Staff were friendly but efficient. Everywhere was clean. I particularly enjoyed the use of the gym, sauna, steam room and swimming pool all that looked fairly new. It would have been enhanced by a Jacuzzi but I am not sure where Barton could put one! One potential improvement would be if the room key could be used to operate the car park barrier to avoid having to ask reception to raise the barrier each time I returned to the hotel. But my only reason for not giving 5 stars overall was that my room was a lttle on the cramped side compared to similar hotels for a similar price.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing - excellent choice & all top quality products & fresh. Croissants were delicious & the cooked breakfast was also really tasty, we were very pleased. The spa & pool were also great. The sauna & steam worked really well, pool was clean & refreshing - lovely cool temperature after the heat of the sauna & steam & the heated beds were so nice & relaxing. The beds & room were also comfortable & we enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant too. Good, patient, kind & friendly service from all - reception & dining.

I stayed one night and arrived shortly before my dinner booking after a very very long drive. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. I had dinner in the restaurant which was tasty and good value for money. Breakfast was also very good - buffet style with everything you could want. The room was clean, well appointed and perfectly adequate. There are no amenities (other than shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in the shower). There is no airconditioning so the room got a bit stuffy as it was a warm night. Had I not been so tired on arrival I'd have spotted a plug in fan in the wardrobe... The car park is monitored with security barriers and the location is very close to the M6 from either the north or south and makes an ideal overnight stop en route to or from Scotland to the South. The spa facilities looked good - I did use the pool and steam room early morning before I set off on the next leg of my journey and both were good. All in all a nice place to stay and more personal than the big branded hotels.

As soon as we got there staff were amazing. Really outgoing, friendly, welcoming. Room was lovely and clean with a nice view. Breakfast was delicious. Leasure facilities were excellent and clean. A lady on the front desk was loveliest person we've ever met at this location and we've been a few times now.

All the staff we met were great, especially the Receptionist. Location was perfect as a stop over. Dinner was tasty. Room was a little small but was nicely done, clean and comfortable bed. Fine for a quick one night stop over. Liked the fact plenty of parking. Breakfast in morning was a buffet , available from 6:30 so perfect for an early morning start. Good variety. Nice grounds

I'm no stranger to a blackpool hotel and this was by far the best stay I've had in the area. You get the whole apartment to yourself with loads of privacy, all new mod cons with air conditioning and heating, kitchen area was fab with a coffee machine, we ate tea on the table looking out to sea, bed is comfy, settee was comfy and bathroom was spotless with an amazing rainfall shower. The staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcome. The little bar area was a lovely design and looked really cosy. We will definitely be returning :)

From arriving until leaving, I received the greatest hospitality . I had one small problem, which was dealt with immediately. The apartment was spotlessly clean,had amazing views of the illuminations, and the Irish sea,and a Juliet balcony with opening floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen had everything you could need, even a nexpresso machine. The bathroom featured a rainforest shower, as well as a handheld one, brilliantly lit mirror, and tiled floor. As well as an iron there was also a steamer. The bar was cosy,with again great views. It also had probably the best selection of bourbon, and whisky I have ever seen, and I previously worked in the industry. Could not recommend this place highly enough. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

We were very happy with our room here.. beautiful view as soon as you woke up,we found the staff friendly,our room was clean and had everything we needed.beds were comfortable and my daughter found the sofa bed comfortable too.The shower was perfectly good and the kitchen had everything we needed.Decent tv for cosy movies at the end of tiring days and the location we couldn't have asked for better,near all the main attractions and places to eat and just cross a road straight to the beach.Already booked another room to come back in the summer.

Friendly staff. The dude in the service hotel next door (seafront) was sound and welcoming. The bar was exceptionally well stocked. Unreal whiskey and cigar collection. Modern and very well presented. The ApartHotel location was central and close to everything. Good sea views from the room. Had everything you could need in the self-catering apartments, coffee machine, cooker, oven, and utencils. Air-conditioning was great! And room was clean! And for such a low price, I was not expecting this! Couldn't ask for anymore considering what we paid. Would definitely use it again, and 100% recommend.

My husband and I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Ribby Hall Hotel and Spa, and it was exactly the relaxing break we needed. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We especially enjoyed the thermal spa journey, which was made even more enjoyable by the beautiful weather. It was a truly serene experience that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. We also dined at the hotel, and the meal was absolutely delicious and was part of the reason for returning. This was our second visit to Ribby Hall; the first time, we had the pleasure of staying in the penthouse suite. This time, we booked a bit last minute and the only availability was a double room. Despite this, we were more than happy with the accommodation and would gladly book the same room again in the future. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Ribby Hall Hotel and Spa to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Liked the whole experience. The food was excellent, the staff where all very friendly and welcoming. The Aqua thermal journey was relaxing and enjoyable. The bedroom was clean and inviting. Bed was very comfortable, had a great night’s sleep.

It was very clean, air conditioning set to perfect temperature and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing, very fresh food and accommodating staff.

Our room was easy to access the restaurant as mum has reduced mobility at 91 Our in room breakfast was delicious The staff were friendly professional and helpful

So we came for a nights stay for our anniversary, the staff were all so lovely! The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. We had a hot stone massage which was the best massage we have ever had. The bed was comfortable and rooms were clean. Came out feeling fully pampered and enjoyed every second. Breakfast was delicious and so was dinner.

What can I say everything and I mean every was exceptional. We were met by Sam when we arrive she is an amazing host. Took us into the apartment which is stunning so well appointed everything you could need. The welcome pack (plus extras) that Sam had there for us was just perfect. We were so grateful. The apartment was just a short walk to the tram stop which gives access to Blackpool Tower all the piers along with Fleetwood Ferry in the other direction. We purchased a weeks ticket for the tram and it was well worth the money. There are some really nice restaurants close by 5-10 min walk I would recommend Orthellos a beautiful Greek restaurant and also Terra Nostra and amazing Italian restaurant. Once again thanks to Sam for making our stay so perfect.

-Perfect, quiet, seafront location -Immaculately clean -Everything you could need - microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher -Lovely fresh bedding and towels -Modern decor -Area to sit to the front (weather permitting!!) -Close to train stop, and some lovely bars and restaurants -Very nice owners who were there to meet us when we arrived … communication with them prior and during our trip was excellent!

The property was ideal and perfectly located. Ideal for getting into Blackpool. It was very clean and when we arrived, the owner had left us milk, beer, wine, biscuits, and tea and coffee. The owners were generous and helpful, and their communication was great. I couldn't fault their helpfulness, or the property. Would have liked to have enjoyed a coffee or the complimentary beer on the balcony, but the weather stopped that. A perfect place to stay for a break in Blackpool.

Our host Sam was lovely and had left lots of different complimentary drinks etc for us. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The location was fab, the trams run every 12mins and the tram stop is right outside. The balcony let us sit outside to admire the sea view when the sun was out. There are also a lot of restaurants close by (5 min walk). It was definitely a luxury stay, we will definitely be back.

We were met on arrival by hosts Lee and Sam who were very friendly and showed us around our two bedroom apartment The place is so nice, finished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. It's in an ideal location, with beautiful views of the sea. In a fairly quiet location but only a 10 minute tram ride to the centre of Blackpool and the attractions. We've already booked to go back!

The accommodation for the price was reallly good, very comfortable rooms and the staff were amazing the whole time we were there, very friendly and accommodating. There was a vending machine with a few things in which we had forgotten, wouldn't accept card but was fine to accept cash, staff helped out at every opportunity, rooms were basic but had everything we needed, including hair dryers, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee facilities, clean bedding and towels. Staff recommended the spa rooms below the bar which were said to be nice. The bar was well stocked and the local beer was really nice, loads of games available in the bar for families to use, plus a pool table, again the staff were really friendly and helpful. My daughter left her I pad in her room and we went back 3 hours later and the staff had been trying to ring us and contact us the whole time. Very honest, couldn't recommend enough. Upstairs communal toilet was very modern, with a heated toilet etc. I will definitely be visiting again in the future. Would like to give a special thank you to Ryan for being a great staff member and making our stay very comfortable.

The outside had good curb appeal. The lounge/bar area was beautiful had a pool table, decor was outstanding. The building inside was high ceiling which made it feel open and airy. We were in family room 10 opened the door and was a breathtaken sea view absolutely beautiful. The room was big with 2 great double beds and a set of single bunk beds high ceilings, decent amount of storage, TV, the bathroom was a nice size with a walk in shower. Decor was modern nice bright and clean. We couldn't hear anything from above us below or through the wall and with the beds being comfortable we were able to get a great sleep. There was a well stocked shelfing unit downstairs in the hall just outside reception if you needed extra toiletries loo roll etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful also gave you different parking options not pushing you to use and pay for the apartments car park although we did. There was plenty of eating options for you with a restaurant right next door. You also have a tram stop practically right across the road. We've been going to Blackpool for many years now and this has to be the best place we've stayed yet. Can't wait to return in the near future.

Just come back from a lovely little stay at this hotel, for us it was in the Perfect location along the front , we enjoyed a good walk each day to do various things such as visit the pleasure park , the tower and the town centre it was a great little base for us :) we used the public car park around the back just so we could come and go as we pleased , the staff are friendly , the rooms were small but cosy and warm and were comfortable , the bed sheets and towels clean , we loved the little bar area with jenga and connect4 , I felt this was very family friendly and most of all I felt safe here travelling with my young daughter , we will definitely come back again :)

Georgina and Chris are very welcoming and chatty and cook an optional full English breakfast for an additional 5£, or you can have regular breakfast free of charge. Location is a stones throw from theme park, casino, promenade. There is a bar with a pool table also. All perfect - high value for money.

Omg.. This is a lovely family hotel.. Very warm welcoming couple, very clean room and bathroom, comfy beds, kids spent the night playing in main lobby area and watching TV in a safe environment, where the host played snow effects and lazer lights... It's was so fun.. The breakfast in the following day was lovely and generouse, toests and cereal and crumble eggs.. The couple were so friendly and we had lovely conversations.. Finally the location is brilliant two min walk from pleasure beach where we spent the whole day playing. Jusy off the main road and 5 min walk from the beach.

This b and b is not the hilton so if you want posh then this is not for you. Our room held 4 of us and it was comfy and clean with coffee facilities. Chris and Georgina are very welcoming, both very knowlegeable and sent us to all the places worth visiting and told us how to get there easily and they made you feel at home, nothing was too much trouble. Chris was great with my kids making them laugh. The bar is great, for adults to sit and relax whilst the kids play console, pool and ice hockey. We opted for bacon sandwiches for breakfast and they were fresh and lovely. If you are family with kids this is perfect for you, close enough to beach and promenades and a place where kids are taken into consideration. We will definitely come back next year for a few days.

