Hampton Inn Coeur d’Alene was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our road trip from Seattle to Glacier NP. It’s a beautiful hotel in a peaceful locale. We were surprised to learn that the hotel has been open since 2007. It looks new! They’ve updated and maintained the property very well. We stayed in room 309, a king bed with balcony. Sitting on the balcony overlooking green space and the mountains after a long day of driving was so relaxing. The room was very spacious, quiet and clean. There was good water pressure in the tub with lots of hot water. We also liked the hand rail in the tub. (We think all hotel rooms should have hand rails). The room was equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. We also liked the breakfast buffet and the close proximity to several restaurants within walking distance. We highly recommend staying at Hampton Inn CDA.

Quiet and clean with very comfortable beds. Most of the guests were there for business, so it was quiet. For those of us who had to leave before they set up their breakfast buffet, a brown bag mini breakfast was provided. The hotel is across the street from a Starbucks and numerous restaurants.

We decided to bring kids over to Triple Play for spring break. First impression upon walking in was the hotel was clean, open and big. The construction had zero impact on our stay, and they had bottles of water ready for everyone coming in. We needed so many things during our stay. Pack and play, and extra blanket the first night, two more blankets and a pillow the 2nd night, I also needed ear plugs. One of the on site handymen brought up my pack and play and offered to help me set it up. Front desk let kids borrow some goggles and noodles for swimming. The pool area was nice and warm with clean fresh towels and plenty of space to lounge. The breakfast area every morning was SO good. The kids loved the waffles and yogurt and the coffee bar was nice! Breakfast went all the way until 10am which was so nice and there was no shortage of food items. I wasn’t expecting anyone to come in while we were out at the water park but someone popped in the room and made the beds so nicely and refreshed our towels and also laid my sons special blanket out for him across the bottom of the bed and he was so excited to come in and see it look so nice! Thank you so much for everything, we will 100% be back.

Why this hotel is #2 and not #1 in all of Coeur d'Alene is a mystery -- especially with staffers like Amika (who gave us a wonderful Diamond-upgraded studio) and Nathan, who greeted us upon arrival like royalty, is a wonder. Maybe by this writing they will be the #1 they deserve. Our room, which even had a balcony, was positively spacious -- including a wet bar area by the door and a bath tub. The window also opened and provided spectacular nighttime views. Breakfast (Easter Sunday) included red potatoes, bacon and delicious scrambled eggs, along with bagels/toasts and oatmeal. Super-fast elevators, too. The fitness room had free weights, the usual machines and plenty of towels, pool adjacent. Good show, GM JayCee!

The room was clean and comfortable. The size was better than most. The fridge and microwave came in handy. The pool and hot tub were both large for a hotel. The pool area was clean and the seating was nice. The dehumidifier’s they had running made the pool area better than most. The breakfast was amazing and something we haven’t seen since pre COVID days. The food quality and selection was fabulous. The business center was small and I can’t imagine sharing it with another person but it did come in handy. The cocktail hour was also appreciated. We had a small issue with our shower slow draining and they had it taken care of immediately, which was great and not how it usually goes with things like that.

The breakfast was amazing and delicious. There was this amazing buffet wrangler with an arm tattoo that said "misunderstood." She kept that whole breakfast area moving, restocking food, utensils, drinks, offering smoothies, emptying trashes, bussing tables. She also had a friendly disposition. Customer service, awareness and efficiency are values I admire in the hospitality and she exhibited all of those.

Outstanding stay! Helpful staff, super clean modern rooms, delicious breakfast, great bbq area and a fabulous pool! Perfect location with ample parking.

The place was very well thought all. Nothing missing. Breakfast was good and the seating was relaxing and spread out. The pool area was awesome plus the outside splash pad and putting green for kids and game in the lobby all added to our families fun. The additional end tables in our room were unique to your hotel and appreciated too. The location was key. Very close to dining and Silverwood The bikes available was an added bonus unexpected. We loved everything about our stay. Staff was very very friendly and helpful

We had to leave a night early due to a family emergency but while we were there is was amazing. Staff are all friendly, very clean, kept the sidewalks salted, from ice. Breakfast was super delicious.

Lots of fresh options and a good assortment of breakfast items. We stayed at this location as we were going to Silverwood for 2 days. Would stay again.

