I recently had the pleasure of staying at Maenan Abbey Hotel and was absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is truly stunning, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Welsh countryside. The hotel itself is rich in period features, giving it a charming and authentic feel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly, helpful, and pleasant host, who made sure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The room was huge, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. It was incredibly quiet, ensuring I had a great night's sleep on the most comfortable bed. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the food. I enjoyed a 5-star meal that was expertly prepared, followed by a freshly cooked-to-order breakfast the next morning. The breakfast was cooked to perfection, with a generous supply of traditional items that left me feeling thoroughly satisfied. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a very powerful shower that was a delight to use. Ample parking was available, making my stay even more convenient. Though I originally came to the area for business, I am already planning to return with my family for a holiday. Maenan Abbey Hotel is a hidden gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Marine Holiday Park offers a fantastic seaside getaway with a range of accommodations and activities for all ages. The park is well-maintained, featuring clean, spacious lodges and caravans, perfect for a comfortable stay. Its location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and local amenities. The on-site facilities, including a heated pool, entertainment, and play areas, ensure there’s always something fun to do. Staff are friendly and accommodating, especially Dee, who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore the area, Marine Holiday Park provides a memorable and enjoyable experience for families and couples alike.

Absolute bargain price for a 7 night stay, in a fabulous clean cosy caravan (ah caravan holidays, the original glamping for fraction of the price of these pretentious "shepherd huts" you get these days). Flowing with central heating inside, plus an electric fire, full working kitchenette and fresh clean linen. The park attracts a certain demographic, but I didn't mind that as we were fortunate not to have anybody in the caravans next to us, so it was very quiet. At the time of our visit (second week of April 2025), Rhyl was undergoing repairs so we couldn't visit the beach there. But we were using our stay as a base point in North Wales to visit Llandudno, Llangollen, Anglesey, Snowdonia and Portmeirion.

I would like to let everybody know who would be looking to book at Marine that myself and my partner and friends who stated would give this a 10/10. The caravan was exceptional. It was well kept along with being beautiful inside and out. Along with being romantic being able to sit out on the balcony. The beds were comfortable along with the Caravan being clean and well kept. Thanks to Kieran the Caravan owner. His service was also exceptional along with making the process nice and simple with keeping in constant communication when needed. A 10/10 for the owner as well as the site it self.

Lovely park. Really well kept with great views and caravan was spotlessly clean. Great value for money and the included spa with jacuzzi, steam room and sauna was an added bonus!

Location is great. 5 minutes drive from town. The view from park view lodge is incredible. Also, enjoying the view while being on the jacuzzi is something else! The place was clean. The staff was really helpful, gave us really good instructions on how to explore the city. Perfect place to spend your weekend. It definitely met my expectations

The views are amazing 2nd time stayed, staff friendly and helpful. Very clean, peaceful, great location to get out. Hot tub checked everyday. Liked personal touch tea and coffee on arrival. Will definitely go back again. Lovely facilities, restaurant, gym and spa treatments All round stunning place.

We absolutely love this place everything about it is just perfect for us. Peaceful and quiet. I can relax and do my painting or crocheting while my husband enjoys the gym. The restaurant serves lovely food and the stsff are friendly and helpful. I can't say anymore than just perfect. We will be back soon. Thankyou especially to Sam who is always there if we need anything.

Very well organised for breakfast which had a huge selection including fresh fruit, yogurts, cereals, pastries as well as full English and variations thereof. Ideal location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, promenade, Great Orme tram, Cable car to summit, Happy Valley gardens and bus stops. Just perfect, thankyou so much for our lovely stay.

If you are considering going to Llandudno you won’t regret staying at Lynton House. Sheradan & Mark are amazing hosts to their B&B. The breakfast is amazing! We are truly spoiled having visited this B&B. You are steps away from The Pier, restaurants just across and down the street. Extremely walkable as long as you don’t have mobility issues. Llandudno has a lot of steep hills so mobility is the community, not the B&B. If mobility issues be aware several flights of stairs to rooms but ask to be on lower floor. Room was clean, comfortable and hosts are so friendly. Patio out front and common areas very enjoyable. So happy we stayed here. Very special place we will be recommending

Beautiful hotel which is spotlessly clean with very comfortable king size bed. We stayed in room 3 with a lovely side view of the sea. Breakfast was very tasty & a good choice was offered. I had the Lynton House grill breakfast & my husband had the vegetarian option which set us up for the day exploring. Sheridan was very welcoming & we wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. It is beautifully decorated & the lounge area is an added bonus which was very calming & relaxing.

The proprietors were welcoming on arrival, suggesting parking places nearby should we be unable to park in their own car park. The bedroom was a good size, beautifully decorated, all very clean and had two comfortable chairs to relax in. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. The location was good for getting to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend staying at Lynton House.

The hotel was spotless, the room was lovely with everything we needed, the bed was really comfortable and we slept really well. The location is perfect it is close to the pier and lots of restaurants and bars. The hosts were really friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was superb really good quality produce and expertly cooked. I will definitely be staying here again and recommend the Lynton House to everyone.

Every single thing, warm welcome, beautiful location, beautiful hut with hottub, lovely welcome basket of goodies, best place I’ve ever stayed and will be back for sure.

We stayed in one of the VIP Pods (Halle's Hut). This pod was absolutely stunning, the interior was very clean and beautifully decorated, modern bathroom, fabulous shower, outside the cabin you have your own private garden with a deluxe hottub, outside bar with fridge, seating furniture, chimney log burner, pizza oven, garden ornaments that give it that special touch to camping.It was the perfect getaway, Owners Darren and Jenny are very friendly and helpful they will go that extra mile to make your visit extra special. This place is incredible.

We stayed in Cindy's hideout pod. We loved the hottub, with brilliant views. Pod was excellent couldn't of asked for better. Fresh bakes on arrival was a nice touch. Great location with plenty to do and see within half an hour drive. Nice pub within walking distance (Queens Head). Will definitely be going back.

It was very quiet, clean and modern. Pods were attractive to look at and weren’t too cramped together. Shower was very powerful and pod was spacious. Staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. When we arrived, the hot tub wasn’t working but we were given a refund and free extras as an apology. Location was great, about 15 minute drive from Conwy castle and 10 minute drive to Tesco and cinema, etc. Lovely views, great location for sunsets.

Everything! The hosts were a lovely genuine couple who made us feel so welcome straight away. The exterior of the Cadnant is pretty & inviting & everything about the property is well maintained. Our twin room was so lovely, beautifully decorated & the colour scheme perfect with lots of matching touches. Breakfast was delicious, quality ingredients, toast was hot, which is a rare find in hotels now. The background music was very pleasant as was the breakfast room decor.

Jacuzzi was fantastic, my back knee and back benefited greatly. Location was perfect because some of the beach is restricted to dogs in summer but dunes plus park + beach was heaven. Had bikes if wanted. Garden good size. WiFi good, TV in bedroom room of a good size, living room tv super which was great. Local bowels and the Hut cafe not far for breakfast with dogs but don't open til 10am. This is a fantastic stay and if sorted mattress would be out of this would for a quite, accessable to amenities, local kebab shop amazing and local spar or short journey to retail. So much to see even off season. 100 of castles Llandudno a short trip. Crabbing exta. Loved 90% because we managed and got the needed down time that we all so desperately needed from our hectic and stressful lives. Thanks to owners.

The propriety was amazing. Spacious, very clean and smelt amazing. Excellent location just minutes walk from the beach and sea front. Hot tub was maintained excellently and hot - non if this feeling cold when you were in. Helped soothe away my aches and pains. Spacious garden that children could play in and lots of room to run around. Outdoor chairs and loungers. Dining facilities outside for better weather meals outdoors. Everything you needed in the kitchen to cook with and serve. Lovely little table and chairs off the living room area that we enjoyed using for breakfast times. TV in every room. Large couches and blankets you can chill with. They even put up a Christmas tree!

The property was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Very much a home away from home. House rules were clearly explained and simple and the check-in process and access to property was seamless. The location is exceptional as it is surrounded by a stunning coastline with many easily accessible beaches within walking distance and the town is very family friendly with a number of playgrounds dotted around, which my young children loved. Locals are so friendly and welcoming. The hot tub at the property was lovely - an excellent bonus and definitely the highlight of our stay.

The place had a lovely feeling to it... the owner was absolutely lovely and even left us a little gift with it being our anniversary ❤️ the toilet and shower was really clean, and the bed was so comfortable had a perfect night's sleep..... the hottub was a dream

The glamping pod was cosy, homely, warm and clean… Julie was fab from start to finish providing information and being on hand for anything that was needed. We really enjoyed our stay, the bed was so comfy and the breakfast was so lovely. The area in which the farm is located is near shops/food places which we loved! But wasn’t too close where you would hear any traffic/pub noise, it was so peaceful at night in the pod and in the hot tub. Would definitely book again :-) thank you for such a lovely stay

Nice beech theme decor makes you feel good and very tasty made to order breakfast compliments your stay. One little thing I found was the shower temp controller knob was missing a lever part which made it really hard to adjust (I’m not a weak person) there was also an empty shower gel pouch in the shower tray probably left by previous guests. Other than that perfect place which I am planning to visit again.

Great central location for shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Lovely comfortable room with all the facilities you need. Warm and cosy for our stay in February. Great breakfast, my husband said it was the best breakfast he's had (it was the full Welsh breakfast). Friendly and helpful hosts

AMAZING PLACE! The couple who own this B&B are some of the friendliest people we have ever met. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a chat about the place and the stuff to do around, with there personal recommendations. The room was so clean and tidy! Also was beautifully decorated, the room came with a book to tell us a bit of history about the place and the local restaurants which proved useful to us. 10/10 breakfast, great quality food! I’m not a fan of a full English so when I request scrambled eggs and bacon on toast is was of course a yes from them! which might I add was very tasty! The location is fantastic, right on the front with bars, cafes and shops a 1 minute walk away! We will 100% be back and will be telling all our friends and family! If you are looking for a beautiful,friendly, clean and cosy place to stay look no further you have found it! One of if not Llandudnos BEST!

Nestled amongst the Victorian houses and hotels of Southern Parade is this wonderful B&B. The owners David and Cheryl go out of their way to make guests feel relaxed and at home. Decked out in a beach seaside theme throughout, it also pays homage to Llandudno’s entertainment history by feature walls in the dining room with delightful programs, posters and memorabilia of the town’s famous pier and Palladium. We were in Room 11 on the third floor. The view is of the town and distant mountains towards Conwy. Delightful decoration, en-suite with a lovely comfy bed; hospitality tray including hot chocolate and biscuits; hairdryer and T.V. Breakfast included, see further note below, is delicious. The house was a miners cottage, do be prepared for a number of stairs as there is no lift. Chairs are provided to rest on landings if needed. I recommend Beachside and would certainly stay here again. It is about 15 minutes leisurely stroll from the railway station with buses from Bangor, Conwy and Rhyl plus others a short walk away. Wonderful delicious breakfast. Cooked fresh to order, fried eggs dippable, baked beans served in its own pot, sausage and bacon done to perfection with scrambled egg plentiful; always light and fluffy. Poached on request. Other items on the menu with half a dozen cereals, various yoghurt, fruit juices and pastries. It is a licensed premises with beers wines and spirits in a fridge in the guest lounge.

A fabulous B&B run by a lovely couple David and Cheryl. From the moment we arrived we received a warm welcome from David who spent time explaining the hotel and the surrounding area including a great walk to West shore. Highlights Beautifully decorated lounge, dining room and bedrooms in a well presented seaside theme Lovely king side bedroom with en-suite ( designed as a beach hut) Upmarket toiletries provided along with tea/ coffee facilities including biscuits - fresh milk also available from the lounge area Replenishments for the room openly available on the first floor with ironing board and iron Honesty bar in the lounge Superb location close to the pier Outside sunny seating area at the front overlooking the pier Breakfast - fantastic choice available ranging from smoked salmon special , full English breakfast , cereal , fresh fruit salad and everything in between . It had delicious bread, croissants , yoghurt, ham, chutney and jam . The fresh coffee was also delicious. The property is right in the center of town and a two minute walk from the car park which was very cheap for a 24 hour stay. The host was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel/B&B in a fantastic spot. Melissa met us on arrival and was a very welcoming and friendly host, but also left us to our own devices. The house is stunning - lavishly decorated in a really creative, maximalist style which I loved. We had the jungle themed room which had fabulous botanical wallpaper with lemurs and hummingbirds. Our room has really nice touches like high quality art prints and whimsical lamps, a padded window seat looking over the garden, a folding table for breakfast and plenty of space for storage and hanging clothes. Lovely bathroom too with good quality products and extra thoughtful touches like ear plugs. There's also a cozy ground floor lounge with tea and coffee and a very welcome loaf of bara brith. The generous breakfast basket was placed outside our room exactly on time, and was a real treat. It was fun to unpack the various treats and to able to make a fresh pot of coffee in the room. A really gorgeous place to stay, right against the walls of the castle.

Eclectic and fun bed and breakfast with comfortable rooms and a welcoming common area. The location is fantastic, just steps from the castle and train station, with a number of bars, restaurants, and shops right on the doorstep. The owners were friendly and helpful, and we loved the breakfast basket that was delivered to our room each morning. If we are ever in Conwy again we will definitely stay here again.

So much time and effort has been put into this quirky well themed property. It’s adorable and we loved our stay here. The facilities are great, everything you could wish for and more in a bed and breakfast. The bed was the comfiest and the pillows perfect. We had the best nights sleep…. We loved that you could hear the church bells and they didn’t disturb us at all during the night, even with the window open…. Though earbuds are kindly provided if you so need them. The breakfast basket was wonderful , fresh and delicious. Well thought out and plentiful with a great variety of products. Made a change to the typical full English breakfast and we loved eating in our room by the window. Melissa was the most welcoming host she made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. We will definitely return. Personally we wish the check out was later ….as we would have loved to have stayed longer….. haha x

Amazing hotel with great central location with fantastic views of the castle in the “dark room”. The decor is a wonderful pop of colour throughout the hotel, so individual and so well thought out and executed. The bed was super comfy, the separate sitting area was a gem of a room. The basket breakfast is exceptional, lots of choice with first class ingredients all fresh and of superb quality. A magical hotel with really friendly hosts, what a find!

