We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful, newly designed hotel. From the moment we stepped in, everything felt fresh, elegant, and thoughtfully done. We stayed in the Double King room, which was incredibly spacious, sunny, and perfect for a family of four. The two king-sized beds were a dream – the mattresses were super comfortable, the pillows fluffy, and the linen was the softest we’ve experienced in a hotel. The room was also very well lit, with an abundance of charging points – a small but much-appreciated detail! The bathroom was equally impressive – huge, clean, and stocked with quality toiletries. Everything felt high-end and relaxing. The location is another big plus – with great restaurants and a Wegmans nearby, it was incredibly convenient to just walk around and explore the neighborhood. And the hotel offers free parking, which made everything even easier. The gym is basic but perfectly adequate for a travel workout. The bar downstairs served delicious appetizers and the tastiest mocktails. We especially loved the outdoor firepit – such a romantic and cozy place to unwind in the evening. Finally, the front desk staff were polite, helpful, and welcoming – they made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. What a beautiful and luxurious hotel! Cute, unique touches from the lobby with fireplace seating, penny candy bar, and lots of cozy nooks, to the artwork on the ceilings and walls throughout the building, to the salted caramel treats in the room, rubber ducky on the tub, and books at the bedside. Nespresso in the room with glass mugs, delicious breakfast with fresh ingredients. Clean fitness center and pool. And how can I forget to mention the cozy robes, slippers, and amazing pillows! I had the best night sleep in the dark room and comfy bed.

Archer Hotel Burlington Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What a gem! Archer Hotel in Burlington is a fantastic boutique hotel with stylish rooms, friendly service, and a cozy, upscale vibe. The location is a huge plus—just steps from Wegmans, which makes everything super convenient. You can grab groceries, fresh prepared meals, coffee, wine, liquor, or even a forgotten toothbrush all in one stop. There are also several great restaurants and bars nearby, and you're minutes from the Burlington Mall and major highways, making it easy to get around. It’s the perfect spot whether you're in town for business or a little getaway. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique style hotel that is also family friendly. Paiton was the woman who checked us in and she was great! Friendly, enthusiastic and had a toy box for our toddler to pick out her toy! Our room was super clean, smelled great, comfortable and designed well! Little extras like complementary water, candies and children’s books in the room meant a lot! Hotel has yummy room service, restaurant and bar in the lobby with plenty of seating. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance and easy parking! We loved our stay and wished we could’ve stayed longer!

My wife and I returned to Boston once again for a weekend getaway. This time we selected Canopy Hilton downtown because we wanted to be in walking distance of the State Capitol, City Hall, Faniel Hall, Haymarket and Freedom Trail. This location was perfect! Although the weather wasn’t favorable we chose an excellent hotel to come back to and relax. The Canopy hotel is neat, clean, welcoming, cozy and comfortable. This hotel has a very beautiful lounge and restaurant area. It was so relaxing just sitting around in the comfortable lounge seating areas having a nice beverage. If we got hungry we just asked for the menu. Peter in the restaurant provided us with exceptional service and was a delight to talk with. Quite frankly everyone we encountered in this hotel were very courteous and helpful from the housekeepers to the front desk. Kudos to the management team here. We opted for a standard room and didn’t expect it to be anything special but was very surprised at the size of the room and the size of the bathroom. Everything worked perfectly. Our main view in room 416 was the parking garage across the street but the room was a corner room that had two other view areas. We plotted out where we wanted to go just by looking out the windows. Everything that we came to do and see was in walking distance. Nothing was over a half mile away. Perfect hotel, perfect service, perfect location and perfect weekend stay. This is now our place to stay when visiting downtown Boston.

The hotel was very clean and updated. The room was comfortable and we had a nice view. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient and we secured a late checkout-out without issue. Both Diamond (check-in) and Roberto (check-out) were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. The location of the hotel is superb. It was a 2 minute walk to get to Hanover Street to enjoy the many restaurants and bars. As we were heading home, we ate breakfast at the restaurant (Rose) and found the food and atmosphere excellent. Our server (who was behind the bar) was excellent. Anna was friendly and attentive despite having many other guests seated at the bar. We appreciated her service and wit. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

We are Hilton rewards members and would highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location if you want to be close to the North End/Faneuil Hall area. The rooms are very clean, beds were comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and provide shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Trevon and Yanelee who made sure our accommodations were perfect! The Rose Town Kitchen & Bar is located on the second floor of the hotel and has a great bar, comfortable seating, good food, and friendly waitstaff. This hotel is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the city attractions and is close to the airport.

We had a great stay. The location is excellent (right at the centre of Boston) and the area is safe to walk. Breakfast is "a la carte" which means you will pay a lot of extra for it. The two queen bed room was large, extremely clean and quiet. There is a nespresso machine with 9 free nespresso coffee capsules, a small fridge and a water filtering and ice making machine at the end of each floor (next to the elevators) where you can refill a glass with free water to drink. The room had a nice view towards a small park at the centre of Boston. It is a very nice overall hotel but I found it extremely expensive (in excess of $1,000 per day after including the a la carte breakfast) per night for 3 adults / one room. Having said that, there is a great variety of options for breakfast and the omelettes were really delicious. The customer service at the reception was friendly and efficient. However, the room safety box was out of order upon our arrival, which is not acceptable when you pay so much money per night, and we had to call the hotel technician who dismantled it and fixed it within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Canopy by Hilton Boston Downtown, provided that you can get a competitive rate per night and try to include breakfast in the price if possible.

Location of this hotel is fantastic, Fanueil Hall and the North End both on the doorstep and a great base for exploring. A few points to note: 1. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Great tea and coffee facilities and loved the filtered water available on each floor. Beds very comfy and great shower in the bathroom. 2. Hotel and rooms are immaculately clean. 3. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly in every department. 4. We booked adjoining rooms, they're not adjoining - the rooms are in fact across from one another but they are separated from the rest of the corridor by a locked door. Not ideal if you have young children and we only discovered this on arrival in the room! 4. Breakfast was nice but not amazing. It's cooked to order and I feel it would benefit from having some element of a buffet. It would be great to have self service toast, fresh fruit, cereals and juices and just have the hot food on order. Would also relieve some of the pressure on staff who were very busy. Prices expensive also! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would happily stay again!

