Incredible bath with great views. Super comfy bed. Extremely clean. Room was small but beautifully designed. Small things like numerous hooks made it easy to store everything neatly. Bar was cosy and delicious cocktails. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was, for me, perfect. Katz’s deli is across the street (go early to avoid the queues round the block), Sweet Chick next door does great friend chicken. Vintage shops all within a few minute’s walk. I requested a kettle with tea bags and a steamer and bath salts and they were sent to my room straight away, for free. Only thing is it would be great to have a coffee machine in the room. But even without that, this will be my go-to hotel for nyc trips!

Fantastic location - lots of great bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Metro 5 minutes walk - easy access to major sites, Williamsburg and Brooklyn. 60 mins to JFK on the subway (quicker than a taxi). Staff friendly. helpful and welcoming. Room was spotless, amazingly quiet for NYC, huge and very comfortable bed (King Studio). Great shower and bath. We loved it and thought it was worth every cent.

Absolutely loved the Ludlow hotel. We chose to stay here as we were coming to New York to get married. We treated ourself to a sky loft room and wow it was totally worth it! The view was amazing, particularly when the sun come through in the mornings. The location was great, easy to get a bus or the subway or walk.. the location felt much more authentic New York, I would compare to Shoreditch in London. The room was kept clean, room service amazing and every day it was spotless with new fresh towels. The bed was comfy too! There was also a nice bar to hang out in the lobby, which did food and snacks and you could always get a spot there to sit. Finally the reception staff were great, they took my wedding flower delivery in for me and put it in my room and when we asked for a steamer they were straight up with it. I honestly had the best time staying here and can’t wait to come back again.

We had some initial mishaps with the booking of our room (make sure you request a room on the higher floor levels so that you get a view - we had a view of the car park at first which we were disappointed with, especially as we had paid more for a bath next to the window to celebrate my 30th birthday). However the Ludlow team managed to move us to a beautiful room on the 18th floor with a balcony, huge bathroom and lounge area. After paying an extra fee, we upgraded and from then on our stay was amazing. Beautifully designed rooms, lovely extra touches like a free bottle of Prosecco for my birthday and delicious food at Dirty French (the pancakes did not disappoint!) Overall I would stay here again as it’s located in a fun area and has a cool vibe perfect for a trip to NYC.

Staff at reception was super helpful! We asked for advice on our itinerary and they all had amazing tips for activities and food options. Room was on the 18th floor and had an amazing view over the city. The location of the hotel is great, easy access to all the good restaurants and public transport options. Don't miss out on having dinner at their restaurant, Dirty French! We had an amazing meal.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Luma Times Square! When planning our first trip to NYC it was very challenging to decide on a hotel with so many to choose from. We wanted to be in Midtown and within walking distance to restaurants and shows, but we didn’t want to be directly in the more chaotic center of Times Square. Luma’s location was PERFECT! The street was quiet and not congested with traffic, and Bryant Park (which was very charming) was literal steps away, as well as so many fantastic places to go for breakfast or a late bite. Our room was spacious, modern, and very clean! There were so many terrific amenities and nice touches, such as the Nespresso coffee maker, Dyson hair dryer, huge make up mirror, hat hooks, lit wardrobe and countless usb and usb-c outlets. Finally, the Luma’s staff made it a place you want to stay again. From the front desk and concierge staff to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The first night we arrived we were surprised when members of the staff came up to our room to see if we needed anything and even brought us chocolates. Everyday of our stay, we also received a phone call asking if there was anything we needed. Our first trip to NYC was everything we hoped it would be, and our choice of hotels turned out to be the PERFECT choice!!!

...the LUNA hotel was amazing in every way possible - the location was perfect walkable to all the NYC locations you hope to visit in the city - located in TIME SQUARE - across the street from the FUN BRYANT PARK VIBE. We loved LUNA's decor and environment - beautiful energy and atmosphere from the minute your enter the lobby - the bar was fun and lively and do not miss the delicious offerings in Michelin Star Chef operated restaurant. LUNA offered us everything we dreamed of - we really loved the beautiful, clean comfortable suite space - this boutique hotel has become my new favorite NYC hotel. The staff was outstanding - welcoming, thoughtful and incredibly kind offering helpful suggestions - making the stay in NYC the best for my special family weekend experience... Discover sweet dreams in NYC at LUNA...

The location was amazing if you are wanting to be able to walk 5 minutes to Broadway shows, or be in the middle of it all!! It is a hectic part of town, but the hotel is in a quiet street and you can certainly avoid the Times Square craziness if you want. Wholefoods/CVS pharmacy/Target/cafes all within about 50-100m which was fantastic - everything you could need! Hotel was super clean - always lots of housekeeping staff working right throughout the day. Staff were always pleasant - big shout out to the doormen!! They were always so lovely and helpful. Great little restaurant and bar downstairs. Door dash also able to be delivered without any hassle. Lifts were quick. Breakfast was just right for a quick brekky - mostly continental offerings, but they also cooked me an egg white omelette every day! Coffee was not my favourite, but literally right next door in the Martha Stewart cafe Maman, that does fabulous coffee and meals throughout the day. The views from the room were great. Beds were super comfy (sofa bed was a little squeaky but did the job, even for a 2 week stay!!). Showers were great, aircon great even on super hot days. Daily gym pass was great, with the gym just around the corner. Honestly, everything was just as it should be!

The Luma Hotel’s location is perfect - so centrally located within walking distance to Times Square, Bryant, and Central Parks with the added convenience of amazing coffee/breakfast spots just next door and down 41st Street. We didn't try the hotel's restaurants with so many options throughout the area in such a short visit (5 days). The staff were all very friendly and professional and the location is perfect - close enough, yet far enough from Times Square's crowds and noise. The beds, linens and amenities offered in the room (loved the Nespresso!) were lovely and we would not hesitate to stay there in the future! Thanks for a great experience - it was the perfect spot for celebrating my birthday!!!

This was our first trip to NYC. I am so glad that we chose this hotel. It was in a perfect location. Bryant Park, Times Square, 5th Ave, Empire State Buiding and tons of other sites are all within walking distance. Subway stations were right around the corner and taxis were easy to catch. Whole Foods and CVS were right there for any personal needs. This hotel is clean and spacious. We opted for the 2 King room and there was plenty of room for 4 people and all of our luggage. The bathroom was also clean and the shower was a perfect size. We did not feel cramped at all. Our room was the perfect spot to relax after long days. Being so close to alot of attractions I was worried about noise, but we did not hear a thing. The staff was amazing. They are knowledgeable about the area and offer great recommendations. Any need that arose was promptly met. We had a few things sent up by Alina the Robot including soaps/hair care and even our door dash orders for breakfast. We spent 9 days in NYC and still didn't come close to seeing it all. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all of the team members at Luma! Until next time!

Great location if you are visiting NYC for the first time. Close enough to everything, including Penn Station, this allows you to explore the city on foot or via the subway. Easy to walk to Hudson yards, The highline and Chelsea Market or Times Square, Broadway, Grand Central. We had a super room, spotlessly clean and spacious double double. We were in a higher room and the end of a corridor which afforded us peace and quiet. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was clean with a super shower, plenty of towels and hair dryer. The room had a fridge and coffee machine. These are a real bonus if you are travelling from abroad and have to adjust to the time difference. If you wake early you can make a hot drink. Make sure you grab milk and breakfast pastries or yogurts the night before! The staff at this hotel were amazing. As it was my friends 60th birthday they upgraded our room as described above and gifted her a bottle of Champagne too. Special thanks go to Gurmey, Rey and José, they made us so welcome and gave us some fabulous tips and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. This ensured my friend had a great birthday trip. This was my 5th trip to New York, I love this city and usually stay in the Soho area, however the location of this hotel and the staff have encouraged me to stay at this hotel. I would love to visit in the Festive season next time and this will be my go to hotel.

Just recently completed my 3rd fantastic stay at the hotel. A big thank you to Ashley Schultz and team for looking after me again! The staff at the hotel are so welcoming, not just on check in, but every time to you return to the building. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to help in anyway. What I also love about this hotel is that it is one of the quietest I've stayed in the city - and I've stayed in many. The rooms are spacious and very clean with good amenities and the beds extremely comfortable. All allowing me to get a really good nights sleep when I need it for busy work days after lots of travel. I also welcome the restaurant in the lobby serving breakfast and food all day, including room service and a bar for drinks. Staff are friendly and efficient with a really good selection on the breakfast menu. A facility not to be taken for granted in NY city when many hotels today don't provide dining facilities or even a bar service. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for leisure or business. It's in a great location not too far from the major midtown sights but on the doorstop also to Hudson yards and the highline. I hope to be back again very soon

This was probably one of my favorite hotel experiences ever! Everyone was SO nice and welcoming! The Pride decorations were a pleasant and unexpected surprise! Everyone was so warm and helpful! The location was perfect! The room was very comfy and clean! Great air conditioner and big shower. Housekeeping services were top notch! Ray at reception was so helpful in accommodating us with a car service reservation to LaGaurdia on the morning of our departure! So convenient! Everyone at reception was just lovely! The breakfast was great too! Very hearty selections and attentive service. I can't say enough about this hotel! Absolutely loved it! I'll stay here again, hands down!