This is one of the very best Best Western hotels we have stayed. It's an older structure, but updated and well maintained. It has a bar which often features music on the weekend. It also has a restaurnnt on site. The reception was welcoming and efficient. I was using one of the BW gift certificates we had earned for multiple BW stays. Unlike the location I had used the first one, this location handled it seamlessly. The room was large and clean. It had plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable and although a large hotel, it was quiet at night. Breakfast was one of the more extensive we have been offered at a BW. It was served in the restaurant, so plenty of booths. They even had a coffee bar where a 'barrista' made lattes etc. It was a lovely stay.

What a great choice yet again for staying at this Best Western. Quiet rooms, pet friendly, family friendly and just honestly great friendly staff. The pool area was great, clean and lots of towels. Great parking, easy access from the Interstate. Very easy to get anywhere we were going to. The room was clean, pool view, and comfortable. The dinning room is fantastic and the stay comes with free breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and already have booked again at Coeur D'Alene Inn.

I have stayed here a couple of times prior and really like this hotel. The rooms are spacious, and the lobby is very welcoming. The included delicious breakfast is a bonus. Have eaten in the restaurant many times with my family while visiting my parents and the food is delicious! Also like the bar with bar food and friendly staff. A really good choice!

The staff at Blackwell Hotel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and informed. The service was outstanding, the food was delicious, and the staff was warm and friendly. The Hotel is a beautiful old house with a classic environment. The lobby was warm and comfortable. . . a good place to get some work done or just relax with an afternoon coffee. The hotel is in our favorite area of CDA and we were able to walk to almost any destination we wanted to visit. It is in easy walking distance of parks, restaurants, the lakes, and the library. We definitely hope to stay there again.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The pillows must have been memory foam and there must have been a memory foam topper on the mattress. I stayed for the Coeur D’Alene Half Marathon and this hotel was very easy walking access to the start at Mccuen Park and the downtown strip on Sherman Avenue. Breakfast was tasty and had a decent amount of options. The water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink was pretty strong. Convenient to have an access code on the lock on the door instead of having to carry around a physical key. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff.

This bed and breakfast was amazing. The food was delicious. The rooms were comfy and quiet. So close to down town! We loved our stay here!

We normally stay at the resort, but since I was solo on this trip, I took advantage of the opportunity to stay here and I’m so glad I did! Charming and elegant is an understatement, and they’ve done such a wonderful job keeping the old world feel but with modern amenities and comforts. The morning breakfast selection was more than abundant, and I love that they offer snacks and drinks 24 hours in the kitchen for their guests! It was very comfortable, inviting, clean, and I will definitely be staying there again on my next trip to town!

This is our second time staying at the Blackwell. It’s a quiet place with 7 rooms in the house and 3 in the cottages in back. We’ve stayed in both areas. Easy walk to the lake and shops. Totally feel at home and safe here. Love that it’s adults only. Breakfast was amazing again! Look forward to staying here again if our road trip takes us through Idaho!

Professional and courteous desk clerk at check in. She asked if we would like to sign up for IHG, but discovered we're already members. Breakfast area very inviting, spacious, and clean with an excellent menu choice. Pool area was excellent. Relaxing and peaceful.

Great clean hotel with nice front desk staffs. The breakfast is ok as expected for free continental breakfast. There are Plenty parking spaces by the both front and back doors. Very convenient access from I-90. The room is comfortable. We didn’t use, but there is an indoor pool which is nice for the family. We will stay again.

Great stop off I-90 on our way to Seattle. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and efficient, the room was clean, cookies were put out in the evening, breakfast options were plentiful, and it was quiet and safe. I would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, modern, and provided an above average breakfast buffet. We were only there for 1 night, and we did not take full advantage of the nice kitchenette. It was well stocked with dishes and had a full size fridge. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Parking was free. It is only a short drive to get to the marina, Tubbs Hill, etc.

This is a great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. I have to say thank you to two people specifically. Anne and George!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help me out. I feel like they went above and beyond to make me, and my teams stay as comfortable as possible. They treated us like friends and not just customers. It was very refreshing after having to stay in other hotels that don't really have great staff like this location. The entire staff here are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were great. The breakfast food was really good. I, especially, enjoyed coming home from a 14-hour day of work and having a clean room. Not a lot of places clean the rooms anymore without requesting it. I travel for work a lot for wildfires and as busy as it gets, you don't really remember to request a room cleaning; however, this was very nice, and the cleaning crew are very professional and some down to earth people. So, again thank you to you and your staff. If you are looking for a place to stay in Coeur d'Alene, you won't go wrong staying here. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Thank you!