The location for the hotel isn't very good -- it's not really near anything. However, what it lacks in location it makes up for in amenities. Hotel is super clean, hotel is fresh, new, great decor. The lobby is very hip and the restaurant / bar is very nice. Rooms are quiet, super clean, modern w/ great lighting, decor, etc. This hotel is well appointed for business travelers. Beds are fresh, pillows are new. I only had a chance for yogurt given my time constraints for breakfast but it seemed to have one of the best breakfasts of any HGI I have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay here again when in the area. Easy parking, easy access.

Recently we stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Canton. Although it was a busy time, the whole place had an airy peaceful vibe which we found relaxing. And despite a stream of arrivals for a large wedding, the desk staff were quick to assist and welcome us, and check-in was fast and easy. Our room, a standard king, was immaculate, basic but comfortable furnishings, the bathroom had a huge walk-in shower. The bed was comfortably fresh and firm, too. Seemed like a new mattress. Breakfast (additional fee) starts at 6, which was great because we needed to get going early. You could get eggs and other items cooked to order if you wished, but the basic buffet had a fine spread of scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, sauteed hand-cut potatoes & peppers, croissants, bagels, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc, etc. And our server was wonderful. It was easy in, easy out, and restful stay. We plan to book again when we are back in the area.

Exceptional facilities, very clean room, beds super comfy, wonderful breakfast, staff helpful and friendly. Overall one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The front lobby was decorated so beautifully and the outside was maintained top notch.

The hotel was clean, seemed pretty new, and the service was friendly upon my arrival. I only stayed for one night before I continued on with my travels, but I would stay here again if I return to Boston. The only minor bummer was dining there. It wasn’t busy at all (2 others were dining) and the waiter was not checking in to see if I wanted anything despite seating me and giving me a menu. I sat long enough at the table for the main cook in the back to notice and he offered to take my order directly. He was super nice about it. When it came to my drink, I had to get up and go to the bar for refills. Eventually, I had to get up and close out my dinner since nobody ever came by. So, not the friendliest or most helpful waiter that night, but the meal was good and the I appreciated the cook for helping me out. Nothing’s perfect.

I assume this is a new hotel as everything was spotless. The customer service and friendliness of the desk staff was outstanding regardless of who was there. The bar area and restaurant were well designed. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking and very convenient to major highways. We could not have been more pleased with our 2 night stay.

We recently spent two lovely nights at the Intercontinental Boston on Atlantic Ave. where we had a spacious room with luxury bedding and very comfy pillows and lovely soaps and lotions. We had breakfast at the buffet one morning and it was varied and delicious. There was an omelette station and you could order several options like eggs benedict as part of the buffet. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant but did have drinks two nights at the bar called Fellini's (?) where we ordered appetizers for our table and they were delicious. We were served by Mohammed both nights. The first night there was a small mistake in one of our drink orders and Mohammed took care of it immediately which was much appreciated. He was very professional but with a quick sense of humor as well. We found all staff to be friendly and welcoming. The location of the Intercontinental is great as a tourist or for business (easy access to the financial district as well as the Seaport district. We have stayed at other Intercontinental hotels around the U.S. and found our Boston stay ranked right up with NYC or Chicago for luxury and exceptional service.

Incredible hospitality we received from the team. From the doormen who greeted us every day, to the Concierge who guided us to the best places and food, everything was absolutely top-notch. The restaurants and bartenders, especially on Saturday, were fantastic! Breakfast was delicious, and the service from our waiter and host was attentive and so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team on the 11th floor—always kind, welcoming, and checking in with us, making our stay even more special. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, and the service was impeccable. This combination truly made for a memorable trip. My wife and daughters absolutely loved the soap and lotion in the guest rooms. They’re still talking about it three days later! Finally, we had a wonderful time in Boston. First, a shout out to the stellar customer focused team at check in - Joe, Lili P and Iniva M - who got us in a fantastic corner room on a high floor earlier than the usual check in time so we could unwind before a big lunch meeting. Room had a great view, layout, spacious bathroom with both bathtub and stand up shower. Problem was there was no hot water working in the bathtub. That should have been checked before we arrived in a premium hotel like this. Workout room was outstanding. Bar inside on first floor was great for nightcap. Had the buffet breakfast which had everything you ever wanted for breakfast including omelette station and specialty breakfast items like avocado toast. Fantastic service with three waiters checking on us. For the price of $40 per person you’d expect this royal feast. INSIDER TIP: CONSIDER PAYING $150 for two to use Intercontinental Club per day which serves breakfast lunch dinner treats and drinks. The hotel location is great - 5 minutes to South Station, right there near Seaport, Atlantic aves.

We are currently still staying in the hotel for a 4 night stay but wanted to praise the staff for one of the most enjoyable stays we have experienced in any hotel From check in , bar, concierge all have been exceptional in the friendly helpful way they have interacted with us. Well done to all. Special shout out to Tacina on front desk and Alessandro in the bar. Yes the rooms are a bit on the dated side but they are comfortable in size and facilities. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast has good choice and service. Excellent location We would certainly stay again when next in Boston. Boston has also been a delight to visit . An exemplary city for cleanliness, green spaces and attractions.

We stayed at the Hyatt Seaport in Boston for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday, and everything about the experience was excellent. The hotel upgraded us to a beautiful suite since it was my birthday — a spacious king room with a separate sitting area and a great view. To our surprise, they also left a thoughtful welcome basket for our kids filled with cookies and candy, which absolutely made their day. The room had a kitchenette and refrigerator, which made things much easier traveling with children. It was perfect for a family stay. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent. The buffet breakfast was outstanding — lots of variety, fresh options, and something for everyone. The kids loved it. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Parking was convenient, and the valet service was smooth and quick — our car was ready whenever we needed it. The Seaport area itself was lively but felt clean, modern, and very safe. We really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would love to return again soon. Hyatt Seaport made our birthday weekend in Boston extra special!

Seaport is such a great spot as a little cheaper than the most central area, but central enough to be able to explore / walk Boston. Lots of great restaurants, bars etc opening at that end of town now. Hyatt Place is modern, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast buffet is decent, although plastic plates remind you it’s not a top hotel! Plenty of choice and great quality food. Lovely outdoor terrace and bar. Plus a 12th floor roof terrace (no bar), where you can chill, plus a fully equipped AC gym alongside. Have stayed in other hotels in Boston previously, but wld return here.

