Pleasant, helpful Front Desk reception checking in was a breeze. Hotel is beautifully appointed furniture and decoration. Nice indoor pool and large jacuzzi was refreshing and relaxing. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet. The bedding is comfy and perfect for cuddling up for a goodnights rest. The complimentary breakfast and dinner entrees are a extra nice touch to the end of your day. Made relaxing easy after traveling the road. No need to go anywhere else to dine. There is also a bar/restaurant to order foods from til late night. We will be returning to this location in future travels.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was an awesome place to stay at. I like the fact that they also had complementary of dinner included with breakfast. I’ve never seen that in any of any hotels I have ever stayed at and the staff members were very helpful and awesome in the Rooms here very nice to stay in. The bed were very absolutely comfortable. I love the shower the Jacuzzi everything was awesome.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly. All the facilities were new, modern, and impeccably clean at all times. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the afternoon happy hour buffet was a wonderful surprise — we hadn’t expected it, and it added a lot of value to our stay, giving us a great way to start and end each day. The indoor pool and jacuzzi allowed us to relax and take breaks between exploring this beautiful city. We especially loved visiting Ruby Falls, Rock City, walking along the riverfront, and the lively downtown area, which had so many fun things to do. The city’s restaurants were fantastic as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows, and a large bathroom. We truly loved everything about our stay.

This hotel is very family friendly. We booked the Drury Plaza hotel for a spring break vacation to Chattanooga. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. The breakfast bar was always delicious and clean, and the free nightly buffet dinner definitely helped to decrease the amount of money spent on eating out. The pool was clean and organized, as well as the gym. Although we don't drink, adults receive three (3) complimentary adult drinks per night of stay.

The staff was great, very professional, friendly & efficient, in particular Jewel at the front desk. She demonstrated exceptional courtesy & professionalism & accommodated our need for an early check-in and adjoining rooms. The food was great, both the breakfast & the Kick-Back buffet and as someone with an unusual onion allergy, I appreciated that the ingredients were availablefor review. For those of us on a budget, Drury Plaza really elevated our stay from the usual chains in the same price point with its cleanliness, well designed rooms (love that I had both firm and softer pillows), fresh coffee/tea 24/7, responsive & friendly staff, heated pool and well maintained fitness room. Bonus was the restaurant on premise with the $5 desserts. I travel to Tennessee a lot with my mother & younger son to visit my daughter & grandson and I'm so glad that I discovered Drury Plaza. I will never stay anywhere else. It's much better than the Marriott owned chains. Thank you for a great stay!

I called ahead to ask if I could check in a little bit early. The woman at the front desk was super nice and when I arrived she was still there, remembered my name, and my room was ready. The lobby fed into the breakfast area. There were comfortable seating areas, business space and an abundance of chairs and tables for eating and meeting. The outdoor pool was very clean with firepit seating nearby. My room had a large, comfortable king bed and lots of pillows, large screen tv and a corner lounge chair by the window that could serve as a great additional sleeping space for a child or small adult. The bathroom was clean and well supplied with a kitchen niche just around the corner, complete with Keurig and K cups. There was a good sized closet, desk and drawer space. The personal thermostat controlled air/heat worked great I don't know if this hotel is new, it certainly looked like it. I liked the look and the cleanliness of having nice floors instead of carpeting. Great location at Hamilton Place mall and easy access to I75 for a 15 minute drive to historic old town Chattanooga. I felt very safe, had a good night's sleep and enjoyed a very nice free breakfast with eggs, biscuits, gravy....totally unexpected. The price was good and the staff was excellent - prompt, efficient, personable and helpful. Aisha (spelling?) is a wonderful example of front desk hospitality.

This Holiday Inn Express property was new, clean, and simply but effectively appointed with even a TV lounge and a lobby large enough to just sit and socialize. Our room was spacious and included comfortable beds and pillows as well as a large TV and walk-in shower. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Finally, the morning breakfast offered a wide variety of items from cheese omelets to biscuits and gravy with a seating area as big as many restaurants. Great night sleep and good value.

Location, location, and location! Close to everything. The front desk personnel were so welcoming and helpful. The lobby was cozy, and our room was very nicely decorated. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh, hot food, with plenty of choices. The young lady in charge never stopped monitoring the food area, refilling necessary foods, constantly cleaning- all with a smile on her face! This Holiday Inn checked all the boxes and was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Kudos to the entire staff. You have given us a reason to return.

This hotel was probably the best place we have stayed in. The hotel was modern and clean. It was located in safe location. Our room was huge and quiet. The king size bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a pretty lighted mirror. The shower looked picturesque with Dove soap, shampoo, and conditioner products. Lastly, the front desk person was charming and had a nice welcome smile.

This place is awesome! Seriously, it is a great hotel. We were met by a very friendly front desk attendant and a smooth check-in process. She then invited me to attend the evening complimentary reception that had snacks and beverages (I enjoyed two glasses of complimentary wine!). The rooms were spacious, the beds were soft and comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice. Everything about this hotel is modern. The complimentary breakfast is one of the best I've ever had (if not the best!). They actually have made-to-order omelettes with a chef putting in your favorite toppings. They even gave my spouse sliced avocados - the first ever at a hotel breakfast. Sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, french toast sticks, pancakes, grits, assorted pastries, fruit, cereal, an omelette station, coffee, juices, milk, as well as other items made this an incredible breakfast experience. The breakfast area has plenty of seating for large families. I would definitely stay here again, and again, and again. The Travelers Choice Award is well deserved! Awesome hotel. By the way, it's located adjacent to a Ruth Chris Steakhouse and it has a very elegant lobby. The hotel is in a great location and very close to other restaurants, stores, and amenities.

