The pool area was wonderful for kids and the Jacuzzi was nice. Rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was good.

This hotel was great for our time here with my 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter. The pool area is fun, but splashy, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing. We went right after check in so it wasn't too crowded. After dinner ithe pool was very crowded so you may want to keep that in mind. Breakfast was nice and they had a great selection - including make-it-yourself waffles. The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable.

This was truly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at in the midwest/mountain area. It is absolutely gorgeous with a lovely decor of western mountains in every corner that is beautiful, not cheesy. The lobby boasts a two-story stone fireplace that is a room divider between the lobby and breakfast area. Breakfast was the best with lots of hot options including gluten free bread, which I rarely see. Every room is named and makes you feel like you're in a spacious cabin in the woods or mountains. Even the valance over the window in your room is solid wood with metal bear silhouettes which demonstrates the amount of detail they went into. You will see that type of detail everywhere. We brought our dog and they gave him a huge dog treat when we registered. They put out fresh baked cookies at 5:00 pm for their guests. The lawn is lush and manicured with a paved walking trail that comes right to the parking lot which is perfect for you and your pet, and they even furnish doggie bags for clean up. I would definitely bring my kids here - amazing pool with rope bridges and slides. For dinner, go to Jake's Bar & Grill (you can see my review separately) which is just minutes away with incredible food and ambience. We rarely go through Billings, but we will always stay here when we do!

The breakfast was excellent and a wonderful variety. The shower was a dream come true. There was no fear of falling in a bath tub. It was large, safe and comfortable. The bed was perfect and as I had a broken rib, it was great to sink into that luxurious bed. The staff was friendly and professional, patient and understanding.

The Best Western Plus Billings is a wonderful place to lay your head after a busy travel day. The room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff is friendly and helpful. Cookies are put out each evening for guests-a wonderful touch. I didn't utilize the pool or the fitness area, but they both looked very inviting. One things that stands out in my mind is how clean this property is. There is obviously a great deal of pride taken in the upkeep and maintenance of this hotel because everything looked clean and well taken care of. This is not your run of the mill franchise property. It has a different, more personal feel to it which is very rare these days. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Billings.

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a while. Our room (king suite) was comfortable and had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable, and I slept great. The sofa bed looked to be new, and my daughter had no issues sleeping on it. The room had 2 TVs, a mini, frig, a microwave, and a pod-type coffee maker with regular coffee, decaf coffee, and a selection of tea bags. There was also a tray of coffee condiments - sugar/sweeteners and creamer. Complimentary breakfast included various muffins, toast, bagels, a variety of cereals, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, packaged fruit, milk, and coffee. The area was quiet after dark, and I had no concerns about safety. All of the staff we encountered was friendly, especially Mary, who was at the front desk when we checked in. I will definitely consider this hotel in the future when I am in Billings.

This hotel is part of a convention center. It is spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. You can tell that at one point, this hotel was state of the art. But it's age is showing. There are (7) floors, and the ONLY floor whose ice machine works is the 7th. There are conference rooms on site, but most of them were unusable because of a water leak in the ceiling and sheetrock on the floor. There is an ATM on site, but it wasn't working. No longer state of the art, it is now marginally acceptable. There is a free breakfast, but it is limited to dry cereal, yogurt, toast, packaged muffins, and rock hard bagels. The room was spacious, and the A/C worked well. The bed was comfortable. However, the water in the shower wasn't very hot. There weren't many rooms occupied, so it was very quiet. For the money, I feel like it is a good value.

Large clean quiet room, SUPER comfortable bed, good shower with great pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy grab bar. Plenty of vanity space around the sink to set toiletries. Fast elevator, easy parking. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. The large fruit bowl on the reception desk was a nice touch. The staff was terrific: Mary at check-in was very efficient and helpful, and Sheila at check-out was very cheerful and friendly.

It was more than amazing!!! My kids never liked any of the hotels we stayed in, but this one, oh my gosh!! They didn’t want to leave!!! The manager Bruce was amazing! Helped us with anything and everything! The room was clean and comfy! And breakfast was such a treat!!! Amazing hotel and great price! Kid friendly too!

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. This hotel has so much potential like a restaurant/bar, better breakfast. The fountain wasn’t running either, I assume it’s because it is winter. It was reasonably priced and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again!

From check-in to check-out, every single staff member we came in contact with was top notch! It was a little tricky to find, but the GPS took us right there through an older neighborhood. We were a little concerned when there were several tour buses in the parking lot and we learned that LOTS of teenagers were on their way to a statewide track meet. But the hotel did a good job of keeping them together and we didn't hear any noise from the hallway. Most importantly - the room was CLEAN and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was super crowded the next morning but the woman keeping it up seemed to enjoy it. She was cheerful and friendly, in spite of the frantic pace. Everything was fresh and there was a variety we haven't seen in other Hampton's, including beautiful fresh sliced strawberries and red velvet cake waffle batter. Wish we had remembered to ask for individual names but this was our first stop on a multi-state roadtrip and we didn't think about it. The only thing that could've made it better - there was only one restaurant within walking distance and it was a bar-type grille, which was was okay, but it would've been nice to have more options. Suffice it to say, we cannot recommend this hotel enough and hope to pass through Billings again for another chance to stay there.

