O local fica um pouco afastado da região central de Farroupilha, mas, bem próximo dos roteiros turísticos da região. Quarto confortável, café da manhã com boa variedade, atendimento excelente, todos muito atenciosos. Para entrar e sair da garagem tem que avisar ou ligar na recepção, fica como sugestão a título de melhoria, automatizar a abertura do portão por placa, por exemplo. Única queixa, é que o anúncio oferecia uma vista para as montanhas, mas o quarto era no primeiro andar e só tinha vista para o telhado, mas isso não desabona o serviço que foi bem prestado.

Excelente estada, local muito tranquilo, ótimas acomodações, colaboradores muito queridos. Ficamos no Flat Família em 5 pessoas e foi demais, tem 2 quartos, 1 sala e 2 banheiros e a vista é maravilhosa. Situado ao lado do Santuário de Caravaggio e próximo ao Caminho de Pedras e ao Vale dos Vinhedos. Fica a 90 km de Gramado. Apenas 14km do Parque Salto Ventoso, atração imperdível de Farroupilha. Enfim, faltam palavras para descrever o excelente atendimento que foi proporcionado a nossa família.

O hotel é extremamente bem localizado, limpo, organizado, o atendimento de todos é muito cordial, o café da manhã é muito bem servido, com várias opções de pães, bolos e tortas. Uma estadia impecável.

Hotel de um modo geral muito limpo. Café da manhã simples, mas muito gostoso. Quarto limpo, organizado, chuveiro maravilhoso. O hotel tem aquecedores nos corredores, então a temperatura fica agradável mesmo nos dias frios.

O hotel é pequenininho e lindinho! O cafe da manha é bom. Os funcionarios sao gentis e solicitos. Ha um bosque, uma area com mesinhas otima para tomar um vinho, e para quem está de carro, a regiao de Caminho de Pedras onde o hotel esta localizado, é excelente para turismo, com restaurantes super legais. Fica ha uns 6 minutos do centro de Bento. A piscina é relativamente pequena. Gostei muito da minha hospedagem!

This hotel is in the middle of the vineyard valley in Bento Gonçalves. The view is perfect, localization is perfect, and the accomodation was nice! We were well received on the check-in, and we got two tasting of wine or grape juice (both were perfect too!). The breakfast was so good, that me and my wife today, now at home is missing the awesome hotel breakfast. The dinner was pretty good too! The landscape is amazing, and the hotel grounds has some peacocks (it's prettier than on the photos).

The breakfast was excellent. Staff are very attentive and a great choice of different foods and drinks.

Property was excellent! You could say it was built a long time ago but the service was great, but the rooms were extremely clean … swimming pool..free glass of wine!

I like the wine and grape juice when we arrived.

Casa Veneto is very beautiful and the owner, Romario, went above and beyond to make sure we were all well taken care of. The charcuterie board was amazing, and the breakfast was very unique (individual and full picnic baskets for each couple, complete with jams, honey, breads, cake, and coffee). The grape juice was also excellent. The rooms were comfortable with A/C, hot showers, and really good smelling winery-style shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Nossa experiência no Laghetto Bento foi incrível. Me hospedei com meu filho e esposo, no período próximo ao natal, e fiquei encantada com absolutamente tudo. O próprio hotel é muito bem localizado. Tudo muito limpo, confortável e o quarto extremamente aconchegante. Todos os colaboradores são agradáveis, solícitos e simpáticos, sem exceção. Tiveram todo o carinho com meu filho de 4 anos, facilitando nossas vidas e direcionando para as melhores experiencias. Os dois rapazes quem nos receberam no check-in foram incríveis, bem como a camareira quem cuidou com tanto carinho do nosso quarto, 1104. No restaurante, tivemos um espetáculo de atendimento com o Jean, quem nos acolheu e nos serviu com excelência, além de nos deixar bem a vontade e com muita cortesia. Aos que necessitam saber, o estacionamento do hotel é pago a parte, mas isso é sinalizado por eles desde o anuncio nas plataformas, então não há surpresas. O hotel conta com um espacinho kids que meu filho adorou! Enfim, somente elogios, principalmente pelo edredom maravilhoso e chuveiro forte e quentinho do quarto.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício, equipe incrível, me deram todo o apoio e suporte. Eu viajo com minha cachorrinha Pug de 15 anos, a Maria. É um desafio encontrar locais que nos recebam e nos acolham. A equipe do hotel realmente recebe toda a minha gratidão e reconhecimento. O quarto que ficamos tinha uma vista incrível e cama muito confortável. O café da manhã também muito completo e bem servido. Minhas sugestões de melhorias: na academia, os equipamentos precisam de manutenção e modernidade. Percebi que muitos hóspedes utilizam e acho que vale a pena investir nisso. O hotel possui sauna (que não utilizei) e tb jacuzzis, muito quentinhas. Foram meu momento de leitura no fim de tarde, após os passeios na vinícolas. Eu recomendo e se tiver outra oportunidade, volto !