Contemporary hotel conveniently placed for Midtown (close to Penn Station). The room, on the 27th floor, was comfortable, modern, spacious and clean with a lovely walk in shower. The reception team were very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Jess, who checked us in and presented us with a cool glass of sparkling wine when upon arrival. I would also recommend the Burgerology restaurant on the ground floor for tasty, freshly cooked food and a friendly service. I would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing hotel! I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Midtown Manhattan and had an unforgettable experience. I was immediately greeted by the wonderful front of house team - especially Ryan whose customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel restaurant Burgerology had delicious food and the waiter Bernie was an amazing host, so kind and brightened our day with his fun energy. Would highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are clean, modern, perfect location, and outstanding customer service.

We stayed at the Archer Hotel NYC in November and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were helpful and welcoming and they facilitated our request for a room on a high floor. We celebrated a birthday while at The Archer and were delighted to find a surprise birthday cupcake on arrival - a very thoughtful gesture. Our Empire View guest room was amazing with a wonderful view of the Empire State Building, as described. The room was stylish with a good design that offered space for storing our luggage. It was modern and clean and the beds were so comfortable, particularly after those long walks around the city! The extras included bathrobes and slippers, books, teatime treats and a fridge beside the minibar which was very convenient to store extra milk for tea/coffee or juice - such a welcome addition for families, in particular. The rooftop bar is amazing with good bar food and it gives a great view of the city. The Archer is a beautiful New York hotel in a convenient location for sightseeing in Manhattan but it's main strength is it's staff who know the importance of good customer service and we especially want to thank Scott who went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our birthday celebration stay. We look forward to another visit in the future and will recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to NYC.

A charming boutique hotel in the middle of the city with super comfy beds and an amazing shower. Room size is not too bad (as we all know they are a bit tight in NYC) but cleaning was spotless (it passed my uv light torch test lol). Lovely quality amenities and a Nespresso machine with decaf coffee option is always a great idea. The hotel is located in a nice tourist-friendly area but also has a short walk to the subway if you want to explore a bit further. The hotel team is spectacular and they were very helpful and friendly in every single aspect during our stay. And last but not least, a rooftop bar (and weekend family brunch area) and a room with a view of the Empire State are always a great way to make the NYC experience even more memorable.

I recently spent five days and four nights Archer Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From start to finish, everything about my stay was exceptional. The service was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a wonderful experience. Whether it was helping with directions, making dining recommendations, or simply greeting me with a smile, their warmth and professionalism set the tone for my entire stay. The beds were some o yet warm, with thoughtful details that made every space feel special. My room had a cozy yet upscale vibe, and I loved the little touches that showed how much care went into the design. The on-site restaurant and bar were equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a menu that offered something for every palate, and the cocktails at the bar were expertly crafted. The ambiance was chic but inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. And finally, the location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk to Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue shopping, and Bryant Park, the Archer Hotel puts you right in the heart of the action. I loved being able to explore so many iconic NYC landmarks without needing to rely on transportation. In every way, my stay at the Archer Hotel exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Manhattan that combines luxury, comfort, and convenience, this is it. I can’t wait to return!

Love the Archer Hotel We had a fabulous stay at the Archer Hotel! Even before we left home, we were receiving emails welcoming us. When we arrived, we were really pleased with the hotel’s location, new decor, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Although the room was small, which is typical of hotel rooms in New York, it was very comfortable and the bathroom shower was great! There is a microwave and fridge in the room as well. Treats were left for us daily which was so sweet! You could not hear the outside city noise and with the very comfortable bed, it was easy to get a good night’s sleep! We had breakfast in the hotel and dinner at the rooftop bar - both delicious! There was 24/7 coffee, tea and water in the lobby too. The staff were amazing! Kyra went out of her way to try to locate a package that did not arrive at the hotel and Joseph was so helpful! All in all, it was a great stay! I highly recommend the Archer and would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at EVEN hotel, and everything about my stay was just perfect! The hotel is clean, modern, and has a strong emphasis on wellness. There is a great fitness centre, and each room also has it's own in-room fitness area with a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a bottle of water for you to keep after your stay! It's such a thoughtful touch, especially for anyone who is trying to stay active whilst travelling. The staff at the hotel were lovely - all super kind and hospitable! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant and we were looked after. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, which made a huge difference. There is also a great bar downstairs, perfect for cocktails in the evening. The bartender was especially kind and welcoming - he took the time to chat with us and made our evening feel extra special. The location is incredibly convenient, close to all the major attractions and sites, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel - the perfect place to stay in New York, especially if you're looking for comfort, wellness, and genuinely great service!

5/5 no complaints....booked on IHG rewards points. LOCATION excellent - Noisy Times Square, Empire State, Hudson River ports - 10-15 min walk and next door to police station so safe! Direct Subway from JFK Jamaica ($3)- comes in next to hotel and its a main subway (Penn St) which goes to many places! Hotel - modern, clean, quiet, well decorated compared to many dated ones around this area and Times Square. BEDROOM - Small, clean, quiet, great power shower, tele, hair dryer, fridge, no complaints it's perfect unless you spend a lot of time other than sleeping. South Ferry subway to Statue of liberty - direct 30min service from Penn St Subway next to hotel ($3 each way). China Town is also close to South Ferry area. Uptown to Central Park take $3 Penn St subway for about 30 min. This is one of the better hotels in New York having stayed at one other and read some of the reviews for other hotels.

Arrival: Wonderful front desk team [thank you Shayla] gets you checked in, explains all the hotel features. Hotel is only ~10 years old and has been either renovated or very well taken care of. It’s modern, functional, and clean. Room: small but bright, sunny and quiet. Small’s common in Manhattan, but bright, sunny and quiet are all a treat. Windows open for fresh air, and have blackout shades if you need to catch some daytime sleep. Thoughtful touches: a sanitized yoga mat, foam roll, and block, plus a stretching station with bands for a reasonable workout, as well as a complimentary water bottle and Clorox wipes. Keurig coffee and tea maker with mini-fridge. They top it off with free laundry service for your workout or running gear. Closet was small but functional with a full-sized room safe. HVAC worked well but was loud. Breakfast was included in our rate. Service was excellent [thanks Xavier] and the food good. Free internet was good not spectacular. 10 Mbps down/9 up and reliable. Location: a few blocks from a lot of don’t-miss attractions including Hudson Yards, The High Line, The Shed, and The Edge. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood and I’d highly recommend walking the High Line south from 30th Street Gym: Surprisingly large for a small hotel, and fully equipped with LifeCycle and Peloton bikes. Checkout: fast and seamless. Bill was accurate. We’ll return.

We recently stayed at **EVEN Hotel Times Square South** in New York to celebrate my husband's **50th birthday**, and it was an fab experience! The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk from Times Square, Penn Station, and Madison Square Garden, making it easy to explore the city. also we didnt hear any noise from outside which was fab, Our room was large for NY also modern, clean, and well-equipped, coffee machine with option for hot water only to make a cup of Yorkshire tea, Extremely comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and an in-room fitness zone, which sadly we didn't have time to use. The staff were very helpful ensuring our stay felt special. Overall, EVEN Hotel Times Square South was the perfect choice for a comfortable, convenient, stay in New York. We would definitely return!

I stayed at EVEN Hotel Times Square South with my 12-year-old daughter, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help — we felt truly welcome throughout our stay. The hotel was spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk from Penn Station, with easy access to all the sights in Midtown and beyond. The room was modern, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what we needed after long days exploring the city. We also loved the wellness-focused design and the overall relaxing atmosphere. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City and will definitely return on our next trip!