The staff were just amazing. So friendly. The room was clean and so quiet, even though the interstate is right there. I was impressed with how quiet it was. I slept very well. My only issue was the breakfast was lacking. It was very basic. Also the hot tub was out of order and it was so cold, the kids really wanted to use it. Overall the comfort of the bed and the quiet were amazing.

We recently enjoyed staying at the Hampton Inn Billings for four nights. It is a very nice hotel, and was very quiet despite a large number of children staying there for a local soccer tournament. Our room was exceptionally clean when we arrived, and the housekeeping staff was very attentive and considerate throughout our stay. The hotel even provided a generous supply of complimentary snacks and drinks in the room, which was something we have never encountered before outside of some bed-and-breakfast establishments. It was a very nice and welcome perk to our stay. The hotel also provided a nice complimentary breakfast in the morning, which was very well setup, well-cooked and tasty. We also received regular text messages from Kristin, the manager, during our 4-day stay inquiring how things were going and asking if there was anything we needed. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Near I-50 large clean room with king bed and huge accesssible bathroom. Comfortable divan and lots of outlets. Good sized fitness room (needs a treadmill). Very good breakfast with western omelet and quality sausage, fresh blueberries and strawberries. Friendly helpful staff.

Excellent Stay – Staff Makes All the Difference! I travel to Billings monthly for work, and this hotel has become my go-to — I won’t stay anywhere else. Kristin and Debby at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. When my room wasn’t ready at check-in, they went above and beyond to make the wait comfortable, offering fresh cookies, cold waters, and genuine hospitality. They truly made the best of the situation and turned a minor inconvenience into a great experience. The rooms are always clean, and the beds are super comfy , everything you’d want for a relaxing stay. And did I mention the 24-hour hot tub? Huge bonus! It’s the staff that really sets this place apart. If you’re headed to Billings, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

The property was clean, the room was clean, the shower was big and good water pressure, the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Clean room, king bed suite. The bummer was being next to the stairs; heard people going up and down. Breakfast was good but nothing changed during our stay. They ran out of decaf coffee and the truck was due after we left. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom could be cleaned better but was adequate. I would stay there again.

Quiet, comfortable, very clean. Did not use the pool area. The only problem was at breakfast there was no hot water for the tea bags, none of the offered drinks were sugar free (for diabetics).

Everyone was friendly, easy to recognize & helpful. Overall appearance was clean, safe and welcoming. Our room was clean, inviting and comfortable. We were greeted by the housekeeping lady as we exited and entered our hallway to our room or elevator. She was hustle away and cleaning in a room next to ours Check in and out was easy. The host at the dine area was friendly and guided us to our table to be seated. We had breakfast in the sit in location. That area was nice and tidy. Crystal was helpful with recommendations, service and the cook did a great job on the French toast. Highly recommend this hotel and location. We plan to be back.

This is a very nice hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast the following morning. I also remember seeing a beautiful sunset the day we arrived.

Very considerate hotel with comfortable bed, great pool/hot tub area, beautifully decorated, incredibly quiet and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was breakfast was available but an additional expense.

This is a very nice quiet hotel we stopped at while on a Caravan tour. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised to have a nice quiet room. Every attention to detail and the staff was friendly.The breakfast was better than average.

My family stayed here on our way home from visiting Yellowstone. After many nights camping, this was a perfect stop for a comfortable night’s sleep. The room was clean and had a great layout. The sofa converts to a twin bed and has a pull out trundle which was perfect for the kids! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. The real shining star for this stay and location though was Tyson at the front desk. One of our kids left behind an important item and Tyson went above and beyond to locate the item and help us get it back! Would 1000% choose this hotel if in the Billings area again!

At the Front Desk when we were checking in, busy. I was impressed the clerk maintained friendly, professional customer service through the whole time. The room was in order, but a pillow had stains, the t.v. was stuck on hdmi2, no dial tone on the phone and the microwave didn't work. When I called the Front Desk, I dreaded a long tortuous process. Instead, we were promptly switched to a room that was what we expected for our dollar with swift, professional customer service again. service. Peaceful 1st night in a comfortable room. We slept well.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Everyone went above and beyond to take care of me during my 2 day stay. I upgraded to 1721 which is the bridal suite. It was a large suite with a sectional couch, king size bed, great views of the city, two large TV's one in the bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. I will be staying here again.

The best part of this Doubletree was the staff. All our staff interaction from the front desk to the restaurant was wonderful and friendly. Conveniently located in downtown Billings it is walkable to explore downtown. There was recent parking lot construction that we didn't know about and couldn't park in the lot. Normally would not be an issue and we would park in the parking garage but we had kayaks on top of our vehicle. So that was a challenge to find parking nearby but the security staff walks the perimeter of the property to watch over guest vehicles which is great. The lobby is clean and modern, however the elevators had a faint smell of smoker residue, which we found in the room as well. The rooms look like they need a good renovation as well. The carpet and the bathroom especially. But it wasn't horrible. The beds were clean and comfy with various firmness of pillows provided. The top floor restaurant has spectacular views of the city. And the food both for dinner and breakfast was amazing!

