The whole atmosphere was lovely. The staff were amazing! The whole experience exceeded my expectations. We had all the required amenities and resources needed for a comfortable accommodation. For a last minute booking the process was seamless and simple. The room was huge and spacious the beds were super comfortable and the shower was spacious and clean. We had all we needed for a 2 night stay over. The laundry we had access to all throughout the trip. We had the best time we will definitely be coming again!!! It was too cold to go to have a swim at the beach but it was a 2 min walk from the accommodation. There is a huge common area where you can have a BBQ by the pool there is 2 sized pools 1 for toddlers and one for general public which I found was good for families with small kids. The BBQ is well lit and has everything you need for a day out in summer. It was close to the big mall only 10min drive. Would recommend to all! I wish I took photos!

I like how it’s comfy and clean the apartment has everything we need to stay as long as we want , also they have extra billows, extra covers, beautiful outside dining table and chairs we love to eat there , very clean and big Barbecue are with the pool we love it 😊 and close to everything, shopping, beaches, restaurants, it’s so easy and comfortable and safe for my kids and family ☺️☺️☺️ Also the stuff was very nice , friendly, lovely, and respectful.

Excellent place! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Although we arrived a bit late, the key collection process was seamless. The three-bedroom apartment with a sea-view balcony was amazing. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Peaceful location near beach with added bonus of great pool. The apartment and facilities were exceptionally clean and well equipped, with laundry facilities available for use and spotless outdoor BBQ area. The apartment was more spacious than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy parking and short drive to Coffs Harbour.

This little gem, tucked away just metres from Korora Beach, is a friendly, delightful little low key resort. The apartments are spacious and airy, with ocean sounds drifting in to create a beautiful ambience and make for a very peaceful stay. An outdoor area with pool, dining setting, refrigerator and BBQ area are all kept in pristine condition and highly are serviceable. If you enjoy peace and quiet in a gorgeous natural setting whilst having the amenities to feel very comfortable and capable in a home away from home, I highly recommend Smugglers.

I stayed in the 2 bedroom ocean view apartment with Spa. One simple yet nice feature in the reception area and in my dinning room was a Clock -Sea yacht style theme very stylish and practical. I liked the fish tiles in bath room, arty & gives a nice effect/touch of a holiday feel. View of train station although not that noisy is a bit of a shame in some of the view which is a beautiful view of the jetty beach/ocean surrounds and open ocean portal. No real walking easy access to beach but the beach is a short stroll maybe 10 mins however could be a nice walk past the pub, cafes and restaurants on one of the ways or options to the beach. Spacious room (2 bedroom ocean view apartment) kitchen is user friendly, a bit small and cramped but serves it purpose and leaves the rest of the apartment feeling spacious and open. Unusual oriental style blinds in the lounge room is a nice touch, nice sized balcony for 2 not much privacy on the baloney but they are good. Nice holiday feel to the place, nice use of tiles on walls and floors mixed with carpet. nice colours through out and a good use of mixed colours between each room. My apartment has a spa bath i didn't use it but nice to know its there! comfy couch. Maybe a washing machine and dryer in the apartments would make the place nearly perfect but they are on site and coin operated which is very handy! I requested a early check in days in advanced. which i did get and i think is great if the room is free and or ready to check in.

Beautiful, clean & spacious apartment which had a lovely view of the beach. Short walk to the shops and the beach. Undercover parking for car. Nice pool that was well maintained and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. My family and I will be back!

Everything was great, the staff was amazing and helpful very kind, the apartment had everything we needed and very modern and clean, the bed was comfortable and shower was great, close the beach and restaurants. Perfect

We stayed for two nights in November while visiting friends in the area. It was the perfect break, and the perfect place to stay. Only a couple of minutes walk from a strip of restaurants, and a few more minutes from there down to the jetty and the marina. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which had everything we needed for our stay - even kitchen appliances so we could cook our own breakfast. The apartment was clean and tiny, the bed was comfy, and the shower had great water pressure. Daniel and his daughters at the front desk were very lovely and friendly as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved this 3 bedroom townhouse - clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great! The staff were extremely nice and friendly. Enjoyed sitting on the veranda. Just a short walk to restaurants, bars and pub.

A good choice if you want to be in central Coffs. My room was very nice, newly renovated. Very large and spacious with nice bathroom. All very clean, comfortable bed. Quiet RC air con plus fan. Large TV. A toaster, microwave, kettle and a nespresso style coffee maker and pods were provided. Easy walk to restaurants (there is a Thai just down the road which was quite good). Staff were friendly and happy to call me a cab as needed. It is a shame this place isn't near the beach. But other than that is is very modern and clean and i would happily stay again.