Both hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We were a little late to check in, but they were ok with that. We booked our cooked breakfast then went to our room. We booked the minion room for the kids, the room was lovely and clean and there was two minion teddys for the children to play with while we got settled, the kids absolutely loved the room, and so did we. The beds were comfortable. The room was warm throughout the night, even without the electric heater on. For breakfast we could have cearals, toast ect, aswell as a full English breakfast (if booked on arrival) which was also very nice. Would definitely book again, excellent value for money

Room was amazing fully refurbished , rwin king-sized beds and double sofa bed, full size fridge tea coffee &plenty of it , full size shower big enough for two people fair play and two separate toilets all this in one luxury room.. I'm a coach driver spend a lot of time in Blackpool over the years many diffrent hotels & been watching the redevelopment/refurbishment of this hotel as I've been back and fourth to blackpool over last year with family and work related this is what other hotels in Blackpool should look upto , we were there for two nights and staff were amazing as well , I'm definitely booking up again hopefully the room with the jacuzzi in it lol

I loved the room! Really lovely design inside. We had the junior suite. Spacious and clean. Comfy beds and beautiful sea view! Smart tv with netflix etc for the kids! Staff friendly especially Libby! We didnt use the facilities but the bar area looked welcoming. Fridge / hot drink set up within room! Was perfect for our stay. Parking round the back is NCP cost £15 for 24hours one entry in and out (I checked with NCP)

Very modern and spacious room. Me and my partner stayed in the junior ocean view suite with our newborn baby. Room was super clean with a great view of the sea. Travel cot comfortable for baby. Bed was super comfy. Fridge in room and a counter top for hot drinks. The price was cheap for what we got. Thank you for hosting us.

The property was absolutely lovely, hotub was fab

I moved everything about my stay . The beds were especially comfortable this was important as I was 7 months pregnant at the time of my stay . I chose this place for my 40th birthday being pregnant I wanted to relax I enjoyed the hot tub and jacuzzi bath . I will definitely be booking this again .

Everything was amazing. On arrival, street parking right outside (requires parking permit - provided inside property) on entering property it was very bright, fresh and clean. A bottle of Prosecco and glasses was a really nice touch and welcoming after our long journey. Outside is a lovely seating area and hot tub which was a great area to relax and chat after a busy day in Blackpool. The kitchen/dining room has all the kit you need. The comfortable lounge with its huge television was again bright and clean. The bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable and again spotlessly clean, towels and linen supplied. The bathroom has a spa bath and a really nice powerful shower. The location of the property brilliant - a 10 minute walk from north shore Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property.

Clean and modern. Comfy beds well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely hot tub and courtyard and free on-street parking using a pass provided. TV in lounge, dining area and each bedroom. Just a short walk to the North pier, sea front, supermarket and bars and restaurants. Very quiet at night.

Beautifully clean and well equipped apartment. We weren’t expecting two floors, jacuzzi bath or tv in every room. Fantastic. We could have literally moved in as it had all the home comforts you could think of and more.

The appartment was lovely, nice and warm with under floor heating. jacuzzi bath was a bonus. Sofa was lovely and comfy. Can see it's been done to a high spec, just some little maintenance jobs need doing.

The jacuzzi bath was lovely, everything you need was included, just loved my stay, thankyou!!

It was well laid out with a comfy sitting area and TV, a well equipped modern kitchen and a cosy bedroom area. The bathroom was spacious with lovely soft towels. The whole place was tastefully decorated. The location was fabulous- opposite the station and a minute’s walk from restaurants, bars and shops. It was useful having a parking area at the back of the property. There was some tea, coffee and milk available which was helpful before I bought our own provisions.

Flexible keyless entry - perfect, as you don't have to worry about losing anything... 😄 Excellent communication with host. We were there for the Rebellion Festival in the Winter Gardens for which the location was brilliant. But it's also an easy walk to the centre and the beach front. (The Beach House was our favourite there. Great food and amazing views onto the sea from inside and fab terrace outside).

The property was just perfect. Great location, very modern, very clean, everything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfy and I had the best sleep I’ve had for a long time. Hot tub was amazing and was ready heated for us when we got there. Perfect little touches like milk, a miniature wine and a mini bottle of irn bru in the fridge waiting for us. I can’t wait to come back.

We stayed in the apartment with the terrace & hot tub. The apartment was beautiful and nicely decorated. Very clean and had everything you would need. Shower & hot tub were easy to use. Communal areas such as the hallway and entry way were also clean and decorated well. Secure entry so it felt safe. Fridge freezer and oven so brilliant for self catering.

Perfect central spot that was easy to get to, and parking was a bonus. The apartment was modern, spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We all said we’d definitely stay here again—it was a great find!

Staff were very helpful when messaging them. Loved that everything didn't require human contact. Was very clean. Perfect for introverts who want to be right on the beach front, right by the tram station.

Location was amazing. Close to coral island, bus station, shops, takeaways and most other things. Bed was really comfy. Room had all that we needed, kettle, tv, coffee, tea, milk and lovely hot running water for a shower. Towels supplied small deposit to pay for towels. Staff were amazing. Look this is budget accomodation so dont expect the hilton but if your not desperate for luxuries this place is bang on. Has everything thats needed for a small break. Thanks andy, sam and will.

Cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for. This hotel suited us perfectly - clean bed, private bathroom, perfect location, free parking, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge with fresh milk and some goodies on arrival. Perfect for getting ready and getting your head down for one or two nights.

Kathie and Pete were welcoming and friendly, they even gave us a courtesy call to advise us if we wanted to check in early then we could which was nice. The room (Ruby Chic) was a good size for a couple and the bed was comfortable. We were also provided with fresh milk and bottled water each day of our stay. Tea/ coffees and kettle were also provided in our room and a choice of biscuits. The bathroom had a shower and was quite roomy. We had to complete a breakfast tick sheet each night ready for the morning. The choices were great (vegetarian options were available) it was all freshly prepared and tasty. They also accompanied other requests too. The B&B had an outside seating area and also a bar which we didn't make use of but looked nice and was reasonably priced. Kathie and Pete also had a Labrador called Ollie who was well behaved and friendly. In regards to local amenities there was a pub down the road and it was close to the tram station (5 minute walk) which could take you into all the piers, Blackpool tower and pleasure beach. £6 for a return ticket or a family of 4 was £18 for the day. All in all we found the North Crest B&B a lovely place to stay during our family trip to Blackpool. Thank you both for a great experience.

North Crest was very inviting ftom the outside to begin with but when you step inside it's beautifully decorated and immaculate. We was welcomed friendly by Kathy and her husband. Your given a huge choice to order of for breakfast in the morning. We was shown to our room which was absolutely gorgeous furnishings. The bed was the comfiest I ever slept in the white luxurious bedding and pillows . We was in the top room maybe the loft but we are both really tall and it was ample room for us both . Milk water in a fridge and gorgeous soft robes for you both . It's definitely worth the money. The cooked breakfast was amazing so tasty and loads of ceral etc was available so much choice. Lovley pot of tea in proper pot and cup and saucer . Only wish we could of stayed longer . We didn't use the bar which was reasonable prices in a beautifully displayed with comfy sofas. A real jem of a find . Will definitely be back. . Excellent hotel .

First time at hotel amazing hosts Pete and Kath were very friendly made you very welcome and well with our daughter age 9. Bar outstanding you name a drink and that would be provided breakfast was fab catered very well for and plenty range for us and our daughter who is fussy. Exceptionally clean and spotless both rooms and area and very happy with coffee and water provided in rooms especially bottles of water and dressing gowns great outdoor area especially we had good weather. Off street parking no problem and only 5 to 10 minute walk to tram bus stop as this hotel is 4 star and as aware it is always hard to find a great hotel in blackpool we would rate this as a 5 star hotel and we would not hesitate to book again again oh and ollie the dog very friendly and funny would defo return

Really friendly check in upon arrival, Kathie got us organised very efficiently and we settled in in no time at all. The entire accommodation is immaculate and well presented and had everything we needed, including a very fairly priced bar. The garden area to the front is perfect, it has a very contemporary and relaxing water feature, is well maintained and plenty of seating, ideal for us to have a few drinks alongside these excellent hosts and other friendly guests before bed! The breakfast was top drawer, excellent cooked breakfast with quality ingredients with a great choice of cereals, waffles, croissants etc too. Highly recommended. Thanks Kathie and Pete

Very welcoming hosts. Everything was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing and fabulously organised, filling out a menu per person the night before - so everything was cooked fresh and tasted great. The first night we stayed, we also had friends booked in. The bar was cosy, welcoming and we had a fabulous time. Drinks/snacks very reasonably priced. We also loved Ollie, he reminded us of our Labrador ❤️ We will definitely be back, next time we visit Blackpool. Thank you xx

The room was very tastefully decorated and clean. Breakfast was lovely and the host was very attentive. The room had good tea and coffee facilities, bed was comfortable, free wifi too. Shower was ok and the bathroom was clean. Free parking outside too. Would happily stay here again.

This hotel is exceptionally clean. The host Cliff goes above and beyond, nothing is too much, I will definitely be returning and this hotel will be the only one I will be using. Breakfast is always a very important part of my stay wherever I go and cliffs wife makes the perfect breakfast, with so much choice and everything being top quality, also all food made fresh to order 😋. Our bed was very comfortable, the room was modern done out to a high standard with all the extras. Free onsite parking. Absolutely loved this stay

Proprietor Cliff was so friendly and kind - nothing was too much trouble on our two night stay. The breakfast was delicious - fantastic choice and everything cooked to order, so fresh and homemade. Room was comfy and had everything I needed. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

After visiting the Libra on the 26th September for 2 nights we can highly recommend it. Anna and Chris are amazing hosts they cannot do enough for you. Great central location with free onsite parking and wi fi. Our room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We were super impressed. Room was exceptionally spacious as was the bathroom and had a nice cosy warm feel about it. Fantastic walk in shower with high pressure with additional luxury toiletries included. Amenities such as hair dryer, iron and tea and coffee facilities all included. Fantastic Breakfast, continental and full English 8:30-9:00. In a very comfortable, atmospheric dining area where all guests felt relaxed and comfortable chatting to each other enjoying their stay. I even realised after I left that I had left my glasses there and Anna posted them on for me. We will definitely return and can recommend it to anyone. Comfortable accommodation a short walk from the promenade. Car park at the side of the building. We booked a larger room which was nicely decorated with a carpeted floor. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower and toiletries were provided. The accommodation was very clean and fresh. Our room had a kettle with tea, coffee and milk which were replenished on request. Biscuits and bottled water were also provided. A cooked breakfast was provided and juice, cereal and a variety of other breakfast foods were available. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. They were keen to ensure guests were comfortable and satisfied with their stay.

Perfect stay in every way. The owners were amazing hosts and truly were the most easiest people to get on with and made us feel very welcome. The place was situated perfectly with onsite parking, which was a bonus. The room was spot on and had an amazing sleep. Little touches like shower gel and shampoo were an added bonus, with fresh clean towels every day. There was Tea and coffee facilities and even bottles of water and biscuits that were eaten straight away. The onsite bar was great and totally relaxed with a beer, or two before going out in the evening. The breakfast in the morning was brilliant and constantly asked if we wanted more. We genuinely ate so much we didn't eat till the evening. I fail to see how this place got any reviews less than 10/10 as it really is a perfect place to stay when visiting Blackpool. Many thanks, guys, and we really did relax. Be proud of what you do.

The Libra was located within a short stroll from the town centre. The tower, Central Pier, Coral island, shops, restaurants and pubs all within a 5 minute stroll . The hosts are amazing lovely attentive and friendly. The rooms are clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. The breakfast offers full english with quality ingredients plus cereals, toast with jams, fruit, yoghurt. There is a variety of teas and coffee on offer plus fresh juice.