We had the best girls' trip here. Super comfy bed love the duvet (2 for the bed) such a great touch, plus loved the robes as well. Great view of the outside. The staff was amazing especially Kayla & Freddy at the concierge desk. They were super friendly and helpful. I love the complimentary drink or snack they offer to guests as well, since there is no onsite bar/restaurant at this location. There's plenty to do and see and lots of food options within a block or two, lots of areas to explore. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Everything! Perfect location really close (walkable) to lots of central sights. I had been a bit worried about the neighbourhood but we walked back from dinner nearby at 10.30pm no problem. Room great - glad we paid a bit extra for room at back and great to be on 20th floor as v quiet. Super comfy bed. Staff v helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic 4 night stay! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, we were offered a free room upgrade upon check-in due to us having twin beds and was upgraded to Queen bed with a more spacious room! All the staff are very polite, helpful and welcoming, always greeted with a polite smile and morning, evening! They are always happy to talk to you made our stay very pleasant! The rooms are fantastic, very clean, and have a coffee machine with everything provided and also get two free token to redeem a free drink from the fridge in the lobby! The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with everything in walking distance, you can walk to Times Square within 15 minutes its very central! Thanks for making our stay so pleasant, and we will hopefully see you again in the future!

This boutique hotel is a lovely place to stay while visiting New York...the hub of mid town Manhattan in the center of the excitement of the experience of the BIG Apple 🍎...close to the theater district, Just streets from Madison Square Garden, Penn Station NY, this stay offers a delightful experience and is everything it advertised. The manager and desk clerks were courteous.understanding and welcoming! The Stay Pineapple is artful. Colorful and clean, and comfortable. The little dog "Dash" was such a welcoming treat for my granddaughter...his story and legacy is heartwarming. The beds were so soft and comfortable. I can't wait for our next stay in the Big Apple and stay here again! We slept quite comfortable! We felt safe and homey! Thank you ! Ps: Dash is coming home with us!

I loved everything about this little hotel. It’s in the best condition of any NYC hotel I’ve ever stayed in with charming and welcoming decor. My bed was so comfortable; I especially liked the European-style duvet covers. Climate control and Wifi worked seamlessly (not always the case with hotels). Staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is very safe and walkable with lots of dining and drink options. Highly recommended if you are in town to access the theatre district. I would happily book the Pineapple again!

I loved the hotel's location: the neighbourhood is great, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance, and the subway connection is perfect in all directions. The breakfast was sufficient for us, if you add some vegetables would be just great. To me, there were plenty of amenities in the hotel, such as coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby, the possibility to take breakfast away, a gym, and luggage storage. The room was small but well designed in a way that it was equipped with all the necessities and more (coffee machine, iron desk) and very comfortable. We got the backyard view room, and it was very quiet in the night. The wifi was great, which was important for us, as we didn't have a US number. Last but not least, the staff of the hotel is just lovely! I always felt welcomed and never had the impression that I was bothering someone. They were all very helpful, kind, and approachable (especially the front desk staff, but also the cleaning team, breakfast team and everyone). They made our stay comfortable, easy and carefree. Special greetings to Nichole and also the lady who welcomed us the day we arrived (I am sorry, I don't remember the name). You are all great, and I hope to visit you again!

The hotel and the room were clean, which is our number 1 criteria when we chose this hotel, and we were not disappointed. We also appreciated the coffee machine at the room, and the unlimited free coffee, tea, and cold water at the reception. The hotel location is perfect, since it is in the midpoint between SOHO, TRIBECA, LITTLE ITALY, and CHINA TOWN, which meant that most activities we enjoyed were at walking distance, like The Comedy Store, The Roxy/Django Jazz Club, The Brooklyn Bridge, Many Shopping Store, and a lot of great restaurants and bars. Reuben and Nichole from the Front Desk, went out of their ways to make our stay more comfortable. Also the housekeepers, Giselle, Jessica, and Monica kept our room super clean and tidy throughout our stay. Overall everyone from the staff was super helpful and friendly.

I'm not a high maintenance traveler and city noise at all hours does not bother me.... That said, my stay (3 nights) at the BWP Soho was great!!! Very convenient location. Lobby water and coffee station! Room was spotless, staff (esp Reuben!) was above and beyond amazing. I'm a sucker for a hotel waffle maker and breakfast and theirs did not disappoint. Pro tip....take the stairs down to the breakfast room and you'll see the cleanest floor (on the C level stairwell landing) you'll ever see. I had to do a double take before stepping down because I thought it was SO SHINY I thought it was wet. Nope...just super clean.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff super helpful. Great and convenient location and an overall comfortable stay in NY. The room was newly renovated and while small, it was indeed very modern and elegant. Cleaning services for the rooms were truly perfect. The room included an iron and iron board as well as hair drier (which are not always included in other hotels). Front desk was always quick to help and very pleasant and polite.

I needed to dial into a few early morning meetings with the UK - the room was clean with a comfortable desk and strong wifi - and the buffet breakfast was great. Extra coffee in the lobby was a nice touch when I'd exhausted the supply in the room. The hotel is not in the most spectacular part of town but it still felt safe at night. No complaints.

Room: The best I've had in my NY trip, compared to the airbnbs and the ones near airport. Spacious and Clean, Staff: Ah, such a warm welcome and a good talk while checking-in, they always greeted with a smile as we walked in from our tired day. This we definitely lacked for quite a while amongst most hotels we've been staying at lately. Location: The neighborhood is perfectly walkable, has a sandwich shop(with fresh juices) next door, Grand Central station is also at a walkable distance, CVS, Clothing and many more. Safety: We've got our NYC tours done and walked in to the hotel pretty late at night 11-12 and felt safe. Breakfast: We missed our weekend special breakfast but not a fan of the weekday breakfast(complimentary - limited to a single menu item). Others: Were offered complimentary breakfast coupon for one person for two days for a stay of 4ppl for 3days. Were given some credit for local bike(citi bike), and laundry credit too.

We had an amazing experience at The Westin New York Grand Central! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. A huge shoutout to Omar, Alaney, Evie, and David—each of them went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The Westin location is excellent very close to Grand Central Station and easy access to trains, but the hotel itself is also great. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is also very spacious and welcoming, too. I liked that there were 6 elevators and rarely did we have to wait very long for an elevator. Not sure why there is an automatic $25 "destination fee" (in addition to all sorts of taxes), but this did include breakfast for one person each morning. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, and I did take advantage of that.

We stayed at The Westin Grand Central and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day in the city. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. A special mention to Mirlande, who was so kind, attentive, and made our stay even more memorable. Her warmth and positivity truly stood out and added a personal touch to our trip. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in New York!

Amazing time at the Westin!! It was my first time in New York and my sister told me how great this hotel was. They were super helpful when we added an extra day to our stay getting us in the same room, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Neville welcomed us with mimosas and macarons! He was extremely kind and friendly! Miralande was so helpful with questions and welcoming us to the restaurant bar and breakfast. We can’t say enough good things about the staff, the rooms, and the atmosphere! Great experience! Thank you Westin!

Certainly the hotel is a fantastic property in itself. Nestled in they did a terrific job of being easy to get to while also having the sounds of the hustle outside not intrude. The lobby is warm and comfortable. It's inviting just to walk through. And the rooms are terrific. They thought of everything that you'd need all in a nice cozy space. But the restaurant is where it really explodes! Breakfast was sensational. How often can you say that really? Cooked and served perfectly The bar was the perfect place to enjoy a little quiet and calm while I enjoyed breakfast. And if that wasn't enough, Dinner was over the top. Our server, Ayitesh, sets a new level of awesome. He knew the menu perfectly, never made us wait but never rushed us. It was the perfect blend of amazing food and service. The Salad with fresh apples and vegis was light and the dressing was full of flavor. The combinations well balanced and the service size was just right. Then on to dinner. Short rib with some delicious pasta was amazing in every way a dish can be. Balance of flavors in every single bite. Served at the perfect temp and the exact right dish for a cold winter evening. It was hard to even consider putting my fork down. For a hotel restaurant this was a top shelf experience. Service, food, atmosphere. It all came together seamlessly and my compliments to the entire team. You don't get better!

Just wow ! We arrived on a Friday evening for my sister wedding on Saturday evening, the front end employee was so friendly and professional, acknowledged our Diamond status , Rooms were huge with corner windows, views of the city. The rooms were extremely clean and Modern. The restaurant and bar staff were friendly and polite, dinner and breakfast was fresh and tasty. We would definitely recommend this property and would visit again if the occasion arises.

This hotel in downtown Jersey City was fabulous. I was in town for the Beyonce concert. Beautiful rooms and friendly and helpful staff. They allowed me to check in early because my flight was changed to an early morning flight. Everything is walkable, clean, and safe. The PATH station is a block away. Amazing bartenders at the hotel bar. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, modern and clean but expensive. 2 minutes walk from Grove St. Path station which was very convenient. We had the breakfast buffet and a dinner at the hotel restaurant. Expensive but the food was good. The check-in was complicated because the reservation was booked under my husband's account, but I traveled with a friend. My husband had to call the hotel to allow me to have my room. That was ridiculous because the hotel was already paid for. Also, the waiting area for the car in front of the hotel entrance is very small (place for 2 cars maximum) and the lobby is on the 1st floor (not ground floor) so it's unconvenient to unpack the car. Other cars have to wait in line on the sidewalk.

