Had a great stay at the Chrokee Inn! The staff was super friendly and helpful from the time we checked in. Our room was large and clean and very comfortable! The location of the place was as close to civilization or the highway that you could be in Cherokee, NC and I highly recommend you check out the reenactments nearby. I loved the hotel they had a great gym where I went for a run and then cooled off in the warm clean pool. Breakfast was delicious I had eggs toast and sausage and I will definitely be back someday. I highly recommend this hotel.

Needed a quick stop off on a longer trip, because of the tropical storm we arrived late into the night and the person at the desk was in high spirits and very helpful upon on our arrival. Room was comfortable and clean, really quiet. Lady at the front desk in the morning was really helpful and let me use the phone to call a US number. Breakfast was waffles and bacon etc and was well presented and easily accessible. Parking felt safe overnight.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was just where we wanted to be. It was located near everything we wanted to do. The breakfast was always hot, fresh and delicious. Lots of choices. When we booked this hotel, we reserved 3 rooms and asked that they be as close together as possible. Was really surprised that 2 were side by side and the other was directly across the hall. Really happy about that as we were traveling with a 2 year old and could send her from room to room without worries.

The property was very clean. Rooms met all of our needs, great bedding and the beds weren’t sky-high. Water pressure was very good. Breakfast was awesome. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The man that checked us in helped us with our remote and made sure we knew to call him if we needed anything else. The lady and young man that set up breakfast were also wonderful to meet and very helpful on local information.

The property was clean quiet and staff were amazing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. I'm a very satisfied customer and would recommend anyone to stay here. Thanks again

Room was clean even the carpet. We had a pretty good view of the Oconaluftee river which we could walk along or fish in behind the motel. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river. Breakfast was tasty. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about area. We were close to a large park along the river about a mile away. Would stay there again.

The hotel lobby was nice, the breakfast room was large with a nice view. Free breakfast was good, except for the eggs. Fresh batter and waffles maker, always great choice for me. The room was large, with large, clean, and comfortable beds. The room was clean, stacked up with basics like coffee, towels, toiletries, and a hair dryer. Overall, it's clean.

The motel exceeded our expectations, staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful. The location is very close to the casino and sights but private and quiet. The breakfast area had a great variety of breakfast items, fresh coffee, juice, fruit and anything else you would want. The staff continuously replaced food as it was taken.

Wonderful!!!! We walked into the Lobby, it smelled fresh and clean! Our room was also very clean, spacious, comfy bed, loved the River and Mountain View! The Staff was very pleasant and friendly, definitely must revisit!!!! They have a 100 Sanitation Score!!!

On a scale of 1-10, 11 STARS!!! This QI is one of the BEST we’ve ever stayed at! A king suite river view in a quiet location, we saw wild game come up like it was in our backyard & we sure weren’t expecting to see wild elk! All of the employees & staff here need a raise, everyone was so nice & friendly, they always answered my questions,(I had a lot of them),& all of my requests! The breakfast was great, the pool was clean & nice! The only suggestion I recommend is putting microwaves in each room! We stayed in room 150 for eight days & I didn’t want to leave! My sister & brother in law came up three days later & stayed in 151, the walls are not thin, sound proofed very well!! Thank you for the calm peaceful & fun stay here! Highly recommend & we will return again soon!

It was a beautiful room with a jacuzzi! It was during the hurricane Helena period so shopping and sightseeing was limited! The cell service and internet was drop but cable worked! The staff were great! The breakfast was limited but good!

This hotel was economical and met all of our expectations except for breakfast fare. Breakfast consisted of a cup of coffee; orange or apple juice; small commercial muffins in blueberry, chocolate or apple flavors. When there are children, this is not a well balanced meal. The rooms were clean, with remnants of older things such as difficult to operate bathroom faucets and bathtubs with no safety bars as well as temperamental toilet flushers !! The queen size beds were comfortable; the air conditioner worked very well; but the lighting could use some updating to improve visibility in the evening! Of special note is Tyler who manned the front desk in the evenings. He always had a smile and a friendly demeanor as well as being very helpful with questions or any spoken needs. We really appreciated him during this visit The pool was very clean and inviting. The hot tub was not used by us but folks were in it. Overall, an acceptable place to stay!

