The hotel had a pleasant foyer and reception area, the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The free parking was excellent. Our room was spacious modern and clean as was the en suite. The view was amazing. The dining room was a good size and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff in the dining room and bar were very helpful and knowledgeable about allergens

Great queen room. Spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable. Love the large window! Amazing view over the Waal and Nijmegen. Breakfast had everything you could want. The staff was friendly. Parking garage next to the hotel. YOu give your license plate number beforehand, and that gives you free access to the parking garage during your entire stay. And also next to station Nijmegen-Lent, which means 5 min to Nijmegen Central.

For those of you who know the Van Der Valk chain from the 80's and 90's: this is a whole new experience. This is a wonderful newly built hotel, with great styling of the rooms and bar and restaurant areas. We were on the 11th floor and the super comfy bed faced the window, we left the curtains open all night so we could look at the lights of the surrounding area and of the barges going along the Waal river. During the day we could see as far as Arnhem. The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was great. I travel internationally frequently and wish I could have an experience like this everywhere I go. The location is good for trips into Nijmegen and Arnhem, and also has very easy access into Germany. We parked in the multistory car park attached to the hotel which felt safe, and had no extra charge. For those without a car, the Lent train station is just about next door. We felt very welcome and at home and will surely be back in the near future!

We had a corner room in the hotel and I just loved it! Windows everywhere. So clean and welcoming. A big hotel but yet it feels special. And breakfast wow! It just doesn’t get better. Staff is wonderful . Ate dinner in the bar at night because we were watching the euro match and it was just so much fun. A a perfect stay.

Wonderful lunch buffet with amazing desserts. Very spacious and cozy room with everything you need and perfect view on the high floor. Free and easy parking. Location is convenient if you drive, not far from the city centre.

Great view, (strangely) on a hill so the room had a really good view over the river and countryside. (enjoyed the sunrise) The hotel is situated in a forest which was pretty and good to take a walk in. Staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and stylish room.

Modern hotel in a beautiful setting of forest and views over the Rhine. Next door to very pretty botanical gardens. Large terrace and outdoor area. Staff were all helpful. Food in the restaurant was very high quality. Hotel is plain but has a relaxed atmosphere. Room was comfortable and very simple with very standard fit out. Nothing particularly special other than the setting however we were very happy with our visit and would return.

The experience was between 4-5* due to the very helpful and nice reception attendant Usef. If not for him - the rating would be lower. The main point of frustration was bathroom. When I arrived late evening, I noticed that there was only a bottle of liquid soap by the sink, and some unidentified dispenser in the bathtub. The picture of the room i saw before coming, proudly showed a shelf with 4 bottles of different products - I assume the standards for 4* hotel should have been bath gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and body cream. Nothing at all, so the picture is a lie. I inquired with Usef, and he volunteered to bring some to me. It was already very late and i wanted to go to bed, so i told him to make a note to bring it to my room next day. I left early in the morning next day, and when I came back - there was still no shampoo. Usef was surprised when I told him and rushed to get some for me, so at the end all was well, but I find it strange that they do not provide these products for you on arrival and you have to specifically ask to get them.... Other than that - no complaint. The food in restaurant was really good, so was the service. Room was clean and well decorated. I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine with 4 coffee pods. They say you have to pay for more, but I used one, and when i came back next day - they replenished it, so thanks for that. I think with bathroom supplies sorted out, the hotel will very easy get 5*.

The room was super clean and modern with a high ceiling. The large bed was comfortable. Supplementary gels and lotions smelled delicious. Many basic facilities included, making it perfect for a a short stay. The location is easily reachable by foot from the central station. It's also very easy to grab breakfast, cafes are practically across the street.

Everything was perfect! ❤️ Perfect room for a romantic night, or a relaxing day. The hospitality I’ve been given it’s rare in Netherlands. Thank you!

A really nice studio right in the city centre of Arnhem with a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, and a shower. It is an industrial loft with cool design elements and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker you can use. Perfect for a short stay with all the amenities, and the hosts provide a list of their recommendations for food and leisure.

The bed was super comfortable!! Not just the bed in itself also the pillows and the blanket were just how I like it. It was nice coming in the studio, as the owners had put some music on and atmospheric lights in the shower. The shower was really nice. We could also choose to get breakfast in bed which was really nice. It was only a bit much but really nice.

Very nice hotel, at the centre of Nijmegen, and within walking distance from almost everything, including the central station. Very comfortable and quiet room, kind and helpful staff, cleaniliness, and a great breakfast buffet. Complimentary coffee (with capsules) and tea was available in the room.

So first at all, the staff was soo nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, u can also ask if u have allergies, they have something for everyones taste. The room was very clean, u get 2 towels each, u can make urself some coffee or tea in your own room, it is in the central of Nijmegen and the train station is very close as well. We arrived earlier and the helpful staff gave us a room earlier, also a bigger room. She allowed us to stay in the lobby as long as we had to wait, very very lovely from her. Thank you very much again!