Check in a bit crowded. Lots of weddings! But the positives far outweigh these minor negatives. Rooms are modern and have HD tv’s. Great showers!! One block away from Grove Street PATH train into World Trade Center and into Midiwn (33rd St). So you get Manhattan convenience at better prices. Liberty State park is well worth a visit. Bunch of fun restaurants two blocks away. Breakfast is a la carte with great coffee, decent prices, and friendly service. Shout out to Lucita and Ricardo!! 29 mins by uber from Newark Airport for around $35. I would definitely stay here again!

ROOMS: designed for your comfort: good-size bedroom with very comfortable bed (I bet you’ll have a perfect sleep here). The room is equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, safe, iron. Bathroom is rather spacious, there is a shower inside it. And the last but not the least: every room provides you perfect view to the city! Even from the shower ;) LOCATION: super convenient! It’s 3min walking to the metro station and Penn station - very convenient way from/to the airport and other places. And everything is so close to the hotel - there are many restaurants and coffee shops, Macy’s, 7-Eleven and Target nearby. FACILITIES: fast wi-fi, ice machines, gym, small grocery shop on site. FOOD: there is a Versa restaurant with a terrace (they serve a-la carte breakfast as well), lobby bar STAFF: friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel. Central location (near Herald Square, Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Times Square, etc). Close to several subway lines. Attentive professional staff. Clean, safe, spacious room with a great city view. Restaurant and bar were very nice. Visiting and exploring the city is so much easier and comfortable staying here

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway! We stayed in a King Suite with two bathrooms, which was absolutely perfect for our girls’ weekend—three women getting ready at the same time with no problem! The corner suite had beautiful views of the city, and everything was spotless and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and even the pull-out couch was king-sized and super comfy, which is rare! The location couldn’t be better, right across from Madison Square Garden, making it easy to explore and get around. We also ate at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious—my favorite was the salad with goat cheese and pears, which was fresh and full of flavor. Every staff member was pleasant and accommodating, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the city!

We were a couple, spending 4 nights in NYC. We booked a city view room. Fabulous view, very spacious room. Huge comfortable bed. Mini fridge, water every day, safe, beautiful bathroom with fabulous smelling toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Hairdryer also in bathroom drawer. Room cleaned every day. Fabulous bar and restaurant. No noise, we were on the 26th floor. Roof top bar with lovely view also. Room was ready when we arrived and they stored our luggage when we were leaving as we had a late flight. The location was brilliant, everywhere seemed walkable and the hotel was right beside Penn station with easy access to all the sights. Lovely area. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here to be close to Penn Station. We were at the end of our vacation in New England. It is a central location, close to everything! Upon arrival, it was complete chaos. People were everywhere. Very loud music blasting. Check-in was on the 6th floor. There was a guy who directed us. Check-in was fast and easy. The key to our high floor, city view room was a little tricky. The room was clean and spacious. The decor and art throughout the hotel is cool. Rooms are not well soundproofed. Either from within or outside the hotel. We had dinner and drinks at Versa, which I recommend. We sat outside. It's a festive, terrace bar with friendly service. They have another bar, which also looked nice. The hotel has a fun, vibrant energy. If you're coming to NYC to soak in the urban vibe and be in the center of everything, this is the place to stay.

It was great to have windows that looked out to a view. Even on Level 4 there was a view. It was quiet even though it is in a busy location. The room was a very good size for 2 adult friends to share. Beds were comfortable and the air con was easy to control. Good to have a safe in the room and a small fridge. Friendly staff who were always keen to help. Staff were very helpful to assist another friend staying at the hotel when she became ill. They immediately organised medical care for her. There was always availability of bottled water when needed. The Level 2 common space is a great addition, especially to have an area to go to out of the hotel room to sit and relax. Also great that there is tea, coffee and ice available until early afternoon in the level 2 space. This is also a convenient place to work or eat. The roof top bar has a great view, There were always many fresh towels available in the cupboard. So close to Soho, Little Italy, subway access, Brooklyn. Many subway lines that connect easily throughout Manhattan. Steamer to iron clothes available. Storage for luggage also available and came in handy after we checked out. Overall would definitely stay again and would recommend.

This hotel is fantastic. The staff is so kind (gave us a free upgrade), it's in an amazing location, clean, nice bathrooms, and the square footage for a Manhattan hotel room is outstanding. You won't find rooms much larger than this in the city. As a former NYC resident, I was truly impressed with what they offered, delicious breakfast included, beautiful clean rooms in a really cool atmosphere. The rooftop bar is such a vibe, stunning view, really fun. The terrace is perfect for breakfast or late night hangouts. The hotel even offers free Tai Chi sessions and walking tours on the weekends. Noise was never an issue. Big fan, 10/10.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms, bed was large and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, made the whole experience really great. Loved that there was a free coffee and tea room along with a terrace to relax on and a rooftop bar with incredible views. We liked breakfast next door at the Lebanese restaurant, the voucher was more than enough to cover a filling meal. No complaints at all! The location is really cool, in the heart of Chinatown and round the corner from Little Italy, walking distance to several different metro stations/lines. Lots to do and see.

customer service was perfect, everyone was very friendly and helpful. the room was beyond our expectations, we paid some extra bucks for a city-view room and it was worth it. the room was also very spacious and clean, the bed sheets smelled so nice. location was also 100/10, it is close to all the good eats in Chinatown. we also really like the common space on the 2nd floor (very quiet, clean, and spacious) where they have a water station (cold and hot water) and a microwave, we sometimes get Chinese takeout and warm it up in the microwave, and they serve free coffee and tea every day there too(but I forgot the time). would stay here again when we visit New York next time. highly recommend!!

Our stay at Hotel 50 Bowery was very enjoyable. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome. The staff were incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine kindness and local knowledge made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was clean, well-designed, and comfortable, with nice views of the city. The location in the Bowery district was convenient for exploring the surrounding neighborhoods, particularly Chinatown and the Lower East Side. The accessibility to various subway lines made getting around Manhattan easy. Overall, we had a positive experience at Hotel 50 Bowery and would recommend it to those looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel in Manhattan.

Our stay at Springhills Suite was superb! Opposite from what we read online. Good thing we tried it ourselves. The room is incredibly clean and comfortable, with modern decor. The staffs were friendly and helpful, especially the reception going above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. We came early and didnt expect to have a room, but the receptionist was so helpful and accomodating. The location was perfect, very close to American Dream Mall and not so far away to the Campgawn Mountain where our kids had their ski lesson. There are few things that the hotel management should look at and invest. The towels are too small and thin. Costco has a good absorbent, durable towels and not so expensive. Maybe try to invest on that. Occupancy in the room is 4 person so they should put 4 towels. We didnt mind asking the reception for extra towels. They gave us enough to use freshly cleaned towels daily. The Breakfast was okay nothing fancy but maybe try to put some more varieties. It gets crowded at certain times but it was okay for us because we wake up early.We didnt have time to use the gym and pool. But it looks cute but small area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we were comfortable. I am a hotelier and Im used to stay in luxury hotels when i was in Dubai. Coming to US,hotels are far different from what I am used too. 3-4-5 stars are nothing comparable. But Springhills did not dissapoint us. There are few points to look at but the property is well maintained.

A clean, safe and modern hotel that the whole family loves. The beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is very nice and welcoming, a nice typical Continental breakfast. And my son loves the pool. It's always clean, but also cold.

Hotel was very clean. Day/Night shift front desk was very polite and helpful with information and request. Wish I knew their names to give them praise. Housekeeping and maintenance also get a A+. The breakfast staff was very attentive,polite,& professional despite the overwhelming amount of guest. My only recommendation is the breakfast selection. The hot buffet was the same for the multiple days of my stay. King suites smaller than expected, I’ve stayed in closets in Manhattan so space was still sufficient for my wife and I. Bed super comfy with melt into your dream pillows. If I had a gripe it would be about paying for parking when property has parking lot surrounding the building. As a frequent traveler just seems like money grab. With that said I super recommend this location and will be back to stay when I’m in area.

I loved how close it was to NY. I loved my suite. I had room 505 and I will always request that room. Cool view. We were able to watch the sunrise and set. The staff was amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The breakfast was great, and fresh! Everyday!!! Not to mention there’s a bar Tues-Saturday! The pool looked cool and clean. We didn’t get in though. I’ll be back!!! Thank you for making our trip that much more enjoyable!!!!

