The whole property was really exceptional , from the beautifully manicured beech hedges , secluded safe parking for our classic cars to our very friendly and helpful host . We arrived late afternoon but he managed to book a table for 6 at a very good restaurant in town (about a miles walk). We had the garden room which is very spacious , quiet and comfortable and our friends said that their rooms were also very good . With only 5 rooms it is very private and personal B & B and the served breakfast selection was superb with a huge variety of bread , meats , cheeses , pancakes , fruit , yoghurt etc. etc. plus excellent coffee . I would stay there again if I am ever in the region .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Bed & Breakfast! The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. My room was quiet and comfortable, and the peaceful location made it so easy to relax. Everything was perfect from start to finish,

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and cosy. Rooms were well equiped with all the things needed. View from the room was also great. The host was very friendly and professional. We had a wonderful breakfast, highly recommend.

The place is in a quiet quoter, just outside the town, easy to go to close restaurants with 10 minutes walking. The room was large and comfortable (I got a free upgrade, thank you!!!), with a balcony. The breakfast.... simply amazing!

The hosts were very welcoming and nice to chat with. Breakfast was perfect and they even asked which time we wanted breakfast, very flexible. The room was a great size, comfortable and quiet. It is a beautiful setting.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at!! The town was absolutely adorable and the hotel did not disappoint. We rented 2 rooms and both were beautifully renovated. Comfortable beds, stylish decor, modern bathrooms plus breakfast included! Plus the sense of history as the Old Town Hall was very fun, and well respected by the owners. I cannot fault anything, our stay was absolutely perfect. My only regret is that we only stayed 1 night! Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed

Quirky hotel in a beautiful former town hall building. Rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast fantastic too. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our 2x bicycles in the basement which felt safe.

Spotlessly clean throughout. Large TV, coffee machine and fast internet. Breakfast was a buffet with a good variety, perfectly laid and if high quality. Free safe and secure on-site parking. All in all a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

We visited De Rooi Pannen with my boyfriend in January, it was a combined business & pleasure trip in Breda. We were absolutely delighted with the ambience of the hotel, it is a historical building with tremendous charm. Rooms are immaculately clean and spacious and offer a romantic feeling. Since this hotel is also a training establishment for students in the hotel & restaurant business, the prices are lower than it would be at a "regular" hotel. However, the student aspect does not by any means diminish the quality and good service of the hotel. On the contrary, I think it adds a warm and most sympathetic vibe to the experience. We thoroughly loved our stay and would gladly come again. This must have been the best value for money ever at a hotel.

Nope! Education Hotel de Rooi Pannen Breda is simply fantastic! Too bad they do not open the entire weekend. The location is fine, not in the center, but we appriciated that. Located in a quiet neighborhood. A bus goes (to about 12 pm) to the center if you do not want to take the car. And a taxi back to the hotel is about 8 EUR. The service is great, never seen in a 'real' hotel. The rooms are nice, neat, clean and large. The only downside was that it was very hot, and there was no window in our room that could be opened. But in the room of the other ladies, the temperature was great, so we were just a bit unlucky. Nice touch was the note with a personal greeting and the sweets. All in all, highly recommended! Especially the price / quality ratio is very good.

From the parking at the spot until the check out everything was good. The staff was very friendly without not being professionally. The room was spacious, good bed, good bathroom. The location, a few minutes walk from the center of Breda was also very nice.

My company booked this hotel for me and I was surprised when I heared it is entirely run by students. The service is great; however as the students are learning some times it takes a bit longer. For me this actually added to the whole experience as it is great to see them learning. Rooms are nicely decorated and have all the facilities. Breakfast in the morning was basic, but complete. Public transportation is nearby which makes it easy to travel across town.

We loved the spacious rooms, the friendly staff thats always willing to assist with a smile on their face, the breakfast that served fresh pastries daily. There isnt anything to complain about.

This hotel is great. It's the third time we've stayed in it over the last 10 years. This time we were a party of 20 spread over 4 rooms. There's plenty of space for children to run around and play. Lots of comfy seating in the bar. The prices in the bar are OK. The hotel is built on top of a supermarket which is open until 22:00 every day, so super convenient for getting drinks and snacks if you don't want to pay hotel prices for everything. We didn't use the restaurant this time as we had a couple of very picky children and a child with allergies with us but we used it previously and it was very convenient. This time we went for Dominos and kebabs which were both available within a few minutes walk from the hotel. This hotel is perfect for the night before Efteling trips and very family friendly. Just fully read the room description and make sure you pick a room with beds at a suitable height for your child's ability. Some of them are very high. None of our rooms had fridges this time. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic family holiday here! The location is perfect — just a short walk to Efteling, which made visiting the park stress-free. We were also able to store our kids’ bikes securely, which was a great bonus. Communication from the property before and after check-in was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with very comfortable beds and all amenities provided (shampoo, hairdryer, etc.), making it really convenient for families. We also loved the dining options — both dinner and breakfast offered an excellent selection with multiple sittings to suit everyone’s schedule. This was a truly family-friendly stay, and we would 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be returning!

An ideal place to stay for visiting Efteling. Clean and tidy hotel with nice rooms and comfortable bar and outdoor area with games for children. The restaurant has a good selection for breakfast and dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout and we enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay here after Efteling. A short walk from the park and above a supermarket made it very convenient. The room itself was wonderful, clean and spacious and nicely decorated. It was quiet at night. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a standard spread and the room was nice and relaxing. If we visited Efteling again, we would choose this hotel over the park hotels. The free laundry facilities were excellent.

