Amazing price for all you get. Stayed with two kids and they were delighted with the pool&jacuzzi. Breakfast and free snacks were over the top as well. 10/10

We had a great stay at Dury! The hotel is located in a great location right off of interstate 25. There are a couple of restaurants, gas station, and a Starbucks within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel offers a complementary hot breakfast complete with eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, waffles, biscuits, toast, cereal, oatmeal, and yogurt, juice, coffee, and milk. They also offer a complementary hot bar at dinner time with different foods each night. The first night we were there they had chicken strips, veggies, baked potato, salad, hot dogs, and nachos. The second night was bbq pork sliders with mac n cheese, coleslaw or salad, hot dogs, nachos. They have soft drinks and a small bar for adult beverages. In the afternoon they have fresh popcorn available in the lobby. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have an indoor/outdoor pool with a nice size hot tub. There are swim towels available at the pool so no need to bring your own. The rooms have a mini fridge and microwave available. We will definitely return to this Drury location in the future when in Colorado Springs!

Wonderful stay! Very kind and attentive staff. Room was cleaned daily, which doesn't seem to be the norm these days. Room was spacious and comfortable. Very quiet. Perfect for our needs. Pool and hot tub were great! Breakfast options were typical, but well stocked. Nightly kickback food and drinks were different each night which was nice. Popcorn in the lobby was a fun evening treat. We would return to this hotel.

We were greeted by a friendly smile at the front desk, warm popcorn and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was all very welcoming and kind! Nice happy hour and great little buffet breakfast in the morning:)

We stayed here from 6/24/25 to 6/26/25. This was our second time staying here, and we love it! The location of the hotel was excellent. You can just walk around the area to find Scheels, convenience store and other restaurants. It is close to the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and downtown Manitou. I can't speak for other places since these were the only places we visited for 2 days. The happy hour starts and 5:30pm. Besides alcoholic drinks, they also serve a "snack". I use the term snack because that's what they advertise but it really was a full menu. This option saves you money on dinner every night you are there. The hot breakfast was also great! They served eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, bread, muffins, fruits, among other things. I love coffee and I like my coffee hot and they do not disappoint! There's also free popcorn in the lobby every afternoon. The pool was great although I found the water not as warm as we had hoped. There was also a hot tub. The only comment I have is that when we got to our room, there were no amenities on the sink and no laundry bag in the closet. We went to the front desk and were told the only thing they provide was a hand soap bar. For the price that we paid, I thought there would be other items provided, like other hotels we have stayed at. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

The breakfast bar was the best continental style breakfast I've ever had. They had a pancake machine, scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage, biscuits w/ gravy, a parfait station, oatmeal, fruit, cereal, juice bar, coffee/tea station, etc. They even had someone serving the hot food, so it felt cleaner than the usual hotel breakfast where everyone is using the same serving utensils to get their food. Truly a fantastic way to start the day. The pool was heated, so it was comfortable to swim in, even if it wasn't really 'warm.' The rooms were cozy and very clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The blackout curtains worked pretty well. The decor was nice, and everything felt.... welcoming. It was a place that my wife and kids really enjoyed staying at. 10/10 would recommend.

The room was spacious & beautiful, honestly; the bathroom was amazing. The art on the walls was really pretty & matched the locations’ look and feel well. The tv was huge & had great resolution. Lighting in the room was great & the bed was amazing! The indoor pool was great to take my daughter to and the temp was perfect. Lastly, the breakfast in the morning was perfect and staff were friendly and helpful.

Everything! Light and bright hotel inside and out. Exceptionally great staff, beginning with Adam who checked us in. Our room was spacious and bed very comfy. Carpet in hallway smelled new and fresh. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh juice a nice touch. We had dinner there one night and the pizza was delicious.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Executive Residency Fillmore Inn and had a great experience overall. Although there was a minor hiccup with my booking initially, the staff handled it professionally and efficiently. Highlights of my stay: 1. Exceptional Service: • The staff was incredibly cooperative and courteous, always going above and beyond to accommodate any requests. 2. Breakfast Options: • The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options even for vegetarian guests, which is often hard to find. 3. Overall Experience: • The property was well-maintained, and the overall service was exceptional, making my stay very comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. The combination of great service, a good breakfast spread, and attentive staff makes it a fantastic choice for travelers. I would definitely stay here again!

No elevator to second floor but otherwise, cute, clean stylish place. King bed room with jacuzzi tub was spacious and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.

This was 1 of the best motels we've stayed at. It was our 10yr anniversary and we got the king suite with Jacuzzi! Room and property was SUPER clean, very quiet location! It was walking distance to downtown. Thank you for having us and we WILL be back!

This place is affordable and relaxing! We had the best service, room was big and nice. Near food, shops, trails and the cog! If its a couple i highly recommend the King Suite with jacuzzi jetted tub... or there to do any hiking....worth the little extra $

Location is prime. Especially if you are wanting to minimize your parking hassles. The free shuttle is right across the street as well as the park where there are events. Everything was within walking distance: multiple dining options, bars with live entertainment, shopping, huge arcade and the fountain springs. The motel usually closes their outdoor pool and jacuzzi but because of the warm temperatures it was still open! Bonus!!! After climbing the incline! Room was clean, bed was comfortable. My only complaint was the shampoo dispenser wasn’t working g properly and the remote would not turn the tv on but worked for everything else. WiFi worked very well for a ZOOM meeting.