This was the second time we stayed at the Franklin and we will likely go back. We lived in NYC for a long time and the Upper East Side was our neighborhood; if feels like going back home. The rooms are very small, it is NYC after all. But they are comfortable with luxury linens and great shower. The cleaning service is very efficient and rooms are well maintained and very clean. Front desk staff is friendly and professional. They don't have breakfast but have a coffee bar where one can get coffee, latte and cappuccinos. The welcome cookie upon arrival is a nice touch!

We loved the location as it’s an easy walk to Central Park, eateries, and the subway while being fairly quiet and safe. Our room was compact but clean and perfect for us. Big shout out to the staff here, especially Jasmine! So helpful, so friendly, and just all round excellent service - they also make good coffee! The lobby area is perfect for sitting in and having coffee, working remotely, and they have a good range of snacks.

Had a wonderful stay at The Franklin! Would definitely recommend it for people wanting to visit the Upper East Side, the museums (especially The Met and The Guggenheim), Central Park, and who don’t mind some walking. We took the #6 subway from right around the corner (you can buy a $33 pass for unlimited travel on all of the routes for the entire week) and went everywhere in the city easily from there. Great room that was clean, quiet and modern (in a character building), friendly and helpful staff, and a fantastic breakfast place nearby (Le Pain Quotidien). Enjoyed some great restaurants (try the Pastrami Deli and AOC East) within walking distance. Glad we didn’t stay near Times Square. Would definitely recommend The Franklin for a great place to stay in NYC!

My husband and I came to NYC for the Oasis concert, but didn’t want to stay in Jersey. We chose the AC for its proximity to transportation and entertainment options. The lobby area is modern and clean. All of the front desk personnel we encountered over our stay were friendly and helpful. They keep small bottles of water at the ready to grab and go as you pass by. (It would be awesome to have a bottle filling station instead of using so many disposable bottles.) Joshua was particularly helpful upon departure as he secured us transportation to the airport. Elevators were always readily available making it easy to get in and out of the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. We were on the 18th floor and didn’t notice any noise from the busy street below. The floor to ceiling windows were amazing to wake up to and the a/c kept the room nice & cold for optimal sleep. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. (I’d have loved a couple additional towels.) We didn’t make it up to the rooftop bar, but maybe next time. We would definitely stay at the AC again.

We stayed at the AC Times Square for 5 nights on a holiday to celebrate my fiancée’s 30th birthday. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and special. The lobby and front desk staff were all so helpful, kind and entertaining and made us feel so welcome. They let us check in early so we could get our bags into the room and get out exploring, they also arranged a late check out at no extra cost which was so helpful as it suited our timings to get to JFK perfectly. The hotel has an excellent location, very walkable to all the big Midtown attractions and there is a subway station right on the street corner to get you anywhere in the city. It’s a short walk/taxi from Penn Station which made getting to the hotel from JFK so easy. The rooms, lobby and bar are modern and stylish. The room surprised us at how big it was for New York, everything was new and to a high standard and spotlessly clean. We went to the rooftop bar once for happy hour which was excellent value. The cocktails were delicious and the view was incredible. I have already recommended the AC to friends and would definitely stay here again if back in New York.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and while the rooms and rooftop bar are both nice, what truly makes this place stand out is the people. Every staff member I’ve met has been genuinely friendly and welcoming. The bartender at the rooftop bar was fantastic, and the gentleman with the amazing dreads was super friendly and welcoming.. A special shoutout to Joshua, who went above and beyond to make my stay seamless. He was exceptionally helpful with my luggage, helped arrange my ride to the airport, and even saved me money in the process. His professionalism and kindness really stood out — he turned what could’ve been a stressful travel day into an easy, enjoyable experience.

Many things to like at this hotel: modern design; modern rooms; functional and clean bathrooms (walk-in shower; overhead and "telephone" shower; plenty of room on counter with sink); best AC/Heat unit I've experienced in NYC; fast elevators; on-site bar / lounge on rooftop (with Happy Hour Mon-Fri); Starbucks right across street; bagel shop right next door; steps from subway entrance; friendly staff. A bit pricey, but less than comparables in area. Gleaming throughout. On site restaurant.

Great location. Quiet neighborhood, with a bus stop right next to the hotel. It takes about 20 minutes to get to Manhattan by bus, depending on traffic. Helpful staff. The hotel is not new, but it has been renovated. There is no breakfast buffet as shown in the photos—instead, you can order breakfast from a selection of dishes at the bistro on the first floor. We would return here.

We were so grateful that we were able to check in early at around 10:30. Thank you! The woman who checked us in was friendly and helpful. However, My husband lost a NY Rangers hat and went down at around 10:30 that night to ask desk if anyone found it maybe in the lobby. He said the woman on duty (different than the morning woman) was very unfriendly. After reading other reviews, there seems to be a pattern of inconsistencies when it comes to employee friendliness toward customers. The way customers are treated can make or break a Review. The room itself was fine. Nothing special but has everything one needs. It’s not often we stay at a hotel with no breakfast included. Not even a continental breakfast. The option is to purchase breakfast. We dined elsewhere. With the steep price of the hotel, breakfast should be included.

I've been traveling to this area for years for a yearly scuba diving tradeshow. I've only recently joined the Marriott program so this was my first time staying here. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again and in fact will stay again next year. As several other reviewers have mentioned its very convenient to the Meadowlands Expo Center, and also to Manhattan via a bus that leaves from a stop right by the hotel and only takes 15 minutes to get to the heart of NYC for $8.50 roundtrip. There's also several restaurants in the immediate area along with a huge movie theatre. The room was clean (and serviced daily which is a very nice return to normal) and there were plenty of electric outlets etc. Everyone on the staff that I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. Makes me glad I'm in the Marriott program now. I'll definitely be staying here again next year.

Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel feels like a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to help with a warm smile. Check-in was busy when we arrived on a Friday afternoon but we got checked in pretty quickly. The room, while compact, was thoughtfully designed with smart storage solutions and high-end finishes. The bed was very comfortable, and everything felt clean, fresh, and well-maintained. I also loved the large windows that brought in tons of natural light and offered a great view of the city… on a high floor…20th floor +. One of the highlights was the on-site bar and lounge area—trendy and cozy, it made for a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. There’s also a great coffee shop in the lobby, which was ideal for a quick breakfast before heading out. Overall, Motto by Hilton Midtown Manhattan exceeded my expectations. It’s a fantastic choice for travelers looking for comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of New York City. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

I was referred to this hotel by a friend. I could not be more pleased! The room was perfect and cozy and had the most wonderful view from the 20th floor. The city looked beautiful both night and day! This was a fun and active environment with a great restaurant And vibe but when you were ready to turn in, it was peaceful and quiet. And added bonus, was the chocolate croissant and coffee in the morning. Seriously the best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had in my life. I felt incredibly comfortable and safe. This hotel gave off wonderful energy. Thank you!

Love the large ground floor front patio / a hotel with an outdoor restaurant at the entrance is hard to find n NYC. The reception floor is def designed to be insta-friendly and inviting for social gatherings. But once you get to the room, while it’s clean and designed with functional modern looking furniture - getting away with design points; but there is something missing, like a hollow feeling that lacks comfort. The hotel can go a tad further to add a tinge more warmth of hospitality - rooms feel semi removed from the welcoming vibe of downstairs. I didn’t feel like I can really “wind down and relax” in my room - wasn’t too impressed with the mattress quality and my room lighting was dim. I don’t know maybe adding some design touch more meaningful than just getting away with functional modern design. The views are def nice in the city - and if ur not used to seeing the NYC city views you may overlook some of the critiques I have bc my review is more room focused than view focused (but I’m a former New Yorker) The restaurant staff is very nice.

Nice modern hotel in the middle of Manhattan, but peacefully away from Times Square. There is also a nice restaurant where we had breakfast — no lines or crowds — to get our day off to a fast start. The dining room can be busy at dinner but we had dinner once in the 2nd floor lounge. The food was good and our bartender was pretty cool. The rooms are cozy and had everything we needed. Check out our view looking straight down at lower Manhattan! Staff was friendly and attentive, this is a great place to stay.

Great hotel. Super clean and modern. Love the restaurant, outdoor cafe & bar all in the hotel. Great coffee in the morning. Stayed for business and was surprised by the nice view from my room. NYC hotels are very small but the discs is used well and everything is designed well. Daniel and Hims at front desk were welcoming & professional. They got me checked in early for my business meeting which was VERY appreciated. I hood to check in with them on my next trip.

