Delightful quirky hotel with spa and relaxing pool area with jacuzzi areas , and a large “glasshouse “ for outdoor relaxing regardless of weather. . Very nice food and comfortable beds. The site has a lot of short flights of steps, which wouldn’t be ideal for people who struggle with stairs, otherwise the place is very attractive and welcoming

Fantastic get away! Everything is perfect. The room was amazing with great decoration, Bluetooth speaker/ contactless charging/ comfortable bed. The room was immaculately clean. The Spa facilities are really good and immaculately clean. Although the hotel was very busy, the Spa area’s remained quiet. We got to experience all areas with ease. The food is delicious, with great choices. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful (this always makes such a difference). We had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Took my wife to the Rabbit Hotel Retreat for her birthday. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and asked was there any special occasion? By the time we got to our room, there was a birthday card and bar of chocolate from 'Florence,' the hotel pet dog waiting for us. Our evening meal was absolutely delicious and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The chef wrote Happy Birthday on my wife's dessert plate in melted chocolate. Two very nice gestures and well received. The breakfast was equally appetising and service with a smile throughout. We availed of the clay ritual in a private steam room overlooking the lake, and afterwards in the beautiful outdoor spa pool as part of our stay. Checking out was very efficient and friendly with no unexpected extras added to the bill. We'll definitely be back for a second helping.

My wife and I stayed at The Rabbit Hotel for our anniversary, and it was a truly memorable experience. The spa facilities were absolutely fantastic – despite the hotel being fully booked, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. A real highlight was being able to order drinks straight to the hot tub via the QR code, which added a fun and relaxing touch. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, with a great atmosphere to match. The rooms are comfortable, stylish, and quirky, with the added bonus of easy access to the spa. Overall, The Rabbit Hotel is the perfect mix of relaxation, great food, and unique character. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate our anniversary and will definitely be back.

Mum & I had the most wonderful relaxing time at the retreat. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless, so beautiful & equipped with everything you really need, the bed was unreal, I had the best sleep. We had dinner in the bar & breakfast next morning both were delicious and good menu of choice. We could not fault any of it. Definitely recommend, you gotta give it a go!!

This was our first time staying in an accomodation where the host was living in the house too, but Adrian was very welcoming and it was a pleasure getting to know him. His house was very spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi.

Had a lovely, comfortable stay at Esterville apartments, we had our own private entrance to the property, choice of booking hot tub during your stay but would definitely recommend, was very clean and already heated for us arriving, the apartment was immaculate and clean, we were up 3 small flights of stairs but ground floor is also available, as soon as we walked in it was like home from home all the little touches, and attention to detail made it very comfortable for me, my partner & our 2 children. The beds were very comfortable and all kitchen appliances, iron & washer/dryer came in very handy over our stay with having the kids. We were even able to leave our bags and picked them up before our ferry which ended up being later than expected. But was a lovely gesture letting us check out later than stated. The host was very hospitable throughout our stay :) safe to say we will be booking again when we go to the next event at the SSE Arena. My stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-equipped kitchen. Another major plus was the convenient parking place. It made my stay so much easier, knowing that I had a spot for my car. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. The combination of a well-equipped kitchen and a dedicated parking place made my trip truly enjoyable. I will definitely be booking this apartment again in the future!

The location is great,just 30 min walk from the town centre. Beautiful spacious apartment, with two comfortable double beds. Fully equipped kitchen, working TV, toiletries.clean bedding and towels. There is nothing to complain about,the owner was very thoughtful about small details, which made our stay very comfortable :-) Clear check-in instructions and easy check out,with a quick response when needed. Thank you very much for having us and making our holidays even more ideal 😀

Amanda, on check-in, was so friendly and helpful. She was chatty and professional and just gave us good vibes from the minute we met her. She couldn't do more for us in relation to recommending taxi numbers, restaurants and shops. The apartment itself was immaculately clean. It has a tasteful and stylish decor, the bed was super comfy, it felt like luxury. The kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to cook. The location of apartments is so central to the shops and restaurants and that we ate out. Not our first time staying belfast, but definitely won't be our last. Can't see myself booking anywhere else when we go back again.