We chose to stay in one of the cabins for 3 nights while visiting the MS area.. Ended up being a great decision Located directly across the street from the free shuttle spot means it’s possible to NEVER have to drive into town and fight the traffic. Also good proximity to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Railroad, and the Incline . The cabin was clean and quiet. Carport is tight when you have the neighbors parking beside you, buts it doable. Plenty of space in the closet to store extra hiking gear. The jacuzzi was small but nice and we used it daily. Staff is extremely friendly and quick to accommodate any needs. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend

We always stay here whenever we are in Colorado Springs. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to the freeway and close to downtown. Breakfast, pool and jacuzzi tub is definitely a plus. Staffs are always warm and courteous. Room is comfortable and clean.

My son and I were on a road trip, so the car parking was appreciated. We also liked the room size, comfortable beds, coffee making, fridge and microwave. We liked the view, watching traffic and trains kept my son occupied for hours! We also liked the pool and jacuzzi.

Big family room on 4th floor. Quiet and lots of room for four adults. Liked pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good.

This understated hotel was an excellent choice when needed while waiting for vacancy at my work retreat hotel. The shuttle service from airport was a short wait, worth it for the tips on the area from the driver. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The pool and jacuzzi were nice amenities as well. The room was spacious and the bathroom counter was a treat for the female traveler. The bed allowed me the best sleep I have had while on travel in a long time, truly! I recommend this hotel. The basics are delivered spectacularly.

This Hyatt is not as big and spacious as the ones we've previously stayed at. It has a simple, small lobby and only 5 floors. However, it is centrally located downtown close to shops and eateries. The free breakfast is ok for a couple days, coffee is good. But check out The Exchange... very tasty! Paninos is fantastic for lunch or dinner. So much food we made 2 meals out of it. Also the Garden of the Gods Market on Nevada St. Our 4th floor room was adequate and the bed very comfortable. Staff members Danielle, Sasha, Dustin and Jason were all helpful and pleasant. We rented a car and parked in the parking garage across the street with no problems. The highest day price we paid was $11 and lowest $5. No charge on Sunday. We went to Colorado Springs to explore the outdoors. Pikes Peak is close enough we drove up to the top...14,000 ft. Garden of the Gods is even closer. Both MUST SEES! Don't miss the Broadmoor Hotel for a visit to luxury inside and out. If feels like the Titanic on land. Denver is an hour away with plenty to see as well. If you're looking for a comfortable hotel without the bells and whistles at a reasonable price, I would recommend Hyatt Place.

The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in a long time!!! The washer dryer being located on 7th floor worked but I had to go downstairs 3 times to get change, then machine took too many quarters to start. The staff were all - yes I mean all- very friendly and super helpful. I eat fairly clean food and prefer healthier options for breakfast, but their coffee was excellent. Overall I highly recommend this location ….I walked to dinner with lots of options and got some shopping done a couple of streets over. If you are in the area stay here….you won’t be disappointed.

Very modern and nice hotel in downtown, parked on street in front of hotel. Valet is $29 per nite. Spacious room, clean. Good continental breakfast. Close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak railway. Highly recommend! Lot of restaurants and bars, breweries

Great place and hosts. We had a Jacuzzi room with a view of Pikes Peak. Very clean, quiet. Located right off the main avenue means no need for a car. You can get by with bike rentals or Uber/Lyft.

The Old Town Guesthouse B&B is in a great location in the cute town and near outdoor attractions. Pikes's Peak and Garden of the Gods are a short drive away, and the owners are very knowledgable about local events and trips. We loved our personal hotub and the homemade breakfast was delicious!

The innkeepers, Monica and Tom, made this an exceptional stay! The breakfasts were delicious every morning and the hosts were available to offer tips on where to eat and shop and things to do in the area. The Guesthouse was very well appointed and the Oriental Poppy room, where we stayed, was exquisite. Especially enjoyed the private jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the mountains! Lots of attention to detail and lots of attention to the guests. Very warm and personable hosts. Great shops and dining options in walking distance. So glad we chose this area and this Guesthouse to stay on our visit to Colorado Springs! (I did a lot of research before choosing Old Town Guesthouse)

I absolutely loved my three-day stay at the Old Town Guesthouse where I stayed for my nephew's wedding. This place is positively beautiful! The Innkeepers were welcoming hospitable and gracious in every way. The decor in each room and throughout the Inn is fluid with different colors, themes, decor and detailed to every thing you could need for comfort. My Jasmine Moroccan Room was sooo pretty and cozy...I did not want to part. Breakfast hosted by Tom and Cicily was just deliciously amazing.....fresh juice, full coffee bar and fresh water carafe and a different scrumptious breakfast each morning...All hosted in a very pretty room. Service to my room was exemplary....compliments by Tom who served up the most delicious blueberry cobler and bacon I had ever savored! A very thoughtful breakfast package was left at my door for my sunrise departure on my last morning. The rooms have a wonderful view of Pikes Peak and all the Colorado Mountains...which offer a spectacular scene from your room....which is quiet...cozy and beautiful. When I return some day for a visit....I know exactly where I shall be staying....the Old Guesthouse B&B Inn.

