We saw several people get injured around the pool area as it gets slippery, but there were no signs or mats to prevent it. The jacuzzi was amazing and our favorite spot. Staff at reception was great. We were greeted and welcomed nicely, but kitchen members needed improvement. On our first night, we received a phone call from staff advising us of our dinner opportunity, and because we fell asleep after the long journey, it felt nice of their attention to us and extra care. The first night dinner went great. The room was on the 2nd floor and had a great view over the pool and seaview. It had a nice little balcony.we had extra beds upon request, which was super amazing as we stayed with 2 kids. The facilities were well kept and clean. We liked that the hotel had a separate lounge rea that can be booked and kids' room for them to enjoy.

Amazing beach! Quiet and lovely to swim. This hotel is the perfect size, not too big, the pools were always clean and staff is amazing. The restaurant staff are so kind and helpful and there is enough on the meu to choose from. Very family friendly. We enjoyed the tennis courts and had daily tennis lessons with Clayton, a local tennis teacher who was superb!

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel with my family and my grandma, and it was an amazing experience. Everything about this place was perfect! The pool and the beach were fantastic, providing us with endless fun and relaxation. The location is ideal, and the food was simply delicious. There wasn't a single complaint we had during our stay. This trip was one of the best we've ever had, and we will definitely be returning. The employees were incredibly nice and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. This hotel is perfect for families looking to spend quality time together. Highly recommended!

It’s very safe. Specially if you have kids. There is a playground on the beach and another inside the hotel. All the employees were very friendly with my son. We had a lovely time.

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, o pessoal do hotel está tendo comprometimento com a Pandemia, na hora do café da manhã todos os hóspedes são obrigados a usar luvas descartáveis para se servir, o que eu achei muito bacana. As áreas de lazer do hotel também são magníficas a piscina limpíssima e o salão de jogos muito bom. Só tenho um ponto a colocar referente as tomadas, o hotel não possui nenhuma tomada 110 volts, todas são 220, o que dificultou pois meu secador e escova eram 110, pra quem for se hospedar e necessitar usar secador e afins leve bivolt. O hotel dispõe de secador no quarto, mais é aquele de parede que não adianta muita coisa. Mas tirando isso, é tudo maravilhoso e com certeza eu voltarei a me hospedar nas próximas vezes.

Incrível, hotel em excelentes condições, limpeza perfeita, saímos para a praia, quando voltamos estava tudo limpo e cheiroso. Café muito bom, e os funcionários todos educados e dispostos a ajudar no que for preciso. Com certeza voltaremos !

A pousada tem uma área externa muito boa e bonita, com piscina e jacuzzi. O café da manhã é bom, o atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. A única coisa que não gostei, foi a cama, colchão muito mole e que chega a afundar. Densidade 0.

Muito boa a experiencia, quarto andar superior, com pe direito duplo, estava com receio de pernilongos, mas como estamos em temperatura mais baixa, nao tivemos problemas. Cafe da manha é bem caseiro, agradou muito pela variedade e sabor! Gosto de usar ducha higienica, mas nao tinha. A jacuzzi salvou a vontade de entrar na agua...mais quente...neste frio atipico. Gostei muito.

Foi ótimo, a pousada é linda e muito limpa. A piscina é ótima, é grande. A piscina aquecida podia ser maior pq vive lotada. Poderia ter um playground melhor tbm, já que fui com um bebê de quase dois anos. Só o piso na área da piscina que é muito escorregadio, meu bebê caiu, várias crianças tbm e até uma idosa. I spent a week in this hotel. The room was clean, breakfast - OK, but i would love more variety. Coffee shots in the hallway were great. I like the pool area as well. It is a motel, so do not expect much luxury, but the room was clean and had everything i need, even shampoo and conditioner. A/C was nice and quiet. Internet worked most of the time during my state, i even was able to Skype home. My first night i spent on the first floor, which was extremely noisy with all the cars parked nearby. I asked to change to the 2nd floor, and liked that room much better. The small inconvenience was that every morning you are supposed to get to the lobby first to ask for a breakfast card. The restaurant is in the back, so if your room is closer to the restaurant, this is an unnecessary trip (but not bad if you can use some exercise). As of hotel location, it is a walking distance to bus station, waterfront and a ferry (if you do not mind 15-25 minute walks). The taxi can take you anywhere else, or if you drive - there is a free parking in the hotel. The front desk personnel is nice. and there was at least one lady who spoke some English. She helped me to arrange for taxi rides, but sometimes language was a problem, since my Spanish is very basic and no Portugese. I did not book this hotel, so I have no idea of other hotels in the area, but my stay was quite pleasant. I have lovely memories of Sao Sebastiao.