Smack bang in the centre of infinitely walkable Nijmegen, the location of Hotel de Prince couldn’t be better. Given the location - it is surprisingly quiet! Thick, heavy curtains and an extremely comfortable bed along with powerful radiators make for a cosy, long and peaceful sleep. All furniture and soft furnishings were of excellent quality and condition.

Room-this an old building modernized. They did an excellent job! Breakfast- very good breakfast Location- It is in the middle of a very busy touristy area. Great location My biggest concern was bike accommodations as I was traveling solo by bicycle with a trailer. They were able to 100% accommodate securely and that eased my anxiety. The breakfast was superb. Room was comfortable. I would book this hotel again.

I was offered an upgrade for my room because it was available. So my single room became a double room. A nice and perfect room with a soft bed in a nice and clean room. Breakfast was very good and tasted delicious.

Fantastische ruime kamer met heerlijk grote jacuzzi. Heerlijk groot bed en ruime douchecabine. Helaas waren sommige oppervlakken niet goed schoon. Diverse tafeltjes waren erg kleverig. De ligging van het hotel is perfect om met de auto te bereiken maar ligt te ver uit het centrum om dit te voet af te leggen.

I was a bit worried when I saw the pictures of the property online but thankfully, my worries were not founded. My room (2 single beds) was very comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful in providing dining/sightseeing recommendations. Breakfast had great food. Location was convenient - very close to bus/train station. It was over a mile walk to the center of town for dinner but the walk was very pretty and we always enjoyed it.

This is a sort of strange property. The decor seems like it's intended for Instagram photos perhaps? A strange mishmash of styles and design choices. There were a lot of spaces that it wasn't clear what they were for. There is only one restaurant and it has no snacks, though I was able to ask for fries and green salad (and they were made promptly and delivered to my room) but they were not on the menu. I'm vegetarian and allergic to gluten and there was only one thing I could eat. Breakfast was very nice though, with the option to get omelets. Without a car or bike there are not a lot of dining options nearby though Uber Eats does deliver. The room was clean and comfortable though strangely decorated with a shower stall in the room. Internet was reliable and the staff was fluent in English and very helpful when I needed it. It is convenient to the train station with an easy walk.

I visited this hotel to assess its suitability for an upcoming group tour I am running. I found the staff very helpful, both at the desk and in the bar & restaurant. The rooms are large; twin rooms would have enough room for two guests. The bar/cafe is unique with pink flamingos and other tropical decor, but the food served is good and provided in ample quantities. If you were staying for a longer time and eating your dinners in the hotel, you might run out of choice as the menu is not large. The breakfast room is very large and the breakfast buffet is outstanding. The hotel is very close to the train station and has a large parking lot. All in all, highly recommended for stays in Ede. Only 20 minutes from Arnhem by car and train so it could be used as a base for visiting there as well.

Room was a little outdated but very spacious indeed, and kept very clean. In-room refrigerator was ultimately pointless as the internal temperature was even with the ambient temperature of the room. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, but in fairness this was not advertised and the coffee offered at the bar was very good. Staff were very helpful and the in-house restaurant offered very good dining which I can't fault at all.

Everything was convenient, the route and excess to the Spa. The gym was clean, full of professional equipment and spacious. The room was nice and the balcony great with the evening sun. Breakfast was very elaborate with lots of choices. Bike rent was easy and convenient. Overall the staff was helpful and friendly.

It was the second time there. The rooms are very nice with great views. The bed is comfortable and the air conditioning works well. Breakfast is amazing, with lots of choices and really good drinks. The spa is clean and relaxing, and the snacks and drinks there are very good. The outdoor pool is also a great place to relax, especially when the sun is out. Overall, a really good stay.

It was a well maintained and clean hotel. The spa is nothing major but during the week it was nice and quiet and they have a couple of large bubble baths and the temperature is pleasant. If you’re a big fan of saunas then I would recommend Elysium. But in combination with a hotel stay and if you want to visit Nijmegen this is a good value to price hotel. The staff were very friendly, the food at breakfast was always quickly replenished and The quality of the food was alright. Plenty of choice. It is a little bit strange that you have to pay a sum for the parking but you get a “free” card to exit and enter the parking lot during your stay. And though it’s a bit strange, I’ve experienced other hotel chains doing the same. Overall very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend. I’d love to visit again

Really nice hotel, beautifully renovated, the bathroom is perfect and the new beds are so comfortable! Big rooms with balcony with a nice view of the forest. The swimming pool was also very nice.

Large hotel, a bit of a maze with many corridors and stairs. Beautiful location, with a nice terrace overlooking the forest offering far-reaching views. Good breakfast, nice room.

It was an excellent location; peaceful atmosphere; good size indoor pool which we used every day; very clean; friendly + helpful staff; good breakfast choices available; evening dining was superb. This hotel suited our family needs totally. Access and parking easy.

