Had a fantastic 4 night stay here. We arrived on the 19th of June and left on 23rd of June. We were welcomed by the staff and they were very pleasant and told where our room was. I think it was 201 it was much larger than we expected very clean and had a nice small fridge, air con, corner bath with a shower above and my favourite IKEA high back chair and twin beds as requested. The room was cleaned every day beds made perfectly and clean towels daily. It was fun watching the cars outside our window(certainly can't drive like that in Wales) it was next to our pick up point for our GETYOURGUIDE trips to Therme and Dracula's castle. The best coffee below our hotel at Cozy Cafe and near Pizza Co. And Luca. If you've been here you will know it's a great place to be for that quick bite to eat with great food. It was easy to access the shops and eateries as you're on the road. Please ignore the negativity. This was the perfect base for our trips. Clean and comfortable. We didn't even spend more than ten mins watching the TV in the room as we enjoyed our trips and walks through the city. This city doesn't sleep. It's amazing. And shows us Brits how.far behind we are with customer service, and technology

The location was ideal--very central. The price was great. The manager, Flory, was very helpful. She worked with us and let us move into another room after our first one didn't meet our expectations. The new room was exactly what we wanted for a comfortable four night visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet.

From the welcoming at reception, to the massive size of the room(!), the location and the weather, everything was perfect. The lady in reception was very friendly and had a great sense of humour, the cleaners went above and beyond and kept the room tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the room was amazing, exactly like the pictures.

This was the perfect location for us. We overnighted in Bucharest before catching a morning train to Brasov. The train station was a quick 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The pub restaurant served delicious food for dinner, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Breakfast was a set menu, but both options were very good (omelette, a variety of cold cuts and cheeses, toast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was more of a suite, size wise, than the double we expected . We arrived late on a Tues PM in early Dec. Bar had a great atmosphere and while busy, accommodated us for food and drinks, even though it was almost closing time. Food was excellent, equally so, the friendly, welcoming staff. Their grasp of English was considerably better than mine of the Romanian. Breakfast within the booking was a conti/cooked combi with a choice of meat or V option. Fresh, tasty and delicious. Also, less than a 5.min walk from the train station,hugely convenient.

Everything! Clean, comfortable, convenient. The staff who were friendly and helpful were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the hotel three separate nights over ten days. They let us store our luggage free of charge when we were returning to the hotel two days later. They also called us a cab at 3:00 am for the airport. The receptionist was wide awake and as friendly at that time as if it were 3:00 pm. Plus so close to the train station! I’d definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Modern, spotlessly clean, good breakfast and very close to the Central station, a few mins walk. The room was huge, we had the family suite which had a separate living room, a balcony and the bathroom was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. We were very impressed with this hotel. It's not in the most attractive area of the city but is extremely handy for the main railway station, the Metro and assorted bus, trolleybus and tram routes and the interior is a complete contrast to the surroundings. It's in excellent condition and looks to have been recently renovated. Reception is open 24 hours. Everything was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a bit early and then store our luggage on the day we left. We had one of the suites which was absolutely amazing with a large lounge area and huge bathroom. I can highly recommend this hotel. Most of the road crossings between the station and hotel can be avoided by going through the Metro station, but watch out because one of the crossings in front of the hotel has the pedestrian lights hidden behind a sign so it looks as if it's an unsignalled crossing. We didn't try the breakfast.

We just had another wonderful stay at Vila A&B Bucharest, and I can confidently say it felt like coming home! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm welcomes, friendly smiles, and even hugs from the lovely staff. Their hospitality truly makes you feel cherished. Our room was spacious and high, equipped with everything a traveler could need, including a comfortable writing desk and ample storage. It was the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. We opted for the generous meal option, which was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. Since we stayed for 10 days, Cristina and Elena went above and beyond to keep things fresh by changing the menu daily and asking for our cravings—what a personal touch! The location is ideal: close to buses and the subway, yet tucked away in a tranquil oasis next to Parc Herastrau. It was the perfect balance of convenience and peace. We can’t wait to return to Vila A&B on our next visit to Bucharest. It truly feels like a home away from home! Highly recommended!

