They have a great location in the Savassi area. Breakfast was great with many choices! Also used the Sauna which I loved. Staff also very helpful .

This hotel is truly exceptional, with a quality staff that makes all the difference. A big thank you to Matheus for his professionalism and kindness, he made our stay even more pleasant. His warm welcome and his efficiency really impressed us. We highly recommend this establishment for its impeccable service and attention to every detail

The staff, the location, the room. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. The staffs are well preppared and gentle. I was able to get a connected room on spot thanks to staffing readiness. For those who is travelling to visit the Amsterdan city center, the hotel is not close to it but is very close (walking distance) fromthe the station (bus + metro +train).

I liked the responsiveness of the staff and willingness to resolve our problems. The restaurant was very good.

Excelente relação custo-benefício. Atendimento primoroso de toda equipe. Quartos amplos, com cama confortavel. Restaurante com opção de rodízio de pizzas, sushi, ou pratos executivos e a La Carte. Cafe da manha muito bom. Bairro tranquilo. Ja deixei varias vezes o carro em frente ao hotel na rua mesmo sem problemas. Há restaurantes, padaria, supermercado, lojas, farmácia e banco próximos. Os quartos mais altos possuem uma vista linda de Belo Horizonte. Recomendo!

O hotel foi ótimo, recepção nos recebeu super bem antes do horário. Quarto com espaço bom, mesmo para 3 pessoas. Localização ótima para nosso evento

Hotel corresponde ao custo benefício das tarifas. Ótimo atendimento, adorei a localização e acessibilidade. Quarto deixou um pouco a desejar no conforto, cama de solteiro é bem pequena, wifi não estava funcionando nos quartos. Café da manhã é encerrado bem cedo, as 09:30, isso me incomodou. No geral eu gostei, atendeu as minhas expectativas pelo preço.

The bed was very comfortable with very clean bedding. The room had very little furniture but was big, light and airy. The shared bathroom was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The location was perfect for us because it is walkable to the bus station. There are lots of eateries and supermarkets very close by. We spent a very comfortable night.

Great stay, beds are comfy, hostel is kept clean, good breakfast and amazing staff, super helpful and pleasant, making you feel taken care of, thank you!

Everything was beyond our expectations and amazing. The host first of all was the most kind, lovingly greeted us into the clean hostel. Never had an experience like this one from any of my hostel stays before. . Josy, is one of a kind human, she's open minded and experienced, has lots to share about her life and willing to listen. I really loved our chats everyday for the week that we stayed there, the breakfast is full of variety and good food to start the day. Josy showed us the local foods, we had outings together, just like going to visit a friend for the week. The room was bright, cleaned and fresh linen, bathrooms were cleaned daily and never lacked toilet paper. The floors and entrance of the buildings are cleaned daily which is very appreciated. Looking forward to going back next time, Miss hanging out with you Josy, see you later.

Great little hostel, right near the bus station and walking distance to all the museums in centro. Both Mercado Novo and Mercado Central are within 1-2 blocks (and definitely worth visiting). The one-person room is simple but sufficient, a good budget option. Josy is super friendly and helpful, speaks great English, really made my stay easier. I really loved the breakfast, which was a great way to start the day and meet other guests. Good shared bathroom with hot water. There's also filtered water available.

Room is spacious, breakfast is spectacular and there are supermarkets and good bars and restaurants nearby. Staff are attentive and helpful.

Breakfast is complete: eggs bacon, yogurt, tapioca, all kinds of fruits and sweet stuff, espresso (nespresso) and local coffee grinded on spot. Functional sauna, pool and gym - in the terrace with great view and chairs to get sun. Offered great value choices of early check in and late check out.

I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4 except for the room. We reserved an "Upgraded Premium City View" room which of course is on the higher end of the room rates and were disappointed. Besides the desk chair, there was only one other chair for relaxing, and there was only a small closet for storing clothes. However, the biggest disappointment was the "city view" was the wall of another building under construction. The hotel should stop advertising a "city view". In retrospect, I should have asked to either change the room or for a discount.

It was very comfortable stay in this Hotel in Belo Horizonte. All staff - professional and very helpfully. They speak very well English and can support about all urgent questions. Location-very good! Nice area around with bar’s and restaurants streets. Also recommend local restaurant for dinner- the food was delicious and waiters very polite! We had such a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Savassi for five nights. We were greeted immediately by Paula at the front desk and she was helpful and kind getting us checked in and taken care of. She answered all of our questions and checked in on us throughout our stay every time we walked through the lobby. Our room was perfect for the four of us and the breakfast was the best breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel. The omelets were amazing my kids especially loved the fresh fruit cups and slices of watermelon. Thank you for making us feel welcome during our stay in Belo Horizonte. We can’t wait to visit again.

