean and available. Self parking easy. Safe travels and all the best.

Everything was perfect about our visit! Two adults and teenager spent four nights here and we loved everything about the hotel. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. The suite we had was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We chose a room that looks out over the pool, the golf driving range, and the mountains in the distance. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious and the employees making the omelettes were so friendly. You can get omelets, pancakes, waffles, fried eggs, etc. Then there is a separate buffet line with scrambled eggs, potatoes, and meats. They also had yogurt, fruit, milk, cereal, bagels, English muffins, coffee, and juice. Seriously the entire stay was perfect. The pool was clean and heated. Never overly crowded when we were there. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Seems like a great option for both business travelers and family/leisure travel.

Enjoyed my 4-night stay at the Embassy Suites immensely. Rooms are nicely appointed and spacious, mine had a small balcony to sit and enjoy the morning and evening views of the golf course and distant mountains. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Daily breakfasts were delicious, with many choices and the cooked-to-order eggs and waffles were a real bonus. Definitely added to a wonderful stay at this hotel. The only negative downside of my stay was being deliberately ignored by the server, Amory (sp?) at the hotel restaurant on not only one, but TWO evenings (perhaps because she didn't think it was worth her while to serve a sole female customer?) Gave lots of attention to other tables, but not mine. Quite upsetting to not be served both nights, putting a damper on my stay. I ended up having to go elsewhere for dinner both nights. That being said, fortunately there are many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding area to enjoy a pleasant meal, even some which are walkable. Location is also very convenient for shopping, etc. Overall, a fantastic stay and a wonderful hotel. Just skip the hotel restaurant (Tatum's) if you wish to have a meal as a lone female traveller.

Honestly we had a great time! The room was nice and clean and cozy, It had an amazing view, the staff was super friendly at the front, and all around, even the restaurant, the reception for free drinks and snacks was amazing, and the complimentary breakfast had actual delicious breakfast! 10/10 recommend.

First off we had fire at our apartment complex we booked suites at the paradise valley location. The staff was wonderful they were very accommodating and friendly. The cleaning ladies r great they work hard and do great job on the rooms they made sure we had coffee towels toilet paper and kleenex ext. They deserve a plus 10 review they have a great breakfast spread they have eggs and potatoes daily with sausage patties sometimes they have bacon too. They have omelets and waffles and fresh fruit daily. It's definitely worth waking up early for. The room was comfortable the ac worked good especially since it's triple digits it's great to have a working ac. I can't say enough great things bout this place. The staff r great pple I've gotten to kno them and they really give 100 percent to their jobs. I recommend this hotel to anyone in paradise valley that needs a place to stay. The area is good and it's peaceful for the most part. They have big pool and a nice dining room with a fully equipped bar with happy hour daily from 5 to 7pm. I thank these guys for making my stay welcoming. 🙏 I swear these guys are wonderful. To conclude this review I would like to say thank you to all the staff and cleaning staff as well yall r so sweet and thank you for being so welcoming I definitely would stay here again 😊 God bless yall

Stayed for 2nights in November.Property and surroundings were kept clean and in good order and overlooked the golf course.Room was very clean and comfortable and had a balcony overlooking the car park with the mountains in the background. We had a few problems while we were there though.Breakfast area was not big enough and found it difficult to get seated on both the mornings ( normally in an atrium in other Embassy Suites). It was a typical Embassy breakfast which was very good and with exceptional service. Beds were doubles, again as normal for Embassy Suites. Can't understand with the space you have why they can't be queens. The biggest problem was we had to run the hot water for about 15 minutes to get it to become hot. Surely not good in a water conservation area. We called maintenance and they came straight away but they had to wait the same time (with all hot taps open in the suite). We were the last room on the end of the corridor on the 4th floor so put it down to that. We would stay again as it's in a nice and safe area with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Would have been 5stars apart from the small problem.

Perfect location to downtown! Clean, great customer service and free parking. Hottub was closed was the only bummer but swimming pool was clean and perfect.