From the outset this is an exceptional property located in the heart of Belfast city. The apartments are modern, clean with the highest attention to detail in furnishings. Staying at Wilton House feels very luxurious. The open planned kitchen and living room area is spacious, the shower is high pressured and the bedroom will provide a great night sleep. We met Mel who gave us the keys to the apartment and provided a number of suggestions of places to go for food and drink. On arrival some treats were provided. This place is ideal for nights away but also when wanting to work away from home. Excellent Wifi, Induction Hobs and a High spec coffee machine are present in this apartment.

I stayed with my husband at Wilton House over the weekend. We were very pleased about the apartment. It was spacious with high quality furniture , great design and decoration, flooded with natural light, very comfortable bed , we found everything what we needed in the kitchen, complementary tea bags and coffee capsules for the espresso machine, the owner greeted us with biscuits and crisps. It was very welcoming! The staff ist amazing. Very kind and helpful. We could leave our luggage in safe storage after we checked out. We highly recommend the hotel and will definitely come back!!

This apartment is exceptional. Beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. Visited on a cold and rainy March weekend and the place was really warm and cosy. Location is excellent - multistorey car park just around the corner, and we found lots of good bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Our host Mel was really friendly and helpful and check in was quick and seamless. Would recommend!

Apartment was amazing. Exceeded my expectations. It was clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well equipped with an oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, large fridge and freezer. There's tea and coffee provided. Bed was very comfortable! Location is perfect in the centre, close to Grand central station

from the moment we arrived,Lorraine who was looking after the property for the owners couldn’t have done more to make us comfortable and assist my friend and I.There was plenty of parking for our hire car.The house was so welcoming,clean and comfortable.we loved the breakfast provided ,and the dining area looking at the cows and rabbits .Everthing was delicious and Lorraine had remembered our names and our little quirks at breakfast.She was quick to offer us advice on the area and public transport.We are older ladies and felt we were treated exceptionally well.sometimes too tired to go out again for a meal she would heat something purchased up for us.We are happy we based ourselves at Keef Halla even though we were touring north and had great access to the motorway.Laundry was even offered.All staff were cheery,friendly and eager to please.We had been travelling Ireland for a month and without a doubt this was the loveliest place to stay,and the warm Irish hospitality was a real treat.Would love to have stayed longer.What lovely memories these older Aussie ladies have of our stay.

This place is exceptional, Charles couldn't have been any more helpful if he'd tried. The breakfast before our flight was divine and the rooms so luxurious. The shower was powerful and refreshing and the place was spotless. So conveniently located for Belfast International airport. The room we had was enormous the beds very comfy and the bedding of luxurious quality. Including travel esssentuial in the bathroom and water. Would definitely recommend. My friend and I were working so it was a very short trip, representing excellent value for money and far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return. Thank you !!

It is hard to find the right words to describe my impression of this guesthouse, which in every respect exceeded my expectations. The location is very convenient - close to the airport, yet pleasantly set a little apart by the main road. The property is maintained in excellent condition, with spotless rooms and a recent renovation. The rooms are spacious, with large, comfortable beds. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The selection is truly impressive - toast, muesli, yoghurts, fruit, as well as a full traditional hot breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausages, and beans. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and genuinely kind

Bedroom is spacious and comfortable, kept very clean along with the bathroom, room replenished with a fresh bottle of water, tea, coffee & biscuits every day. Breakfast consisted of a small buffet table of cereals, fruit and yogurts before the hosts took cooked breakfast orders. Plenty of parking. We experienced air traffic issues on departure day and our flight got cancelled, but the lovely hosts here invited us back for another night and even provided us with transport from & back to the airport. Nothing bad to say at all!

the hotel was lovely ,staff very friendly , the room was beautiful everything you need and very clean and comfortable. the lounge was lovely decoration on point very comfy and relaxing . The owner even gave us a lift to airport as it was very early morning , Breakfast was amazing all the usual plus a lovely ulster breakfast set us up for the day Would highly reccomend staying here you wont regret it and very reasonably priced . we would def stay again

The Tara Lodge is a gem of a hotel ,approx 10min walk from main train station situated in a quiet location though with in easy walking distance to bars and restaurants and city centre. The hotel was immaculately maintained ,room comfortable with great amenities, little extras like small fridge ,tea, and coffee provided with biscuits . Shower gel and shampoo available ,shower fabulous overall room comfortable with great amenities. Staff are very professional and greated you with a smile nothing was too much they were all very helpful .Breakfast was complimentary, and a great choice loved the full breakfast, which was beautifully served ,coffee good to, would recommend this hotel .

