The hotel personnel was welcoming from the beginning. I got a room at the top floor. Very clean and modern. Everything in the room was functional. The bed was very comfortable. I used the gym and pool. Excellent facilities. I ate at the restaurant of the hotel (The Placery). The food was extremely good (including the breakfast). The shuttle to and from the airport is the best feature of this hotel. Made my travel extremely comfortable and easy. In particular the driver from December 13, 2024 at 6:30 am, was very respectful of us and very helpful with the luggage. His services made me feel truly taken care of. The hotel was lovely, nicely decorated for Christmas, the pool was amazing, the personel was very nice and attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return.

We stayed at Hyatt Place DFW twice within two weeks, and both experiences were exceptional. The room was great, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it’s the people who make the largest difference. The staff, led by Yasmine, consistently went above and beyond to make us feel like we were home. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The front desk team was always friendly and approachable, greeting us with smiles. The breakfast staff diligently kept the food fresh and the dining area spotless. This is easily one of the best Hyatt properties we’ve ever visited, and we look forward to returning.

All pros, no cons! This hotel has so much going for it! 1. Walking distance from rental car return. No shuttle or Uber needed. 2. Staff is geared to passengers' needs. They ask the right questions to get you taken care of on time. 3. Free breakfast! 4. Room & bed very nice. 5. Rooms are quiet, despite being so close to DFW. 6. Small onsite cafe open till 10pm. Not fancy, but made it easy to not leave for dinner. 7. Shower was hot and powerful. 8. Morning shuttle driver is fantastic! Super helpful with good suggestions. We stayed at the other Hyatt (Regency) on our last trip (both upon arrival and the night before departure). It is fancier and attached indirectly to the airport (requires a hike through the parking lot if you don't want to take the shuttle) but its restaurants are pricey and there's no free breakfast. Plus, if you have a rental car, that requires 2 shuttle rides each way! The Hyatt Place DFW is very comfortable for a single night, is less expensive, and an overall much better value, especially if you can do the 5 minute walk to the rental car center.

Very friendly staff. excellent shuttle. Very comfortable room and bed. Cosy bar area. Great breakfast . The pool was warm and clean. The hotel was clean. The shuttle bus was efficient and friendly and all was good. It seems I have to write more but I can't think of anything else to say. We only have a one night stopover.

The shuttle was timely and organized so that really was great. The staff at the front desk and bar/restaurant were friendly and kind. It was like I was in someone’s house. Very good hospitality, please give these fantastic employees a big raise for making our stay so great. Breakfast was really nice with fresh fruit and eggs and coffee. Have no complaints about staff or service. Food was decent in restaurant if you’re in late and need something to eat. My biggest complaint was ppl leaving their trash outside their door and was there overnight. Hotel had drab colors in halls and could use some brightening up a bit. We had a King room and it had a sofa bed which had wear and tear. It was terrible to sleep on and they need a rollaway bed and get rid of that sofa bed. You could feel the bars and my daughter had terrible sleep. It was like Elaine from Seinfeld. If you stay here beware the sofa bed

The option of a late checkout, chargeable by the hour was extremely helpful and exactly what was needed whilst needing to work somewhere peaceful and comfortable before needing to go for one's flight.

Exceptionally awesome check-in with Alexia, who made my day with her outstanding smile and professional-cordial ways!! After that, it just had to be a wonderful stay! Loved everything about the hotel! My room was very quiet with a great view on the runway, good minibar and coffee-maker. Water kettle was available upon request. The hotel is very easy to find, right by Terminal D and the perfect place, if you are catching an early flight. Or - if you are catching a flight in the evening - you can leave your luggage at the hotel, explore Dallas during the day and pick up your luggage later. Thanks Hyatt!

Staff was professional and prompt in all of our interactions. Our suite was spacious and clean. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an American chain hotel. Waitstaff in the restaurant was excellent. If you are flying American Airlines it is convenient to use this hotel as you can enter airport security directly on the level below the hotel.

We missed our flight so had to stay the night in Dallas-super convenient-just ride the skylink to the terminal. Very comfortable beds,super clean, loved the bathrobes. Very friendly staff. We had excellent cocktails in the hotel bar. Very close to security checkpoint, we were at our gate within 10 min of checking out of hotel.

We ordered dinner when we got into our room and the food was excellent. When we woke up for our flight we had time to order breakfast as well. The fruit was fresh, bread was nicely toasted, coffee was delicious. Everything we ordered came perfectly prepared.

We had a great one-night stay at La Quinta near Six Flags in the DFW area. The location is excellent, especially for anyone visiting the amusement park or needing easy access to the airport. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it a very convenient place to stay. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with well-maintained rooms that provided everything we needed for a short stay. The beds were cozy, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Despite being close to major attractions, the hotel was quiet, allowing us to get a good night's rest. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Though our stay was short, we had a pleasant experience and would definitely consider returning if we’re in the area again. A great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay!

From the minute we checked in until the minute we checked out, it was a great stay. Manager, Mr McKenzie, is very hands on in running the hotel and is very personable. Greets everyone he meets. Staff are exceptional. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Shower was so relaxing. Breakfast is good with something for everyone and the Night Lounge is a great place to meet friends, have a drink or a light dinner.Close to Six Flags, Globe Life Field, and AT&T Stadium. Many restaurants and shops in the area. Our favorite hotel to stay when in Arlington.

The room was really clean when we arrived. We loved the breakfast! Everything offered was great. We also enjoyed eating dinner from the restaurant/bar that's located inside the hotel! One thing we enjoyed was that the hotel was right across the street from Six Flags and we were able to walk over there to explore and have fun. However, the main reason we stayed here is because me, my husband, and some of our friends had tickets for the Cowboys game and I'm glad we booked here because the hotel's location was perfect!! It's only a couple of miles from the Cowboys & Rangers stadium, bars, and other awesome attractions, but even better, the hotel provides bus transportation for guests to and from the game, so we never had to worry about driving or paying for an Uber :) I will be booking here again when we go to another game!

Lovely stay. Very clean, quiet, well stocked room with comfy bed and good breakfast. The staff was Super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very convenient to Globe Life Field... And noticed Dallas Cowboy stadium is close, too. Would definitely stay again!

I have no complaints! All of the staff were friendly - from the receptionists to the bartender to the shuttle drivers!! The rooms were clean, beds comfortable. The hotel is pet friendly but it didn't smell "like dogs". Front lobby was nice, breakfast was wonderful - so much to choose from. Shuttle drivers were awesome - Tim, Kelly, and the other gentleman. All of them were so polite and nice. The free shuttle within 5 mile radius was so convenient. If we ever come back to Arlington, we will definitely stay at LaQuinta!

I love this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Euless. This is my first visit to this area and I am very pleased with my accommodations' for the weekend.

The location was perfect. 5 minutes from my family. Beautiful facility. Close to shopping. My husband was able to walk to Bob Eden park and workout on the equipment there and run on the trails. We loved the coffee and hot water station available all day. The room was large and comfortable. Plenty of pillows. AC worked great. Loved the step in shower instead of a tub. I liked the kitchen area away from the living area. Breakfast was very good. Many choices.

May I start off by saying Travis was and is AMAZING from the time he picked my son and I up from the airport, to checking us in, and taking us back to the airport. He was very polite, welcoming, and informative. Then there’s the hotel in itself it was clean, in a good area, clean pool, and great breakfast. When I come back to Texas this will definitely be the place I stay at.

This was an exceptional stay for us! From the moment we parked we were like ‘ohhhhh this is nice!!!’ When we walked in it was very very very clean and smelled so nice. It stated that it was a nonsmoking hotel which was great. The check in process was so easy and all the gentleman at the front were very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and with tons of options!

Really impressive building from the outside. Not your typical "box" hotel. The airport shuttle was pretty quick and large and very clean van. The room was clean and neat. The bathroom amenities are from Dove. I'm very pleased with this hotel. I haven't tried the breakfast as I only just arrived tonight. But the breakfast seating area is large and clean. I would definitely return!

A lovely comfortable hotel, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. We stayed for 3 nights as part of our NFL road trip, so hotel is close to AT&T and DFW. Check in was easy, room we were allocated for 3 people spotless to be fair, shower powerful and comfy. TV choice was limited compared to other chains, but we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The gym was an added surprise which was spotless. and Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. We used UBER to the game and it was circa $17 to go, dearer post game due to demand but better option than the parking prices.

Staff always had a big smile on their face. Very clean and offers a great breakfast, fresh waffles, juice, coffee and bacon. Rooms were clean and convenient. Highly recommend for the price. My cat was welcomed for a small fee. Easy to check in and out .

Pleasantly Surprised! We had a suite and it was huge! The room was very clean and perfect for us. My only complaint is the lack of power outlets. It was a struggle to find enough outlets to charge all of our devices. The lobby was huge and spacious with lots of different nooks for work or pleasure. There is a small quick service restaurant as well as a bar. They offer a breakfast buffet for $14 which appeared to be basic hotel food. The Pool and hot tub were great as well. The pool area could use a little TLC as there was peeling paint and some maintenance issues. The hotel is right around the corner from Six Flags. I saw they offered a shuttle; but I don’t know anything about it

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Our stay was very enjoyable throughout each day. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were excellent. The room was quiet and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with amenities.

Breakfast is a Must Do at the Crowne Plaza! The restaurant serves breakfast until 11:00am and the food is great on the menu. Breakfast is ordered off the menu, prepared in the kitchen, and served at your table. This is not a breakfast you get from a buffet with powdered eggs, dry cereals, and self serve everything. "Rosie" was my server and she was the most hospitable, considerate, and engaged person I could have before a long drive ahead that day. Food was excellent! If you're staying at Crowne Plaza in Arlington, pay a ittle extra for a suite on an upper floor and definitely buy the breakfast with your reservation!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is an older property and next to a busy highway, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My room (small suite) ended up being very nice, and totally quiet at night. The room had a BIG couch in the living room, and it was very comfortable. I liked how the side table had a USB port. There was a counter with a Keurig coffee maker (and a bottle of water), and a mini fridge. The bed was very comfortable. It had a nice duvet and plenty of good pillows. There were also plenty of plugs and USBs next to the bed. The bathroom had a big shower instead of a tub, and it had a nice, big vanity table. My only minor disappointments were that housekeeping had only left decaf Keurig pods, so I didn’t bother to make coffee. Fortunately there was regular coffee available in the main lobby. The suitcase stand was in the closet under a pile of extra pillows and blankets, so I didn’t bother to move them to use it. The towels were fairly thin, and not soft. And the TV remote in the bedroom wasn’t paired with the TV, so I had to manually change the channel. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would gladly stay here again.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the Texas Trust CU Theater, and we usually stay at a Hilton. It is in a nice area, surrounded by restaurants. I believe the parking area is shared by the restaurants and the hotel so that made parking a little tricky but there was also a parking garage. The hotel was very clean, airy, with modern decor. The lobby area was large with a great deal of natural light. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. Our room was on the 5th floor, the number of elevators meant we never had to wait more than a few seconds for one. Our room was spotless, welcoming, and included a desk with desk chair, nice television, comfy chair, microwave, fridge, and an espresso machine with pods! Beds were so comfortable we slept well, very quiet overnight. We only stayed one night, and we couldn’t try to restaurant but did try the free breakfast that was included in our room package. Note that other than breakfast, the restaurant hours are 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Staff in the breakfast area were so kind and helpful, the dining area was spotless and there were more than enough tables, nicely spaced. The food? Well, we had the buffet, and it was just Ok. Kept warm in those trays, nothing was "hot". They did provide fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, and cereal. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with our choice! I would recommend this Hilton Garden Inn!!

Great location if you want to be in a central location in the DFW area. Lots of nearby restaurants, coffee shops, shops and other businesses. The hotel was clean and modern. Hot breakfast was available in the restaurant. Amazing staff dedicated to making your stay comfortable and welcoming. The elevator to the underground parking garage was not working, but it was only 1 flight of stairs to the main level. Highly recommend for families or couples.

You won’t regret staying here! First of all, I’d like to compliment the employees who welcomed me at the front desk. They have been super friendly every day and it’s so refreshing when you’re not from the area. The hotel rooms are impeccably clean, beds are really comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent. In addition to the accommodations and all their amenities, the surrounding area is really fun. You can walk to Chicken and Pickleball next door, plus there are really great restaurants that you can walk to as well. It’s safe or as safe as you would expect. The police station is right next door. Have fun!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. Parking was easy and convenient, which is always a plus. One of the highlights was the lovely view from the room and the walking trail around the hotel—it was perfect for a morning stroll. Overall, a quiet and pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing experience with our grandsons at Hilton Garden Inn Grand Prairie, TX. The room we booked was not ready upon our arrival so the gracious staff upgraded us to the Presidential Suite! They went far above & beyond to get us into a room in a timely manner. Certainly not expected, but we were so blessed by that! The room was so clean & comfortable. The staff all around from the manager at the desk, to those at the restaurant & the housekeeping were so very kind & helpful. We’ve stayed here several times as it’s right near the Epic Water Park. A favorite thing for our grandsons about this hotel is ordering room service & having it delivered by a robot! Our experience each time that we have stayed here has been exceptional!

The breakfast was really good, lots of options to choose from. Scrambled eggs, omelette, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Oh! There is also a pancake machine to make your own fresh pancakes. The hotel environment is very clean and quiet. We had no issues whatsoever with our stay, and we’ll definitely be going back.

One of Hiltons' newer brands. Nice, clean, interesting. Upgraded motel a cross between H2S and motel 6. Definitely upgraded. Quiet, quaint. Really charming property. Breakfast was okay. Did I say clean. Staff nice. It was graduation season quick in and out.

The staff was exceptionally attentive, kind, responsive and understanding! The room was spacious, cozy and warm! The bed and pillows made me feel like on a cloud! I especially valued the showerhead option and the great water pressure! Wifi was good! I also loved the option of having warm water with a lemon first thing in the morning and the fact that the breakfast was accommodating for gluten and dairy sensitivity. It was a great experience all in all.