Great pool and hot tub. Really excellent customer service: we discovered that a family member was allergic to down pillows and the manager went out of his way to acquire 2 non-down pillows for us, as soon as was possible. The breakfast buffet each day was fresh and had different items on rotation. To a person, every staff member we interacted with was genuinely friendly and helpful. The laundry machines and dryers were clean and very new, and all worked well. Also, laundry facilities were free! The hotel was incredibly quiet, despite being at capacity. We will definitely be returning to this specific location, and will plan to stay here again, despite there being other suite-based hotels in the area. As an aside, we also stayed a few nights at the much more expensive CDA resort, and had we known about the excellent service at this Staybridge Suites earlier, we would have made different choices!

Red Lion Templin’s on the River is an excellent hotel. It got 4 stars only because the property is in the middle of a renovation. They have recently been bought and the new owners are giving it a facelift. The Excellent part: The staff. Everyone I interacted with was above average in terms of customer service. With one exception that I will detail below. Each member of the team is helpful and courteous. Seriously a home run in this area. The free breakfast. I don’t know if the breakfast we had is going to be what they offer moving forward because their restaurant is undergoing a renovation currently. But it’s everything you need in a free breakfast. Muffins, bagels, microwave breakfast burritos, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee. Parking. The parking is effortless and just got done being repaved. No matter where your room is located the parking is excellent and very well lit. The foyer and common areas. Recently redone as well. Really nice to just sit and have a cup of coffee. Which is also a bonus as it’s free. The good: Rooms. The rooms are dated in some ways. The one we stayed in had not been renovated yet. With the exception of the beds which were new and very comfortable. The lighting is ok. The tv is new but can be tricky to use. The blinds are blackout but finicky because they need to be replaced. The door that leads to the patio is old and a bit worn out. The patio needs some paint. The A/C works really well. The sheets and towels are newer.

This is our 2nd year staying at the Red Lion Hotel Templin's on the River. We would highly recommend staying here. The staff were exceptional and friendly. Our beds were soft and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast included gluten free items. This is such a wonderful treat for those of us that have gluten allergies. Great location on the river. It's very peaceful to be able to sit on our own balcony and enjoy the fresh air. We will be back again next year.

Read reviews that said they were remodeling. We stayed in a room that was comfortable and had a great view of marina 33 and the river. Staff was exceptional and friendly. Continental breakfast was lack luster as they want you to buy off the menu. No juice, fresh waffles or eggs or protein unless you warm up a pre made breakfast sandwich in the microwave. Will stay again. Hoping after the remodel, the Continental breakfast will be better.

I booked this hotel because it was on the river. However my room did not have a river view, the restaurant overlooking the river was closed and the outside lobby patio overlooking the river was also closed due to construction. I feel I should have received a discount with all the unavailable services. The room was large and comfortable but there are not coffee pots in the room and only 1 Kerig in the lobby for all the hotel guests. coffee pots in the room are pretty standard at this price point.

We loved this place! Beautiful green grass, fruit trees, private beach, beautiful river view! Nice pool, bar, restaurant, staff was helpful & friendly. Convenient location, rooms were nice & big. We do recommend this place!

All the staff were very nice! We had a room with a Jacuzzi, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool and hot tub were warm and clean. They had coffee and tea service available in the lobby 24/7. The value we got for our money was outstanding!

Large room, nice staff, loved the jacuzzi, the hotel is older furnishings, but quiet.

Great place to say, would definitely recommend. Ajay the front desk associate was extremely helpful! Even though I got a ticket pulling up, the stay and room was great, We both loved the hotub in room and would definitely recommend and come back! Ps there is a gas station right across the street.

I stayed here once before and had a pretty rough experience with the room being completely run down the hottub didn't work and was FILTHY. But I wanted to give it another shot and I'm so glad I did because this time was great the girl at the front desk was great the room was clean and most of all the hottub was AMAZING ....it looks like they are getting the place fixed up so I definitely recommend staying here

This motel and the location gives the most fantastic view of the bay and the lake anytime day or night. Just a few miles from downtown you drive along the shore line before a short climb up to the motel. Bike path runs next to the main road, a supper club w/ excellant food, easy access to the water, and french doors on the room to open up to feel the cool breeze and smell of the fresh air from the lake or sit on the boardwalk in front of your room. The staff are very polite, the room was very clean, lots of trees, shade and quiet surroundings. Natural spring water so cold and taste so good to drink from the faucet in your room along with hot water that last through your shower time. This is a 5 star 10.0 rating motel you won 't ever pass by during your traveling adventures through Idaho

