The apartment is quite fresh and convenient. In our case we did have partial view of the sea from the balcony, which was great (we were on 3rd floor, some rooms on the lower floors might be lacking the view). The swimming pool is a great addition! Very clean and well taken care of, with great mountain view - when you are in the pool you do not feel that you are in a town. The staff is very friendly. Points to consider when choosing the property: if you come without a car and plan to walk to the beach, consider that the apartment is on a really steep hill. Going up it in the middle of the day when it's hot is quite a challenge.

Amazing property located just outside Budva - quiet, clean, and has a wonderful pool. Hosts were accommodating with check-in, be prepared to pay in cash upon arrival. Room was very large, clean, fully stocked kitchen and washing machine. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. This property is better accessed by car, it’s quite an uphill walk otherwise. There is no public transit nearby that we saw. There are a couple restaurants near by, as well as a small market stand. Many amazing beaches close by too.

Room was really clean, hotel was really clean and staff/management were really friendly and went out of their way to help us. Pool was always clean and quiet.

The apartment is very modern and spacious, the swimming pool is amazing, and the access to the beach is very easy, despite a short uphill walk.

The apartments were clean. Furniture was new and practical. The pool was exceptional. Beds were comfortable and the apartment was quite big. There is a small balcony as well. IKEA furniture and finishings.

We came by bus, and the hosts - Ivana and Veselin - let us know how to properly get to their location (the bus stop from Budva or Bar is a less than a 10 minute walk). We also came earlier than the check-in time is but Ivana didn't make us wait long - made us coffee, offered to take our bags while the room is being prepared. The room was great - spacious and clean, great balcony, bathroom was clean as well. We were provided cooking utensils, fridge, and a stove which we used, all works very well. There was a big bed and a full couch which allows for another person to stay there comfortably. Our room was on the fourth top floor, which can be a workout for some, we didn't have any problems though. On our last day there was a storm but the room was still warm, even though it was cold outside, which is great. There is a supermarket not far away, the beach and a spa across the street:) On Google Maps it looks like a long walk for a beach but in reality there's a new bridge that takes you straight to the beach in minutes, which is also a great upside for this location!

The owner was very helpful and nice. The apartment was clean, we got clean towels every day, which was a nice surprise. Beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment was cozy, there are bus stops, shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. The district was quiet.

Very clean and modern, comfortable bed, nice big shower, kitchenette is very nice. Balcony is amazing with a gorgeous view. AC unit in the living room and the bedroom. Tons of closet space and parking is free right by the building.

The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and 40 minutes walk from Budva. It's quiet at night. Parking is right below the balcony. There's a great view from the balcony. The shower is warm. The sofa and the bed are both comfortable. Friendly owners. I liked it, I stayed an extra night.

The apartment is excellent, very clean, modern and spacious. All facilities are there. The view is spectacular and if you smoke there is a nice balcony with chairs and a coffee table. Wifi ultra fast. We are sorry we could not stay longer, but this was how our trip was structured with another place each day

We all loved the hotel. The room was clean and roomy. Bathtub easily fitted our kids (7 & 9yr old) and they took good advantage of playing there after the day at the pool :) A separate shower was also excellent! Large balcony with a place to dry the swimsuits and have a nice drink before/after dinner. The deckchairs are plentiful and comfortable. Good choice of pools plus a direct access to the beach. The hotel is truly Splendid! :) The location is perfect, the facilities are extraordinary, the pools were amazing, the spa was fabulous! The stone sauna is a must-see! The bed was enormous and super comfy! The air conditioning works as a charm in the room. You just have to set the desired temperature and that's it. The bathroom is excellent, and the water pressure and temperature are exceptional, even when using both the bathtub and the shower simultaneously. There was plenty of live music daily, ranging from Brazilian and Latin to modern music, right in front of the main pool. Yes, and the Wi-Fi is just incredible, as it works across all the facilities of this enormous space! So kudos on this as well!

The hotel is excellent on almost every level. First and foremost, the rooms are great - spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with convenient and complimentary valet parking, and the breakfast is rich and satisfying. The staff is professional and welcoming. If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the signage and orientation in the large spa—which can be a bit confusing at first.

Great hill views from apartment, you can see a bit of sea as well , nice pool and gym. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Apartment was very good, lot of space for family of 6. 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets. Jacuzzi bath in one of bathrooms !

It was spotless clean! Exactly as advertised online, large, luxurious and overall beautiful! Great outdoor kitchen area. We loved that there was a garage for the car as well. Great views of the mountains and the sea and amazing pool area, perfect for snapping photos or enjoying coffee and a tan! Most importantly we loved our lovely, kind and friendly host!