Location is great. Many nearby restaurants. Marissa at front desk check in was wonderful. Room clean bed very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was outstanding. Now the not so good. The 1 bartender in bar was very nice. The second one was very rude and at 7:29 said we could not have our second drink as bar was closed. My husband showed her his watch and she reluctantly made our drinks. Another issue was this woman was mopping the floor prior to closing leaving floor dangerously slippery. No warning of bar closing or wet floor. Another issue was breakfast, cold potatoes, hard fruit, and not so happy chef. When they say breakfast closes at 9 they mean 9 and not able to get 2nd cup of coffee.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. One of the main reasons why I chose to stay at Embassy suites. Room was exceptionally clean and bed was very comfortable. Overall, the staff was very friendly. Specifically the front desk was amazing as well as the Cleaning Service. But the people in the kitchen could definitely use a little bit of happiness. I will have to say there was one woman there, who was one of the kindest ladies I have ever met in my entire life, and she worked in the area where we ate breakfast. And every morning we came down. She said, good morning to my child and sang a little good morning song - it absolutely made our day. She definitely was an added bonus. The evening drinks were good but no real snacks for the kiddos. The bartender told me that they discontinued that a couple years ago. I did not know that.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. The overall experience was amazing. The staff were very friendly. Beds were cozy. The AC was perfect. Breakfast was top notch. Perfect location. We didn’t have to travel far. We had everything we could imagine. Even our dinner reservation was less than a mile. Definitely coming back.

we had reservations here...& while driving here in the snowy/crazy icy roads on our journey.....once we checked in with Catherine at the Front Desk, we knew we landed in the best hotel around....she was welcoming, friendly, & perfect to check us in, onto to the Reception area, where the Manager John , was present.....he was so welcoming , so happy to serve us our drink, and show us where the evening social was with the yummy meatballs, veggies, ect... We sat down and just truly relaxed after our crazy drive in the snow from cincinnati.....we really are happy we made this choice.....our room was the best.....so clean, big, and comfy bedding & relaxing.........great place to get our batteries charged for the next day.........we both loved this hotel, and the staff here is the BEST!!!!! loved it........thank you again for being so welcoming & you made our overnite the best, relaxed, perfect nite ever!!! :) :)

It was great! The breakfast was amazing. The staff was super friendly & helpful. When they said breakfast included, I assumed it was a standard breakfast…cereal, oatmeal, waffles & muffins like most hotels. Nope. They had a much bigger variety. A buffet type breakfast. The fitness center is larger than most hotels too! Lots of restaurants around too!

Breakfast was excellent with good food choices and serving areas well maintained. Location near multiple restaurants and fast food places. Studio suite room was very clean and comfortable. Close to I-75 for overnight travel stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. No smoking and no pets is a real plus.

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites. Our room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette complete with pans, dishes, and utensils. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was in good working order. We enjoyed the sitting area with a couch to just relax. The breakfast was wonderful, with hot items such as egg omelets (pre-made), fritatas, sausage, and waffles, and a wide variety of breads/pastries, condiments and toppings, fresh melon and fruit. I was a bit hesitant to visit this location because of reviews which mentioned limited parking. We stayed on a Saturday night when the hotel was fully booked, and we had no problem finding parking when we returned after 10 at night. The parking is shared by multiple hotels and there is plenty of it within a short distance of the hotel entrance. I did not feel unsafe at all.

My favorite part of the property was the hot breakfast bar ! Having a hot meal to enjoy with the kids before we started our busy days touring , walking , and hiking all day was absolutely key ! Getting to sit down and have a real breakfast together instead of the typical complimentary breakfast of granola bars and junk like honey buns was amazing! I will definitely be using Staybridge for future trips just for this reason alone ! The indoor pool is the other main reason we chose this property and it didn’t disappoint either ! The first couple days were gloomy and rainy and the pool was great for that reason alone !

I stayed at SpringHill Suites in Chattanooga and couldn’t be happier. The Jacuzzi was a dream, and the quiet, scenic riverfront made for perfect evening walks. Beautiful ambiance and a great spot for anyone wanting a peaceful stay near nature.

The stay was great. The only downside was that I paid extra for a river view room. While the room did have a river view it was obstructed greatly by the restaurant and the other half of the hotel. We checked in very late at night so the family was tired and I did not want to try and change rooms for the better view. View was somewhat important to me but it was more so important for my young children who wanted the view. So if booking a river view room ask for the rooms with an unobstructed view. Other than that room and stay was great.

We had a delightful stay! The patio overlooking the river was amazing! The staff was friendly and helpful. Our ruin was clean and comfortable. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The food was warm and yummy, the area was clean and staff was present Ray to help if needed.

Great property with beautiful views—everything you'd expect from a Marriott. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The pool, while not deep, was a good length for swimming laps, and the gym was basic but functional. The lobby featured a nice bar and comfortable seating area for relaxing in the evening. Only downside was the hot tub—jets pointed upward rather than out, which made it less enjoyable. Overall, a solid stay with the consistent quality and comfort you'd expect.

This hotel was wonderful! The night before I had tried to save some money and booked online a motel for $107. It was disgusting! So I decided to treat myself after that and found this great Springhill Suites on the river in Chattanooga. It was $90 more than the previous night and 1000% better! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The room was perfect, with the most comfortable pillows! If I ever visit Chattanooga again, I would definitely stay at this hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel as we stopped for an overnight stay as we returned from vacation. The rooms were clean. The beds were so comfortable. Air conditioning kept up with the outside heat. And, we appreciated the treat bag (2 waters and pretzels) handed to us as Hilton Honors Club members. Only one aspect of this hotel was concerning. Let me start by saying that many big name hotels are in this area, and our hotel was beautiful inside and outside. I imagine this area was once an elite part of town. But.... those very nice hotels are now surrounded by closed restaurants, such as the O'Charley's across the street. We saw a number of homeless people in the area, and signs posted in the parking lot emphasize that the hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. We actually moved our car from an area facing away from the hotel next to an empty parking garage with lots of brush cover to a spot directly in front of the hotel with parking lot lights shining down on it due to safety / security concerns. Although the website mentioned breakfast on location, it did not specify that the breakfast was served via their in-house restaurant and was not free. $10 for a continental and $13 for a breakfast with made-to-order omelets without any discount for Hilton Honors Club members was disheartening. I wish the hotel website actually stated the available breakfast was not free. We loved our stay, though.

