We stayed club. Room service was great. We were also roof top and pool was great view and very enjoyable. My brothers room had jacuzzi on top level. Entertainment night to night was excellent. We really enjoyed the lucadors lol. Wish I was back there right now

The room (once we got in a room with a view) was outstanding - a junior suite, with a king bed (super comfy and spotless) and open full bathroom (separate jacuzzi tub/shower). Then a sitting room with a twin murphy bed and a 1/2 bath that you can close off. Spacious, huge furnished balcony. My daughter had to stay out of the main bedroom/bathroom while hubby showered and vice versa, but it was immaculate. Entertainment every night that was a blast (a White Party with fire jugglers, etc.). The whole resort was manicured to a T. And the employees were so very accommodating and nice.

We travelled to Cancun for the last stop on our honeymoon and had the best time in this hotel. The room was incredible - we had a room with a rooftop jacuzzi. The unlimited trips to the a la Carte restaurants was a brilliant touch that I have never seen anywhere else before - there were 6 different restaurants plus the buffet. The Japanese and Bistro were highlights. The pools were a lovely temperature and all the staff were friendly throughout our stay, going the extra mile to make our holiday as relaxing as possible. We would love to return!

It’s a very beautiful place, with a nice beach that is like it was private it has a lot of sun beds on te beach , also the drinks and cocktails are made with high quality liquor and are unlimited ! , the food is exquisite with top quality ingredients also our bedroom had a hub , a jacuzzi and all the amenities with a full bar fridge and a champagne bottle all was fantastic

The grounds are beautiful! We loved the pool and the jacuzzi tub on our balcony. The food was AMAZING. The Zentropia spa was incredible. One of the best massages I’ve ever had and the hydrotherapy circuit is top notch! Highly recommend the jacuzzi terrace loft room. We had so much space. Every single worker was absolutely amazing and took care of everything. We were spoiled all week. Love TRS!

Everything about this place is luxurious - from the space to the amenities to the staff to the food and beverages. The pool area, the beach, the restaurants, the beautiful grounds... All of it was gorgeous. I just wish we had spent more time at the hotel rather than go do activities. The bathtub and the jacuzzi on the balcony were especially fun, and our personal butler Naysin (and the rest of the team) went above and beyond for us. I also appreciated the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. This is not a party hotel by any means, but if you are looking for a good time you will find it easily.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. I liked the fresh juices and all the pastries too but a station for made-to-order omelets and eggs would be super The property is kept immaculately clean, all employees were friendly and eager to assist our Loft jacuzzi suite was very spacious, loved the Nespresso coffee machine and had all the necessities needed for a relaxing enjoyable stay

We spent 4 days and 3 nights at TRS Coral which were so luxurious with delectable dinners especially at the French restaurant Le Boheme. Our room was immaculate with all the necessities imaginable even one of my favorite brands Loccitane in our bathrooms and our butlers were amazing setting up our jacuzzi one night with rose petals and all. Everyone should go see the Chic cabaret dinner show which was really spectacular and made my husband's birthday celebration extra special.

Best food, friendly staff, clean! Rooms are not what you expect though. Compleat lack of privacy. Shower, jacuzzi and sinks next to the beds( no door). Toilet was the only thing separated by door but doesn't have aspiration. The bathroom smells go to the room. The shower has a glass door. That was junior sweet. I would definitely go back there but only if they have different rooms. The rest of it is really high end.

We had family of 4 (2 early teens) for 6 nights & we enjoyed our stay there. The only thing we were not satisfied with was our room accommodation compared to similar caliber resorts we have stayed at. We shared a double bed room. The “double” beds were VERY small I am not sure if they were even a full size bed & definitely not a queen size bed! The room did not come w/any other sleeping options such as a pull out couch. The room had little to-no privacy. The shower, sink & jacuzzi tub were inside the bedroom area & they only provide a shower curtain similar to a hospital room divider but doesn’t fully enclose the shower area just 1 wall so you can’t see the shower area from the bedroom area but if you walk by the shower area to use the toilet or exit the room you can easily see into the shower area. The toilet has its own room w/door. It barely flushes & we would have to call maintenance to unclog it. The tv was small & the sound kept cutting out on it. I think the only channel that wasn’t Spanish was Fox News which we didnt mind (Go #47!). The water pressure was amazing & was as hot/cold as you wanted it. I am pretty sure almost all the rooms are ocean view so don’t waste your money “upgrading” to an ocean view. They had 3 elevators for each wing of the building (17 floors) & the wait times were reasonable. The pools & food were great. If you want a pool chair we had to get there to reserve our chairs by 6:30am or they all get taken quickly. The beach(es) are small & rocky.

I stayed at RIU Palace Peninsula for 7 nights and had a great time overall. Check-in was quick, and they let us use the amenities early while waiting for the room. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice partial ocean view, but I didn’t love the open bathroom layout, and the toilet area had a mild odor. Food was hit or miss. Breakfast buffet was good if you went early. Isla Mujeres (steakhouse) was my favorite restaurant, while Krystal (fusion) was my least favorite. Dinner buffet was just okay. Drinks were average, and the lobby café had limited snacks, but the 24/7 sports bar was a nice option. Service was excellent—some of the best I’ve experienced. Housekeeping was great, staff were friendly and helpful, though some buffet servers could be more attentive. The pools were clean but overcrowded—never found a chair all week. The beach was the highlight: clean, plenty of chairs, and great drink service. Entertainment was fun, but seats filled up fast for nightly shows. Overall, it’s a lively resort with good energy, solid service, and a great beach. A few improvements in food and seating would make it even better.

recently had the pleasure of staying at RIU Penulsina , and I must say, the entire experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing and stress-free stay. The resort itself is stunning—immaculately maintained grounds, beautiful architecture, and luxurious amenities that made every day feel like a dream. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless and comfortable. What truly stood out, however, was the quality of service. Every team member, from concierge to dining staff to housekeeping, was attentive, courteous, and eager to help. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met and always with a smile. The attention to detail and personalized touches made a lasting impression. We also enjoyed the resort’s wide range of services and activities—delicious dining options, a relaxing spa, and fun entertainment and excursions. There was truly something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend RIU Peninsula to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and eager to return. A truly five-star experience!