The view was spectacular.The place is currently under some renovations.Its about 70 years old so keep that in mind. If you like great views and old school rustic motels with themed rooms you are in for a great time. Large balconies, fire pit,barbecue on site. Pet friendly and a great location for day use of the amazing Coeur d'Alene lake.Boat launch and trailer parking minutes away.Comfortable beds and killer water pressure. What a amazing experience.. it was my first time trying bed and breakfast and honestly I highly doubt I will ever get similar experience once again. They did amazing 10/10 spotless place, calm and quiet, friendly people, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and supplies on point!!!! Our stay at Maison du Couer de Lion was delightful and refreshing for the soul. A beautiful winding road led to the house, secluded in the woods up high, with beautiful views. The house was like a small castle.... around every corner was beautiful artwork, woodwork and treasures to admire. Although we only stayed one night, you could easily spend a week there, and discover something new. The music room was a big hit, with my friend playing piano, and our sons playing guitars. I enjoyed the complimentary wine in the evening, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. Sunrise is a special time there, with beautiful views. The kitty cats were a big hit with us all. Although they stayed outdoors, they were very friendly, clean, and oh so cute. Despite the heat outside, it was cool and comfortable in the house and in our rooms, much appreciated! Thank you, Sandy and David, for being great hosts and sharing your beautiful, unique home with us!

This place was absolutely stunning. Definitely made sure to put on your location and use GPS. It was back on a winding road which made it all the better. A quiet, peaceful, perfect retreat for one night stay or forever! Sandy and her husband were so kind and lovely to speak with. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! It was clean and comfortable. Absolutely amazing stay! The house has so much character and is very clean. The room was bigger than I expected and had a gorgeous patio with the best view of mountains. Want some pool time? This hotel has the best 24 hour pool and giant jacuzzi, perfect temperature on both. We go back every now and then for this purpose alone. It's awesome!

Pool open 24 hrs and the jacuzzi was a great size warm water and the hotel was very clean all around. Guest laundry was a great option as well.

My family of 6 stayed here during our recent trip to Silverwood. The hotel was beautiful and very clean! The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool and hotub are nice and big and open 24 hours although the hottub was down during our stay do to a heating element. The elevator is really fast and it is conveniently located right near the highway and interstate. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. The juice tastes like water and everything was very bland and tasteless. They had a waffle machine but it was out of batter when we were there. Overall I would definitely stay again!!

Our stay at One Lakeside Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the hotel was. The views of the lake were simply breathtaking, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to some great restaurants, making dining out so convenient. We were also touched by the personal note we received from the staff, which was a thoughtful and welcoming gesture. Charlene at the front desk was an absolute gem! She was incredibly helpful and gave us excellent food recommendations, ensuring we had a fantastic dining experience during our stay. Our kids had a blast, and it truly felt like a family-friendly environment. Everything was spotless, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Stayed in one of the 3 bedrooms with lake view. This is our 2nd visit and it's the best place to stay in Coeur d' Alene. We brought our 2 dogs and stayed with our adult sons & their wives. It's right across from the park and you can walk everywhere - restaurants, shopping, entertainment, hiking, etc.. The place is impeccably clean and the amenities are incredible - the gym is jaw dropping, hot tub and roof top deck were amazing. Very quiet place with an awesome tea/coffee shop downstairs. You can rent a pet friendly boat for a day on the lake with your dogs and lots of restaurants are dog friendly. Great kitchen for cooking & entertaining plus has it's own washer/dryer for longer stays. Beds are super comfy with the best pillows. Also has private garage parking. Luxury place for sure but very affordable! We love it here!

Very nice property. The unit was very clean, quiet, comfortable and well-equipped. The location is great and easily walkable to downtown and close to restaurants. Underground parking is convenient although small. We were luck to find a space in the garage. Overall, a great stay. My only critique would be the additional fees on top of the nightly rate. "Resort Fee" to cover parking and wifi, additional fee to use the gym or spa, etc. The room rate really should just cover that. Otherwise, the stay was great and the property is quite nice. Another observation - the communication, while good, almost seemed excessive. We received no less than 10 emails prior to and during our stay - instructions on how to find the property, how to check in, where to park, offers to upgrade the room, asking if everything was okay, on and on. I appreciate the attention to detail but it was almost too much. The woman at check-in was fantastic and very friendly. Overall, we're very happy with our stay here and highly recommend it over the equally pricy and more pretentious resort across the street.