We walked down the street to the Botanical Gardens and through Queens University campus. Pleasant walk, lots of students around but it was a quiet neighbourhood. We were able to park at the hotel so that was convenient. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and happy to recommend local attractions and give directions. We also were able to borrow hotel umbrellas for our walkabout. Breakfast was great - lots to choose from on the menu (the power porridge was amazing) and serving staff were great. We were tired after travelling up from Dublin and doing touring at Tara and the Titanic Experience so our dinner just needed to be simple, so we chose to pick up subs at Subway down the street but we also stopped for tea at the Caffe Nero which was nice too. Had a good sleep and we headed up the Coastal highway towards the north (recommend!) the next morning. We would stay at the Tara Lodge again.

Tara Lodge was truly a home away from home. When we booked this hotel that included breakfast we had no idea how fabulous breakfast would be. We expected the standard buffet not a customized order to your preference cooked and served meal. The servers went all out to ensure that each day began with anything your heart desired for breakfast. The hotel is clean, well maintained and extremely comfortable. We were greeted each time we entered and left. Everyone at the front desk was so friendly and helpful in pointing out places to visit and eat. I easily rate this hotel 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Belfast!

The room was well appointed with some nice touches. Comfy bed, lots of plugs including direct input USB options, robes, coffee machine etc. The bathroom was fine, again lots of free toiletries and kits like a travel toothbrush. The fresh milk in the fridge for teas and coffees is a great touch too. Free wifi worked fine. The cooked breakfast options are superb and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Lots of shops, bars, and restaurants close by.

Fantastic hotel which was perfect for our first time visit to Belfast. Not a far walk to city centre if you are walking but also near public transport bus stop and hop on/ off bus tour stop. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Hotel was immaculately clean. Rooms spacious and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast food was delicious and a great sized portion! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great value!

I can definitely tell why this is a 5 Star Hotel. Everything was stunning- and it shows in the price. Rooftop jacuzzi was amazing, restaurant gorgeous, and the bed and pillow were to die for. They have any amenity or service you could think of! It was a splurge but worth it, except for breakfast. Super overpriced for something you could get anywhere else for half the price.

What can i say beautiful hotel was here for a 2 night stay, had previously stayed at this hotel couple of years ago. On arrival to our room it was cold, no heating on! Since our last stay could see 'cut backs' bathroom towels worn, robes very worn and certainly not soft & fluffy, very hard and worn, not what i expect in a 5* hotel. No fridge in room, would be nice to have cool water on hand and not luke warm! Dinner and service in Berts Jazz bar was brilliant. We were not able to get a seat in the Cocktail Bar either of our 2 nights stay, roof top Jacuzzi was always busy so never got to use it, when i stayed couple of years ago it was the same, i never got to sit in Cocktail Bar or use the Jacuzzi so very disappointing . Breakfast as always was fantastic from start to finish, from quality of food to the excellent service/staff. The whole ambience of The Merchant is just great.

