The Ownership Staff are Professional and supportive of any needs . Large clean modern room with small balcony over street. The Restaurant staff are a group of wonderfully warm and professional young Ladies and man..They clearly love their place of work. Location is in Old Town Pedestrian/shopping road where no auto traffic is allowed. Very Centrum EU vibe..WONDERFUL order from menu fresh breakfast. We were so fortunate that During our stay they held a Moldavian wine event along with first night introduction of a new Menu...It was fully reserved but the owners were so kind to arrange a reserved quaint table spot for me and my wife. The Albert Dining Bistro is located in a beautiful cellar/cave setting with a Romanian -"Neuvo" East EU vibe - classy / semi formal but fun and not stuffy..During our stay Transylvania was having a lot of rain and Chilly weather so having this elegant fun spot really "made" for a wonderful place of respite from our strolls outside around the town.. Great intro for us to our first trip to Romania and the warm -expressive- welcoming Romanian Culture...We are already planning our return...

Very convenient location in the "pedestrian" part of the old town couple of minutes walk to the Council Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Room was spacious, well laid out, tastefully decorated with comfortable large bed and great toilet/shower/toiletries Coffee/tea making facilities provided in-room. Breakfast was varied and authentic, served in a cellar with lots of character. Hosts were very welcoming and explained to us the various tourists sites and recommended walks around town. The host offered to prepare us breakfast as we had an early departure of 7am and indeed what a delicious breakfast goody bag prepared!

The hotel was very convenient. It was really quiet despite the central location. Clean towels and linen were provided regularly. The terrace for breakfast was nice and the choice at breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and ensured we had a wonderful stay. Mariana helped us to organise trips and a packed breakfast for an early start so we didn't miss out on breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Everything was amazing. The suite we stayed in was spacious with everything needed. Very large, comfortable bed and a wonderful view of the town from Juliet style balcony. Even though the apartment is in the main area of Brasov, it is quiet in the room. Unable to comment on breakfast as we had early morning plans, but on knowing this, staff organised packed breakfasts for us, which was a nice touch and unexpected. The restaurant was very good too and would recommend visiting. The host was exceptional and very helpful.

Clean, friendly, amazing character building, great communication from the moment of booking and all the way through the stay. Lovely restaurant on site, great menu and really helpful staff. Amazing location just off a main pedestrian street in the centre of the old town. So convenient for local tours, shopping, bars and restaurants.

The jacuzzi is great and really hits the spot. The place is very clean and modern. Heating in the floor is really nice to have and the apartament is easy to control by pressing a few buttons. Rooms are tidy and well taken care of.

What can I say- perfect! There must be a reason why they are since nearly two years at 10 at Booking.com. I have been here more than 4 times. Allways very friendly hosts, the apartments are located in a nice secure area, the apartments are incredible clean, the view is amazing with fresh snow on the mountains and this is the most important for me - the Penthouse has VERY CLEAN JACUZZI and not green water like in so many supadupa luxury best hotels of the world. And the jacuzzi is protected from wind and rain. Everything is real here.

We had an amazing stay in Brașov, and it was a fantastic experience. The large bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, providing ample space to relax. The jacuzzi was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of Tampa Mountain. Waking up to such a beautiful landscape was a treat. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in Brașov!

I have booked the Apartment because of the incredible good reviews on booking.com. But it is even much better than my expectations. The owner Mihaela is incredible nice and friendly. You immediately feel at home. We had the Penthouse with jacuzzi and view to the nearby Mountains. Believe me- you don‘t want to leave from there. Congratulation to the whole Team.

We arrived quite late and there was no separate set of bed linen to cover the sofa. The receptionist Alex was like a superhero. He found everything I needed even when the maid had long since left. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, for the money, it was great.

The Lux was completing a renovation when we visited. The rooms had been refurbished but the exterior was being repainted which reduced car parking by several places. Its a nice hotel. I had a twin room facing the road and it was not noisy. Nice linen and good wifi. Pleasant. Breakfast was included and was average but satisfactory.

I have booked two nights with breakfast at this hotel and I would like to thank you Andrei Dogaru because he took a special care of me and my friend. On the day of check-in I have received a call from the hotel, but I couldn't answer it because I was in Bran Castle (Dracula). Andrei left a message on my WhatsApp, that the hotel has some problems with central heating and they have for us, a nice 4* accommodation with breakfast as well which is located less than 1 minute walk from the Apollonia. Also he added photos and instruction how to do self check in. He was very polite, helpful and nice to us. Also, he organised early 'breakfast to go' packages for me and my friend because we had two, day tours which started very early. Thank you for ladies from the kitchen for a lovely food.  Overall, our room in a new place was big and beds comfortable. The WiFi was fast. Our bathroom had a good size with toiletries and the shower was strong and hot. Apollonia Hotel has a great location with a short walk to the Old Town of Brasov.  Strongly recommend this hotel because the staff will take care of you, regardless of the circumstances.