Immaculate! The hotel is super clean from the parking arrival area, lobby, observation decks, elevators, hallways to the rooms! The room was was quiet, beds and pillows were super comfortable and views were amazing. We had a corner pet friendly room that had 3 windows looking out to the harbor that was spotless. We elected not to get houskeeping as we were traveling with our dog. Whenever we needed ANYTHING (towels, garbage bags, etc) it was a text away and arrived quick! I cant stay enough about the front desk staff. They were always polite, helped with everything from food and travel ideas to even giving tips on visiting Fenway that were very helpful! We did have a fire alarm go off during our stay instructing all guests to evacuate that woke us up in the morning. It turned out to be a false alarm and the front desk called the room to check on us when it was all over. They realized it woke us up and offered to send up coffee and tea to our room to start our day that I thought was really nice. I can't say enough about the staff. Professional, courteous and caring. The hotel is right on the harbor and within walking distance to many food options as well as walking the water front. Valet parking is expensive (there is a slight discount for hotel guests) but you are in the city. Car was always ready for us when needed. I was VERY happy with our stay and definately would come back again!

Rooms were clean and comfy. The pillows were fluffy and firm, if that makes sense. We brought our little dog along, and she was very comfortable in the room. There were several grassy areas nearby for walks. The pavilion across the street had several concerts during our stay, and we were able to listen in from the rooftop balcony and second-floor balcony. Beautiful view of Boston Harbor. Breakfast was terrific for hotel breakfast. Hot and fresh. The bread was fantastic. Overall, extremely satisfied with our stay.

Perfect mid level hotel - clean, modern, gym, rooftop lounge and a great location with superb views of Boston Harbor. Staff were very pleasant and attentive answering my query almost immediately via the app. Nearby Tatte Bakery for breakfast was the icing on the cake as well as the ten minute Uber from the airport. Couldn’t have been more convenient. Great value for money - highly recommend.

We chose this hotel because it was convenient to the places we needed to go and pet friendly. We do prefer IHG properties when traveling and this one had recently been re-done. The room was in nicely done & convenient for us with our small dog BUT clearly the bed choice was not appropriate for the size room. There was approximately 1' of space between wall & bed on one side, same between second bed and heating unit. About 2' between the beds and the same between end of beds and desk/bureau unit. Two adults could NOT pass each other. We had to back up to find space to let the other person by. This is not a room meant for 2 queen beds. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom "all new" looking and spacious enough. It was quiet and comfortable otherwise. On the other hand, we are used to the type of breakfast offered at Holiday Inn Express hotels and it is usually quite adequate. The dining area was nice but that is it. The food every morning was almost inedible. There was nothing that was hot. The toaster barely worked. The attendant did not come out often to check on things. Nothing more unappetizing than cold scrambled eggs and sausage. We would consider staying here again but if the food is the same- you certainly do not get your money's worth with the "breakfast included"! Location is OK and lots of restaurants nearby - that is a plus.

We had a very nice stay as a family for 2 nights. The room was spacious, clean, renovated, and comfortable, with everything you might need. The staff was really friendly, and the location is perfect if you want to visit Boston’s downtown (about 20 minutes by car). There are markets and restaurants nearby, though the cost of living is higher compared to Canada. A good breakfast was included, which saves you at least $15 per person. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come again. Thank you to the staff!

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is very conveniently located right off the highway. The hotel is very nice- from the lobby up. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable- couldn’t have asked for more. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on- like sleeping on a cloud. They had pillows labeled soft and firm- they certainly thought of everything! The breakfast which was included was nice- the room kept spotless by a very hard working employee. Plenty of options for everyone. Highly recommend this place.

We arrived at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning too tired to continue our trip home. The night manager was friendly and accommodating and happy to help us. The room was clean, modern and exceptionally comfortable. Room darkening shades allowed us to sleep late and refresh. Coffee was available in the room. Breakfast was nothing spectacular but varied and plentiful with hot options. This hotel epitomizes the value and friendliness that one expects from Holiday Inn.

This was a great stay. A very affordable price and it was so comfortable. Nice view of the lake, quiet, very clean, and relaxing. Two thumbs up! There are a lot of businesses and restaurants close by and it has easy access on and off the highway.

The pool , the facilities, the staff was helpful and very very nice.my kids and myself enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi being open until 11 seeing we had busy day with cheer then can come back and relaxed. Room was nice like the extra bed was nice plus saver space. Roof top was a great bonus with the huts it was beautiful.

Stayed 4 nights, we had a large, very clean suite with a huge bed, seating area, great shower & in room safe deposit box. The staff were very helpful, there's a nice indoor pool & jacuzzi, also a nice bar, we didn't use the restaurant. There is a roof top bar area which was closed as the weather was very poor during our stay. The hotel is well outside the city center but runs a free shuttle to Copely Sq, the Aquarium & Harvard sq, which is very useful. On 2 mornings the shuttle was not running so reception called us a complimentary uber, which we appreciated. There is also a nice walking/cycling path along the river close to the hotel.

We stayed at the Double Tree suites Boston Cambridge last week for 4 nites. Convenient location off Storrow drive. Had paid parking though a lil expensive @ $ 47. Good thing is the hotel offers shuttle to Harvard Square, Copley Place and the New England Aquarium. So no need to drive around Boston and worry about parking. You can walk across the Charles into Cambridge and explore. Or walk on the walking trails on both sides of Charles. Lovely hotel with friendly welcoming staff. We stayed in a junior suite. The bedroom had queen bed and the living area had sofa and pulldown queen bed. The mattresses were so comfortable. We were on the 7 th floor and had views of the Charles River and Cambridge and Storrow drive. Clean large bathrooms. The room had a refrigerator microwave and coffee machine. We tried the restaurant for breakfast. Was a lil crowded and had a wait. They had the hot breakfast buffet as well as continental breakfast. We ordered an omelette with sausage and potatoes off the menu and it was good. Unfortunately the dinner menu was not that appealing. We doordashed and enjoyed the meal outside the breakfast restaurant. All in all was a good comfortable stay.

Fab stay at Boston! The rooftop bar had an excellent view of the river and night landscape . The orange martini frozen is excellent too and good nibbles as well We had the family suite which was really spacious and lovely view of the river . The warm cookies on welcome are a bonus and incredibly delicious too Friendly staff Central location .. easy to get a short cheap taxi to pretty much anywhere in central Boston, Harvard , Cambridge etc. I think they offer shuttle too but was easier to just get a Lyft taxi Amazing stay! Highly recommend..

