Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Bern

Just back from a week’s half-board holiday stay at this very comfortable and efficient hotel! We found it quietly situated, spotlessly clean, and a great base for a stay in the beautiful Lake Thun area. Links to local buses (free with the provided Panorama Thunersee card) were easy and we enjoyed hiking trips in the area. Easy access to the lake for swims and runs/walks along the paths. Highlights include all the helpful staff, the fantastic fresh and varied buffet breakfast, and the simply delicious and sophisticated evening meals (allergies well catered for) in the Delta and Thai restaurants. The spa was also amazing! With different saunas, showers, a sundeck, saltwater indoor pool and great massages (Li 🙏). The small bar area had a great selection of drinks/cocktails with friendly service. Coffee, teas, water and apples were freely available on each of the two accommodation floors. Our “mountain facing” hotel room had a useful fridge and every general amenity we needed, including plush robes for spa. Excellent hotel and we would certainly recommend a stay.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. Especially the balcony was a highlight with beautiful views over the garden and the lake. The Spa was not the biggest but the pools were super nice and I highly appreciated the selection of 2 separate sauna areas: 1 with swimming wear and 1 without. We ate dinner in the Thai restaurant and were amazed by the authentic Thai tastes. Breakfast was good but with a really bad coffee. Pro tip: Order the coffee from the bar. You pay for it but it is worth it. :)

We would certainly recommend this hotel after a 6 night stay beginning of June. From entering the reception the staff were very friendly and so helpful! The room was fabulous with excellent mountain views, super clean and modern. We were half board and the food was exceptional, again the staff in the restaurant/bar are so friendly. The Spa is so relaxing and was definitely a bonus at the end of the day after visiting so many beautiful places. We even tried the Yoga class available which we would recommend trying, especially as this was a first for us both (even my husband admitted it is hard to do!) Although this is a journey from the airport, don't be put off as the trains are so easy and very punctual as well as the buses. Hopefully we will return soon!

We returned to this hotel after a few other stays and were happy to find that the staff is still as friendly and helpful as ever. We lover the wellness installations which are really of top quality and for all tastes. The situation - between Spiez and Thun is very convenient and easily accessible by public or private transport. We use the Juniorsuite which has a lot of extras added and is extremely comfortable. We used the hotel restaurant - very good - and the Thai restaurant which is one of the best of its kind. A special bonus - at least for my wife and me - is the Hotel cat Bubu... And I'd also like to mention the friendlyness of the vice-director, Mr. Rath, who was helpful to us beyond the call of duty.

Perfect location, woke up every morning of our 4 night stay to beautiful views of the Eiger and also the town of Grindelwald. There is a super convenient bus service that runs every hour to and from Grindelwald with the stop only being a minutes walk from Eiger View. The room itself was really comfortable and perfect for us, also special mention to the breakfast, it filled us up perfectly for the day and it was full of local tasty produce. We can definitely recommend the scrambled egg and bacon. The customer service was exceptional, with a friendly welcome and information provided about the property, and when it was time for us to leave we felt sad to be leaving Eiger View. I really cannot recommend this accommodation enough, and we will definitely be coming back to Eiger View in the future to experience more of what Grindelwald and the Jungfrau region itself has to offer.

It is a great little hotel in a quiet and beautiful location in Grindelwald, with a breathtaking view. The rooms are new, modern, comfortable, very nice and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets are high quality and the pillows are very comfortable. The staff is very kind, friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. It was a second time I was here, everything is perfect, and I will definitely come back again.

This hotel was perfect, exceptional views. It was very friendly, the rooms were super spacious and clean. They had a balcony with gorgeous views. There is a very steep hill to get to the hotel, that’s the only downside. But they do offer a bus service once you have checked in.

The location is very good, within walking distance of the town. The view of the Eiger from our terrace was amazing. The facilities are modern, comfortable and clean. We ordered breakfast and it was varied and delicious. Staff are lovely.

