The location was good as it was 10 mins to the highway. The room was clean, had air con, good shower pressure. Plenty of towels. We used the on site restaurant for dinner which was really nice food and local wine. Breakfast was included and was good value, buffet style. Cooked sausages, eggs fried, boiled, scrambled, poached. Bread, butter, jams, yoghurt, tea, coffee, fruit juices, fresh panne au chocolate, fresh fruits. After breakfast Maja young lady serving at breakfast with the owners wife who were both lovely and helpful, brought us a jar of local honey as a gift from the hotel. And packed up the 2 panne au chocolate we couldn't eat for our ongoing drive. The lady who was on duty at the e9vening meal was also lovely and friendly.

Our stay at Hotel Garten was an amazing experience. It’s a very beautiful place with its character, super clean and comfortable. Staff was absolutely fantastic, especially I would like to point out the girl who was supervising the breakfast. She was so so friendly and polite, asked us few times if we needed anything, offered to make some pancakes and hot chocolate for the kids, even brought a different coffee for my husband. And we were given a gift as a thank you for choosing to stay at their hotel- jar with honey 🍯❤️ we have stayed in a lot of hotels but this one stood out with their cosy- homey feeling and friendly welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so much for our enjoyable stay 🤍

This lovely family hotel exceeded our expectations! They warned us ahead about restaurant working hours and I am very happy I made it for dinner - it was exquisite, and we got to try a few local specials. The room would be called a suite anywhere else, it was spacious and had a lot of extra space, a large comfortable bathroom with a separate bidet and a terrace. We don't usually have breakfast, but the hostess was very concerned for us and kindly insisted that we pack some croissants to use as snack later in the day - usually hotels try to minimize breakfast spend. Everything was great and we are definitely staying again during our car trips across Europe!

Everything was completely perfect. Very nice staff, a perfect breakfast, very traditional room and restaurant decoration, free safe parking place, quiet, close to the autobahn. A very delicious “home made honey” as present. I do not look any other place if i am close to Slavonski Brod from now on.

On the outside it just looks like a regular building, but once you climb the many stairs you arrive in heaven. We felt very welcome when we heard the music while entering the room. Contact via mail and whatsapp was more than perfect. Everything was explained in great detail and every question was answered immediately. We loved the privacy the owners offered us. The small space is optimally designed. The property offers a complete spa with everything you can wish for. The bed is quite low, but fits in with the experience. The kitchen, which includes an 18 liter water tank, is simple, but still feels like a big plus. The very large bathroom has beautiful walls. It covers a unique toilet, lots of accessories and delicious towels. Cleaning was excellent. We loved the rainshower above the jacuzzi. The sauna worked very well. Also the awesome music gave the perfect atmosphere. It feels like a privilege that we could stay in such a beautiful property.

The apartment is clean with cozy atmosphere and convenient parking space right in front of the building. 10 min waking distance to a tasty restaurant. We were traveling across Europe in August and having a water dispenser make all the difference to us. Highly recommend the apartment!

We stayed at Hotel Kralj Tomislav as a convenient overnight stop during a long journey. The staff were very helpful and kind, allowing us a late check-in and waiting for our arrival, which we greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable — honestly, one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Everything was clean and tidy. Although the furnishings were a bit outdated, the room had hot water and clean towels, which made our stay pleasant. Breakfast was local and very tasty, a great way to start the day. The hotel also offers secure parking inside the courtyard, which is very important when traveling by car. Overall, we had a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Central location, very close to shops, restaurants etc. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and affordable. Breakfast was really awesome with fresh traditional pastries and overall much better than how it usually looks in hotels.

Car park at rear of the hotel. Breakfast buffet had a good selection also could have ordered cooked. Room was a good size and shower was good. Reception staff on arrival and following morning were really friendly and helpful. I was a late arrival and the allocated room.was at the front of the hotel facing the road, as it was a holiday weekend there was some people and traffic noise. I asked if I could be moved away from the front and it was no problem for the receptionist to relocate me to a room to the side of the hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Great little budget hotel that does everything right. Rooms are simple, but clean and have everything you need. Restaurant / breakfast is excellent. Good menu with well made traditional Croatian dishes. Easy parking in the private courtyard. Breakfast starts early and you can eat dinner until late. Multilingual staff.

We were traveling on the highway between Zagreb and Belgrade and needed a hotel for the night. The hotel is only a few kilometers away from the E70 and doing the check-in at 23:15 was no problem. The woman at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. We had two double rooms for our family, which were very clean. Furniture are "country style", mattresses were a bit on the soft side but still okay and comfortable. The parking, the breakfast and the stay for our doggo were all included in the price.

What a welcoming place. Though it was christmas and everything about to close they had me as their only guest probably and tried to give me all I needed and more. A very friendly and supporting atmosphere in the midst of the town, close to the river and a public swimming pool. Many cafés and restaurants are close by but... you probably won't need them, because the coffee is very good right here and the meals also were delicious. If I ever come back to Slavonski Brod: this will be the destination.

