Late arrival by car and had to make some manoeuvres before understanding that you just drive to the parking hall 3rd floor and take an elevator to the Lobby at 7th floor. Convenient once you understood it. One of the best and most helpful & polite receptionists I've met in any hotel. Not just one of them, but all the staff. Got a high floor room with a city view - fine. Found out that there is Aventura mall just under our window, but still need a car to get there. No problem. Hotel was or looked brand new. Large common areas. Live music in the evenings at lobby-level. Great service at poolside restaurant. The dishes were of high quality, beautifully arranged and refined. The pool area was stylish and in the right direction, so it was worth taking a sunny moment of rest after breakfast. Breakfast was not included to the room rate and it was not of buffet-type, so prepare for queuing. If you need it fast, use the small coffee shop in the lobby. Room was modern and super clean. Coffee machine and silent air conditioning system.

We stayed at Hilton Miami Aventura hotel a week ago. Awesome experience from the time we arrived. Hotel check-in staff was welcoming and courteous. Our room looked recently updated. The hotel was super clean and had a modern look. We enjoyed time at their beautiful pool. Best of all was time spent with family. We were at the hotel for a wedding. The ceremony and reception were beautiful, the food delicious and staff helpful and polite. So convenient to stay at the same place at the ceremony/reception. There is great small convenience store on premise with Starbucks coffee and quick grab snacks. Bar area looked awesome. Wish we had more time to check it out. Hint: the LOBBY is on the 7th floor. Thank you Hilton for a wonderful weekend!

Everything was beautiful! The room was perfect and so was the scenery! The hotel was very clean and modern and the staff was so helpful. The pool attendant was very nice and helpful as well. This property was absolutely stunning! I love the fact that it had a restaurant and bar on site and right across the street from aventura mall.

Everything about this property is the reason I keep coming back! The beds are incredibly comfortable, the morning coffee station is so convenient, and the Hilton hospitality truly shines here. My favorite part of every stay is the exceptional service from Mr. Caesar at the Front Office. He is always sincere, helpful, and knowledgeable — whether he’s answering questions, giving spot-on directions, or making sure every detail of my stay is perfect. I travel often for work, and I only wish all properties offered the same level of care and consistency as this one!

Staff was wonderful. Place was spotless. Quiet for miles. Cute coffee shop and beautiful 7th floor pool. Drinks at bar were yummy and bartender was attentive. Many places to spread out and work with a view as well.

I recently stayed at AC hotel Aventura and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. One of the best features for me was the pet-friendly policy, which allowed me to bring my furry friend along without any hassle. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the accommodations and the amenities offered. The hotel is located in a safe and convenient area, making it easy to explore the local attractions and dine at nearby restaurants. The only downside was that poolside drinks were not available during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. However, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and pet-friendly place to stay at a great price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just a short distance from Aventura Mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. Parking was hassle-free, thanks to the attached three-level garage. The hotel itself has a spacious and stylish lobby, complete with a cocktail bar—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The amenities were great, including a well-maintained swimming pool and gym. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary late checkout until 2 PM, which we really appreciated. The air conditioning runs 24/7 throughout the hotel, which keeps things very cool. However, while there is a control panel in the room, it didn’t allow us to fully adjust the temperature. Even when set to 75°F, the room never got warmer than 63°F, so we had to turn it off at night for comfort. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Given the excellent location, great amenities, and welcoming staff, we would likely stay here again on our next visit to Miami!