This hotel is very clean on the interior. My room seemed to be newly updated. The balcony wasn't very clean. Balcony door windows were filthy. Made me wonder about the actual cleanliness of the rest of the room. Write up for the hotel said breakfast. There was only coffee,juice, and muffins. Dining area was closed off. I did feel safe here. Room was very spacious

This hotel is in a convenient location and offers spacious, comfortable, and affordable rooms. Breakfast is also included with your stay which is a nice perk. The staff are friendly and helpful. During the summer months, there is an outdoor pool. There's also a fitness center but we've never used it. We liked this hotel so much we've stayed here twice in the past 6 months. If you don't have comp rooms at the casino, come stay here.

This is a great little property. It was great for a 1 night stay. Conveniently located, staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean. I have no complains. I did not stay for breakfast, I heard is only muffins and coffee and they were clear about this in the beginning. Personally, I think that even with no breakfast this is worth the stay. Plenty of good places to have breakfast in Cherokee an all within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

This is the place I stay every time I come to visit, which is something that I have done more times than I can count since I've been a kid. While it isn't the fanciest hotel, the rooms are simple, comfortable, and clean. It is a very peaceful place, especially if you get a room facing the river. Our evenings were well spent sitting on the deck in rocking chairs with the river directly below us. The location is excellent. You are minutes from the national park, the museum is across the street, and shops are within walking distance. Also, the staff are wonderful.

Simple older motel with friendly staff. Very nice view of river from our balcony. Rooms aren't serviced daily, we had to go to office to get coffee packets etc each day (which was no big deal)

John at the desk was extremely helpful upon check in. The hotel is old but in great condition for its age, lovely views of the river and quiet except for trucks first thing in the morning. Middle of everywhere you would wish to go. Very reasonably priced

The check in woman was beyond friendly!! The bed was comfortable. You're right on the river and it's so peaceful at night to listen to it.

Loved it from the minute a nice guy named Rebel checked us in. It was clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

This hotel sits right on the river, our room had a balcony overlooking the river and it so very nice and clean and updated. My only complaint with the room was the lighting in the bathroom needs to be updated, it was kind of dark trying to put on makeup. The furnishings were nicely appointed, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hallways smelled Amazing! I dont know what type of airfreshners they were pumping through but it was so nice! The breakfast was good, it was your typical hotel buffet breakfast but it was good and the area was clean. The breakfast area offers a view of the river as well as outdoor tables overlooking it. It was a beautiful location and a very nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well.

The location, on the river, is very scenic. Each room on the river side has a private balcony overlooking the river, a great place to sit and eat a meal or relax. The motel is conveniently located just a mile off of HW 441 and is not on a main road so there is no traffic noise. A great place to stop over before heading up into the Smokeys. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was very good, a wide selection of food, served hot. The kitchen supervisor was very attentive to the guests. She made sure the food was available and circulated among the guests to make sure everything was ok. The dining room was comfortable and spacious, with seating available on the deck overlooking the river. The people at the front desk were very helpful and personable. We have "our place" to stay when heading to the Smokeys.

We were visiting our college senior granddaughter at WCU for three nights. We were thrilled to find this delightful hotel as opposed to a motel or b&b. The huge bonus is the property is on the edge of a river. We had a large room with balcony and a magnificent view overlooking the river with rapids and kayakers. We would bring our self serve breakfast up to the room and sit on the balcony. So peaceful. There are a couple of nice restaurants in Dillsboro. But 1 mile away, Sylva offers several excellent restaurants (Ilda, Lulus for dinner and the Lazy Hiker for lunch + more options) and is a delightful little town with many Main Street boutiques to stroll by and explore. The hotel staff always had a smile ready and were very helpful, particularly Kaylee (not sure of spelling) who was most helpful when I requested an upper floor room. We can’t wait to return.

The location of the hotel is a big plus. It is about half a mile from the quaint downtown area of Dillsboro. Wonderful restaurants and shops. I booked a room with a balcony overlooking the river. It's definitely worth the extra money. So quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent! Lots of great choices. The pancake machine had some issues, but I always found someone to fix it. (The pancakes were delicious, so it was worth the effort.) Each day, they had a different breakfast meat and eggs as well as pastries, bagels, cereal, juices, yogurt, and so on. The breakfast area had indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the river. What a wonderful way to start your day! The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean with plenty of towels. Super soft water and good water pressure.