Comfy beds, 3 toilets, sitting room area, along with dining area and kids play area for our 4 year old. We had a fridge to store milk, etc. The staff were lovely and friendly, kindly spoke in English with us. They engaged well with our child, which was lovely, gave her a little Easter egg treat, and remembered my husbands birthday. He gave him a card and muffin with candel in which was a nice touch. They cleaned the rooms daily. The surrounding area of the hotel is pretty and quiet, with hens and vegetable patches and a lovely restaurant a one minute walk away for dinner. We also went to the market area of Breda for dinner, which was lovely too. Breakfasts at the hotel is well catered for, with a lovely room to dine in. Fantastic location for visiting Efteling and Beekse Bergen without having to pay their prices. I would 100% happily stay here again. It has a lovely community feel with another building next to it with supported elderly people and those who were lonely, which was nice. The hotel itself also seemed incredibly well set up of disabled people. I am not disabled myself, but I noticed the provisions seemed excellent. All round a fab time had by all, many thanks 😊

Lovely hotel, away from the hustle and bustle. Really nice location, central to various parts of NL. Hotel itself is spotless and impeccably decorated. Room we had was 14, very spacious family room. Bathroom huge. Breakfast lovely. View while eating, was of woodland and their chickens mooching about which is a lovely touch. Can see a variety of other animals on neighbouring farm. Dotted around the grounds are numerous lovely bird houses. Huge bug hotel. The owners, father and son I believe, were wonderfully friendly and helpful. They both go beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I could go on but all in all, I’d say exceptional. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is inside a beautiful area with a little farm; the bedroom was big, clean and the beds comfortable. There was a frigobar inside and also a modern coffee machine. Spacious bathroom with a delicious douche. The breakfast was amazing.

I have recently been trying to make an effort to stay in small locally run businesses instead of big cooperate entities. My wonderful few days stay in this very small family run hotel was 100% perfect. Absolutely quiet and peaceful in this beautiful little community garden. I woke up very early on Saturday am to a full symphony of birds! What a very special treat. Easter Sunday I had the whole place to myself to catch up on journaling in the sunny courtyard with all the birds and all the comings and goings into and out of the multitude of individual hand painted birdhouses in the garden. I just could not have asked for a better weekend then staying at this simple, super clean wonderful little country getaway. There is just nothing better then having a hand picked breakfast and really good capuchino made by a human not a push button machine and sharing a real conversation with a local family who run this little retreat and actually care about your stay. Simply perfect! Thank you Hotel Hof van's Gravenmoer for my special solo weekend! Uber is readily available here for all your trips to explore nearby towns when you have had enough peace and quiet and birds!

Very good in all aspects, although it was a shame the restaurant was closed in the evenings. There is however, a microwave for use in the foyer. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby, but are a bit pricey if you are working to a budget. There is a Coop up the road, a petrol station and a lovely Brocante that we stumbled accross. There are cycle/walk routes 2 minutes walk away, which are very nice and surrounded by trees. The rooms are a good size and have what you need, including a hair dryer in the bathroom. Breakfast was a nice continental which included, rolls, ham, cheese, cereals, yoghurt and fruit. Orange & apple juice, tea & coffee is available. Parking is right outside the hotel. The staff are very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and the beds were really comfy. There is also a nice sunny area outside to socialise, we had our own drinks and a sandwich out in the afternoon sun. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would fully recommend this hotel.

This is the second time we have stayed in this hotel. The room is comfortable and the reception staff is super friendly and helpful. Strong wifi, good in-room coffee, very comfortable beds.

Beautiful property, strategically located if you like nature as it is just next to walk trails in the nearby nature park. Quiet surroundings and free car parking. The rooms had all necessary amenities (coffee/tea machine with coffee capsules and several tea bags, water bottles in the fridge, room slippers, bath gel/shampoo and body milk, hand soap, etc). Very clean room and comfortable beds.

The hotel is clean, staff are helpful, we ran out of soap and shower gel this was replaced quickly. Bar was good and breakfast was help yourself and food was replaced regularly.

Overall, it was an extremely pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is exquisite, absolutely beautiful and the food was delicious.

Initial impressions were good, I didn't expect what I saw. I understand shipping containers were repurposed to create this hotel. I got to say I was impressed with the initiative and the room I stayed in, was very comfortable despite the humble origins. I liked the lake views despite me on ground level. My friends were in a suite on the first floor with additional facilities and views. I didn't eat much there due to their hours. I ate breakfast only.

PERFECT stay! Affordable, spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, and easy to access. Not even 10 minutes by car/Uber to Efteling and lots of food and bar options within a couple minutes walk. Beautiful property, lots of parking available, and very flexible staff and management. Absolutely recommend to anyone. Would stay again any time! VERY spacious rooms, would be wonderful for families or small groups. Dark curtains, no road noise or even neighboring room noise at night, very good for light sleepers.

We loved everything! Amazing large and spotless room. The sitting area with TV was a great spot to relax. Great location, only a short drive to De Efteling. The breakfast was so luxurious and abundant. Staff helpful and very friendly. We stayed for two nights, but would have happily stayed much longer. I highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Very comfortable suite for a short or long family/friends group stay. The location is perfect, on the center of the village, close to Efteling. The hotel is easy to find, the rooms are modern, tasty breakfast in a cosy saloon.

Very comfortable and clean family room, easy self check-in, we parked just outside the hotel as the tiny car park was full. The breakfast was amazing and fresh (also considering the hotel only has 7 rooms!) Our only regret was we only stayed for one night as we went to Efteling the next morning!

Clean, convienient location and good breakfast options. It was super helpful that the hotel offered early check in and also late check out and a laundry service. The location is fantastic only a minutes walk from the station. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay a relaxed and enjoyable one. The team made me feel welcome and accomodated all of my needs during my visit. In particular Shakira showed outstanding hospitality, local knowledge and professionalism which really enhanced my stay and made it a memorable one. In general the staff were all fantastic and went above and beyond.

Location is perfect, right beside the train station. Room is modern, clean, and comfortable with windows that open and a great shower with good temperature control and water pressure. Staff are very pleasant and efficient, even let me borrow and umbrella for one of the days.

Great central location next to the main railway station. Very modern. Great breakfast buffet, bar pizza menu with good deals. Handy parking at the station 14Euro maximum fee. 15min walk to the town centre, great cafe's and canals.

Very beautiful and stylish rooms, good fitness, the size of the swimming pool was also good, not too small. You could also enjoy the sauna, jacuzzi. Close to the office where I had meetings, the parking is free. Friendly staff. All facilities were fine, very pleasant stay.

Excellent rooms with really comfortable beds. We loved the room service too and the staff are all really polite, friendly and helpful. The balcony was large and the room air conditioned. We had great views being on the third floor and most evenings we watched hot air balloons. Ideal having a small fridge in the room and the usual tea and coffee making facilities. The shower area is large and fresh towels were provided daily. We made use of the pool area and the outside terrace both of which were thankfully quiet for the duration of our stay. We would definitely visit again and choose the same standard of room.