My husband was staying here for a work trip for three nights, and I decided to tag along. It's not in South Beach so if you want to stay by all the action, this hotel is not the one for you. South Beach will be at least a half hour drive, and that's without traffic. It seemed that most people staying here were on business. Here are some of the pros/cons: Pros: -They let us check in early at around 10. Of course, this is based on availability and we were checking in on a Sunday, so that might have helped -Nice outdoor pool with plenty of lounge chairs -Two free bottles of water each day -Mini fridge -There are a few restaurants across the street, including a Starbuck’s. That was nice since we didn't have a car. I recommend Bartaco -Rooms are clean and spacious, with a separate seating area, an extra bench area to put all of your stuff -Good wifi - I worked from the hotel one day and had no connection issues Cons: -Pillows are not comfy and the bed is quite lumpy. My back and my neck were hurting after the first night. The second night, I called to request additional pillows. No one came after half an hour so I had to call again. Someone finally came another half an hour after that -There was a used bar of hand soap by the sink when we checked in. It’s minor but it also makes me wonder what else they didn’t clean

We spent a week here and were completely satisfied with everything. Loved the heated pool with the nice sunbeds. Pool bar is available until 5 pm. Lemonade is for free at the pool. The location is great, near to Aventura Mall (by car of course) , great restaurants nearby. Free purified bottled water in room and at the reception. Our room had a view to a tiny little cute pond, 6th floor, totally quiet, soundproof window, AC works well, no noise, warm water for bathing with normal pressure. Wifi working well. Bed comfortable, room is clean. Free starbucks coffee at the bar downstairs in the mornings. I guess Cleaning everyday, but we put privacy sign on for days and noone entering, respecting privacy sign.

Nice hotel. It is well situated on a quiet street but near restaurants, Aventura Mall, etc. The spacious lobby has a nice bar. The room was very nice but basic. There is not a separate bathroom—rather, a shower off the bedroom and a separate toilet "room." The sink is right in the bedroom. It is perfectly functional, although not super luxurious.

The hotel was nice and clean, in a great location nearby shops and restaurants and 10 minute walk to Aventura Mall. The staff was helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay for self parking and no valet service available. There is free parking around you just have to walk. There is a pool but would be nice to have a jacuzzi as well. Overall good experience.

Brilliant hotel, the amazing staff can't do enough for you, from check in to check out, everyone is lovely and helpful. Small shop next to Reception if you need drinks and snacks. Lovely heated pool open til midnight. Great bar and bar staff, tasty bar food, free pool table. Live music Friday nights. Room was perfect, family room for four, loads of room and great views. Good location for a choice of bars and restaurants. Shame about the NFL result #Raiders but great experience at the Hard Rock Stadium. Loved every minute of our stay. Thank you to all the staff you were amazing.

This hotel is absolutely charming. Friendly staff, great bar with fun cocktails, amazing breakfast options, beautiful pool, clean room, and a nice view of the city. The AC was powerful, and I often found it hard to maintain a comfortable temperature in my room. Fortunately, I brought a sweater, so I'm not complaining. I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation. But I should warn those of you who are unfamiliar with Miami that this area is very congested. While the hotel was spectacular, be prepared for LONG drives/rides, even to locations that are only a few miles away.

My husband and I stayed at the Aloft Aventura Hotel for a class reunion, and our experience was wonderful from the moment we arrived. We were warmly greeted by Brandy at the front desk, whose hospitality and personable demeanor truly stood out. Our room was perfect for a weekend stay, clean, comfortable, and offering a beautiful view of the city. The lobby had a welcoming vibe, and the pool had a modern, resort-style feel that added to the vacation atmosphere. There were plenty of dining options nearby, which made it convenient, and the on-site bar with entertainment was a great touch. Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem, and I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Miami.

This property is awesome. So conveniently placed near great restaurants, coffee shops and walking distance to shopping. The property is clean, quiet and well taken care of. Pool is super large with lots of loungers and seating. The on site gym is humongous and looks like it has barely been used. But the best part about this property are the front desk staff- so friendly and welcoming; and always ready to assist… who ever is hiring at this property is scoring 110%. Special mention to Atifah at guest check-in, truly an ambassador to the Marriott brand!

I had a great stay. This hotel is so convenient to the Brightline train, Aventura mall, and Avis car rental. I was impressed with the hotel. It was spotless. The staff were all great, friendly, and professional. The man and woman at the cafe were nice, helpful, and efficient. Front desk staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Osmary did a perfect job cleaning and restocking my room during my stay. Going to the mall is walkable. Going to Brightline requires a ride. I have no problem recommending this Courtyard by Marriott by Aventura mall.