We loved our stay here! The hotel was perfect for us — very clean, with super comfortable beds and a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Even though the hotel doesn’t have a pool, it wasn’t a problem since all the water activities are just minutes away. We drove about 5 minutes to Atlas Park/Riverstone Beach where you can swim and paddle board, and parking is available close by. There’s also plenty to do just a short drive or walk away, including shopping, theaters, and great dinner options.

Big room, super clean and updated, cozy and colorful, quiet. New carpets with nice style and you can actually walk on without slippers! Cozy bed and pillows. Micro, fridge. The beautiful yellow desk chair is nice and easy to get in/out. Window opens for fresh air. Good wifi reception. Cookies and popcorn in the lobby. Presented by the nicest desk clerk ever (a human greeting!)!! Breakfast in the morning too. Nice parking lot and close to many nice restaurants etc.

We stayed here four nights. We were very fortunate that our room was ready in the morning when we went to ask about checking in early. We were greeted with warmth. Our stay was very enjoyable. We loved using the small, cozy lounge, the laundry room, the business desk with a computer, printer and paper shredder. We loved the popcorn in the lobby each afternoon and the cookies at 6pm. Coffee was always available. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire facility was immaculate and very pretty. After a two-month road trip, we felt especially grateful to have such a pleasant place to stay. Also, the hotel is located close to downtown, the beach, restaurants and offices which we needed to visit. Thank you to the staff who worked so hard during our stay.

Our stay at this property was great. The staff were kind and attentive. The facility was clean and well maintained. The area was safe and quiet. If I had one small complaint, it would be the lack of a hot breakfast. That being said, I will definitely stay at this property again on a future trip to Coeur d'alene.

The only downside was that it was starting to get quite chilly and at night which made the room quite cold and due to the age of the building, there was not temperature control within the room.

My wife and I spent six nights at the Inn Thanksgiving week of 2024. The Inn is (I believe) a historic building that once was a school. It has been converted to essentially a bed and breakfast and the owners have been operating the Inn for 25 years. The owners are exceptionally nice people, very knowledgeable about the area and very helpful when we needed assistance in finding particular businesses. Our room was clean and comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The Inn itself was decorated festively for Christmas. Breakfast could be made to order although the options (eggs, bacon, sausage, packages) were somewhat limited. There was also cereal, sweet rolls, yogurt, etc. available in the breakfast area so no one should have gone away hungry. No televisions in the room although there was large screen TV in a room adjacent to the breakfast area. The Inn does have a sauna and hot tub although we did not use either. Finally, our understanding is that the owners do intend to sell the Inn but the eventual buyers do intend to continue to conduct a bed and breakfast. It is hoped that they will continue to be as friendly and outgoing as the current owners.

If you are looking for a sleek modern accommodation, its not The Roosevelt. The Roosevelt is a step back in time in its outside appearance and furnishings inside. The yard/gardens are beautiful and well maintained. There is a place for those traveling with pets and thoughtful amenities for them. The other side of the building has an outdoor chess set and places to relax outside. Once you step inside, the charming old school (pun intended) décor is apparent. Its not "outdated", its what was appropriate for the period the owners are portraying. We stayed in a suite with 2 rooms. The room was comfortable and clean. No television, yay! They brought my new pup a puppy gift, very sweet! I spoke with a few of the employees and they were friendly and professional. Kayla was especially engaging. We got a great recommendation to a restaurant where we could bring my pup and walking distance. It was amazing! Breakfast was great despite someone not showing up to help the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers! Thank you!

The staff was helpful and very welcoming. The grounds were expansive and well maintained. It was a nice space for my dog to run around. Breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Our stay was on October 19th for 3 nights. The room was perfect with a heater and comfy bed. All amenties were in a bookshelf like case in the hall with a Keurig on top, coffee and creamer. Restaurants are a short walk along with the lake. The restaurant downstairs "315" was really good and service great. We will definitely be back. They are no longer doing breakfast or calling it a B&B so they gave the guests a credit each night to use in their restaurant until their renovation is complete. Mike and Kana were the best !!

Remote check in was easy, the room was in good condition, and location was nice. A little lacking in some things one might expect from a B&B like self serve breakfast or a cozy common area, but it’s advertised as an inn, not a B&B. However, the room (“church room”, #5) was comfortable and the restaurant (tapas and entrees) is outstanding! With the $35 credit I was able to have an amazing dinner, a filet with porcini sauce and a creative stack of sides, as part of my stay, and the creative cocktails and other menu items, plus great service, made the stay memorable. Second time here— I’ll be back!

