Every member of staff were exceptional…so friendly polite and professional. Our terrace was wonderful, the jacuzzi was great albeit a fair bit noisy! Our room was fabulously clean and exceptionally tidied every afternoon coming back from the beautiful pool.

The room with the jacuzzi is very spacious The staff were amazing. They went to the shop to get suncream for me :) they made sure I was good at all times The jacuzzi was a lovely touch. Easy to use The breakfast was amazing lots of fruit variety The cleaning was impeccable. The rooms were cleaned twice a day The rooftop pool was lovely and relaxing The spa was nice too I like the fact half of it was outdoor The gym was decent. Could do with a hamstring curl machine though :( Close enough to the airport about 20min in a taxi so 38 euros max. Adults only so very peaceful

The Breakfast was awesome. There are options of Healthy Breakfast or Full English Breakfast, a booth to serve fresh fruit smoothies. The Location was fabulous. Convenient and easy to walk down to the restaurant strips location by the Ocean. The Hotel also have two restaurants, not to mentioned my favourite SEN-HO restaurant is located at this Hotel as well, hence why I keep returning to stay at this hotel. Our room was booked with Ocean View + Jacuzzi on our very own balcony. All rooms are built Ocean View at this Hotel, tranquil and absolutely stunning with it's own Infinity Pool overlooking the Ocean on 5th floor. This Hotel is just stunning overall, a must try experience and all staffs are absolutely friendly and goes beyond miles to exceed Guests experience during their stay

We keep returning to this hotel for a number of reasons - staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This time we would like to thank Kamila in particular. The breakfast is exceptional! We requested a particular room and staff went out of their way to make this happen. Rooms are lovely in terms of decor and comfort and junior suites with panorama sea view in particular are just amazing. It was my partner's birthday and we were given a complementary bottle of bubbly and a cake, which was such a nice touch. The location near La Caleta is great too - it is quiet (away from the touristy noise) but there is a selection of nice restaurants and a lovely little non-busy beach. The hotel and sister hotel (Suites) also boast a number of great restaurants (including two with Michelin stars). It is extremely easy to book a local taxi to go anywhere including back to the airport. We will be back as the hotel is simply one of our favorites for relaxing.

Stunning hotel in a perfect location. The room was large, well equipped and the bed was huge unbelievably comfortable. Breakfast is by far the best breakfast we have had on holiday. Loved the big selection of restaurants on site and multiple pools. The adults only rooftop pool was fantastic both during the day and the bar for sunset drinks. Guillermo on reception was incredibly helpful even arranging golf buggy transport to the Trattoria restaurant when we were late! The location of the hotel is great, lots of bars and restaurants on the doorstep in walking distance. We will definitely return here!

Amazing location, spacious suites (we booked one 3 bedroom and one 1 bedroom suites). Both were gorgeous. The 3 bedroom had a big terrace with jacuzzi and wonderful sunset views.

Gorgeous 2 bedroom property with jacuzzi looking across the Atlantic towards la Gomera. Couldn't ask for anything more breathtaking. Property well equipped, beautifully furnished and luxurious. Staff couldn't be more helpful. So many excellent restaurants to choose from.

The Hotel and apartments are beautiful. Two different pools one with a restaurant and one with a bar. Our apartment had an outside jacuzzi which was amazing! Views and cleanliness flawless. Best thing for me was breakfast at the golf course. The team there were a delight! So welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We loved our stay.

Located approx. 20 mins drive from Playa de las Americas and 30 mins from Tenerife South Airport is the beautiful Abama terraces. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment (block 5, apartment 509) with private hot tub/ jacuzzi with breathtaking sea view and golf landscape. Waking up each day to such breaktaking views was phenomenal to say the least. The apartment was modern, comfortable, spacious, clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The hotel staff overall were very friendly and welcoming especially the housekeeping staff who provided daily housekeeping with a smile. Thank you for making our stay so welcoming. Only slight negative is when we arrived the hot tube/ Jacuzzi was faulty (faulty part) and an issue with the temperature settings, however the staff and maintenance team dealt with the situation promptly and professionallyto rectify the problem so again thank you. The resort/ hotel provides a free transfer to and from the local beach (Playa de abama beach) which was a picturesque beach to say the least. The hotel also provides free transfer to the ritz Carlton spa and wellness centre but I do feel for future reference the hotel should consider having its own spa and wellness centre on site as it would truly elevate the hotel to another level. Overall the stay brilliant and relaxing. Kids enjoyed every moment. So thanks again. 4/5 rating