We did not plan a stop here, but next time for sure we will! The hotel is clean, the room and bed were clean and comfortable. The price was great, too, and included breakfast (get the burrito, it was excellent!). Last night Andice was so helpful getting us checked in and Julio poured a nice drink at the bar! This morning Chef Pierre made us a great breakfast and Samantha, Josue, and Steph M. took great care of us. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! So, if you need a place to stay before going to the port of Miami or just passing through? Stay at the Courtyard Miami Aventura Mall!

The Courtyard Marriott is a smaller cosy hotel with excellent staff and facilities. Close to Aventura Mall voted the best Mall in US! The room had a coffee machine, and balcony to pool and the bed was very comfortable. I used the pool gym and the laundry room for washing and drying my clothes. Breakfast was great and staff very attentive at all times. The Bistro was great as was the little shop by the reception. Great restaurants nearby and close to Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Hard Rock Guitar Casino. I even found time to play bridge in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. Miami was also fantastic but much more expensive. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

My stay here was made comfortable by the amazing staff. The front desk was very hospitable and generous to my family. They had booked us all rooms near to each other despite separate reservations. The restaurant service was also very convenient and had the added bonus of starbucks coffee available. I would definitely recommend this stay for business or short term stays. I'm not the biggest fan of the miami area as its not walkable and has limited public transportation, but this location was central to the purpose of my stay. I was able to uber at a reasonable cost to malls, various stores, Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas

The staff is so welcoming and friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, very clean, and had a great shower the water stayed perfectly warm, which I loved! There’s also a laundry room and ice machine on the floor, which was super convenient. Plenty of parking available and the location is excellent. Thank you for an amazing stay!

At the Bourbon, we received excellent service from Amber, and the food was also delicious. The pool staff was equally impeccable. 10/10 experience staff was lovely and very helpful when we needed it. The grounds are stunning felt like saw something new each day. Even was the bartender by the adult pool he made our time so fun and enjoyable!!! The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. the views out of the room were stunning as well!! Conference rooms were large and stunning. We went to the steak house and we felt so special and food was delicious

We had such an amazing time! The staff everywhere was amazing unless you were at the check in desk. Somehow every single person we spoke to whether at the water park, Cosair or Michael Mena was amazing but the check in desk was downright hostile. It was not just to us but every guest seemed to leave with a confused look on their face like why were they just so rude to me? Thankfully we did not have to deal with the front desk very much. The staff at the water park from the towel attendants, the lifeguards, the wait staff, people who run the wave rider and the restaurant wait staff were all awesome and so polite. There are so many lifeguards and they do such a great job at keeping people safe while still being polite. My 5 year old loved the wave rider and the lifeguards did an amazing job at helping him stay on for a long time! Matthias at the surf house was our waiter almost every day and took such great care of us. The poke tuna over there is so good! The food at the hotel has been excellent. The steak house was one of the best meals ever. We were here for spring break and were able to get chairs at every day during the week. The weekend was a little more crowded but not too bad!

We took our 3 year old on her spring break to this wonderful hotel and water park. We have enjoyed out stay very much all thanks to the wonderful people that work at this property to ensure all guests needs are met! Jeffrey was very helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. Every morning when we arrived at the park he was there to greet us and ensure we are all set and comfortable. Patty at the main pool bar was quick, attentive and very carrying. Diego at the kids pool was also wonderful. Always there to assist with our 3 year old needs and parents! Our french fries were always ready to be served our drinks filled and refilled to ensure that we all have a wonderful and relaxing time. THANK YOU! Our 3 year old cannot wait to go back and so do we!

