From the beginning to the end of our 12 day stay at the Regal Pacific, we received amazing service from the staff. We arrived early from a cruise, and the front desk quickly accommodated us by giving us a room upgrade! The buffet breakfast each morning was fresh with a lot of variety to choose from each morning. The pool was a nice for cooling off in the afternoon, but not large enough for a proper swim (we walked so much, we didn't need extra exercise). The dining room staff were wonderful and we looked forward to practicing our Spanish each morning during breakfast. The concierge was also willing and helpful for a number of questions from booking taxis to finding a nail spa. The room was spacious after being on a cruise ship and everything worked well (air conditioning, water pressure). They have a system where you flip a switch to indicate that you would like your room made up which was convenient and prevented the early morning knock on the door from housekeeping that occurs in many hotels. The location is very central to many of the sightseeing areas, Puerto Madero is only a five minute walk away and full of restaurants and if you prefer high end shopping the Galleria Pacifica mall is two blocks away. The mall has an extensive food court which was helpful when we didn't feel like going to a restaurant. Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Regal Pacific and look forward to visiting again.

Clean, quiet spacious rooms. Would be nice to have had a coffee maker in the room. Amazing shower!! Very friendly staff. Food in the restaurant was excellent. Close to the riverfront. The hotel must have been fabulous in its heyday but is in need of a facelift now.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Regal Pacific. Check-in was easy and Reception Staff friendly. Room was large, clean and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was exceptional. Great choice and everything fresh and hot. Great little pool and very central to the city sights and transport system.

A smaller hotel but big on service and friendliness. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom shower was exceptional. Bar staff were friendly and welcoming.

Hotel was in a good location (although immediate road it’s on felt a little unsafe) and staff very attentive. Shared areas downstairs really clean and modern and great door staff too. Breakfast was really good and buffet style. Rooms were dated but our bed was sooo comfortable (premier inn standard for us Brits!) Room was serviced well every day and shower was full on so an extra bonus!

I was pleasantly surprised by the Holiday Inn Buenos Aires Airport. The hotel has a modern and updated feel, with a stylish lobby and a lovely pool area. The on-site Italian restaurant was a great bonus—delicious food and convenient for a quick meal. The location is ideal for travelers, being so close to the airport and offering a free shuttle service. These features made it very convenient for my stay. The downside, however, was the noise. The rooms aren’t well insulated, and I could hear a lot of noise late into the night, which wasn’t ideal when preparing for an early flight. Despite the noise issue, I’d consider staying here again for the convenience, modern amenities, and overall value. It’s a solid option for a quick airport stay.

Hotel is just a short shuttle drive from Buenos Aires airport. Check-in was very quick and I was allowed to check in way before 3pm. Very clean, quiet with very courteous and English speaking clerks. Hotel also has a bar and two restaurants so no need to look elsewhere if you’re looking g for something quick and easy. A perfect overnight stay…

Very nice hotel with great Italian restaurant attached. The room was clean and comfortable and the checkout was 2pm which was nice since our flight didn't leave until 10pm. A little pricey but worth the convenience. The shuttle was fine from the hotel to the airport. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Don’t be fooled by the Holiday Inn name, this airport hotel is better than most Hiltons and Marriotts. Located a short (free shuttle) ride from the EZE International Airport, the hotel has comfortable, spacious rooms, a terrific bar/restaurant and outstanding staff. Service levels are very high and I recommend the hotel to anyone seeking a place close to the EZE airport.

We were on the way elsewhere and could only stay one night. It was a perfect place for our needs, and the room was unbelievable: the huge balcony with furniture and a large jacuzzi helped us unwind after a long day of travel. This is a very funky hotel in a unique and beautiful old home; nice artistic touches throughout. The room itself was small, but not if you include the balcony which was larger than the room. If the other rooms are half as wonderful as 22, you are in for a treat.

This is a small 11 bedroom boutique hotel in Palermo Hollywood. It is run by its owner and very helpful staff. The accommodation was bright and comfortable and done in good taste. Our room (a junior suite room 41) had a separate open air jacuzzi. Breakfast (8-10.30am) had a good selection on offer each day from continental to cooked and always well presented. The hotel arranged a taxi from the Cruise line and to the airport for us. Check which currency the taxi accepts before climbing aboard (Pesos and/or dollars). Much less expensive option than DIY. The hotel recommended a visit to a tango show and dinner. The show organisers arranged for collection by mini bus from a number of different hotels. We were early in the pick up. The show was very good. Payment takes place at the show. Pay in cash as credit cards attract a 20% premium. A city tour had the same multi hotel pick up arrangement which can result in 1 hour plus collection before the tour itself commences. I would consider a taxi to and from the "Eva Peron" cemetery to link with the official hop on/hop off Tour bus were I to do it again. The hotel recommended a selection of good enjoyable restaurants nearby Shopping best done in Palermo about 400+m away. I found the SYGIC app an excellent source of info for maps, points to see, tours etc. It covers all major cities.

