Really happy with big 65 inch TVs with YouTube and Netflix inside the rooms Nice warm indoor pool with hot tub jacuzzi on side. Our room suite was spacious and immaculately clean. King bed was wonderfully comfortable with fresh linens making it even more comfy. Deluxe bathroom. We asked for a room with a view and were given one on 8th floor with lovely panoramic views over the airport. We asked for a microwave in our room and were quickly provided with one. Breakfast next morning was very enjoyable with a wide range of foods and beverages offered. We also enjoyed the hot chocolate offered upon first arrival coming in from the freezing cold. Hotel main lobby looked welcoming with a festive Christmas tree. We liked the decor throughout the hotel and the cleanliness in all areas. Staff we met were all very helpful and friendly. Management clearly cares about providing tip-top quality service to customers, making it a very pleasant stay.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was short and sweet. My flight got cancelled and WestJet booked me in this hotel. The free shuttle was a phone call away and picked me up within 20 min at gate 4 arrivals lot# 16. Check in was smooth. I asked for a quiet room on the top floor away from noise but the attendant was not able to accommodate my request. He gave me room 9007 beside a room with a constant loud barking dog! Yes,this hotel is pet friendly. I immediately returned downstairs and asked to change and this time he was able to accommodate me and give me a gorgeous room on floor 10 in 1007. Although I was told there were no microwaves in the rooms, this room had one as well as a fridge and coffee maker. My bed was super comfortable and the bedsheets and pillows smelled very clean. The room was not impeccably clean but for an overnight stay it was ok. I did not get to use the 24h gym as I was too tired. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby 24/7. They had my favourite Earl Grey tea! Breakfast was exceptional as they offered a variety of healthy options such as plain oatmeal, boiled eggs, whole wheat bagels, bananas and apples. I was impressed with this hotel. The only down part is the location. No stores or anything around but I would still highly recommend.

If you want to be near the Calgary airport this is the hotel to stay in. I stayed there twice on a recent trip to Banff and both visits exceeded my expectations. First of all the staff is just the nicest! From the people at reception to the shuttle drivers, breakfast room and room service staff-- everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was really large and clean and so comfortable. The one time we ordered dinner from room service the food was surprisingly good. And finally, they have a complementary shuttle and we never waited more than a few minutes for it. When you arrive late or have to leave early (we did both!) this is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Loved the welcoming cookies and always available tea coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Accessible room worked well and within 2 minutes of calling the front desk they had a shower chair available for me ! Friendly staff. Bed was firm, good quality towels and bedding. The free breakfast buffet was good with lots of options: fresh fruit,muffins,banana bread ,toast,bagels,cereal,boiled eggs and egg white bites,potatoe wedges and the best part…cooking your own waffle! Whipping cream and berries would be a nice add on BTW. So close to the airport yet absolutely quiet. Gymn had a good choice of options: bikes, rowing machines free weights.

The room area is super spacious. And everything is new and clean. My husband and I love the bathroom especially. The tub is huge and comes with jacuzzi. Staff is superb and helpful. Basement parking is excellent too.

Everything! From the minute we got there we were greeted with friendly staff who were all willing to go above and beyond for every single guest in the hotel. Room was exceptional! Super clean and a great size :) Pancini restaurant was AMAZING!!! The breakfast options that came with the room…DELICIOUS! I loved that it wasn’t a buffet and the bread bar was a hit with the whole group. Staff here - All fabulous, we did have 1 dinner here and received incredible service from every single person, every time…our drinks were always full, we were never left without everything we needed and the smiles made our stay happy & enjoyable. Underground parking - brilliant Kids eat free - totally a catch as it made the restaurant #1 on my gotta try while we’re here list. Refillable shampoos, lotions etc - SOOOOO smart!! Love it, no more samples for everyone to take home…but such a great cost effective idea! Hmmm Oh I almost forgot! Discount on zoo tickets…such a great idea! Most people are coming to do that anyway (imo) and it saved me time/money.

When I entered the hotel it was bright and clean. Agent was knowledgeable and friendly. The room was very clean and fresh smelling when I entered. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful and asking if I needed anything. The waterslide was fast and fun. I enjoyed the bread bar with my lasagna in the Pacini restaurant. I stayed on a cold snowy night and was thankful for the heated underground parking. This has been our best stay in a very long time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with it all.

Easy and friendly check-in, bed and pillows are super comfy, the restaurant and bar serves delicious food and lobby is spacious. Special praise to Maryna Kucukay (restaurant team) for her outstanding service and professionalism for our 2 night visit. We thought she was the manager.

The Sandman rooms need an update. The tile was falling off the jacuzzi tub and the shower cleanliness was lacking - soap scum inside the corner of the tiled shower as well as rust around the shower door. The rug in the living room area has stain marks which needs cleaning as well as dirt on the doors and handles.

This place is in a great location with a super well-lit parking lot. The lobby is a spacious and inviting area with a cozy spot to watch TV. The staff at the front counter were really friendly and professional, and everything looked neat and tidy. My wife was thrilled to learn that they have laundry facilities on-site, with coin-operated machines. The swimming pool may be a bit small, but it’s still fun and the hot tub works great. They were happy to accommodate our request for two rooms side by side, and it was no problem at all. Rooms being on the second floor it was great the know they had elevators to make taking things up easier. The rooms were very clean, with plenty of storage space for our belongings and all the necessary amenities. The furniture looked brand new and in good condition, and the bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. The shower and tub were spotless from top to bottom, and the towels were super clean too.

My wife and I stayed here on a referral from the VCA Animal Care Hospital. Our dog was having surgery and this hotel offered a compassionate rate and was close to the clinic. We were VERY happy with our stay! We were in room 106 (pet friendly) on the main floor. It had a king size bed in a separate room with a pocket door, a TV, closet and dresser, then a kitchen area with sink, dishes, microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle. There was also a separate living area with a small couch, 2 chairs, coffee tables, and a TV. The room was steps away from an ice machine, the pool and fitness centre, coin laundry, and a side entrance which was convenient to take our dog in and out. Everything was very clean! All hotel staff were friendly and professional. We ordered room service from Moxies one night and it was delicious and served fresh. We were so comfortable here for 3 nights. Walmart is across the parking lot so great to get some groceries and snacks. IKEA is across another road so easy to walk over for small items. We would definitely stay here again! It was our dog’s first time in a hotel and she settled in great.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel and were very pleased with both the service from staff and quality of our nice king suite with a kitchen and bedroom. We needed an early check in and later departure and were accommodated for both. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. When we had a small issue with the toilet running, it was fixed quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed the on-site restaurants, all three of them! Our dog was welcomed as part of our family, too. I would recommend this conveniently located hotel for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, room was clean and bed was very comfortable and quiet. Central to where we needed to be. Inside of the hotel was clean, and pretty nice.

We have been staying at this hotel every few months for the past 6 years. Our son literally learned how to swim in this pool! Our daughters first time ever in a pool was here at the little splash area they have. This place is perfect for families!! All ages can enjoy the pool, there's three hot tubs on site and a pretty good work out area that is always kept clean. Mo is always here, checking guests in with a big smile. We come for my sons birthday every year and he always sneaks him special chocolate. The kids are always excited to see him, and we are always greeted well! The front desk staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with, no matter what you need. They have helped us with airport shuttles, last minute bookings, etc. The rooms are exactly what you'd expect for a hotel of this age and price range. We've stayed in every one haha, the king suite with the jetted tub is fantastic! They have pool side rooms with little eating areas that are perfect for families that hang out at the pool a lot, like us. The beds are comfortable, the showers functional. The restaurant is actually pretty good, and the fact that room service will deliver your draft beer is super convenient for when the kids fall asleep. The hotels location is excellent and easily accessible, close to everything you need. Right across from the flight museum, which is super cool BTW. Down the street from monster golf. Surrounded by restaurants. You'll definitely enjoy staying here!

After our arrival in Calgary, by air, the hotel was located fairly near the airport, just a short drive after we picked up our rental car. Upon arrival, the gentleman that we dealt with was very friendly and helpful, I think his name was Mo, and as per my request via Booking.com we were allocated a lovely room on the 6th floor, with a fabulous view of the Calgary skyline and the Rocky Mountains in the distance. The room was spotlessly clean, and the two queen beds that me and my wife used were exceptionally comfortable. 😊 Ensuring that after a long journey from the UK we have had three great night's sleep 😴 The hotel itself is very well equipped, with a lovely restaurant and bar that during our 3 night's stay served us two absolutely delicious meals at a reasonable price. If ever I come back to Calgary, I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again! Thanks guys for a lovely stay. 😊

Hotel was clean and friendly. Pool heater was down for a few days, but was back up and running the day before we left. Some the the gym equipment was missing attachments so that kind of sucked. Breakfast buffet was basic but good, and coffee was always hot and delicious. If going to attractions (calaway park/zoo etc) check woth the front desk for reduced admisson tickets. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Fridges are quite small and freeze up easily so dont plan of storing groceries for long periods of time. You could wind up with frozen apples like we did! All in all a great stay.

This was one of the best hotels that ibe ever stayed in. The customer service was phenomenal over the 3 nights we stayed. The on-site restraunt and bar had excellent breakfast and dinner options, which tasted amazing. The pool was clean and well monitered. We travelled as a family of 6 and the room was spacious enough that we didnt feel cramped or on top of each other. Overall, this hotel has become our hotel of choice going forward qhen staying in Calgary.

We were able to get a very late and last-minute booking at the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very much appreciated, as we had to spend time in the hotel room waiting for our next-day flight out. Thank you! We have stayed here many times, as it is convenient to the airport, with a free shuttle running every 30 minutes. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a good selection, starts early, and includes take-away cups for coffee. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

Stayed here on our way to and from Mexico. Parked our car for $60 for the week which is so convenient. Staff is extra friendly and helpful. Beds comfy and quiet everything is clean and well looked after. Breakfast was not fabulous which I gave a lower rating. Eggs and sausage were over salted but toast, pancakes and yogurt were fine. Coffee tasted like the paper cups you had to use. Wooden cutlery sucks. But this is a fantastic, and affordable little gem by the airport and I highly recommend it.

It was a late arrival after travelling to the airport from Jasper, but staff were friendly and helpful from the start. I'd emailed the hotel in advance to ask about how best to get there from the airport which was my drop-off point, and the information sent through was clear. The shuttle arrived soon after I called the hotel, and a few minutes later was at the hotel. Front of house team were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast options included were great - suited me for a quick grab and go before getting back to the airport to fly home. Room and bed was clean and comfortable, and although I didn't use it the pool and gym area looked good to. Would stay again if needing a Calgary hotel airport.

There’s a top notch, friendly crew working here - from the front desk to the bar to the kitchen! They’re the reason I’d come back and stay here again. Not to give the hotel itself short shrift - my room was clean, the service at the bar and restaurant exceptional and the food was good. Location was good - only a couple blocks from the downtown area (shopping and restaurants). There are homeless in Calgary and in the 5 days I was there, I never had an ounce of trouble with any of them. There’s a tram that runs beside the hotel - grab a room on the other side and you’ll never hear it. Park across the street - much cheaper. All in all, a great hotel with an even greater staff! Job well done!

I liked it's proximity to the telus center. I loved that there was a more cost effective parkade right beside the building that they work with. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, front desk staff were so friendly, organized, professional, I loved the little snack bar of various chips and chocolate bars. I loved the security of needing the room key to operate the elevator and the external doors I loved the attachment to tim Hortons incase you miss breakfast

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, the room is very clean, and has microwave and small fridge. Close to Superstore, Shoppers, and other supermarkets, as well as the bus station—very convenient. Bar/restaurant at lobby is very nice and convenient.

First time staying at this Holiday Inn Express and couldn't be happier with my stay. I stayed from Aug 29th to 30th, and the staff I interacted with provided exemplary customer service. I got the upgraded king suite being a platinum IHG member, which they recognize when you check in. The room was very spacious, well stocked, very comfortable, and relatively quiet, even with a busy road just outside the back. The pool was clean, well kept, and fun. I used the slide several times because it was pretty fun to use. The gym was small, but was clean and had the basics to keep your body moving while traveling. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty. It's a small breakfast room, but the food was great. Overall, great stay at this location and I would stay here again in the future, given how positive my stay was.

This hotel was good for the airport. It was clean and felt safe. There was a breakfast buffet bar and a fridge and coffee machine / microwave in the room, along with a spotlessly clean bathroom. There was no evening restaurant, but the staff were happy for me to order food to the hotel. There is a free shuttle between the airport and this hotel, which I didn't realise on the way, so had a taxi to the hotel from airport. Booking the shuttle from the hotel is very easy and the shuttle runs even if you are the only person booked on it. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional and I would stay here again. Can't comment on the parking as didn't drive here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality and value of this hotel. The rooms are clean and the bedding super comfortable, the pool, and especially the water slide, were super fun for our family, and the hot breakfast buffet in the morning was plentiful and delicious. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were accommodating and kind. The shuttle was unavailable when we arrived at the airport, so the staff advised us to take a taxi and obtain a voucher for the driver on arrival at the hotel, which was very convenient! The scheduled airport shuttle on check out was prompt and efficient. This is a perfect hotel if you need a short stay close to the airport in Calgary!

We had our pet with us and were happy our room was on the main floor close to a side door exit. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the Hottub was not in working order. The breakfast was fine…sausages were a bit too salty… We chose this hotel as we used the Calgary Train and it was very close walking distance

The room is clean,but not until my daughter got rashes all over the expose skin and they did their part and gave us a free 1night stay to observe my daughter's situation and change the beddings right away, and so far the rashes a bit gone, and the pool is great the kids love and enjoying the pool, just a little sadness that the Jacuzzi is under reno... and the front desk are so kind both shifts. The free breakfast is okay but hoping for more food choices to eat (veggies/salad). But, overall is great and this our second time here and i will always chose to stay here again and again. Good for Family...and soooo Friendly. Thank you so much everyone!!!!

Spacious room. Comfortable king bed with separate sitting area. Walk in shower. Hot breakfast. Clean. Located in a large shopping area, next to a Walmart and lots of restaurants. Far enough from the highway to be quiet. Pool looked amazing.

The staff at the hotel were helpful & friendly & the check-in/out process was quick & easy. The hot breakfast was great. The hotel room was clean & comfortable, however a couple of things stood out as strange. There was only one pod each of regular coffee, decaf & tea in the room, but all three of us staying in the room wanted regular coffee in the morning. We didn’t think to check how many coffee pods were available until we were getting up in the morning & since we had to leave before 6:30 am, we didn’t have time to call down to the front desk for more. It would’ve been nice if there had been a more pods available in the room as we each would’ve had at least two cups since the servings are so tiny. We asked for more when we returned to the hotel for the second night though & we’re readily provided with more for the following morning. The other thing that was strange was that there were no ice buckets available in the room & when we asked someone if we could have one, she said they didn’t have ice buckets, only the plastic bags. We put the plastic bag of ice in the freezer so it wouldn’t melt over night & make a mess, but it was odd that they didn’t provide the buckets… I’ve never seen that in a hotel before. Overall, our stay was very pleasant & we would absolutely stay there again.

We were welcomed upon arrival and Ellen was wonderful to deal with. She was friendly and helpful in getting settled into our stay. All of the staff was friendly. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite as the room wasn’t ready which was great!

The room was spacious & clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good; shampoo, conditioner & soap provided, but no body lotion. I have plenty at home, but assumed the hotel would provide this as most do. Continental breakfast was great; lots of choices, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, waffles, cereal, coffee/tea, apple & orange juice.