First Riu stay after 17 trips going to all-inclusives in Mexico. Its was a solid 4 of 5 stars. The hotel is older and in need of updates, but with that said it was nice. Workers tried very hard to keep areas and walkways clean. The front desk was excellent even though they are way over worked and deal with so many nasty and mean guests. All restaurant and bar workers were helpful and friendly. The buffet for all three meals was excellent with many options. We ate at all of the 5 restaurants for dinner, with only one poor experience at Krystal. Food was poor and service bad. The other 4 restaurants were delicious with the Kulinarium the best. We often had a table for 9 in minutes. The longest wait was about 30 mins. This was great considering how busy the resort was. The adult children enjoyed the theme parties. If they could make one thing better would be to improve on the evening entertainment at the hotel. It was so-so. The pools in July are way to hot to use. I cooled off the ocean. Beach is not huge but nice with plenty of trees for shade, chairs and umbrellas. I would definitely go back to this hotel and consider Riu around the world for future stays. The first impression of Dreams Vista is its striking modern architectural design. Once you arrive, it feels as though you’ve escaped the hectic surrounding area and entered a completely different world on another level. The sleek and stunning architecture even brings to mind some of the modern coastal buildings you’d find in other luxury destinations. The check-in area is on the smaller side, and valet service is split in the middle—on the left is the lobby, while the right side leads to most of the restaurants and bars downstairs. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight, serving excellent Mediterranean dishes with fresh fish. The rooftop bar is equally impressive, offering panoramic views framed by glass panes overlooking both the golf course and the beach. That said, the beach itself is less inviting. The presence of sargassum not only makes the water murky but can also cause an unpleasant smell at times. Still, other areas of the resort add charm: the Coco Café on the opposite side of the lobby is super cute and a nice spot for coffee or a snack. The lobby bar, while stylish, could benefit from softer lighting to create a warmer evening atmosphere. Overall, Dreams Vista is a beautiful choice if you appreciate modern, clean lines and elevated design. If you’re looking for a traditional Caribbean resort style, this may not be the exact fit—but for those seeking sleek, modern luxury with impressive dining and views, it delivers.

I recently stayed at dreams vista in Cancún with my family, and overall the experience was amazing. The resort itself is beautiful—clean, modern, and with everything you could want for a relaxing trip. The pools were gorgeous, the beach was well maintained. The staff in general were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the Sugar Bar. The atmosphere there was lively and fun, and the drinks were excellent. Special mention goes to Adrian, one of the bartenders. He was incredibly welcoming, and always made sure we were enjoying ourselves. His cocktail.His kindness and professionalism truly made us feel special and well taken care of. I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancún. Between the stunning property, the wide variety of amenities, and the outstanding staff, it’s the perfect place for both families and couples.

The service was generally very good apart from a few staff. The drinks were great, but the food was a bit inconsistent. Some of the restaurants were good, but others, like the buffet and the one by the beach were not great. Food is not hot and often too salty to eat. The pool is lovely and the beach, while a bit small, is very nice. Very well maintained, and always chairs and umbrellas available. In the preferred section, Albin and Brian were fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. The rooms are nice. A good size and a comfy bed. They are cleaned well and properly stocked. Great views from the rooms, too. The resort is pretty quiet overall, which is nice. It is not the place to be if looking for a party. The a la carte restaurants are generally decent, though one or two are not open each night. That makes it a bit tricky to keep the food varied. We usually ate on the rooftop at the restaurant there. It was pretty good and consistent. Again, the buffet was diverse but not great. I also do not care to eat at buffets usually due to other people's handling of items. Check in was very easy. Check out too. Easy to get around the resort, as it is one long, skinny building. A good trip overall.

We had an AMAZING time at Dreams Vista Cancun. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and everything was great! Lizle and Danya helped us with registration. They helped our big group in the preferred lounge. As soon as we showed up they gave us all the information about preferred and helped us with some big group dinner reservations. Gema was a delight and so helpful with arranging some last minute dinners. Benjamin at the rooftop pool made our celebration extra special with a birthday cake for my husband. We had dinner at Vista Prime on Sunday and they were able to make a special reservation for our big group. The food was delicious… you need to try the empanadas. They even had a welcome drink made with mezcal!!! Thank you very much Señor Ignacio! Your whole team at Vista Prime did great! Our last dinner was at Mi Lucrecia, the Mexican restaurant. This place had the best food and desserts. The aguachile, the arrachera, the chocoflan and the tres leches yummy yummy. Thank you to the fabulous servers Juan, Luis, Gabriel and the manager Carlos Rueda. A super ultra special thank you to the entertainment team!!! Zeus = The king of aqua aerobic. Zamir = Lotería and Crazy games king. And the king of kings… Mister Erik!!! The adults and kids in our group enjoy the games, activities and of course karaoke. Wow — what a vacation! The staff was absolutely incredible — special thanks to Cinthia, Max, Zamir, Carlos, and so many others who made our stay unforgettable. The food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the entire site felt cozy, clean, and easy to navigate. Everything is so close, making it perfect for relaxing and exploring without stress. As a vegan family, we were so impressed to find dedicated vegan menus at all the restaurants — and the sushi? Outstanding. If we ever needed something that wasn’t on the menu, the staff always went above and beyond to create something special for us or even fetch it from elsewhere. The level of care was exceptional. The activities were just as impressive: surf lessons, a pickleball court, water slides, a great pool, a gym, a small (but super fun) beach, and jetskis available for rent — all of it made this hotel a truly well-rounded and memorable vacation spot. We highly recommend it!

The suite was massive, the terrace as well with a lovely jacuzzi and beautiful view.

Spacious room, clean, well appointed. Hotel located in the Southern part of hotel zone thus only 12-15 minute drive to the airport. Pool area nice with swim up bar. 3-4 pools in total plus a kiddie pool. Also have 8-9 jacuzzi style mini pools along the edge of pool area overlooking ocean. Big issue here is finding pool chairs during day as folks go down early and “reserve” them with their towels or other belongings. If you don’t play this game too, you risk not having a chair, as happened to me on my first day. Pool bar is centrally located but only has single location to order drink so queues can get very long, especially when someone ahead of you orders mixed drinks. They should really have multiple bartenders and queuing points to better manage demand. Queue for a beer sometimes can be nearly 20 minutes. If queue is long, sometimes is better option to just enter pool and go to the swim up bar which is typically much faster. Buffet restaurants are also riddled with queues, both to get in as well as to get your food. Other restaurants require reservations but most often, they are fully booked when checking app so you can queue in lobby and request help from the booking desk who sometimes has access to slots not visible in app. Way too many queues in this hotel for a relaxing vacation. Beach is good with a number of beach chairs in covered palapas but beach is prone to having quite a bit of seaweed at times.

