I feel like the price point compared to what you get is a great value. Our family stayed here on our way to TN, and enjoyed it so much that we stayed again on our back home. Key points I really like about the hotel: -Dinner provided(includes three free adult beverages) -Breakfast provided -Indoor/outdoor pool you can use year round(it connects by way of a sliding door, which you can swim underneath). -Jacuzzi

Drury knocked it out of the park again. From the friendly staff, kickback food, popcorn,breakfast,comfortable beds, good shower pressure, well lit area for dogs, and a safe parking lot. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and great attitudes. We opted for the queen suite, and we were not disappointed. There is plenty of room to rest, watch TV (two of them), relax on the comfy sofa, or take a hot shower. We enjoy all the little extra luxuries Drury has to offer. Kickback food had something for everyone. The vegetable soup was delicious and filled with vegetables and pasta. (Vegetarian) The nacho chips were crisp, the cheese warm, and the salsa delicious. (V) There was salad mix (V), dressings, mashed potatoes (V), crisp steamed vegetables (V), meatballs, hot dogs, buns, and toppings. Something for everyone. The bartender was very kind and made my drinks without alcohol, but still tasty. Breakfast was also available in the morning. That included eggs(scrambled and hard-boiled), pancakes, waffles, biscuits, gravy, oatmeal plus toppings, cereals (4 kinds), muffins, bread (3 kinds), (V) milk, coffee, and juice (3 kinds). Clean dining room area and helpful staff. The pool was indoor/outdoor, separated by a pull-down door. The water was a little cool, but if you kept moving, you warmed up. I didn't use the hot tub, but it looked very popular.

This Drury hotel in Columbia was fantastic. I am amazed that they are able to provide a morning breakfast buffet, as well as a dinner buffet style in the evening all included in a VERY reasonable rate. Their indoor/outdoor pool was perfect for when it rained a bit during g our stay. We were still able to swim. The hot tub was spacious. My husband enjoyed the weight room. We didn’t mind the pets as they were all well mannered (dogs/pet friendly hotel). It was very clean and the lobby was perfect for me to teach an online class in peace and quiet. We stayed 3 nights and had room cleaning service to straighten up and replenish towels. Bobbie Jean and Cassidy were very helpful at the front desk…very friendly and knowledgeable. Mehrette was part of their cleaning service and kept the restrooms clean and pool towels filled. She was exceptionally kind. I was able to get an extra blanket from the front desk without any problems (it was late in the evening). There is a market right next door for odds and ends as needed. No problems with the community surrounding either. Close to many businesses/food/stores. I highly recommend this hotel for the cleanliness, good rates, food availability, and amenities.

My husband and I have stayed at Drury Plaza Columbia East previously when visiting our son at Mizzou, and we really liked it, but we never took advantage of the amenities because we were always running around. I visited April 4-April 6, 2025 with my sister to visit my son at Mizzou. It was the best experience. Even my sister was blown away at how awesome this hotel was. Our check-in employee, Bobbie, was just very sweet and friendly. She made the process quick and easy, and off we were up to our very clean, updated, comfortable and QUIET room. My sister and I also decided to go to their happy hour before heading out. Chaunice and Gloria were servers during happy hour and they were both so friendly and gave us great advice on their favorite drink/food of choice and just made the all-around experience so welcoming. We went back to happy hour the next night as well and were thrilled that Chaunice and Gloria were again working that night. A big plus is that they change up the food options nightly. All items were pretty delish! We took advantage of 24-hour coffee (delicious and perfectly hot!) and their breakfast offerings. The staff during breakfast were all exceptionally nice and friendly. Besides the amenities, we slept great and really enjoyed our stay. I will be back again several times within the next year and look forward to it. This hotel is really a gem!

The free dinner and breakfast were amazing. We also liked that every adult guest gets three complimentary drinks during dinner time. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff members were exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and nice. We did like that our room had an adjacent door to the pool. We absolutely loved that this hotel was pet friendly!!

My car broke down, was towed to a car dealership and I was stranded in Columbia Mo. This hotel had a room available and I could not have found this little piece of Heaven at a more stressful time. From checking in, Aaron and Gabe saw how stressed I was and could not have been more kind. They told me about free dinner and breakfast. They had water, tea and coffee available 24 hours. A popcorn machine in the Lobby. As I was walking down for breakfast, Aaron approached me and asked if I heard anything about my car. I said I would have to stay another night, and he was kind enough to let me stay in the same room I had the night before. Latisha, Kaylee and Juana were so helpful and kind. God was watching over me during this stressful time leading me to this wonderful Hotel. Beds are comfy, great pillows, microwave and refrigerator in room and the place was very clean. I recommend this place for sure. From now on, nothing for me but a Drury Inn and Suites.