I recently rented out the entire Old Town Guesthouse for a women’s wellness retreat, and it could not have been a better experience. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Old Colorado City and just minutes from Manitou Springs, two of the most charming and historic areas in Colorado. We loved being able to walk right out the door to enjoy unique shops, restaurants, and local flavor. The inn itself is cozy, beautiful, and full of character. My retreat guests absolutely loved the warm and inviting atmosphere. The lower-level meeting space was perfect for our yoga sessions and gatherings, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. It had a door separating the sitting area and the bedroom which was nice. It was a very large room and well worth the money. We ordered dinner from the bar it was convenient. We ate breakfast there in the morning, the omelets were very tasty and choices were good. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The only problem we had was no fault of the hotel was the truck that decided it had to rev its engine outside our window at 5:30 am waking us up. I was unable to fall back asleep. Maybe ask for a room not in the 1st floor.

It was beautiful, cozy, comfortable and relaxing. They're family friendly, with a great indoor pool. They're breakfast has mang options and it's fresh cooked, serve yourself buffet style. Place was clean. There are also little fire pits, a nice bar, and grill area and plenty of parking.

The hotel was renovated last year and felt new. The room layout was smart and worked well for our party of three. The breakfast was delicious (try the fresh yogurt with mixed berry compote!) The staff was friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable. The pool was welcome after a day of hiking. I don’t like breakfast area TVs (I had two in my room) but they muted the sound. This hotel could put on a clinic for other operators.

We travel a LOT and just don't see real customer service at US hotels anymore. Clean, helpful, friendly, attentive. Things you just don't find at all places. Nice gym, clean pool. Breakfast was great with a very good selection. Did I mention how helpful and friendly the staff was?

Arriving to a clean lobby with a warm fire was a great first impression. Room was clean and spacious . . Room adequately equipped for short stay. Everything provided. Fitness room well equipped. Most things around seemed newly renovated,clean and operated well. Wifi strong and consistent. Breakfast adequate. Special mention for Spencer at front desk who extended kindness to us . Airport shuttle also a bonus.

This resort is absolutely gorgeous! The inside is stunning. It feels extravagant and comfortable and like a mountain lodge all wrapped into one. When you walk into the lobby there is a giant fireplace and a tall ceiling with a ton of windows that allow a perfect view of the Cheyenne Mountain. There is a deck that faces the mountain right outside of the lobby that has a bunch of seating and fire pits. You can order food and dine out there or just relax and enjoy the view and company. We at at the restaurant and it was incredible! We had dinner and lunch there and were very impressed with the quality of food and service. We also ate breakfast at the buffet and it didn’t disappoint. The view was breathtaking and the buffet was very good. The food was fresh and they used quality ingredients. You can definitely tell. My husband and I travel together a lot and we are foodies. I have been to many hotel breakfasts and this one is the best resort buffet that I have been to. This was hands down a place that you don’t want to leave. The room was very nice. We had a balcony that faced the mountain. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really nice. I can’t wait to go back and stay at this resort. I just can’t say enough about it. We wanted to stay another night and would have if we didn’t have other obligations the next day.

This property was exceptional! Beautiful location with the Cheyanne Mountains in the background. The resort was well maintained and clean. Nice size outdoor pool near the lobby. There is also an aquatic center with an indoor and outdoor Olympic size pools. Added bonus is a lake on the property, which the resort provides kayaks, pedal boats, and paddle boards and life jackets as part of your stay. The lobby has a buffet restaurant for breakfast, a full bar and another restaurant. There are also places to sit outside to overlook the mountains. At night, they do provide a fire and s’mores making kits. The rooms were clean and sufficient size for my family of 4. You can valet or self park. The resort is very kid friendly and staff was excellent. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again. Well done!

Loved the proximity to the Zoo and other activities near Cheyenne Mountain. Friendly staff. Bathroom lighting is pretty dim and our bathroom fan was hanging out of the ceiling, but beds are comfortable and room was quiet. Only one hot tub on property and it can get tight. Indoor pool was warmer and we enjoyed it. Dinner at Elevation was excellent. Brunch was ok. Omelette was great, fruit was fresh. Passed on dry biscuits, pastries, and burnt potatoes. Service was lacking there; was never checked on and could have used a coffee and water refill. Had to ask for check. Would opt for another restaurant for breakfast. All in all, a good weekend.

My husband and I came to Colorado Springs as a mini honeymoon to celebrate us getting hitched recently! Unbeknownst to us, the resort upgraded our room FREE OF CHARGE to the Presidential Suite which was such an amazing surprise. We had damn near 360 view of the resort and mountains, views from every single room and it snowed one day we were there so the fireplace in the room was literally perfect! Staff was extremely polite and helpful, the rooms were clean, towels did not have a smell to them (which for some reason is now something we have to check bc other hotel towels just don't smell clean at all) We did not have any complaints during our stay here! We will for sure be coming back! :)

The resort is very expansive with lots of different lodges and plenty of parking. Our room was perfect for the two of us with amazing views. Housekeeping came everyday. It felt great coming back to a clean & organized room. The breakfast is buffet style and it was great as well. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend this resort for anyone. It's definitely worth the money. We went to the spa for a facial/massage and it was amazing & well worth the money.