The front desk staff were professional and welcoming. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Nicely renovated. The only issue encountered was a terribly noisy bathroom fan, but it wasn’t enough to request another room for the night. Had we been planning for a longer stay I probably would have requested a move. The complimentary breakfast was a good start to the day. Highly recommend it as a reasonably priced accommodation close to many sports facilities and UofC in northwest Calgary.

There was plenty of parking. The hotel looks as if it is located in a safe area. Staff on reception ere so lovely and helpful, I have completely forgotten her name, but thank you. Our dog was welcomed. The room was lovely, with a microwave, fridge and large flat screen tv. The bed was so comfy and we had a road-side facing window and the room was still very quiet. The breakfast was nice, the fresh waffles were a bonus.

We got upgraded to a King Suite. The room was obviously newly renovated, and the bathroom was beautiful, with a full rain shower and bench in the shower. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. Best part was, we had to stay here overnight, on our way back to BC, and the hotel is directly on Hwy 1 West. Leave the parking lot, turn right, and the next stop is Banff!

Fantastic Stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport. The rooms were incredibly spacious, perfect for our family, providing us with all the comfort we needed after a long day of travel. The kids especially enjoyed the decent-sized pool, which gave them a fun way to unwind. The location was also very convenient for getting to downtown Calgary, making it easy for us to explore the city while still being close to the airport. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was very quiet, allowing us to relax and rest well. The hot buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Special thanks to Karen in the buffet area, who was so accommodating and made sure everything was running smoothly. Her warm and friendly service truly stood out. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job of keeping our room spotless throughout our stay, which added to the comfort and overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, a quiet atmosphere, and top-notch service near Calgary Airport!

We spent 4 nights at this location awaiting a tour. Everyone who was working here, we came in contact with, was friendly, happy, diligent and caring! (Unusual in a large complex area, perhaps the difference of Canadians Vs USA cities?) My focus is Breakfast. We travel a lot for “ disabled older adults “. Hilton hotels always are our locations we choose. So, we have experienced ”free Breakfast “ around the USA over our years! It’s gotten so bad… we just bring / buy yogurt and skip the “free”! But!!! This hotel has a great fresh “free”. Breakfast you don’t want to skip! There are (3) hard working, focused women , working there!!! (Karen, Virginia, Mira) Why different? 1. Fresh choices turkey sausage, or pork sausage or bacon, and pulled pork! Replenished until close of kitchen!!! ( you know the empty look of the usual Available choices )at 30 minutes before breakfast is shut down)Fruit ( apples, oranges, bananas) available even at 9:30…. (Usually it’s 1 green apple there… in fresh fruit choices) tables clean, butter! Half and Half!!!! Not in pkgs!!! Real food! Choices of juice, coffee is actually very good! ( usually we dump chocolate pkgs in to kill the taste) Great place to stay near the airport in Calgary. Please, hand the breakfast people a tip!!!! They desThis Hotel administration should feel proud about how well they are treating the guests here!

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites Calgary Airport and had a great experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, relatively well-equipped, and perfect for both short and extended stays. The staff really stood out; everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of hot and cold options, and the free airport shuttle made travel super convenient. Special shout out to Karen, you’re very good at your job! While the location is great for easy airport access, it’s worth noting that there aren’t any restaurants or shops within walking distance. However, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, and the front desk offers a selection of drinks, snacks, and essentials for purchase. My only real suggestion would be to allow the windows to open for some fresh air, but otherwise, everything was great. Thanks a lot Homewood by Hilton.

Great for what we needed: 1 night close to the airport before we flew home very early the next day. Very friendly and helpful staff (Thank you Madison!), extremely spacious & clean suite with comfortable bed & linens, great heat and A/C unit with a constant fan for white noise so we could not hear the airport. With our very early flight we had to skip the free hot breakfast but they provided us “grab and go” bags for breakfast that were just fine as the suite had everything we needed to heat things up and make coffee/tea in the morning. There’s also a decent restaurant at the Hampton Inn next door; it’s literally connected via a hallway so you don’t even have to walk outside. Reasonably price too. Highly recommended and we’d stay here again.

Enjoyed a quick 1-night stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary Airport last week so thought I'd share a quick update. Room #901 is a north facing 1 Bedroom King bed suite with TV's in both the living room & bedroom, a large kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, dining table with 2 chairs plus cups, plates & utensils. A nice welcome bag with 2 water bottles & the manager's business card greeted this Silver member. The living room has a full size sofa & armchair. The bedroom has a comfy King, vanity outside the bathroom, and a tub/shower combo with that has to be one of the shallowest tubs I've seen in my travels. I would've preferred a shower stall with nicer shower head but for a short stay it was more than adequate. Water pressure in the shower was fine although the water temperature was cooler than I liked despite leaving the water to run for a minute or two. Not much of a view room the higher floor room but there's not much in this area just north of YYC beyond light industrial. Enjoyed the full buffet breakfast (sorry no photos) but ran out of time for a dip in the indoor pool. Parking was in ground level stalls which were almost full when I arrived later on a Fri. night. As I drove from Edmonton, I didn't use the airport shuttle. Overall, the free parking & hot breakfast plus excellent value of this Homewood Suites is what attracted me and it more than delivered so would return again.

Restaurant on site was good. Has a bar and vlts. Friendly staff. Got the jacuzzi suite and was impressed with the size and quality. However the kitchenette was void of everything required. Glasses. Mugs for tea and coffee. Plates. Bowls. Cutlery. Everything .Empty. my only complaint but a major fail. Everything else was perfect. Would recommend and will stay again.

The staff here are amazing. I was having problems rearranging flights and also worrying about the situation during the Air Canada strike. The staff, on a moments notice, were able to arrange for me to have free shuttles to and from the airport. I went a number of times to talk with the Air Canada workers at the airport. The staff and the shuttle drivers were amazingly accommodating. This was my major standout feature of this trip, the helpfulness of the staff. Along with that, the room was extremely quiet. I really try to focus on having a quiet hotel room and this one did not disappoint at all. I slept extremely well. In fact one of the reasons I chose this hotel is because I saw that customers staying in hotels in the city complained about noise issues so I decided to stay slightly outside the city. Having said that, it was quite cheap and quick to get Uber rides into the city centre in order to go on a Banff Park tour and on a walking tour. The food in the lounge and in the restaurant at breakfast are also quite good, with some nice options. The staff there are friendly and lovely.

I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle driver. He was so kind and helpful. The girl at the front desk had a little trouble finding my reservation but once located was very efficient. My room was spotless and fresh smelling. The bed was very comfortable the bathroom was also very clean. In the morning I was driven back to the airport by an extremely helpful driver. All in all my expectations were more than met at this location.

All in all the motel met my expectations. The front lobby area is currently under construction, little unsightly but overall was a pleasant experience. The jacuzzi room was very nice . I would stay at the facility again, and do recommend others to stay there .

Staff, were all very helpful and very kind as well. Check-in was done quickly and professionally. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition. my room also had a jacuzzi tub, so being that it was a weekend and fairly busy, the second night of my stay, I decided to use it instead of going down stairs to the hot tub.

Check-in was quick and easy, which was a great start. We were given spacious rooms—definitely appreciated! The beds were a bit too soft for my taste, but comfy enough for a one-night stay. The toiletries and shower products were surprisingly nice, a step up from the usual hotel basics. The location was convenient—really close to a mall. We drove back and forth, but it’s totally walkable if you’re up for it. Oh, and my nieces absolutely loved the pool—major win there!

This hotel was perfect for our stay over Christmas. We were very close to the family and friends that we were celebrating with. The hotel was clean and the services were all available. Our grandchildren totally enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The breakfast was decent and got you going early morning.There was an attention to cleanliness, even though the hotel was under a bit of renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

This hotel has become one of my favorites when I'm in the Calgary area. It's even easier to get around the entire city now that the ring road is fully completed, and this hotel is located only a few blocks from the ring road access. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was endless. There were 4 shower towels in the room, which is a rarity in hotels these days. The bed was a perfect firmness for me, and I slept like a stone. The staff are welcoming and efficient. When I checked out early in the morning, Kevin made it quick and easy for me. This is one of my favorite places for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Denis the manager was so helpful and accommodating. He made sure check in was smooth. Also when we checked out he was helpful with next time we book.The staff at the restaurant got to know us and made the dining experience enjoyable. The gym was clean and had all the equipment one needed. The pool was spotless.

I had a really good experience at the hotel. At first, I booked a room for a day earlier than my actual trip by mistake and Denis at the counter was so helpful and cancelled this booking with no penalties so I can rebook for the next day. And I did. Hotel has a convenient indoor entrance to Dennys Restaurant to have breakfast there. I recommend this hotel. All clean and in a secured area.

This hotel was perfect for our day trip to Calaway park. It was clean and quiet with friendly staff. Lots of fast food options in walking distance of the hotel, and a Denny’s right downstairs. Our kids also had fun in the pool, although it’s pretty basic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

My hotel room had all the necessary amenities and was super comfortable and clean. The room had a slight musty odor upon entry (likely the carpet) but was clean, and cleaned daily. Note that they provide bar soap (no shower gel), and small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and even body lotion. I like that many hotels these day have moved to using refillable dispensers to cut down on having to provide multiple small bottles and the waste generated thereafter. Ramada should consider this sustainability practice. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The hotel breakfast options were standard. The area includes many eateries for breakfast alternatives, along with other types of restaurants, all within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Calgary! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk around, grab food, and explore the city. We also really loved having a balcony to enjoy the city views and fresh air. The valet parking was such a great convenience, and the valet attendant who helped us when we arrived around 4–5pm was extremely nice and welcoming (wish I remembered his name!). The front desk staff were also fantastic—especially the kind Korean lady who gave us helpful tips on how to get around the city and make the most of our stay. For the price, this hotel is a great value. The room is clean and comfortable, Overall, Ramada Calgary is a great choice if you want a comfortable stay, excellent value, and outstanding staff service in the middle of downtown. I’d definitely stay here again!

Convenient downtown location, large, clean room, efficient and friendly service, hot breakfast buffet (for an extra charge, but it's about what a decent hot breakfast would cost anywhere else downtown, and you can load up for the day!) Very close to light rail. Great value for the money: nothing fancy, decor is somewhat outdated, not a lot of default extras--but everything you need, clean and working. For example, there isn't a fridge in every room--but when I asked for one it was provided promptly. I would 100% stay here again.

This is a fantastic hotel. Quiet and very comfortable. Large room. Comfortable bed. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and the staff are super friendly. Hot tub and gym area were clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Pub next door and walkable to oaks or Cattle Baron. We were in the area for a medical procedure and originally booked at the Super 8 on the other side of McLeod. After two nights there we realized we made a mistake and moved hotels. I wish we had spent the entire time at the Wyndham. So much better. So much cleaner. And so much more comfortable. If you are choosing between the two this is the better option hands down. Will stay here for any future appointments.

Stayed in ALOT of hotels in my years, across Canada. Training, family, business, etc. There is none better in this price range. Room was excellent. High quality furnishings, extremely comfortable beds and pillows and sheets. Well thought out and planned. The Café is A BIT pricey, and the portions reasonable, but the QUALITY of the offered food was stellar. And OMG! If you like good strong delicious coffee, they have it in spades! There is a great whirlpool, waterslide and nice pool, exercise room, AND.... A less talked about HIDDEN GEM. The Skywalk And ATRIUM . This Hotel may not be the absolute in opulence and luxurious atmosphere, but it is dam good. And as a bonus, when you consider the QUALITY of the included breakfast, which is a real breakfast, not a buffet full of mass produced slop, this becomes an AMAZING place to stop. And who drives all of this? Its the AMAZING ans super helpful and courtesy driven staff! THANK YOU! Will be back. Will recommend.

We had an amazing time staying at the Delta Calgary South. First of all, the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for our requests. My daughter slipped in the pool and got a small cut - when I went to front desk for a bandaid they were quite concerned and wanted to know if there was anything else they could do for her. Any staff we met in the hall greeted us with a smile and friendly hello - some even stopped to ask my daughters questions about our vacation. Second, our room was very clean and was quite spacious (atrium room). We were lucky enough to use both pools and they were both very well-kept. Third, the on-sight restaurant was fabulous- everything was made with fresh ingredients and above quality standards! This was one of THE MOST family-friendly hotels I have ever been to. My girls (9 and 11) are trying to plan another stay soon!!

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary South, and was very pleased with my experience. Despite arriving during a massive snowstorm, the hotel made everything easy and stress-free. The room was well-maintained, and the bed was quite comfortable, which is what I need to unwinding after a long day. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The Amenities were excellent. The pool was a great size, ideal for both relaxation and a bit of exercise. Breakfast fresh, delicious, and included with the room, which was a fantastic bonus. Overall, my stay was smooth and enjoyable, even under challenging weather conditions. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

This was our first time at this hotel and we will be back. The hotel is in two sections connected by a sky bridge. We stayed in the newer part and the room was a suite with a sitting area. We also had included access to the Club Lounge, located on our floor which included drinks, snacks, breakfast. Despite being on a busy street, MacLeod Trail and Southland Drive the room was quiet and the AC was soundless and worked perfectly. Sevinj checked us out and gave us free breakfast coupons for the Sage restaurant. Close to Southcentre Mall, Wellington’s restaurant, Highway 2 and Deerfoot Trail this is an easy location to find and to get through Calgary. The room, bed, shower, AC, location were perfect. Staff in the check on area seemed new and, though efficient, had no knowledge of the area or roads. Highly recommend!

Li and his family are so welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom with a private bathroom is spacious and clean. The bathroom has both shower and a hottub. One small fridge is provided in the walk-in closet. Canned drinks and instant noodles are provided for purchase in the shared kitchen, which’s so convenient! Located in quiet friendly residential area, with bus stops a minutes walk away. The room itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. There was a communal, well equipped kitchen we had the use of for making drinks or meals if we wanted and a beautiful garden with patio furniture. The owners we so friendly and helpful. We would recommend and stay here again if we were in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brother Li's Homestay near the University of Calgary, and it was a fantastic experience. The quietness and peacefulness of the place made it a perfect retreat, and we especially appreciated the slippers provided for our comfort. The guesthouse offers excellent amenities, including a beautiful garden, free in-room WiFi, and complimentary bicycle rentals. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-furnished with premium bedding, pillow menus, and separate sitting areas. Additionally, the convenience of free self-parking, luggage storage, and coffee/tea in the lobby made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Amazing place! Beds were comfortable . And even though it was a shared bathroom I felt comfortable using it and never was a wait. As a solo traveler I felt safe and the hosts were there to help me whenever I needed it! Internet was fast and beds were super comfy! I would definitely go back to this place!

The pool is amazing, the restaurant has good food. The common areas are clean and quiet. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. I will say the shower tends to squeal at you at first but after a second it stops. No idea why it does this, but my daughter and i find it hysterical whenever it happens. Also the pillows are incredible.

Perfect hotel for the night before our shuttle to the airport. Bed was really nice, very soft and clean and comfortable. Coffee was good. Check-in and check-out easy and friendly. The shuttle to the airport was on time and waiting for us, it was spacious and comfortable, and we had a very helpful and pleasant driver. Very satisfied.

Excellent experience with service on a premium hotel. We arrived early tired and hungry. Gentleman at the desk arranged for us to have a room immediately then arranged for a driver to take us to a nearby takeout. The diver was extremely courteous and the car a new Wagoner. Money was never mentioned. Room was large and clean with… very comfortable mattress and pillows, good shower head and pressure,spacious countertop in bathroom, quiet hvac,comfortable chairs,refrigerator and microwave, safe. We slept we and were escorted on time to our airline’s departure terminal by another extremely courteous driver.

