super convenient location. The bar was a perfect spot for post dinner cocktails. the staff were very helpful and friendly Extra large quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

The Graduate was right in the middle of UCONN campus which was perfect as I was there to work at the Bookstore. My room was spacious, comfy and clean. I loved all of the decorations from the lobby to the last little details in my room. Venus at the front desk as well as all of the staff were super kind and helpful. It felt safe, and having a restaurant on site was perfect. The fridge in the room was a nice addition.

I love this place and can’t stop telling people how great the stay was. The theme is fabulous and it makes the rooms so incredibly cozy! They include so many nice details and touches that feel special. Above all else, I found the room to be very quiet, which to me is critical when I’m staying somewhere all week for work. The staff is so kind and helpful, the food and coffee bar are delicious and convenient, location cannot be beat if you’re working with or visiting UConn. I couldn’t name a criticism if I tried.

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean and well-kept everything was. The rooms were immaculate and the common areas were beautifully maintained. What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the incredibly friendly and welcoming front desk and bar staff. They went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and always with a smile. I’ll definitely be returning!

Location was perfect to access campus. Super clean and very friendly responsive staff. Trophy restaurant in lobby was convenient and delicious. Room was comfortable.

Excellent free breakfast options! Good location! Helpful and friendly staff! Rooms were comfortable! No difficulty in receiving more towels and pillows. Each bed offered 3 pillows. The couch bed was comfortable and easy to pull out. The couch was big enough for our youngest to sleep on the part of the couch that doesn't pull out (perfect for a little one!) Our family of 5 was comfortable in the room. The small fridge gave enough room for our leftovers and we enjoyed a take out dinner at the desk that pulls out into a table. The microwave worked well and was very clean. There's an in room safe in one of the drawers. We liked having 2 tvs so we could all enjoy the same show together while in bed in both areas of the room. The pool was clean and there were plenty of towels. Our teenagers liked a late night swim, the pool is open til 11pm. The chairs in the pool area were in perfect condition and there were plenty of lounge chairs and regular chairs. The room was appropriately warm and the water clean. The fitness area looked clean and in good shape as well. There is also a laundry room that we used and dry cleaning service. We didn't see any detergent to purchase at the hotel, but there were dryer sheets. We could have overlooked the soap. There was nothing in the hotel that seemed run down or in need of replacing. We were very pleased and are already planning our return visit with extended family!

Everyone was super helpful and friendly: the reception staff, the breakfast ladies, cleaning staff, even the maintenance guy took time to ask if I needed help seeing that I was standing by the reception! I see a staff who cares and that matters. We did not use it but we appreciate the option of a free shuttle to the casino (4 pm to 12 am). The pool looked very well maintained. Cleanliness is prominent throughout the facilities. The hotel obviously has undergone recent renovations and updates that makes it a very decent place to stay. Loved that there are 2 TV’s in the king suite we stayed in, one of which is huge. The sitting area is very spacious with a sofa bed and a big two level desk. Breakfast: thank you for having almond milk and lactose free milk for people who cannot have dairy. The breakfast area is exceptionally clean. Coffee and tea 24/7 is much appreciated. It’s a bonus to have a dim sum restaurant right next to the hotel ; )

Emily at the front desk was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and she went above and beyond to help us, we cannot thank her enough! We had a king suite, non-smoking. It was large and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was large, the glass walk in shower was roomy with great water pressure! Our room was clean and very welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was more than we thought it would be, they offered hot breakfast sandwiches, sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, juice/coffee, and Belgian waffle maker!

We stayed at this hotel November 16-17 2024 for the CT Car Show at Mohegan Sun, and it was a great experience! Mohegan Sun was charging $800-1K+ a night for their rooms last minute, Fairfield hotel was under $400 and only 3 minutes driving wise. It was also very convenient having the on demand free shuttle to and from Mohegan Sun. Jeffery the shuttle driver was so professional and such a great guy! He was awesome! Here is my experience with this hotel: Rooms Rooms are very nice, they definitely show their age especially the furniture, but it’s not a bad thing. Plug in Outlets throughout the room is very nice, sadly no USB ports. Room TV has Netflix, YouTube and HBO Max built in to watch for free which is really nice! Pull out Couch is also nice for more people to sleep in the room. Bathroom is large and clean. Nearby activities -Mohegan Sun: 3 minute drive from hotel -Foxwoods Casino and Tanger Outlet mall: 10-15 minute drive -Walmart: 5 minute drive Safety Neighborhood itself is relatively safe and quiet. Parking lot of this hotel was well lit at night both front, back and sides of the property with LED lights, making it safe to park and walk to and from hotel. Walkability Not much to walk to around this neighborhood, it’s better to drive to get to places from this hotel than it is to walk. But stores and the casino is close by with car, highway is nearby as well. Food & drinks Free breakfast was great! 2 waffle makers, eggs and sausage, and other small items

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our one-night stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in Uncasville, which is very close to Mohegan Sun! We were in town to see Rod Stewart in concert at the Mohegan Sun Arena, as apparently many other Fairfield guests were as well! The staff at the Fairfield Marriott was super friendly and accommodating and even gave my mom, whose 80th birthday it was, a lovely welcome gift. The shuttle from the Fairfield to Mohegan Sun was also incredibly convenient. The next morning, we enjoyed the splendid breakfast buffet, which had something for everyone. I highly recommend the Fairfield Marriott as a reasonably priced, comfortable, and convenient hotel that is perfect for families and for its proximity to Mohegan Sun!

The property was spacious, great location, close to the pizza strip and a really neat food truck gathering under the bridge on long wharf. Outstanding pizza and Spanish / Puerto Rican food in this little town. The respect that the rehabilitation did for this building is just outstanding. The rooms are quiet big great furniture, modern super comfortable beds great TV very welcoming and comfortable. There’s a primary water source out by each elevator that provides flat, sparkling, hot or neutral water. What a great offering. Refrigerator in my room was helpful for leftover pizza and additionally, they offered a car service to local restaurants if you needed it. Jorge was my driver. He was friendly and excellent and the car was beautiful. I can’t recommend this property enough to anyone who wants to enjoy a little bit of New Haven in a modern safe area.