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The hospitality at this hotel truly stood out. Every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and ensured a pleasant experience. The hotel is well-situated, making it easy to explore Boston while enjoying a peaceful and relaxing environment.It offers a very convenient shuttle bus to go to the main areas of the city. Overall, DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston provided an excellent stay with great service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

This is our home away from home. Located near many different restaurants. You don’t have to travel far to find food to eat - different types of food/restaurant. The area was quiet and not noisy at all and safe. They accommodate pets. Our stay has been a great experience. Our room was great. Clean and roomy. We were accommodated with extra towels, pillows, blanket - as needed. The staff are awesome. OMG Christina is the best. She is there in the evenings and has always made our stays memorable. All the staff are so nice- from house keeping to front desk to kitchen staff. They are all wonderful. Breakfast options were great . My favorite is always the bacon. There is a Gym and pool on premises to work out after eating all consuming all those bacons 😀 😉 We had to use the meeting room for an event. OMG Christina and Nick were so great. They set up then table for us and we didn’t have to clean up afterwards. They handled all the clean up for us. Their attention to details really made our event special. Having come from out of state, we did not have to stress - AT ALL. We really appreciated all they did to make sure our stay and event went smoothly without a hitch. Overall, we are always made to feel at home whenever we stay and we will keep coming back. Hyatt House Boston/Burlington is just a great place to stay, relax and unwind.

The room was big and very comfortable, actually it was two rooms plus a kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was fabulous. The breakfast buffet was not fancy but was very nice and plentiful. It was all just super relaxing and exceptionally clean and nice. I wouldn't normally pay as much money for a hotel room, but I don't regret a cent of it. The staff were also extremely friendly, nothing felt forced. We didn't end up using the pool or gym, if there had been more time we would have loved that, too. The location was central to the activities we had planned for the weekend, so that was a plus as well.

We stayed 4 nights, visiting Boston and surrounding area. The 2 room King suite was perfect for our family of 5. Very spacious, 2 full bathrooms & kitchenette. No in-room safe, which I thought was a standard hotel thing, and wouldn't have looked for in the room description - unless we just didn't find it lol. Pool area was great - quiet, lots of chairs & loungers. Only complaint - hours seemed very short, given there was no lifeguard on duty. 10am - 8pm, when presumably, a lot of guests are gone for the day & not hanging out at the hotel. We definitely do not get as much use of it, which was a bit disappointing for our kids. Staff were friendly & helpful. Felt like a safe area - nice mall nearby, close to grocery stores, and somewhat easy to commute into Boston via public transport. Easy drive to Salem & the beach in Gloucester.

Very nice stay. Room was spacious and with a kitchen and living room. Breakfast was tasty as well. Service was very good. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking costs $10 a day. Room was very clean. The kitchen staff kept refilling the food station, coffee and hot water urns so everything stayed hot and fresh.

Peaceful! It was so quiet and relaxing and it felt like we were home. I especially loved the spacious resort style suites. It was heavenly! Breakfast was also great and the had quite a variety of options. The servers were very friendly and helpful too. We are so happy to have found our new home away from home. It was a very nice surprise to have found it.

The lobby is spacious and welcoming, with stylish seating areas and a calm, professional atmosphere. Check-in was fast and friendly, and the staff made me feel right at home from the start. My room was large, clean, and filled with natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel offers a variety of on-site dining options. I had breakfast at Sauciety, where the service was prompt and the food fresh and filling. There’s also a Starbucks in the lobby for a quick coffee on the go, and a great bar area for winding down in the evening. What really stands out about the Westin is the location. It's just steps from the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, and within walking distance to the Harborwalk, the Institute of Contemporary Art, and numerous restaurants and bars in the Seaport area. It’s also a short ride to the airport and downtown. Overall, The Westin Boston Seaport is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. It offers comfort, convenience, and great service.

Staff was awesome, friendly, and professional. The room was clean, and the view was awesome. The only complaint was the water temperature, which took a while to get hot in both the sink and bath. In spite of that, I would definitely stay there again, and it had a Starbucks, a breakfast restaurant, and a delicious restaurant in the lobby. How awesome and convenient is that. The added bonus was seeing the crew of the United Emirates flight. I absolutely love seeing them. It was so beautiful that it made my night. Just a lovely stay, I wish,it was longer, but,. We will be returning and will recommend it..

Fabulous hotel stay, incredible and kind staff -- that is what I experienced this week at The Westin Boston Seaport District hotel. Several staffers were notable -- at the front desk Emet was personable, helpful, friendly and accommodating when I asked for suggestions on affordable nearby places to go for breakfast. After I shared a very personal story about how my beloved uncle had given me the watch on my wrist Emet kindly gave me a voucher to get a free breakfast in the hotel's lobby restaurant. During this week in which we remembered the tragedy of he September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, Emet's kind action was particularly kind. Also helpful and personable was Jardele at the front desk who offered helpful advice in response to several questions I had during my stay and who provided me with a bottle of distilled water for my CPAP machine. Lastly, I always leave thank you notes and a cash tip for a hotel's housekeeping staff each morning and two housekeepers -- Jessica and Rosa -- left me very sweet thank you notes in response to my notes, while taking excellent care of my room and me. I appreciated their responses and kindnesses as well. Oh, and the food prepared by the hotel's staff here at The Westin for the event I was attending was truly delicious. Excellent flavors, quality and beautiful presentation. Kudos to the chefs and staff! Thank you for a lovely stay to all of you. :)

The room was comfortable and spacious. I had booked a room with breakfast included. Reading one review it mentioned a voucher and that it was a specific amount of money that did not cover the cost of breakfast. This was not my experience, when we checked in we were given vouchers for a breakfast buffet which was excellent quality, the voucher also enabled us to have an omelette if we wished ovens cooked as we requested. The breakfast was excellent and all staff at the hotel helpful.

This is a comfortably convenient hotel about one to two blocks from Fenway Park. The staff was the 👍👍👍 BEST 👍👍👍 all around from housekeeping to valet. Checkin was very welcoming and efficient. The rooftop bar 👍 on the 8th floor offered beer, wine and hard liquors and had open air seating with heaters as well as enclosed seating and was a great place for a drink with lots of TVs for watching sports. The indoor pool (no hot tub👎) and gym is also located on the same top floor. Pool was clean. The beds were very comfortable 👍 in a spacious room with kitchenette. Shower no bathtub 👎. The room was clean but had limited toiletries 👎 and offered only shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was very good with healthy choices 👍 like egg whites and chicken sausage, fruits. Our room on the 6th floor had a view of Fenway which really was an angled limited view of the outside park wall. You could see people walking on the ramps. It’s not like you can see inside the park. I personally would not pay extra for this upgraded room.