Stayed here for a night after a long day in the car. Check in was quick, room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast area staff were friendly but I didn’t find anyone else overly friendly during our stay. Kids used the pool briefly during the evening - it wasn’t busy but the pool was again average - there was a very strong chlorine smell which made it pretty hard to stay in there for a long period. We had stayed here a number of years ago, but I found it just wasn’t as good as last time. I don’t think we’d stay here again - like I said, it’s clean and comfortable and close to the airport so if that’s what you’re looking for, this place would be good.

Very clean, modern, hotel that is well-maintained. Front desk staff and shuttle driver were very courteous, helpful and efficient. Room was very spacious, well-appointed, and clean. It's a short shuttle ride to the airport and they run very early morning and late night. Shuttle was easy to call for at airport and easy to make a reservation back to the airport the next day. At the airport, if you don't know how to reach them, their phone number is on a list on the pole at the pick up location. They text reservation confirmation and you can also conveniently reach them via text. By far, the best of the 3 hotels I stayed in while in Calgary.

So let me explain my rating. I've given a 10 for the Staff and my second room as we were moved, NOT for our original room. The staff were amazing, professional, polite and helpful from the cleaners to the management, every member of staff throughout the hotel were brilliant could not fault them. The breakfast was great, a wide choice of hot and cold and was included in the price so no reason for complaints as far as i could see. I've paid for breakfast in other hotels and i've had allot worse and people complaining breakfast to early or busy later, get a grip, breakfast time is usually 6-9am and on weekend it's later 7-10am and if you go later of course its busy because most people want to stay in bed as late as possible, so you snooze you lose. We always went down in the first hour and it was great and then we went back to room and chilled until we went out. Facilities around the hotel were all you would need and in excellent condition, we used the laundry room twice without any problems at all. Our second room we were moved to on day 5 was brilliant on the 8th floor room 820, spacious, clean and with a view, could not fault this room at all, loved it. So i gave a 10 for this part of our stay.

Myself, my wife and three children stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with the kitchen for 5 nights. The suite was clean and well maintained. It had full size fridge, stove, dishwasher and all the pots, pans, dishes and cutlery included. Separate air conditioner and thermostat for each room and the week we stayed it was 35 degrees outside the whole week and it was nice and cool inside. Extra towels and blankets were just a call away. The included breakfast buffet was unlike a lot of hotels and was not just coffee and pastries, there were bacon, eggs, sausage, bagels, toast, hash browns and Belgian waffles if you wanted to take the time and make it yourself. The staff were helpful and very nice. The location being central downtown was a big plus. Within 2 blocks of the front doors were 15 small restaurants and coffee shops, 2 grocery stores, a dollar store and a gas station. It was located central to everything you want as a tourist.

Diane on reception was brilliant and very helpful and friendly. Our room 720 queen room with 2 beds was very spacious, and the kitchenette and bathroom were a great size. Bed was super comfy with clean bedding. Breakfast was pretty good also. The onsite laundry was very clean and convenient, even had a change machine. The gym looked good, however I didn’t use it. Very secure and safe property.

We stayed a few nights for stampede. About 30 minute walk to stadium and convenient for bars/ restaurants in 17th ave SW. Parking was plentiful and convenient. Staff at reception very helpful. Breakfast was self serve buffet access with room key. Was fairly basic but adequate. A comfortable hotel which I can recommend for a few days stay.

Central location with easy access to downtown and many restaurants and coffee shops in immediate area. Good value for the money. Pleasant staff. Comfortable king size bed with soft linens and good pillows. Sofa, coffee table, and kitchenette made it a great place to stay for more than an overnight. Good breakfast buffet.

My wife an I needed a night away, and the SureStay was quick and easy to book. Within minutes to many amenities and restaurants. The blackout blinds made falling asleep easy. The large bathtub was nice for an evening soak without smelling like the hotub.

The breakfast was great. Nice size pool but the handrail on the jacuzzi is very wobbly. Some drawers in the room is very dusty. Overall it was a good experience.

The staff at Mohave Restaurant are extremely courteous. Food was excellent. Lots of choices. Casino is very nice spacious and good selection of VLTs. Location is handy to Stoney Trail with easy access to all of Calgary.

The room was very spacious and super clean! The bathroom was huge, with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and 2 sinks. The food at the buffet was delicious! The only thing that wasn't especially comfortable was the pillows. They looked fluffy, but they compacted down and were very hard. Otherwise, we had a wonderful evening at the Bellamy Brothers concert in the Chrome Room, and we would definitely stay again!

This property is a great stay, rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff are friendly, cheery and very helpful. We travel with a pet, our room was located away from the main reception area, very quiet room. They have lots of space to take pet outside for a stroll.

From housekeeping restaurant and front reception in all my years of hotel experience have I seen every department be so friendly helpful and professional. They are all top notch staff. The only reason I gave a lesser rating to sleep was due to some other room disturbances that occurred during our stay. It took some time for the noise to lessen on the one night. But our other nights were quite relaxing. Overall I would highly reccomend this hotel.

I really like this hotel. Very comfortable and chill. Love the jacuzzi tub.

The facilities, including pool and ensuite jacuzzi are a sheer delight after a long haul flight. The friendly and efficient staff, simple but satisfying breakfast and flexible, reliable airport shuttle service make this property ideal for an arrival or departure stay. A short, 15 minute walk to the Sunridge shopping area is an added bonus.

The front loby looked a little tired giving it a poor first impression. It could use some new furniture . However the halls were clean and fresh and the room was clean and updated. The bathroom was very clean with nice showers. We didn't use the pool but it looked very nice and even had a slide which I'm sure the kids would enjoy. The staff were friendly and always cheerfully helpful. The breakfast area was kept very clean and the meal was adequate with lots to choose from.

Both pool and workout room were enjoyed during our stay and found to be in great shape and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and hot. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was clean, warm, and did the job. Check in was quick, pleasant and professional. Despite it being near the airport it was quiet and restful.Hotel is adjacent to some wonderful international restaurants which came in quite handy at supper. We were happy with the shuttle drive to the airport since we didn’t expect it too be still that far away, 20min, in the morning. Over all a successful pleasant stay. Thank you Comfort Inn

They provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. We just had to call them when we arrived and waited for about 20 minutes. The shuttle driver was nice, respectful and friendly. The front desk staff was also nice and pleasant even at past midnight when we arrived. Room was clean but a little dated. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the typical hotel buffet breakfast. The staff the next morning (breakfast area, front desk, and shuttle driver) were all nice, smiling, welcoming and pleasant.

Everything was all business and little or no welcoming attitude. A little more friendliness wold have bee welcomed.

The location is off McLeod Trail, one of the busiest streets in Calgary. I didn't hear much street noise, except for police and ambulances during the night. For a two star rated hotel I got more than I expected. The room was immaculate--very clean. There was a functioning fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom had a full bath and shower, lots of towels, and shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. There were two comfortable armchairs and a small table, a bureau with drawers, and a desk. Breakfast included hard-boiled eggs, make-it-yourself waffles, toast, bagels, cream-cheese, jam, peanut butter, yogourt, cereals, apples, oranges, bananas, coffee and tea.

Staff was welcoming, friendly and pleasant. The facility and our room was very, very clean. Our room came with microwave and bar fridge. The mattress was very comfortable.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was good. There was a coffee pot in the room as well as a fridge and microwave. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Very beautiful home and very friendly hosts. You are welcomed, made to feel comfortable right away and ensure you have everything you need to settle in. Our bed was very comfortable, rooms are sound resistant and had no problem sleeping at all. Shower is nice with plenty of water flow. In the morning they cook a delicious breakfast and bring it to your room. Two issues we had were the bar sink had no cold water and the toilet felt loose on the floor when sat on.

The craftsmanship of the home’s interior was incredible - beautiful custom built-ins, consistent throughout the home, the floor was custom detailed, done by the owner. It almost felt like an older manor style home with the wainscoting and elegant finishes. The owners were very nice, accommodating people, and fairly knowledgeable when I asked about parking in certain areas. Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty! Room was clean, though there was an old stain on the one pillow. Mattress was very nice, pillows were just okay. The bathroom shower was AWESOME, it had an amazing rainfall shower. However, I accidentally locked the basement room where I was staying. There was an “exterior interior” door that led to a closed hallway leading to my bedroom and bathroom. No one told me I couldn’t lock this hallway door from the outside, as the lock wasn’t the same as my lockable bedroom door. (Owner had to unlock it!) This strange set-up was caused by the establishment of a basement suite, likely for the owners family. The “wall” closing off my hallway wasn’t a “proper” dry walled wall that goes from floor to ceiling. It was more like the back of a cupboard, and light could escape along the crack by the ceiling. When I turned the hallway light on, a light clearly came on on the other side of the wall in the basement suite. Vice versa, if the tenants turned on their light using the two-way switch, my hallway light would also come on. Just weird. Still, would stay again!

John and Kim were lovely and hospitable, offering refreshment upon arrival and assuring that we knew the wifi password, etc. The house was beautifully refinished and the room was spacious. We left for the airport too early to comment on the continental breakfast. The only downside was that the "river view" from the balcony was over several lanes of traffic and that traffic was somewhat disruptive in the early hours of the morning. If you are a heavy sleeper, you'll be fine.

Our hosts Kim and John were great. They gave us ideas for visiting the City of Calgary. Ideally located for visiting center of town. The room was big with a balcony, view of the river and very clean. Breakfast was included every morning. We had a fridge in the room and could use their microwave. We would highly recommande staying at this Inn.

We don't usually stay in bed and breakfast type lodging. But we were very pleasantly surprise at the stay at Westmount. Kim the owner was very accommodating of our needs for a ground floor room given our heavy suitcases and not wanting to damage the incredible wookwork in the home. She made us an excellent breakfast and we had pleasant conversations. She also gave us excellent advice on nearby restaurants. The location is perect to stay near downtown in a pretty neighborhood very close to the Bow river. Excellent accomodations and would recommend to others. Be careful with the location on digital maps since we almost went two doors down the street! And Kim insists on no shoes on those wonderful wood floors.

From the moment I walk in, Im always warmly welcomed by the amazing and friendly staff, who go above and beyond to ensure my stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities at this hotel are top-notch. The complimentary breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options, perfect to start the day. The on-site gym is well-equipped, and the spacious lounge area provided a great spot to unwind. The hotel’s location in the Beltline District is ideal, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Also, the rooms are immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Everything was spotless. When here it feels comfortable like a home away from home. The kitchenette was fully equipped. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Overall, this hotel always exceeds all my expectations. The Residence Inn by Marriott Calgary Downtown/Beltline District is fantastic. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future when I’m in Calgary again!

The breakfast is unbelievable.... Everything you can imagine from a full yogurt/granola bar with nuts and toppings, fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, potatoes, breakfast meats, waffles... Really something for everyone. Including GF options. We stayed 3 days and everything was fresh daily. Plus a comfortable and enjoyable environment to eat in. Our room was so comfortable and luxuriously spacious! The design on these units was so smart -- the open design made the room feel even larger. Sitting area and couch allowed us to really spread out. This would be a great place for a long term stay. The heating system was nice and I loved the sound machine to block any city noises. Very clean! The location was convenient for walking. About a mile to 1.5 miles to everywhere we wanted to go (Saddledome!) Loved the secure parking. Definitely worth the $30 per night to have the vehicle stored underground and in a locked area.

Love this place! Wow! We were highly impressed with this hotel which was also affordable and worth every penny. The location in the downtown area was perfect and easily accessible by foot to any shopping or eatery nestled in the heart of downtown. The rooms were clean, updated, and large. They really had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and cozy, and the bathroom and shower were exceptional. The restaurant was great, and the breakfast buffet (included in the price of the stay) was beyond amazing and reminded us of the extravagant breakfast buffets we enjoyed while in Europe. The staff was pleasant, and we can't say enough about the magnificence of this hotel. They nailed it!

This hotel was excellent. Beautifully decorated, clean, staff were helpful and attentive and went above and beyond. We stayed for 2 nights as a part of our honeymoon. The hotel upgraded our room for free, which was so lovely. We had an amazing view of the city. The room was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included which was great. The value of this hotel was excellent.

I booked months in advance for an intense 7 day stay with 2 conferences and multiple meetings in the week. So I also booked a larger suite to be comfortable, and it really was worth it. More space, great room design. Loved the hooks and key/wallet shelf with charging ports at the entrance. That’s smart room design to a frequent business traveller like me. I was on the train side and the professional sound machine in the room was so good I’m buying one for home! I was out for the week and had breakfast in the hotel on my last day and was BLOWN away by the beautiful breakfast area. Very convenient location with amenities nearby. Parking is AMAZING because there is a nightly rate for hotel guests but a paid cheaper option for conferences too ( safe, well lit, highly accessible). This was a BUSY week in Calgary, several events with 40,000 people in town. The staff were professional and efficient when it was peak - and I respect that.

We liked the ice and water dispensers, the comfy beds and the very stylish feel to the hotel. The air con in the room was perfect - kept us comfortable in 33° heat but it was totally unobtrusive unlike some hotels where it is either freezing, noisy or both. We had a really delicious breakfast in the bar - we paid extra for that but it was well worth it. All in all a great stay and I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.

The room was beautiful and spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay special. The bathroom in the suite was spectacular, with a great shower. The lounging area with wet bar was lovely, and the bedroom was fantastic, with a very comfortable king bed. Room service was quick, and the lobby area was beautiful. We didn't eat at the attached restaurant, Flora Fona, but it looked like something we'll have to try in the future.

Wow wow wow. What a place. I absolutely loved this hotel so much, we stayed here 4 times when we came to Calgary and it never ceased to impress me. This hotel deserves to be in the top list for hotels to stay. Well done Hilton. Also they are dog friendly and very very accommodating to families with little kids and weddings/ celebrations. Rooms are huge, clean and smell so refreshing. The beds are so big and comfortable. The windows are my favorite. You can see all from the inside out, but none from the outside in because of the film they have over the windows. The shower and bathroom is equipped with everything you need. My favorite was the location. Having a dog on the trip and staying here made things sooooo easy. It is right next to the river and tons of parks and coffee shops and restaurants. Our morning, afternoon and evening walks never disappointed us. Awesome experience. I was sad to leave.

We had just gotten married and stayed at the Westley Calgary Downtown on our last night in Canada. The staff was so kind and helpful! We had to return our camper van and they allowed us to pack up all of our belongings and bring them up to the hotel room and clean up the van out front prior to returning it. The lobby attendants were so kind and attentive! The room was STELLAR. Everything about the hotel was gorgeous and we are so excited to go back! The rooms were SO clean. Room service/dry cleaning was a possibility. There is in hotel dining/cafe. Everything was very central downtown and conveniently located. Thank you for an amazing stay!

We recently stayed here. We enjoyed staying there so much. The rooms are decorated in a modern style. The bed is huge, and the bathroom was large with a tub and separate shower. The bathrooms are stocked with Ruby Brown products. The closet was large with plenty of storage. Finally, I found a hotel that one can store your luggage without having to step over it in the room. The rate included a continental breakfast, which was delicious. The staff was lively and very helpful. The bar in the lobby is a nice place to gather in the evenings. It is centrally located, and the area felt safe. It was clean and was easy walking distance to popular areas and shopping. Folks mention low lighting in the rooms, but we were not bothered by that. As long as your key card is inserted in the slot by the entry door, the lights work well and stay on while in the room. The views are of the lovely downtown, and at night, it is just lovely to sit and watch. My only complaint is that the fridge is stuffed to the max, and when you open it, bottles are literally rolling out. There is a great selection of teas and coffees. The staff supply ice in the afternoon, and I don't think there is an ice maker for self-service. The staff are exceptional, friendly, and go above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Calgary.

