This is a beautiful, quaint hotel in a great location. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and included champagne. The entire hotel is cozy and beautifully decorated. The room we had (top floor) included a big jacuzzi tub for two, which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The location was close to everything. I highly recommend!!

We stayed just before Christmas and the hotel was decorated beautifully and felt very festive. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Brugges. We couldn't fault the staff, they were all lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was beautiful with 360 degree view of Brugges. We loved the little touches such as leaving the weather forecast for the next day in a bag with chocolates on our door handle for us to find in the morning. We were also given some Christmas chocolates on the eve before our departure to thank us for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and we loved having eggs cooked in front of us on an a aga. Accompanied with fresh fruit, homemade breads, pastries, meat and cheese and a glass of champagne, it was definitely worth the money. Overall we had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay here again if we are in Brugges.

The Pand is a quiet, comfortable older property (as befits Bruges) on a lovely tree-shaded street next to one of the old city's canals and three blocks from the main square. The rooms are roomy and graciously furnished. There is a small ground-floor bar. Breakfast (extra charge) is both excellent and elegant. Helpful, English-speaking staff are on the front desk 24 hours a day despite the hotel's small size. There are boundless opportunities for good food in Bruges, and we found the very close De Gastro restaurant as good as it was convenient.

The staff both on Reception and at breakfast were so welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location close to all main sites. Raphael took time to welcome us and gave us helpful guidance to make the most of our stay of the main sites to see. He also made recommendations for restaurants and made the reservations for us. We had a superb meal on our first night. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and air conditioning worked well. The standard of decor throughout was high. Would recommend to others.

It's hard to know what to rate most highly! The location is perfect: Just 50 metres from one of the most beautiful (and most photographed) sights in the city. The hotel is gracious: Classic in style, well maintained, well furnished & elegant. Parking was easy: (Provided you book in advance). The staff were fantastic: Charming in manner, friendly in demeanour, and very helpful in every interaction. We were upgraded (for an extra 35 Euros / night) to a delightful suite on the top floor with wonderful views & a very comfortable 4-poster bed. Loved it!

Amazing family run hotel just off the main square of Bruges. The owners are super friendly, kind and ensure that you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. The main Wintergloed (Christmas Market) was 1 minute walk away. The hotel is in a quiet street with restaurants very close by, the room was a perfect size, warm and quadruple glazed, which meant peaceful nights sleep! The stay included a wonderful selection for continental breakfast, great coffee and fresh orange juice. The owners can suggest many activities for you to fill your time in Bruges. With its central location, I liked that you could go out for an activity, relax back at the hotel and then go out for further activities later! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Highly recommend!

Our hostess was very friendly and helpful with lots of tips for places to go to and restaurants to eat at.The room was small but very comfortable and the bed was great.. Though it was on the main road we didn’t find it noisy with the windows shut. The shower was very good and it was helpful to have a lift to get to our floor. The breakfast was amazing, so generous and varied with wonderful coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. There was fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and a range of bread and pastries along with cheese, meats and boiled eggs. It was a great location and easy to walk everywhere.

The location was perfect, everything was walkable from the hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the owner gave us lots of helpful information. Breakfast was plentiful, with great coffee! The breakfast room and courtyard were very pretty, and the whole hotel - decor etc - is calm and elegant. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a good shower. Highly recommended, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

We love this hotel! We stayed there for four nights and everything was perfect. The breakfast was magnificent. Everything you want was on the buffet. Freshly squeezed orange juice and very good coffee. Yes, everything was perfect and we could enjoy the nice breakfast in the beautiful garden. The lovely lady who owned the hotel took very good care of the buffet and everything was so fresh and nice. Our room was fantastic and everything we needed was there. The location was perfect. And we got every information we needed. We love this hotel and will be back!

Walking into our room we could immediately smell the most delightful room spray or similar which was so welcoming. The host was so helpful and kind. There is an option to use stairs or a lift which is very helpful with luggage. The breakfast room delightful and I enjoy a breakfast that has a lighter option like the one available at Hotel Alegria. Perhaps not for you if you enjoy a full breakfast but for me and my son’s it was perfect. Right in the middle of town so the location is perfect, can literally walk everywhere or hire a bike and ride. We walked to the accommodation from the train station which took about 25 minutes and as we came in the early evening it was such a beautiful way to enter and experience the stunning town of Brugge. There is an excellent laundromat very close by to the accommodation too which is very handy.