The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and the staff were professional and friendly. We also recommend the hotel breakfast, we enjoyed it each day of our stay and the food was delicious. This hotel is very clise to many great dinner options and the mall. We will make a return visit the end of the month.

The room was extremely clean and the shower was amazing. King bed was comfortable and clean. I was on the first floor so I was concerned about noise, but I slept soundly and did not hear outside sounds until about 7 a.m. Several other hotels and restaurants nearby so it felt like a safe area. I would stay here again. My only complaint was that I was checking in around 9:30 pm, tired from driving for 3 hours, and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. Not sure why the front desk was not staffed.

From the time that we arrived to stay for just 1 night on January 7th and from the time that we arrived the young lady at the front desk (her name is escaping me) but I am sure you can look at the schedule and know who it is to Jenna the bartender to Kelly and Suzanne for the morning breakfast, were as friendly and helpful as I have seen at a hotel in a long time. This Hilton blows the other Hiltons away with their hospitality to their food from their menu in the evening to their breakfast buffet. Just cannot say enough after a long day of driving and needing a place to rest our eyes, this was more than expected. Thank you Hilton and staff for an enjoyable stay. Indiana Homebound

The property is located just off I75 just north of the City proper. It appears new (recently renovated?); is very clean, modern and comfortable. All staff were extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. “Brittany” solved a problem with a TV malfunction by relocating us to another room without question. We would stay at this property again.

Nice pool. Excellent breakfast buffet from the restaurant (did cost extra but I purchased it when I booked.) nice selection of scrambled eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, waffles, bagels, toast, tons of fruit, oatmeal, cereal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, granola, orange juice, and coffee. Staff was soooo nice. Every single one of them we encountered. The beds were insanely comfortable. Pillows too. We slept great. Property was clean and well maintained. Valet parking was great. Shower had great water pressure. (I always wonder about this because I have thick and long hair!). Lobby was welcoming. Overall, was a great place to stay.

It's been a long time since I've stayed in a Holiday Inn. However, I having stayed in other IHG properties and seeing the reviews for this location I had reasonable expectations. Appears to have had a facelift/remodel. Room was clean, bed/pillows were good, furniture was clean & newer. They were completely booked for the weekend but I had a few friendly interactions with the front staff. I also noted their interactions with other travelers that they were handling very well. I'm not used to inner city noises, so being on the 6th floor with a downtown view seemed to be awful noisy to me in general. Nothing to do about it, just a note if you're looking for peace or quiet it's not on that side. The shower was a nice, larger, sliding glass door setup in my room and that was probably the highlight. Good stay, reasonable location, friendly staff. Pricing notably better than other nearby hotels for likely comparable room quality.

This hotel was perfect! Walkable location..quiet, clean and staff was amazing!! My wife even received a complimentary drink pass for her birthday to use at the bar/restaurant that's on site.

We stayed 5 nights, had a king suite. Plenty spacious, with seperate bedroom. Hotel was neat and clean. Staff was wonderful! Friendly, helpful, and happy to assist. Housekeeping did a great job, came each day to replenish and refresh. We had breakfast each morning. Plenty to choose from, something for everyone. The location is great. Easy walk to river, aquarium, and many other places. Valet staff very friendly.

This was a great hotel. Very close to the new restaurants in the city. The parking is vallet and was $18. The staff was all super friendly. Helped us find a restaurant we could walk to for dinner and even gave us a map. The bar in the hotel had a great menu od cocktails, wines and beers. The only negative is that for the price it would have been nice to have a small continental breakfast included in the price.

Definitely recommend this hotel! Vacation to Chattanooga, close to Lookout Mountain attractions. Quiet, very clean and wonderful service. Got there right after 2:30pm and they let us check in right away. We are the complimentary breakfast for two days of our stay. Hot and cold options. Eggs, bacon, waffle station, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, boiled eggs, multiple juice options, milk options and a coffee bar. The pool at this hotel is an indoor pool, no jacuzzi. Room was very big and nice, we had a king with the living room area.

We were here with Family, overnight, to visit a local attraction. We received excellent service from a very friendly staff. Everything was clean and exceptionally-maintained, from our rooms to the common areas. They did a wonderful job decorating the lobby and breakfast area for Christmas, which our Granddaughter loved ! We didn't have a chance to visit the pool or fitness center, but they looked to be as clean and well-maintained as everything else. This hotel is on a high hill, which cuts down, somewhat, on the noise from the nearby Interstate. But, there is still some residual noise, so run the central fan at night or wear some earplugs and you'll sleep as well as we did. The breakfast offering was typical, for the brand, although the sausage patties had a better seasoning than I've had at other Fairfields. The Lady working breakfast was warm, friendly and kept everything well-stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

The view from the parking lot was beautiful. Location was 10min from Rock City and Ruby Falls. Gas, Walmart and restaurants are a minute drive away. They had cute Halloween decorations. My daughter loved the checkerboard area in the lobby. I enjoyed the 24hr coffee. Continental breakfast was great. Rooms were clean. The best shower I ever had at a hotel. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower was a plus since we didn’t bring our own. The heat and water pressure was perfect. All the staff were friendly and seemed like they genuinely enjoyed their job. The whole experience from check in to checkout was phenomenal.