Everything was perfect in this hotel! Over 800+ staff in this hotel, everyone is nice and friendly!! Kiddie pool, swim bar pool, and a pool that’s 4ft like 3 pools with jacuzzi. Servers are everywhere and if you want drinks by the pool they come and bring you one. The food is excellent, having international buffet, Mexican, Italian, Brazilian steakhouse, seafood bar (the best) & hamburgers, pizza, hotdogs, nachos, sushi bar, coffee & ice cream stations, hotel is a 100/100!! My 3rd year coming and will always be back to this hotel. Thank you to the captain Eladio & the servers Antonio, Jesus, Aeraciio and others! 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The property is spacious and very pretty. The entrance bungalow was massive and super beautiful. The pool was beautiful and a nice temperature. Always servers around to help with anything. The buffet always had options for any type of diet. Breakfasts had options like omelette bar, yogurt bar, fresh fruit, pastries. Steak at the Argentina restaurant was super good. They did a Mexican night at the buffet and I thought that was probably the best food we had!! Italian restaurant was the most popular. I loved the Thai restaurant! The lunch seafood restaurant was the best, the shrimp cocktail and fish tacos was super good! All restaurants are first come first serve. They had a variety of kids activities near the kids pool, they did face painting, balloon making, tag. The spa was wildly expensive! The gift shop was nice but incredibly expensive. Sunscreen was $40usd. In the fine print you need to pay an additional $4usd each day for a beach fee which you pay at checkout. The coffee shop only does hot drinks, I would have loved to have iced coffee but no one really got it. Bring small change as it was hard to break big bills. You have to wake up at 7am to grab a beach or pool chair, people wake up early and save them and disappear for a few hours. Most people save chairs all day. One person beside me saved 4 chairs and didn’t come back for 4 hours. Wi-Fi is not good on beach or pool. Kids pool area has zero shade.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary, and overall, it was a great experience that did not disappoint. The service throughout our stay was truly phenomenal—friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome from the start. Most of the food and drinks were enjoyable. The main buffet had a fantastic breakfast every morning, while lunch and dinner varied a bit in quality. There’s another breakfast buffet near the beach with similar offerings, but it was hard to enjoy with birds flying in and out and even landing on the buffet line, eating the food. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided, and room service was surprisingly quick. We didn’t need pesos at all—my Chase Visa was accepted for the room, and we tipped in U.S. dollars, which the staff appreciated. As expected with all-inclusive resorts, the drinks were a bit watered down, but still enjoyable. My only real disappointment was the lack of coffee options—I would have loved more variety. The resort is a little older, but they make up for that with excellent hospitality and nightly entertainment. We especially loved the performances at the lobby bar, with the Michael Jackson show being a standout. The only downside was the persistent "purple shirts" in the lobby trying to sell excursions or spa packages—it got a bit annoying, so we made an effort to avoid them after day one. All in all, we had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The facilities amazing! I would recommend to add some jacuzzi’s but the pools were great , awesome place . The service is superb!!! The workers make this place so different!

We loved the room we had the most we had the most beautiful views our room was the room with the outdoor hottub. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is super clean compared to other hotels we visited on our stay. The food was delicious we even decided to eat at the hotel for lunch and dinner. The vibe at the hotel was super relaxing they played music by the beach and pool overall it was a very relaxing stay.

The Izla Hotel is a luxury hotel in a quieter area of the island. It was a 10-minute, $10 taxi ride from the Ultramar ferry terminal. The hotel has several dining options: a casual restaurant, an upscale restaurant, a beach/pool menu, and room service. Food and drinks were typical prices for tourist areas. Yoga classes were offered (8 am) on the beach three times during the week. The friendly staff immaculately cleaned the pool, beach, and entire property daily. Tap water is not potable, so you must buy water from the hotel or local convenience stores. Ice is available via room service or the beach bar. Free coffee to all guests, including those without the breakfast option, during the morning in the café. You can rent golf carts through the hotel or from local shops, and gas-powered mopeds (require a motorcycle license) are also an option. It's about a 20-minute walk into town, which felt safe for evening strolls and meals. Our air-conditioned room had a balcony perfect for watching the sunset, and the king-size bed was very comfortable with daily cleaning service. Overall, the Izla Hotel is an excellent option for those seeking a non-inclusive option located away from the chaos of the Playa Norte.

Staff is kind, attentive and well trained. Extremely clean and well maintained property. The balcony and comfy beds made for a nice stay. Pool areas and the gym are great. Food was very good with nice variety. Breakfast buffet had wonderful selection. Also had pool menu and the shrimp caesar salad was so excellent, had several times. Beach dinner options with entertainment and other activities such as salsa lessons were fun! Sky Lounge was a lovely adult lounge area to hangout and watch the sunset. Angel at the Sky Lounge and Anna at the front desk were both standouts!! Ask for Rosa in the spa. The BEST! Quiet location but had restaurants and famous ice bar nearby. Also, good area for a long walk.

The resort is pretty nice, but not overly fancy. The check-in process was divided out by the type of room you reserved, which also gave you a different color wrist band that works both as a key to your room and marker of what type of guest level you are. The system worked pretty well. The pool was nice and a good size which held a lot of guests without issue. The outdoor bar lines were pretty short so you didn’t have to wait long for a drink. One bar tender (Luigi) was exceptional and I would go to him for all our drinks. The guy was fast, gave great recommendations on drinks, and always had a smile! Theme nights were fun at the outdoor club (bar) called Bash. About half the people dressed in the theme’s for the evening. Note that you should also brink long pants to wear to the restaurant called “SHE”. Several of the restaurants required collared shirts. The buffet was very good and you certainly do not go hungry. The staff throughout the resort were very nice and helpful. The “boobs” cruise was well worth it and one of the highlights of our trip. The resort was “sexy” but not overly so. If you are looking for wild, I am sure you can find it, but it is not pushed on anyone.

Room was clean and comfortable. Food was overall delicious and have enough varieties. Fun party vibe and people were generally so accepting and friendly. Quiet pool is nice for party break. Beach was picturesque and serene.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time and whilst the room was not ready, I was allowed to start using the all-inclusive services hours beforehand. So i had a good 3 hours extra use of the drinks etc before my check-in time. On the day of check-out, they allow you to use the facilities up to 6pm, so you can get an extra 7 hours of food and drink after your checkout time. Whilst I only stayed two nights, i only went to one A La Carte restaurant on the second evening, the food was very good, i wished i had of went to another one on the first night, as it really added value to the hotel costs as the standard buffet restaurants were a bit bland. Plenty of drinks options and bars available during the day, bars open late every night, typically in European all-inclusive places they stop the bars around 11/12.