This place was perfect for me! Based on the great price I got, and some of the reviews, I was a little skeptical coming in but I’m so glad I came! The room was very clean and comfortable. Really liked having a refrigerator and microwave in a little kitchen area in my room. Breakfast was good with lots of choices and the staff kept it filled all morning. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. I was able to walk to some fun restaurants. Walked to a large movie theater one day. Chase Field and the footprint, center or within walking distance. As a single woman, I felt very comfortable walking by myself during the day. I did not walk by myself at night, but there are very few places that I would do that. I had a car and appreciated the free parking. I didn’t take it vantage of it, but the hotel does operate a shuttle to and from the airport and within the downtown area. The hotel has a heated pool with lots of seating, and I enjoyed it every day. If you are looking for a luxurious, five star hotel experience, don’t stay here, but if you want a clean, comfortable room in a great location, this is your place!

Super friendly staff made this a great 5 day stay for me. The rooms and common areas were clean and well kept. The decor in the rooms is a bit plain, but in line with mid priced hotel chain. The bed was comfortable and having a suite with a sink and fridge plus a sitting area and desk was helpful. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to the convention center and the area of town with restaurants and shops. Heritage Square is about a 5 min walk. Although I walked to most places, the hotel offers a shuttle for the airport and for downtown locations nearby. There is a small swimming pool behind the hotel, and a seating area in the lobby for breakfast. The breakfast options are limited, but enough to start the day. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, a meat option, breads, fruit, yogurt, and cereal were available each morning as well as a waffle maker and juice. While not a luxury hotel, it was comfortable, and I would gladly stay there again.

The room and breakfast area was very clean. They had good breakfast options. The pool area was very dated. We wished the property had a restaurant and bar, which would have been convenient. Walking distance to Chase and downtown restaurants. Overall; nice, quiet, clean place to stay.

Excellent complimentary breakfast with several gluten free options, including an Udi's Muffin and two different cereals. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower temperature was not the easiest to manage but once we got the hang of it it was fine. Staff were really friendly and helpful, would happily stay here again.

Pros: location to good restaurants and CVS. Nice pool area and jacuzzi. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Con: we were there early and asked if our room was ready. He said yes and proceeded to check us in. Then he told me I was charged $15 for early checkin. We could have left our luggage and come back later.

1) Staff top down and bottom up was excellent 2) Room was very clean, quiet and spacious 3) they met all of our requests and expectations before check in, during and after 4) despite pets, we never saw any or had any issues 5) breakfast buffet was elaborate compared to most hotels 6) all public spaces were clean and well maintained 7) pool area was enjoyable, guests were considerate of noise etc. 8) great location for Scottsdale and close to Phoenix

Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived at Sonesta ES Suites in Paradise Valley, I felt genuinely welcomed. The gentleman at the front desk last night was incredibly warm and hospitable, even offering me two small bottles of water—such a thoughtful touch. The $20 incident fee was beyond reasonable compared to other hotels charging $100–$200, and he even waived my $5 parking fee for my first stay. My room was spotless, super spacious, and I loved the variety of lighting options instead of just one harsh overhead light. I requested a late checkout at the last minute, and the morning front desk staff was happy to accommodate. Breakfast was fantastic! A great selection from cereal to eggs, potatoes, and tortillas, plus a fun little pancake machine that makes fresh pancakes with just a wave of your hand. So many topping options for both pancakes and breakfast tacos—it was clear they put effort into making the experience enjoyable. Sonesta ES Suites has officially earned my loyalty. I’ll be booking with them from now on!

I’ve been staying in the Paradise Valley complex since late September 2021. Safe clean and quiet! The three most important things I look for when I stay anywhere. The moment I checked in at the front desk, I was welcomed by friendly staff, bottled water, and a map showing my unit and the amenities. I have cleaning service every three days and I haven’t change the sheets nor cleaned bathrooms in six months!! These women are wonderful! It’s almost like having my own private pool,which by the way, is heated. Barbeques are cleaned daily as is the laundry room. I’ve stayed in many hotels in the past and they have never been this clean, and the staff so friendly. Should anything break in this unit/complex, George is around wherever you turn. He’s a miracle worker. From the fitness centre to the daily breakfast, everybody’s needs are met! I would recommend this place to anyone. Ps. Did I mention location location location?? Passing through for one night on a super hot day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was so nice, there were restaurants across the road, the shower had amazing pressure, and the bed & pillows were comfy. Breakfast included was great too. One of the best places we've stayed in on this trip. Definitely keep them in mind if coming back to this city again.