I found the Hotel Room very tidy clean and comfortable. The location is very central in the town with walking distance restaurants and a very busy shopping area. I was made aware about some very interest places around but with my short one night stay I could not visit these places. The Hotel staff made me comfortable and advised and guided me around the local and distant areas.

The rented apartment was very nice. Beautiful design. Perfect view, big balcony, jacuzzi. The restaurant Noir - good food, but untrained personal. Huge and good breakfast. The complex Silver Mountain is fantastic, but please, try to train the employees.

Everything was great. The Spa is very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Staff is very friendly, always willing to help. Noir restaurant is above expectations, great food and service. We’ll definitely get back. The breakfast is probably the most complete and offering I’ve ever seen in a Romanian hotel, if not even the greatest ever seen everywhere. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, great design, spacious and most importantly with a great view to the mountains.

First of all, the view is breathtaking! We were upgraded to a larger room, and every request was handled quickly. They spoiled us with champagne, and their spa is amazing—it’s like living in a dream. The dining room is packed with delicious food, and the atmosphere is so pleasant. This is the perfect place to disconnect ❤️ We’ll definitely be back again!

The hotel is built at the highest level of quality and comfort. Very nice design, nice colours. The stuff is very helpful, always willing to help, always smilly and friendly. The breakfast is excellent. The spa is amazing with unique jacuzzi, very nice dry and wet sauna and a salt space. I had only a few things a liked less. The gym and the bowling had access to public, so it was not comfort to be there. The spa had an intense clorium smell from the swimming pool. The prices of the massage and the playstation area are relatively high

We stayed at the Kronwell hotel for 5 nights while we came to a festival in Rasnov and we couldn't recommend it enough! The hotel facilities and staff is just top notch!! Lets start from the basics: The room is big and spacious, the bed was so comfortable, bathroom is perfect and all the room amenities were great. The breakfast was delicious and versatile including healthy options but also sweets and baked good. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great! The hotel also offers an option for a pool and a spa, which was fun, clean, and a nice break during a hot day. We also used their transportation option every night and it was always on time and comfortable. But what really made a difference is the amazing staff at the hotel, we had a medical emergency during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us, and they checked on us daily and made sure we are ok and sent us tea and sweets to the room which warmed our hearts ❤️ Thank you Kronwell hotel, you made our stay in Brasov so much better and we are so glad we chose to stay here!

This hotel truly deserves 5 stars! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful selection of fresh and tasty options. The spa (which we paid extra for) was an absolute treat, with a wide array of amenities. Our room was impeccably clean, though the bed was perhaps a bit too soft for my liking (my husband loved it!). The sheets were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The only minor drawback is its proximity to the train station, which resulted in some train noise one evening. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. In order to arrive to the center of Brasov we took an Uber for a distance of 8-9 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning. It was a well-deserved indulgence.

The Kronwell Brasov Hotel offers spotless rooms, very comfortable beds, an excellent and varied breakfast buffet, delicious dinner service, highly attentive staff akin to a luxury cruise, complimentary evening tea and treats, exceptional service including accommodating a lower pillow and ironing my pants after laundering them (I didn't ask them to iron them, they just did it for me), and thorough daily towel checks, making it a highly recommended stay. The location was right behind the train station but we never heard the trains. It was an easy walk to the train station when it was time to go. We did need to use Uber to get around to some sites but Uber is very affordable and convenient in Romania. However the mall was walking distance, a bit over a half mile.

This was our third stay at Kronwell, and once again, it fully lived up to our expectations. Despite encountering a few minor technical issues during our stay, the staff handled everything promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. The location is excellent, the design and interior arrangements and lightning was hi class, cozy room and bath with shower and tub, the breakfast is diverse and rich, the sofa bed was acceptable, the balcony had an excellent view to the trees, the jacuzzi was relaxing and the massage quite good!

Everything - location was amazing. A short walk to the gondola to take you up the mountain. Summer stay so was for walking but was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were amazing. Facilities on site are great, the small kids room was a great addition. Breakfast was great, lovely spread and lots of variety. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant so can’t comment. Lovely Romanian restaurant at the back of the hotel I would highly recommend! The town has so much to offer in terms of activities and restaurants, we would visit again!