The Libra is an absolutely beautiful B&B that cannot be faulted! Anna and Chris are amazing hosts who made us feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door, Nothing was too much trouble for them. We stayed in room 7 (twin room) a spacious room with a large bathroom. The whole place was immaculately clean bed linen and fresh towels! The water pressure in the shower was brilliant - which in some b&bs I’ve stayed in this has been an issue but not at the Libra! Breakfast was amazing also, choice of cereals, pastries and toast to start then a hearty full English to follow! We stayed for the Northern Soul weekend so at breakfast Anna and Chris played soul music for us guests! Perfect walking distance to the tower and parking space are an extra bonus to this B&B! Can’t recommend it enough! Thank you for a great weekend stay. Next year Anna and Chris you must come out for a dance at the tower! Thank you for a 10/10 stay! xx

The Kenley Hotel is undoubtedly one of the best small hotels that my wife and I have ever stayed at. The decor is very tasteful and the cleanliness is second to none. The photos of the property are to be believed. On entering the hotel you are immediately struck by the freshness of the air and the cleanliness. Our room was lovely and immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is situated on a lovely quiet street and it is only approximately 200 yards from a tram stop on the seafront. They have a beautiful little lounge where I used to sit and read while relaxing after a busy day in Blackpool. There are tv in the rooms and in the lounge. The owner, Josie, is extremely friendly and helpful. She really does everything in her power to make her guests as happy and comfortable as possible. Nothing is too much trouble for Josie. Breakfast is available on request and is delicious. We had the full English, which you can tailor to your likes. Not everyone likes a full fry up but if you ask Josie she will try to give you what you like. Thank you Josie for helping to make our stay in Blackpool very enjoyable. You are a treasure.

Had a great stay at this hotel. A couple of mins walk to the beach. About 10 mins to pleasure beach, which is a nice walk along the beach front.The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Food was excellent. Home cooked bread etc .Catered well for vegetarians. Loved the decor , modern and quirky. Room well equipped with tea, coffee and biscuits etc. Very clean and tidy and very quiet. Josie is the most amazing, friendly and helpful host I have ever met. She treats you as if you were one of her own family. Nothing is too much trouble. Always on hand to help. Her property is lovely. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Excellent location with off street parking around the back. We booked two ground floor rooms because of mobility issues and they were perfect. The full English breakfast was fabulous. We cannot praise Josie enough. When we visit Blackpool again, The Kenley is where we are headed! Go and pay her a visit. We believe there has been damage caused in the past so let's treat Josie's property with respect.

Our stay at this hotel near Blackpool Pleasure Beach was superb. Josie was incredibly cooperative and addressed all the issues we encountered during our stay promptly. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, and their proximity to the beach was a definite highlight. We were delighted to find that dining options were conveniently located nearby. A special thanks to Josie for making our stay so convenient. The breakfast she provided was truly outstanding, especially with the delicious vegetarian options she prepared. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Blackpool, especially for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Everything, the Kenley is immaculate, rooms are tastefully decorated to a high standard, super comfy beds, hot shower, TV with free view, tea/coffee/ hot chocolate and biscuits. Le Maitre is within walking distance of the main shopping area, train station and theatres etc Our room was spotless and had en-suite shower, separate toilet, tv and plenty of storage space as well as a tea/coffee tray and bottle of water provided. The bed was very comfortable and the freshly cooked breakfast was a perfect start to each day. Parking is limited in front of the property but we were fortunate during our stay, however alternative parking is available close by. All in all, we would recommend Le Maitre and would book again when next in the area. Thank you

Lovely little B&B. it was a late check in and the owner accommodated this and was so helpful and welcoming. The room we small but as a single traveler perfect for what I needed. The whole hotel was immaculately clean. The room was cosy and I had a bottle of fresh water and tea and coffee and free wifi. Shirley and gary are the perfect hosts. Most welcoming, helped to carry luggage, nothing was too much. Super family friendly making extra effort to interact with my 5 year old and making breakfast fun. Room was excellent, clean with everything you could need. Lovely and quiet yet easy walking distance to lord street and the pier. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and perfect portioning to reduce waste.

Have stayed here many times over the years, Steph and Alex are great friendly hosts. The accommodation has been renovated top to bottom, all clean and modern, there is a nice bar on site with pool table and Steph is always more than happy to accommodate with what sports you want to watch. Breakfast is top notch, the addition of fried bread i like as you don’t often get that these days. The location is great just minutes walk to beach, bars, tower, amusements, chip shops and car parks.

The owner was friendly and welcoming as soon as you entered lovely atmosphere. Nothing was too much, clean and modern,beds comfortable. Breakfast available if you want. Close to amenities and lots of bars close by . Very enjoyable stay thanks Steph .

Perfect for a short stay in Blackpool. Booked last minute for a gig at the Tower Ballroom (which was a 5 minute walk from the property). The hotel is centrally located, easy to find, and has ample pay & display parking nearby. The en-suite twin room was small but perfectly formed, and was clean and comfortable. There is a bar with lounge area, and separate breakfast room. We stayed room only, but the breakfast smelt delicious.

Lovely clean room.Friendly welcoming staff. Breakfast was lovely and very substantial.They were able to accommodate vegetarian breakfast with little notice, no fuss. Great location close to beach and dance competion locations. Fantastic stay. Will definitely book again for next year.

Food served quickly (at time we requested), fresh, great quality ingredients - fresh fruit really fresh and lovely mix, cooked breakfast perfectly cooked, great range of items, served hot and in generous portions. Friendly helpful attentive service. Great value for money. Ursula also saved the day when our and other guests’ taxis were late on Saturday night she gave us lifts to the Blackpool Ballroom.

We had the best stay at The Redstone. We are gutted we didn't find this place sooner after years of visiting Blackpool for the illuminations! We were able to check in on arrival and it was handy to have parking nearby. Lee was really friendly and helpful and he gave us a recommendation for dinner nearby. Our room was large and had everything we needed. The dressing table with a hairdryer and straighteners and the well-stocked tea and coffee tray were lovely extra touches. The bathroom was large and our room also had a bath which was perfect as we were travelling with our 3 year old daughter. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were fresh. We were supplied with plenty of towels. Breakfast was included in the cost of our stay and this was by far the best breakfast we have had at a B&B. We had the yoghurt, fruit and granola and full English breakfast and both were delicious and perfectly cooked. Can't recommend The Redstone enough!

Everything was excellent. Communication beforehand and during our stay was great. Free parking nearby was really helpful. Checking in was easy and welcoming. Free chilled water and an ice machine in reception was a nice touch. The en suite bedroom was luxurious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the home made cake when we came home late in the evening. The (veggie) breakfast was absolutely delicious and modern with halloumi, poached egg mushrooms and tomatoes on freshly made chunky toast with juice, cereal and fresh coffee on offer as well. The location is fantastic. Really close to the seafront, and the Pleasure Beach.

I can’t fault this accommodation, it was simply luxurious! We were upgraded to the best room in the guesthouse (room 4) - I stayed with my daughter and we wanted to spend more time in the room as it was just too comfortable! The shower and bath was lovely, the lighting, large windows, facilities (including a hair straightener!), fab big breakfast, great parking spaces, spacious room, lovely view of the top of the blackpool tower and the sea, yummy home made brownie and such a fabulous friendly owner Ursula! I could go on! Ursula was really good with the communication before and during the stay. I would definitely recommend this warm and welcoming guesthouse if staying in Blackpool. Location was close enough to all the attractions or jump on the tram. I’d stay here again if coming back!

We had a lovely welcoming when we arrived. The room was spacious. My partner loved the dressing table mirror with top quality hair drier and straighteners. Nice size tv in the perfect position to the bed. Bathroom was very clean, shower I could of stayed in there forever, as I love a good shower. Thermostat was so easy to use to get your preferred temperature. What can I say, the bed and pillows were so comfortable I slept really well. Breakfast well what can I say! loved every bit of it. From the fresh fruit with yoghurt and granola with honey. Their employees are brilliant x

We were part of a coach tour that had us booked into another hotel, the other hotel was awful very unclean. It was not suitable for purpose, so we quickly looked for another hotel, I saw that there was a Holiday Inn and it is a brand of hotels that have never let me down. So we left out cases at the other hotel and just went to the Holiday Inn, we were so exhausted and fed up, when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist was so welcoming and extremely professional. I do not remember his name but he went above and beyond. The room was clean, tidy, comfortable and had nice touches like the desk and chair and a comfy seat, the bathroom was so clean. We went downstairs to order some food to bring up to our room and the staff at the bar and restaurant area were so helpful. We decided to bring the tray up to the room, at the lift, I had a paper bag with items in it, and it tore and everything spilled out. The two reception staff saw this and came right over helping pick up everything and gave me a bag as a replacement. We then went upstairs to watch a good movie and have our dinner. If it was not for this hotel, our holiday in Blackpool would have been awful, so the Holiday Inn saved the day for us. We would like to thank all the staff, especially the man at reception who was so very helpful. We would stay there again. Thank you all.

Hotel was excellent. Minor things prevented an exceptional stay ie the location was not perfect ( surrounding areas were a bit run down and distant from local attractions) , tv in our room was glitching green and the remote did not work . Loved the room, smart decor,gorgeous smelling bathroom products, fresh clean towels good coffee/tea facilities, fridge for keeping cool drinks and cosmetics. Lovely Marco restaurant , good bar area, very comfortable,modern seating .handy tram stop directly outside, 2 minute walk to train station. Although the location of the hotel is at the furthest end of local attractions , it had the advantage of quiet , restful sleep time .

Excellent hotel, gorgeous rooms, comfortable and warm, perfect location for central Blackpool and the tram outside was a big plus. We tried marcos restaurant in the hotel for food, it was really lovely. Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and everything was delicious. The staff were lovely and helpful. Aaron who served us in the restaurant was so attentive and polite, a credit to the hotel. I had to take a photo of the lovely bathroom tiles as I would like something a bit like this in my next house. This is the nicest hotel I've stayed in for many years so I would fully recommend a stay here.

Modern, clean and in good location. The room was spacious with a sofa, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was good. The room was good to relax in and had plenty of space. We had dinner in the Marco restaurant at night, which we enjoyed. Breakfast in the morning was self serve buffet and had good choices. The hotel is across the road from a car park and we were able to get a discount on parking. It’s also beside a tram stop.

Brilliant location to explore the North Pier and central beach, Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens and the shopping areas. Lots of lovely local restaurants. Across the Road from Sainsbury's and a train station. Lovely clean, comfortable rooms. Very comfy sofa bed. Great shower. Breakfast was continental and nice. Good to have lay by at side of hotel to be able to drop off and pack things - only enough space for around 2 cars. Car Park across the road secure and convenient - good that the hotel validates the parking for a reduced rate. Nice space in hotel foyer with activities.

The staff were lovely and friendly and really couldn't do enough for you. Room was clean and tidy, had all the things we needed, kettle, tea and coffee, complimentary bottles of water, towels, shower gel and shampoo, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV, mirror, everything was there for us. On the way up the stairs, a table with more milk tea and coffee to take up to room so you didn't have to find someone to get more which was very helpful.

Room was spotless. Clean and comfortable bed. Toilet and shower immaculate. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room. Lots of parking close to the hotel. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good . I had a cooked breakfast. There was also cereal, muesli, fresh fruit, fruit juice, plenty of tea and coffee. Host was very attentive.