Erika and Sarah went above and beyond to make my stay very enjoyable. I also found the rest of the staff very pleasant. My room was very clean and quiet and I slept very soundly. My bed was very comfortable and the room was well organized. I loved the rainfall shower head. The location was perfect for me as I was able to walk to my business meeting, nearby shopping at the Core and enjoy dining on Stevens Avenue. It was a very enjoyable and comfortable experience.

If you want a change from the many big chain hotels located in downtown Calgary, Le Germain is a good choice with a smaller boutique type vibe about it. Very stylish lobby and bar with a very nice doorman to boot, we had a quick courteous check-in. Our room was comfortable with a view of the Calgary Tower across the road. Although dark brown decor is not my own style preference our room and bathroom were spacious and modern with good amenities. Unfortunately in the morning the Charcut restaurant was closed for breakfast (we were staying right after Christmas). We actually had trouble finding a restaurant that was open but this would not normally be the case as there are plenty in the area.

Very convenient for city centre, shopping and nightlife. Great value for money considering it is five star and has a city centre location

Rooms are very comfortable,clean, and relatively quiet given the central downtown location. The restaurant in the hotel, Charcut, is amazing - you could eat there almost every day! The hotel staff is very helpful and accommodates you where they can.

The hotel itself is so modern but feels like home. It has an air of minimalism in the room and yet very functional. The lobby and their business centre feels so cozy to read a book or write a letter. Love the restaurant inside (had dinner and pizza take out another night and both are superb). Special shoutout to their lovely front desk crew especially Thanh (May 1, 2 and 3) who was so attentive and just happy to help and answer questions. The surrounding area is so clean, compact, convenient, lots of dining options (shoutout to OEB, Sesame and Village Ice Cream). I would love to go back to Calgary if only because of Alt Hotel at the University District.

The hotel has a very fresh and modern look. The amenities are very well thought-out and the staff is extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Close proximity with businesses and restaurants. Newly built facilities. Good view from the window. Easy access to and from the Rocky Mountains.

Easy to arrive by BRT 300 from the airport. Check in process was smooth and Allyson explained well about the property after knowing it was our first visit to Sheraton Suites Calgary. The suite was nice and clean. It has everything we need. Also, our room was just next to the Club Lounge, which was convenient for us as well. Housekeeper politely asked if turn down service was needed and provided extra water for us. We were also surprised when a small plate of macaroons was set at the room with a welcoming note from the GM, which was a heartwarming touch for us. The Club Lounge was another amazing piece of our stay. The design was modern and the vibe was comfortable and welcoming. The night appetizers was delicious in both nights, especially the dessert. Breakfast also had a lot of choices and weekend even has 4 hot food items. Thanks to Joyce, Katrina, Mai, Sion, Song and TG taking care us during our stay and made it like home. Same price with all suite experience, nothing can beat this property.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are good, and I liked the separate lounge kitchen area. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, the best I’ve slept on. So much so I took photos of the brand! The suite was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Not like a lot of hotels these days that provide just the basics! We had drinks and dinner in the restaurant in the evening which we throughly enjoyed, and the breakfast the next morning was delicious. There were 4 adults and 1 child and we all enjoyed our stay. We have booked another night for New Years Eve, and we know that it’s going to be perfect!

Spacious comfortable spotlessly clean rooms. It was really nice to have the separate living and sleeping areas. We booked two apartments, the second one for our son, his wife, and their 4 year old. This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s close to a park, and a very good restaurant across the road, as well as two good bars. We stayed New Year’s Eve this time. Breakfast was very good, and all the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

I’ve stayed twice at this hotel now, and it’s a great option if you’re flying in/out of YYC. Check in was a breeze and Marriott status recognized, including two free drinks at the bar. My suite night award was granted and I was Upgraded to a modern spacious suite, with a comfortable bed, and lots of room. The lobby is spacious and the hotel appears recently renovated. Quick shuttle to the airport, and cheap parking if needed. Close to hwy 2, but not really any restaurants around. Great stay at a great price point.

Very nice hotel. Lovely decor. The rooms are large, clean and very quiet. The hotel has a great gym, convenient parking and is close to several restaurants. The hotel restaurant has a great menu and the food is fantastic. Every meal I had was great. Staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful. A couple negatives for me included the poor lighting in the rooms, and the coffee kiosk in the lobby was very disorganized. I was attenidng conference and it seems as though the hotel does not have a lot of experience hosting. The food in the conference area was mediocre and the beverages kept running out. Overall though, it was a pleasant stay.

This is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable, clean rooms that have power outlets and usb charger outlets located in the furniture around the room. The a/c is very quiet which makes a huge difference to me. The front desk staff are incredible...friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The restaurant staff is equally pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. Tom served me at breakfast and Najeer at lunch. I chose this hotel because my incoming flight was late and I missed my connection. Such a pleasant experience that I wouldn't otherwise have had.

Breakfast was good tasting at one of the hotel restaurants. The view from the room was nice as was the view from the rooftop restaurant. Rooms were spatious as well. Would definitely stay here again. Location was convenient to most places in downtown Calgary and easily accessible to public transportation. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the bus that goes to/from the airport.

Our last hotel cancelled on us moments before boarding our flight so this was a last minute booking and we arrived late at night and the staff were excellent in checking us in. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing! The staff at breakfast were also lovely and very friendly. Table service for breakfast and they so attentive. The room could do with a safe and perhaps some water and tea, but nothing major.

One of the more spacious rooms we have stayed in for sure. very comfortable and i loved the couch that had built in power for charging. Bed was comfortable. Ample power plugs on either side and the desk. Plenty of space to store clothes, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. Shower was phenomenal. We had a room on the 8th floor and had a southern view just past a nearby skyscraper, so we could see the park and the tram station a couple blocks away. Since it was the weekend the offices in the building across from us were empty. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good and not far away from the CORE shopping buildings and maybe a half mile from the Peace Bridge and Price Island's park. The Marriott is connected to the +15 Skyway so if the weather is bad you can use to walk east or west above traffic and out of the weather.

Nice, quiet hotel in downtown. Helpful staff. We were a family, 4 adults. Tight beds. At least 180 cm is necessary for two people. The taste of the breakfast is quite good, but the organization is poorly managed. Only one portion of tea or coffee without the possibility of a supplement. The coffee is quite terrible. One self-service coffee maker and a juice machine would be enough. Unfortunately, it is very far from a quality buffet breakfast here.

It was clean and friendly, light and open. restaurant was lovely and the included breakfast was really good. Lots of choice of hot and cold options. My room was right off from the lobby, but it did not make it loud or disturbing at all. Very convenient in fact. Just a hop to get breakfast. I was able to enjoy supper on the patio they have facing out to a nice view over Calgary and green scape. Staff very friendly and helpful and polite. Only there for 2 nights and my room was made up on the second day. My room was lovely. Kitchenette and lots of space and it felt clean and calm. I will definitely stay here again if I can. Area was lovely. Lots of open space.

It was very clean and fresh when we walked in. Loved the linen and towels and the walk in shower! Staff were amazing and the breakfast buffet excellent, particularly as it was included in the price. The restaurant dinner choices were more than adequate and reasonably priced. The free airport shuttle was fast and all was great. Economical and comfortable. Highly recommend for one night transit stop.

We absolutely loved our stay! Unlike other airport hotels, our huge, quiet room had a kitchenette & a lovely view of city lights & a field which we utilised for a walk. The room also had a lounge, writing desk & dining table. Everything is new & of excellent quality with good lighting, toiletries & coffee. The staff were helpful & quickly solved issues we had to our complete satisfaction. The location is perfect being a 10 minute drive from the airport & close to a variety of restaurants, some shops & T&T supermarket. Breakfast was also top quality with plenty of vegetarian choices. We highly recommend & would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment is tranquil, which makes it easy to relax and get a good night's sleep. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were highly professional and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. One of the highlights was the complimentary airport shuttle service in the evening. The driver, Abu, was incredibly professional and welcoming. His friendly attitude and great service really made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Very easy location to get too! Right by my girlfriends house, I have to come every three months to Calgary for a medical purpose :( the 24/7 hottub is fantastic as I need it for my medical reasons that can keep me up late at night so being able to hop in at 2am is an absolute treat.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel 11 MOD Calgary! The hotel feels modern, fresh, and very clean, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, only about a 10-minute drive from the airport, which was super convenient. I also appreciated that the laundry area was close to our room and that the entire place smelled clean and fresh throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a modern design, and one of my favorite parts was the body wash—it smelled so refreshing and calming, making showers extra relaxing. Our party of six stayed only 1 night at the Hotel. The location is very near Calgary airport. We got 3 separate rooms. The hotel and the rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived quite late and had our dinner at the restaurant in side the hotel. The services were excellent. We were served by Cherish. He was very friendly, attentive and accommodating. He mad our dinner so enjoyable. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay near Calgary Aiport.

This Marriott In-Terminal Hotel was not only super convenient for our early morning flight, but the hotel itself was lovely. Every detail of it was crisp and clean. The beds were very comfortable, the room was large, and the bathrooms were a great size and very modern. To make it even better, my standard King room was upgraded to a runway view. That provided entertainment for my husband the entire night, as he loved watching the planes take off and land. The reception staff was also very friendly and helpful. As for convenience, we couldn’t ask for anything more. The hotel is literally at arrival door 13 ,which is right next to terminals D and E. We woke up the morning of our flight, rode the elevator to the lobby of the hotel, and walked out of the lobby straight into the airport concourse. It took us less than two minutes to get to the E international terminal. We were absolutely impressed with this Marriott and would not hesitate to stay here again and again when traveling through Calgary.

Extremely professional and high level of customer service as well as a very spacious design layout. The lobby has nice work spaces and the lobby bar / restaurant is on the same level and provides a homey yet businesslike atmosphere. Rooms are well laid out, quiet and spacious. I had a great view of the airport runways ! If you’re not a Bonvoy member, make sure to signup. If you can afford the time, this is a highly convenient and excellent hotel to spend time in !

I would stay here again if in the area. Nice comfortable bed, big shower. Restaurant on site. Quiet despite the location, which is such a time saver. Nice big pool and relaxing hot tub. Clean hotel. The last of 30+ hotels I stayed in across Canada between late August and October. This really was a nice end to the trip. A very warm welcome by the front desk agent and I had been upgraded to a better room overlooking the airport itself. Comfortably furnished including the bed. Desk, arm chairs and plenty of storage space. Usual features of microwave, fridge and coffee machine. No problems with the WiFi or TV. Bathroom was of a high standard and pleased to see they used dispensers of shampoo, body wash etc in the shower rather than wasteful small bottles. Breakfast wasn't included, but the restaurant adjacent to the lobby had a good selection of food. My choice of eggs benedict was extremely good and a friendly server too. No problems with storing my suitcase after checking out so as to spend the day in Calgary before my flight back home that evening.

I recently enjoyed a three-night stay at Hotel Blackfoot with a group traveling to Calgary for a high school competition I communicated directly with the hotel and booked six rooms after considering several other options in the area. From start to finish, our experience was outstanding. We originally chose the hotel for its competitive pricing and on-site amenities like dining and room service, but it far exceeded expectations. I upgraded to a Platinum Suite to have a meeting space for the group and was blown away by the huge size and luxurious extras—plush towels, soft robes and slippers, a welcome treat, and even turndown service. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it truly felt like a high-end experience. One of the best parts of the stay was access to the Club Lounge for breakfast—quiet, convenient, and far better than the standard buffet the students had downstairs. A special shoutout to Jane Douglas, the hotel’s Sales Director, who helped organize our stay. She was incredibly professional, organized, and friendly—an absolute superstar and a fantastic ambassador for the hotel. If you’re traveling with a group or just looking for a place that offers 4-star quality at 3-star prices, I can’t recommend Hotel Blackfoot enough.

Lounge offered coffee/snacks/beverages/big screen TV and is suitable for casual meetings. Amazing complimentary hot breakfast buffet served daily. Restaurant dining and ambience also excellent. For my work trips I sometimes choose this place since it’s convenient to get to the location I need for work. It’s pretty handy to MacLeod Trail and Chinook Centre as well. On this visit, I was warmly welcomed by Tony and Rick, whose customer service skills are outstanding. My room was spacious and very clean, with plenty of space to stash my things, and hang my clothes. The fridge and microwave are always convenient when I’m here for a few days. I feel that the lighting may have been upgraded a bit since I was here last, to LED bulbs, which make the room a little brighter. The large window also makes things brighter - the room decor is moody and relaxing. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. I realize both of these are subjective so your experience may be different.

The room is well designed and comfortable. I like the way the coffee station is separate with wine glasses and regular glasses. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is modern and shower is great. Thick towels. This hotel is well maintained, and staff are very good and caring. Really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast in the morning was very good. I would come back.

The location of the hotel was convenient - located in the heart of downtown, walkable to restaurants and the calgary tower (great views of this directly outside the hotel too). The hotel parking can be pricey but the hotel provided other nearby cheaper parking options which worked out great for us. Also appreciated being able to briefly park outside the hotel for check in and check out since we had people in our party with accessibility needs. All of the staff, particularly at the front desk, that we interacted with were great. The Regency Club was a bit disappointing with the options, but can't complain about free perks. Would stay at the hyatt regency if we were to return to calgary!

We stayed one night at the Hyatt Regency as a base for Stampede. We thought the location would be good as it was within walking distance, however what we didn't expect was how many fun activities would be taking place right outside the hotel doors. Pancake breakfasts, horse parades and SOOO many businesses that had completely bought in to the Stampede theme. We had so much fun walking around on Stephen Avenue that we decided to stay there instead of going back to the Stampede that night. As for the rooms, it's a Hyatt so you should know what you're getting. Everything was clean and in working order, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were fantastic and amazingly attentive considering all the chaos going on around the hotel. We look forward to returning to the Hyatt Regency Calgary, possibly outside of Stampede dates so that we can try all of the fun restaurants and activities in the area in slightly calmer circumstances.

We upgraded our reservation with breakfast and it was worth it. Thompson restaurant was very chic and food was amazing. Definitely going back to this hotel and highly recommended.

No complaints about the room or the staff . Lots of different food options . The chinese food buffet was kinda gross . The salad bar made up for the sub par hot food . Cheap low buget deserts but the fruit bar was pretty good . I also enjoyed the outdoor hottub, went in around 10 pm . It was -18c... pretty cool experience. I wpuld definitely stay again .

Hotel was very clean, rooms updated and refreshed. Bathroom was very clean with lots of towels. Bed was very comfortable although pillow was too firm. Never heard any noises from hallway or adjoining rooms. Not even showers or flushing toilets. Ate dinner at Blaze restaurant in the Casino. Not impressed . Ordered fish and chips - almost like frozen fish sticks. Waitress was not the best. One of our party ordered vodka & coke and another ordered just coke but she didn’t know which was which. We had to do a taste test! Late in the evening we went back for a dessert. The hostess was extremely helpful. She left her post and showed us over to a stand alone bar that did take out desserts. She easily could have just pointed us to where we needed to go. Had breakfast in the Buffet restaurant in the Casino. No buffet Breakfast but the special was excellent considering the the low price for seniors. Again the wait staff was excellent - friendly, attentive and efficient. Overall a great get away!

Friendly helpful staff, fresh flowers in lobby smelled wonderful, restaurant food was so tasty with healthy options, rooms were clean and big, bed was very comfy! We noticed the rooms were beautifully decorated with quality furniture. The pool was clean and private and the hot tub was perfect temperature. We happily used the morning coffee station in the lobby! A quality hotel that we would recommend!

This property and the staff are exceptional. I called regarding late check in and shuttle transport and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Our suite was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The staff were friendly yet professional. I had a lovely stay at the Delta Downtown Calgary! The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. The staff were absolutely wonderful—pleasant, professional, and always helpful, going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. A special highlight was the Mother’s Day brunch—beautifully done and thoroughly enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the service during the brunch was just as exceptional as the rest of the stay. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Calgary!