The room was large with a great shower and fridge, looking over the garden. We were able to store and charge our bikes in the large garden shed. The house was the Mayors house very, historic, huge and interesting, weddings still take place there. We went to the VVV and were given a personal tour of the museum by a lovely man and lady. Breakfast was excellent smoked salmon and scrambled eggs , smoothie, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Lovely lady who served breakfast too.The historic centre is not huge but beautiful.

Wonderful stay in this old but very well renovated hotel. Location is wonderful - central, non the less very quiet. Exquisite design and spotless rooms. Will definitely recommend.

Communication with the owners was very easy and fast. Jessica gave us nice recommendations of where to go in the neighbourhood, since everything is walking distance. We will definitely be back!!

Perfect location in Breda, centre of the Town. Owners are very friendly and welcoming, and help you in all aspects, recommending you to a very good restaurant or a beer tasting bar, ör where to visit in Breda and near towns. The rooms are perfectly clean, having airco (which was necessary during our stay, as temperature rised 33 degrees celcius) and a mini refregirator.

Lovely little hotel in a great location for the station and town centre with many bars and restaurants. Kettle and coffee machine in the room. Automatic key on your phone was sent to us and was easy to use. Reception is not permanently manned but the owners would be easy to contact. They left recommended places for breakfast which we tried and they were great. The stairs are very steep as it’s an old Dutch building! We were fine but you would struggle with big cases. Owners were friendly and helpful.

Host at reception was so very helpful. She provided us with much information, made a reservation for us for dinner and gave other suggestions to help us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room was very suitable and breakfast was delicious!

Jessica was superbly friendly and the communication was great. Prior to our stay, a recommendation for a local restaurant was given and we loved going there. Nothing was too much trouble and rooms comfortable and spacious.

It was such a lovely location! The trip there was a great display of the Dutch countryside during spring. The staff were welcoming and great hosts. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The provided breakfast was delicious. There is also a restaurant in the neighbouring building, which was very convenient after a long day of traveling. Free parking. Our children loved the view from our room - there was a horse in the field. And the previously mentioned restaurant has a big playground that can keep them busy. Our beds were comfortable, the bedding was clean and soft. We also had a coffee machine in the room (Nespresso type), television with various channels. I wish we had more time to explore the area around as it seemed truly lovely to be there in the spring/summer season. We spent one night in the B&B.

The hotel was spotless and very well Maintained with modern fittings and very friendly and helpful owners. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of item including some hot items. Very relaxed atmosphere. Restaurant on site had lovely food and a great children’s playground.

Everything was great, from the front looks like a normal Hotel, even a bit old fashioned but behind is a nice Park and plenty of space on the Restaurant Terrace. i arrived at the hotel to find the reception desk unoccupied and looked like it wasnt in use. i had to wander around a bit to eventually find a member of staff who directed me to the bar. the person who checked me in was the chef which was a bit odd the rooms were quite comfortable although the decor is slightly dated. there were no windows only a glass door leading out to the car park. if the room was too warm im not so sure how safe it would have been to leave the door open all night. my room was the last on the corridor and wireless was very poor. the connection kept dropping the restaurant is expensive but food is of good quality. the main courses are only served in half portions and the menu advises to order 2 if a normal portion is required. so main courses alone can come to about €25. breakfast was served a mini style buffet at my table which was very well presented. included a selection of cold cuts and bread, although some cereal would have been a nice addition the hotel is very quiet and there is a playground to the side so it would be suitable for families. its located well outside the city centre so a car is necessary to get around. taxis in tilburg are very expensive

This hotel is a gem of a place lovely and clean and pleasant on the eye we stayed for 3 nights on b+b basis the staff were very chatty and welcoming Breakfast is delicious and so much variety and plenty of it. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was beautiful Bedrooms was great with comfy beds and pillows large bathroom We even got wine water beer coke coffee machine with all accessories which was replenished daily Fabulous and very much recommended

I took my partner here just for a Valentine's dinner this year. We were not staying at the hotel. The ambience was first class, and as we took our seats at het tafel, I noted that the restaurant had made a special effort to celebrate Valentine's day . There was a wide variety of menu choices, including a special Valentines menu, and the menu was available in both Dutch and English. Our food was tasty and so enjoyable, and there were little Valentine extras included and served up by the restaurant . Waiter service was impeccable. Altogether, a marvellous evening in every respect, at a reasonable price. Highly recommended .

Staff was very friendly, the rooms are big, comfortable and clean. We could even check in early to enjoy our day at Efteling without having to fear for the safety of our luggage on the motorcycles in a parking lot. The hotel has a very nice style which is a combination of modern art and traditional comfort. A wonderful feature are the extra doors each room has on the window side so you can leave or enter without having to walk through the whole hotel each time. The breakfast was great, too. Totally recommend that place!

I undertand that the main building of the hotel was once a convent The accomodation bujilding looks a little tired from the outside, but the interior is in good order. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. The decor is warm and fairly modern. The hotel was quiet and in a peaceful location. The UHD TV has a good selection of channels, including a couple of channels in English and French. The breakfast was good, including a small range of cereals and a cooked selection as well as cold meats, cheeses etc. I didn't need to use w-fi as my stay was very short this time, but I anticipate staying here again.

The hotel looks a bit plain, like an old persons home and deserves a bit more colourful advertising on the outside, but otherwise a great stay in Oosterhout!

A-hotel is the safe, much more pleasant choice for us for future H3H biennale visits to Oosterhout!

Right in the city center of Breda, you can reach shops, parks, the church and the station within 15 minutes of walking. The hotel can be accessed through the restaurant, took us a minute to figure out where the reception is. Staff was friendly, and we got to our rook quickly, which was small but cozy. The bed was comfy as well. We had concerns over the noise, but we couldn't hear anything that's been going on through the night, only thing you can hear are the church bells. Breakfast was included, you can pick from a menu the day before. The meals were pre-prepped, and while the food was plenty, you can tell it was standing for a bit. Still tasty. If you are looking for a central place to stay a night, you should definitely consider this hotel.