The property was very clean. The reception area was organized with access to purchase food items. Coffee and hot water for tea was always available. It had activities for kids such as a pool table. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked really good with many options. The attendants were very nice and helpful. Our room including the bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Excellent shower, best ever of all the many hotels I've stayed at over the years!! The room is pretty small if you were on an extended stay. No where to store your clothes, you're forced to live out of a suitcase. But, for one or two nights it's perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Mattress was very comfortable!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful in making our stay better than expected. I would like to give a personal thank you to Denotto at the front desk for going above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met for our stay and helping me navigate the website and find available add ons we needed. When checking in they were friendly and helpful and made sure our room was ready when expected. I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the staff. We do love these hotels because they offer a great one bedroom suite with kitchenette. It's perfect for our family. The location is perfect for families looking to visit theme parks, water parks, the zoo, lots of activities nearby and plenty of restaurants. I loved that there was a Sams Club and Walmart right down the street. We did need to go to the store during our stay and could gas up before we left. But the hotels location is kinda tucked away from busy streets and traffic. It is well lit and we felt safe there. It's a nicer area than most hotels. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the DFW area.

Loved the hotel overall, room was spacious, was able to not only check in online but to upgrade our room as well as add on pet fees and add late check out and early check in, breakfast was amazing (scrambled and poached eggs, bacon and sausages, potatoes, oatmeal, pancakes, etc.) the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

This is probably the best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at. The service, the pool, the jacuzzi were all excellent. The best part of the hotel was that we came in town for the three Dodger games @ Rangers and were able to take the van from the hotel to and from the games. Wonderful service. Will stay again if we come to see the Dodgers again.

My husband and I enjoyed this hotel. Excellent staff. Devan at the front desk and all of the employees we had encountered were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and a king room was spacious for 2 of us. They are not brand new rooms but up dated, well maintained, and very clean. We stayed for a weekend football game. They had an independent transfer shuttle to take you back and forth to the game for about $20 a person round trip. Well worth it! You can see AT&T stadium from the front of the hotel. The stadium is very close about a 5 minute drive. They have a restaurant and bar. They have breakfast hours and then close for dinner. Bar closes very early, especially for a football game crowd. During our stay it was mostly couples and families staying at the hotel.

Nice big reception area with a tall ceiling makes you feel like they take pride in their hotel and want to be a fancier Holiday Inn. Rooms are big, almost like an Embassy Suites, but don’t have a physical door between the bed and pull out sofa. The bathroom and wall do provide some separation and privacy between the bed and pull out sofa if you’re staying with others or your kids. It’s about a mile walk that feels safe as lots of fans are walking to ATT Stadium or the Rangers Ballpark. The hotel did offer a to/from shuttle for $20 each to ATT Stadium, but we chose to walk. Staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was $10 each. There are lots to walkable restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk or very short drive.

We traveled here to see two Rangers games and chose this hotel due to its proximity to the ballpark; the location was great - less than a mile drive. Also, there is an IHOP within walking distance that is open 24 hours. We were very pleased with this hotel, especially the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the comfortable couches in the lounge downstairs. We arrived at about noon and they allowed us to check in early. The clerk at the front desk nicely explained all of the dining options and other important information about the hotel. Our room was comfortable, and most importantly, the A/C was strong, which was needed because of the 100-degree temperatures outside. The small fitness room was clean and well-maintained. There is also a comfortable small business center downstairs with a desk where I did some work while housekeeping was cleaning our room. This hotel met, and in some ways exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great, Jazmine was the best and super sweet! The room was clean, the pool was fun, hot tub was kind of funky colored on the water so we skipped that. The breakfast buffet was the only bad thing about it, the food was just gross, even to the kids. But overall we enjoyed our stay, had a great time and would return again only thing we’d do differently is order in breakfast 😂

Room was exceptionally quiet except for the hum of the air conditioner which didn't bother my sleep. Breakfast here is served from 5am till 9 on the weekdays. Breakfast consist of hot eggs, meat and potatoes. Plus cereals, bread (bagels), waffles and other breakfast items.

Clean and cozy place just a few minutes away from the airport. It also has shuttle service. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Kalyan at the front desk was super helpful and very welcoming guided me on good restaurants around and things to do in Dallas for a short stay.

Arrived at DFW…called hotel and shuttle arrived very quickly. We checked in and asked about restaurants to walk to in the area. Hotel staff arranged for shuttle driver to drive us to a close by restaurant….after our meal …we called and shuttle driver returned to pick us up…..it was very much appreciated! Breakfast in the morning was great ….lots of options..hot and cold……the biscuits and gravy were awesome…a real treat for this Canadian. The room was very clean and the beds comfy! Would recommend as it was great value and very close to airport. Shuttle back to airport was on time and very efficient.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our hotel door not locking and they responded very quickly and made sure the issue was resolved right away. The breakfast selection was great, the room was clean, the area was quiet and close to the highway for easy access to many attractions.

Chose the Aloft following a local recommendation for location and the rooms were clean, well-equipped and comfortable. It may have just been a case of bad luck, but unfortunately there was lot of noise from what appeared to be a group of people staying in 2 or 3 nearby rooms that happened each night anywhere between 2 and 4 in the morning. There's noise from the bar up until it closes so try getting a room higher and towards the back. We booked and pre-paid for breakfast but was told on arrival that breakfast was not included and would have to pay for it. As I was searching for my email confirmation, and as it was getting late, the reception staff, who were all very friendly, kindly handed over complimentary vouchers for breakfast during our stay. However, we wouldn't recommend it as the main hot option was a poorer quality version of an Egg McMuffin, and was only $8 USD if paid at the hotel as opposed to the £9 GBP I paid with the booking.

It was a great place to stay! The staff was friendly & helpful. The location was fantastic & easily accessible from a couple of different roads!! Parking was closeby the entrance & plenty of spaces. Nice neighborhood with several restaurants nearby & convenience stores. The rooms were clean, spacious & well stocked. The room even had a safe!! Quick check in using booking.com & even quicker check out!!

My best friend and I stayed at the hotel because we were in town for an all-weekend concert event at ATT stadium. The location was ideal. Very easy drive to stadium, and close to a lot of dining spots. Plenty of parking, the lobby was great (made good use of the hotel bar, which was excellent!) and the pool table in evenings. Didn’t use pool but it looked ok (was too hot outside). Used the gym every day and for a hotel gym, it was actually very very good! Plenty of cardio equipment, several machines, and dumbbells up to 50 lbs. immaculately clean, and had fresh towels to use. The room itself was super clean, great large TV, mini fridge, and the beds were super comfortable. One of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on, honestly. It felt like laying in my bed at home. Good price for the value. Overall I highly recommend the hotel to anyone in the area. Aloft is usually a very good value, and this was no exception. I did not use their breakfast option so I cannot comment on that.

This new or newly renovated hotel was excellent. Fun, interesting downstairs lobby with bar and plenty of places to sit. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay here again!

The property was very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I will stay here again.

Our room was amazing for a family of four, extremely spacious. Room had a full kitchen with a table to sit and eat for four. The sofa and living space was comfy and perfectly placed. Beds were comfy and all around a great place to stay on our weekend trip to Arlington for a concert. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in was simple and quick; the front desk staff was friendly. We were impressed with our room - it was large, modern, and clean! Tons of outlets and ports for devices. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances one might need. We had a great view of the pond and walking trail behind the hotel. The cleaning staff greeted us every single time they saw us over the three days - that made us feel so welcome! There was a great breakfast in the mornings. (Thank you for having excellent coffee at breakfast and in the room - a necessity whether you’re traveling for fun or for work!) Parking was easy and close to the entry. Well-lit at night and felt safe, especially with the police station just next door. We enjoyed a lovely lap around the complex and saw all the attractions and dining options within walking distance. Checkout was a breeze! Having a noon checkout is a nice and an uncommon luxury. We look forward to having a reason to return to the area so we can stay again!

Hard to start. I've been staying here for several months and sadly my work project is ending. Aside from the prime location, surrounding restaurants, and great views, the hotel itself is exceptional. It's not only my fellow patrons from all over the world who always seem to be pleasant, it's the staff which sets the mood and strives to make everyone's stay an enjoyable one. From reception, to the breakfast staff, to housekeeping, and maintenance I have to say that I feel like I have made lifelong friends here. Now, I would spend a lot of time at the bar. Not ONLY to drink, but the food is also top tier. I'm usually not one to single people out and I do not intend on insulting anyone or make ANY of the staff feel or be portrayed as less important because like I said you are all great! I do however have to call one person out. Her name is Kate. A super attentive, professional, who has never seized to put a smile on my face or laugh with me at some point every single time that I sat down at the bar even after some of the worst days at work. Anthony, I'm not trying to take anything away from you brother. It has always been a pleasure sitting and chatting with you as well. We arrived Friday exhausted from the journey in and the front desk staff provided a warm welcome with cold water. With an easy check-in we were able to get to our room on the 6th floor and we were very impressed! Clean, comfortable, modern and spacious. While we didn't use the kitchenette, it was nice to have the option in the event we wanted to use it including all the dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. in the room. PLENTY of dining options along the walkway and lots of fun activities. The daily breakfast was hot and delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer, but would definitely return to Grand Prairie in a heartbeat and stay at Homewood Suites again. Thank you so much for such a hospitable stay!!!

You’re going to find your simple basics with no hassle and quick check in. Rooms are clean and accommodating. Mini fridge and personal Keurig Coffee maker is a definite plus in the rooms! Fresh lemon water and fresh coffee upon entry was convenient. I absolutely love staff-Jasmine. A steakhouse is right next door and Walmart is a 12 minute walk. Safe area with lots of convenient stores. I would have liked hangers in the room. Will be back and I do recommend.

Staff was amazing, from check-in to breakfast to custodial. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and helpful! Room was clean. Pillows were uncomfortable, but seems standard in hotels these days. Breakfast was standard fare but was good. Breakfast area was clean. Gabby was working her tail off! Only problem was that as we were ready to check out, the elevator wasn’t working. Easy enough to get to and from the places we needed to go. We will stay here again when in the area.

My whole family enjoyed our stay here including our 2 kittens, the hotel staff was amazing and friendly and the location was clean, kids had an amazing time in the pool which is open 8am-10pm which for them was amazing on its own , we all had so much fun and there were a lot of places to eat all around the hotel

The shower was great – easy to operate & with great water pressure. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Heard some plane noise as I was falling asleep but not enough to keep me awake. Charging ports near the desk would have been helpful and I would have liked ceramic mugs for coffee rather than paper, but these were just minor inconveniences. Every team member I interacted with was professional and friendly - they even accommodated my requests for both an early check-in & a late check-out! I was there for a large group meeting & was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the buffet lunch that was provided. They have an amazing dessert chef on staff & I’d love to get the recipe for the quinoa herb salad that was served!

After a long day of traveling all you want is a nice place and some good food and we found it! Very welcoming staff, very clean and nice. We ate at a restaurant there and had the most delicious burger. Nice quiet room too. So glad we stayed here. In the morning we had a breakfast buffet and greeted by a smiling Abigale who was friendly and sweet. Buffet was delicious!!

I first encountered Mary at the front desk and she was a pure pleasure to interact with.She answered all my questions and wanted to sign me up for your rewards program only to find out that I had one already.She was gracious and kind throughout my checkin.Every employee I encountered was very friendly and welcoming from the cleaning staff to the bar staff. The restaurant food was not that great for the price I wasted most of it .The room was spacious and immaculately clean only thing was there was no microwave which was a bummer.Checkout was extremely fast and Chester was kind and wished me safe travels .Overall a great stay and will definitely be back again Thankyou

This Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the Best places to stay! It’s the Wonderful team of Employees that work there and the Hotel is very nice. The Rooms are very Clean and and beds are so comfortable ! The Food at Jacob’s Grill is delicious and Coffee at Jett’s Bistro is so good! Breakfast sandwiches taste good too! Front Desk are so Welcoming and helpful. They have a Shuttle to airport and from Airport which is nice. Great team of shuttle drivers! Great Gym and pool. Lots of Choices of Hotels I choose this one every time I can! I love my stays here. The location is very good!

Pool was fine; staff wasn't invasive and didn't lock people out at dot 10pm; thank you for that. We had a lot of fun at the pool. It was beautiful for lots of families. People loved to hang out by the poolside. Nice and relaxed atmosphere at the pool. You could get new bedding/towels when needed.

I haven't stayed at a Hyatt recently, but I was pleasantly surprised by a lot of things. For one, the fact that they served free breakfast was a nice surprise. The breakfast was good, too. I did notice that even though the breakfast was supposed to go to 9:30, most of the food ran out by 9 and I didn't see them refill it. The lobby area was very comfortable and clean. The fact that the coffee cups in the room were not paper cups was nice. The shower was clean and nice, as well. The room was plenty big for us. Both beds in the room were very noisy, though. Like a 300 lbs. person jumped on them for 10 minutes. Something just sounded broken inside the bed, not the mattress. The mattress had a big low spot in the center. Not sure if those were related. I could sleep in the low spot, or struggle to stay out of it all night. The room was also noticeably quiet. I could hear somethings, like the door of a nearby room closing, but not much else, even though we were close to the elevator and ice machine. Regardless, overall, it was a very good stay for the price we paid.

The breakfast was amazing! It was the best hotel breakfast I've had since I got to have breakfast at the Renaissance Hotel in Dallas 20 years ago. The eggs were flavorful and I loved the multicolor potatoes. There was fresh fruit also. In addition to the typical apples or bananas, there was also strawberries and blueberries one morning and honeydew melon the 2nd morning. The room was perfect. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us. The beds were comfortable. The room was equal distance from the exit for the pool and the lobby and I enjoyed getting a 1st floor room.

Very cozy and clean, tastefully decorated rooms. great delicious breakfast with healthy options, especially appreciated the selection of tea. Location was very convenient, it was great that Mexican restaurant was across the street.

Property was great. Loved the room. So spacious and clean. Had me on top floor on the back being a single occupant. Night view was nice. Check in was quick and friendly. Breakfast was good. Will recommend for concert friends.

We stayed the weekend what we liked is that they are pet friendly. We took our bulldog mix and the lady in the reception area was so nice to our dog he was thirsty she came right from behind the counter and got him a bowl and some water so he could drink right there and then this was around 8:30 PM. It's the little things that count and for me to for someone to go above and beyond to make my pet feel comfortable says a lot. The place is super clean very quiet staff is very attentive will definitely be back again if I can give them a hundred stars I would.