Overall, I think the hotel meets the expectations of a doubletree. It wasn’t a nightmare but it’s definitely a budget experience. Front desk: Friendly, accommodating. Lobby bar: Staff - friendly, accommodating. Selection - pretty good. I’m a bourbon drinker and found them to have a better selection than most of the downtown bars. Coffee shop: Staff - friendly, accommodating. Food - really couldn’t eat anything. Which was disappointing because they prep a lot of it there. Coffee is ok if you dump a bunch of sugar in it. Restaurant on the 20th floor: Staff - friendly, accommodating, slow. Drinks - don’t bother unless it all you want is for them to pour it into a glass. Rooms: - size: average - bathroom - aged, needs an update. Toilet doesn’t flush, shower head is from the 70’s or 80’s I think. - decor - well I don’t really care - cleanliness - I would give it a 4.5 out of 5. - sound - paper thin walls and windows. Pray for an empty room next door and a high floor which only dulls the street noise. Bring earplugs and sleeping pills Wi-Fi - use your hotspot

We stayed here during a snowstorm in October to visit some friends in the area. This is a great hotel, centrally located to the sights around town and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. The room had plenty of space, was comfortable and clean with great views of the city. The staff at the front desk, the bar/lounge and the coffee place were fantastic.

A nice comfortable and clean hotel in Billings Montana. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel is well situated to visit local restaurants in the nearby area. Our breakfast was good but even on the hot selection they didn't offer bacon which was surprising. The hotel has plenty of parking and there is an onsite restaurant if you dont want to venture out

This is a beautiful hotel! It looks brand new with modern updated color scheme. The staff was friendly and helpful. We got in at 10 p.m. and were tired after driving over 800 miles that day. Kathy was friendly and checked us in quickly. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was really nice. I have a gluten allergy so I have to be really careful when eating out. The oatmeal was perfect consistancy! They also had an assortment of fresh fruit to make your own fruit bowl. I really appreciated the effort and complimented the girl taking care of our breakfast area. We would stay here again without hesitation. There is a circle K gas station right across the street so it was easy to gas up and get on the road right away in the morning.

This hotel is absolutely excellent. The staff is top notch, 100% excellent! The rooms are more than comfortable, the housekeeping staff is equally amazing. The pool is warm, the exercise equipment is clean and well organized. The breakfast is of a great variety compared to basic continental standards. The staff for breakfast is fast, attentive and friendly. Overall, I would say this is an exceptional place to stay. Truly, felt like home!

The room was VERY clean . Nice , comfortable king bed , huge shower ! The hotel was close to restaurants that my wife , & I enjoy going to . I liked the fact that the hotel was just off I-90 . Awesome breakfast . We saved a bunch of money eating breakfast there before departing for the road . The staff was VERY friendly , and attentive !

The staff is so friendly, the rooms are excellently equipped, clean, and the breakfast was great! I was always provided water bottles upon request and there is always fresh coffee and tea. I also felt very safe here traveling alone. It is conveniently located to all Billings has to offer. I highly recommend this hotel!

We've stayed here twice in a month. Both times the staff was amazing and accommodating. It was clean and quiet. Coffee is great. Only challenge was neither time was there a breakfast meat selection and the lady was working really hard but struggling to keep up with the breakfast crowd.

Actually a nice place, just undergoing construction, which makes it a little dirtier and noisier than I think it would normally be. Plus the water park is closed down too, which we didnt know about when booking online. Fortunately they did have a small pool and hottub open....but they werent super clean (from construction likely) and they was some kind of machine running making a horrible loud noise, so we did use the hottub, but not for very long, because of it. We would stay again, but call first to see if construction is over and water park is open. I think then, it will be a very nice place. Staff was very friendly.

I felt that the room was pretty run down for the price. The mattress was comfortable though and the room was nice and quiet. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was large and busy with only one girl to prepare the food, restock the food and restock the coffee. It left her running around trying to keep up and the breakfast area in a constant state of needing refreshing. Between the room, the water park and concession snack we spent about $350 for the one night and time at the water park.

Very comfortable stay with family. Breakfast included was great with a variety of items. The pool and water park were excellent for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, very responsive.

Stay was nice. The hotel was clean and spacious. Generally quiet though I heard water running around 4 AM (upstairs guest taking a shower?). Staff were polite but not overly inviting (maybe short staffed?). But the water park staff were great and very nice. On the water park, I don't think it was clear that there is an extra charge for the slides (minimal cost but be prepared).

Clean property with large parking spots for my big rig. The breakfast was really good and the coffee was nice hot and fresh. I only stayed two nights and housekeeping did great cleaning my room throughout my stay. I think the snack bar options are also very nice. Thanks a nice stay!