Sad we couldn't stay longer to enjoy the facilities. Clean, safe, near center of town and ferry. Very helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast was full of choices. Beautiful courtyard/pool, looking over ocean.

Good room helpful staff wonderful varied breakfast fantastic swimming pool I enjoyed after a hard day at the beach.Easy to get a bus to my favourite Sao Sebastiao beach Praia Do Gueca.About 1 mile walk to car ferry Balsa free for foot passengers to/from Ilhabela.Then many buses up/down to beaches my favourite Praia Do Curral.Recommended.

The hotel is more a motel but adequate. The garden and pool area are really nice and look out on to the bay. The breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room looks out over the pool and gardens. It’s not too much of a walk to the recreation park and historical centre, where you can find lots of restaurants.

Very clean place, great breakfast, friendly staff. Very pleasant stay.

A pousada é excelente, com uma ótima localização (para que vai de carro, consegue aproveitar mais). Há mercado, farmácia, restaurantes e padaria por perto. O café da manhã é bem servido, com diversas opções de pães, sucos, bolos, frutas típicas da época. O bolo de cenoura com chocolate é divino. O quarto é bem amplo, muito limpo. Recomendo que levem repelente pois há muitos pernilongos. Chuveiro é bom, com água bem forte. Eles oferecem roupa de cama (lençóis) e toalhas, tanto de rosto quanto de corpo.

Lugar sensacional, muito tranquilo e confortável para qualquer pessoa. Café da manhã muito top. Agradeço ao Lamarck pela estadia. Eu, minha esposa e minha filha adoramos o lugar e voltaremos mais vezes.

Passei cinco dias com minha esposa no hotel, e gostei de tudo no geral, bom atendimento, café da manhã estava ótimo, boa localização, mais é melhor ir de carro mesmo, fui de ônibus, e algumas praias, deixei de conhecer, por causa da distância, e o transporte. Mais no mais foi tudo bom.... ahh a piscina é um pouco pequena, mais nada que atrapalhe a estadia, bom que ela é aquecida, e voce pode usá-la mais no fim de tarde. Voltarei mais vezes...

Quartos espaçosos, camas boas. Baita vantagem ter um restaurante no próprio hotel, e melhor ainda a PISCINA AQUECIDA com recreadores para as crianças (nos fins de semana) e um bom salão de jogos e parquinho para os pequenos. Atendimento bacana e a localização entre Caraguá (15min para o Centro) e Ubatuba (20min para a Maranduba) é excelente para circular pela região.

A pousada é ótima. Tem rede, piscina aquecida, almoço e jantar no restaurante. O café da manhã está incluso no serviço. Proximo a praia da cocanha que é uma praia boa e tem uma ilha muito interessante de se conhecer com muitas tartarugas. Recomendo. Na proxima escolho este hotel de novo.

Stopped off en route from Santos to Paraty and it is a good halfway point to take a break. Only a 10 min taxi ride from the bus station and right opposite the beach. It is also very close walking distance to some nearby restaurants, one of which we used during our one night stay. We were greeted by helpful staff at reception and check in was pretty swift. The room was comfortable and breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was of a good standard. On check out we paid in cash, but reception did not have the correct change, but a few calls later, the finances were sorted. Also very quick response when a taxi was requested to take us back to the bus station.

Great location by the water front, nice large options for breakfast, mostly welcoming staff. The facilities were good. Nice warm shower

I booked this very last minute due to change of plans and it was very very well priced. Check in says 6pm but when I arrived at 12pm, the staff accommodated me. The staff, a lady and a man at reception, were amazing and so patient with me when I couldn’t speak Portuguese. I wish I got their names to shout them out. The following day I wanted to extend by a night but unfortunately the whole place was booked out for a function (good for them!) The staff then later approached me in the pool area to let me know actually they had an apartment available in a different area, which I thought was really nice they were trying to go above to help me. Sadly I already had paid for another night elsewhere by this stage as I would have loved to stay longer. Breakfast included was great too!! 10/10!!!!

