Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Caniço

This is my 3rd time to visit Splendita, this time I took my parents with me. They have deep love for gardens and they needed a holiday in warm weather, so I suggested this place. They really loved the setting of the hotel, and how friendly staff was, and how nice the room was. We stayed in garden studios this time, and had a lovely court yard view just above the swimming pool (i.e. great wifi connection, yay for me!). The room was rather freshly renovated and spacious and bright. All kitchen stuff was there with modern cooker so we made breakfast everyday. The supermarket nearby re-opened recently and had pretty good range of food etc. (they even had fresh milk!) though we still shopped in the large supermarket on top of the hill. Hotel is great for relaxing but my mother wanted to use gym and was delighted to find bicycle machine in the pool room and she could use it for free. My father enjoyed the game of pool, too. We had dinner in La Perla, the seafood restaurant within hotel, and very much enjoyed the course menu accompanied with wines. Service there was immaculate. I love the spa there, too. Had the best massage ever followed by relaxing facial, came out feeling like a million dollars!! A few, very minor negatives; They have ants. They always have them no matter which room you stay. DO make sure to put away ANY food from the worktop! They have no mug cups there. (I always bring one with me.)

This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The facilities were top-notch—the pool was wonderfully refreshing, and the poolside bar served some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The gardens were beautifully maintained and full of vibrant plants, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. I’ve never encountered such warm and welcoming service. A special thank you to the lovely lady at reception, who was always cheerful, kind, and incredibly helpful. The on-site spa was also excellent, complete with an indoor pool. I had two treatments during my stay, both of which were absolutely superb. The hotel’s gardens deserve another mention—they were simply breathtaking. I was there for a wedding, and I can confidently say it’s the perfect venue for such a celebration. I stayed in one of the garden rooms, which was unbelievably peaceful and featured an incredible bathroom with a rain shower, handheld shower, and water jets—easily one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

This was probably one of the nicest hotels that we have experienced in Madeira in 5 visits during the last 10 years. From beginning to end we were treated with courtesy by all members of staff. Our apartment had great sea and mountain views and overlooked the spectacular well maintained gardens. It was spacious and comfortable with an excellent balcony. The restaurants were first class and the service in the bar was great. The bar manager was very friendly and welcoming and is a great asset to the resort. The nearby town of Canico has a superb supermarket with all items keenly priced and also has a very friendly and helpful manager. We visited one of the several restauarants and enjoyed an excellent meal with great service. If you like nice cakes and bread visit the bakery next to the supermarket...top quality. Even the weather was great apart from a couple of showers towards the end of our week. Very happy to recommend Quinta Splendida.

We had a good time at the Quinta Splendida. It is a stunning place, set in an amazing botanic garden. Amazing views, amazing pool, staff were helpful. Most of the breakfast was really nice, with quite good coffee, unusual fruits and delicious home baked cakes. It is very private and a rather special place. Where it could improve; the beds were really hard, no doubles only twins; we had a child with us and were put in rooms that were in the garden and fairly far apart which was quite frightening for my son. The hotel was very full of rather dour Swiss Germans, one of whom without fail stood outside our room shouting in German every morning at 6.45am. Not the hotel's fault, but tricky nonetheless. Breakfast was of varied quality and 14 euros each - make sure you get included. We had a really poor quality and expensive dinner in one of the hotel restaurants. My partner's scabbard fish with hazelnuts, actually turned out to be scabbard fish with sour fruit of some description and didn't work at all. My gilt headed bream was rather tough. The gym was not very well maintained and there was a much better gym in the spa but you had to 10 - 19 euros extra to use it. We went in February and I don't know if we were unlucky with the weather but it was quite cold and often blowing a gale. Luckily we had wet suits, so could still enjoy the pool.

We loved our stay here. We didn’t like the first room that they provided us. As it was just few steps away from the pool and you could smell the chlorine while inside and it wasn’t the quiet area obviously! And very exposed. Anyway, we contacted the reception and they kindly changed our room. We didn’t have the best view but better than the 1st one. The rooms don’t have ACs, we asked for a fan which was better than nothing. The room had a nice compact kitchen including fridge, cooking hob and kettle. The bathroom is good. Beds are comfortable but I forgot to ask beforehand for double bed instead of 2 single beds. The staff are very nice, kind and professional. Indoor swimming pool didn’t have a good air ventilation. It would’ve been better to have a nice fresh air down there. Outdoor Swimming pool is a bit small comparing to the size of the complex and the number of guests. Breakfast was good and fresh. Very nice cakes and different types of cheese. The coffee wasn’t good though. The area is absolutely gorgeous. We loved walking around checking the plants and trees and seeing all the butterflies, lizards and bees with the see view. It’s easy to take bus and go to Funchal city centre. However I think if you want to see more of the island in north, you need to hire car. Taxis and Bolt works good there. Bolt is cheeper though. We chose October for our trip as we thought it would be a bit cooler but was hot. We definitely recommend this place.

