We had a fantastic time at the Banff Park Lodge. Our renovated room was excellent. Walking distance to all shopping. Pool, hottub and steam room were great! Buffet breakfast was outstanding.

Great Location. Good Amenities. covered parking on site. Friendly service at Reception and Restaurants. The Italian food for dining and breakfast was good. Bike rental facilities are on site. Pool and Jacuzzi.

Jacuzzi setup was fun. Location is just near the downtown. Balcony view was good.

BPL was one of the first hotels we stayed at when I first came in 2016… I was so excited to see there were Reno’s and was over the moon thrilled! We rented the jacuzzi room and I found it so perfect and beautiful! It was my first time also dining at La Terazza and that was also a true highlight.

The facility is clean ,rooms are big and my room had a Jacuzzi which I really love.The staffs are friendly too,I had breakfast and it was just the best the for my kids in the morning.overall the hotel is a 10/10

Everything was very convenient. Thank you for the delicious breakfast! I loved the staff – they were all so nice. The jacuzzi and pool were wonderful as well. The room was equipped with plenty of clean towels, fragrant toiletries, and a cozy warmth. The big beds were comfortable, and the TV with internet access was a great touch. I’m very happy with my stay. Also, the underground parking is a fantastic must-have.

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at this hotel. Initially, we were somewhat skeptical due to some less favorable reviews, but our experience exceeded expectations. Visiting during the off-season allowed us to take advantage of reduced rates, offering excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean. Despite the hotel being nearly at capacity, as indicated by the full underground parking lot, our room remained peaceful and quiet. The pool and hot tub were highlights of our stay—exceptionally clean and maintained at the perfect temperature. We found that visiting these amenities in the morning, while others were at breakfast, provided a more private and relaxing experience. The hotel’s prime location, just minutes from downtown, added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with the service and experience, and we highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Wow, we had a great time here. And to think I almost canceled and booked elsewhere because of some negative reviews that I read. So glad that I stuck with my reservation and stayed here at the Best Western Plus. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. It had plenty of good quality towels in the bathroom. A big screen TV. Very comfortable bed. I don’t know what else you’d need. Breakfast was also plentiful snd tasty. Staff was on hand in the morning breakfast area to keep things well stocked and cleaned up quickly. I am attaching photos to show. I would definitely stay here again. Free underground parking. Free WIFI. Great location within a 10 minute walk of all the downtown restaurants and shops.

Good location, only 10 minutes from main shops, staff accommodation, pick up shuttle nearby, nice jacuzzi and saunas, room clean and all you need was there

Nice hotel with clean quiet rooms and within walking distance of shopping and dining. Comfortable beds, good daily cleaning service, very helpful and friendly staff. Paid parking is $20CAD, but we found parking on the streets for most of our stay. Jacuzzi is okay and saunas (steam and dry) work well.

A comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel. Early check in was arranged by request and everything was as pictured/described on website. Staff are very helpful and smiley. The room had a good layout and comfortable beds. I loved the cosy little lounge area with fire where you walk in. We got dinner from the restaurant, really nice pizzas, pasta and sides. Hotel is not too far from town and there are bus stops very near as well.

Good pizza and pasta available from the restaurant downstairs. Liked the fried pickles, never tried those before.

Went with a tour group with my senior center. Very nice inn. I had a room with heated bathroom floor tiles! I enjoyed that. I could have used grab bars in the shower. Nice hot water.Good towels. Great AC. There was a bad storm that took out the power but it was very late at night. Except for the AC going off, it didn't bother me. Had an amazing buffet breakfast at the restaurant there. Very hot food. Lots of selections. Staff kept things replenished. Good coffee. Great servers. Good pizza too. TV had many, many channels I couldn't keep up.

We had a very good experience here. Having stayed at hotels in Banff, Lake Louise and Canmore we stayed here for a couple of nights as our trip came to an end. The rooms are clean and modern, beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was alright, though the shower was quite loud and the drainage on the sinks and shower was a bit slow so you ended up paddling if you didn't shut the shower off quickly. The staff were all helpful and friendly, we found that the Table restaurant inside was fantastic, with good food and excellent service. We visited for dinner on the first night and we were impressed with the quality of the food, our server was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout and we had a pleasant experience. We also visited twice for breakfast, and on both occasions our servers were once again very upbeat, friendly and attentive. Definitely a great experience. The servers we had were a credit to the restaurant. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the main centre of the town, though you can easily access Spring Creek from the location which gives a nice scenic walk into the town. Overall a great stop off on our trip.