Probably the most underrated hotel in the city! We always have a fantastic stay here. It's very clean & modern. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Housekeepers smile & say hello if you walk by them. Bedding is very comfy. Heated pool is nice. The lobby has very cool decor. Little market in lobby even has wine/beer, which was very convenient. A very short walk to many great restaurants as well as Fenway Park of course! It's easy to find & the valet parking makes it easy to just pull up to the door, grab suitcases, & head inside. Loved the cute little touch of microwave popcorn in our room - great idea! And if I ever get to stay there without my kids, the Rooftop Bar looks like so much fun! Pricing is reasonable compared to other hotels in the city, but it's just as nice.

Outstanding stay. Comfortable ans spacious rooms. Great facilities and convenience with a functional kitchenette in the suite. Buffet breakfast was excellent as were complimentary Starbucks refreshments. Very friendly and helpful staff. Also laundry facilities on 8th floor are very helpful for guests with a longer stay.

This hotel was wonderful - especially if planning to see a Red Sox game. Great location, 6 minute walk to the T (train into the city), less than 5 minute walk to Fenway and Time Out Market (awesome food market for finer dining - but market vibes). Also, if bringing kids there was a playground 5 minutes away. The free breakfast was good - lots of options including eggs, meat and waffles. The rooftop bar with views of Fenway was a great perk, and the pool was warm and perfect for kids. Hotel staff was friendly. Loved having a bedroom separate from other space in room (i.e. living/kitchen) and would definitely stay again if in the area. Perfect for families.

I stayed here in January with my family. We had an amazing stay from start to finish. We were greeted by the valet, who was kind and courteous. The guest agent who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly. He chatted with us and helped with dinner recommendations. The rooms were spotless and comfortable! We were traveling with our toddler so I’m usually really picky about the cleanliness of the room but I have zero complaints. All the staff we encountered - valet, front desk agents, breakfast attendants, housekeeping, etc. were all wonderful. This will definitely be my new preferred hotel next time we’re in the city.

The staff especially Natalie was very friendly and accommodating. Hilton Honors members had welcome waters. The room was clean and the view of the seaport and BCEC were great. The buffet breakfast was really delicious with a lot of options although it tends to get crowded. I really loved that the lobby had a little convenience store where you could pick up everything from a frozen dinner, ADL's and even alcohol and charge it to your room. Door Dash had great options for food since I have a 4 year old and going out for a nice meal really isn't an option. They do not have a microwave in the rooms but the lobby area has one and plenty of space for a private meal with your family. We door dashed Chinese food and ate in the restaurant area which had utensils and everything. The gym and the indoor pool were clean and not packed. But the location is the best part. You can walk to the water where there are bunch of good restaurants like Yankee Lobster and Legal Seafood and castle island is about 5 mins away where there is a beach area, a couple of playgrounds. We were only going for a weekend but ended up extending our stay since my husband had to work at the BCEC. Natalie again was really helpful with the reservation and we didn't have to switch rooms. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless — the place was super clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better. Huge window with a view of Boston harbor! One of my favorite parts was the common area downstairs by the front desk. It’s beautifully set up with plenty of comfortable couches, and the atmosphere is so cozy and relaxing — a perfect spot to unwind. I’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and great service!

We had the BEST experience at the Hampton by Hilton Boston Seaport District Hotel and truly cannot say enough good things about it. After a last-minute cancellation from our VRBO reservation on the very day we arrived in Boston, we were left scrambling to find accommodations for both my family and my friend’s family. Thankfully, this hotel came through for us in the most incredible way. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the front desk team, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and stress-free. They were not only accommodating but genuinely kind and helpful—turning what started as a chaotic travel day into a truly enjoyable one. The hotel itself exceeded all our expectations. The daily breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, the amenities were spotless and thoughtfully maintained, and the location made it so easy to explore all that Boston has to offer. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and clearly invested in making guests feel welcome and cared for. Honestly, I only wish we had booked here from the start. We’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston—whether you're traveling for business, family, or anything in between. Five stars all the way!

It’s a Hampton. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Modern lobby and solid breakfast. The issue is the fees and rooms are a really poor value. It’s priced like a luxury hotel which is confusing. Parking is $60 which is silly, especially considering its location and availability of other lots nearby. It’s a good location if you want to explore the Seaport (short walk from Harpoon and a few nice restaurants on the water). Location isn’t ideal for exploring Dowtown so depends what you’re looking for. Was recognized as a diamond checking in with some goodies and waters. If you can find a decent rate, it’s clean and comfortable and would stay again. But they regularly are priced with some of the luxury hotels in Boston and that’s confusing seeing that it’s a Hampton.

I stayed here for one night in between flights and had a great stay! The airport shuttle—which I took in both directions—was prompt, free and super convenient. The hotel is lovely — very clean, nice gym and pool, good b’fast. My room was spacious & bright. The area is quite walkable, I enjoyed discovering restaurants & Constitution Beach. And the staff was amazing, very welcoming and helpful.The only reason I gave it 4 stars is b/c of the mattress in my room, which was sagging, overly soft and IMO due for replacement.

Busy, buzzy HGI never fails to hit the mark. Great location provides park&fly and shuttles to Logan airport. Comfortable common areas in and out. Professional staff is eager to please you. They respect room requests whenever possible. Pool. Nice restaurant bfast till 11 on weekends, also lunch and dinner. Busy bar scene on the patio. This well-equipped, quiet room (with excellent AC!) sparkles. Priced competitively, other chains next door . Kiosk for what you fogot. ADA. Pet friendly. Convenient to mass transit into Boston or 15 min Lyft. City bikes nearby. Five minutes to Belle Island if you need some seafood or a nice place for a walk. Absolutely recommend. Reservation a must. We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every minute of it! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Very clean hotel! The lobby was always being cleaned when we came downstairs. Staff took great care of the hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. We didn’t hear airport or road noise. Restaurant downstairs ( we used 1x) and many cute restaurants close by on the beachfront. 12 minutes to Boston Commons from hotel. It’s close to everything!! Definitely recommend!!

The Hilton Garden Inn was quiet, clean, affordable and convenient to Logan airport. The staff were friendly and helpful, as were the restaurant staff and the shuttle drivers. Breakfast was amazing! I will definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at this hotel for a short layover near Logan Airport, and it was incredibly convenient. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. The room was spacious, offering plenty of room to relax. We recently hosted a business team meeting here with a group of 10, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. It struck the perfect balance between professional and comfortable. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Fabrina Guzman, the Catering Sales Manager, was simply outstanding—she and Dan were beyond accommodating, making sure every detail was taken care of. It honestly felt like Dan was dedicated just to us, always one step ahead of our needs. The food was top-tier with a diverse and thoughtfully curated menu. My coworkers were consistently impressed, and so was I. From beginning to end, this was one of the most seamless and well-supported offsite meetings we’ve had. Highly recommend for business events or even a relaxing stay.

