Great location! Close to park, metro, and shopping centers. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. However, they serve breakfast at 6:30, and they charge $5 per person if you need a packed breakfast as most tours start at :6:00. Bedroom was spacious and had a great view. Shower walls in the bathroom needed cleaning

Everything was perfect. Room was spacious, very comfortable and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast was really really good, the pastries delicious! (Sad they didn't repeat the alfajor).

The location is great if you are just spending some days to meet Santiago. The room is huge with an amazing view and the bed is crazy comfortable. breakfast is also amazing, shower is strong and super hot.

Our family had a good time at Wyndham Santiago Pettra. First off, the location was perfect to our needs as it was super close to restaurants, shopping mall and on the way to the mountains for skiing. The facilities are beautiful and fairly quiet at night. The room was really comfortable — clean, cozy, and the bed was amazing after a long day out exploring. We slept so well! The breakfast buffet was very good. Plenty of tasty options, fresh coffee, and a relaxed vibe. Great way to start the day. The staff were super friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. It just made the whole experience feel welcoming. Also, having parking right on site was a huge plus - no big stress trying to find a spot or worry about the car. Just parked and relaxed. Not sure about the public transportation options in the area, though. All in all, we’d stay here again. It just made our trip that much better.

Room was luxurious and excellent value. Staff were friendly and professional. Evening meal in restaurant was really good. Neighbourhood is peaceful and upmarket, with many external dining and shopping options. Lounge area nice for relaxing or meeting.

The staff were very helpful, the room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The only slight downside was that the towels were replaced when I hung them up for reuse and the AC was left on by the cleaner all day when I'd switched it off when I left the room which goes against their eco friendly mission.

Our check in was extremely pleasant (and we were upgraded immediately to a suite). The late night bell staff was perfect in ushering us to our very large suite with floor to ceiling windows, facing the Cordillera. Bed firmness and linens were perfect. Besides the very nice breakfast spread, we did not eat in the NOI's restaurants but had a wonderful drink and moment in the rooftop restaurant/pool area. I personally liked NOI's location, very quiet and easy to get to (and identifiable in Uber). The gym is perfect for short term stay but alas we did not use the spa facilities that looked extremely nice.

We booked the Terrace Suite King Room for 2 nights. Great and quiet room with a beautiful view from the balcony which also had a nice size spa for us to relax in the evening. Staff in Reception were great and there were plenty of options in the breakfast buffet. We both loved the area where the hotel is located with lots and lots of great restaurants and good shopping nearby.

There is the private parking in front of the cabin. It is a good location. It's located on the main road, closed by a large gate. You ring the bell, enter a large courtyard, and follow the narrow road. Good price. No problem with the cold.

It was a nice little oasis in the city that felt tucked away. I appreciated that there was no public access. All of the staff I encountered were cheerful and helpful, working around my limited ability to speak Spanish.

First and foremost, the location—this boutique hotel was built right up against a wonderful rocky coast, with spotlights that made the crashing waves even more spectacular at night. I really do think our room, #3, had to be THE best with a large balcony with 2 lounge chairs and a table with 2 chairs. The view, day and night, was simply beautiful. The staff were ALL friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The breakfast, delivered to our room each morning, while not elegant, was certainly more than sufficient. Pretty much everything about this stay was a “10”…or beyond!

Nice room with a nice view from the room over the sea. Nice breakfast in the room but only one cup of coffee. To enjoy the nice place, it would be nice to have at least 2 cups of coffee for breakfast. Champagne offered in reception really small 3-4 cl, better not offer this (higher level of room) and small bottle champagne from the room was almost without bubbles, only tasted it and and did not drink, reception wanted payment anyway.

The breakfast room has a view of the ocean. The food was great. The welcome drink was a nice surprise. The bus line went right by the hotel which we used. The pool deck had a great view of the ocean and a great sunset view.

Beautiful, modern rooms with beautiful breakfast area. The owner was super helpful and responsive. The hottub was great after all the hiking, and the room was really warm. The breakfast is enough, and even too much for us. There isboard games and books if you feel like you want to do something different while you stay. Perfect! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an amazing time we’ve had here! It’s a few miles away from the downtown, but that means we’ve had gorgeous views, nice walks, peaceful days and nights. The owners are so kind and everything is tech-friendly and “auto-service.” Breakfast was ready to go the night before and that was perfect for our early days. They have an awesome coffee machine that makes great espresso, too! The rooms are comfortable and the rain show is awesome! They even remembered to celebrate our honeymoon, which was so thoughtful. I absolutely recommend this place and we’d easily come back!

We totally loved this place, recently opened. Sleek, chic and minimalist but beautiful and lovingly designed, with spectacular views, and making real efforts towards sustainability- we thoroughly recommend. Beds were very comfortable, towels white and fluffy, units private and a good size. We loved the cozy communal area where we sat with tea to review photos in the evening and take breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Rodrigo was charming and helpful. You do really need a car though, as it’s little out of town.

Excellent boutique hotel in a very upscale and safe neighborhood. The hotel is beautiful, with a tropical theme. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was big, well furnished and very quiet and comfortable, with city views. The bathroom was large with great water pressure. The hotel had a lot of personal touches with pictures of the owner's family and story. The included breakfast was good. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Uber is easily available, and the staff called for taxis whenever we requested. This was one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in.

We are more than happy to choose this hotel for our last days of a 3 week trip in South America. Everything was perfect. The location is a beautiful suburb, safe and peaceful. The hotel itself is fully renovated, rooms and bathrooms feature an excellent warm style. Our room had a beautiful view of the city and the Andes. There are 2 great restaurants in the property and we tested them both. For this quality of hotel and service, I consider this hotel very reasonably priced. Top marks for the stuff, from Patricio at the reception who welcomed us after a long and tiring day traveling, to the stuff in restaurants and cleaning service, they were all great!

Our experience was fabulous! We got caught in power outage and couldn’t get in until 4 am. The hotel ensured we had transportation from the airport in the chaos. The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. The concierge went above and beyond on getting us dinner reservations at great restaurants. The breakfast was expansive with everything including personalized egg preparation. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. The pool area was like a spa atmosphere. We just loved it all!!!