I was incredibly pleased with my stay at the Coast Canmore Hotel! The hotel is located in a stunningly beautiful place - surrounded by mountains, which creates an atmosphere of coziness and peace. The room was very spacious, clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The view from the window was simply mesmerizing! The service was top notch - the staff was always friendly, polite and ready to help with any questions. I would especially like to mention the restaurant: the food was excellent, especially the breakfasts - delicious, varied and prepared using fresh ingredients. I was also pleased with the additional amenities: a swimming pool, a gym and convenient parking. A pleasant bonus was the proximity of the hotel to various attractions and walking routes. The Coast Canmore Hotel is a great place to relax for both families and solo travelers. I would love to come back here again!

My family and I stayed at the hotel for three nights at the end of July. We were very happy with the room and the restaurant. It felt warm and homey. The front desk staff was friendly, patient, and kind. They helped us finding shuttle bus service information and providing kettle. The hotel was quiet and safe. It is close to the town of Canmore and has good transportation options. The pick-up point for the travel service I booked was at the hotel. The travel agency mentioned that many tourists, like me, choose this hotel as their first stop before going to Banff. I had planned to visit the Columbia Icefield and Jasper on the 23rd and return to the Coast Hotel on the 24th. The front desk staff informed me about the wildfire causing traffic congestion and showed me how to check real-time news online. Because of their advice, I decided to return to Toronto early. I did not cancel the accommodation for the night of the 24th in time, so I received an email about a deduction. After talking with the hotel manager, Mr. Burhan Aldamen, he kindly processed a full refund for me. I am grateful for his help. If I visit Banff again or if my friends plan a trip there, I will recommend this hotel. The facilities are comfortable, the bed is cozy, and most important the service is attentive and kind. I want to thank to all the front desk staff at Coast Hotel. I really impressive in Canmore during those three days in this amazing hotel.

This little hotel has a lovely plaza right outside its door. There’s a coffee shop, an ice cream parlour, a breakfast and brunch place, and a dinner restaurant. The room is super comfy, and the place is clean and neat. Checking in and out is a breeze, and the staff is really friendly. We can’t wait to come back when we’re in Canmore!

Really lovely comfy hotel with friendly staff and restaurant with delicious food! In a great location close to bars and restaurants, in easy driving distance of Banff and the national parks. Our room had an amazing unexpected view of the mountains!

It was nice pool was clean and hottub there wasa park for the kids the only thing we did have to go out for breakfast lunch dinner but all clise to the hotel with in walking distances also it was safe And you did get free bus tickets so that was plus great place

perfect room, good size and it was clean and had everything that we needed. we loved the pool and the jacuzzi. the staff were really helpful. bus into town included with the lodge. nearest shuttle bus stop to slopes was opposite the building next to the rundlestone.

The pool and hottub are very large, well-maintained and in a nice atmosphere, positive suprise. Rooms are a little old but OK, ours was spacious and with a pretty silent A/C.

It was clean and quiet and comfortable, and the front desk staff was super accommodating. Also the room was quite roomy with an other seating area. It had a claw tub and a Jacuzzi to relax in. We just loved our stay!

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. It was well stocked and had a very clean bathtub and toilet. We loved the elevator as it was a very unique feature. The hotel was so well maintained and the restaurant on site had top notch food and excellent wine and drinks. It was the perfect setting for a mountain getaway and even had a cozy wood burning fireplace. The bar staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating.

We stayed for 2 nights during a cold snap so we couldn't venture out as much as we originally planned, but we chose The Georgetown because the pictures looked like the rooms and hotel had a lot of character as a opposed to having modern style, which it delivered. Our room was very simple, perfect for resting after a cold day, fireplace was just a digital image but it kept us cozy, upon arrival there was a cute tea tray with delicious cookies and we easily requested fresh cream. No complaints about the bathroom, it worked for us and overall was a clean room. We were on the 2nd floor away from the pub as well, barely heard a thing but because it was very cold I don't think it was as busy. Walls are thick enough, would hear the next shower go off but never any muffled voices. The Miner's Pub downstairs was great and so convenient for breakfast, we both had tasty meals before starting our days, and on checkout day I was able to nab a seat in front of the wood fireplace.