Hotel has a wonderful location near Bow River walkway, Chinatown, and several blocks from the Calgary Tower and Stephens Avenue, where most of the restaurants shopping was located. So the location was perfect and walkable for us. The Shoe & Canoe bar/restaurant on site had a terrific happy hour (4-6) with good selection of beverages and small plate options (olives artichokes was awesome) as well as full service meal menus options for B, L and D. We discovered the +15 steps skywalk (look for the logo outside buildings on Stephens Ave) which is a maze of indoor walkways that connect buildings downtown to a mall and many shops, eateries, and services (good to use on a rainy day). Along the Bow River walkway (about 2 blocks from the hotel) there is an awesome coffee shop (Sidewalk Citizen) that served a delish salmon cream cheese toast and coffee. Free coffee was found in the hotel lobby. Travel from the hotel to airport was 25 minutes at the most. So awesome location and very helpful friendly staff.

Nice central hotel for a one night stay in Calgary prior to collecting an RV for our Canadian Adventure. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the only drawback was that the walls were not soundproof and we could literally hear the baby crying in the next room as if it was in with us. Also my husband was bothered by road noise and sirens outside all night. There’s a nice bar and restaurant downstairs where we did eat in the evening, we ventured out looking for a nice restaurant as the hotel is in the heart of Chinatown but we were sadly disappointed. We had a nice walk though and the riverside is lovely. The hotel’s restaurant was good though and the food very nice. We had breakfast the next morning too and were pleasantly surprised as it really was the best breakfast we had the entire time we were in Canada. Would definitely stay again.

During my recent visit to Calgary, I had the pleasure of staying at the Delta Marriott Downtown, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. Despite arriving in the very early hours due to a significant flight delay, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel welcome immediately, even at such an inconvenient hour. The hotel itself was immaculate. My room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and perfectly set up for a restful stay. The on-site restaurant and coffee shop were also fantastic. The restaurant offered a diverse menu with delicious options, and the coffee shop provided a great start to my mornings with excellent coffee and pastries. The only downside was the lack of an airport shuttle, which would have been incredibly convenient, especially given my late arrival. However, the overall quality of the stay and the exceptional service more than made up for this minor inconvenience. I highly recommend the Delta Marriott Downtown for its comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding staff who truly go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable.

It was overall really good. The front desk staff was all very friendly and helpful, they accommodated an early check in for my fiancée and I since we arrived in town a couple hours earlier than expected. The jacuzzi suite was comfortable and relaxing, and was a nice added bonus.

This turned out to be a perfect choice of hotel for us. Since we were visiting family we didn't need to be in the downtown area. This location gave us easy access to everywhere we needed to go. The room was excellent. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. The shower was very good with plenty of towels and bath products. The king bed was excellent and we got very good sleep. The breakfast wasn't the greatest but it was what you would expect at this type of hotel. I would have liked a few more healthy options like granola or fruit. However the breakfast room was clean and the staff were helpful. Next time we visit Calgary this is the place to stay.

I loved being adjacent to the LRT station which made it easy to come and go without any worry about driving or parking. We had a great view of the Calgary skyline. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I didn't hear any noise from other rooms during the whole week we stayed here. The continental breakfast was acceptable but lacking variety after a couple of mornings. Fortunately, there are several good restaurants within a ten minute walk. We enjoyed the pool, waterslide, and hot tub. They appear to use salt for maintenance which felt great on the skin and eyes compared to a pool using sodium hypochlorite. The staff were usually very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and it was exceptionally quiet. Great dining options nearby. Breakfast and coffee was complimentary and the best of any standard breakfast buffets we’ve had at other hotels. Hot tub is nice and hot and the pool is a great temperature for kids to enjoy. This hotel, like others recently, has limited their linen offerings and the room only comes with 3 bath towels, when we always travel with four guests. That is really our only complaint. We would definitely stay at this location again. Great value.

Both my kids and I loved the place. The interior was so clean and luxurious. The room was also neat and clean. The water park was amazing. The restaurants for breakfast and dinner were great. The servers (especially the lady at the breakfast) were very kind and nice.

The hotel is located close to hwy1 which is great when driving through Canada. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The room and bed were comfortable . We were on the side with not much of a view . But if you go to the 8th floor club area . There is a great view of downtown Calgary and you can watch the planes come in to land at the airport. The breakfast was good and staff very helpful . one negative was the door to the room was not weathered striping so the light from the hallway came through the door in to the room . Also you could hear people talking in the hallway so about 11:00 pm I was woken up . We were about 3 to 4 doors down from the elevator so not sure if that play in to it. I hope the hotel fix’s the door issues as it may make for a better night sleep. The club area was not serviced very well and we had to call down a few times for hot water etc.

Aside from the exceptional service we received, my partner, guests, and I loved the room service menu. One of the better ones from all the hotels we stayed at. There were many children who were very excited to use the water park. We didn't get a chance to see the water park but it is really popular with families. A wonderful hotel for families with young children. Room wise. We got a couple of rooms with a King bed and it was very comfortable. We love our rooms. We'll maintained and updated. We stayed at this wonderful hotel as a family of four, with two adults and two kids. The hotel exceeded our expectations, offering fantastic pool options, including two large slides that our kids absolutely loved, along with two relaxing jacuzzis. The service was exceptional—staff were always polite, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel also offers free on-site parking, which was very convenient. Central location to everything you’d need. Very walkable to bars, parks, restaurants and shops. The hotel was very clean and had an amazing breakfast. Coffee was piping hot and delicious. Walkable to most everything such as the stadium for hockey or the Calgary tower. I loved this location, I will definitely be back

The hotel is in excellent location, all the major tourist attractions are nearby and if you want to do some daytrips to Banff and Lake Louise, the bus stops in downtown are close enough. There's a restaurant called Native Tongues Taqueria right downstairs of the hotel - some of the best food we've ever eaten. It was really convenient after walking 24km all around downtown and being exhausted after the day. The hotel staff was amazing throughout our whole stay, the room was very clean when we arrived and the bed was also very comfortable. Could't have asked for a better view out of the window, as we saw Calgary tower and its beautiful lightshow in the evenings. The ac was working well and the room was nice and chilled. You could choose your own temperature from the thermostat. Hotel breakfast was good. Coffee (and tea) was available throughout the whole day which, for a big coffee drinker, was an added bonus. At no additional cost. From YYC Calgary international airport the taxi trip to this location took no more than 30 minutes and cost around 50 CAD.

3 of us stayed at the Fairfield where we found staff to be helpful and friendly, breakfast offerings were varied and tasty with good coffee, location was convenient and walkable, queen beds were comfortable, but the sofabed for sleeping was uncomfortable since the mattress was not thick enough not to feel the bars. Using one of the two comforters obtained from housekeeping as extra cushion did help. Also we had to use the desktops for two suitcases and luckily staff found a luggage rack for the 3rd suitcase. Closet was very small.

Hotel is in a very central position close to all amenities, room was very comfortable all staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fine with views from restaurant. Valet service for car parking was very helpful and gave peace of mind. Great base for our visits to the Rockies. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Calgary

I had a fantastic stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, well-appointed. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions, yet quiet at night. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for both business and leisure travellers.

We had a very pleasant stay at this modern and beautifully decorated hotel. The room was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and well designed. The gym was excellent, and although there isn’t an on-site restaurant, the staff kindly recommended a great place to eat at a nearby hotel. The simple breakfast provided was convenient, and the airport transfer service was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and they also let us store our luggage for a few hours after check-out, which was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Only an overnight transit stop, but Wingate by Wyndham provided comfortable lodging, clean spacious room and a decent breakfast all at modest cost. The airport shuttle was very handy too. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room was equipped with a large double bed and sofa, which I assume could double as a sofa bed. Keurig coffee maker with tea and coffee pod.

Online check-in was helpful. Receptionists friendly and helpful. Good shuttle drivers. Clean, big room with nice toiletries and towels. The pool has towels colored differently from the room towels, so it's easy to keep track of which ones should stay in the pool area and which ones should go back to the room. The pool shower has a soap dispenser, which is great! That seems basic, but it's the first time I've seen it. The exercise room looks nice, although we didn't use it. There's a Keurig machine and four cups in the room! My husband needs his coffee in the morning, and it's so nice that I can just prepare it in the room! Even though the hotel has no restaurant, there are some food items for sale; and the room has a microwave and mini fridge, so you can prepare your instant noodles. Even though our flight was too early to enjoy the breakfast, they supplied a packet of apple slices and a packaged muffin. The wake-up call was right on time.

I spent one night at this moderately priced airport hotel that has a bit of an upscale feel to it. That started from the moment I checked in with a cheerful young woman at the front desk, telling me all about the hotel. It’s in a row of a bunch of hotels, all kind of generic, but that’s what I expect with an airport hotel. My room was spotless and smelled fresh, had large comfortable king size bed. The complementary breakfast was slightly above the average, what I mean by that is you had two different choices of eggs and neither one was runny. The dining area for breakfast was bright in the area. There is no restaurant on site, but three hotels down there is a restaurant available for dinner. If that’s not your thing you’ll need to go for a short drive. There is a Tim Horton’s.

We stayed for three nights with our kids and pet cats. I appreciated the two queen bed suite for its size and all of us were comfortable. The bedroom itself has been upgraded and the beds were comfortable. There was tv units in the sitting area and bedroom. The bathroom was clean as well. Our room was near to the pool which was convenient for us. Front staff allowed for an early check in. Breakfast was potatoes, egg, meat, bread, muffins, flavored yogurt, pancakes, cereal. They did have gluten free options too. The restaurant staff were friendly. You can free coffee and tea through out the day too. Some things needs improvement The mattress on the sofa bed needs replacement since it is old, dingy and had a foul smell. We decided not to use the sofa bed. Hangers to be provided inside the closet would be convenient A place to hang jackets and coats near the entrance The pool area needs an upgrade. The floors were old, paint and tiles was chipping from the walls. The inside of the pool didn't feel clean. There was rust near the slide area. Once we overlooked all these flaws we had a good time in the pool. Overall we still had a good time away from home. Cross iron mall is 6 mins drive away. very convenient. Thank you.

Great location, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was awesome. The room I stayed in was overall pretty clean except for by the tub (a bit of and by the front door. As for the facilities; The gym is quite nice and has everything you need for a quick workout. The pool, hot tub and waterslide are awesome, very clean and was a lot of fun, the only downside is the pool area (floors, doors, bathrooms etc) are a little rusty/grimy with the stairs up to the waterslide having some mold on them. The breakfast was a standard continental breakfast but everything was fresh and delicious. Overall it was a pretty great hotel, especially for the price.

Check-in was super easy, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We found the beds and pillows comfortable, and the room was quite spacious. Everything looks new and sleek. Nice little microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. Lots of cupboard space for longer stays. Breakfast was mediocre, and there weren't nearly enough places for the number of guests. They ran out of spoons and put tongue depressors out. In terms of our room, cleanliness was GREAT except for the bottles in the shower. They have clearly not been cleaned in awhile and there was a build up of soap and shampoo. Counter, toilet, and shower itself were clean, though. Pool was heavily chlorinated, but our kid had a great time. She loved the waterslide and the swimming area. We appreciated the shallow children's area for littles. Hot tub is lukewarm, at best.

Very clean. The staff was excellent and helpful when our tv remote wasn't working. They fixed it right away. The room was excellent, very clean, and comfortable. Their breakfast selection was amazing. The shopping center was a short drive away as well as a few fast food restaurants. It would've been nice to have a non fast food restaurant a bit closer. Overall the hotel itself is excellent. We will be using this hotel again in the near future.

This is a new property, so everything is clean,modern and working. Efficient, quiet A/C. Very good size room with huge, very comfortable bed. The room also had a sofa, so you don't have to sit on the bed to watch the TV. Very good indoor swimming pool with a circular tube water slide for kids. Breakfast is included in the price, and is pretty much the standard buffet you get everywhere. NOTE.... there is no restaurant and no shuttle to the airport, but this is made clear in the description. If you need one or both then look elsewhere. There is a microwave in the room if you just want to reheat some food you bring yourself.

The price was reasonable, the facility was well maintained, our rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We appreciated the breakfast buffet and how the wait staff made us feel like we were in a restaurant as opposed to just having a continental breakfast. Also the fact that the breakfast was included- this was very much appreciated. The location- easy access to the nearby shopping centres.

Bars, restaurants on site. Lots of bars and restaurants close too. Free breakfast buffet. Starbucks medium roast coffee is served. Coffee to go is also included with free breakfast.

The bed linens were super soft and comfortable. The bed was literally the perfect blend of firm yet soft. The room was spacious. The were some good TV channels and the Wi-Fi was good. The shower pressure and temperature were fantastic. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely and the breakfast bread pudding was phenomenal. Solid 10/10.

The hotel has usually been relatively clean quiet and safe. Rooms are spacious with good amenities (microwave and fridge). There’s a small restaurant on-site that seems to be offering breakfast buffet (at a cost) now which is convenient. My husband tried it and actually enjoyed it. Lots of parking and super close to so many shops, malls and restaurants. Close to main roads too like Memorial Drive and 16th Ave. One of my fave places to stay due to the convenient location, plentiful parking and cleanliness.

Stayed overnight as I attended a recent wedding, pleasantly surprised by by the quality of this hotel. Rooms were comfortable and the mattress was amazing! Made it difficult to get up for breakfast the next morning! Breakfast buffet was a good price and well worth the money, service was friendly and attentive. Banquet food also fantastic. Looking for quality without breaking the bank, would highly recommend.

This is our choice of Calgary hotels every time we visit. It never disappoints! Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms exceptionally clean. Close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. We were upgraded to a premium king room , absolutely fantastic, spacious and great city view from the 12th floor.

We chose this stay because needed to charge up our electric car overnight for the next leg of our Summer road trip, and were happy that the one EV charging unit was available for that purpose (hope they will chose to install more chargers). Bonus was we were upgraded to a top floor room with a view that was very quiet and comfortable, and the front desk staff gave us excellent recommendations for how to take the nearby light rail train into downtown Calgary for a walk around and dinner. Later we got to watch the Oilers beat the Panthers in the first game of the Stanley Cup Playoffs in the hotel bar with other guests which added to our road trip experience!

Everything was perfect. Nice clean, comfortable room, friendly helpful staff. Appreciated the comfy armchair, side tables, and dedicated desk space. Things you take for granted until they're not there. Quality of TV wasn't great but that's not how you choose a hotel

Cozy place, conveniently located to reach the main city street, restaurants, and the shopping area as well as perfectly set to have a nice walk alone the riverside. Swimming pool + jacuzzi were like a bonus to relax and spend fun time with the family. Very nice breakfast and in most of the cases very friendly and welcoming staff.

Had an excellent time at Homewood suites Calgary Downtown, great breakfast each day and a nice sizeable pool. Also a whirlpool hottub. Our room was huge and had everything we needed.. many restaurants and grocery stores near by. The downtown core is a quick walk from this hotel as well as many other sights and locations. Will definitely be booking again!!!