I don’t even know where to begin! First, let me give a HUGE shout out to Andrea, Odalys and Marco! They work the front desk at the resort and were so welcoming and attentive to our needs. They always pointed us to the right direction and were never without a smile. Thank you so much for helping in making my first time in Mexico unforgettable. Second - oh my god…the playmakers! I wish I had a list of their names :( but it goes without saying, they TURN UP! If you are someone that likes to have a good time - you can count on them. They hosted a twerk contest (the lord knows I DONT have the knees for that) a stripper pole contest (the girls were outsideeeee that day lol) and a drinking contest (which I won! BIG PER) and so many others. Okay now the food? Um yeah - go get that. Someone’s grandmother must be the head chef because EVERYTHING was fresh, hot and delicious. And if you didn’t know already - this resort is all inclusive soo maybe bring a bigger pair of pants cause the extra pounds are sure to creep on you. Every inch of the resort and I mean every inch - that’s including the pool, is SPOTLESS. The cleaning crew in my opinion are the true heroes in my book. You can always find someone touching up something here or there, ensuring the place is in tip top shape and as a Dominican woman and cleans to bachata every morning - I love that Ugh 💕 can’t wait to go back

The staff couldn’t have been nicer. From check-in to the cleaning staff, bartenders, restaurant workers and the playmakers… wonderful people. The other guests were fun and friendly. It is a unique experience! Special shout out to: Juan at Sutra (they are all great there but he’s always been awesome to us) Jesus at the Italian restaurant, he went above and beyond to help us have 2 amazing meals! Javier at the pool was great. I wish I knew the name of the little woman making the eggs and omelets, she deserves a raise! Joan and Kenia at check in and out made us feel at home and it was nice no to have any surprises. Thanks to all the people who make Temptation a place to want to return to!

From the moment we arrived at Finest Playa Mujeres, we were treated like royalty. The resort is stunning, with breathtaking ocean views, pristine beaches, and beautifully maintained grounds. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay made this an unforgettable experience. Service & Staff – 10/10 The staff was beyond incredible—always friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. Whether it was the concierge, housekeeping, or the restaurant servers, everyone went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable Rooms – Spacious & Luxurious Our suite was immaculate, with modern decor, a private jacuzzi, and a fully stocked minibar. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room service was top-notch. Waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning was pure bliss. Food & Drinks – Gourmet Quality With so many dining options, we were spoiled for choice. Every meal was outstanding, from the fresh seafood at Duke’s Lobster & Seafood to the authentic Mexican dishes at Lizo. The cocktail selection was impressive, and the bartenders knew how to make every drink perfectly. Pools & Beach – Absolutely Stunning The pools were clean, warm, and never overcrowded. The beach was paradise—soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The service at the beach was fantastic, with drinks brought right to our loungers. Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a luxurious, all-inclusive experience with world-class service, Finest Playa Mujeres is the place to be.

My partner and I had our first trip to Mexico and it was one of our favorites out of all of our trips in 8 years together. We visited Finest Playa Mujeres to celebrate our anniversary and Valentines days and they made it extra special for us. When you first arrive they take your luggage and gift you with welcome drinks of champagne. You also meet your concierge who is very helpful with any of your needs. Our concierge was Alfredo! Our room was very spacious with a king bed, rainfall shower, and ocean view terrace. Also, an in room jacuzzi and fully stocked mini bar! We loved the 24 hour room service included. Throughout our days we would indulge in the activities like beach yoga, trivia, sip n paint, coco loco lessons, and so much more. We made friends with Kevin and Govanny who made these activities so fun! We spent most of our time on the beach on the Excellence club side. The water was beautiful and the sand was very clean. One thing about this resort is that they are very conservative and environmentally friendly. We really appreciated the amazing service from Gustavo, Ricardo, and Victor on the beach. They made our days even more relaxing and enjoyable. Our nights were spent indulging in the restaurants! There was a versatile of options available like Shoji (Asian Fusion), Lizo (Tex-Mex), Dukes (Lobster house), Le Petit Plasir (French), Surf and Turf, Brass Steakhouse. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. There were so many delicious food options and a wide variety of activities to enjoy. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated, creating a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. It’s both family-friendly and perfect for couples who want a bit of alone time without the kids. A special shoutout to Hector, the activities specialist—he’s amazing! We had so much fun with him learning archery and rifle shooting, and he also offered bike riding and pickleball. He’s super funny and made everything a blast. Check-in was seamless and welcoming thanks to Manuela at the Excellence Club. She truly made us feel at home. Check-out with Enrique was just as smooth and pleasant. At the beach, make sure to check in for your beach chairs with Eduardo—he’s not only efficient but also brought great energy and humor to the process. We also booked massages, and they were incredible! So relaxing and calming. Mayra and Norma were outstanding—professional, kind, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entire experience. Overall, our stay was absolutely amazing. Many staff members helped make it special, and while everyone was great, the names mentioned above really stood out. This hotel exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to come back!

This property is beautiful and modern. Lots of pools and the beach is gorgeous. Bars are located in ideal places all around the property. It’s very spaced out, which can be good and bad. The tropical Juice bar is literally on the opposite side from the beach, so you can’t enjoy a fresh coconut on the beach. Maybe have another bar that offers fresh coconuts??? Food options are great. Lots of delicious restaurants to choose from but make sure to keep up to date on the app cause it also seems like one is closed one day and open the next. Then the other one you want to try is closed and a different one is open. There is no night time entertainment. Like non- existent. No fire shows, acts, traditional dances, nada. Just live music and some characters in costume for the kids. Definitely need to work on that. It’s very chill and great for families with young ones. Not ideal for folks looking for a party vibe or teens looking for activities. Which is perfect for us The staff and service is excellent and top notch. Noe from Duke’s is the best waiter we’ve ever come across at any AI. Munther Shawa is in charge of dining and it was wonderful and nice of him to come and get to know our family while we were just hanging out in the main lounge. Very friendly and professional. I’m sure he had a busy schedule so it was much appreciated that he took the time to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The guy has a cool backstory about how he ended up in Cancun from UAE.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the in-room amenities—from the fully stocked minibar to the spa-like bathroom—made the stay even more enjoyable. The private balcony was the perfect spot to unwind with a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Dining: A Culinary Delight One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible variety of food. With multiple restaurants offering everything from Mexican and Italian to Asian fusion and seafood, every meal was an experience in itself. We loved this property and everyone that worked here. The people were so joyful and friendly. No bad vibes and the property was wonderful. Only thing missing is jacuzzi’s. Other than that perfect.