Our experience staying at the JW Marriott was truly excellent. The service was outstanding, especially from Ala, who was extremely attentive and made us feel very well cared for. From the gentleman who kindly brought our luggage to the room all the way through to the end of our stay, the level of attention and professionalism stood out in a very positive way. The hotel’s facilities are impeccable, offering a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a quiet area, but close to many restaurants, shops, whole foods, and 15min drive to Hollywood Beach. Very spacious room and bathroom, with Lavazza coffee machine and minifridge. The pool with restaurant and gym on the 6th floor is excellent. Everything is functional and new (hotel open in 2022), at an affordable price, which is rare in Florida. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We stayed in Serena hotel during first week of July, 2024, Rooms are very quiet and clean and renovated. Since we arrived we were received in a very kind and professional way by employee Lilia Lopez, she did extra mile giving us recommendations where to go for lunch and Dinner and she recommended Cielo Restaurant, it was very friendly and food is excellent. Lilia Lopez helps me to get familiarized with Aventura best places to visit and help me feel like I was home. I will stay again when I come back to Aventura, FL

Nice, clean, and the staff at the bar/lounge on the 6th floor is fantastic. Ask for Oscar, he’s the man! Everyone is very helpful and kind and accommodating. The pool is in a great spot with a great view. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean

I loved the view from my room. I loved that the whole entire hotel smelled clean. Looked clean. Actually was clean. The beds were comfortable. The food was delicious. The staff was amazing. I will be staying here every time I come back home to Florida.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and was blown away by the hotel. The rooms are beautiful with super high ceilings and full size kitchen. The outdoor pool and deck have great views of the area. The bar and restaurant are delicious and fully stocked. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful all around. The parking garage is easy to use and not overly tight. Would return 100%!

I loved the hotel and area. They need to fix the locks on doors in room 116. The shower in the pool works with a button that always has to be pressed in order for water to come out. Not practical! Also the jacuzzi is broken and when pressing the jets the whole area gets wet. They need to fix it!! Otherwise all was wonderful!!

My husband and I were in South Florida this weekend and truly enjoyed our stay here. My husband has gold status with Marriott and stays at a lot of Residence Inns; this one tops them. The location is excellent; the hotel is refined and clean and the staff are amazing. In fact, my husband left a gift on top of the car without realizing it when returning to the car to get something out the trunk early morning. After breakfast the next morning as we left, we had a note on our car from Manuel. He had put the gift up securely. When my husband returned to the front desk, Manual escorted him to a locked storage place to get the gift rather than leaving it at the front. He was so professional and friendly. Also, Ruth at the front desk was as professional, friendly, efficient yet patient. She helped us update some card information, but I observed how courteous and professional she was with everyone, whether answering a call or dealing with someone in person. We will definitely make this our hotel of choice when visiting South Florida in the future.

The property is new, very modern, very clean, very safe. The electrical appliances are amazing and the unit is designed to have usage of every single space available. The area around has plenty of restaurants offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great place, new, clean, and very comfy. A lot of attention to detail. The person on a reception is super friendly and helpful. Location is nice, there is a place to have a nice breakfast or lunch, public transport is nearby. Hotel itself is pretty calm and quiet, it was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning to visit Miami and looking for a place with reasonable prices.

This is a brand new property, very big spacious rooms with a kitchenette, very clean and comfortable. The best was value for money with cafe's close by to get breakfast., lunch and dinner.

The location in Aventura was outstanding. It was centrally located to all of the Miami area and just down the street from great restaurants and shopping. The apartment was large and spacious, the bed and bedding super comfortable, and I felt very safe - even traveling as a solo female in Miami (which can be REALLY hit or miss in affordable accommodations). Management was delightful, helping me with my bags on arrival and running to get me iced coffee on my way out. Way to go the extra mile!

This property was amazing!This building is brand new! Easy and painless check-in. The customer service was amazing!! The building is very secure. The suit that I stayed in was spacious, and had a full kitchen with everything I needed to make breakfast. The the free parking was icing on the cake ( if you know anything about miami parking is always a struggle). This will definitely be my go to hotel every time I come to Miami.