Our family room was spacious and beds were comfortable. The double room has an en suite shower. The inter connected twin room had a bath with shower over. All the little handy things you could think of were there. Extra blankets, air conditioning unit, even hot water bottles, big cuddly toy (in the family room), toys for the bath for kids, even kids bubble bath. Very sweet and thoughtful. Lovely, friendly welcome on arrival, we were shown to our rooms and given all useful information such as how to work the shower, exceptionally clean bathroom, lovely clean, comfy beds, little extras such as tea, coffee, wine glasses downstairs that you can take up and enjoy a drink in your room. Delicious breakfast with a great choice. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts who are lovely, friendly people. You will definitely not be disappointed with your stay here.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Guest House. Neal and Debbie couldn't do enough for me and were so friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful, smells lovely and is very clean. I found the room really comfortable and the tea & coffee was well stocked, acess to a hairdryer and iron was really useful. The breakfast was fantastic (cooked breakfast made fresh to order and tasted great). The property is in a great location for access to the local churches town centre and tourist attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely guest house located in a quiet street just a short walk to the pier, shops, cafés and restaurants. Parking is a bonus. Neil & Debbie are warm and friendly and make you feel instantly at ease. Breakfast is cooked to perfection with plenty of options to choose from. We stayed in the family room, which was clean and comfortable, as was the rest of the home. There is plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits to choose from. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

The full English breakfast was delicious. The breakfast room was very clean and welcoming. The hosts, Debbie and Neal were friendly and take a genuine interest in the guests. The bed was really comfortable. The location near the shops, restaurants and train station was ideal. I thoroughly recommend Glenavon Guesthouse. Wish I could have stayed longer.

My husband and I visited Wales on the 5th April 2024 for 2 nights Room 5 - good size Comfy bed with good quality bedding Location = nice and quiet, spot on, very central Delicious breakfast - one of the best we have ever eaten - delish! Large drive for parking on the front, but if full there was plenty of space to park on the road for free. It's about 10 minutes flat walk to the centre Try the Cottage loaf for your evening meal....good home cooked food. It was busy so we couldn't pre book but we bought a drink and waited for a table to become free 😊 This place is incredibly good value for money, would highly recommend, and if we visit Llandudno again we would opt to stay at Cwtch again..... absolutely the perfect name for this guesthouse ⭐ Cwtch = Cuddle 🤗 ❤️

I really loved everything about this property. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. The property itself is a lovely house on a leafy, quiet street, so close to all places of interest within Llandudno. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The choice of freshly cooked breakfast each day was superb and the breakfast itself, delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I ever have the good fortune to visit Llandudno again.

Room was clean, comfortable, spacious and just what we needed for the couple of days we were there. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to suggest areas to visit and making our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was delicious and excellent quality and parking was easy. I would definitely recommend to others. It was our first holiday away together and the guesthouse helped make it perfect.

Cwtch Guesthouse has a lovely welcoming feel. Kay was very kind and helpful & provided an excellent breakfast with a good variety of choice served excellently by Chantelle. Very good value for money. The dining room is bright & comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The bedroom too was tastefully decorated & very comfortable with enough wardrobe & drawer space & TV. The bathroom very neat & clean with a nice little touch of shower & body cream. Tea & Coffee making facilities were ample. A hairdryer supplied too. Our room had a separate small lounge area with a second TV which was nice to relax with our cup of tea in the morning. Andrew and Jill are most welcoming and the guest house is spotless. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside/ mountainside from the dining room, plus the town walls. Situated within very easy reach from the A55 Conwy is a beautiful and interesting base and the guest house has ample parking, albeit that the actual car park is up a pretty steep slope being the property. The building itself is also on a steep slope to access on foot, which is made known and the views are afforded because of this. Some of the rooms are on the second floor up several flights of stairs so you need to be physically fit to stay there, again this is documented in its description. My bedroom was extremely comfortable and had everything you would need, the only reason I gave 4 not 5 stars was because although it did have a garden view as advertised it overlooked gardens belonging to properties behind it, and also the houses themselves - there were no blinds on the windows just curtains so it felt quite intrusive if you had the curtains open and in general you needed to keep them closed for privacy meaning you didn't have a view or daylight; obviously you are not in it much but it was a particular shame first thing in a morning when it was sunny. Conwy town centre and access to the walls, are only 5 minutes walk and lots of places to visit such as Bodnant Gardens and the Llandudno area eg Great Orme, Little Orme, and Snowdonia are within short distance

A lovely guest house in a great location, only a 10 minute walk into Conwy, although a steep walk up to the guest house itself. A good central area to explore North Wales. We were pleased with our room, it was clean and very comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable breakfast with lots of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for just one night but would definitely return and have already recommended to family and friends. The host was so friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of local information and recommended places to eat and visit. The room was very clean and comfortable but for us it was the additional little touches that made it even better. Had a lovely stay in this fantastic b&b - hosts were very friendly, welcoming and offered advice on places to visit. Room was well furnished, very clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, very tasty and well presented. It is a property with steep access and stairs to rooms, so would bear this in mind when booking. It is a few minutes walk into Conwy so we appreciated not having to find parking in town and enjoyed the short walk in. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location with easy walking to attractions, pubs and restaurants. Modern decor in the room and a very nice modern bathroom. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and bottled water provided. Fan provided in the bedroom. Incredible setting for meals and drinks in the beautiful chapel which still has a lot of it's original interior. Great, well cooked breakfast and a good selection of breakfast options with made to order cooked breakfast, cereals, fruit and yoghurt available.

Location was excellent, room was extremely clean. Facilities in room excellent. Lovely touches such as water chocolate and biscuits with a fridge and plenty of well stocked tea coffee selection and hot chocolate, bathroom was well equipped with toiletries and lovely fluffy towels,Decor and layout of building excellent. Would stay here again in a different room, i do like lots of fresh air in room, the converted chapel bar and restaurant is a lovely place to relax and the outside courtyard is lovely in the evening with heaters and lighting. although this turned off at 10pm and the bar closed at 10pm, i suppose this was for the comfort and peace of all guests. Staff all very friendly and more than helpful. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Note had breakfast on first day it was excellent 👌

Thanks to all the team at Gwynfryn for a fabulous stay. The room was extremely good. Very clean and well looked after. It was clear that the proprietors take a lot of pride in everything they do. I loved the extras they put into the room, such as the toiletries, the tea/coffee/hot chocolate, the bottled water, the chocolate mints. The bed itself was very comfortable. I also had a plug to charge my phone and camera using USB. Breakfast was served in what was a converted chapel. If the proprietors were holding services there every morning then I'm sure they'd have an excellent attendance rate. The breakfast was perfect, just what I needed. The staff were very attentive, popping by regularly to make sure everything was OK and asking me if I wanted anything else. I loved the way they used the chapel's hymn board to display the passcode for their wi-fi connection! The accommodation is perfectly located right in the town centre. It is the perfect base to explore Conwy, the town centre, the castle and the waterfront. Conwy is a very attractive fortified walled town, full of history, quaint streets and quirky buildings. Everywhere you go, it is like walking around a film set. It is a photographer's paradise.- especially at dawn and dusk when the sun is rising and setting and when the the streets are clear of traffic and people. I hope to be returning to Conwy very soon and when I do, I shalll be booking in again with Gwynfryn.

The location was perfect for us arriving in Conwy by bicycle and for looking around the heart of the town and its historic buildings. The chapel itself provides a fabulous lounge area, bar and breakfast room. Stunning with gentle music playing this was a superb area to relax. Our bedroom was not big but it was immaculately clean and well presented and had everything we required. Comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent. I think a new staff member was serving our breakfast and she had a very attentive and happy disposition which was a joy.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had all facilities you could possibly expect or need in a hotel room. Within the chapel was also a communal area with access to additional fresh milk, biscuits, tea and coffee. Our room had a cute little balcony with views over the church, the graveyard, the castle and beyond. The location was excellent being right in the heart of the town and there was private parking available on site. The choice of breakfast was good ranging from the Full English to Smoked Salmon and Scrambled Eggs and Eggs Benadict, all really tasty and good quality. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Really great accomodation, with luxury touches. Great shower, feather duvets, beautiful Welsh traditional blankets. Access to lounge area/ kitchenette area with good coffee machine, fresh milk and biscuits. Breakfast in the pub was great quality and choice, staff helpful and professional. Perfect location and parking.

We booked a balcony room and had a beautiful view of the church. We had no issues with noise from the church either. The room itself was spacious clean and comfy. Breakfast was in the Erskine Arms and was really tasty. We also booked our evening meal there and thoroughly enjoyed that too. Staff were lovely and helpful. The guest house also has the added bonus of a private carpark.

My mom and I loved this place! So fun to stay in an old chapel and the rooms are charming and spacious. Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious and we ate dinner at the restaurant twice and loved it. Conwy was one of our favorite stops partly because of this place!

I loved it! I had a single room, the decor is luxurious but also very cosy and I felt really relaxed there. I really liked the furnishings. The room had alot of space considering it's a single and had all the facilities you would need. I would have liked to have had longer really to really relax but could only stay the night! Atlanta on reception checked me in and out and she was great. She was friendly, very informative and helpful. She seemed like a really hard worker and professional as she was always doing something. All staff I met in the bar and restaurant were also really friendly and attentive. I got there just in time for happy hour which was lucky as I had some really nice cocktails and sat outside on the heated terrace. Breakfast and dinner was table service, the food was of a high quality and came out really quick! It's nice to see such a good quality hotel in North Wales. Everything is just done so well. I'd love to come again for a bit longer next time!

We have been visiting the Tynedale for many years as it is undoubtedly the best hotel in Llandudno. The owners Nathan and Tracy are constantly updating the hotel creating a modern welcoming environment. The rooms are pleasantly furnished and spotlessly clean. The evening menus are varied with plenty of choices and the food is what you would expect in a top restaurant. What really makes this hotel outstanding are the staff, all very professional and friendly, whether it be management, reception, bar, restaurant and kitchen staff and housekeeping. The entertainment is varied with professional local entertainers. I really can't praise this hotel enough, it offers exceptional value for money, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

Where to start. This has to be the best hotel I've stayed in, ever. The rooms and facitilities were excellent, the bed very comfy, all the extra's you would expect. Inside and outside was spotless and staff were alsways busy making sure it stayed that way. However, the staff were the star of the show. I have never come across a body of staff that consistently seemed happy to be there, and who couldn't do enough. Service was exceptional, so very attentive without being intrusive. They just knew what was going on and responded promptly and appropriately. It made our stay, taking it from good to something I have never experienced before. Everyone was smiling, and it all felt genuine. I presume the management select their staff very very carefully, train them for exceptional service, provide a happy working environment and reward them appropriately. Well done the managers (owners?). One member of staff stood out for us, and that was Gabriella. She must be the best in the world. So attentive, so responsive, so happy to be there, never over the top, so willing to do anything to make our stay comfortable. We got a great welcome when we arrived, so well organised and prepared, and a wave off when we left. Just exceptional. Wow.

It was nice that tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water bottle, and biscuits were also in the room.. Breakfast choice was amazing. All the food was really nice, fresh and hot for the cooked options. Bonus you serve yorkshire tea. The location is very good with just a short walk to the sea front. Accessible wi-fi always a bonus.

The hotel is nothing short of fantastic. Right from our arrival we were made to feel welcome and important. The hotel is spotlessly clean, light and airy. The decor is of the highest standard. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast the following morning was fresh, plentiful and appealing, with both hot and cold breakfast options offered. The hosts were professional and polite while being friendly too. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be returning very soon.

we chose to stay a bit away from the hustle and bustle, and the location was great. quiet neighborhood within a shot walk to restaurants and other attractions. parking was a big plus. The building was very nicely renovated, a stately home brought up to modern standards. Great breakfast; the best omelet I had in Wales. the owner and stay were very friendly and accommodating. overall very positive experience.

Fantastic breakfast, great choice and good quality tasty ingredients. The room was perfect with a lovely view. An added bonus was the guest bar. Everything about the property was perfect! hosts were so welcoming and friendly, location was amazing with a sea view room too, right by the beach, short walk from town and Llandudno pier, beach across the road, mountain views can be seen from hotel too, breakfast every day was excellent we thoroughly enjoyed, we were always offered more of everything, room was plenty big enough all the furniture you could want and need; en-suite too! the hotel had all the facilities you could want and need, bed was comfortable, bathroom all clean and tidy lovely shower, good wifi, all toiletries included in stay and towels, tea and coffee making facilities with more available if you run out of anything, would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, amazing stay!

PERFECT -The hotel is situated in a perfect spot facing sea with parking ,The hosts very welcoming and calm atmosphere very clean and tidy and all fixtures and fittings in good condition , our room was the suite facing the sea. room 2 all fixtures and fittings solid and new including carpet bed and bedding very comfortable bed facing sea view really nice also 2 arm chairs with table in middle in the bay window to allow you to have drinks and watch the sea or the views up and down sea front , binoculars are provided to hence the views really nice touch i spent most of my time watching the boats and drinking glasses of wine really relaxing .smart tv and hairdryer and dressing table all positioned well. slept really well and went for breakfast nice calm atmosphere food fresh fruit cereal yogurt cake fruit juices . then we had full English all produce was really good and perfect poached eggs really nice . once we was leaving and saying our good bys whilst packing the car we noticed the staff helping an elderly couple with there bags to local taxi outside nice . overall excellent staff and excellent hotel . will be returning

Right on the sea front. Perfect view and easy to park. Greeted by Nathan with a warm smile and a handshake. An absolute credit to the place who simply couldn’t do enough for us. Room was well furnished and very clean. Tea and coffee and water was on a help yourself basis which was a nice touch. Bed very comfortable.. bathroom very clean and a nice walk in shower. Spotless like everywhere else. Very quiet. No kids!! Big thing for us when booking. A great breakfast. Tea and coffee and juice available. Beautiful view from the dining room and Nathan running around doing anything he can. Brilliant.