The property is very clean. As soon as I walked in it smelled clean and scented. Everything was clean from the lobby to the inside of our room. The location is also quiet and around the corner from the American Dream mall. Also, the staff responsible for breakfast and making sure the area is clean did an exceptional job. They were attentive to keeping all foods hot and ready and the area clean. I love a clean place and they did it well. Please praise them for their hard work because I sure noticed it.

Easy and ample free parking. Rooms and lobby very clean. Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Although the morning breakfast buffet can be crowded, the selections and quality of items were impressive. Free coffee and tea in the lobby a bonus. Free shuttle van to and from the American dream mall. A short drive down the road leads to chain restaurants, independent restaurants and cafés. It is a short five minute drive to the American dream mall where parking is five dollars. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff exceptional, friendly and helpful. All.parts of hotel modern & clean, breakfast was very good and plentiful. Coffee and tea available 24hrs. Parking convenient and easy access to Manhattan via Lincoln tunnel. Next to America mall and met life stadium

I found this site and this hotel had great reviews so i decided to take a chance and stay here....so glad that i did. We were going to NJ for long weekend for husbands birthday. He wanted to go to the American Dream mall. The hotel provided shuttles to the mall that was super easy to do and such a money saving from parking fees. The shuttle driver was great. They came in 10 min of calling to be picked up or dropped off. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing...Norma was at the front desk and super helpful, funny and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was a full breakfast..eggs, waffles, fruit, sausage and fresh bakery items from a local bakery. If you want a hotel close to the attractions this is the one for you. You will not be disappointed.

We have just got back from a 5 night stay at this hotel. We booked it through British Airways holidays. We arrived from JFK on the subway which takes about an hour. There are several lines that stop nearby. Fulton Street station and World Trade center station are just a few minutes walk. Check in was smooth and the staff on reception all friendly. The reception area very nice with leather couches, chairs etc. We had room 156 which was on the 15th floor. It had a big double bed. Quite comfortable as were the pillows. Usual TV , safe, wardrobe with enough hanging space for a short stay. There was a fridge but it didn’t seem to work. There aircon worked well. The bathroom was very nice, decent shower and Molton Brown toiletries. No robes or slippers though. We were given a coffee machine but coffee pods not replaced by housekeeping so we found it easier to get coffee in the reception where they have a nespresso machine set up in the morning. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There is an Italian restaurant called Felices in the hotel. All in all a good stay. We liked the location and the room was quiet and we slept well after long days sightseeing. I would be happy to stay here again and would have given it 5 stars but few negatives like the $35 a day ‘destination fee’ whatever that is? Bit steep for patchy wi fi (in our room) and hit and miss coffee.

Bad: Elevator was a bit slow for me. No coffee pot in room. They do offer coffee at the lobby but every time I went to get some the machine was not working. So I would just get coffee at breakfast. We stayed at Gild Hall for 4 nights in September with my parents, and all four of us had a wonderful experience. -Location: I wasn’t sure at first about the downtown Manhattan location, but this turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The area was convenient, quieter than expected, and worked out really well for us. -Room: The hotel has a unique, classic charm that feels different from the typical chain hotels. The room was not large, but perfectly comfortable by Manhattan standards. Dark wood furniture, a cozy atmosphere, and a very comfortable bed gave it a warm and stylish character. The lighting could be dim and cozy (perfect for us), but there was also a brighter option when needed (which my parents preferred). -Service & Amenities: Service was warm and welcoming from the start. We were even offered a glass of Prosecco at check-in. Each morning, we enjoyed coffee in the lobby, and two bottles of water were delivered daily to our room. Toiletries were Molton Brown, which added a nice touch. Daily housekeeping was reliable, and everything felt thoughtfully taken care of. I really appreciated how Gild Hall combines the consistency of a trusted brand with the charm of a boutique-style hotel. The hospitality was a pleasant surprise for New York City and made our stay especially memorable.

This is a gem of a hotel tucked around the corner from large roads so it is lovely and quiet at night. The location is perfect for the financial district, 9/11 memorial / historic places and buildings, plus Battery Park and Brooklyn Bridge etc... For the first 2 days everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, then Fulton Station on the subway red line was a 5 minute walk, so easy to go further afield. Very much calmer than staying in midtown and has some lovely places to eat, including the onsite Italian which made breakfast easy and dinner too - which we had on the first night as it was late and we were tired. Some great bars (Stone Street) and places to eat at all levels were all a short walk away - (Industry Kitchen on the East River, the Greek Bakerie, Manhatta on the 60th floor of 28 Liberty etc). Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were offered a Prosecco every evening we arrived back, plus however many bottles of water we needed. The general decor has a New York feel and our room was great - loads of room and double height ceiling which made it feel airy. We flew in and out of Newark and the transfer was 35 minutes!! Fantastic compared to every other time I've used JFK.

We stayed 8 nights in a suite with our two little kids. The pull out sofa was great for the kids. The room was comfortable and the decor was masculine chic, so it is a bit dark. The beds, linens, blankets, towels, etc were comfortable and soft. Very clean. It's not a "kid friendly" hotel but the staff was friendly and responsive. You can get bottled water from the front desk any time. The location is great because it's close to all the main train lines, and it's super quiet at night since it's Wall Street, a business district. But if you're a first time visitor, you may want to stay closer to the tourist areas until you know your way around. The only downside is it's in an older building, so when the heat (we stayed in winter) kicks in, it gets pretty noisy until the temp reaches the set temp. I don't think the hotel can control this but it's something to consider if you're used to quiet central air. Overall great stay.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel looks new, and very clean. We utilized the garage parking under the hotel ($40/day), which was great for not just security, but also to get the car out of the 100 degree day. Easy to park, and elevator right there to get to the lobby (and/or our floor), without having to go back outside. The room was clean, beds and pillows very comfortable (choice of soft and firmer pillows). Lots of counter space in bathroom. Bathroom had a nightlight built into wall outlet, which is something you only think about when getting up at 2am in the dark (and don't want to turn the lights on), but sure is handy . Bathtub/shower very clean, easy to use fixtures. Curtains blocked out all street light. The room was soundproof - on the 2nd floor, next door to firehouse, facing Queens Blvd, and didn't hear a peep all night. The AC was super quiet, but worked great. The big wall tv worked (!), easy to use. USB and electrical outlets on top of the nightstands and dresser area, for easy access. All of the above should be the norm for every hotel, but it's not. We stay overnight in the city about every 6-8 weeks, and we've stayed at some real duds (that cost more!), so this was so nice to finally have a place that checks all the (right) boxes. That's why this review is so positive! And the breakfast buffet the next morning - also very nice!

Everything was just perfect! The room was very spacious and clean. Towels were changed every day. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. All the staff were really kind and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options (eggs, cereal, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, coffee, tea etc.). The hotel was near supermarket and some of the fast food restaurants. The bus station was near the hotel and the subway station was 10 min away. There was also a shopping mall close to the hotel, 10 min away with the bus. The surrounding area was safe and peaceful.

I’m leaving this review as my honest experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites LaGuardia Airport, and let me just say the pictures online don’t do this place justice! The hotel is absolutely beautiful inside, far exceeding my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Some even shared a little humor, which added an extra smile to my stay. They truly go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. I had a minor issue with my tub, and as soon as I mentioned it, housekeeping was sent right away to clean it. Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled, and they addressed it quickly and professionally. The lounge area is stunning, the food was amazing, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. Of course, housekeeping may not always get everything perfect, but we all have off days. The difference here is that they were more than willing to fix any issue I had immediately, which speaks volumes about their service. The location is great about 20 minutes from Times Square, 26 minutes from the Bronx, and conveniently close to Brooklyn. There were no issues with safety, no homeless concerns, and no sketchy activity. Parking is secure, and the amenities are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely be staying here every time I visit NYC. Thank you for an amazing stay!

While my wife and I were in Queens for a weekend last month, we lodged at the Holiday Inn Express Woodside, and we would recommend this hotel to others enthusiastically. Our room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The fitness room was well equipped. The staff members were outstanding: kind and helpful. The included breakfast buffet offered a variety of good food and beverage options, and for other meals, a number of restaurants were within walking distance for us. Also walkable was the Woodside train station, which was useful to us, when we attended a family event on Long Island.

I am very pleased with this hotel. It’s in close proximity to the airport, walking distance from food places as well as the train station which was very convenient. Having complementary breakfast was also very convenient as we didn’t have to worry about going out for breakfast or ordering in. The staff was very professional, they arranged for us to get a cab to go out as well as a cab to go back to the airport, which helped in us having a very hassle free stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.

