A unique leafy walkway whisks you away from the hustle and bustle of the city and brings you to the quiet calm of the living areas. Breakfast is quite reasonable with healthy options. Alexis at the front desk was very welcoming and made me feel like the most valued guest of the year, Sebastian was super helpful and Roxana's smile at the breakfast buffet took away the pre-coffee sting of the morning. The room was comfortable for one night. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety . The location was convenient to restaurants and close to the Concepcion Temple, which is why we visited the city!

The hotel staff were impressively friendly and helpful, and the room was very large and well maintained. The hotel is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Plaza de la Independencia and the adjacent pedestrian zone. I can highly recommend the hotel and would book it again anytime.

Beware of the parking. Scary as heck. Room Was clean breakfast, soso Overall, not too bad and very convenient to walk downtown.

We stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday in January. The hotel was modern and comfortable. Because our room was not ready we were upgraded to a suite. Luxurious marble bathroom, welcoming entry hall with a wall of windows and large bedroom with 2 queen sized beds. The views were good, looking west over the river. The breakfast buffet was excellent, only lacking in pancakes and sausages... hint, hint. The restaurant was very over-priced, a bowl of chicken soup was 2,900. The metal switch in the shower stall fell out when I tried to switch from bath to shower. I was too tired to ask management to fix it. My shower had two water spouts, one from the shower head, one from the switch. Other than that little glitch, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I would stay there again.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times. It offers a great location near the center of town and a block from a lovely park at the foot of a hill, also near the Bio-Bio river. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed - not luxury, but certainly very comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is not huge but is quite nice, offering a good variety of breads, pastries, cereals, fruit, yogurt and drinks, and the restaurant personnel are very nice and accommodating. WiFi Internet is fairly good, though the speed and reliability does depend a bit on which floor and room you are in. They do have routers servicing individual floors, and it has worked out fine for us. The hotel also offers an indoor, heated swimming pool.

I spent three nights at this hotel which is around 10 minutes walk from the main square in Concepcion and also close to the park. The room was spacious, with two king-sized beds. It was also very quiet with no internal or external noise (apart from a noisy AC system in the room). There was a safe in the room and a mini-bar although no ironing or drink-making facilities. The wifi was fast and reliable. A buffet breakfast was included. All in all, it was a perfectly comfortable stay but fairly unmemorable as a hotel.

Great hotel. Not very luxurious but with all the basics. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, nice buffet breakfast and great location. It's my 3rd time here and I know I'll be back soon. It offers a nice overall experience.

This hotel in Concepcion has been my regular hotel over serveral years when now visting in the Bio-Bio area. The rooms are of good size and quality, the staff can manage with english and breakfast is just ok for me...what else can you ask for ? I have stayed here maybe 20 stays, 40 nights and always there has been space for a car in the underground garage which is also a big plus for a hotel in Chile. The restaurant downstairs is also ok, although not so comfy since it's the same place where the complimentary breakfast is served. There are quite many restaurants nearby, if you do not want to eat in the hotel. As I am a Finn, the Finnish sauna and a heated pool downstairs is also a great to have in a hotel while traveling...

My wife and I stayed at the Diego Almagro Lomas Verdes during a vacation in Concepción. The location was tough, but it can work. The hotel is very close to the airport, off a major highway (access only possible from northbound lanes). There is a large mall just down the road, but getting there on foot could be dicey (walking, the Santa Isabel 1km south may be easier). There is a free hotel shuttle, however bear in mind it only operates certain days and limited times. The hotel appears modern with clean rooms and nice facilities and reliable wifi. We had a problem with a hairdryer that was fixed very quickly. The pool and exercise room were empty whenever we went which was nice. Breakfast was good; nothing fancy; they had slightly more on weekday mornings when there were more guests. Most days there were very few people around; we had dinner there one night (tasty) and we were the only people around. We used the hotel as a base to explore Concepción. While we couldn't walk anywhere, we made good use of the shuttle (the driver was nice about picking us up) and taxis. The front desk staff were kind when we dropped by or called, and forgiving of imperfect Spanish. We did have one not-great night when there was a party in one of the rooms on the main floor (we were on the second floor), and the music came through loud and clear via the air vents until about 10:20 PM...so maybe consider a room on a higher floor. In the end, a good stay for the price.

Large, clean rooms. Quiet. Breakfast better than another hotel I stayed in on the same trip, but not anything to get excited about. Location requires some detouring to get to depending on where you're coming from. Good for a short stay.

This was a repeat stay for me at this hotel. Good price-performance ratio, small bar, good breakfast buffet. Meals are also served during the day/evening. All customers seem to be business travelers/professionals.

We found access from the main street to the hotel difficult to find especially at night. Also, when booking the hotel through Expedia web site it was written to check in by midnight or we would have to wait until morning. We found this information was incorrect upon arrival to the hotel; because of this , we had to leave the wedding reception early based on the information. Overall we found the hotel good - excellent breakfast, excellent staff to deal with and clean facility.

The staff was friendly, and parking was easy with parking in front of the hotel and behind a secured gate. Breakfast every morning was good, fresh fruits, cheese, meats, bread for toast and the staff made scrambled eggs for me each morning. I did not use the pool but looked clean. The room was also very clean and room service made the room each day. Would recommend. It is a little further out from the downtown area but a short drive to the Mall and into the Downtown area.

The hotel is quite nicely made, with all the essential amenities. I liked my stay in here. The hotel staff were vey very friendly and gentle. They should have a well english spoken person at their hotel for 24 hrs time, for international visitors. Te quiero.

Fair price, the staff is very friendly (even if not everyone speak English, they would accommodate to a level that you can communicate with no mayor problem). You can notice that is fairly new, all the essential amenities are there. Close to shopping areas and public transportation in case you don't have a rental.

We love this hotel, always revisit when we come to Concepción. Like Goldilocks, everything is just right. One of best places to eat too, unpretensious, but chef prepares only two or three choices beautifully.

Muy agredecido del servicio recibido y muy satisfecho con el pago de acuerdo al hotel y el buen trato que recibí. Personal amable y dedicado. Recomiendo el hotel 100% y volveré a este hotel cuando tenga que volver a la ciudad.

Excelente , el hotel no esta cental, pero tiene restaurante, pizerias, pequeños locales en su entorno. El hotel en si fantastico, todo el personal muy atentos. Amables y preocupados de los requerimientos que necesitaramos los paaajeros. Desayuno muy bueno. Gracias por sus atenciones

El servicio de recepción no fue del todo eficiente ya que se notaba que la persona no tenía experiencia y cometió varios errores, en definitiva el hotel cuenta con buena infraestructura pero debe acompañarlo de un buen servicio.

Chile has many stray dogs in major cities and Concepcion has more of them gathering in packs than we saw elsewhere in the country. When congregated in the Plaza nearby their barking can be annoying.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of town. We could walk easily anywhere we wanted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you don't speak Spanish, use your Google Translate app as most people here in Chile don't speak English. We had beautiful views of the city on the 9th floor. I would come back again

This hotel is in a great location near a plaza and shopping. It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was courteous and accommodated my need for a late check-out. The Internet was only fast during off-peak times.

Nos quedaba al frente del Teatro Concepción para el concierto de Nicolás Ruiz. Cruzamos la plaza caminando y el auto a resguardo en el estacionamiento subterráneo. Que mejor.