I liked everything! The parking space is so convenient The reception staff is so welcoming and very well trained. We were checked-in and checked-out by two apprentices: I am not sure they are apprentices only though. You guys need to hire them as soon as possible! The health center is another level! Amazingly beautiful. You can come out from the pool with a totally positive mood. It is very convenient for couples (warm water, jacuzzi spaces, breath-taking view, calm). It is also very clean. In the night, we were late on dinner time. When I informed a waiter in the hotel restaurant that I just need some bread so we can eat something before we sleep, he said that he will try to get me sandwiches from the kitchen, and he certainly did get me 2 sandwiches so we don't sleep hungry! That was way over my expectations. The breakfast was also so generous. The village of Charmey is in itself so relaxing and the location really helps you to relax and recharge.

A Perfect Stay Surrounded by Nature and Relaxation We stayed at this hotel to enjoy not only the beautiful natural surroundings but also the amazing spa. We had already visited the spa before, but this time, we decided to stay overnight – and it turned out to be an excellent idea! Unlimited access to the spa was a great bonus, and the tunnel connecting the hotel directly to the wellness area made everything so much easier. No need to worry about changing – bathrobes, towels, and slippers were all provided, allowing for complete relaxation. We especially loved the thermal pools with stunning views, the cozy atmosphere, the attentive staff, and the live music in the bar in the evening. The breakfast was also worth mentioning – delicious and with a great variety of choices. We would definitely love to come back!

Very good Hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms, the breakfast was very good, there is a large selection, there is also gluten-free bread. The staff is kind and helpful. The tunnel to the thermal bath is cool. The thermal is very good, big, not so crowded. There are many places for excursions around the hotel. The town has its own tele cabin to the mountain with a nice view. So absolutely recommended, we will return.

Spacious and very clean room, very friendly staff, the hot pools were awesome, very tasty breakfast and dinner, the kids loved the VIP cards for free chocolate . Good location, not far from Gruyere old town, the chocolate factory in Broc and some beautiful nature spots. The music playing on Sunday was very nice. We would love to stay there again!

Love the thermal bath that is directly connected to the hotel and the bathrobe/towels/slippers provided for use in the thermal bath. Huge and comfortable rooms as well with a good view at the balcony. Delicious spread for breakfast, especially the fresh honey comb and smoked salmon, and of course their chocolate products.

- Manuela is very friendly and helpful ! :-) - Gave us great tips on restaurants, locations, directions, etc. No need to go to the tourist information centre - Hotel is very well located - You can unload luggage at the hotel, then park 100m away at Rathaus parking (14.-/24h) - Room was very nice, spacious and clean - Comfortable beds, modern bathroom, quiet - Big balcony with 2 chairs and 2 loungers – very relaxing ! - Balcony had a mountain view and has sun from 2pm–6pm - Breakfast was amazing – eggs, sausages, bread, croissants, cheeses, yogurt, muesli, juices, coffee, etc. - Definitely worth it ! Absolutely loved this place. Would book here again without hesitation :-)

Spacious, freshly renovated room with a comfortable mattress and attention to every detail. The highlight — a large terrace with breathtaking mountain views, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Everything is nearby: restaurants, thermal baths, and scenic trails. Very central location for easy access to ski lifts/cable car, shopping, restaurants and thermal baths. Apartment in well maintained condition, clean, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Hotel Dala is absolutely wonderful! Room was so warm and cosy, the large balcony had stunning mountain views with lounge chairs. Location was really convenient and close to the bus stop. Breakfast had decent amount of options and very delish. Most of all the service here was incredible!! Manuela was so helpful in giving recommendations on where to visit and how to explore Leukerbad. Would definitely visit again

Location and Facilities (hot pool & sauna, jacuzzi - fabulous)