When we arrived at the hotel the system was down, so we couldn’t check into our room. Traveling with 3 kids it was rough. The young man at the desk allow us to go ahead and us to the until the system was back up. This was really helpful because the boys weee having so much fun in the pool, we totally forgot what was going on. The hotel is close to lookout mountain which was our reason for visiting. The view of the mountain from the hotel was amazing. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Early morning breakfast was great and the boys love it all. We will stay at this hotel again on our next Tennessee visit.

Beautiful hotel. The bed was THE MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The view of the city from our 11th-story window was amazing. We had the buffet breakfast the day we checked out and the ladies at breakfast were superb! Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious also.

I had an exceptional stay at the Marriott Downtown Chattanooga! The staff, especially Lisa, went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Their warmth and professionalism truly stood out. The accommodations were fantastic—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The food from the bar was delicious and perfectly prepared, providing a great way to unwind. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a variety of tasty options that started my day on the right note. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chattanooga—great service, wonderful amenities, and an overall outstanding experience!

I cannot say enough nice about our experience with the Marriott in Chattanooga! From the moment we stepped into the lobby it was great. Lisa, who checked us in, was SO warm and friendly and made sure to take really good care of us. I think this might be the best check-in experience I have ever had. Marriott should clone her :) The room was spacious, nice and clean. There were PLENTY of towels and they were all clean and thick! I had the opportunity to go to the pool which was really lovely and well kept. I also visited the exercise room which was HUGE and well appointed. LOTS of machines and weights - also very clean. I will say that I was a little concerned about the exercise room being in the very basement - but there is an office down there with people - so I felt safe. If you are in Chattanooga, there is absolutely no reason not to stay here. We might switch to being loyal Marriott members!

We were looking for a dog friendly hotel in downtown Chattanooga and came across this hotel. Very clean place with very friendly staff. Chip was especially helpful at check in. He was able to move us to one of the rooms with a great balcony view of downtown. The pool area is wonderful and even has a waterfall. Pool temp was perfect. The omelettes were delicious at breakfast along with everything else. Lots of restaurants near by and it’s just a few blocks up the river. Will def stay here again!

Excellent! The staff was very accommodating to my early arrival. The room was spacious and very clean. The linens were clean and soft but could use some new pillows. Most Hilton properties have great pillows. Loved the fixed bath and shower products in the shower: the shower head and water pressure were great however the sink was terrible. The balcony was spacious and clean.

Wonderful staff…friendly, attentive and a manager that went above and beyond upon our arrival! Room was clean and extremely roomy. Beds were comfortable. The hotel offered games to use at the front desk. We borrowed a deck of cards to use while it rained. Breakfast came with the room but we did not eat breakfast at the hotel. However, it did look and smell delicious. The hotel was within walking distance to all the downtown Chattanooga attractions and restaurants.

My husband and I had a nice and delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant The Grove. We had the crab cake and salmon, each dinner came with 2 sides and mouth watering little biscuits. The waitress was very nice and gave us time to look around and decide on what our choices would be. When we ordered our delicious meals arrived promptly. We had a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was gigantic, so nice to sore muscles. Our experience was fantastic and we will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, breakfast each morning had a good selection and I enjoyed the bacon, eggs and waffles. The real standout was Jeremy at the bar. His attentiveness and enthusiasm were exceptional as he went above and beyond to make our evenings enjoyable. He anticipated our needs perfectly, ensuring our glasses were never empty. The rooms provided comfortable retreats after busy days. The combination of excellent food, comfortable accommodations, and Jeremy's outstanding service made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a premium experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Double Tree. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our granddaughters especially loved the warm chocolate chip cookies we received at checkin! Rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a restaurant on site, but we did not try it. They have a convenient coffee/ gift shop with a great selection of treats downstairs next to the pool and front desk that we used several times! 😁 It’s an easy walk to the Aquarium , IMAX and multiple eateries and ice cream shops.

I rarely write reviews, but I had to take a moment to give a shoutout to Hannah at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome—super professional, patient, and friendly. I had a couple of questions about local restaurants and she gave me great recommendations (seriously, that taco spot she suggested was fire 🔥). Check-in was quick and smooth, and you can tell she genuinely cares about guests having a good experience. It’s the little things like that that make a stay memorable. The hotel itself was clean and cozy, but honestly, the service from Hannah is what would bring me back!

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and tidy. The Grove restaurant had the best loaded fries I’ve ever had. They were the perfect comfort food after a challenging day. I told Chef Colin there were so good I wanted to sleep in them. Kelly my server was amazing. Very friendly and engaging. Can’t say enough how good the dining experience was.

Since the pandemic hotels have not been delivering maid service every day. This hotel is the exception. They come daily and provide clean towels also. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good and fresh. The hotel is a little off from most other buildings. This makes it have less traffic and noise. We did not receive adjoining rooms that had been requested with our reservation. This was the only disappointment in the hotel. A list of good local restaurants would have also been helpful. There was a problem with the towel rack that was quickly addressed. The hotel is very convenient to downtown Chattanooga. Not walking distance but just a few minutes drive. Getaway with my girlfriend to Chattanooga. Clean, comfortable room; really good hot and continental breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown, great restaurants and sights. What really sets this hotel apart is the great service I always receive from the staff. They are friendly, responsive and professional. They are why this has become my “go to” hotel in Chattanooga.