Can you tell me what hotel staff was very friendly and is close to a lot of businesses and the amusement park and the baseball park. The hotel and grounds were very clean. In the basement they have a nice workout facility, laundry room, snack bar. very competitive rates. The rooms have a kitchenette and are very comfortable!

Walking distance from six flags. Has a trolly every hour to take you back and forth. Very quiet, clean, and friendly. Has everything you need to cook in the room. Beds were comfortable. Slept great! There is no breakfast provided though.

The staff here very friendly. The property accepts pets for a non refundable fee and its a little expensive to be non-refundable, but the good thing that I observed was alot of pets were on the property but the property smelled fresh and clean. It did not smell like an animal even was on property. It was fresh and clean and I appreciate that because we love our pets and need to travel with them sometimes.

My daughter was a contestant in the Miss Twin Peaks 2024 Pageant to be held at Texas Live. This hotel was a great nearby location for those of us that can’t handle the cost of the Loews Hotel. This was My first time in Dallas/Arlington or even Texas. As I went to check in on Sunday June 9 there was a huge event wrapping up and people were checking out as I was coming in. Rooms were obviously not available for early check in but no worries.. Hotel held my bags while I enjoyed time at the pool while waiting for my room. No towels and understandable due to the volume of people I saw leaving!!! It was hot enough to air dry! When room was still not ready at check in, they put a rush on getting one done and took care of me while I waited. I had a yummy peppercorn steak dinner at the bar with a very attentive bartender! When the room was ready, the front desk and manager on duty took my bags to my room and were nothing but super helpful. I also want to commend the staff. The few I had interactions with were so kind and friendly! I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat - 5 STARS!

The breakfast was amazing, the bed was so soft and comfortable. We loved the noon checkout. The pool was large and while we didn't pay for a private patio room, the fact that they were options was pretty cool. We were in town to watch the BlueJays beat the Rangers,we drove to the stadium, but there was a shuttle available from the lobby to the stadium 90 and 60 minutes before the game. The next day the Cowboys were playing and the Hotel was hosting a tailgate party in the lobby with merch for sale and (I'm assuming) they also had tickets for shuttle service. Upgrade to the breakfast. It was delicious. Enough fruit, bacon and hashbrows for my allergy kiddo to be full....and plenty of eggs, pancakes, oatmeal and danishes for everyone else. The front desk was really accommodating and let us hang out after checkout before we headed over to the night game on Saturday, so great for our family to be able to have some time to burn off energy. Overall a great experience for our family. Hope to be back for another weekend in Arlington!!!

Breakfast is a tally prepared by chefs and cooks. Coffee served like old times, porcelain plates, silverware. Bacon and sausage served. For Hilton brand mostly same old breakfast. This property is great and they have a bar and restaurant serving food. Really good food. HOT COOKIES, a little market to get some things you may need. Pretty nice operation.

Hotel was great. The breakfast area was very nice and clean and the food was very good. The restaurant and bar were great. For the first time in my life I used a hotel Gym and it was very nice and not crowded. I was disappointed that the pool was down until Jun 20th for some unknow reason. Its summer in Texas that should be a priority in my opinion. Also it would be nice if there was a laundry room, but the staff did inform they have a service available. Overall the place was very nice, clean and quite and the price was more than fair. I only live an hour away from here but we stayed for a multi day trip to Six Flags in lieu of driving back and forth through Dallas traffic and Arlington is a convenient clean town with lots of dining options. I would stay again for sure.

Everything was nice and clean. Breakfast had a great spread of fruits, bagels, toast, yogurt, granola, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, etc... So much for breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. The shower has amazing water pressure with LOTS of water.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful at all times and hours. The hotel was super clean at all times.

The property was in a good location. It was neat on the inside and out. The surrounding area was seemed fine. I didnt see any people hanging out on the outside of the building or the places surrounding the hotel. There was not a lot of noise. The staff was welcoming and very polite. The front desk clerk Sheri(I believe) was very kind and understanding about helping us with getting our room. The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. The shower water was hot. The room was clean as far as the eye could see, but I always bring cleaning products to go over things again. The only thing I would suggest is they change whatever fragrance they use for their hallway. Its smells weird and its not a welcoming smell. Thats the first thing you smell when you get off the elevator to go to your room. I would stay there again.

Food was fantastic. View was exactly what we paid for!

Love that this was right at the airport. We had a 10-hour layover from Mexico going to Seattle, arrived in Dallas at around 9:00 pm and our flight to Seattle was at around 7:00 am the following morning. It had a restaurant/bar and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very convenient location for those with overnight layovers.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. They are under construction but that in no way affected our stay... I would strongly recommend this as an excellent place to stay.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked perfectly — and quietly! I also appreciated that the mini-fridge kept everything cold, which isn’t always the case in some hotels. The overall layout of the room was nice, and I felt like I was able to relax. The bathroom was great — I really liked having full shower amenities rather than the tiny soaps. Breakfast was delicious, and the overall hotel was very nice. I also really appreciate that the hotel only requires a $20 deposit, instead of the $50–$100 that many other hotels charge. That’s such a thoughtful touch and makes a big difference for travelers.

The room was spacious and clean. Rm125 was across from the pool and next to the back door so it was not quiet at times. The breakfast was everything you could ask for and fresh cooked by staff.

This was our 2nd time at this hotel. Both times the staff is always so friendly. The breakfast was delicious (and they change the selection daily). The pool and hot tub were perfect.

Trip was great and the hotel was the main reason, we drove in and the room was ready the gentleman who checked us in was super nice and friendly. We had been on the road for about 10 hrs and to check in to a beautiful, spacious and clean room made it feel like we were home. We were there to celebrate my nephews 12 birthday and catch a Dallas Cowboy game so the commute was pretty easy to and from with the traffic. It was great having so many restaurants around. We definitely will be back again. The breakfast was nice and warm and with a good atmosphere and selection of fresh food.

The rooms were amazing. The bed was comfortable & we had plenty of space for our travels. Kitchenette was a good size & there was an ice maker in the freezer. The decor was pleasing to the eyes. The reception desk was very friendly during check in & anticipated our needs for our baby. Breakfast was great! They had breakfast burrito options and make your own waffles along with a few other things. I would go back to Homewood Suites, great value for what we got.

If you are looking for a quiet place, nothing to fancy, this is the place for you. Here are my pros/cons. Pros -Easy Check in -Friendly Staff -Plenty of parking -Clean rooms -Lots of coffee/snacks -Quiet Cons -$75 fee for early check in. And fee for late check out. Basically there is a fee for everything. -The place needs renovation. -TV was small but GREAT CHANNELS. Lots to watch. -The shower pressure was not the best, and the rooms were ok. -I booked this place because of the free breakfast and it was not good. The orange juice was basically water mixed with a sprinkle of orange juice. (You get what you pay for) at least there was a Denny’s next door. -I was told that I needed to put down a $50 deposit and was charged two $50 deposits. Overall our stay was good. It was quiet, and we were able to rest with no interruptions. I probably wouldn’t book this hotel if you are going on a “BAECATION”. But if you are just coming to visit family for a few days, why not!

The Hotel offered a comfortable stay with a great location. The room was clean and spacious, the Wi-Fi was excellent. and the breakfast buffet had good variety. Staff was friendly specially Mr. Garston at Front Desk was very supportive & professional.

The breakfast area was comfortable, spacious, well appointed, the breakfast fair was good with alternating breakfast meats and egg preparations. Two types of yogurt were offered with one being Greek yogurt (our favorite) and the coffee was good. The exercise room and pool were clean and well maintained. When visiting this area again we will stay at this location. Highly recommend this facility

We love Holiday Inn Express! My husband and I visited for an anniversary/birthday celebration. I called ahead to see if it would be possible to check in early. They had no problem with that. I had mentioned on the phone that we were celebrating our anniversary. A friendly, professional gentleman named Cameron congratulated us and offered us a complimentary drink or snack. We thought that was so kind! Our room was so large! We got the suite which was only a few more dollars extra giving us a living room area as well as the bedroom. The room was clean, bed was comfy, tv worked perfect and the free breakfast was delicious, Great location across the parking lot from an amazing Italian restaurant (Italiani's) Our stay was perfect and we will be back!

I am a flight attendant based in Dallas and living in New Orleans. This Holiday season I found myself in the position of having to spend three weeks in base at my own expense, and I hotel hopped all around Dallas using points. This hotel is BY FAR my favorite one (and i think I have stayed at every hotel in DFW lol). The people at the desk are so kind and professional, and really made me feel like a valued guest. My room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The common areas were well maintained, and the Christmas decorations were gorgeous. It is obvious that someone there takes pride in this property. The breakfast was typical for a hotel, and the breakfast gal was there to help with anything I needed. I LOVE the decor of the hotel, it made me think of a grand old school hotel from a big city, with lots of wood and retro rugs and lighting. Location-wise, there is a fabulous Italian restauran right out front, and several others in walking distance. Also 15 minutes walk to Walmart. If this hotel had an airport shuttle (ATTN MGMT!!!) I would never stay anywhere else. Thanks Haley and the rest of the gang (sorry I forgot the other names) for an amazing stay, and hope to see you soon!

We were recently in town for a family event. Our event was in a little sketchier part of town, but we only had to drive a short distance to Holiday Inn. They are across the street from the Hurst Police Department and several other hotels, so we felt perfectly safe and even walked to dinner rather than drive. While the decor is a little dated with the heavy wood feel, you can tell it has been very well maintained. We were near the highway, but the room was very quiet. We reserved a suite which would allow a bit more room for our family to spread out. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had a good night's sleep. The complimentary breakfast was predictable, typical HI fare.

We moved over to the Holiday Inn Express Hurst midway through our stay in the Ft Worth area. The hotel is located across the street from the city hall and just off the highway. We had a great stay. Beds were super comfortable, front desk staff very friendly, breakfast was good and well stocked. The rooms were average size, with big comfortable beds. AC worked fine. Large TV did have an issue, though. The remote control didn't work. It worked OK for turning it on/off, but wouldn't change channels or work the volume. Had to visit the front desk, where they said it was a common issue. They found me another one that worked. The shower was great. Lots of hot water and the products were provided on the wall. Noise was not an issue. Either good sound-proofing, or maybe a less than full house. Either way, we heard nothing during our stay. So a close-to perfect stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites DFW West - Hurst! We'll stay again next time we are visiting my son.

Breakfast buffet staff very attentive, food selection was great! They constantly maintained clean areas and made sure guest did not cross contaminate serving utensils. Parking area was well lit and safe. Fantastic location for our visit. Surrounding area has numerus shopping and attractions to offer and is great…QT on the corner, Grand Prairie Premium Outlets, Parks Mall, Costco, Walmart, Sam’s Club etc. are within two miles. Pet friendly property with walk areas and poop stations in front and back of hotel for furry family members. Overall excellent stay and would recommend to family and friends and would stay here on return trips to Dallas area. Would stay here again!

We stayed here during the extreme power outages from the winter storms. Check in was very unorganized. We had to wait 2 hours in line before our room was ready. Check in was supposed to be at around 3 pm, but we didn't get into our room until 5. Breakfast wasn't appealing. Bananas, rotten apples, and granola bars were the options given. No coffee was available either. One of the elevators broke during our stay. The rooms themselves are very spacious and accommodating. The kitchenette was extremely convenient for meal-making. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, stovetop, and a dishwasher were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner were high quality. WiFi speed was fast. The rates were fantastic at only $107 per night with a military discount. Excellent price for the large suite provided. The suites themselves were five stars. Overall, the hotel staff has much need for improvement, but the stay was very good for our power-outage situation. Give this hotel a shot.

There are so many things to love at this hotel. The location is perfect, close to so many things including a QT, what is there not to love about that? The cleanliness was amazing, it smelt and looked so clean, it was very inviting. The breakfast was outstanding, there were so many choices. Having a fully stocked suite was very convenient, we had a late dinner delivered to us, and it was nice that there were utensils and plates in our room. The room itself was so spacious and laid out so nice, and that AC worked like a dream.

Room was very good sized and clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows to choose from. Shower has wash, shampoo & conditioner available and sink area separate from shower has hand soap & lotion available. Liked the mini kitchenette with full size fridge & stove top.

Such a great value - nice size room, comfy beds, and since we had to stay long-term (over a month), having the in-room kitchenette, free laundry facilities, and gym were exactly what we needed. Everything is clean and well-kept, and the place and location are pretty quiet and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful - we had to extend an extra week and that was easily accommodated. Would 100% recommend!

There were multiple powered USB ports and outlets available for recharging devices. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The AC was quiet and worked well. We both slept well and felt rested the next morning. The kitchen was well stocked with covered cook pans, measuring and mixing bowls, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, eating utensils, cups, and mugs. Hot water came to the faucets and shower quickly. The only negative to us was the odor in the hallway on the second floor. When we stepped out of the elevator with our luggage, we were hit with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. Thankfully, it wasn't noticeable in the room.

We stayed in a studio room with king bed. Bed was very comfortable and provided support. It also was a little high for those of us who are short. But not a big deal. Shower was roomy. Bright clean and comfortable. Suite has more than enough room for a couple. Having a small kitchenette with a dishwasher is a nice feature for multi day stays. Remote control was bagged for sanitary reasons before we arrived. It would have been nice to have a luggage rack. Strange thing, the smoke detector was wrapped entirely in plastic, when we called the front desk we were told the clerk couldn’t leave the desk since he was the only one on duty to remove the plastic. He said he’d move us to a new room if we preferred. We figure it was left on as it’s a very new hotel.

I liked that the staff was extremely friendly. It set the tone as soon as you walked in. Our front desk person, Lamar, was so personable and friendly. I immediately knew that I had made a good choice in booking this hotel after conversation with him during the check-in process. My family was comfortable as well whenever we needed extra towels, blankets, etc. We especially liked the kitchenette! We went to the grocery stores which were nearby and we were able to cook our own food and eat when we got ready to eat.

There were no regular king rooms available on the morning we arrived and were given a king suite upgrade! What a wonderful surprise after all we’d been through! This courtyard is very modern and the updated king suite was just what we needed! The bedroom ac kept it cool and it was spacious. Nice big closet, a working iron, great water pressure, spacious living area and balcony. I like how the sink was separate from the toilet and shower. The only thing missing was a safe but not a deal breaker. The updated room was really comfortable- heard no hall or noises from surrounding rooms. There was a large workspace, microwave and fridge. Wish we could have enjoyed the pool and our balcony but were so busy with our conference. This room was probably one of the farthest from elevator but we could also use the stairs to easily get to lobby. Loved having the Starbucks in lobby for quick breakfast. All employees we encountered were super friendly. Will definitely use again if staying in the area!