The staff were friendly, helpful and available when needed. The rooms were clean, roomy and comfortable. The rooms were very quiet, our room was next to the elevator but I never heard anything outside the door. They served free hot breakfast and free dinner with 3 drinks! I will definitely be staying there again next time we are in the area.

Just a really pleasant surprise! Under 100 dollars all in. We're on a long road trip from Montana to Virginia. We booked the Wingate literally 20 minutes before we arrived. The room was large and spotlessly clean. It had everything you needed. The decor was nice, beds very comfortable. The pool was clean, well positioned, and let's face it, who actually uses the pools often when traveling ... but we did because it was that nice and easy. Small gym, great too. The staff were great. The breakfast was beyond what we anticipated for the usual little buffet .... but the breakfast included had fresh fruit, sausages, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, all kinds of bread products, snack bars, raisins, yogurt, pancakes etc etc. Seriously well stocked, I could go on. Nice big flat screen TV, fridge, microwave, safe et al. For this kind of money, it really was an unexpected pleasure. Hey it's a small neat hotel in Columbia Missouri.... but very well done guys! You should be proud of your cleaning staff, your front desk staff, and your kitchen staff.

I liked that the bed was very comfortable after a long day of driving it was just the thing we needed. The shower was amazing with the rain shower head as well as the regular head. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was exceptionally clean and stocked well. The hot tub was closed for resurfacing and the pool may be next on the list as there was some surface damage to the pool floor but the water was warm and we had a great time swimming and playing. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options, both hot and cold. Would happily recommend and stay again if given the opportunity!

The best hotel experience I've had in many years. Rebecca at the front desk was incredibly helpful in working with me. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot. The breakfast was terrific. It was a hot bar with a large assortment of items. The room came furnished with a king bed, couch, desk, and kitchenette. There was no smell, which is a big deal for me. There were NO bed bugs. I always check first thing. It was also pretty quiet. The hotel has a pool and hot tub, but I didn't have time to use those. It's a very nice hotel. I will stay again!

If you're not familiar with the Best Western Plus line of Best Western hotels, they're in the same market tier as Hampton Inn & Suites. Rooms are modern and well equipped, and the breakfast bar is a notch above 2-star properties. This location lived up to the BW Plus standards and was a great value. Check-in was friendly and efficient, the room was clean, the bed was bug free and comfortable, the AC worked and was quiet, the WiFi worked, and that awesome hot chocolate/coffee machine was available for use even outside breakfast hours. The only negatives were that the parking lot and sidewalk could have used a quick leaf blowing. Either new mulch had been put down or a hard rain displaced mulch in the planting areas because there was mulch on the sidewalks and parking area. The other negative was the stopper was missing from the vanity sink. I would definitely stop here again if traveling in the area.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spotless. I liked that the sink and mirror were outside the bathroom. It had a closet as well as a dresser. There are plenty of lights in the room. The front desk clerk was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. We left before breakfast started , so we can't say anything about that. But I am sure we would've enjoyed it. Everything was perfect. My husband loved the hot shower. He said that this was the hottest shower he ever had staying in a hotel.

Comfy, clean room. Good location with friendly, helpful staff the whole time. Then there's the 24 hr coffee/cappuccino/hot chocolate machine ... along with yogurt dispenser (including fruit and granola toppings) for build-your-own parfaits. Add a waffle maker and basic (but tasty) hot entrees and sides for a far-above-average motel breakfast experience!

Very friendly staff, was helped quickly. The room was very clean and nice, bed was super comfy. The bathroom was clean. We left too early to have breakfast but they have a coffee machine in the lobby that is available 24/7 and makes lattes and cappuccinos and hot cocoa. Very nice place overall and would stay again!

Excellent hotel with clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. This site also has guest laundry which was great. There is also a fitness room and pool with hot tub. Breakfast was good and there is a restaurant connected to the building with separate entrance. We stayed 14 nights and loved the quiet comfortable room. Thank you Treavor from the front desk who was very helpful with anything we needed. We really appreciated your assistance and friendly attitude.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was hot. The beds were phenomenal, though they were a bit tall. I am honestly so glad we went this route for our hotel for the night of the concert. I truly have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. There's a part of me that wants to go back just to play in the pool which has a constant small waterfall of water into the pool!

I loved the studio feel. The access to a miniature oven and a full size fridge if I was staying there for longer. The bed was very comfortable. It was extremely clean, the bathroom was spotless and shower was awesome. Especially because the shower head was taller than me and I’m 6’3” I loved the easy access to free coffee downstairs in the pantry and other paid items If you had a craving.

The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The location was excellent for the purpose of my visit, which was to meet my brother and cousin for dinner and golf.

The beds were comfortable and clean, The elevator was quick and smooth. The kitchenette was set-up functionally and clean. The staff was generally helpful.