We booked the Hotel for RUACH. The Hotel was very clean and refreshing. The location was very quiet and the staff was exceptional. Very friendly and kind. We arrived earlier than intended and asked if we could check early. A room was not ready as expected so we waited without complaint. Christiana apologized for a room not being available early so she allowed us free parking. The breakfast was good as well. We will definitely be booking again.

The room and Hotel were the best. Very clean, bed was so comfy, and quiet beyond belief. The staff was on top of there game, very personable and so kind, I will stay there next time!! Oh one more thing, breakfast was great, and the food area was spotless, first class!

This hotel was perfect for the two of us. we really enjoyed how it was close to the things we wanted to do (lookout mountain, rock city, etc.). There was a multitude of restaurants nearby and the room was very clean. Our shower had amazing water pressure, got hot quick, and if you forget soap or shampoo and conditioner, they have some in the shower! The side doors have key access only so we felt safe. The bed was cozy, we like a firm mattress and this was perfect. In the middle area there’s plenty of seating and a pool. The pool looked very inviting but we didn’t want to have to pack up wet swimsuits for our drive to our future destination (Panama City Beach). The coffee was great and there were two of each regular and decaf in the room. We also thought the water glasses in the room was a nice touch.

I found this hotel to be very clean. The room was large and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. The coffee was good, and the Staff was friendly. The price was perfect for my budget. I plan to stay here again. The hotel has an exercise room, which is very nice and clean. It has a laundry room. The grounds were clean and well-kept. It was extremely quiet. I hated to leave

For price, this place was an excellent choice! Front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean and cozy. There was a nice seating area in the lobby with a fire burning that was so nice on a cold night! Our room was clean and very comfortable. There is a great little two person loveseat in the room that was so comfortable. The bed was soft and slept great! They even let us have a late check-out for 2:00 pm. Nice! I will definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable hotel in a good location for transitting the Chattnooga area and freeways. The room was well kept and clean. The staff was generally attentive and responsive. The availability of the guest-accessible computer was critical on this trip - we needed to do some work and I decided not to bring a laptop on the trip. Best of all was Cynthia, the breakfast manager and server. She is the soul of the hotel - jovial, conversive, and friendly...quick to offer suggestions and a selection of breakfast treats.

Stayed during a short getaway with husband and 5yo son. Excelent location with lots of food and entertainment options. All the big Chattanooga attractions were about a 15 minute drive. Location was quiet and felt safe. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor pool (sons favorite part), with easy room access. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Chris. Chris was a pleasure to work with. If you need good local recommendations go see Chris. Will stay here again upon next visit.

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a long weekend. We had such a great time in Chattanooga. We visited the aquarium, rock city, and the military park. We did some hiking as well. So many fun things to do. Choosing this hotel was a good decision. It’s very close to the aquarium. Lots of restaurants and the hotel restaurant as well as the rooftop bar had delicious food. We arrived early on the first day, around 1 o’clock and check-in wasn’t until four. The front desk staff did not make us feel like we were a pain. They just had no trouble at all getting us into a room. I really appreciated that. The valet guys out front were super friendly and helpful. The parking garage if you don’t want to use the valet is conveniently right there next to the hotel. We didn’t have any problems with parking our vehicle and it staying safe while we were there. We could see Lookout Mountain from our hotel room window. The room was clean. Honestly, I was very happy with choosing this hotel. The only thing that keeps me from giving it five stars is there were a couple of inconveniences, but they weren’t that big of a deal. The platform bed is extremely comfortable, however, the mattress slides. So by morning, my side of the bed would be a foot over the support frame so if I got too close to the end of the bed, it felt like I would fall off. They didn’t clean the room during our stay and gave us no fresh towels. We had to ask for some. Minor issue. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is huge! Very nicely appointed with many lobby seating areas all over, full bar (very good!) great restaurant (the Forge) serving everything and don't miss breakfast! It appears many conventions most likely use this hotel, and the size is perfect for it. There is a Starbucks inside the hotel and plenty of parking (including valet). It was a very convenient location for us. The rooms have been redone (you know, old to new) and were satisfactory. The only thing about the rooms (which would not negate us staying there again) was I felt they could have used brighter lighting. And two waste baskets instead of just the one in the bathroom. Other than that, no complaints. Staff attentive, rooms cleaned early (I hate coming back to a room at 3pm to find it still hasn't been cleaned YET when I'd like some downtime). Beds comfortable, coffee replenished daily. I would give it a try!

I loved the look and feel of the building. The rooms were pristine. The staff was exceptional. The food at The Forge restaurant was delicious. The hostess was so sweet and attentive and the waiters were amazing. The front desk Cedar and Eddie made sure I had a wonderful stay. The Spa was a delight. The front desk coordinator s Shannon and Rose were the best and Mk and Brandi gave me the best experience. Now the only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel no longer has a pool at this time they converted it to a restaurant bar on the roof.

For starters, DO NOT enter the left side entrance to the parking deck for self parking. It damaged our Kia Rio because of the slope for drainage. Also, we parked on the second floor, and the elevator was not working, and no sign was posted stating out of service. The actual hotel itself was a good experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We did enjoy the couples massage at the spa. The food from each restaurant located inside the hotel was delicious. We did have a good view of lookout mountain. The room itself was okay. The bed would not say in place. It kept sliding on the slick bed frame. The bathroom light only shined in the shower and not the sink or toilet. Also, the water for the shower took 10 minutes to finally get warm and was not really adjustable. Not a great experience for our honeymoon, but it was okay.

Great location. Near restaurants and coffee shops. Also has two nice restaurants on site. The Forge, one of the restaurants on site, has a delicious breakfast menu.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. She checked me in quickly and let me know about the amenities. The price was reasonable. The hotel is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. It was very quiet for a much needed good night sleep.The bathroom was very nice with toiletries, plenty of towels, and nice hot water if you like your shower on the warmer side. They have a small snack shop for a quick bite to eat. The location is close to restaurants and coffee jobs within walking distance. Breakfast was very good, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, coffee , juice, yogurt, fruit, toast, muffins, bagel, etc. I will certainly stay here again in my next trip up north.