Gorgeous historic bank building converted into an amazing hotel! Upon arrival we were notified we had been upgraded to a suite. Doorman called one of the best black taxi drivers for us to arrange a tour the same day. Beautiful bar with huge cocktail menu and one of the best meals of our whole trip to Ireland at the Cloth Ear Pub! There is a gorgeous jacuzzi on the roof with a view of the clocktower as well as a beautiful sauna with city views and a fabulous aromatherapy steam room. The Seamus Heaney suite was luxurious and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Fabulous, friendly staff at every turn and a delicious breakfast included in the beautiful Great Room. We had not finished the room service champagne we ordered the previous night and the restaurant staff was happy to use the remainder to make us mimosas with breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, couldn’t fault the decor or condition of the room. It really was 5 star luxury! The hotel has a prime location within the heart of Belfast, lots of shops, bars, restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in July, as the covid 19 lockdown was starting to ease off. The hotel has taken care of social distancing well, they have screens at reception and there was a sticker sealing our bedroom door to say the room had been sanitised which gave me confidence. There were also lots of hand sanitiser stations around the hotel. Unfortunately the hydrotherapy spa was closed when we stayed there which we were disappointed with but we can see why this is necessary. Staff at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming and we could not fault the service we received. We ate our evening meal in the bar ‘the cloth ear’. The food was very tasty, I would highly recommend if you are looking for a casual dinner during your stay. We had drinks in the cocktail bar, very pricey but a great experience all round. The cocktail bar is very plush and luxurious and the service was excellent. Breakfast was good, again 5 star service and beautiful breakfast menu. I had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs which was to die for. I am looking forward to return to this hotel and hopefully the spa will be open!

Pretty much everything! When we arrived a staff member found out it was our anniversary which then lead to our room being upgraded to a suite, complementary prosecco and a late checkout added. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms and facilities and added extras in the room (coffee machine, robes etc) really add to the luxury feel of your stay! The bed was so comfortable, and the shower was amazing. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options from cooked breakfasts to continental selection. Tea/coffee is brought to your room every morning before breakfast which is a lovely touch. We also had dinner in the restaurant which didn't disappoint, we both loved what we ordered, and will definitely return. If you're wanting to celebrate something special, or just want to feel really looked after, I would definitely recommend a stay here. The prices reflect the experience, and we will definitely come back.

This is the most beautiful, serene and welcoming venue I have been to in a long time. My son's wedding was held here recently and the entire experience was second to none! We spent the night before and the night of the wedding here, and from check in to check out it was simply superb! The staff were amazing. Maggie the Receptionist was wonderful and remembered our names throughout our stay. It's the little touches that count! The food was beautiful at breakfast and dinner in the lovely restaurant. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. I had a suite which was really spacious and worth the extra few pounds. The wedding itself was a dream from start to finish. The surroundings were exceptional, the food was first class and the staff were fantastic. The Chef had specially made the most delicious gluten free wheaten bread and a member of staff even arranged some for me to take home. A huge thank you to each and every member of staff that made our stay and the wedding so incredibly memorable.

Stayed with my wife for a family wedding on the 10th April 2025. What can I say about this hotel [ Amazing] Check in was at 3pm and was seamless from the young lady who checked us in. All information provided upon check in ie breakfast times which are booked in slots ahead of time. Freshly squeezed orange sent to room next morning as we had booked the luxury loft room which was absolutely stunning. Bathrobes provided and a free safe 2 bottles of water and small selection of fruit. Big comfortable bed 🛌 😴 Wedding was amazing food was outstanding and staff serving food and drinks at bar we're very professional and extremely pleasant. Breakfast next morning at our preselected time of 9am was beautiful. Continental selection to chose from of croissants toast cereal yogurt jam etc. Hot food was an irish fry which was served hot and it was definitely quality over quantity 👌 😋 thick sausage bacon black pudding with mushrooms egg of your choice soda and potato bread [ home made] all delicious 😋 I would definitely return and would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful hotel and it's stunning grounds and amenities 10/10

A very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities in my spacious and comfortable room. I liked the coffee machine. The iron and ironing board were useful too. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast included was very tasty. There is a nice bar and function area downstairs. I was there for my aunt's 90th birthday meal, held there, which was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The apartment was beautiful. It was very big and spacious. Two large bedrooms with ensuites. Well equipped kitchen/dining/sitting area. Outside balcony. Apartment was very modern and tastefully decorated. The owner left a welcome basket with mini Prosecco and snacks. Apartment was very clean. It was a very comfortable and luxurious apartment. It was in a good central location, close to train station, bars, restaurants and shops. The host checked in with us by text to see if everything was OK.