Really enjoyed my stay the room was absolutely perfect so much room it was great. The staff were really friendly and polite, also the spa was absolutely amazing the best if been to nice wee gym aswell the pools outside were amazing especially the jacuzzi one I couldn’t get out of it I loved it and a good decent buffet breakfast with friendly staff can’t complain only thing I wanted a late check out but couldn’t get it as my flight was until late but they gave me a room so I could clean up. Definitely be returning soon.

immaculate hotel with fantastic breakfast and views. a step away from the beach and a very relaxed and sophisticated environment. Would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the room, for the rating it was expected, they can be provided by at a €12 charge, bit disappointing. The suite was excellent with a huge bathroom and Jacuzzi bath with separate jet shower. lovely balcony overlooking the gardens. Staff excellent.

The room we had was AMAZING! We had a view to the right as well as to the left of the hotel building, so we could overlook more or less all of Costa Adeje. Plus, the jacuzzi was awesome too ;) The staff was very friendly and helpful, we even had one staff member cone and bring our luggage into our room for us and greeted us with a welcome drink :) The hotel has many facilities to use and explore as well as live music entertainment each evening at the bar. It's very close to many shopping and dining locations which is a big plus :)

An unforgettable stay in Tenerife! The hotel has the perfect location with stunning views of the Atlantic, spotless cleanliness, and incredibly kind staff. I was delighted with a complimentary Gold Level upgrade – pure luxury with jacuzzi and breathtaking views! The food was also outstanding, making every meal a delight. Truly a dream/ relax experience – I can’t wait to return! Highly reccomend! Muchas gracias!

This was a lovely accommodation - we went for the room with the jacuzzi bath, four poster bed, lounge and roof top solarium. At 20 euros extra a night it was well worth it!

Overall, my experience at the hotel was decent. We arrived at 11:40 pm, and unfortunately, the room key didn't work, which was a bit annoying. However, the staff was very helpful and cheerful, despite being understaffed. The hotel itself is not modern or stylish, more reminiscent of 2006, but it is clean. The bathtub jacuzzi was not working, but it was spacious. The pool was nice, and the view was okay. Parking was convenient, and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was satisfactory, better than the UK Ibis breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with Bali style decor. Apartment was good size and had nice terrace with a sea view. jacuzzi bath in the room is also a plus. I really liked pool area and gym facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and hotel has also very good restaurant. I recommend this accommodation and I would definitely come back there.

The accommodation itself was fabulous. The Country Club is very stylish and well looked after, looks better in real life than in pictures. There are many activities that you can do around the day, there is minigolf, there is the swimming pool, there is a games room, a jacuzzi etc. Swimming pool was always heated and clean. Louis, the entertainment guy was really cool, there was Bingo, there was water aerobics etc. The ladies at the restaurant were so sweet and friendly. The staff working at the reception area was also amazing. Bruno and Alejandro were both so helpful and friendly, both made the time to answer all questions me and my friend had. Alejandro was very helpful in explaining to us the best places we can go around the area, he helped us book a paragliding experience and explained to us the best ways to go around the island. From all the places I have been to, this accommodation had the most friendliest, professional and kind staff.

The most stunning place! From our arrival at reception with the lovely staff (they are all lovely!) The place should be far more than 3stars! The views are stunning! Its better than the pictures! The pool was like walking into a bath. Being at the swim up bar, we felt like celebrities (Probably more about the price though! 'o' ) All the pool bar staff are great holiday hosts! (But it shut at 5) Serene hotel, yet with plenty to do - a small kids arcade room, badminton, table tennis, mini golf, pool, spa, crazy golf, reading room, chess, the jacuzzi pool, THE POOL! We had a duplex room as there were 5 of us. Plenty of space. The place is spotless! We were a family of 10. Ages ranging from 73 to 2 - and we all loved it here! Thankyou to all the lovely helpful staff who made our stay here all the more pleasant!