I came with my family, 2 young children and my hubs for my 40th birthday. Great location, excellent front desk staff (Melody was exceptional, very welcoming and friendly.) Breakfast was great! A variety of foods to suit differnt tastes. Buffet style mix of Asian and Western - eggs made slightly differnt daily - i.e omolete, scrambled etc. hash browns, sausages and an asian dish with a fajitas wrap style with yummy toppings (try these wraps, they're absolutely delicious!) Toast, savory, cakes, fruit and oatmeal. We chose this hotel because of the breakfast included and the pool for our young children, and they LOVED it! The rooms were modern and clean with great views of the Calgary Library and downtown. The room has a with a decent kitchen . There is also Superstore & liquor store very close (5min walk) so you can easily stock up :) Thank you Homewood for helping me have a wonderful birthday :)

The room was uber spacious. I loved the suite. I also loved the food in the restaurant. It was tasty, as well as the bar service. The reception staff were outstanding. Extremely helpful: welcoming (even helped with my luggage from the taxi), offered great advise on must-see places and how to get there, as well as eateries, supermarkets and everything in general. The property is also so well located next to the Calgary Train service, as well as most locations you’d want to visit. There is a Tim Hortons next door, for those who may want a change for breakfast. It was highly convenient for me as a solo business traveller and (part-time tourist). I truly liked the team there. I even had issues with my laundry missing and laundry charges, and they resolved them before I checked out and on my card, without much ado. And I was allowed a late check out. They were extremely kind and warm, offering the true Calgary reception. Thank you so much to the great team! I will return to Calgary, partly on account of your memorable hospitality.

Park Inn is very nice and very affordable. The front desk staff was very professional and friendly-they offer dog treats for their canine guests, of which we travel with two Goldens. In the morning we enjoyed their complimentary continental breakfast. The host that kept everything filled and neat, was very friendly greeting each guest. The room was super clean, beds are comfy, desk has plenty of room to work, and there is a full size refrigerator and cook top.

Nice clean rooms with kitchenette! The included breakfast was perfect for a snack before taking on the day! Staff were very friendly & helpful too! Definitely going to go back!

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities exactly as described. The area feels safe and is conveniently located near the airport, Costco, and the Outlet Collection mall. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We arrived before the official check-in time, and they were kind enough to store our luggage so we could explore the area without any inconvenience. The hotel also provides useful facilities like a gym and self-serve laundry, both of which are free for guests to use.

Friendly staff, good breakfast, and clean rooms. However, the breakfast lounge was not spacious at all, and our toilet in the room was broken. Also, we had a hot water issue when taking a shower, and the elevator seemed very old and sometimes weird.

I stayed at the Acclaim Hotel by CLIQUE for a night, as I was attending the Calgary Expo for a day. I wish I stayed at this hotel for more than a night, as it was one of the BEST hotels in Calgary I've stayed at. Right from the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly and helpful, and made me feel so welcome. I was even given a breakfast voucher as well, which I was not expecting. As for the room itself, it was beautiful! It was very clean and very comfortable as I needed to have a long nap after a long day of driving on the highway from Edmonton to Calgary and spending my day at the Expo. I never got a chance to try the other amenities, but they looked great. The restaurant was amazing, as I ate there for breakfast, but I wish I ate there for dinner. Service was amazing and the food was awesome too! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Calgary and I would definitely stay here again, and I hope to on my next visit! Thank you so much for the hospitality! :0)

Check in was quick and easy and the front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. I Loved the free breakfast! The bread buffet they offer as part of the breakfast was awesome, too! Our Server was very friendly and attentive, even though it was quite busy in the restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable, but in need of a few repairs/updates. Other than that, our stay was nice. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport which was great. Would stay again if looking for an inexpensive option in the area.

I enjoyed my stay at the Coast Plaza in spite of a couple of hiccups. The bed was very comfortable and I really appreciated the full sized kitchen. It was excellent to make meals. The bidet toilet was bit of luxury in the bathroom. The room was clean except for the dirty windows (it is winter so maybe that could be excused). However, the elevators are small and slow. It's much faster to take the stairs if you are able. I had requested my room to be clean but the hotel staff didn't follow through. I am guessing they were busy and just didn't have a chance to clean when I was away. Otherwise the staff were friendly and welcoming which made up for the room not being cleaned. Coats Plaza downtown is in an excellent location and is within walking distance of every amenity. Despite being on a main road my room was quiet so I had a good night's rest. Overall, I had a comfortable convenient stay and would recommend this hotel for a nice getaway for singletons or families.

The location was convenient, and the room was exceptional: spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family or group stay. While the cleanliness could have been a bit better in the kitchen and a few items were missing, it wasn’t a big deal and certainly not a deal breaker. The positives far outweighed these minor issues, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommend for the service and comfort!

The breakfast options next to the reception were really good, eggs, bacon, bread, milk, and juices, which was especially convenient as we didn’t have a car and the nearest shop only offered snacks like crisps and some fizzy drinks. We also appreciated how quickly the staff resolved an issue with our coffee machine; it was replaced immediately, and they even brought extra coffee. The flat itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for a family stay with a child.

On a tour of the Canadian Rockies with some friends and stayed at the Coast Calgary Downtown. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. We did not realize it was Stampede week and skipped the last day of the our to stay in Calgary. Britesh was extremely helpful in providing information, friendly and professional.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the warm and welcoming behavior of the staff throughout my stay. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized, which made my time there very comfortable and enjoyable. We were unexpectedly delighted with the Fairmont Palliser despite its grand size. It proved to be an elegant old fashioned hotel with beautiful spacious public and private rooms and bathrooms. We were upgraded to the gold floor where it became apparent that some people use the lounge facility instead of the restaurant. Filling large plates with snacks and then desserts with wine glasses filled to the brim with wine. All rather gross but if you can overlook the greed of some of the other guests it is a lovely facility and we took advantage of it for a pre dinner drink and breakfast as we were checking out early for a flight. Dinner at the Hawthorne was very good too.

The staff was exceptional—friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was maintained. We really enjoyed our stay! Additionally, the lobby featured wonderful live music, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the cleaning team for their warm greetings and for sharing in our excitement during the Comic Expo with our costumes.

The pool was amazing, and the kids loved it! It had the best blue light in there. The robes were a nice touch. Beds were so comfortable. Didn't hear the busy street below. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. The whole hotel was amazing and so well maintained.

The room was clean, beautifully appointed, and had a great view of downtown calgary. It's been amazing to watch the Skyline grow and change. The light show from the buildings at night was spectacular. There was a TV in the bathroom mirror so I could watch a movie while I soaked in the deep tub. The pool was spectacular, and the area was heated from both fire tables and outdoor heaters. The water was warmed but a nice refreshing temperature after the heat inside the pool room. It felt tropical. The wait staff was attentive, and the food was delicious. We felt truly pampered and refreshed after our weekend staycation getaway. It's a beautiful hotel.

The staff were so kind, friendly, professional and very helpful in that they knew the area of Calgary I was in. Their directions were right on. What I loved most about your hotel is how dog friendly it was. I really liked how many different kinds of dogs I saw. And just because I had a dog I didn't get a subpar room. Not once did I hear a from another room while I was in mine. The room was modern very nice and clean. Beds were so comfortable I slept better there than I do at home. Also the room service I got from the Yellow Door their food was delicious. Whether you have a dog or not I'd definitely tell you to stay there. You'll love it.

Exceptional guest services! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by hotel staff. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Easy parking and a comfortable, well appointed room. Breakfast was included in our stay and the service and food was exceptional! Easy walking to the BMO center. The entire hotel has a lovely modern artsy vibe. Cannot say enough good things about our stay. We will be back!

We stayed at Hotel Arts after a week in Banff and Jasper. It’s close to so many restaurants, bars, shops, and parks. It was nice to explore for the evening before we flew back home. The hotel was very modern and clean. Fun paintings, prints and sculptures all over. The bed was super comfy and our room had a little balcony.

The staff were most helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed. The bed was ultra-comfy; and I slept extremely well. Complimentary parking was a big plus, removing much stress. Breakfast at the Yellow Door Bistro was quite enjoyable. Rates were reasonable. No complaints, only praise. Thank you@

We absolutely loved our stay at Staybridge Suites! Even though it was further from the airport than we usually stay (15 minutes), everything worked smoothly. On arrival at the airport we phoned the hotel as instructed & were able to catch a taxi shuttle straight away. All staff we encountered were very friendly & efficient. We were allowed a late checkout of 2pm & were able to arrange a taxi shuttle to suit. We were also lucky to have free snacks - Monday to Wednesday from 5.30pm to 7.00pm. Internet connection was excellent. Free washers/driers available - only needed to buy washing powder. Along with fitness room, basketball court, hot tub, heated pool, waterslide - the list of extra facilities is endless! The location is conveniently near a supermarket, bottle shop, fast foods & popular Italian restaurant. A mall is 20 minute walk away (or bus ride?) with transport to the city. Our standard room was perfect with a comfortable lounge & well equipped kitchenette. Everything is of a high standard & immaculately clean. The room was sound proof & bed comfy, ensuring a good sleep. Breakfast was a wide choice of buffet - delicious! As well as the usual cereals, toast & muffins, there was scrambled egg, bacon & chips. Good choice of juices & coffee (decaf, regular & dark roast). We loved the granola with blueberries, raspberries & orange. Also boiled eggs, cheese & plenty of oranges & apples. We could not fault anything about our stay & will definitely be back!

Location was convenient and the room was exceptional. I wasn't sure we would get a room as spacious as we did, which exceeded our expectation being so well equipped and comfortable. The bed was amazing and one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, to include the sheets which felt luxurious. The social nights offered complimentary food and although basic, was a nice touch and we enjoyed them at least twice during our stay. Breakfast was good, but could have used a little more variety. For example - alternative muffins rather than the same every day, and the same for the fruit toppings for the yoghurt and different yoghurt choices. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would stay here again, for sure.

The 2 week parking package was very helpful. The beds were very comfortable compared to other airport hotels we've stayed at and the double queen with sofa bed (that can be hard to find) was perfect for a family of 5. The lobby area is very modern and nice, the room was clean, maybe less modern than expected after experiencing the lobby, but were very comfortable. There is no pool, but the shuttle was more reliable picking us up than others we've used, which is what we were hoping for and we would take that and the comfortable beds over a pool. Would definitely stay again when using the airport.

This was a great place to stay near the airport; a 5 minute drive for an early flight (there was a shuttle but we chose to drive). It was quiet and comfortable, and the rooms were larger than expected with very comfortable beds and feather pillows (not that awful foam). The furnishings and finishings were very nice and everything was clean, as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If accidentally booked an Accessible room with only one bed and they noticed that and quickly changed our room. We often stay near the Calgary airport as we live 3 hours out of town and often have early flights; I plan to book here again!

The pool isn’t super big but my kids had lots of room to swim and play and they enjoyed it! Hot tub looked roomy. The hotel seemed to be in a safe area. It was easy to get to main roads to go places from it also. The extra $10/night for the continental breakfast was well worth it. It was really good with lots to choose from and was right on the restaurant so the wait staff took care of you also. We had supper in the restaurant one night as well and it was soooo good! Good portions and everyone loved their meals. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Very convenient location about a 5 minute drive from Calgary International Airport. It was perfect for an overnight layover of flights in Calgary before our final destination of Ottawa. Shuttle bus available to and from the airport was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious enough for 3 people. The room was very quiet despite it's location in close proximity to the airport. Very handy that there was a burger restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel. This made it convenient to grab a bite to eat when arriving late in the evening from a flight and not have to worry about navigating the neighbourhoods for a meal late at night. Reasonable cost and delicious food.

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with hand soap (not a bar of soap for a change!), lotion, shampoo and conditioner. I ate in the restaurant for supper. The burger was moist and laden with toppings - just as I like it. I did not have their breakfast, but made a K-Cup coffee in my room. I didn’t like the packet of powdered creamer that had to go into the coffee. I prefer liquid milk. The only negative was the constant music playing from the outside. The front staff thought it came from the car dealership’s speakers. It went on non-stop throughout the night and was quite annoying. The hotel itself was great, though.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Has some typical wear and tear but was well equipped. There was a section of rug that was wet just off the tile so we called down to front desk to let them know. We were offered to change room but declined as super tired - just wanted them to know it was not from us. Front desk apologized which was nice. Room was fairly quiet and cool for us sleeping. Would go back and book again for sure. Parking was plentiful and had nice lighting.

Loved our stay here! It was the perfect spot for us. The rooms were very clean, we enjoyed the pool . Swift elevators, The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the staff was friendly 4. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The Breakfast was the very-best I've had in a long time out of very-many hotels I've stayed in - in CGY, with very good quality and HOT food and great team of restaurant workers working the breakfast restaurant there to assist, keep food coming and clean up. DO NOT CHANGE THIS ! It is likely the best feature of all of your hotel - despite everything else being perfect. I will now call this (your hotel)my new "go-to" hotel instead of staying up at the hotels around the Airport near Airport Trail. So Glad I found your hotel and wish I had found it sooner. Keep us the good work - and whoever is running "The show" there is doing things right !

Love the free included breakfast , room bed very comfortable , shower is refreshing as it works so well , nice bar in the lobby all hotel staff are receptive and friendly to ensure your stay is up to their standards. Location is excellent and has great access to all amenities and major travel routes . The room is very clean and has all a person needs to feel like home . Breakfast starts at 6:00 AM and is very good as they had a great selection of food and drink items .

Overall, our stay was pleasant — the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Everything was well-organized and convenient. The only downside was the breakfast, which wasn’t very tasty. Still, it was a good experience and we appreciated the comfortable atmosphere

The helpful frontdesk staff let us do early check-in which was much appreciated since we had an event to go to at 2PM. The room was amazing, I was in love with the spacious bathroom. We didn't end up using the kitchenette since we were only staying the night but they had everything you would need. The pool and hot tub was amazing and we ended up staying a few minutes later because of it oops. Breakfast was the best I've had as far as free hotel breakfast too.

We were upgraded to a business suite at no additional cost. The room was large with plenty of storage. The king size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was well lit and equipped with a walk-in shower with a combined rainfall shower head and hand-held shower head. The room was very quiet (perhaps the hotel wasn't very full?). The breakfast was really excellent, with so much variety (both hot and cold offerings).

I love that the manager JD was super accommodating to me and my 3 year old son, JD went above and beyond. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I loved that it was a welcoming, very clean family setting, especially for Christmas eve/day. The breakfast was top notch and the room was beautiful and the perfect set up. Effectively a two room apartment, with very well-sized 'living room' doubling as 2nd bedroom and including kitchenette facilities (microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, etc). Furniture and decor - all good standard. Bathroom clean, modern with excellent bath/shower. Wifi good. Breakfast (not included), which we had on the last day there, was very good. Location: 5-10 minutes walk from the Bow River, Eau Claire Park the Peace Bridge and Princes Island Park; 15-20 minutes to Stephen Avenue, although the hotel does food and there are a few restaurants nearby. There was a temp restaurant, bar and entertainment facility (bit like a what we call a 'box park' in the UK) in Eau Claire Park while we were there, which was fun.

Lovely hotel in a great location near the Calgary transit so ideal for getting about but also within a little walk of the main attractions. We were upgraded when we arrived from a room with two double beds to a room with a king bed. It was a corner room on the 22nd floor. It was great. Lovely views out of both windows. Lovely and quiet. The bed was super-comfy and the bathroom sparkling clean with everything you could want. The only thing we English travellers missed was a kettle in the room, but there was a coffee machine and a microwave. We had a lovely stay. The restaurant downstairs was good for breakfast too.

Decent size room that was clean. Super comfortable beds but awful pillows. Literally one hard one and one super soft one each. Plenty of electrical sockets to charge devices with. Nice complimentary bathrobes to use during your stay. Block out blinds so you sleep to whenever you like. Not too much street nose during day, quiet at night. Right next to the train line, so if you need it, that is very convenient. 10-15 minute easy, flat walk to Bow River. Tim Hortons, a pharmacy and circle K across the road. Moxies restaurant on ground floor. We had a lovely steak but it only came with 5 sticks of asparagus and a cooked beet with mash potatoes. For the price, it really should have included more vegetables, considering the size of the Nacho servings going past our table. The Mile high mocha ice cream "cake" with hot fudge and almonds was delicious. Don't believe the hotel desk staff when they tell you that guests get a 10% discount there, you don't. They stopped doing that a year ago, but the hotel staff keep telling guests that they do, probably to get people to dine there. We also had one breakfast there which was nice but the one we got at Tim Horton's the next day was just as good and half the price. Good location for our premium tour van for Banff, as they picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off there too.