Our travel agent had booked us in a Hilton in Santiago but we wanted to stay in a more local hotel plus we wanted the free breakfast. I am so glad we switched. Hotel Eco Boutique Bidasoa was delightful in every way. Our room - I traveled with my sister - was spacious and well thought out. The staff was super helpful, the breakfast and all dining was exceptional (yummy) , and we enjoyed hanging out by the pool. The neighborhood seemed very safe and really lovely. It was easy for our guides to pick us up. I would stay there again.

Beautiful grounds, very well kept. Owner was very friendly and told us about this historical property and the work that has gone into updating it into the wonderful B&B it is now. Breakfast was included with our stay and was just the right amount of food. Privately star gazing from the rooftop jacuzzi was a highlight. The restaurant was great and we had dinner there both nights.

This hotel is spectacular - the staff are so friendly and attentive, the facilities are lovely and very clean. The rooms are spacious and are of a very nice design. The courtyard and common areas are so relaxing, and the restaurant is absolutely delicious!! The breakfasts in the morning are very generous and fresh too. Would highly recommend to stay here. We tried a couple of other restaurants in vicuna but by far this was the best! Great value for money.

Beautiful boutique hotel with original details (wood floors, high ceilings etc) set around two courtyards and indoor/outdoor restaurant. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed the soaking tub in the beautiful spacious bathroom. Lovely pool (unheated) which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use and apparently two hot tubs you can reserve (they were full during our stay). The Aloe restaurant is nice and stays open pretty late which is helpful if you’re doing an astronomy tour. The staff were very friendly and arranged a packed breakfast for us when we had to check out early to catch a flight. We regret we only had one night here and would certainly return!

Excellent hotel in the desert. Rooms were very well decorated with a huge bathroom and bath. Easy walk into the plaza. Breakfast and the restaurant food for lunch/dinner were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Perfect base for observatory visits in the area.

Just had one night in the Antay hotel, had a very nice room on the 14th floor spacious and very comfortable bed, sofa as well and great balcony with the views, good size shower. Breakfast good choice and a nice environment. The hotel also links on the 3rd floor to a walkway with about a dozen separate restaurants. A special thanks to Felipe on reception who is a very friendly helpful guy who checked us in and remembered us the next day.

The place is quite beautiful. Great views of the mountains, access to the river (not for swimming, though), a lot of nature, and an amazing view of the sky at night. Great to do some outside activities if you are up to (walking, hiking, horse riding, rafting), or just rest in a calm environment. There is a small (really small) village nearby (walking distance), with just a few options of restaurants (no supermarkets, drugstores, etc.), in addition to the restaurant and coffee shop inside the hotel property (which is located around 1 hour by car from Santiago).

Breakfast was excellent. Restaurant food and view of the river and mountains were all exceptional.. This was a great place to relax.

Location is insane and lots to do. The day spent horseback riding is one of the best days traveling I've had in a while. Views are amazing. Restaurant is nice. Massage was fantastic.

We loved the lodge accommodations, the facilities, the activities and the amazing views. A special shout out to the activity guides - especially Amanda. It was the highlight of our trip.

Modern hotel with great facilities, we only had a one night stay so didn't get to utilise much other than the room and restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant had a good menu and was exactly what we were after.

No issues checking in after midnight or getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Rooms are similar to what you might get at an airport hotel in the states except that the furniture is higher quality and there's a coffee pod machine. Simple continental breakfast provided, roads around the property can be noisy as locals regularly use their horns, fairly steep hill between the hotel and town centre. Room included mini-fridge and water bottles. Felt more coffee pods could have been provided on a daily basis and the pod machines could have been better (need to tilt the cups to get them under the nozzel). Generally quiet but there can be noise from other guests. Main issues with the room were the lower floors don't have the city / coastal views advertised and they're very dark in the evenings (insufficient lighting). Good wifi, very helpful front desk staff.

A business class hotel a bit "off" in Puerto Montt. Well-equipped, fairly modern and very clean rooms. Fitness room and in-door swimming pool in the building. A nice bar and good restaurant on the entrance level. That was good because there is absolutely nothing in terms of bars, restaurants and cafes close to the hotel.

The hotel has a good parking and is relatively well located in Puerto Montt. The employees are very friendly. We got a welcome drink and dinner was included, the breakfast is very good. The rooms are huge and they have quite a nice view. We complained about the safe and in our second stay we got the same room by coincidence and it was repaired, which show they operate with great quality systems.

Nice hotel, located in a safe part of the city but within a walking distance form the city centre and shopping center. it has a good gym and a indoor pool. The hotel has a restaurant and a bar, both with many options of local food and drinks. Good quality of beds and pillows. Modern and clean bathroom.

Service was exceptional and very attentive and friendly. The spa was closed during our stay, but the hotel organised a free trip to thermal baths including lunch for us. Our driver was very friendly. Our room featured a jacuzzi bath which was good. Food was delicious, we were on half board and the breakfast and dinners were excellent. Excursions to self guided hikes nearby were easy. Shop was a nice surprise. Huge comfy bed. Very kind about our babymoon.

We stayed at hotel Awa for three nights as part of our trip around Chile in October 2025. From the moment we arrived, we absolutely loved the place - the team was very warm and welcoming and the hotel itself is stunning. It's furnished in a stylish yet homely way and you can see the love poured into it by the owners and the fact that it's independent - no generic hotel furnishings here! Everything about it was wonderful - the room is spacious and comfortable, the bar area cosy and like being in your own sitting room (except that our sitting room doesn't look out onto the most beautiful lake and view of a spectacular volcano!), the perfect place to cosy up by the fire and enjoy a delicious cocktail made by Cristian and his team. From a gastronomic point of view all the food we had was delicious; we were lucky enough to be at the hotel for one of their monthly special dining events which was absolutely mind-blowing. I've been for sure enough to visit a lot of quality hotels over the years and this was one of my favourites. I'd have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants to come explore the Chilean lakes and Northern Patagonia.