10 out of 10 I recommend. All the reasons why: 1) Conveniently 10 steps across the street from foot print stadium I think thats the name of it. So if you’re in town for a concert or show you’re in for a treat literally being across the sidewalk staying here 2) Staff is top tier- very respectful, attentive, friendly, welcoming, helpful & efficient. Amanda @ front desk, Marcus @ Valet & Antonio at breakfast are all amazing employees they truly made my stay so comfortable here and very welcoming they took care of me especially Marcus in concierge when I would get back late midnight and later he would be there to greet me with a slight smile and say hello making sure I got inside safe, thank you Marcus and everyone in valet for taking care of me. 3) Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and beautiful bathroom with a full kitchen minus stove you’re literally right at home here. Last but certainly not least- the breakfast is 10 out of 10 I highly recommend. Its not your boring typical hotel hospital food its yummy creative pancake sausage sandwich and their yogurt is so soft and smooth. Only downfall: If you drive you have to valet which is $45 a night 🥴… other than that I felt safe, hotel is cozy and super clean and well upkeep throughout. I will always book here for my Arizona vacations in the near future!

The space was clean and was very spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect for seeing a game or concert at footprint or chase and walkable to many restaurants and businesses.

Location is wonderful when planning events and activities downtown. The facility is beautiful, modern, and clean. Lobby staff is quite friendly and quick to answer questions. The suite was very spacious, modern, and mostly clean. I loved having a kitchenette and dishes to use during my stay. Easy elevator access and valet parking is a plus.

Clean, comfortable, and walking distance to the PHX Arena. Nice eateries within walking distance. Hotel isn’t outdated and the lounge area is nice with a snack shop and complimentary breakfast (we didn’t get to eat though because our flight left out before they were serving). Staff is super friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay and it was quiet even though it was completely booked due to a concert that night across the street (main reason we stayed here).

This hotel was in the perfect location for seeing a baseball game at the nearby stadium! The room was big. There was a full-size refrigerator and sink area with dishes and a microwave. Everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. The staff were really helpful. Near reception, there were snacks that could be purchased and added to your bill. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay!

The room was spacious (king), and the bed was comfortable. I liked the shower. The shower head was clean, with no sign of Limescale, and I adjusted it so that all of the water settings worked. The water pressure was good. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. The bottles were full, and the product was excellent and pleasant to smell. Every lamp base had a USB port and a standard outlet. The staff at this hotel was excellent. The overnight desk clerks were patient and very helpful. The morning desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area as we needed directions to the event we were attending. The kitchen staff was also kind and quick to ensure everything was clean and well-stocked.

The hotel is in very close proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment which was great. The breakfast buffet was convenient, the food was a 6/10. I will say everything was hot & fresh. Staff refilled items right away and were friendly. The room was very spacious which was very nice for our family of 5 with small children. The walls and floors are a bit thin, we could hear noise above us and in the hallways. Overall we had a comfortable stay and felt safe in the area.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. We had fun in the pool, the only set back is maybe having it open until 10pm. The breakfast buffet was good but not many options for breakfast buffet-was looking forward to bacon but only sausage provided. Also, the hygiene products that was provided smelled amazing!

I spent one night at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Glendale as it was convenient to State Farm Stadium for the NFL Wild Card game. I was able to check-in early and the room itself was great for me. I overlooked the pool area and the stadium, and a bit of the entertainment district. The morning breakfast was perfect for me. Cereal options; eggs; make your own waffles, etc. Plenty of restaurants near the hotel, along with a five minute walk to the entertainment district. Overall, very convenient if you want to escape the hustle/bustle of the East Valley. Only heads up is driving back towards Sky Harbor can be an adventure traffic wise. Plan accordingly.

Perfect Stay for a Concert Weekend! We stayed at the Renaissance Hotel in Glendale for a concert weekend and had a great experience. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, perfect for cooling off and hanging out before the show. The hotel has a fun, concert-friendly vibe, and the staff was super friendly and helpful the entire time. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being walking distance to both the stadium and great restaurants—it made the whole weekend so easy and stress-free. The only downside was the view from our room wasn’t the best, but honestly, everything else more than made up for it. We’d definitely stay here again for any event in the area!