The River view from our Balcony was amazing. The staff were wonderful. Very clean & well maintained. The dining area was clean & fresh. The outside balcony right on the River was gorgeous. We will be back. Wonderful sister weekend. Love the sound of the river ay night.

Pet friendly, the river, the bed, and hottub the staff was so accommodating and nice. Check in was easy.

We arrived and were so pleased with our cabin! We actually rented a villa with a kitchenette king size bed. It was so cozy and quaint! We had a balcony overlooking the river, and it was the most beautiful site we had ever seen! The staff were super friendly and they were very attentive to our needs. Everything is Within walking distance from the hotel. We will definitely be back to Cherokee to stay at Qualla very soon! If you get a chance to rent one of the cabins or villas, please do so! The beds are super comfortable, and the room is very clean!

Very clean mini cabin villas equipped with comfortable beds, large TV's, fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. Beautiful peaceful riverfront views right outside the back deck. Perfect place for having morning coffee. Love the outdoor amenities available to guests including family fun games, firepit areas with precut fire wood, seating, & lighting. Qualla cabins is now our most favorite extended weekend getaway!

I always say you get what you pay for but this place was amazing for the price! Super nice staff, pet friendly, kid friendly, they also have cabins on the river! Plus for the kid and adults, they have a spot at the river where you can let the kids play(they have some toys for kids) or you float around (or float down the river lol)

We love this holiday inn! Very clean rooms with wonderful mattresses. The entire crew if friendly and works hard to make your stay great. It is only a short walk across the street from the casino with cross walks making it very easy and safe to get across. What really sets this hotel apart is the great free breakfast buffet. We had a fire alarm go off which emptied the hotel. Once the fire department left everyone hit the buffet at the same time. The person manning it did a super job of keeping up and keeping the food coming from the kitchen. I wouldn't say anywhere else when going to the cherokee casino.

The breakfast buffet was very tasty, and Lauren runs an excellent breakfast buffet program. Our 3 day stay was a was a pleasant experience, and all the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

This was an ideal place to stay for visiting Great Smokey Mountains National Park. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and in particular, the shower was powerful. It was a quiet haven away from the hustle and bustle of the Casino just across the road. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and a good breakfast was provided. All in all, it's a good value hotel in a great location. No frills, but everything was great, and they have all the basics right. I would be happy to stay there again.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were spoken to every morning during our stay. They asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything to let them know. The breakfast was really good! There were two buses that came in with elders and I can witness that they were all taken care of and tended to by the staff. The staff was working to meet their guests needs to the best of their ability. I will be staying here again when I come back. I felt safe and secure. Right across the street from the casino, walking distance and other restaurants in the area. Thank you for the hospitality.

Friendly desk staff, room was perfect with comfy beds, nice sitting area, and being next to the elevator was super quiet. That was a big surprise! We enjoyed a great breakfast both days with plenty to choose between. I thought the sausage gravy was the best I had at a hotel!

This place was so quaint!! The grounds were beautiful and the common area had a beautiful view of the mountains. The bed was very comfortable and my room had a great jacuzzi tub. My room had a view of the fire pit, which sadly I did not get to see in use.

Incredible tour when we arrived and taken to room by owner! His breakfast in the mornings is amazing and such a beautiful and clean property! Jacuzzi in room was awesome!

The property is beautiful and cozy, and the administrators were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the room. The continental breakfast was really good. They had a different hot breakfast item every morning, a variety of juices and bagels or waffles along with fruit, yogurt and granola and coffee and teas.