Greenbriar is a wonderful place to stay. It’s clean, convenient, quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Parking was no problem. Even the several flights of stairs to our room proved no obstacle…..& we are in our 70’s. We received a voucher for the on-site restaurant and had a fabulous dinner. I definitely want to stay here again. It’s a hidden gem of CDA.

The breakfast at Rustic was awesome! The meal we had at Greenbrier was fantastic. They have a terrific chef!! Nice bar too!! Room 5 was spacious & had real charm! Shower was good & bed comfy! All staff was friendly & welcoming!! Greenbrier was close to town & we enjoyed walking around, seeing the beautiful parks & driving around the scenic & beautiful Lake Cour d’alene!!

Bathroom was cute and very clean. They left high end coffee and tea and organic sugar. Very nice touches. We were happy that the smart tv allowed us to log into our own amazon and netflix accounts so we could watch the Olympics. Met the owner, who was very friendly. We appreciated the self check in. Went for a nice long walk around the lake which was just a bit down the road. Recommend Pilgrims organic food market near by. We would love to stay again if we come to the area! Thank you!!

Such a great spot! The rooms are big (we stayed in #9), so comfortable, the bed was perfect, and quiet, even though it’s right next to a major road. The location is great. Walkable places to eat, and right on the centennial trail. It was an easy bike ride into town, and an easy ride to Higgins Point. A perfect spot to do Coeur d’Alene. Loved this spot. Never saw any staff, it was all electronic/text check in, but that was fine. Easy and clean.

Clean, pretty, comfy, and convenient! Main cons was that I did not receive my access code til 30 minutes before check in and there was a coffee machine, coffee beans, but no coffee filter.

I took my daughter to Coeur D'Alene for New Year's. It was our first visit. This was a very quiet, comfy, roomy place to stay. Set back in the trees, you get a balcony in the back with a pretty view. Also loved how they decorated the rooms, it is different than the standard hotel room layout, which makes it special. Cleanliness was good, I have no complaints. The walk in shower with door was also nice for us. Thanks, we will definitely stay again sometime.

Great location off of Sherman street-easy to walk downtown if you choose. There was a brewery down the way and a Mexican restaurant across the street. We walked to the golf resort to look at the “floating green”. Nice walk-just have to tell them you would like to walk to see the green or go to the restaurant they have. Clean rooms, bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. Easy to get on and off of the interstate.

it was great time to relax, hotel is not expensive, but include everything what we need, I like the swimming pool was open 24 hours, water was warm and jacuzzi not have a strong smell if bleach. The moment we walked in it smelled fresh and clean. It looked clean and well cared for. The walls were clean and well decorated. The tile floors were sparkling clean and the carpet had been shampooed and was well vacuumed. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming as well as the house keeping staff.

This motel is clean and in an excellent location, less than a mile walk to old downtown, the Coeur d'Alene resort and activities. I was here for a wedding and my friends spent over $1000 for two nights lodging. I spent less than $300 and I think had the better experience. The rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. They are spacious with a queen bed, sofa, table, microwave, mini fridge and stocked coffee maker. There's a small grocery store across the street and restaurants just a couple of minutes walk. On top of that it's quiet. A gem that I highly recommend.

Not modern but very kept up. Extremely clean! Bed was comfortable, a little bit soft; bathroom was small but adequate; great water pressure and plenty of hot water for the shower; Keurig coffee maker with choices of coffee and flavors of creamers; on Sherman St and very close to downtown shops and restaurants. Could have used a floor lamp back by the chair if you like to sit and read. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Interstate access 5 minute drive or less....Bus (free) stop across the street that can get you to the hospital , Wal-Mart , Riverstone complex . This bus also will take you to connection hub where you can transfer to Coeurdalene casino (Worley Idaho) , Hayden , post falls . Rooms are recently remodeled with lots of nice touches and travel friendly add ons . Good water pressure shower head , comfortable bed , organic coffee with strong heater/air con that heats/cools immediately . Nice vacation motel , but very suitable for longstays , hospital staff , contractors

Clean great bed- one of the most comfortable ever. Loved the keyless entry. Plaster walls made it very quiet- could not hear the neighbors at all. Completely renovated rooms. Shower had unlimited hot water. Across the street from “Jimmys down the Street” restaurant— a Diner Drive in and Dive from Guy Fieri. Extremely affordable. Not a big room but all a traveler could want. Will definitely stay here again. Loved it.