We stayed at the Marcel on Christmas Day while traveling up the East Coast. The hotel was not so busy and they upgraded us to a spacious room at no extra cost, which we enjoyed very much lots of technology in the room beautiful bathroom shower. View overlooking the water and IKEA. It was conveniently located right off I-95 and 10 minutes to the downtown restaurants and shopping area. We didn’t have dinner or breakfast at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We absolutely would stay here again especially with the Hilton policy on pets.

Hotel Marcel is a stylish, mod, hotel with very friendly staff. Love that the old Marcel Breuer/Pirelli Tire building has been repurposed! It is an icon of brutalist architecture which the hotel celebrates and amplifies in the design throughout. And - it’s the first completely solar powered hotel in the country. Wow. The rooms are clean, quiet and well appointed. Yhr beds are comfy, the down pillows are perfect, and the lighting is really well done. The restaurant/bar downstairs has a great menu - if a little pricey, and the food the was delicious. I would definitely stay again

Stayed for 3 nights at this relatively new Hilton on the outskirts of the New Haven (5-10 mins from downtown area). Location is a little remote and there is nothing much in terms of restaurants in the vicinity. Check-in was efficient and professional; assigned room (large king) was clean, new and in good working order. Climate control (responsive), lighting and curtains are all managed electronically that is simple to learn and use. Furniture is a little sparse (spartan) but nicely laid out. Bed is comfortable and the bathroom is of a good size and highly functional. Only comment is that the water pressure (shower) could be better. No issues with wifi connectivity and there are ample electric sockets to power various electronic peripherals. Singular restaurant (dinner) served simple fare but acceptable for the price. House keeping was late on one of the days (arrived 6:00 pm) but cleaning was thorough. Overall, a nice establishment - standards for which are as expected for this chain.

We stayed here for a night on our way to Massachusetts. My room ended up being upgraded, which was fantastic and I would go out of my way to book that room again. Room 824. The curtains being controlled by a button was so fun and something I hadn’t experienced prior. Bathroom was spacious, I will say the lights in the bathroom are unable to be completely turned off, which seemed odd. As a 30 year old woman, I stayed in the room by myself and I felt completely safe in the hotel. Staff were super friendly. We did not eat at their restaurant but we sat at the bar for a drink around 9, bartender was fantastic. Knowledgeable, personable and both drinks I had were two of the best drinks I had my entire trip. Overall, would absolutely stay here again.

Our room was really, really clean! Impeccably clean. I really appreciated that. In my opinion, even if a hotel room isn't brand new, when it's cleaned well it feels so luxurious. Staff were really friendly, hard working and kind. Pay them well so they can keep customers happy! Included breakfast made life easier and the coffee was actually really well brewed, which was a nice little surprise. Carafe coffee usually never delivers, but it was great! Overall, it was a really comfortable and convenient stay. :)

Me and my wife stayed one night at the Hyatt. We picked it because we like Hyatts and it's a short ride to the Mohegan Sun casino. It was delightful. The staff was helpful and pleasant, and the room was great. Clean, bright, quiet, big screen TV, along with a comfortable bed and sofa. Although we didn't use them there is a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room, but no microwave. Easy in and out and a five minute drive to the casino. Free breakfast which was good, not great. Pleasant lobby with chairs and sofas. An outdoor sitting area looked nice but we didn't get a chance to use it. Small complaint, while our room and the lobby were cool and comfortable, the elevators and hallways were not air conditioned, and a little hot. Overall great stay, hated to leave. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the room was huge, hot water temperature was fantastic, gym was great (just needed sanitizing wipes to be able to clean equipment before and after use, and a remote to be able to work the tv would have been awesome too), bed and pillows were very comfortable, complimentary shuttle to Mohegan was fast and convenient, and the breakfast was fantastic: eggs, Canadian bacon, potatoes, French toast, fresh fruit, assorted breads and bagels, oatmeal, cereal… and so many options for beverages. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here for two nights when we first moved to the area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Moving delays forced us to stay an extra night at the hotel and the front desk employees were really helpful to book us into the hotel for another night. The breakfast was decent but could use some slight improvement (we would have liked to see more protein options available- it was very carb heavy). The tea and coffee station that was open 24/7 was a nice touch! Room was clean, a decent size, and had a large bathroom (with a great shower!). The pool area and gym looked nice and well equipped (though we didn't use the facilities). Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was incredibly clean and quiet, which made it a perfect place to relax. The kitchenette was a fantastic addition and came in very handy during our stay with our two kids. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.

This is a fairly new property that is being well maintained and has exceptionally clean with a very friendly staff. It is family friendly with good size rooms, comfortable beds and convenient appliances. It also has a nice breakfast service.

The location was perfect for us to reach New Haven/Yale and downtown quickly. It was also a nice location for reaching out to the shore for a seafood dinner. Patricia was very helpful at the front desk. Her recommendation of restaurants was spot on. She was friendly and engaging. The Best! I would have liked a breakfast option with a biscuit and bacon not sausage. The coffee was very strong and not particularly to my liking even with extra sugar and creamer. One of the waffle makers had a flawed timmer and overcooked my waffle. Room was nice with plenty of and space plenty of hot water.

The hotel is very new and the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff was really friendly and they have free breakfast every morning. They also have a nice fitness room and indoor pool. It’s in a very convenient location but the location itself is kinda run down. However it’s very close to downtown New Haven, the beach and close to a lot of restaurants.

Loved the back garden and the fire pit in the evening. And the chocolate chip cookies. And the friendly staff. Especially Beth who worked in the evening. We’d never have been able to turn on the jacuzzi in our room without her! We will return!