My family of five (teens and grandparent) loved the Bellevue Hotel. It's excellent for families. 1. The location was fantastic - short walk to train station but not too close, in the center but a little on the edge so quieter and close to different neighborhoods in Interlaken, while near all the restaurants, shops, etc. 2. The wonderfully kind, considerate, and professional young staff -- they called and made lunch reservations at the Strand Hotel for me (Crash Landing on You), always asked us how we were doing, were friendly and welcoming. 3. Our family room and single room had delightful balconies with both views of the beautiful river and Jungfrau! 4. The family room was fabulous: door separated the two rooms, very spacious rooms, very spacious and modern bathroom with two sinks, good shower. 5. Great A/C 6. Delicious and lovely breakfast room and breakfast buffet - just get the breakfast - it's worth it. 7. Convenient parking if you have a car (just across the street). 8. Elegant and charming hotel lobby and rooms. 9. Smaller hotel but not tiny, with plenty of amenities. 10. Sweet lounge with bar (both indoor and outdoor) -- great to watch soccer games, delicious local wine and beer, and appetizers. Sit and enjoy wine and a cheese plate one evening when you're staying here. 11. Good internet. Thank you for a truly great stay. We were sad to leave. Jenny

We spent 2 nights at the Hotel Bellevue. It's a great hotel The location in Interlaken is perfect as it's along the river and an easy 5 minute walk to the Interlaken West Train Station. The rooms we had were perfect (we had the Boutique Double Garden View). Very spacious and the bed was comfortable, it was also very quiet even being close to the train tracks. Our room overlooked the river and had a patio where you could enjoy your morning coffee. Check in was easy and the staff friendly. They offer umbrellas in case of rain, which came in handy during our trip. Our room came with breakfast, which was delicious and well appointed. The bus system in the city makes it easy to get around and your stay comes with a public transport card to use so you have free access. Overall I was very happy with the Bellevue Hotel, and would stay here agian.

Central and amazing position in the middle of Brig. The hotel stuff very friendly funny nice and willing to.help with everything. Our room.was very nice spacious clean and with a jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious and very rich

Just about everything. The property has been described as 'old-fashioned'. I would suggest that 'timeless' might be more appropriate; lovely wooden panelling doesn't age. Our room was large and with a beautiful view over the town square and a bathroom with a large, corner Jacuzzi. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, though few spoke much English and my Italian (the first language of many of them) is completely non-existent. Nevertheless, with a bit of give and take - and quite a lot of laughter - all went well. The restaurant, which I may review separately, was superb.

I loved staying at Hotel du Pont. The hotel is right in the centre of town next to a rushing stream. It's a classic traditional Swiss town hotel. Dinner in the restaurant was wonderful (I had the venison) and the restaurant, obviously a favorite for locals as well as guests, is a bustling, happy place for dinner. Breakfast the next morning was personally laid out for me - again the breakfast room had a pleasant 'buzz' to it. My room overlooked one of the main streets in town, ideally situated. I was on a bicycle trip and they let me store my bike inside next to the restaurant- very convenient.

On a recent business trip this hotel was my choice in Brig. Brig is a small destination; midway between Geneva and Milan by rail. A good place to break a rail journey; also a great place for a walking holiday in summer and skiing in winter. remember that this town is basically German speaking. If you normally converse in English get into the habit of using German or French. What I liked the most was the charming staff who did speak English; she was delightful and helpful. The Swiss produce excellent red wines - Dole des Monts for example. Here in Valais try to sample the red and white wines - you'll be surprised at the excellent quality and these wines are seldom available outside of Switzerland. The hotel is very warm and friendly in nature and very comfortable for any stay. It's easy to find as you basically walk up from the station for 10minutes along Bahnhoff Strasse through the leafy shopping area to a cobbled plaza adjacent to the river. The biggest problem is the noise of the river - I kid you not! I ate far too much but every mouthful was a pleasure. The breakfast is continental with cheese, bread, honey, jam, coffee, tea, chocolate and ham if you want it. There is plenty of food here - don't be scared you will not go hungry. The rooms are large, twin beds, good bathrooms and plenty of hanging space for clothes. Nothing was too much trouble for the host here. You will enjoy staying at Hotel du Pont

The room is very big, cozy, clean and comfortable. It even has a washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and a big bathtub. I love it. If I was visiting someday in the future I would definitely repeat the booking of this hotel.