I only rarely give five stars but this great hotel definitely deserves every one of them! We broke our road trip here overnight and had booked well ahead. On arrival, Josh on reception greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm and we really felt welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet – we couldn’t have asked for more and the tariff was very reasonable. The following morning we couldn’t get the shower to run hot so we called reception and the lovely Tahya was very apologetic as she explained the hot water system for our row of rooms had malfunctioned. She was waiting to hear from her manager on when it would be restored. We popped over for breakfast while we waited, hoping it would soon be fixed. When we reached reception, Tahya gave us the key to another room to use for showering and told us our breakfast would be complementary. Breakfast is a continental buffet and offers a good range of options, including some hot food selections (bacon & cheese muffins, ham & cheese croissants, vegetable frittata). We were very appreciative of the wonderful goodwill gestures and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. We’d definitely only stay here when next we visit Coffs Harbour.

What a GEM! Staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in the newest section of the hotel and we have already re-booked a return stay. The restaurant is fabulous and I suggest you not only avail yourself of the self serve Continental Breakfast but treat yourself to an evening meal in the cosy restaurant. We thoroughly recommend this hotel, room was clean and modern, easy off-street parking, walking distance to town Centre or easy short drive to the Plaza as well as nice drive to Woolgoolga or any of the locations between Coffs and further north.

Room was modern and clean, spacious and well-equipped. Great shower. Its quiet for a quick stopover, and convenient to park. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - I had to check out early and left an important book to me on the bedside table, and the team were more than helpful in returning it for me.

We occupied a King Studio in the new building and found it clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. We also enjoyed an enjoyable evening meal in the restaurant. Reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Recommended.

We've stayed here multiple times and love it. Every time with a different beautiful view. Very beautiful and peaceful resort with multiple pools. Buffet breakfast, a beautiful restaurant bar at the base. Walk to a beach. Parking included. Has a playground, basketball ring, tennis counts and small golf course. About a minutes drive from the Big Banana aswell. Shopping centre a couple minutes drive too.

Pacific Bay Resort - when we first got into our room it was very immediately noticed it was not like what was pictured in the photo. Layout yes. But noted it's outdated brown carpets and marks all over the walls with a very rusty air-conditioning unit and dirty tiles on outside balcony. The balcony however was big. I didn't think I would enjoy the stay.... But... Our first night, the bed was actually very comfy and had a really good night's rest, kids even slept in (woohoo) as it's a very quiet area. It really just got better from there as we explored the resort and all it had to offer. I would really like to see the executive one bedroom with a bit more happiness to it and love; it would have given you that 5 star satisfaction. Maybe we will call on our next trip to see if there is a better room. Revamp the kitchen to make it appealing like the photos looked with picture frames and a clock.. With a nice carpet and new paint job. The outdoors is very well maintained, beautiful scenery and beach walk and the kids liked that play area with snakes and ladders, hope scotch, handball and soccer court! Love that idea! And tennis courts and games room. Staff have all been professional, accommodating and happy 😁 Thanks 👍

Location, facilities, easy walk to beach but especially the restaurant. Could eat in or takeaway. Food was excellent. All the staff we spoke with were friendly and informative, extremely helpful. Good bed and water pressure. Loved full size fridge and large balcony. Very comfortable overall.

Lovely location. Very quiet. Room was adequate size for an overnight stay. Watching the many birds feeding in the trees near our balcony. Watching birds around the lake as we ate dinner. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room itself was pretty basic, but clean and comfortable. It did the job for an overnight stay. A little further away from the main town centre for restaurants for dinner, but not a problem if you have a car. The beach was nearby, but we did a drive by in the evening and couldn't find any entry into the beach itself. It may be easier to locate in the morning, but we were off to the Big Banana first thing. Comfortable bed.

Staff were friendly and helpful at check-in. Parking can be in short supply if the motel is full. The room was clean and comfortable albeit a little dated. Bathroom had great water pressure in shower but again a little dated and in need of renovation. Good location walking distance to Hoey Moey pub with reasonable bistro, other restaurant and beaches.

We loved the peaceful serenity of the cabins over looking the creek & bush land and the many different species of animals we encountered. The cabin was cosy, clean & comfortable & had all we needed for a short stay. The beach was a short stroll away & a lovely walk through bush land & the pool area was most enjoyable on the very humid day we were there, whilst the beach was too windy to enjoy. I had a late check in, so didn’t meet the staff on the way in but the lady was most friendly with a lovely greeting & warm smile on the way out.

It's so peaceful and relaxing here. A short walk to the beach ,and the wildlife is amazing.the cabins are well maintained and always clean.