Difficult to know where to start. The design is amazing, which is no surprise as the owners are architects and interior designers. You can see that influence very clearly. The room was amazing - the layout was perfect and the views are unbelievable. Showering in the massive rain shower whilst looking at Osorno Volcano was special. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and clearly loved working there which is a always a good sign. You felt that they really cared. They have many activities on offer with excellent expert guides employed by the hotel. The restaurant is also excellent - breakfast and dinner was top class. The spa was fantastic - treatments were very reasonably priced but top class and the facilities were quality. Just all round faultless, really. We didn't want to leave.

I can't say enough about how much I loved this incredibly beautiful hotel! The architecture is very unique and modern. Our room was amazing! Every room has a stunning view of the lake. The food was incredible, they use fresh local ingredients mostly from their farm across the street, the best food we experienced during our 2 1/2 week trip to Chile. We stayed 4 nights and ate at the hotel every night. I highly recommend the farm to table activity. You start across the street choosing fresh vegetable and eggs and then the chef creates a fabulous dinner! The staff was very friendly and attentive and helped us plan our activities. The hotel is a bit far from Puerto Varas, but it was so serene and a perfect location to explore from. We traveled around the entire lake. Visited the national park, went zip lining and visited numerous towns. One of the best hotel experiences we've had!

We had a wonderful and refreshing stay at Hotel Awa! Our room was very comfortable, clean and had a tremendous view. The shared spaces were very thoughtfully decorated. We didn’t do the all inclusive package but did dine at the on site restaurant for breakfast and for dinner one night. We enjoyed the food and thought the restaurant service was great. We loved the design of the building and enjoyed the beautiful landscaping. I would highly recommend the Llanquihue massage… it was incredible! We can’t thank Matias enough for his help with our rental car situation. We would stay here again!

Overall we loved this place and highly recommend it… but there were some issues that need improvement….the Wifi, one of the front desk people, and the breakfast buffet. We stayed here 5 nights and had one of their suites…which had a good sized living room with a couch and large desk/working area with shelves. Bedroom was good size and the bed was VERY comfortable. And the bathroom was spacious. Most of the staff was very helpful (one in particular who was there most of the time but I cannot recall her name was super helpful, spoke good English), but Nico, who was handling the front desk when we arrived (actually he was not at the front desk, and there is no bell… and about 10 minutes of waiting another staff person saw us and yelled for Nico), was horrendous and did not speak or understand much in English. The hotel is in a great location as its within a block of the main street, restaurants and shops all over the place . Probably is the best choice in town. There is free parking down the street (but a little hard to find the lot if the gate is open blocking the hotel parking sign) While there were issues with the buffet, WiFi and one front desk person, the buffet staff not replenishing the buffet quick enough, and wifi (probably need a repeater) can be fixed and even with those issues we really loved the place and very happy we stayed there. i would definitely recommend staying here

This is a very nice comfortable hotel close to the main square and the many restaurants, cafes, shops, and bars. The rooms are clean and I agree with a previous reviewer, a bit small, but they are comfortable and have good panel heating if you need. It is modern and its design reflects the mountains, glaciers, and dramatic landscape of Puerto Natales. It also has a indoor swimming pool - heated just enough to encourage the brave to enter. I did and found the 15 it soothing for my tired muscles after days of hiking. The breakfast was satisfactory in that it meet my needs and a new coffee making machine was installed whilst I was there. Coffee was typical of what you will get from a coffee making machine. The staff are pleasant and eager to assist. I stayed here for two nights and had a pleasant stay.

We stay two nights total at the Natalino. The rooms are clean with comfortable bed & roomy bathroom. Breakfast was included. The breakfast is served at 6:00am which is great for early departures to the National Park. The hotel is in the center of the city within walking distance to many restaurants. Staff was friendly & helpful. Great place to stay in Puerto Natales.

Our group of 9 stayed here before beginning the 5 day W Trek. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind and helpful. We were able to store some of our gear while hiking the W, which was nice! Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was yummy with delicious eggs, fruit and breads. Hotel was rather unique design, with a rather lackluster front. The hotel is narrow but deep with a rather unique layout with water running through it. They have a small swimming pool but I never saw anyone using it. Internet was poor but that's ok because we wanted to disconnect and enjoy the outdoors anyhow.

We stayed at this hotel before entering and after finishing our trip though the National Park. Nice and modern designed hotel at a good location. There are lots of bar, pub’s & restaurant in close proximity. The rooms are not big but OK in size. All worked well and was well maintained. Wifi was OK too, could have been faster but with 2G max. in the area, you can’t expect too much. Buffet breakfast was OK. All in all, a good place to stay, very recommendable

The Hotel has a Restaurant, Wine Bar, Casino, and an amazing museum called the Colchagua Museum. The food is very delicious and sophisticated, with fresh seafood. The wines are a must. The art, the treatment of the staff, everything leads us to say that we will return!!

The property is very well located. It is a beautiful building with comfortable rooms and a great service. Breakfast buffet is awesome. Never had a comparable experience in another other hotel. The amount of food and the variety was huge including chilean typical plates. The personnel is very helpful and knowledgeable. The wine tour at Viña Sta Cruz was a rich experience with wine tasting and spectacular views of the vineyard. The Museo de Colchagua is a 5 stars including history of our World during BC period and pre and post Columbus time. Plus chilean history, folklore and handcraft articles. In a summary an amazing experience to be repeated in the future.

This was an excellent welcome to Chile. It was our first time to South America and we are so happy we chose Hotel Santa Cruz as our first stop. It is a lovely hotel in every way. The grounds are exceptionally beautiful and vast. The museum is a must see. The food is delicious. The breakfast buffet is bountiful and very tasty. The staff is attentive and professional. They took care of parking and retrieving our rental car. We didn't visit the spa or the winery, but we did enjoy the other amenities very much. It's a great choice that you won't regret.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. We would have happily stayed longer and would definitely consider this hotel when returning to Santiago in the future. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. We only had the included breakfast for one of the days as we left at around 3.30am on the final day. The breakfast was pretty standard (similar to the offer of most Santiago hotels) but it was tasty and freshly prepared. We sat on the outdoor terrace (breakfast is on floor 17) and had a spectacular view over the surrounding area. The pool is on this floor as well - we didn't get to use this facility but looked through the doors to it and it looked great! Lots of positives for this hotel including cost, location, cleanliness, friendly staff and quiet. We would definitely return.