Hotel is within easy walking distance of Globe Life Field, which was the primary resson for our stay. Spacious and clean room, comfortable bed. Location right off highway is easy to get to and convenient for getting around the area. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The beds were comfy and the air conditioner nice and cold. My granddaughter loved the pool! The location was perfect. Close to restaurants and sport venues.

Stay Report - 10/24 - 10/25 Location: The hotel is located just south of I-30 about a mile west of the TX-360 interchange. Its location is in one of those Dallas neighborhoods that you see everywhere which features block after block of chain restaurants, gas stations and other lower tier chain hotels. The good news is that if you're attending a Cowboys or Rangers game or going to Six Flags you can easily walk to the attractions. I needed a hotel for the World Series this year and the location of this CY was perfect. Hotel: The hotel is one of the older generation of Courtyards with a true Courtyard. This means there can be some very long walks to your room. There is plenty of parking ($10 a day) though and the lobby is renovated with a Bistro, business center and sweet shop. Check In: A friendly agent asked me if I wanted a $10 F&B credit or points and thanked me for being Titanium Room: What you'd expect at an older property. The important things were there though: no noise issues, good Wifi, hot shower and an Internet TV so I was happy. Plus there were outlets near the bed and everything worked and was in good shape. If you need to be in this area this is a good choice. When I booked it was far cheaper than the Sheraton and it served my needs perfectly. I'd be back.

We stayed only one night to attend a concert, but everything was great. Check in and check out was easy and fast. It was a busy day/night and there were extra people in the lobby to help with literally any question you had. Room was spacious and clean, walk in shower was amazing, and there was a small balcony that was a nice surprise. It was also walking distance to the stadium, which is one of the reasons I chose to stay here. No complaints here, it was a wonderful stay!

This hotel really impressed us! The breakfast was actually tasty and hot, the room was very clean and the bed, pillows and linens all clean. The bathroom was also clean and santizied. They have like automatic air freshners thru out the hotel which was nice cause it didnt stink....smelled really nice. Overall impressed with this hotel as it was a good clean facility. Right off the freeway to easy on and off.

Not my first time to stay here. Never have any complaints. Public areas are clean, typical carb & protein breakfast options, clean & comfortable rooms. Biggest criticisms are: poor coffee from the fancy machine in the breakfast area and limited location of plugs in the rooms, needed to plug in chargers.

This was such a pleasant experience from the minute we book our reservation to the minute we checked out. The staff was so nice and friendly. The room was very clean and the amenities from the towels to the shampoo and soap was so nice. The free breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, and the yogurt machine was such a pleasant surprise. The coffee machine was beyond what you would expect from a free breakfast. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Texas.

This hotel has a lot going for it. Nice big rooms, a great location that is safe and open and not congested, a newer building and updated rooms that were very clean. The staff also does a decent job of working with you to make your stay a good one. Most of the staff is great, some people are amazing, some of the young people working the front desk are great, but unfortunately some of the young girls working the front desk show some attitude at first, and are reluctant to help unless you push harder. That is unfortunate and unnecessary, but sadly too common in today’s society. For some reason some young people think they need to have attitude instead of being very friendly. Working in this business? ALWAYS be very friendly and willing to really help. Hopefully management works with those girls to change that because other than that, this experience has been very good, and usually is.

I stayed for three weeks at the Hilton Garden Inn, where the staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast includes a large buffet selection and, for a dollar more, a cooked breakfast made to order. A plethora of restaurants and shops are within an easy walk, so you don't need to have a car.

I don’t usually write reviews. But I was a solo traveler , my first time at that . I traveled to Texas for the Mike Tyson fight . And this hotel was a perfect choice . The staff was friendly/professional/ welcoming.Not one day of my stay I felt uncomfortable. The hotel was was so clean and the food from their restaurant/bar was really good . And I love they have a shuttle service to take you to/ from events . It’s 10 mins from the At&T stadium. I’d definitely stay here again :) 10/10

Didn't face any issues while here! Everyone on staff was very kind and helpful. The drinks were great at the bar. If I had to pick something that was a problem, we took our son down to the pool to swim (which he thought was awesome because he got to swim under the wall to the outside area), but he couldn't swim long because the water was FREEZING. My huabnd and I stuck our feet in, but could only sit for a minute because they went numb almost immediately. Our son was done swimming after only 10 minutes because of the cold. And there was no hot tob. But if that was our only problem, we are happy customers. There was even a group of people for a competition staying at the hotel. There were a ton of people there for autographs and pictures, but they were all very respectful of the guests and the staff managed the crowd very well. My favorite part was the ease of walkability to nearby restaurants if you didn't want to hang out at the hotel bar/restaurant.

We were in town to see Taylor Swift! When we walked in everyone was so friendly and the energy was amazing. The hotel had decorated for the concert and was even playing her music. It was such a fun idea! We loved our stay and couldn’t recommend it enough. It would be perfect for a romantic weekend away.

Very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The room that I stayed in had a heart shaped jacuzzi that was excellent. The shower had great pressure and the design was very appealing and upscale. The bed was extremely comfortable, I love the bedding, very soft and was very elegant. There is a Cinema across the road with several restaurants within walking distance. The location was easy to find, This is my new favorite hotel, it is worth every penny.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn at least a dozen times though the years and will keep coming back. First off the location is perfect if you’re hitting up a Cowboys or Rangers game. Grand Prairie is a nice city and we love the layout, especially the area where the hotel is located. There are a ton of good restaurants near the hotel as well as a Walgreens, CVS (if you need anything), a grocery store, and 2 movie theaters. The hotel is always clean, the staff are super super nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The “free” breakfast is a perk but it’s nothing spectacular (pre made, fake foods). Wednesday’s and Thursday’s they have a Manager’s night where they feed you a good meal with free drinks and beer (evenings only). The pool and spa is nice but unfortunately not indoors for the winter time. Overall this hotel is fantastic, actually super fantastic. You get a nice, clean and quiet facility with nice staff, a great location, and that Holiday Inn reputation. Highly recommend.

Wonderful friendly staff and service. The IHOP next door is fantastic. The hot tub was warm. Breakfast was great. Gym is small but equipment worked. Shower was hot. Bathroom was clean. Pool had towels. The pool location is in the middle of the parking lot so not very private. Some rust on the bathroom door. No cleaning wipes in the gym. Suite has one only TV. So not the fanciest place but certainly a good stay if you want a clean bed, hot breakfast, hot shower, convenience, and friendly staff.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The room was clean and had lots of lighting. We liked that the shower had glass doors instead of a shower curtain. It was really nice to come back to a clean room with fresh towels every day. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. We walked across the street to see a movie one night which was an added bonus.

I frequently travel to the Dallas / Fort Worth area on business and I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times. Most recently, I booked multiple rooms for my staff and myself. The property is very convenient to DFW airport and provides complimentary shuttle service but, more importantly, it has an unusually friendly and helpful staff. The lobby is very spacious and comfortable, the outdoor garden area with waterfall is beautiful. The rooms are lovely, clean, and quiet, and my team particularly enjoyed breakfast. There is also a handy convenience counter ("The Shop") in the lobby which sells water, wine, beer, and snacks. Complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout the day in the lobby. Special mention to Jenn at the front desk who went out of her way to be friendly, welcoming, and helpful to everyone in my party (even my driver!), and also cheers and special mention to the breakfast and bar staff. Top marks all around for this excellent hotel. It was a pleasure.

We walked in at 2 AM after a long day of flight delays. Renee at the front desk went over and above to find a room for us, and provide hygiene items since our luggage didn't arrive with us. The room was clean and comfortable and well designed. The grounds outside were well cared for and beautiful. Breakfast the next morning was over the top amazing. Fresh fruit buffet on par with a tropical resort, made to order omelets, plus all the usual breakfast bar items. China plates, real coffee mugs and silverware, and a linen napkin made it 5++ star breakfast. Would definitely recommend this Inn and plan to stay again!!

Although there is no room service, there is a restaurant that you can sit and order or you can order from your room and pick up at the bar area. Food was very good as were the cocktails. Nice setting with lots of greenery. Free, spacious parking and close to airport. I would definitely stay again.

We love this hotel! Came two weeks in a row for meetings. Been to a lot of airport hotels around Dallas for work. Don't expect four star experiences but both times here, they knocked it out of the park. The staff are incredible. Kiki is the best. Was so helpful anytime we needed something. Even made sure our AC was turned down for us when we called and asked her before arriving to check in. Reine is great too and Jennifer. Torrance was a great driver. So friendly and timely. The older gentleman at the bar was so kind giving us ice water and ice for our ice buckets to keep some beers cold outside. He was such a gem. Wish I had a name. The folks who book the meeting space are excellent as well, always checking on us. The cleaning team are constantly keeping the place looking great. Hard working folks. Just don't get all around good quality customer service from hotels in this level near an airport normally. We were blown away. Y'all are doing something right there. Plus we loved the property. The rooms are modern with so many ways to charge devices. Comfortable beds and pillows. AC works great too. The fitness center and pool are fantastic. Such a fantastic property for the price point. We will absolutely be back if we have more meetings in the area! Thank you all so much for the hospitality!

We loved our room and staff friendliness. We had a 06:00am departure flight and couldn’t even use the transportation leaving us with a $50 Uber ride. We also were surprised there was no restaurant on the property for our entire stay. There we also had to Uber to the Aspen Creek restaurant since the 15 min walk was actually on the highway and not safe. The room was clean and we had a comfortable stay otherwise.

There is a fridge, microwave, table and two chairs! Bathroom has a tub-shower combo and was fine. Breakfast was what I would call an upgraded continental breakfast: no eggs or meats, but they did have a Texas-shaped waffle maker, along with continental breakfast classics, coffee, juice, etc. For the price, I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying overnight at this hotel. We were tired after the concert, came to the room and fell asleep, a very comfortable big bed. No one bothered us to sleep, the hotel was quiet. For breakfast there was yogurt, fresh fruit, bars and fresh waffles with juice and coffee, that's all you need!

We enjoyed our stay and would choose this hotel again. Reasons I didn't give it a 5 star: first, the breakfast is just a continental breakfast. There was nothing I could eat because it was all carbs. I haven't stayed in a hotel in a long time that only had that kind of limited breakfast. 2nd, there is no outdoor space that I saw to sit and drink coffee. I wake up early, so I try to leave the room in the mornings to not wake anyone up. I had to sit in the lobby. It was comfortable, though.

Staff was extremely helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to be helpful, and property was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to food, shopping and nail salon. Laundry room was very clean, and breakfast had variety and was clean and good. I will stay here every time I am in town. For the price it was well above my expectations. I was a solo female traveler and they put me close to the front desk and made sure that I was awake in the morning for my flight out. I felt extremely safe and satisfied with there service.

I have stayed here a couple of times as its convenient for visiting relatives in the area. Nice clean, quiet hotel. My room was ready upon arrival. Bed was comfortable and when I got cold there was a blanket in the closet. Front desk staff were friendly, ready with nearby recommendations and set up my wakeup call (and I got it!). Housekeeping was friendly and had my bed ready when I returned to my room. Its a little hard to find as its behind a business strip center and less obvious but thats an advantage in my view. Recommended.

The hotel was in process of being renovated but still I was happy. The room was clean, large, comfy. It felt like home. Slight disappointment with breakfast but that's ok. I'm not into cereal, toast, bagels, waffles. Which was pretty much all that was offered. The area was clean and kept up. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here for four nights while in town for a vow renewal ceremony. This was the hotel selected by the couple for their out of town guests. It was a good location if you're staying mostly in Mansfield. Close to highway if you're going to Dallas. The hotel itself is located on a one way street, so it isn't that easy to access. Several food and store options are nearby. The hotel itself was small, but adequate and accommodating. All of the staff I encountered was friendly and attentive. When we arrived, we were surprised they were offering dinner in the dining area. Tostadas complete with the optional fixins, and drinks(pop, beer, wine, and sangria) were offered. Our room was large and clean, and included a refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig. The bathroom was a nice size as well. The breakfast provided was enough to get the day started. It was more than a continental, but not a full breakfast buffet. There were plenty of cold and hot options. The pancake machine was pretty neat. I thought the fitness room was better than expected. Overall, it was a good stay.

First of all it is very clean as this is the most important thing for me. The bed was great and the breakfast was even better. The lady working in the breakfast area kept the food fresh and the egg omelets were really good. We stayed three nights and i will stay there again when i am in the area. Oh I forgot to mention, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ac didn't work in the first room. They moved us right away. New room smelled like weed big time but it was freezing and I was tired so I went with it. Housekeeping needs to be retrained. Hair on sheets and shower curtain. This is the first hotel I have ever been to that had real lights and a ceiling fan! Hot tub was great but the pool was pretty cold. Breakfast was good but stay away from the biscuits because they are rock hard! TV in the room is pretty small and hard to see. Lobby area is clean and desk clerk was friendly and helpful. He said they serve dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday night. (Tuesday was pulled pork Wednesday lasagna) Hotel is easy to get to with tons of food places around it.

This hotel was very clean and we were helped pretty quickly by the person at the front desk. The hallways and rooms were clean. The pool was warm and the hot tub was actually hot which was nice. The cleanliness of the pool looked better from pictures I’ve seen which is what i was most worried about but it was fine. We rested well, had something to watch on the tv, there’s restaurants and shopping less than 20 minutes away. The breakfast was very good a lot of options and it was free buffet style.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forest Hill, and overall, my experience was positive. While the hotel offers a comfortable and convenient stay, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the overall guest experience. The rooms at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forest Hill are well-maintained and provide a cozy atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and the cleanliness of the room was commendable. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and access public transportation. The surrounding area also offered a variety of dining options, adding to the convenience of the location. However, there are a few aspects that, if addressed, could elevate the hotel's status. The ability to bring towels into the room was somewhat inconsistent, making it challenging to keep clean towels at times. However, the breakfast provided was good, a more extensive selection could enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, I believe Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forest Hill has the potential to become an even more attractive option for travelers with a few adjustments.