When planning to leave on a cruise out of Brooklyn, and not knowing the city, we decided to stick with a familiar hotel chain. We usually have decent luck with Hilton Properties. I cannot say ENOUGH good things about this hotel. When we arrived (before formal check in time), Fletcher met us at the desk and offered us another room that was ready at that time since ours wasn't. He was so friendly and kind. We went up to our room, which was extremely clean. It was smaller, but it is new york. The bathroom was huge, relatively speaking. Bed was comfortable. Really no complaints. There are only 4 rooms on the floor we were on, so it was quiet. We heard a lot of sirens outside, but that was mostly it as far as street noise. We went down to the restaurant, and while they weren't open yet for dinner, the bar tender was very attentive and kind. And when we could order food, it was extremely good. Every person we dealt with in the hotel from housekeeping to management and everyone in between went out of their way to be friendly. And we heard from 2 different people about how unique that place is because of how friendly the staff is. I would without hesitation recommend this hotel as well as stay here again.

I typically don’t leave reviews for properties, but I need to shout from the rooftops to everyone to say how AMAZING this hotel is! It was my friend and I’s first time in NYC and we arrived at the hotel at 10am (early flight in). A gentleman (I unfortunately did not get his name) at the front desk contacted housekeeping right away to see if a room could get ready for us without hesitation. He found out it was our first time in the city and gave us a room with a beautiful view of the city! He locked our bags up so we could explore the city. He gave us a paper with recommendations of places to see, restaurants to eat at and so much more! Upon arriving back later that night, Jasmine at the front desk was fabulous and so kind. She gave us all of the hotels info regarding breakfast/bar and WiFi. Our room was perfect. For being in a city, the room was quiet and you couldn’t hear any cars from outside. The beds felt like I was sleeping in my own comfy bed at home. Everything was perfect and it felt like a dream come true. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience. We will be back!

My best friend from L.A. and I drove up to the Hampton Inn from the Washington DC area. We were warmly greeted by Molly, who offered us vouchers for free drinks at the bar. Luka told us about an amazing noodle restaurant walking distance away. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the free breakfasts--everything was tasty and fresh. Every staff member--including Manny, DK, Kim, Ki, and of course Molly and Luka were friendly and warm and helpful! A few weeks earlier I visited Brooklyn with another friend, staying at another hotel a few blocks away from the Hampton Inn. It was inadequate, staff was rather rude, no free breakfast, and the room was screaming for a 21st century upgrade. The Hampton Inn was such a refreshing experience, coming off the disappointing stay at the other Brooklyn hotel a month earlier. Will definitely stay at the Hampton Inn next time I head up to NYC. Thanks again Hampton Inn staff. You are the Best!

My stay at Hampton Hilton Brooklyn was once again exceptional. The location is perfect right in the heart of Brooklyn, close to everything and in a lively, vibrant area. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly makes it stand out is the amazing staff. The front desk team and all the employees are always cheerful, helpful, and incredibly professional. This wasn’t my first stay and it definitely won’t be the last. This hotel has become my favorite in New York.

A very convenient location to everything downtown Brooklyn. The room was clean, quiet, safe, and spacious. The free breakfast had various choices, and the time it opened and closed was good. The food in the bar/restaurant on the property was good. I plan to come back again in the near future.

Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott North Bergen is a great because it is close to everything and away from all the hustle and noise, clean rooms and continental breakfast makes it a great value stay. I loved it! Close to restaurants and shopping areas like Guttenberg, West New York, North Bergen, Union City, Weehawken Township and Secaucus Meadow Lands shopping mall. Cliffside Park, This is a nice place to stay, very quiet, safe and, it's away from traffic noise. It has plenty of parking on premises. It is close to hundreds of restaurants all within 3 miles of the location. Check out shopping stores along Bergenline Ave and a huge selection of South American Food Restaurants. On John F Kennedy Blvd, Park Ave, JFK Blvd East there are lots of restaurants as well. I personally like shopping along River Road Mini-Malls with huge varieties. The best waterfront restaurants on the New Jersey side of the Hudson River offer the best experience when it comes to Dinning and Night Life. I recommend parking at the Hotel and taking an Uber/Lift so you can enjoy the restaurants and bars safely. Everything is within 5-miles of the Hotel. Have Fun !!!

We had a great stay! The hotel was clean, tidy, and felt fresh throughout. The room was well-maintained and comfortable, and everything was exactly as expected. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the breakfast, which was a nice touch and had a good variety to choose from. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

I booked a suite. Spacious sitting area with a big sofa , tv and desk. Total of 2 tvs in the suite. Big bathroom , walk in big shower, no tub which is good . I hate to climb into the tub. Breakfast is offered for free, can have more hot food but they still have scrambled eggs( microwaved) , bacon or sausage. Fresh whole orange and apples plus those regular stuff. I would definitely recommend. The suite feels newly renovated and clean. Only the elevators need more cleaning. Parking is free too which is rare in NJ and NYC. Close to American Dream shopping mall and Lincoln Tunnel to NYC.

Some reviews mentioned parking could be problematic if you didn’t get parked early enough. Maybe area events were light when we stayed there but we did not have that problem. Facility very clean. Bathroom clean and large. Breakfast area very nice…breakfast itself not the best but served the purpose. Parking area and neighborhood felt safe. Staff all helpful! Bus to NYC (#127) very close. Overall, very happy with our stay at Fairfield Inn by Marriott, in N. Bergen, NJ!

Property is maintained well and rooms are very spacious. They proactively made our room ready before we checked in and placed the crib in our room for smooth check-in. Instructed on how to assemble as well. Parking is free and spacious which is plus point. Staff and housekeeping are good. Breakfast options are limited but good for adults and kids. Only thing is the room smells of damp carpet on first day. Apart from that it’s all as expected. Location: Getting to NYC does take sometime(~1hour due to traffic) as there only one bus #127 which takes you to port authority terminal and frequency is also less and same case is while coming back from NYC. Nearby area is safe so late night trips are not a bother. Hotel is uphill from bus stop, so takes an effort to reach after tiring day in NYC.

Comfortable hotel and excellent location at good price (for NY). Khaoula at the front desk was especially amazing - helpful, knowledgeable and so pleasant. She went above and beyond at every turn. The beds were very comfortable and the room spacious by NY standards. Clean and spacious bathroom with plenty of amenities. Plenty of space to hang clothes and stash luggage. Plenty of outlets near the bed to charge devices. The elevators were fast. The iced water always available just outside the ground floor elevators was a nice touch. Ten or so minute walk to Penn Station and 15-20 to theatres around Times Square. Recommend and would stay here again. My only suggestion for improvement would be for them to go back to having the large refillable containers of soap, shampoo and lotion in the bathrooms rather than the small individual bottles (the stand for the large refillable containers was still attached to the wall in the shower, but it was empty and instead the small amenity bottles were lined up on the ledge above the sink). Such a waste from a climate / unnecessary plastic use perspective.

We stayed in Midtown Manhattan to see most of the tourist sites in the area (Times Square, 911 Museum, SoHo, Little Italy, The Edge and Empire State Building). The hotel was walkable and accessible to subway stations. We stayed in a comfortable room with a King bed located on the 14th floor. The bed was very comfortable except for the small than regular sized pillows. The doors, as with most hotels, were quite loud when they closed shut so it woke us up when other guests would come back to the hotel at 2:00 or 3:00 am. The hotel provided iced lemon water in the lobby at all times. There is also a cafe beside the lobby. The staff was friendly and always greeted us. The hotel was clean and safe and quiet, away from traffic noise.

The best hotel experience I've had in nyc. This hotel is clean, safe, convenient, comfortable and run by wonderful staff who were attentive and friendly and helpful at every turn. I was there on business for 2 1/2 weeks and it felt like a home away from home. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Service at the Best Western Premier Empire State Hotel was outstanding beginning with check- int. Friendly staff (shout out to Christina) – Very smooth check-in and check-out. There is a parking garage next door and the rates were reasonable for NY standards. The property is clean and modern; room was large compared to other places we have stayed in NY and surprisingly, our room not only had space to hang clothes, but also a few drawers which was helpful (and rare in NY). Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean and roomy. The restaurant choices within a few blocks are diverse and numerous. Would recommend and we will def look forward to staying there again.

the beds were so comfortable, the rooms were clean and tidy and the showers were amazing. it was in a really good location, not too far of a walk or could easily get the subway. we checked in at 12:30am and it all went so smooth, the staff were absolutely lovely and so accommodating. we booked 2 rooms to share a group of 6 of us and the hotel staff managed to get us in rooms a few doors apart from each other - it was amazing! they even upgraded one of our rooms for free which had a view of the empire state building. we wish we could’ve stayed here longer! they also kept our bags for us during the day after checking out so we could explore the city before our train.