This is a modern apartment with hip decor. THE ROOMS: Very clean. One room has an ensuite bathroom. There is a second bathroom in the hallway, just a few steps away from the bedrooms. KITCHEN: Nice kitchen with utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc. I did find it necessary to give the dishes a good pre-cleaning, as it seemed like the previous guests were not always thorough. BATHROOM: The hallway bathroom was spacious and clean. I did not use the other bathroom. THE HOST: Very helpful and sent clear instructions for our self check-in, which was easy. I never met the host, but they were always responsive and helpful via the Booking app. LOCATION: Botanic Ave is a great location with tons of different restaurants. The streets were busy in the evenings, but it was never loud in the apartment. (The windows are high quality.) This apartment is an easy walk to all the attractions. Other reviewers mentioned having to walk up several flights of stairs, but I do not share that critique. Our apartment was on the first floor, (one floor above ground level). The single flight of stairs was not bad at all-- our traveling companions, aged 60-70 years, said they were find.

Exceptional stay! Location was perfect 2 minute walk from Empire Hall in a beautifull safe area of the city close to bus and train links.The accomodation was super comfortable and very clean ensuite, superb shower and seperate bath and decorated to a stunning and high standard. I will defenetly book again and have recommended to friends and family.Thankyou Luxury Belfast 10/10.

The flat is in a great location - really easy to get into the centre for places like St George's Market and for a further short bus ride to the Titanic Experience, as well as being an easy walk to the beautiful Botanic Gardens from the apartment. We had a lovely walk from the apartment past the university buildings to the Botanic Gardens and then on down to the river. There is a small supermarket a few doors down, which was useful for breakfast supplies and wine and we would definitely recommend the bar across the road in the House Belfast hotel (with the stripey awning) for cocktails followed by a delicious and generously-portioned Italian meal in Scalini's right opposite the apartment. The apartment itself is fantastic - very clean, beautiful furnishings, comfy beds and lots of space. It's nice having that space to relax rather than being in a hotel and we appreciated the lovely hot power showers in the main bathroom and ensuite. We were only staying a couple of nights but would definitely have used the washing machine and oven if we were staying longer and wanting to cater for ourselves. Overall, a brilliant value apartment that we will definitely recommend to others wanting to stay in Belfast in comfort without paying through the nose for a hotel room.

The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, had shower gel, shampoo etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. The attention to the detail was exceptional. There were fans available in each room, which we used due to the unnaturally warm weather. The location was ideal and considering the central location, there was very little noise from the street. Parking was free on the street, which was an added bonus. Communication with the host was excellent.

The property is spacious, cosy,clean and has everything you need. Kitchen / lounge: Has hob, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine. No need to bring anything as everything is provided. Nice touch with snacks, tea, coffee, sugar. Even sweets on the pillows! The heating works perfectly. Tv has Netflix so bonus! Bedrooms:Beds were comfortable. Ample room in bedroom. Hairdryer, snuggle blanket, drawers and hanging rail. All very positive. Bathroom:Clean with toilet, basin, bath and shower. Even toiletries provided. Thank you. Only downside is a temperamental shower but not a huge problem. Location:15 minute easy walk to city centre. Couple of local supermarkets. Bus route if needed. We had the top apartment so no issues with noise. Host Barry is just the best. Always replied to messages immediately. My daughter and I had a lovely stay, and would return again. Thank you.

I had a brilliant weekend staying at the Garden Rooftop Apartment in Belfast. From start to finish, communication with the owner was excellent – clear, friendly, and very helpful, which made everything so easy. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully kept. The bedrooms were perfect for a great night’s sleep – the beds were unbelievably comfortable. Everything felt welcoming and well thought out, which made the stay really relaxing. The location was ideal for enjoying Belfast, and the rooftop garden was such a lovely touch to unwind after a day out exploring. I honestly couldn’t recommend this property highly enough. It made an already amazing weekend even more special, and I’ll definitely be back!