The hotel was very nice and clean and looked fairly new. Front desk was kind and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh and had plenty of options. Room was nice and comfortable and had a nice TV with DirecTV which surprised me. Most hotels have cable. Wish we had a walk-in shower but the shower/tub combination was manageable since the tub had a lower clearance than most. Was nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom as well. Room was clean and well kept and everything in the room was in great to new condition. It was quite cool outside in the mornings and the thermostat in the rooms and the whole building kept us warm. It felt good. Parking lot was big and plenty of space. Entrance was from the back of the building instead of the front from the street but that was a good thing since there was construction on the interstate in the area. Was very happy with our stay. I chose this location because it made it easier to get to from the highway even if we had to drive a little way to get to our location for the game at AT&T Stadium.

The hotel was very clean, it was quiet and comfortable. The front desk girl was very pleasant. They even offer paper plates and forks. Breakfast was very good, only wish it was offer little earlier since the boys ball game was really early. The room service was done quick too. We were out by 7:30am for the ball games, came back after 2:30p and the room was clean for us, they even help us take our last night dinner trash out.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks for work, and I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate. The neighborhood is older and a little run down; however, I always felt safe, even when leaving the hotel at 5:00 am to go to work. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. I’d definitely stay here again.

We were in the area for a graduation and the location was convenient to all freeways. The service was perfect. We had booked 2 rooms and Mitzi made sure our rooms were next to each other. They currently offer a hot breakfast with quite a good selection. Mask are required and most people wore them but some didn’t, expect that policy will change as time evolves. We were on the back side overlooking a residential area that was pretty quiet. The front of the hotel faces I20 and I would expect more road noise so request the back If you can. A few restaurants are nearby but mostly fast food without driving, and there are quite a few within a short drive.

I recently stayed here for a couple of nights while in town in business. I was looking for a hotel close to the ballpark to catch a Rangers game. This hotel is a gem. A few observations: 1) This hotel is convenient to Globe Life Field, AT&T Park, Six Flags and a countless good restaurants. 2) The staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to offer assistance. When I mentioned that I was going to a Rangers game, the clerk recommended the shuttle service so that I could avoid the hassle of parking a car. 3) This hotel has clearly recently been remodeled. The rooms are a little on the small side for a normal Springhill Suites, but still have all of the regular conveniences that you would see with this brand. 4) Breakfast was okay, but not great. There were no hot options on the buffet. 5) The wifi was fast and reliable and the hotel rooms are equipped with smart TVs. 6) The rooms are a fraction of the price of those hotels just a mile away and closer to the ballparks. Overall, this is a really good option and still close to DFW and all major highways. I’ve already got my next reservation booked for December.

I would highly recommend Springhill in Arlington. Rooms are very nice, quiet, and most of all CLEAN. Front desk was very nice and helpful. We love a great deal (price point) on a hotel stay, and this place was spot on. Very reasonable with the price, clean and kind staff. Breakfast was an absolute plus. Many places offer weak coffee and a waffle. Springhill offered eggs, sausage, oatmeal and other healthy options.

Great place. It gets the job done. The two ladies at the desk were lovely. Our room was clean, spacious and quite. Breakfast was tasty but there was no more batter for the waffles, no more forks and plates, about 20min before the end. I'd still recommend it. Great area, safe and close to a lot of venues and restaurants.

I used the Hotels.com app for the first time. I had seen their advertisement on T.V. and I figured that I would check it out. Turns out that I found that the app is easy to navigate, and am able to look at reviews that prior customers. I found the hotel to be clean other than the elevators. I don't pin this point on the hotel, but I blame it on parents by allowing their children to get out of the pool then walk in to the hotel with wet clothes dripping water on the elevator and floors. All in all, we had a great time and experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the ATT Stadium was 4 minutes from the hotel, hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast food was great, having plenty options of food to chose from. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel has an outside pool which is nice for kids.

Clean, friendly staff, free easy parking, great breakfast, close to our venue (not walkable, but short driving). Felt safe, which in Dallas/Ft. Worth is always a plus.

I had an excellent visit! I loved the rooms, the atmosphere, the goodness wrap and the shopping in the area!!! There were more options in the room to plug my tablet, phone, Iwatch, and iPad into then I’ve ever seen before! The bed was comfy, the shower control was on the side that you didn’t get sprayed on, loved the coffee, the goodness wrap for breakfast and the set up was so cool and retro! Everything was so new and clean! I greatly enjoyed my stay! The staff was also helpful and friendly as well! Thank you aloft for an incredible stay!

We were in town for a wedding and had a few choices of hotels. We chose Aloft and were really happy with our whole experience. Comfortable bed, nice shower and pressure, convenient snack station. Very clean and modern. The lobby area is beautiful and looks like a high end bar. We played pool and chess and even the oversized connect four game. Highly recommend!

Great location, great staff, dog friendly. A well maintained property. Very comfortable bed and room. Best beds and pillows. Shower has great water pressure. Clean room and property. Location is great- shops and restaurants you can walk to right outside the hotel. Hotel is located in a mix development shopping area. I have stayed at aloft properties in different locations for the reasons mentioned above. It’s my go to hotel when traveling, especially with a dog.

I stayed at the Aloft for a single night on a multi-day trip to Lubbock and Dallas and wished I could have spent my entire trip there. Unlike the other two hotels I stayed at during my trip, COVID protocols were in place with staff consistently wearing masks and a truly touchless check-in with the Bonvoy app. I didn't even have to go to the front desk to check-in, just received the digital key and went directly to my room. The room was spacious and had some quirky furniture touches that made it feel more like I was staying in a hip apartment than a hotel. It was sparkling clean and it's clear that the design of the room was developed with easy and effective cleaning as a goal - no carpet, shower curtains, or grout that can trap dirt and grime. The bed was very comfortable as is almost always the case with Marriott-owned hotels. The location is very good, too with a number of restaurants, shops, and services in the large complex and it's only a 10-minute ride to DFW. Excellent value and highly recommended!

Very fancy and clean and employees were so nice and helpful even the lady that was about to clean my room she was so sweet!!!! I feel bad I didn’t get names of them all. I loved it all and I love how there are many things to do around! Oh and the pillows and blankets and shower head were so relaxing!!!!!!!! ☺️

The employees are nice and helpful. The hotel was clean and up to date, interior wise. They have a mini market area full of options to purchase. I requested a quiet and dark room which they provided. My room was located at the end of the hall, then down its own little hall which was perfect because it helped decrease foot traffic/noises. The room itself was clean, the bedding/pillows were comfortable and they provided free communal shampoo/conditioner/body wash (good name products as well). The ac/fan system ran smoothly, the microwave and mini fridge worked as expected, the TV was a nice size for a king room, and they have a little coffee maker in the room but I didn’t use it. The hot breakfast was yummy, same option everyday, but that’s not a deal breaker for me. I didn’t get the chance to use the pool or exercise room but it is available. This is a busy location possibly due to being right off the freeway and near airports. Plenty of parking spaces available though. Some things I noticed but only because I stayed a long time due to work: the bathroom is small with the vanity in the bedroom and tub/toilet in its own room with the door in the way, a true mini fridge, black out curtains aren’t 100% blackout, and the location of my room was the closest to the highway so road noises were definitely noticeable. Also, many guest didn’t wear mask once on their floor/coming off elevators. All in all its a good location for a quick trip or staying a couple of nights.

Genuinely friendly and very attentive staff. Extremely convenient location, very good noise insulation, comfy beds at a sweet price. Second stay. Not disappointed. I had a king bed room. Spacious. No size issue at all. Air conditioning was very quiet. Served breakfast is absolutely fine. Gym was open. Highly recommended and I will be back for sure.

We stayed at the Fairfield DFW while visiting family over New Year’s. The hotel is and older Fairfield that has been remodeled however still a nice place to stay. The staff were awesome and very accommodating. The only problem we encountered was breakfast. The breakfast, because of the Covid, is served one guest at a time after standing in line. The breakfast area only had one person that was responsible for cooking and serving the breakfast including coffee. The person serving the breakfast was very kind and working as quickly as possible trying to serve all of the guests. The trash was in need of attention as were numerous tables needing to be cleaned however the one person assigned to serve food was overwhelmed and normally the wait was about 15 minutes and we were 6 to 8 people from the front of the line. The employee assigned to serve the food was very kind and working as diligently as she could. Hats off to her. It was disappointing that the management had not planned better to accommodate for the breakfast rush.

Off hwy 183 and Esters Rd, walking distance to restaurants and a close by grocery store I found this hotel really convenient. Check in took me about 10 min and I was in bed fast. Good sized clean room with decent sized tv, great AC and the bathroom was very clean but for a big guy like me it felt a bit small. Overall great hotel, really quick elevators. I wanted to use their gym but thanks to the cold AC I overslept but the breakfast was delicious. I closed the curtains all the way, it was a really sunny and hot morning but I couldn't even feel the heat or light coming into the room. In your own car, I'd say its about 6-10 min drive to the airport, shuttles or waiting on cabs/uber I really couldn't tell you. Parking lot is very big,

Not only did Omor and shuttle drivers make our stay at this hotel exceptional, my inquiries afterwards were met with outstanding service by Jennifer and Lee. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was inviting and the variety of food was great. We had a delicious meal before our flight home. The shuttle driver picked us at the airport, promptly, even though it was about 11:30 p.m. when we called the hotel. In the morning, the driver promptly left the hotel at the designated time. The night before, Omor helped us decide when we should leave for the airport, so we had sufficient time for check-in. All staff is VERY helpful!! Review by Genny Y

It was so convenient, and also has an iron if you need to iron your clothes, and also has a hand pump soap near the sink, Included with a little makeup remover for the ladies. They towels were also clean, Bed sheets clean and beds are real comfy and pillows felt crispy clean. One thing I love is a clean bathroom. Also, has cups and an Ice box, on a desk. And it has a nice view of the Interstate, it’s a vibe at night, when all the lights are on. Has a microwave and a TV, an the remote works. The AC jumping 10/10 with the AC. It’s like 15 minutes away from the airport depending on traffic. And the staff are friendly and helpful as well. Hope this helps.

Had some Wyndham points and to use and was in the area to go to a Rangers ball game. Little bit of a drive, but easy. I’ve never stayed at a Super 8, but I was pleased. I noticed a lot of bad reviews, but I think all of them consist of the airport shuttle. We didn’t need that so can’t comment on that. Easy to find. Not much in walking distance, but plenty around. Seems to have been just recently updated. The lobby, breakfast, hallways, and room were all in nice shape and looked updated. The room was clean and didn’t have any issues. Breakfast was better than expected. I thought a place like this would just have coffee and cereal. They also had waffles you could toast, breakfast sandwiches you could heat in the microwave, fruit, and yogurt. Only major issue to me was the pillows. Each bed only had two very thin pillows. With four people it made for an uncomfortable sleep. The bed wasn’t bad, but none of us could really get comfortable so it was a bad nights sleep. Only other minor issue was the humidity in the room but that’s not their fault. The sheets and towels just felt damp upon entering. When we left for the game I turned the air down to 62 and left the bathroom fan on. It was much better when we got back. I’m not sure if they would’ve given us more pillows if we asked. I thought we’d be ok, but we weren’t. Other than that I would have no issue staying here again.

American Airlines put my husband, our adult son and I up at this hotel after our flight was cancelled for mechanical issues. We arrived on the complimentary shuttle around 10 pm, tired and frustrated by the long delay at the airport. Because almost a dozen of us were in the same boat and had to be at DFW airport at 3:30 the next morning, the hotel started their shuttle service an hour early. The staff also had coffee and breakfast items available at 2:30, 3-1/2 hours before their usual breakfast begins. We met three staff members, all originally from India. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Our rooms were very clean, and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. We usually stay in more moderately priced hotels (such as Hampton Inn) and were pleasantly surprised by the Super 8.

Everything from excellent customer service to breakfast, clean rooms, quiet, safe, enjoyable hotel that i will recommend anyone to this super 8...

We loved our stay here, it was very clean and smelled amazing! Staff was very nice and helpful! We felt very safe here and will definitely be staying here again when we go back that way!

I feel like there are several courtyards that need an upgrade and this would be one of them. We paid for the balcony room because it was like $1 more than the regular room. My complaint with the balcony room is you have a lot of unused space in the room that could be occupied with another chair or maybe a couch. The room was nice enough, nothing exciting. I also believe that the courtyards need to upgrade their tv’s because they are very small and it’s hard for everyone in the room to see it. What made this hotel so great was the staff. The guy when we were checking out, and I apologize because I didn’t catch his name, was so friendly and welcoming. He got us some coffee because the pot was out and he made conversation and just made the experience so great.

OMG! The breakfast was delicious. The breakfast staff member was very nice, professional and helpful in my decision making process on what to eat for breakfast. The eggs were prepared with perfection, fruit and veggies were fresh.

I am a Marriott Rewards member. I did receive a complimentary upgrade due to my loyalty and status. The room was clean and very modern. The AC worked perfectly. The internet was stable and fast. The shower was hot and the room comfortable overall. The most memorable thing about my experience? The customer service was fantastic and staff was very polite. Consistent experience, one of the main reasons I continue to choose Marriott.

An amazing value for the cost. Stayed here a couple of days on a business trip. It’s everything you could ask for. Comfortable, scrupulously clean, with great amenities. A nice pool, good fitness center, the little “market”, quite a nice restaurant with a great menu, and extremely friendly staff. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation.

Taniesha at the front desk was so helpful and very nice! The check-in went smooth and the rooms were very nice and clean! The bed was too soft for my husband but was comfortable! Convenient for shopping and restaurants! Will definitely stay again!

The breakfast is something so enjoyable, especially the spread. Real Value for money 👍. It is a safe environment situated in an excellent location with Walmart and other shopping within 5 minutes drive. The room had everything we needed. The taxi service that’s on call is so helpful for people visiting new. The hotel lets you order your lunch or dinner from outside. They have the option of frozen pizza and many other stuff that you can buy from the reception and heat in the microwave. The room had a nice view, air conditioning and beautiful ambience. The shower head was old though. It can be replaced. Otherwise, the whole stay was so comfortable and memorable. Would gladly recommend to anyone. .