The rooms were decent, about average for the price of the room. Our room had a kitchenette so we used that. We also had our dogs with us and there were no issues. The property is clean and everyone was friendly. Beds were comfortable.

This place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the parking was easy, plentiful, and had a well lit parking lot. The bed was comfortable, sheets and towels were clean and fresh (not worn down and old). The bathroom was clean, shower was clean. It was decently priced for the accommodation. I would suggest having more than just free drip coffee in the morning.

The hotel was very well polished. The staff were very pleasant and informative/helpful. I did love to see the statues of the dog and cat that were sitting on a bench up front. This reminded me that the hotel is pet friendly. The room was very nice and surprisingly spacious. I enjoyed that there was actually a comfortable recliner in the room. The bed was very comfortable and I asked to be put in a room where hopefully it would be quiet and I did not hear anything all night long. I definitely would stay here again.

Clean throughtout building. Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet. Not for families as no activities. Pet friendly :) Many restaurants near by.

The front desk staff was very welcoming, courteous and friendly. The room was very clean. The bed and cozy blanket were the most comfortable I've ever slept in ALL hotel stays. The only thing missing was...beeakfast in bed. I'm so glad to have stayed there. You guys are great.

Room was over 80 degrees when we checked in. It did not cool down to 72 degrees until about 4am, jacuzzi in room was slimey when we filled it like it hadn't been washed, bed was hard and pillows were flat. We've stayed here before and not encountered these issues but it seems things have slacked off. For the price I definitely expect better.

Clean, friendly staff that is everyone. Delicious Breakfast and the room is large and comfortable. Beds are comfortable, linens are soft and clean. 5 star's and the restaurant next door is wonderful too!!

I needed a place to stay with my goldendoodle while he underwent radiation at the University. He is over 50# so some hotels won't accept him. This hotel is perfect. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. My dog was thrilled that everyone even housekeepers greeted him. :) The room was surprisingly large and very clean. The mini fridge is nice to have. The included breakfast buffet is wonderful and the staff keeps it tidy and stocked. We will definitely be back! The hotel is also only 5 min from the University Vet clinic. Thank you for a wonderful, quiet stay.

Stay here for all my clinical trial apt. Staff is friendly and breakfast is delicious. Room is always clean and well maintained.

They say this is the biggest hotel in Columbia and they should surely add the best hotel in Columbia, too. It really is fabulous — starting with the Hilton VIP treatment from Dwight on the Front Desk who worked with us on our arrival time to get us the most perfect room. That was also thanks to Lois and Cynthia, with whom we corresponded in making our reservation weeks earlier. The room was the Parlor Suite, which was massive with a wet-bar, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, even an extra half-toilet. The windows do not open but the view from the 4th/top floor was breathtaking. Housekeeping could not have been friendlier, happy to provide you with whatever extras you needed. There was complimentary coffee in the lobby and the famous HGI breakfast is $15.95 per guest (Diamond members are given a $20 credit toward this). A very enjoyable stay — made memorable by Hilton hospitality experts like Dwight, Lois and Cynthia.

The sweet young lady who checked us in was very welcoming & gave all info we needed for our stay. She was quick & efficient. We had 2 separate room reservations. All of the staff were so kind & helpful. Our rooms were very clean & everything was to the high standard of Hilton Hotels. Which made a comfortable & relaxing stay while we were there. Our rooms included Breakfast for 2- which we want to enjoy but we had to be up very early & leave the hotel early to get to our Archery Shoot in Moberly, MO. We were down at 0630 to pick something quick to take on the go. The friendly staff greeted us & asked how they could serve us. We told them we needed to just grab something quick to take with us. The staff said we will get some TOGO boxes & silverware for you to get whatever you would like to take TOGO & asked us what beverages they could make for us TOGO. The staff was quick and yet again oh so kind. We were so pleased with our stay that we will definitely stay there next year during our Archery Shoot because the staff, service & quality were awesome. It made it worth the stay 30 minutes from our Archery Shoot. This location was only 5 minutes or less to dinning, essential stores & gas stations. So very convenient for us after a long day.

Stayed this past weekend for sporting event. Hotel was very nice. The location was perfect to commute to University of Missouri. Plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel was fine except for one dinner where 1/2 of my hamburger was raw. It was so late, I was extremely tired to ask for it to be put back on the grill. Indoor pool was not ready for guest because it was so green you could only see 2 steps. Hot tub was closed due to repairs. The room was very nice & clean. The beds were very comfortable. I’m definitely going to stay here again. Be sure to check different hotel apps for best rate to stay.