We had a great stay in one of the King Suites. I was here for a bodybuilding competition that was at Desert Diamond Arena and the location from the hotel could not have been better. It was literally across the parking lot so it was very convenient! The room was very spacious. It was a suite so it was more like an apartment/condo. There was a fridge, sink and microwave, a separate living area, a HUGE bathroom with a walk in shower, nice soaking tub and double vanity with amazing lighting (my ladies who wear makeup know the importance of good hotel mirror lighting) The hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, it's pet friendly with a little turfed area to take your dogs potty and the restaurant/cafe served good food! They also do a fun little party with a mimosa bar, DJ , etc for game day since it is right next to State Farm Stadium. It's also surrounded by tons of dining and shopping at Westgate and Tanger Outlets. 10/10 stay!

Even though the location is not in downtown Phoenix, I found the place very pleasant next to Westgate Station, with many restaurants and entertainment options. It's a super nice and fun place to walk around. The room is very clean, with newer infrastructure, spacious, comfortable beds, and a good shower. The hotel has pleasant lounges for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening, with outdoor fireplaces and a bar with meal and drink options. The hotel is spacious, with reasonably priced parking and polite staff.

I've stayed at this property several times and it's consistently impressed. The location is perfect for events at the convention center or stadium. This trip I was there with friends for the NCAA Final Four. We stayed in one of the suites that had 2 huge bathrooms and a sitting area. Floor to ceiling windows made for lots of beautiful natural light and a view. Super close to a fun outdoor area with plenty of restaurants, bars and energy (I'm sure it has a name, I just can't remember it). I was especially impressed with how prepared the team was to handle a sold out crowd and overflow traffic after the game. The bar was hopping with grab & go food and drink options as well as their standard menu. We stayed an extra day and enjoyed the pool area and local hiking. The only bummer was the poolside bar wasn't open (the hotel was at low capacity) so we had to go to the lobby anytime we needed something to eat or drink.

Every staff member we encountered on our brief stay was so helpful, nice and professional! As a first timer they all made us feel welcomed and comfortable! Thank you Marc Anthony for guiding us even while on your break, we know you didn’t have to but really appreciate you so much! Our room was 918, great view, very clean room! My only small complaint is the coffee maker and the fridge, we aren’t huge coffee drinkers, the time called for it but the appliance was dirty. The mini-fridge ability to finally chill my single bottle of water was mediocre and the entire space around it was very warm.

I had an amazing stay at Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler - Fashion Center in February. The hotel was clean, modern, and my room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and a great layout. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to access everything I needed in Chandler. Breakfast was enjoyable and offered a good variety of options. Overall, the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The entire front desk team, especially manager Lukas, consistently demonstrated friendly and helpful service. Lukas in particular impressed us with his ability to turn challenging situations into positive guest experiences. Kudos and thanks to Lukas! The kitchen staff's warmth and attentiveness made us feel like family, ensuring an ample and clean dining area. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping efficiently handling bedding and towels. In summary, our experience at the Hyatt Place Phoenix Chandler was exceptional. We definitely plan to return on our next visit to the area and highly recommend it for its outstanding service and convenient location.

I stayed for 5 days. Very friendly front desk and breakfast staff. The room was clean and quiet except for a little noise from the pool area. I'm sure it was nice and quiet on the parking lot side. The location is great because the mall is just across the street, although quite a bit of walking to get to department stores. Lots of great restaurnts in the mall area. Only complaint is the cleanliness of the hot tub. It was a little smelly for first thing in the morning when I would expect it to be clean. Breakfast was hot and very well stocked. They even have a little bar if you want a cocktail or beer or a light meal. All the wait staff were super!

Our stay was great! Our room was huge which made it very comfortable for 3 adults and 1 child. The rooms were clean and no faulty equipment. The bathroom was large enough and bonus necessities were provided by the hotel. Excellent service of the have, borrow, and buy brochures in case of emergency for hygiene items. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Lots of options available including light options. Excellent thinking of the hotel to provide high chairs for little guests! Our son was able to enjoy breakfast safely and comfortably. Staff did an excellent job at refilling the breakfast bar and keeping tables clean for guests.

My stay at the hotel was amazing, the location is at the perfect place, easy to find. The breakfast was very delicious, the rooms are comfortable, the shower is perfect, everything is super clean. The place is safe and beautiful.