The room was comfy and clean, plenty of towels, and lighting was good. The property was clean, and very convenient to restaurants and shopping. Pool and hot tub was clean and towels available. Exercise room looked good as well, not that I exercise. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast variety was very good, fresh everything. The healthy nuts, granola, dried fruit mix was a great addition to the breakfast variety. The room was very clean, and orderly. Bed was very comfortable. Great location right off the expressway. Nice walking distance to several restaurants.

The staff was very, very helpful. We stopped at a different, but nearby Fairfield Hotel and when our name and reservation number was not there, we were pleasantly directed to the right hotel. Overall, the hotel is clean, but could use some vacuming of the carpeting in the reception area. The bedding and room we stayed in was as clean as could be expected. No stains or random hair anywhere. The room we used was ADA compliant as requested for my husband's needs. The tub-shower combination had a bench that extended over the edge of the tub so that he could sit down and rotate into the tub. There were adequate handrails in the shower/tub area. Would recommend.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. My daughter loved the pool and making waffles both morning we ate. The bed was very comfortable, also the room was very clean. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub and my daughter got in every chance she could.

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have had. I slept so good! Service was excellent. My room was clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet and peaceful. The biscuits and gravy were delicious. Coffee was fresh and strong, perfect. I will only stay with them from now on. I'd recommend them to family and friends.

It's quiet, clean, and unique with the front entrance being a tunnel of water to walk through that opens into the biggest breakfast room/check-in I've ever seen. Good selections for the breakfast like scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breads, cereal, mini fridge items, coffee, juice. Pet friendly hotel with an extra per night fee with differing prices depending on the size of your pet, registered service animals with legal documentation are free. $50 fee for early check-in before 3:00pm, but it was waived for us since they had a busy day of multiple check-ins. Hotel is about 22 minutes from downtown Chattanooga with traffic, not too awful of a commute to do things.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. As a dog lover, I’m impressed that their pet fee is only $25 a night. Other hotels want to charge up to 150 a night which is basically a pet “penalty”. I have always been impressed with the LaQuinta chain. They really seem to welcome dogs. Now this particular hotel is spacious, clean, offers a great breakfast, comfy bed, quiet and efficient ac/heater unit, nice sheets and pillows, good exercise room, and several nice outdoor seating areas. They have an indoor pool but I didn’t have time to try it. The price is so reasonable for all of this. Also, the bed is lower than a lot of the ridiculously high beds that hotels are using nowadays. I like a lower bed because it’s easier for me and the dog to get into. I can’t wait to come back next year on my return from my annual Florida trip.

Very pleased with everything at this hotel.very clean and has excellent service . Staff was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we are in the Area again this hotel is where we will be staying. We normally just have coffee for breakfast but there breakfast bar has everything.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was nice. The room we were in was updated, and not rundown like many "accessible"rooms are in hotels. I want to address the features of the accessible room we had on the third floor. Consider your own needs and abilities as you read this. I hope it helps. The accessible room we were in had great features. I am super short with mobility issues. The beds were a good height, and I think it is much better for transfer from a wheelchair than the typical huge very high platform beds. The bed was a very comfortable and newer feeling pillow-top. The room did not have a roll in shower, however the tub had a significantly lower lip so it was easier to step in and out for us older folks. There was a bench in the tub that folded against the wall. Next to the tub was a traditional plastic long transfer bench that could be used to assist in transferring to the tub rather than stepping over. There were multiple grab bars that would address multiple needs. There was a handheld shower head. Water pressure was very good. The bathroom was big and the bedroom had lots of room and an uncluttered sitting area. All of this was helpful in meeting my needs.

Traveled to Chattanooga to check out for possible move. As we have a dog, we look for La Quinta. The property is off a main road behind a public storage facility, and this proved to be wonderfully quiet at night. Adequate pet rest areas that are kept clean, plus a little extra place to walk up by the storage facility if desired. Staff was lovely and helpful (thank you, Bonnie!). Concern regarding security: both doors at either end of the hotel were unlocked; I was told they were going to be fixed. All in all, a quiet and uneventful stay, clean room, close to restaurants and fast food, easy access to freeway. I would stay here again.

The lodging was a classy and well maintained historic property. The staff was very responsive and friendly and knowledgeable. The included breakfast at their Rembrandt Café felt mass produced and the sausage and egg sandwich had a huge slab of spongy egg and flavorless meat. Had dinner at their Italian restaurant Tony’s which had the ambience of a college cafeteria with beat up wooden chairs and tables and there was a small pile of food and napkins on the floor next to our table from a previous patron that had not been noticed or cleaned up which I had to step over. The spaghetti and sausage I had tasted like the same sausage in the breakfast sausage sandwich which is to say nondescript. My wife’s fra diavolo had a total of 6 small shrimp. Thumbs up for a quaint and romantic inn with a nice art gallery on their “campus” and great scenic setting on a high bluff (hence the name) overlooking the wide Tennessee River. Thumbs down on the food. The free included coffee was decent.

The Bluff View Inn is an amazing place to stay! Beautiful rooms with antiques. Kelly was amazing! She is friendly and gave us wonderful recommendations for dinner and for where to go for antiquing! The free breakfast in the morning is hearty and delicious. The Italian restaurant, Tony's, has great food. I can not say enough great things about this location. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to all of our friends.