We feel very lucky to have found this place since it made our stay in the city much more enjoyable. Upon arrival you could see the attention to detail in the small courtyard leading to the reception. Leo and Federico (aka my best friend for all his wonderful tips) run the hotel efficiently and take great care that all your needs are met at all times. Service is impeccable, from luggage storage upon arrival and departure, area maps with guides and their own expert recommendations (which all turned out to be excellent, by the way), a/c, free in-room wifi with very decent signal and speed, in-room safe, airport transfers and free breakfast with amazing medias lunas con manteca (croissants with butter), pan aux chocolat, juice, coffe, tea, eggs, fruit, yogurt and more. The room we stayed at on the first floor was a little small but very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was larger and very well stocked with toiletries. The temperature control in the shower is a little funky since after about 30 seconds of the hot water running it suddenly gets hotter. However we got used to this very quickly. Palermo is perhaps the trendiest part of BsAs with bars, cafes and restaurants on every corner so you won't have to go far to find something to do. Before going out, however, always talk to the staff about your plans. They will help you better plan your visits and most likely recommend some other things to make your trips more enjoyable.

Tremendous boutique hotel in a quaint neighborhood. The owner and staff provide a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The rooftop deck and hot tub are great with good views. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in close proximity and easily walkable. If you are looking for a quiet, authentic experience this is the place. Great boutique hotel for a very fair price.

Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires In historic stylish Recoleta neighborhood and very welcoming starting at the hotel entry with smiling valet Gianluca, we enjoyed interacting with front desk excellent concierge staff Bianca, Sasha, Alejandro, all very friendly and accommodating. The ground floor has a nice lounge area, full bar, a chef restaurant, and a breakfast buffet with an array of facturas, pastries, alfajores, cereals, meats, eggs, hot dishes, a plethora of barista drinks, juices and fruits, vegetarian, vegan, or a la carte. Marcelo and all wait staff are friendly and professional. The historic building is fully refurbished and renovated with modern fixtures and amenities. There is a beautiful ballroom with original detail moldings, wood doors and paneling on the walls, and a skylight. The pool area is nice on the 11th floor. We stayed 1/4/25 to 1/7/25 in two rooms, one for us and one for our kids. The double bed rooms are fully appointed, spacious and comfortable, with balconies facing the park with beautiful city vistas, or with balconies facing the back which are quieter rooms. We look forward to staying here again hopefully in the very near future!

This is a very comfortable small boutique hotel with an intimate and friendly feel to it. The staff are plentiful, extremely professional and helpful. The standard rooms are on the small side with not much of a view but pleasantly presented and well equipped. The airconditioning is noisy but effective. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of freshly cooked options as well as the buffet. The restaurant is also good with plenty of choice, mostly Italian. The bar is excellent and the bar staff know their cocktails and are eager to please. There is a small pool and bar on the 11th floor which is worth a visit at this time of the year.

I'll start with the only MAJOR BAD: the outdoor pool - very poorly designed. The deck is boiling hot on your feet. Nor can you rest your arms on the deck while sitting in the pool - you'll burn your arms! The lounge chairs only get sun until 9:30am and then only shade. It's a restful space but unusable. What a shame! THE GOOD: We stayed for a week in Rm 503. Very spacious. Separate shower room and toilet/bathtub room which means two people could easily get ready in the morning. The balcony overlooked a beautiful plaza and was comfortable and private. Comfortable furniture and bed with sofa and chair too. Plenty of closets and drawers. The desk was large with many outlets. The WiFi did not work but when we called the desk, their IT person brought us our own personal router within an hour. Breakfast buffet was good although they like their eggs to run. We had to ask for bien hecho (well-done) every time. Dinner had some wonderful tastes although we only ate there 3 nights out of 8. We felt welcome and cared for. Thank you Palladio.

I had a wonderful stay at Palladio Hotel, very happy to have discovered this place in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, very central and close to everything, and there is a lovely small park just opposite the hotel, perfect for a relaxing walk. The rooms are very spacious, well-furnished and very comfortable ( with good sound insulation as well, important for a stay in a big busy city). As a bonus, there is a huge balcony too to enjoy the views of the city. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay easy and enjoyable, everyone is very professional, courteous and responsive to every request. I would not look for any other place to stay in Buenos Aires from now on.

We stayed at the Palladio at the end of our vacation, and we were delighted with the hotel. The rooms were spacious, attractive and very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. They helped us with a range of things, including booking meals and airport transfers. The lobby was a stylish and fun place to hang out, and the lobby bar was terrific. Their breakfast was exceptional, and we also enjoyed a terrific dinner at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is centrally located and was an easy jumping off point for many parts of the city.