Hotel staff are very helpful and all speak English at a basic level or better. The hotel is a little tired, examples being the stairs carpet is worn through and rucked up with age and older style crt tv in the bedroom however the level of cleaning is exceptional. The room we stayed in had a lovely bathroom which looked recently done without a single trace of mould on the grouting or shower curtain or smear on the mirror. The showers had great pressure and hot water readily available. It was lovely to hear such strong birdsong from our balcony and throughout the grounds. The location is silent at night and in the morning due to its woodland location. Replies to questions by email were within 10 minutes however there was a slight pickup when it came to hiring an e-bike. The inside swimming pool was a great bonus and the restaurant provided some great food.

Much better than expected. It’s a bit off from everything, but 5 mins by car and you’re in the center with plenty of restaurants and bars. The rooms are nice, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast great, free WiFi, free parking. Didn’t check the pool or outer facilities.

Location is ideal for long walks in the woods and the Afrikan Museum is 10 mins walk and so is the bus stop. Alexandra and Stefano at the restaurant are exceptional people and food at restaurant is delicious.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was an experience beyond our expectations. The location is absolutely remarkable, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy everything it has to offer. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel itself is impeccably organized and super clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the highlights of our visit was the breakfast – it was truly delicious. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

The property is well-maintained, has exquisite style. In the rooms everything is thought through - you simply don’t wanna leave it (you could simply pass out on a rocking chair wrapped in the softest blanket) . We had the most amazing sleep. There are binoculars in the room as well so you can spend some time birdwatching from the balcony or take it to the park with you. The staff is very helpful and nice to talk to, they tended to many of our questions and requests and were very so friendly! But the most amazing thing about this property is its’ location in the national park. We rented e-bicycles with the hotel and explored the trails of the park, especially mesmerising during the heather season. Could not stress enough that it’s a must!

This is one of the most comfortable, beautiful and serene properties I’ve ever stayed in. The photos are true - no exaggeration on the beauty of the grounds or sizes of the rooms. We stayed in a king suite and couldn’t have been happier. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff are so kind and welcoming. It’s secluded, so taxis/Ubers from Arnhem can be a little tricky, but well worth it. Easy and scenic bike ride into Velp to go to shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

Easy to find, in a small town (with four good restaurants), and within easy driving then biking distance to the Kröller Müller Museum. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He served us breakfast the next morning and stayed talking with us and the other couple staying there.

Felt right at home. The hosts were so kind and helpful. The room was so clean and cozy and the breakfast was wonderful and they set it out early since we were traveling early to the airport. Thank you for such a warm welcome !

Nice spacious room, clean, good wifi, desk, watercooker to make a thee. Bed slept good. As surprise I noticed there was a nice steaming-cabine in the room. Also many nice small restaurants close by.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, accommodating a changing arrival time and giving excellent recommendations for dinner. And the pastries for breakfast were marvellous!

The indoor playground and swimming pool were great for the children during the rainy days. The pool water was warm and the indoor plaground also had heating turned on. The cabin was well equipped and clean, also the plugs were childproof, which made it safe for small children.

Amazing place to stay with family. Many playgrounds, swimming pool, indoor playroom for kids, bike rental. We stayed in chalet and had adjacent parking spot. Houses are fully equipped and heated. Even though the camping is huge there is a feeling of privacy. Surroundings are quiet and wooded, ideal for bike tours. If you are travelling by car, this place is usually an hour away. I would definietely recommend staying here and I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Very cycle friendly location and park was quiet as UK April half term is out of season for Dutch schools.

We did our Own breakfast, and it’s really nice since we had all facilities that we wanted. Need a little bigger bowl 🥣 for soup och cereal to the breakfast.

Room was really comfortable and clean. We stayed in the room with the bath tub and double bed, which was perfect for the kids and I. Breakfast was really nice and the staff was super friendly. It was in a nice, quiet location. We even found a tulip field nearby in full bloom!

This was a very pleasant surprise. We stayed for three comfortable nights. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, we had very nice walks in the surrounding area. We will sure come again when we visit Holland.

Very peaceful, quiet and unique location which feels very rural despite its proximity to the town. There was only us and one other guest on the night we stayed so very quiet. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with directions into town for food. A 10 minute walk into the pedestrian town centre for a variety of food options. Both rooms had fridge, microwave and washing up facilities. An extra bed was added on request for our toddler. Set in a beautiful natural area perfect for a walk to explore.

The quiet country setting was the perfect first night of our tour thru Europe. The historical of a former brickyard/ industrial site added charm and character. In March there were only a few guests. Our room was clean and comfortable. Shower floor was bathroom floor, but functioned well.

The hotel is very nice and situated around an old brick kiln. There are rooms and small holiday houses, which is great for family holidays. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very fresh and tasty.