Wonderful B&B location overlooking the river and steps from local destinations ( aquarium, art galleries, and museums). The BV Inn consisted of 3 historic, grand old houses serviced by the nicest folks and supplied with fresh baked pastries and fruits etc. at breakfast. The complex has 3 restaurants, coffee house and is convenient to access the 12 mile long river walk as well as pedestrian bridges to the opposite bank where shops, parks and art galleries provide wholesome family entertainment.

Amazing stay at a beautiful inn! It is the perfect location and the innskeepers were all amazing! Went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a great one. Delicious breakfast every morning at Rembrandts and top notch on-site restaurants. This location is the perfect place for walking around the city!

Check-in was super fast and we were shown our rooms. We stayed on the third floor so we got some help taking up the luggage. The view of the river was super and the room was very nice. We were running late so didn't get to tour the property like we would have liked but they have a bakery nearby that served breakfast. I am gluten free and they understood the diet and had pastries which were safely made and displayed. The block is owned and operated by a family so I felt very safe and it seemed that everyone we met was helpful and friendly.

Exceptionally Clean, Helpful friendly staff. The breakfast offers your standard fare plus, lemon infused water and a choice of many different coffees. The breakfast area is clean and well stocked. The hotel rooms do need renovating but it was clean, clean, clean. I would definitely stay here again. Eat at Johnathon’s if you’re there, very good food and service.

This is an updated, older hotel. Very solidly built, rooms are quiet. Excellent front desk service. A great place to stay after a long drive from SW Florida. Room was clean, bed comfy. The A/C did its job efficiently and quietly. Ice machine on every floor. The bathroom was clean, but showed its age had reminders of previous incarnations - mirror holes visible, some rust on the beam. It met all our needs, at a fair price. Breakfast was OK, there’s a fancy coffee machine to make fancy coffee, it that’s your thing. The juice machine delivered cold water with a hint of flavor. Mentioned it to the attendant and got “Um Okay” and away she went. We like Best Westerns most of the time, and this one is pretty good.

We almost gave the hotel a pass because of a few negative reviews about tired dark facilities. We are glad we decided to give it a try anyway because we were pleasantly surprised. The facility has been renovated and the lobby and breakfast area are new and well maintained. The rooms have been renovated and the beds and linens are new and in excellent condition. Overall the hotel was clean and well kept. The breakfast offering was average and was slightly below what one would expect for a hotel of this level. The hit offerings were sausage patties and egg patties that were not hit and rubbery. They could do better in this regard. I would stay here again

Great place to stay right off the highway. Newly renovated rooms, great value for the price. Lobby area was almost done. Staff was very friendly and the manager was pleasant and made sure we were comfortable. Nice breakfast including push button coffee, latte, cappuccinos and an auto pancake maker with a wave of a hand. Outdoor pool area was closed but nice. The bed was super comfortable.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff was amazing! Great location and very nice place. Only thing was our room was clean, but there were big black hairs in the shower. I had to run all the way to Walmart and get cleaner just so my toddler could take a shower, which was very annoying considering she was sick. Definitely could be cleaned a little better, but overall a very nice hotel!!

Our family needed a last minute place to stay and arrived very late. The front desk employee was friendly and got us checked in right away. The building was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

We had come into town a day late for a softball tournament and our original hotel had given away our room. We saw this place while at TopGolf, and thought it was a great location. I was able to search for and book it minutes before arrival. The front desk was uper nice and helpful, amenities were good, and the location is convenient to many restaurants, fields, activities, and to I-75 and I-24. We will stay here now whenever we're in the area.

loves the jacuzzi hot tub in the room . was perfect for a nice price for my anniversary. location was small but it’s very close to everything food ,entertainment attractions. I would highly recommend if traveling on a budget .

Registration clerk (Olivia ?) was super friendly. Check-in was fast. Parking was tight, but close to entrance. The room was clean and updated. Bathroom was clean. Though close to the street, the room was quiet. Lots of food options close by. Room had mini-fridge, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, microwave and toiletries. Breakfast was available, but I did not eat breakfast. Booked online for a bargain, but I loved my room and would definitely stay again.

Room was clean, simple decor. Outside of building looks drab (old). However room is good. No pool, parking could be difficult, there were 2 spots left. Breakfast very simple juice, coffee, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal bars. Plenty of warm water and water preasure in shower. BED WAS A LITTLE HARD, BUT PILLOWS WERE GOOD. BED WAS CLEAN!. Was perfect for one night. We checked in at 10pm, and on the road by 7:15 am.

I stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely would stay here again. The staff was very friendly and made no fuss when I wanted to switch to a different room. The room I originally had faced the street and it was extremely loud and noisy, especially with all the sirens from fire trucks/police cars the 2nd night I was there. I would recommend asking for a room in the back that faces the storage units. It was much quieter. They offered housekeeping every day and as a female solo traveler I felt safe here as they kept their doors locked after midnight. Only way to get in was through a key. The staff were very quick to take care of any issues you have so don't hestitate to let them know if you have an issue or concern with anything. I know this hotel did offer daily breakfast but I cannot comment because all 5 days I slept in and missed the times. Beds were comfortable (for me) and plenty of room space. A microwave & fridge were great to have! The hotel was conveniently located to many restaurants, stores, nature parks, gas stations and a short distance to I75. The only thing I did not like was getting in and out of the parking lot. there is only 1 entrance and I had a hard time getting into the parking lot due to a back up of cars that were stopped at a nearby stoplight. People blocked the intersection many times which would cause me to sit there for minutes on end waiting for someone to let me in. All in all, I would definitely stay here again :)

What I liked about this hotel was the quick and easy check-in, I liked how clean it was, and their breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, clean place to stay. 5 stars

The Bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, it was wonderful. I hadn't slept like that for a month. Very clean linen and towels. We were placed at the end of the hall so we had no noise, that was great. The only thing I noticed wrong with the room was that it was dated and needed furnishing updates. The chair had a hole in the cushion and the button of the chair the upholstery was coming undone on the bottom. The bathroom door molding needs to be replaced, it was a bit beat up on the bottom closest to the shower. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The eggs and sausages were very tasty. The staff though was AMAZING, very friendly but professional and very courteous, especially the older gentleman working the breakfast area, really enjoyed conversing with him and also both desk clerks were great.

Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and spacious. The handicapped accommodations were adequate, but the tub was slippery and the shower was somewhat confusing. Breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The evening desk clerk was wonderful and helped me find both attractions and local Restaurants to visit. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was decent. Scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, and the usual continental fare. Coffee wasn't the best...one of those machines that makes it when you push the button. This hotel seems to have been recently renovated, was clean and comfortable, and had several dining options close by.

It was a seamless check in process and stay. Finding the entrance was a little awkward as it’s located directly behind a quality Inn but it’s apparent they were recently remodeled. Given that it is a pet friendly hotel I was happy that there was no carpet and ample space outside for if/when there is a need to bring your dog. Staff was friendly and the beds for comfortable and the rooms were clean it smelled strongly of cleaning solution when we arrived. We asked for a later check in time and were happy for the onsite breakfast being located nearby our room. I would recommend this stay if you are looking for an affordable clean stay in the Chattanooga area near the airport and other scenic attractions.

Pros: Staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean, comfortable, and roomy and comes with a microwave and fridge (no freezer). Hotel includes laundry and fitness facilities as well as free breakfast and tiny market niche. It’s situated back from the main road behind other hotels, so you can’t hear the traffic. I also liked the fact that the luggage carts come with a handbrake. No rolling into other cars! Cons: Bed makes a sharp bang sound when you sit on it. I could hear the noise from other rooms as well as my own. There were popping noises coming from the ceiling and walls, especially after I turned the bedside lights off. Speaking of, both bedside lights seemed to be connected and controlled by the same switch, which meant that I couldn’t have only one light running. They were also positioned up and away from the bed instead of right above it making it hard to locate the switch in the dark. There’s no way to prop the door open, which makes it difficult/awkward to get bags from the cart into the room and vice versa.

We do a lot of traveling with our business. This hotel was one of the best hotels in our experience from check in to checkout after two nights. The desk clerk was extremely courteous and welcoming which was an excellent reflection of the hotel. The housekeepung staff were kind, breakfast was very tasteful with all food selections, including the coffee. The hotel was very clean and manicured. They ensured all the rain causing problems in the parking lot were taken care of for their guests. Checkout was also great. We will plan to stay at this hotel whenever we return to this area. Lastly, it was very affordable.

Beautiful, clean, smelled good. Loved the shower head with removable hand shower head!!! That's not very common in hotels. Water didnt get hot, only lukewarm, in shower both at night and in the morning, so that was disappointing. Otherwise, great place to stay. Bed and pillows comfy. Pool inside is nice, they have towels available in the pool area for use. Little courtyard is pretty and relaxing. Close to tons of restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Loved the warm cookie at checkin! We did not purchase breakfast so I don't know how that is, just know it is for ourchase at the hotel restaurant, not incouded. But kids 5 and under eat free with an adult. There is a little mexican bakery (Mary's) 2 mins away that has amazing breakfast pastries! Just walk in, pick them yourself on a tray, then they pack them up in a bag when you pay.

Fast and easy check in. Free yummy cookie. Room was both spacious and clean. An uncluttered and neutral decor that was also welcoming. Workout room is small but has new equipment. Did not purchase the breakfast but looked good.

Great staff at this location! They noticed we had multiple people on our trip and handed us extra blankets as we checked in. Rooms are very spacious and the modern decor is clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed this hotel. Clean and convenient to so many places. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean.

Very clean,comfortable and spacious rooms. Jacuzzi water temp was perfect. Pool water temp was a little cold for my liking but the area was very warm.

The Hotel was great overall, few things didn't work during our stay. The tub had a bit of damage from a previous rug placement. The fridge had a handle bar that was cracked and the ice maker didn't work. Not enough plates or cups for a family in the kitchen provided and pot was too small for rice or larger quantity options. The Jacuzzi was awesome, so was the pool, amenities were great and breakfast was a definite highlight as the options daily kept growing. Would name a few but wouldn't give it justice. All I can say is that they provide something for even the pickiest eaters lol. Anyway, we loved our stay, very safe, no one messed with our things, the staff was great and if not for the minor negatives It would have been 5 starts for us. Thank you!

We arrived with only 15 min left before the hot tub area closed but the front desk receptionist was kind enough to leave it open for us an additional half hour. Although the hot tub was fine, the pool was closed due to its chemicals. That would have been a deal breaker if my grandchildren were with us. The reason I gave it 4 stars is the free breakfast. The scrambled “eggs” were very artificial tasting and rubbery. I’ve seen those eggs you get at these breakfasts but this was worse. I couldn’t eat them. There was no breakfast potato and there were only plastic utensils. There was oatmeal with many topping choices, waffle maker, breakfast sandwich, sausage and bagels and cream cheese and breads which was good. The coffee was excellent, bold and rich. Breakfast was important to us as we were embarking on a 10 hour drive to Florida. Overall the place was new looking and clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. Next time I’m going to look for a place with an omelette service. Then I’ll know their eggs are real.

The staff was super friendly, especially Am and Kate! Everything was always clean and in good order. Or 2 room suite was clean, comfortable and perfect for a family vacation. Breakfast was pretty decent and the coffee was great. We lived the pool/hot tub , fire pit and putting green as nice extras.