I loved the location of this hotel, the breakfast buffet and the room I booked. I totally recommend the King suite. It's big, classy and quiet. Overall, everything is very clean. Omg, the breakfast is wonderful with very nice views of the city. Several relatives came to have dinner or lunch with me during my stay. The restaurant offers a really good menu at reasonable prices. We all had a great time. But no place is perfect. The gym gets too warm. It needs better air circulation. I didn't take a swim in the pool, but looked fantastic with, again, nice views of Las Condes. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

We loved the amenities. The rooftop pool is small, but was not usually in use when we went in the evenings and it was kept incredibly warm. I am not sure this was normal, but it was close to hot tub temps and felt great considering the chilly fall air outside. It was very peaceful and relaxing. There is a small area to suntan outside as well. The basement has the game room with billiards, chess and dominos available. The tables are more american style and the cue sticks as well... and to my surprise the cue sticks were not horrible (although not great). The location is also amazing with numerous restaurants nearby and Costanera Center close by as well. We felt very safe walking around and experienced no issues. I also liked that you could open the windows slightly to get some fresh air. It was cool at night so we didn't need the AC at all.

The location was excellent, our room overlooking the water. From the exterior the hotel doesn’t give anything away but as soon as we pulled into the car park we were greeted by the friendly and informative staff. The decor was warm, inviting and has a tasteful maritime theme in keeping with the bay. The room was extremely spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchenette, a good hot shower and a large comfortable bed. Despite being on the road, the sound of the traffic wasn’t noticeable. We appreciated the option for room service after a long day travelling and the delicious breakfast with a view.

Abba Presidente Suites Puerto Montt is in a prime location with the board walk across the street. Beautiful water views and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself has a great restaurant which we had breakfast and dinner with windows all around. Bonus was the pool with amazing views and we had the place to ourselves, it felt like a spa! The only negative was that our room was on the corner where the bus stop was so it was noisy, only when the windows were open. Other than that, would Highly recommend!!

The Puerto Montt abba Hotel is on the water front designed around an interesting nautical theme. It was clearly built many years ago, but has been well kept and is very comfortable. The staff is exceptional with their knowledge of the area and help and guidance in answering questions. The included breakfast has a nice variety and is served on the 8th floor restaurant with views of the surroundings. Some of the rooms don't have the best views, but overall it is a good value.

The hotel is very well located, near the coast and the center. It has a parking. The rooms are huge, bed is good. The breakfast is nice. The view from the restaurant on the top is amazing. The value for money is outstanding. The employees are friendly.

The location was right across the street from Lago Llanquihue. There is a small convenience store just outside the door of the lobby. The staff was very accommodating when we realized the room we received was too small and they gave us a more suitable room. We felt secure in the location and appreciated the 24/7 desk service. We loved the rustic wood decor, the great water pressure in the shower and the shower wand. The service staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. Wi-Fi service was reliable, and the heating was able to maintain room temperature of our preference without any noise. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to extend our stay for a number of days. Extra bonus: a 20% discount at the corner restaurant.

The hotel location is good, with several great restaurants and coffee shops nearby (the Peruvian restaurant was specially great!). The room was very comfortable and Clean, Breakfast is good with a nice view from the lake.

The hotel is very light, modern, pretty well built and has a really nice dining room/ guest lounge area with good views across the hills and houses at the back of town. Our room was very spacious with huge windows, flat screen TV,good hanging space, a desk and chair etc. The bathroom was almost as big. Breakfast was a cut above many with omelette made to order fresh fruit, home made cake etc. Staff was very friendly and helpful, some speak very good English. Overall, it was good value for money and highly recommended if you don't mind a walk to the centre.

Very nice, clean, friendly. Good food at breakfast. We stayed there after lake crossing from Bariloche. There was a delay at the passport control, this is why we came late and did not have a dinner. This hotel can serve you a dinner if you call them in advance. It's a piti we did not know that. I am sure that their dinner would have been better than the one we had at the restaurant nearby.

I appreciated the personal touch by those who were at the front desk. Each person was hospitable and helpful. After a 22 hour travel time from the U.S. it was a delight to have a comfortable room - with a clean bathroom and shower. The hotel is situated near the downtown area - so it was easy to walk to town and take in some of the sights. The final hill up to the hotel is a 'pull' -- but it's worth it. The breakfast was delicious and the table setting was excellent. The ability to eat on the balcony made it a special time.

The room was large with a great view, comfortable, warm, clean. Breakfast was varied with cheese, ham, eggs, cake cereal and more. The staff were great, very helpful when I needed some help with some paperwork...they went above and beyond, couldn't thank them enough. Would definitely recommend, felt safe there the whole time.

Nice clean and confrotable rooms. Great wifi signal. Staff was excellent and very accomadating. Special thanks to Angel, Santiago, Claudia and Javier at the bar was awesome. The housekeeping cleaning crew were also very friendly and did an amazing job tiding up the rooms.

We stayed for 4 nights, 2 nights in room 12 and 2 in Bosque. It’s a bit easier to keep warm and the bathroom has a door in the shower stall. A coffee maker in the room (which was in Bosque) would have been a nice addition. Both rooms are very clean and quit with a very comfortable bed. Furnishing in wood gives it a clean country feel. The rooms have a fantastic view over the forest, water and onto Castro. The location of OCIO is about 25 minutes outside Castro. The last part of the drive, maybe 10 minutes, is on a dirt road, doable with a regular car but a SUV makes it a bit easier. The location makes it very quiet but there are no shops or restaurants in the direct vicinity. The hotel restaurant is very good. It has a nice selection of seafood dishes that are well prepared. The pulpo is highly recommended. Breakfast is a buffet, with a good selection of bread, cheese, cereal, and egged made to order. Service is very personal and efficient, and several members of the staff speak English. We had a really good stay and would visit again if we’re on Chiloe island.

Visited the area at the end of summer....so little rain interruption. A boutique hotel nestled into a hillside forest. Rustic reception, dining and casual areas with modern capabilities. Unobstructed views of the bay and town. Walk along natural paths to stand-alone cabin/rooms. Each cabin is spacious and has views of the bay from each room and a private deck. The wonderful hosts arranged a guided boat tour of the bay. We walked down a path to the bay’s edge to board the board. In the evening, the hotel provided a wonderful fresh seafood buffet in a rustic house halfway down the hill towards the bay. Perfect for families or business offsite gatherings (have cabins set up for meetings). The staff are over-the-top attentive.