We got the family room for 3 people which we thought would imply one of us sleeping on the sofa, but they had already prepared a third bed for us. The room was spacious, very clean, huge closet and nice balcony with chairs and a table to watch the ocean from. The breakfast was a nice classic selection (ham, salami, cheeses, various types of pastries, beans, eggs and lots of fruit). The pool is always clean, not as big as in the picture, but there is still plenty of room to swim around especially since most of it 2m deep (7ft). The jacuzzi was a nice addition for colder evenings. The staff are very kind and willing to adapt to your needs or requests. The hotel offers the possibility to rent a car without deposit (which was a huge deal for us since deposits were in the range of 2000 euros) by paying 10 euro more each day you rent for full insurance. They also bring the car to the hotel for you.

We had an amazing time at The Views Oasis in Madeira! Our stay was truly delightful. This family-friendly hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a variety of delicious options to start our day off right. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home throughout our entire stay. Our room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay - a cozy bed, a comfortable sofa, and even a mini kitchenette. Room has sound protection. The location was perfect, near the airport. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable vacation experience.

Very good location, just by the ocean, between airport and Funchal - perfect base for exploring the island. Hotel is renovated/beeing renovated (some works in parts of the hotel). Good breakfast buffet with high quality ingredients (with one minor defect described below). Very good dinner buffet. Friendly, helpful staff. Superior package was a nice surprise - I thought it's only about the sea view and bigger room, but turned out to mean also pre-reserved table of choice (always the same) for dinner and two a-la-carte excellent dinners. Heated outside pool with ocean water is great in winter!

Amazing hotel, great views from the balcony, huge room with extremly large windows, so that one can take in that whole view. The room had some small kitchenette, a kettle and a coffee machine. Nice pools, spa. There are silent hours at the spa, when it's adult only. I really appreciated it. Multiple restaurants and bars, game room, snooker and table tennis. There are some restaurants and bars around within walking distance, and many more if you're willing to drive a little. There are some supermarkets around as well. Beach is rocky, Reis Magos, 2 min walk.

The Hotel is located in a very quiet area next to the ocean and just 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the capital,Funchal.It is very clean,all the Staff members are nice and very professional.The food is tasty,service is impeccable.There is a free Shuttle Bus to Funchal on the weekdays but you need to book 48 h before.There are days with A-la Carte option or Buffet.The whole building is sustainable and beautifully decorated.The garden is nice.The pool area is nice too.The local bus Station is just on the other side of the road,there are some restaurants,bars,supermarkets and bakery near by. You can opt your room not to be cleaned.For these days you receive 3€ which you can use in the hotel.Even if we did not asked for room cleaning the maids still changed the towels,emptied the bins,asked if we need something.The Madeiran evening is very nice with traditional madeiran music and dance.The view is our room was amazing 😍 For us everything was perfect! I would give more than 5* but I can't unfortunately.We will come back in 1-3 years.Thank you very much for everything 🫶🏻!

Everything was good: location, heated pool and jacuzzi, good breakfasts, nice staff, you can hear the ocean from the room

Positives: We were upgraded to a suite which had a sitting area and a super large bedroom. There was also a number of exercise equipment in the room plus a stationary bike, this was all a nice surprise. The bed was kingsize and very comfortable. The shower was walkin. The facilities (swimming pool and beach access at the sister hotel next door) were great. We had drinks a couple times at the hotel bar (next door) and lunch. All was good - reasonable prices given the location and the food/drinks were good, also friendly staff. Negatives: Parking is very limited. There is a parking garage but not sure who that is for. The coffee at the breakfast bar was probably some of the worse coffee I have had. It was powdered coffee that comes out of a machine, the smell alone was terrible. For such a nice place, I am sure they can afford a better coffee machine. The food also was quickly picked over if you come at a later time. The fruit selection was also not great. Overall the breakfast quality didn't match the hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! Everything was perfect, from start to finish. The location is spectacular – the pool is located right on the seafront, and the direct passage from the pool to the sea is a detail that makes the difference and offers a feeling of total freedom. There is a bar and a restaurant at the pool with a wonderful view. There are several places from where you can enter the sea water or do organized diving. In September the sea water was warm, a little cold at first until you get used to it. The rooms are clean, spacious and tastefully decorated, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive to every detail. The services are impeccable, and the food was delicious – diverse, fresh and very well presented. If you are looking for a quiet, elegant place and close to nature, this is the ideal place. This is the second time we have booked this hotel. We will definitely be back!