We stayed here for 2 nights of our 3 week New England trip and it was my favorite place we stayed. The rate was average (even a bit less) than all the other places we stayed and the accommodations and extras were way above the rest. We stayed in a hot tub suite. It was large, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed was so nice. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff worked so hard and did so many little things above and beyond the call of duty. The breakfast was amazing. It is unheard of to have an omelette bar and eggs made to order in a free breakfast. There were amazing pancakes and baked goods and fresh fruit. The breakfast staff did a great job meeting everyone’s needs. The welcome cookies and snack bar with cookies and wine was great. The fire pits in the evening were a nice touch and a nice way to enjoy the surrounding countryside. We will definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed at The Litchfield Inn as a couple for one night on June 2nd – and instantly wished we had booked a longer stay. We fell in love the moment we arrived! Our room was spacious, spotless, and full of charm. The whole property is absolutely beautiful – peaceful, elegant, and filled with that authentic Connecticut character. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the terrace, followed by a delicious breakfast – it was the perfect start to the day. This place has a special kind of magic. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We stayed 2 nights in 2 different bespoke rooms. This is a terrific property. It is located conveniently to shops and restaurants of Litchfield ( though not walkable). It’s a great starting point for exploring the surrounding countryside and charming towns nearby. The common areas include a lovely large sitting area as well as a more rustic gathering area stocked with soda pop, snacks and cookies. Great for playing board games! Our first night was in the bridal suite which is large and spacious. Our second night was in the cloud nine suite which was equally roomy. I thought bed in cloud 9 suite was a bit more comfortable. Place was super clean and fresh with nice towels and bedding. Staff were friendly and helpful(especially night shift). Breakfast was free and a level above the usual hotel freebie though one morning they were short staffed and had to wait for omelets. Overall though this is a terrific property especially for the price!

We had a wonderful stay at the Litchfield Inn in Litchfield, Connecticut. The hotel was lovely, and fit right in with the historic colonial town. From the chandelier and spiral staircase to the cozy sitting area by the fireplace, this hotel was really very close to perfect. It also comes with a complementary breakfast. We have eaten at many hotel breakfasts, and they are usually not very good at all. But this breakfast was amazing! There was made-to-order omelettes or eggs any style you like. They had a homemade French toast casserole that was just incredible, as well as fresh pumpkin bread, which was delicious and moist, and also made there at the hotel. Everything here was fresh and top-notch. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay at the Litchfield Inn!

The hotel staff really made it special as they were really kind, attentive and made me feel like they wanted me to be there, wanted to do the best job they could and wanted to make my experience great. That doesn't always happen in all of the travel I do for business. Big shout out and thank you to Samantha, Denice and the rest of the staff. The rooms were big, comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable. The noise level was minimal. Convenient with a decent size fridge, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. Our conference room was also clean and comfortable and the AV support was helpful and appreciated. The only downside to this place is the location and there's not much to be done about that. If you are driving, then it's no problem and you have restaurants, etc., within just a few miles. As well, it's right off of the freeway. I flew in and used Uber to get around. No services, restaurants, etc., within walking distance and there are no sidewalks for the surrounding roads, so no outside walks after work. I did have breakfast one morning at the hotel restaurant and it was quite good!

One of the largest Hilton Garden Inns I have visited l. The lobby is massive with plenty of areas to work or hang out with family or friends. There is a nice bar area where breakfast and dinner are served as well as a spacious outdoor area to enjoy on a beautiful evening. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful during check-in. Our king room was nice sized and clean. Great work by housekeeping! The room had a microwave, refrigerator, television, coffee maker, and plenty of towels for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. Overall I was very impressed with the hotel as well as the staff, especially Stephanie who went out of her way to prepare our delicious dessert we had won after spinning the wheel at check-in. 😊

The hotel was clean and probably the most quiet Hilton Garden Inn we have stayed at, despite what seemed to be a full hotel. Staff saved the night when we had a very poor experience with a locally recommended restaurant we brought dinner back from. Despite speaking with the manager at the restaurant they packed a meal full of my daughter's severe ANA allergy foods. The meal would have sent my daughter to the ER. We went downstairs and spoke with the two chef's and they were happy to save our evening. They were able to make my daughter a delicious and safe meal that she enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We were just in town for one night.

The check in with Lily was amazing. So polite and helpful. We arrived at 1am and it was a highlight of the journey to see her smiley face ready to help with anything. We needed to extend out stay that evening and it was a hard mission as the hotel was fully booked. She did her magic and in the morning with Kim made sure we will be all set. Kim helped us with other things and the experience was so great. The hotel is beautiful and clean and everyone is beyond friendly. The staff at the breakfast was amazing and overall we had THE BEST STAY! Thank you everyone who made this experience amazing!!! ❤️

The first thing that we noticed was how clean everything was from the moment we opened the door to our room everything was spotless and that's a big deal for me the bed was comfortable with big fluffy pillows and a nice fluffy comforter did I say everything was spotless I have to say that again and the complimentary breakfast was awesome with a variety of breakfast foods that were all delicious and plenty of it you stayed two nights and we could not believe how much food was given to us complimentary I forgot to mention when we checked in how pleasant the person was that helped us with our room the dining room was beautiful the tables were decorated with pumpkins and other little fall decor we will definitely be coming back it was a 8 year anniversary and we enjoyed every minute we visited mystic aquarium where we saw a show of sea lions and dolphins and even when on a virtual gorilla tour that was crazy good everything was really wonderful we cannot wait to return but it would definitely be before our next anniversary even the restaurants in the area were delicious we ate delicious seafood even visited an ice cream shop right next door everything is within walking distance or on the same strip as the hotel which made it very easy to get around and not get lost I truly hope that this will help someone that is looking to have a great time and a pleasant clean atmosphere we felt very welcomed and we will be returning or some awesome awesome

Excellent hospitality. Staff was friendly and responsive when we needed extra pillows and more tissues. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The sofa bed was premade and had a comfortable mattress. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a variety of options.