Hotel muito bom, uma piscina maravilhosa. Seria legal se fosse aquecida. Café da manha top. Quarto superiores com pé direito alto e isto é muito bom. Chuveiro fraco e muito rente a parede. Poderiam usar um.prolongador de cano, mas no geral muito bom mesmo. Acho que o diferencial legal é que eles oferencem água grátis nos purificadores do hotel e você fica livre para levar sua bebida para a piscina onde tem muitas cadeiras e sombreiros.

Lugar muito aconchegante, tudo bem limpinho, funcionários muito simpáticos, piscina com bom tamanho p adultos e crianças, arrumacao e limpeza diária, playground legal. Sala de jogos com sinuca, pebolim, dardo, Maquina de basquete e air game. Cafe da manha bom. Recomendo.

Foi uma estadia bastante agradavel. Todos muito gentis, limpeza otima, quarto aconchegante, banheiro com shampoo, sabonete e condicionador e chuveiro otimo. wifi, TV com varios canais, cafe da manha muito gostoso. Piscina limpa. Destaque para Nina na recepcao. Adorei!

Local c ótima estrutura e bem localizado comida boa piscina e quartos limpos. O Hotel Pousada só perde para atendimento inter pessoal, não que os funcionários sejam mal educados mais da a entender q não tem experiência alguma no atendimento, cheguei no quarto não havia toalhas tive q fazer pedido 3 vezes e 11 horas depois foram entregue no quarto, restaurante e bar tbm demoram p abrir e qnd abrem os pedidos demoram muito, no geral estrutura boa e serviço ruim ...

Eu e meu namorado amamos o local.. tudo muito limpo, microondas no quarto foi o grande diferencial. Piscina limpa e temperatura estável, café da manhã excelente com pães frescos e variedades também, sala de jogos agradável também.. sobre o estacionamento o próprio hotel ja deixa claro q é sistema rotativo, claro que todos nós preferimos deixar o carro dentro do hotel, mas uma noite meu carro passou a noite na rua e não tivemos problemas.. o bairro parece ser tranquilo. Os funcionários educados.

Nosso apartamento era novo, limpo e ventilado, sem odores, funcionários educados e solícitos. Único ponto negativo foi a questão de todas as tomadas serem 220v e a pousada possuir apenas 2 transformadores, no momento em que cheguei já avisei que precisaria usá-lo e os funcionários indagaram o por que mais de 2x, passei 5 dias na pousada justificando todos os dias o pq precisava usar e isso foi muito desagradável.

This is one of the oldest and classic hotels in Sao Sebastiao, Sao Paulo and we just loved it. The place is beautiful with a stuning garden facing the canal between Sao Sebastiao and Ilhabela. The old colonial building is a landmark in itself. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good. We stayed in a Frente Mar apartment. It is really worth it. Location is also good, just a mile from the historic center and the ferry to Ilhabela. All in all we were very happy to have chosen this hotel in our Brazil Trip.

Atendimento OK, café da manhã bom, mas usam margarina em vez de manteiga, e nao tem geleia ou mel; jantar gostoso e atende as necessidades. Limpeza dos quartos é que não é adequado, deveriam fazer todos os dias, o que nao ocorre. Piscina OK mas o bar da piscina fecha as 17hs, o que é ruim se a mesma fica aberta até as 21:00hs. O Tios para as brincadeiras são bem animados e fazem as crianças e adultos que queiram brincar também, muito bom.

De uma forma a geral a estadia foi muito boa. O café da manhã foi excelente todos os dias, o almoço deixou um pouco a desejar (Falei com a gerência sobre os pontos de melhoria). Os monitores de recreação são excelentes, isso proporciona um ambiente mais agradável. Temos tudo dentro da ilha, para quem não quer sair é uma boa opção. Acho que mesas de bilhar e pebolim poderiam ser gratuitos. Eu voltaria com a minha família sem dúvidas.