We loved every moment in this Hotel. The staff is mega friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best we ever had. The quality of the food is amazing. Everything is soooooooo delicious. Breakfast was literally the main event in the morning. Fresh juice, fresh fruits, berries and vegetables, fresh pastries, cookies, eggs in every firm possible, bacon and sausage and a variety of bread... everything you can think of was there and was fresh! The Rooms are clean and very spacious. We felt very comfortable. We stayed also for lunch and ordered their typical "merienda" and we were again surprised. It was extremely delicious, generous and we were waited on super kind and attentive. The main reason we chose this hotel in the first place, was the pool, and we were not disappointed. The pool is nicely heated and we enjoyed a relaxing swim at the end of every day. There are fresh fruits and lemon water offered in the pool area. The only negative point is the carpets in the rooms. They are old and worn out. It would be nice to have at least some rooms without carpets

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and efficient in handling everything from welcoming us, to showing us the facilities and the check-out The breakfast had a huge variety of fruits, yogurts, croissants, filled-croissants and many other tasty things. They also provide (free of charge) additional dishes on request. The location is quite convenient for us, not wanting to stay right in downtown Buenos Aires, nor in the usual touristic areas. Rooms were quite standard for their price, nothing impressive, yet clean, tidy, comfortable and effective. Finally, they have a restaurant which serves food from 11am until 11pm and were flexible enough to prepare something for us when we arrived quite late on our first night. Food was a bit pricey, but on the higher end, so it was reasonable anyway.

The staff is very concerned that your stay with them is as comfortable as possible; the hotel is very clean, the location is perfect; the breakfast is delicious with plenty of variety but what makes this hotel luxurious for me and my family is the super friendly staff; at the reception we met Cinthia, she is very kind and professional; thank you very much.

The reception is super friendly and helpful, the cleanliness is superb, the restaurant is impecable (breakfast tops!), the location is super strategic. Particular compliment to receptionist Emanuel. The Hotel has a great location, near restaurants, bars and covenience stores. The room was clean and looked exactly like the photos. We had a minor issue with the shower and was fixed immediately. The service was excellent, all employees are very friendly.

My stay at Esplendor Wyndham was brief but packed with activity, and the hotel’s central location was perfect for exploring. It is just a few blocks from the Casa Rosada, across from the city’s widest avenue, and about a 15-minute walk to Palacio Barolo, ideal for sightseeing on foot. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were professional and very helpful, even assisting me with a currency exchange so I could pick up local souvenirs. The neighborhood felt safe, with easy access to cafés and shops nearby. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, eggs, pastries, and fresh orange juice, a great start to the day. Whether for a short visit or a longer stay, I would highly recommend Esplendor Wyndham for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service in the heart of Buenos Aires.

Welcome and Hotel Staff: We had a warm welcome to the hotel and even though our room was not ready, they still facilitated an earlier check in – much appreciated as we had been flying all night. The entire staff at the front desk are friendly, accommodative and do everything to make sure their guest have a great experience. This really makes this hotel stand out. Room and Facilities: The hotel is in a good location and you can walk to Playa Major in less than 10 minutes. It is on a side street, so the traffic noise was limited. The room was modern, clean and well appointed. Breakfast – A slight deduction here, as eggs made to order were not part of the included breakfast buffet, but rather a cold mixture in the serving dish. The coffee not what one usually receives in US or European hotels. There was a good choice, especially for fresh fruit. Additional Comments: We used the front desk to make dinner reservations, taxi and even currency exchange. All nice services to have. They even helped my wife with some clothes alterations, using the hotel’s tailor. Highly impressive. Summary and Recommendation: I booked this hotel based on the excellent Tripadvisor recommendations, and the location. It met my expectations and had good overall value and excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the impressive city of Buenos Aires.

The hotel was amazing, room was spacious, same as the photos, made our last day in Argentina relaxing and comfortable. Even we reached late in the night Ignacio welcomed us with friendliness and provided us all the information we needed for a good stay. A plus for us, was that he was speaking a very good english which is rare in other hotels we stayed during our 2 weeks in the country. Breakfast was delicious, many options were available. Facilities are new, well maintained. Location is in the heart of the city, which made it faceable to walk to the main attractions. Close by restaurants and bars. We totally recomand it!