Arrived on Friday Afternoon for 1 night stay with my wife for Valentine’s Day. Was greeted by staff at check in , extremely friendly and super fast! Was able to have champagne on ice in room prior to arrival. Luggage carts were available at door to handle extra bags. Lobby was extremely clean and inviting. Staff handed my wife a fresh rose before heading to our room. Arrived at our room, very clean! Came downstairs after unpacking luggage. Parking lot was a block away from Hotel. $50.00 for 1 night, very friendly Parking Staff. Headed back to room to get ready for dinner. Room had plenty of plugs and HDMI outlets for electronics. Hair dryer in bathroom, also shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in shower. Mini fridge and coat hanger. Room was small , but plenty of room to move around. Privacy Curtains, very comfortable bed! Tv had all appropriate channels, including Netflix. Plenty of shelf space with 2 spacious nightstands. Lighting was appropriate with multiple lights throughout. Uber or Taxi picks you up at front door. Recommend Taxi App for cheaper rides. Starbucks around the corner within walking distance. Plenty of bar and restaurant options across the street along the pier. Beautiful view along the water for a nice night walk. About a mile from China Town and Little Italy. Recommend stay if you want a less crowded area of the city. Room key security evening access for front door and elevator. This is our 2nd time staying, and highly recommend!!!

Very clean, great AC cooling system, friendly, efficient and attentive staff, quiet location, very quiet room on 25th Floor, plenty of space for a family of four, comfy double beds, blackout curtains, enough hanging room, a safe, good toiletries and towels, no wait for lifts. Fab view of the East River and nearby buildings too. Just a walk to various key places including along the east river to the Staten Island Ferry and Brooklyn Bridge, Wall Street and World Trade Centre complex.

Great hotel in convenient downtown location. The king room was the perfect size for my 4 night stay and the view of the East river was beautiful. The bed was amazing and I had a great night sleep every night. The room comes with a clear door mini fridge and is stocked with 2 water bottles daily. You don't find that amenity in most hotels. There was no closet with doors but the open closet system was sufficient for my needs and includes an iron and ironing board. I was disappointed there was no clock in the room but with phones and tv, I guess it wasn't needed. The bathroom was small and clean and provides ample bath linens. The shower was terrific and the water pressure was prefect. Check in/check out was a breeze and customer service was attentive, friendly and responsive. The subway station was a 6 minute walk from the hotel. I will definitely stay here again while visiting NYC

Excellent stay in this excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. Really nice to see such professional people👍 The room was very clean, very comfortable, very nice river view and equipments were perfect( coffee kettle, safe, fridge, lot’s of possibilities to charge electronics) Fitness downstairs also very nice.

I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Downtown NY, and overall, it was a nice experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. However, I was a bit disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included, as it would have been a nice touch. Additionally, the lack of valet parking was inconvenient, especially in a busy area like downtown. Despite these minor drawbacks, it was a good stay, and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a clean and friendly place in the heart of the city

The hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were clean and modern with plenty of tea and coffee, a large fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great with a good range of options. The staff communicated clearly and were helpful. Location wise, it was a short clean ride from La Guardia airport and there were several dining options within walking distance. The only downside was that the sheet for the sofa bed was a little on the small side so the mattress wouldn’t lie flat, and the sofa bed itself would be better suited to children as it wasn’t a very thick mattress. All in all, I would definitely stay there again!

Stayed here one night after arriving at LaGuardia on the way to a cruise at Brooklyn cruise port. Good, convenient location about 15 min from LaGuardia and about 30+ min to cruise port. The hotel was a typical HI Express, clean, functional, comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fine. The area is mostly commercial but respectable. Huge cemetery nearby, so quiet neighbors. There is a gas station across the street and a 24hr McDonalds right next door. There is parking but we came by taxi. A bit off the beaten track, so be prepared to give the street address to the taxidriver so he can use GPS. Even with the LI Expressway a block away the room was quiet. Price much better than hotels at the airport or near the cruise port. We would certainly stay here again.

Very nice room, nice amenities, overall clean and looked maintained well and decorated for holidays. Higher than standard trim of room, comfortable bed and pillow. Nice to have microwave and fridge. Better than expected breakfast-breakfast staff was nice and helpful to our family. Location pretty close to downtown. Felt safe. Personalized welcome message on TV nice little touch. Fitness room looked nice and clean but did not use. Ice machine better than expected. Liked that front desk had small amount of complimentary feminine products-need to add some in store as well.

I would give this hotel a four out of five review. My room was clean . The breakfast bar to me was above average because they provided a hot breakfast every morning with a variety of choices from fresh hot oatmeal to pancakes toes eggs bacon sausage Cold cereal fruit yogurt boiled eggs coffee tea milk etc. The hot water could be better as sometimes it was barely warm then the heat in my room had to be checked out but they got it working. The only one thing that is negative about this review which wasn't too bad is the fact that there were strange people who smoked marijuana in front of the hotel and it had a strong odor. They did not bother us but I am not a smoker. Other than that it was fine. Right next door to a McDonald's and a Chinese restaurant and across the street from a smashburger at Chipotle in home Depot. Not too much further there is a couple of bus stops that you could walk to to get to a bus or the subway. If I'm in this location I will come back again and stay here. Due to the fact that it is very close to the LaGuardia Airport. The area is mainly a industrial area but it's not too far from a mall or two and it's directly off of the main highway

Check in was quick and friendly, with parking right behind the building (first-come-first-served basis, we got lucky). The hotel was clean and quiet, and felt safe. Easy Uber pick up right in front, with late-night snack food for sale in lobby (frozen pizza, candy, chips, Ramen, though McDonalds is right next door, as is BP gas station). Nice hot water, comfy beds, even the sofa bed. Eggs, sausage, bacon and bangin' cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Will keep this hotel in mind for Manhattan/Brooklyn events in the future!

Stayed here for 2 nights for business. It is a well-managed property and I had no real complaints. Pros: Excellent location – in the Chelsea neighborhood and within walking distance to FlatIron, Koreatown, and Empire State Building. Very good restaurants nearby, grocery store (Fairway Market and Whole Foods) within walking distance. McDonalds right around the corner. Pretty much everything you need. Clean room and cleaning staff did a great job making up the room Fast elevators Excellent view – could see Freedom Tower from my room on the 29th floor Fast and reliable WIFI Free hot coffee served in mornings at lobby bar Lobby bar has free drink events throughout the week. They also sell hot breakfast food items, along with snacks and drinks. Cons: Room is a bit small but was OK for a solo traveler. I would not recommend for families. The walls are thin and you can hear people in the hallway and doors closing. However, management does a good job enforcing quiet hours. I had a family next door with a toddler screaming and texted management and they took care of it quickly. Tip: If you want to save money, take the NJ Transit train from EWR airport to the hotel. Take to New York Penn Station, look at signs exiting to 7th Ave./31st St. Walk south on 7th Ave. and turn left on W. 28th St. Total time was about 40 minutes (including 10 minutes walking outside Penn Station) and cost $17.

I had such a nice stay here in spite of these reviews that I felt compelled to post 😅 I stay in NYC frequently and have a lot of experience especially with hotels in Chelsea. This was a great stay from start to finish. The desk staff was kind and efficient, quick check in / out and bag retrieval. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the elevators, but I didn't wait more than about a minute any time of a busy weekend. Room was clean, quiet, average size for NYC (rm 1003). Nice big sink and spacious bathroom area. Bed was incredibly comfortable and the blinds kept the room nice and dark for really good sleep. Appreciated the Bluetooth radio and easy connection to the TV for streaming services. Small waters, coffee, tea, and refrigerator in the room. Didn't need the safe but it was available. I could hear some noise in the hall during the day, but it was never a problem for sleep and I slept like a rock. Nice common areas - outdoor terrace on the second floor, comfortable seating in the back by the bar, decent gym. Never felt crowded. Would gladly stay again!

Visited the city for fun & Aloft Chelsea was the perfect place to stay. Very clean, quiet, and safe. Close to everything. The icing on the cake was having drinks at the hotel bar and getting to meet Kelvin. He was a great bartender, super friendly and made exceptional cocktails.

Location was excellent right in the middle of it all, close to Times Square, Empire State Building, 230 Rooftop on Fifth, Macy’s, and walkable to loads of other stuff. Excellent comfortable rooms, not huge but perfectly formed. Nice communal area with free tea and coffee each morning, friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend for clean, modern, central and comfortable accommodation, loved it.

This was my second stay at Aloft Chelsea, and it didn’t disappoint. The location is perfect — close to everything in Manhattan, with easy access to the subway, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet, with a super comfy bed and great city views. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. It’s a stylish, no-fuss hotel that makes a great home base for both work and play in NYC — I’ll definitely be staying here again.