What a gorgeous property! So convenient to walk from the Brussels Centrale train station using the Madelaine Exit- barely a block away. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly and professional. He made us feel so welcome. We arrived before normal check-in, so left out luggage while we explored. The city center/Grand Place was convenient for walking. Upon returning after 3pm, we were pleasantly surprised when told our bags were waiting in the room. The room we booked was impeccable! Clean, updated and so beautiful! If only we stayed longer! The bathroom was large with double sinks and more room than we needed for toiletries. The walk-in shower was larger than most. The toilet was in a separate room. Storage was plentiful with 3 closets plus drawers, even a minibar/fridge. The bed was extremely comfortable, with nightstands on both sides with outlets. The breakfast area was extremely large, offering privacy, and the offerings were plentiful-eggs, sausage, cheeses, meats, fruits and veggies, yogurt and rolls. This was truly a gem of a hotel!

We loved everything about the hotel. The service was exceptional, friendly and efficient. We were in a terrace suite which we highly recommend. The room was large, the bed very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and an amazing oasis. We didn’t want to leave it. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s less than a five minute walk from the central train station and close to everything we wanted to visit. We had an amazing stay and felt that the room was a good value for what we received.

Location is excellent, very close to Grand Place, just a few minutes from Central Station. Despite being so central, the hotel is very peaceful and no intruding noise. Staff were very friendly at check-in/check-out and the processes were smooth. The room was good, bed comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was spacious. It only had a bath with shower head, I know for the next time to request in advance a room with shower.

We loved the room, which was elegant, spacious (we even had a sofa!!) but still cosy. The bed was really comfortable. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was super clean. The beautiful salon where breakfast was served and the ones at the entrance of the building are worth the mention too. The location is pure gold, because you're literally in the centre of the city, near everything touristic and right in the corner you have a mini market. Lots of bars and restaurants really close too.

Great location, close to central station. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and took place in an absolutely beautiful room. Hotel lobby, rooms and eating areas were gorgeous.

I had my doubts when I didn't book in the city center near the Grand Place like I always do BUT it turns out that this location was actually perfect! I will definitely stay here again. First of all the hotel is stunning inside, extremely modern and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful. I loved my room. Again very modern, I was on the 26th floor and my view was excellent. The room is spotless. I used the heated pool on the 30th floor and just loved it. So relaxing after a long trip. Now to location. I took the train to Brussels Nord (north) which let me out only a block from the hotel. If you don't want to walk to city center, you can use the metro right next to the hotel - BUT - I will tell you that the 10-15 min walk to the city center goes so fast you won't even notice it because you walk the whole way along a pedestrian street that is very very active and so much to see along the way including waffle places!! I was at the Grand Place before I knew it! The hotel was priced reasonably another reason to stay away from hotels near the Grand Place. I had a wonderful time in Brussels and as I said I would go back to the Cardo upon my return.

Fantastic Room, staff were friendly and spoke great english. Breakfast was limited and sometimes cold, but a better option than scouring the city every morning for food. Room itself was high tech, clean and comfy. Rooftop bar/restaurant is very expensive for what it offers, staff were reprimanded right in front of customers which was peculiar. Managers / supervisors at the rooftop bar/restaurant were rather strange and made the experience slightly uncomfortable. Food was fantastic as were drinks though. 100% recommend for english speaking tourists.

I can’t say enough good things about my stay at the Cardo Hotel Brussels. The staff were so kind and helpful, which really made the experience stand out. The design of the hotel is gorgeous – modern, stylish, and full of personality. I loved the gym too; it’s one of the best I’ve seen in a hotel, with plenty of space and great equipment. The location is perfect for getting around the city, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of fresh and tasty options. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Highly recommendable! I have met lots of staff and they are all kind and accommodating. I really like the room set up, had an amazing view of the city in 15th floor the whole day and night. They have got the perfect spot, everything is walking distance-outlets, restaurants, coffee shops, convenience stores and train station just outside the hotel. They also have cool interior designs which is always pleasing the eyes. Pool with balcony was perfect for morning and gym equipment are great. 10/10

Wow, where shall I start! The room was very spacious and modern touch of interior! The staffs were lovely and helpful. Breakfast restaurant had a amazing view and lots of selections. I was impressed with the pool, it was lovely warm temperature. I love every single thing about the hotel, I would definitely go back there again.