We went up to Bryson City, NC for the Great Smokey Mountain Train Ride, and were only able to stay for one night. I would highly recommend the McKinley Edwards Inn. It's a beautiful property, a lot of love and care were obviously put into the landscaping around the Inn's various buildings - statues, fountains, a gazebo with firepit, a Corn Hole game area, and seating to enjoy the GORGEOUS Fall foliage. The location of the McKinley Edwards Inn is ideal - it's tucked up a hill in a quiet neighborhood, and was only a 5 minute drive to downtown (Main and Everett Streets, with lots of boutique type stores, chocolate shop, coffee shops, restaurants, and the depot for the Train Ride, etc.) So the location is not only beautiful and peaceful, but ideally situated for a stay in Bryson City. Our room was spacious, with two very comfortable queen beds AND several FIRM pillows on each bed - hallelujah, I'm so tired of soft, squishy hotel pillows! The room had a small fridge (which worked gangbusters, we put some bottled water in and it was ice cold in an hour), a microwave, and coffee maker. The TV was decent sized and had an easy to use TV remote (another fault of many hotels/lodgings - complicated or non-working remotes). The free breakfast is called Continental, but we got a delicious Quiche, fresh fruit, and breads like Cinnamon bread and bagels with fresh jam, as well as the expected yogurt and OJ. So it was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended this Inn!

Wife and I stayed at the McKinley Edwards Inn during a tour of the Great Smokey Mnts. The location is perfect for a visit to the NP and Bryson City is a charming little town with lots of appeal, a few nice coffee shops, at least 3 breweries and a few other respectable eateries in the area. But the Inn itself is also nearly perfect. It is very quiet. The rooms are very spacious. The outdoor spaces are great for relaxing for an afternoon or early evening glass of wine, read, game, whatever. And the inn keepers, John and Marie, are as friendly as you could possible want. The bed was great and the breakfast delicious and filling. Marie prepared a hot dish each morning and there is also fruit and yogurt and all kinds of breads… It’s not the fanciest hotel we’ve stayed in but it is certainly the friendliest and a very, very comfortable place to stay. Can’t wait to return.

The hotel is tucked away from the road, conveniently located not far from the southern entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is a small, older, retro "motor lodge" of days gone by that has been updated with modern conveniences like a TV with many channels, mini fridge, microwave, and WiFi. The decor is awesome, right down to the pink tile in the bathroom which appeared to be original. It is not fancy by modern hotel standards, nor is it super spacious or loaded with extras, but it is clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. You park right outside your door. We LOVED it and felt like we stepped back in time, like we should have brought the 1955 Olds 88 on our trip instead of the Kia Soul. Highly recommend!

It’s a beautiful relaxing cozy inn tucked off the road. It has two creeks that join on the property with lots of chairs beside the creek. Quiet and peaceful listening to the creek while swinging in the wooden swing. My husband and I come here on our anniversary. The owners and staff a very friendly. Beautiful clean rooms.

The property was so cute and inviting. We got the basic queen room and it was so cute, retro, cozy and clean. When we opened the door to head outside we could hear the rush of the creek nearby. I so wish I had booked a creekside room with the balcony so we could have sat out there and listened to the creek, it’s so relaxing. The office does close early which was no problem at all (just remember to give them a call if you’re checking in late) the staff I talked to was friendly and left a key for us for when we arrived, we checked out early and left the key in the drop box so we never got to see the staff. The price for our stay was very reasonable which was great since we came for my birthday which happens to be Christmas Eve. We had a great time and we absolutely will stay here again the next time we visit Maggie Valley!

Really cute retro decor, but with all the upgrades you need ie.. Wi-Fi Great location, quiet and right on Johnathon Creek. The owners put a lot of thought into fixing the place up. Not an easy task. Stayed at a BandB last trip. The list of things you had to do before departure was ridiculous, considering we were paying for staying there. Had to strip the bed, put towels in one place, empty the garbage, put new toilet paper on roll if necessary, clean the shower and the door mop floor, clean all dishes and put away and clean out refrigerator. So that’s why I looked for something better and found it at Route 19 Inn. Watch they video it shows how nice it is. Great owners too.

The retro decor was amazing and the place has a very chilled vibe which was perfect for what we were after. The room was great and the bed was comfy. We stayed for two nights and slept really well. The owners are so friendly and also went out of their way to help us wash our clothes which we really appreciated so much. They also gave us some recommendations of places to stop off on our way along the Blue Ridge Parkway - we managed some of them and got to see two amazing waterfalls so thank you.

The name of the Motel, Rivers Edge, is exactly as described. Each room has a beautiful view on the edge of the fast-moving river. The rooms are very updated, clean, and cozy. They have a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and electrical outlets for charging. The TV was a large flat screen with satellite. The staff was friendly and helpful. Fresh brewed coffee is available in the office. The motel is within a few minutes of Harrahs. The visitor center and a beautiful park along the river are just down the street. This is a little hidden gem in Cherokee.