We selected this hotel for our stay when attending a MIZZOU football game specifically because it was on the stadium bus route. It's so nice to be picked up in front of the hotel, dropped off at the main entrance to the stadium, and returned to the hotel - no parking hassles, no fighting traffic! Just relax and enjoy being chauffeured to and from the game. We also chose it because we like the Hilton Garden Inns; clean, modern, and excellent amenities and service. This was no exception: spacious room, very comfy bed with great pillows, and ample room for clothing both hanging and folded. Bonus was the assortment of snacks and drinks found in the room on our arrival that were included in the cost of the room -- especially appreciated when we got back so late after the game and had the munchies! We also took advantage of the foodstuffs available in the hotel "store" that included salads and sandwiches, again great for satisfying postgame hunger when it's too late to go out. There is also a restaurant on site, and we took advantage of it for breakfast ($$); the buffet is the usual standard fare, however, it offers made to order eggs, omelets, and meats rather than the typical instant eggs found in most hotels -- the omelets were great! All in all, this Hilton Garden is a great choice for any stay in Columbia, but if you're coming for a football game, its the best choice for service, comfort, and amenities. We plan to make it our go-to hotel when in town!

Very quiet!very comfortable hotel. Bartender/waitress very friendly. Nice having restaurant/bar in hotel. The check in people were not very friendly or welcoming neither did they inform you of amenities available. Guest laundry nice 1 machine 1 dryer on ground floor. Everything was as it should be nice place to stay bass pro shop nextdoor. Good trailer parking on side lot.

The staff was nice and friendly to my dog. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Parking was spacious and clean.

I was impressed with the property overall. Friendly staff. Quiet clean spacious room and comfortable bed. The restaurant on the premises had good food with good service and reasonable prices. They tie up your card with incidentals hold without advising that they will be though that did not cause us an issue personally.

Classic Holiday Inn…could use some updating to decor but pretty well maintained. Room was comfortable & quiet. Breakfast is extra but it is a nice buffet with table service for clean up.

This hotel has seen better days, but it was inexpensive and pet friendly so we decided to give it a try. Pleasantly surprised! While the hotel itself is getting older and shows signs of wear and tear, the property is clean and the staff is friendly. Our bed was so comfortable and there were plenty of cozy pillows to choose from. We were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful hotel with amazingly friendly staff. The bar area where they serve food and the morning breakfast was clean and well stocked. The bartender from dinner the nighter before carefully bagged the food and explained which containers it was in and why. Very above and beyond establishment

With the Springhill Suites, a good mid range choice, we have always had the expectations of 4 stars for most categories and 3 star or less for breakfast, especially with the issue of Covid. We have not travelled much for two years. Our reception by Oshay and others were friendly and helpful. They were very respectful of their customer's well being and requests everywhere we met in the hotel (5 Star). We ask Oshay if the steam iron in our room can be replaced (badly burnt ironing plate by a previous guest), and a new iron was in our hands within a minute. Our room on the top 4th floor was bright and properly cleaned. Lighting during the day and the night were very good. My wife particularly like the wider bathroom vanity, and the walk-in style wardrobe. The beds were comfortable and we slept well enough. (5 Star) The small flat screen TV shared between the lounge side and bed side of the room was a minor down for us, as we don't watch much TV during trips anyay. We thought breakfast was better than expected, especially with nearly every item individually wrapped, except those in the warmers. (COVID?). There were adequate choices. So we did not mind the lack of fresh berries or cut fruits in our visits to some Springhills pre-Covid. Overall, a nice relaxing stay.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay July 4. The young guy at the desk at 5:10p was very kind and personable. We had a king suite, room 312. It had 4 floors. It was built in 2018, clean, comfy beds, sofabed, long hammock with long wooden tray on it, desk and chair, spacious room, large bathroom, lavendar eucalyptus body wash, shampoo and conditioner, nice window treatments, dark at night to sleep easily, fridge and microwave in cabinet, long bench to set luggage, frosted glass bathroom door. We loved the hot breakfast--scrambled eggs, pork bacon, spinach Swiss cheese quiche, fresh pineapple, oranges, bananas, blueberry muffins, cereal, chocolate milk, Chobani vanilla Greek yogurt, juices--apple, cranberry and orange, make-your-own waffles, hot oatmeal with sliced almonds, coconut, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, raisins, brown sugar, candied walnuts, chocolate chips. Our adventure just off I-70 in Casey, IL with the theme Big Things in a Small Town with 12 world's largest things and other Big Things was so much fun! Landscaping was beautiful! Worth a 1-2 hour stop!

It was great! Hotel staff were masked, hotel felt safe in the pandemic. Room was a nice size, clean and comfy. Breakfast was grab and go and there were not a lot of options. The pool was temporary closed during our visit which was disappointing. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was OK, and we appreciated the convenient location for our road trip stop-over. Staff was friendly and helpful in choosing a room that was close to the door where we could park. The mini fridge worked great, and the breakfast was handy. Although unloading our luggage was a nuisance because of the interior hallway, it WAS nice to be able to walk down an interior hallway to breakfast! One mom and her kids came down in jammies!