She arranged a driver for our excursion to Ouro Preto, which turned out very well, as the driver anticipated our every need, including recommending a great restaurant for lunch. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The only thing we missed was not having an actual hotel bar, just a restaurant, but we were still able to get a nightcap there at the end of our evenings.

My wife and I have stayed at the Radisson Blu Belo Horizonte Savassi twice in the past 10 months and both times the hotel has exceeded our expectations. Great location with clean, quiet, comfortable rooms with nice views of the city in all directions. The breakfast is excellent with a great selection of fresh breads, fruits, juices, coffees, and many other local favorites. We have visited Belo Horizonte hundreds of times over the past 40 years and stayed at many different hotels. The Radisson Blu is the best we have found and is now our go-to hotel whenever we are in Belo Horizonte.

The room was so comfortable with a nice view. I loved the fitness room and breakfast buffet. The staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely book future stays at the Radisson!

Apenas o chuveiro era ruim porque o jato saía separado e ficava difícil de enxaguar o cabelo. Na pia do banheiro tinha um grampo de cabelo de hóspede anterior. Apesar desses dois últimos pontos, eu ficaria novamente no hotel.

Minha experiência no Impar Suítes na unidade do Calafete foi sensacional. O atendimento da equipe é muito bom, são educados, prestativos e gentis. Ponto extra para a solicitude da equipe da cozinha, que me ajudou a ter opções veganas no café da manhã.

Pontos para serem melhorados: banheiro minúsculo, travesseiro ruim, o local para o cafe da manhã é pequeno, em alguns momentos tem fila para entrar no local e nos sentimos pressionados a realizar o desjejum mais rápido para diminuir a aglomeração na fila. No fim, gostamos bastante e iremos retornar.

O ar condicionado precisa ser revisado, demorando muito a gelar e muito antigo. Pedi serviço de quarto( almoço) os pratos vieram absolutamente sem tempero. Pessimos, só não devolvi pois tinha compromisso

Really good breakfast and different areas of communal space including nice pool area and winter garden. There is also a gym and outdoor mini running track. The location is within a few minutes of the bars (11th floor was quiet), shopping centre (Patio Savavassi and restaurants of Savassi and within a 10-15 min walk of Placa Liberdade. It was very easy to walk around the neighbourhood and to use Uber from here. If you're going to Inhotim, there is transport (bookable) from Holiday Inn which is 5 mins walk away

The Max Savassi is a business hotel and the apartment consisted in Bedroom + Living/Kitchen. The location was great: right ouside there is Praça da Savassi with several restaurants and outdoor dining. It is also walking distance to Liberdade. The bed was comfortable with the right hardness, the shower worked well, good Breakfast

O Cheverny Apart Hotel é sempre minha primeira opção quando viajo para Belo Horizonte. O apartamento possui sala com cozinha integrada, o que possibilita o preparo de refeições, pois há todos os utensílios necessários para cozinhar. O banheiro é confortável, assim como o quarto. A TV é conectada a um aparelho da Claro/NET e conta com várias opções de canais. O apartamento possui uma varanda pequena, mas aconchegante com vista pra cidade. Ar condicionado em perfeitas condições. Café da manhã muito bom. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Ao chegar, como o quarto já estava disponível, permitiram que eu fizesse o check-in antes das 14 horas sem custo adicional. Para quem gosta de reinar enquanto viaja, eles tem parceria com uma academia que fica ao lado, muito melhor que treinar em academia de hotel que normalmente são bem limitaras. A única desvantagem para quem vai a passeio é que fica um pouco distante dos pontos turísticos, mas tem uma parada de ônibus bem em frente. Também fica muito perto a um shopping, o que facilita para qualquer coisa que se precise. Voltaria a me hospedar com certeza.

I came here from Phoenix, AZ and stayed here for a week. It has been an amazing experience. The housekeeping service was punctual and paid great attention to detail. The breakfast had an exceptional selection and taste/quality rivaled any hotel I’ve ever been in. Even the lunch buffet had many options, excellent quality, great tasting, and very reasonable priced. Th front desk staff spoke English, were friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is perfectly situated in Savassi and everything you would need is within walking distance to include nice restaurants. The gym is nothing to brag about but I just paid for a one month membership (which was inexpensive) at a gym that was just a 10-12 minute walk down the street. The price I paid was the equivalent that I would pay for a typical hotel in the US but with 4-5 star service and amenities. My only complaint was that the WiFi signal in my room was intermittent but it could have been my room specifically. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Belo Horizonte!