Better than many other HIE. Well stocked and fresh breakfast. Larger than normal room. Bad design though with the bathroom sink in the open room which is bad when sharing the room like I was. Comfortable mattress. Clean room. Quiet room. Absolutely no where to eat near hotel. Everything is on the other side of the freeway. Good location for traveling around the area for Arlington and downtown Dallas Free aiport shuttle arrived 15 minutes after calling for it. Friendly helpful driver.

My stay was great! The room was clean and spacious. It included a king bed, sleeper sofa and coffee table, a desk with chair, another sitting area by the window.micro wave, fridge, coffee bar. The sink was outside of the bathroom which made it very convenient to access. There is a red lobster in walking distance and mall across the highway. The staff was friendly also.

Reservation made easily using the IHG App. Confirmed with front desk free shuttle to airport. Recognized for InterContinental Ambassador status…received free water and nice room upgrade off highway side on 6th floor. Pleased with quiet, clean comfort. Nice size bath, everything was exactly what I looked for in a business friendly hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent, shuttle to DFW quick and efficient. Overall, very friendly and efficient TEAM!

It was clean and quiet, and within walking distance to Red Lobster. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of items. The shuttle to the airport was great and the driver was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was clean, as was the entire property, and the price was reasonable. Check-in & check-out were smooth & quick, and staff members were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was adequate, but not great. (Tip: try the street tacos next door. Genuine Mexican fare & very good.) I kept losing the internet connection when I didn't use my tablet for an extended period of time, and had to reconnect & log in again. But any problems were minor, and the room was well worth the price. In fact, the room was as large as I would expect for the price, plus it had about 10 feet extra to provide a small living area with a nice couch.

I read the comments about this property there is nothing bad about this property all the rooms are fairly decent clean no bed bugs no nothing friendly staff spacious parking this is a good hotel I wish people wouldn't make bad comments to try to bring the property down when it's actually a good hotel

Very clean , and quiet. Didn't have the breakfast we were expecting but it all worked out. Would definitely rate the hotel as 5 stars! And it was only 5 minutes to drive to epic water park. The reason we were staying in Grand prairie.

The employees are all very friendly And are eager to rectify any problems. My blow dryer was not working. I mentioned it to front desk on my way to get lunch. I had a new dryer installed before I got back. Quiet and comfy.

Very comfortable bed. And super quiet. Can't hear cars from inside. Nice large bathtub for a long bubble bath soak. Exactly what I was looking for.

We checked in on March 6 . The Hotel clerk ( I wish I remembered her name) made checking in very easy. She answered all of our questions. About 30 minutes into our stay , the power to the hotel went out. She did not lose her cool she was very professional. She helped guest , while we waited for the maintenance man to fix the power, which was about 20 minutes. She was able to calm the guest that were coming out of their rooms. As far as I can tell there was not one angry guest because of her. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi , after driving and riding in a car for ten hours it was very relaxing to use. We did eat breakfast and they have a good selection of both hot and cold food. There is adequate parking. It was not hard to find ,right off of the interstate. When I come through again , I will definitely stay here.

Stayed at the Comfort Suites in Grand Prairie for one night when we took our grandson to visit UT at Arlington. We were apprehensive about this hotel after reading some of the reviews, but booked it because of the indoor heated pool. We were extremely pleased with the hotel. It was clean, no odder, comfortable and a good location on the I-20 frontage road with a two way street on the back side of the hotel. There are many different type of places to eat on the back street. We ate at a Mexican restaurant that was in sight of the hotel. It was OK, but nothing special about the food. Our breakfast was a typical free hotel breakfast and included scrambled eggs & bacon. The lady taking care of the breakfast area did a good job keeping tables clean and food stocked. We would defiantly stay there again.

A great little spot in a convenient area. Staff was very friendly and helpful- check in was convenient and quick and room was very clean and comfortable! Will definitely stay here again. 😊. As frequent travelers we really appreciate these things when we find them!

Close enough to Six Flags if you can find it. Don't follow your GPS or you'll never get there. Nice hotel, clean with friendly staff. We came to this one for the indoor pool and hot tub, it was wonderful after a day at Six Flags. The mural on the wall is beautiful. Beds are comfortable and shower and towels were good. Decent breakfast to start the day. Would recommend and come here again.

Our stay at the Days Inn and Suites on Randall Rd in Arlington, Texas was pleasant especially due to the efficient, friendly and polite staff. We checked in at 11:00 pm Friday night and stayed overnight in an attractive, cozy, very comfortable room with a private bath and vanity, mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. The room had everything that we needed plus more. Everything was spotless and all of the sparkling white linens appeared brand new and of very good hotel quality. Our continental breakfast was cleverly and attractively placed in a small white gift bag and it contained fruit juice, a large blueberry muffin and a fresh orange. Freshly brewed coffee and tea where in the office area and also in our room. Only caveat: The traffic from the nearby highway made it difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep most unfortunately, though.

It would have been nice to have a hot breakfast but since we were planning to be sightseeing most of the day this wasn't a problem. Bed was comfortable. Could have used more outlets. It would have been nice to have had an easy chair to relax in like it showed in the site pictures but we made do with the bed. Easy on and off access to the highway and it was not very far to some local restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet even though we were close to the freeway. It was easy to get to and from the State Fair. We had a nice, comfortable stay even though we had to cut it short because of an emergency. I would recommend this hotel.

The room was a "Suite, had a pull-out couch, coffee table, and a small dining table. My husband and I took our 3 teens to six flags and hurricane harbor during the visit and for the location and price it was great. The beds and linens were clean, our room smelled great, cold fridge, and plenty of towels for us. It's right off the highway and the area may look a bit off but it was relatively quiet and calm. Not a lot of traffic and if you don't want to drive to the parks you can catch the trolley at Promptly 10:55am everyday! We were minutes away from great restaurants as well!

The stay was mostly comfortable. I would have preferred something other than wood floors, but I guess something cool like that makes sense for Texas. My only complaint is I couldn’t find the plug for the bathtub, since I’d rather take a bath than a shower….LOVEC how close it was to my main destination of Six Flags and the late check in hours, since my flight delay meant I didn’t get there til after midnight.

Visiting Fort Worth, I decided to stay at the Best Western Plus, and I was not disappointed. This hotel, located at 3230 Forest Hill Circle, had every element required for a relaxing and stress-free trip. Starting with the location, it was incredibly convenient - nestled in a nice neighborhood but still close enough to the bustling city center. It provided the tranquility I needed while still having easy access to all the attractions. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with spacious and clean rooms that boast a modern decor. Every essential amenity was provided in the room, making it feel like a home away from home. Moreover, the view from the room was breathtaking, a beautiful blend of the city's skyline and natural beauty. I cannot praise the hotel staff enough for their helpfulness and professionalism. They were always available and eager to assist with any queries or needs I had. Their service truly made me feel valued and welcome. Moreover, the hotel restaurant was a gastronomic delight. The menu was varied, and every dish I tried was prepared to perfection. The breakfast spread, in particular, was quite impressive, featuring both local and international delicacies. In summary, my stay at the Best Western Plus exceeded my expectations. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, convenient location, and excellent food make it a hotel I would undoubtedly recommend to anyone visiting Fort Worth. I look forward to my next stay at this wonderful establishment.

NO USB PORT PLUGINS. Be aware that there are no plugs for USB cords, so if you want to charge your electronics, you must either bring a power bank or a cord with a 2/3-prong plug for a regular electrical outlet. Or you can use your laptop, as I was forced to do. This is the first hotel I have visited in over 3 years that does not have USB ports built in to their lamps. That being said, this is an older but enjoyable hotel. The bed was very comfortable, with 4 fluffy pillows. The fridge and microwave worked, and the shower was nice and hot. The shower head is about 8' up so cannot be adjusted, but it put out a reasonable flow of water. The TV had a large number of channels available, but the guide channels were a bit hard to find (1,2, and 3 for the regular cable, and 249 for the HBO channels). The breakfast buffet consisted of hot items (bisuits and gravy, scrambled (powdered) eggs, and sausage links), cold cereal, yogurt, various pastries and breads, juice and coffee machines, and a waffle maker. The staff kept the food supplied so there was always plenty available. The front desk staff were all polite and friendly. It was too hot to use the pool, but I saw other guests using it. The fitness center has a treadmill, elliptical, and rowing machine, as well as a nice assortment of free weights. It is accessible only via room key, which is a nice safety feature. Plenty of free parking is available. There are several gas stations and many fast food restaurants close by.

Very Nice Hotel with Professional Friendly Staff. Head Manager Chandresh, Front Desk Associates Mike & Neha. All are Awesome and will go over and behond to take care you as their Guests. Rooms are Extremely Nice and Spacious. House Keeping does an Outstanding job keeping them clean and smelling fresh giving you comfortable home away from home feeling. The hotel in its entirety is exceptionally clean with Beautiful Carpets and Nice Shiny Tile Floors as you enter into the main lobby. Check-in process is generally always simple and quick. If you have a special request call them ahead of time and they will do there very best to accommodate you.

I can’t say enough about this Best Western Plus @ Fort Worth Forest Hills. The people are very knowledgeable and friendly and professional. They talk to you nice and are always helpful with information about restaurants or stores around the area. The property itself is really nice!!! The rooms are even nicer!!! They recently renovated all the rooms and they did an excellent job!!! I felt so comfortable to be in my socks and not worry about it being dirty!!! The rooms are super clean and very well kept up with!!!

I was concerned, after reading some of the reviews, but my experience was wonderful. Let's be clear, this a Super 8 not the Ritz!!! The hotel in general and our room particularly was spotless, yes dated but that is to be expected for the price. Room had everything you could want fridge, microwave, TV, coffee maker etc. Staff were super helpful. Some people have mentioned the $50.00 deposit. This is detailed on their Website but isn't actually processed on your card ( unless you cause damage of course) Breakfast looked good ( but we had to leave really early so just had drinks) I could see tea, coffee, toast, cereals, fruit, juices and other things. I wish I could have stayed longer to eat. The location ( once you find it!) Is fantastic, easy access to the Mall, numerous restaurants etc. Felt very safe here. If I ever need to come to Irving again I would book here without hesitation.

Place was good and well worth it. Clean and nice people. Rooms were perfect. The lady at the front counter was all smiles, very helpful and very respectful. The rooms were spotless and very cozy. Breakfast the next morning was nice. Food was decent. I couldn’t find one thing to complain about.

The staff were so amazing and helpful. I stayed here for the connivence of being able to walk to the globe life stadium and it’s only a 12-15 min walk… but the bed was more comfortable then many 4 star hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. I was alone and I was safe walking alone, the area is clean and I am so glad I stayed because I saved hundreds of dollars staying here than others hotels that also need transportation to get around in.

The hotel provided most amenities that typical hotels have. It has continental breakfast, an ice machine, WiFi, and the room comes equipped with a mini fridge a desk, and closet with a safe. All clean and organized. Check-in and check-out were slow, as there was only one person working the desk and could only do so much. Other than that, It was a great stay for an excellent price

The beds were comfortable, the room was very spacious room, the food was good, the fresh coffee was amazing, the location was great there is a Walgreens, CVS, Dollar Tree and Dollar General across the street, varied fast food restaurants across the street and 2 gyms and staff was very friendly and helpful

Most everything was OK, nothing spectacular. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast. Breakfast is the main reason we stay at LaQuinta No coffee maker in room, and no place to hang hand towel between using's. Lighting in room was not good for one who cannot see well. With 3 lights on it was still dim in there. Windows need washed desperately, very cloudy/smudged. We were held up, due to glich in "tap to pay" system at front desk. Need an alternate way to pay when this happens. Some of us have appointments to meet when we're checking in.

I have stayed at hotels that cost 3x as much as I spent here, but enjoyed very little extra benefits. Perfect if you are looking for an inexpensive but decent bed for the night. Staff were pleasant and professional. Spacious parking lot was well-lit.

We had a reservation at the property for person trip! As per check in the front desk person was very friendly and told us about close by shopping mall and restaurants. Lobby was simple and clean, our room was very clean and room smelled clean also. Overall I would stay there again.

The room was quite nice. I was comfortable staying there. The only thing I thought was odd, was if you add nights via hotels.com they require you to check out at 11am and check back in at 3pm. The only way you don't have to do that is if you pay via the motel itself. They say it's so housekeeping can clean the room. The hotels.com ad states they clean the room daily. That's not true. Housekeeping comes by with clean towels and empties trash. They don't even come in the room to clean anything. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would recommend this Travelodge.

have stayed in my fair share of dumps. but for the price, this place was great. very clean. and not just surface cleaning but it actually smelled clean. coffee grounds hadn’t been changed but other than that, enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again. for the record; this place isn’t a “dump”. it’s an exceptionally clean room to rest your head for the night.

The Staff was AMAZING. I spent my own money to purchase a gift for the staff simply because of their kindness and their willingness to always help. They were warm and accommodating. They went out of their way to check on my family and help when needed. My favorite night staff member was Peter! In addition to us having a small child with us, I work online during the day and my husband works online in the evening and we never had an issue with noise. I felt unbelievably comfortable and safe! I have preferred Airbnb instead of hotels for years now and my stay here has made me strongly reconsider my openness to staying in hotels again.

This is an older property, so there were little maintenance issues. Nothing major, and it was very clean and was in a good location. Don’t plan on having breakfast there because the offerings were slim, but there are plenty of good options close by. The beds were comfortable, parking was easy, the curtains blocked the light well and it was quiet. Definitely an excellent budget choice.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was excellent. I appreciated all the big details like the furnished dishes and cookware in the suites, as well as the small details like the extra sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet. Love the balcony. The pool was fun also.

We chose this property because it was on the trolley route for a baseball game. Family of 4, we stayed 3 nights in a king suite. Clean and plenty of room. I loved the counter space and full kitchen amenities: full size refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker and toaster, dishes, pans, and utensils. I didn't use the stove. My boys said the pull out couch was comfortable. I loved the soft towels and water pressure, that's a plus. We liked that the bathroom vanity was separate from the restroom only wish the actual restroom was bigger, it was a little small. We only used the pool once, not very big but my son had it all to himself. We would definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Red Roof. It was quiet and clean, I had a great sleep. Management was extremely accommodating. I had a late flight, and they allowed to stay on the property after check out while storing my bags. I was even able to use the airport shuttle long after check out time. The location is between Walmart and McDonald’s with no need to cross the highway, which was extremely convenient. There are also many other restaurants within walking distance. If I find myself in Dallas again, I’ll definitely come back.