I don’t typically choose to stay at a motel but based on reviews we decided to give it a try. Trip Advisor didn’t steer us wrong. The hotel is very clean and comfortable! Even the beds were fantastic compared, very comfortable! The balcony’s are so relaxing and peaceful! We enjoyed coffee in the morning on our back porch rocking chairs and enjoyed the water. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating as well! It is located in a great spot and within walking distance to several restaurants and activities. We have already booked a return trip in the coming months!

The staff is wonderful! They were friendly, personable, and engaged in day to day conversation with us. I asked what was going on at The Island on Saturday, and without hesitation the manager made a quick phone call to find out. We asked to stay an additional night in our room and they happily accommodated us. By far the best hospitality I've come across! I'm very picky about how a room looks, feels, and smells, noticing details most people don't, and our room exceeded my expectations! It was newly remodeled with modern furnishings that were unexpected for this small, quaint, riverside motel. All rooms are non smoking (yes!). And the balcony overlooking the river was the best! I was traveling with my aging mom who doesn't get around as well as she used to, so we spent most of our time relaxing on the balcony, watching the geese and ducks and people tubing down the river. We would wave and interact with them as they came past us, and we laughed and just had the best time together ❤ We will definitely be returning in the next couple months and bringing my husband with us. I will always cherish the memories made with my precious mom at River's Edge.

Patty in the office was friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. We will definitely be back because of her. The view was amazing looking out over the river. Paul's Family Restaurant was basically across the street and their food is amazing and I didn't have to drive there, it was walking distance

We have enjoyed staying several times. Rooms are always clean, the facilities are well kept with modern furnishings. Convenient location, central to the village, but on a quieter section of highway. Balconies over the relaxing river are wonderful, the staff is efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Exceeded expectations. Very clean facility with friendly staff in a great location. Nice outdoor pool in a lovely setting. This place is a great value if you are looking for no frills, but clean and comfortable in a great location. No breakfast served, but there is coffee and tea in the lobby. Breakfast restaurant is across the street. Amazing Mexican restaurant across the street. Close (walkable) to other shops and restaurants. Will stay here again. Great value.

Lobby has maintained the mid-century look of logs and stone. Day staff was very friendly and professional. Every part of the room was spotless. Room was quiet and faced the pool. Five minute drive to the casino. Small shopping center across the road with a breakfast place, Chinese restaurant and native bookstore (Talking Leaves). Would definitely stay there again.

The location put you within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable compared to similar offerings in the area. WiFi was available throughout the property and Dish cable was clear and reliable. There were several charging ports as well as a power cube that provided plenty of space to plug in anything you brought with you. Even though the temperature was frigid outside, the room stayed pretty comfortable. There was a table and chairs so you could eat in room if you so desired.

Everything was fantastic. Staff at check-in were very friendly and accommodated us for an early check in. The room was clean and a very nice size. The fridge and microwave handy. Bed was comfortable and air worked great. Within walking distance to the river for tubing which is why we were there. They had adjoining rooms which was convenient for the 8 of us. It is an older property that is very well maintained. Would absolutely say again.

This is between Bryson City & Cherokee, 5 mi either way. It’s basic, don’t expect frills, but I want a quiet country setting, & it was. Room 19, on the river, chairs outside of room-can hear the river. The river is just behind rooms (all are not on river), you can easily walk to it & there’s a shelter & picnic tables, clean area. We had a Queen & full bed, comfortable. Slept well. Room, bath spotless. Sanitation ration was 100. Used a/c, a hot day, no problems. Perfect setting for me, away from “the main drag”. I had rather have quiet, no frills than congestion, noise. We went to see elk, & were not disappointed.

Very nice, quite location. We had the double queen room with a river view and it was perfect for our stay. The room was super clean , the beds were comfortable, and the towels were super soft. The covered fire pit by the river was very nice with the benches and swings, very relaxing. The staff was very helpful and polite and made for a very enjoyable stay. The location is great, just a few miles from Bryson City or Cherokee. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The room was clean and spacious, and the carpet was in good condition (not worn or stained). All linens were fresh, and the room had a neutral smell. The beds are platform beds and offered great support after our hiking days. The owner was very nice and helpful. Wifi worked well (in an area where you pretty much can't get cell reception), and the location was gorgeous. We were given a room with a perfect view of the river right out our back window.