We stayed at this lovely hotel whilst on a coach holiday. The hotel decor is chic and modern but retains its charm. The staff are excellent, friendly and efficient. On arrival our room safe didn't work but the staff sorted it straight away and gave us some biscuits for the inconvenience. We had a large corner room with air con, hair dryer, tea/ coffee making facilities and an iron. We had a wet room with soft soap in the sink and shower. The food was a buffet, the desserts were particularly delicious. The whole hotel was clean and comfortable. It is situated within easy walking distance of a park and Breda center. Thank you to all staff for an enjoyable stay.

A convenient spot, a very short walk from the newly rebuilt train station in Breda, so when you fly into Amsterdam the Inter City Direct Train has you in Breda in under an hour. The Apollo is a thoroughly decent place to stay, not full of bells and whistles, but comfy, and welcoming. Decent bar, good if not massive bar menu helpful friendly staff. Breda itself is a really nice little city, the park is s short walk away and just the other side of the park is the city centre with lots of shops bars and on a summer evening most have seats outside and is really nice spot to people watch.

We used this Hotel for a Stop off for our cycle trip London to Brussels. The staff were amazing - they let us store our bikes in there secure underground car park, the room was clean, tidy everything you would want in a hotel I guess. Buffet Breakfast - 12 Euros - good range of food items. Overall very happy with my stay

We went there for bit of rest from everyday life. We took the room with jacuzzi! It so great. Staff so friendly, diner very delicious, breakfast so good! Great ! We will go there for sure more times !

I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights as part of a Leger Holidays coach tour. Staff were available to welcome us despite a late arrival due to travel delays. I had a twin room with a balcony at the 'back' of the hotel - floor 2 overlooking the allotments - peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. There was a bath with shower; a pleasant surprise to have a bath. The room had a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Various guides and magazines were also available about the hotel and surrounding area. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels if required. Breakfast was a full variety of continental options including fresh bread and pastries, plus hot options such as pancakes and scrambled egg. We had two set meals (3 courses) during our stay, both freshly cooked and really tasty, especially the vegetables. The hotel lobby, bar and restaurant areas were fresh, clean and modern, lovely to sit before/after excursions and meals. The bar was well stocked with a range of different options available. The weather was cold and wet during our stay, whilst my room was a perfect temperature and there was a radiator in the bathroom, I found the restaurant area a little too warm at times, and some of the other passengers said the ground floor rooms were extra warm too.

Stayed for 4 nights whilst on a Leger coach trip. Hotel was clean and welcoming. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had a twin room on the second floor, room was clean, quite a large bathroom with a shower. There is a coffee machine and kettle provided but the cups are only paper. We asked at reception for a small jug of fresh milk everyday to take to the room which wasn't a problem. We had breakfast every morning which was extremely good - fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh bread, cereals, crispy bacon, eggs etc. We didn't use the restaurant albeit the menu looked good, as it was only a 10 minute walk into town down the main road, we ate at the Chinese, the fab Greek restaurant and one in the market square. There is also an Aldi near to the hotel if you wanted anything.

Lovely hotel , room was really clean and comfortable , had tv, some coffee facilities , The food was really slow in coming out and we were not informed of this until we asked . Note:No tap water in restaurant or bar , food was very good you had the choice of a set menu or a la cart. Breakfast good selection . Very clean .

We stayed here for 4 nights on a bed and breakfast basis. A spacious room with comfortable bed and a generous breakfast spread. Evening meals offered but we walked into the local town, 10 mins walk away. Very quiet on Monday and Tuesday. More restaurants open Wednesday onwards. Friendly staff throughout stay.

The hotel had a modern and clean atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff who made check-in and check-out smooth. The room was cosy, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. While the location wasn’t right in the city centre, it was well-connected and easy to reach. The breakfast had a good variety, offering fresh and tasty options to start the day. Overall, it was a great experience for a short stay in Tilburg.

We were attending a football tournament in Oisterwijk and this was our base for two nights. There were 15 adults and 15 kids, check in was really easy and quick and our rooms were comfy. The staff at the hotel were really friendly and made sure we were all looked after. The kids had a great time and felt very relaxed around the hotel. The adults were able to relax in the bar at night and staff were very attentive. Breakfast was great with lots of choice and a great waffle machine that the kids loved. There is a bus stop nearby which took us into town, is was approx 10 minute journey. We also walked to the Willem II stadium which is easy to find and about 15 minutes away.

Rooms were clean and cosy. The breakfast was good, not a huge choice but very nice, and the restaurant had some decent dishes for an evening meal. Bar snacks were good too.

The beautiful handwritten greetings card which we received from Christy from the reception made our stay exceptional. I have never experienced such an individual approach towards the guests, I highly appreciate that and thank you very much. (I wanted to thank you in person, but I was too late :( ) Very nice and professional staff, also at the bar. The room was clean, internet and air condition was working fine (we've been visiting Tilburg at a hot summer day.)

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Negatives: ate dinner in the restaurant and the food was of high quality, but low count and quite expensive. Also, the internet connection was very slow, almost unusable. If these two items were corrected, this would be a perfect place. In general, a high quality accommodation.

The building is quite old and has maintained a pleasant, spacious retro look and feel in the hotel indoor public areas. A large garden outside the hotel restaurant provided plenty of seating. The woodland location is very peaceful with little road traffic and plenty of opportunity for walks. The room itself was very spacious and modern with air conditioning, a large bathroom with a large bath and an excellent separate roomy shower cubicle as well as two sinks and a heated mirror with colour-adjustable lighting. The main bedroom area had a comfortable double bed with sockets and lamps on the bedside tables either side, a dining table with two chairs and a small chaise longue. There was a small fridge with mineral water that had room for a bottle of wine or a few beers, a cupboard & a large internally-lit wardrobe. The large HD TV was mounted on an artists easel which was cute and there was a nice view over the trees & gardens from the window. The staff were friendly and spoke German & English as well as Dutch. There was plenty of free parking by the hotel or in the hotel car park on the other side of the road.

Beautiful vintage hotel, standing like a white stucco palace at the edge of a forest. Heaps of old world charm inside, dark wood, chesterfields, spacious rooms, like stepping back in another time. Love that. Some of the fixtures, like the bathrooms for instance look a bit dated therefore, but everything is kept spotlessly clean and in working condition. Staff is super friendly and helpful, room was very quiet, dining room has beautiful decor and good food, though a tad pricey. Step outside in the morning and you smell the pines and forest air, walk straight into the forest, heaven! I was on a business trip, but could very well imagine coming back for a romantic weekend here.