We recently stayed at Montelux Apartments in Budva and had a mostly positive experience. From the moment we arrived earlier than expected, the hosts were incredibly accommodating. They welcomed us warmly, inviting us to wait until our apartment was ready and serving us coffee and cake, which was a lovely touch. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the air conditioning in both rooms, which was essential for the warm weather. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, making our stay very convenient. Another highlight was the pool, which provided a refreshing escape. Additionally, the internet connection was reliable and accessible throughout the premises, which was a significant plus for us. It's worth noting that if you're looking for accommodation close to the beach, Montelux Apartments might not be the best choice. The beach is quite a distance away, and the steep hill leading to the apartments can be challenging to climb, especially in the heat. Overall, Montelux Apartments offers a comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly hosts, though some improvements in cleaning and maintenance would enhance the experience.

The villa was lovely. It was a really good size, was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily and we had a lovely view from the balcony over the pool and the sea. The pool is really nice. There is a small bar with a selection of drinks, including coffee, and ice cream. If you want a serious swim the pool opens at 8 and the longest length is about 17 metres. The water is a nice temperature. The apartment is close to the beach where there are many restaurants. It cost 15 Euros for 2 beds and an umbrella on most beaches. The best restaurants we found were Appetit and Tririvara, near the beach. Just up the road behind the apartments is a lovely restaurant called The Two Captains which serves the best breakfast ever! Travelling anywhere by road takes a while as traffic is heavy but you can walk to Budva one way (just under 3 miles each way) and, in the other direction to Sveti Stefan. There is a regular bus to Budva too. This area was more expensive than we thought it would be. Eating out was about the same cost as home (Staffordshire, UK). Nice, friendly people everywhere and the staff at the apartments looked after us well.

We stayed in the room with a balcony and view of the sea, and it did not disappoint! The room itself was really comfy and a good size. And the view to the water was stunning! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The location was just a short walk from Becici beach, which has a great variety of beach bars and restaurants.

Firstly the host Kate was so helpful and polite throughout our stay which made us feel very welcome :) Amazing spacious apartment with sea views! The pool was just perfect! Lots of sun beds! The beach/shops/restaurants only 5 minutes away, the bed was very comfortable aswell as the furniture in the apartment it felt like home! We will definitely be back soon!

The accomodation is just like the photos. The rooms are spacious and clean. The villa is just over the road of the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing.

The evening meal was excellent but not hot as it was on the buffet and the heaters were inadequate. In this standard of hotel I would expect coffee facilities in the room. But the staff were wonderful, the room was lovely. Shame the jacuzzi was not working presumably because it was not in season

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable — with all the amenities you could ask for, including fast Wi-Fi, a cozy bed, and a beautifully designed bathroom. The location was perfect — conveniently close to major attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing night’s sleep. The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a variety of options, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning.

We were upgraded and given a room with a side sea view. The hotel is very modern, nice and the rooms are clean. Daily cleaning, towels every day. 1 bottle of wine was waiting for us as a gift. Hotel with private beach, sun beds, beach towels included in the price. The beach is perfectly reasonably priced food and drinks. We had half board, had a beautiful view from the terrace during breakfast. The choice of food was fantastic, varied and everything was very tasty. All the staff were very kind. Perfect choice in Budva.

Great location with a beautiful private beach, not too far from Old City and far enough for tranquility. Loved the breakfast and also the outdoor restaurant El Gusto with great salads, burgers and pizzas and great view of the beach. Parking lot at the premises very convenient. Room was beautiful, beds and pillows super comfy and modern bathroom (we stayed at the new building). Poolside also very nice and comfy, spa, sports classes, a cute beauty parlor. Loved this hotel.

Amazing hotel located at the Becici beach near Budva. A very nice terrasse in the dining area which is very recommended for breakfast and dinner. Dinner is very good and has live music every night. The staff was amazing and very helpful which I appreciate a lot. Beach area was open until 20.00 which was great as the sunset was after 19.00. There are many cafes and shops near hotel. Very recommended for booking.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at this property. Our room had a lovely garden view, and the property itself offers a beautiful sea view, especially from the restaurant terrace, which made dining there a special experience. The food was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to choose from. The beach was clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing during the day. The guests were just the right type-mostly families and calm, tasteful people-which created a very pleasant atmosphere. The entertainment was a real highlight. Every night there was something different: from talented solo musicians putting on wonderful shows to fun performances for kids. It added a lively yet relaxed charm to the evenings. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the beautiful garden where birds sang all day long, it felt peaceful and refreshing. Overall, this is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy both nature and great hospitality. I would definitely recommend it and hope to come back!