This hotel is in a great neighborhood in Buenos Aires, close to Plaza de San Martin, with plenty of shops nearby and a generally safe feel. The room I stayed in was spacious, well-appointed, and very clean, although the decor was a bit bland. It had all the essentials—a comfortable bed, a fridge, and a good-sized bathroom with excellent lighting. The breakfast buffet was very good, with many different options and friendly, efficient service. There is also a nice gym with city views. While it is small, it is well-equipped, but unfortunately, it only opens at 7 am. For those of us who are jet-lagged and want to work out early, this was a bit of a letdown. One other minor issue was the coffee capsules. There is a coffee maker in the room with a few capsules, but I was charged for them at checkout. They were not expensive, and I would have paid for them anyway, but it would be nice if it were made clear that they are not complimentary. Overall, this is a very good choice for a business trip in Buenos Aires. I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is clean and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The staff to include the servers in the bar area, the bellman, and the front desk provided exceptional service. I have tasted many Empanadas and I have to say the ones offered in the bar area ( Wagyu Beef, Mushroom, and Salmon) were the best I had in Buenas Aires. It was a nice surprise that most of the staff were fluent in English which was extremely helpful. I can’t say enough about how kind and courteous the staff were and always willing to help. It made my trip so pleasant. The manager Carlos also was exceptional and helped me with any requests I had and provided me with a list of names of Awesome Malbec wines to try. You will not be disappointed if you stay here and I recommend it.

Great hotel. Spotless room. We had a bath with jets and a shower. Massive bed. BBC channel on TV. Umbrellas available from reception and we needed them. Breakfast buffet was excellent although oddly you had to pay extra for an omelette or poached egg. Scrambled was free. They put a hold of about £75 on our credit card for incidentals which we didn’t use. Still there now 24 hours after check out. Bottled water was another tiny niggle. Chargeable after the initial 2 bottles. The tap water was perfectly ok to drink. Andres was a charming waiter at breakfast who kept my coffee flowing. The pool on the 17th floor had good views of the city. Quite small but lovely and warm. I would most certainly stay here again

I loved the location, the hotel was beautiful and modern, and the room was very nice with a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to take advantage of the bathtub, but the shower was great and had strong water pressure. I really liked the pool and the hot tub on the rooftop, which offered an amazing view of the entire city, and the water temperature was perfect. I honestly loved everything about this room and hotel.

Perfect hotel, with lots of amenities (double jacuzzi, coffee machine at room, shower with lateral jets...), extremely helpful staff, excellent location. Rooms were spacious, clean and with an amazing decoration which made them feel more comfortable. Best cost benefit in BA.

We stayed heard for 6 hours and had to leave at 2 am. Last minute stay due to flight delay of 16 hrs. The room was comfortable and nice. It had a jacuzzi that we didn’t use. Good location. Restaurants nearby. Worth the price one would pay, around $US 80. I would definitely stay again

Everything functioned, sauna, jacuzzi, and shower, fridge, all good. The comforter bed sheet had a small stain but overall the room was well cleaned. A little noisy at night but there was some sound proofing for the room. Front desk staff were available 24/7 and were very friendly.

We found the desk clerks to be quite knowledgeable about what was open and when during the holidays. They cheerfully answered all of our questions and gave us very helpful recommendations. Our room was well laid out . There was a sofa along with a table and chairs. The room also had a wine fridge, nespresso machine and kettle. We had a bit of trouble working the tv but that was probably user malfunction. The one complaint about the room is that the shower is rather small. There is a pool area on the roof. The pool is not deep enough to do more that walk around but there are jacuzzi jets around the sides. When have you ever heard of a hotel breakfast lasting until 3:30 pm? Well, it does at the Fierro. You can choose to eat inside or outside in the lush tropical garden. Once you have sat down the cheerful servers bring you yoghurt. Honestly, it is the best yoghurt we have ever had. We are trying to figure out how to replicate it at home. Then comes the fresh croissants and breads along with jams and of course dulce de leche. Delicious. Fresh squeezed orange juice is perfection. Eggs and pancakes are made to order. It is the perfect start to the day. There is a reason the Fierro is the number 1 hotel in Buenos Aires, they are, quite simply, the best. This is THE place to stay in Buenos Aires.

What an amazing stay at the Fierro! The staff are welcoming, friendly and go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable. From using WhatsApp to answer rapidly all my pre-trip questions to supporting me during my stay in the Palermo Hollywood district of Buenos Aries, an amazing place to stay! I asked for early check-in as I arrived at the hotel at 20:30 am after a 1-hr Uber from the airport (rush hour traffic sucks). I exchanged $100 US at the airport that I used for tipping as most restaurants and tours don’t allow you to add tips when you pay your bill or after an activity. The hotel has a hot tub pool and full bathroom on the seventh floor where guests can shower and freshen up while waiting for their rooms to be ready. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The rain shower fixture and warm water in the bathroom are rejuvenating. The bed was very comfortable. TV had many channels but only a few in English (news, sports). The room includes plug adapters compatible to US and other electrical devices. Internet service is excellent throughout the rooms and hotel. The UCO restaurant serves breakfast from 7:30 am to 3 pm! It is included in the price of the room. Dinner menu, food and service are excellent and the wine list is pretty extensive. Happy hour 5-8 pm everyday! Easy to get an Uber; walking to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are within 30 minutes (flat terrain). A superlative hotel that I will make my choice whenever I stay in Buenos Aries.