Large hotel with cosy bar/restaurant, next to a fantastic wood, about 4km from the city centre. We had a (very) large room and enjoyed good dinner and breakfasts. The hotel oozes with vintage decorations and features, but without becoming too much. Interesting: we do travel a lot, but this was the first time we enjoyed adjustable matrasses (from soft to hard) by means of electric pumps. A first for us, but remarkably enjoyable and useful!

It felt a bit like the Pinewood Lodge from Twin Peaks. The atmosphere of the hotel is a bit stuck in the past, but that too makes it unique. Especially for the location you can find it in. The beds were comfortable and the shower provided instant hot water. The 3-course menu at dinner was limited but superb, very good Steak and Apfelstrüdel. Friendly hotel staff make it complete the picture.

I will first of all commend 2 special people who, in their capacity made their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. They were professional, polite and very friendly: Without going into the details, Yanniek welcomed me on Saturday the 25th and Asja farewelled me on Sunday the 26th. The hotel location was adequate for me, due to the calm environment but a little bit far from the city center which I was not able to visit before my departure on Sunday. There is a large parking space and a private restaurant next to the hotel (Loetje). The breakfast was delicious and varied.

We went during Easter week, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious, with breakfast Easter Kids corner, with little gifts, chocolate eggs and customised pastries and doughnuts. Renovated common areas, with kids playroom. Rooms with toiletres of rituals.

Super friendly and professional staff. They immediately reacted and solved the noise complaint we had. We felt listened to and well taken care of. Fantastic breakfast with a large choice of warm and cold foods, fruits and excellent coffee. Beautiful garden area with outdoor chess set. For our next stay in Breda we will surely choose this hotel again.

Location is excellent for access to Hoek ferry just an hour's journey away. Staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. We have stayed a few times before and will definitely be staying in the future. Also has a great restaurant next door in case you want something different.

I stayed in the Golden Tulip, Breda for 4 nights in August 23. I cannot fault any aspect of the experience. Room was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect plus some you wouldn't eg I got the Scottish Gaelic TV station! Breakfast was lovely with a nice wide choice of items. Crucially, all the staff I dealt with were extremely personable endlessly patient and very helpful. I'd stayed there for 4 nights back in the summer of 2008, and remember that the staff then were exceptional as well. Not sure whether it's down to inspired recruitment or excellent training, but whatever it is it works. Would recommend staying there to anybody

Overall very good including welcoming; however, the room has an open bathroom area, this means a toilet/shower/sink area separated from the main room by a wall that does not reach the ceiling. Both toilet and shower had no doors, meaning that anyone standing at the double sink would see fully the toilet and shower areas. being opened any steam, odours or noises would reach the main bedroom area. Not happy with such arrangement. Bed was very comfortable

This is a good hotel in a convenient location within driving distance of many options. Parking is easy, the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and well stocked. The only negative was the bathroom was a little small with a small sink and tight shower. Otherwise everything was fine. I would return here if I were to stay in the Breda area in the future. While there, I suggest having dinner at Loetje Breda. The restaurant is pretty, the service is very good and the food is excellent. It is a short drive from the hotel.

Lovely new hotel. Quiet. Lots of parking. Checked in very late after midnight. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. We had a room on top floor as requested. Very modern and nice looking hotel and room. We had a big bedroom with big comfortable bed. There was a lovely powerful easy to use shower. We didn't have breakfast. Cool jukebox in reception. We would stay here again. Just to note that I am very surprised by some of the low reviews posted before mine as we didn't experience any issues with cleanliness etc.

Very warm welcome upon arrival and we were pleasantly surprised by the changes since our last visit. There is a much more cosy feel to the hotel now with the restaurant area being much closer to the bar and free coffee available throughout our stay. Our (2 twin) rooms were clean and large enough for the two of us to fit comfortably in without falling over each other. There was a good selection of food at dinner and each dish sampled was well prepared. I need to give a big thumbs up to Lise, who treated us like family during our stay.

Breakfast, likewise, had all the usual basic variety you would expect (bacon, scrambled eggs, varieties of bread, cheese etc, cereals, coffee, juice...). Absolutely sufficient for a quick proper breakfast in the morning during business travel. All in all good value for money, would book this again if I come to Breda again in the future.

We had dinner in the restaurant, and we enjoyed oud meals. The breakfast was very good, a good number of items to choose from.

We thought that this was a little gem! A wonderfully historic building in a beautiful setting. But the best bit was the staff - from the lovely warm welcome to the most amazing team in the restaurant everyone went above & beyond in order to make our stay special. The most helpful lady in the restaurant even suggested that we are outside as it was such a warm & sunny evening, and she went to a lot of extra trouble in order to set our table outside & bring all the food out. Plus the dinner itself was superbly well cooked, fresh, tasty & delightfully presented. The room itself is typical of an older style conference facility but it was clean, comfy & had a lovely large bathroom. And there is free hot drinks served on every landing. We really thought that this was one of the most interesting & rewarding places that we had stayed in our 12 week tour of Northern Europe. And it was truly exceptional value for money. A real find - you will not be disappointed!

The rooms have a character all their own, with views over a well manicured town park. Classic Dutch breakfast buffet.

We came for a flower parade in Zundert on Sept 3 as this town is only 15 minutes away. We think the property was just fine. Clean rooms, adequate size, tub shower awkward to enter and exit, but this is what it is. Staff super friendly. A neighborhood place as well. Lovely garden in the back to walk about. To our surprise, their dining room has a real chef who put out an amazing gourmet meal! Easy buffet breakfast - can make your own omelet if you choose. I highly recommend it. It's also a great value. Would have liked one more thing, but that is probably the American in me: convenient parking on site. Only negative: walls are thin, so can be noisy depending on your neighbors. What I highly highly recommend is go to Zundert for the flower parade!