Bright spacious modern apartment, has everything you need. Perfect place to stay for work. Situated on busy Antrim road and close to main motorway but the apartment was lovely and quiet even at peak times. Easy parking on street. Well stocked Spar shop downstairs. Barry and his wife (owners)couldn’t have been anymore helpful and friendly. Lovely extra touches like breakfast selection, bread, butter, milk, tea ,coffee all supplied and chocolates on the pillows made all the difference. 😁

It was fabulous apartment with everything you could possibly need, had really peaceful sleep comfy beds. Beautiful balcony to enjoy wee cocktail or two 😉 great location quiet and bus stop outside.. The apartment was very well laid out with very nice extra considerations like welcome foods etc. Literally into the rooftops of Belfast you can see one of the giant cranes from the back bedroom. Wifi and TV excellent and not far from the city which has plenty of attractions and things to do. Location is hit and miss but don't be fooled by the exterior, the apartment is clean, secure and fresh. Not far along the same road but away from the shops and built up area is Belfast Castle with a scenic building, gardens, view of the city, buzzing coffee shop and a good 7km walk around the grounds. Belfast zoo is a bit further up the road. Be prepared for a hike and a bit run down but patronage allows them to continue within a conservation of endangered species. Worth the uphill hike to the coffee shop with outstanding views ofvthe City. Easy check in and self check out. All very secure and quite house.

Beautiful and modern hotel in the centre of Belfast. Huge bar area, with live music. Modern or even artistic style staircase to be found by reception. The room itself was stunning, amazing bed and linens, gorgeous shower and bathroom…..tiny little kitchen but adequate. Had to go and get your own milk from the bar which was strange. Breakfast was divine, plenty of English breakfast type food and little fresh pastries and homemade granola. Couldn’t fault the place!

Stayed here before so decided to pop in on the Thursday for the live music. The staff were all very welcoming and attentive as they were the last time. Comfortable family room with kitchenette. Quiet - couldn’t hear any traffic at all. Lots of storage. Lovely bathroom with nice toiletries. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food in Winnie’s for breakfast was tasty. Only muffle was there little for son with lots of allergies but supermarkets and good restaurants close by. In the centre of town and all places walkable.

Was down in Belfast to see Only fool and horses in the Grand Opera House. So booked Room2 with my wife to save having to drive home late. This wee place was amazing. Staff were lovely and room was amazing. Fresh and clean. Stayed Bed with breakfast. Breakfast was really nice. Hot and cold provided. Had my usual fry type breakfast and my wife had their Home Made Granola with croissants. She was well pleased. Cleanliness and decor throughout hotel was lovely. Keycard entry to room which u also use for lift. We were on the 8th floor. Lovely view of Belfast. If my wife and I are ever in Grand Opera House again. We will definitely stay here again. Well done to staff for making our stay so positive

It is a superb hotel, fabulously decorated, perfectly relaxing, with a great ethos and vibe. The staff are welcoming and helpful; even bleary-eyed travellers arriving way too early in the morning were greeted with warmth - bags were kept safe while we went away to explore. The location is excellent, very central. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit over the four days we were there. We were even able to pick up a bus just around the corner when we left to collect our hire car from the George Best City Airport. We enjoyed spending time in the lounge and bar areas, listening to local musicians, having a relaxing drink, but it was also nice to have the small kitchen area in our room for times when we just wanted to put our feet up and read for an hour or two. I will recommend Room2 Belfast Hometel to anyone I know who is visiting the city. And we hope to return too.

From the moment we checked in the service was excellent. Our bags where taken to our room. The room was was very clean and decorated really well with some nice touches, the water the selection of teas and coffee plus mini bar. We dined in the restaurant the food was amazing and so was the service. After dinner we went to the bar located beside the reception. It had a great quiet vibe to it which we loved. The service in the bar was exceptional and so was the dirty martinis that my partner was drinking. The lead bar man went above and beyond for everyone. We were to go out for a few drinks to other places, however we stayed the rest of the evening at the hotel bar it was that good. When we returned to our rooms the beds were turned down, with robes on top of the bed with a chocolate for both of us. Bed and pillows amazing. Breakfast was top notch again with great service. We highly recommend the Fitzwilliam to everyone. we will definitely be returning.