I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this beautifully designed villa, which seamlessly blends old and new architectural elements. The rooms are not only comfortable but also boast high ceilings, expansive windows, and charming verandas. The location is ideal, situated just a short 2-minute walk from Parc Herastrau, and it's equally convenient for those who prefer public transportation, with nearby access to both the metro and bus stations. The warmth and friendliness of the staff create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The added perk of kitchen access allows for easy self-catering, but I must especially highlight the option to order breakfast, even though it comes at an additional cost. I wholeheartedly recommend it, as the extensive breakfast menu offers a delightful array of choices, ensuring you can enjoy a different breakfast every morning. This morning boost is perfect for anyone with a busy schedule, providing the energy needed for a full day of activities. Without a doubt, I will be selecting this establishment again for my next visit.

It was our second time staying here. It’s a memorable place. Great value and comfort. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The perfect place to stay. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was tidy, clean and bed was really comfortable and large. We ate in the anais bar and restaurant, at the hotel, and the food was amazing. Very reasonable prices and impeccable service. All in all, our stay here was first class On a special note, we would like to praise George, head waiter. His service and manner was first class. Friendly and polite and definitely put the customer first. He was one of the main reasons we ate here every night. I would highly recommend a stay here

Wonderful hotel. Exceeded all my expectations. Spent 4 wonderful days in the hotel and enjoyed the rest. The hotel has wonderful and friendly staff, a chic spa center. The rooms are very cozy and have everything you need, even an ironing board with an iron. Breakfast - buffet also exceeded my expectations. I have never seen such delicious breakfasts in European hotels. In the evening we went to dinner at the hotel restaurant - also surprised, the portions are large and very tasty. The rooms are multifunctional and have enough space for luggage, as well as a desk with a view for added convenience if you are travelling for work. Extremely comfortable bed/mattress, high level of cleanliness, perfect temperature - warmth on some of the coldest days of winter. Delicious food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Spa area with quite appropriate size for this type of hotel. I recommend it!

Rooms are ok, after all, they’re only needed for sleeping in. Pillows weren’t the best but didn’t stop us sleeping and the room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and cleaned every day. The only boggle was that the cups weren’t washed on the first day but soon sorted the next day Breakfast was great with lots of choice and the evening meals were amazing. There were lots of Romanian dishes but enough choice for people who wanted something else. Some of the staff seemed a little grumpy but we learned from George in the restaurant that this is because they aren’t sure whether to engage with people or not. The hotel is mainly used for business meetings so this could have some bearing on that. My husband used the pool most days and said the staff there were very helpful The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport and is well situated for most of the tours and most will pick up from this hotel. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Spacious room with jacuzzi. Nice view over the city during the evenings. Iron bord available at our convenience. SPA is nice also. Breakfeast can be improved - more pastries/ scrambled eggs/ variety would be nice. The personnel working at reception was very polite and professional - a really good experience.

Pros: - the staff was very friendly, they offered us a free upgrade to the 2 bedrooms apartment ( even though we were just a couple ) and we did not have to pay 100 euro guarantee for the night. - it was very quiet, - comfortable beds - very nice pool, jacuzzi and saunas - the breakfast was very diversified and we liked everything that was included. - the restaurant is placed at the top of the building ( 11th floor ) and the view is quite nice. You can see the palace of the parliament too. - it was clean everywhere - no problems with the hot water - the price was quite decent for what it included