This is such a nice, cosy, quiet place to stay. The owners are genuinely friendly, helpful and lovely. The breakfast looks and taste amazing. The rooms are clean, fresh and bed was so comfortable. I have been many places in Blackpool and without doubt this stays the best. I will continue to go back to stay again.

I liked overall experience, breakfast was English and you could have yogurts, coffee, tea, fruit, toast and marmalade and then English breakfast, room was clean, tiny and we could smell breakfast every morning from kitchen, but in general English houses and rooms are small, it was clean and tidy and they clean and change bedsheets if you there more then 4nights... Owners was friendly and helpful. If we will ever come again we will defo stay in Guilderoy Hotel because old fashion style over there is magic...warmly recommending and is good value for money

I’ve just got back from a lovely long weekend of 3 nights with the wonderful hosts Simon and Rhona. Where do I start! I’d booked to stay and see friends who were visiting the area and was quite wary because I’ve never stayed in a Blackpool B&B, and there certainly are some ‘interesting’ places. I booked for the location which is slightly out of town but I didn’t want to be right in the hustle and bustle. The good news is being away from the town centre means free on-road parking and I was able to park (nearly) straight outside! The accommodation itself is very welcoming and secure as a key is needed to enter at all times. On the ground floor is a lounge / seating area which can be used by guests and a small food room where takeaways can be brought back. Breakfast is served in a dining room also on the ground floor and was super! Freshly cooked to order and plentiful juice, cereals, tea & coffee as well. I stayed in the ‘small double’ room which was on the top floor and absolutely fine for myself. The room was cosy, bed was comfy and shower nice and warm! There is free tea / coffee in the room and this can be topped up yourself from provisions downstairs as for stays under 4 nights the hosts do not interrupt you. Simon & Rhona were so welcoming from the moment I arrived right through to departure. Affable and chatty without being intrusive! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed over Easter break and Easter Sunday creme egg on all breakfast tables. What a lovely touch, and it was great for the kids of the families staying there too. How thoughtful. Bar on site, too, was very reasonably priced. If travel to Blackpool again would definitely rebook . Ratings was good on booking site and can understand why as it totally exceeded our expectations. Don't normally do reviews, but to not do it would've been a massive injustice.

Great hotel, very clean and good location close to all attractions and very easy to find.we have stayed at this place before and were very impressed with the guys that run this place . Lovely breakfast free wifi television and kettle and tea and coffee making facilities also shampoo and sope and hair dryer in room and hand wash in bathroom . Also due to COVID 19 there are hand sanitiser stations all over the hotel and safe distance between guests . maxine is great on breakfast nothing is too much for them and they always have a smile on there face .very comfortable beds great value for money its the only place i would stay in Blackpool now but definitely worth booking in advance as we had to stay Down the road at a different hotel last year as it was booked up .it was similar price but didn't have a notch on this place . It also as a good size bar area games room and car park for a small cost .

Our 2nd stay here at The Trafford. (We visit Blackpool Pleasure Beach every year) due to my little boys limited mobility, we took a taxi to the Pleasure Beach (only £8.20) but you can easily walk which would take about 20 minutes at a strolling pace. Immaculately clean we had a standard double and budget family room. Breakfast although basic was good quality ingredients. Good selection of cereal options, food was piping hot with unlimited tea/coffee/ juice/ toast. Staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that the duvet and pillows could do with being replaced (rather thin duvet and pillows hard) but a minor issue. The room was warm and cosy, en suite rather small but perfectly adequate. Great location being close to seafront and car parking literally only a few minutes from the hotel. Definitely will be booking again for next October and highly recommend this accommodation. Can't wait to return.

loved everything about the hotel. brilliant service from the owners. room was amazing and beds were comfy. we came at 10am and our room was ready for us to check right into. places to store luggage aswell when we had to leave. staff were amazing and always willing to speak to their guests especially listening to my duaghter and son (he's autistic they were brilliant ) room was stocked up with tea/coffee/milk hairdyer in the bedroom with towels on your bed. bedrooms was nice and warm key fob for entering the hotel so no1 could just walk in which i liked that idea. bar was stocked up good (didnt use the bar) pool table aswell. plenty of seating in the reception. we didn't book breakfast with our room but once we got their the owners asked if we wanted breakfast and gave us a menu. we will be returning back in September for our honeymoon.

From the moment we arrived we knew it would be a good stay. We had travelled from B'ham to attend a family wedding in the area. The staff were welcoming, professional, informative. The location is clean and well maintained. Just so lovely. The Hotel sits within a little Business estate next to a small thriving Football club. So unexpected, but adds a unique aspect to the location. As well presented on the outside, the inside did not disappoint. High standards of cleanliness everywhere. The Bedrooms.... Ahhh! Exceptional. The Bed, large spacious so comfy. We slept like babies. Shower facilities Beautiful. Then to top it all off, The breakfast... Brilliant! We intend to visit again next year as it was a wonderful stay and we are now inspired to explore Lytham a few miles up the road. Thankyou all staff at Mill Farm. Tina, Julia, Anthony, Kim and Team. Excellent location, easily walkable from the station. Also plenty of parking. Large comfortable room, immaculately clean. Very helpful staff on Reception and at breakfast, and a particular thanks to Martin the bar manager in Bradley’s Sports Bar, both for being so welcoming and for pouring me a perfect pint of Guinness.

The room was amazing, modern and great quality fittings. Bed was super comfortable, large smart tv, good wifi, large bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries, tea coffee making facilities with fresh milk in the fridge. Also air con was a welcome addition! The courtyard view is on the road side but it was still quite a lovely view and it’s a quiet area. The best hotel we’ve stayed at in the Blackpool area without a doubt!

This was honestly one of my favourite places I have ever stayed. It was immaculately clean, the room was stylish, comfortable and well equipped with special little touches to make our stay memorable. We had a nice meal in the sports bar and staff welcomed us and looked after us, after a long day. My son loved the big bath. The staff were friendly, breakfast was fresh and well cooked, and we liked the location. We watched the sun rise from our pitch view which was stunning. We will definitely be back.

The staff were amazing with us and our hound - it really was like a home away from home. We only used the room as a base so whilst it was small, it was perfectly suited for our uses. We all slept well on the beds, the bathroom was lovely and clean allowing us to shower and be fresh for the day ahead. The additional access to the spa and pool facilities at the Hy Hotel was a great addition but in reality, the pool was freezing, Jacuzzi and sauna were out of action. It's still a bonus as it is out of their control. We found the location of the hotel perfect for our uses - access to shopping, food and beaches just on the doorstep but far enough away from the 'main drag' so it was relatively quite.

The breakfast was delicious, superb quality also plenty of choice. The staff were helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable clean and tidy , with tea, coffee, water biscuits. Hairdryer & all shower products available. Bedding & towels white clean & fresh. Great location for walking to amenities. Pubs , bars & Restaurant’s locally. M&S & shops 3 mins walk.

We felt very welcomed and looked after during our stay. Dogs are truly welcomed and accepted as part of your family by a host who truly loves and understands dogs and their needs. Blanket, bowls and mat are provided for dogs which was very thoughtful. We also didnt have to abandon our pups so we could eat breakfast, our pups lay well behaved under our.table patiently waiting on the promise of a beach walk once we had finished. Breakfast was gorgeous, could not fault the food or the service at all and the fruit starter was beautifully presented and very tasty so was 'mums breakfast'. Hotell is well located close to main street and one street back from beach. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and well decorated. Bathrooms are spotless with toiletries. Tea and coffee inrooms with bottle of water also. Ample parking although we parked off site due to having long car with not enough turn to fit in space but not an issue for us as parked free accross road. Cant rate this enough, especially happy that we felt truly accepted with our dogs which made our stay even more relaxing.

Stayed in a double room with my sister. The room was tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, good shower in en suite. We had a 3 night stay and the room was cleaned every day and one change of linen. Haworth House is virtually in the town centre.. just a 2 minute walk. There is parking available, so we parked the car and decided to use the bus for travelling to Lytham and Cleveleys. The bus stop is very close to the B&B. We used our GM bus passes so travel was free !!. The buses are very modern with free WiFi and chargers on board, audible and visual information for each destination. Bus drivers very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, good quality produce, well presented. Staff very friendly and cheerful. Comfortable lounge to sit and relax. Plenty of reading material available. Overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Will definitely return here.

We booked this very last minute as we were visiting a friend in St Annes for new years eve. The location was perfect for this. Also perfect that it is dog friendly, it was also a very short walk to the huge beach for a dog walk. The B&B entrance was beautifully decorated for Christmas and was a very warm welcome, also by the staff. The breakfast/lounge area was also very comfy and beautiful. Breakfast itself was also very tasty and we liked that you could get two courses for example a fruit platter then a cooked breakfast. We had two single rooms as we booked last minute. Both were comfortable with a good bed and shower.

We stayed with our Grandaughter and it was perfect for the beach and also the town centre. parking is a plus, and the hosts left milk, tea, coffee, biscuits and a welcome note.

Great location being able to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Quiet accommodation even though on road and apartments. Good communication from hosts and kindly supplied travel cot and Highchair for us. Cleaners also really friendly. Comfy corner sofa and large dining table, good living space, clean and nice bathroom, lots of towels and toilet tissue provided! We would stay again.

From the moment we arrived and saw the beautiful building with its character and history we were simply blown away. The location was perfect with a slow paced walk of 10 minutes to the beach at St Anne's, the near by square and convenience of all things you need whilst away. The accommodation had everything you needed and the space was very well used. A true home from home. Transport links were very handy with a bus stop outside and when it states lots of available parking, this is very accurate. Amelia and Sophie, are beyond accommodating and really try to make sure all requests are accommodated. We were thankful for our early check-in and we were asked if anything was needed for the toddler that was travelling with us. We also had to call twice, both on weekend days and each time our queries were dealt with and we were not made to feel like we had intruded, honestly professional really is a understatement as they are both far more than this. A great pair to management such a beautiful place. The apartments which we had two of were so clean, we were very impressed and the views from apartment 5 & 8 were so pretty, we could see the sea and the landscaped front garden. We will now only stay here when we come up to Lytham St Anne's. Thank you both.

The breakfast the next day was one of the best I have had, the food was clearly fresh and the cooked breakfast was beautiful. It was my partners 40th and the hosts sang happy birthday with a little cake and candle, complimentary mamosa. I was so impressed with how personable our experience was at this establishment. I will definitely be booking again when in the area. It will be our go to. Excellent stay and we enjoyed every second.

On arrival and meeting our host Andy, along with a friendly chat, we were offed a welcome drink, which was a nice touch. Our room (room one) was amazing, a very comfortable bed, fabulous bath and shower, plenty of tea,coffee, and snacks. The breakfast menu was extensive with a varied choice, I chose a full English and and my husband opted for a rosti dish, both of which were delicious. The whole place was spotlessly clean. We booked this property at the last minute after fancying a night away. What a find, I would highly recommend it, and we will definitely visit again....fabulous 😀

Loved everything about the stay. The location was great for the local bars, cafes and restaurants. It was also a short walk onto the seafront (3-4 minute walk) and also to Lytham Rail Station (3-4 minute walk). The owners of the property were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was relaxed, with a good selection of options and cooked using quality ingredients. The overall property has obviously been given a lot of love and attention with interior finishes designed to a very high standard and with some lovely artwork.