We loved staying here! As we drove away at the end of our stay, we were making plans to come back for a family trip. The view from the dining room was spectacular and the food was unbelievably good. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the natural, local items such as wool blanket and a collection of woolen dolls on display on the way to our room. Since the hotel is down a long dirt road, we were worried about having to drive "into town" to get dinner in case we did not like the food. Actually, at dinner, there is a "prix fix" menu which changes daily along the regular menu (you can order from both menus if you'd like). Turns out the food was so good and affordable that we had all our breakfasts and dinners at the hotel. The dining room has a spectacular view. While there, I had a cold and so they made me tea with lemon/ginger/honey at our request and put it in a pot to bring back to our room-I appreciated the care and concern. Even though the hotel is not in the city of Castro, it is close to everything-the market in Dalcahue on Sundays and a famous café. I recommend following the map they will send you to get to the hotel using the southern (not the northern approach) approach to Dalcahue (W-55) off of Ruta 5 and then turning right at Rilan. If you do this, you will see all the signs they put on the road to get the hotel. We had a GPS which "gave up" once we got off the road-doesn't matter since the map and signs were super helpful.

We stayed here the last two nights and I can only recommend this place! It lies on the hills of the peninsula Rilan with a perfect view of Castro that lies on the other side of the sea! We had a standard room which is a super nice cottage, warm and cost with a perfect big window view - sleepy nights garantiere. Dinner was wonderful as was breakfast - especially the fruit platter! But the best was the top friendlyy service of all people here! Always there for you to help you with whatever you might need. We had a wonderful stay!

Our stay at OCIO was truly magical. From the moment we checked-in, you feel taken care of. The grounds are immaculate and gorgeous. A perfect option for those who want to be out of the city, but close enough to venture out for a day trip or dinner. The grounds were so beautiful, we decided to cancel our plans the first night and relax at the hotel. The dinner at the restaurant was also world class, with an incredible view to match. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone traveling to Chiloé and will definitely be coming back.

Hings don't get better than the Boulevard Suites--complimentary in-room breakfast, free underground parking, access to SPA, gym, pool, restaurants, and all other amenities at the adjoined Marriott Hotel. The rooms are very spacious and with breath-taking views of Santiago and the Andes. The price I found on hotells.com was MUUUCH cheaper than the rate I got booking directly with the hotel. Unfortunately, the service in the lounge restaurant at the Marriott was slow and unattentive, however, the attentiveness and willingness to serve by the staff at Boulevard makes you forget that one bad dinner. Location is right on the edge of Vitacura and Las Condes, so it doesn't get better than this.

The service was wonderful! The location was very safe and just a few minutes from a grocery store and two malls. There is a gorgeous park behind the hotel to visit as well. I felt secure in the area as a disabled person. The view was spectacular and did not disappoint. I think that given the hotel's price, the furniture could be updated and made more comfortable. Repairs in the suite were needed during our stay, however, the staff was quick to make sure everything was working efficiently. The room was kept clean, and housekeeping each day. Stayed 2 nights following Antarctica cruise. Next to wonderful mall with lots of restaurants, shopping and tour bus pickup. Within walking distance of subway if you don't mind the walk. Taxis readily available. Beautiful park next door. Very nice area in Las Condes section. We were on 28th floor in corner suite with fantastic views of Andes foothills. Suite had very large living/dining area, separate large bedroom, full kitchen and 1 1/2 baths. Hotel situated in higher floors of Marriott with access to all Marriott ammenities. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Ouststanding! Definitely will stay again if we ever go back to Santiago.

Great modern hotel. Full service concierge, always helpful. Delicious breakfast and one of the best fitness rooms. Location next to many great restaurants. Only one recommendation for the hotel - add a door between the sink and shower area and the bed area. If the room is dark the light from this area wakes up the whole room, plus one can watch your fellow guests shower from the beds and desk area (through the mirror across from the shower.)

The hotel has the most amazing views of the Andes! It appears that every room has a view and the roof top pool and bar has almost a 360 degree view. Staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. With 25 years of global travel as a Flight Attendant as well as time working at the Ritz Carlton all I can say is the W is the best and gets it right. So many five star hotels are too stuffy and outdated.

The hotel is located in a lovely and clean and safe area of Santiago. They have a phenomenal rooftop bar with an amazing view that you need to visit at least once if not twice. Every staff member was amazing and willing to help and go out of their way to help. Special mention to Lucas one of the concierge members who was incredibly attentive. We had a great experience here

Really friendly staff from start to finish. Super comfortable room with huge shower. Top quality breakfast selection. Hotel layout is a bit annoying in that you have to take three different sets of lifts to get to different areas. Some of the decor felt a bit dated. Pool bar / food menu was poor. Hotel is in a really nice part of Santiago, close to bars and restaurants.

We have been here before. It's a magical place and we keep coming back whenever we are in the area. The park is fantastic, with lush vegetation, and the location along the river is wonderful. The rooms/cabins are very comfortable and the hot pools are delicious. Food is good although rather basic but that is OK.

Excellent place especially for people who love thermal water. We stayed in cabins outside the main building, with a stream running under our windows and it was amazing. We were very happy

The place and the surrounding with the nature is an exceptional place. The chance that you can get into the hot spring all day and night give an extra plus to the place.

We absolutely loved our stay in this fabulous place that had lots of character, comfortable beds, great a/c, excellent wifi and was located in a lovely residential neighborhood that felt utterly safe and was close to good places to eat and drink and a 20 to 30 minute walk from LA Starria and Bellavista. Breakfast was juice, eggs, great bread, great coffee and fruit with granola and yogurt and some very tasty cake. But best of all was the care, help and sheer kindness from the young lady who took amazing care of us during our stay. I'm just sorry I cannot recall her name. She was what made our stay so amazing and we cannot thank her enough. She even brought us a table and chairs to our room which just made everything perfect.