It is a beautiful modern hotel.The room is big and beautiful. The view to the mountains from the room is beautiful . There is an excellent Italian Restaurant “ Artigenale” with very tasty food in the hotel and is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the staff are very kindly.

Cozy, quiet and peaceful hotel close to the forest. Signature room has a very nice design, a large terrace and hot tub for 3 people. The restaurant is excellent, with tasty food, large variety, good wines and cocktails.

The room was tastefully decorated,, the bed comfortable and both the main room and ensuite were spotlessly clean. The shower was brilliant - good hot water and lots of it. The location could not be better , 2 minutes walk and you are in the Old Town Square but the street is quiet. You could not get a more comfortable stay or better value

Fantastic. Our host was exceptional giving us all of the relevant information before check in and the apartment itself was located right in the heart of the Brasov Old Town, only a short stroll from the square. It was very comfortable, spacious and modern. We were actually sad that we only had one night here and would have loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommend and will definitely use again should we be visiting Brasov in the future.

The location is 3 mins away from the city center and probably the most important thing is that you get free parking inside. There are 4 parking spaces available inside (first come, first served). Very clean and the area is very quiet. There’s a nice kids playground in the basement and near to it you can have a nice beverage while you keep an eye out on the kids. No AC but this is something that we were aware of.

Decent wireless internet. Restaurant access from outside, could be a bit inconvenient depending on weather. Kids playground installations - check. Warm rooms. Restaurant a bit pricey, decent food (I liked pizza the best). Friendly staff. Business meetings friendly (meeting rooms etc)

The resort was exceptional! The room was always clean and pleasing, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was versatile and served in a pleasantly decorated area. The different facilities (e.g: a gym, a pool, shallow water pool for kids, wet and dry saunas, a jacuzzi, table games like table football, table tennis and 8-ball) gave us a lot of options to enjoy and relax. The outdoor facilities were very pleasant with numerous shaded spots and a kids attractions. The place provides all your needs to relax without leaving the hotel. you can also do a nice quite walk in the forest nearby, leading to a clean and tasty water spring.

It is a very big hotel with alot of events almost full the time we were there. The facilities are value for money and you would find activities for kids on both a sunny or rainy day. The Alpin Magic Land is a very nice addition both for kids and adults. Breakfast it is on the large side and open on very reasonable hours. The staff is professional and want to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Warm thanks to Loredana from reception who was more than helpful with all our requests!

We had a wonderful stay at Alpin Hotel in Poiana Brașov with the whole family. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering plenty of options for everyone. The pool stays open until late, which allowed us to make the most of our day. The Magic Forest area was a real delight for the kids, providing them with a magical and fun experience. Overall, an excellent hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. Highly recommended!

Peace and quiet! I'm not gonna lie, Poiana Brasov during spring is not that bad. We had a nice weekend where we enjoyed the spa, the pool and also the surroundings. They also have rental bikes which is kind of cool! The room was nice, and the view was also breathtaking. Spending some time on the balcony in the morning is pure magic: 100% recommend it! Really good breakfast options for all tastes!

Hotel is remodeled, offering a friendly staff very professional, kind and helpful. It has a beautiful new restaurant and a very sorted breakfast and private parking. Junior suite is a excellent room with comfortable mattresses and good shower. The hotel is well located, close to shops, restaurants , bakeries, coffee shops. Braşov is my favorite place to stay, it is close to all the beautiful cities where you can drive, enjoy and come back to the hotel with an hour.

Location is perfect. We had a room with a great view and a small balcony. Breakfast was clean and delicious authentic food.

The spa (pool, sauna) was quite nice, clean, pretty new and overall comfortable (even though the sauna did have a metal noise that didn't help relaxing). The only true minus is that there was not hot water when I tried to use the showers. The spa receptionist said it wasn't the first time and that she will announce the malfunction. The breakfast was really rich and tasty. Maybe not 5 stars, but definitely a good breakfast.