Lorikeet Holiday Park is located in a pristine relaxing part of the North Coast region. The tranquil nature of the park was exceptional full of amazing wildlife. Location is central to a number of the most scenic tourist destinations along the Solidarity Island stretch. The cabin was immaculate with an impressive spa bath and extremely comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent surroundings. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely lake. Tennis court, pool , basket ball and ? Volley net and equipment. Easy checkin and out. Close to beach. Cabin comfortable. Lots of birds. Had an amazing stay. Thankyou.

Room was large in size with large double bed, arm chairs and dining area. Room was exceptional clean and very comfy bed. Came equipt with a microwave and dinner set and cutlery. Bathroom was spacious and very modern. Staff were awesome, friendly and helpful.

The cats!! They are the sweetest little things, friendly and because it is a pet friendly Motel, we were able to let them in for cuddles. Real smoochers, cat lovers will love them! If you aren’t an animal lover it’s still an amazing place. Comfortable, clean (I had no idea it was pet friendly until the lovely staff told me). No signs of fur etc. Had everything we needed (even biscuits to go with your morning coffee- complimentary). This will be our motel of choice when we travel through from now on. I have had experiences in Kempsey that were horrible, so had been avoiding using Kempsey as a halfway point. This place has converted me. Well done Windmill Motel. See you again in the near future!

This was a perfect place to stay, it was clean, tidy, bed was comfortable, shower was awesome easy to check in and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed on our way up to QLD and then because it was so good we also returned on our way back to go home. And it didnt disappoint, it was just as clean and tidy the return trip.

We stayed in a pet friendly room for one night. The gentleman at reception was very friendly and welcoming on both arrival and departure. The room was a typical motel room, it was clean and very comfortable. So quiet too. The dog toileting area outside my room was fantastic. We would certainly stay there again. THANK YOU!!

Comfortable clean and easy convenient parking and just off the A1. The highlight for us was the restaurant inside the Windmill located at the motel entrance. ( for breakfast and dinner).

Just had 3 perfect nights at the stunning Charlesworth Bay Resort in a refurbished studio room. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable huge bed, balcony, loads of storage & all the essentials such as microwave, kettle, toaster, bar fridge, coffee pods, etc. The studio room is honestly excellent value for money. The grounds of the resort are truly stunning, & kept beautifully. 3 pools, 8 hole golf course, playgrounds, direct access to a gorgeous beach & a massive lagoon surrounding the apartment complexes. So lovely to just walk the well maintained paths in the resort grounds. Great on-site restaurant & bar, with happy hour between 5&6pm!! All the staff we encountered were super friendly & efficient, special mention to the Charlseworth Bay reception team, who went out of their way to make our stay even more memorable. Highly recommend this resort, & already looking forward to returning soon.

We had an Economy spa room. Unrenovated Room I was told when booking and was a little concerned about previous reviews. Absolutely no need to worry! Instead of an Economy vibe, I would say RETRO vibe. It was very spacious and very clean. Had kitchen and large spacious rooms. We had the King bed and a sofa bed made prior to arrival. The pools at the resort were very clean and well loved by my 7 and 9 year old kids. We ate the restaurant for dinner which was well presented and tasty. Buffet breakfast was reasonably priced too. Customer service by all staff were wonderful. I would highly recommend staying at this resort.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotlessly clean, and the peaceful, beautifully maintained gardens created such a relaxing atmosphere. I loved having a perfect view of the pool right from my room, just a shame I couldn't enjoy due to time restraints. The receptionist was also incredibly polite and friendly, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Close to pub and bowling club. Small group of shops with restaurants bakery and convenience store all within walking distance. The room is much better than the picture. Love the kitchenette, to actually have a sink and not use the bathroom basin to wash your dishes is the best part. The bed was comfortable plenty of pillows and extra blankets.. The road is very busy and there is road noise but that's almost everywhere. The staff were extremely friendly and so was Jackson the German Shepherd. I will definitely stay again when in the area.

The owners really took care of us during our stay to make it as comfortable and convenient as possible. We stayed for one night, it was close to everything we needed and the room was spacious and clean. We will be back.

Fantastic place to stay when visiting Coffs Harbour. Owners were friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and clean. Great location for a visit to the jetty, Botanical Gardens, Muttonburd Island and Park Beach Plaza. Highly recommend.

Spotless accomodation and our hosts were fabulous, easy to deal with, friendly and nothing was too difficult. The location is good tho we were a smidge disappointed it didn't have water views or an easier walk to the beach for our elderly guests, tho a quick drive to the beach access solved the issue. Would highly recommend: a green, quiet, bird filled garden - Safety Beach Bungalows meet expectations.