We had a truly wonderful experience at Fierro Hotel in Buenos Aires. The staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was handled with care and professionalism, and their good vibes were felt in every detail. Our room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was perfect for resting after long days of exploring, and the shower had great pressure and consistent hot water. The hotel is located on a quiet street, but still very central — close to great restaurants, cafés, and public transport. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared every morning. The prices were fair, and the personalized attention we received was far beyond what you’d expect. If you’re looking for a place with heart, comfort, and authenticity in Buenos Aires — Fierro is the one. We’d absolutely stay here again!

What an amazing property! Large comfortable and stylish rooms and an amazing breakfast to go with the over the top friendly, helpful and accommodating staff! Location was great for walking around Palermo with lots of bars and restaurants and shops close by. Everyone from the front desk, breakfast servers and bar staff were such a pleasure. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing and I recommend anyone going to BA stay there. The staff was the real differentiator - friendly, attentive, helpful! They have modern, clean and large rooms that are super close to great restaurants, bars and shopping, but it’s quiet and peaceful.

We enjoyed our spacious and clean room with a wonderful view over the very large and vibrant 9 de Julio Avenida. The staff was warm and friendly. It was a great location for walking around and is very close to many restaurants. The upstairs terrace has a small pool and an expansive view. The bathrooms are modern and bright and the beds are large and very comfortable. The workout room has treadmills, bikes, and weights,

I chose this hotel as it is in the central region and within 800m of the obelisk. Good for tour pickups and drop offs . Rooms: Rooms are soundproof so it is facing the widest street in the world but the sound proofing is great so you get peace and quiet . No disturbances whatsoever . But also perhaps my floor only had another room occupied . Beds are comfy and the lighting is confusing and so is the bed controls. Toilet: Not great and average . The water is hot but the water hose is busted . Wanted to bubble bath but the moment the water was turned on , rusty brown water came out . Big turn off - for all 3 nights , same dirty water came out - so list a star here . Laundry and breakfast - Super expensive for basic breakfast - you can get to eat dinner at a steak restaurant with the same price - really ! On top of that it is basic- if you want omelette, pay more etc… likewise for laundry - ridiculously priced . More expensive than brand named 5 star hotels . At least managed to get laundry done at a much better price outside . Location- Centro - so quiet a night but nightwatch does a great job keeping out people from the hotel . BA gas homeless issues but they keep away from the hotel entrance , so you feel safe .

We chose to stay at Eurobuilding Hotel Boutique Buenos Aires because of the option to store our luggage for a few days (we were traveling for a cruise but had time to visit Iguazu Falls beforehand, so we were able to leave our "cruise luggage" behind and stayed there post-cruise as well for a total of 3 separate reservations). The folks at the front desk were all friendly (great restaurant suggestions) and welcoming, especially when we returned for the 2nd and 3rd reservations. The rooms and bathrooms are quite large (2 of our rooms actually had a glass wall with a shade between the bathroom and bedroom), and we appreciated the small fridge to keep our drinks cold. Breakfast includes a couple of hot scrambled egg items, cut-up fruit, bread for toasting, and lots of delicious pastries; don't forget to relax at the rooftop terrace! If you want to see a soccer match (highly recommended!), the folks there can connect you with a local tour group who has season tickets (different price levels) to the local clubs' matches, so the price includes hotel pick-up, escort into and out of the stadium, and hotel return. The hotel is in a central and well-lit location for walking to/from the major sites; the automatic glass doors can only be opened from the inside to give us the additional security factor.

I stayed at Meliá Recoleta Plaza and their breakfast quickly became one of my favourite parts of the day. The buffet is delicious and very complete, with plenty of hot and cold options, fresh breads and pastries, cheeses, fruit and more than enough variety to keep things interesting over several mornings. Everything felt fresh and well presented, not like a generic hotel buffet. The atmosphere is also a plus: the breakfast room in the winter garden is cozy and elegant, and on some mornings there was live piano music, which made the start of the day feel special. What really stood out, however, was the service — especially Estefani’s. She was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always greeting everyone with a smile, remembering my coffee and how I like my eggs, and checking in discreetly to see if I needed anything else. Even when the room was busy, she stayed calm, efficient and genuinely kind. Thanks to the quality of the breakfast and Estefani’s excellent service, my mornings at the hotel were a real pleasure. Highly recommended.

The room was a great size, quite large, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom terrific. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel was also great, walking distance to many places & parks etc. The hotel has many restaurants and cafes very close by and the ones we went to offered great food. Every morning there was a very good pianist playing while having breakfast. This was very enjoyable and not something we expected. The breakfast was very good with a chef who cooked you eggs any way you ordered each day. Also the breakfast time was from 7am to 11am which was very convenient. The coffee machine in the room was very convenient and made nice coffee.