The hotel has an amazing sea view and a beautiful location with easy access to the ocean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the facilities like the pools, spa, and restaurants were excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh food. Special thanks to Lily for her kindness and excellent service — she made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nice hotel with a beautiful location, with cool access to the water (natural platform on the rocks with a pool of seawater, with descents into the ocean) with the help of an elevator. The water was clear, warm and beautifully colored, there are a lot of beautiful fish swimming nearby (I advise you to have your own snorkeling gear, you can also rent nearby) and a lot of crabs crawling on the rocks. There is a restaurant and a bar overlooking the ocean. Good breakfast, buffet type. Very nice staff. We had a spacious room with a terrace and ocean view. Good internet. There is a free and paid parking lot nearby, very often filled with people coming from outside the hotel. There are small supermarkets and delicious restaurants within walking distance.

This was my first time staying in All-inclusive hotel in Portugal (February, 2023). Our short stay was amazing and would love to come back in the future. I recommend this hotel if you travel as couple or family. Pros: 1. The ladies in the reception are very nice, kind, and helpful. She explained well about the hotel. 2. The room is overlooking to the ocean and the view is incredible. The hotel is clean and has luxury feeling. 3. Great variation on food and drinks for 24 hours. We went to the Kulinarium Restaurant (by reservation only) and buffet restaurant. Both are recommended. 4. The entertainment is good for the kiddos. 5. The indoor pool is warm and great. 6. To park inside the hotel, you must pay. We found free parking, nearby. 7. The room is standard. The bed and pillow are comfortable. The balcony is great to see the view. 8. Entrance and parking accessible for wheelchair. 9. Free WiFi. 10. The staffs are nice and speak well other languages. 11. Massage is in affordable price. Cons: 1. Location is a bit far from the Funchal city center. You must rent a car or take bus. There is bus stop in front of the hotel. ***Nothing to complaints about their service. 10000% recommended and worth every penny!!! They deserve 5-stars!!!

First time to this hotel, although we have stayed in Madeira before. This is a lovely, friendly hotel. Staff work hard to achieve a great experience for their guests, from the cleaners to receptionists to bar and restaurant staff. We booked a part sea view and were on the 7th floor. Our room was spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily. The only thing we were disappointed with were the bath towels, they were not soft and not the largest however you do have bath robes in the room you can use. These is a mini fridge with water on arrival and you can get extra water and coffee for your room from the bar. As it was my Birthday while we were there we had sparkling wine in an ice bucket delivered to our room which was a nice touch. There is a daily shuttle bus to Funchal three times a day but you need to book 24 hours in advance. You can also pre-book the a la carte restaurant which is worth doing, we had a lovely meal and the staff were super attentive. Food in both restaurants is varied and we had no problem finding something to eat, the house wine, we had both red and rose was not bad at all. There are two swimming pools and plenty of sun beds, so no problem getting a bed even from 1030 in the morning. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, Friendly, helpful staff. Nobody can complain about the food and the availability of it. My wife is celiac and requires gluten free food, I contacted the hotel beforehand to make sure they could accommodate her and they didn't disappoint. Everything was labelled and they took her lunch and dinner order at breakfast. Little gluten free corner for breakfast. Everything was spotless and our room was cleaned while we were at breakfast. Pool bar had self service drinks as well as a bar and food 10am to 6pm but appeared to stay open longer if still busy. We never had an issue getting sunbeds but our last 2 days it was busier. If you like to eat out there isn't a lot outside hotel but I did find a small number of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Promenade in front of hotel wasn't very long but pleasant. Shuttle bus to Funchal was a bonus and worth doing. Definitely would return to the hotel but be warned lots of horror stories about the planes landing at the airport because of the wind!

