Very friendly staff, extremely clean and nice smell. The rooms and the whole hotel is very cute furnished and maintained. Spa center was just perfect for us. We really had a great time and were happy to extend our vacation. Dinner is not a buffet, but we’re happy to try new dishes. Thank you also for the “Tyrolean dinner” 👍

Modern, clean and comfortable. Kind staff and owners. Smaller, but cozy hotel. Amazing brekfast and we tried a dinner. Staff prepared decoration for son bithday ( it was kindness and surpised for our son). Close to Sand in Taufers and Spiekboden/Klausberg ski resorts. We were pleasure our staying.

Everything was bright and clean. Modern rooms and everything you could need when travelling with children. Staff were amazing and very attentive. They loved the kids which made the stay a lot more relaxing!

We had a wonderful room with a lovely Alpine feel, a spacious balcony from where we could enjoy the sunset, a small sauna (enough for one person to sit in) and a large jacuzzi bath. We ate dinner once during our short stay - a 6 course meal in a casual setting (owed to the fellow guests) - which was tasty and well presented. The hotel is well located for hiking and biking and the massage was a treat for the tired muscles.

A unique place to stay especially with kids. Spacious rooms, tasty food and drinks, beautiful views and amazing spa and activities! Highly recommended

We had an amazing stay at Winkler Hotel. The breakfast buffet was great, we especially loved the fresh fruit selection & juice machine to make your own veggie juice. The 5 course dinners are also lovely, and the dessert buffet on Saturday was amazing!! The staff in the restaurant and behind the reception are very friendly and helpful at all times. We also loved the activities offered and the sauna's/infrared light area etc. Which makes the hotel perfect for being outdoor in nature + relaxing time after. The warm sky pool is amazing, even with colder weather. Thank you for everything.

Hotel Winkler Sport & Spa Resort has become our annual holiday destination – we've stayed here nine times. Our very first visit was back in February 2014, when the hotel was a humble 3-star property among many in the region. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff, spacious and impeccably clean rooms, and delicious food made a lasting impression. We also appreciated the variety of activities for children, the convenient shuttle to Kronplatz, and the excellent pools and saunas. There was simply no doubt about where our next ski holiday would be spent. Over the years, Hotel Winkler has evolved into a luxurious 5-star haven. The complex now features a new building, additional pools and saunas, and a broader range of services, all while retaining the warm and welcoming spirit we fell in love with on our very first stay. Throughout the years, the hotel owners have been deeply involved in every detail, creating an environment where the entire staff truly feels like one big family. Many familiar faces still greet us – a testament to the lasting relationships built here. Even as our children have grown up, they continue to join us at this special place. All in all, Hotel Winkler is more like coming home. The comfortable rooms, tasty meals, and down-to-earth, family vibe made our stay feel effortless and genuine—we can’t wait to come back.

Winkler is a fantastic hotel. When you first step inside, you are given a very friendly welcome, really nothing is too much. The staffmenbers are super friendly and are always there for you. All this in an ambience that exudes luxury and serenity. The atmosphere in our room (love suite) is truly phenomenal. During breakfast, lunch and dinner the most delicious dishes are served always with a big smile. There is of course a delicious wine list. The spa is icing on the cake. The saunamasters provide GREAT infusions. This is a real experience. In the unlikely event of a misunderstanding, they do not run away from responsibility but provide a more than appropriate solution. All this sets Winkler apart and makes it a hotel we will definitely return to.

Was a great experience staying at the winkles sport and spa resort. Even though it is secluded the place has an array of activities to do that will always keep you busy. The hotel gym is well equipped. There is also gaming and a climbing wall. I was pleased to see they also provide cigars and an array of other items that would be difficult to find. The sky pool in the evening is lovely, and the activities they provide and suggest are great. When booking horse riding though it seems you have to go through a lesson first before being able to go on a nature ride which was a little disappointing as it was our last day and only chance to book the horse riding. Therefore only did a lesson and never got to do a nature ride, which was heavily anticipated. There is a variety of food available from the buffet, especially if you're vegan or vegetarian. However, if you don't have a pallet for vegetarian foods and don't eat pork it might sometimes be difficult to find something in-between. All in all I would recommend and looking forward to revisiting to take advantage of the activities. Also everyone is very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Very down to earth. They assign each room their own dining table which I thought very useful, and dinner was included in our stay which was lovely. there are also restaurants nearby in the neighbouring villages

This is one of the best holidays I have ever experienced. Before coming, there was good communication where the shuttle will pick us up. After checking in we were able to have a late afternoon snack and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. Our room is large with a beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. I was instantly put into holiday mode because of the vibe and ambiance of the hotel. All the meals we’ve had were delicious, meticulously prepared, and nutritious. We were with a toddler and they were happy to provide cow’s milk without additional costs. They even provided a crib and nappy pail in the room. The heated pool was so relaxing. There is a play area (Winki World) for kids and my toddler enjoyed it immensely visiting it almost everyday. They host activities such as cookie making. There is something for everyone we didn’t get bored at all. Some nights there was live music at the bar. We felt truly relaxed and enjoyed our holiday immensely. We truly collected a lot of ‘Wow’ moments. 😉 thank you, Winkler Hotel! We hope to be back again soon.