We stayed at the Triple Play resort for 2 nights so that we could spend a day at the water park and family fun park next door. I’d read some bad reviews so was pleasantly surprised. Our room had recently been renovated, with new paint and carpet. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful every time we interacted. The breakfast was a good one, as hotel breakfasts go. If you’re planning to do the fun park, it’s the only place to stay, I would say.

The rooms were normal hotel rooms but very clean and well maintained, the staff were all great and knew all the whats, where's and whens we asked, the location is amazing, they have the triple play fun areas connected right next door, silverwood is about a 15 to 20 minute drive away and there are plenty of fast food places, restaurants, and stores within 5 to 10 minutes of the hotel, it really is the perfect place to stay. The price is a little more than your basic hotel but its well worth the price for the location, the activities near by and the breakfast was pretty good serving a little bit of everything.

This is our third year at this resort, and as always, it delivered having a comfortable and friendly environment with perfect amenities for children which makes my job as a parent so much more enjoyable. Staff was friendly and welcoming and even though we had a single issue (our Tv panel went out in the room), they resolved it in less than one hour by installing a new one. Having so many things like a Waterpark, arcade, outside attractions and even an ice cream shop on site takes so much hassle and stress away from me and makes the experience for child really amazing. Will probably be back again next year.

It was a very nice hotel. The staff were exceptional. So professional, helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had another fantastic stay at Resort City Inn. This is a quaint “beach-style” motel that we so enjoy. Short walk to the boardwalk, restaurants, shops, park and beach. Clean, comfortable and very welcoming staff.

What a nice little motel, very convenient to the park and all the shopping! I was very pleased with how clean and well maintained this older motel was. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived after the office closed. We were left a lovely little note with instructions on how to get into our room. Our room was perfect! The bed was comfortable. The decor was adorable. The water pressure was perfect! Safe, convenient location down town. Very close to all amenities. It’s a hidden gem! Loved every thing about it!

The staff at Resort City Inn was extremely helpful and friendly, with a level of courtesy not even found at 4-5-star hotels these days. From the kind front desk gentleman to the cleaning staff, this motel made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We even received housekeeping without having to ask, and at check in, Lacy asked if we needed anything else to made our stay pleasant. We requested a few extra pillows and blankets, which were promptly delivered. The room was basic, but comfortable and functional and in good repair. While the room was nothing fancy, the shower water pressure was excellent! Really good to get those knots in your back out. And the towels were surprisingly soft. And we managed to get the room at only $90/nt. Wow! We'll definitely stay here again, even though unfortunately there is now a $12/day parking fee. Location is great, right on Sherman and only a brisk 10 minute walk to the resort/lake. (On another note: Resort City Inn may want to check with hotels.com, which for some reason charges an extra person fee above 2 on its rooms. Front desk said they do not personally do that.)

Excellent breakfast- it really was wonderful and had plenty of options and was delicious. No corners were cut on breakfast, for sure. The room was perfect! Excellent amenities. We loved the kitchenette so we could prepare our own dinner. It even had a toaster. The only thing I wish were better? The pool and hot tub water did not seem very clean. The pool water was cloudy and suspicious. A bit disappointing for my teenaged kids, since I didn’t really want them in there too much in case they’d get a skin rash or such.

The rooms are very spacious with a kitchen. Lots of counter and closet space. Beds are comfy minus the sofa bed. A little nosy from the interstate but loved the easy access to the main roads. The only problem we had was we booked a double queen but because we booked in late, they must of given our room away so the first night we had to sleep on a king and sofa bed. The sofa bed was Not comfy. We switched rooms the next day but there was a 3 hour wait to get into the room of our original booking. As we waited for our new room key that the front counter lady was going to bring to us we moved all of our stuff outside our new room.in a matter of ten minutes the front desk lady had booked another gentleman into the room that they said we could move too. The gentleman kindly said we could have it and he would move to another room. Very greatful for this as we were already late for our appointment by waiting for our original room. With that being said we would stay here again! Food service staff was super friendly and Amazing keeping up with making sure we didn’t have to wait for food. Good breakfast. Safe parking lot.