Lovely spacious apartment with modern facilities in a lovely location. The area was quiet, which we liked. Just far enough away from centre yet very easily accessed for shops and supermarket, bars & restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Staff were very helpful. The complex was well maintained and clean. We had an apartment with fabulous views out to sea and the sunsets were spectacular (203B) A steakhouse, little family run Italian and an Indian restaurant across the street. A few bars too.

Our 3 night at this hotel was an amazing experience. This was my first time visiting Spain. Our checking at the hotel was smooth although we had arrive way early than 4pm the staff really accommodate us and make us feel at home. They were very helpful and pleasant. Maria and Joanne were amazing greeters. They were right on target with every info we asked and always with that stunning smile. Our room was very clean and welcoming and what makes it great, we had a stunning view from the balcony. We felt very safe and the surroundings was very quiet. The only thing I miss was not having an air condition in that room because it get very hot at time. Otherwise great. I will recommend this hotel to any friend of mine who want to visit Tenerife.

Our two bedroom apartment was really excellent, we arrived late in the evening and found some snacks and drinking water left in the fridge. The apartment is spacious, well equipped & maintained and looked very clean and fresh. Beds, including sofa-bed was very comfortable too. The pool didn't get too busy so we had a nice relaxing stay with other members of our family also staying in a one bedroom apartment (they loved it too). There are plenty of good local bars & restaurants within walking distance (downhill) and are very reasonably priced. Beach area (Port) is also really nice and well worth a visit. The Siam shopping mall is close enough and is great to visit if you fancy a bit of retail therapy.

Everything was fantastic. I couldn’t pay using the link for some reason but they were incredible and kind and even gave us a complimentary upgrade on arrival. The room was clean and had everything we needed - alongside a huge terrace to relax on! The girls in the reception were really warm, friendly and welcoming, nothing was ever too much and they always checked in on us. A massive thank you to Mara who was absolutely amazing - definitely a credit to the company!! It was a great location - we could see how others may struggle with the steps or inclines - however, we love exercise and keeping our step count up so thoroughly enjoyed this aspect too. The pools were slightly cold but nothing unbearable and once you were in, it was fine! The time of year affected this as well. Saying that, Christmas time in Tenerife was the best! Close to everything you need really, the beach was about a 15/20 min walk, and aqualand and Siam park within walking distance too - lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby too. Everything you need and more! 10/10 trip and would definitely stay again!

The classes at Activate were great. The children’s playroom was immaculate and beautifully designed. Our apartment and balcony with jacuzzi was incredible. The jacuzzi was definitely worth getting!!

This was the perfect set up for our family vacation making it hard to leave to other areas..having a private pool and jacuzzi and the option to eat at buffet or have things deliver to the room it was perfect. People were very friendly and accomodating

We stayed in a one bed apartment with jacuzzi on the balcony. It had all the kitchen appliances you need. The bedroom at the back was comfortable and quiet. The views were excellent. The balcony was large and the automatic sunshades were very good allowing you to choose from full sun or shade. There were 3 options for breakfast, buffet, lounge or in apartment and all were very good in their own way. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I dont usually review hotels however my stay here was incredible. From the minute we arrived the staff were friendly and very helpful. The suites are incredible and its definitely well worth paying that bit extra for the jacuzzi. Rooms well equipped and the views were insane. Credits to all staff for making it an excellent experience. The breakfast variety is great and the amount of things to do in the hotel is even better. Lovely area with the beach in walking distance. Definitely would book again.

Nice high end hotel that feels premium throughout. Suites are modern and well equipped. We had the Infinity Mar suite with a pool and a jacuzzi, both were heated so great for February evenings. Kids club was highly recommended by our 4 children (4,7,7 and 10yrs). The whales and dolphins trip they recommend at check-in is well worth a trip too.