My husband and I arrived at this hotel after a major hike around Mt. Blanc. We were worn out from treking 100 miles through the Alps. This hotel provdied a wonderful antidote to our fatigue. The Grand Bellevue is beautiful -- the main building is not the standard prolific Swiss Chalet -- with a lovely park in the front. It was renovated recently by the new owner whose wife, an interior designer, has gorgeous taste with a penchant for both elegance and whimsy. The furnishings are somewhat traditional but with intriguing modernist touches.The welcoming public spaces are quite roomy yet intimate. The spa is fantastic and very large with many different steam baths and saunas and a spectacular swimming pool with accompanying jacuzzi. The jets on the jacuzzi were incredible. By the end of the week, I almost felt ready to walk the Alps again! Many massages and other treatments were available. The gym was well-equipped and there was a Pilates studio with first rate equipment also as well as a very large relaxation room with recliners and individual water beds. The main restaurant was wonderful. I believe it has a Michelin star. Dinner was amazing but breakfast (which was included in the room rate) was absolutely fantastic. The best thing about the hotel however was the incredible service. The guest is made to feel very special and catered to immediately upon his or her appearance. I only wish I had more space to praise all the wonderful amenities. I would return in a heartbeat!

It is not a hotel, it is home. The people there treat you like you are one of the family or owner of the room. From the entry olivier will welcome you and give all the support you need. Then the front desk will finalize all your paper and you will enjoy the room. Room size is very big and it is very clean and comfortable. Then you go to the restaurant, the chef Francisco is fabulous he will treat you like a king. The spa is deferent story, it is very big and you have multiple choices of steam room and sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi. Then hotel shuttle is also amazing they have Aston martin available to droop you to locations near the hotel. The hotel is superlative on all counts -- impeccable service, attentive staff, beautifully decorated facility, ultra-luxurious spa. We were met at the front door by a staff member who knew that we had booked that very day. During our check-in, we were offered an incredibly refreshing tea. Charmingly unstuffy, the hotel is beautifully decorated. The reception and quiet rooms filled with plush sofas and chairs invites guests to relax. Our guest room had an exceedingly comfortable mattress and bedding. The espresso maker was a lovely touch and the balcony. . . Time spent at the spa, a joy. . . Top notch on every count. We also ate dinner at the restaurant, where again the personal service was impeccable. The owner and manager is particularly charming, giving all his guests personal attention. Loved it!

Literly Everything. The location is amazing a few mins from the shopping promanad, amazing interior, very very amazing staff special thanks to the manager, reception, and door/valet staff. The room is very spacious beautiful view with fresh flowers also!! AMAZING SPA!! All the bathrooms are with electronic systems!

The view is amazing, the staff are friendly and the jacuzzi in the room is a real bonus. The restaurant also has a stunning view over the lake. It's easy to get out to all the best hiking spots but do recommend having a car to make the most of the area.

Nice stay ! Friendly reception and staff at the restaurant, speaking perfect french. nice room with terrasse and jacuzzi! There is a coffee machine in the room which was a highlight. The bed was so cozy and we slept very well! There were cozy bathrobes and slippers too. Breakfast was very nice, with delicious croissants and bread. We enjoyed our stay!

The view from the room was simply amazing, couple that with the jacuzzi that slides outside on the terrace where you can enjoy the view and you are onto a winner! The bed itself was really large, perhaps the largest bed I've slept in, so me and my friend could comfortably sleep without getting in each others way. Parking is free and separated via a barrier, so only guests of the hotel can use it. They also have a separate parking spot for electric cars/plug in hybrids.