Staff was very friendly and helpful there reservation was actually made for a different hotel but they found me a room and got me in anyway and they were very nice and professional the breakfast was great and again the staff was awesome in their rooms were very clean the beds were comfy so comfy everything was awesome I love the place I will always stay there when I come to visit my family in Columbia

The room was good, bed was comfy. Breakfast was ok… usual hotel food. The only complaint was the check in person at the front desk was not friendly. No big deal. No check out person, just leave your key in the basket. Guess that’s the norm these days at hotels. Went outside and through the office window saw a guy sitting in a chair, bare feet up on the desk and looking at his phone. Probably not the image I would want to give to my guests, but oh well. Otherwise no complaints. It was clean and safe.

Room was clean and quite comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Got out of the shower the last morning and the water wouldn't shut off. Called the front desk and thwy were somewhat helpful. Water was still running when I left. No one at the desk when I went to check out.

Front desk staffer was hard for me to understand due to a very heavy accent, but she was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was nothing special, just the usual hotel continental, but fresh and well stocked.

We were there to support our brother after surgery. We could not have been more pleased. The room was spacious and comfortable. The "mini" fridge was a good size and we were able to keep snacks and drinks and even some small frozen foods! The microwave was a bit tricky (latch was crooked?), but I'm sure it was specific to that room. We never mentioned it as we were able to make it work. The indoor pool was convenient as we were missing our water aerobics classes and needed to stretch after our turn at the hospital. The cleanliness of the property was notable. They even cleaned the dust from the front outdoor benches daily. Breakfast was the standard hot fare of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, etc. The dining area was kept clean. Overall, the hotel made a difficult time easy for us and we couldn't have been more pleased.

The location, cleanliness, staff and cost are perfect for us. My husband needs a wheelchair accessible room and the one you gave us was so well laid out. The only thing needed was a vertical bar to the right of the shower, as reaching from the chair to the horizontal bar on the far side of the shower was too far for him to reach. Otherwise, excellent stay. Thank you so much.

I asked for an early checkin. They were very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The room had a full kitchen and a nice area for relaxing and watching tv. The next morning I decided to go to the breakfast buffet. The buffet had everything you could imagine for breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I always look forward to Staying at a Staybridge but COMO is one of my Favorites. We were very Fortunate to be Checked in by John. He made my wife and I feel very much appreciated in Choosing Staybridge. He was most personable and I know he made sure he wanted our stay to be one we would not forget soon. This Staybridge is very well maintained as for as cleanliness and how the properties appearance is very inviting. Our Suite was a perfect place to settle down. Amazing how 2 TV’s can keep your Spouse Happy. We did here before 3 pm and we were in no real Hurry to get checked in and we told John we were going to head out to HyVee’s and he said he would give us a call when our room was ready. Timing was great we were checked in and Rolled out for Dinner for a 4:30 Reservation. This Staybridge is very convenient to many attractions, restaurants, shopping, Downtown, and of course getting to the Home of the MIZZOU TIGERS!!!!! This was not my First Stay here but if you do Staybridge is the Place. We were Blessed to have such a Great Time here in COMO. Thanks to IHG and Making my Wife and I Very Happy Campers.

Traveling across country, stayed at Staybridge and I was amazed! They had dinner! It was so great not to have to get back in the car and go somewhere to eat after all day driving. I was impressed with the breakfast in the morning as well. The room was great and would have everything you needed if you stayed longer than one night. All the staff were friendly and everyone was so happy. Lisa who did social and breakfast was warm and welcoming, Eli who checked me in was fantastic! The housekeepers (I didn't get all their names) were amazing! I have never see a staff so happy! Keep up the great work!

We stayed here over night on our way south. The staff were welcoming and polite and actually seemed happy to be at work. Our room was clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the two of us and our pets. The small kitchen was well appointed. Breakfast was REALLY good. We were pleased to find several good, fresh fruit options and some nice pastries/bagels, as well as sausage, eggs and breakfast potatoes. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home! This is the first time in months of traveling that I didn’t wanna leave. The pool was amazing the temperature was so comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. I love that they have dinner and a hot breakfast! The next time I’m in the state I will make sure I make a trip to stay at Staybridge of Columbia Mo!

Just passed through on our way to Yellowstone for a one night stay. Exactly what we needed, a clean, comfortable bed for a rest. Then on to the next location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Even had a large, clean pool to enjoy. Would definitely stay again!

Nice helpful people. Room was clean. Coffee maker and coffee provided in the room. They were nice to our old dog.