Every time I'm in Belo Horizonte, I stay at this property. I love the location in the heart of Savassi. It's very close to great restaurants and shopping. I always feel very safe walking around this neighborhood at anytime of the day. The hotel facilities and staff are also amazing. Great breakfast buffet and delicious lunch/dinner restaurant on site.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, special thanks to Brenda and Amanda, they made our experience there even easier and better. Also, one detail that I complain about most places is the lack of full length mirrors, but Pancetti have them in the bedrooms, as as we were going to a wedding, it was very helpful. They also had a regular hair dryer (way better than those that are hooked to the wall) and make up mirror. If you are there on Thursdays, don’t miss the street fair that happens in the street of the hotel, the food options are really good.

I had a great stay at Promenade Pancetti. I stayed in a suite on the 19th floor, which was spacious and comfortable, with great view. The staff was welcoming and friendly (not everyone spoke English). The location of the hotel is also excellent. The breakfast is decent, but nothing to write home about. I used the dry-cleaning service, and that was excellent: handed in in the morning, returned in the evening.

Hotel location was excellent, just a short walking distance to bars and restaurants. Great breakfast (need try the bacon), very simple but good quality. My room was very spacious and clean with a big TV screen.

A noite quando venta muito, o barulho do vento é algo surreal, é um assobio muito alto, tive muita dificuldade para dormir. E o banheiro do meu quarto, tinha cabelo no box, a limpeza não deu a devida atenção.

Desde o checkin até o checkout muito bem atendida pelos funcionários! Possui ferro na recepção para quem precisa, serviço de quarto todos os dias, restaurante no primeiro andar do hotel que serve desde o café da manhã (com muitas variedades e tudo gostoso) até o jantar. Good hotel. Not as good as the Bourbon hotels that I stayed at in Curitiba and Sao Paulo. I was on the 17th floor with a nice view of the city. The gym is nice. The pool is nice, and there is a big area around the pool where people can sit and relax. There is a sauna as well. However, I could not find any towels on any day in the gym/pool. There is also no Wi-Fi in the gym area. The breakfast restaurant is small and can sometimes get too crowded. Otherwise, no other problems with the hotel.

It’s good apartment with big window and nice view, breakfast was good.

Hospedagem perfeita do inicio ao fim, mesmo o check in sendo as 14 horas os mesmos se disponibilizaram a arrumar um quarto mais cedo, como cortesia, todos os dias da minha estadia o quarto era limpo, as cama era arrumada, as toalhas trocadas e o banheiro limpo, hotel seguro, os quartos não tive pertubação, o café da manhã impecável, se você esta procurando segurança, conforto, praticidade, ótimo atendimento pode ir neste hotel, vale cada centavo, funcionários educados, a unica critica é que a região ao redor não tem opções de restaurantes, no entanto o ifood funciona e supre essa falta. Podem se hospedar pois não vai ter dor de cabeça nesse hotel.

A estadia foi regular não pelo hotel, e sim pelos hóspedes. As pessoas precisam entender que os hotéis a acústica não são boas, e ao estarem no corredor não deixarem criança correndo, gritando, não começar uma falazada alta. Acho que o hotel tbem deveria alertar e pedir isso.

O atendimento foi impecável. A recepção funciona 24h e com isso conseguimos fazer o Checkin as 23h. O café da manhã é sensacional, bastante completo. O quarto é bem higienizado e climatizado.

A estadia foi incrível, os funcionários do hotel são muito educados e solicitos, as acomodações do hotel são confortáveis e estava tudo limpo, café da manhã delicioso.

Location: easy to access various regions of the city by car and a few minutes drive to great restaurants. Room was comfortable, well maintained and clean. There's a good pizza bar in the hotel. Parking available at the same block (not part of the hotel, but fee is reasonable).