I will start by saying this place is wonderful ! We stayed here for 4 nights visiting family , we had a 2 queen bed suite and the room was spacious the beds were comfortable and clean and we had plenty of room for visitors The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at a hotel the omlet bar is amazing , room Service is affordable for dinner and two free drinks at the bar daily was a perk ! Our room had a balcony with a Mountain View and my pup really enjoyed that If I had to Say anything negative it would be the carpets are a little Dated but that didn’t affect my stay at all

An Antarctic organization I am a member of had our reunion at the hotel. One surprise I had was that it was a few miles from the airport thus the Uber ride was a bit pricy. The ES is situated with several other large hotels so there must be a reason for its location. The check in was very easy and the staff were helpful and friendly. I received the room I had requested a second-floor king bed. The room was well set up with refrigerator, microwave, safe and a good bathroom with shower and tub. It was a suite with separate bedroom and room to entertain in the living room. The room was a bit dated, but everything was fine, and I found it very comfortable. The hotel is structured with a large indoor courtyard which I really like versus the standard long hallways. It could get a little noisy in the courtyard area, but you didn't hear much inside the room. The hotel is dated but is to undergo an entire renovation in the next year or so. I didn't use the restaurant or bar, but they looked good. Our reunion was a great success and a big reason for that was the friendly and professional hotel staff One thing you might not get out of the hotel information is the fact that it sits very close to a fantastic hiking trail. It's wide with plenty of signage and I enjoyed my walks there immensely. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly return.

I stayed for 7 days and 6 nights, I found the hotel to be beautifully designed, clean and welcoming personalities of the staffs. Lacey at the front desk always checked if we were ok and if we needed anything, Raul and Nena in the kitchen, attentive to the needs of the guesses and hardworking, I liked them the most of all, they always greet and always have happy approachable personalities , Of course delicious and healthy breakfast and many options to choose from and someone ready to cook hot fresh healthy omelette . Someone always tidy up my room and always have new supplies that we need, the whole week I stayed at the hotel was quiet and relaxing. My overall observation and suggestions for the facility they just need to touch up any visible or replace some of the outdated or overused items to make the hotel more appealing. Thank you

Although the hotel has a dated feel, it is well-maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully partitioned, though the bathrooms are noticeably smaller. Having a sink and microwave was a convenient addition. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, enhancing the overall experience. Breakfast offered a decent selection, and the complimentary drinks at happy hour were a great touch. The pool was pleasantly warm, and the large seating area provided plenty of space to relax. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly, which made our stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful room and delicious breakfast. We opted for the rate including breakfast, which gave us the full hot, cooked-to-order eggs, breakfast buffet. Bacon, 2 kinds of sausage, fresh fruit and the usual cereals/yogurts/waffles. As others have mentioned, this corner seems to attract loud traffic on weekend nights. We choose room 800 on far corner, but could still hear traffic. We parked in a city garage across street for $ 9 (city website said $5). This hotel is a good choice to walk to restaurants and concerts at Pikes Peak Center. Beautiful views from the rooms on Bijou St side.

My husband and I really enjoyed our 5-day stay here! Especially enjoyed the hotel bar/restaurant (we ate there 3 nights). Food, drinks, and especially the bartender/server were wonderful! Breakfast was everything you could possibly want. Nice workout room, pool, and hot tub. Beautiful view of the mountains from our room. Convenient location for all of the tourist attractions we visited. Everything was clean, and staff were all helpful and friendly.

I recently held a government meeting for the National Advisory Committee on Rural Health and Human Services. The sales staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Toby, Heather, and the rest of the staff made this meeting a success. They made changes to the Banquet Orders and Room Reservations. They gave great suggestions for the transportation options I needed for part of my meeting. The meeting space was clean, and accommodating for Disability Access. The breakfast is well maintained, and it has a variety of options for various palates. The sleep rooms are clean, huge, and well-connected for all your electronic needs. The hotel is within walking distance of a variety of restaurants, spas, and business needs. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

We enjoyed our nite in Colorado Springs. Our hotel was very nice and staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located after traveling from Utah and exploring Pikes Peak. We arrived to our comfortable clean room and we were able to go back out to walk to get some dinner. Plenty of options to eat and have a drink. We chose Phantom Brewery. It was only a block away and staff is friendly and food was good.

This hotel is in a great location, and I had a very nice stay. It’s very convenient to downtown area restaurants. The room was clean. I’ve stayed here a few years ago, and they have maintained the hotel well along with their great customer service. The views of the surrounding area from the room’s windows are breathtaking. No safe was found, but it does have a mini fridge and microwave (see photos).

Friendly staff. Clean and well kept. Complete amenities. Ample and varied free breakfast. Cleaning staff very efficient. Did not use pool and jacuzzi but looked clean and spacious. Very quiet and easy to locate. Parking very convenient.

The front desk staff were extremely nice and accommodating. The room was clean, smelled fresh and the A/C worked nicely. I appreciated the many USB ports in the room (I found 3) to charge all of my gadgets. The breakfast buffet was closed but they handed out to-go boxes with a bagel (there is a toaster to use), cream cheese, yogurt and either a Nutrigrain bar or hard boiled eggs. There were large bowls of fruit on the tables (apples in plastic wrap). Since I'm not a huge breakfast eater, the lack of a warm breakfast wasn't a huge deal, but I appreciated the effort they attempted to feed guests. The coffee was a little blah, and seeing how there aren't any Starbucks or restaurants in the airport area, this was a little rough for me. But, other than that, great stay at a great hotel. I will definitely use this hotel again if I'm in the Springs area.

Quiet, clean, updated and comfortable rooms. Lobby, elevator, hallways and room were well-kept and fresh (no odors). Loved the breakfast buffet with many health-conscious options. Excellent staff service. Great location- minutes from COS. Check-in/check-out very efficient.

Loved this Hampton Inn. The staff are so welcoming and the rooms are comfortable. The hot coffee and tea in the lobby great for all day needs. Complimentary breakfast has healthy varieties AND make your own waffles too. Convenient to airport and Base!