This was our second time in this hotel where we were in 2014 last time. We once again had an amazing all-inclusive which was delicious and there was a wide range of qualitative food to choose from daily. Also drinks were included from the bar with nice Mohitos and coffees for example. The view from the hotel is one of the best ones we have ever had to the sea and mountains. The poolarea was beautiful and we also played tennis and made long walks to Budva and to the other direction as well. The beach had perfect clean water to swim in. We were lucky to get our hotelroom upgraded from seaview to superior seaview. The room was very quiet and had a huge balcony and a comfortable bed. We so much appreciated this upgrading and want to thank you again for making our holiday just perfect! 💖

Excelent relaxing holiday in this beautifull resort so close to beach, with very nice vegetation (kept very well on high temperatures). We had a nice room in Block A, clean and comfortable. People who work there were very friendly, helpfull and efficient - receptionists, cleaning staff, waiters...Since people are most important, regards to receptionists Ksenija and Andrea, we communicated with them the most (and we had a lot of questions, requests for taxi... 🙂). Also for Teodora, who is very pleasent and hard working young member of cleaning staff, everything was just great. The best surprise was restaurant with great choice of tasty food every day. Very tasteful fresh fruit and vegetables also show they take care of suppliers. My best friend is vegan and she also had a choice of food, but their head chef Miodrag provided her more - fried tofu, vegan pizza...He has a lot of responsabilities and some awords but still has personal friendly approach to a single guest, which is not that usual. Thank you mr Miodrag and best regards from us, just keep up that way. Hope to come again 😊

Stuff!! They were always smiling and trying to be helpful in any way they can! They upgraded our room and the receptionist who checked us in was very polite and friendly. I don’t know his name but blonde waiter with the blue eyes in the pool bar created a cocktail only for us!! We were there for honeymoon and it was an amazing experience for us thank you all the stuff. I can not finish without mentioning Spa center. Massage and Turkish hamam was beyond amazing. Latif bey from spa reception was very nice and helpful.

Our second visit to this beautiful beachfront Hotel. Set in well maintained gardens. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, good choice of swimming pools. Fresh and varied food choices , excellent all inclusive drinks options. Wonderful staff and a warm welcome, especially from Can and all of the bar staff around the pool and beach bars 🍸 😀. A clean, modern place just across the street from the beach. The bathroom is very spacious and new. The building has an elevator and the other guests were quiet and peaceful.The host is polite, kind and helpful. Incredible view and a romantic balcony to look at the sky from. The price seemed to good to be true, but the place exceeded all of my expectations.

The best location, very close to the beach, there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel, nice promenade street right opposite the hotel whole city which leads to blitheful beach out of the city which all necessary stuff for comfortable swimming. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location near the sea was amazing, and the view was breathtaking. The swimming pool was a perfect bonus, clean, well-maintained, and great for relaxing after the beach.

We booked 2-rooms apartament (2adults and 2teenagers). The staff is very friendly, especially Dymitr who explained everything, gave us some tips and information about the neighbourhood. We had an apartament on the 2nd floor with a great view on the sea and the terrace was quite big. The apartament is spacious and clean with air conditioning and a small bathroom. There is a large wardrobe with a safe. Every room has an own wi-fi and the quality of the Internet was quite good. Nice and clean swimming pool. During check-in, you can pay by card for the whole stay, including local tax. Deposit is made by cash and the money is returned after check-out. The apartament is located around 10minutes from the beach, there is a shop nearby and a small grill-bar. Before our stay I booked a parking place for rented car. There is a public parking near Mila, however it was always full of cars. BUT: the parking in garage can be quite hard for bigger cars! The price is suitable for what you get! I highly recommend Mila!

The communication with Illia was very quick and smooth. He was very helpful in organizing a transfer to Podgorica for us and giving us tips for our stay. The apartment was very clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment is not too far up the hill, so you can very quickly get to the beach while still being in a very calm neighborhood. The kitchen had the basics for making simple and quick meals. The pool was a nice bonus.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the location was perfect, the beach less than 10 minute walk and many super markets near by. The apartment was tidy and beautiful views from the balcony. I warmly recommend this place to stay for a couple, friends or family.

Pool was amazing - large and clean, with areas of shallower water which was nice for adults and kids. View from the room of the beach and water was beautiful. The room was comfortable and set up well for a family. Kitchenette was good, well equipped, and exactly what we expected. Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Jasna was super helpful and made sure we had a good stay - gave good advice about where to go and how to get around. Reception and cleaning staff were attentive and took care of anything we asked. Would happily recommend for families visiting Budva.