This was a sudden change of plan. We had eaten here two years earlier and decided to try out the rooms. Rooms are good size and comfortable with plenty of storage and comfortable beds. Good supply of hot water. Restaurant is excellent in our opinion and we think very good value with excellent and friendly service. Breakfast choice was good. Pqrking 20 m away and secured. Will definitely be stopping here again.

We booked this place as a stopover en route to Austria and it was perfect. The location is easily accessible from the highway in a nice neighborhood (surrounded by houses). It has a parking spot for every apartment in front of the house. The hosts were really nice and sent us instructions prior arrival. We were able to self check in which was very convenient. The apartment is really cozy and has everything you would need even for a longer stay - a small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom and big bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hosts left us some local treats. There is a garden with a few tables accessible to all the guests. The price was the best and you get a lot for it! There is enough space, the bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains helped for a good night rest.

Very clean, comfortable bed, nice amenities, private parking, homey and welcoming apartment. Big bathroom, shampoo and body wash was provided, great little kitchen, coffee and tea and bottled water was also provided. Nice little bottles of rakija and cherry liquor were waiting on the table (much appreciated) It was quiet, a very nice place to rest. Host is friendly, kind and thoughtful, prompt and good communication. Location was perfect for me. I would love to stay again my next visit to Brod.

The room was excellent. Everything is brand new, and the room and the bathroom are spacious. The house is located very close to the highway, so it was very convenient for us to stay overnight before continuing our trip. The property possesses private and safe parking. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean and the staff is kind and helpful. There is a mini bar in the room in case you need water or other refreshment. We liked it a lot and we will definitely use it again.

Very clean and spacious accommodation. Very friendly landlady. A little bit away from the city. But a very quiet and relaxing location. To get to the centre, you need to take a car or cab, which takes you in around 5 - 10 mins there, otherwise it is about a 50mins to 1 hour walk.

We had a fabulous stay at this property owned by Galić winery. We visited the winery and despite being closed for a private event we were treated to an exceptional lunch and tasting of the Sauvignon Blanc which was fantastic. The winery is amazing with state of the art technology and cellar. The marketing manager, Ms Maria, graciously invited us to a private event for the evening and we had an amazing evening and experience with a 5 course dinner and lovely music and of course we tasted several selection of wines from their production. We also got a private tour of the winery which was very impressive to say the least. This will definitely be one of those rare moments in life and we will definitely remember the time and we are grateful to Galić wineries and Ms Maria for making our stay exceptional. The hotel is also fantastic and they serve an excellent selection of local cuisine and they have an incredible staff. The location is perfect and wish we had more time to explore and enjoy the area. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Thank you everyone for making our visit so memorable.

Everything was nice. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the restaurant was cosy, and the food was tasty. The area around the hotel is very well maintained, and there are even some domestic animals you can see from close up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Although not as close to the highway as we expected, the hotel has a convenient location. The building is built like a very large house in the middle of vineyards where guests feel comfortable. The hotel has a very interesting interior design. The room was quiet and well heated. Parking was convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. The restaurant has great food and the wines are superb. Be sure to try.

We have booked one appartment, with a nice view from the balcony in the vineyards. The dinner in the restaurant was delicious, the breakfast as well! Our recommendation: the homemade fish pate, truffle cream and veal steak. Be sure to try their house wines. The chardonnay is remarkable! The walk in the hills in the middle of the vineyards filled us with delight.

I stayed here alone for just one night and really enjoyed it. The accommodation is located on a quiet dead-end street, which means there’s very little traffic and it’s very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and everything was very clean. Having a parking space available was also a big plus. It's also conveniently close to the highway, which makes it easy to access by car.

Great experience on our way back to Belgium. The hosts were extremely helpful and provided guidance in advance. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, kids friendly (baby cot and baby chair), equipped with everything you may possibly need. There is a grocery store and a good restaurant recommended by the hosts nearby. We will definitely come back if we are passing by.

Wow, it was just amazing ! The host was really nice and kind , he welcomed us with homemade wine and plum brandy , he told us all about the village and he really was friendly. The place is really cozy and clean , the only thing that we didn't like was that we were there only for one night. We will definitely visit it again soon. There is a restaurant 2 houses away , the staff is friendly and the food is really good. There are no mobile services but there is a good wi-fi connection provided and I can say that this is probably the most relaxing place that we have been.

We were able to park the car securely. The apartment was on the ground floor and easily accessible. The apartment was lovely and clean. The host was welcoming and helpful. We stayed at Apartment Marija on our way to Istria. Although very short, we enjoyed a lot our stay. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The apartment is nice, spacious, clean and well equipped. Good heating system, in the bathroom as well. There is an air conditioner as well. Comfortable beds. There is a safe parking space (in the yard) so we left our luggage in the car in order to save time and efforts. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Good communication with the host. Perfect price-quality ratio. We loved this place and would stay there again on a return trip to Croatia.

We have stayed in this apartment already 3 times, traveling to Western Europe and back. Very nice and friendly hosts :) Snježana and Stjepan even came for us late in the evening, the first time, when we got lost in the city without navigation. The apartment is spacious and very clean, kitchen is very good equipped, we almost feel at home there! :)

The hotel is located very conveniently just by the highway, in a quiet zone with great parking. Excellent price-quality ratio, clean and spacious rooms and kind and helpful staff.