Carl the Houseman was amazing, helpful, Friendly and really funny. What a great asset to your property. Jill The Front desk agent who checked me in was just average, not very friendly, didn't smile nor anticipate my needs. I had to ask everything instead of her telling me about the property. I was not impressed. Kenedy who worked the night shift was amazing, friendly, smiling and helpful! I would stay here again. Perhaps Jill needs more training on how to help guests. Housekeeping did an awesome job as well as the room was clean and stocked. Thank you to those that helped me!

This was an amazing place to stay. We stayed 4 nights here. If I could give it extra stars I would. Hotel is conveniently located. Staff were so friendly and helpful. (Thank you Stacy). Wonderful hotel. Bed was super comfy. Room was very clean and neighborhood was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast and coffee were good.

My family and I enjoyed staying here. Fyi-- The restaurant /bar is 4 bar stools used for breakfast also. Not really a restaurant/bar.

The rooms were impeccably clean. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was decent. This is a place I would definitely stay at again. It’s a convenient location. Parking was plentiful. Wifi worked well. Our room was quite spacious with a very comfortable bed.

I was there to visit our son. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful as we were new to the area. The rooms were clean and the bed was so comfy. Location is ideal as it is in a newer area so there were so many eating establishments close by for us to walk to. And lets not forget the beautiful view of the mountains!!!!

We stopped here on the way to ski. We are a family of four and all slept comfortably with two queen beds and a pull out twin futon. The beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet. The people working the front desk were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and shopping near the hotel and we highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed from out of state for my niece's wedding and the ladies at the front desk were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful and really treated us like family. We were worried about COVID, but the hotel followed safety protocols that made us feel better. The room was really clean too. I used the guest laundry service and had no issues with it. We were able to park an RV in the front of the hotel and had not problems with it. The breakfast was hot, delicious, and filling as well. Denise was the most amazing person and we wouldn't have had such a wonderful stay if it wasn't. Thank you for everything Denise!!

It was a quiet, cleanly property. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We didn’t have any cable because it was ripped from the tv and had no connection. The staff were very helpful and even offered us a room change. We were happy with staying in the room. Since it was just for resting. The outdoor pool was covered and closed for the season. There was a great spread and variety for breakfast. Delicious and filling.

Another great stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites AFA Northgate. Pleasant staff, extremely clean accommodations, well appointed morning breakfast, and a very convenient location. The north part of Colorado Springs has had a very well planned build-out over the last 10 years. This hotel is a part of that new build-out with easy access to the interstate, the Air Force Academy, and numerous new restaurants many of which are within walking distance of the hotel. This is our new "go-to" hotel for our many trips to Colorado Springs. Bottomline: Super convenient for most of what you need to do in Colorado Springs and a very pleasant staff.

Overall a good place for the price. Some cleanliness issues here and there like stains on a chair or dust, but the key things (bed, shower, toilet) were very clean. The location is great. The area is very nice, well maintained, and felt safe. Right next to main highway, and 15-20 minutes from some of the best stuff to do. Staff were excellent, kind, and helpful.

Everything was good or great. Breakfast was very good!! Night staff great, and hottub was awesome and warm. Good price. Only complaint is outside doors didn’t work with key card, had to use front door always

Staff was friendly and our room was conveniently located near the front desk. The pool and Jacuzzi was fun after hours of travel. There is tons of shopping near by as well as the Cheyenne mountain zoo, a must see. there is lots of parking, a carwash and 7-11 conveniently located in front of the hotel.

This hotel is located in a funky, hard to find cranny behind a car wash and off an odd frontage road in an industrial business district next to I-25 and busy Lake Ave. The exterior looks old and, honestly, I really wanted to cancel my reservation when I arrived! (non refundable so I stayed.) However, hang in there! My king suite room was lovely - very clean and looks like new carpet and furniture. Coffee and Tea machine in lobby available all the time. There is a pool and little jacuzzi, but they are small. They were full of kids when I was there, so not really good for exercise swimming, but if you want to bob around a bit it might be refreshing. The room was very quiet, I didn't hear any road noise. Nearby to the west is Starsmore Nature Center for hiking, and a great German restaurant - Edelweiss German Restaurant. Close to 115 to get to Fort Carson or points south. (Assuming one can find the entrance to 115! It's a maze of twists and turns getting out of the hotel.) The suite room had a nice sized mini refrig, desk, couch and sitting chair in addition to the bed. If you have any mobility issues, book a first floor room. There is no elevator.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. The room was quiet...bed was comfortable...shower pressure was great and ample hot water. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was very good and the host was very friendly and on top of everything.

This hotel is centrally located to attractions, site seeing, good restaurants, Excellent staff, helpful and kind. Clean room, Comfortable Bed and Bedding airconditioned. Comfortable. Hot water plentiful. No Elevator, we stayed on the 2nd and the 1st floor of this Hotel. The 1st 2 nights were on the 2nd floor that was difficult for my husband, Staff let us know when were checking out that they did have a 1st floor room available for our extended stay! Front desk excellent service! Breakfast many choices each day.