The stay was great, the rooms were very large and clean. We asked for 2 extra pillows and got 3, I was very happy with my stay and will come back again in the future. The shower was also nice and hot the the breakfast was a great hotel standard breakfast.

The hotel is well run. My room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. The staff was also very attentive. Great stop in the middle of my roadtrip. Great location to stop; right off the highway and many restaurants nearby. Will be back again with my partner.

Staff was expectonal, especially considering they are a brand new hotel open for less than a month, and still trying to work through the kinks, very very clean and cozy. I was amazed at the price for what we got. Absolutely will be my go to when passing through. Very very clean and comfortable.

The place looked new. Fresh, clean, bright, but very sterile like... not much in way of decorations, but that doesn't affect whether its a good hotel or not. Easy to get on and off freeway. Fast food places and local coffee shop right by it. Bed although a little softer than I like, was very confortable. Plenty of hot water. Very quiet, didn't hear any outside noise or hallway/other room noise

Tya, the front desk lead was so friendly and helpful. She made us feel welcome and assisted us with everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Didn't hear any noise at all.

It was very clean and sanitary. It would be a great place to stay for short or long term stay. There was a full kitchenette with a cooktop and full fridge. It felt as though we walked into a brand new unit. The shower head had strong pressure which made for a great shower. For a three star property it did a great job.

The smell of the room when I walked in was amazing. It smelt not only clean but like it had gotten ready for a nice date. I dont know what smell it was, but it was amazing! My room was clean and I put my own hair products away because they have Tarocco shower products, which I just love! I had never been to Montana before, but if this is what I can expect, I'll definitely be returning! Great staff, very quiet even though I assume they had a good number of guests based on the number of cars in the parking lot. Zero issues parking in their large lot WITH Security cameras. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and comfortable here.

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. This is really what we appreciated most, always there to help, and very kind. The hotel was clean, the rooms where nice, the beds were comfortable. The room was rather quiet, we didn't have too much room from the steeet. The free shuttle service was a huge plus, and the ride from the hotel is less than 10 minutes. The breakfast was great too! Lots of different things to eat, we loved the waffle machine. We had dinner at Applebeas which was a 3 min walk. All was perfect, many thanks!!

Boot Hill has comfortable beds, clean rooms, hot showers and an amazing continental breakfast with hot food! 😋 All their staff is friendly and very helpful. Nice and close to airport with an airport shuttle. Perfect!

The staff were all friendly and efficient. The room was comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast offered multiple tasty choices and was well stocked. The pool was lovely - clean, no excess humidity or chlorine smell. The kite decorations hanging from the ceiling were beautiful and the gliders situated around the pool were incredibly comfortable. Management of this area was quite exemplary! We attended a concert at the zoo, so the location wasn't ideal (my bad), but otherwise this was a wonderful place to stay.

We love Boothill! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the beds are very cozy. Great lineup of television stations to choose from. We stay, leave our car, and pick it up when we return. The shuttle to and rom the airport is such a great bonus and the driver is so personable and helpful! We highly recommend staying here!

I’ve stayed at this hotel 4 times this year when I come to visit family I’ve stayed with just me and my girlfriend and also us and are 3 kids and every time was great no issues very helpful the free breakfast every morning was fresh and they had a good amount of options to pick from and it’s wicked helpful when you have the kids with you the hot tub and pool was clean and fun for the kids and adults it’s 5 minutes from the airport and a bunch of stores we will stay here many more times to come

The staff working the breakfast area was amazing! Both the male and female after him I saw working did a great job keeping the common areas cleaned and food restocked regularly. The cleaning staff were incredibly efficient, cleaning our room while we were at breakfast and restocking the room’s coffee and tea supplies. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and despite there being a GAGILLION kids there, it was pretty quiet. Fantastic place to stay.

Everything including breakfast was very good! Kids love the pool & waterslide… that’s a plus. Staff is polite & friendly! I give a special thanks to Sonjay; he was very helpful, friendly, kind, & always pleasant & we were always greeted with a a friendly welcoming smile. On the day we left I even gave him a hug, and I think him for everything. You need to hire more people like Sanjay. He is pretty amazing.

The hot breakfast bar was a plus so that we didn’t have to eat at McDonalds, the bed was comfy, room was clean and spacious. The night clerk was friendly and helpful and he offered to cancel a future reservation that I had mistakenly booked online instead of for that night.

The room was spacious, but humid. We liked opening the window to let in fresh air. The pool was great, with a water slide for the kids. Breakfast included bagels, fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, fruit, coffee tea, and juice. We did not need the microwave and refrigerator in the room, so we unplugged it to have a quieter room. The door lock was a bit quirky, we had to keep getting new door key cards to open the door. Overall, very good value for the money.

Very nice area, also near every store and food place! Love how the rooms comes with a mounted flat screen tv directly pointed at your bed while having all the streaming platforms to chose from! Beds are super comfortable with fresh clean sheets, not to mention how clean the rooms are too, pool area was a plus too, been there multiple times and never disappoints at all, staff are really chill laid back people, always there to help you out!