Couldn't fault anything at this hotel. All areas were very clean. Staff friendly, attentive and extremely helpful. Great service in all bars and restaurants. We had a lovely evening and meal in the a la carte restaurant. Good food in the main buffet restaurant with plenty of choice. We used the shuttle bus to Funchal 3 times during our stay which is a great service and saves the hassle of using public transport. Would definately recommend

Fab buffet, lovely friendly helpful staff. Spacious pool area and never a problem getting a bed at anytime of the day. Lovely sea pool couple minutes walk along the promenade 4 sea swimmers. Relaxing terrace to grab some sun after breakfast. Comfy beds and quiet rooms. Free bus to and from Funchal very handy

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. We had a balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean. We enjoyed coffee and the view from our balcony. Our room was very large. I was very surprised by the size of the room. The bed is comfortable. We are also satisfied with the cleanliness. The toilet and bathroom are large enough and spacious. The breakfast room is large with a terrace overlooking the ocean. The breakfast is varied and always fresh. There are several restaurants and smaller ones near the hotel. supermarket. Car parking is good. I rate this hotel with the highest rating and I am very happy to recommend it.

The location was absolutely unbeatable, offering breathtaking views of the sea The room was recently renovated, which made for a stylish and comfortable stay and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout my time there. Cleanliness was definitely a priority at this hotel, as the room and common areas were spotless at all time highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, cleanliness, renovated rooms, attentive staff, and those awe-inspiring sea views that will make your stay truly memorable.

Amazing location! Rocamar and Royal Orchid hotels are a complex of 2 hotels right above the ocean, which is why I choose this place. Upon my arrival on March 29th 2024 for a one week stay in Canico I was upgraded from my double room with sea view and balcony to a 40m2 studio in the Royal Orchid which was perfectly equipped, spotlessly clean (spacious bath room and room service every day) and very comfortable, with a big balcony overlooking the ocean and the waves putting me to sleep. Breakfast until 10:30 was very good with a lot of choice. I loved the 2 outdoor seawater pools for swimmming. Nice spa with indoor pool and small sauna, and a fitness room. An absolut highlight were my two 1hour massage treatments by Sofia at the Spa, she is truly amazing! They were by far the best treatments I ever had in a hotel spa! Sofia, thank you again!!

Roca Mar is located on the sea front giving some great views looking out over the multi-level swimming and sun bathing areas. Loads to do in the hotel from scuba diving, lido, Golds gym, massage. activities like the scuba diving may have been an extra cost, I'm not sure as most of my activities we're outside the hotel. I picked this hotel as I wanted somewhere quieter than Funchal and a bit more chilled out. If you did want to go to Funchal though they was a daily mini bus service run from the hotel as well as cheap reliable public transport. The restaurant and bar area were decent too offering a wide variety of breakfast items plus it had a great terrace for enjoying drinks and food. Loads of different restaurants around Roca Mar in Canico too. The staff were helpful and easy to communicate with. All in all a very enjoyable stay at Roca Mar.

Very good and abundant breakfast buffet. Good quality food. The restaurant is very big and it gets quite busy in the morning! Spacious room and bathroom which were both spotless. (cleaned every day) Great view over the ocean and surrounding coast from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location

Staff was amazing all around, reception was very helpful with any questions as it was our first time visiting. Location is wonderful as well, especially for people renting a car, maybe 10 minutes from the capital, also 10 to 15 minutes from airport. Indoor pool area also has a table tennis spot which was super fun for me and my boyfriend. Breakfast was a regular buffet, there is something for everyone.

The room was large with plenty of space and I liked having a balcony to sit out on. The view wasn't great but we booked the hotel last minute so wasn't expecting to get one of the best rooms. The breakfast was tasty and there was plenty to choose from.

Very nice view. Has an indoor pool which is great for bad weather. Cleaners bring clean towels every day and tidy the room. Staff very nice and friendly. Very good location because everything is close by Funchal 10 minutes, airport 10 minutes and lots of good restaurants.

The staff were so helpful, helped us book a trip to see the island. Breakfast was basic but plenty of food kept coming out. The bus is over the road into funchal, so easy to get around. There is a top restaurant over the road Antonio's, food beautiful and excellent value for Money.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Impeccably furnished with a fantastic pool and stunning views. It was very clean and well equipped, but we did struggle with the pillows which we all found uncomfortable. Such a minor issue though when the place was so impressive otherwise. We've stayed in lots of villas over the past few years and this was definitely the best. Friendly and helpful management company too!

The complete experience was great. The management team provided us with all the info needed to ensure a family holiday (young family) with the likes of Cots, car seats and highchair details all covered. The property is class, great location and near to all local services as required. Would advise having a hire car to get around the island but all in I would highly recommend this Villa to anybody but especially with kids as the pool is a big hit.