Room was neat, clean, and smelled nice. It was exactly as requested, twin queen beds. Beds were very comfortable, pillows (4) were perfect. Room had a mini fridge and an almost new smart TV. Bathroom was neat and clean, with shampoo, cond, and body wash supplied. Everything worked great. We were joined by one of my children for the stay, we a little disappointed we were charged an additional $15.00 for her to park in the parkade. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, hot, very tasty, with the exception of the scrambled eggs. There was plenty of seating in the breakfast area, and was monitored by staff that were both friendly, and helpful. (Well done). Check out was fast, and efficient. Overall, I felt these people were really trying to maintain an excellent place to stay. I would say they succeeded, in my family's opinion. Well done, I will see you all again.

The front desk staff at this hotel are excellent and go over and beyond! The free breakfast was surprisingly very good with a wide variety of hot and cold food, there is not much that they missed on the breakfast front. The only thing I did not like was the coffee, it was very very weak. The lobby is warm and inviting with a fireplace and its nice they have underground free parking as it was very cold and snowy upon our visit. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. My only suggestion is to change the carpets and drapes in the rooms as they are clearly very old and in desperate need of changing. The hotel itself is very clean. The location is also excellent and is very central to everything. For the price point this is very good value for the money.

We had an excellent stay, the beds were comfy and the blankets sheets and bedding were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good for continental. Pool was fun and the kids liked it but didn’t seem very clean to me. The hotel is undergoing exterior Reno’s but it didn’t bother us. Rooms were kept well and the price was good. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again if in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this Westin Calgary. Overall our upgraded corner room was good. The pillows were a bit too firm for us and we asked for feather ones and they were promptly delivered. The staff at the front desk -Bless was friendly, welcoming and efficient. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were amazing: shoutout to these exceptional members: Annie, Angel and especially Bae. Truly make for a memorable experience as they were most welcoming and genuinely warmth personalities. The Keg Steakhouse located at the hotel is a big plus. One of our favourite steakhouse so it is really convenient for dining and entertainment. Underground onsite parking was bright, handy and at reasonable price.

While visiting Calgary for the weekend, stayed at the Westin Calgary. It is located at 4th Ave SW and 3rd St. SW. Good location and access to the downtown core, driving or walking. The registration area is a good size. Immediately to the left will be a Starbucks and to the right will be Walters Pop Up Bar and a Keg Steakhouse & Bar. Even though it was quite busy at the time I arrived, it did not take long to get checked in. The room is spacious even with having 2 King beds. They have a mini-fridge, coffee/tea maker, and wardrobe area. The bathroom is on the small size but clean. Never tried the Keg Steakhouse & Bar because there are so much other restaurants in the surrounding areas. Walters Pop-Up Bar is only open Monday to Friday. Thought this was weird cause thought they would tailor to the conference crowd on the weekends. The price was pretty reasonable for a weekend stay. But it will depend if there are any events, conferences going on. During my time there, all staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay there again the next time I’m in the city. One of best hotel experiences ever and the hotel was very busy. Check in and out were exceptional. Bless and team at front couldn’t have been more accomodating. Bellman Paulo’s reception and handling of valet park and luggage to room was also perfect. The two ladies of oriental descent who looked after room and served coffee in buffet breakfast room were both so friendly and very helpful. Then I left my keys on a bench and they were turned in but they were right there with Bless at front desk when I inquired. The Westley is a hidden gem! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the bathrooms had the best shower with a relaxing overhead rain shower head. Our fridge and steamer weren't working and the staff remedied the situation so quickly and even brought up a whole new mini fridge. We would absolutely recommend this place to stay!

The Westley Hotel is a little gem in downtown Calgary. Easy to find and close to restaurants. The staff at reception were excellent… simple and efficient in checking us in. This boutique hotel was perfect for our spontaneous night out. The location was perfect rate off the highway 1. But it was not loud at all! The very friendly young lady at the front desk was super helpful for directions to our event. Upon entering into the room it was cool, but the air conditioner would not allow for adjustments? The open room looked modern. For the most part the room was clean a few pieces of garbage in the corners. But overall comfortable. The king size bed was ok. Possibly a pillow top for a little more comfort? Bedding was clean and fresh. I appreciate some touches that were environmental. Over all a very great little find that n Calgary:)

The cleanest motel I have ever been to in Canada. The location is perfect- simply on #1, very convenient for a road trip. The customer service was excellent, very friendly, and helpful in everything. The overall sense was that they do all and beyond for their clients. they really care and have a customer-centric mindset. Absolutely perfect! 9hr flight and 1hr30 bus ride and opening the door I knew I could relax! The check in staff was extremely helpful and patient when my cards kept being rejected. The room was exactly like the picture, plenty of room, and the towel robes were a nice surprise! The water pressure in the shower was good and there were really cute products to use. The bed was really comfy and had plugs next to it. Was completely baffled that you can get earl gray tea in a capsule form for a coffee machine, asked for a kettle since I brought my own tea bags. There are a few convenient stores around the area and the river is like 5 minutes away, there's an easy walk you can do.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a nice hotel for our anniversary that isn't expensive and affordable. We stayed here for the night. When we got there the front desk helper was very kind and welcoming, Ethan was his name. They even called up to the room too make sure everything was all good and what we thought, I believe it was Will that called up (also very friendly). It was very clean and organized. The bed was very comfy and clean. The location was perfect for us to, as we were going to the war museum. Definitely would recommend staying here!

I always enjoy staying at this particular holiday inn location. Ample parking, amazing staff, great breakfast, good location to the airport, and more. During this stay, from check in to check out, it was flawless. Can't say enough good things about Onai, who you meet at the front desk. She was friendly, very helpful, welcoming, and so many other good things that I was impressed with. IHG needs to recognize this model employee. I also am very impressed and happy with the manager, Hamid. He was also very welcoming, helpful, friendly, and helped make another great stay at this IHG hotel. These employees need more recognition for what they do. Breakfast was hot and fresh, the hotels cleanliness was immaculate, the gym is fully stocked, you have a great pool/hot tub area to use, and the hotel has a free hotel/taxi service to easily get you to/from the airport. Highly recommend this Holiday Inn for your stay. It's definitely worth it and you'll leave here feeling satisfied. Can't wait to come back for another stay.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Our room was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of options and was a convenient start to our day. Additionally, the hotel’s pool area was a highlight, providing a great spot to unwind. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible.

This was the end of our wounderfull 4 week trip to Canada, so wanted to be close to Calgary airport for our next day flight back to the UK, Which wasn't until 8.35pm we where able to stay in our room an extra hour and then we where able to wait in the lobby with our laugage until we left at 4pm. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was good too. We also had one last view of the Rockies and downtown Calgary from our room 😀

The bed was very comfortable with nice bedding and pillows. The room was nicely renovated with a lovely bathroom. My first visit was perfect, this time the tv didn't work, there was urine in the toilet when I first arrived, and the hashbrowns at breakfast were dry. The breakfast is great though with the option of fresh pancakes, hot sausages, eggs, beans and the dry hashbrowns. Juice and cereal options, yogurt and fruits. I might be leaving some things out, but you get the idea.

Friendly helpful staff, free airport shuttle. Close to airport. Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean.

We kicked off our Alberta road trip at the Aloft Calgary University and it was the perfect starting point. The hotel has a modern, upbeat feel that set the tone for the rest of our travels. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well designed for a family stay. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the easy parking and smooth check-in after a long travel day. Breakfast had good variety and gave us a solid start to the morning. The location worked really well — it’s not downtown, but it’s right by where the Stampeders play (you couldn’t be closer) and transit is nearby, making it easy to get around the city. It was also convenient to hop on the road the next morning. Staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly for our stay. As a first stop on our trip, Aloft delivered exactly what we needed: comfort, convenience, and a fun, modern atmosphere. We’d happily stay here again.

Stayed at Aloft Calgary while my cousins were visiting from LA, and it was honestly the perfect spot for our little vacation together. The vibe of the hotel is super modern and upbeat, from the colourful interiors to the relaxed lounge area where we ended up hanging out almost every night. The rooms were clean, comfy, and surprisingly spacious for a city hotel. We especially loved the huge windows perfect for checking out the Calgary skyline in the morning. Plus, the beds were top tier. Even after long days exploring downtown and Banff, we always looked forward to crashing back at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful too, gave us great tips on where to eat and what to check out around the city. Oh, and shoutout to the W XYZ Bar downstairs! Great drinks, and it turned into a cool little hangout spot in the evenings.

My husband and myself were here from Texas celebrating our 31st anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were treated as VIP guests! At first I was slightly disappointed with the view from my room because there are buildings all around but you quickly realized there is so much to do around that you won’t spend much time actually in your room. From the WXYZ Lounge that had happy hour daily, the pool, the numerous lounge areas to simply hang out with friends and even a pool table for a little friendly competition. The wonderful ladies that clean the rooms are so nice and it shows that they take pride in their work. I normally bring my own pillow to help me sleep better but the beds and pillows were perfect and I slept well all week 😁 There is a hot breakfast daily! Eggs, potatoes, meat, oatmeal, alternating pancakes, waffles and French toast plus fruit. You can easily grab a hearty breakfast before heading out for a day of exploring. You’ll hear many people tell you to make the trip to Banff and it is beautiful but if you’re looking for a quiet scenic spot for a picnic you’ll want to visit Sheep River Falls!

It's my first time trying Marriott Hotel Group before my family exclusively been using IHG - Holiday INN. Your awesome receptionist (I forgot to ask her name) and she was amazing. I walk inn Thurs, Feb 15 around 5:30 pm to 7pm. She was welcoming and she took care of me. She told me about free breakfast, swimming pool, gym 24h, free water refill, restaurant/bar, convenient store, register account and points Marriott hotel; and answered questions- about spa. She make sure I'm satisfied about my room and good customer service. The place feel safe even train, room complete of everything, everything is clean, and a lot of things to do here.

I recently stayed at the Aloft hotel during a business trip to Calgary, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the breakfast – it was delicious and offered a great variety of options to start the day off right. Overall, a great place to stay for business or leisure. I didnt like the hittub was out of service. I always stay hrre because of the hottub. But this stay i was a bit upset because the timer was broken. They could have called someone else in, instead waited til after the long weekend to fix it. They should give a discount

We liked everything about Econo Lodge Inn & Suites University. The check-in process was quick, and the girl was very nice to us. The room was very spacious and awesome. The room was very quiet. Very convenient kitchen. They have a jacuzzi and a pool. The breakfast was very good. It was a shame we were only there one night.

We stayed for three nights in April 2025 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). The location is easy to access and the subway is close by. The staff were all excellent, friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was slightly dated but very clean. We found the bed very comfortable and there was an extra blanket supplied if we needed it. We could control the room temperature easily. The shower worked perfect and the bathroom overall was spotless, the towels were of excellent quality and there was an adequate supply of them. The small fridge with a freezer was used and appreciated. The continental breakfast was perfect for us and it was constantly staffed by very helpful and accommodating hotel personnel. I used the fitness area every morning (it is open 24/7). There are three Polar made machines; a treadmill, exercise bike and Elliptical and they all functioned well. Towels were provided in the fitness room and the ventilation was perfect for working out. We had a lower level room and on our first night the folks above us were noisy and it seemed with every one of their footsteps we could hear them until midnight. Our other two nights were quiet. Next time we would likely request a second floor room. Parking is readily available but it is a busy place. Considering the very reasonable room prices and our overall first time experience being what it was, we would definitely go back. The staff were a highlight for sure!

I LOVED the staff- so friendly and accommodating! The hotel itself was lovely, in a great location for the hockey game we attended and to visit our favourite Inglewood shops, and had great parking options. The hotel was quiet. Our room (king sized jacuzzi suite) was well laid out and clean. There were pump soaps and shampoos in the shower which felt very fancy, and the bed was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. Honestly the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. We make several trips to Calgary every year and will 100% be booking here again.

Check in was quick and easy which was nice. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. The room was absolutely amazing for the price. The bed was incredibly soft and I loved how many pillows we had on our bed. The jacuzzi tub was amazing and loved that there was a swivel TV so I was able to watch a show while relaxing in the tub!

I stayed at the Downtown Marriott in Calgary on a recent business trip and had a great experience. The hotel is very well located—right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk to meetings, restaurants, and shops. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a surprisingly nice view (considering it’s downtown Calgary!). The bed was great for a good night's sleep, and everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully set up. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, from check-in to housekeeping. I really appreciated the convenience of having food and drink options right on site, plus a cozy little lounge area to relax in during downtime. The on-site Starbucks was a perfect bonus for a quick coffee in the morning before heading out. One standout feature was the spacious and well-equipped fitness centre. It was clean, quiet, and had everything I needed to get a good workout in—something I really value when traveling for work. All in all, a solid choice for business travelers. I’d absolutely stay here again.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful bartender Raquel was ! We had the pleasure to have her mix drinks for Us both nights of our stay at the Marriott . She is a hard worker & she knows her stuff ! The ONE18 lobby Bar offers a huge whiskey selection that most people were ordering & Raquel really enjoyed creating their signature Old Fashioned's right in front of Us . She enjoyed hearing our stories & we enjoyed hearing hers . She was very pleasant & always smiling . She made a recommendation for Us to eat at AnnaBelle's Kitchen which we absolutely loved ! It is a must for delicious Italian food & is only steps from the Marriott. This Hotel is modern , spacious , in a great location , has comfortable rooms, an amazing breakfast menu and an amazing staff ! We also had a wonderful waitress at breakfast & pleasant interactions with the Valet staff . We will definitely recommend & return !

Hotel was fantastic! As soon as we pulled up, valet was at the car but we wanted to self park rather than use the hotel valet. They were amazing giving several suggestions but also allowing us to leave car at front of hotel whilst we checked in and took bags to our room. Check in was easy, friendly and efficient. We had a room on the 16th floor - in most hotels you would cringe due to speed of lifts but not at this hotel. The lifts were extremely speedy and quiet! The room was fantastic- we had a view of the Calgary tower which is located directly across from the hotel. Room was large with a king bed and a lounge but plenty of room for bags. Fridge was also in the room. Bathroom was also a great size - no tub just shower but it was a great shower! We could not fault this hotel at all, would recommend anyone to stay there and would stay again!

I stay here whenever I come to Calgary on business. The staff are very welcoming and the property is well maintained. Cleanliness standards are quite high. The Bonvoy lounge has great offerings mornings and evenings. It’s also a quiet place to work between service. The location is super central and it’s easy to get an Uber from here. Most downtown destinations are walkable from the property. I’m always accommodated with early check in and late check out as an ambassador elite member. Hats off to one in particular, Melissa, who went above and beyond to help us secure the best room for us. She didn't give up and worked her magic to accommodate us with our special needs. My husband needed to be on the first floor and she ensured we got it! Even when our first room, unfortunately had a malfunctioning AC which they tried to have fixed, she was still able to quickly put us on the main floor during a very busy time. Furthermore, she was able to give us great recommendations about the local cusine. Finally, a shout out to the shuttle guy who was also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to all my friends.

The public facilities were exceptional! It was clean, beautiful decor, and everyone was super nice! After a delicious meal at the restaurant, I headed up to the room. By the way, please give my compliments to the chef! I also appreciated the hostess who waited on me. *I can't remember her name. When I saw the guest room, I was impressed with the beautiful decor. It was clean and very comfortable!