Very clean and homely, the bed was huge and super comfortable. The bathroom was so clean and had some soap shampoo too. It is in a nice location and Ubers are all around. There are places to eat nearby and a supermarket too. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious with everything you’d want, eggs fruit coffee pancakes. It was good value for money in the city, we had a lovely stay :)

Comfortable stay in Providencia. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the amenities in the hotel, such as the kitchen, were free for all guests to use. Shared bathrooms which were clean and included a great shower. Staff were great, and a very good breakfast was provided each day and even provided a takeaway bag if you were leaving early. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies in close proximity.

The staff was very friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. Astrid and Nadia were great hosts and extremely patient with my terrible Spanish. The breakfast was nice too and well-prepared. My private room was very large and the shared bathrooms were maintained well and always clean. It was a comfortable bed and a quiet neighborhood. I really enjoyed the Plaza and Parque Ines de Suarez nearby.

Lovely old building in a great neighborhood about a half hour walk from the main downtown area and close to some excellent restaurants and bars. The young lady who is running the place was so friendly and helpful going above and beyond to make our stay special. Beds were comfortable and shower and a/c worked great. The room had lots of charm.

Ximena, the owner is very helpful and kind. Breakfast is very good. Room is clean although a little bit small. They helped us with everything we needed. They can provide support by booking tours and transportation. The house is uphill so to arrive by taxi is recommended.

There was a lovely breakfast with a couple of hot options, a friendly staff and a comfy outdoor jacuzzi plus one in one of the rooms. I just loved the view of the ocean and the easy access to restaurants and the beach.

The breakfast was a simple buffet. Fine for any traveller. Room was great with a spectacular view. We used the artisanal hottub which, coupled with sunset, was excellent. There is a sushi restaurant two doors down called Sumoku which was out of this world.

Staff were mega helpful. View from my room was amazing. The jacuzzi in my room was also spectacular. Overall great place to recuperate. Highly recommend.

We had the apartment at the top with the jacuzzi inside and we enjoyed it a lot. It was a very nice apartment with a beautiful view on the ocean. The stairs down to the beach are not that crazy, of course it is not for disabled people, which is not the apartment itself either. But otherwise it is quite alright to climb them. And I shouldn’t forget, the staff was very kind!

We had a great time visiting San Pedro de Atacama! La Astacion Lodge met all of our needs for our friends group trip. Xiaolin was so helpful leading up to our arrival - she was very responsive on WhatsApp and could answer a lot of questions about the town for us and gave lots of recs for tours and things to see around. When we arrived she moved us to a bigger room to better accommodate our group. The beds were very comfy and while the bathroom was sparse/small, it was clean and had great water pressure in the shower. There were A/C units in the room and beds were made daily. The kitchen has lots of snacks/coffee/tea for everyone and is open 24/7 which was helpful for early morning / late night sight seeing. Xiaolin will make eggs or espresso if you’re there for normal breakfast time; there’s also bread cheese ham etc. There is a parking area within the property that is closed off from the main road behind a gate which made us feel safe with our rental car. The location is very close to the Main Street in San Pedro de Atacama so very convenient for going out to eat, shopping etc. The accommodations are somewhat rustic but more than meet our needs for the trip and was definitely a great place to stay in town!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and clean hotel. Everything we needed was available—from air conditioning to private parking for our rental car. The atmosphere was simple yet homely, and I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. Special thanks to the host, Xiaolin, who was incredibly attentive and helpful—even assisting with booking tours. Her attention to detail made all the difference! She went above and beyond to make sure our laundry was done on time, which was a huge help during our travels The kitchen was open 24/7 and impressively stocked: sugar-free yogurt, linaza seeds, fresh fruits, and even avocado. It felt like a home away from home. Location-wise, it was perfect—just steps away from the main street, yet quiet and peaceful. I’d definitely stay here again!

The host Xiaolin is the best we have met. She is very responsive and arranged everything for us from airport transfer, all the tours, New Year Eve dinner booking and laundry etc. The room is very clean with comfortable beds. Location is amazing. All the tour drop off just a few meters away. A few mins walking to the main street for grocery and restaurants/bars. Nice plunge pool for children to have fun after tours. Kitchen is equipped with all sort of coffee, juice, cereals, breads, fruits, coffee and dairy stuff. Nice sitting areas indoor and outdoor. Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next time.

This place is excellent! The location is perfect and Xiaolin is so kind, helpful and efficient. There is a 24/7 breakfast room available that has a huge variety of snacks and drinks with an indoor and outdoor sitting area. The room was nice and comfortable and the lodge is situated in a perfect location for all the tours - close enough to the main road for easy access to the shops and restaurants but still far enough (2 mins) to be quiet at night for a comfortable sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Sometimes a traveler is lucky enough to find a place where the hotel staff or manager treats you like a friend and invites you to make the hotel your home. For us, the Nueva Lodge was this place. Xiaolin, the manager, was so friendly and welcoming. She arranged all the details of our tours and followed up every day to make sure things were going smoothly. Xiaolin is the reason we chose this hotel and I’m so glad we did. She is a delight to talk to and she went out of her way to accommodate my husband who is gluten free. The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the main pedestrian street but in a quick corner. We stayed in the family sized air conditioned room. The bed was comfortable, the room was great, and the shower was very large with plenty of hot water. The breakfast options are considerable — we had yogurt, fruit, and fresh bread daily, but Xiaolin would have made us eggs with ham, cheese, etc if we wanted. We had a wonderful stay here and would stay here again if ever in San Pedro.

This is a lovely small hotel with just a few rooms, well placed in the old part of Valparaiso known as Cerro Alegro. Our room was on the 2nd floor at the top and was large with a jacuzzi bath and stunning views of the sea from it's terrace. Breakfast was a little bit limited but fresh. Easy walking distance to lits of nice restaurants, bars and local craft shops.

A true gem. We love it. The staff was amazing. Got upgraded to a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the city. Best view in town. Much better than many of the other views from restaurants and cafes. Staff very helpful and charming. Amazing sunrise views and beautiful tranquil evenings. I would come back any time. Made our Valparaiso all the more enjoyable and fun. Thank you 🙏

Lovely hotel in central location. Pablo the manager was really friendly and helpful and made our stay. He gave us excellent recommendations on restaurants and sightseeing. The location is perfect because it’s a few minutes walk from good restaurants and the quirky streets full of street art. We had a Seaview room with balcony which was the highlight. We sat on the balcony drinking local wine and enjoying the city below. We also had breakfast on the dining room balcony which was beautiful and a lovely way to end our holiday. Highly recommend and thank you to Pablo for making us feel welcome.