This is a lovely apartment, very spacious, light, great south facing sun terrace, and spotless. It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. There is even housekeeping half way through a 5 night stay to replenish towels, clean bathrooms, and leave all sparking. We loved the big terrace, a nice outdoor dining space and a lounger space. We liked being up the hill, away from the bustle of the main resort and yet only 15 minute stroll to be at the heart of it. And special mention to Doris, she is super helpful.

Excellent apartment, clean, comfortable, spacious. Has everything needed for a home from home stay. Exactly as in the photos - you most definately get what you see. Close to shops, bars, restaurants but just far enough away to be peaceful. Highly recommended

Accommodation was ideal for a quiet getaway, staff were helpful and friendly, check in and check out were fuss-free, great terrace for relaxing in the sun, and dining in the evening. Fabulous sunset view.

We loved our stay at Island Village.From the initial booking,we were kept informed of pick up and contact details for our stay. Szilvia gave us all the details for our arrival and we were able to contact her if any issues arised. There were no issues at all for us.The villa was spotlessly clean with good quality bed linen,towels and pool towels.These were all changed regularly and the floors mopped as well! We had a large,sunny balcony with sun beds. The bed was comfortable and was a super king size. Wifi was good and the villa was well equipped for cooking. Location to the centre was great.Very walkable,but you felt far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle.We will definitely return here.

The villa was lovely! Ever so clean, great range of facilities, lovely outdoor space and plenty of room (4 adults and 1 baby). Easy to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. Really handy to have a pharmacy, small shop, pub and lovely Italian over the road. Taxi from the harbour/beach back to the villa (uphill) was only 5 euros. Very easy to get from/to airport. Excellent communication in advance of our trip. They provided a cot and high chair for us. The property was also extremely secure, we certainly felt safe with the alarm system in place.

From arrival this was a great experience till the very end. Everyone of the staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble Our room was really spacious and a nice pool view balcony. Room cleaned every day. There are three pools and all three are great tho we did tend to use the main pool. The app for booking activities and sun-beds is fantastic. I did not set an early alarm, and usually booked for the next day while having a coffee around 8.30ish and we always got a pair of beds All those stairs…. We did not climb them once as the lifts are superb so no need to do the stairs The day time activities were brilliant and the entertainment team were fantastic. Umid and Kyle made sure there was plenty to do if that’s what was wanted from rifle shooting to French Boules The restaurants were both amazing and a very good variety of delicious food. I have coeliac disease so cannot eat gluten and the staff were amazing showing me what I could choose and if needed ordered me something gluten free made fresh - could not fault !! The all inclusive drinks were all proper brands no cheep rubbish The evening entertainment wasn’t bad. If. You’re hoping for if you hoping for west end style acts then your deluded ! But. All the acts we had were good and enjoyable. We met lots of wonderful people and everyone was so friendly. We will be going back same time next year Was very sad to leave

We have just returned from a 7 night stay. Had a wonderful time. All the staff ( except in the Spa ) are brilliant. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Daybed cushions all removed and cleaned- very rarely seen elsewhere. I loved the big screen to watch Premier League and the Grand Prix- no sound but not a problem. Essencia completely worth the extra money in my opinion. Padded sun loungers - really comfortable. One restaurant quiet and calm. Coffee machine in the room. A few negatives the entertainment was really loud. Where can guests escape to if they don’t want to listen to it ? Nowhere. The biggest problem was the food. The One restaurant with à la carte food is a great concept. The menu is small so you would think the staff would perfect those items - no !! The waiters were very well versed in how to apologise as customers sent back meal after meal. Also the chef who wears black ( is he the chief man ? ) no food hygiene at all. Prepared food on the plates with his fingers not tongues and then rubbed his hands down his trousers- also cross contamination of meat/ fish etc. Please sort this out and the hotel would be verging on perfect. Final thanks to Viktor on reception so kind and helpful. We will return.