Super crisp white sheets on all 4 beds. Super thick towels and abundant. Plenty toiletries. Double family room with dividing door to room with shower facilities. Very clean and facing back onto open land. 3 windows with fly screen so slept with them open as very hot and no AC. Parking outside as a driving school and repair/pick up business. Very good breakfast. Use of a kettle and microwave to heat up. To be recommended. Dogs 6 euros each pet so cost me double than the room,

Midnight reception, very useful for travelers. Small but very convenient and clean room and comfy bed. All that we needed for our short overnight stay.

Currently breakfast is not available, they stopped it during COVID. They say they would like to re-introduce it. However, the cafe at the facility serve orange juice and excellent coffee to help you get on your way. Further along the motorway in the Zagreb direction is the Turist restaurant who serve excellent cooked breakfasts and croissant. The staff at Moto Klub are all very pleasant and many speak English well enough to have a conversation. The vehicle driver testing at the large area in front did not cause me any issues during both stays, even though one may have to slalom some of the cones to get out!

Would recommend this hotel if staying in the area. I had a very spacious corner room with jacuzzi bath! Room was clean with modern furniture and bed comfortable. Was winter season so there was minimal noise from the nearby bars and restaurants. Very good location on pedestrian square with nearby parking. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as there was a good range of items. One minor negative is the lift is very small, two people max with luggage!

“Hotel Savus” is situated in downtown of Slavonski Brod. Its imposing oval facade with big french windows looks to the main square of the city named to one of the most famous Croatian writers Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić. That’s why the pedestrian zone in vicinity of the hotel is rich with many caffes, bars and night clubs. The hotel offers to the guests wide and clean rooms which are well furnished and have all the modern facilities. Every morning in the hotel’s restaurant is served a rich breakfast that includes various kinds of vegetables, fruits, cheeses, sausages and sweets with very good quality. In the restaurant the guests could enjoy also to a qualified dinner with different kinds of dishes from the Croatian and international cuisine. The hotel is very close to the riverside of the famous Sava River (only 100 m. on foot) and because of that it is very convenient about easy evening romantic walk along to the riverbank with amazing view to Bosnia and Herzegovina because Sava is simultaneously a frontier-river. Beside all aforesaid the hotel is a good starting point about exploring of the close located main city landmarks as the Brlićevih House, the Brod Fortress, one interesting exemple of the military architecture from the XVIII century and the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Trinity, a real treasure-house of the late Baroque art.

Very nice hotel, with good service, helpful staff and a lovely bar-terrace in the central square. The room and the bathroom are new, there is classic continental breakfast. The place is well maintained and the staff is very kind. It is very close to the river and the river walk (you can have a short walk in the centre, or visit the beach and the motel 3,5 km from the town). Nice experience, but beware of the mosquitos (wear some protection if you are walking late in the afternoon).

Hotel Savus is in the center of Slavonski Brod. It is a small hotel, but really cosy with friendly staff. View from my room was at the square of Ivana Brlic Mazuranic and river Sava. Room is great, you have everything that you could possibly need in hotel. Food is perfect. From breakfast, lunch to dinner, it is great. Staff is very, very friendly and it was really my pleasure to stay at Hotel Savus.

very centralized hotel in this lovely city. very clean rooms, comfortable beds and very well kept. Breakfast was also excellent and they have a very good restaurant as well. although my stay was short, it was a good experience. it is located in a small square where no cars are allowed and close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and other shops as well.

This place was a real gem on our trasnsit through Croatia, we wish we could stay more. Spacious private villa, cozy fireplace and friendly and welcoming host. There is a huge garden that our dog enjoyed a lot. Easy and safe parking inside of the property. Highly recommended!

The house was very cosy, amidst the vast green landscape. Very characteristic and unique. There were even a few things for the kids to play in the garden. Mario was very welcoming and he brought lots of local fresh fruits for breakfast. We only stayed for a night, but enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended if you’d like to escape the noise and pollution of big cities. Car can be parked right in front of the house, with a secure gate.

We booked 10 minutes before coming and the host came at the second we were there, he cleaned everything offered us food and goodies and he lit up the fireplace for us it was perfect ! A beautiful place, so quiet and has such a beautiful view. It was just amazing! Can’t wait to come back

Our Family with two small Kids stayed at Davids Apartment for one night. Everything was perfectly organized with self Check-in (we did it at 1. Am due to a long traffic) and parking lot. We had absolutely evething needed at the appartement such as Coffee & buscuits, milk, water, Juice, bath & Shower products, towels etc Everything was perfectly clean and warm inside. It was really cosy and great for families (there is a playground nearby) we will Come back

I would recommend this appartment with the highest rating. Quiet area, nice hosts with a secured parking slot in the building yard. I like the living room and the bedroom. The bed was really comfortable and we had a nice stay. The appartment is not on a walking distance from teh city center and there were not much restourants around, but the kitchen in the appartment was well equipped and there is a terrace where we had the dinner. It is a great place to relax.