I have enjoyed my entire stay here. My room smelled fresh like cleaner when I arrived. Front desk lady Gwen was fast and efficient with checking us in and anything we needed. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.. We ended up extending our trip because we were comfortable here and they were also very welcoming to my service dog. It was nice and quite as well. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

Great hotel with wonderful staff. I took my dog with me and they were so welcoming and clean. The breakfast was hotel and served with glass plates (upscale)! The only thing is the pool water looked scary like a bunch of stuff bubbles all over the water. I loved the hotel thought VERY CLEAN AND I MEAN CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Their breakfast buffet was amazing. Every room we stayed in was immaculate, and they were able to accommodate an "early check in" as we were staying night by night during our fathers hospital stay. So, they got a clean room for us to move to at check out time and quickly got our second room ready. The location is very convenient. Close to the highways, walmart, and places to eat. Our dog was welcomed with lots of lovins. We will definitely come again.

Very much enjoy staying here when in town for sporting events at MIZZOU -- very clean, comfortable, and convenient. They have a great staff (always helpful) and lovely breakfast options. They are also a stop for the football shuttle on games days; its wonderful not to worry about parking or sitting in traffic. They pick you up at the driveway, drop you in front of the stadium, and pick you up at the same place after the game. Can't imagine going to a game any other way. Highly recommend this Staybridge.

We enjoyed our stay here for one night with my husband and 3 teen children. We loved how spacious the room was. It’s hard to find good accommodations as a family of 5. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom shower was nice. And the breakfast in the morning was very good with a variety of foods offered. The staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

From the minute I pulled up to the front door, I was so happy I chose this hotel! The valet, John, was welcoming and so helpful and the front desk manager, Zhawn, couldn't be more professional and pleasant. The warm Hilton cookie is always a pleasant surprise too! After handing John my car keys and ordering a mushroom swiss burger from the lobby restaurant, I went up to my gorgeous room with an incredible view of the Columbia nightlife on Broadway Street. My burger was delicious and the TV was large and easy to use, the bedding was perfect and the room cool, sparkling clean and comfortable. The next morning, the cleaning staff was so polite and friendly and wished me a great day. A perfect stay. Thank you and I can't wait to go back.

This is my favorite place to stay in Columbia. The front desk folks are always professional and friendly. The fitness center was recently renovated and the restaurant and bar are convenient yet quiet. To top it off, there is a rooftop bar for entertaining guests. Conveniently located in downtown Columbia, it’s an easy walk to many of Columbia’s best restaurants and bars.

What an incredible hotel. I am a frequent traveler, and I was truly impressed! They obviously do a great job hiring the right people. Everyone from the front desk staff, restaurant/bar staff, housekeeping and Michael Allen in Sales was incredibly friendly, attentive and professional. The restaurant and lobby bar were great, and the Rooftop bar was excellent and truly unique, with a great view of the town. Don't stay anywhere else in Columbia, MO. This is BY FAR the best place to stay.

Lots of praise for the Broadway on my recent 4-day stay! Their friendly and helpful staff earns my praise, especially Kathy in housekeeping, who went out of her way to help make our stay comfortable! Thank you, Kathy. The hotel is clean and attractive, and it's location is prime. I loved being able to walk to everything downtown and being amidst the energy of Columbia on game day! The restaurant is really good, and we enjoyed the rooftop bar and it's sunset views very much. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. I will definitely return!

My son attends the universe in Missouri and when we go to Columbia, this is where we stay. On this particular occasion, we went to have Thanksgiving dinner at 11Eleven with my son, because he couldn't come home for break. I love the hotel. I love the location. I love how walkable it is to campus and restaurants. The staff is always friendly, the restaurant is delicious; both dinner and breakfast were fantastic, and the fitness center is small but complete with everything you need.

I have booked at this Hampton Inn once before. As was the case last time, the hotel was extremely clean, very quiet, and very convenient for travelers along I-70 like myself. There is some amount of noise from the interstate, though you can ask for a room on the other side of the hotel to help limit this. The staff were very friendly, professional, and responsive when I called or had questions. The breakfast was very well done. Even though they didn't have one or two items I would have liked, there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff member overseeing the breakfast area (who I recognized from my last visit) was very friendly and did an excellent job at keeping the area well stocked and clean. Overall, this hotel is clearly very well managed. I will continue to book here and would recommend it to anyone else planning to visit Columbia.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was really good and Jane who worked at the breakfast bar was so kind and friendly. Made breakfast a wonderful experience each morning. Rooms were nice and the staff was very quick to supply anything we needed. It was a wonderful stay.

Overall this is a basic Hampton property, but this review is complex. The hotel is located immediately off of I70 in a very commercial area; you are surrounded by restaurants, buffets, fuel stations, etc. The staff were very pleasant (especially during a very late night check-in), and the woman who manages the breakfast was absolutely amazing; she was so helpful and friendly and truly cared about her kitchen. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is standard Hampton fare. This is where the review gets complex (and has nothing to do with the hotel itself). Upon exiting I70 for the short drive to the hotel, you are met by homeless/beggars on every corner. I didn't think anything of it at first. We parked our vehicle, which had a tarp-covered trailer. In the morning, we found some of the tarp fasteners had been undone and the tarp pulled away. Luckily, we had everything in the trailer double secured with bike locks and heavy duty cargo straps, so nothing was taken. This is one of those cautionary notes to always secure your items.