Everything was amazing! Personnel was incredible, helpful and welcoming! they’ve made sure we have everything we needed :) Food was delicious. Wide choice for breakfast and huge 4 course dinners. Vegan options were specifically prepared for one of us- huge plus for that! We were positively surprised by many sauna options in wellness area. Perfect to relax after skiing. The room and common areas were super clean, nicely furnished and cozy.

The location is superb, with everything nearby with a car of course. The hotel was lovely and the staff was very welcoming, besides their fluency in German, Italian, and English, they also reached out with recommendations for places to go out for food/drinks. The room was equipped with everything you may need, the bed was super comfortable and the view of the terrace was stunning. We even got bathrobes that were so nice and comfy. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, also the staff helped you with the table setting. We loved it there and can't wait to go back. One of the best hotel experiences we've had.

We were a group of 3 and we stayed 3 nights on a half-board basis, a renovated hotel, a spacious room, with a separating door to the living room, a large balcony and a view of the valley/mountains. Mariana the manager was very helpful with food menu adjustments, great dinner, a must relax room with rocking beds! A nice spa Thank you for hosting us:)

Breakfast was amazing! We loved the home made pies and local products. Good coffee as well. The staff was also friendly, professional and helpful. They took good care of us during our stay. We also enjoyed the wellness center.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from the balcony was beautiful, creating a sense of peace and relaxation throughout our stay. We had a lovely stay at the apartment! The staff were very helpful, supportive, and polite—especially Melanie and Michaela, who made us feel very welcome. Melanie kindly guided me with a daily touring plan and suggested the best places to visit with my family, which made our trip even more enjoyable. I really liked the location, which is close to scenic farms and beautiful landscapes. The chalet is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. One thoughtful touch was the daily bulletin placed on the breakfast table, which included tips on local activities and weather forecasts—very helpful for planning our days. My kids truly enjoyed their time outdoors, playing in the simple playground and exploring the charming garden. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen essentials and air conditioning, which added to our comfort. There was also a laundry washing machine available in the garage, which was very convenient during our stay. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and well-supported stay in a serene setting!

The hotel staff was simply amazing - the most helpful I have ever seen! They made our stay pleasant and care free, they were super responsive and helpful. They even made dinner reservations at the local restaurants for us. The hotel location is perfect - about 30 meters walk to the main ski lift. The hotel itself is new and nice, and very convenient.

Reading my review from last year. Nohing changed, so here it is: · It is great family hotel with everything you need for a holiday stay while skiing in near Kronplatz area. Hotel skibus going every 10min to get you to the slopes. Very cosy rooms with a separated kids space they loved. Extremely delicious food, breakfast with wide choices, afternoon snack as a nice surprise always after the skiing with coffee and some cakes and 5-course dinner everyday with a different and tasty meals. Everytime very pleasant staff, for kids they were able to change the meals, or cook anything we ask instead of what was on the daily menu. The swiming pool area is great for kids, sometimes bit crowded, but great. Roof-top-pool brings cool views on Kronplatz and the SPA area adults only is great escape to relax for a while. We came again as last year we were very happy, which is the best review anyway.

Delicious dinners with wide variety of meals plus salad buffet. Regional products of high quality during breakfast. Perfect wellness area for adults, 3 pools with easy access and sauna for children. Very nice personnel, helpful and smiling. Bus stop in front of hotel and taxi to the slopes in the morning were comfortable.

Gorgeous hotel, spotlessly clean, comfortable room, pet friendly. The staff was really attentive and detail oriented. The breakfast was excellent and dinners really good too. We really enjoyed the pools and the adult-only saunas.

This family-run alm is beautifully remodeled. The rooms, facilities, and particularly the sauna are fantastic. Authentic mountain food from the kitchen too with locals visiting the restaurant. The family upgraded us to a nicer room because they weren't too busy. The views are fantastic and you have quick access to Bruneck.

We come here every year, and it just keeps getting better. Rooms are perfect, the building filled with alpine details and warmth. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Home away from home.

Amazing location close to all the major lakes and sights. Very comfortable apartment that has everything you need and in great shape(Some things like a coffee moka even new!). The apartments are warm and cosy even when it freezing cold outside. Claudia the host was very welcoming and helpful. Definitely a 10/10 place that we will for sure come back to.

Modern, well equipped, and clean flat in the middle of a quiet village. Bakery and restaurant nextdoors and shop just up the road. Welcoming hosts. Bus stop just outside. Perfect!

I liked everything about this apartment. It was clean, modern and it had a large balcony with a great view. Kitchen was equipped and there were everything you need for cooking. It was really great that you can stay there with your dogs (15€ per dog per night). Hot tube is also a great bonus. I would definitely stay there again. The region is super beautiful and great for hiking.