The room is spacious, clean, and serene. The bathroom is large with a wide counter and grab bar in the shower. The desk is well positioned for work with ample plugs for electronics. Coffee, hot water, cookies, and fireplace burning in the lobby area are welcoming. The picture paired with room number is helpful. The racing boat pictures are appropriate and attractive. Housekeeping exceptional.

THE HOTEL WAS PERFECT. THE LOCATION WAS CENTRAL TO ALL SIGHTS. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND QUITE LARGE. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. WE HAD BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING AT THE HOTEL. THEY HAD A VARIETY OF THINGS FROM WAFFLES AND EGGS TO CERAL AND MUFFINS. IT WAS ALL QUITE GOOD. THYE TOOK TIME TO HAVE A FEW LITTLE PERKS ALONG THE WAY. THEY HAD COLORING BOOKS, GAMES AND BOOKS FOR CHILDREN. THEY HAD TO GO BREAKFAST BAGS FOR PEOPLE ON THE RUN. THEY ALSO HAD PUMPKIN CREAMERS AND CIDER FOR THE SEASON. EVERYTHING WAS JUST PERFECT. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN ON A TRIP TO MYSTIC

Hotel was exceptionally clean. Breakfast bar was decent. Either everyone was super quiet or it felt it was a quite, well insulated room. We did not hear any noise. They have coffee/tea bar well stocked at all times. Staff was helpful.

We stayed here for just over a week. This is an excellent hotel that gives great value. The rooms are spacious, clean the bedsheets and beds are soft and so comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was delicious and the staff at the front desk extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a long time ! The rooms are cleaned daily to a very high standard so a big thank you also to the staff who clean the rooms ! Highly recommended!

Everything was great and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were better than most. The hot foods changed each day, there was a fresh pancake making machine and fresh fruit. The 2 queen room was very large. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine. Several restaurants close by were easy to get to and had good food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Every one worked hard to make the stay enjoyable.

My husband and I have stayed at the Sheraton Bradley several times prior to air travel. It’s attached to the Main Terminal which makes it very convenient. During a recent visit, Check-in was both efficient and friendly. The desk person acknowledged my Marriott status and provided complimentary waters. Our room seemed recently updated with modern furnishing. The bathroom seemed brand new. The hotel offers a Starbucks, Cloud 9 Lounge (open late) and Concorde’s Restaurant which also offers a delicious breakfast. We enjoyed drinks and several appetizers at the Lounge and then early morning breakfast at Concorde’s. The food and service was excellent and well-priced at both. The Sheraton is a wonderful and convenient hotel.

Stayed here two nights returning from a tour of New England. You can’t beat the convenience of the hotel literally steps away from the airport. Room was spacious, quiet and clean. Meg at front desk (hopefully name is correct) was helpful and pleasant. Outstanding service from Dawn and Renee in the restaurant. They were both friendly and cheerful and kept checking on customers often to see if they needed anything. Housekeeping was also helpful in supplying additional items for room.

Walked from baggage claim to friendly check-in in. Nice clean, quiet room on high floor. Fun lobby bar for bite to eat. Daily room cleaning is much appreciated. The executive lounge is closed. However, titanium Bonvoy is treated to nice breakfast and appetizers in the restaurant. Easy walk to pick up/drop off rental car. Wish they had a pool and lounge was open.

Flight was cancelled and rebooked for early morning so we decided to stay overnight. Worked out so well that we will work it into future trips out of this airport. Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable and we had a great experience in their restaurant. Hotel and restaurant staff were great, which is unusual for airport hotels in our experience.

Location location location! We arrived at Bradley at 11:30pm and literally walked from the gate to the lobby for check in in under five minutes without leaving the building. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. A sit down restaurant with nice options for breakfast as well as a cafe with to-go options.

Parking: Free and plentiful spots Reception: Kind and efficient. No one take your luggages, but there is a cart if you need Room: Very spacious with full kitchen and living room. (Balcony is really not needed most days of the year because it's cold out). Carpet is dated but clean, bathroom is sparkling clean. The mattress and pillows are acceptable but I had issues sleeping (maybe it's just me). My room was next to the basketball court, so in times, you may get woken up with a bounce or two in the morning) Swimming Pool: Nice, small, but perfect for kids, teens and leisure water splashing (cannot swim labs) Gym: Small but sufficient, you have all the equipment needed for a standard workout Breakfast: Fantastic!! (all other neighboring hotels charge you per item) Free coffee and tea all day at the reception, plus coffee and a full kitchen in your room Service: I really like it that I didn't see anyone except for the receptionist and other guests. I like the subtle service behind the scene. Overall: I had a good stay. (Bed quality was a issue for me, mattress is comfortable, but I just couldn't sleep all 5 nights)

I have stayed at this hotel three times over the past couple of months, and I am SO impressed each time. From the front desk staff, to the breakfast staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms - everything is top notch. The free breakfast buffet is hot and delicious! The suites are spacious and comfortable. The kitchens are full size, with a microwave, full size fridge, stove, large sink, and plenty of dishes/silverware. The king bed is comfortable and gives a good night's sleep. The desk and chair are very cozy for whatever work you need to get done. I will definitely come back here when needed. I highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent! I do not like staying in hotel rooms at all and I felt very comfortable here. The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly, the room was super clean, and the breakfast provided was excellent. The staff setting up the breakfast were cheerful and friendly first thing in the morning. I would highly recommend this location!