I recently stayed at the Fitzwilliam Hotel in Belfast while on a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. My room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable king-size bed and a luxurious bathroom featuring both a separate bathtub and shower. The service throughout my stay was wonderful — friendly, attentive, and professional. Breakfast was another highlight: the buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and it was great to be able to order additional hot dishes from the menu. The hotel itself is elegant and ideally located right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the main attractions. I highly recommend the Fitzwilliam Hotel for both business and leisure stays — and I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were going to see a show in the opera house and decided to stay here for the night for the convenience as it's just next door. Firstly we got an upgrade. The room was high up and really lovely. Very clean and plenty of light, nice view of the city. We had a cocktail to start our evening and it was well made. We didn't stay for dinner. But after our show we came back for another cocktail before bed. It was lovely to go back to our room to a turn down and a couple of chocolates. We both had a great sleep, one of the best. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Husband had the fry, i had my favourite of eggs benedict. Both very much enjoyed. All in all we had a really great night. Between the show and a lovely stay. We're now ruined and will be doing this again. And i almost forgot to mention how fab the staff were. Very attentive and friendly. 😊

Wow...what a lovely hotel...literally have no complaints. All staff are efficient and friendly, but especially the restaurant staff...I need to give a special plaudit to the girls who served us on 21 October for dinner....brilliant. please eat in the restaurant, the food is fantastic!!! and by far the best breakfast ever!!!. The rooms are quiet and comfortable with a great supply of coffees, hot chocolate, teas, biscuits and chocolates. Dressing gowns etc.Lovely bar downstairs, again with helpful staff and great food . Definitely recommend

Room and shower very comfortable and spacious nice atmosphere breakfast adequate - bar food very tasty - very central location within walking distances of city hall and shopping area and a little further queens botanic gardens and titanic - staff very friendly and attentive

Elegant, luxurious hotel with a historical past and beautiful views of Belfast city. Very friendly service and we were pleased to be upgraded to an executive room upon check-in. Our room was spacious and the bed was one of the most comfortable that I have ever experienced in a hotel. Tea and coffee service in the room along with biscuits and daily water. The on-site restaurants were both wonderful and the seafood dishes were excellent. Also Delicious cocktails and draught beer. Loved the Drawing Bar, a perfect place to relax in the afternoon before dinner. The hotel is right across the street from the Titanic Museum and a short stroll across the river to the center of the city. There is also a hop-on-hop off bus stop at the hotel for easy access to the city tour. One downside was that the free cultural heritage tour of the hotel building was only held daily at noon. We missed both days, because we were out and about exploring the city and learning about the history of the troubles. Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Belfast.

Amazing hotel! Stayed for 2 nights this week with my 9 year old. Emailed ahead asking for a good view if possible as I'd booked this trip as part of a birthday present for my daughter, we got an amazing view of the titanic museum and had a little plate of macaroons along with a happy birthday in chocolate. I also requested a mini fridge which we also got. Check in was easy and friendly, we arrived about 1pm and they said our room was already sorted so we got to go up to the room early, with no extra charge. Breakfast was amazing, the first morning we went down for breakfast and it was just perfect, the second morning we opted for it to be delivered to the room at a charge of £10, only problem we encountered was I asked for white pudding and black pudding but was given 2 black puddings and Daughter asked for pancakes and they were rock hard but that was honestly the only issue we had. In previous experience, I always find the breakfast at any hotel isn't as great when you get it delivered to the room but my daughter really wanted a lie in so that's why we did it for the last morning. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here, amazing location for the titanic museum and the SSE Arena. We walked over to the arena a few times to go to the arcades, mini golf and food places. Taxi into the centre of Belfast was about £8. We will hopefully be back! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Each member of staff I encountered here was impeccable, friendly and welcoming with nothing too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful and luxurious with stunning details wherever you turn. My room was perfect, clean and spacious with everything I needed plus the world’s most comfortable bed! It’s a short walk from the city centre, which takes you down the Maritime Mile so it’s perfect for stretching your legs while taking in the view. There is also convenient bus stops nearby if needed, as well as quick taxi service (ask at reception) plus an added bonus if you do the City Sightseeing bus tours: there’s a stop on the opposite side of the road. I don’t drive but I believe there is convenient parking as well. Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would happily stay again on my return to Belfast!