My stay was with Flowserve and then put me and 3 other guys up in this hotel for the week it was basic rooms shower was good beds were comfy rooms were clean every day so can not go wrong there had some food at the hotel it was very good! Steak! Also at a reasonable price. Bar was just opposite reception and had great staff all night! Lovely stay great town nice people what more do you want!

Our family stayed here because we have Dutch friends who live very close by and were visiting them. The hotel was recommended by them and is close to the train station. It has a lot of historic history. Check in was easy. The staff were attentive and we enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning. Rooms are for two people only, very clean and quiet.

The location is perfect, the staff were all amazing (very friendly and couldn't do enough for us), the décor is fresh and funky, the food was lovely, the choice of beer and wine was excellent and we enjoyed everything about our stay :)

Only stayed one night but was very happy ,room was nice if not a bit dated ,but we tend to find that in keeping with the history of the hotel , it had a good shower and a jacuzzi bath ,beds were very comfortable ,for us the location was good but it is a little far out of the city centre , but it does have the Mastbosch just across the road and I think it’s only about a 20 minute walk from the Ginneken area which has a few restaurants and bars . We ate in the hotel restaurant ( the engineering of the old ceiling fans is great )and can honestly say it was one of the best meals I have had in the Netherlands ,overall I would be very happy to stay in this hotel again .

I loved the location of this hotel, right next to the woods where there are various walking trails and yet not too far from center of town. It is very close to another nice part of town (called Ginneken) where it is fun to have dinner or sit on a little terrace. The service was excellent and very friendly and our room quite large and comfortable with two big windows looking out on the woods. It is so nice to have trees right outside your window and not some parking lot. We were on a low floor and I was worried that it would be noisy with the terrace right below us, but that was not the case so we slept with the windows open. We were there at the end of September so it was probably too cold for people to use the terrace until late in the evening. (I don't know what this would be like in the middle of summer).The hotel is old but very well maintained and the age of the property gives it a lot of character and that nice old world atmosphere. Parking was not a problem. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I visit Breda.

Good points: quiet location facing the woods which will probably be superb in spring. Good wifi signal. I look forward to coffee on the terrace on my next visit. Restaurant OK. This hotel has character missing from the big chains. I got a good deal and was not bother d by the 14 inch tv.

We only stayed for one night and breakfast. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff very kind and helpful and a very good breakfast.

Ingrid, the owner, was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations and even celebrating our child's birthday with us. Additionally, the B&B's location, just a 5-minute drive from the Efteling park, made it a convenient and ideal choice for our family vacation. Highly recommended

It was absolutely beautiful! We loved this place, it was the most special one we stayed in, because it was the perfect mix between a hotel and a cosy cottage. The style of this hotel is very unique and close to the beautiful environment. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet with a modern atmosphere and a beautiful bathroom. You have everything you need! The parking places are very good too and for free. Breakfast was amazing, the host really puts in a lot of love and work for her Hotel! And she is a really nice person, we felt like home. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back some day!

We loved our stay there, the room was large and the beds super comfortable (though we prefer flatter pillows). Shower perfect, wide, gets warm quick and you don't need a Phd to figure out the tap. Breakfast is freshly made every morning by the owning family, which is nice. Buffet has all a normal continental European may wish for. Croissants are also baked on the spot. Location is quiet and very close to Efteling and other amenities in Katsheuvel or Loon op Zand. While it does feel like a hotel, it also lets you feel that you rent your own cottage in the woods.

What a lovely property! The hostess was really friendly and happy to help with any questions. It is beautifully renovated - modern, well-finished, and peaceful. There were a good variety of items in the continental breakfast (breakfast was not included in our original booking). After a couple of days at nearby (busy) Efteling, this was a very welcome change. A 5-minute drive from the Efteling with some toys indoors for kids to play with and an outdoor play/grass area. Would love to stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at hotel B&B Buiten. This place is one of a kind, the owners have such an attention to detail that made our stay very special. Fresh eggs with bacon for breakfast, a play kitchen for the kids, a great shower and excellent and clean facilities. We will definitely come back and recommend to anyone that wants a relaxing and exclusive place to stay.

The staff here go far to make your stay a great one. Their breakfast is of a high standard and the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The town is quaint and lovely and just a 5 minute walk. Great cafes and bakeries, lots of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommended.

Everything was great, checkin was easy and Franny was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and warm comforter. They could use better pillows but overall it was a very nice stay, would recommend to all.

Stay at villa BBB was very comfortable and relaxing stay..the room has 2 part 1 bedroom and 1 living room they decorated like home. Maby little bite to girlish but female like it. For the breakfast they will ask before you what time you prefer and will bring to your room. Super service.

The breakfast was fresh, healthy, delicious and had a great variety. A nice quiet location! Only suggestion is a mini fridge in the room would have been a nice addition.

We were coming from the airport and arriving late evening but the owners were very accommodating for our arrival. Very clean, modern room and bathroom. Delicious breakfast with a plentiful variety of food plus a coffee machine on the landing for us to help ourselves. Peaceful location.

Set away from the road it’s very quiet. The host was very friendly and the room very comfortable. Breakfast was perfect!

We were in Breda for several days for a work/pleasure trip and we picked a perfect place to stay. Suzanne and her staff were friendly and accommodating to anything we needed, and they helped us make the most of our stay in Breda. Our room was large and nicely decorated and the common areas were cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a drink. The breakfast area was large and sunny (when we were there anyway!) with a lovely view over the back yard. Nice outdoor seating there too. I rented a bike two of the days (6 Euro), available at the hotel and had a lovely time biking around the countryside. I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

Everything feels very cosy, well-kept, clean and with an attention to detail. Despite not having a bathroom within the room itself, it didn’t feel like an inconvenience at all, since the shower is just across the small hallway and there’s a cleverly inbuilt faucet, for tea/ water. The female owner was very friendly and helpful on giving tips about local amenities. Breakfast was served in the beautiful, sunlit dining room, coffee was delicious. For a small fee I could rent a bike for the day, which made getting around the city very convenient and rounded up my positive impression.