We absolutely loved this resort! Everyone was so nice and always asking if we needed anything. They were truly going above and beyond! The food was so good, we loved all the restaurants!! I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel . It’s a very nice hotel with exceptionally friendly staff and clean, well-maintained facilities. The buffet offers a good variety of food, but what really stands out is the option to dine at their specialty restaurants in the evenings. The absolute highlight of my dining experience was the Asian Noriku (teppanyaki live cooking ) restaurant — the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was both fun and entertaining. The pools are beautiful and there are plenty of great daytime activities to keep guests entertained. The beach is also very nice and well-kept, perfect for relaxing. I also had the chance to try out the spa, where I booked a Swedish massage and a facial. The spa was really nice — very friendly staff and a noticeable attention to detail. If you enjoy spas, I highly recommend giving it a try during your stay. One downside, however, is that many guests reserve pool chairs early in the day by placing towels on them, and those seats often stay empty for hours. This makes it hard to find available seating in the shade, especially if you arrive mid-day. On a positive note, I was given a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, which definitely enhanced my stay and was a lovely surprise. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I had a great stay at the Hilton Hotel in Cancun’s Hotel Zone. The property is very well maintained and clean. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, with daily housekeeping that always provided fresh sheets and towels. Some of the furniture in the buffet area could use an update, as it looks a bit worn. That said, the restaurants are overall very nice, and the food was consistently good. The beach area is gorgeous — clean, well-kept, and with plenty of loungers available. There were also fun activities offered throughout the day, which added to the experience without being overwhelming. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, with friendly staff ready to help with any questions or requests. The service across the board — especially from the restaurant and pool staff — was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

I have been to many, many all-inclusive resorts and this has definitely been the nicest resort with the best food and the best people. Everything about the stay was wonderful.. There were ample restaurants and bars and everything is well laid out. The shows each evening were fun. The coffee bar was excellent. I cannot say enough about the great people who worked there. If I could not think of what I wanted to drink, the bartenders would whip up something and I would name it after him/her. The daily exercise classes were great - I did water zumba on three days! Love the all inclusive perks, bar, swimming pool, beach, jacuzzi, activities, different variety of food, the shows and the location. Indeed a very good family resort.

There was a water park with slides for the kids, game room with air hockey, multiple xbox, board games, etc., and also different activities for the kids. There's also ziplining, mini golf, and basketball but we never made it to those. Most of the restaurants arent open all day. The buffet is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Mexican restaurant is only open for lunch. The steak restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. All the others are only open for dinner starting at 6. Also sometimes the wait times are long butnyou can put your name on the list and go back. Theres also a shop that has fruit, sandwiches, etc that seemed to be open throughout the day and also a burger, pizza, hot dog spot by the pool. I didnt like my outside view from the balcony but thats not why I chose this place. The water, juice, sodas were restocked daily with whatever we wanted. The pools on the beach side were 3 infinity pools. The bartenders knew my drink by the 2nd day lol. To get towels at the pool you have to give them a card and when you return the towel they give you the card back. They didnt give us cards upon checkin so I had to go back to the front desk to get them. If you dont return the cards when checking out they charge you $30. Seats were scarce if you waited or you could go after 2 & the morning crowd was leaving. I expected the seaweed on the beach. Some places it's more than others. This isnt my 1st time in Cancun. All in all it was a good resort to bring the family.

We had a fantastic spring break vacation at Seadust, a resort that caters to families with children. The location near the airport was convenient, and the resort offered a variety of amenities, including sport courts, a beautiful beach, large pools, and spacious rooms. However, there were a few areas where improvements could be made. The pool chairs were often taken by day break, and many alcoholic beverages were only available to members of the resort’s luxury vacation club. Additionally, the exterior of the hotel could benefit from some maintenance, as the salt air can take a toll on the building. Javier, our Expedia concierge, was an absolute lifesaver. He made our stay even more enjoyable by setting up dinner reservations, arranging a birthday balloon entrance for my son, and always being ready to assist us with any requests. The “5-star” bartenders, Israel, Rodrigo, and Geraldo, were exceptional and took great care of us throughout our stay. The Italian restaurant was particularly impressive, especially the steak. Luis and Pedro were the best waiters. We also took an excursion with Aquaworld, which provides pool towel services at the Hotel. Oscar was kind and helpful. Their facility was very nice and conveniently located just down the road from the resort. For our airport transfers, we used Happy Shuttle, and they were punctual and reliable on both ends of our journey. Wilber, the driver, was an excellent guide and made sure we had a safe and comfortable ride.

Our family of 5 had an amazing time at the Seadust Family Resort. It was important that the resort was family focused as we didn't want to expose our kids to drunken chaos. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. The pool areas filled up quickly as to be expected. The key for us was how special the staff were, You just don't see that level of service back home, here in On, Canada. The resort was close to the airport, check in and out was painless, Cleaning staff did a great job, The buffet could have been better, the restaurants were spot on. We felt safe, welcomed and had a great experience. We stayed on the resort the entire week, Our kids enjoyed the slushy drinks at the pool bars, as well as the snacks. Have fun and please tip your staff, it goes a long way.

I read some terrible reviews before we left & I was panicking thinking maybe I should cancel? Well I am so glad we did not cancel. We traveled with two little ones (2,4) & we had a blast. Pros: Very kid driven, always a wonderful show at night at 7 pm (early enough for my littles), they had ceramic painting by the pool a few days that was a small extra charge that my kids enjoyed, fun music by the main pool all day & entertainment, pool drink service was good. Our room was very clean and consistent each day. Restaurants were good (def go to the japanese & steak house). Everyone was very friendly & we felt safe at all times. Beach was beautiful. Cons: kids water park is run down & water was freezing, we went for about 15 minutes & never went back. Main pool water is on the colder side as well-I have two littles and often they were shivering even in 85 degree weather. There is no poolside food ordering like we are used to-You have to wait for lunch to open at the poolside buffet and wait in line and choices are limited. Our air conditioner in our room was so loud-we never complained about it, we just shut it off at night and put the fan on but it got warm. The building outside needs some love, chipped paint that could look nicer but not a big deal to us. You have to get pool chairs by 6:15 am the latest if you want shade-im not kidding. All in all we still had an amazing time especially for the value! I would recco if you are on a budget.

Stunning views, excellent customer service, quiet and easy walking distance to Punta Sur! The team at Casa de los Suenos went above and beyond to make sure every need was taken care of! We booked the family room with a kitchen which was handy to do basic prep and a refrigerator. No microwave but the front desk said they would be happy to reheat leftovers if needed in their microwave. Filtered water supplied in lobby to refill water bottles. Very quiet area and very handy to have full access to Kin Ha beach club below, which would save you front row seats on the lounge (no additional cost) and food/beverage service which can easily be charged to your room if you do not want to carry $ with you. The included breakfast at either Kin Ha or Mayan beach club was fantastic! Full, large breakfasts that held us over most the day very filling and delicious. Beds were very comfortable (medium to medium soft) and additional bedding/blankets available and a roll away bed for kids was also available upon request. Bikes were newer and updated and it was about a 20 min walk to Punta Sur (a must do). Couple of other restaurants and food carts (the espresso Volkswagen bug one block away is super fun!) within walking distance, cabs easy to get, or the front desk will order in a delivery order of food if you desire. Did I say the view is unbelievable? Highly recommend snagging up this gem before the new fancy hotel next door drives up the price. Thank you for an amazing stay!