While completing one of our bucket list experiences ie taking a trip on The Rocky Mountainer, we had cause to stay at The George Town Inn for a few days in Canmore. This turned out to be a good decision, we stayed in an Elizabeth Room which was on the second floor, which was quite even though it looked over the high street. It had views of the surrounding mountains, the room itself was well equipped with plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. We had a queen sized bed which was extremely comfortable, the en-suite was provided with plenty of toiletries. It’s location proved both excellent for access to the town and many shops or highway should you wish to venture further. The staff on reception and in the restaurant/bar were extremely friendly and helpful, there was plenty of choice and variety to suit all tastes on the breakfast and dinner menus, we tried their award winning fish and chips and agreed that they were excellent.

Stay was amazing, room was cozy and clean with cute little touches like cookies. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely come back again!

The staff were amazing with really good communication before we even arrived. Clear instructions when we checked in, fantastic and convenient parking. The room was even better than I thought it would be with a large seating area, kitchen and the jacuzzi tub was perfect.

The location was wonderful--- so close to everything in canmore! The in-room jacuzzi tub was amazing, and the room was well appointed! Private parking was safe and secure!

We rented the two bedroom jacuzzi suite. The place was clean upon checking in. The check in was quick and informative and they were good about replacing the garbages daily. This was the second time staying at this property and would definitely stay again.

There was plenty of space in this apartment-like accommodation. It was great having a full kitchen with most of the things you need to cook. The bed was comfortable and the in-room jacuzzi was nice. I also felt secure and with underground parking I didn't worry about our car.

Entire inn set up - cozy mountain chalet. Enjoyed views from the room. Hot tub downstairs. Very quiet & private. Having breakfast delivered was great. Private jacuzzi in room.

The breakfast was wonderful. I liked the view from the balcony and the private tub. The room is a bit small but the Jacuzzi and fireplace made up for.

The condo unit was huge! It was perfect for our family of 5. The balconies were the perfect place to start and end each day. We loved the mountain views! The furniture in the condo and on the balcony is beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The place was just perfect for my 90 year old mom with its walk in shower. It was so comfortable. We loved the place and plan to come back. Check in instructions were so easy and precise. The views of the mountains from the balcony was just priceless!

The condo was pristine and comfortable. The office staff were wonderful when we informed them there was a paper wasp nest on our balcony and they had an exterminator taking care of it in less than 24 hours. The larger development is lovely, but there is ongoing construction all around and the view of trees and mountains we had will be gone in short order with another condo complex going up in front. If a view is important to you, get more information before booking a particular unit.

We really enjoyed staying at Spring Creek Vacations. It was easy check in and check out, there were so many walkable restaurants from our room. It was in a quiet area and everything was very clean. Only thing we didn't like was that our room was very dry.

This property is new, modern, well furnished, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the apartment stays quiet all night. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in. The in unit washer and dryer worked fine. We would love to return to this apartment.

we had a loft room with the Jacuzzi tub. Both were wonderful after the long drive and to have the separation if needed so people could sleep convenient to many restaurants bus stop nearby to go to Fairmont and the gondola.

Great location - very handy for local bus and ski shuttle, and a short walk into town. Lovely hot pool - like a huge jacuzzi.

Me and my boyfriend had a wonderful 2 night stay here. We upgraded to one of the corner loft suites and it was worth it! The private jacuzzi in the morning sun was chefs kiss. Beautiful views and close by to the shops and restaurants. Staff were all very friendly. The only thing to complain about was that our king size bed had a queen size mattress cover on. So the mattress kept getting exposed which was a little annoying. When they cleaned the room they put the same queen size cover on it. Other than that we had a wonderful experience and we would love to stay here again one day!

Great, well-located property with excellent restaurant and bar, and kind of odd "hot pool" instead of a jacuzzi. Nice because it was large, but absolutely overtaken with lotion/soap scum - combatted by eye-watering use of chlorine - INDOORS. Do not believe I received quoted $15 per day discount for Expedia. Housekeeping FAIL 4/18, 19 and 20 in that we only had two towel sets for three people AND they kept leaving the coffeemaker and cups dirty and not restocked. Finally, last night of the trip things were done correctly. Different crew?? Overall a nice stay, but could be improved upon with very little effort.