Lovely boutique hotel overlooking the marina and MAS museum. It's a 15 min walk to the main Grote Markt area. Hotel has a nice bar area and restaurant, although we did not use the restaurant. The continental breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Our room was comfortable and had a well stocked mini bar. One little niggle was there were not enough lights in the room. We were staying in March when it went dark around 6.30pm so it was very difficult to see at times and we had to use the torch on our phones. We appreciate that they are trying to make a cosy ambience but an option of a centre light or even lamps would be helpful. The stairwell was also very dark. But overall an appealing hotel with helpful staff, so would definitely recommend.

2nd stay in same number of weeks. Rooms are nice, clean, not to big but convenient. Price quality excellent. Would like to have a bit more coffee capsules, but this is not a critique. I appreciated the well filled minibar (inside and outside). Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is very nice, I tried out about a third of the menu and did appreciate all of it. Good quality food (and yes go for the suggestions like the lobster with risotto which was delicious) and efficient service. Excellent hotel, nice restaurant...in a very nice surrounding, what do you need more?

My wife LOVED the Bathtub, shower, toilet, in fact - the whole bathroom! Our room was on the top floor and had good views if you tiptoed to look out the roof windows. The bed was very comfy bed, hotel was perfect location for us (I had business at the Port Authority building) and breakfast was exquisite. Decor in the bar area was extremely good and to a high standard. The staff were all fabulous, super helpful and check in was easy. The whole process was very pleasing with a nod to luxury.

Our first time to lunch here and we loved it. Delicious fresh asparagus with potatoes. A tangy tarte tartin with ice cream for dessert and a perfect espresso with hot milk on the side as per my order. Everything was spotless. Correct and professional service too. The terrace was packed to the gills- yet service was serene. Just how I like it! Well done U.

Very friendly reception, large and clean room with spacious shower, very quiet, classy bar and restaurant

I'm moving out of my apartment in Mons so stayed in the Van der Valk for a couple of nights, we could only book a business suite, room 426. Very nice large room, jacuzzi bath and a balcony with good views of mons city. We had a couple of drinks in the hotel bar but dined at the ikea in grand pres lol Local knowledge saves money! The centre of town is across the railway line and up the hill. Will be easier to access once the new station opens. Overall i'd recommend the Van der Valk as best hotel in Mons

The Van Der Valk Mons Congress hotel is modern, clean, and has very nice rooms, restaurant, bar, gym, spa, and meeting rooms. The location is great. A huge modern train station is across the street that provides rail connections to anywhere in Europe. On the other side of the train station is historic old downtown Mons with shops, restaurants, and historic buildings to see. And a huge modern shopping mall with nice restaurants and stores is only a 10-minute walk away. It is the best place to stay in Mons.

Spacious room and I appreciate that the toilet was separate from the shower. Shower was large. The room, while standard in decoration, was comfortable with a good bed and all expected amenities. Clean. At a convenient location near the station and at walking distance from the city. I did not try the spa or gym but took a peek at the gym and it looked like a decent one with all basic equipment available. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

Have stayed in a number of Mons hotels whilst i vacated my apartment in the town. This included 2 stays at the van der valk during October 2024. This time in room 103 for a week, nice big clean room, shower only. Very convenient for getting to my apartment and into the centre of town. Didn't use parking or breakfast. IKEA is 10 mins walk away and do a hot breakfast for a few euros. Also 10 mins walk to cafes etc. Van der Valk is easily best hotel in Mons, happy to recommend

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel with nice decor. Lovely restaurant with good food overlooking the Meuse river. Wellness suite (sadly we didn’t have time to use it before it closed in the evening) looked nice. Very friendly restaurant waiting staff. Some limited car parking adjacent to the hotel which is free of charge (but this appears to get fully occupied quite quickly)

Very nice and modern. Good sized room with lovely few. Good restaurant and nice terrace overlooking river. Despite being on busy road, the hotel is quiet. Nice and helpful front desk. Good access to town and castle. Breakfast was of good quality and variety.

Very happy with amenities, location, staff, cleanliness and pretty much everything. The room was exceptional, really quiet and with an exceptional bed! We were able to fully recharge each night with a very good night’s sleep! We enjoyed the river view, the breakfast and also the fitness and wellness area!!!