I really enjoyed staying here. I stayed the night here 2 times at the beginning and end of my trip to Banff. It was very comfortable, quiet and it was well-appointed. I loved the super comfortable bed. The food at the restaurant was delicious and fresh. The staff was always friendly, professional, and attentive. They greet you with their beautiful smiles and immediately assist you. That really sets this place a part from other hotels.

We often stay here when flying out next morning. Always treated well as Platinum members. No executive lounge so they offer us free breakfast. The restaurant is excellent. We love the eggs Benedict and always opt for this benefit. This time (and most others) we were upgraded to a suite. It’s very spacious and has heated bathroom floors. Very clean with an amazingly comfortable bed. Quiet given it’s at the airport. I didn’t need earplugs. Also have to mention how well they take care of you at front desk. They all seem happy to help and even got us seated quickly in the restaurant when server was busy and desk staff saw us waiting. We felt very pampered at this hotel. Above and beyond service from everyone. Highly recommend.

Stayed here waiting for our flight to Resolute Bay with Summit Airlines. This hotel is very, very nice. Excellent service in the bar area. Really good food. Excellent service upon arrival. I never ever take a bath in any hotels for hygiene reasons. This would be the ONLY time I would have done so if I wanted a bath. I prefer showers and wish more hotels had shower stalls and not baths. They are so much safer. The baths however were the most spotless, clean and wonderful baths I have ever encountered. The beds are very comfy but the pillows were absolutely the worst. Far too hard and far too large. We are not all huge people. They were so hard they gave me a headache. I also did not enjoy breakfast in the breakfast room. It could have been better but again, staff members were wonderful and very accommodating. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed at this Delta 3 or 4 times in the last year as it is just as convenient as the in-terminal Marriott across the road, and usually slightly cheaper. As a longtime Marriott Bonvoy member I book directly through the website and often use a combination of points and dollars which works well. The other advantage of booking directly and using a Bonvoy Amex card, is that check-in is very quick and simple (it can even be done directly through the App with a digital key) Rooms are nicely renovated, clean and super-comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is good too. Absolutely no complaints there. Have always had friendly, efficient service at the check-in. It does make me laugh that I always end up with a view of the short-term car park, but I guess that's part of the reward rate. At least it is quiet, lol.

Front desk staff were amazing. Welcoming, helpful, understanding, and accommodating too! Rooms were fine. No free breakfast for the lackage we booked, but they have a restaurant on site. Felt clean. Bathroom shampoos, etc, were really good and abundant. Mini fridge was pretty small but fine. The room was spacious. The bed was ok. There are lots of pillows and a variety of softness. Blackout rolling blinds were nice. Underground parking was great, too! Felt secure inside and in the parkade. We didn't use the pool, sauna, or hot tub, but it looked nice. I would definitely stay here again.

We reached the hotel early and wanted to drop bags off till check in. But the receptionist was awesome and allowed an early checkin and gave us our room. Super comfortable beds, clean, large toilets, large TV, quiet, seemed in a relatively safe area. Coffee in the lobby is great, tea selection is very good as well. Super friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. Definitely 5 star all around.

We stayed for one night before our flight home. Anmoi checked us in and another gentleman checked us out - they were both friendly and welcoming. Anmoi was so cute and he even offered us a welcome drink, which was a nice surprise. Hotel appears older but relatively well-maintained. Our room appears clean, and the mini fridge works, but their trash cans had no liners. We did not hear any noise during our stay and we slept well. But the shower head was low for someone over 6-foot tall, and we were almost locked inside the bathroom as the door knob was jammed (room 427). Airport shuttle needs to be prebooked with the front desk at check-in for airport departure, and leaves on the hour and was punctual, although it took about 25 minutes at 5am in the morning for us that day, and driver did say that it could take longer during peak hours. Airport shuttle is shared with Element hotel next door. Area is near Sunridge Mall, including lots of other shops and restaurants on the Bus 19 loop.

I have been staying in this hotel for so many years when we visit Calgary. I have never had any issues and always had a great stay. The location is great because it is close to everything! The room is always clean, the breakfast area is well maintained and the food is always delicious. The staff in this hotel are the best! Everyone is so helpful! They welcome guests with a warm smile and is always anticipating guests' needs. Thank you for always making our stay delightful (General Manager - Marites, David, Vivek, Imran, Moe, Heike and Aby). The new renovated room we stayed at looks so good! We look forward to our next stay soon!

This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and relatively new, and my room was spacious and comfortable. I can’t eat gluten, so I appreciated the sign at breakfast indicating exactly what was gluten free and what wasn’t. I would stay here again.

Check in was quick and efficient. The front office staff were knowledgeable. They are undergoing some renovations so there are a few spots that look older and in need of repair but overall our room was clean and classic looking. There is coffee available in the room and down by the front desk 24 hours. There is a continental breakfast available until 10am. Our room also had a king bed with microwave, fridge, safe, iron, hair dryer. There is a shower but no tub. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and hand wash are available but not in little bottles. The pool is slippery. It is the one thing I think needs improvement. There is a vent above the whirlpool that looks like it may drop any amount of dirt that has accumulated on it. The tiles are crazy slippery and the shower is freezing. I hope they make a few improvements in the pool area as well as part of their renovations.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at this hotel. Included breakfast was very tasty with different options every day. WIFI worked great. All amenities in the room functioned very well including the thermostat (as soon as you turned on the heat, it came on immediately and was easy to use).

A clean, quiet room (no outside hallway noise) is important to me. The room I stayed at met my needs perfectly. The room was small but had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker AND very a comfortable bed, so no complaints there! The hotel wi-fi WOULD not connect to my Chromebook but, after an hour wait, the manager used his login information to get it connected. The pool and hottub was busy with too many kids, but not the hotels fault. Breakfast was the usual but still good.

The reception staff were friendly with us. We arrived before check-in time but were able to leave our bags there until our room was ready. Parking is right in front of the accommodation, which was very convenient. We had breakfast there and everything was tasty. The location is good for finding places to eat nearby. On the first day, we ate at the Greek restaurant just across the street, which was good, and for dinner, we went to the Wendy’s burger place. Everything was as expected at this accommodation.

Had a great time at Super 8. The staff were very friendly and room was well equipped! The hotel offered many amenities like swimming pool, hot tub and a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning. I had an amazing time in Calgary and staying at “Super 8” truly enhanced my stay. I travel quite a bit and this was one of the most relaxing stays. Clean hotel, great hot breakfast, comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff and fast service. The only issue I had was wifi, spotty being on 4th floor. Even though I was told there's wifi on each floor.

Lovely well maintained property handy to main highways and not far from YYC. Very comfortable with an upscale vibe. Handy and abundant parking close to front door. I was disappointed that the flower planters in front were empty but the city had severe water restrictions recently due to a major water main break and the lack of flowers at the hotel may have been the result. The attractive and friendly staff were welcoming and helpful. The Hampton Inn style breakfast was good and the breakfast room very attractive.

Lovely customer service. Close proximity to train station for downtown Calgary and close to airport with a shuttle Provided.

This hotel is a good choice if you want to stay within reach of the city center of Calgary, and want to avoid driving around in a car in the city. Indeed, the hotel has a very convenient connection to the city by the so-called 'C-train'. The station is a 10 minutes walk only from the hotel, and trains run very frequently. The hotel shuttle service from the nearby airport is convenient. Rooms are spacious and clean, no remarks. Concerning the restaurant our experience was that service during breakfast was a bit below the level we expected, but the service and quality for dinner was excellent. The operation of the reception desk was not as professional and smooth as I would expect from a Radisson hotel.

I would like to thank the entire hotel team for the warm welcome and professionalism. My stay was very pleasant: the room was clean and comfortable, the service impeccable, and the staff always friendly and attentive. A special mention for [for example: the varied breakfast / the stunning view / the quick service], which made my experience even more memorable. My daughter and I stayed at Courtyard Marriott at your location from July 12, 2022, to July 18, 2022. The front desk and other staff that we met were professional, patient, and helpful. This atmosphere was consistent throughout our visit. The room was clean and well prepared for our stay. Throughout our stay, we saw the cleaning and maintenance staff diligently working. What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service shown by the restaurant staff. They are amazing, professional, helpful, friendly, and very patient. In particular, I want to thank Ronnie for his genuine people skills as he has a friendly, positive, and pleasant personality that calm our anxiety when we first arrived at the hotel. Ronnie’s personality was very consistent throughout our visit. I witnessed one incident in which Ronnie dealt with a very angry customer. He kept his cool, was professional, and patient, and displayed self-control throughout the entire incident. Overall, our stay at your hotel was enjoyable, you made us feel comfortable and safe. It was a pleasant visit. I definitely will come back again and will tell others. Thank you Courtyard Marriott staff.

Newly refurbished and convenient location. The public areas are spacious and comfy for a relaxed and easy time to spend there, with a pool table, bar and restaurant . The room was in good condition with usual facilities and all of the staff we came across were pleasant and friendly. Would recommend the location for easy access to the main roads to get around Calgary and beyond. Didn't notice any public transport though, so car definitely required.

The staff were absolutely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The front desk team greeted us with great energy and were always helpful when we arrived and left. The front staff went above and beyond for my 2 year old son making him feel special and comfortable ( Thank you all). The restaurant staff made sure we were well taken care of and truly made us feel special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, the hotel and its amazing staff made our stay exceptional.

The hotel is close to the airport and there are a lot of restaurants nearby and easy access to city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. They have a Starbucks in the lobby and you can order breakfast through them but the main breakfast service is in the adjacent Renaissance Hotel.

The room's AC and heating all work well. The beds are comfy and clean. Note that we went during a slow season (Nov) so we can still find lots of parking and seating for breakfast easily. The busier season might be difficult.

Rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is tasty and pool is a great place to spend with kids. Great value for a reasonable price. We will definitely come back. 100% recommended. P. S. Special thanks to a receptionist Stacy for a sincere smile, exceptional customer service and personal approach to kids.

The staff were exceptional, genuine and friendly. We arrived one hour early and the agent allowed early check in with no hassle. The swimming pool area was spacious, warm and clean, the waterslide was lots of fun for the kids. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and smelled good. The breakfast area was well managed and attended by a lovely staff member.

The hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and the staff provided a welcoming atmosphere. We found our stay enjoyable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was well-maintained and clean. Overall, we felt that the value for the price was reasonable, and the location was conveniently situated near various restaurants and the Chinook Mall. One downside was that it was difficult to find an outlet in the parking area to plug our car in.

The room could use a bit of updating but the beds are nice and comfortable and the room was clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Convenient location. Breakfast was nice for continental since they served eggs, sausages and had a waffle maker. Which isn't usually included in a continental breakfast. I would stay here again it is quiet, I heard no noise from other rooms or the hallway.

The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious with mini fridge and hair dryer but no microwave. There is a microwave in the breakfast room that can be used. The breakfast was very good. There was croissant/muffins/yogurt/cereal/milk, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, eggs with cheese, there was some with pork which we didn't eat, hashbrowns, make it yourself waffles, and different juice. The breakfast area is clean and spacious enough for everyone to eat. It was open from 7-10am when we were there. The rooms were spacious. I would suggest adding more towels but it wasn't a big deal since we just asked the cleaning lady for more. There is a hot tub and pool. We used the hot tub. It wasn't scorching hot but it was still very good to use. I would definitely stay here again. The only issue we had was the location which is not really the fault of the hotel. The area is in a sketchy area with alot of homeless and sketchy people around. We felt safe in side the hotel but I wouldn't feel comfortable walking out alone near the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Days Inn. The room was spacious and clean. The bedding was comfortable and 100% cotton. Housekeeping came every day and made the beds fresh. Breakfast was repetitive but good. We felt safe and comfortable there. Would stay there again.

The staff were great, friendly and helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags early so we could explore the city, and allowed us to leave an hour later in the morning to accommodate later flights. The breakfast was good, plenty of variety for a continental breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel itself was a bit dated but still very clean and well taken care of. The pool had the perfect temperature, the hot tub was warm and it was a large well lit space. The only disappointment was the elevator to our first floor room was not working. It seems to be a separate elevator for the other few floors. It was definitely challenging to haul our luggages up the large flight of stairs. The room was clean and spacious as we booked a double bedroom suite. We appreciated the use of an additional sink, larger mini fridge and microwave. The check in staff were very welcoming and accommodating. There was additional parking on a lower level and accessible through the ground floor. The continental breakfast was great and there was a good selection to choose from.

At its doorstep it has; sweeping views of downtown, parks, scenic walks along the river, eclectic shopping, amazing food, and a safe and welcoming environment. On top of this, the staff here are exceptional. At each interaction everyone literally went above and beyond. The concierge provided coffee and a light breakfast for our ridiculously early departure at 4:30am and had a taxi waiting for us. The room cleaners provided amenities that we needed from their own personal cache (it was a small request) that they really had no obligation to. The server at the restaurant/bar was very knowledgeable and excellent at his job. These types of things are not expected, but when they occur, it really changes the vibe when you are travelling. Everything feels ... easy. You relax into your visit. Your memories have a certain tint to them. Bravo.

We loved our stay at the Hotel Arts in Kensington. The hotel is ideally located in a lively neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the heart of downtown. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Slept so well on the comfy beds! Everything in the well-maintained room worked great. Fast internet. The free parking in the basement made this a good overall value in our view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a bonus, though wouldn't expect too much.

A little off the beaten path but still very central, Hotel Arts Kensington is my new go-to in Calgary. Having stayed at the other location a few times, I wanted to check out the new outpost and wasn't disappointed. Service was friendly and competent, cost was very reasonable and the daily breakfast delicious. The room was also very spacious and great for getting a solid night's sleep without interruption. Would also recommend the bike rental as the hotel is directly on the Bow River cycling path. The only drawback is that the restaurant/bar isn't open every night (at least when I was there).

We had a great 19th Anniversary staying at this little gem of a hotel. It was quiet and very relaxing. The room was very modern, private, and comfortable. The staff were extremely polite, kind, and helpful. Overall very enjoyable stay and a fun neighborhood with all the amenities you could need with in walking distance. Great little hidden gem restaurants in the hotel, around the corner, and just down the street. Little disappointed there wA no fitted sheet and a mess under the bed. We didn't notice the popcorn, dirty socks, and dust bunnies until we thought we had misplaced something in the room. Reported it to the front desk later that day at our scheduled check out time. I am sure it got cleaned shortly after as the staff was very apologetic and seemed genuinely concerned.

The room was immaculate and the bed very comfortable. Easily one of the best nights sleep that we've had during our three week trip. Location was perfect, accessibility to great walks and good restaurants. The hotel offered the use of free bikes which was an added bonus and we easily got on to a very safe cycle path alongside the river. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful.

The swimming pool was clean & enjoyable for the kids. Tim Hortons & McDonald’s is walking distance. The train is also few steps away. We will definitely choose comfort inn again & especially this location.

The room was comfortable with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and the staff was great. I liked the USB & extra electrical plugs on the nightstand. The breakfast was a mix of hot (waffles, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage) and continental fare (yogurt, boiled eggs, breads, cereal, fruit). We had a car, but the hotel is across the street from a major transit stop. My minor complaint is the standard shower head - would have preferred a shower wand.

The room was clean, cool and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleep. The hot tub was AMAZING, though it could have been in a bit better shape and a bit cleaner. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very gracious and patient with me while I dealt with a little oopsie on my part. They handled it so well.

Wow, what a difference a few months make. I was not at all impressed with this hotel during my last visit. However, I decided to give it another shot and I am glad that I did. At check in the clerk was very polite and pleasant and even upgraded my room. The room was great and the wifi worked flawlessly. I didn’t attend the breakfast buffet as Denny’s is just around the corner. Thank you Comfort Inn for making my stay so enjoyable this time around.