This is a guesthouse type of hotel with the most charming interior, peaceful, quiet, with a lovely garden, nice location - very close to the University (which was a priority for me) and to a beautiful canal, and yet not too far away from the centre and the train station. The staff is beyond friendly and prompt, rooms comfortable and clean, same as the bathroom and the shower room. I loved my own external shower room. I literally want to live there. 😄

Along the route is also a nice cafe you can stop for a coffee/beer/food. We did have to drive to find a restaurant to eat at for dinner in a nearby town, but only 5-10 minutes. The couple was very kind and made us a great breakfast and they will cook you eggs if you like :) they also had yoghurt, granola, fruit and breads/cheeses/meats. Highly recommend to stay here.

A wonderful place to stay! Spacious, modern, and very clean room with a large bathroom in a beautiful house. Parking in front of the house. Coffee & tea as well as a small fridge are available in the room, as well as a TV with Netflix. The breakfast is really delicious, there's everything you could ask for, meats, cheeses, yoghurt, fruit, jam, juice, even homemade warm eggs to your liking. The hosts Hans and Liset are very kind and hospitable, it felt like home. Very glad that I chose this B&B.

We stayed just for one night on a trip back home, but will definitely come back to enjoy the outdoors. Surrounding are beautiful open fields, some woods with an extensive network of trails.

We stayed here last year and was so please with the whole experience we decided to stay again this year. The property is located down a local country road with extensive views across farmland. We had a lovely stay—perfectly located for visiting the Efteling. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We all slept very well during our stay. On the first night, we were lucky to find a parking spot right on the street, and although my husband had to park a bit further away the second night, it was still convenient. Street parking is definitely available. Overall, a great experience!

The room is very cosy. Nicely decorated. Not huge but it has a great view. And right in the middle of an area with restaurants and bars. Most hotels are quite expensive in Breda. This one is actually a little bit less so. And the restaurant is top notch.

Very clean and cosy, wonderful garden with a fish pond and a regular squirrel visitor :) The apartment had everything a family needs to feel comfortable and enjoy the stay! The hosts, Henk and Gerda made pur stay feel like a part of the fairytale of Efteling and were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional and whimsically decorated - this put a smile on our face each morning. Thank you Henk and Gerda for your hospitality!

Henk and Gerda are incredible hosts! Their bed and breakfast, nestled in a charming village near our relatives, was a true gem. The traditional house with a thatched roof added an authentic touch to our Dutch experience. From the moment we arrived, Henk and Gerda made us feel right at home. We enjoyed fascinating conversations about their family, the house's history, and life in Holland. Our room was lovely, and the beautifully maintained garden added a touch of serenity to our stay. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with Henk and Gerda preparing delicious meals that left us craving more. They even woke up early on our last day to prepare sandwiches for our journey back to the airport. Henk's secure shop in the back was a convenient perk for my son's bike. Meeting Henk and Gerda made our trip truly special. They epitomize the warmth and charm of the old Dutch culture. I highly recommend their property to anyone seeking an authentic and memorable experience.

What’s not to like? After a long, tiring day, arriving at this BnB felt just like coming home. Everything was super clean, nicely organized, and had way more than just the basics. The hosts are such warm and friendly people, which made us feel instantly comfortable. And the breakfast the next morning—well, let’s just say it speaks for itself! On top of that, the location is perfect: right in a lovely little village in the middle of the country, making it easy to explore the countryside and travel around the Netherlands.

The warm welcome, the comfortable spacious attic room and the fabulous breakfast served with flair! Our friends were able to join us for breakfast and for coffee and pastries in the stunning garden area. A cute well behaved and affectionate dachshund was the icing on the cake! Loved that we were in a thatched home. We had a great stay!

We had a very restful and enjoyable stay here. Our room joined onto the owner’s beautiful farm house and was very spacious, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We had our own entrance and a seating area over looking the garden at the back, where we had our very good breakfast in the morning. The farm is in a beautiful setting in the middle of the countryside, very relaxing. Our host was very friendly and made us feel very welcome, just a shame we only stayed the one night.

“Absolutely perfect stay – cozy, stylish, and well-equipped!” Besides the comfortable beds and perfectly clean, snow-white bed linen, the apartment also offers bathrobes, towels, and even toiletries in case you forget something — everything you might need is already here! The place is very cozy and stylish, with high-quality kitchenware. There’s also a fireplace and a large table, making it ideal for both family holidays and gatherings with friends. Books and toys are available too — a lovely touch, especially if you’re traveling with children. The surrounding area is beautifully green and peaceful, and the apartment even has a private terrace — perfect for relaxing outdoors. We truly loved everything and will definitely come back!

Cozy, spotless, and beautifully designed — you feel right at home from the very first moment. The quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature, makes it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life! The free bike rental is such a wonderful bonus, and it’s only a 15-minute ride to Breda’s beautiful city center. Truly a perfect stay — I can’t wait to come back!

Incredibly cozy and comfortable home. everything in the house is thought out and organized for a comfortable stay. very comfortable mattresses and blankets. Very nice owner of the house. Even a bouquet of beautiful fresh flowers was prepared for us! 🥰🤗

Lovely modern comfortable large space with all facilities needed and courtyard to the front with seating area. Parking is available just up the road. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. There is a bus route on the main road less than 5 minutes away which goes into the centre of Breda. We would definitely return and use the bikes to do the route to Belgium along the river which they recommended.

Everything! The apartment is very high spec. The lighting is brilliant. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchenette is perfect for breakfasts and preparing lunches. The bathroom is exceptional. Everything was perfectly clean. Fred was very helpful and friendly. The location couldn't be any better for visiting Efteling on foot and catching the bus. We would have loved to stay longer!

A fantastic B&B, it seems that the owners just thought about literally any need their guests might have, from a shopping bag to bathroom supplies to a super equipped kitchen. The kitchenware, towels, bedlinen, coffee and tea selection were all high-quality and really nice. The owners provided us with all the information we needed on the surroundings and on using the apartment. The calm is amazing, the windows have a fantastic isolation. The bed is super comfortable, the shower excellent. It is great that you can choose what exactly you want for breakfast. A wonderful place to stay, totally recommend.

The house is very close to Efteling and maybe you could not find another one which is more closer. It is fully furnished with high quality equipments. The light is very comfortable and convenient. bed is perfect. our 2 kids like it very much. also my boy had a lof of fun with the dog of the house owner, it’s very friendly .