We really enjoyed our time wholeheartedly at this location. We were in town for a birthday for my sister and to also celebrate our Anniversary- so I wanted something close to the restaurant and also beautiful views for my partner and I and I found this hotel and fell in love. We had an amazing experience- the accommodations they made to make our anniversary special was so commendable. Delroy was absolutely immaculate and I want to thank for everything. Went above and beyond with the customer service- top tier I must say. The rooms were beautiful. The room I had on the 8th floor was ocean view and we watched the sunrise it was so romantic and such a lovely view. The room was absolutely clean and spacious. The property itself was just divine. Even the price point for such an amazing experience was well worth it, we will for sure be back. For the most part the employees were astounding besides ONE employee- but everyone else was absolutely delightful. If you want to be close to tons of beautiful sights and unbelievably amazing restaurants- this should be your choice.

Check in was easy although we did arrive in the evening. There is not a restaurant on site so we’re directed across the road to a local craft beer bar/restaurant. We agree that bar is terrific. Our room had a small view over to water. We had a kitchenette that was well stocked with the basic cutlery, crockery and pans, microwave, dishwasher. Breakfast downstairs was always crowded so after our first morning we decided to take breakfast to our room each day. Much more relaxing. We stayed 5 nights. Bus stop was a few minutes away and the transit system is very quick and efficient. We used the self laundry within the hotel which was very convenient. Room attendants were very good. Front desk staff were helpful although at times they were very busy.

I loved the room! It was perfect for what me and my family needed. The bed was very comfortable. It was clean and neat. You could rest very well cause you couldn’t hear anything coming from other rooms or traffic. I liked the privacy. It’s very close to the airport so you can take the shuttle. It’s a 10-12 min walk from the shuttle/bus stop that takes you to the airport. All hotel facilities were excellent. Clean and tidy. I liked we could have coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7 and that you could have many TV channels and Netflix if you wanted to. Common areas were comfortable too. I feel it’s the perfect place to just stay, rest and relax, or if you want to just arrive to a very comfortable room to sleep at the end of the day because you’d like to go out and tourist all day long. They gave more than enough towels for everybody, that was nice. Room was well equipped with cups, mugs, fridge, plates, cutlery. Staff was nice! Thank you very much!

Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and coffee. Quiet rooms, big comfortable bed. Some of the staff were really friendly and tried to help us as much as possible with checking in early (we arrived on a very early flight) and getting gluten-free bread for breakfast.

I researched where to stay in Boston for a 2 night getaway. The staff was very helpful with our check in and some issues we had with booking with points. Alexandria was fantastic! One of the main reasons for picking this location was for a view of the fireworks over the river. Our view of the city from a higher floor was spectacular and we could see fireworks going off all over the city. From the large windows on the floor lobby we watched the main fireworks show up close and personal without crowds. It was spectacular! The bed was very comfortable and the room and facilities very clean. Great gluten free options in the restaurant also. Places were walkable or not hard to get to via public transportation. The “complimentary”tickets (part of the $30/night destination fee) to the 360 view of Boston in the Prudential Center was icing on the cake. If we are able to return to Boston this Marriott will be the first thing we book!

Stayed at the Boston Marriott Copley Place and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the Charles River. The location is perfect — connected to shops and close to everything in Back Bay. The M Club Lounge was a great bonus — quiet, well-stocked, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The on-site small market shop was convenient, though a bit on the expensive side. One small issue: I requested additional items through the Marriott app, but the request wasn’t recognized. I had to follow up twice before it was addressed. Hopefully the system improves.

We stayed at Boston Marriott Copley place for 14 nights, as we had gone to drop our daughter to Berklee college of music. overall experience was great. it is no nonsense hotel and offers very predicable and reliable experience. the place is mainained well. the bathrooms are clean and offer all amenities. We had shower cubicle in the bathroom which is good (instead of bath tub). the beds were good, long counter to stack luggage bags, good lighting in the room and great view. the fitness centre was great and we used to daily. it had 2 restaurants within the premises - yard house and starbucks. many other cafes and restaurants are close by. Overall, clean place, well maintained, good front office staff and helpful people. One area of improvement - housekeeping service was little inconsistent. some days very good and on few days, not so good. Having said that, i shall give this hotel high rating.

Having never been to Boston before, we were thrilled with the location. We could walk everywhere, from Boston Common to Little Italy to Fenway Park. The room was a nice size and the view was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, there was enough desk space to use my laptop computer and the walk-in shower was nice. The elevator system was efficient and quick, especially for such a large hotel. There is a Yard House restaurant inside the hotel building which was also convenient, especially for a quick breakfast before heading out. We received a free pass up to the observation level of the attached Prudential Tower which was a bonus. The fitness facility was clean and quite a good size for a hotel gym. There was also a gift shop and mail box in the hotel building, also convenient.

The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious and in excellent condition. Was a busy hotel and maybe not best suited for a family looking for quiet relaxation. The staff at checkin was great and friendly. Throughout my 4 days the staff were friendly and welcoming. I attended a conference there and it had great accommodations for that. The Yard House was nice to have on site for a restaurant and bar option. Hotel is very close to many other shops and restaurants with other options a close short walk. Would definitely return here

My stay at Hotel AKA Boston Common was truly wonderful. I arrived on August 4, 2025, and was warmly welcomed by the front desk receptionist, Sherley. Her customer service was exceptional—she was friendly, accommodating, and patiently answered all of my questions. She made the check-in experience seamless and set a great tone for the rest of my stay. The amenities were fantastic. I especially enjoyed spending time at the a.bar with a few colleagues—the atmosphere was great, and the bartender provided excellent service. My room exceeded expectations: spacious, clean, and located on the 17th floor with a beautiful city view. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The only downside to my experience came later that night when I returned from an evening out. I had some leftover food from a restaurant and wanted to warm it up. I called the front desk to ask about a microwave but was informed that none were available at the time and that a building engineer would need to be on-site to provide one. While this wasn’t a major issue, I would recommend having a centrally located microwave in the hotel for guest use—it would be a convenient addition. Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else about my stay was exceptional. I couldn’t have chosen a better hotel, and I highly recommend Hotel AKA Boston Common to anyone visiting Boston. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next trip to the city.