I enjoyed this hotel. As a Titanium, I got upgraded to the Concierge Level on the 9th floor and while I could have requested a mountain view room, I stayed with my "city view" room as it was fine. There is so much to do in the surrounding area, that I spent very little time in the hotel, but the pool looked amazing. Breakfast at the lounge was meh, so I had the restaurant at the lounge which is the same food but has a few other things like bagels and a pot of coffee per table (which I thought was brilliant). Front desk was super nice. Great quiet location, lots of parking (complimentary on my rate) but nobody checks, so I don't know why you would pay for it if they charged you. I would definitely return and request a mountain view room.

Solid Marriott. We had a junior suite on the seventh floor with great views. The airco wasn’t spectacular but opening the window did the trick. Comfy bed, fast WiFi, good shower. The location on top of a hill was great for the views, but there are no amenities nearby. You have to drive for dinner, breakfast, etc, if you don’t want to stay at the hotel. It was also a bit unfair to charge for parking at a hotel completely inaccessible without a car and with beyond ample parking.

Stay started out great with Carina checking me in. She was super friendly and helpful. Gave me a couple of recommendations. After a long day of flying, it was a welcomed experience. Facility is fantastic, nice patio which I used for some astrophotography, enclosing image of June’s full moon. Bar was great. Tracy was amazing. While having a drink while capturing images, Chris(security guard) was friendly and we chatted astronomy a bit. I did run out of shower gel; ran into Emily in the hallway, mentioned it, and she took care of it right away. Just a great place and even better staff. I plan on returning in a couple of months, will absolutely stay here again. Oh, and it’s only a $15 uber away from Garden of the Gods, which is worth the trip out to The Springs in itself.

1st time staying here. Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Was recognized as a Marriott Elite member and upgraded to the Concierge level which was very appreciated. Hotel was clean and had a fantastic restaurant with great food. Was planning on having to go out for dinner, but the food an service were so good that I did not leave the hotel. Pool area was nice and the exercise facility was clean and had plenty of equipment. Will definitely stay here again when I return.

The staff is what makes this property top notch. Everybody was not only so friendly and professional but went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. A sincere thank you to Jessica at the front desk who is so knowledgeable and friendly- she truly made our stay memorable. Cameron at 'The Ascent' is also friendly and accommodating and he made dining such an easy and pleasant experience.

This was our second stay, two years in a row, with each stay being seven days in length. The property is clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is a true hotel, but an extended stay property. Things are done little differently. There is no daily housekeeping and fresh towels or sheets are available for $2 additional charge, per day. There is a kitchenette, but no dishes, pans or silverware. They are available to rent for an additional fee. There is also no coffee maker. They do offer coffee in the lobby. Dogs are welcome and there were a lot on property this stay. I'm not sure if they have rooms reserved for those stayimg with pets or if the rooms are randomly assigned. My son and myself botj suffer from asthma and we did encounter breathing issues this stay. When walkimg barefoot in the room, we did find dog hair on our socks. The room above us had a puppy and it was loud. Running all over the room, all night long, the entire weeks stay. You can hear dogs barking during the night. This may prevent us from staying again. The mountain view is incredible! The beds are comfortable. There were a few times the water in the shower didn't get very hot or didn't stayed hot for the duration of a normal shower. Overall, the stay was good.

Joyce, was my first point of contact! I must say this employee is Amazing!!! 5 Star Excellence... She's professional, kind, helpful and funny!! The friendliness of Joyce made my decision to stay here very easy! I could have stayed anywhere but this Hotel was a great choice! I also, noticed that the other customers staying here were extremely friendly, they held the door and were just incredibly nice! That is rare to have such an amazing staff and customers as well ... I will only stay here in the future! My room was spotless and the Hotel was very quiet and I felt safe here!!

The evening manager, Ashley was friendly, kind and very helpful. The morning manager was just as great, but I didn't get her name. Their actions went beyond checkin/out service. The room was very clean and looked like it would be great for a longer stay. I loved that it had laminate flooring! It made the room feel fresh & clean. The shower and bathroom were clean and had good hot water pressure. There was coffee available 24 hours.

This hotel has been a 10/10 experience. As a solo young female on a month long business trip, I could not have picked a more safe hotel. To top that, the hotel is extremely clean, and very nice/brand new. It felt as if I was the first person ever staying in my room it was so clean. The hotel staff are stellar as well, I felt like apart of the family. It was nice to have all my questions answered about the area and to have someone to chat with. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling or needing a longer stay. It’s quiet, I never hear anyone in the halls, and it’s a great atmosphere. The view of the mountains is a plus as well! PLUS there are over 15 restaurants within walking distance… very convenient for a solo traveler after a long day at work. 10/10 recommend!! Also, it’s SUPER affordable and within an easy driving distance of the two bases.

WoodSprings Suites is a model that is best suited for the longer term traveler and they provide a minimum needed to make the stay comfortable. The Good- place was well maintained, clean, relatively new and everything is functional. Front entrance staff was always available and very helpful with the offerings that WoodSprings provide. The OK – Thin not very absorbent towels. One large bath towel provided per guest. Shampoo and bar soap was enough for a day or two, maybe. Weekly room cleaning so no refresh on towels or toiletries unless requested. No in room coffee or tea. Not a big deal but the coffee in the lobby was burnt and dated. Overall this could be a good choice for a long term traveler especially if you often bring your own toiletries and maybe your own towels. I would stay again if traveling solo, I would not bring a date for a weekend in Colorado Springs to this hotel. It doesn’t impress but is very functional.

All the staff was friendly from the front desk host, to the bartender, and the maintenance group. I was upset though I had specifically called in advanced before arrival to ensure the hot tub was working. I was assured it was, but it was not. It was still warm, but the jets were not in service. That was the only flaw. I wished she had told me the hottub was not working, because I would have stayed at another place had I known that. Otherwise, very nice place.