My husband and I came here for a quick 4 days. We had visited the property many years ago and vowed to come back to stay. We were not disappointed!! We loved the beautiful, quiet property. Eating the delicious (incl) breakfast every morning on the water was perfect and eating dinner a couple times at the restaurant Ulan, right across the street was so comfortable and easy. Enjoyed good food and live music there! Roger and Carlos took care of everything for us at the hotel during our stay. We enjoyed our own infinity pool and extra space in the Presidential Suite. The bed was comfortable and shower was open and had nice pressure. We rented a golf cart for our stay, which you would need to get around the island. It was easy and fun zipping around. We ate lunch on the beach every day and ate dinner either at Ulan, mentioned above or up at the north end of the island where all the action is. We had great seafood every day. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!!

This boutique hotel has an amazing view of the ocean/gulf with an infinity pool, the interior is also very beautiful and the service is great. The rooms are clean and spacious with rooms on the first floor right next to the pool. It's on the south side of the island, away from main activities and beaches in the north, but you can rent golf carts to commute daily. Of course, taxi is 150 pesos and will take about 15 minutes to get to the north. At the same time, the hotel is closer to major snorkelling locations and has access to an amazing area by Kin Ha restaurant, which is tied to the hotel, so you can get snorkeling, and kayaking gear for free. The breakfast is also in this restaurant which has three more pools with a small water slide for kids, in the pool seating near the bar, swings in the water and a small pier. All in all, it's an amazing place.

The hotel was great! Beautiful views, clean facilities, friendly staff. Room was basic no coffee maker/ tv. We had a fridge and a safe. Gorgeous views from lobby and our balcony every day. Morning coffee in lobby appreciated. Access to Kinha easy, breakfast good every day. Snorkeling great off the dock. Surrounding area had walkable eateries, pharmacy. Transportation options - bus or taxi right at door step. Can book golf cart if needed. Can walk to Garrafon and Punta Sur if you are a walker.

The hotel is lovely, low key and quiet. The hosts, Carlos and Roger, are so welcoming and helpful. The view is beautiful as claimed. And the on-site restaurant is terrific. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Besides, breakfast is included with lots of delicious options. There are also a few walkable dining sites around the property. If you are looking for a restful vacay, this is the place!!

I recently stayed at Beloved Playa Mujeres in Cancun, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was beyond exceptional. The resort is all-inclusive, but the attention to detail and personal touches made it feel like a true luxury getaway. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. We loved the whirlpool tub on the balcony, perfect for relaxing while taking in the stunning ocean views. The amenities are top-notch, from the fully stocked mini-bar to the luxurious bathroom products. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Each restaurant offered a unique dining experience, with menus that were diverse and full of flavor. Whether it was breakfast at the beachfront grill or a romantic dinner at one of the fine-dining options, every meal exceeded our expectations. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were always comfortable and had everything we needed. They remembered our preferences, making every interaction feel personalized. As for the resort itself, it was incredibly peaceful, with lush landscaping and pristine beaches. The pools were clean and inviting, and we never had an issue finding a spot to relax. Whether you want to explore the beautiful surroundings or just relax by the pool with a drink in hand, Beloved offers the perfect balance.

This resort is beyond exceptional, and it is the service that truly stands out. Beloved provides an elegantly quiet and romantic experience. The resort has just over 100 rooms, so even at full capacity there wasn’t a single time or place that this resort felt full, quite the opposite. We never waited for, or saw anyone else wait for anything including the reception and concierge desks, a table at any of the restaurants (and no reservations needed), room service, beach service, poolside service. This isn’t because Beloved is a smaller resort, it’s because of the ratio of amenities and truly great employees to guests- 3 pools, 4 full restaurants, the Cafe, taco truck, bars, etc. all for about 200 people…The staff here is incredibly friendly and plentiful. Beach service as an example- at least two beach concierge employees from morning to evening ensuring everyone had a fantastic beach experience. Beyond setting up and maintaining loungers & daybeds, and providing towels, they got to know everyone’s preferences. In addition to the beach concierge employees there were also 2-3 waiters on the beach taking care of everyone with drinks and food throughout the day. Speaking of the beach experience, we never once had any issue getting a palapa with a daybed or loungers. The spa is beautiful, and the included Hydrotherapy circuit is fantastic. We’ve been to plenty of large and small resorts, and this one is special everyone has a VIP experience.

Absolutely loved our stay! From arriving we were greeted by the wonderful staff and Fernanda made our check in easy and enjoyable. Her positive attitude and enthusiasm along with her smile made it so welcoming. Our Junior suite was spacious, cozy, and full of amenities. Everything from a fully stocked refrigerator with sodas, water, beers and snacks to extra pillows and blankets, to house slippers, robes, beach bag, and even an umbrella for a rainy outing. The atmosphere at this boutique resort is quiet and relaxing, the beach is awesome and plenty of lounge spaces unlike the bigger resorts. Food was phenomenal and a large variety of food options available at all times. We enjoyed the lobby bar every evening and Juanito and Gilberto were great and even remembered our names and drink orders from our first night there. Definitely a more intimate experience and personalized service. We enjoyed our time at the beach and Luis and Benito made sure we had drinks, food, and clean towels at all times. We would end our day with some time at the pool and enjoyed drinks at the swim up bar with Abner, who was great with keeping our drinks full and also recommending some specialty drinks. The spa is a MUST when staying here, beginning with our complimentary hydrotherapy massage to us booking a couples 75 minute “beloved” massage. So relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend this smaller boutique resort and you will definitely not be disappointed!

Before I stayed at the property I seen a lot of reviews saying it’s an older property, but so well up kept. This is very true! We stayed in the two story ocean view casita. Where I seen wear was the indoor hot tub and the outdoor pool you could tell they were older and had been painted over, but it didn’t take away from the beauty of the room. In our opinion the ocean view is just as good as the ocean front if you didn’t want to pay the extra money. The bed was amazing! We’ve stayed in Mexico 12 times and this was the first time that we both slept amazing every night! Loved everything about the room, the upstairs pool area and the stairs going up to the pool can be slippery. Really the only big con is they haven’t upgraded to the key card bracelets, so you have to carry around a room key with you. Which for us we kept demagnetizing it and having to go get new ones almost everyday. Good thing it’s a smaller property! The food was surprisingly very good and some delicious! The clam chowder at el mar was amazing! The sushi and ceviche yum! The taco truck delicious! Good portions too! The drinks are delicious and good variety. The cafe has great coffee drinks and delicious pastries and sweet treats. The staff is amazing and very hospitable. They have some activities that were very fun, we did the sip and paint, bracelet making and watched the magic show and the liquid show. The liquid show is absolutely amazing!! Will definitely be returning!