AKA Boston Common is a fantastic hotel with a sleek, minimalist contemporary design. We stayed in a corner room on a higher floor with stunning views of Boston Common, especially magical when lit up with colorful holiday and New Year lights. The staff was both friendly and professional, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water at check-in and the wine/champagne happy hour. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean—it felt fresh and modern. This hotel is perfect for enjoying New Year’s festivities like the parade or fireworks at Boston Common, shopping in Downtown Crossing or Beacon Hill, strolling through the park, or catching a theater show. Plus, it’s surrounded by excellent restaurants. Highly recommended!

The location of this hotel is great, a few blocks from the park, and the customer service is excellent. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The beds are very comfortable. They are very generous with both water and coffee. Both the lounge bar and the restaurant bar are very good. The Bosworth is the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent. We came to Boston for our son’s graduation and on our last night we requested a portable cot for him. They upgraded and moved us to a suite to accommodate the three of us which was so nice. Highly recommend for a Boston stay.

What an incredible hotel, James at the front desk was excellent… He totally kicked ass. He gave us a free upgrade, because he knew it was our anniversary… The lobby is beautiful, the bar looks really cool, the room is excellent! Great view, luscious and spacious bed for anniversary kinds of things, and Eames lounger, and a little table and chair to do things like chanting for your Buddhist practice, plenty of amenities and a big options for coming-home-after-drinking-alcohol-munchies, which I locked in the safe to keep them away from us… and then my wife got 24 socks for her anniversary gift! She’s a sock burglar, but I’ve finally given her so many socks that I don’t think she’ll burgle any more of mine! One drawback is the bathroom is clean but sparse and no bathtub. But I don’t think any of the rooms have tubs. It’s a comfy, stylish, James-filled establishment. Modern convenience with a touch class!! This hotel is awesome… A.k.a. TOTALLY incredible!

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last few months. When I am in this area, I will always pick this hotel out of a dozen or so choices within (practically) walking distance. The common areas and the rooms are spotless, the cleanest I've experienced in a long time. The hotel is set back from a busy road, and I found the rooms very quiet, particularly if you request a room away from the elevators and ice machines. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom was squeaky clean. The staff are professional and helpful. The onsite deli/market is well stocked. Pets are allowed. Louge areas are plentiful. My dinner meals were pretty good. The fitness center and indoor poor are also spotless and well maintained. I didn't have a car which was not a problem. I never waited more than a few minutes for Uber even on a busy holiday weekend. I recommend reserving through the Hilton website rather than a third party.

This is, by far, the most pleasant experience that I've had staying in Waltham or surrounding areas. They take precautions to keep you safe during your check-in, such as not saying your room number outloud if there are others in line at check-in, and also giving you two keys , which, as a solo woman traveler, I appreciate because no one knows that you are alone, or which room is yours. The staff are incredible and will make you feel comfortable and welcome. The entire property is spotless, inside and out. Rooms are spacious and super clean. The restaurant has delicious choices, and very friendly staff. The housekeepers are stars. They are the best of the best. I received excellent service from every single person. The price is incredible as well. There is no need to look elsewhere because you will not find a more pleasant, clean hotel in the area.

I was happy with this choice especially when booking one in Greater Boston area was difficult during the summer. This hotel is comparatively budget-friendly while checking most boxes for the basic convenience you would need for a quick night's stay. Hotel rooms are new, clean and fresh. The snack bar had good options and even local IPAs. Although the price for breakfast buffet was a bit high, they offered a lot of options to choose from, and they stay opened until the closing time.

Had a very nice four-day stay at Westin Copley in Nov 2025 for a conference. Stayed in the River view studio suite which has a very nice panoramic view of the Charles river. I wanted to specially give compliments to the Westin club, which I visited every morning for breakfast as a Marriott Platinum member. The club was clean and spacious with a good selection of breakfast items including a meat choice that rotates on a daily bassis. The coffee, pastry, and juice were all fresh and delicious. The staff at the Westin club were also very friendly.

Beautiful hotel with amazing comfortable bed and room. We stayed in a river view king with a sweeping Charles River vista. Amazing. It was ~700/ night and we celebrated a birthday. Enjoyed a few meals — once watching the all star game which was super fun. Delicious lobster roll and salad and drinks. Waiter was super fun and relaxed and efficient — has worked here for 20 years. Amazing feat on his part. Once we left for another city we realized we had left items in our room in a drawer. We called their housekeeping department and this awesome employee, Luciano Pires, took great care of our predicament with care, aplomb, and such professionalism. Please thank him for service beyond the norm. We look forward to staying at the Westin again. Copley Place was the very best location for enjoying everything in Boston- we caught a Red Sox game, took the subway to sites, and ate incredible food within walking distance. Victoria at the concierge desk is also quite a gem!

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from. One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day. If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay. The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Westin Copley puts you in the heart of Copley Square Boston. Steps away from the beautiful Boston Public Library and glamourous Back Bay Boston and Beacon Hill. A longer walk or cab ride will get you to Faneuil Hall, the North End, or Boston's beautiful waterfront. Regardless of which neighborhood you choose, the restaurants are fabulous. Don't miss Boston Public Garden, a lovely park. The hotel boasts a variety of rooms, rates, and views. Our room faced the city with some beautiful water views of the harbor and the river so the best of everything. The hotel offers one restaurant and the food and beverages are outstanding! After a day of being out and about, then a concert we needed a nosh and enjoyed an amazing burger, cocktail, and the wonderful entertainment. Love, love, love the sexy couches and great service. Sadly, our schedule didn't permit breakfast - which we heard was very good. Our room looked brand new, well appointed with very, very comfortable beds, and pillows. Good size bureau, closet, and bathroom. The room colors were neutral and on trend but not trendy. We appreciated the photographs of Boston. We are looking forward to returning. Easy check-in!