The apartment was spacious, and beds were comfortable. Lovely staff, check-in was easy. The apartment advertised oven as part of the facilities, but there was no oven in sight, I think this needs to be altered in the facilities description on booking.com. Could do with some bowls. We love the shutters in the bedrooms providing blackout sleeping environment. The breakfast had a good selection, and staff tried their best to keep up with demands. We would recommend going for breakfast earlier as it can get busy later in the morning, especially on the weekend; breakfast serving time was 07:00 - 10:00. The gym was fully equipped and large, although it can get busy at peak times but not an issue to train as there was enough space for everyone. The pool was great with a children's pool, large pool, and a jacuzzi. Children are allowed to stay until 20:00. The spa was lovely except encountering some inconsiderate guests who threw a mound of ice onto the sauna pit even though there were signs explicitly saying not to as it can cause damage. Loved the steam room, relaxation room, ice fountain etc. Do be aware that some people (men usually) decide to use the spa facilities naked. The slippers they provide you are very slippery when wet, so be careful using them, we would recommend bringing your own slippers with good grip. All in all, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and would highly recommend it!

We travelled with another couple. After being dropped at the apartments from the airport we thought what had we booked. The area is residential and not very pretty. On checking in and going to our room on the 9th floor …… wow! We had a huge comfortable double bed a dressing room and a lounge area with a couch and table and chairs. The bathroom had double sinks and a whirlpool corner bath with a shower overhead although there was no shower curtain so showering got the floor very wet. Our room also had a balcony which was a nice touch but we didn’t use it much. We paid to include the spa so used the pool a couple of times. Very clean and well kept. Make sure to include the extra cost to use this. I don’t like saunas so didn’t use them but again looked well kept ( be aware that clients are allowed to be naked in there) so don’t be shocked. The restaurant on the 11th floor was lovely for breakfast lunch and dinner and prices weren’t expensive unlike some hotel restaurants. A nice seating area outside too. There’s a shopping complex with a food court and a Carrefour market where you can grab almost anything a few minutes walk away. To sum up this place is a little gem in an area I wouldn’t normally have chosen but it did not disappoint. If you’re thinking of staying here I can highly recommend it.

Perfect little hotel on quiet side street. Even though I had single room, it felt very spacious and I had a nice view of sunset over the church. No noise at all and I felt very comfortable in the room and secure. The bathroom had nice touches like little bottles of shower gel and there was a good selection of channels on TV. Excellent price. There is also a velvety lounge with a coffee machine on ground floor. Would definitely stay again,

Second time staying and I love this little boutique next to a pretty church. This time I got upgraded to a very spacious room and I could check in early. So comfortable and the TV and WiFi are great, perfectly clean bathroom and feels like home. Very nice staff. I had asked for later check out and I was able to do this. The lobby and reception area are nice to sit in and because the hotel is small, it is quiet. I would always return to this place!

The place is great , you find supermarket , places to eat and you can get anywhere very easy . Unfortunately I couldn’t stay more then a day but definitely I would go back . Building where the apartment it is,is super safe as they have a security person 24/7 but is irrelevant as there is safe anyways . The apartment is on the 12th floor with a huge terrace / balcony and is so spacious. Is very clean and had the chance this morning to meet the the lady who is cleaning and she looks so lovely . Comfy huge bed , American style kitchen . I like it .

I had a wonderful stay in this modern and beautifully designed apartment. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal, especially if you're traveling with a car—there's convenient parking and it's just a 10-minute drive from the city center. Plus, there are plenty of little shops and cafes right in the same building, which made it easy to grab a quick bite or essentials. The neighborhood was quiet, making it great for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, a perfect place to stay, highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. Private parking. Easy contact and entrance. Clean, warm, and comfortable apartment. Fully furnished and equipped. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and fast food restaurants at the first level of complex. Close to Metro and Tram. But Ubet or Bolt are acceptable also.

Everything - nice place, spacious and clean apartment with one bedroom, close to metro, supermarket, cafes and restaurants, free swimming pool available at the nearby fitness center. The communication with the host was very fast and she was very helpful to all our questions. We stayed there for two weeks on business. The apartment is equipped with everything that is necessary for a long stay.