I almost stayed at another hotel, but so glad i booked Alcontraluz. I believe the space is two houses combined, and is a lovely refuge with lots of welcoming and tastefully decorated spaces to sit and enjoy a bit of peace. I had a room with a great view of the street and mountains, then across the hall was a terrace with beautiful view of the ocean and city. Win-win! Great location with restaurants, shops, cafés all close by, and of course, all the street art the city is famous for. *Very*comfortable bed and pillows to sink into. Best i experienced during my whole time in Chile. Water/tea/coffee available all day, breakfast served until noon! Karin was very friendly, with great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Pablo treated us to a moment of generosity and conversation that was really special. There was another woman in the evenings who was nice too. I loved to stay at this place. Karim, Pablo and the rest of the personal were professional, friendly and helped me with everything I needed. The hotel is set in a typical victorian mansion from Valparaiso and it's located in the heart of the historical district. It has breathtaking views to the sea and the cerro from the rooms, terraces, and patios. There are a lot o common spaces indoor and outdoor were you can have your breakfast, work, or chill out. The coziness of the place makes it perfect for digital nomads, artists, or couples looking for an inspiring place. The breakfast is home made and delicious and you can enjoy an expresso or a cup of tea at any time when you stay for working while enjoying the bests views of Valparaiso. Another this that is important if you are visiting Valparaiso in winter is that the hotel has central heating.

The place was clean, and they had everything they needed to spend a comfortable weekend away. Totally recommendable!

They have a fantastic ocean view, very welcoming and eco-friendly. Playa La Boca is a great place for beginner surfers too. They have multiple outdoor spaces with ocean views. I would only recommend some more cushions on the outdoor searing and that Marley doesnt bark before 9am, but he is a sweet dog.

The location was perfect and beautiful. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable. The host family was great!! Breakfast to your door in the morning!

The location was excellent, very close to the beach. The staff were very helpful with everything we needed. The room was comfortable. The place fitted perfectly for our weekend stay.

Installations was a little bit old, we could see some ants in the room. When we booked, it said there was a laundry service but finally it wasn't true but they still tried to accommodate us and did our laundry. The service was really good. Cabaña las Lengas is truly a jewel, so comfortable and cozy. Javier is so attentive and welcoming. We loved the beautiful property Cabañas Las Lengas is on, so much to take in, from the lake view to the beautiful puppy that comes to great you. The jacuzzi inside the cabin was out of this world. And to make it even better it’s 10 minutes away by car from puerto natales which has all the good restaurants, supermarkets and coffee shops. We recommend everyone to stay here! 10/10

Cabanas Las Lengas is the perfect place to come back to after long days of exploring Torres. The bed is comfortable, the shower pressure is excellent and the view is AMAZING!!! Its close to town by car for easy access to food and other essentials but still feels private. The cabin is well equipped with breakfast items, tableware, and a fridge. It had everything we needed. Enjoying the indoor jacuzzi while watching birds and rabbits outside was an added bonus. We were so sad to have to leave and are still talking about our stay there! We would not hesitate to book again.

Javier was very kind. He met us at the door and talked us through how to use the jacuzzi. He also provided some supplies which we were not expecting but was extremely helpful so we didn't need to go to a store or restaurant right away and could enjoy the ambience of the cabin. It had all the amenities that we needed and was very picturesque. We couldn't believe how beautiful it was with the view. Javier was always available and provided us information as well as numbers for taxis to get around. Also, there was a wonderful dog that we got to play as well as lots of different types of birds that would land in the yard as we looked out our window. It was extremely relaxing. Thank you, Javier!!

The lodge is very nice with views of the water and mountains. The jacuzzi is the centerpiece of the lodge and is a great amenity to enjoy after excursions ; I loved it. Javier is very responsive to texts ; every text is answered almost immediately. And you can tell that he wants you to be happy with your stay. I suggest to let him help you organize your sightseeing activities. My activities were all planned out even before I landed in puerto natales thanks to efficient communication with him. This was useful for me since I had a short stay in puerto natales. Very professional gentleman. Note: the center of the town is 1hr walk (so not walking distance) (it didn’t bother me since I didn’t need to go there)

The location is perfect and the view is incredible. The staff was very helpful and available at all hours. Although they didn't speak perfect english they tried their best and we could make it work. Breakfast was tasty and beautifully served in a wonderful little dining room.

We were only supposed to stay two nights but extended for four!

The cabin in Cala Meli surpassed my expectations. The decor is cool, modern and has such a cozy feel, that I instantly felt comfortable and delighted to be there. The area is a beautiful gated community, which is very private and extremely quiet. Neighbors were friendly and respectful of privacy. No one encroached on our space. While this particular cabin was on the hill. It leads to a beautiful beach with an amazing view of the lake and the Mount Orsono. It was simply spectacular and magical. Bianca and Andreas were great. Both so warm and welcoming. Quick to respond to any questions and offer assistance. I would return in an instant.

Totally exceeded expectations. The view of the volcano was magnificent. Loved being on the water. We had a very private backyard with a hot tub. The bed was very comfortable and very peaceful area situated between Puerto Varas and activities like volcano waterfall and hot springs. The property was was beautifully landscaped with flowers, they used some on the breakfast baskets. The breakfast basket is a must addition to your stay. Coffee for the French press, pastries and delicious local eggs and enough for sandwiches to make a lunch to go. Lovely stay

Cala Meli was a lovely hidden gem just outside Puerto Varas with easy access to the town and also many of the sites nearby, such as Petrohue Falls and the Osorno Volcano. We stayed 7 nights and the cabana was perfect in every way, from its well thought-out décor to the fully functional galley kitchen and having laundry service on-site. Not to be missed is the lovely and abundant breakfast basket delivered to your cabana. Yanela and all the staff were so kind and responsive! Highly recommend if you want a quiet, cozy place with its own beach that includes beautiful lake views and a hot tub on the deck!