Stayed here twice in the last week - one night on arrival in BA and then again for 3 after a trip to Iguazu Falls. On both stays the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful (we don’t speak Spanish). They even stored our 2 large suitcases when we went to Iguazu - thank you team Meliá Recoleta Plaza. The rooms were a bit dated in style (personal taste) that said the bed was very comfortable, the room very clean and all the essentials were there. Breakfast buffet was superb with a large range of options, mainly cold cuts, pastries, breads, fruits etc and plentiful juice and coffee. We had an issue with aircon one night and advised front desk at breakfast and it was fixed when we got back to the room. This is a boutique hotel in a very nice part of BA - walkable to a number of attractions and easy access to the hop on hop off bus and very reasonably priced (booked directly with Meliá via their app).

Six rooms, Six couples….Two Stays. We stayed at Meliá Recoleta twice during our trip to Argentina. We are very picky and can usually find something that we would change or improve on….but not here! Everything was perfect, starting with the neighborhood, followed by the helpful Concierge months before arrival. The rooms have comfortable beds, great towels, lots of hot water and were CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN 😀 All of the employees were gracious, lots of smiles and the included breakfast was delicious. We would all (12 votes!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Meliá Recoleta!

A spacious room with a seating area. Big comfortable bed with nice bedding. Window looking out onto a leafy street. Lovely quiet and safe area. Positive interactions with all staff. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. A lovely, small, quality boutique hotel in a very nice area - easy walking distance to good cafes, restaurants, shopping and sights.

Room condition is cozy and good. The jacuzzi is working well and powerful. Very good view from the jacuzzi. Recommended to use at night. Romantic and suitable for family and couple use.

I had a wonderful experience at Up Congreso Hotel during my recent trip to Buenos Aires. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Congress Palace and a short walk to iconic spots like Palacio Barolo and Café Tortoni. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed—comfortable bed, Smart TV, and reliable WiFi. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with local recommendations and quick check-in. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch, and the jacuzzi in my premium room was perfect for unwinding. Great value for money and a prime spot for exploring the city. I’d definitely return!

Good location to explore a less tourist side of the city. We were within 20 mins of some really interesting shopping and eating. Clean and modern property with firm beds and foam pillows. Showers had good water pressure and hot water. Good shampoo/ conditioner and body wash in the shower. The windows opened partially to allow for fresh air. This was a good value for a mid tier hotel. The breakfast was enough to get the day started but expect the standard Argentine hotel breakfast of pastries, sometimes cold cuts and coffee/tea/juice.

Room was specious and very clean.Had a small balcony but very cosy.The location is perfect, walking distance to Obelisk, San Telmo market and main shopping street and restaurants. Staff was very helpful with everything, directions, money exchange, help with the phone.Thanks all

The pool area is perfect for relaxation, and the breakfast area is simple but we loved it , with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals, making dining a pleasure. We found the restaurant/breakfast staff super nice , they all go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant meal. Highly recommended for both business and leisure if you need a central hotel with a reasonable price .

Good location within the city, lots of places a short walk away. The food in the restaurant is top notch, wide range of breakfast items hot or cold. The room was nice, cleaned every day, and fully functional. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would stay here again

We found the hotel to be clean and the staff to be courteous. Even though the street in front of the hotel was closed to traffic our driver had no difficuty in finding the entrance. The room was quiet and we did not hear any noise from the contruction in the street. Breakfast was was good with a variety of choices. We had dinner in the dining room and the food was of top quality. All over goode experience at this hotel.

100% perfect. Huge king bed. Wonderful bathroom. Beautiful patio with jacuzzi in our room, which was Amazing. (Need to make sure to book that room if you want it). Friendly, helpful staff when needed. Breakfast included. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Reception service exceptional, very helpful staff who booked special evenings out for us e.g. gala tango, as well as tourism advice. Huge bed. Everything else good (decoration, ambience, location near bars/restaurants) or satisfactory (bathroom, pool, food, WiFi). Could do with more breakfast options e.g sliced melon, more hot food selection. There was no jacuzzi or bar available. But did enjoy and would recommend.

Amazing location on a quiet street in Palermo. I stayed one night in the Delixe Suite. It was spacious, cleqn and nicely decorated. Unfortunately it was raining so I wan't able to fully utilize the terrace and jacuzzi. However the area looked nice and private (it overlooks the street but there are big trees right outside) and with good seating arrangements. The staff was super helpful and friendly and were very patient with me trying my best to speak Soanish. Although they were perfectly fluent in English as well. The breakfast area, as well as the hotel i n general, was cleanly decorated in bright colours. It felt very contemporary. The breakfast itself was on the smaller side, but there were still enough options for me and it was all delicious. Two comments about the room which would have made it a six star review: - I would have liked there to be a hand held shower head as well in addition to the rain shower - Would have been nice with some basic cutlery, such as a knife and some plates/bowls for those of us who likes to bring something from the outside to snack on Other than that, I'm positively delighted and would definitely return again.