Wunderschöne grosszügige Villa. Gut gelegen mit toller Aussicht. Terasse ist sehr gross und schön möbiliert. Sehr gut und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir würden diese Villa sofort wieder buchen und hoffen der Lift funktioniert bis dann. Pool benötigt auch langsam eine renovation.

Never been to Madeira before, decided to give it a try. This place was nice and central to where we wanted to go, and as it turned out, a pleasant spot. I had booked mountain view room, but what we got was a huge room (Room 218), above the entrance area, with 2 small windows at the side of the room, overlooking the entrance steps, and a frosted glass partition above reception itself. The view was not good, the room a bit dark. We did try for an upgrade but the place was fully booked. As it happens, we were hardly in there apart from sleeping so it wasn't too big an issue in the end. Comfortable enough, with large patio areas and sea views at the back where all the balconies were situated. The patios were on multiple layers down to the sea with plenty of loungers etc. However, the areas themselves were looking shabby, rusted guard rails, stained and worn loungers, the place needs a face lift. There was a gym, quite well equipped, and saunas and jacuzzi with pools. Breakfast was self service and plentiful, although it did get crowded and the food toward the end of the week bland. Plenty of bars nearby, some excellent eating. There is also a free shuttle bus to Funchal, but you must book to get a place. This place was a 5 star RCI resort, but no longer. Still well worth a visit and I would return.

The hotel is reasonably good, albeit it is indeed a 3 star (not 4 star) hotel, and that is what you are paying for as well. Positives * Excellent location right by the sea with spectacular views from pretty much all rooms * Easy access to Funchal and airport (although no disturbance of aircraft noise) * Rooms are clean, spacious and reasonably modern * Good pool area outdoors as well as the indoor pool, saunas, jacuzzi and relaxation area * Excellent gym facilities * Clean rooms * Good size safety deposit box Areas for improvement * Single biggest issue is the comfort of the beds, they all seem to have really hard matresses * Provide new fluffier pillows * The shower cubicle in the bathroom is really basic * A paint work is needed at the back of the hotel (not that visable though) Overall, if you have no issues with hard matresses and can overlook the paintwork recquirement (the latter didn't bother us), then this is a good value hotel and can certainly be recommended.

Nice place overall, we had a room with a sea view with sunsets and sunrises. Spacious rooms with a kitchen, looks like brand new. Good wifi connection. Parking lot will cost you 5€ extra per day. Close to the airport and to Funchal. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot small cafes and restaurants close by with very good food.

My husband & I spent 2 weeks at HRO and we both would highly recommend it. The hotel is clean and staffed with very helpful employees at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was excellent. A wide range of food choices including rolls, eggs, fruits, yogurt, cereal, bacon/sausage, nut breads, potato puffs, sliced ham & cheese, as well as champagne on Sunday. HRO is located in a beautiful area within walking distance of several restaurants/cafes. There is also an ATM and a bus stop very near. In addition, the hotel has a courtesy bus which will drop you off and pick you up in Funchal at no charge. Entertainment was provided almost every night at HRO or the neighboring sister hotel, Rocomar. The bird show in particular was worth seeing. The hotel will arrange tours, taxis and rental cars so you can experience the entire island or you can spend your days lazily on one of the many oceanfront decks. We saw families and couples of all ages. HRO is suitable for all. The only disappointment was the bed which was 2 single matresses made up separately but pushed together. You had to be careful not to move toward the middle of the bed or a gap would open. The only other thing was that the exterior could use some touch up paint in a few areas. However, there was painting going on from time to time during our stay. All in all, HRO is a great value and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Exceptional breakfast - the variety of food was amazing. Very nice staff, great room and amazing views. Great value for money!

Nice continental buffet breakfast with eggs that could be ordered from the staff at no additional cost. Beautiful view from the terrace and a partial sea view from the room. The room was comfortable and clean. A very thoughtful gesture was a bottle of complimentary wine that could be collected at the restaurant to be enjoyed from the room's terrace. The staff was very welcoming. I would definitely come again.

Beautiful place and space. You can eat breakfast on the terrace situated on the cliff, with a beautiful view of the ocean. Nice room with comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Delicious breakfast with various things to choose. Delicious food in restaurant. Very nice, polite, smiling, friendly and helpful service.