I am very glad that this time I chose this Hotel, the best one among others I stayed in Liege. The Hotel is great, very stylish, modern, beautiful and comfortable. It has a very convenient location: in the centre, very close to the bus and train stations and to the historical part of the city, between two rivers and nearby is a beautiful green park to walk or to have jogging. The staff at the reception and in the restaurants are very friendly, polite, attentive and positive, many thanks to them for their kind help. The room is large and clean, beautifully and stylishly furnished, with a small kitchen but there is everything you need, with a large bathroom and necessary accessories, with a nice view at the river. The room is very calm and cozy. The restaurant and the brasserie are very tasty, with fast and good service. Unfortunately, I did not have time to use the services offered by the swimming pool and gym but will certainly do it next time I stay there:)

My wife and I loved everything about the hotel. It feels like a very hip place to be. It has private parking on site, above or underground, at a fee. Our room was on the 10th floor, which was a surprise and we had a view of the city. The room was spacious and had all amenities. Very quiet and comfortable. On our floor was also a rooftop bar with city views. The breakfast was very tasty and had lots of options. Our small dog was also allowed to stay in the hotel and even come to breakfast. There was a restaurant on the ground floor that had great food and fun atmosphere.

Hotel was within walkable distance of the town centre. Staff friendly and food good. Bed very comfortable. There is a sky bar but this is just a bar on the top floor with a view over the river. It has a limited selection of drinks - there is a greater selection of drinks in the bar attached to the restaurant downstairs. Although the spa and pool are open every day, the pool is closed to residents for classes at certain times. Also while we stayed there, our room was not serviced. Probably just an oversight. As we were only staying 2 nights, it didn’t matter but had I been staying longer it would have been a problem

Hotel is 10 minutes walk from city center, with a wonderful view on the river. Rooms are very spacious, super clean and very comfortable. Roof top bar is a must. Restaurant at ground floor is nice, large choice of drinks and dishes for all budgets. Personal is professional and smiling

Just returning from a First World War five day tour. This hotel was our base. Nice large room and spacious shower room although you did have to be a bit careful getting out!! Comfortable bed but a bit too soft for me however I still slept well. There were two pillows and of course I chose the soft one in error but switched once I noticed my mistake. Breakfast was copious and good and set you up for the very long days. They do offer evening meals which I believe are prepared off site and just heated up in the hotel kitchen before serving. A very nice choice of courses and very reasonable as well. I had dinner at the hotel on one night and thoroughly enjoyed it with a very nice glass of rose. The hotel is very centrally located and within minutes of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. The staff are all very friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and clean. The hotel lobby and bar area was very clean and well presented. We were welcomed by a gentlemen with a grey white beard who was excellent and very nice. We got a warm welcome! Coffee was amazing. Great value for money. Location was brilliant! vibrant area full of bars, restaurants and shops.

Went on an organised coach trip Bed and breakfast. The rooms are big and clean and the beds are so comfy! Best nights sleep ever in a hotel. Breakfast area small but enough tables and good restocked when asked staff. Good selection of continental breakfast and also bacon scrambled eggs and beans. The bread was freshly baked and delicious. Had a drink in the bar ( which is also the restaurant) reasonably priced. 2 Belgium beers 9euro. Set near the pretty town square we had the added bonus of their small Christmas market. Lovely stay

Excellent hotel for Leger Battlefields tour trip.We stayed for three nights and the whole experience was wonderful. Easy check in, lovely clean room,comfortable beds and a great hot and cold buffet breakfast. We even had tea coffee and a kettle supplied in the room. Easy walk in to town to bars and restaurants.

The breakfast was good. Very fresh and delivered to the table. The room was comfortable, if a little dark. It lacked tea and coffee making facilities and a lamp on the dressing table. Location very central and therefore excellent.

It was in the centre of Middlekerke, which was ideal for us, visiting my Aunt who is in a care home here, room was clean and comfortable, Breakfast was also good, with plenty of choices, The host was very helpful too, would stay there again.

The fact that it’s some few meters away from the beach and there’s supermarket close by.

The hotel is a great place to stay with your family and relax. The rooms are comfortable and modern, the beds are comfy with nice bed linen, everything is clean and up to a high standard. The swimming pool and a spa area are clean and relaxing. The spa is to be pre-booked as they try to keep a low number of people there so you can truly relax. The swimming pool is not limited by time and kids are welcome there. Staff are friendly and you feel welcome even with little kids:) Food in a grill restaurant (there are 3 on site) was tasty and staff are polite and friendly. Breakfast has a great selection, all fresh and tasty. Overall, we loved our stay and will come back again in the future!