The unique center courtyard with waterfall, creek, four jacuzzi’s… surrounded by numerous dining tables and chairs where people can eat their complimentary breakfast, or just socialize. Many rooms on the main level open out into the courtyard, and the second level rooms have a balcony that overlooks the fountains. There is also a large swimming pool at the far end of the courtyard, which includes a kiddie pool and another jacuzzi. Close to the front desk is a fireplace with comfortable seating and a small business area with computer and printer. Oh yes, the breakfast area is also close to the front desk.

This is an excellent facility to feel like you are on a working vacation. Very comfortable beds with excellent pillows. Nice balcony or jacuzzi poolside if you request. Very clean and quiet with a friendly and outgoing staff. There is plenty of space in the room to work on business, on a table with chairs. There is in room refrigerator and microwave included, with ample space. You can sign into Netflix, which also makes it easy for those who are members, to watch a favorite late evening program. By requesting a balcony room you have a quiet area for tea or coffee. There are lovely waterfalls and individual koi pond areas which create a relaxing atmosphere. There is a nice breakfast area with fresh and fruit options as well as yogurt available.

I liked absolutely everything about this property! Every staff member was helpful and friendly, the hotel is SPOTLESS, the towels are thick and soft, the bed was extremely comfortable, breakfast was great and the open spacious atrium was comfortable and inviting.

Fabulous welcome and amazing set up. The courtyard indoors is so peaceful. Staff was very helpful. The entire place was clean and well kept. Perfect breakfast setup and was very enjoyable. Would absolutely visit again.

Let's start at the beginning, the valet staff is polite, prompt and very courteous. Front desk staff were very helpful, always polite and just friendly! The room was comfortable, well maintained and the climate control was easy to use and quiet. The diner has some of the best breakfast that I have had in a long time. The smothered chicken biscuit is my favorite but my wife loved the lemon blueberry pancakes. The restaurant and lounge TEN was awesome. Great cocktails and amazing food, the lamb meatballs, brussel sprouts, smash burger and hot dog were all AMAZING dishes. Andrew, the bar tender was friendly helpful and very skilled at his craft. The Sidecar was great and so was the Old Fashions. This hotel excelled at making you feel comfrtable and well treated. WE WILL BE BACK!

Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Very clean with modern amenities in vintage building. Two excellent restaurants; Bernie’s Dinner for breakfast and lunch, and TEN for cocktails and dinner. TEN, however, was considerably more pricey than comparable restaurants in Billings. Comfortable bed and nice linens. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Valet parking and excellent, central location. We have family in Billings and happily return to the Northern when visiting.

We were passing through from Yellowstone to Wyoming, and stayed one night. And a pleasant night it was. ROOMS: We were in a 5th floor room in the north corner, probably an odd layout being in the corner like that, but it was appointed very nicely, and quite comfortable. Shower had excellent pressure. Only minor quibbles were that the safe in the close was on an upper shelf, perfect for its open door to whack your head, and one side of the bed at the head was about five feet from the bathroom, making it not very private. 1st Avenue, unfortunately, is a pretty noisy street at night and early morning, and the A/C units behind the hotel made an audible hum in the room. But, again, we were very comfortable, and would willingly have stayed longer if we'd needed to. SERVICE: Both the desk staff and the valets were top-notch, friendly and helpful. AMENITIES: The hotel sports two restaurants: Bernie's Diner (breakfast and lunch), which was excellent, and TEN (bar and dinner) which was very good (and pricey). LOCATION: The hotel is in downtown Billings, so a bit of a drive from the interstate. The neighborhood is okay, not great. NET-NET: I'd certainly stay there again if I were passing through or visiting Billings. It's not cheap, but it was a nice stay.

We were upgraded to a larger room with a nice sitting area. Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great view of downtown Billings and the Rims. Also caught some amazing sunsets. Loved the walk in shower. The lobby is beautiful and spacious. Nice lounge/upscale restaurant on property plus a great breakfast/lunch spot called Bernie’s. Room service was very nice and professional. I also enjoyed using the fitness room. The Northern is a gem!

Love that this hotel is walkable to all of the great food and drink on Montana Ave.! Valet parking is available, but self parking is free and easy with the attached parking ramp. There are two restaurants in the hotel, a nicer restaurant with bar and a diner. Diner food was yummy at the diner. Staff not showing up at both restaurants affected service, for sure. Staff that did show up and desk staff were friendly, helpful, and all around amazing to us! Great stay!

I stayed two nights in a Queen Studio with a kitchenette and was impressed from check-in to checkout. The suite was spotless, quiet, and laid out for real travel: a full-size fridge, microwave, two-burner ceramic cooktop, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, and a proper dining table made simple meals easy. The bed was very comfortable with crisp linens and blackout drapes, and the room stayed silent at night. Housekeeping and common areas were equally clean. Staff at the desk were welcoming and helpful with local tips. Practical perks sealed it for me: FREE guest laundry, small fitness center, business center, outdoor grills, and even EV charging on site. Great value for an extended-stay style property. Location works well for errands and exploring Billings. Costco (reliable gas prices) and many shopping options are nearby. If you’re road-tripping toward Yellowstone’s West Entrance, this is a convenient overnight base, and Livingston is within about a two-hour scenic drive. Overall: clean, comfortable, and set up for travelers who like a little kitchen time. I’d gladly stay again.