We came to Llandudno to see a show at the sea front Theatre venue. Our hotel stay started out well from the moment we arrived. Parking was right outside the front door and the host was on hand to greet us and held open the door for us and carried our luggage to our room. He was extremely polite and obliging. The room was clean and well furnished with quality furniture and we had a perfect uninterrupted sea view. The owner had thoughtfully included some binoculars so we could get the most of it. The bathroom was lovely and clean and the shower was superb. The bed was very comfortable and had a duvet not blankets Tea and coffee facilities were well thought out with good quality crockery and decent unlimited coffee/tea, including decaf and was not the cheap stuff you often get in hotels. A supply of plain and chocolate biscuits were also complimentary. Drinks were available from the bar if required but we did not use it. Breakfast was good quality, well cooked and plentiful. We visited the hotel during a winter month (February) but it was still fully booked but we never heard any noise from the other adjoining rooms. The lack of children probably contributed to a quiet stay. All in all a great stay at an excellent venue. Would recommend this hotel to others and would be happy to return. The Shen Yun show was fabulous.

Wonderful stay all around; owner upgraded us upon arrival because of a last-minute cancellation to a spectacular view of the waterfront. Spacious, comfortable room. Comfy bed/bedding/pillows, very clean, great shower pressure and hot water. Thoughtful amenities...free bottled water, selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate, cookies...It was really well done. Gave us recommendations for dining. Took our breakfast order the night before to ensure he had everything that next morning. Breakfast had gluten free and dairy free alternatives, which is very much appreciated! Street parking but there was a spot in front when we arrived that evening, so it was never an issue. I would absolutely return to this hotel the next time I'm in northern Wales - truly everything was excellent and it was so comfortable. The pride of ownership is evident here!

The hotel was in a fantastic location with easy access to the pier ,promenade ,the Great Orme ,shops,bars ,restaurants etc It was spotlessly clean everywhere and had everything you could possibly need for your stay ,the bed was a very comfy king size bed with a side sea view overlooking the pier and the Orme too , The breakfast was delicious full English if you wanted or a choice of other things ,plus fresh fruit,yoghurts etc tea coffee and toast , Hosts Nic and Eddie were very friendly and the staff were very friendly and efficient,

Loved everything about this fantastic, family run hotel. Nic, Eddie and Holly (who helped my husband create a new cocktail at the bar!) are genuine lovely, warm and welcoming people. Our double room was spotlessly clean, bed very comfortable and powerful shower a much appreciated feature. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, which also has plenty of storage and hangers and a side sea view. A perfect location, a few minutes walk from the pier and seafront coupled with an absolutely EPIC breakfast make this a fabulous value-for-money hotel (with parking!) at the heart of wonderful Llandudno. I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful place.

The location of this property was perfect. So close to the pier with shops, bars and restaurants close by but very quiet except for the seagulls! The hosts Nic and Eddie were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious home cooked food that set you up for the day. The rooms were very comfortable with hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. All in all a little gem of a place. Thank you Nic and Eddie, we will definitely be back soon 😊

The location of the Clovelly was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, spacious and clean and had free Wifi. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. I had a traditional cooked breakfast and the smoked haddock whilst staying here. Both were lovely.

What an Absolute Amazingly Beautiful Hotel, from the Estectitcs, and beautiful painted, decorated and designed interior and out. Right down to ever detail of staff, food, service and home from home feel on a superior class stance. There has been so much effort and detail put in to this very perfect setting boutique hotel. Soon as we walked up to the front entrance it was wow straight away, so warm and inviting the hotel lady owner came and greated us, so bubbley and welcoming was a nice touch thankyou. It was more than wow walking to reception seeing hallway, dunning room and lounge absolutely phenomenal, We never stayed in a hotel so pristine clean and shiny before, everything has been so very well looked after and treated. We went up to our beautiful double bed room. where it was high class clean bedding, tv kettle bits, fan hair dryer and other small needs. So quite, clean and comfy all night nothing at all was a problem, housekeeping amazing at keeping this hotel as it is well done 👏 thankyou to everyone and will definitely stay again, breakfast was class basic cereal, fruit, yoghurt pastries, fresh milk apple and orange juice, what you needed and fresh hot breakfast menu was perfect best stay in a hotel by far, definitely return thankyou.

From the easy to park in carpark with electric charging station the warm welcome on arrival..the relaxing stylish surroundings.. spotlessly clean room ( in fact, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean), a comfy bed warm shower, great choice on the tea tray including bottled water and a delicious breakfast served with excellent friendly service we could not fault the Lansdowne House. Dani and Wei have thought of everything. Nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location was a5 minutes pleasant walk to the beach. Because it was a little further from the beach it was quiet during the night so no problems with being woken up overnight. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very attentive, warm and welcoming. And there was parking away from the seagulls which meant our car left the same colour as when it arrived. Breakfast was lovely, well presented, lots of choice and tasty.

We loved everything about Lansdowne House, it was sparkling clean, decor was wonderful, beds were super comfy and the breakfast was hot and tasty but beyond that the staff were welcoming and exceptionally kind and helpful. For me with a crutch I should have asked for a downstairs room, other than that everything was perfect.m

One of the best stays we've had anywhere. We stayed here as we were crossing through Wales on the way to Ireland and wanted somewhere quiet & comfortable to get some sleep before continuing on the next morning. We were SO impressed. When we first arrived, Stewart greeted us (he stayed up late as well, as with our drive we arrived at 10pm, and he was very courteous despite this) and told us about the hotel and its facilities downstairs before showing us to our room. The room (Borneo Room) was beautiful & really comfortable, with a spacious & clean bathroom suite composed of both a double shower & a bathtub. The room itself is filled with photos of Stewart and Susan's stay in Borneo, as well as a booklet with their story, which we found really touching. Everything about this hotel just feels heartfelt and wholesome. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet and the curtains were great with covering light in the morning, so we got a great sleep. In the morning, we were greeted by Stewart & Susan, who cook the breakfast entirely by themselves. It was actually one of the best breakfasts we've had- everything tasted so fresh; the scrambled eggs my wife had were spectacular, and she finished every bite. You are brought warm toast, a choice of juices and teas, as well as eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, etc, as well as having local yogurts that were excellent and Welsh cakes and cereals to choose from. We can't say enough about this hotel and will happily stay again in future.

Property is beautiful and well maintained, located at a country side. It is an antique house so you have to expect to go up stairs with your suitcase. Room space is nice considering it is in Europe. Shower and bed were confortable. There is a little village with restaurant option within 1 min drive. Just keep in mind to organize lunch and dinner considering local time behavior. Hotel offers it but reserve it previously. Dinner time Kitchens all around closes at 8:30pm. Driving to a restaurant might take 10 to 20 min. Breakfast was very good. Property and area are very quiet, you hear just nature's noise. There is a large pool table at one of the living spaces, we had a nice fun moment playing pool.

Susan and Stewart were a helpful and friendly couple and it was a pleasure to stay in their guest house. We stayed in the Hemingway room which was lovely. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big, and it was lovely to have a bath to soak in with a glass of something; there was plenty of hot water. We liked the décor, and also the personal touches. The location was amazing, so quiet, and the pillows were nice, I am very fussy with pillows, I brought my own with me, but didn't need to use it at all 😉. We had an evening meal on the day we arrived, and the the food was delicious as was the local beer and cider that we ordered. We also loved the little honesty bar, and found the prices of the drinks to be reasonable. Breakfasts were amazing, so much food and a good amount of choice. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The setting of this Hotel is beautiful and very tranquil. The Hotel itself is just beautiful from you step through the front door. You are greeted by the owners, who are so friendly a d welcoming. The Coral Room we stayed in was on the ground floor. Really good size and bathroom was great with a large walk in shower. Tea/coffee, biscuits and bottled water in the room. Breakfast was so good. Fresh fruit salad and local yogurt accompanied by all the cereals. The breakfast is all cooked fresh to your liking. Really can't fault this beautiful place. Will be back. Xx

The host greeting at the front door as you check in automatically puts you at ease. The country house is luxurious and boasts a snooker room and honesty bar to aid relaxation. The bedrooms are differently themed and suitable for a disabled individual who is wheelchair bound. The rooms are comfy and clean. The cooked to order breakfast served in the dining room with locally sourced food is amazing. Staff are gracious and friendly. Wonderful stay.

I liked everything! It might seem unrealistic to some only I couldn't fault anything about our time at The Erskine Arms. Ben, the General Manager, listened to my concerns regarding my husband's current mobility issues and having to step into the bath to use the shower. Ben came up with a reasonable solution, the provision of a small portable step, which worked well. Housekeeping happily supplied extra towels to mop up water which had sprayed from the shower, again due to how hubby was using the shower. Our room was large, clean and tidy with ample storage. The bed was extremely comfortable. Sundries such as tea, coffee, bottled water, biscuits etc were topped up daily. There were plenty of options to choose for breakfast each morning, the food we had then at at dinner time was delicious. The staff were courteous and friendly leaving us feeling welcome.

The location was perfect, right outside the train station and only a short walk to everything in Conwy. Check-in and checkout times were really generous, the hotel was spotless, and the room was gorgeous with everything we needed (tea, coffee, hot chocolate, TV, fan, extra pillows). The bed was incredibly comfortable and breakfast was delicious – we had eggs royale with fresh juice and unlimited tea and coffee. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming.

Superb staff. Helpful with a bedding allergy enquiry in advance of visit. Warm and welcoming on arrival. Attentive but not fussy over dinner. Friendly and not false. Offered an option of eating in guest lounge as restaurant full but later accommodated. Room spotless and comfortable. Well-equipped and huge comfy bed. Superb food and the black pudding deserves special mention!

Our Superior King room was decorated beautifully and equipped really well. Food at our evening meal was delicious and staff were amazing. Breakfast was tasty, cooked fresh and "clean" - by that I mean not greasy at all - and again staff were amazing, even recommended where we could get the coffee from that we had at breakfast.

Friendly welcome. Great room, spacious clean and comfortable with lovely views towards the town walls and beyond to the valley. Restaurant had a good menu and we enjoyed dinner with friends on one of our evenings at the Erskine. Breakfast was good although not exceptional

outstanding little find on booking.com. That is definitely on my saved list now. Everything about this property is amazing, from the private little outside seating area, to the very informative reception hall, to Chris the most amazing host we have ever met. He had good communication and introduced himself with a handshake, he made everyone in our group feel so welcome. He is actually hilarious to. Honestly the apartment is just amazing. So clean and big and literally has everything, if not more than you will need. it’s the amazing little touches that made us feel home from home. Its also made me evaluate my own bed at home to, as the bed in the room was so comfortable haha. The location is perfect for us and we can’t wait to be coming back to stay here again over Easter. Thank you

We like location,very close to shops,food takeaway, and the seaside. We liked the hospitality of the owner so much,we had complimentary chocolate and biscuits,as well as tea coffee. A well equipped kitchen,we cooked ourselves a lovely breakfast. Beds were comfortable,clean,we also were surprised to have dressing gowns, sleepers and toothbrushes. In shower toiletries, body wash and so on..just in case we wanted some. View from the window to Great Orme and church as well. The apartment was nice , clean and warm,no noise or other disturbance. We wish to stay a bit longer,but check out is at 10 am and this is understandable and reasonable.

Although we had the budget room, the hosts had gone to exceptional efforts to provide little luxuries that you would normally only expect in very expensive rooms - dressing gowns, toothbrushes, selections of chocolates, etc. Basic room but it still had en-suite, fridge, microwave, toaster, and tea/coffee making facilities. Location was perfect - restaurants and coffee bars just round the corner, a few strides away from the promenade, and just 10 minutes’ walk away from Venue Cymru which was the reason for our stay. Our host also gave helpful directions for our walk up the Great Orme.

The room was clean and well appointed. The proprietor, Chris, was very friendly and helpful. Although a couple of blocks off the beach, it is central and handy to the Great Orme Tramway and a myriad of lovely, charming coffee shops/cafes/pubs/restaurants.

The bar area, restaurant, outside area and car park are great and the food for breakfast was lovely. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Location just on the outer edge of town but we love a walk so not an issue for us and we found a shortcut to the prom. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend

We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun! The room was nice and clean, very warm! There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it. WiFi was good and fast 😀 I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁

Excellent hotel, very comfortable and convenient for north wales activities. Our family room and bathroom was a little tired, but there is a refurb due! All the communal spaces and the bar/restaurant were immaculate. The staff were brilliant - friendly, helpful and the breakfast was perfect. My only complaint is the location! The website looks like it’s on the seafront, but it’s a 10-15 minute walk and you certainly can’t see the sea from the hotel. If you turn right out the hotel you can get to Dylan’s restaurant quickly on the front, but that’s a good 20-30 minute walk from the pier and the town centre. Walking straight out of the hotel takes you to town faster, but it’s not a particularly scenic walk!!! However, that wouldn’t stop me returning!

Comfy bed, blackout blinds. Bath and shower in clean well equipped bathroom. Bar and restaurant offered good food in cosy atmosphere. Excellent breakfast served fresh and hot at our table.

We were made welcome on our arrival and after giving some details we checked in and were shown to our room. The room was facing the road, was clean, nicely prepared with fluffy towels and toiletries, and a menu for the restaurant. There was tea making facilities supplied. Later on we went back downstairs to have dinner, without needing to book a table or time, and we were seated at a table in the bar as the restaurant was being prepared for next day's breakfast. We ordered drinks and main courses and didn't wait long at all before being served with our meals. The food was nicely presented and delicious! We also had desserts which were equally good.

Everything. Amy and the two girls helping her were exceptional- nothing was too much trouble, they were so warm, welcoming and happy to go the extra mile. The atmosphere they created was such that all the guests seemed very relaxed and at home - it wasn't just ourselves. The hotel was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable - Amy had thought of everything. Breakfast each morning was amazing - everything prepared exactly as you asked and delicious. Parking in Llandudno is at a premium and Craig Ard has about 8 spaces, which is a real bonus. They are double banked but all the guests cooperated with each other and it all worked really well. The location of the hotel is fantastic - central, but quiet as on the periphery of the hub of Llandudno. Just s few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants and the pier and entrance to The Great Orme. We have no hesitation in recommending Craig Ard. We loved it!