O quarto deixa muito a desejar mas o novo dono ja vai mudar tdo, disse ele. O ar condicionado velho, barulhento e sem regilagem de temperatura foi de matar rsrs mas a parte externa compensa tdo. Funcionarioa muito educados, empwnhados e bem humorados. Com certeza voltarei.

Voltarei assim que possível, lugar agradável, todos os funcionários sem exceção muito simpático, ficamos em um bangalô silêncio total, o café da manhã sem palavras muito bom, limpeza do local excelente tudo muito bom, super recomendo.

Their amenities are 5 stars, quality of beds, towels and spotless. The location at the heart of Ilhabela Village has great accessibility to the restaurants, bars, public transport and an amazing cycle track connecting all the way from the balsa and beyond. Their swimming pool, skyline, waterslide, Floresta bar and great taste of music will be enough to make you switch the beach adventure and stay in the hostel for the day. Well, the staff are top stars. A bunch of friendly and passionate people that makes us feel welcomed just like home and cared so much to the kids and myself. Special thank you to Rafinha, Bruna and Ricardo at the front desk. Rafa, Julião, Gabi and the brilliant staff behind the Floresta bar. Thank you all for the beautiful memories ❤️ Ps. We stayed 4 nights in the Kombis, 1 adult and 2 children (7 and 9). Amazing experience for children and families ❤️

This place is simply amazing, its more like a hotel than a hostel. had better cocktails here in the floresta bar than in some 4/5 star hotels. The Staff is super friendly and helpful. if you need anything ask for riccardo he is the bomb. the hygiene is amazing in the toilets, showers and poolarea. the food is also prepared with love and quality and you can taste that. Jesus, they even have a boulder wall and morning yoga classes. if i come to ilhabela again... i would definitly stay here again.

Hostel da Vila was an amazing experience! Me and my friend arrived at the hostel and were immediately met by the friendly staff who the showed us around the place. The hostel has everything you can ask for. It has a pool with a slack line across, a huge slide, a skate ramp, a pool table, a tattoo shop, a bar that makes the best food and drinks. I especially recommend the Vila Mule! The location is perfect. It’s a 2 minute walk down to the center where you can easily catch a bus to the rest of the island. At night we would play games and have fun at the hostel with the staff and residents until 11/12 ish where we would all go to the city center and dance samba in the street or listen to forró and mingle with everyone. We are definitely coming back.

Really, really amazing place. Very unique, staff were incredibly helpful and sweet, close to beautiful nature, tons of kind and friendly people. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Good wifi with a co-working space was a great unexpected surprise.

Incredible place! All you need is available and more. Multiple entreteinament options, the staff is friendly, the food and drinks at the bar are delicious and the coworking space is great with an amazing view. Rooms are also good.

We stayed at the charming Mariola inn in Ilhabela, very close to the Village. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the marina. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and the entire reception and kitchen staff were very friendly and attentive. We are already looking forward to returning during the whale season. Hint: We loved the place. But you should arrive by car as the Pousada is located at the top of a steep incline. At the location there are also many stairs, which does not make it ideal for the elderly or people with disabilities.

We’ve got the biggest suite there and was perfect for 7 of us. The view is amazing and all staff were extremely polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Incredible views of Ilhabela. Excellent breakfast, with special options available at request free of charge. The owners of the place offered a full kitchen with barbecue for cooking, which was great when the weather was not good at the island. They are also very helpful on tours and tips of the city.

Nice Pousada, in a good location. Room was spacious, bed comfy, and bathroom facilities were ok. Breakfast was great, and the staff was very helpful. Would have extended our stay here if they had room.

Good location, there are restaurant in the area and it's possible to walk to the center (about 20 minutes), there's a beach nearby. They changed my towels everyday. The breakfast has several options and is good. There's parking available.