Second time staying here. LOVE it! Staff was exceptionally helpful. Wasn't sure I would make it there before 10 to check in due to traffic issues. The man was very kind and didn't get upset. He was VERY professional & didn't get irritated. That says alot in this day & age. River was amazing & peaceful! Clean & the room decor was awesome! Peaceful & quiet mountain motel! Stay here! You won't regret it!

We were very pleasantly surprised with how nice this little gem was. We arrived very, very late, but the owners stayed up to check us in. The beds were so comfortable. The room was perfectly clean. It was just immaculate. It is an older property, but I don’t understand the complaints about the size of the bathroom. There is a toilet and a tub. The sink is near the little closet. What else do you need? It is not the Ritz Carlton. It is charming and old school and fun. The only thing I didn’t love is that the water would not transfer to the shower completely, no matter how I tried, so I had a really weak water pressure shower. That’s just a plumbing problem that can be corrected. It is a charming. The owners are friendly. It is very clean. I just wish we hadn’t arrived so late so we could have enjoyed it a bit more. It was lovely.

We loved the convenient location, the clean room, exceptionally comfortable bed and the well-run breakfast, which was included. The breakfast had a juice machine with decent orange juice, a coffee machine, tea, 2 cereals with milk, several types of toast with grape jam or peanut butter, bagels with cream cheese, a waffle maker, a pancake maker, normal and light yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Phenomenal. The women running it both days were right on top of everything keeping it stocked and tidy. The cleanliness score on the wall was 100. This was great. Also, our AC worked well and we found the place to be quiet and guests to be courteous. Parking was no problem. Bryson was a short drive in but we decided to have dinner in Sylva and Dillsboro, both lovely towns nearby. Sylva was more hopping with breweries and had a longer walk down Main St. Dillsboro has the best BBQ and a good farm to gable restaurant. We both also enjoyed Bryson and really liked tubing.

Very nice budget hotel that is well maintained and clean. Stay was quiet and the bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was fresh and tasty. All of the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again if we return to Bryson City.

Clean, comfortable room with updated furniture and fixtures. George at the front desk was courteous, professional and welcoming. The property was very quiet — a bit of a “low season” vibe — so I was able to sleep soundly and undisturbed. Breakfast buffet was comprehensive enough for a complete meal. The 24-hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate self-service station was quite welcome and nicely stocked.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. Facility is in a great location and maintained. Complimentary breakfast and coffee included with stay.

I had a great stay in room 206. Very friendly staff, and free coffee all day in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable, quiet, no bugs, and a nice king size bed. The towels were nice an thick. The breakfast was ok only. The breakfast has a little something for everyone. A really nice touch though was that the staff left a couple towels on my motorcycle to wipe off the morning dew. Very much appreciated. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

The plumbing and bathroom fixtures were top notch. The walls were so thick, they were practically sound proof. The beds were luxurious and more comfortable than any I've ever slept in. The coffee maker was very modern and the room coffee was delicious. The intercontinental breakfast was so amazing. Eggs, sausage and bacon. I think they even had elk on the breakfast buffet. Such an amazing value.

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. NIce breakfast area. Breakfast is limited but bagels and muffins were fresh.

The Cherokee Grand hotel was just the right place for us to stay. The rate was very good so we could stay there for three nights instead of two at a more expensive hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was large compared to other hotels in the area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast but it was okay for us. There’s a buffet restaurant just up the road called Granny’s that I highly recommend if you’re really hungry. We would definitely stay here again. Special thanks to Chip for being so accommodating at check in.

Breakfast was filling and allowed me to get on the road early. Making waffles that I don’t have to clean up after is always more fun! Room was clean and quiet with interior hallway so I felt safe.

I really can’t say enough good things about this family owned motel and I don’t know why it doesn’t have a higher rating.It was extremely clean and the customer service was outstanding.our room was spotless.There was daily maid service.The location is very convenient for restaurants and other businesses : it is almost across the street from the casino if that is your thing.Coffee available all day in the lobby.We borrowed a DVD player at the desk and watched our own movies but they have some to lend out.I originally chose this place because of the price but would definitely stay here again.