Easy 5-10 minute walk to Eftuling theme park; friendly hosts with a superb laid-out breakfast in the morning. The room was nicely decorated with modern amenities and various Nespresso pods and tea. And can't forget about Floyd, the neighbor's very friendly dog. We already miss him!

Perfect location infront of eftling! The house was big and comfortable for family of 5 people. Well equipped and modern. The landlord was very nice and helpfull and the breakfast was great. The place is even better than the pictures!

A wonderful place, beautiful room, very comfy and clean. It had everything I needed as well as a well equipt kitchenette. The bed was very comfy. Bianca was very communicative, via emails and WhatsApp. She is an excellent hostess. The room we were allocated (1 of 2 available, I believe) was great - large, nice bathroom, lots of facilities, easy to access. There was a coffee maker as well as a kettle, fridge, hairdryer, even a microwave plus plates and cutlery (as breakfast was served in the room). Plenty of power points. Good wifi. There was also a very pretty garden which guests can access. Breakfast needed to be ordered the previous day (to prevent wastage - a good idea!) and it was lovely and very generous. Street parking available, almost immediately outside the door.

The place is clean and has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. There are comfortable beds and enough space to sleep. All necessary cooking utensils, dishwasher and washing machine. the terrace is nice and the barbecue works well. In a very convenient location in the center of Breda and very close to the park and the station. The host is very responsive and helps if needed. I highly recommend the place. Breda is a very nice city.

The accommodation was modern, well designed with great attention to detail.It was immaculate, clean, tidy, spotless. The location had local bars and restaurants in a nice town square, well within walking distance. The centre of Breda was a short cycle (approximately 2.0 miles) easy to navigate. There was a private car parking space off the road immediately at the front house. Also there were facilities to securely park bikes. The hosts were very attentive, friendly and very helpful. Their attention to detail was superb.

Hans & Gridje are fantastic hosts. Their B&B is superb, you could not want for more. The place is stunning and such a warm welcome, they have thought of every last detail. Breakfast is a delight and presented wonderfully, you have a sitting room/kitchen area a lovely bathroom with a bath and walk in shower and obviously a bedroom with a small balcony and the bed is awesome. One thing I will mention is the apartment is on the first floor and is reached by some fairly steep stairs so if you have mobility issues be aware of this but if you are able to manage stairs it’s well worth the effort, (breakfast is served on the ground floor). There is parking right outside the B&B and it is just a very short walk to the town square for restaurants, bars and other shops. All in all a little gem and you will not be disappointed.

Large guest area with bedroom, separate living room with kitchenette and a very spacious bathroom. It’s all brand new and spotless. Breakfast was lovely too and the hosts are super friendly. This is truly a home away from home.

Hans & Gridje were simply the best hosts we have ever had the privilege to meet. On arrival after a long day in the saddle (motorbike), the welcome we had was so warm and friendly it was like arriving to stay with friends. Their attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was beyond first class. The bed was super comfortable providing a sound nights sleep, which was well needed after our long journey. The breakfast provided the following morning was most definitely the best breakfast we have ever had in iur 35 years of travelling. My only regret was that we were not staying longer. We would definitely come back when we travel this way next time. We can not recommend this establishment highly enough truly a jewellery.

Absolutely outstanding B&B. One of the best we've stayed in. Superb accommodation, lovely hosts and delicious breakfast. The location is excellent as well. Classy area with nice bars and restaurants. It was also very easy to get to other towns and cities in the area, so it would make a good base.

The room is very spacious and well decorated. The ambiance is cosy and luxurious. Also there's basically everything you need from a dining table, a desk, a wardrobe, kettle, heat and AC, iron, large bathroom with spaces to put your stuff and more. We stayed two nights and it felt like home. Also the neighbourhood is calm and there's everything you need from supermarket to takeaway food. Very convenient!

The hotel is located in a really nice area of town. The room was super clean and spacious, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent, they brought it into the room, and we really enjoyed it.

Amazing place, so much more than just a B&B: plenty of room inside with outstanding attention to details. The owner has an amazing eye for furniture design and she has created an elegant and cozy place to be at home away from home. Breakfast was not included in our booking but we added it and it was worth it every single cent. I am really picky as for cleanliness, but every corner in this (very big) B&B was absolutely spotless clean, with the nicest, yet discreet, scent. The garden has a clever layout and is beautifully maintained and the apartment we had came with an outdoor private space as well, where we could relax and read. With very short advance notice, we asked the owner some advice for a place to dine in and she was kind enough to make the reservation for us in a matter of minutes in a place that would have certainly declined our request for an outdoor table, had we asked for it on our own, and yet managed to squeeze us in since Priscilla had asked for it.

What a marvelous place! Living room in a glass pavilion feels like you are not inside, but all the time in a wonderful garden. It’s perfect during sunset, even more when the sun comes down and you admire all the lights outside, chilling in a warm and cosy interior. In the sleeping room you can choose between a large bed on lower level or additional beds up the ladder. Bathroom is clean and spacious. Host is great and you can also use very tasty & full breakfast. Our son also loved the swing in the garden. Cool place, thank you for the stay!!

House was clean, a lot off towels, pleasant fragrance soap, and also was shower gel. In winter underfloor heating was since morning until late night and I walked barefoot, it was amazing, thanks! Delicious coffee with cream. Grocery store very close. The view of the garden gave us the feelings that we wanted to be in the main room every time. And for cars there is a big parking. We didn’t know that house don’t have a kitchen, but hosts are very kind people and decided our request about barbecue. Next time we will try their dishes.

Lovely spacious accommodation with a country feel even though we were only a few minutes away from the centre of Breda. The continental breakfast was an add on, but very much worth the time to relax before starting our day. The hosts were very friendly and also own one of the many restaurants in Breda. There is a book showing how they transformed the old barn (late 1890’s) into a rustic comfortable bed and breakfast, in addition to it being their home.

Staff was very helpful, the room has a lot of charm and breakfast was amazing!

A handy stopover while cycling the Waterlinie route. We loved the very good kitchen and dining facilities, the super comfy bed and our very helpful host.

Old farm building converted into modern rooms and facilities. A large communal living room and sitting area were provided, as well as a large, well-equipped communal kitchen with two separate areas for preparing food.

The rural landscape, the silence and the small town closeby felt like a nice break from busy, heavily-congested Rotterdam.