A pousada surpreendeu positivamente, viagem de casal ficamos apenas uma pernoite praticamente. Viajamos de moto e conseguimos descabsar bem. A cama é muito macia super confortável, ar condicionado gela bem, banheiro limpo, roupas de cama limpas e quarto amplo por ser o modelo mais básico. Estacionamento amplo e seguro, pena não ter cobertura mas não tivemos nenhum problema quanto a isso. Café da manhã muito bom também. Única crítica construtiva seria o horário do café que é as 08h um pouco tarde no meu ponto de vista! Funcionários bem atenciosos também. Gostamos muito da estadia, certamente voltaremos um dia

Lugar limpo, ótimo atendimento, café da manhã bem servido e variado para todos os tipos de gosto. Indico e com certeza voltarei. São experientes na rede são 4, pelo que a moça da recepção me informou. Nós tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer o Hotel Ilha morena através de entrada vip que nos ofereceram que é próximo como um parque aquático com cinco piscinas e tobogã. Na próxima irei lá também. Super indico sua família irá gostar.

Recomendo sim .. Preço proporcional para a ocasião ( carnaval ) lugar simples e confortável.. Atendimento tranquilo , limpeza tbm .. Café da manhã simples mais bem servido e ótimo atendimento .. Piscina gostosa A pousada fica no meio entre São Sebastião e Caraguá de fácil acesso para o centro de caragua e tbm para as praias de são Sebastião .. super recomendo voltaria

A estadia no geral foi muito boa, o hotel é muito bom e o atendimento também. Estacionamento dentro do hotel. O café da manhã era padrão, mas estava ótimo. Pontos negativos: O banheiro é um pouco apertado e não tinha uma mesa de trabalho no quarto. Relação custo/benefício muito boa!

Amamos as meninas super atenciosas tive problema com ar condicionado q parou disponibilizaram trocar o quarto ou ventilador caso quissesemos esperar o outro dia um tecnico arrumar .. optamos por esperar saimos para praia quando voltamos estava funcionando o quarto limpinho todos os dias, amei a estadia recomendo nao é luxuosa porém é bem aconchegante e confortavel a vista é linda a piscina bem limpa, a area em geral tbm bem limpa. Recomendo levar algum tipo de cheirinho p deixar no quarto pq como tem muita umidade acaba tendo um cheiro meio forte de mofo .. mais nao por culpa de limpeza e sim da praia por ser muito umido.. e pq choveu um pouco os dias q estive la . De resto tudo perfeito !!

Sem dúvidas voltaremos novamente, a pousada é bem aconchegante, achei o custo benefício excelente. A piscina é um pouco pequena, estávamos em casal chegou uma família maior acabou ocupando todo espaço da piscina e não conseguimos usufruir muito, mas é em frente ao mar, bairro maravilhoso e o atendimento da pousada é excelente! Com certeza, quem for não irá se arrepender, valeu muito a pena 😍

Minha experiência foi maravilhosa. Ótimo atendimento. Tive problema no ar condicionado e na mesma hora eles resolveram. As meninas da recepção super atenciosas. Super recomendo a pousada. Só a praia da frente q não é Boa pra banho, pois é praia do tombo e as ondas super efortes. Amei e voltarei mais vezes

A pousada é bem boa, exatamente como descrita, literalmente pé na areia, praia deserta, mar bravo, não dá para banho, mas de manhã os golfinhos aparecem, e só por isso já valeu demais.

Pontos POSITIVOS: Muito bom o hotel, funcionários foram atenciosos sempre que solicitamos algo, a vista dos quartos é linda. Estacionamento, bom Café da manhã, boa piscina, hall social muito bom, cafezinho disponível a noite muito bom. Beira-Mar mesmo! A praia em si não tem muita estrutura e as ondas normalmente são muito fortes, mas nesse caso é questão de gosto. NEGATVOS: o WiFi NÃO funciona nos quartos, somente nas áreas de recepção e piscina. Se não tem intenção de usar o carro durante sua estadia, não se empolgue com os arredores ao hotel, ainda carece de estrutura, mas tem um mercadinho, pizzaria e o que está péssimo é a iluminação da orla/ciclovia. Com certeza, recomendo o Hotel.

Gostei de td,limpeza impecável, funcionários atenciosos, vista fabulosa do mar, fora que o barulho das ondas na hora de dormir não tem preço,,espero que continuem com preços acessíveis, só assim poderemos nos hospedamos mais vezes, parabéns à todos, recomendo ....