Hannes was the best host! He personally met me for check-in, gave me a tour of the property, and gave me information about the local area. He was always available and responded to messages quickly. We stayed in apartment "See" which was very clean and modern with an amazing view! It had a full kitchen, plenty of towels, and access to the hot tub.

Location great, one side is narrow street, other side is just free space, just the meadow spread out, a few hundred yards from the center. Hotel is great (eating and drinking areas are large restaurant with several areas and several outside terraces), hotel has modern and old part, swimming pool with a little beach on the roof is great but obviously limited by its size but provides exceptional views, wellness&gym also great. Museum is also part of the hotel, it is unbilievable, there are thaousands of things and gudgets every where - clocks, vespas, cars, kitchen things.... Staff is one family and very very nice and helpful. Food is great. Rooms are very comfortable and except the fridge well equipped. The "inside public space" is uniquely decorated.

We really enjoyed this absolutely amazing design hotel, we had a stylish FIAT room with a wonderful view from the balcony. The whole hotel is one big collection of collector's items from cars, motorbikes, vespas, watches, musical instruments etc. etc. As a whole it looks amazing, there is no other hotel like it. And then the rooftop pool, it is an absolute gem with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains, swimming is a beautiful end to the day. The breakfasts were absolutely perfect with a great selection of everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was very unique with its own automobile museum. Room was clean and bed was very cosy. The shared balcony was definitely a plus. Breakfast was very tasty with a large variety of options. Lastly, the location was unbeatable - right by Kronplatz and very close to Abtei/Badia and Bruneck.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains. Stunning rooftop pool with 360 views that during the afternoon we had to ourselves. The bedrooms were quirky and interesting. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the evening meals were amazing priced at 27 euros for 4 delicious courses. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting this region.

We had a lovely stay at Al Plan Hotel, Breakfast was delicious, the view is spectacular and the hotel has a super relaxed atmosphere with very accommodating friendly hosts. I will be back again for sure. Me and my family loved it. Excellent location in a lovely town. Room was very comfortable and a good size.

The location was close to hiking in the Dolomites. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Dinner was delicious. The spa treatments were relaxing. The pool area was great for catching some afternoon sun. Our room was spacious with a king bed and a bath tub.

We loved our rooms with lovely views of the mountains, the indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and spa and the meals were excellent! The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and efficient and made the stay that much more enjoyable. The dessert bar one night was exceptional and we loved the bonus kids playroom downstairs!

The food was very good, I booked HB type of stay, and that included not only breakfast and dinner, but during the day, there were some additional meals, free of charge. The staff is super friendly and helpful, hotel facilities are pretty good and spa is great. Overall, I liked that hotel very much and would love to come again.

The buffet breakfast and dinner were with lots of choices: lical butter, vegetables, cold cuts etc . Also you still have choices main courses . All n all food was good. The bedroom is nice and spacious but a bit too trafitional.

Apartments are new and modern, close to the center of Bruneck but with amazing views on the mountains and countryside. Apartments have everything you need for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The sunrise apartment has a big terrace with jacuzzi and small sauna. The owners are nice and very helpful.

Great hotel in a nice town. there is a supermarket down the same building. Fantasy view of the vast field behind the building. Behavior beyond expectation from the owner; classy and gentle manner. He/she was so generous and helpful that he even gave us an connected room. We were greeted by a nicely written letter. The apartments are nice and clean and have a sauna, jacuzzi and bathtub. And the balcony has a place for grilling with all its requirements.

We had an absolutely amazing time at this apartment! It was exceptionally well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation effortless. The washing machine was a great convenience, especially for longer stays. The apartment was warm and cozy, with a wonderful bed that ensured restful nights. The bathroom was spotless and excellent, with a top-notch toilet and a well-designed layout. Near to all the beautiful places I wanted to visit and hike on the Dolomites. The Chalet was beautiful, with everything you need for some perfect nights, also with jacuzzi and sauna! It was amazing to spend my days hiking and then going back to relax in this place. I definitely recommend and hope to come back again :)

Photos don’t do the apartment justice—it was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. The location was perfect for accessing all the main hiking spots by car, as it was central to them all. The dog was such a lovely and gentle presence, comforting us every time we returned, especially since I was missing my own dog. We highly recommend staying here! There’s a little market at the village entrance, or Aldi and Interspa are just a 10-15 minute drive away. We ate at the pizzeria once and loved the peaceful 10-minute sunset walk through the fields to get there. The path was dimly lit for a safe walk back. If we return to the Dolomites, we’d happily book here again!

The appartment is newly renovated and very cozy and stylishly furnished. The wooden elements and the modern kitchen/bathroom do wonders. All was clean and the kitchen well equipped, so we could cook ourselves now and then and use a dishwasher to clean everything properly. We really enjoyed our stay in a quite neighbourhood with an idylic view. We will in any case come back and spend more days in this appartment.

Very big and stylish room. Close to Bruneck. Very clean apartment and the shower was amazing. Hot tub (on our first night) was fun and clean. They have a very friendly dog, he was nice to our dog.