Stayed at Hote Citrin for one night on business. It's a good location for the business traveller, as it is quite far away from the crowds of tourists that usually block downtown Brasov. If it's your first time in this city, I recommend the old town for a first stay though. So maybe this is not your best choice. Rooms are actually quite big. Far bigger than a 3 star hotel would need to keep its stripes. Modern and new furniture, acceptably quiet hallways, a minibar that works and actually has stuff in it, even if it's not much, you won't die of thirst in the middle of the night. One thing I didn't try was breakfast. I would've tried dinner, but the restaurant is actually closed for any other meal except breakfast. I couldn't even get a cup of coffee. So if checkin and you're hungry, order food or try one of the nearby restaurants. You can ask about those at the reception. The only thing that bothered me was that the room was cold. I gave the matter quite a lot of attention and I came to the conclusion that the problem is that the heater is too small for such a big room. It was very hot even as I first entered the room, but it had failed to raise the temperature to a bearable level even after I had been in the room for 12 hours. So if you're travelling in winter, maybe ask for another heater. All in all it's a pretty decent hotel, but Brasov has many other better choices.

The cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Everything was sparkling clean up to every detail. The rooms are spacious and 100% functional. The staff is very professional and friendly, can discuss about any needs and requirements. They ensure your comfort and are very welcoming. The price is a bit too high for a regular hotel, it does not include any other benefits except for the room and breakfast. Breakfast was pre-established, but you can choose from 4 types of meals. The meals do not vary too much and there is no vegan or non-alergic option. But giving the fact that it was an off-season stay, I can understand the limitation in food options. This was just a small detail compared to how amazing this stay was, and I will definitely recommend it to others as well.

We stayed at the Citrin for 3 nights in May. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and the our room very spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a selection of freshly prepared options (we had omelette) together with pastries, fruit, yoghurt, bread, cheese, meat etc. The hotel is situated in a quiet street near to a large shopping centre. It is about 15 min walk from railway station and about 20 mins from the old town which has many restaurants and bars. We would certainly stay here again if we visit Brasov in the future.

Citrin is located in a quiet residential area, and the drawback is lack of services in the vicinity. There are restaurants and shops within a walking distance but not very close. I arrived in Brasov on a very hot day and it took some effort to walk to Citrin although it wasn't so far from the bus stop. The room was nice and clean with all the normal furniture. There was air-conditioning but with temperatures close to 40 degrees the a/c seemed to be a bit tired; it made the room cool enough for sleeping but it was much warmer than the hotel lobby. The breakfast room had a nice and quiet atmosphere and the breakfast buffet was tasty. In general I liked the hotel but next time I might choose a hotel closer to the centre. On the other hand, I would recommend this place for someone traveling by car or bicycle.

We enjoyed our stay. + The room was clean and the same as in the pictures. Very warm. Quiet. Jacuzzy functional. Kids area with toys to keep them entertained. Staff friendly. Designated parking. - The bathroom could use some hangers. Our baby fell between the wall and the couch due to the design of the room despite us putting a pillow there so 2 are needed. Kids area has some damage and the equipment needs coins (purchased separately). My partner did not enjoy the breakfast.

Our stay here was great. We were made to feel welcome and the staff were very helpful when we needed them. We had a deluxe double room which was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the old town one way and 15 minutes from a big shopping centre the other. The spa facilities were OK, the jacuzzi was a good size. We had breakfast and the choices were OK, enough for us. The bar had a reasonable selection of drinks but we didn't eat in the restaurant. On return to Brasov would definitely stay here again.

We arrived with 3 little kids for 5 days, had very nice time in the hotel. There is a parking and when full the staff helps finding one. We booked family room (2 floor room) and they were great, the kids slept on the 5th floor and we had the 6th floor (with jacuzzi). Both floors have air conditioning, the rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and we received baby crib with no problems. The breakfast has variety and we always found what to eat... amd our problematic kids included...

The hotel is easily reachable by bus from the train station, located pretty close to the city center. The receptionists are helpful and answer every question you have. The room was pretty spacious, with a smart tv and a mini fridge. We rented a executive room with a hydromassage bathtub, everything worked well with it and we enjoyed a relaxing evening. There are enough diverse options for breakfast, it is served in a clean, nice dinner room. We didn't have any problem with the cleanliness, the room and the bath, the sheets and the towels were pretty clean when we arrived. I couldn't hear any noises from the other rooms.

Hotel Ambient has an excellent location close to the city centre and friendly and helpful staff. The room was bigger than expected and surprisingly quiet, considering we had the window open all the time and the hotel is close to one of Brasov's main boulevards. The room was very clean, too. The breakfast was tasty for a small restaurant. You have a Wi-Fi connection personalized for each room instead of a general one for the entire hotel, which I found nice and modern.

The hotel has a good location for walking around and grocery stores, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend using the restaurant in the hotel as the food is absolutely delicious and portions are large. Menu is varied and has something for everyone..The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The room we had, a family suite had parking included and it is onsite. The view was fantastic at night.