The hotel definitely had the wow factor from the moment you walk through the door! Beautiful set up straight through to the garden. Ultra Modern! The bedroom was really quirky and extremely modern and spacious. All the mod cons and more! The staff were very welcoming and just added those extra touches. Breakfast menu had so many choices and was out of this world! so much finer details we’re put into everything, there is too many to list. I will returning, it was truly a memorable stay! thank you very much for making us so comfortable.

The hotel staff were all welcoming & friendly & helpful. I liked that the hotel had a ramp outside of it so I didn't have to lift my heavy suitcase up any stairs to get into the hotel. The hotel is nicely decorated & very spacious & plenty of lovely seating areas & lounges to sit in. The hotel had a luggage room to store any bags or suitcases in if guests were waiting for their transport. This was good as it kept all luggage safe. A swift check-in & check out at the main desk. The main receptionist phoned a taxi for myself to take myself & my family to the nearest train station, which was very helpful. I enjoyed my stay & I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I spent three nights here from 22/08 - 25/08 and i have already booked to come back next year - this hotel was first class - we have came to Blackpool the last few years and had a good time - but - this was amazing - no way should this only be classed as '3' star like other hotels - this is well out the league of others - the staff are lovely, friendly and cant do enough for you. The bedroom we stayed in was a premier triple room and myself and the other two in our party were very happy - the room was large, clean, modern and comfy bed, lovely power shower. Clean towels daily. The food was lovely, the breakfast was first class, hot and plenty choice, the dinner at night was beautiful, three choices for each course or the salad bar, all fresh and presented well, i upgraded to a steak on the first night and it was great. The evening entertainment programme was also great and the hotel is in a great location for all local shops and pubs etc.

The place was like a Phoenix that’s risen from the ashes, very Clean and tidy, staff are absolutely amazing and very attentive nothing is any bother , central to Blackpool tower and beach, hotel was amazing, lots of comfortable seating areas in front of windows and outside, nice and quiet, our bedroom was beautiful looked like it was brand-new well equipped with everything you need even a hairdryer in the draw , the tea &coffee facility was nice and tidy with a draw underneath with a good selection of tea coffee and biscuits, the en suite was brilliant lots of hot water shower looked new with a rain forest shower head the water pressure never dropped, we went half board and the food was fantastic and plenty of choices couldn’t ask for any more, the nighttime entertainment was brilliant wish we never lived so far away from Southampton. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to see you again

Kaytlin offered professional support resolving an email issue, though her description of a wall-facing room as having a “nice” view was misleading. I didn’t mind the view, but transparency matters. Adam at reception was excellent—clear, prompt, and helpful in guiding me to nearby parking, since the hotel doesn’t offer one onsite. Jordan, the barman, was simply phenomenal. His speed, attention to detail, and respectful attitude made him a standout figure during my stay. He served customers swiftly, kept the bar area impeccably clean, and carried himself with true professionalism. Jordan is a role model for hospitality staff—his service was exceptional and memorable. His service truly stood out and set an example. Overall, despite a moment of disappointment around honesty, the staff’s dedication and the vibrant entertainment made for a memorable experience.

Just returned from a two night stay having visited with my 14 year old daughter. We stayed in a premium room on a bed and breakfast basis. The hotel, communal areas, facilities and the cabaret lounge were excellent. The room was faultless but this is to be expected when paying for a premium room. The whole experience suggested that the hotel is well run and well maintained. Every member of staff that I spoke to was friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The only slight disappointment was the breakfast. Some of the items on the breakfast buffet were a little bit dry and overcooked. This wasn't a massive problem as there was lots to choose from. Food served on a buffet is never going to be perfect but this could have been a little bit better. Despite this, the staff in the restaurant were great and attentive so the cooking/presentation of the food wasn't a significant issue. Would definitely visit again.

Our recent stay at the Vincent Hotel exceeded our expectations. We had such a fantastic stay. The hotel was spotless throughout, the food was excellent, and the atmosphere welcoming. Every single member of staff were outstanding, consistently friendly, respectful and attentive to all guests. In particular Diane McTague was extremely helpful and very friendly, Mr Cutler provided excellent assistance with valet service, he also took time for a friendly chat. The team also kindly helped me surprise my partner with a birthday cake at breakfast, which was a thoughtful and memorable touch. Breakfast was fabulous, with an excellent selection ranging from cereals, fresh oats and berries, juices, to a hearty cooked breakfast with a self serve option. Lunch and evening meal were equally enjoyable, with a varied menu and very reasonable priced with friendly welcoming waited staff. The Hotel is ideally located, surrounded by local bars, live music and restaurants, making it a perfect base for exploring Southport. we were made to feel valued and welcomed from start to finish, and we will most definitely be returning soon!. We loved everything about the Vincent Hotel and had such a relaxing stay. The hotel is in a great location in the centre of Southport, set back from the main road and overlooking a lovely leafy square . We received a warm welcome on arrival from the receptionist who also helped to sort a taxi for a later appointment. Check in was so smooth and we quickly had access to our lovely room. We had booked a V corner Studio room overlooking the square. The room was very stylish, immaculately clean , beautiful bathroom and large very comfortable bed. We had drinks in the cocktail bar which has a lovely ambiance - the barman was excellent and possibly made me the best Pornstar Martini ever! We also ate in the restaurant- again stylish, lovely atmosphere and overlooking the square. The food was delicious and our waitress Samia was so friendly, smiley and attentive - excellent service. Breakfast was excellent- great choice from the hot and cold buffet - all high quality and very tasty - and we were asked several times if we wanted a refresh of our coffee - so nice not to have to ask! Our waitress Kinga was an absolute delight - so cheerful and very efficient. We would highly recommend the Vincent Hotel for your stay in Southport - we would not hesitate to return again in the future.

We’ve not long returned from a wonderful stay at The Vincent Hotel in Southport – and what a treat it was! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. As countless recent guests have noted, “staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful,” and we couldn’t agree more . Most memorably, we were surprised with an unexpected upgrade to a beautiful suite – a detail many fellow travellers praised for its “huge, comfortable” space and balcony . A heartfelt thanks to the lady on Reception for arranging this – it made our trip even more special, turning a simple visit to see our son into a truly memorable family experience. Our suite exceeded every expectation: modern décor, plush furnishings, and that little balcony made morning coffees extra delightful. The bed was exceptionally comfy, and the powerful shower/bath combo was a real luxury – just as so many guests have celebrated . Breakfast in The V Café was excellent – a generous spread that set us up perfectly for the day, echoing other reviews that called it “plentiful and delicious” . The central location on Lord Street was also a real plus; we could easily stroll to local sights and cafés, just as others have enjoyed . In short, The Vincent felt like a boutique haven with top-notch service, stylish surroundings, and that suite upgrade was the icing on the cake. We’ll certainly be booking this gem again next time we’re back in Southport – highly recommended!

Myself and my husband had a two night stay at the Vincent and was pleasantly surprised on how lovely it was, the room was very modern, clean and spacious with a huge comfortable bed, bedding and towels were lovely and clean, bathroom was a great size with a powerful shower. We had breakfast included which was very nice with a good selection, the cooked breakfast is buffet style but with a choice of freshly cooked eggs. Hotel is in a great location for shops, bars and restaurants and just a couple of minutes walk to the beach. We stay in Southport quite often but have never stayed in this hotel before, we chose it for the location and so glad we did, we will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Clean, tidy and comfortable. 2 fans were provided for us due to the hot weather and were much appreciated! Staff were extremely helpful and nothing we asked for was too much. Breakfast was delicious and again the staff really were outstanding. I think it was the owner who served us on all three mornings and his service was perfect! After learning a bit about The Gurkhas from the beautiful and interesting decor around the restaurant its safe to say that the owner here takes the same pride in his business as he did in his army life. Nice large room with a huge bathroom that was on the back of the hotel so was nice and quiet. Very clean and fresh towels left when the room was cleaned the next morning. Hairdryer and decent size tv with a good selection of channels, and a bonus of a fridge in the room. Very friendly and attentive staff throughout the hotel, restaurant and bar. We ate in the restaurant on the first night, which is an all you can eat Asian buffet with a really good selection of delicious food. Well worth trying. Great value hotel and restaurant. We will definitely return.

We liked everything about the Gurkha hotel. Honestly it was absolutely outstanding. From the time you arrived at the reception desk the staff were amazing, pleasant and very helpful. Lovely modern and tastefully decorated public areas inc large lounge/bar area which is well stocked and has large tv and spectacular views up and down the coast. Plenty toilet roll and toiletries provided in room with added extras like shower cap. Superb pressure in the shower and ample hot water. Clean kettle and tea coffee making facilities. Plenty on offer at breakfast, fruit, yoghurt, cooked items etc. Tram stop straight across the road. All in all a really nice place to stay.

The Rutland hotel was lovely and clean and felt very homely and comfortable the owners were friendly and welcoming from the start to finish. The breakfast lounge was set out very nice and you get a lot of options to choose from for your breakfast and there is plenty to choose from it is very clean. The towels are changed daily when you aren’t in your room. The owners recommended places to visit in Blackpool and it is directly opposite the beach and a 10 minute walk down to the strip with lots to do. me and my partner went into the bar and it has the tv on and pool table and just a seating area to chill out. we loved this place and will be coming back to this place. Even on checkout the owner said if we needed to use the facilities after checkout before we went home we could go back which was very nice

Immaculate property. Every room is meticulously decorated and cleaned to a high standard from the bedroom and private bathroom, to the dining area and bar. On arrival, we received a warm welcome from the owner, very professional, attentive and friendly. Beds were very comfy so we enjoyed blissful rest both nights. Breakfast was 0830-0930 with a choice of cooked items and plenty of tea and toast. The hotel has great views of the sea so ask for a sea view by calling the owner direct. It is located just down from the north shore but you can get a tram outside the hotel (£5 day pass) so you can travel around if you don’t feel like walking.

A very warm welcome and made at ease straight away.The room was bright airy and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was spacious and also spotlessly clean. Toiletries we're provided along with crisp white towels. Ample tea coffee sugar. Tv worked well A good hearty full English breakfast, also a selection for vegetarians along with fruit juices and cereals. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and maintained to a very high standard. Didn't use the bar/lounge area but looked well stocked. Well worth a stay ,tram bus across the road or 10mins brisk walk along the seafront towards the tower.

Hotel was well situated with a nice walk to the town, and also had a tram stop outside hotel which was good for getting home at night! We enjoyed the bar in the evening, which was comfortable and the music was at a really nice level allowing us to have a good conversation! Breakfast was very tasty and lots of choice available! We had a lovely stay and would definitely return!

Exceptional hotel very very clean, Stuart was very welcoming and made us feel at home all the staff were very helpful and always took time to speak to us, the hotel and room was spotless we stayed in a family room and was very impressed with the size and layout the bath was amazing the bed was extremely comfy and the room nice and warm, the bar area is very nice with a pool table and machines, the breakfast was amazing self service which I believe all hotels and b&b should be personally, fried, scrambled and poached eggs including all full English items, tea coffee cereals juices yoghurts I really feel this hotel goes the extra mile and has thought of everything, I highly recommend staying here we will certainly be back on our next visit 10/10 thankyou.