This is a very nice hotel, the room was spacious and everything was very clean. All of the staff were very pleasant, especially the woman in charge of cleaning during the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options . We were a party of 9, and we all enjoyed the buffet. I would definitely return.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. No shower pressure. Kitchenette wasn’t well stocked. Breakfast was ok. Saturday & Sunday offers waffle makers. Build your own breakfast burrito. Sunday breakfast was busy & full. We had to bring our food back to room to sit & eat. People above us were loud and stomped all night.

I wish the breakfast pastries were individually wrapped. 3. Bed sheets had holes. 4. The bed wasn’t a queen, was definitely twin. 5. No USB port.

We initially went to the place because they had a pool…we just wanted to get away for the night sort of a staycation. We were pleasantly greeted by extremely friendly staff. I loved our patient. They were with the customer on the phone so they’re initial greeting. set the stage for our stay. Our rooms were delightfully large…the beds were comfy. The energy in the hotel felt really nice. Bathrooms were clean. we were extremely comfortable. We had such a lovely time !!! :) ..but surprisingly we never got to swim.lol!!! breakfast was cute. The other guest were friendly.. we will definitely stay again. Enjoy your stay.!!! Good job Best Western!!!

We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not as good as other Hampton hotel in East Haven. Nice oasis away from Hartford and convenient to start stay in area with visit to Hill-stead Museum.

Location in quiet suburban area but short drives to stores and restaurants. Breakfast included is so appreciated when traveling for work. Clean room. Clean lobby, breakfast area and coffee/tea always available. Pool with a hot tub was clean and quiet/peaceful. Gym near pool was clean and appreciated. Traveling for a week we needed to do laundry and was so grateful for guest laundry facility on second floor. Staff and hospitality were helpful, professional and friendly. When back in this area we look forward to returning.

Stayed here 2 nights with my teenage son’s team for a tournament. This was perfect for us. It was clean, attractive, comfortable and very convenient to Hartford area colleges. Parents appreciated the friendly staff, modern decor & gathering spots in the lobby and patio, comfy beds, mini-fridge, soft towels & nearby restaurants. The teenage athletes appreciated the pool, hot tub & waffle bar.

This review would have been five stars, but it is four stars because of a building mechanical issue that affected our stay in a negative way. We stayed two nights. The first night there was a deep resonating, pounding, vibrating noise that rattled our windows and our bed. Neither myself nor my husband slept that night. I had a migraine the next morning. We found out later the noise was caused by the building’s air handling system which is mounted on the roof above room 349. Fortunately, the next morning, the hotel staff understood our dilemma and moved us to an identical room on a different floor. That room was quiet, clean and comfortable; that is what we have come to expect from the Hampton Inn by Hilton. Avoid room 349 due to the noise component. Staff was helpful and friendly even drawing a map to help us drive to a local restaurant! Breakfast was typical for Hampton Inn. The exterior of the property is landscaped with seasonal flowers and well maintained.

Our room was on a fully renovated floor and was clean and comfortable. I will say that the quality of the bedding is not so great but the rest was fine. The staff were kind and professional. At the time of our visit, the lobby was under construction so there was some chaos but it didn’t interfere with being able to obtain bar or breakfast service. We only stayed one weekend night.

I love this hotel. My mom has been in the hospital and I have stayed at this hotel for a week. The first 24 hours, I was really out of it and frazzled and I misplaced my wedding rings. I could not find them and I was very upset. They sent their housekeeping team up and they were able to locate my rings ❤️. The accommodation in the room has been so nice and I have slept so well- 10 hours a night… I usually don’t ever sleep in hotels. I’ve really enjoyed having dinner at the bar. The bartender is so hard-working and is so kind. Everybody here has been so helpful! I even use the dry cleaning service to have clean clothes. I can’t explain to you how nice it has been to have such a lovely place to stay during such a hard time in my life. 5 star ⭐️ experience!

The stay was excellent, from the front desk staff to the bistro to the rooms and public areas. Everything was clean and organized, staff was friendly and helpful and efficient. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. Had a good night's sleep and a great stay. Walking distance to college and the town.

Place was beautiful. Room was very clean. Loved the free coffee, king bed with jacuzzi bath, gym and professional staff. A bit surprised I had to join their reward program in order to get the free wi-fi. Restaurant pricey. Wish there was a free continental breakfast.

The room was good. I had booked a room with the jacuzzi but when we checked in, it was not available. They took some money off the price and gave a voucher for breakfast. Pillows are too soft. The breakfast was good. The staff was very busy. They could have used one more person to help out. The location was great. In walking distance to Mystic Aquarium and Mystic Village.

We chose the Hilton because of our membership benefits, its convenient location, and the nearby Trattoria Amalfi restaurant, our favorite in the area. We found the room and its amenities superior to many hotels we have tried recently, and the staff were friendly and helpful -- with one exception. Our room was quiet and comfortable as one could expect. The one odd thing about our stay was that breakfast in the hotel is not made clear in the restaurant signage, such that it seemed that the breakfast service might be complimentary. We went in, served ourselves coffee, and looked over the breakfast buffet. We sat down to consider what we might like, and a staff person (the only one on duty, it seemed) appeared and said, "Oh, you got your own coffee," in a rather grumpy manner. We said that we would take the breakfast buffet, and she did not mention that there was a charge for that, or that we could order a la carte. None of this was of great importance, but it was certainly a great contrast to the rest of our experience at the hotel. Just to make this clear, none of the other hotel guests having their breakfasts were aware of the workings of the hotel breakfast, either. It just seemed to be an odd situation, in an otherwise very good stay.

I will stay here again in a heartbeat, and here's why: First and foremost, and I don't know why all hotels don't do this, they have fresh coffee (free) in the lobby at 5:00 AM. HUGE PLUS!!! It is very conveniently located. Walk to Mystic Aquarium and Olde Mistick Village across the street. I a mile doesn't scare you, walk to the Seaport as well. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is standard fare prepared very well in a lovely restaurant area. Staff is very personable, friendly and attentive. The pool seems well maintained and possibly not a chlorine setup as the hallway didn't make me gag. ;-) Looked in... did not use. Everything about this property and stay provided the Easy Button at every level. We'll be back!!!