I stayed in a king suite with a city view. Lovely room, looks like it was recently updated with a great view. Beds are very comfy! Great location. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Typical breakfast items. Scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, fruit, danish. Valet staff was quick and friendly. Definitely reserve parking. They fill up fast! Room service was quick. Portions are meant for one person. You can ask for other options. There's a bunch not on the menu.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston, and I want to give a big thank you to Kunika and Kendall for making our visit extra special! As a Hyatt Globalist, I truly felt valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. We arrived early in the morning around 8 AM, and although no rooms were available yet for check-in, Kunika graciously offered us complimentary breakfast to start our day. Around 1 PM, she arranged for us to rest in a junior suite while we waited for our executive suite to become available, such a thoughtful gesture after a long trip. When I realized I had forgotten to print my Acadia National Park parking permit, Kendall at the front desk kindly helped me get it printed, so friendly and helpful! The breakfast staff were also fantastic, attentive, warm, and even remembered our drink preferences each morning. My only complaint is that the breakfast selection is quite basic and doesn't vary much from day to day. The hotel’s location is perfect, just steps from Boston Common and close to several Metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. The housekeeping team is amazing as well, our room was spotless and beautifully refreshed every day when we returned. This property definitely knows how to treat Globalists right. Thank you again to Kunika, Kendall, and the entire team for the thoughtful service and warm hospitality. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Boston while attending a graduation, and the entire experience was outstanding. The hotel’s location made it easy for us to get to various graduation events as well as enjoy some of the best parts of Boston during our visit. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist — which made a busy, emotional week feel relaxed and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, allowing us to unwind after each day of celebrations. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, despite the hotel being quite busy. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and having a well-equipped fitness center was a nice bonus for a quick workout in the mornings. The lobby and common areas were always clean and inviting, providing great spaces for our family to gather. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Boston was the perfect home base for our graduation week. We are grateful for the excellent hospitality and highly recommend this hotel for both family visits and special occasions.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Boston for a special mother-daughter 13th birthday trip and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location was perfect — walkable to Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, and fun activities like puppy yoga and shopping. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Upon check-in, we received wooden tokens for complimentary clam chowder (a fun, local touch), and they surprised us with a birthday treat in our room — chilled bubbly, sparkling water, and mini Boston cream pies! They also gifted us free breakfast for the next morning, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The pool was a great bonus too. Highly recommend — especially for families or special occasions. We’ll definitely be back!

My experience at this hotel was outstanding from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire property, including my room, was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk to popular downtown sights and shopping. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet—it was fresh, well-organized, and the staff ensured everything was spotless. On-site parking made things even more convenient. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

The hotel was in a great location. The T is located just outside the Macy's lower level that is attached to the hotel so very convenient to get to other areas of Boston. The breakfast buffet has a good selection and the food is very good but is pricey for breakfast. The concierge was very helpful with information about tickets for the hop on hop off buses and using the the T. We had a very clean room and the beds were very comfortable. I loved having the little sofa to sit and watch TV instead of sitting on the bed with clothes that I wore all day. We were on the 15th floor so the view was good but you also saw the top of a lot of buildings. The room was pretty quite and the curtains kept the room very dark in the morning so we could sleep in. Over all I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

Property a little out of the way if you have no car BUT the T station is a 5 minute walk away for the beach or Boston. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Rooms are huge. Bathrooms are very clean and spacious, free toiletries are all high quality.. Beds are extremely comfortable with a choice of soft or firm pillows. Tea/coffee facilities in room, well stocked. Fridge and microwave also in there. Free breakfast was good. Bar area was very spacious with a small but well stocked bar. Frer tea/coffee/water un receotion. The staff were all very friendly and polite. Very helpful. Pool and fitness center always a bonus.

Staff was very efficient and friendly. The lobby and restaurant area was clean and modern. The rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. The pool looked nice and the workout room was clean and had plenty of machines, but I didn't use either, so...

I had a great experience at this location. The hotel clean, comfortable & quiet...exactly what I needed. Staff is friendly & helpful. The buffet style breakfast was consistently great during my 4 night stay. I only gave 4 stars because they keep raising the cost of parking. There is currently a $30 per night parking fee, that was recently raised from $25 per night. When this location opened a few years back, I belive the parking was $15.

The hotel staff and the environment itself was very comforting. Everyone was friendly, the rooms were clean. The hotel itself is located directly across from a Target which is very convenient for all of the stuff that you may forget at home. The location to get in and out is great as well and you can tell that they have taken every measure to keep the hotel up to date and modern. My only complaint was they did not have a lot of options for people who don't eat pork products. The first day they had chicken sausage which was excellent the next day they did not have a non pork item for breakfast. Other than that everything else that they had was enough to fill my belly and be content. I still give them a five out of five, especially because the breakfast crew was willing to go out of their way to pull a chicken sausage and cook it for me. I have course declined because the girl was 9 months pregnant and I felt horrible, but like I said they had so many other foods that I didn't miss my chicken sausage. Highly recommend this hotel

I cannot recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline highly enough—it's truly an exceptional hotel. While I have a variety of options for my work meetings, I always choose this hotel, largely because of their incredible in-house restaurant, Punch Bowl. Their patty melt is absolutely out of this world! I often find myself staying here just for the dining experience. From the moment I checked in via the app—a process that was incredibly quick and seamless—the service was outstanding. The staff are super attentive, ensuring every need is met with a warm smile. The rooms are impressively spacious, especially by Boston standards, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. The amenities are top-notch. The gym and pool are fantastic, offering great ways to unwind after a busy day. The wireless internet is fast and reliable, which is crucial for my Zoom meetings. Just like all the other reviews say, this is seriously the BEST Hilton Garden Inn out there. It feels like a flagship hotel that others should aspire to mirror. The surrounding area adds to the hotel's appeal—it's very safe, and I felt completely comfortable walking around even at midnight. Seeing people jogging late at night speaks volumes about the neighborhood's safety. Without a doubt, this is my favorite hotel in the area for all my work meetings.

No Parking, except Valet for $45(2025), unless you choose to use the parking garage the street just before the hotel, a parking garage is on the street to the left. The cleanliness was about a 8. But the room itself was good, we had decent views and the Shower was amazing, has two shower heads and a wooden seat can be attached within the shower. Heated Pool only four feet deep but the pool isnt very large could accommodate maybe 6 adults, but two or three is comfortable lovely balcony outside with great views The gym is open 24 hours. It has treadmills, free wieghts, dumbells and elliptical and a two cycles, one cable system, with two extensions, with one bench.

We booked an air bnb and had to cancel last minute but still needed a place to stay. Everything around town was booked but I took a chance and walked in to see if they had any rooms available, they had one! Danielle at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! So friendly helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Room was clean, smelled nice and quiet. Great restaurant on site as well! Will definitely stay here again! Oh, and valet is great, super friendly staff! Great job Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline !

Mini reunion with girl friends. We booked this hotel as we couldn't find a place downtown within our budget that looked safe and clean. This place exceeded our expectation! We stayed on the 7th floor. Perfect view. Close to the T and some cute cafes. Comfortable bed and shower. AC is a little loud. Overall it was great!

This is my favorite place to stay in Boston. The location is super convenient and the T station is one block over. The rooms are spacious and clean, always. The staff was super helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Beds are also very comfortable. Love the valet service and its reasonable price.