there was nobody available at night to complain about very noisy people next door that did not settle down until after 2 am. Swimming pool was not completely remodeled. Jacuzzi was closed for remodeling. Guests were required to pay for coffee pods to make coffee in rooms. Guests were required to pay for Billiard table. No refrigerator in the room - we needed it to keep medicine cool. Location was good - we had a rental car. Mountains' views are excellent.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect. I had already stayed here before, and once again the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. It was also my birthday during this stay, and they gifted me a card and a small present, which truly touched me. Everything exceeded my expectations, and this has truly become one of my favorite hotels. I can’t wait to come back! <3

you don't hear any noise from outside even though you can open the windows (which is nice). there is no carpet but a clean parquet floor great bed linen (firm and extra-white cotton) great view fromt the 12th floor over the Hochbrücke to the other side of the river

My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and had the most incredible experience. We got the Burgenstock Boat across Lake Lucerne and then the Funicular up the mountain. We were kindly escorted to our Executive room with Panorama view (to which we were very kindly upgraded to for our honeymoon by Andreas). The room was beautifully furnished with an incredible view over the lake and mountains. The fireplace was a great addition and was also visible from the bathtub. The bathroom was large and spacious with excellent amenities. There was a huge variety of options at breakfast and the food was delicious. We were made a customized fresh juice by the cheerful Giudetta which was amazing. The view from breakfast is also incredible if you get a seat by the window. What we enjoyed most about the hotel were the amazing spa facilities including the infinity pool (which is heated). My wife loved the fact that you could go into the outdoor infinity pool and then back into the heated indoor area without leaving the pool. There were also multiple other areas to enjoy and we loved our cacao and honey body scrub. All in all, this was the most amazing hotel we've experienced and we can't wait to return!

Beautiful place to stay. It has big big bath tub, small fireplace in the room. Facilities were great. infinity Spa pool, cinema, furnicular, ice skating, tennis etc. Perfect experience! Only negative thing i could say is the food. Breakfast buffet is great, Asian restaurant was okay except the sushi roll(not fresh and rice is dry) But the french restaurant was way to slow and not that good. we had two course for 2 hours. different from other part of hotels, this restaurant staffs werent very friendly and so slow working and i was falling asleep during the meal, waiting for the main dish. we were seriously scared to order dessert.

Nach wie vor ein hervorragendes Resort in tollem Zustand. Das Frühstück ist als exzellent zu bezeichnen! Da wir bereits seit Jahren kommen, kennen wir auch die nach unserer Meinung „besten Zeiten“ der Restaurants. Leider sind während der Wintersaison viel zu wenig Restaurants offen - das waren in dem Fall nur 2 plus die Bar in der Lobby. Wir waren nicht die einzigen Gäste, die nicht unter gebracht werden konnten. Dies war sehr ärgerlich, da es sehr beschwerlich ist nach Luzern zu kommen. Die dortige Auswahl an Restaurants ist ebenfalls nicht gut. Leider hat auch die Qualität des Essens stark abgenommen, insbesondere im Restaurant Oak Grill, das Restaurant Spices kann aktuell auch nicht recht überzeugen. Wenn die Restaurants wieder bei alter Qualität sind, ist aus unserer Sicht wirklich alles mit 5/ 5 Sternen zu bewerten.

Our stay here was one of the best weekends I have had. The room was so beautiful, very clean, and with amazing views. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and the atmosphere was extremely relaxed. The Alpine Spa was wonderful and the time spent in the Spa massively contributed to our lovely stay. The scenery was beyond beautiful and the walk up to Europe's tallest lift was extremely scenic. I would so highly recommend a stay in this wonderful resort

Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa exceeded expectations. Gorgeous and modern design with amazing amenities. Had beautiful views of the Lucerne Lake, which never disappointed at sunset or sunrise. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. I’ve stayed at several 5 star hotels around the world including Four Seasons, Belmond — and this place is truly special!