Fancy and updated lobby, restaurant and common spaces, but rooms leave much to be desired. The first room I was given had a small piece of ceiling that had fallen off and into the bathtub, so I had to go back down to reception to get another room, which they did with no issue. The second room I got had a very weak toilet flush, I thought it had been plugged (by the previous guest) but after a second flush, realized that that was just how the toilet was. The shower head flange was loose and basically hanging around the shower head arm. At this point, I was too tired to go back downstairs to ask for another room so I just decided to live with it for my short stay. Besides that, the room was very clean, and had all the basic amenities one would expect from a Hilton property. The room decor and furniture is dated and you can tell that the rooms (from the two I'd seen) were falling apart in certain spots. Clearly, management decided to spend the renovation budget they had on the main common spaces but not on the rooms, which is unfortunate as a hotel is defined as a place for lodging/accommodations, not just being used for conferences and events. Dined at the restaurant which was surprisingly very good, the food was excellent and they had a great list of local craft beer on tap. Dining service was excellent, casual, friendly and efficient. My dining experience was the highlight of my stay.

The receptionist was very helpful and the pool was amazing so was the jacuzzi I love every minute I was there!!!!!

Playing some golf at nearby golf courses for quick stay and was super accommodating with breakfast included! Everyone was welcoming and all seemed very friendly and caring! Rooms were clean and comfortable! Check in with the help of Anthony who seemed kind , informative, and engaged at his work! Pretty sure the breakfast attendent Maria was exceptional for keeping breakfast area enjoyable and worth the stay. Also , just like everyone else Jayleen was very warm and welcoming! Thanks for making my golf trip so accommodating and worry free!!!

Location is great, to the right from the exit, and first left behind the Chipotle restaurant. Quiet even though it was very busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and bathroom were clean. There were 2 chairs to sit on which was great for the two of us, and a square ottoman. 2 luggage racks, one the usual folding one, the other a low drawer cabinet, 2 drawer cabinets -I mean a lot of storage. Pool and hot tub were great and clean. Breakfast was plentiful, staff replenished items as they ran out - there were a lot of travelers there.

This was my first time staying at the Spark brand by Hilton. I didn't know what to expect, however we were pleasantly surprised. This property has been fully renovated and our room was immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and all of the furnishings were simple yet brand new and clean. The service was impeccable from the moment we walked in the door from both Tiffany and Christine. They were very friendly and recognized my diamond status (we received two bottles of water, two snacks and breakfast sandwiches for being diamond). The bagel bar in the morning was a really nice complimentary touch- it included coffee/teas with flavored creamers, apple & orange juices, whole fruits, assorted dry cereals with milk, and 3 different bagel varieties with both regular and strawberry cream cheeses. The breakfast area was very clean and the woman who worked it (I wish I got her name, but I did not)- was very helpful and friendly. This is a very nice, very comfortable, and very clean, budget style property. I will definitely be back to stay here as it's in a great location.

We recently stayed at the Spark by Hilton Mystic Groton and had a great experience. Josh and the staff were terrific—super friendly and accommodating. We arrived early, and even though they didn’t have to, they let us check in ahead of time, which we appreciated. Our King Room with Sofa Bed was clean, comfortable, and spacious—perfect for relaxing between our outings. One thing to note: there’s no coffee maker in the room, but honestly, it wasn’t needed. The 24-hour coffee and tea bar offers more variety than typical in-room options, which we really liked. Breakfast had a satisfying selection, including New York bagels, cereal, granola, yogurt, apples, oranges, and hard-boiled eggs—a convenient way to start the day. The location is fantastic—it's just three minutes from the Mystic Aquarium area and a 15-minute drive to the casinos, making it ideal for exploring. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again!

Excellent find! Great value - clean, seems very recently renovated / opened. Rooms smelled great and were clean and comfortable. Good shower pressure and loved the shampoo/conditioner/products provided for use. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, as well. Cute breakfast selection (bagels and cereals/yogurts with juice, tea, coffee, water) - just what I needed! Stairways were even clean, well-lit and I felt very safe!

Spark, Is One of the best place to stay. Close to Foxwoods only about 12 minutes. This place is nice and clean. The front desk staff are friendly & helpful. The price is great at time. Breakfast is just bagel, Cheerio's, coffee, tea, and fruits. No hot protein. You will have 24/7 coffee bar at the breakfast lounge. Don’t forget to give a tip to the cleaning lady at the breakfast lounge she does a great job keeping it clean. Thank you!

Check in was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly. The reception area was bright and cheerful. Our room had a bit of a weird odor when we first entered but dissipated once we got settled. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable as well. Would have liked an extra blanket and pillow in the room. Loved the breakfast/common area! Coffee was great and the breakfast items were plentiful. The entire space was very bright and welcoming.

This is a great hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, workout equipment in the room, and loved the water/ice station on the floor. Two downsides would be that breakfast is not included (you could purchase breakfast for $18.95, which for me was a little steep given I only would want a beverage and muffin or toast) and that the parking was tight and surprisingly limited because of the number of guests. Located in a busy area with lots of restaurants/stores, and still quiet inside the room. I will stay again.

Very clean comfortable room. Plenty of towels, shampoos and the like. Mini refrigerator and pod style coffee maker in the room with complimentary coffee and tea. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great connectivity options too. I would absolutely stay there again.

I liked the unique features of the room…wipeboard for fun or prepping a presentation, workout mat etc in room, fun sayings posted, mint water available, pet friendly. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Computers available in lobby area too. Not far from eating options.

Hotel was perfect for a business traveler. I had one day of business coming from New York on the train. The location is pretty convenient and Norwalk has lots of busses that run into the downtown area or to the train stations. Only downside to the location is that after around 10PM there wasn't many places open to grab a bite to eat. The hotel did have a convenience store with some options and there was a gas station within about a 10 minute walk that had some options too. The beds were luxurious and the shower was incredible. WiFi was also very quick.