One night stay, arrived late. Plenty of parking, well-lit, and tidy lot. Felt safe unloading the car. Check in and out was smooth and very friendly, though we had to wait for an attendant to show up at check in. Room was good-sized with enough storage for luggage and still move about. Room was clean, but starting to show some wear (one light was not working, another fixture had a cracked cover). Bed was comfortable and in room heater reasonably quiet so we could have it on through a cold weather night. Nice hot shower in the morning. Included breakfast was standard hot items. Waffle maker was a nice addition. Overall a solid experience for this class of hotel at a good price. Would stay again.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were in town for a funeral and had to travel a good ways. They helped make this situation easier and my family is very grateful for their service and understanding. Check-in was fast. We came through the door and the front desk clerk knew us immediately. We were able to check in fast and she gave us a run down of everything. I was charged again for the room even though I prepaid through hotels.com during my booking. I called the front desk later when I realized the error, and they corrected it right away. Very easy process which again during this time was appreciated. The pool is really cool my daughter enjoyed it. Room was clean and comfortable. I forgot shampoo and conditioner but they had a great supply in the room! I am leaving this review before breakfast but I don’t feel it will be a disappointment either. Overall we will definitely stay here again anytime we are in Columbia. There is also a good amount of restaurants around the hotel, so that is a bonus as well. I would like to Thank Everyone with this hotel for their exceptional hospitality and service.

Brought back half the meal and this room had a fridge and micro, so it was a great treat after the concert. Hard to find a fantastic mid-range hotel....and this is it. Highly recommend.

Beautiful facility, greater right away, very thoughtful staff, lobby smelled wonderful, very clean, bed was comfortable, our room opened to the courtyard. Pool was closed and looked a bit rough and it was indoors but I’m sure they had their reasons plus we didn’t choose it for the pool. Great water pressure in the shower, liked that they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash full size bottles in the shower. They offered breakfast and have a bar that opens in evening but we did not partake in those. They have an market available with the necessities and snacks which is really nice.

Front desk staff is awesome - so friendly and welcoming. Room was terrific - very clean and spacious with updated decor. Property is very quiet and not in the middle of the hoopla of CoMo on a football weekend, but close enough to be on Broadway in 4 minutes. Will book here whenever we can.

The one thing that was most disappointing was garbage in the bins in our room. Everything else seemed to be clean and in order. It was a very comfortable room. The bed was fantastic! The public areas were clean and fresh. Service was lovely. The second disappointment was the view. We looked directly down on the freeway, the dumpsters, and the HVAC area.

Location is very nice when was checking is very quick and the room temperature is well maintained bed circuits and the friendly staff very light breakfast and a lot of restaurants is walkable. It was amazing unique lobby design.

This is not a fancy hotel. The most important aspect of any hotel is cleanliness. This hotel smelled clean and the room was clean. In that regard it was much better than hotels where the rooms cost three times more but not as clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Well, I liked many features and as a project manager I would like to mention some aspects that can improve. Most of the front desk people were nice and professional. The person who checked me in could use some training. My card needed my approval and he thought there was a problem so he loudly announce “your card is not working!” which was not true. I just had to approve the payment on my phone and then it went through. It’s just a security feature on some credit cards. Additionally, for a hotel that charge over $120 a night, the breakfast should be free and should be more attractive. The person who serves breakfast is alone and not always around. So you have to wait and that can be a problem for those of us who travel for business. There was not chair desk and no comfy chair in the room. I stayed for 5 nights and I received shampoo only for the first 3 nights! Had to go out and by them myself. Coffee was not refilled everyday, considering the breakfast was not always easily available, one would wish to have coffee in the room. I strongly believe if you replace the chairs in the rooms and provide free breakfast, your hotel will be flawless. Rooms were clean and the property does look clean. The internet worked well on my phone but not on the computer. The gym is fine but I didn’t find any weights. If possible to replace the gym bike with a newer one, that would also be a major improvement. The swimming pool was nice. The guy who checked me out at 4 am was phenomenal! Best!

Didn’t think too much about that until they were still there the next morning. Gross! Breakfast was really nice with a wide variety of hot and cold food. The breakfast and eating area was clean.

A convenient, pet-friendly facility. Staff was very helpful and polite - gave us a very early check-in. Highly recommend for the weary traveler - rooms were clean and comfortable.

We stayed in 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with pullout sofa. Spacious space for family of 5 with 3 teens. However the pullout sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on for son. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in nice staff. Breakfast was typical. Always love Residence Inn.