Not the most modern hotel but it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and the breakfast was the best ever. Amy and the family made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was super comfy and nice linen. Bathroom and shower working perfectly and again, very clean. Position of the hotel is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the promenade and 3 minutes walk to the shops. Its also on a pretty quiet road. Parking is at the rear of the hotel and a finely jiggled parking system worked out by Amy. No problem. Will definitely be back.

Lovely welcoming staff. Room was clean and quiet with a very comfy bed. Breakfast in the morning was excellent - some of the best poached eggs I've ever had. Exceptional service. Location was perfect for exploring Llandudno, very close to the pier and promenade and only ten or so minutes walk to West Shore Beach. Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Amy and the girls were friendly on arrival, everything explained well about the hotel. Went to room, it was spotless, roomy for a couple. More tea, 2 types of coffee and milk than you would normally expect. En-suite, big bath towels, spotlessly white and cosy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. On the whole, Amy and the girls went out of their way at every opportunity when they saw us, was there anything we needed. Breakfast surpassed a lot of breakfasts we had experienced in the past. Good choice of cereal, juices and choices from full cooked breakfast to poached egg on toast. We would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent. A good selection of pastries, cereals and toast amongst the continental breakfast and the breakfast menu was also varied. Our group had the full Welsh breakfast, vegetarian breakfast and porridge, all excellent. I would especially recommend the breakfast Cae Mor Sandwich, comprising a fried egg, two sausages, two rashers of bacon and delicious Welsh rarebit on toasted ciabatta. All of the the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful throughout our stay and fantastic and welcoming with the young children in our group as well Ample parking as well at the hotel and on the seafront

A wonderful hotel, with very welcoming and helpful staff. A great location on the seafront, right next door to Venue Cymru and with its own car park. The hotel has been refurbished recently to a high standard; it has a cosy, relaxing bar and an elegant restaurant which offers a good selection of very tasty dishes for lunch and dinner. We booked a ‘double’ room for our first visit and although the room we were allocated (322) was absolutely tiny,(fine for a single guest but not really big enough for a couple to move around comfortably) the room was spotless, stylish and very well equipped with all the usual comforts plus air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. We would opt for a larger ‘deluxe’ room next time. Highly recommended.

Rooms very well presented with nice comfy furniture and rooms nicely decorated (as was the rest of the hotel). Parking at the hotel with easy access. Hotel just the right size to offer a friendly, personal service with nicely proportioned lounge, bar and dining room. Bedrooms very comfortable and well proportioned with all the facilities you would require. Rooms (and the rest of the hotel) cleaned to a high standard daily. Great food at the restaurant, both breakfast and evening meal. A good choice of delicious food.

Love the beds so comfortable. Rooms spotless. Cleaned daily, fresh towels, top up of coffee, tea, water and yummy biscuits. Plenty of cupboard space for the longer stay. Hair dryer, safe and iron in room. Bathroom was suitable for my husbands needs, walk - in shower. Plenty of hot water. You can alter the temperature in your room to your liking. This is our second visit and certainly won't be out last. Breakfast perfect for the day ahead. Choice of hot food for breakfast perfectly cooked.

The room was spacious and clean with large comfy double bed, the bathroom was spacious and modern, the room had a fridge, and condiments tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. the breakfast was lovely, from a freshly cooked breakfast, to toast, or cereal. the location was perfect for a walk down the promenade, close to the A55, and the venue Cymru.

We spent a lovely few days here. The hotel is in a central quiet location and just a few minutes walk from the main street and promenade. We stayed in Room 8, a spacious room with a huge bed and with its own separate lounge area. High quality towels, linens and toiletries. An excellent hospitality tray with a good choice of drinks. The hotel is spotless and very tastefully decorated. There was a great choice of breakfast. A selection of fresh fruit salad, grapefruit, red berries, fresh yoghurt, cereals etc, followed by a full English which was superb! Simon is the perfect host, and the lady who served the breakfast was lovely. Thank you for making us so welcome. We will definitely be returning here.

What a wonderful stay we had at Brigstock House. Fantastic location, tucked away on a quiet street but just five minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. The host Simon and his staff were delightful, very friendly and knowledgeable on things to do in the area. Breakfast was delicious and as a vegan I was catered for very well - the vegan hot chocolate in the room was also a lovely little touch 😊 Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely old house, I had the suite on the 2nd floor. I loved having a kind of living room, with a sofa and separate TV. Nice comfy bed, stunning views out of both windows. Spacious bathroom, nice range of toiletries supplied. Plenty of parking. Quiet location but walking distance to the prom and pier. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices, comfortable breakfast room with gentle music in the background. Lots of nice little touches like free snacks and drinks in a fridge by reception. I’d happily stay again! As I said to Melissa as I was leaving: “I don’t think you know how good you are!”

Melissa was a fantastic host, felt very relaxed and welcome , We stayed in room 3 wow what a wonderful room and fantastic on suite , it was spotless clean. Had a lovely nights sleep the bed was very comfortable and lovely and quiet. Plenty of tea/ coffee fresh milk and extra snacks if we wanted them . The breakfast was great I had the vegetation option, My husband had the mackerel option. Both cooked to perfection very well presented. I have stayed at several hotels and guest houses I can honestly say this is the best we have ever been to, will definitely be staying again.

Just got home from a weekend break at Cedar Lodge. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the location was perfect for parking up right outside the guesthouse and a short walk to the many shops, bars and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was amazing. Definitely worth a return visit. Thank you Tracey and Simon

First time to Llandudno and we were lucky enough to have booked into the Belmont, check in was smooth, Ben was very professional and friendly, location is perfect, pier over the road and only a two minute walk to town for the bars and restaurants, the tram is only a few minutes walk away too. The room was perfect, (204) spotless, nice touch with the slippers and robes, sat on the balcony watching the sunrise was fantastic. Lovely terrace outside to enjoy a drink in the sun on an evening, plenty of choice for breakfast, cereals, fruit, pastries, lovely fresh bread and of course the full breakfast, great coffee machine and lots of different teas, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and will be back again, thank all the team for us Ambrose

Location great, at the end of the promenade. Easy access to town centre, restaurants & bars. Great Orme just round the corner. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Plenty of choice for breakfast, either hot or cold. Bedroom was a superior double with huge comfy bed. Bedroom was big with a big shower room with a corner shower that could be a tight fit for a larger person. Everything you could need for your stay, iron/ironing board, coffee maker, hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, bottled water, eye masks, ear plugs, shower caps, slippers, TV. The only negative on our particular room was the view, literally overlooking another buildings brick wall & window.! Shower

Wonderful location, few minutes to pier and also to the tram station for the Orme. Fabulous views from our hotel balcony. Nice to have somewhere to sit with morning coffee. Friendly, attentive staff and management that go above and beyond. Great variety of breakfast choices, catering for vegan too. Well selected bar area that also serve Crisps, nuts and Pizzas. Although we didn’t have a dog with us. They are Dog friendly, doggy goody bags for your four legged friends, doggy sausage available at breakfast for them too. Separate dining room for guests with their dogs. Very clean and modern, lots of little extra touches. lift available. Ramp access available at property too. Arrived at 9.30 am and staff stored our luggage and did the same on day we checked out till Afternoon. Would highly recommend and definitely look forward to staying again when I return to Llandudno.

I highly recommend the Belmont Hotel. We had a wonderful two-night stay in a sea-view, dog-friendly room. If you are a dog owner they look after your four-legged friend with a blanket, bowls, and useful info like walks and dog-friendly restaurants/ cafes. Plus there is a dog friendly dining area for breakfast. For humans - the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. Breakfast was of exceptional quality with plenty of choice. Great location and lovely friendly staff. Overall we were really impressed - highly recommended!

Perfect location for Llandudno within walking distance of everything you could need, I did not touch my car once, on street parking very easy with plenty of spaces, we will definitely return after my boyfriend proposed to me during our stay so it's very special. The views from the balcony room were spectacular for sunrise, sunset and through the day. So close to the beach, so many gluten free restaurants for us as we're a coeliac couple. The locals were wonderful, the pier was amazing and the hotel staff were perfect. Really lovely atmosphere in the bar downstairs where they had plenty of board games, comfy seating and the bar was spectacular during the evenings. 10/10 for our stay and we will definitely be returning

Our stay at the Groes Inn was the perfect little cosy adventure away. The Inn itself is a very cosy warm atmosphere, with beautiful mountain views in the distance. We got a signature room with mountain view and it was well worth the money, the room was cosy and had everything needed to facilitate a perfect weekend away. The Inn is placed near the town of Conwy and not too far of a drive away to Snowdon and the surrounding mountains, we thoroughly enjoyed getting to explore. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was amazing, it is clear that they prioritize the guests at the inn. The restaurant attached to the inn was cosy, comfortable with top-quality customer service. My partner particular enjoyed the fire heaters they had which created the perfect atmosphere. The food was very delicious at a really reasonable price, no more expensive really then what you would spend at a Harvester.

Absolutely amazing find. What a lovey Inn set in a very quiet and peaceful area. The interior of the inn dates back to many years ago and retrained many nookes and crannies. Lovely decor and furniture. Very homely. The bedroom was very clean spacious and modern, as was the bathroom, and lovely toiletries . The restaurant was amazing both for the dinner and breakfast. Staff very helpful friendly and efficient. Will be returning and definitely would recommend this lovely traditional welcoming inn.

All the staff were fantastic - so helpful and friendly. We stayed in room 8. The room was great, with a lovely view of the mountain. We asked for a room with a balcony and, in the morning, watched the sheep grazing right below us in the field. The bed was huge (as it was 2 singles pushed together) and the mattresses were really comfortable The bathroom was a generous size, with enough room for a bidet! The shower pressure/flow was amazing - really powerful and there was lots of hot water. Just how I like it! The evening meal we had in the restaurant downstairs was very nice, with waiter service. There was a lot of choice - continental, cooked or both - at breakfast and the waitress was lovely. Our hot breakfasts were cooked to order and came very quickly. My partner loved that a full Welsh breakfast included black pudding! There were a few things that meant it wasn't quite the perfect 1-night stay, but it wasn't far off!

Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady team even placed a Anniversary card and fresh flowers in our room. Very much appreciated, thankyou x Clean towels every day, toiletries and a gigantic bed, it was brilliant! We ate in the bar for our three nights here, the food is lovely, varied and tasty. The breakfast is great too. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. It's a great central location to go travelling either way. Thankyou!

Breakfast choice was superb. In addition I require gluten free meals and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a gluten free breakfast every day. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and room was cleaned every day including fresh towels after two nights. Room was spacious with a very large comfortable bed and excellent shower over bath. Breakfast was exceptional both mornings and very tasty. Our room was amazing with a copper bath, comfy bed and beautiful view. I liked that you could personally phone/text a member of staff for anything from your room. Our room was so warm when we arrived. That we asked for a fan, which they provide on request. I liked that the front lobby had a water station to get water from/fill your bottle, and that they provided fire tv sticks if the streaming devices on the telly weren’t working. There was an information book in the room which was very detailed in providing, restaurants, shops, local attractions. Which I thought was great. Everything was great about this stay. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff, especially Grace were attentive and hospitable with everything. I like that the B&B is family run and it felt like we knew them. Me and my partner will definitely be back to stay again and to try out all the other differently decorated rooms. Thank you for making our stay amazing 😊

The property is absolutely beautiful - inside & out. The location is just a short walk outside the shop/town bit but means it’s outside of the busy area so it’s nice & peaceful. We parked on site which was very handy. We were greeted by Grace on entrance who gave us such a genuine warm welcome & helped us with our bags. She was extremely accommodating & helpful! Our room was gorgeous & smelt amazing the whole time we were there! Everything was clean & perfect! Grace even organised a ‘happy birthday’ banner for my mom as I mentioned we were celebrating before we arrived & we kindly got a card & some chocolates too. It was just beyond what we ever expected & was just the perfect place to stay! Breakfast was also exceptional, all staff were so friendly :) The owner was also very very friendly & chatted to us a couple of times when we saw him! Even helped us carry our bags outside! Lovely friendly welcoming owners and staff. Very happy to oblige to our needs. Lovely old property which although needs attention outside the inside has been kept lovingly in keeping with it's age and tipped with modern features. Breakfast was cooked to perfection which resulted in, and I speak for myself, having the full English breakfast throughout my stay. Comfortable, warm, lovely rooms which are bright and airy. The staff were so friendly and helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Lovely friendly welcome on arrival by Hannah the Manager. Breakfasts very nicely served - attractive and "cleanly" cooked . Lovely quirky building. Guest lounge area available. Room 2 proved to be small for a double particularly as we were there for 3 nights in very cold weather - limited storage and hanging space. Probably the smallest room we have stayed in ! Good bed linen and towels. Further shelf space would have helped particularly in the bathroom where we had to put toilet bags on the floor. Hooks behind the bathroom door would have been appreciated. Overhead shower so shower cap is needed. Being an old building meant there was poorer sound insulation between rooms than found in modern places and our first night was severely disturbed by noisy couple coming in at half past midnight and another room had a loud TV.They did quieten down the next night and on the third night we had the place to ourselves. Convenient for town and many restaurants listed in the Hotel info plus The Empire Hotel which does a set menu and is worth visiting. Theatre Venu Cymru also good - we went at lunch time - with glorious views from the restaurant. A very enjoyable 3 night break!

This friendly, well-run B&B is in a lovely, quiet location just a few minutes walk from the waterfront promenade, but we used it as a convenient base from which to visit the northern sites and castles, which were all within an easy drive. There is ample parking, both in the Boutique's lot and on the street. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and delicious, with all the options from full English to fruit and yogurt, or just coffee/tea & toast. Our room was at the back of the house looking toward the hillside, and filled with the sound of birdsong. The decor is cheery, everything is clean and fresh, and all the amenities you would expect are provided. Grace was just wonderful in answering questions and providing a personalized experience, and they also have a gracious staff helping out with the breakfast service, while her father manages the kitchen.