Fruit water and coffee in the lobby were good and always available. Beds were comfortable. The shower worked well and soaps provided were pleasantly scented. Fitness equipment in the room was a nice addition. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and easy to find a place.

At the Hyatt Hotel in Milford, you can count on a clean and comfortable stay. The staff go out of their way to help and make you feel at home. I do wish the pool was still available, and hopefully they’ll add a jacuzzi in the future—that would be an amazing bonus!

Stayed for 2 nights and would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area. The front desk staff was welcoming and kind. The room was spacious. The Jacuzzi and gym were great and the breakfast had good hot options. 5 minutes from the mall and plenty of dining options.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in from three star to five star. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Wonderful hot huge jacuzzi could fit 12 people. Free parking was a nice surprise. Will stay here again for sure. A large king suite with a beautiful view of protected marsh lands. it was also great to have very nice glasses and mugs in the room instead of plastic.

I stayed here for one night in July 2024. I arrived late from the airport and my room was ready, person at the front desk was helpful, professional and welcoming. The room was very clean, well maintained and everything was in good condition. The ac worked perfectly. Breakfast in the morning was hot, fresh and there were the standard options of oatmeal, waffles, hot items, fruit, bread etc. I would happily stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel! It is quiet, clean and the staff is AMAZING! The breakfast is really good - omelets or eggs, roasted potatoes, waffles, and pastries. The pool, hot tub and gym are great as well - perfect place to stay for families or if you’re traveling on business. We had to stay an extended amount of time recently when my family was displaced after a house fire. I can’t say enough about the kindness and support which the staff exhibited - Daneja, Brittanie, Rosa at the front desk - kitchen staff Hermelinda and Rita, Jerry in maintenance, and Christophe and Innocent as well. I can’t thank them enough for how much more pleasant they made our stay at a very difficult time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - A+++

I stayed here with family and friends for the Big E this weekend. It is a great location, clean, safe, and quiet, and there is a lot of shopping and food all around! My nieces had such a fun time swimming in the pool at night and enjoyed the breakfast that was provided. Overall, I can't wait to stay here again down the road.

We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette because the room we were given at check-in had a problem with the bathroom sink (it did not drain). The kitchenette is well equipped. The towels are nice and big and although they don't clean the rooms every day, they can change the towels and give you anything you are missing (like additional dishwasher detergent). It was very quiet while we were there, no noise from other rooms or the hallway. The breakfast had lots of choice but the first day many dishes were empty. Good location - restaurants, shops and grocery stores all very close but it's difficult to walk as there are no sidewalks and it's a busy street but with a car everything is very accessible. We used the paid guest laundry facility which is very convenient (one of the washers was broken but it was not busy, so we were able to use the other machine).

The hotel was welcoming as soon as we arrived for our wedding weekend. The rooms were clean and set up nice. Rooms do not have a safe which we thought was odd. We had the bridal suite booked for getting ready and it was a perfect set up for hair and makeup for 13 girls. We were even able to check in to our room earlier than anticipated due to them being clean early! We booked the after party bar and it was amazing.

Breakfast was great especially yogurt with toppings and fruit. The hotel was quiet and away from main road. Or room was very comfortable. It was nice to drink coffee in a coffee cup!

My family and I stayed at Homewood suites and our room was in the 2nd floor. The front desk staff(guy) gave me the keycard and I've been looking for the room number. Turns out the second number is a 0 and not 2. Good thing another staff at the elevator helped me and we enesed up going to the front desk to clarify. The first staff who assisted me doesn't seem approachable at all. The room was clean, we had a comfortable stay and will be looking at homewood suites locations when we travel. Hot breakfast was amazing, the kitchen staff refilled and kept everything organized and clean. This location at Stratford CT is very quiet. But not walkable, you would need to drive to get around. The stop light across from hotel is not working.

This was a first staying at a homewood suites but very familiar with Hilton properties. Let’s start with the digital key option love it because it never has to be reset. Forget your key no problem because never forget my phone. Hotel sits on hill in a convenient location to all my stores covering. The front desk was outstanding upon arrival and the sales mgr Bari was the best. The room was spacious and comfortable with bedroom and living room and small kitchen. While working away from home this is the best environment I can cook or still eat out. They offer room service every other day unlike most extended stay that offer once a week. This hotel also serves breakfast each day and they do not disappoint. The stay mix it up each day with my favorite taco Tuesday. ( tacos for breakfast all I can say is yesssss ) fresh fruit and pastries and hot and cold options too many to list. Just say you would not be disappointed. Workout area was very nice with multiple machines and weights all with their own TV screen. Indoor pool was very nice I got my feet wet while it was snowing outside working from hotel today lol. I highly recommend this hotel.

This Homewood Suites does not disappoint…definitely met our expectations. This is a large hotel with very long hallways! Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Built into the side of a hill, the main floor is on Level 2; parking is on both sides of the building. Breakfast was up to the good standard normally seen at most Homewood Suites. Very nice patio terrace off the breakfast area; great spot for Manager Reception and hanging out during the evening. Great location right off the Merritt Parkway; directly across from Sikorsky.

This is a little slice of calm to be the basis of your vacation or work trip. Having a kitchen with a full-size fridge, a stove and a microwave in our room was awesome. It gave us flexibility in options so we could eat out or we could stay in and after working seven hour shifts sometimes that’s all you would want to do. The staff is so absolutely lovely and everyone was prompt and quick at getting things for us and I really appreciated that and also really nice about answering any questions we had about the area since we’re not from around the Connecticut area. We also love the breakfast. They were very filling and hearty (And it goes without saying that they were quite tasty, especially because both my husband and I are pretty chill people but when it comes to things like tater tots in a breakfast, bar or experience, has usually been at other places to find them soggy and unappealing their tater tots were super crisp and they had frittatas and it was just a really really pleasant breakfast experience.) So I definitely recommend this if you’re going to be staying in Stratford and just want a nice affordable, but really really pleasant hotel stay.