This 3-floor hotel has an elevator though it was a bit slow. The carpet throughout the hotel was on the older side, but clean. The A/C was a wall unit controlled by a wall thermostat. It was loud and a little musty, but it worked.

The furnishings were comfortable and not worn. The kitchenette had the very basics but was adequate for my needs. The table was larger than most and served well as a desk where I could spread out my work. The location was quiet, considering how close to the highway it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are no frills, but my stay was comfortable, quiet, and satisfactory, which is exactly what I was looking for.

The staff was so super friendly and helpful. All of the staff Day and Night including the security. The rooms were super nice and clean. They were so clean we could walk around the room with no shoes, and our feet did not get dirty. It had a great kitchen in it with 2 burners a pretty much full-size fridge/freezer. It came with all the cooking appliances you would need to cook your own food. Dishes, silverware, coffee maker, toaster and ice bucket. It also came with dish soap to wash the dishes. It was super quiet could not even hear the neighbors. It had free laundry you just need to get your own laundry soap which is fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is one of the best La Quinta hotels I've stayed in. I am careful about choosing La Quinta; some properties are old and run down. This building is about 10 years old and well maintained. The room (single king) was large, clean, and comfortable. The worker at the front desk was friendly and informative. Overall, we were very pleased, but the one thing that stood out was breakfast. On a Thursday, their breakfast hours were 6-9 AM. We were running a bit late, and came down at 9:10 AM. We expected to find the doors closed and the food being quickly put away. However, we were pleased to find the doors open and all the food still available. We got our breakfast and ate. The breakfast room doors were still open. I thanked the front desk attendant, and she said that they try to leave the breakfast out longer for just that reason. This is putting the customer first. I would happily stay here again.

Would highly recommend this La Quinta Inn! We were extremely impressed with this new-ish property. The room was huge, probably half again bigger than a normal hotel room. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and worked well. There is a fridge and a microwave and a coffee pot in the room, which we appreciated, as we were traveling cross-country. The staff are amazingly friendly, and the whole place was decorated for Halloween, which was fun. Please note that they also have a small laundry room on each floor (bring quarters), and an ice machine so you can refill your cooler in the morning. But honestly, go for the hot breakfast! We were mightily impressed with the selection and quality of food that they had with the breakfast that came with the room price. On the day we were there they had biscuits and gravy, a fried egg patty thing, scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, hash brown patties, and there was a waffle maker. On top of that they had really good fresh fruit (bananas, nectarines, plums), plus premade berry yogurt parfaits. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if driving through the area.

First, the location is extremely good. Just off the interstate, a restaurant within walking distance, and a Holiday gas station on the corner. We were welcomed by a very friendly front desk manager who made us feel right at home and made us feel that he valued our business. The room was ready, and it was very clean and comfortable. There was a pool which looked nice, but we didn't use it. Breakfast in the morning was one of the better included breakfast' that I've had at a hotel. A generous selection of food, and a very clean dining area. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This hotel is very dog and people friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.It was nice to relax with a hot shower and comfy bed after a week of camping. The evening clerk Robert was very friendly and helpful. He gave our dogs biscuits, which they were happy to accept. A good value if you are traveling with pets.

The friendly informative staff made the check-in very easy. My room was clean and fresh. The breakfast was pretty OK, the breakfast man did a great job keeping everything neat clean and stocked. There's a few things that I wouldn't mind seeing changed. A new shower-head, a swing lock on the door and a upgraded television. With a smart TV I could've logged into my streaming apps, it would've been great to sit back and watch movies during the snowstorm. (luckily I had my iPad) Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.

The Riversage is a perfect smaller non pretentious boutique style hotel with reasonable affordable rates away from the freeway near downtown Billings and very convenient to the airport. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood near the medical center. It has free parking and breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. If you stay there, you will be happy and won't regret it.

This is a four-story hotel that I’m guessing has been there for a while. No fancy landscaping, but a large parking lot. Small front desk/lobby/breakfast area. When I checked in, one person was kind of brusque and all business; the one backing her up was super friendly, “Oh, we’re so glad you’re here!” But the room was super clean, even if no fancy decorations, and had everything I needed. Clean and comfortable bed, full-size Keurig, refrigerator, big window looking out at a treetop. Excellent location if you’re involved with the medical center. And just a block from a great restaurant, Juliano’s (reviewed separately).

Always a clean and comfortable stay. Even with its proximity to the hospital, it's quiet. The beds are just right, and the room temperature was easy to keep consistent. Great shower pressure and nice sitting area for breakfast. Our conference was on the west end, but the town is so small that you can easily get from one end to the other in 20 minutes. The refrigerator in the room was quiet. We did not use the television.