Rooms itself newly renovated and clean the bathroom needs renovation to match the newly renovated room and can be a bit more cleaner but other than that it was good for the price. Also there is a 7/11 right outside the door so was very convenient for me when I got hungry at midnight.

Was great! Hotel was clean and smelled great. Hot tub was nice and relaxing and the staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. The man at the front desk opened the hot tub a few minutes early when he saw me waiting and let me know about the gas station 3 feet away!!! Great location as you never have to leave the hotel!

I stay here all the time.and have always got.a real clean room. This time the bathroom could have used some more cleaning. I cleaned the pee off the wall next to toilet and the black in the corner where bathrub meets the wall. Everything else was clean it just seemed as if maybe someone forgot to clean rhe bathroom.

They had free shuttle service to the airport although the person manning the phone for the shuttle sounded like he was bored to death and hated his job. You do need to reserve the shuttle in advance and they don’t always have enough room, so be aware of that.

This was a good hotel, everything was clean and comfortable. The only concern is that there is nothing really in walking distance around. Keep that in mind. If you need a place just for the night by the airport, perfect. If you are staying a few nights, keep in mind there are no restaurants nearby.

Fabulous hotel in the middle of dallas. Next to the interstate so you can make a quick getaway to anywhere in DFW. Nar some good shopping and restaurants. Your never a stones through from somewhere. The hotel is very queit clean and the beds are very comfortable. Great pool. Staff is very friendly.

Overall our stay was pleasant. Easy access to Six Flags and interstate. Room was clean and a/c kept the room ice cold. It is an older establishmemt that could definitely used some much needed upgrades. For the amount of time we stayed, it was enjoyable.

The outside of the hotel looks excellent with the new paint. Vin was working the front desk to greet us with a wonderful smile and even better attitude. Everything was above and beyond satisfactory. Keep up the good work!

It really was a pretty decent stay. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. The pool definitely needs cleaned. Very convenient for the Cowboys stadium :)

The hotel is nearly brand new which was reflected in the rooms and condition of the interior. It felt fresh, clean and cozy. The ac was cold, the black out curtain would satisfy any vampire, and the lemon water in the lobby was tasty. There was a small snack purchasing area in the lobby with a microwave and fridge in the room. My only ding was no coffee maker in the room, you had to go down for breakfast time. I would definitely stay again but hope they have coffee makers next time.

I wanted a clean, safe, comfortable stay for two nights and Clarion Pointe provided that at a very reasonable rate over Valentine’s Day weekend. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel room featured a large flat screen with many channel options, as well as a breakfast fare that hit the spot. I loved the Texas shaped waffles! Shout out to Pete who checked me out on Friday and to Ruta who checked us out on Sunday. Both friendly and very kind. This property has the feel of a Hampton Inn without the high prices they charged for the weekend. Thanks again, Clarion Pointe! Should I visit Fort Worth again, I won’t stay at any other hotel!

Our stay at this Best Western Plus during Labor Day weekend was very pleasant. We had no wait for check in or out, and there was ample parking upon our arrival. We used rideshare to attend our events, and they had no trouble with locating the hotel for pick up and drop off in the front of the lobby. Daily breakfast and the pool were on the ground floor, one level below the lobby. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items, beverages, and was well stocked throughout the breakfast hours. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, with fresh bedding over a firm King bed mattress, and lemon verbena bath toiletries. We didn't ask for extra towels or pillows, but a larger family would likely need to do so. The pool towels were fluffy and absorbent and freshly stocked each day. We found no USB port in the room, but fortunately had a charging brick with us for our phone chargers. The TV, refrigerator and coffee maker were all clean and in good working order, too. Nearby burger restaurants were on either side of the property in easy walking distance. Our 3rd floor room window did face the street, but we did not notice any highway noise inside the room. Temperature for the room was comfortable and had a thermostat to adjust if needed. Overall a lovely stay!!

For being next to a major highway, this hotel was amazingly quiet. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and professional. Breakfast had good options and fresh fruit. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location to access the highway and a variety of restaurants. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

The people where great very friendly and helpful. Very clean .very nice hotel.i like to talk to people and the hole staff was so friendly. Breakfast was great the coffee machine was so cool the lady taking care of the breakfast was great .even riding up and down with the staff on the elevator they where friendly. We booked this hotel last minute for a Dallas game and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Upon arrival, Ronie at the front desk greeted us with a warm and friendly welcome, setting a positive tone for our stay. The rooms were clean and clearly updated, making for a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. In the breakfast area, Sam was incredibly friendly and kind, adding to the overall welcoming vibe. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Checkin was smooth and easy and I was in my room in 5 minutes. Room is fairly comfortable, but a couple of things aren’t great; lights on ceiling are only on half the room - couch, bed and luggage area, but nothing over or near the desk or fridge/dresser area. Desk chair is kind of broken and. Bathroom is spacious though and jacuzzi tub would be good if my wife was with me. ;-) Location is terrific if you’re going to 6-Flags, the ballpark or football stadium.

Needed a decent place to catch a nap after a recent concert. This place popped up and checked all my boxes. Checkin/checkout clerk was very friendly and the lobby was clean. The pool looked really inviting though we didn’t get the chance to check it out. Room was spacious and clean, beds very comfortable. Grab and go breakfast was exactly that. Only negative was we could hear everything going on outside our door; people talking all hours of the night, rolling luggage, slamming doors but that happens at most places it seems. With that said, we’d definitely stay here again in the future!

I like everything about my stay clean, friendly, great customer service at the front desk, Quiet, great location breakfast could be a little bit better, but Denny’s is right down the road. Circle K is down the road for coffee overall loved it. Gotta get the family room huge bathtub at least three people could be in it.

I brought my children to Six Flags over Texas while my youngest was on break. This hotel had great reviews and was next to Six Flags (perfect location). The staff was great, the rooms were clean, spacious and cozy. The beds were super comfortable. We walked to the Six Flags park which saved us on parking. It was an 6-8 minute walk from the hotel to the entrance of the park. We will definitely be staying here next time.

We reserved 2 rooms for this hotel for our family getaway. They called us to confirm day of, happily greeted us, gave us a welcome bag, and were so kind. Our rooms were ready an hour before check in! We were happy about that! From the moment we opened the door to our room it smelled clean! Huge plus! Our rooms were comfortable and recently renovated. The beds were fresh, stain free, & comfortable. The larger fridge was awesome. The pool was clean and spacious. We spent hours in it! We all slept well & it was quiet throughout the night, never even heard anyone in the room next to us. This hotel went beyond our expectations. I'm so happy we booked with this location!

The Quality Inn in Irving is conveniently situated near the car rental depot for Dallas-Fortworth Airport. There is plenty of free parking in a well-lit parking lot. Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean, but had a strong smell of smoke in what was meant to be a non-smoking room. Adequate toiletries and soft towels in the ensuite bathroom. Efficient air conditioning and comfy beds. Plenty of electric sockets including some by the beds. TV, fridge and coffee maker. Outside swimming pool looked inviting but we did not try it. Breakfast items included eggs, bacon, fresh fruit and pastries. There ws tea, coffee and juices. All was adequate and the dining room clean. A good choice of hotel for a comfortable stop over.

I went to Orlando from Oklahoma on honeymoon, just newly married. My favorite was the sunrise at breakfast on the small water front. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Hot tub and pool were nice if you got to enjoy it in the hours of sun up to sundown or 8am-8pm. They did have a shuttle for Universal, although we didn't take it, you would have to wait by the road and no one tells you that. Breakfast was...well it is hotel breakfast, wish there was more protein options not just bread options but hey it breakfast so I can't complain that much. My two biggest issues that I had was, front desk told us when checking in they clean every 3 days. Okay. We checked in on Sunday so they will be cleaning on Wednesday with fresh towels, trash bags, nothing, no house keeping at all. NOPE DIDNT HAPPENED!! Thursday- Nope. We came home on Friday. Now to my second issue, I didn't call on this because it was late, I was packing and tired from having my first ever beach day and I had to get up early for a flight to Dallas to then drive 3.5 hours home. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER. It was lukewarm if that. It was upsetting and freezing. It was working perfectly prior but not Thursday night. I am not too happy about that. Soooo.... besides those two things, we honestly enjoyed our stay. Will we be back, well I don't know, Orlando is pretty far.

Reasonable price hotel close to DFW. Jay at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Clean room. Breakfast was better than I hoped. Has a pool and gym. The bathroom was a little rough, but clean. I felt safe and comfortable staying here. Just one night to attend a Cowboys game. Close enough for a quick Uber or Lyft ride. Thanks for your help Jay. See you next time.

Overall I had a fantastic stay at Arya Inn. I will be back whenever I have another business trip in Irving.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The lady at the front is SUPER friendly! I didn’t get house keeping (because of this covid stuff) during my stay, but they made sure to check on me & ask if I needed anything! & There’s a beautiful view of the lake outside the window.

Spent a week there last week and the staff was very friendly. Made us feel right at home. Very comfortable and affordable. Nice view of a small lake on one side. We loved it and will definitely stay again.

The bathrooms had a modern luxury vibe, and they had good lighting which isn’t always the case in hotels. Staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the valets to front desk to housekeeping. This hotel is stylish with a luxurious feel without being stuffy and pretentiousness. I definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to get the opportunity to return.

My wife and I really enjoyed this hotel and found it modern and comfortable with very friendly staff especially the parking valets. The lobby has lots of seating and a nice view of the surrounding green space. The location is perfect for attending a Rangers game and is also convenient to the airport and the Fort Worth Stockyards. We did not eat at the hotel but the did enjoy the convenient access to Texas Live with its various bars and restaurants. Our hotel room was very clean and quiet. The bathroom was bright with a generously sized walk in shower. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Exactly what a good hotel should be. Would happily return. Stayed here earlier this month for a conference. I'm not a sports fanatic, therefore I don't see myself flying in for any reason other than work related events. With that said, this hotel delivered everything you'd expect from a brand name and then some. Check in is a bit odd, they guide you into texting for anything you need. At first, this seemed strange to me and though I'll never know if I was texting with a human when I asked for utensils for my food, I do know a human did deliver them and that part i'm ok with. :) Restaurant was great (only ate there for breakfast). Food was delicious and fresh. Staff is polite, polished and friendly. Convenient cafe/bakery shop downstairs is cute and has everything you need, including contact lens solution if you forget yours, water, snacks etc. Mini fridge in the room (to store said snacks) Comfy bed and perfectly functioning a/c. Bathrooms are nice, modern, clean and the bath products were also elevated. Pool looked heavenly but did not get to use. No time. No reason to come back this way anytime soon for me, but if i'm ever dragged to a sports event in the area i would be very happy to stay here. 10 out 10 to the staff all around. Great job!

We loved everything about the Sheraton Arlington. We were staying there as we were attending the baseball. We spent the afternoon relaxing by the beautiful pool. Then walked to and from the baseball game - the hotel is in a really good location. The coffee shop made a lovely iced latte, staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and very comfortable with good views over the theme parks. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the fresh omelette I had made. Parking was easy. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for a 20th anniversary trip and it was perfect!! The Regency Cottage (actually a duplex) was quiet and so cozy. Comfy bed, jacuzzi, warm firepce - Everything was as advertised. Even had a kitchenette! The breakfast was delicious and all of the staff was nice and accommodating. Highly recommend! Hope we can take advantage of the spa services next time!

We stayed in the Villa Royale which was separate from the main house and had two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. It was very spacious and well appointed with coffee maker, refrigerator and wine glasses. Included was a delicious hot breakfast in the dining room each morning. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We also hosted a bridal champagne brunch in their Renoir room right off the courtyard during our stay. We worked with the event director, Nick Keith who was wonderful to work with and handled everything beautifully. The food was delicious and the room was lovely. Meg was the attendant for the event and was friendly and provided excellent service. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend both the accommodations and the restaurant.

Just got back from a a long weekend getaway for my husband and myself. We really our stay here. We stayed in the Beethoven room. Very private, quiet and romantic with fireplace. Comfy beds and robes. Friendly, helpful staff and the area is so quiet and safe. We easily walked to AT&t stadium for a game. Would definitely recommend for quiet getaway. SPA across street was very nice also. We had mani/pedi and the ladies there were highly skilled & very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

I was impressed by this place from the moment I walked in the doors - literally. My husband and I reserved the Regency Cottage as we got an AMAZING deal and it was within walking distance of Arlington Stadium where we were attending a concert that evening. The Regency Cottage was gorgeous! The cottage included a living area, a separate area with a daybed, desk and kitchenette. There were also two cookies wrapped on a small plate on the desk which you could tell were homemade. There was a separate room where the king size bed was and through another doorway was a very LARGE bathroom with a soaking tub and two robes that were hung up. It also included a separate shower. The most impressive part of the the Inn was by far the courtyard. It has a fountain, a couple of pergolas with shaded seating and tons of outside seating and tables around it. It was a perfect area to sit outside after dinner and enjoy an after dinner drink or a glass of wine. We will definitely be back and will be taking advantage of the included breakfast, the restaurant and the relaxing courtyard in the evening. The prices are so reasonable that if you are staying in the area you don't want to miss the experience of staying at this one-of-a-kind hotel!

You get everything you expect from a Hampton Inn. The service was outstanding and the folks working the desk were very helpful. Clean, comfortable rooms? yes sir. Free shuttle from the airport was on point. They say every hour but they will come get you ASAP. The shuttle will also take you within three miles off things around the hotel. The Walmart is 3.2 but they still took us. We needed a couple things. Another benefit are the 10 or so places to eat within walking distance Mcd's, Panera, Chic Fila, Pizza Chipotle, Panda Express, Jimmy Johns and a liquor store. Gas station convenience store is also very close. One odd thing I found was how the microwave was set up. it is basically on the ground and kinda hard to use. (See picture) The only complaint we have was road noice. We are from a small quiet town and not use to it. Wife has sensitive hearing. and we had to change rooms in the middle of the night. Once again desk was very accommodating. If you are like, us ask for an odd numbered room. They are across the hall and quiet. Wife slept better. Side note. We found Lyft cheaper than Uber to go to ATT Stadium and other places.