Atendimento excelente, desde o check in, mimo de Páscoa no quarto no domingo quando retornamos do passeio e acomodação top. Duas ressalvas: o box do banheiro precisa de reformas no piso, já reclamei no ano passado. E outra situação, ficamos no andar da academia: faz muito barulho a esteira e dá pra ouvir nos quartos e no andar de baixo também. Mas, apesar disso, quando voltarmos a Bento (amamos a cidade) pela terceira vez, ficaremos no Lagheto Bento.

Gostei da estadia. Foram 4 diárias agradáveis e sem contratempos. Os funcionário são prestativos e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia melhorar. Há varios restaurantes e cafés nas proximidades, e mesmo a noite é bem tranquilo. O quarto que fiquei era enorme. O hotel é antigo, e isso tem suas vantagens como quartos maiores, mas tambem em alguns pontos, necessitam de melhorias. Foi uma boa escolha.

Lugar de fácil acesso, ambiente bem limpo, o café da manhã com bastante opção, o rapaz da recepção(Gabriel) muito educado e querido. Só não gostei muito da cama, achei pequena e o colchão muito mole para o casal. Fora isso indico e certamente voltaria.

A estadia foi incrível. O hotel é novo, com acomodações confortáveis e aconchegantes. Café da manhã é espetacular. Possui piscina coberta e com ambiente aquecido e uma jacuzzi quentinha perfeita para relaxar após os passeios. O hotel ainda possui em suas dependências restaurantes, bar, wine store e capela, o qie tornou ainda mais interessante. Tivemos apenas um contratempo no jantar, que estava frio e insoso, no caso de carnes e risotos. Sobre esta situação a equipe nos repassou que não seria cobrada a refeição e no momento do check-out o mesmo foi cobrado.

O hotel está bem localizado, perto de diversos pontos turísticos do Vale dos Vinhedos, além de ser um estabelecimento bem novo, com restaurante/bar, piscina térmica adulto e infantil e jacuzzi. Os atendentes foram muito simpáticos e educados, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Eu só recomendaria uma melhor distribuição logística do café da manhã, pois está localizado em um canto, ao fundo do restaurante, e o acesso fica bem complicado com o hotel cheio. Parece que a questão da circulação não foi pensada quando idealizaram o local, pois não há qualquer lógica na distribuição dos itens nas mesas. Todavia, o café é ótimo, super variado e bem delicioso. O estacionamento é pago à parte e fica no mesmo prédio do hotel, não tivemos dificuldade em acessá-lo e o preço é ok. Tem quentuxa no térreo para pegar água quente. Embaixo do prédio tem algumas lojas como Devorata e Malacara e na frente do hotel tem um Restaurante Di Paolo. Achamos o hotel um excelente custo/benefício, apropriado para famílias e, com certeza, voltaremos em uma próxima oportunidade.

Incrível ! Desde a localização até o charme do bar externo para brindar o pôr do sol, uma experiência encantadora!

Ótimo hotel. Café da manhã gostoso, variado. Bom custo-benefício. A recepcionista pareceu pouco solícita no trato com os hóspedes, não achava minha reserva, pareceu estar fazendo um favor, quando minha diária já estava até paga. No quarto uma das toalhas de rosto estava poída e o lençol de baixo fica saindo da cama (na parte junto a cebeceira), parecia curto. Esses detalhes, não desmerecem o hotel. Mas, sim, merecem atenção para evitar afugentar novos hóspedes e manter a tardição do nome que carrega!

Minha experiência foi excelente. Recepção gentil e rápido check-in. Quarto em ordem, limpo, tudo novo. O Hotel fica afastado da cidade e é necessário carro. O acesso é fácil, por três caminhos diferentes, que te permitem se deslocar, facilmente para todas as atrações e cidades próximas sem perda de tempo. A vista da cidade é linda e há um mirante em frente ao hotel para apreciar o por-do-sol. Café da manhã fantástico com opções variadas. Recomendo

O chuveiro pra esquentar o segredo é abrir bastante e aguardar uns 3 minutos. O restaurante do hotel achei que falta opções, optei por fazer pedido pelo Ifood. É importante é ficar atento na descrição, o estacionamento é cobrado R$ 30 a diária. Mas o estacionamento é coberto e dentro do próprio hotel.

As instalações do Hotel e serviços são nota 10 , sem nenhum problema . Recepção excelente , serviços bem realizados . O unico po´rem que foi MUITO lamentável : no sabado , dia 07-12 o hotel teve uma festa ( algum salao interno ) cheguei no hotel para DORMIR e DESCANÇAR , mas o som estava tão alto que do 7 andar dava pra escutatr a festa e a batida do som . Lamentavel o hotel onde queremos dormir em paz , fazer uma festa interna ( que ultrapassou as 3:00 da manhã ) fazendo naturalmente que nao conseguisse dormir . Lamentável

If you want peace and quiet in a rural setting close to urban chaos this is the place. Definitively 4 Star. It's beautiful gardens, spacious lobby, serene setting makes a refreshing mental and physical renewal. I had a lot of work. But did'nt feel it. The food I was served was outstanding. As the Rio Grande do Sul is dominated by italian influence and the array of delictable foods at the hotel and eatiries is never ending. The value on the dollar excellent. In my opinion you get more than you pay for. Family, business, R&R, romance....it's all there if that is what you are looking for.