We selected this hotel for an overnight stopover as we wanted to be close to Antwerp without getting involved with driving in Antwerp. The free parking was a major attraction. We arrived much later than expected due to delays in Dover, so didn't have time to see the area or use a restaurant. The hotel spreads over several buildings with lots of doors to open and go through to get to some of the rooms. The room itself was OK. Some of the tiles were cracked but it was clean and had everything we needed to a certain point. The mattress was OK but an extra pillow would have been nice. It had a ridiculous coffee machine and 3 pods of coffee (one decaffeinated, one espresso and one something else). It produced a miniscule amount of coffee from each pod. How is that in any way adequate for 2 adults on an overnight stay? I'd actually brought coffee with me but without a kettle that was completely pointless. We didn't have breakfast as it was far too expensive. We asked the receptionist if there were any bakeries in the town that would be open on a Sunday morning. She said she didn't know! It turns out there are some excellent bakeries in Beveren selling a wide range of truly delicious pastries and a decent supermarket open on a Sunday. One thing we really, really liked was the child pack they put in the room for our grandson. That was a very nice touch. He was very happy with it.

Ozzy restaurant is very beautiful with very delicious food. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. A huge variety of food in the breakfast. Staff is very friendly and always want to help. New wellness area is perfect) Also if you have time - try relax massage)

We have just spent 3 nights at this lovely hotel and are sorry to leave it. The hotel itself is beautifully ornate with the most amazing eclectic ambience which kind of reflect Bruges itself. We stayed in room 11 which has possibly the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on The room was impeccably clean with excellent facilities including a small fridge, wine glasses and a corkscrew (all the holiday essentials). The en-suite had a shower over the corner bath and again was scrupulously clean. The continental breakfast experience consists of an excellent array of delicious fruits, breads, meats and pastries accompanied by plentiful tea or coffee as required, all served in the stunning vaulted area below the hotel, with classical music gently playing in the background. You will never leave a breakfast table feeling so relaxed before you start your day. The hotel location is perfect being just off of the main square and within very easy walking distance of all points of interest. We chose to get a taxi to and from the station, but you can get buses. In theory it is walkable, but with luggage over cobbled streets it would be a challenge. Finally the biggest bonus point for Hotel Lucca has to be its host Hans who was there with a warm welcome when we arrived and was present every morning to serve breakfast with a smile and a friendly chat. He was so helpful with any queries we had and definitely added to our whole Bruges experience. Thank you Hans.

Stay here!!! The proprietor Hans greeted us warmly upon our stay. He had a map and noted all the places we wanted to see and also some recommend places. The hotel room was huge! Plenty of space for me, my spouse, and our 2 children. It comes with a small fridge. The bathroom was perfect with a rain fall shower head. The view out the windows was to the street but it was not noisy since this hotel is on the north quiet side of the city. But still within a few minutes walk to all the shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was great. Excellent selection of bread, cheese, meats, yogurt, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juice. We have stayed at many different hotels in the world, both modern and classic style hotels. This was BY FAR the best hotel stay for our family ever. Hans was a great host and if I could give this hotel more than 5 stars I would. If you are undecided on a hotel please don’t look any further. Stay here!!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lucca, the host, Hans I believe, was a lovely man who made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious with all you need for your stay, just maybe needed a little more attention to topping up the hot drinks tray but that was remedied by getting them at breakfast time. The bed was very spacious and comfortable and there was plenty of hot water for showers. Breakfast offered a full range of beautiful fresh pastries, fruit, meat, cheese and eggs and cereals if desired accompanied by tea or coffee. The location was perfect, close enough to just stroll into the centre of Bruges but far enough out to be peaceful on the whole. The property has many beautiful features and is eclectic in its style but we liked that about it but also has such history. We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful city and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

We booked this bed & breakfast on the strength of a recommendation from a friend, and we had a delightful stay. We enjoyed chatting with Hans, the Innkeeper, when we checked in. Given my experience with European hotel rooms, I was delighted with the size of ours, which included a mini-fridge, tea kettle and a sitting area with 2 comfortable chairs, a small table, and a TV. Bathroom was big and modern. Plenty of power outlets in the room and bathroom. Breakfast is included and was served in an impressive brick room that Hans said dated to the 14th century. In addition to the standard breakfast of cheeses, meats, and breads, there were soft-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, cereals, milk and juice, hot tea/coffee, and a variety of dried fruits and nuts. Location was excellent - easy walk to everything, including the train station. Around the corner from what looked like a beer cellar, less than 5 minutes from the Belfort and square, yet in a quiet area. Highly recommended.