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a better hotel. Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a log. The service was outstanding. Vegetarian breakfast was delicious. The cocktail bar is a great venue - I could have watched the bar staff making cocktails all night. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Last but definitely not least, William the concierge is an absolute rock star. We enjoyed it so much we’ve already booked to go back again next year

We had a really lovely stay in this lovely hotel - I will give you our pros & cons. Firstly the pros - great location for visiting the Titanic museum, had a wonderful and friendly welcome from Jackson at reception, so helpful. Very comfortable bedroom, spacious and loved the ESPA toiletries in the bathroom The Drawing Office was very comfortable and we had a lovely lunch - big shout out to Reuben who servd us a few times, so helpful, friendly and efficient, such an asset to your team! Breakfast was excellent, good standard and selection of food and good service. And now the cons - We loved the exhibits around the hotel, so informative. However, in the corridor to our room (120), the lighting was so poor we couldn't read the posters etc. We kept waiting for a sensor light to come on. The lighting in our room was terrible, 4 lamps all directing light to the floor. There was a huge window to let in light but our room was over looked so had to keep the curtains shut while changing etc, such a shame. We had dinner in the Wolff Grill, the food and service was ok but felt it should have been better for the prices paid. After, we felt we really should just have had dinner in the Drawing Room.

the old style traditional decor is fabulous it ties in with the quaint nature of the old inn building. The new spa is fantastic and the heated outdoor jacuzzi pool is fantastic.

We have eaten here before but first time we stayed. Historic old world feel. very pleasant receptionist on arrival showing us to our room. Room was small even though it wasn't the economy room and there are no real views. Oddly the mini fridge is on the floor so you have to crouch down to get to it, very awkward indeed! Not a great fan of over bath shower but it was ok. The spa is nice though don't expect to go for a swim the pool is more of a large jacuzzi to relax in. the cabaña is nice. They are in the process of constructing an outside bar which will be great as bit of a hassle having to walk in through the hotel to the bar particularly if you are wet. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

I recently stayed at The Old Inn, and it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home right away. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed for a getaway. We stayed in the Crawfordsburn room, which was absolutely beautiful and incredibly spacious. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and luxurious stay, and we loved every bit of it! One of the highlights was enjoying delicious cocktails in the spa – the perfect way to unwind! A special thank you to the lovely lady at reception who kindly offered us a complimentary late checkout, as our treatments ran over. This allowed us to fully relax and enjoy extra time in the spa without feeling rushed, which we truly appreciated. Everything about our stay was exceptional, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. We will definitely be returning!

A massive thank you to Matthew and the amazing team in The Old Inn for looking after us so well during our stay on the 4th of May to celebrate my Hen party. From the very initial email, Matthew was so professional and helpful and nothing was a bother to him. This continued throughout the guided tour of the hotel and facilities, the countless emails, the business sheets and the final planning meeting a week before the event. It was an absolute pleasure to plan the event with Matthew and the whole weekend ran seamlessly thanks to his planning. All of the staff were incredibly friendly during our stay; our waitress Charlotte deserves a very honourable mention. She was so attentive and friendly while serving us in the CS Lewis Suite and spent time helping us to connect the laptop to the CleverTouch board to stream the movie. She even had a bow in her hair to match the bow theme! All of the staff during breakfast and afternoon tea were amazing. The entire party thoroughly enjoyed their stay, ranging from the comfort of the rooms, to the wonderful spa facilities and amazing food, we honestly couldn't fault any aspect of our experience. You all have made a significant life event even more memorable for me! I look forward to returning to the hotel in the near future, and will continue to recommend it! We had a very relaxing weekend. Arrived for check in and very handily for such a trip they let us split the bill. Also we were 5 girls so we had a carriage room for 2 with two singles and then a carriage room that had a double and two singles for the other three which was so nice. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. There were plenty of towel and robes and flip flops. There is safe, coffee machine, hair dryer and a fridge with some soft drinks and water. We headed to the treetop top spa which has a heated pool, a hot top, a sauna and a steam room. There also is a cabana and further room to relax in. It’s very quiet and small but lovely and we spent nearly 4 hours there. We also went back the next morning! They bring drinks from the spa which you can then charge to your room. We then had a meal included in the restaurant which was really nice. In the morning you get a breakfast from a menu and then some continental items in a buffet. All really nice. We had a lovely stay and we would definitely return. Staff were all really friendly but not intrusive.