I couldn't have dreamed of anything better! A relaxing night in a spacious apartment! The heating kept me warm and cozy despite the winter chill. The location is fantastic, and the team is incredibly welcoming! I really enjoyed my drink at the restaurant bar before a good night’s rest. The apartment was large and very clean! The shower was also spacious, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water! Thank you again for this memorable stay! 🙏🥰

Had an amazing stay at Country 2 Coast Motor Inn! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the rooms were super comfortable with brand-new high-quality mattresses—a great upgrade under the new management. The location is perfect, right next to the Big Banana and within walking distance to Diggers Beach. The pool area is fantastic, ideal for relaxing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even better. Whether you're a couple, family, or tourist, this is the perfect place to stay in Coffs Harbour. Highly recommended!

Incredible grounds gardens and facilities …beautifully maintained. Room is fine only half renovated .. bed is comfy and clean. Things that need improvement are lack of loo paper, no kettle and no pod machine for coffee. Had to heat up water in a microwave. And need access to ice machine or ice in freezer.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. The staff were pleasant , polite ,helpful and informative. Location was convenient to Coffs Harbour and the grounds were kept sensational. Undercover parking was a lottery ticket, however plenty of outdoor parking. A great stay for my purposes. 8/10

Property is in a perfect location as you have your own private beach. Lovely walking track & 9 hole golf course. Perfect for a quiet getaway

At checkin and checkout i found the staff to be professional, welcoming and helpful. Our unit was as described, very comfortable and clean with a very relaxing garden type environment. Being a resort car parking was a secure, gated area leaving a short, comfortable walk to the unit. Unfortunately our stay was for only a single night. The whole facility was very clean, tidy and cared for despite many renovations taking place. The onsite restaurant was closed because of renovations. I would stay here again and believe that the full benefit of this resort would be gained with a longer stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect for a vacation, quiet, close to the beach. The property is exceptionally clean & beautifully landscaped. The mini fridge def needed replacing, wasnt very cold on the highest level, the king bed was 2 king singles pushed together, & u could feel the edges of the mattress underneath. But apart from those, it is an excellent resort, they were renovating, but still very quiet. During renovations, the restaurant is closed & some other areas but will be amazing when complete. Def stay there again.

2 night stay in a Spa Bure, was spacious and clean. Kitchenette facilities only in this room. Large oval spa bath with room for two. Unfortunately the shade sail above the sky celing was torn so didnt provide enough sun shelter making the bathroom extremely hot. Lovely grounds surrounding the units, short walk to the pool, restaurant and beach. Plenty of car parking. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Loved the new entertainment/restaurant area - it has a great vibe and the restaurant has improved greatly since my last visit there. Our room was clean and modern looking, it was a great space to spend a week with the beach nearby. Short drive to town and great sightseeing within 1.5 hours of our location. We will definitely be returning again. The only negative was the lack of parking for hotel guests - it appeared that priority was given to locals using the restaurant and tradies doing work at the location.

I had an amazing time @ Aanuka Beach Resort and highly recommend others to stay here if they want an epic vibe in being close to the beach. Restaurant has been amazing and scenery and people have been great! If I were to return, I’d come back here! I had difficulty finding the hotel as the suburbs had changed and gps wasn’t recognising the address, the receptionist I called in a panic was amazing, she talked me through my anxiety and gave me crystal clear directions. I was there in minutes! Soon arrival she offered me water and made sure I was ok. My room (24) was upstairs and very spacious. The shower head was leaking a bit but that’s ok the pressure was fine. Everything was clean and the aircon was very welcome! If I have to give anything a negative, it would be that the mini fridge was turned to 0, which meant I had to try keep the food and drinks I had in a cooler bag chilled with my melted ice bricks until the fridge was ready to use. Other than that I appreciated the quiet and slept very well! I did not get the chance to jump in the pool, but will definitely be booking again !

We liked the view from our room. It looked out over the tropical surrounds which made us feel like we were miles away from the highway. The property was quiet despite its location. The staff that greeted us on arrival were friendly and we discovered we had received a free upgrade upon checkin. The room was large, with lovely garden views. But the motel is showing its age, fixtures are all a little dated. It’s just out of the city centre but a short 5-10 minute drive has you at all the tourist attractions and shopping centres or the beach. The room was great for our one night in Coffs.

Reception staff were loverly and polite. Room was stocked with everything you required. bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked well. balcony for our room was at the back so was drab and not really inviting. Room was on 2nd floor so had to carry suitcases up. had dinner in restaurant. Food was very nice and not over priced. waitress was young and wasn't very engaging but got the job done. I had left some dresses in the wardrobe so I was very lucky that they were spotted by cleaning staff, we got a phone call and we were able to go back before we left Coffs.

Bed was clean, room was tidy, shower was hot. It was a comfortable overnight stay while passing through and the room was the right price.