I confess that I was originally eyeing the Victoria Jungfrau for our stay. The pricing was a deterrent plus I wanted to be on the river. Very wise decision. The Hotel Goldey was a rare find and I am so thankful that I discovered it. I will be returning. The hotel is located on the river in a very quiet part of the city with little to no night noise. The peaceful atmosphere is every travelers dream. The reception staff goes above and beyond to insure your stay is perfect. We were upgraded to Room 402 which I would recommend highly. The views are unsurpassed with two balconies, one a view of the river and the other of the mountain. The suite is spacious offering a dining table for 4, small living room with king bed and another separate bedroom. By European standards the room is huge, beds are extremely comfortable and the suite overall immaculate. The Swiss are known for their cleanliness and the Hotel Goldey takes it to another level. It truly was spotless. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and the view from the dining room is simply breathtaking. I am looking forward to my next stay!! Back to the Victoria Jungfrau. Just to give a heads up. It is located in a very busy and noisy part of the city with heavy foot traffic. Beautiful façade, absolutely but if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep and a bit of tranquility, by all means book the Hotel Goldey.

It is an incontrovertible fact of life that Switzerland is horrendously expensive - and the Goldey Swiss Hotel is no exception. However in the context of the host country and Interlaken in particular, it is competitively priced. We paid extra to have a mountain view - and it was worth every penny. To stand on the balcony and listen to the sounds of the river and watch the ever changing vista of the mountains in general and the Jungfrau in particular is a delight. And to be a few hundred meters away from the busy main streets of the town is an advantage.The room was comfortable - though hot in the unexpectedly warm weather. The public rooms, lounge, dining room and garden are all furnished and decorated with taste to present a relaxing and comfortable environment. The staff are friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a good start to the day with the choice of hot food and the cold buffet. All in all we were very happy with our choice of hotel and would happily return. We shall take note of the advice of the Manager and book far in advance to ensure we get the view we want.

My wife and I stayed for a week at the start of July. We had a nice room (305) facing the Jungfrau and river and it was worth the extra money for this view alone! View was slightly spoiled by the large tower block in Interlaken which some town planner should be shot for, but otherwise great. Breakfast was available from 6:30 to 10:00 so plenty of options for the early or late riser. Usual continental fare, plenty of fresh bread and cheese and meats. Fruit and the usual cereals together with a small hot option of scrambled eggs sausages and mushrooms/tomatoes. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant and thankfully spoke English a lot better than I speak German (or French). Location is good too, a short walk to the main street in Interlaken across the footbridge outside the Hotel or a stroll along the promenade to Interlaken Ost station or the other way through Unterseen to Interlaken West. Even strolling it only takes around 15 minutes to get from the hotel to anywhere you need to be in Interlaken. A little bonus was that if you were back early to the hotel in the afternoon there was free Coffee and cake in the lounge from around 3 -5. Very nice for putting the calories back on after a good walk. Upgraded rooms with mountain view are worth it.

We received a warm welcome on arrival and found the hotel staff very helpful throughout our three night stay. The hotel is next to the river Aare with direct access to the riverside footpath for access to the town centre and public transport - 10 minutes walk. Its in a quiet area away from the bustle of the main hotel strip. We had a room overlooking the river with a small balcony where we were able to sit out in the evenings. The room was clean and in good condition with plenty of space. Breakfasts were excellent - possibly the best in our week long Swiss trip. A set menu is offered in the evening which represented good value but we chose to eat elsewhere. A nice touch is the complimentary afternoon tea and cake. We had good weather during our stay with views through to the Jungfrau. However, somebody did allow a multi-storey hotel to be built in the town centre and while it does spoil a little what would otherwise be a perfect view.

Hotel is located right on the river. We had a mountain and river view room with a balcony. The view was beyond words...absolutely beautiful. Hotel staff was so friendly. Front desk girls were helpful and super nice. Breakfast was good and enough to eat. Beds were average.