The location was spectacular, with a phenomenal view of Volcán Osorno. The cabin itself was stylish and airy. We loved using the grill and the hot tub as well. The staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful. We ordered the breakfast one morning and it was delicious, with plenty for leftovers. This was an exceptional experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Callihue Lodge during our recent visit to Colchagua valley! Our rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the property was beautiful - looking right out over grape vines! They also have several very friendly dogs :) Christian and his mother were definitely the highlight - they were so friendly and accommodating! They had lots of great recs for what to see in town & also got us set up with their friend who organized all our wine tours for us while we were. Being able to speak some Spanish is helpful, but we were able to get by with just one friend who could speak a little and it was totally fine. Breakfast in the morning was breads, cheese, ham, and fruit - lots I think from their property! You could also ask for some other items like sandwiches or pizzas to be made later in the day, but it depends on their availability since it’s just the two of them. There’s other facilities like a pool that is seasonal (in October it wasn’t open because it wasn’t quite warm enough). We were able to pay by credit card at the property after paying a half deposit via PayPal right after we booked. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting the area - it was a great way to be welcomed to Chile!

Callihue Lodge is a small oasis in the Colchagua Valley. The small lodge has fantastic rooms, a nice pool and a well curated garden and ambiance that makes hanging around the lodge feel like a beach vacation! Mandy and Cristian are awesome, really responsive and kind hosts. It’s like you’re staying at their home, because you actually kind of are! It was a pleasure to chat with Mandy in the mornings at breakfast. Breakfast was exactly what I wanted, though note if you are a picky eater, this isn’t a buffet breakfast.

Went out of their way to accommodate every request for information, neighborhood and sourrounding area sights and tips, recommend restauarants and sightseeing. Cristian,Mandy and mother have made their boutique hotel a hit! Located in the Santa Cruz / Lolol vineyard and restaurant valleys.

It’s a little oasis in the beautiful countryside. Modern house, clean room, good AC, a nice pool. Very good breakfast. Cristian and his mom are very friendly hosts. The night sky is amazing - you can see many stars.

Christian and his staff were very accommodating. We were very happy to spend time at the property and felt very welcome. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The property has many citrus trees which result in fresh orange juice each morning. The location was close to Santa Cruz and felt private. At night, we had the window partially open to let in the cool night air and it was very quiet. This was our first time in Chile and it was wonderful! We would stay here again.

First let me say, we had a wonderful stay here and wouldn't hesitate to book again. The view was exceptional. But for some reason (I think based on price and photos), I had expected more of a luxury feel, which it didn't have. But it was comfortable, host was great, and the view made up for any minor issues. It has a heater/AC. They provide a simple breakfast, refrigerator and basic amenities.

This was one of the most beautiful places we stayed in during our time in wine country. The unit is well stocked with fridge, AC, comfy sheets. The terrace had a hot tub which we used :) especially to see stars at night. The unit is very modern architecturally and felt very private. The staff was easily accessible via phone and helped us a lot during our stay. ++the views of the vineyards were excellent! gorgeous.

I loved the accommodation, and I absolutely loved bed the room and the area. The room I had was situated on the 8th floor, very good size and it was literally opposite the famous sculpture on the sea front. Forgive me I forgot the name of it. But it was beautiful. Very safe area as well and it's close to the bus station, sea front and beaches and shops. They do have an option of a breakfast but because it came with a kitchenette, I didn't take my option of the breakfast. Also they clean the room everyday which is nice.

Well located by the waterfront and a short walk to restaurants and bars. Secure basement parking is available. Wifi worked well, and there were seasonal decorations up which looked great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Really nice room. Bigger than we expected. Comfortable bed and sofa. Nice sea view. Hot shower. Kitchen was tiny and had basic equipment but enough that we could have cooked a meal if we had wished to do so. Secure underground parking for our motorbikes. Breakfast was brought to the room. The lady on reception was super helpful on our last day as we had the overnight ferry. She let us keep our motorcycles and gear at the property until early evening. That was very much appreciated.

This apart hotel was a nice surprise. The best location in Puerto Montt, close to 3 or 4 good restaurants, close to the statues and close to the costanera. The room was huge for a couple with a beauiful view on the Ocean. Everything was clean and cozy. There is a kitchen and even a closet. The building itself looks a bit art decó, but not sure. In fact, an old, beautiful building in the heart of the city. I recommend it!

The location and property itself was AMAZING! the view of the beach is unparalleled - really made our stay fantastic. the restaurant on the roof is pretty decent - i was traveling with a kid and so having that restaurant there made everything a bit more convenient. The front desk staff gave poor restaurant recommendations though and so that turned a couple of evenings into a less that fab experience. overall a GREAT place to stay- just do your own homework when it comes to restaurants and you'll be good!

I booked at this location because it had apartment style units that fit my needs for this meet up with Chilean friends. But I was floored by the amazing views from the unit. Nearly the entire wall was glass, and my bedroom was a corner with stunning views from the ocean to the city. The one downside was I could get a sunburn during my afternoon siesta, but thankfully they also had an air conditioner in the unit to make up for the heat up that occurred when the sun came in. The one part that freaked me out was the shower. The floor was a bit squishy which made it feel unstable to me, something that was top of mind knowing I was on the very edge of the building on the 16th floor. I kept thinking I was going to fall out to the street below. But I overcame my fears and was safe in the end, despite one minor earthquake while I was there. The rooftop pool is a great concept and I enjoyed that. The location was just two blocks from the beach. Very convenient. Overall I was very happy with my stay here and I'd love to come back again.

Hotel is new and very comfortable. Has kitchenette, fridge, couch, and amazing view. We had 16th floor ocean view. Only down side was the club across the street played really loud music till 3 am everyday except Tuesday, even with the windows closed we could still here the bass clearly. Also no AC so closing windows made the room hot

We stayed in a Superior Studio with Sea View. An excellent brand new hotel, very comfortable, with an spectacular view and fully equipped. Carla, the Receptionist, as well as Anita and all the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive, and provided us an outstanding service. Highly recommended!!!

Great staff with friendly and helpful personalities. The best views of the beach from the roof top bar as well. We very much enjoyed staying even if it was for only one night.