My wife and I are judging completing our 14 Day stay at this hotel. There is so much to say in praise of this place. The HOTEL: the premises is spotless, big with loads of facilites. There are 3 pools and there is always room in them all. There is an app which allows you to book sunbeds 1 day in advance. The beds are spread around the 3 pools with ample room between them all. Don't be put off by the steps as there is lifts if you have !mobility issues. There is also plenty of bars available througout as well. The STAFF: The STAFF are a true highlight as from reception to housekeeping , restaurants and bars they truly could not do enough for you. OUR ROOM: we stayed in room 5003 which is a standard twin room with a pool view. The room consisted to twin beds pushed together. The room was cleaned every day with free tea, coffee one water. There is also toiletries and a wonderful twin head walk in shower. Air Con is first class. All drinks egg purchased must be charged to the room or played with credit card as they do not accept cash LOCATION: The surrounding are has beach, restaurants and bars within easy reach. It general area however is a bit hilly.

Great hotel , couldn’t really fault it. All the Amenities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff were exceptional, friendly and happy to help. We were there for new year and they really made an effort with dinner and entertainment- pity they were a bit late with the 12.00 countdown! 😀 food was great with plenty of choice. We also ate in ‘the one’ which is there a la carte restaurant for gold members. Food was nice but nothing special and less choice than the food market. It wasn’t very busy either so not the same atmosphere. Hotel has a good location too near the beach and bars and restaurants. We had a side room because we asked for a quiet room but did hear noise from a neighbouring karaoke bar and late homecomers on the street below. Just a note if you are less mobile there are 51 steps from reception to the restaurant! Keeps you fit if nothing else! Would recommend this hotel

Lovely boutique hotel lovely room nice touch wirh rhe champagne and fruit. Room always kept clean , lovely breakfast too Also recommend the paella it was lovely Great experience here over the Christmas and would definitely go back. Added bonus was the jacuzzi.

Let me start by saying that our welcome to the hotel was excellent for our 7 day stay. We were greeted by the friendliest lady. I didn't get her name, but she made our welcome amazing. Long blonde hair originally from Belgium. She greeted us with a glass of Prosecco. A big shout out to Rafu who made every morning he worked a great start to the day. The cleaning people were also amazing, so thank you. Pros: location was easy to get to, and situated by grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and the beach. The property is maintained very well with beautiful plants. The rooms are average nothing elaborate, but having a balcony was really nice. To operate safe, you will need to pay 18€ for a week or 3€ a day. Well worth it for a piece of mind. The beds and pillows are okay. To me they felt like two steps up from a pull out sofa mattress (in my opinion). Could be different in a suite. Pool: Sun beds and pool were wonderful. Happy hour from 4-5 at the bar. You can rent large towels from the front desk for a deposit of 10€ a piece. There is a 2.50€ fee for a clean replacement. Food: Breakfast was good. Dinner another story. Theme night was not like their commercials. If you are a foodie, I do not recommend. Not included are drinks including water. Definitely not a renowned French chef. French fries, onion rings, broccoli, cauliflower, cheeses, same salads or make your own. Show casing was a joke. Two proteins offered a night. Fish, hamburger, pork offered nothing else on plate.

We booked a suite with a hot tub and two balconies, which was great. Lovely hotel with buffet breakfast . More than meets your needs. The buffet dinner was as good with plenty of offer. All the staff we came into contact with were very friendly and most helpful. The room was spotless and could find no faults. Very central location. Close to beaches , restaurants and bars. Within about 4 km you have top brand name shops.

This hotel was very relaxing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with large bathroom and plenty of storage. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The area is very convenient to many restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc and although the general suburb is somewhat tacky the second you walk into Vanilla Garden it is like a haven of calm. We didn't get to use the pool as the weather was unfortunately cloudy and cool, but there were plenty of sun beds and the pool looked clean and modern.

The staff were extremely friendly and the helpful and the catering staff were exceptional with coping with my gluten intolerance offering to cook separate meals from those on the buffet menu. The buffet menu offered a large variety of dishes to suit all pallets for those guests who were not so worried about a strict diet. The accommodation was spotless both in the room and all around the grounds. The “icing on the cake” was that as we had to leave are room by midday on departure day, a room was offered with a half hour slot where you could shower and repack swimsuits and towels before you leave, which was great for us as we didn’t need to be at the airport until 6.00pm. All in all I would highly recommend this airport for couples as it was a very relaxing holiday.