The room was large, very clean and comfortable, with. all modern amenities. The staff was most helpful in making detailed inquiries on my half regarding travel over Bear Tooth Highway, which had been closed because of bad weather. The staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants, health facilities, and other local amenities. Overall, a very enjoyable - if short - stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful! Close to, (walking distance) fine restaurants, lounges, coffee and shops. Rooms are clean, great bed and shower. Stella's restaurant has amazing food and the best fresh squeezed orange juice! Great coffee and bakery!

I stayed here for one night during a cross country drive. Check in was smooth, the staff was friendly and generous with bottled water which was much appreciated after a long day on the road. The hotel is older but has been well taken care of. The location was great, convenient to a quick walk around downtown to stretch our legs and have a nice dinner. My only complaint is the walls and ceiling are a bit thin but that was it. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower… no complaints. I appreciated the made to order breakfast, the menu was limited but completely adequate. This is not a five star hotel but it deserves a five star review. All the boxes were checked, and with a smile.

This is a great hotel. Right in the center of downtown Billings, there is free parking and it is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We had a clean room, the staff was friendly, and there were extra bonuses like the breakfast at the restaurant next door and discounts at downtown restaurants. The room felt especially luxurious, spacious with nice furniture and a big bed.

The hotel was clean and well kept up and the room was very comfortable. No issues with the WIFI. Be sure to use your voucher or the free breakfast next door. The breakfast there is really good as are the baked goods. The manager of the hotel is super nice and very accommodating. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. I will definitely be staying there again as I come to Billings each year.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so friendly welcoming and helpful. The hotel has its own laundry with a change service which was so handy to us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, clean and quiet. Was a great location and the staff held onto our bags at no cost from checkout untill the time we were picked up for our tour which really made our day.

A very clean hotel. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. They have been busy upgrading the hotel. The staff was excellent and friendly. Parking was easy and the breakfast met our needs. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and a morning latte at the espresso about 100 meters away. We will stay here again.

This is a great hotel. The price was reasonable compared to other hotels, and we stayed there before with a good experience. The hotel is beautiful and clean, with an inviting lobby. The check-in lady was friendly and gladly gave us a toothbrush for my husband. We stayed in a spacious double queen room and were impressed with the layout. A couch and TV separated the two beds, making a quiet area where I could go to sleep while my husband stayed up. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows on each, and the room quiet and well-equipped with blackout curtains. My only complaint is not for the hotel but for people who slam their room doors. (It IS possible to close a heavy hotel room door quietly!) The hotel is located back from the street, which helps make it quieter. A Panda Express is across the parking lot. We didn't use any of the facilities because we got there late and left after their great breakfast, which included hot selections, eggs and bacon, and a variety of other things. This is a great deal for a nice hotel.

Everything was very good. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. I am not a big breakfast eater, but my family all found enough to eat and we did not leave hungry.

I upgraded to a jacuzzi tub and the tub and shower were top notch. Also super comfortable bed with great sheets. The staff was really helpful with check in and recommendations for a local steakhouse. I was traveling with pets and they were happy too.

Jacuzzi tubs were a bit of a disappointment, but was told they are under maintenance so hopefully next trip they will be awesome. Always stay here it's the best quiet, low key, home away from home. ❤️

The facility was clean, the rooms large, bed comfortable, and overall quiet. The pool was nice and our grandchildren enjoyed the slide. It was disappointing though that the jacuzzi was not working. The breakfast was pretty good: juices, coffee with flavored creamers (a must for me), diy waffles, cereal, yogurt, pastries, hot items. The biscuits and gravy were quite good though the eggs rubbery.

The hotel room was clean and well-lit, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool was amazing, featuring a cool waterslide that added to the fun. I also loved the thoughtful touch of complimentary cookies in the lobby. The breakfast area was spotless, and the food selection was excellent. The staff member in charge of breakfast was incredibly passionate about her work, and it showed—everything she made was delicious. Her French toast, in particular, was outstanding—perfectly golden, with just the right amount of sweetness. Despite the bad weather, the staff went out of their way to remind guests to stay safe, which was really thoughtful. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Loved the room! It was a living room and bedroom with a sliding door between the rooms, both rooms had a tv. Very cozy and relaxing. We got to order a breakfast cooked for us and not just the basic breakfast bar.