We stayed in room 601 for 4 nights, it had a lovely view, very quiet, soundproof room. The rooms are very clean, everything perfect. A lovely surprise on arrival on finding out we had afternoon tea included ( homemade walnut cake is delicious) and an evening meal, we thought it was of very good value. Everyone working here are polite and welcoming, a special thank you to Grit, she was lovely and very helpful, she told us a lot about the hotel and area, we’ve stayed in Gstaad 4 times over the last 2 yrs and she told us things we didn’t know. Hotel is in a convenient location, train station 5 min walk away, also cable car. 8 mins drive into Gstaad itself. We loved the hotel so much we have cancelled our booking at another hotel in December and coming back to the ERMITAGE for 4 nights! 🎄

Very nice friendly hotel, staff was amazing and extremely friendly, breakfast on the terrace delicious. Views fantastic. Railroad in front was not a problem at all. Beds extremely comforstable. Pity we spent little time in the hotel as were mostly at sports event in Gstaad

The staff were super nice and helpful The views around the hotel were breathtaking It was so peaceful and relaxing....the only (not so annoying noise) were the sound of cow bells 🐄 You certainly would never go hungry here if you choose the half board option either and the food was delicious In the evening I went to the bar for a drink and ended up dancing the night away with other guests to the musician playing a great range of music - we had a great time🍸

Great experience with the sommelier and the waiting staff, attentive and professional. The spa area has everything you want with all different types of saunas and treatments. We had half board but food was available all day and included from breakfast, salad bar at noon, cake from 3-5pm and dinner after 7pm. The dinner menu changed every night with various good options

Wonderful spa experience! I went as a Mother’s Day treat from my kids. There is a women’s only area where I used the jacuzzi and sauna. I also used the indoor and outdoor pool which was the perfect temperature. The signature massage by Alice was excellent!

All in all we had a wonderful stay, great staff, nice room and relaxing Spa! We were greeted by the concierge, check-in was easy and we got our room a little earlier upon request. The staff was helpful throughout the stay, the room clean, the bed comfortable. The food in the Brasserie Lok was tasty although it was a little overpriced for the meal you got if compared to other fine dining experiences. The Spa area was nice, not huge but sufficient. We enjoyed the little details, like the replenishment of our water bottles, well designed light situation in the rooms, good pillows and strong curtains to keep the light out in the morning. Our room had a balcony with lake and mountain view which was very nice! Few recommendations: - during online Reservation ask for the shoe size of the guests to have the perfect sized slippers at arrival. - Different Champagne in the Minibar, maybe subjective, but there are a lot better champagnes - blankets for the balcony in the cold months.

Beautiful property, spa and room. Staff across the hotel/restaurant/bar are also very professional and efficient. The location is very central. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms have shower and separate walk-in shower as well as separate toilet. The balcony is a nice addition too. Highly recommended for a romantic stay as well as with family.

We needed to stay in Lausanne because of a hospital visit. The Royal Savoy was the nearest to where we were going so we chose it. We were so glad we did! It is an excellent hotel with an even more excellent staff. Very friendly, helpful and kind. As as example, around 2100 we realised The pillows were not what we wanted. Within 5 minutes someone from housekeeping was there for three for us to choose from! The safe blocked and again, quickly, someone was there to help. Our room had a lovely lake view, was quiet, immaculately clean and very comfortable. On check in we were given a transport pass for Lausanne. Very handy because the metro is literally across the street! If there is another time we need to stay in Lausanne - we’ll stay there. It is a very good hotel. But the stars are the staff!

Exceptional service all around. Staff was always attentive and ready to provide high quality of service. The Spa was really nice , loved to watch the Mountains from the Jacuzzi and from the Restaurant’s windows while we were enjoying a wide selection of Breakfast. We did not choose to fine dining however the Food and service in the Bar was just as professional . Our Room was daily prepared with fresh towels etc. and it was really clean. The Place made our stay special.

My daughter and I recently celebrated her graduation with this stay at the Glacier Hotel. It proved to be the perfect choice. Recently reopened, it is a harmonious blend of nature, wellness and modern luxury. It has been exquisitely designed - from the rooms to the lounge areas, restaurant, spa and terraces. Attention to detail and superb hospitality abound. The Eiger view rooms are a must and the honeymoon suite was exceptional with a most comfortable bed, phenomenal shower, incredible views and private relaxing terrace with the lovely Jacuzzi. Great food, definite spot. Thanks for such a memorable stay!