The girls at breakfast are great they are friendly, polite and extremely helpful and all with a smile on their face. Its nice and pleasant to see them at breakfast every morning

I needed a quiet, secure comfortable place only for one evening so I could recuperate from a long journey. The Dayrell was perfect ... and at a great price, location, breakfast and employees ! ... and nostalgia. It's an older place and maybe that's why it was one of the best values in the area : downtown very close to everything. Older fixtures but I appreciated them keeping things that work alive ( instead of filling a landfill just because of some slight aesthetic mark ) ... and what I really value was a great staff, good air-conditioner , and a quiet good night's sleep ... and i got plenty. And the complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome! At checkout, I left my luggage ( with my passport and apple MacBook laptop) with the desk and I came back the next day ... No problems. Everybody that works there from the desk agents to the food service to the front door guy are really wonderful people . Parábens e 'brigado demais gente de Dayrell = ToP . Abraços !

The location is great, close to everything and anything we needed, and with easy access to everything. The room was very spacious, the bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast is truly excellent, with a large variety of fruit, bread, and other foods. The best part was the staff: the gentleman who checked us in was very professional and friendly (I forgot his name, unfortunately) and Mr. Edson, the bellman, will be unforgettable. He was extremely kind and helpful at all times. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again on returning to BH

O quarto da minha reserva (cama de casal) não estava disponível. O atendente do Checkin começou com um monte de mentiras: 1) Tentando me convencer que a minha reserva era de quarto com duas camas de solteiro; 2) Que o hotel estava lotado, não tendo como disponibilizar um quarto com cama de casal. 3) Depois que eu lhe mostrei a minha reserva no celular, e pego na primeira mentira, ele mentiu mais uma vez. Disse que me concedeu um upgrade para um quarto luxo superior com cama de casal. Tudo mentira, o quarto de upgrade que disse ter feito era igual aos quartos que fico já há mais de 4 estadias. Esse atendente é muito mentiroso e pensa que o hóspede é trouxa .

The best part of this hotel, however, is its location, two blocks from Praca de Liberdade, and right in the Savassi neighborhood. Lots of nearby restaurants, shops, and museums.

We really like the location and walking distance to restaurants. The rooms are always simple and clean.

A localização é excelente para acessar diversos pontos interessantes na cidade. O café da manhã apresenta uma boa variedade e qualidade de itens. Entretanto, o ponto negativo observado é que, durante os finais de semana, pode ocorrer algum movimento e barulhos durante a madrugada.

Tudo muito limpo, café da manhã incrível com varias coisas caseiras (geleias, pao de queijo, iogurte). O hotel passou por reforma para modernização, o banheiro é muito melhor do que está nas fotos. Cama confortável. Staff super simpáticos, prestativos como bons mineiros ♥️ Melhor custo benefício, proximo de tudo no centro!

O problema é a falta de vagas para estacionamento na garagem do hotel. Deixei o carro em uma esquina, visto que tem lanchonete ( ou bar, não tenho certeza do que é) e não tem lugar na frente do hotel para deixar o carro

Hotel com boa localização, próximo a lugares para comer e também a um shopping. Fica entre o aeroporto de Confins e o centro da cidade. O chuveiro é bom! O café da manhã tem boas opções e era muito gostoso. Houveram 2 pontos que não curti tanto, que foi a cama (colchão não era tão bom, travesseiros muito baixos, jogo de lençóis deu a impressão de ser velho) e o estacionamento que pode lotar e vc ter que deixar o carro ao lado de fora do hotel.

Excelente hotel. A única observaçao é que todos os sucos oferecidos no café da manhã, já eram adoçados com açucar, sendo proibidos para nós, diabéticos.

Hotel é ótimo, bem localizado. Atendimento excelente, administração precisa olhar cada detalhe como se fosse hóspede!

O hotel fica numa rua movimentada e nao tem area para estacionar em frente ao hotel. Entao voce tem que deixar o carro na rua, levar sua bagagem, fazer o check-in, pagar o estacionamento e retirar um cartao de autorizacao para levarvo carro ate o estacionamento deles. O local é em outra rua complicado de chegar. Isso tudo pra quem chega a noite no trabsito caotico do centro é muito complicado. No resto tudo perfeito.

Sempre que vou para BH a trabalho me hospedo nesse hotel, é bem localizado e tem quartos grandes e confortáveis, a única coisa ruim é que o estacionamento fica na rua paralela a rua do hotel

Muito bom! Estão de parabéns. Apenas o café da manhã minha sugestão é acrescentar cuscuz, pois vocês devem acompanhar a cultura de cada região. O cuscuz é barato e bem atrativo.

Só faltou uma duchinha no banheiro. Fora isso, o hotel tem uma localização excelente, as acomodações são muito boas e confortáveis. Atendimento muito bom também.