Stayed here one night on business. Would definitely stay here again! The hotel was in great shape. My room (403) was perfect. Clean, spacious and updated. The location was excellent, close to the airport (but not too close) and easy access to the highway. Check in was friendly and efficient. Breakfast in the morning was typical Hampton fare and was hot and well-stocked. It’s been awhile since I have given a hotel a 5 star review, but this property definitely earned it. Thanks for a great stay!

This hotel was amazing! I have absolutely no complaints! The location was peaceful and quiet, all the staff members were very friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and clean, as well as the room. They made sure to keep the breakfast area stocked up during breakfast hours. Great place to stay! I would stay here again for sure!

I can’t say enough about how nice this hotel is. Every staff member that we encountered was helpful and friendly. Hallways and elevators were clean. Rooms were clean and spacious. Our grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was definitely a highlight. Good selection and variety, well stocked and attended to. Highly recommend.

Our stay was unplanned after a flight cancellation. The Staff were wonderful, front desk staff were friendly and attentive to any needs or requests. The employee that ran the breakfast area was friendly and helped with requests. The room was clean and comfortable for 5 guests.

We stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Northeast for 2 ½ month begin in March 2024 and ending May 2024, what an amazing hotel. We were greeted with such kindness, and this continued throughout our stay. Our room was cleaned everyday by an amazing crew. I can’t complain about this hotel. The gym was great, the breakfast that they served was great, and all the facilities were clean and modern. Monique, Ashley and Nicole really went out of their way to make sure we got what we needed, whether it was directions, recommendations, or help with finding a great place to get food. They all had an amazingly positive attitude and fantastic smiles. They made sure we were taken care of and situated well in the hotel. We had a great time meeting everyone and socializing with them.

Brand new hotel is super clean and modern. You can hang out in the lobby and play foosball or sit in a pod with lighted space have drinks or snacks it's so comfortable then you can go on an outdoor patio near the pool this place is beautiful beds are comfortable on the breakfast is amazing

I stayed here for a couple of nights and it was a great experience. Everything was clean and I had no issues. The bed was comfortable and slept great! The room was spacious and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely impressed with my stay at this hotel! The location in Hurst is fantastic—close to parks for walking, a nearby Target, and plenty of dining options. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to privacy and safety: room numbers weren’t spoken aloud at check-in, and the elevators only accessed guest floors with an active key card—a thoughtful touch I hadn’t seen before. The bar had coffee available all day, which was a great convenience, and the restaurant food was high quality—the omelets and breakfast potatoes in particular were absolutely delicious. Dannica was our server, and she was not only kind but worked hard to make sure we had a great experience. There’s also a small shop on the first floor stocked with drinks, snacks, and OTC meds like Tylenol—super convenient! Plenty of parking was available, and I was especially impressed to see the front desk staff sanitizing key cards with bleach wipes—a great sign of their commitment to cleanliness and guest care. This hotel exceeded expectations on many levels. I would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed here to attend son’s graduation. This is a reasonably priced, very nice inn within easy distance of both DFW and Love Field. The property is very clean, and our room was very comfy. Importantly, there were enough electrical outlets, and they all worked. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. There was a wellstocked breakfast buffet on premises. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of free covered parking. When we were there, no conferences were taking place at the conference center, but, if there were, it might have been a bit more frenetic. There is a covered walkway from the inn directly into the conference center. Apparently, families headed to Six Flags stay here, and it was pleasant to see some young children heading to the pool with their parents. Restaurants and Walmart are also nearby.

Very clean rooms, comfy beds, great shower! Front desk staff and cleaning staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.

This property is tucked away but near to Six Flags, ATT Stadium, and Globe Life Stadium. The room was clean, well maintained, and spacious. The staff member at checkin was very accommodating for an early checkin and helpful w recommendations. Restaurants are a short drive down the highway, close by DFW standards. The hot breakfast had eggs, sausage, waffles to make yourself, yogurt, cereal, pastries, and fruit with coffee, milk and juice. Small variety but plentiful. We enjoyed our stay, and the baseball games.

The general manager Ms Betty was very helpful, kind, and available to answer questions. The hotel was very clean inside and outside, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. There were lots of places to eat within 5 min driving distance. Highly recommend.

Clean, quiet hotel. We arrived early before 3pm and were able to go ahead and check in and given room preferences. Rooms had good layout, with plenty of surfaces to place bags, etc, as well as several hooks in room and bathroom. Shower had refill bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Would suggest also adding a refill bottle for hand soap at sink. Breakfast was standard free hotel offerings. Bacon, scrambled eggs, some sort of jalapeño cheese muffin, oatmeal and cereals. Coffee was good. Nightly rate was average or less than comparable hotels in Arlington area. Our rooms were on the back side of the hotel, second floor. Did not have any issues with traffic noise, very quiet even near elevator. We stayed to attend an event at AT&T Stadium - easy drive about 15 minutes each way. I typically choose Hilton properties, (Hampton, Garden Inns, Embassy Suites) and after this stay I will add Fairfield to my go to list. Would definitely stay at this hotel again and have no reservations recommending it to other travelers.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Establishment is very clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable and the pool is well maintained. Breakfast was simple yet abundant and I left very full. Realized there is a laundry facility on site which is a huge bonus for us and the in room microwave/fridge helped keep food costs low. Plus the gas station next door was extremely convenient to have nearby. I am so very pleased with this visit, we definitely got a great value- everything was easy and it didn't hurt the wallet. We will definitely be reverting to Fairfield Inn & Suites whenever we travel now.

Loved our stay here staff was absolutely fantastic. The room was clean it was rather quiet and we felt very safe here. The room smelled nice the staff cleaned very well and were always professional. We did get a room upgrade which was much appreciated because we didn’t have to eat on our bed when we brought food back. They breakfast was also really good. Thank you for providing a clean and pleasant experience.

From the outside, I wasn't sure about the property, as it was surrounded by a few lower-cost hotels. Plus, when we walked into the lobby, it smelled strongly of disinfectant, which can be a bit off putting. However, the interior was very clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and attentive (although not overly friendly during the stay). Our room was clean and well-maintained except for the pull out bed, which was a bit stained and worn and a bit scary. We were surprised by how nice the breakfast was. It had many options, most of them pretty tasty other than the typical rubbery hotel eggs. The staff on breakfast kept everything stocked well and the area was very clean. We didn't use the pool or exercise facilities, so not sure about those. All in all, a solid hotel for families or business travel.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at the hotel and will certainly come back. The facility has been completely renovated, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms and common areas were always clean and this is a great location. We have only positive things to say about the hotel and our stay there.

We went for a concert at the ATT stadium. There was a shuttle for just $10 per person that we used to get to and from the concert. The hotel is only 1.5 miles away from the stadium, but convenient to take the shuttle. Super easy and friendly transportation. The room was very clean and had a very nice continental breakfast with large breakfast room that you could use the room anytime of day. Close nice Mexican restaurant right next door. Friendly staff. Cute little snack shop offered and outdoor pool. The room was large with side sitting area/ pull out couch. Only thing is they didn’t have a pack and play for baby, which I just assumed every hotel had.

upon arrival the desk receptionist just seemed preoccupied, though she had just assisted a customer in front of me. she never smiled, just asked for my id and card i was paying with, then said it was declined. I stated this card, she said let me try again, and then gave me a key card to room, i asked for 2 and she informed of breakfast time and how to get to room in a low voice, and i asked again the time for breakfast and just found the direction of the room on my own. The hotel was clean and enough room to serve the purpose of my stay. I was with my older sister and our 3 great nieces(they love to go anywhere). Breakfast was ok, the coffee not strong enough for me(and i drink it black), the girls all had waffles and sausage and eggs, apple juice galore. We went to the pool saturday evening and their were people coming and going. Overall the place was busy and kept clean. I asked the housekeeper for extra towels and she gave them to me. Enjoyed the stay, beds were comfortable...... I came down for my family reunion on my fathers side and had a great time!

The shuttle was a great idea for the concert. Clean room's Bed's were soft, beds were comfortable. Close to the att stadium. Check in was fast. employees were nice. Breakfast was the normal hot hotel Breakfast, a lot of choices on breakfast items, coffee tasted great not that cheap taste.

Front desk staff when we checked in Sunday evening could have been more helpful and smile, but the morning staff were very helpful. We will be back!

We were working on a project in GM Arlington and we stayed in this hotel for approx 6 weeks, When we checked in the hotel on the 4 Jan (an IHGgroup hotel bungled up our reservations !) , the hotel was knee deep in renovations. Even though the work was going on, we were not disturbed by the noise or dust. The staff did everything they could to ensure that all the guests were well taken. Breakfast was the standard Marriot breakfast hosted in a room, coffee was plentiful, rooms were cleaned daily. In fact when we step into our room every evening, you would not know the renovations were going on ! If laundry needed to be done, the staff lend a hand to assist with till the new laundry room was up and running. When we left in early February, we were pleased to see the renovations were almost completed. The breakfast area was tastefully decorated, the chosen tiles, the colours gave the lobby areas a fresh modern look. On the day when we left, they were servicing the elevator. The manager ensured that we had help to bring down our luggage ! We left the hotel with pleasant memories of our stay - the staff of this hotel really go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you so much Cristal , Ms Phyllis, Sandra , Hailey and many more wonderful personnel that I did not mention here. Needless to say that we will not hesitate to stay at this fine establishment when we return to Arlington TX once again.Thank you.

We went for the weekend and this was the best place. We were within .5 miles of six flags and there were several places to eat. Great area. The hotel was clean and we flet very safe. Guest services were kind and helpful with everything. The bed was super comfortable for even our picky sleepers and the bathroom was immaculate. It was awesome to be able to watch all our shows on our streaming apps in the room on the big tv. My son was very happy that the pool and gym were open and mom was excited for the breakfast and coffee.

A party was getting there orders one at a time and not all at once. So after waiting a bit we went to a place close by called Pioneer.

First of all this is a Marriott Property. Love me some Marriott. Secondly the location is prime for entertainment and business as it is an easy "get to" from here to anywhere. Thirdly, the staff is professional and friendly! be sure to look for Stacey......as she may be at the front desk, helping in the restaurant or who knows where else. Very helpful with info. Thomas in the bar is a great resource for your questions on what to do and where to go. Jonathan is usually at the desk and friendly at all times. Great crew to speak with daily on your stay!

Didn’t eat breakfast unfortunately The blind wouldn’t go down and my blind wouldn’t close so that was scary once nightfall hit The room was nice and spacious I was ecstatic to see a microwave Wish I had a tub, I like to soak But I couldn’t be picky with the time I checked in Was ecstatic I was able to check in early bec I was EXHAUSTED There was a major mishap with the reservation but the lady at the front desk made it minor I had to hunt for the front desk clerk but she was the only one working and they had her doing audits which she said could only be done in the back It took me 30 minutes of waiting and looking for someone before I was helped Had I not already booked and paid I would have left and went elsewhere I loved the location Didn’t have to struggle to find a parking spot Walls are very thin and I could hear everything so I just turned the TV up The beds were extra low but comfortable Had a mishap with the shower head going haywire and water going everywhere but nothing a towel couldn’t get up Seemed safe

Even though my credit card company had cancelled my reservation for reasons unknown to me. ( I will be making that call later) Alisha at the desk was extremely helpful and found a room for us. The rooms were clean and spacious. We spent some time at the bar and met other sports and concert fans. The bartender was friendly and accommodating! This is a great location if you are going to AT&T stadium or the Texas Ranger Stadium. Lots to do and a 5 min Uber ride which I would recommend because parking is not easy to find when There are events. We would stay here again!!

Booked this last minute at the previous hotel we stayed in was not great Room was very clean and comfortable beds . Gym was good the pool was very clean and area round the pool . Also has laundry facilities as half way though trip did the job and was clean too . Plenty of places to eat nearby pizza bar which was only 5mins drive . Would stay again

Would have given a 5 for most things. Very convenient for park & fly & DFW. The breakfast was good. We love coffee in the morning & with breakfast , but the coffee maker was out of order. A big disappointment not only for us but for many other guests that we observed at breakfast that morning ! So my suggestion to management would be to have a large electric coffee maker as a back-up! Will most likely stay there for a fly out of DFW in a few months, but will call in advance & give another chance on the coffee availability.

This hotel was really nice. The two front desk attendants (morning and night) were both wonderful. We only stayed one night for the Chris Brown concert, but I've already booked again for the weekend in two weeks! The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The air worked great (almost a little too great, LOL). The water pressure was perfect. Unfortunately, we didn't get up in time for breakfast. The only gripes I have are that I wish the TV in the room was bigger and each floor doesn't have an ice machine. We didn't venture off much into the other areas of the hotel, but I did use the restroom on the 1st floor and it was clean. The lobby and area outside were nice and clean as well. Again, I'm already booked again so I highly recommend this hotel!

We stay at this location every few months. It is well -maintained and family friendly! We love that it is centrally located and is easy to find. We ALWAYS enjoy our stay here. And everytime we're here, there's always something wonderful that amazes us. Bri is THE BEST!!!! She is hardworking, accommodating, approachable, knowledgeable and welcoming. She ALWAYS takes care of our needs and requests. She aways takes the time to chat with us and always greets us with a smile. The manager, Ms. Rosemary, is tremendously awesome. We have seen her multiple times go out of her way to take care of the guests. She is soft-spoken, approachable and accommodating. You can see in the way she carries herself how the hotel is properly maintained. The ladies in the kitchen are also SUPERSTARS! I need to remember their names, but I talk to them every morning. They remember me and my family because we are here frequently. They love on our kid and they are very understanding. On days when our kid had waken up early before breakfast time, they did not hesitate to offer him fruits and cereal. They do their best to keep the breakfast options filled and replenished. We will always come back here whenver we're in the area!

We arrived in the early evening at the hotel after flying in from Canada. It was close to the airport & relatively easy to get to. It was perfect after a long day. Top marks to the breakfast staff. They were friendly and very helpful to my brother who has Parkinson’s. The place was neat, clean & comfortable. I especially enjoyed the Texas waffle!

We stayed here because of its proximity to the DFW airport. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was warm (egg and cheese omelet along with other choices) and delicious. The area is a little sparse with regard to retail but there are a number of restaurants near it. We would definitely book this property again when flying out of DFW.