This is a very large well maintained hotel. It’s safe and secure. I like that you need a key card to get into any entrance. It’s modern and feels cozy. The rooms are fairly spacious, very clean and the beds are so comfortable!!! Theres a decent sized pool and hot tub, and a nice clean work out area inside the hotel. There’s also a restaurant and bar on site and they offer room service from it. (Maybe not from the bar, we didn’t check) The room service prices are not nearly as expensive as I thought it would be. We ended up just getting pizza from a nearby restaurant because we had picky eaters with us. There’s a Target, the Broadmoor World Arena and a ton of other convenience shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The staff is exceptional, every single one I came into contact with was friendly and professional. We asked for extra towels and they were at the room well within 10 minutes. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Colorado Springs for 3 nights in July. Room: king size suite (5th floor) Check-in: 5/5 Our check in was done using the Hilton app and the digital key delivered to my phone. We asked for additional physical keys and the front desk staff were very courteous and helpful. Parking: 5/5 The hotel had ample parking with no issues arising from not having a space available for our vehicle at any time of day Room: 5/5 This suite was hands down one of the fancier rooms I’ve stayed in. We had a living room with attached kitchen, bedroom, massive bathroom with the biggest tub I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Room was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. It might be due to being on the fifth floor but we never heard any traffic outside. The bed: 5/5 The bed was comfortable with some very nice linens. Pillows offered a variety of firmness and likely would suit any type of sleeper. Had zero issues with the bed over the 3 nights. The pool/hot tub: N/A We didn’t have a chance to check this out due to our schedule. Room service: 5/5 We ordered room service late one night. We ordered the duck quesadilla, beef short ribs and the duck. All of the food was very delicious and warm as it arrived at our door. Thank you to Natalie for her very friendly and courteous demeanour as she delivered it. Overall: 5/5 Overall our stay was quite enjoyable. This hotel offers some really stellar rooms and great service. Additionally they are pet friendly !

This is quite a large hotel but they get it all correct. Clean, efficient, comfortable Room very clean and well appointed.. Friendly staff and a good location for enjoying Colorado Springs. Excellent breakfast and good lobby bar. Would certainly stay here again.

This is a huge place with really nice bar, restaurant, fitness center, pool, hot tub etc. The staff are very friendly and want to make you happy. We sat at bar for MNF and had drintks and dinner. We will come back when through area again.

Hotel was always clean and well-kept. Breakfast was delicious every morning. There were even complimentary cookies set out every afternoon for guests. Pool, hot tub and gym were always tidy and clean. The room was updated and very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be that we could not access the internet via the tv to stream.

This is a newer Hampton that is very well maintained and they pay attention to little details like cookies in the lobby, hot tea, coffee, and cocoa bar at the front…so welcoming to grab a warm cup of tea after a hike. The breakfasts were delicious and the man who was managing breakfast was kind, thorough, and quick. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!

The front desk offers exceptional customer service. The hotel’s slogan is “Welcome Home” and they went above and beyond to live that core value. Hotel is easily accessible, very clean and modern and breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!

Stay was amazing!! The receptionist recognized my Hilton status, and gave me free water and gave me information about breakfast etc. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet on the 2nd floor. The pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temperatures! Breakfast in the morning was really good! Carolyn was amazing and she came and talked to us as she remembered us from past stays! Will definitely continue to come back!

Friendly employees throughout the building. Costs saving/ eco friendly is in effect.housekeeping is every other day. Rooms were standard rooms, we stayed in a two queen bed room. Breakfast is free, for the five days there, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, and bakery products (muffins, scones, toast, English muffins or bagels) were always available. They switch up sausage, chicken sausage,biscuits and gravy or bagel with toppings. Coffee and water is always available…usually warm cookies in the afternoon. I am disappointed by the guests, I saw several guests fill up water bottles at the free water put their containers right on the water spigot! Please don’t do that! I did check out the pool and hot tub and exercise area. Just enough for a hotel. Areas were clean and taken care of. Location, location, location…love how convenient it is to some restaurants, yes they are chain restaurants, but you can walk to them! And a movie theatre is next door!Also the Broadmoore arena is right next to it!

I really like this Hampton Inn. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Lobby is modern. Used the fitness center which was also spacious and everything was working well. My little frustration was that the digital key only worked on the rooms, but I had to get a physical key for the back door and fitness center. Breakfast attendant was super friendly. Desk staff was friendly, but there was often not someone visible.

Friendly staff. Welcoming. Great breakfast with good selection - the usual Hampton breakfast but great new sausages. Oatmeal done well. Clean rooms. Updated Can tell it is older but it was clean. comfortable pillows. Nice towels. Draw backs of noisy doors. Heat / cooling system as in many places not optimal but not horrific. Hard to get temperature ideal.

Thank you, Esmeralda, for your overall kindness. Hotel is located within a shopping center so there are restaurant and stores within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. They are concerned with everyone's safety so doors are locked during the evening hours and access is granted using your room key. Breakfast was made for everyone's needs. Turkey sausage, pork sausage, egg-white omelets, scrambled eggs, world-famous cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fresh fruit, juices, etc. Breakfast host kept everything well-stocked and tables clean. Home away from home.