I was on a 18 day Rockies & Alaska Grand Discovery holiday with Titan Travel and stayed for three nights at the Caribou Lodge in Banff. I had a very comfortable room with seating area, tv, kettle,coffee maker,hairdryer,fridge,iron & ironing board,bedside clock,safe,all toiletries in the bathroom, shower over the bath, very good housekeeping, the staff all friendly and helpful, breakfast wasn’t included on this tour, each morning I enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the lovely restaurant and you paid when you finished or you could put it onto your room. The hotel is in an excellent location nice short walk to shops,bars,restaurants,supermarket, and everything you want to explore, Banff is a lovely resort town. We had a excellent tour manager Darren on this holiday he looked after us all and was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, our coach driver was Richard he drove us all around and got us to our destinations safely. We had excellent itinerary whilst in Banff, even lucky to see a brown bear very exciting and don’t forget to try the famous beavertail, on our free day ventured up on the gondola to sulphur mountain what spectacular views. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Caribou Lodge everything was perfect would definitely recommend this hotel it’s in a perfect location.

We didn’t come expecting much because we had seen a fair amount of negative reviews. Those reviews are completely unfounded!! A new family favorite and we plan to come back every year! This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, on par with all inclusive resorts in Mexico. Is it new…? No. And who cares! Personal Pet peeve when reviews complain that the property was dated. Honestly…do y’all renovate your houses every five years so you have the latest and greatest…? Hotel was clean and well kept. ‘Nuff said… Clean, comfortable beds with two bathrooms in our family suite! Lots of towels, pillows, toiletries, etc. Coffee and bottled water in the room. Great pool with fun water slide for the kids. (And parents!) Family favorite was the “tea and coffee bar” by the check in desk. Loads of herbal and regular teas and coffe and ice cold cream. Happy kids and mum with steaming tea cups after a long drive! Fantastic breakfast ($7) per person, not $18 like reviews said. Lots of good hot and cold food option. Even for gluten free families like ours. The reviews we had read had complained of train noise but in reality, it is no noisier than the cycling of a standard furnace in the night. Not an issue at all. Kitchenette was well equipped, fridge worked well. Even the sofa bed was comfortable. Blackout curtains kept out the light though the mountain view is so incredible that one doesn’t really want to have the windows shut.

Hotel reception and staff are genuine, welcoming, and service-oriented. Hotel room was clean, and well maintained. We had a king suite with a mini kitchen which was equipped with basic plates and cutlery - perfect for a stay with kids, 6 and 8. We appreciated the extras, like mouthwash, toothpaste, and heated floors in the bathroom. If you are a weighted blanket user, I would suggest asking for an extra blanket at reception before bed - we didn’t have any extra blankets stocked in our room and the duvets on our beds were quite light. Pool appears new/renovated, was clean and tidy (pool towels at the pool). The slide was a lovely addition, and the open showers/bathrooms right beside the pool were so convenient for the kids. Parking was right next to the hotel entrance, which was convenient, and with only 3 floors, the hotel was very easy to get around. We made good use of the free arcade games/foosball, and the ability to borrow a Nintendo Switch in our room. The next door buffet was ~$5 pp and had the basics. Very clean, spacious sitting area, and pleasant staff. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were all very friendly and so helpful with recommending must place eats and sites to visit on our vacation. Breakfast options were delicious, including bacon, eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, self made waffles, cereal, etc. it was only $7 a person making it very cheap. Gym, pool and hot tub were very clean and having a slide into the pool made for lots of fun. So many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend walking to drakes for some fun night life. All around great experience at Canmore inn and suites.

We rented the family suite - 2 king beds, a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchenette. It was perfect for 4 adults. Room was very spacious. It was very clean and well appointed. Our only concern was the bathtubs - there were no bars to hold onto, no bath mats, and the tub was very slick. Had to be very careful as we are all older ladies. They offer a breakfast buffet for $9 a person. Very much worth the price. The buffet was plentiful and had many choices.

Staff are very helpful attentive informative professional and knowledgeable. Hotel is located walking distance to good food! Hotel buffet breakfast is a great value and delicious. Our room was comfortable. Two thumbs up and 10 stars for Bianca and Teallea at the front desk they are the perfect stars to welcome guests!!!!