The location, close to the underground station. Also it’s a big property with a big balcony and it can fit up to 6 people. Our apartment was at a higher floor and the view was a nice one. The neighbourhood is nice and looks safe. It has a grocery store just in front of the building. A room had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the sofa as well.

Everything about this property is exceptional. The owner Lucian was super helpful and attend our every request in time. The property is located inside an old building so first we thought it may not be a good idea, but when we entered it was super clean and perfectly equipped. For the price we paid, couldn’t ask for more.

Staff absolutely lovely and really helped us out (and let me use their facilities to iron my shirt an hour before the wedding we were going to, mulţumesc!). Room very clean and nicely decorated, the jacuzzi/bath/shower was really cool and we loved using it. A/C unit was very quiet but kept the room at a lovely temperature.

Well located. There is no personnel located physically at the hotel, but they are very responsive to messages or calls. I had some issues with the first room offered, and they changed it to another one which was perfect. Very comfortable bed, very clean. Quiet neighbourhood to sleep undisturbed at night.

The room is spacious, especially the bathroom. It is really clean, even the corner of the room. The cleaning lady is nice and friendly, she helps me a lot, even though she cannot speak English. The location to the Parliament is excellent, only takes 10 minutes by walk.

The hotel was comfortable and breakfast a plentiful spread in a buffet style. The beds were comfortable. The shower nice. The reception staff were very helpful and non intrusive. So we were able to just relax and enjoy our stay. It was a good location for us because we were visiting Therme on one day and going into the Old Town in central Bucharest the second day. The hotel was roughly mid way between them. It was great value for money for our short break.

The hotel is located in the city's suburban area. It has a bus stop right in front of it. It has a dedicated parking space (this was the main reason we have chosen it). Breakfast is not extraordinary, but is good. Coffee at breakfast was surprisingly good, compared to the standard for a hotel breakfast coffee. Staff is friendly and speaks fluent English. The hotel has been refurbished recently, you could feel the smell on new things when you enter it.

I had the pleasure of staying at Phoenicia Comfort Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The location was convenient, offering reasonable access to popular attractions and local dining options, although it is situated a bit far from the city center. The staff were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was modern, spotless, and featured all the conveniences I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was plush and inviting, making it easy to relax after a long day. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a blend of comfort and excellent service. It was truly a nice stay!

The staff was amazing. Super attentive and kind. The hotel has air-conditioning which was much needed as July was super hot. Bed is super comfy. Very tasty breakfast and parking in front of the hotel. About 15 minutes drive from Therme and 10 minutes walk from the metro station. 20 minutes drive from the airport.

Comfortable tourist hotel close to the airport and the outer motorway ring. The receptionist was very helpful and helped with any questions we asked. There was adequate parking. The room was fine. Comfortable bed and clean. It is 20-30 minutes from center by car or metro but if arriving in Bucharest by car is easy to find with lots of shopping nearby. Well priced. Good breakfast.

Booked this hotel for a girl's weekend in Bucharest to visit Therme Spa. The location was brilliant, easy walking distance to the old town for dinner & cocktails, the facilities & rooms were spotless, great breakfast & comfy beds. The thing that really stood out though was the excellent reception staff. Upon arrival at the airport for my return flight I realised I'd left my purse in the room safe. This was the Louis Vuitton wallet I'd been given as an 18th birthday present more than 20 years before. Not only did it have my cards & ID in but my father's ID card & photo, who has sadly passed away. I thought there was no way I'd ever see it again! I called the hotel & the reception staff were so helpful. Housekeeping were unable to collect the purse as I'd left the safe locked so the reception staff went to retrieve it with the master key. They recommended a courier service & I am now re-united with my beloved purse. Not only helpful but incredibly honest staff! I wouldn't hesitate to book again & highly recommend Hotel Peakture!