Would recommend this hotel! Very nice building and rooms. The pool and hot tub were excellent. We enjoyed the made to order breakfast for adults and breakfast buffet for the kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly! Very clear! Very comfy! We arrived very late with a 2 1/2 yr old who wanted milkies, we didn't have any. Front desk (sorry I should remember your name, but it was late) was so accommodating and nice. Got our milkies a went straight to sleep. Room was perfect, breakfast was great! Will absolutely stay there again

The employees are very friendly and hospitable making check in and out easy peasy. They had cookies and popcorn for us upon check in but ran out for half the family with cookies since it was after 8pm when we arrived. The elevator helped us to our floor and our room was very clean. Ours had one queen and one double along with a mini fridge, microwave, two luggage racks, iron, hairdryer as well as mini toiletries for the bathroom- shampoo, body wash, soap bar and makeup remover kit. There wasn’t any recycling in the room and didn’t notice any in the lobby or eating area. The beds were reasonably comfortable but did shake a bit when you move around. The AC seemed to not get cooler once it reached a certain temp but it cooled off the room enough for our needs. Breakfast- biscuits and gravy, premade omelettes, sausage, cereal and milk, apples and oranges, Costco muffins, yogurt, bread and bagels, oatmeal packets, waffle maker and syrup, PBJ packets and honey, juices, coffee…as well as vending machines $, ice machine, and a washer/dryer $ on the second floor. The hotel isn’t high end but has all the basic amenities plus a nice layout for breakfast along with friendly staff for a more reasonable price than many other options in the area. So if you’re looking for a nice clean place with food and friendly faces, without tons of extra frills this is an excellent option! We would stay again if we are passing through.

We loved our short stay at the Riversage Hilltop Inn. It’s not fancy, but everything that matters is done right. Making a phone reservation was fast and easy, and when we arrived at 10 pm it took only a minute to check in and be on our way to the room. The room was immaculately clean. I appreciated that they had installed a water-saving 1.28 gpf toilet -- and yes, it worked well. The HVAC unit was blessedly quiet, and the bed was quite comfortable. Three things stood out for me: 1) The rooms were VERY quiet -- you couldn’t hear people in other rooms or in the hallway. 2) The breakfast room served Cravens Coffee from Spokane — a delicious surprise (and the biscuits and gravy were tasty too). 3) Last but not least, all the staff were quietly competent, efficient, and friendly.

We stayed for one night in a pet friendly room. The room was exceptionally clean with comfortable beds and pillows, and was amazingly quiet. The breakfast provided was hot and cold, definitely more extensive than other hotels, and obviously of better quality. All staff members were attentive and welcoming. We were especially impressed with the woman servicing the breakfast area, keeping it clean and well stocked.

This was in walking distance to the All Hallows Medieval Fest. It was located by the hospital and convenient for anyone needing or having someone in the hospital. It's near public transportation, convenient stores and restaurant as well as airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean esp the bathroom. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable Highly recommend..

Comfortable bed, very clean rooms. It’s close to both hospitals in town, so easy to see your loved ones if the are hospitalized. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Manager, Ivah, was very attentive, helpful, and kind. I will definitely stay there again when in Billings

Great hotel! Convenient to freeway and walkable to 2 nice restaurants, an indoor water park and a gas station. Close enough drive to other places. The room was great, very spacious, quiet, & clean. Only one bar of soap provided and we had run out of our own after over a week on the road, just 3 bath towels. Bed was okay, I slept like a log regardless. AC was very good at keeping room temp perfect. Breakfast was okay. We’ve had better but this wasn’t bad. Nice eating area with outside patio option. Overall, great place, would stay again.

This is the fifth or sixth time we have stayed at this hotel in past 2 years ... we have stayed in 10 to 12 other Billings hotels prior to finding this, and none compare. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Very pet friendly including large courtyard outside breakfast area .. some people bring their dogs to brunch. Very clean, rooms are well done (we always take a king suite with separate bedroom), kitchenette well stocked, they have games and a billiard room and a large array of snacks. Buffet breakfast is consistently excellent. Pool and hot tub very nice. Most of all, staff make you feel like you are home away from home. Easy access to I90. 5 stars all around. Will go back soon.

It’s was ok. Clean and comfortable but thought it was overpriced. Staff were super friendly, helpful and responded quickly to concerns. Just annoyed that we even had to bother them for basic stuff like; no toilet paper in room when we arrived, bedroom air conditioner not working, asking them to change garbage that they did once in the four nights I was there and what’s up with no sponge for the washing dishes. Had to also ask for that. I was provided with four dishes and four bowls; am I supposed to run the dishwasher for four plates between breakfast lunch and dinner ( four people in my family) oh and only one packet of dishwashing soap for four days. One packet of coffee in my room for four days. Had to also ask for more of that. Just annoying to have to keep asking for stuff. But like I said staff were great( housekeeing, maintenance, reception and breakfast staff they all should get a raise) Kids enjoyed the pool. Probably wouldn’t pay that price to stay again.

Beautiful and spacious suite. Well thought out and clean. Bed was hard as a slab though. Shower could be bigger but toiletries provided were very nice. Staff was amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Parking was well lit and safe. This property will be our go to in Billings

This Hotel is very nice, we have stayed at many, many Hotels. The rooms are spacious, and in great condition. It's quiet, and clean, with all the amenities, including a nice breakfast, and conveniently located close to several great restaurants. One thing we did observe though, is the amount of people walking to the elevator, after check in, with dogs! Wow, no less than 20. We were in a room by the lobby playing billiards. I just hope there are designated rooms for people with pets. Otherwise, a fantastic place, will definitely stay again when we're in Billings.