The staff at this resort are a credit. They are welcoming and friendly from reception to restaurant/bar staff to the entertainment. Everyone would say Ola and would do anything for you. They have a lot of regular visitors as a lot of people knew each other from previous trips and the bar/restaurant staff also knew them by name. One issue which we forgot to raise with the hotel but wouldn’t stop us from returning is the courtesy room and shower which dribbles as opposed to showering. Everywhere was clean and tidy as they look to always improve the customer experience. Although there is a restaurant on site they are expensive when compared to others in the area but there aren’t many to choose from unless you walk 15 minutes. It also looks like there is an area next to the complex which is to be developed soon which would improve the area but not the limited sea views that are left. Would definitely return though. Watch out for the aircraft though flying over the resort as it’s directly beneath the flight path.

This resort is in a quiet location apart from the airplanes that pass over it. Staff are friendly and welcoming wanting to engage in conversation with you. The pool is very clean and well maintained. Our studio had recently been refurbished to a really good and comfortable standard. Other rooms are currently in. The process of being refurbished but the workers were considerate throughout and rarely spoilt our quiet time through the day. The restaurant although a little pricey is good and the bar staff are very attentive particularly during happy hour 5-6pm. Well worth a visit.

Couldn’t fault the apartment and complex in general. Well maintained and well appointed. The restaurant on site is great too. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Golf de Sur was too quiet for us, apparently we went on the most quiet week. The local square San Blaz was low key and alot of the restaurants were closed. Nice walk to Los Abrigos. Overall it was too quiet for us, if you like low key life the apartments are perfect, but we wont return

Booked this for a 6 day winter sun break. The apartments/rooms are large and in excellent condition. The kitchens are fully equip if you choose to cook (we just had breakfast there). Tv's in lounge and bedroom, both showing a few British channels like BBC1 and film 4. Large balcony/patio area for each apartment with chairs and sun loungers. No air conditioning but ceiling fans which were fine for us in January (average 25 degrees), in the summer they might not be enough? Very quiet at night so great sleep. We were in 14d which is slightly away from the bar/pool area which probably helped. Most days we were out exploring the island in our high car so can't comment on the activities/bar/restaurants. One day we did spend a few hours by the pool and swam. The pool itself is clean and nice. We were aware of stuff going on by the bar with an animation team but we ignored it. A couple of nice restaurants a few mins walk away and a shirt drive to supermarkets (the one time we used the onsite shop we realised it was double the price of supermarkets!). My only negative comment would be that in our 6 day stay we didn't get cleaned once. I don't think hotels need daily cleaning, but 6 days seemed a little too long. We asked at reception who told us we had to be there 7 days for cleaning.

Property is away from the tourist spots and is about 25-30mins from shops, beach and attractions, but it is quiet and safe. There is only one pool and restaurant for choice so it is limiting and you have to call a taxi to go to places. I know people asked about the bus but not ideal to get around. The property we had was a two bedroom for the six of us. It was a bit tight and the kitchen area was tiny so we didn't get to cook and with the weather there were a lot of insects around, so we were extra careful to make things clean and tidy. Cleaning service - there was none, you had to maintain like renting an apartment; put rubbish away, beds. They did change the towels mid week so that was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. When there are a lot of people in the restaurant though they go by first come first serve. So although we were ready to order our meal apparently we had to wait as parties who were seated before us had to be served, this was quite odd. This is the second Wyndham Residence hotel that we have stayed in Tenerife, it is not as great as the one in Adele but if you want quiet and calm it is perfect.

Amazing 3 bed apartment, so spacious, fantastic views with the added bonus of a jacuzzi. Staff were so friendly across the resort, lovely food at the pool bar and restaurant.

Spacious apartment that truly felt like home away from home. Nice view, jacuzzi is a plus. Comfy beds, lots of cupboards. Well equipped kitchen. Small grocery store on site. Super friendly staff. Restaurant ok, but rather expensive compared to other places in Tenerife.