Warm and friendly welcome on arrival from Ash, the manager. Spacious, comfortable and extremely clean room. Excellent standards (Room 28): spacious bathroom with great shower, comfortable bed, good sized and fully working good quality TV. In addition, location, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, comfortable bar / lounge area are also very good. Breakfast options are extensive and everything was well cooked and nicely presented, very well done to the chef! Breakfast service also very good. Lovely stay, made just that extra bit special by the friendliness, engagement and attentiveness of Ash.

Great added bonus their was a pool table, and my son and partner had a few games. Really nice family,. Couple vibe to the place. Breakfast in the morning was great. Full English, cerals, fruit, pancakes the works. All help your self. Really nice selection. Was very impressed with selection of scrambled, fried and perfect poached eggs. Location was great for us 2 min walk to the tram stop at the top of the road. This allowed us to jump on the team to go the sandcastle water park and tower, arcades with kids. But come the evening be away from all the noise. All in all, perfect. Deffo recommend for family's and couples looking for a nice comfortable, clean and modern accommodation.

Roy and Tina were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself was in a lovely, quiet location with free parking outside. It was clean and well looked after. The rooms were a great size, nicely decorated and the en-suites were clean with a nice shower. Tea/coffee facilities were in each room and replenished every day. Breakfast was lovely every morning and freshly cooked. The bar in the evening was a great place to sit and chat with the other guests and the owners. All in all, a fantastic stay and excellent value for money! Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

If your looking to stay over in Blackpool I'd highly recommend the Homeleigh hotel ! Super friendly owner wendy was so helpful and just generally a nice warm welcome from arrival. Lovely clean hotel rooms were cozy beds comfortable and clean. Tea coffee and a kettle for when you want a brew in bed, honestly not a single fault. The little bar area was lovely and we could keep our pram there safely when we weren't using it which was very useful! We were offered the breakfast service from wendy we didn't actually go for this option this time but we are looking at coming up in July so we'll that that offer this time 😇

I thought the decor is nice and modern for an older building the location is ideal for the beach area the breakfast was good and the owner of the hotel is friendly and accommodating made sure we were comfortable, hotel even has its own bar and breakfast room, for two people sharing a twin room it was comfortable enough with compact ensuite bathroom which was also very clean overall a pleasant stay

The proprietor was lovely and welcoming and was able to recommend a few places to park. I had to leave early the following morning and he was able to accommodate breakfast for me and my son a little earlier than the stated breakfast time. The breakfast was amazing, hot and really tasty. The bed was really comfy and we had a decent sleep. The venue was quiet and no issues from noise of guests arriving home at night etc. If you are looking for a great breakfast, comfy bed and no frills hotel then look no further.

Situated in the middle of Pleasure Beach and The Tower, with the beach at the top of the road, it is the ideal location. The breakfast was amazing! No cheap crap served, all quality produce and cooked to perfection. We had a twin room with on suite. The room was tiny but clean. Is it dated, yes, but it's Blackpool! Surely that's the charm! You're only sleeping there, so luxury wasn't an expectation. If this is an expectation, pay double and book somewhere else. John, our host, was lovely and helped me find somewhere to park - a must if driving, as parking is premium there. John was extremely helpful and gave us all the local info. I can't remember John's partner's name (sorry!), who cooked breakfast, but thank you! A brilliant stay at a brilliant price. Would defo stay again

Truely stunning bnb located close to the south pier down a quiet street. The decor is incredible throughout including in the lovely downstairs bar area which is open all day. The host was beyond helpful, really thoughtful, provided us with tea and coffee on arrival and shared local knowledge. The room was a really good size but the true gem in this place is the combination of incredible attention to detail and cleanliness. The room truely had everything you could ever need from an ironing board to knitted toilet paper cosy - even down to ear plugs in case the odd seagull bothered you. The breakfast was fantastic, a wide choice on the menu but prior to that you could help yourself to a Buffett style of cereal, fresh fruit, juices, yogurts, tea and coffee with toast all provided upon seating. The full English was wonderfully cooked with the works included. My partners croissant with cheese and bacon was lovely as well. As the title says this has to be one of the best, if not the best, bnbs I’ve stayed in within the UK and no surprise it’s regularly booked up.

Guest house was so clean and the hosts were so friendly and attentive. Room was amazing and bed was extremely comfortable and a lovely powerful shower. Breakfast was so varied and extremely delicious. Would highly recommend this guest house.

From the first minute we booked, we felt very looked after. Steve messaged us asking for expected arrival time as our room was ready early and we knew we had a car park space so that put us at ease straight away. Elaine explained everything with us when we got to the property and it just felt so much nicer than your general hotel chain check-in. This was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast and won't be our last, we will definitely return to The Arthington. The room was spacious and comfortable. It felt like they had thought of everything and a lot of consideration has gone into the rooms being so well equipped. Breakfast was great. Selection of cereal, yoghurts, full English, fruit etc. I enjoyed full English and fruit with a pot of tea. Couldn't fault it, was delicious. A very smooth, comfortable and quiet stay here. Would highly recommend it if ever in Blackpool.

A 20 minute walk out of town which meant the property was located in a quiet area with parking available at £6 per night. A quirky guest house with amazing decor. Expert individuality in every room and cleaned to a very high standard. The beds, pillows and duvets were extremely comfortable. The guest house was warm and the owners were helpful and friendly. The breakfast choice exceeded our expectations and was served promptly on warm plates with endless refreshments. There was a well stocked bar which was open as long as there were customers to serve. Adult only accommodation. Seven rooms including king, twin, double and single.

The owners at Brooklyn hotel were very friendly and welcoming ,very clean room i slept well the bed was very comfortable ,I would recommend staying here Brooklyn hotel is quiet only a few minutes to walk to the beach . I liked that it wasnt on top of the noisy party life of Blackpool having said that everything isnt to far to walk to .The breakfast was really nice ,peaceful dining room also the price for the hotel was really good with breakfast included ,I would defiently stay here again I can't fault anything .

Lovely Little Hotel in Blackpool We had a wonderful stay at this very nice little hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. It was quiet at night, so we had no trouble sleeping. The location is great—just a 10-minute walk to Central Pier, or only about 50 metres to the nearest tram and bus stop. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the full English breakfast they served was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back in future.

The Brooklyn hotel is easy reach from Wilton Parade tram or bus stop The Hosts Zyta & Maciek were welcoming and lovley, we staying in one of there newly renovated rooms on the ground floor which was a good sized withroom wet room shower ,small double bed which was really comfy, the only gripe would be the curtains need to be replaced with blackout ones, there was no road noise at all. The breakfast was served from 8.30am cereals ,juice on offer, with a fantastic cooked breakfast, bacon sausage beans toms fried bread, bust you can alter with poached or scrambled eggs, mushrooms hash brown and also you get toast, tea or coffee, set us up for the day. The hotel is being slowly renovated...we will definitely be using this hotel again get yourselfs a tram & bus ticket day 3 day or weekly well worth it.

The hosts zyta and maciej were amazing so welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was lovely I honestly felt like we was staying at a friends house, the drinks in the bar again lovely and very good priced, rooms were lovely and clean, beds were very comfortable if I was ever coming to Blackpool again this would be my first choice of hotel we was soaked through and zyta offered to dry our shoes something they don’t have to do and thanks to Maciej for introducing me to new drinks you both work very hard and it shows thank you for an amazing stay for me and my family hope to see you both again one day x

We had an absolutely lovely stay at this spotless B&B, just five minutes from the the Tower, shops and bars of Blackpool. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing break. What really made the stay special were the hosts, Vince and Sharon. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. Whether it was helpful local tips or making sure we had everything we needed, their care and attention made us feel truly at home. Breakfast was a highlight cooked fresh to order was always hot, and with plenty of choice. And then there’s Reggie, their charming dog, who brought a smile to our faces every morning. He’s a star in his own right and adds a lovely personal touch to the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a friendly, well-run B&B close to all the Blackpool attractions. We'll definitely stay here again.

Made very welcome by the hosts. Our room had everything we needed, kettle, hair dryer, small fridge. I advised before visit I was vegan and they put a vegan Kit Kat in room next to coffee cups. Also had plenty for me at breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Ensuite toilet and shower were also clean and lovely fresh towels. The host recommended some restaurants for dinner and we had delicious meal at a Cantonese restaurant nearby.

Everything about the hotel was perfect, neither of us could find a bad word to.say. the little extra touches in the room, the cotton buds, fresh milk on offer if you dont like uht milk fridge in rhe room and fresh bottles of water in their. Tea, coffee abd hot chocolate in the rooms and mints. The breakfast was amazing all freshly cooked with fresh produce no frozen, including the croissants hand baked by the owners xx the owners vinnie and sharron were fantastic, welcoming, friendly and chatty but kot over the top, just the perfect hosts x. And their little dog made the trip x will be going again and have already recommended to people x

The property is ideally situated for access to the town and the Blackpool Tower is less than five minutes walk away with a large council car park at the end of the road. The owner was extremely friendly and personable. The property was clean as was the bedroom which had a comfortable double bed and compact ensuite shower room. The shower was fully enclosed but large enough to shower without banging your elbows! Toiletries were included. The towels and bedding were clean and the mattress comfortable. There was a fan in the room which given the recent weather was essential and did help. There was a hairdryer in the room and a clothes steamer on request. The breakfast was VERY good. The section is compact and very much help yourself but had everything you could want. Bottled water and orange juice. Brown and white bread with a help yourself toaster that actually worked in just a minute not like those conveyor things. Butter, Jams, marmalade, peanut butter and chocolate spread as well as Small Pastries, cereal and fresh fruit and yogurt. Tea and coffee were brought to the table and a full English was included. The host was so accommodating doing beans or scrambled eggs on toast for some of the guests. Free wifi which worked throughout. The hotel is a three star property which seems fair and in my opinion was as expected with an accommodating host, very good breakfast and good value for money

The Celtic Pride is very local to all amenities situated in a quiet area of Blackpool. Along a little street with a convenient big pay and display at the end within a 2 min walking distance. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean very welcoming staff and the breakfast had everything and more. From cereals and juice to fresh fruit and a full English. Bedrooms are presented beautifully with decorative towels on the bed and so light and airy. Hair dryer tea / coffee facilities and a brill shower and a great touch of essentials in the bathroom if required. Absolutely superb hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return if we came back to Blackpool. This really is a little hidden gem of a place. And an extra special bonus a view of Blackpool tower!

Great location, friendly staff- nothing too much trouble. Good sized rooms with lovely bathroom, we had a huge shower, tea and coffee making facilities, tv with sky channels, hair dryer and steamer for clothes. Breakfast was delicious and cereal, fresh fruit, cereal bars and juice available to help yourself to. Clean hotel and beds really comfy. Will definitely return.

Perfect location for central Blackpool - we were going to a show at Viva - literally 5 mins walk away. Our room was a reasonable size - it had a double & a single bed - both beds mega comfortable - bedding also pristine & high quality- great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious - really generous & high quality items - I had fresh raspberries, blueberries, melon & grapes- yoghurt, honey - followed by a full English - butcher’s/ locally sourced produce - sausage, bacon, black pudding, mushrooms, egg , tomatoes, baked beans & hash brown. Plenty of toast -jam/ marmalade, fruit juice. Cereals & pastries also available -all delicious- excellent value. Staff friendly especially the lady that served breakfast.