We were here for a 5 year anniversary-early 30s couple for 5 nights. Loved the feel of it being mostly just couples. Beautiful resort with well kept grounds. Our rooms were made up twice per day- restocked fridge and bar daily. Housekeeping is great. Food was hit or miss. My husband and I are foodies though who are used to fine dining with lots of flavor. The most flavor was at Lupitas-we had a tasty special menu anniversary meal with great staff. Beautiful beach dinner. El Mar had tasty guacamole and ceviche-did not like the breakfast there. Le Bisou had a good breakfast buffet and pretty good dinner-certain items we enjoyed more. La Isla food was ok. Such a beautiful and relaxing spa-would definitely do the spa again if we came back-Gustavo was great. We enjoyed doing the hydrotherapy as a couple and did the aqua viva add on. We loved the musicians and performers, especially the chellist. We did not really enjoy the retro performances though. Good service and staff. We did want to tip extra for certain staff. If you come mid August strongly advised to bring some sort of mosquito repellant/wipes etc. Not many resort activities. Next time we would book 4 days max or do a split stay with another resort. We overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend as a nice quiet place to reconnect with your partner.

Alejandro was amazing, made our honeymoon feel very special and helped us with every request we had, making lasting memories that we will cherish . Would highly recommend, the view of the ocean and having our own personal pool and jacuzzi in our room was amazing. The bartender Francisco was also very pleasant and made amazing drinks. Sarah was also very pleasant and friendly, Hector was very nice and provided great service. The entire staff and property were amazing and no complaints! 5/5!!

This was our first time at an all inclusive resort and it was pretty nice. Everything was at the resort. The beach was great. The pools are nice. The staff is great. Alejandro helped us during our stay at the royal tour rooms and I would highly recommend the king jacuzzi room overlooking the ocean. Elaina in guest services concierge area was so pleasant and nice Every time we saw her. Great all around trip. Would recommend to anyone. Grand park royal cancun is a great place

The water, the view, the location a 10. The rooms are as pictured. They clean daily. It is clean in general. Stay away from the timeshare people at the hotel-just say no! All the restaurants were good except the Italian restaurant. I really appreciated the butler service it was worth it; we just called Yajahira and she set it up. the beach is so clean from human debris. There was sargasso but it really didn’t bother me. The pools are nice and clean. The view of the ocean from the pool is stunning at any time of day but amplified for sunrise and sunset. Just one hot tub by the family side pool. We didn’t use it at all. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the plunge pool in our room as well. It was cleaned while we were there. We also witnessed baby sea turtles newly hatched trying to make it to the ocean. We went parasailing which was not scary at all. I highly recommend this hotel and we are thinking of bringing the whole family next time.

Pros: As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff. Ricardo explained all of the amenities well. I am keeping my original review of Antonio & Josmar. They were SUPER friendly and accommodating with allergy restrictions. Out of all of the restaurants, Flor de Sal was our favorite- breakfast, lunch and dinner. The wait times weren’t excessive. The food was fresh, cooked to our liking and taste overall was exceptional! The pool and bar staff were so kind and so helpful! MAJOR pro was the amount of water stations scattered around the resort. The italian restaurant does get busy for dinner, I recommend going in and asking for wait times if you’re in a big group. There’s an app, that we weren’t told about at the beginning, that shows the calendar of events, map of the resort & room service- very tech friendly app! We attended the Mexican Fiesta night, which was SO fun! Mariachi & Baile Folklorico interacted with the crowd, and had the guests up on their feet! Recommend bringing a personal tumbler or cup for drinks as they will add it in there for you. The adul pool is very nice, with all kinds of seats to pick from. The spa was clean and staff were friendly. This resort is definitely more on the family friendly, less of a party atmosphere. Although the lobby bar offers DJ from 11pm-1am, which we enjoyed! This property is new, nice structures. Beach is regular with some sargassum. breakfast (for no-club) only the buffet with short staffed cook by orders. Chez Isabelle French rest. was my favorite Milo s is tasting, Kanpai I had Yakiniku: steam egg /rice were hard. The Grill the steak was cold and overcook. Las olas was decent. Lobster house was regular. Jacuzzi at the pools last 2mins for every press. The room was good designed. TV channels are poor for English speakers. Activities are ok. The staff are friendly.

Just returned from a one-week stay at Excellence Coral, and I can honestly say everything was simply perfect! Resort Grounds & Layout: The layout of the resort is incredibly convenient. The lobby and restaurants are centrally located, making it easy to get around without a lot of walking—everything you need is just steps away. The grounds are beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. Room: We stayed in a Club Pool View suite and couldn’t have been happier. The room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning walk-in closet, a beautifully designed bathroom, and a large balcony perfect for relaxing. Every detail was spot-on. Dining: The food across all the restaurants was consistently delicious. Pool & Beach: Both the pool and beach areas were fantastic. We especially loved the beach beds—they were extremely comfortable and available daily, which made relaxing by the ocean a breeze. Service: The service at Excellence Coral is truly next level. Every staff member we encountered was fast, friendly, and attentive. A special shoutout to Ricardo, one of the managers, who went above and beyond to address any concerns we had. He genuinely cares about the guest experience and made sure we felt valued throughout our stay. ⸻ Final Thoughts: Our week at Excellence Coral exceeded all expectations. From the beautiful grounds and exceptional food to the luxurious accommodations and outstanding service, everything was flawless. We can’t wait to return!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience with a Few Minor Issues We had a truly enjoyable stay at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres. The biggest highlight was the staff—everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. Samuel, our bellboy, welcomed us with a smile, and Federico took exceptional care of us each morning at breakfast. Their attention to detail and kindness really stood out. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with consistently great service in every restaurant. Entertainment was another strong point—there was always something happening poolside during the day, and the evening shows were fun and engaging. We especially loved the Cinco de Mayo celebration on the beach and the high-energy Pure Energy show. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom featuring a huge walk-in shower. The gym had all the equipment I needed, and the resort grounds were clean and beautifully maintained—sure to be even more lush in the years to come. There were a few drawbacks: a strong sewage odor in the walkway to our room (resolved by our last day), limited vegan/plant-based options which impacted a member of our group, and a dress code that felt too strict for breakfast and lunch—especially in 90-degree weather at a beach resort. Still, these were minor in the context of an otherwise wonderful trip. We would absolutely return.

Omg where do I start !!!! From the walk up cold towel and champagne, to the friendly staff and specially Carlos, inviting and courteous, checked my fiancé and I in an hour early. And please if you are waiting stop and get some beef tacos you’ll be happy you did. And then to Israel our bellman was amazing. Then Francisco the pool bartender and Jesus the pool attendant that took our order. I don’t drink so he made me a beautiful pineapple moctail to the spa day my fiancé booked the staff there was exceptional. Our fav restaurant was definitely the breakfast buffet and spice the Asian restaurant. The grille was also exceptional too many service members to name but they were all and I mean all exceptional nice and pleasant. But to really top it off was Eduardo my fiancé came down with a scratchy throat because the of the room temperature was too cold for our liking even turning the temp up. He ordered some medicine for her and brought it to us while we were at dinner. You can’t buy that type of service we will definitely come back to visit.