This hotel set the standard by which all others will be compared on this trip. It was simply magnificent! The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful with planning excursions during our stay in Bruges. The charming breakfast area was in a room that dated back to the 13th century. The breakfast offerings were excellent with many delicious choices. There are stairs (no lift) that you must navigate but the experience of staying in this beautiful hotel was worth the small challenge of the stairs .

Very modern room and bathroom in “carbon black” atmosphere. Easy access to the underground safe parking facility. Location is a good starting point for bicycle trips. Delicious Italian restaurants nearby.

The rooms are all located at the back of the hotel so you don't experience any noise from the street. The breakfast is so good, I can only recommend. You are free to use the wellness facilities during your stay so another plus! I am definitely coming back.

We stayed for a long weekend at the Warwick Grand Place hotel in February. The hotel itself is lovely. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Be aware that there is a €50 euro deposit for this hotel. We paid in cash and this was given back to us on check out. Minus the tourist tax. Our room was spacious and clean. We overlooked a small side street but there was no noise and the bed was super comfy. Bathroom had toiletries and towels. All clean. Fresh towels available on request. The rooftop bar is stunning. There is large outdoor seating area and then inside there are comfy sofas, high bar stools and then some smaller tables. The barman was fabulous. Super friendly and made the best cocktails. Definitely try the negroni or espresso martini. The actual hotel is approx a 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants and shops. Then a few minutes more and you’re in the grand place. The hotel is a perfect location for exploring.

We booked this hotel due to it's location and it didn't disappoint, it is a 2 minute walk from Brussels Central Station and is right on the doorstep of Grand Place where you can find all the shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel smells amazing when you enter and the reception staff were very helpful, however be aware that they will ask you for a 50 Euro deposit which they say will be refunded after check out and this was refunded the next day. Our room was clean and spacious on the 4th floor with a lovely comfy bed. On the first morning housekeeping didn't replenish our tea/coffee so had to ask at reception but when we got back to our room that afternoon it was all sorted. Shower in the room was not very good with not a lot of pressure so had to stand under it for quite a while to get all the bubbles out my hair. We were going to order breakfast in or room but found the 25 Euros each a bit steep for some croissants and coffee!!!The roof top bar is a nice place to visit with some lovely views but we found the drinks up there a little expensive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for it's location and cleanliness.

A welcoming lobby with fantastic staff (friendly yet professional). The hotel is situated in the heart of Brussels close to all of the sights. The rooftop bar is excellent (although service a little slow as only one person on duty making drinks). Cocktails were delicious and view beautiful. The room was spacious enough with good amenities (toiletries, fluffy towels, tv, fridge, tea/coffee facilities). Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure / temp good. Immaculately clean and not at all noisy as other reviewers have experienced. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

We enjoyed our overnight stay at the Warwick Hotel. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and the hotel left us a lovely personalised note in our room. We stayed in a Deluxe Room which had a sofa and dressing area. Lovely clean room with a coffee machine & selected herbal teas & coffee provided. We do like a black or English tea so asked at reception and this was brought up to our room (after prompting a second time) There was an ironing board and a hairdryer & also dressing gowns & slippers. We were disappointed by the shower bearing in mind it's a deluxe room - there was just no power to it and we had to stand really close to it to even get wet! The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk to the Grand square and all the bars and restaurants. Having said that, we got a great night's sleep & didn't encounter any noise to disturb us. We had a cocktail in the 'Secret Rooftop' bar which was perfect. Lovely atmosphere & great views at sunset. Lovely staff at Reception who spoke fluent English and were always smiling. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We just stayed one night in this beautiful hotel. Such a central position walking distance to the Grand Place and Gare Central. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and had a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The staff were all kind and helpful, particularly when my elderly Mother mislaid her handbag. They spent a lot of time trying to find it for her. The only disappointment was that the Roof top bar was closed.