We typically stay at another hotel down the street, but recently switched to Marriott rewards and are so grateful that we did! The hotel is clean and modern. Every staff member is friendly and actually helpful. I liked the amenities that are offered for purchase near the front desk, from band aids to bottle of wine, and the bar in the lobby area serves as a bar / restaurant at night and a Starbucks / restaurant in the daytime. At first, I thought it was a Starbucks with just the regular pastry type offerings, but there is a menu and I had the breakfast bowl - two eggs over easy on top of brown rice with avocado. It was delicious! Our room was very clean and I liked the layout of the bathroom - there's an actual door that shuts all of the way for the toilet / shower area. Just outside of that is the sink and a closet and you can shut that off from the main room, too. Excellent stay all around and we will definitely be back!

Clean and comfortable. After a long day of travel, the big & clean shower was very welcoming! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We didn't use any of the hotel amenities as we arrived late and left early. We did get dinner from the Bistro - and it was ok. I got the salad with added chicken and I couldn't eat the chicken as it tasted like it was heated in the microwave from frozen. The fries were good though!

My daughter and I were there for a one day volleyball tournament. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and felt safe. The beds are comfortable. The gym was clean. Even though we left before breakfast was being served the staff were accommodating and helped us out with what we needed for the food we had brought. It was exactly what we needed. This was our second stay and we plan on using this hotel every time we need to stay in Norwalk.

I've been to this hotel numerous times over the years, from 2010's when my son attended Fairfield University to the present where my company is doing work for a large Norwalk-area business. The rooms are always clean and well apportioned. The hotel is very quiet. The mattresses are comfortable. I appreciate having the Bistro on site that doubles as a bar at night. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I cannot think of a single negative thing, at least from my experiences. I will be back.

I think hotels by Hilton will be the only properties I may stay at for now on. Very clean, very safe, nothing looks outdated or like I need to sanitize the area to feel safe there. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, the pictures of the options are what you actually get (unlike some properties trying to lure you in!) the location is very convenient. Very close to airport but you do not hear the planes. There is a steakhouse next door. Convenient dinning options. Breakfast in the morning has great options. Coffee available all day in the lobby. Easy to access and safe parking. I highly recommend this options for a comfortable stay.

One of the best. I stayed in this hotel purely for convenience--but it was an excellent decision. The pros: Newly remodeled and CLEAN. Rooms look great, breakfast area is inviting. Pool and hot tub both functional. Workout room well equipped. Breakfast selection was standard, but well stocked and the attendants were lovely and helpful. Every single person who helped me at the front desk was polite and able to answer all my questions The above and beyond: My flight was late and the shuttle driver had to grab me from the airport at 1:15 am. He was polite and helpful. Lynn at the front desk is a rock star. She offered excellent advice on places to eat, was helpful when I added another night to my reservation (allowing me to stay in my same room) and just generally GREAT at her job. She is planning to retire soon, so get there to meet her while you can. There were no cons for this hotel. It was quiet, the parking lot is well lit, and it is a mere 5 minutes from the airport. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here in room 400 on 8/29-8/30/23 after flying into BDL. The lobby was closed for renovation (which we knew from their website) so entry was by the first side door after the lobby area. Near the handicapped parking area towards the front of the hotel. The staff who checked us in were very good, helpful and friendly. The room was decent sized, clean quiet and comfortable. It overlooked the parking lot. The was plenty of free parking and the hotel was close to and easy to find from the airport. There is a 24/7 airport shuttle service. The WIFI was fine for email and web surfing. The breakfast was better than most Hampton's it had corned beef hash, lots of fruit and egg omelets. We would stay here again.

We used the airport shuttle in the evening and again in the morning for rental car. It was efficient, friendly, and dependable. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee was fine. Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.

After getting canceled from a beachfront hotel in Clearwater, I found this hotel. Great location five minutes from the airport 11 minutes from Davis Beach, 15 minutes from international cigar, 18 minutes from Ybor city. Just a great location, staff was friendly, and the restaurant bar food was good. Free parking and free breakfast was the icing on the cake. Went there for the rooftop pool, which was out of service due to the recent storms, so you have to understand that. All in all a great visit and I would stay there again

We had a great stay here was only used as a base for visiting g family and it was very convenient perfect after a long flight 4 night stay we were very comfortable great bed and slept well smallish room but great for our needs. Nice bathroom with everything working well great shower The whole hotel is pristine exceptionally clean and tidy Free breakfast was good and plentiful Staff friendly and helpful nothing was to much trouble Interesting the owner was here daily and friendly toward all the guests We are a gay male couple and nobody flinched that we were staying Would we stay again. YES

This Best Western Plus is in a great location for Fairfield University parents and families. Rooms are clean and fresh. Breakfast was delicious with a bonus coffee machine (cappuccino and other choices) as well as a cool pancake machine that makes 2 hot, fresh pancakes with a touch of a button in under 30 seconds. Very cool!

The hotel has recently undergone a renovation, so it's updated-- very nice and clean. The hot breakfast was an unexpected plus! The only thing that bothered me was I could here absolutely everything from the hallway in the room...from door slams to someone blowing their nose in a room down the hall. That being said, I would definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was kind, the hotel is clean and updated, and the coffee bar/hot breakfast made for a great business stay.

This is a great hotel. Breakfast was amazing! An automatic pancake maker & a Nespresso coffee machine in addition to croissants, bagels, eggs, sausage & potatoes. Room was spotless & had the largest tv I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. Staff was friendly.

Hotel is new and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice, beds comfortable, and bathroom/shower modern. No complaints!