Hotel um pouco antigo, mas muito bem conservado. O quarto é amplo, a cama e o chuveiro são de ótima qualidade, e o aquecimento funciona bem. Não tem ar condicionado no quarto, mas tem ventilador. Não sei se funciona bem como solução no calor do verão, mas o local é bem fresco. No quarto senti falta apenas de um cofre. O ponto alto, sem dúvida, é a atenção, educação e cordialidade de toda a equipe, começando pela recepção, passando pelo restaurante e pelo serviço de governança. Café da manhã ótimo, para quem gosta de variedades típicas e comida feita com carinho. No geral, um excelente custo x benefício, por isso as 5 estrelas.

O lugar é simplesmente incrível. A arquitetura, decoração, ambientes e o atendimento são excelentes. O Cafe da manhã é bem variado, do tipo que você tem vontade de ficar por umas 2 horas. O quarto que ficamos era bem espaçoso, silencioso e a cama muito confortável. Pra quem é viciado por TV (o que não é o meu caso) talvez sinta falta de opções de canais. A localização é muito boa também, mas pra quem não está de carro, vai depender de táxi pra se locomover pra outros lugares.

O hotel é incrível. Excelente infraestrutura, quartos confortáveis, cama muito boa e café da manhã muito acima da média. A única coisa que não gostamos foi do atendimento. Não nos sentimos bem recepcionados, apesar de não termos sido desrespeitados. Só nos sentimos mais um. Além disso, houve um desgaste por conta de um barulho muito alto que acontecia principalmente de madrugada e que não se importaram em resolver. Era tão alto que na primeira noite, acordamos preocupados achando que poderia ser algum tipo de sirene do hotel.

I found a large selection of places to eat within easy walking distance. My only negative observation was that the walls were a little too thin, and noisy neighbors made for a long night!

Hotel com a melhor localização de Bento Gonçalves, situado na via gastronômica. A equipe é muito gentil e solícita. Apesar da alta ocupação (havia um congresso e também vários grupos de excursões), conseguiram atender o nosso pedido para que mudássemos para uma suíte voltada para a rua dos fundos, mais silenciosa. E ainda arranjaram uma suíte maior, com a comodidade de uma mini-cozinha! O café da manhã é excelente, muito variado e não faltou absolutamente nada, com reposição frequente para dar conta dos dezenas de hóspedes que estavam ali simultaneamente. A piscina aquecida é espetacular. Recomendo!

Excelente hotel. É a quinta vez em Bento e a quinta vez neste hotel. Ficaremos outras vezes, apesar de notarmos uma certa queda na qualidade da limpeza do quarto (bastante empoeirado na entrada), também na manutenção da piscina, que sempre é um diferencial neste hotel, mas desta vez deixou uma má experiência (duchas com monocomando quebrado, jatos de hidro quebrados, e um dia a água estava gelada). Continua sendo um ótimo hotel. Espero que continue sendo um prazer estar hospedado ali.

Hotel com história, staff impecável, ambiente acolhedor e lindamente decorado. Você chega e é recepcionado com um brinde de boas vindas com a espumante brut rose da vinícola Garibaldi, além de chá/café e aperitivos no lobby do hotel. No quarto há uma mensagem de boas vindas, com água e alguns doces. O quarto é espaçoso, a cama é maravilhosa, o banheiro é pequeno, mas limpo e com toalha que abraça. O restaurante do hotel possui um cardápio variado, com uma comida gostosa, que valoriza alimentos orgânicos e da região. Quando retornamos ao quarto havia uma mensagem de boa noite e chá em cima da casa. O café da manhã é excepcional, fantástico e merece um tempo de qualidade para apreciar. No momento do checkout recebemos uma mimo com água e maçã para viagem. Com certeza voltaremos e indicamos! A única observação que comentei foi a respeito da pia do banheiro que estava demorando para esvaziar, nada que um sifão novo e soda cáustica não resolva. Essa situação não interferiu em nada na qualidade do hotel.

O Hotel casacurta é um charme nas áreas internas e externas. A recepção com espumante e itens para um pequena café na recepção do período da tarde também são delicadezas que agradam muito! Nos quartos as roupas de cama e banho são novas e de boa qualidade. O banheiro da acomodação premium luxo já poderia ser remodelado. O café da manhã é um momento à parte, simplesmente delicioso, tudo é fresco e de boa qualidade! Para fechar tem a osteria com uma comida muito gostosa, embora o serviço deva melhorar. De um modo geral o hotel é excelente e se vê a preocupação em agradar o hóspede. Amamos nossa estadia e recomendo.