We had booked room 3 with bay window and all I can say is "Wow!!" One of the best views we've ever encountered in all our stays in Llandudno and there have been many! The room was lovely, bright with up to date decor and the bed so comfy. Plenty of wardrobe space and drawer storage. Great shower too which was huge! Breakfast was at allotted times so be sure to pick a slot that suits you before you go. Everything was cooked fresh and good quality with good choice. My husband didn't fancy tea or coffee but was offered alternatives inc; hot chocolate. Didn't feel rushed and we were asked several times if we would like anything else; more toast, drinks, etc. Location couldn't be better! Opposite prom & pier and close to the main shopping street, bars and restaurants. The owners were hands on and couldn't have made us feel more welcome. So thank you Tracey & Ian for a lovely stay! Hotel is just lovely. Hosts friendly and welcoming. Room - light and spacious. and well equipped. Bathroom modern and very clean. Breakfast was so delicious and plenty of it ! Perfect location, literally 5 mins from everything, beach, pier, shops, Gt. Orme, restaurants and pubs. Open top bus and land train. We were greeted by Ian who collected our bags and took them up the three flights of stairs to our room. Given that this was November and the end of the main tourist season the room looked cosy, clean and tidy. The bespoke wallpaper and contemporary fitments very all in pristine condition as was the en-suite bathroom with shower. The window had a perfect view over Llandudno Bay, the 'Little Orme and the Promenade. Parking was on the street and was free after 4pm until 10.00 am at this time of the year. The welcoming, bright, Breakfast room was down a flight of stairs from the reception. The continental buffet was laid out nicely and Tracy was extremely pleasant and efficient in keeping it stocked and taking ur orders. The loungs, off the entrance corridor is again tastefully decorated with a range of comfortable chairs and sofas. Their are a selection of boxed board games and books available. Their is also an honesty bar with a good selection of popular drinks available. This is a gem and we hope to return again in 2024. Thank you Ian and Tracy for being such excellent hosts.

What a lovely B&B the Hen Dy is . A warm welcome. We were asked to message the night before to see if our room was ready to check in early ,it was and we were able to check-in at 11am. The room was big enough for us two . Bathroom a bit dated but loads of hot water for a shower or bath . We had room 8 ,it does have a fire escape outside but wasn't an issue. The hotel is spotless we loved it . Room had tea,coffee, milk ,lots of soap shampoo etc. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, full Welsh breakfast ,cereals, juices fruit ,toast all served perfect. The location is right on the sea front, limited parking but we just parked round the corner and walked. Within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Beach Cove in Llandudno and can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Great Orme Tramway and the beach, and not far from the cable car station either. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with elegant and tasteful interiors. The facilities are top-notch, and the bedding was exceptionally clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully prepared each morning. But what really made the stay stand out was the warm hospitality of the host, Mr. Neil. He is incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely goes the extra mile to make guests feel at home. This is a truly special place, and I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit Llandudno!

We were made very welcome from arriving to leaving. The room was very clean and had plenty of storage space. The bed was very comfortable and a good size. Their was plenty of hot water and the shower pressure was good. Both the ensuite bathroom and bedroom had modern fixtures and fittings. I can honestly say the breakfast is the best we have ever had in a B&B. Location is excellent and very convenient for the beach, restaurants, pubs, attractions and shops etc. Thanks for a great 3 night stay Beach Cove.

So comfy and warm, very homely. Super clean, cosy rooms leaving you feeling very relaxed. Breakfast was amazing, great location and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Visit Llandudno often and would never think of staying anywhere else now, this b&b is perfect.

The host were very welcoming and friendly, always asked if everything was all ok. Very quiet, clean and quiet. The breakfast was outstanding not over faced just perfect asked if we wanted more toast, nothing was to much trouble, really well looked after, cannot fault it. Brilliant for the price stayed in b&b far dearer and no where near as good. I can be a little picky so well done 10/10 we would definitely recommend and would go back. :) :)

We stayed at the Quay hotel for five days in July. It’s a beautiful hotel with fabulous views over the Estuary and Conwy Castle and the flowers at the entrance were amazing. Plenty of parking, check-in was easy and the reception staff were lovely and attentive. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and Katerina went out of her way to accommodate my husband’s mobility problems. We ate most evenings in the delightful bar and Chris was constantly attentive and fun, making sure we enjoyed our evening. Overall we had an amazing stay and can’t wait to revisit. Thanks to all the staff for making it so special.

The Hotel is clean and bright. Reception staff where very welcoming and very helpful with all our requests. Restaurant and bar staff where very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, lunch and evening meal during our stay along with the cocktails. The room was very spacious and had an amazing view. We visited the Quay hotel for a couple of nights in July, what a beautiful hotel this is. We was very lucky to have the weather on our side for our trip which made the views even more spectacular. Check in was quick with pleasant staff, Katie I remember. We went over to the bar for a drink and bite to eat, excellent service in the bar! We enjoyed our evening meal however service not great there. But with a great sunset view and nice wine we still enjoyed our evening. Breakfast was wonderful, very busy but staff all attentive and friendly, our server (forgive me, I think her name was Sioned or maybe Sinead), was lovely, along with Joyce! A credit to the team. Booked a Seaview suite. Lived up to expectations! Everything was spotless, comfy bed. The balcony views were stunning. The Ebb and Flow restaurant was excellent, very accommodating when I made a particular request. Food was very good indeed. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Had an afternoon tea which I'd certainly recommend. The spa and pool facilities were great but pretty busy as you'd expect. Liked the fact there was a dryer for wet swimwear, and in the ladies changing room, there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash, also decent hairdryers, diffuser attachment and ghd straighteners. Every aspect of the hotel was luxurious. Every room or suite seemed to have a view, either of the sea, the Quay or the inner courtyard with fountains and pretty lights in the plants at night. The staff make this hotel, they really do. So kind, attentive and willingness to please and make you feel welcome. Gold stars to every single one of them.

The hotel exudes a warm and cozy ambiance that instantly makes you feel at home. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our classic double room was both comfortable and homey, with all the essential amenities (though note there is no in-room safe). The on-site restaurant served absolutely delicious meals, and the bar provided the perfect setting to relax with a drink after dinner. The hotel’s central location is another huge plus—surrounded by charming bistros, lively pubs, and local shops, there’s always something to explore just steps away. Highly recommended!

Lovely period features, modern renovated rooms but still in keeping, cosy, lovely little touches like tissues, water, radio, toiletries, games, books etc - very thoughtful to the visitor. Breakfast was delicious using tasty quality goods, staff excellent in being attentive and serving us endless coffee. This service was repeated throughout our stay with nothing too much trouble. Also had an evening meal which was simply delicious to celebrate a family birthday, so extra touch of free meal very welcomed. Car parking availability was good, bar and choice of drinks just right.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Castle Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and eager to help. The hotel itself is full of charm and character, with beautiful historic features that make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time—yet it offers all the modern comforts you could need. Our Suite was spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated, with lovely views of the surrounding town. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like local toiletries and fresh coffee. Breakfast was a highlight—plentiful, freshly prepared, and served with a smile. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Conwy, just a short walk to the castle, town walls, and harbour. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend The Castle Hotel to anyone visiting North Wales. A perfect blend of history, comfort, and hospitality.

Great central location in the centre so close proximity to the independent shops, a five minute walk to the Castle snd pretty Quay. Bonus is free hotel allocated parking in the historic town. Restaurant food was very good and service by friendly, approachable staff enhanced the stay. Gemma was particularly helpful even when busy. Breakfast was relaxed and plenty of choice on the self service buffet with four or five cooked options to order. We enjoyed a homemade afternoon tea that was delicious. The ambience of the hotel ensures you feel very relaxed and safe whilst there. A historical tradional hotel with clean modern facilities.

We loved our comfortable night. We came because of all the good reviews and we were not disappointed. Easy parking, easy check in and breakfast ordering from a great selection menu. We stayed as we were visiting the Zipline Quarry nearby. Paul recommended a lovely pub in Llandudno and the Yacht Club a few houses down from Min y Don where they welcomed us for drinks later. All in all a fabulous stay, highly recommend.

This has to be the best guest house we have stayed in. Friendly hosts, exceptionally clean, well-presented room with very comfortable four poster bed, dressing room and above average size en-suite. Extra snacks & drinks provided, fresh milk in a quiet fridge, together with binoculars to make the most of the spectacular sea views over to Anglesey & Llandudno. Amazing choice for breakfast served in bright dining room. China tea cups, quality food and relaxing atmosphere. Peaceful location right on Wales coastal path, good bus service to Bangor & Conwy and close to railway station.

We booked the room as the last stop before getting the ferry home. I have not experienced a better B&B. Lovely bedroom and ensuite shower room. The B&B and bedroom face the sea, with a beach and promenade across the road. It was very quiet while we were there. The room was beautifully decorated, well laid out with four poster bed and two comfortable arm chairs. The large shower room has a large walking overhead shower with hot water anda good flow. Everything was so clean and organised. Everything you could possibly need is available. The breakfast offering was better than any hotel I have stayed at. A very good breakfast menu, with everything cooked to order. The charming hosts Paul and Sharon are lovely people who apparently believe in providing an excellent service. I look forward to visiting again.

The breakfast menu is expansive and absolutely delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless. We were provided with ample tea, coffee, hot chocolate and fresh milk, as well as snacks and fresh juice. Paul and Sharon are wonderful hosts and we highly recommend this superb accommodation.

Our room was well decorated, modern and comfortable. We had a little balcony with a view to the garden, peaceful and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm and cosy, perfect base to go back to especially when the weather isn’t that great. The property was clean, and our room was spot on. The attention to details in our room and around the property was impressive, from a lovely decorated dining area to our bathroom where everything seemed to have its purpose and “made sense”. The bathroom was modern and the shower was hot and forceful, the temperature in the bathroom was very comfortable too (I’m very sensitive to cold). We loved the location, 20 minutes walking distance to the town centre, we walked back from town and it was a really lovely uphill night walk, recommended! It is quiet and beautiful area. The hosts were very lovely and warm people who from the first moment of our stay did everything to make us feel welcomed. They are very sociable, we had some nice conversations, found out about the area, the history of the house and their story too. They also recommended us a few places with good food and to visit and they were great choices. It’s lovely to see how much work, effort and love they put into this property. All in all the stay added up to our overall great impression of Llandudno and the area, we would highly recommend this property and will one day go back there when we are visiting the town!

We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and immediately offered a coffee or tea after a long drive. The approach to Bryn Goleu is up a steep and narrow hill but we had no trouble with access. There is plenty of parking, with a short walk down to the house. Needless to say the views are exceptional. Having chosen to stay in the separate suite for 3 nights, we were delighted to find we had our own entrance leading into a large spacious lounge and, on the first floor an equally spacious bedroom with large modern en suite bathroom. Everywhere was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. There were large fluffy towels in the bathroom and a lovely comfy bed with good quality bed linen. The breakfasts were outstanding and are highly recommended. On offer are fresh fruits, cereals and a full English breakfast or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. The endless coffee was also excellent. John and Wendy are wonderful hosts and couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable, even offering to drive us to dinner in Llandudno. We are well seasoned travellers and can’t recommend this property highly enough. One of the best b&b’s we’ve found.

Both John and Wendy were exceptionally attentive and caring hosts with their warm, welcoming, and friendly nature. The room was well furnished, clean, and cosy with the bathroom facilities, providing a lovely spacious low profile shower. The breakfast was delicious and always served hot and freshly prepared, fresh fruit, and yoghurt were also on offer, so plenty to set you up for the day. Overall, the best bed & breakfast I have stayed in, and I would thoroughly recommend to friends, family, and anyone looking to get away. John and Wendy provide exceptional service, and the quality of the overall stay can not be faulted in any way. They should be very proud of what they offer and provide, and I will most definitely be returning.

Absolutely everything, starting with the location of the Bryn Goleu, which is spectacular. The room is very spacious with a comfortable big king-size bed. Beautiful interior, clean and fresh, massive modern bathroom with a ceiling window. The room has a balcony with a sea view. Hosts: Wendy and John made as feel like we were visiting Auntie and Uncle. Very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was big, tasty, and made up of high-quality ingredients. The surroundings of the house have a hiking paths which ends with a spectacular view of Llandudno. We will be back!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Bryn Goleu Bed and Breakfast from 18th to 20th July 2025. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality that we instantly felt at home. The location is breathtaking – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning views. It’s the perfect escape if you're looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Our room was spotless, cosy, and thoughtfully decorated with every comfort considered. The bed was incredibly comfortable.. Breakfast was a real highlight each morning – freshly prepared, locally sourced, and absolutely delicious. The hosts were lovely. The room was big and cozy. We really valued the fridge and the toiletries. All the areas were spotless, everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was homemade, delicious. Even though all the rooms were booked, we didn’t hear any of the other guests, it was very peaceful. The bed was very comfortable and the street was quiet, so we had a great night’s sleep. Also, it was our first time in Llandudno and they suggested a lot of activities and food/drinks places and that really helped during our stay.

Breakfast was excellent. The owner organised everything very efficiently. She asked for guests to pre-order the night before, so that she knew what ingredients were needed. Guests sat down at tables showing their room numbers. Fresh fruit salad was available and a range of cereals were available. The hot breakfast was very well cooked and the owner asked each guest who were having breakfast the following day, whether they wanted to change their order. The room was spotless, with a very good sized shower cubicle in the standard double room.

We liked the very clean and quiet room and the bathroom was sparkling, with toiletries and soft towels. The beds were comfortable and we both slept well. We were able to park the car at the front of the house. Breakfast was very good, freshly cooked food, juice, cereal, yoghurts and fresh fruit. Adcote House is a beautiful property, less than 10 minutes walk from the front. Chris and Georgie are very kind and friendly hosts.

My stay was a lovely experience, I was sorry to leave and I'm happy to recommend to friends, so it must be good!