The apartment was perfect it had everything we needed. Loved the size of the balcony. And they provided a single mattress protector for the sunlounger to make it more comfortable for my disabilities.the jacuzzi was perfect 👌

Everything was great, the terrace, the view, the facilities, and the staff were super kind. It was very clean, and the jacuzzi was awesome.

Great resort with nice amenities. Our apartment was over the top, excellent! We chose a room with a jacuzzi, both of which were pretty spacious! Even though the apartment was not on a high floor and there were neighbours nearby, the balcony felt quite secluded -especially the jacuzzi area. Also, the personnel was very kind! Overall we had a very nice stay!

The apartment with hot tub had a jacuzzi bath included, which was an added bonus! Can't fault the staff, extremely welcoming at reception. From the cleaners, maintenance, kitchen/bar tenders all went above and beyond to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Will definitely be returning and recommending to family and friends.

It's our second time there and as Arnie says " I'll be back ". The entertainment and regular activities are great fun and allow you to meet up and get to know fellow holiday makers. The lads work very hard to make sure everyone has fun. We left having made several new friends and will be bringing our own darts next time ;) maybe even our own cornhole bags! LOL All the staff are friendly, helpful and really can't do enough for you. The place is imaculate, well maintained and suits all ages from the very young, to old folk like us ! Although we didn't spend much time inside, the rooms had everything we needed and the beds were super comfy. Bathrooms were spotless, shower great and towels super fluffy ! We booked the inexpensive continental breakfast option during our stay which was more than enough with a selection of fruit, pastries, meats, juices etc which was all beatifully presented and fresh with unlimited coffee & tea etc ( more than suffice for our needs) Drinks at the resort are very reasonably priced,there is a "happy" hour ( two for one ) most days and the food in the restaurant extremely tasty and reasonably priced (I recommend the ribs) ....We absolutley loved it and we will see you all again in November.

We had a really amazing stay at Wyndham Residences Golf der Sur. Tho whole complex was very nice, with the great pool in the centre. Location was pleasant, not in too noisy touristy part, with free parking spots, rooms were nice, clean and perfectly equipped with all the things we needed.We had also large balcony with beautiful view at the ocean. Staff was also really nice and the breakfast was amazing, plenty of options and everything fresh. Great option was also the bar, where we could have somr drinks and a dinner or lunch as well. I can only recommend this place for a grat vacation in Tenerife 😀

Our host was really very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lots of tips for good restaurant and places so dont afraid to ask. And definitelly try to stay for dinner, atmosphere in there is really nice :) And also I can recomend to try their sauna and jacuzzi, its really romantic

The bubble experience was awesome. We didn't get cold or hot. That was perfect. The jacuzzi is a good complement with a nice terrace.The staff is very helpful and very kind. You will enjoy the stars all night long! There is also a chill place with a swimming pool and matrices to relax.

The bubble experience was stunning. I’d rather recommend to take the bubble with the jacuzzi to fully feel the night sky staying outside too. Will try it next time we have such opportunity. I’d like to repeat it.

Andromeda was an experience! I loved the retreat vibe, it looked like we were alone in the middle of no where. The jacuzzi was relaxing and heated. The bed comfy. We opted for a dinner at the hotel which was also really tasty. The staff extremely friendly - shoutout to Vittoria! Lucky us we experienced sleeping under the stars, a sudden but refreshing rain and the sunrise and its beautiful colours.

We truly appreciated our stay at Hotel Rural. It was incredibly peaceful and harmonious, with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff working there were absolutely lovely- so kind and welcoming. We had several dinners at the restaurant, and each evening managed to outshine the previous one. The atmosphere was cozy and the food was exquisite. The location was perfect if you’re looking for a mix of easy access to the city life and the nearby national park for hiking, and it was a big plus that the hotel offered parking! On our last day, we also booked their spa, which was the perfect way to unwind after long hikes and a wonderful end to our vacation. We can’t recommend this place enough and truly hope to return soon!