We liked the room with the view of the tower from the window. The breakfast was really lovely and tasty and I loved the little touch they have done on the napkins saying good morning on them . And they allow you to choose what you have on your cooked breakfast which I really like. And also there was cereal and fruit and like pastries that you could eat as well so the breakfast was Very filling. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we like the location as it's close to central entertainment .

The minute we arrived, we were met by Rebecca who was very welcoming. She helped carry our bags upstairs & went through the best ways to get around Blackpool during our stay. The room was clean & comfortable, with a hairdryer & iron if needed. We had an en suite bathroom which was also clean, but needed dusting in areas ( Toilet roll holder) to be honest this would have been hard to see unless sitting 😅. The main things like the shower, toilet etc were spotless. We opted for a cooked breakfast, which was excellent. I would give as far to say its the best Ive had in years. The breakfast area was lovely & bright with a nice breakfast spread. Rebeccas husband Mark served us & again was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed staying at the Beaucliffe and will definitely visit again.

Breakfast was very nice, freshly cooked, fresh fruit as well every day. Our room was very clean. toilet and shower were also spotless. shower was nice and big. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. There is also a nice sitting area with a bar, if you want to unwind after a day out. The Hotel is situated in a nice quiet area, and you can hop on a tram, a few minutes walk from the Hotel. The hosts are very helpful with information, on attractions and eating out places, and can also give you a weather forecast for the next day.

Warm welcome from the owners. Very easy check-in process. Lovely big room (luxury king), nicely decorated and very clean. Massive television, excellent tea and coffee tray. Big walk-in shower with toiletries provided and plenty of fresh white towels. Plentiful, freshly cooked breakfast with toast and tea or coffee. Extras such as cereals, fruit and yogurts are also available. Very short walk to the tram stop to get into the main part of Blackpool, but far enough out to be extremely quiet. Had a nightcap in the bar with very reasonably priced drinks. We're hoping to get back up when the illuminations are on.

The hotel is brilliant, great value for money very nice/friendly owners. Breakfast was incredible (I had a cooked breakfast), they give a little breakfast form to fill out so can choose whatever at your leisure and drop it at desk and it can be prepped for you in the morning. They have a lovely seating area aswell and owners were great local guides for recommending where to eat, etc. Room itself was clean and spacious. It is a B&B so no activities in the hotel itself but it is a couple mins from a tram stop where you can get to Blackpool centre quite quickly. In summery they were very kind and accommodating, breakfast is amazing and it's in a great location and the price is very reasonable. Great stop, thank you.

Not much of a review kind of person but can’t express how impressed I am with this guest house. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have asked for better service. As soon as we arrived the most polite women came to the door and explained breakfast times and little bits of information about our stay. The range of breakfast for such a smaller kind of stay was amazing and delicious☺️ we ordered take away on a night and once we asked where we clean all our messy Chinese up, we was told it’s our holiday and to not be silly which is really nice to properly relax. I felt at home and very comfortable. Room was amazing with hair dryers and shower products many tea and coffee making sachets which was also really nice for our rainy day. I felt properly cared for and couldn’t of picked a better place to stay. They meet all needs required. The place was very very clean . For being two girls of 20 years of age we normally have many un welcome stays as we get viewed as “naughty kids” but this was a completely opposite view towards us so thank you for such a welcoming time❤️

Everything!! The house is stunning and so clean and welcoming. We had the family room and it was spacious, comfortable and well decorated. There were toiletries and clean towels and tea and coffee facilities. Tv's in all 3 bedrooms. You can text your breakfast order every day and the food is delicious, it comes with tea and coffee and doorstop toast!! The location is great, you get views of Blackpool tower from the bedrooms. It's a half hour walk to the pleasure beach. There is free parking too which is so rare!

Had a great 2 night stay. Vicky the owner is a brilliant host, very welcoming and always on hand if you needed anything. The room we stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean and had everything you needed inside. The bed and bedding was very comfy! The en suite bathroom again was spotlessly clean and modern and also nice soaps/body wash etc was provided. Breakfast was included in the room rate and would definitely recommend getting up to give it a try as the breakfast was a high standard and cooked to perfection. Cereals, porridge and juices were on the side which you could help yourself to and then hot breakfast was made fresh to order. My partner is coeliac, so was given gluten free options with no fuss made and so was very well catered for. Another bonus to this hotel is that there is free parking available on a first come first serve basis. Not many hotels can offer this in Blackpool so was definitely a big plus. Overall couldn't fault this hotel. It was excellent value for money and Vicky runs a great place. I've been coming to Blackpool for many years and this hotel is by far the best i've stayed in. So would highly recommend this hotel to friends & family and will 100% be staying again in the future.

Excellent place, the owner Vicky was more than accommodating by working around my son’s football schedule so that we could get breakfast before we left. So friendly & helpful nothing was a hassle. Great breakfast cooked fresh every morning. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine in our room and the room was superb, beautifully decorated, modern and homely with large bathroom and large shower! Excellent place for families and couples. Will definitely return if we come back to Blackpool.

We have just returned from our weekend stay at the Lumada and couldn't have been happier. It was ideally located for the winter gardens where we were visiting a dance competition, just a two minute walk away, also only a short walk away from the seafront and town centre. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything we needed included as well as extra blankets and complimentary toiletries. We didn't have breakfast during our stay but it was available at a reasonable price and looked like there was a great variety of cooked and continental breakfast for the price, we would definitely have ordered if we'd had more time. I paid to park my car on their carpark for the duration of our stay which was convenient and secure. The owners were just the nicest kindest people and nothing was too much trouble for them, they know the area extremely well and were happy to give recommendations for anything we needed in the area. They made myself and my children feel so very welcome and they have already asked to stay here again on our next trip to Blackpool! It was lovely to be made to feel so welcome and comfortable and my children really loved being greeted by the owners dog whenever we came in. If you need somewhere quiet and relaxing with a central location then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

I booked the Lumada a week in advance of my stay after I read lots of very positive reviews for an event I was attending at The Winter Gardens. I was not disappointed. This hotel does everything it says on the tin and more. My room was spotless and very comfortable. Loved the fact there was an iron and ironing board! There are lots of plug points with an extension lead by the bed. There were also USB points. The bed was super comfy with lovely linen, and the towels were squeaky clean white. I had to do some work while there and the Wi-Fi is really good. Breakfast was fantastic with lots choice of cereals /juices and freshly prepared fruit in little pots followed by a delicious full English. The dining room was beautifully furnished and, again, spotless. Angie and Vince were the perfect hosts, and I have never stayed in a smaller hotel where a couple were so dedicated to their business. It's great to see. The price is amazing for what you get in return! I will be rebooking for next year for the same event. I would highly recommend The Lumada for a stay in Blackpool as it really is a great find. 👍

Becky works hard to ensure her guests have an enjoyable stay. I made a last minute online booking and was texted and telephoned soon after asking when I was checking in. Becky helped answer all my queries and made sure everything was in place for our later than usual arrival time. The room was clean and practical. Bed was comfortable and the en suite was also clean. Struggled to get the shower warm though.... Breakfast was ample and again the lady who served it was very helpful. The location isn't in the best part of north shore.... But it was ideally placed for us and the parking facility was an added bonus. Thanks very much for a comfortable stay.

Extremely clean hotel very cosy and welcoming. Vaughan is very nice, funny and has some great stories! Stairlifts on both sets of stairs, perfect for disabled guests. Vaughan was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Our room was on first floor and I have mobility problems, didn’t use the stairlift but easy enough to climb. Lovely crisp white bedding and towels, small bathroom with shower that was spotlessly clean, attention to cleanliness was 100% perfect. The Lumada is in a prime position just a walk to the North front which has everything you need. Thank you Vaughan and your staff for a smashing stay, we WILL be back 👍

On arrival me and my partner had a very warm welcome from the owners, they explained everything in great detail, (how the trust bar works, how to fill out your breakfast item list for the following day, how the lights work on way upstairs as they are on timed pressure switches) and then shown to our room which was really nice and welcoming and clean. The facilities were exceptional for a small double room from tea coffee making facilities even a small fridge. Beds were comfortable and clean. Towels supplied which were also clean, the decor was also really nice and up to date as was the bathroom facilities too. I could praise this hotel all day but I’m probably going to run out of character in this box so I’ll leave it there. We both really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back again. 100% recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hosts were very nice and welcoming. The establishment was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a good size with plenty of variety. A nice touch at the end of the night was their honesty bar that went down well with our group, we came back of an evening and had the last couple of drinks in their lounge/bar area, really nice and relaxing and very comfortable. We wouldn't hesitate booking again.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hosts were lovely, friendly and helpful and breakfast was perfect. I have no complaints at all. The hotel is towards the north of the town and much quieter location because of this. (which is a good thing!) On street parking was fine and I felt that it was a safe area for parking. Handy for the lights and trams/buses.

Stayed for the weekend with a big group of people. We got a very warm welcoming from the hosts, they were very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, had everything you needed, we didn’t stay in the room much as we had a busy weekend so was just perfect for our purpose. Little touches were great, like cookies and different brands of tea, enough milk and sugar, two big waters in the mini fridge, a mini fan for when the room got too hot, plenty coat hangers in the wardrobe etc. The room was spotless! Bathroom clean! The honesty bar downstairs was fantastic, it was fun pouring your own pints, the lounge was large and felt homely, with board game and tbh he to play. Well worth the money, would most definitely stay again if I go to Blackpool again!

We had a great stay at the Craig-Y-Don. Booking in was easy and we were allowed into our room earlier than advertised which was great. The room was spacious with a lovely view, room for clothes and a great TV. We were only booked for bed & breakfast but when we had dinner the first night, we decided to have dinner every night. The food is very good with a different dinner choice every night. Served in buffet style both breakfast and dinner were very enjoyable. All the staff we encountered were professional and very friendly especially Keith, our waiter, who looked after our every need.

The rooms were spacious and cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was spotless. The bathroom and shower were very clean. The TV and remote worked well and the TV was in a good position. It was quiet at night and the breakfast was good in the morning. The entertainment at night was also quite good and the bar prices were reasonable. There was people of all ages in the hotel and anyone I spoke to seemed pleased with their stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location between the tower and the Pleasure beach. This is my third time there and I've not been disappointed yet.

We booked the largest suite and was so impressed at the size. It's obvious it's recently been refurbished and everything is clean and new. The staff were truly amazing, they couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Breakfast was served too late for us as we had to be at the Tower by 8.00am for a dance comp, so the kitchen made us some bacon sandwiches ready to go at 7.30. Because we were in Blackpool for a dance event we didn't manage to eat at the restaurant in the evening, but breakfast when we could get there was good and plentiful. I can't comment on other facilities and entertainment as we didn't make use of them. The location is great, right on the prom with team stops directly opposite. We will definitely be staying here next time we are in Blackpool.

The property was lovely and clean, we had room 41, it had a bath and shower, it was a spacious bedroom. It was one of the highest rooms so the lift went to the 2 nd floor then a couple of stairs to take but this didn’t bother us. Bedding was clean, room had tea and coffee facilities. Plenty of. Very warm room (we did go on one of the hottest days though). Room came with breakfast. we enjoyed it! Very organised and again spacious so not sat on top of people! Can’t comment on entertainment as we didn’t watch it.