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the sea front but far enough away to be a quiet street. The food was lovely and the bed was comfortable. service and staff were friendly, attentive and warm. The majority of the building and facilities were clean and pleasant. The room was quiet and comfortable. Shower was nice and hot.

The room we were in was no 6 and it was big and spacious, warm and very comfortable. All needs catered for tea,coffee and biscuits. The shower was brilliant and plenty of shower gel and shampoo provided. Good size Tv and put in a good place to watch. The room and whole house was nice and warm throughout our stay. We had room to park along with other guests. The breakfast was excellent, good choice of cereal, full cooked Welsh breakfast as much toast, juice, tea and coffee as you wanted all served with a smile. Selina was very accommodating and let us park our car earlier than check in and also left it for the day when checked out Del Mar is in an excellent location, close to shops, bars, Great Orme and sea front. Rooms are a very good standard, comfortable bed , nice room temperature, lovely shower and everywhere was spotless. Breakfast is a full English which was cooked to perfection, also available is cereal, yoghurt, fruit, bread, fresh orange juice & jams. Thanks to Selina and her staff for making our stay with friends comfortable and relaxing Will definitely be staying again

This was a great find. Comfy, clean, fresh bedrooms with opening windows. Fantastic hot, fresh, breakfast. Fresh coffee, DIY toast with jam. We were a team of 12 and it was great to all sit together for breakfast in the morning before heading off for a hectic day.

Great. Attentive host , perfect position, lovely garden area . Lovely hotel , spotlessly clean , tastefully decorated warm and friendly. Had a fantastic night's sleep in a comfortable bed. Very peaceful, the hotel affords good views over Llandudno and the bay but just far enough away to enjoy the peace and lack of traffic noise . The facilities were just perfect and the breakfast 10 out of 10. Quality local produce cooked well. I personally highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be booking again. Only small downside is that due to the position of the hotel it maybe a little difficult if you were a wheelchair user eg on a hillside and some steps. These areas are well lit at night though ( motion sensored) and I am sure the host would be obliging if this were the case.

Breakfast was excellent. We had a lovely room overlooking Llandudno and with views of the hotels amazing gardens. The room was comfortable and clean and I had a really good nights sleep. The location is really quiet and the owners were very welcoming . In all a really enjoyable stay.

I was welcomed by name at the door, by Jonathan. He quickly had me signed in and I was taken to my room. On the way he found out that I was a keen photographer and mentioned some good places for photos. The room was comfortable with sufficient room. The tea making facilities were good and contained more than the usual few sachets. The wifi was easy to connect to and fast enough for streaming. I was asked to help by saying what I would be choosing from the breakfast menu, and the next morning when I went down my cooked breakfast arrived. It was piping hot and the sausage and bacon was of excellent quality. There was a help yourself selection of cereals, yogurt and some fruit, and there was good quality coffee and toast to accompany the cooked breakfast. There is no sea view, but the hotel is very well placed and the pier and beach ar, at most, a five minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend the Bron Orme without hesitation.

A Warm and friendly atmosphere greets you enhanced by the friendly staff. Breakfasts were excellent, my choice, eggs Benedict was delicious. We chose the restaurant for our evening dinner, and were spoilt for choice. ( No chicken on the menu). The belly pork was superb and my wife thoroughly enjoyed the salmon. All in all a pleasant and relaxing stay in a quality hotel with scenic views.

An absolutely stunning hotel in beautiful surroundings with wonderful views. A family run business, Neil, Emma and Joseph honestly could not enough to ensure we had a perfect stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The rest of the team were also amazing - very friendly and professional. Welcome drink was a lovely touch. Beautiful clean hotel, wonderful rooms and the restaurant and bar were just perfect too. Evening meals and breakfast delicious! Highly recommended and we would definitely return if we are in North Wales again. Thankyou all so much.

We had a really lovely stay at the Manor. The hotel has been beautifully renovated. It's warm and comfortable with incredible views. We found all the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. It's a small hotel and therefore easy to get to know the other guests. The food both at breakfast and dinner was exceptional. We found the drinks at the bar to be very well priced . We will definitely be returning to The Manor hotel.

It is beautiful make house hotel set 1 m outside of Conwy. The hotel has about seven rooms . Check in was fantastic with a welcome drink. Large carpark. The rooms are large and modern and have all modern comms. We stayed in the deluxe room with an amazing view over river. We woke up to peace and quiet and what a view!!! The staff are so nice and they even gave us a lift into town in the evening This is a gem of a boutique hotel and l can’t recommend it enough . Why stay in a noisy city location when you can stay here! It’s perfect for any of surrounding areas and we will be back!

This was more than just an overnight stay. It's an experience. The manor is superbly located, overlooking the Conwy river which is a tidal river. We had a room overlooking the Conwy river. The terras is wonderfull and the bowling lawn is meticulous. The staff is just perfect. Very attentive and good for a casual chat as well. We had dinner in the restaurant and that was also very good. If you are lucky (if you like this) you will have the opportunity of seeing some fighter planes screaming down the river trajecory. Very impressive.

Very friendly and helpful staff especially those working at reception. Bed was comfortable with white linen and white fluffy towels.

Location is perfect. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were lovely. Sitting near the window whilst enjoying our meals made it more special as the view of the pier and beach was wonderful. Staff were attentive and helpful, doing their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Everything!! The first thing I would say is that the Breakfast is amazing! The hotel team were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble. They went above and beyond to make sure that everyone had a great experience. They were polite, attentive and friendly. we didn’t need much help but I did notice that they were very observant of each of the clients needs going out of their way to help others; getting their breakfast , opening doors, having a conversation with those who were alone and always being there to answer any questions that we had. The hotel is in a great location and is quiet and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and towels refreshed everyday. There are 2 lifts so you will not be waiting. There is daily evening entertainment and bar snacks throughout the day (I think until 2pm) and the option to book an evening meal; plenty of tea and coffee! There is outdoor seating with a full view of Llandudno. Thank you to all the staff! We thoroughly enjoy our stay !

Room was clean and comfortable with a sea view. I fancy myself as a breakfast fry up expert as it is my favourite dish. It was Buffet style but boy what an excellent breakfast. Black Pudding, Fried Bread, choice of Fried, scrambled or poached eggs, lovely sausages large mushrooms Hash Browns and beautiful grilled bacon and all done to perfection. Gotta be the best Breakfast I have had in any cafe, hotel and abroad. Staff very attentive and welcoming and very friendly and helpful to all guests. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to return.

This is a nice hotel with a pleasant old-fashioned seaside hotel feel. The public facilities are limited - one large lounge with a small bar and evening "entertainment". Too early in the season for the outside terrace. Meal times are limited (no lunch and one hour for bar snacks) so breakfast and dinner fairly busy but plenty of efficient, friendly staff. Food is very good and dinner menu varies daily with a good choice. Good choice of wine by the glass at a very good price. Good breakfast choice. Room (at back) was comfortable, but small. Excellent shower!

Very dog friendly and very accommodating for people travelling with their dogs. They even get offered sausages for breakfast and a few biscuits through the day. There's a blanket and a bowl and poop bags as a welcome pack in the room. Separate lounge and breakfast/restaurant dog friendly area.The bar terrace is perfect on a sunny day, so relaxing with the view of the sea just opposite (also dog friendly). Elemis toiletries and dolce gusto coffee machine in the room as well as a kettle, water and a selection of teas.

Just came for a one night stay. Love llandudno but previous hotels we have stayed in have become run down and dated so was looking for a new place to stay when we travelled over so decided to give llandudno bay a try. Got a special £99 offer, and in my opinion was great value for money. So impressed that the search for a place to stay when we come back again is officially over. The hotel is lovely and clean, room was perfect. Nice clean bedding,all your tea/coffee requirements met. Complementary shampoo/shower gel/hand wash etc. Even get ear plugs which was fab. Iron and ironing board,hair dryer,fan provided. We had a sea view room and it was just perfect for what we were looking for. Our booking included breakfast. Tea/coffee/juice is all included. As is a continental breakfast. You then can choose from approx 6 different hot breakfast options. A few things had been finished as they had sold out but as the adage goes "you snooze,you lose". We opted for a Welsh breakfast. You get to choose how you want your eggs which is great. It was lovely. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and would definitely recommend to all. Really lovely place. Will defo be back.

Our second visit within 12mths to this AMAZING DOG FRIENDLY hotel. Staff are welcoming, friendly, nothing is too much. Room was perfect, spotless, the hotel is so in tune with visitors including our beloved pooches. Relaxing eye masks, shower caps all individually wrapped.. We spent a night on the £99 spring deal and it was great. 20 minutes walk to the pier along the beach/promenade and plenty free parking on the road outside. Lovely hotel, seemed to have had a recent refurbishment as everything very modern, clean and fresh. Nice welcome at check in. We had a bay view room with 180 degree sea view, seating area with prosecco on ice waiting for us. Very comfortable room, quiet and warm with nice big bed. Lovely Elemis toiletries. Lots of choice at breakfast. Our only criticism would be that the hot breakfast didn't seem cooked fresh to order. The bacon and sausage were dry and the egg yolk baked hard as if they'd been kept warm for a while. But overall we were impressed and would definitely recommend.

Christleton House is well furnished and nicely decorated. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable and everything we needed in our room was provided. The location is great and very central to Llandudno centre and beach. Parking is limited on the drive, however Simon was very accommodating and helped us with this to unload our bags and there is plenty of free parking on the surrounding roads. The Dining room is well equipped and adequately spaced for the numbers staying in the property. The home-cooked breakfasts were wonderful and there was a huge selection to choose from. Those serving breakfast we’re attentive and friendly. During our stay, there was one morning when we were departing for a day out very early and this meant we would therefore miss breakfast. This wasn’t an issue as host Simon kindly prepared us a brilliant packed lunch to take with us instead: fresh, filled baguettes, snacks, bottled water and even some lovely Welsh cakes - this was very much appreciated and very kind. During our stay, Simon was always on hand for recommendations about the local area - even checking tides for us after we’d mentioned our beach plans. A really wonderful stay and we would thoroughly recommend Christleton House to others.

Lovely place to stay. Simon is very welcoming and helpful person. Plenty of choices for delicious breakfast. Porridge with berries and honey was my number one. The location is perfect, close to everything you need from restaurants, beach side to local shops. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Everything as it should be. Hopefully we will be back there one day.

Location - 1 minute walk from bars, restaurants and shops. Superb! Breakfast - Choice of different breakfasts from Juice, cereal and toast right up to various cooked breakfasts, with plenty of tea,/coffee. Veggie/Vegan options available too. Room - Room No2, large and very clean with plenty of storage space and decent sized ensuite. Kettle with tea and coffee, and a small fridge which came in very handy. Staff - Simon, the owner, really nice guy, nothing was a hassle and gave us great advice on local bars, restaurants etc. Bev, Simon's assistant, very cheery and talkative. She was great at breakfast and also with tips for local amenities and transport. Will definitely be back here next time we're in Llandudno.

My 3rd visit to this lovely dog friendly hotel with views over some stunning countryside and very easy access to the motorway and beaches, as well as popular towns like Conwy and Llandudno. The onsite restaurant is definitely a plus point and offers a tasty selection at breakfast and dinner to suit different needs, including vegetarian. For dinner, we enjoyed some very fresh & tasty fish dishes! Definitely worth eating onsite! The staff, as always, were very helpful and attentive when needed. Our rooms were comfortable and clean as expected with the usual complimentary teas & coffees provided, as well as bottled water. However, as much as I love this place, an honest review is necessary! Although my room was a decent sized double room with standard hotel deco, the bathroom could definitely do with some renovation! The grouting in the shower was a bit mouldy in the corners and the bottom of the toilet bowl had a permanent stain, which was quite off-putting! My son's room was a smaller double room but was in a better condition and had a mini fridge as well, which was a surprise as my bigger double room was more expensive! Overall though, I would still recommend this place for all the previously mentioned plus points!

The property was clean but very dated in the entrance, reception, Hallways and bar area. It looked like it could do with new carpets and the walls painting. The restaurant food was beautiful it was just a shame there was no where to sit and have a drink in the bar area- the only place was to sit on the breakfast tables in the restaurant which wasn’t very relaxing or comfy. The bedroom was spacious and clean but the bed wasn’t very comfy, very creaky when you turned over and the duvet was so small it wouldn’t cover two people properly. This was a shame as if this was rectified the room would have been perfect. The bathroom was lovely and clean.

Great location with easy access to some lovely local beaches such as stunning Conwy and Prestatyn within a 20-minute drive. Very dog friendly! Dogs allowed access in all areas, including the restaurant and bar area, which is great! Not allowed in the spa area for obvious reasons. Lone travellers with a dog will have to skip this part of the hotel, unfortunately, as dogs aren't allowed to be left alone in the room. Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff at the reception, bar, and restaurant. Absolutely delicious food at dinner and well worth the amount paid! I had the pleasure of a taster sent by the chef before my 1st course, and it tasted divine! Full marks all round 👌🏾 Lovely front garden with a magnificent old oak tree taking centre stage with a bench under it (might not be oak! Just a guess) nice setting for an occasion or just a relaxing evening. Comfortable double room/ bed. Standard size room with just enough space for the doggy bed. We've stayed in bigger rooms, but I guess it depends on what's classed as a double room. However, it had all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay, including a nice shower/bathroom! I would certainly return with the pooch as she loved it too! Good walks around the area - pleasant countryside paths and lanes.

The Hotel is very modern and welcoming, the staff were all very friendly and made a big fuss of our dog and couldn't do enough to make him feel at home. The cocktail bar was really nice and comfortable, the evening meal was absolutely delicious. Our room was 111 and a very nice size, a huge bed and bath/shower room. Very high end fixtures ad fittings, and the bedding and towels were clean and fresh. A lovely hotel, in peaceful surroundings.