The staff was friendly and helpful but this property needs some help. It’s very old and dated. The room had dirty shower curtain and window curtain. The window had a crack and there was a gap, so the window was not sealed. This hotel needs a renovation. The equipment in the little gym wasn’t safe, there were missing screws and bolts on the ground. They also need more breakfast items.

Hotel was good for the price. Room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast could be better, but there are many breakfast spots around the area. About a 11min drive to downtown Columbia.

I needed to get in room a little earli er than 3pm, and they got me in by 2pm .Front desk girl was very nice and customer friendly. Checking in was the fastest I've had in last year! I've spent probably 60 nights in hotels this last year so you know. I got the best rate possible of any hotels in area for amenities offered. Room was very cool the minute I walked in and it overlooked the pool. Had refrig, microwave, and room was very clean and nice and presentable. Was a very quiet hotel and no rift raft in hotels I've visited. The next morning I had to run some errands and checked out few minutes after 11am and they were very nice and understanding! Then my ride from Saint louis was running a hour late and they were kind Enough to let me wait in their lobby area till he arrived! They were awesome! That's me in the pic and j have no ties to this hotel and do not know anyone who works at this nice hotel.

I found this Extended Stay online while searching nearby options during a disc golf tournament, recently. I called ahead to check availability and they had space for me. The front desk was neat and an attendant was there as soon as I approached the counter. Everything was smooth at check-in. Brad the manager was actually very helpful and another staff member helped me when I mentioned I would really prefer a room on 2F. Everyone I saw was super kind and my room was Great! Nearby parking spaces and well lit. My room was warm and cozy as I had hoped during this cold Thanksgiving weekend. I had to check out early due to an injury and Mr Brad at the front desk was helpful with my making all the necessary steps to AVOID being charged for the second prepaid night by keeping me posted of the time deadlines. Most times hotels try and keep you on the hook. I really appreciate Extended Stay America properties! I lived at one location for three years, as a matter of fact. I encourage you to try this location out next time you need a comfortable, conveniently located, clean, cozy hotel right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Thank you to this great staff!

Stayed at this hotel when I took my daughter back to school at the University of Missouri the rooms are clean and the bed was very comfortable and the price was great the staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking the only downside is they really don’t serve breakfast they serve a grab and go with a have some health bars and coffee would be nice if they had some tea or even milk or orange juice

For the price I paid, and for what I needed (a small kitchenette) -- I found this place an extraordinary value. The room was sizeable and comfortable, and the desk clerk was polite and helpful (though it's a pain that all kitchen items must be ordered in advance, set up and stocked). Other things, like the WIFI and room supplies were ample. If you're a big breakfast person, this place offers nothing but in-room coffee. The BIG downside of this property, if there is any, is the other guests and actual loiterers outside. During my stay there were the creepiest people in and around the property. I kept to myself and, well, I'm still alive and able to write this review. Your experience may vary.

I have a weekend job where I am 89 miles from home. It is more convenient for me to stay in town and then to drive back-and-forth. I love staying at this hotel because I have everything I need to cook with a complete kitchen. Staff is super friendly and super helpful!

Customer service was fabulous. Beds were comfy. The AC unit was working fabulously in our room. The hotel is a little run down and could use a better cleaning in public areas, but the room was clean. The kitchenette was a plus.

I moved in my daughter from out of state to Mizzou and we had to buy her mini fridge before the rush of move-in. We got in very late so the night attendant was so helpful helping us locate the local 24 hr Walmart and when we got back he allowed us to store the large item as it could not be left in car on its side. The very pleasant worker in the morning got it right out to us. On another note, I love the fresh fragrance entering the lobby. Room was very clean and comfortable and great price with microwave and fridge so I could heat up our dinner leftovers. Nice stay and pretty close to campus.

The room was very large with full kitchen. Furniture was comfortable and nice mattress. Simple toiletries. Great price clean room. Great value. No breakfast but good coffee

I feel safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Nothing fancy or newer but clean. Rooms have kitchen for extended stay as the name states. Decent part of town as far as I could tell. Plenty of restaurants near by.

They did not clean the room. Place was very clean. Needs to be updated

I have seen all the reviews on this location AFTER the fact of booking it online. Let me just say, for what you pay for is what youre going to get. This place was just fine for us. We arent above staying in sketch places if you will. The guy at the front desk was pretty dope. It was a quick process. We had a moving truck too and honestly it wasnt THAT bad. Ive been to worse places but thats besides it. I would have liked a ground floor but unfortunately some parts of the building was under construction so that was a no go but it was okay. We enjoyed it here. It was enough to get sleep and shower then hit the road. If you looking for anything other than that this aint yo place. It worked for us though.

My wife Irene and I were traveling through the area on the way home from a business convention. Some people say that if you don't get an expensive hotel room, you don't get a very good experience. That was not the case here. This one is very economical and very comfortable.