One of the best hotels and definitely the best cuisine in the main restaurant! That is the hotel with the entertainment for everyone: children can find a lot of water activities, there are disco, kid's clubs, cars (our kid loved it!), also there are activities for teenagers. Family pool, kid's pool, pool for adults, jacuzzi and pool on the roof, where you can be naked, SPA, tennis, golf, bar with a beautiful pool with the city view for adults only. Convenient location near Playa del Duque. Friendly staff, client service, super cleaning. But our favorite was the restaurant with a great variety and quality, extra Thanks for seafood. And the solution for children, who can play in the kid's zone, while parents are eating, is so great! As well as sunbed service: you can order drinks and food and enjoy it near the pool, which is super convenient for the parents with children, who can not sit in a restaurant :) There is a lot of everything in the hotel, but it is so well thought out so no one bothers each other. And also thanks for the beach bag and flip flops, welcome fruits and presents for the child, cake for the birthday, help with the car rental and a piece of advice where to go and what to visit :)

Amazing stay at the GF Victoria. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Having 2 toilets and 2 showers is a real bonus! We stayed in room 607 which had views of the pool, but no sun on the balcony. Next time i would try and get a balcony that got some sun We stayed half board and the food was fresh and delicious. Always a good choice. Lots of vegetarian options as well which is great. A lot of families and young children in the hotel. But the rooftop bar is adults only and there is an adults only section in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

A truly incredible hotel! Breath-takingly gorgeous, clean, with magnificent architecture and design choices. A really cool sky bar with a fantastic view and a million different beverage options for whatever suits your taste. It was amazing that the hotel had its own aquapark for kids, even though the kids were not with us. On top of that, it was very convenient that there were two separate pool zones: one for families, the other adults only. Since it was a romantic vacation, we appreciated it greatly. Very friendly staff made it even better, especially the people working at the reception. We would also like to underline the sheer level of quality of dishes at all of the restaurants. They were really top rank. In addition, it was greatly convenient that we had a big balcony and there were two bathrooms, even though we had a standard apartment.

We stayed at the GF VICTORIA in Tenerife for a week on June 2nd and tonight is our last night / and all I can say is wow from start to finish this hotel and the staff are all first class . It has everything you could ever want and more plus has all the bits extra that makes it the perfect holiday. The gym has been newly updated I believe and I spent a fair bit of time in it and it was fantastic- we stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast had everything- it was the best breakfast we’ve had ! The pool , slides , surf machine, climbing walls tree house climbing, and driving simulators downstairs all leave any kids fully entertained if needed the staff do a excellent job - also games and activities all day too so never a dull moment - we never watched any shows because we went out at night but I heard they was at a good standard from other guests. The bars in gf Victoria were decent- upstairs looked amazing with the infinity pool and bar but we had a young en so we couldn’t go in . All the staff were so polite and friendly and the house keeping staff and all the cleaning team keep this place spotless- my wife had a back massage and said it was the best she’s ever had - so good she had 2! Honestly if you have booked a holiday here you won’t regret it - it’s close by to everything shops restaurants retail park - and we will be back at this magnificent 5 star hotel !

My family and I stayed here for 9 nights at the end of June/July and had the most wonderful time. The hotel is without a doubt one of the cleanest, friendliest and most comfortable hotels we have stayed in. The staff are super attentive and friendly, our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh water and chocolates delivered in the evening. The balconies are spacious and great to sit at if you have a view of the evening entertainment and choose to watch from there instead of the outdoor seating. We ate at the restaurant by the pool twice and found the prices to be reasonable as well as delicious and exceeded our expectations. We did try the food truck one day but found the food to be of poorer quality but again, the staff were fun and friendly. The animation team provided great activities for the children and ours loved the splash park on level 5. Another bonus was the fact you could always get a sun lounger by the pool as there’s signs to say you cannot reserve them and belongings will be removed which we saw happen. Our only slight negative is the evening entertainment, given the quality of the hotel we felt it could be better. It was very repetitive (3 times in a row it was an acrobatic display, albeit different people) it would be good to have more dance displays or singers. However, this would not stop us visiting in the future, we will definitely be back!