Stayed here two nights while visiting family. Overall, delivered what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Room was clean; I appreciated that they were offering daily housekeeping. Room was spacious and well-designed, with a rolling desk, office chair, and lots of storage. Plenty of plugs. AC worked (if a little loud) and internet was free and functional. Decor was pleasant. Fitness center was small, with two treadmills and a bike. The bike was, oddly, not plugged in, which meant it could not be used. There was also one rack of free weights. Certainly not the most comprehensive fitness center, but did the job for a simple workout. Breakfast was OK. I wish there were healthier options...the buffet had a lot of brown: two kinds of sausage, cinnamon rolls, lots of bread, biscuits and gravy, etc. What was there was tasty enough and the person working breakfast was doing a nice job keeping the buffet stocked and breakfast area clean. Service was pleasant and check-in and check-out. Location of hotel food for eastern and southern CSprings. Lots of stores and (mostly chain) restaurants surround the hotel. Expensive room rate for a Holiday Inn Express, but in-line with what other properties were charging during the busy summer. Overall, just fine. Would not hesitate to return.

Always a great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites - First and Main. Very friendly staff, clean accommodations, quiet environment - even though First and Main Center is a very busy place. The morning hospitality breakfast was very well presented and Laura (hospitality host) works very hard to make it right for every guest. Even with a large crowd for the breakfast, Laura did not miss beat!!! She was multitasking between keeping the coffee hot and the various entrees stocked in the serving bins - no easy job for one person!!! Give this very nice hotel a try - you will not be disappointed. Clean, comfortable, and a great morning breakfast - meets and exceeds Holiday Inn standards in many ways.

Excellent location with almost every shopping and food choice possible in small walking or driving radius. A drawback to the location was that the hotel was on the opposite side of Colorado Springs from the main tourist attractions. Area seemed very safe also. Were upgraded to a nice king suite, which was clean and spacious. Breakfast was the usual HIX fare and it did get a little boring over three nights. Breakfast staff were friendly and did excellent job with cleaning and keeping items in stock; breakfast was usually available before their posted start time.

This is a very good Holiday Inn Express location. The hotel is extremely clean and perfectly located in a shopping and restaurant district of Colorado Springs. You can literally walk to countless restaurants, bars and shops, without any transportation. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, and staff very is very helpful. They serve a good complementary breakfast, the only drawback is the pool is currently closed. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express location.

I recently stayed at the La Quinta Inn Colorado Springs North and had a very positive experience overall. When I arrived, one of their computers was down, which made the check-in process slower than usual. The line was even going out the doors at one point! However, the front desk staff handled the situation incredibly well. They remained calm, professional, and kept everyone informed while actively working to resolve the issue. As soon as the computer was back up, they got everyone checked in quickly and efficiently. Throughout my stay, the staff continued to impress me. They greeted me every time I came through the front doors, asked how things were going, and genuinely made me feel welcome. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was especially well-managed—staff kept it clean, fully stocked, and were friendly and engaging with guests. The only downside was that the pool was out of service during my stay, which was disappointing, especially during summer when many guests look forward to it. I did hear other guests expressing their frustration about it, so I would definitely recommend the hotel prioritize getting that fixed soon. That said, the excellent customer service, cleanliness, and overall warm, welcoming atmosphere more than made up for that one inconvenience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

it was easy access to our room. Loved the tiny bars of Dove Soap. We didn't do the breakfast we had a breakfast meeting, so we had to head out early. I do wish there was something in the room on the restaurants around the area. Like the Indian Restaurant. It looked nice but we didn't know what all they served. Thank you for a great time. Will stay there again if we are in the Springs

From check-in to breakfast to check-out the service was helpful, attentive, and friendly. As for the location, it is a chain-store paradise, but as a result, it’s convenient as can be.

Check in was easy and the ladies at the front desk were friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to several restaurants some w/in a reasonable walking distance. The continental breakfast is sufficient, consists of the usual including waffles, eggs and meat plus various shelf items like cereal, muffins and bagels. The hotel itself was clean and always felt safe. My only complaint is that the walls are thin. We were lucky that most of our stay was neighbor free.

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this property. Every staff member we had contact with was friendly and helpful. Our room and the common areas were clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We visited Garden of the Gods, the Air Force Academy, the Olympic/Paralympic Museum, and more. We anticipate future trips to Colorado Springs and this will be the first place we check for availability.

We stayed in a queen suit room. It was perfect for our family. Spacious, had everything we might need in the kitchenette, the bathroom was nice and clean, the closet had extra blankets, sheets, and pillows for the foldout bed. This room even included a gas fireplace and a small kitchen table. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast is still being passed out by staff (brown bag special) but they had lots of options compared to other places that just have fruit and muffins. The location is great as well. Not far from downtown, Scheels is right around the corner, as is several gas stations, and eating places. I would definitely stay here again on another trip back to Colorado Springs!

Negatives: -Kitchen lighting is pretty horrible -Living lighting is adequate -Indoor pool -No hot tub Great place for families we always get a two-room suite for my family of four. The rooms are large and well-appointed.

This was a nice well-maintained hotel. The price was reasonable and we had lots of space. We were there for 4 nights and used it as a base to explore activities in Manitou Springs area - Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods. It was a convenient choice. Within half a mile there were several restaurants (Colorado Brewing, Chilis, Torchys Tacos). The breakfast was “typical Residence Inn” & all we needed to start the day. They apparently charge for parking (don’t know why) but didn’t while we were there as they were resurfacing the lot). Staff was friendly and helpful.