We recently spent time at Excellence Coral Playa Mujeres, and overall, it was a beautiful, relaxing trip. The resort grounds are stunning and very well maintained, with a layout that’s easy to navigate. You’re never too far from a pool, bar, or restaurant, and it all just makes sense. Resort Grounds & Pools The landscaping is lush and tropical, and the beach area is a highlight—with plenty of tiki huts that provide a nice ocean view and lots of shade. There are several pools, including an infinity pool by the X-Lounge, and they all had ample loungers, umbrellas, and towel access. You could easily find a spot that felt quiet and private or stay near the action with entertainment and music. Kenneth, one of the pool attendants, was always around just before our drinks were empty—he made sure we stayed hydrated and happy. Activities & Entertainment There was never a shortage of things to do. From beach and pool volleyball to air rifle shooting, tennis, pickleball, kayaking, paddleboarding, and even water Zumba and spin classes, the options kept us moving. At night, the entertainment ranged from impressive circus acts to tribute shows (Michael Jackson, Freddie Mercury, Bob Marley), plus silent discos for those into that. We also did the hydrotherapy circuit at the spa, which was a perfect way to end the day—especially the scalp massage overlooking the resort. I honestly don’t think we will ever stay in a nicer hotel in the western hemisphere. We stayed in the serenity suite and the tripsdcisor photos don’t do it justice, it’s massive and the view from the jacuzzi and shower is incredible They reserve the premium seats on the deck for hotel guests The food was incredible The staff could not do enough for you, especially Carlos and the owner when I couldn’t make the parking brake on my golf cart work.

Wonderful hotel! The property is amazing! We booked an ocean view room and the view was stunning. The property also has an infinity pool with just as gorgeous view as the site’s photos. If not better! The hotel is connected to a lovely restaurant, Kin Ha, that has a gorgeous dock and water front lounging area. It is very nice as the best loungers are reserved for hotel guests. The breakfast that comes with the room is excellent. You can eat at Kin Ha or go to Mayan Club at Playa Norte (the downtown busy part of the island). The staff were all so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

I liked the no edge (infinity) pool. I loved all of the Talavera and traditional details. The entry is beyond beautiful. I liked the plants. Thank you to this boutique property for being pet-friendly and including a big breakfast each morning available to you until noon! The room was just perfect as well, all you need. And last and most importantly, the staff are fabulous! The beach club, Kin Ha, below staff are exceptional. Shout out to Carlos at check in and for any want we had. First of all the location is perfect. Despite what we had heard, Isla Mujeres was not at all “laid back”…it was the most crowded place we visited on our trip to Riviera Maya but Casa de Los Suenos, at the southern end of the island was away from the hustle. It has a local flavor and most of the people using the pool and beach were not guests of the hotel but rather nearby regulars paying per day use. We loved this about it. The beach/pool/dining/bar area was a lot of fun, very lively. Excellent food there with multiple levels and activities we all enjoyed. It just had a great vibe and energy. The little rope swing and decent snorkeling were highlights

One of the best locations on the island. Presidential Suite is expansive, large clean beautiful private pool, million dollar views. Staff is very friendly and professional. Included breakfast has 8-10 options and is freshly prepared and delicious.

We booked a room with jacuzzi, facing the ocean and infinity pool. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, jacuzzi had hot water, the food in the restaurant was great as well.

We stayed for 2 nights at Cyan Cancún in one of their suites with an ocean-view jacuzzi, and it was simply beautiful. The view from the suite was fantastic, and the color of the sea was breathtaking — a peaceful turquoise dream. The suite itself was clean, modern, and spacious. We especially loved the infinity pool with its panoramic ocean view. Everything was spotlessly maintained and perfect for relaxing. The staff were very kind and professional, always ready to help with anything we needed. One thing we wished for was a balcony in the suite – we really enjoy having outdoor space, especially with such a gorgeous view. Also, the hotel is a bit far from the city center, so it’s best if you have a car. For us, it wasn’t a problem, but something to keep in mind for future guests. Finally, we would have really appreciated if breakfast was included – even something light would’ve made the mornings more convenient. That said, we had a wonderful time at Cyan. The view, the peace, the comfort — everything was just right. We absolutely recommend it for couples looking for a calm and luxurious getaway away from the crowds.

We stayed 2 nights in a suite at Cyan Cancún and absolutely loved it. The suite had an ocean-view jacuzzi, and the view was just fantastic! Everything was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the infinity pool, which also had a beautiful sea view. The staff were friendly and professional, and we felt very well taken care of. One thing to note is that the hotel is a bit far from downtown Cancun, but with a car, it’s no problem. We only missed having a balcony in the suite and would’ve loved to have breakfast included. Overall, a relaxing and romantic place to stay – perfect for couples wanting some quiet luxury by the sea.

I almost never book a hotel without first reading the reviews, but somehow this one sneaked through. Reading reviews after booking, I was very apprehensive about what we would find there. However, it was fine. For reasons that aren't relevant here (booking issue, not a hotel issue), we stayed in two separate rooms so my review is about both. To address some of the issues I've seen in other reviews, first off, neither of the rooms nor the bathrooms smelled like sewage. We had a jacuzzi in both rooms that both looked clean. We used one of the jacuzzis and it worked just fine. We didn't try the other one so I can't comment on that. The showers had very strong flow with plenty of hot water. No, there were no shower doors and yes, water got on the floor, especially if running the shower on full blast. But having no shower door is very common in Mexico - there were plenty of towels to wipe up the water that spilled over. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quite spacious. One of our rooms had a small terrace, and both had great views of the pool and sea beyond. Despite what Google says, the hotel does have an elevator. I can't give 5 stars because the restaurant had a very limited menu and seemed overpriced. We only went there for dinner on one day, though they claimed to be open for breakfast too. Coffee makers in the rooms would have been nice, but there was a fridge. Overall, better than expected based on previous reviews.

We chose Cyan last minute because it was available! What a little gem! The staff is very friendly and they work very hard to keep a spotless and efficient facility. The onsite restaurant has good food and friendly staff. We especially loved William! This is not a huge resort - but it is quiet, clean and beautiful. The infinity pool is large, clean and refreshing. Access to the beach is easy and the lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels are accessible and appreciated. There is a swim up bar with two super nice bartenders. We ate most of our meals onsite or across the street at a nice bar/grill and a very nice upscale Mexican "fusion" restaurant. It was a laid back, relaxing week at Cyan for us.