The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were amazing, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location right beside a tram stop so it is easy to see the sights of Blackpool. We had a sea view room, well worth the extra money.The evening entertainment was spot on, 2 different singers separated by a grand old game of bingo. Bar until 2:00 a.m.

Actual fresh air in a hotel room! The bed was really comfy too. The bathroom was big and light and with a power shower. Breakfast was great, especially for me being vegetarian. Lots of croissants, fresh fruit, cereals and yogurt. The cooked breakfast looked good too. The breakfast staff were lovely. Very helpful and efficient. The location is great. 5 mins walk and you’re on the seafront. On Lord St there’s lots of shops, bars and nice restaurants. Perfect. I think this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at, at an English seaside resort. I would definitely stay again. Can definitely recommend.

We are currently stopping at the bold hotel southport firstly the location is prime a bar for everyone's needs live music sports bar across the road bars restaurants close by but on that point I strongly suggest eating at the bold hotel. An array of dishes tasty and very generous portions cooked fresh a selection of beers wines ect reasonably priced.but not only that the staff were amazing friendly bubbly chatty they could not do enough for us it just added to the experience we are surely buzzing.for breakfast we had the pleasure of Joao Tome who seated us and run through the breakfast and drinks selection who was very attentive to our needs well spoken and funny but professional at the same time . Everything..hotel and bar lovely.The bar staff thru the day very very good,(didn't use bar on an evening).Very friendly.Receptionists when checking in very nice,explained everything clear.Had a snack in the bar..food very nice and very fresh.Breakfast was a buffet, everything you could want.The sausage I must say were exceptional. Prices very reasonable. The hotel room very boutique,spotlessly clean,large bathroom with bath and drencher shower,towels very soft and big.Tv was a good size,not that we watched much.Nice big fan and the sash windows opened easily.The heating was on making the room cosy,but we turned it off ad it was too hot.There is an iron and a plug in heater.They more o less thought of everything.

Everything at the hotel was perfect . All the staff were excellent. Helpful , cheery and friendly. The hotel was very clean very well run and a great ambience . The breakfast was superb Room was very stylish, clean and very comfortable bed. Great shower and a special suprise as the staff discovered it was my birthday and left a decorated complimentary delicious chocolate cake in the room .Highly recommend this hotel and will.definitely return in the future. This is our second stay at The Bold hotel. We had 3 rooms, 2 cosy doubles and I had a twin room for my son and I. Lovely hotel, great location and delicious breakfast. Reception staff for the hotel very nice and helpful. Breakfast staff also very friendly and food fresh and delicious. We had a lovely stay for one overnight stay. Sadly a bad experience with a bar staff member on the day leaving but I don't feel this is a reflection on the hotel or staff in general who are excellent . Would recommend this hotel for families, couples or friends, really does suit everyone.

We stayed at Denville Hotel for 2 nights, the price paid was very reasonable, the lobby area is very welcoming, brilliant games room to the left and bar to the right, decorated to high standard, nice place to have a good relax too, our room was number 15, double and single, with ensuite bathroom, and coffee and tea making facilities, nice bedding and comfortable, and very clean, tv was working with all Freeview channels, breakfast was lovely and cooked to your liking, as Sam will ask prior, so if you don't want something then they won't add, which is nice, she also offered extra toast, tea, coffee, orange juice, cereal and fruit are all there, the owners Sam and Billy are so friendly and welcoming, and so helpful, its such lovely hotel and we will definitely book again, totally recommend, another thing is the location, perfect for for pleasure beach, sand castle or tower and town if you head north.

Booked last minute for 2 nights over bank holiday weekend booked around 2pm and arrived at around 5 room was ready and staff where very welcoming and friendly advised us of our room breakfast times parking facilities basically everything we needed to know. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice everything that was required was available or staff made it available if you asked my children are extremely fussy when asked what they wanted they both said nothing which isn't unusual as they're fond of what they like the staff provided toast and jam should they want it which they didn't have to do but it didn't go un noticed (they had their own pancakes which we packed as we know exactly what they are like). Can't fault the room it was exactly what we wanted a bunk bed and a double clean sheets comfortable bed a tv and towels, a kettle and tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided and little soaps and shampoo also as little extra no complaints 👌 My son loved the pool table and there was also a little bar but we didn't really sit in there although it was spacious and welcoming for guests who do want to have a drink and listen to some music. Over all it's a little home away from home staff where lovely especially the lady as we seen the most of her we have no plans as yet to visit Blackpool again in the near future but if we do I will book here again for sure. I will also recommend to friends or family Thankyou for looking after us and hopefully we'll see you again soon

Our stay was comfortable, warm and clean. The location was very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was made to order at the breakfast table and was delicious. The only issue was that the breakfast was quite a wait if the dining room was full and my suggestion would be to take a breakfast order the night before or ask people to fill in a request form (tick boxes) and give to the staff in the bar area or perhaps a box to post it in.

Very helpful staff couldn’t do enough for me hotel is spotless rooms were clean comfortable great shower breakfast was amazing nice little bar well stocked my favourite lager fosters small games room lovely outdoor seating area made me feel welcome got me taxi anytime I needed them great people I will be visiting again to see them. I've been greeted at the reception by the team. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with a bathroom. Clean and well prepared for guests. Very comfortable bed. We went as a family to see the illuminations. We booked two rooms for out group which included 4 adults and 3 children aged 6 and 7 years. The hotel staff were all very helpful, friendly and couldn't do more to help. The location was perfect for the lights, access to the trams and beach front. There was a lovely Italian just round the corner which served quality food which even the children devoured. At the hotel there is a small arcade room. There is also a bar with seating. There is a pool room with air hockey. Make sure you have some coins for them all. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice for the children and adults and you are served at the table so food cooked to order. Delicious hash browns. Our rooms were on the small side. My room was on the front of the building and we had a view of the big roller coaster at Pleasure Beach. The room was very compact with a small double bed and single bed. It had a TV, fridge (which was very handy), table and stools. The bathroom was clean with a good extractor fan.

It was lovely and clean, with a lovely welcome. Our room wasn’t ready because they had to rearrange some guests. They offered us a drink for free and then because we’d to wait a while longer - they included breakfast free of charge. The bar was comfortable and clean and there was a children’s area so the kids were happy while we waited. The room was very clean with a small fridge. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was outstanding!! There was a large range and we all had varied things - nothing was too much trouble - the toast came to the table steaming hot! Which I don’t think I’ve ever had anywhere! All the ingredients were local and excellent quality! I had boiled eggs and soldiers and they were perfect! Everything was piping hot. Loved it! Location - excellent! Thank you for a lovely stay we will definitely be back

danescourt lodge/hotel is a lovely spacious property, very welcoming staff on arrival and helpful throughout our stay. we had 3 comfortable rooms and had a great nights sleep in the beds. complimentary tea and coffee selection plentiful and small toiletries in the bathroom very handy! the kids loved the freedom of the spacious lounge/bar and games room areas and I believe they are adding even more in for families to enjoy. the hotel is in a great location, across from the south pier and a couple of mins walk from the pleasure beach. I will return later in the year! thanks

The staff were very friendly. The facilities on offer were great. Small arcade and games room for the kids was brilliant. A lovely bar to have a drink if you wanted to. The rooms were lovely and clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had loads on offer. Located right at the entrance to the South pier and 2 minute walk to the Pleasure beach. Also directly across the road from a rooftop family bar and wetherspoons.

Friendly, welcoming and informative staff. Bedroom was spotless, huge and had everything we needed. Bar was modern and clean and reasonably priced, small games room for younger ones, pool table. We were offered breakfast at check in. I would recommend this hotel to any family and we will definitely be returning. Beds are very comfy

Lovely soft towels in the bathroom and really nice mini toiletries provided and plenty toilet roll. Beds super comfy and very big! Also a mini fridge provided which is great! Genuinely couldn't ask for more. The breakfast is fabulous and the food is great at dinner too. The cleaners are so friendly any time I walked by they would say hello and good morning. The hotel is kept clean throughout the day even saw the lifts being mopped a few times! The hotel smells lovely too. It's also in an absolutely great location. We stayed in a double deluxe room which we usually stay in but this time we had a spectacular view of the pleasure beach which was fun! My son loved it - great view although it is noisy with the rollercoasters during the day. Didn't bother us at all but if you don't like noise it wouldn't be for you!

Great location in Blackpool for Pleasure Beach, the beach, Ripley's, South Pier etc, and direct access to trams for north locations like the town center, tower and North Pier. Not a noisy area at night, and we slept well. Very comfortable beds, dimmable lighting and a large TV. Breakfast was excellent, buffet style with everything well stocked and fresh. My vegetarian partner had a wide variety of food to choose from, including good quality vegetarian sausages. Hot and cold food options available with hot drinks and juices. The restaurant is clean, and the catering and turnaround is excellent. Breakfast is less busy earliest and latest. The room was clean with room service available. Hot drinks and toiletries were restocked in the room for our second night stay. Although travelling as a couple, we booked a family room due to available options. It was spacious, and had a bath with a shower included. Sadly we were on the outside of the hotel, but had a partial sea view. Overall a lovely, more traditional style hotel with great facilities and a great location for Blackpool.

I came to this hotel when it first opened, and it's as good now as it was all them years ago. We love the location of the hotel as it's away from the hustle and bustle. If we don't fancy a walk to the attractions at the north end, we just get a tram from around the corner, which is so cheap and convenient. There's plenty of space to park your car. Yes, I do think paying so much to park is crazy but it's like that everywhere. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely receptionist. They informed us that they had upgraded our rooms and we were told which way to go to them. Our room was so spacious, and we had a partial sea view, which my 2 year old was so excited by. The room smelt so fresh, and we had ample natural light. It was a comfortable temperature, and if too warm, the air-conditioning comes in useful. There was plenty of space to hang our clothes and ample room to move around. There was also an iron and ironing board in the room. I had a lovely shower, and there were plenty of lovely big fluffy towels. We had a great night sleep due to the huge comfy bed and quiet location. There are no party groups at this hotel, mainly couples and families, so you're very unlikely to get disturbed by drunks in the corridors at night. The breakfast the next day was lovely, plenty of choice and very tasty. We dined A-la-carte one evening and in the bar the next, and both meals were excellent. We can't wait to return next year.

Bar was great, can't speak more highly of the staff especially the bar manager. Breakfast was tasty, you make a time slot so you know there's a table guaranteed which I liked.

If you just want a place to stay this hotel is good, room was not massive but you get what you pay for. We were happy. We had been fair all day and returned late. Kids were ready for bed so they did. Myself and 10 family members stayed here for 4 days this week and I honestly can’t fault the place. From the moment we arrived till the time we left, we had a brilliant time. Every member of staff is lovely, extremely friendly and very helpful, the hotel its self is spotless. Rooms are clean and fresh, beds are lovely and comfortable and in a great location. Would we recommend and return?, Yes, 100%. Thank You 100 Pipers for having us, we loved our stay with you.

Very clean and welcoming. The staff were brilliant and nothing was ever a hassle, breakfast was great and for the price the room was brilliant. It is a basic room, but meticulously clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, towels etc. It was quiet as well which surprised me.

Friendly staff that are always helpful and welcoming, room is standard for Blackpool and the location is fantastic, central for just about every attraction in Blackpool, pleasure beach and tower in walking distance. Peaceful for families and couples.