The bar was full of locals, which was a good sign to us. We'd booked for dinner and it was delicious. Pan fried sea bass with a white wine sauce. Desserts, well. Hubby had a jaffa cake sundae, I had frozen cherry Eton mess. Superb. The room had a bath and a shower, so we were both happy. Breakast was perfect. A full Welsh breakfast. Tasty sausage, fresh mushrooms and gorgeous black pudding. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. Gavin does a great front of house job, and I believe the fabulous chef is his husband. An excellent team altogether. We'll definitely be going back.

Excellent stay at the Gladstone, all the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It is close to the beach which has a lovely promenade and family area, great to walk our dog at any time of the day. The property is in a perfect location to explore North Wales, lots to see and do. Great breakfast, cooked fresh to order. Lovely rooms, well decorated and comfortable beds, we were upgraded to a sea-view room on our last night and the view was stunning. Very dog friendly place as well.

All the staff here are exceptional, always smiling and ready to help with anything, they really make you feel that you are important. The breakfast was very good, lots of cold to choose from and a very large and perfectly cooked full English. (Sorry Gavin Welsh!) We ate dinner here for 4 nights and the meals were great, the portions are enormous so beware lol. The drinks at the bar were amazing value. Our room was small with just a skylight window but we did know this as we had booked late and it was the last room left. Our bed was also a small double but was comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and clean. Also being able to park on site was a big bonus. It’s VERY dog friendly which was perfect for us and our pooch. When arriving at the Gladstone, we were greeting by Gavin who was warm and welcoming. All essential information was given, we were shown to our room. We weren't sure what to expect as this was the first time staying but we were overwhelmed by our room, it was clean, warm and the ensuite was clean, we even had a sea view - which was fantastic; little details were covered from soft towels and toiletries offered in the bathroom to tea and coffee making facilities. We could help ourselves to extra if required from a communal desk on the landing. The staff were efficient and friendly. We booked bed and breakfast but we also had an evening meal on the first night (recommend booking in advance); the food - the evening meal was exceptional (good amount of choice available); the breakfasts were amazing - all freshly cooked to order. We will definitely be going again - the Gladstone will become our go to place when staying in Conwy

The room was small but cosy and perfectly clean. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of pillows. Staff were all incredibly welcoming and friendly and polite. They helped me charge my phone when I was panicking about my train home and were really kind. The breakfast is a 10/10 for me and the bar has some great beers on tap which I was able to drink outside in the sunshine. As a solo female traveller, I felt really safe, secure and comfortable during my stay there. I would recommend!

It was in the ideal place for the shops, the beach and the pier. A very friendly hotel. with lovely breakfasts and food in the evenings at the weekend. The staff were very helpful. We loved our time in Llandudno and all the staff at the hotel did their best to ensure that we were happy and had a good time. Thank you! The North beach is perfect for families - a beautiful clean beach, gently sloping making it a very safe beach for people to go into the water and swim; the Pier was close offering a different experience and a shelter from the rain in the cafe and the arcade, There were several places where you could obtain food - burgers, fish and chips, doughnuts, sweets candy floss. There was a traditional Punch and Judy Show; a wooden breakwater ideal for crabbing - a British seaside resort at its best - but keep hold of your picnic or the herring gulls will have it!!

En suite with complementary toiletries and fluffy towels and hair dryer provided. Our room was lovely and we enjoyed being in the annex room out the back. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was also nice with plentiful hot water. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and they went out of their way to make every guest feel welcome. The cooked breakfast was very tasty with quality produce and the accompanying buffet was plentiful. We would not hesitate to stay here again should we attend Venue Cymru in the future. It was perfect for our needs and came at a really reasonable price too! Definite value for money.

From Booking of B'day Weekend getaway to Check-in Out... the Staff were Efficient, Welcoming, Friendly & Helpful with no issues when chatting (especially "SADIE"), the Bar lady & Waiters (Sorry to the Young Girl who we accidentally Embarrassed🤭, we didn't mean to!)... we didn't see the Housekeeping Staff as we'd left for a day out in Llandudno!) The Facilities were superb from the room (Bedroom & Shower room including Towels/Flannels, Soap including Hot drinks such as Tea & Coffee... not to mention the biscuits 😋) to the General Facilities such as the Parking, Evening Meal & Breakfast rooms, Bar area (which kept my Wife Happy 😌 with the Live Darts 🎯 on the Huge TV) & Vending Machine (served cans & snacks) near the Rear Entrance (which takes you to the Carpark).

The room was clean and comfortable , with a good supply of tea, coffee and milk. The sea view was relaxing. We enjoyed our freshly cooked breakfast and the staff were friendly and helpful.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel and will definitely stay again. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and accommodating and the vegan breakfast is delicious! I didn't have a sea view from the room but it doesn't matter because the hotel is right on the front, you just have to cross the road and the beach is there. Compared to other hotels this is definitely value for money and I look forward to future stays here.

Our room had WiFi which worked perfectly with no problems at all. Two comfy chairs to view the fantastic sea view and sunsets over The Great Orme. At breakfast we had a choice of home made fresh fruit salads,cereals and a huge self service full English breakfast is provided if you want. There is free car park at the rear, we traveled by train and an easy fifteen minute flat walk from the station. Across the road is the wide sea front promenade which takes you into town. There are plenty of local restaurants just around the corner we tried them all Greek, Italian, Indian and Chinese or if you prefer local fish and chips, the owner will provide plates if you would like to eat a takeaway at the hotel in the evening. A hairdryer, ironing board and iron is also in your room for you to use.

Hotel No 5 is in a quiet part of Llandudno on the sea front about 20 minutes walk into the centre. Parking is round the back of the hotel. We had a deluxe room facing the sea on the first floor. Room was light and clean with a big window and seating overlooking the bay. Everything you needed was in the room including a fridge and a coffee machine. Bed was comfy and shower good. The whole hotel was well decorated , light and clean. Breakfast was a help yourself with lots of variety...fresh fruit, granola pots, yoghurts , pastries as well as a cooked breakfast. Staff were friendly and personable. The owner greeted us on arrival and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us recommendations for restaurants in Llandudno and had also included lots of information in the room brochure.

Loved the location! Host was going above and beyond with everything. Can’t believe we was the first ever guest! We got a free upgrade to which we was very thankful for. Whilst searching the area I tried to find the cheapest most modern hotel, for some reason I kept coming back to Hotel No.5! I’m so glad I came back and reserved our room! Perfect modern hotel, beautifully decorated!! Very clean, looks posh inside!! We was basically living in style and I’m so happy with our room that I’m looking into coming back and booking a room again to spend more time in wales! Host made us feel so welcome and loved seeing her 2 little doggies! There was loads of different choices of coffee and tea in our room, loved the view from our window! The breakfast was free, different choices but we really enjoyed the fruit salad then some pasty followed with a full English!! Spoilt for choice, such a beautiful hotel, we can’t wait to book again back in July!! Book here, you won’t regret it - enjoy the view from your room or either spend time in the lounge area and enjoy a cuppa next to a big window with some biscuits (free of course)! We took advantage of our lovely espresso coffee machine in our room! We even had some anti-bacterial gel in our bathroom with shower caps and sanitary bags for the female products! Little goes a long way and I just can’t describe how lovely this hotel is. Thank you to our host once again, we will be back!! Xx

Wonderful reception from lovely owner/ staff. Modern, comfortable and cosy hotel situated on the beach front. 5 minute walk to the main shopping area along the long promenade. Beautiful views of the beach, Great Orme and little Orme. Dolphins sighted close to shore last morning. I stayed in the single room. It was small, though totally adequate for one person. The bed was very comfy (I’m very fussy, but was very happy with the soft mattress). Facilities included kettle, coffee machine, clothes steamer. Breakfast buffet - good quality sausages, hash browns, bacon, eggs, black pudding, beans…As well as cereals, fruit salad, toast, waffles, scotch pancakes, and fresh pastries such as croissants, pain au chocolates. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

Fab Modern decor throughout exceptionally clean. Hayley was so friendly and helpful couldn’t do enough to help & always checked in to see if we needed anything more for room etc. let’s not forget this amazing Hotel is literally beach front. A short walk from Llandudno Pier and walking distance close to all amenities needed including Restaurants bars. Hayley also gave recommendations on takeaways and set table in dining room to eat in the evening. I need to praise the buffet breakfast served a selection of pastries cereal fruit yoghurt and cooked breakfast the quality of products was of a high standard I would say definitely farm quality meat ⭐️ Also free parking at rear of hotel in their own private carpark.⭐️

Warm welcome from Sharon and robin. Lovely stay with all the amenities and a short walk from the west beach shore. A bit noisy with seagulls but there were earplugs do a good sleep was had.

Brilliant from start to finish, super host Sharon has thought of everything to make your stay perfect and her decorations inside and outs are brilliant

Absolutely perfect location ( best so far having stayed in two other B&Bs in recent years ) and amazing sea view from my second floor room. Great to be able to have the window open at night and enjoy the sound of the waves too, without worrying about street noise. Spacious room and modern shower with decent water pressure. Full sized wardrobe made the room feel homely and therefore spacious enough for a longer stay. Calm and quiet atmosphere throughout my stay. As a solo traveller I felt safe walking back from the theatre, which was literally a 2 minute walk. Lots of nearby restaurants and cafes and a bonus being so close to the many shopping areas.

We stayed at the Promenad for six days 4-10 June and is was a great experience. Claire and David the hosts were very friendly, helpful and attentive to their guests. Breakfasts were delicious, we had traditional English and they catered for the different food requirements. Our room number 7 had a modern bathroom with a walk in shower and sea view. The room was very clean and furniture was a good standard and comfortable. We recommend the Promenad and know that other guests were very happy with their stay. You will make a good choice to book with Claire and David at the Promenad.

Fell in love with this amazing B&B! Gorgeous view from our massive and very clean room and from our breakfast table. Breakfast was really well planned out and tasted wonderful! Even had to ask were the sausages were from as they were amazing! The comfiest bed I have slept in on any holiday (notorious bad sleeper and I slept like a log!) Hosts and their staff were so friendly and helpful. Will hopefully be the first of many stays for us as we love Llandudno ❤️

Good location on the sea front so we had a brilliant view out to sea whilst we sat and had a delicious cooked breakfast. This place met our needs perfectly as it is close to cafe's, shops, restaurant's and the Venue. Room was cosy and came with crisp clean bed linen and white towels (lovely). Owners were very welcoming indeed and so kind and helpful which, made our stay a very pleasurable one.

This is our second time staying at the Promenad guest house. We really enjoy it here and feels very much like a home-from-home. Dave & Claire are very welcoming hosts. We had a lovely big room with high ceilings and sweeping sea view. We were in room 4 on the 1st floor. Bed was massive and very comfortable :) Fab breakfast all freshly cooked to order....I also discovered a new favourite! Bubble & squeak sausage!! Absolutely delicious :) We will continue to go back here whenever we are in the area...we couldn't have asked for any more. The location is great too with the pier being a leisurely 10 minute walk along the promenade, and the main shopping area with restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance. I've stayed several times this year for less than ideal reasons (father in hospital nearby and then for his and my mother's funeral) but staying here has allowed me to get a good night's rest so I could focus on the things I needed to do. I never needed to worry about whether the room would be comfortable or clean and I am so grateful for somewhere nice to stay during this time. The rooms are quiet, even during hours when the bar and restaurant are open. The food in the restaurant is excellent and even though there are other places nearby we ended up eating here every night because it's just so good. The staff have been polite, friendly and helpful during each of our stays.

An older property with some character to it. The hotel was decorated for Christmas and whilst there was some wear and tear it, was clean and tidy with decent provisions. We had a good size room with a comfy bed and soft sheets. Some marks on materials and curtains wonky but it felt clean. The bathroom was basic but decent shower and bath. Warm and cosy too. Though its near a main road it was quiet. A good location for starting to explore North Wales. We could not fault our stay over and sleep but the food was a disappointment. Luckily we'd eaten else where in the evening as they had "run out" of most menu items. Infact, we were greeted by a friendly chap who told us all the woes of the hotel, it's management and poorly run kitchen while we were booking in. Hopefully things look up after Christmas! The breakfast offering wasn't great. Plenty of tea and coffee, limited bakery if you'd chosen continental option. But...cooked breakfast was poor, small, old looking items with watery beans, overcooked egg and fatty bacon. And served with an extra pea from somewhere! I could see this being a top place to stay when things are sorted in the kitchen.

Spent a lovely couple of nights here. Spacious clean room, comfy bed, extra pillows and towels available, tea and coffee BAGS (hurray!!). The heating in our room did not work, there was a plug-in heating contraption but we couldn’t get it to work. It wasn’t very cold though so we were ok without it. Staff were super friendly and helpful, food was amazing with very varied menus both breakfast and main meals. (I can thoroughly recommend the breakfast omelette!) The hotel is located just off the north wales expressway and super convenient for exploring all of north Wales. We booked at very short notice and got a really good deal - excellent value for money. I’m sure we‘ll be back some time!

Absolutely perfect place for what I needed. Dinner, B&B. Food was well priced and good - especially the breakfast. Atmosphere was friendly with other people on business trips and locals families in for the evening. Staff were very polite, helpful and the service was great. Parking was plentiful and certainly appeared to be safe. I stayed in the main building (the pub) & the room was large, very clean and comfortable. The noise from the pub/restaurant didn't seem to travel. Couldn't fault it. Everything I needed was there. I would be happy to recommend to others & would happily stay again.

This hotel had everything you needed, it was clean, comfortable with easy access to and from the A55; a lovely location. The staff were lovely especially Ali who checked us in, served our evening meal and our breakfast the next day. She was very friendly and helpful despite being short staffed on the day. A credit to the company! The room was a good size and very clean with a comfortable bed. The English breakfast was cooked to order and was very nice as was the evening meal in the restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Breakfast was excellent both mornings. Plenty of choice and all items well stocked and replenished. Coffee was nice too. Dinner on the first evening was excellent. Seabass was perfectly cooked. On the second evening the food was still great but the service was a bit slow. It was a nice touch having a Saxophonist playing in the foyer all evening. This created a nice ambience. The bar staff were excellent and the range of cocktails was good. We enjoyed the Espresso Martini. We used the spa which was also excellent. It was lovely sitting in the outside jacuzzi whilst the rain was falling but we were still warm!