Very clean modern boutique hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately while we were there the pool area was put out of commission. Bring your own soap bar. The soap they give you in the bathroom is about the size of a pat of butter. When you first arrive in your room you are normally thirsty. So they have a small bottle of Evian water there for you to purchase for 380 pesos. Big rip off. They have a small mini bar that we never used for the same reason. You are also instructed that you cannot put any personal items in the mini bar. What?? The bathtub is small it’s a bath. Shower combo. And the bathtub itself smooth, rounded interior corners and very slippery so You must be very careful entering and leaving the tub. We found the location to be very good. Although I think Palermos Soho has more restaurants and bars. We would stay here again but would recommend to management to offer complementary bottled water to their guests and cough up an extra few pesos for a decent size bar of soap for the shower. They did provide us a free bottle of wine while we were there because we could not use the pool area at all for the entire week. Which was nice. The biggest plus is the staff. Extremely helpful extremely friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff throughout hotel. Intimate, peaceful, tasteful decor, clean, simply furnished room, super large bathtub, effective, quiet heating system. Staff immediately responsive to needing beds separated. Restaurant light-filled, wait staff ready to accommodate needs. Breakfast generous and well curated with wide selection of food. Good location because quiet street but close to many restaurants and historic sights. We stayed one night before going to El Calafate then returned for an additional night before departing Argentina. In our room was a tray of sweets, a bottle of juice and a handwritten note welcoming us back.

Breakfast was copious and in a lovely atrium. My bed was very comfortable, though it only had a sheet on. The temperatures were still cool enough in early April to merit a blanket. (There was one in the closet.). The staff were very helpful and friendly and were seemingly happy to speak with me and my intermediate Spanish. The hotel is well located, and is on a quiet street. I walked back there from an evening out, and there were enough people still out and about to make me feel pretty safe.

Excellent service all around. Location ideal. Close to everything. Breakfast the best! Service in all areas, professional and perfect. The only problem was the tiny shower, not big enough for one person. Worth the price! I strongly recommend it

The buffet breakfast was amazing, so much choice, fresh juice, fresh fruit, and they make toasted sandwich and eggs on request. Nice view from the rooftop pool area. It's a smallish shallow but heated pool, so nice for sitting and cooling off. Room was an attic standard which is in their Be Too building across the road, directly opposite the main hotel, but I didn't know this before I arrived, though not a problem. Staff were nice enough but not overly chatty. I was offered an upgraded room as I was staying more than a week, which was a nice gesture. Room was comfortable and nice shower. It's in an area surrounded by bars, restaurants and discos. Not far from other attractions and city centre. Uber and cabify are very cheap just 3-4euros for. 10-20minute trip. They have two computers you can use free when you want. There's an ice box machine on the top floor and a water dispenser.

This is a well maintained, comfortable property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a pleasant way to start the day. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and comfortable seating area. The neighborhood is safe and walkable to many shops and restaurants. Train (Subte) stations are not too far and very convenient. Of three places we stayed in Buenos Aires, this was our favorite.

I stayed here for 5 days and it was an amazing stay. Delfina is the best!!!! I had so many challenges on this trip and she helped me through them all with a smile. The entire staff is wonderful. So cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. At first arrival, they put me in a room in their building across the street. It was a very dark building. The lights in the hallway are on a sensor so you when you get into the hallway it takes some time for them to turn on. I told Delfina I didn’t feel safe in that building and she switched me immediately! The rooms in the main building are so cute. The cleanliness is impeccable. The staff at breakfast were amazing as well. They were so helpful and constantly replenishing and cleaning. My key to get into the building did not always work. I had to get a new key issued every day which was a little annoying. The area is perfect! So many walkable places but not nearly as loud as Palermo SoHo. I would stay here again and again. It’s a wonderful hotel.

Great spot on a quiet side street. Close to lots of restaurants. Funky neighbourhood and while it seems a bit rough upon arrival--I realized the whole area is simply great. A short walk to Palermo Soho too--which is very vibrant with bars/ markets... The owners are so nice and friendly. They helped me with some of day trip arrangements. A simple but very nice breakfast--fresh fruit, classy bakery good, and an omlette bar. The coffee wasn't great--but loads of places are nearby.

It's an old but well maintained hotel. Rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. Basic amenities. Wi-fi works good. They have a safe in the room for valuables. No free bottled water is provided. Breakfast is decent. It is in a safe area of Palermo and a few blocks away from Plaza Serrano. It is accessible by any means of transportation. There are two Hop-On-Hop-Off Tourist bus station that are near, one is in Arcos Shopping Outlet and the other one is a block from Plaza Serrano along El Salvador St. The Hotel security is strict. You have to use your room card key to be able to enter. Some of the front desk staff are able to speak English. The roof top has a small swimming pool and a portion where you can see a good view of part of Palermo, however, you have to request from the front desk if you want to go up there in the evening as they usually close it after 9 pm. All in all, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay in this hotel and will go back there again.