Café da manhã: tradicional e básico: salada de frutas, geleia, doce de leite, requeijão, frios, iogurte, sucos, dois tipos de bolo, pães, ovos e carne moída com molho, três tipos de café, leite e chá. Recepção: funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos. Checkin e checkout tranquilos

A estadia foi maravilhosa desde o momento do check in. Fui bem recebido pelo funcionário Warlei e todos os demais. Tive um probleminha com o cofre após as 21 horas e rapidamente foi solucionado pelo funcionário da manutenção a pedido da recepcionista (que não me recordo o nome agora). O café da manhã é variado e farto, a limpeza razoável e o quarto muito confortável e silencioso. O banheiro muito limpo e higienizado, porém, precisa ser reformado para ter um aspecto mais moderno.

A estadia foi excelente! O hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo à Pampulha, ao Mineirão e ao campus da UFMG. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A equipe é super educada e receptiva, sempre disposta a ajudar, inclusive o pessoal da limpeza, que também merece destaque. O café da manhã é incrível, com muitas opções gostosas e de qualidade. O quarto 321 é pequeno, tem um banheiro com o tamanho razoável, as camas são estreitas e os colchões são bons.

The usual - when you stay at an Ibis, you know what you are going to get and this one was no exception - friendly staff, clean room, nice shower and good wifi! If you are going to work in the Industrial District of Contagem - this is a great option.

The hotel was very clean and quite. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good. There isn't a fitness center or pool, but wasn't a big deal to me. I was traveling for work. The only drawback is the hotel is not close to other points of interest, but you can always use Uber to get around.

Hotel is in a good location for the route I was taking and the attention given to me and my wife at the reception was great. Only thing that is not so much good is the breakfast that could be a little bit more diverse, although the quality of the food available was perfect such as fresh fruits, for instance.

The hotel staff was very nice and attentive, breakfast is great and the restaurant's food delicious. The room was spacious and very clean, great channel selection on tv and the bathroom very spacious and clean. Loved it and will definitely be staying there again in my future trips to Brazil.

eSuites Savassi Toscanini is perfectly located for a business or leisure trip to Belo Horizote. This hotel is perfectly located to provide a safe, quiet and relaxing stay while also offering easy access to the central and south areas of the city. While far from the airport, which is the case for any hotel in the south-central area of the city, it can be easily reached by a taxi ride that costs about 30 US dolars at the time of this trip. The staff was welcoming, efficient, polite, helpful and displayed the best that the mineiro way of being has to offer. The facilities were new, in good condition and the hotel is very well maintained. I would absolutely stay here again in a trip to Belo Horizonte.

Not a bad spot. It's clean, relatively comfortable, and fairly well appointed for a reasonable price. The hotel is located close to shops, restaurants, bars (literally across the road for some good brews!), and attractions such as the central market and liberty park are within walking distance. Staff are helpful and nice too, though there was not a lot of English (and even Spanish was sparse). Business aspects like internet, etc, was decent too. There's a restaurant on site (limited choices, so you're better to head up the road for better choices), and breakfast is average, but fills a gap. Not a bad place, and I'd be happy to stay again, especially for the location.

Internamente, o hotel é muito bom. Prédio todo reformado há dois anos. Um dos quartos que fiquei é enorme, porém o banheiro muito pequeno. Alguns problemas de vazamento de água do box, o que comuniquei à recepção. O outro quarto era bem pequeno, tudo apertado mas não foi um problema porque usei somente para dormir e tomar banho - uma pernoite. Ambos tem uma vista incrível da cidade. Região suja, perigosa e muito barulho. Não recomendo mulheres sairem à noite. Café da manhã muito saboroso, farto e cheio de variedades. Ponto negativo, não há local para embarque/desembarque próx a e entrada e a rua tem fluxo intenso.

However, the traffic on these avenues is heavy and there are many trucks, so it requires great care and defensive driving because most do not observe safe distance and I witnessed an accident between a passenger car and a truck for not following these rules. The breakfast is excellent with hot protein; cheese derivatives, various fruits and fruit juices, carbohydrates, which allows you to prepare a fitness meal. There is a fitness room with gym equipment in good condition. The staff is attentive and prepared to provide support and information about attractions. There is a problem not linked to the hotel: the presence of drug addicts near the Angola viaduct

Cafe da manha básico, por ser nordestina senti falta de algumas coisas, mas não é cultura do estado. é bem localizado, só ao redor tem muitos moradores de rua. Excelente foi ter garagem,pois a maioria que procurei, teria que pagar por fora. Pra quem quer passar o dia fora turistando é ótimo e quem vai pra trabalhar como eu e meu esposo fizemos. Fui ao escritorio da empresa, e meu esposo ficou trabalhando do quarto. A net nos primeiros dias não estava boa, mas ficou melhor. Tem um espaço terreo que da pra trabalhar também. Enfim gostamos bastante.