It was a great/ excellent stay for the value. This place was something, quite, no noise, a terrace with a great view to breakfast or dinner...stunning view of the sunrise and sunset :) The personal is very helpful and pleasant from the very first moment when you arrive :) The lady from the reception told me about their neighbor pool in case that I want to swim, she told me about the local markets in this area, offered me a map and indicated some relevant places (shops, laundry in case you need it), bus station. They have a small fridge in the room which is great in case that you want to have a cold drink. In my case the breakfast was included in the price and it was enough for me. I felt lucky from the very first moment I enter this hotel. Internet connection was very good. Considering that I avoid luxury hotels and noisy places it was just perfect for me. If you rent a car you will definitely find a place to park your care in the area.

EVERYTHING!!! Absolutely amazing property with stunning views, and the most hospitable staff that was very welcoming and made us feel at home! Excellent complimentary breakfast and complimentary bottle of house wine included with our stay, not to be out shined by an incredible restaurant with the most stunning of views and the most delicious entrees.

We stayed in apartment 3 which had plenty of room for both of us with a great sea view and side pool view. Everything was there that we needed. Good bed and good shower. 2nd shower and toilet too, if needed. We cooked a few times in the kitchen and has most of the things you need. Air con in the bedroom and main living room was welcome. Property is well maintained including the grounds which are lovely and pool which is cleaned at least twice a week. It’s in a central location and an easy 10/15 minute drive from the airport and again 15 minutes from the property to Funchal. Lots of restaurants that can be walked to from the property (although remember it’s hilly) or a drive into Funchal. A good base to explore the whole island from. Owners live on site and are very friendly and Patrica who organises the bookings and cleaning etc is also very helpful and easy to contact.

The place is in a great location. Easy to get to from the airport. The views are great. You can walk 5mins and your at supermarket, restaurants and a few bars. You can walk down the hill and in 15 mins be at more restaurants and a great promenade. The bus to Funchal is eu2.20 and super easy to get (number 155). The place is clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely but never needed.

One of the best places we stayed in so far. Gabriela was very friendly and attentive, nothing was a problem. Very nice place, well maintained, very well equipped with everything you may need (even the washing machine), amazing pool area and nice views. Great location yet quiet with enough privacy. We also got a complimentary bottle of wine in our room which was just a cherry on the top 😊

The studio for 2 people was perfect! The whole property was amazing, great garden, view and location. 10 minutes walk to the main square with delicious restaurants and a food truck with bolo do caco.

The apartment was located in a beautiful garden with views to the ocean. The property was spacious and clean with two bathrooms and a balcony where we could sit and have meals/drinks. There was a washing machine in a covered passageway between apartments as well as a sink and a tumble drier, which was very convenient. The apartment is located in a gated area, close to bus stops and within walking distance (although steeply uphill) of shops and supermarkets. Funchal is 10km away, reached by bus in about 1/2 hour.

It was at very good location. - The weather at Madeira is unpredictable but at this area was always sunny - There is beach close by ( by foot) - Supermarkets, restaurants down of the building - The Host Luis was most kind host I ever met. He was very helpful and friendly. - The view from the balcony OMG. It was the best. We enjoyed so much so we were buying dinner from the restaurant ( takeaway) and preferred to have it at the balcony - There is AC, the bed was comfy

Great value ,great price Looks more modern and more big and nicer in real life than pictures on booking. Great location to explore maybe the best in the island even. The owner was a very very very nice person,he welcomed us nicely,warmly and kindly,paid for our parking that time we met,gave us wine and cookis in the apartment. Check out easy only leave the keys there. There was a washing machine and a gel capsule that we needed. There is a spar right there and many restaurants in the street and cliff views Very modern good taste decor I highly highly highly reccomend it

Ventur flat was exceptionally clean, with ample amounts of linen and towels and a very comfortable bed. The kitchen area was excellent with everything you could possibly need and also a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV. The Wi-Fi was good quality and consistent. However, it was the balcony, with it’s wonderful sea view, that made the property for us. It was so lovely to sit out in the morning for breakfast and to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as the sun was going down. In addition to this, the number of excellent restaurants within a very short walking was great. A Traineira and Vila Ventura garden restaurant were our favourites. I would highly recommend this property!

Host was so nice, waited up for a late check in and showed us around the property. Property is in such a great location close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. Place was so clean, had amazing views and has restaurants and bars underneath. Highly recommend

This was our 4th stay at Ventur Flat. Nice apartment with well equipped kitchen, large terrace with ocean view, excellent cleaning, the host Luis is very kind and helpful, quiet area and enjoyable to sit on the terrace in the evening, comfortable beds