This is my sixth stay here and as always, it's comfortable, clean, quiet, the room is spacious enough, and the staff is unfailingly professional and friendly. The location is perfect for my needs, and big pluses are the 24/7 reception staff (thank you for your hard work) and the check-out at 12:00. Special thank you to the cheerful breakfast lady who makes a strong double espresso just how I like it. I have already booked my next stay with them.😊

A wonderful balcony well worth the extra cost. Lovely view of roof of old building across the road. Very friendly and helpful night porter when I arrived after midnight. He helped me again the following night, when I needed ice for a foot injury. He should get a salary raise. Buffet breakfast had a great selection of cold food and some hot food, and very good with great coffee. I was able to finish my breakfast and croissant out on my balcony!

This was my seventh stay in this hotel in the past four years. The measure of a good hotel and of an enjoyable travel experience isn't in the fluffy towels and immaculate linens, the comfy bed, the sizeable and clean room and nice amenities. Any hotel worth their salt provides these, and Peakture definitely does, as they do a 24/7 reception and noon check-out. But for me, it's in the small things: the cheerful breakfast lady who brews just the right espresso for you and remembers your preferences without prompt. It's in the professional, polite and friendly staff who recognise you and greet you warmly on your return. It's in taking into account your room preferences. It's in the platter of delicious, freshly cut fruit waiting for me in my room when I arrived. If you're a seasoned traveller who enjoys their comfort and appreciates good service, like me, then you know that boutique hotels can be little gems. Good central location, a few minutes from a Metro station. Ten minutes walk to the old town. Very comfortable and clean room. The breakfast was exceptional - very good quality food and lots of healthy options and choices. The breakfast staff were also great - welcoming, smiling and helpful.

Nice rooms, TV quite new and big and lot of channels ( which is not so frequent in every even good hotel), friendly staff, there is available tennis courts but additional charge. Very nice swimming pool ( long one) and nice jacuzzi.

Outstanding service! Very quiet and clean. The spa for 15 e is worth. Warm swimming pool jacuzzi and sauna as well as an equipped gym . I didn't have the breakfast but the restaurant looked beautiful and clean, quiet and I saw happy faces . Big room and beautiful bathroom! Excellent stay at RIN Airport Hotel — ideal for transit, friendly service, very clean I recently stayed at RIN Airport Hotel and was very impressed. It’s a great choice if you’re flying in or out of Bucharest (Otopeni). Between the friendly staff, reliable airport shuttle, clean rooms, and good facilities, it delivers more than what you might expect for the price. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

The location is just great! Very nice bulevard, area. Easy to reach using public transportation, from the airport, the railway station, the city center. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and cocktail bars to choose from. The accommodation is clean, the personal very friendly and hospitable.

Everything was just like in the offer. We used self-checking which was very easy. The studio was clean, spacious and just like at the pictures. The area is very nice, it was quiet and peaceful. There is a bus and a trolleybus stop nearby, with which you can easily reach the city center or the train station.

Very central location, close to everything (including two supermarkets), with easy access to public transport, 5 minutes from underground station Roman Square. A nice, quiet, clean and well maintained studio, with a large comfortable bed, central heating, AC and WiFi. The separate kitchen is well equipped with everything needed even for a long stay. Washing machine in the basement. Housekeeping twice a week. Kind and helpful manager. Good communication (whatsapp).

We had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect in the apartment, very warm and cozy, new and elegant, very comfy beds. Ultra central location but quiet, a big supermarket 2 min walk from the flat. We really enjoyed our stay! The balcony is great as well, enjoying our coffes there in the mornings and teas in the evenings!! Thank you!

Excellent location right in the centre of the city, 3min walk to Metro, within walking distance from restaurants convenince stores even supermarket. Very comfortable and clean, you have all facilities that you'd need (and more) in bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. Strong wifi as well.