Hotel muito bom, bem localizado, jogo de cama e de banho muito limpos e de qualidade. Fizemos a solicitação para atender o café da manhã um pouco mais cedo devido nosso horário de embarque e o pessoal atendeu com muita disponibilidade. Recomendo, muito bom!

Para a categoria que o hotel pertence, ele atende. É básico, tem bom café da manhã, elevador… mas a estrutura é antiga. As portas ainda são de chave, tem que deixar na portaria, o banheiro não tem tranca por fora, a localização é boa durante o dia, mas perigosa durante a noite.

Funcionários cordiais, instalações simples e em bom funcionamento, mas necessitando de uma pintura no quarto. Café da manhã muito bom, fácil acesso ao comércio do centro da cidade e à rodoviária.

Location, near shopping, bars and restaurants, nice staff and great breakfast, Mr. Moises, Mr. Gomes and all employees were very friendly, frigobar at our room were full of free bottles of sodas, waters, juices… overall a great stay!

I only can say good things about receptionists at this hotel. They go on and beyond to accommodate us. If you are in Belo Horizonte- Mina’s Gerais I highly recommend this hotel. Acomodações espaçosas, sauna, piscina enorme em área externa com vista de 360 graus e já existe guarda sol nas mesas junto às espreguiçadeiras no roof top. Excelente localização em bairro nobre, bonito e arborizado. Não possui serviços de hotel (nada de room service 24hs ou bar de piscina) nem manobrista ou carregadores de malas, o staff é bem reduzido mas bastante cordial. O café da manhã é muito bom. A geladeira é grande e não vem abastecida - as opções de supermercado, farmácia e restaurantes a poucos metros são da melhor qualidade. No lobby existe um espaço com freezer, microondas e máquina de café aberto 24 horas onde você pode comprar água e outras bebidas, lanches, pequenas refeições e sanduíches e preparar no local ou levá-los pra sua suíte. O estacionamento é super espaçoso com vagas pra qualquer modelo de veículo e é gratuito. Recomendo para estadia mais longa e/ou pra quem não faz questão de restaurante no próprio hotel. Estive hospedada em todas opções com estacionamento, ar condicionado e piscina da cidade e o Ville Celestine, apesar de não ter serviço e mordomias de hotel, tem características que não existem em nenhuma outra opção de hospedagem de BH.

The selection was great, everything was fresh, and the team working in the breakfast area was simply amazing. The girls there were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Amazing hotel in Belo Horizonte! There are not many hotels like the Fasano in BH. It is very difficult to find a nice hotel. We loved the Fasano experience, the staff was amazing, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfy. Great amenities. Definitely recommend the Fasano if you come to BH.

We recently stayed at Fasano Belo Horizonte, and while the hotel has potential, our experience was a mix of highs and lows — with one standout highlight: Lidia. If it weren’t for her, our stay would have been a completely different story. She recommended incredible restaurants, curated amazing experiences for us, and even went out of her way to help us get a taxi when no one else could. She truly made us feel at home — Lidia is a star and deserves all the recognition in the world. That said, coming from a hospitality background myself, I was surprised by a few things. The front office team, aside from Alice who was fantastic and helpful, struggled with English communication and professionalism. At one point, they even tried to charge us for breakfast — despite it being clearly included in our standard rate. It took both us and Lidia having to pull up the booking details to sort it out, which shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this caliber. Housekeeping also had its moments — on our first night, a kind woman brought us extra water upon request, which we appreciated. But the next night, they attempted turndown service at 21:30 with quite a bit of noise, which felt a bit inconsiderate. All in all, Lidia absolutely made our stay. Without her, we would’ve been lost. She is exceptional — and truly embodies what luxury hospitality should be.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and caring, specially Daniel, who offered us great local spot tips. The room was spacious and had a great design. Bedding and towels were high-quality, amenities were really good. Food was delicious! I highly recommend their breakfast--it was pricy but worth it, specially if you are having brunch.