The proximity of the beach was convenient, the views were exceptional. The apartment was clean and spacious and everything had been considered for self service. Attention to detail meant there was even some laundry and dishwasher soap provided. Reception staff were friendly and helpful for local directions. We went in late Oct so the tourist activities were closed for winter but that fit into my plans for a quiet break.

The room is spacious with all the amenities one needs for a short holiday stay. The bed was a super comfortable king size and the bed linen and towels were of good quality. Same for the cot provided for our child - it's a proper cot with adapted bed linen - it was very much appreciated. The terrace with the pool/sea view is a big plus (for the rooms that have it) and we loved the pool which is right underneath the rooms, easy to reach and clean. It's perfect for both adults and kids and was probably one of the reasons we chose the Belvedere residence. The little coffee shop/bar is very valuable considering there is not much around the appart hotel catering wise - a shame there is no food options served on the premises. The personnel is very kind and available and overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Our apartment was spotless. Everything was very clean and tidy and in good condition. we arrived early and the apartment was ready without us even asking. Transfers were arranged and were on time and as requested. apartment was very big and spacious. Pool again very clean and well looked after. Very chilled around the pool. always got a sunbed. Great view. little bit of a walk to the beach but we were ok with that and got used to the walk. Budva centre was further than we thought and was 15-25 Euros. But overall location was good as we did lots of different things and explored the whole area. You could walk to the beach and get a boat trip along the coast and to Hawaii Island.

It was great experience that staying in there while exploring a new country for us. All stuff were very friendly. Also thanks to Mr. Ivan for finding us a taxi to Tiran. They will always help you if you need anyting while you stay there. And they clean and change the shovels eveyday and its perfect. There is a bridge between beach and the hotel it makes so easy to pass to the beach. Breakfast also was very nice and change something everyday. Our room was with the sea view and very nice.

Extremely friendly staff, spotlessly clean room, food to be commended, very varied, friendly staff at the pools, aquapark, beach and the perfect restaurant Azzurro which has the most delicious food, perfect cakes and coffee to start the day with. Because of all this, Hotel Mediteran is my and my family's first choice for holidays.

Mediteran Hotel & Resort is an amazing accommodation to stay. If you are a hotel guest, you are granted free access to their great water park which is in behind, between the hotel and the street. Also sun beds an umbrella at the “Azzuro Restaurant and Beach Bar” down on the beach are included and free of additional charge. Gym and Spa also available on additional charge. The room I was assigned was without sea view (-> water park view) and without balcony however, but was absolutely clean and very modern so in the end I was fine with it.

Perfect stay in Budva region. In my opinion Becici is much better than Budva itself. A bit more quiet with less crowd, very good restaurant, cleaner beach, but still a walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel has very good standard as per Balkan POV. Those are not the same 4* as in western Europe, Dubai or even Turkey, but still really good overall. Very good prices in the bars and restaurants. Perfect breakfast with a wide choice of meals. Own beach with amenities for guests. Grocery shops nearby.

Welcoming staff. Due to our early flight arrival they kindly accommodated us and checked us in earlier than scheduled. The hotel made a wonderful gift – they allowed us to have dinner at the buffet completely free of charge (even though we had only paid for breakfast). Great water park with large swimming pool. Perfect for a holiday with a child! Excellent private beach. Restaurants both on the hotel grounds and on the beach serve tasty food and prepare it fairly quickly despite the large number of guests.

I was really impressed with the interior of the hotel. It had this luxurious, but at the same time modest feeling, which is something I really like. The room was reely nice and stylish, comfortable bed, beautiful bed head and lights - minimalistic but very sleek. Spa & wellness offers you an inside (as well as the outside) pool, different kinds of saunas (finish sauna, infrared sauna, honey sauna (which was unfortunately closed), a relax room with a lounger, which was made from heated stones and was super relaxing, different massages for extra price (varying from 35 to 60 euro) and a gym. The set of toiletries, offered in a room, had a very nice smell, it felt like a quite good cosmetics brand. It didn't dry out my skin as other hotel toiletries usually do:) Another thing, which exceeded my expectation is breakfast. Buffet had such a rich variety of everything you could want to have for breakfast: different variations of eggs (scrambled, boiled, fried, an omelette), huge variety of cheese, meets and ham, sausages, fresh and grilled vegetables, lots of fruit, variety of pastries, little sweet desserts and baked goods and so so so much more! A huge praise for the stuff, who takes care of it!