The apartment was spacious in a very convenient location close to the metro and the bus station. Furthermore, there is a supermarket nearby, therefore, there wasn't a problem that there was no breakfast. Very easy self check-in. The staff was very helpful as we checked in early and we were able to store our luggage when we checked out. Clearly a value for money option.

The location is very central, yet quiet (side street with reduced traffic). The apartment we’ve got as a (temporary) free upgrade was nice, clean and spacious.

The host was very attentive,ready to help us with all we need,place was warm and cozy,clean big bathroom,you have all you need to cook if you want,it was delightful!

For us the location could not have been better as it was a 5 minute walk to the Stadium where we were working. It was also a 2 minute walk to a well stocked supermarket and restaurant. 3 minutes away a hypermarket & more local amenities. Transport to the center of town was also easy.

Good value taking into account the location, the size of the apartment, the possibility to park the car, and a secure building. The owner was very helpful and ready to answer any questions.

The apartment is in a nice building at a great location, everything you need is within a 5-minut walking radius. Most importantly everything was very clean.

I asked the host an earlier check in that was accepted that helped me alot with my schedule because I had a heavy luggage. As well the price is very good as I stayed in a different place from a different host one night before and I payed more then here and the cleanliness was just horrible cant be compared with this apartment that was spotless. The view also amazing, spacious apartment, felt very confortable.

Spacious, quiet, clean apartments with everything you can possibly need inside. Working AC (a must in July), friendly staff quick to help, a 24 hour grocery store like 20 meters from the entrance.

Clean, modern and spacious room which includes a washing machine. Very easy check-in and out process and the property responded quickly to any queries. We were able to request a late check-in at no further cost. The location is good with lots of supermarkets and cafes on the same street. There are some nice restaurants a couple of minutes across the road from the apartment such as Mexican and Cuban. The property is a short walk to the end of the street to catch the bus or tram line into zone 1 of Bucharest. The public transport ran regularly and one way only cost me 50p which you can just pay with your bank card. The property is in a residenitial area so there are both paid parking spaces and free spaces down some of the side streets. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartment was as it was so cheap for Bucharest. I would highly recommend this property and if I am back in Bucharest, I will be staying here again.

Clean, well-equipped and relatively big suite in a central location. Check-in was easy thanks to the clear instructions that were sent prior to my arrival. Walkable neighbourhood close to grocery shops and restaurants.

It was a big and clean room, with equipped kitchen (even though I didn't have the time to use it), comfortable, with lots of restaurants and grocery shops around. You can park on the one-way street.

A great place that fully lived up to its star rating and our expectations. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large bathroom and windows facing the quiet inner courtyard. The location is convenient — within walking distance of the city center. The hotel offers secure parking inside (paid) and very near free parking just outside. Breakfast was served as a buffet with a wide variety of dishes. There’s also an on-site bar for a relaxing evening.

Central location - next to the Parliament and Izvor Park. Large, bright and clean room, comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Parking available. This is my second time staying there and I will visit it again.

Came in for a late check in, Anca the front office agent , was very helpful, fast and very professional. She explained the schedule for the bars the breakfast, even asked me if i wanted a “to go bag” or i dont know how to call it for my breakfast due to the fact that i just said i might miss it. Great job Anca if it wasn’t for you I would have went to the next hotel few meters away.

The pension is located close to the airport which is perfect if you want to avoid all the morning traffic in Bucharest. The room was clean and nice and the staff was very kind and friendly.

The place is clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly, the wi-fi was good and and if you are with a car there are parking spaces with is very nice.

The owner is very helpful and accommodating and cooked a delicious home made breakfast

Great Service, very friendly and helpful owner. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

The staff were very attentive and so nice to us. They even gave us cake as it was his mother's birthday. We were upgraded when we got there because they said it would be a quieter part of the building. My girls were very happy to see You Tube in the room after a long day of travelling. We were flying early the following morning so only had a short drive to the airport. I would highly recommend Pension La Noblesse.