The inside of the hotel was modern & the rooms were really comfortable,huge tv,black out blinds were a great touch & the shower was spacious & powerful.we didn’t have a lagoon view room which I am glad I didn’t pay the extra for as we were hardly in the room. The spa was brilliant, really relaxing & perfect touch after a busy few days. All the spa staff were so nice and friendly. Restaurant staff (a very tall guy with blonde hair & a girl with glasses & short black hair) were attentive & very welcoming & friendly.

Breakfast good buffet choices and good quality. Restaurant was lovely and spacious and not too noisy or quiet - really nice vibe. Dinner menu was also excellent and good value. All staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great for getting up to the coast and down into the mountains. Lots of families there in school holidays so was a comfortable space.

We arrived after a 4-hour drive for a late check-in around 11pm. The staff were very efficient, and we had our keys and were in our room within 10 minutes. The room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were cozy and comfortable, with the temperature just right for a good night’s sleep. In the morning, we woke up to beautiful views of the valley and enjoyed a delicious breakfast, perfect for fueling up before climbing Mount Snowdon. After our trek, we were pleased to return and relax with a lovely dinner at the hotel – a real bonus. Thank you for the warm hospitality and wonderful experience!

Everything we needed was there, tea, coffee, delicious hot chocolate and tasty biscuits. A bottle of water refilled every day. Cute little en-suite which was very compact but again, spotless, with plenty of hot water and a nice powerful shower. King size bed was comfy and the linen was soft and fresh. Stuart and Pat were fabulous hosts who couldn’t do enough for us. Fantastic choice of breakfast options including, cereal, toast, cooked breakfast, juice and tea or coffee, all cooked and presented beautifully. We were given tips and advice about places we wanted to visit and great spots to eat out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chiltern’s and will definitely not look anywhere else if we come to Llandudno again.

Excellent breakfast, professional, friendly service, on arrival was greeted by Pat & Stuart, they were friendly & welcoming. Pat gave us information on our stay, nothing was too much trouble for them. the bed room was very clean . the beds were comfy and the shower was powerful and hot. there was water, tea & coffee and so on, in the bedroom, which always is a bonus. excellent location close to all amenities. If we ever go to wales again we will stay at the chitterns guest house.

The hosts Pat and Stuart were great, they were really friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely, it was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, there was a good shower, plenty of storage and lots of thoughtful extra touches. The breakfast couldn't be faulted as there was a varied menu to choose from and everything we had was very good. The Chiltern Guest House is well situated a few minutes walk from restaurants, cafes, bars, the main shopping street, the seafront and other attractions. Parking is free at the front of the house. We stayed for four nights and hopefully will go back in the future.

Lovely little guest house close to the centre of Llandudno - a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Pat and Stuart were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. We had a delicious breakfast each morning made to order which is just the thing to set you up for the day! The room was nicely decorated and very clean if a little cosy (is small!). Bed was very comfortable though and had everything we needed for our stay.

The chilterns b and b was excellent. Pat and Stuart were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Room was lovely. Very clean and everything we needed. Water, kettle, biscuits. Milk and teabags, coffee and hot chocolate. Bed was very comfy and plenty of space to hang clothes etc. The breakfast was excellent. Cooked perfectly and plenty of it. From cereals, yoghurts to full cooked breakfast and toast with plenty to pick from. Tea and coffee or juice. Excellent location for visiting Llandudno and attractions. Everything in walking distance.

We stayed for 8 nights. We were asked daily if we required anything, but all was well. The owners have a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene, Very informative and knowledgeable about the local area - restaurants, shops, the wildlife (seals), the Great Orme etc The Guest House is close to shops, restaurants and the Great Orme - in a great spot-but very quiet including evenings and at night.

Clean and comfortable family room with a lovely view of street and mountain. Fresh milk available, tea, coffee and bottled water also available and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. The owners were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Branstone guest house is situated in the perfect location, short walks to town, pubs, restraunts and the beach front/pier.

Branstone house is in an excellent location, 2 minutes from the pier and a very small walk to the beach and shops. The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. We stayed with 2 children and had a wonderful time exploring around the area. Breakfast was great, and Dawn was fantastic, making sure breakfast was safe for my son with allergies. He absolutely loved his pancakes and cooked breakfast. Dawn and Jason were really helpful and friendly and had great knowledge of the local area to help us choose where to visit. Would highly recommend! Thanks for such a lovely stay.

What I particularly liked at the Branstone was the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere and the thoughtfulness of our host and hostess. That in itself wouldn’t have been enough but the thoughtfulness turned into little flourishes I haven’t found elsewhere: really tasty sausages from the secret recipe of a local butcher, access to a fridge, and real fresh milk in our own little bottle tagged with our room number. Clean and comfortable of course, but very well maintained on top of that. Great choice of breakfast cooked to perfection and just as good every day. Easy walk to the town and the front and a very short walk to the tram to the top of Great Orme. Parking on the street but we generally got a spot close to the Branstone. People return again and again and it’s easy to see why

What an absolute gem of a B&B, you literally couldn’t be made more welcome with recommendations for days out and restaurants and real attention to detail. Room clean and comfy, beds very comfy indeed, breakfast choices varied and tasty- especially the pancakes. The location is perfect within a couple of minutes of the centre, tram stop and pier. Wonderful mini break, highly recommended.

Arrived at the hotel with my daughter and grandson the first thing I noticed was how close it was to the beach, inside the reception area was spacious and very elaborate with marble floors etc., we booked in no queues or chaos the receptionist staff were very helpful and polite, we took the lift up to the room, it was nice to feel the cool air con after our long journey. The room had the best view of the beach sea and the pier. The room was very comfortable with a large bathroom and walk in shower beds comfortable, as was the cot provided for my grandson, welcome pack had good selection of teas coffee hot chocolate and bottled water with some very nice biscuits. The restaurant was very large and again very spacious proving every thing you needed for breakfast, lunch and dinner spotless the staff were a credit to the hotel. All in all I would definitely recommend this lovely hotel. Out and about lots to do and see shops restaurants and bars all polite welcoming for families, couples, and solo travellers and dogs

This hotel has undergone renovation since our last stay. It is simply beautiful. The bar, restaurant and reception area are amazing. The room was larger than expected and spotlessly clean. The shower was hot and powerful and towels clean. A complimentary tray for tea and coffee making was available with the surprise addition of bottled water, biscuits and hot chocolate, all of which were replenished daily. Meals in the restaurant were very well cooked and presented. Breakfast was very tasty, with both cooked, toast, juice, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the pier and shops/bars/restaurants and right on the promenade. The bonus is that they have their own car park which is free. The property Is disabled friendly with ramped access from the car park, lifts to floors and walk in showers. The icing on the cake is the super friendly staff, who go the extra meal to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Special shout out to Claire who quickly changed our allocated room to ensure there were no steps to negotiate as I have walking difficulties. It was a great weekend away and we will definitely be returning.

This is a beautiful Hotel in a prime location on Llandudno sea front . I stayed over New year for 2 nights & as a single female traveller felt safe & was very well looked after during my stay . The staff were super professional even under the duress of being exceptionally busy due to the holidays & I was made to feel very welcome from beginning to end of my stay . I had a sea view room , a twin & I was thrilled at its size . The beds were super comfy , the room was spotless , great bedding & towels . Lovely well stocked tea tray with extras like water . The restaurant was stunning as was the foyer & honestly the breakfast was superb . The staff from front desk , house keeping & Dining rooms were superb . Like a well oiled machine . This is not far off being a 4 star hotel . I for one would stay again & in fact I had such a good time that I would have stayed on if I could . The views from the restaurant were stunning . The menus look exciting & fresh and if I could have done I would have booked in but they were fully booked with it being new year . There was a minor issue with my room on arrival I was given a courtesy coffee & upgraded . A really superb stay . Thank you to all at The Esplanade .

We made a last minute booking on the way to Llandudno. We called ahead and Kelsey on reception was so great. She helped us to the room and showed us the car park and security codes etc. I was so stunned at the reception and bar next door - with it being last minute I wasn’t expecting such a gorgeous BnB. We booked a family room with a sea view. Room was spotless , windows open with welcome fresh air in a heatwave. Plenty of space , beds really comfortable. Fan and a well stocked tea tray. View was overlooking the bay and pier. Perfect for families wanting a good old fashioned beach weekend. We had a few drinks in the goat (the bar and restaurants. Service was fantastic, prompt and we had both evening meal and breakfast. Food was hot, quality ingredients even cheaper than some of the local chippies. We can’t wait to come back honestly just book there isn’t a better BnB on the front!!!

The staff are exceptional - friendly, welcoming, and helpful - both at the Reception and in The Goat Restaurant. A clean, well kept, and very well presented hotel, in a fantastic prime location close to all of Llandudno's main attractions, with great views directly out across North Shore Beach of the sea and Llandudno Pier, and with several on site parking spaces available too - maybe not loads of parking, but hotels this good, and good value, in such a prime location are lucky to have any at all! The Goat restaurant has a great selection of cooked breakfast options available alongside the Continental options, and has an equally delightful menu to choose from for dinner too. All was cooked to perfection and tasted wonderful. Would absolutely recommend, and we will be returning soon!

Tess, who runs The Cumberland is quite simply brilliant, and lovely with it. She kindly upgraded our room and couldn't do enough for us. So as well as the location, facilities, the breakfast and the bed all being wonderful.... the staff were as well. Regarding location, the hotel is smack bang in the place you want to be, 30 seconds from the pier and 20 seconds from the beach. Its a beautiful old building, beautifully furnished, but with modern facilities and the most comfortable beds. OK, no parking... but believe me, my jaguar was safe in the streets nearby, free after 6pm until 9pm. Train station parking is safe and cheap too, so parking isn't really an issue. We loved our stay, we can unequivocally say we will be back. Thank you so much Tess.

This was my first time travelling alone and I felt really safe and comfortable as Glascoed guest house. The rooms smelt clean as soon as you walk in, the bed was comfy and everything was spotless. Breakfast was perfect and Craig and Zoe were lovely! It’s also in a perfect location for the train station and town, beach and pier.

Great Location, Quiet Street but in the middle of the town. Lovely set up downstairs with an honesty bar (didn't use but had a nice selection of drinks) with darts and pool. Room was clean, Had a comfy bed, A cast iron fireplace which was a nice feature and a decent tea tray with a proper mug. Ensuite was spotless with a powerful shower and loads of hot water. Breakfast was fab, A nice selection and a guest house that can do proper poached eggs is a rare thing indeed. The hosts were lovely and have put a lot of thought into the place, Even down to recycling bin in the room and the helpful welcome book. Will stay again for longer next time.

Zoe and Craig were so friendly and welcoming. They were able to recommend where to eat and were very knowledgeable about the area. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with great choices so every taste was catered for. Zoe's baking delicious and BaraBrith to die for !!! We had a lovely weekend stay and would definitely return. Thank you Craig and Zoe for making it so enjoyable.

Good shower top rooms normally not quite so powerful but this was fab! Breakfast was really nice, plenty of choice cereals, fruit, yoghurts, toast, preserves and a lovely cooked breakfast. Set us up for the day! Great hosts we will definitely return.

Cosy, central location. Close walking distance to all amenities & free parking on the road outside. Honesty bar & fresh baked cookies on arrival was a bonus. The pool table & darts board was a favourite with our young boys 👍 family room had adjoining room for the children so very safe & so comfortable. Management and staff all very friendly and helpfull, often coming to talk with guests over breakfast, nice touch. Oh and good WiFi reception.

The hostel was located in a very central location, near the pier and the train station so it was really convenient getting around. All the common areas were clean and tidy. It was nice having space to just hang out and chill. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the blanket was thick and cosy. The highlight of the hostel was the staff. They were all so friendly, it really made me feel welcomed. They were also very helpful, even when I lost my charger, they found a solution for me. I could tell that they really did their best to make all the guests feel comfy staying here. Their warmth really made my whole stay so enjoyable. I couldn't recommend this hostel enough!

Beds, mattresses and bedding felt luxury standard. The bathrooms very clean and modern. This is probably one of the best hostels that I’ve stayed in! Location: perfect as it’s 2 mins walk away from the railway station, few mins walk away from Main Street, and 7 mins walk away from the Llandudno pier. Environment: quiet and clean. Beds are nice and comfy with good quality blanket and pillow. Sinks available in the room with tea, coffee, and kettle. Bathrooms are one of the best ones I’ve seen— feels like I’m in a nice hotel. Very clean at all times. Nice lounge, fridge available. Staff: very friendly and helpful. Top notch service. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Llandudno!

The breakfasts were exceptional, offering a wide array of delicious choices, including delightful Easter treats like chocolate eggs. Additionally, we were touched by their gesture of mailing back a forgotten phone charger to our home without any charges. The rooms were comfortable, spacious bathrooms with clean towels. The hotel's location was ideal, with proximity to Rhos-on-Sea Beach and several charming restaurants nearby. Overall, our stay was nothing short of fantastic.

Clean room with on suite toilet and shower. Tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable bed. Good breakfast, wide choice of cereals, cooked breakfast and tea/coffee and toast. Hosts very friendly, ample parking available.

Very friendly hosts, good location. lovely friendly arrival and shown to our room. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. Huge bathroom and had tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast the following morning was lovely and fresh. we would definitely stay again.

I was given the option of having the one and only groundfloor room(accessible double) as I had my dog with me which was very spacious. I also parked right outside it and could put my stuff in through the two windows. The beach is a 5 mins walk to the bottom of the road and the right side is dog friendly all year round. Breakfast was nice and filling. The host was friendly. Plenty of tea and coffee. Living room , breakfast room and garden all nice.

The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The beds were comfortable and very clean and our bathroom was massive. Our room could do with some improvements in areas, but it was a pleasant stay and breakfast was lovely. If you want the smoked haddock you have to order the day before, but the full Welsh was lovely. It is also a great location as you can walk to everything in Rhos and the view when you get on the main road is gorgeous, one of my fave views looking down towards the sea ;-)