The room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and helpful even when our key cards didn’t work multiple times. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and we were never too hot or too cold. My only complaint was the breakfast hours. They were over at 9am which was too early and caused a huge rush and looooong lines at 8:45. Breakfast should extend until 10am like other hotels so there isn’t a huge rush when people would like to sleep in. We got in late and in order to get breakfast we had to wake up and wait in ridiculous lines.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The beds were great. The pool and hot tub were pleasant. Everything was clean and convenient. The large fridge and freezer, microwave, small stove, and dishwasher would be nice for a longer stay.

The hotel was clean and I felt safe. The location is great, near shops and restaurants and grocery stores. It was nothing special. Just a comfortable place to rest our heads between Silverwood days. The breakfast wasn’t thrilling but there was enough to get us started in the mornings. They did have a pancake making machine which was cool. I was pleasantly surprised based on the price and the brand of Super 8. Would stay again for sure.

A bit of a tired facility, but in a convenient location, clean, safe with easy parking, very helpful and friendly staff and a great breakfast. Although the mattress and pillows were not too shelf, they were reasonable, clean, and staff provided us with extra pillows. The price of hotels nowadays is so high, but this was a good value for our travels through the area.

The room was quiet, the bed, sheets, and pillows were comfortable and clean. Breakfast had great options, everything was fresh. Great location. Friendly staff.

The young lady checking us in was friendly and helpful. The outside of the property is clean, well maintained. The hall carpets are stained. Housekeeping in our room was bad. Soap scum ring in bathtub, carpet needed vacuum around the bed, counter tops show rag swipe marks. The beds are hard and springs "creak" every time you move. No bed bugs though.

Reception lady was friendly and helpful, we asked to book the same room on two occasions and got it. Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and conveniently near an exit door, close to our parked vehicle. Breakfast with a good selection of items on offer was a nice inclusion with the price of the room.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to downtown CDA but then again just about everything is only 10 minutes away in CDA. Complimentary breakfast is ok, certainly enough to get one started for the day then head out to get something more substantial if that's what you enjoy in the morning.

Staff was fun and absolutely amazing!!! Inside and out was very clean. Most places have at least cigarette butts everywhere but not here!!! Plus the location from the hotel to Kootenia Health Center was perfect!!!!

We just did an over night - needed a pet friendly place. The stay was decent. Heat/AC worked. TV worked. Towels provided, although for 2 people we only had 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. I'm sure we could have asked for another set, but we were tired. Shouldn't have to ask anyway. The staff was really friendly. Bobbie, AM desk, was super friendly and helpful with breakfast and check out. Breakfast was all 'starch' - no protein and NO Black Tea - only green tea (which I can't drink) so that WAS the Biggest NO, NO for breakfast. I breakfast really disappointed. Also, styro foam cups - also a big NO NO with hot beverage, maybe the up side to no black tea. Overall - 3 star, even though I gave them a better rating for the overall room/board. Also, room service - you stay 7 nights to get room service unless you ask? I just got back from MX and had room service on a daily basis. What is wrong with the USA. Covid is still no excuse for not getting fresh towels/wash cloths daily.

The hotel is a little dated however…do looks really matter? The beds were 100% comfy, the breakfast was 100% nice and plentiful amenities, always fresh coffee all day a plus in my book, and the shower water was hot and plentiful. Convenient and close by to Walgreens if you need or restaurants. And the staff. Absolutely amazing. Friendly and kind both checking in and in the morning. Makes all the difference. The freeway is close by but that’s just white noise for sleep. I would stay here again. And you can’t beat the price. Perfectly good nights sleep. Thank you!!!

Could have been cleaned a bit better. Time to get the vacuum around the carpet edges and behind furniture. Had to use the power bars for plugs, so that is when I noticed it. Tub was clean except for long dark hair on the walls. Definitely not ours. I’d stay again.

This is my second stay here for a business trip, Bob was extremely helpful in making sure my needs were met and that I would have a comfortable stay. Check in was quick and easy, the guy working the front desk was friendly and knowledgable. Location was easy to find and within walking distance to food/gas stations. Our rooms were comfortable and clean- I had a king room that included a kitchenette, my kids shared a double queen. With the amount of people staying in the building (parking lot full), it was surprisingly quiet. When we went to leave in the morning the housekeepers were already busy busting rooms down but they still took the time to smile and say good morning. All in all, we would stay here again and would recommend to others.

They had coffee in the room, but no breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. It is an older motel, but you can tell the owners have been remodeling, and have been doing a good job.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! Also, the pool was kept clean and at a comfortable temperature!