Stayed 5 nights. Location is very good as it’s close to the river and walking distance to Florida street, Buquebus boat terminal and Nature Reserve. Hotel is not in Puerto Madero but close to it. Walking to Recoleta and San Telmo is about a couple of miles (30-60 minutes). Hotel has 14 floors and a partial view of the river (which may get smaller as a new building is being built that will obstruct the river view even more). Room is small but adequate. Beds are comfortable. Bathroom has tub showers with adequate water pressure. Breakfast was good (has cut up fruits and occasional whole fruits, pastries, bread, cereal with almond milk, churros, scrambled eggs; on a few days, it has cooked vegetables which was nice, and on some days it had chicken nuggets?!?!). Gym on the 14th floor was very small (lacks weights and machines) but good view of the river. Staff seem helpful and most can speak English. Overall, it’s a good hotel with a nice location close to the river. Beware, they do charge a tax fee when redeeming points for free nights, unlike the Marriott.

Very nice breakfast included, and the staff of the hotel are very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Gabriella for her assist in getting us in a room with a quieter air conditioner, although it still made noise it was less than the others, really need an update on the fan motors, put out good air but very noisy. Good location, lots of stores and restaurants including a very nice mall in walking distance. Also I am sorry to say I did not get his name but the regular security person in the lobby during the day was also exceptional!!! Always smiling, friendly and helpful. Great place to stay in BA!

Excellent location - walkable to many parks, sights, Ferry Terminal, Puerto Madero restaurants etc. Good breakfast- nice variety of fresh tasty food and drinks. Good WiFi. No English TV channels is my only negative.

A real great place to stay in downtown Buenos Aries. My husband and I stayed for 9 night. He was working for half of it while I was touring on my own. When we checked in we were given the wrong room as we booked a city view, but was quickly fixed. The room was very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great, lots of variety for everyone. I could walk to most of the areas I wanted within 30 min. My husband had a 5 min walk to work as we were very close to the downtown.

The location is wonderful for exploring Puerto Madero. Service was excellent at the reception, housekeeping, breakfast, and meeting break times. Rooms are nice and clean, and having the option of a firm pillow was wonderful! This gym was small but updated and had a beautiful view out the windows. This is a simple hotel - no big hangout area or restaurants, but perfect for someone on the go. It also worked well for a small meeting group. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice basic hotel with friendly staff. Good location close to the botanical garden. Good heat/AC. Nice little roof top sauna / jacuzzi. Decent breakfast too. Would certainly stay again since it’s a good value for the money that they charge.

Everything about this modest hotel was awesome! Very friendly staff, excellent bed and resting condition, a wonderful breakfast and had the chance to enjoy a very nice jacuzzi and dry sauna. I will most definitely make this my regular destination.

Location is a great asset of this hotel. There are stores, restaurant, laundry place is just steps away. The biggest asset is its staff. They are very welcoming, helpful. The owner of this property is lucky to have such a wonderful team. The breakfast is served until 10.30 which is fantastic if you do not like to wake up early.

The hotel is in a central location, a few blocks from the obelisk and within walking distance of quite a few Subte stations for ease of access to other locations in Buenos Aires. Rooms are quite spacious, perhaps they could be filled a bit more. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi in the hotel too. When I had an issue in my room, the staff immediately helped me move to another room.

Awesome location and value. We had a lovely top floor room with a nice balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful with our requests. Breakfast buffet was the best we encountered on our trip. A small table and chairs for the balcony would make it even better.

Amazing location right in the city center, perfect for sightseeing, walking around. Decent sauna and swimming pool (unless it's completely occupied by kids). The rooms are very spacious (even feeling a bit empty). Very comfy beds.

Room was big with a desk, huge bed, nice bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. The hotel has a small spa and mini gym + organize massage - best massage I ever had in a hotel, really recommend it. Very friendly and helpful staff, great location

Really well located on a safe quiet street in Recoleta. Lots of shopping and dining and museums were very close by. The hotel room was clean and comfortable for our party of 4. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub and the water pressure was very good. The breakfast was good with several hot options and many cold options. The hot tub was really hot the first time we went to use it but was a more comfortable temperature the following day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful rooms, nice spa with sauna, exercise and hot tub. Gifted massage therapists! I have never had better. Very well trained and truly wonderful. Joaquin at the front desk was friendly, professional and helpful in every way arranging transportation and breakfast to go and recommending amazing restaurants and activities. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was convenient and old town charming. Really perfect in every way!!!