Friendly staff checking was fast and easy they held our luggages . The room was up to date with the decor . We ate for breakfast out in the balcony seeing the beautiful view of Grindewald. Breakfast had sooo many choices and it was delicious. After a long day we used the jacuzzi and the vaporized room. We also did laundry which they provided the detergent. Dinner we ate in one of their restaurants food was fresh and every thing I ate was delicious . Thank you for making our anniversary trip special. I have been around the world and Glacier boutique is one of the best .I will definitely miss this place and I highly recommend this hotel.

And great value with their complementary thermal bath pass and Leukerbad guest card to commute with in the city and included Gemmi bahn.

Smooth check in/out, the roam was spacious and comfortable with a balcony offering amazing views of the mountains. We had free access to the baths (and extra towels to take with us there), the Gemmi cable car and the local busses. The room had a mini fridge which was quite handy! Staff were very nice and helpful! The location was also good, a short and gentle uphill walk to the baths and most restaurants.

Very welcoming staff, lovely hotel. Underground car park was nice with plenty of space, Bedroom was spacious, bed very comfy. Mountain view from balcony was stunning. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal in the busy restaurant was also excellent. Towels for use at Thermal Baths were provided.

The room and bathroom were vary spacious and we got some fruits as a welcome. The breakfast was amazing! The fitness area, with gym machines, sauna and jacuzzi is also pretty cool. The best with the hotel is the view of the Alps though. The staff was also extremely friendly.

Warm initial reception, both by the front desk and the porter who showed us our room. We loved the period furniture in the room and attention to detail with bathroom towels etc and toiletries; the small food snack provided; the embossed writing paper; the Victorian heaters in cast iron; the lift which worked quickly; the beautiful gardens; the chance to eat breakfast outside; the opportunity to use the sauna and jacuzzi privately; the incredible breakfast spread; the extensive collection of art and objects of art the hotel displayed. The kindness of the hotel owner’s wife, who let us have one of the hotel’s clothes hangers with the hotel name upon it as a momento of the stay.

During the months of September and October I stayed 3 times in this warm cozy hotel. Its location, close to the clinic of De Valmont, is what originally motivated my choice. I came back again because of how perfect it was for me. It is quite large but feels like a family run hotel, with the kindness and attention to details and to customers that you usually only find in 5 star hotels. The view and location are spectacular. The rooms and the hotel are not modern, but well kept and super clean. The room was large (room 25, a suite with an amazing view and a separate living room) and very comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. more surprising, dinner was just amazing, with an attentive and professional service. The soufflé au cassis for dessert was worth the trip.

Hotel typical of its 19th century epoch, but well renovated and updated. Perched high above the lake . A lot of charm, elegance, and atmospheric ambiance, decorated with lots of art. Our room, in a corner on the upper floor had fantastic views over the lake and the mountains. Furnished with original furniture and pieces of art. The bathroom retained a Victorian look whilst discretely incorporating modern plumbing. Wifi works well. Our stay was too short to enjoy the pool the beautiful and the manicured grounds. Reception manager was very welcoming and helpful. Generally, experienced and professional management, well trained staff. Parking (free) available in front of the hotel, safe and convenient. The hotel is accessible by public transport but is set away from the busy town centre. Lunch in the restaurant, in the beautiful verandah overlooking the lake, was excellent. The fixed menu was creative, well executed, and very good value. Breakfast (included in the room price) was excellent, with very good fresh products.

The hotel has an amazing location above the lake. The view is lovely. The grounds are wonderful, with beautifully kept plantings. We hosted our family for a dinner on the terrace, and it could not have been more wonderful. The food was great, the staff were attentive, and the view was truly beautiful. The breakfasts were also held on the same terrace and were absolutely delicious. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and had a wonderful view as well. I was thrilled to have a bathtub, as I had been missing them on our trip. I also loved the attentiveness of the staff with the turn down service and so forth. We really loved staying here; it is one of our favorite memories of a rather long Switzerland trip!
