The room was a little small for us. It would have been good to have a little more storage space. The customer service was the best we have ever had in Romania! Staff was willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. The food at the buffet was tasty and healthy. The cleaning lady was friendly and helpful. We loved the window seat, which was comfortable and gave us a great view over the sea. We stayed in room 510. Overall, a very good experience!

First of all, the entire staff should be noted, from the reception, from the restaurant, from the Spa area. They are very attentive and efficient in helping guests at any time. I received a very clean room, with a splendid view of the sea, and which, although small, is furnished in such a way that it gives you the impression that you have all the space you need. The spa area is very well maintained, and the pools, with warm water, offer you moments of complete relaxation. Last but not least, I note the wealth of dishes available at the buffet tables and their quality.

Nice welcome and quick check-in. We had a wonderful vacation for a few days with my family . The view was amazing at the 10th floor, we went for all inclusive which was great, food was very tasty, all kind of dishes, free mini bar, lots of options for drinks during the meals too and nevertheless, with amazing Spa facilities.

Where should I start, very warm welcome on check in amazing reception staff, friendly helpful, always Sorina is available with very positive attitude that exceed expectations , room clean, food tasty and lots of variety. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, restaurant with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good .Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful, which truly made us feel like we were on vacation. The apartment was spacious, including the balcony, and nicely furnished. The underground parking was great for keeping the car cool and protected from the summer sun. The spa area was very nice, with a warm pool and a jacuzzi. There's also a park near the resort with plenty of play areas for kids. All in all, it was a great stay — we would definitely recommend it. The outside pool area was also very enjoyable.

Great facilities. The room was big, had everything you might need, bed was comfy, the bathroom was very clean, a lot of towels, balcony was great and big, it was easy to dry everything you might have used at the pool/ beach. A lot of storage space, which is great when you have kids and a lot of stuff to bring. The 2 pools were perfect for kids, especially the mini-waterpark Also, the playgrounds were well maintained and were a great attraction for kids. The main pool is a dream!!! 😍😍😍 The beach bar and facilities were great, everything was perfect. Food was diverse, very goiod and tasty, a lot of options, includinf a small kids food bar, but we've found a lot of options for our 3y daughter in the "normal" options: soups were perfect, vert tasty, perfect for kids. We had half board (breakfast & lunch) and the food was amazing, over a lot of other restaurants or all inclusive options in BG or in Mamaia/ Navodari. Hope they will keep up and maintain the same quality/diverse options. Excellent choice! We will return for sure. I've avoided this until now because I've feared it was just a "tourist and influencers trap"..it's not..it's really the perfect place for families with toddlers/ kids.

The location was great , staff was friendly and helpful , the apartment was clean and spacious with surprinsingly big terrace , the breakfast had a lot of delicious options to choose from , Asterios Beach Club was very clean, cozy and we had a great time there

Premium hotel with top facilities, by far the best in the area. I was in doubt if to go there in off season, but it turned out to be a good idea, since there are some nice options to spend the time (especially the spa with saunas and heated pool. I had Holistic Touch massage too and I highly recommend it, it was so relaxing and refreshing). We've been upgraded to an apartment. We loved the apartment's design, it was very cozy, and the stunning lateral sea view. The breakfast was a la carte (only in off season, during the season it's buffet) it was delicious with a few nice options to choose from. We had also the dinner there and the food was exquisite. The staff was very attentive and kind. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!

“Amazing Stay!” We had a fantastic time at this seaside hotel in Olimp, Romania. Everything was perfect — the beautiful sea view, the clean and comfortable rooms, the friendly staff, and the perfect spa. The hotel was well-organized, and everything we needed was taken care of. A great place to relax and enjoy the seaside!

The staff at the reception is polite and efficient. They can help you with anything you need. The room is cozy and spacious enough for 2 people. Only some of the rooms have sea view (generally the apartments). The spa has a variety of massages and treatments so there is plenty to pick from. The pool can be crowded at times which is not always pleasant but if you manage to come at the less crowded moments it's really nice. The food for visitors who opted for one of the hotel's meal options is changed everyday and it is delicious. It is served in an all you can eat style : The food is layed out on some tabels and you can pick whatever you want from there. They come from time to time to fill in the empty food trays. However, if you don't want to take their breakfast/lunch/dinner options, you can also come and ask for their menu as they also run as a restaurant. Lastly, the beach is close and there is a big enough parking lot right in front of the hotel.

The stuff should be mentioned first, super friendly and helpful. The apartment we had was maybe too big so it seemed a little impersonal, but it was comfortable and we liked the round shape of some of the windows and the view to the see in the morning was beautiful. Ciorba de perisoare (meatballs soup) was so tasty.

The accommodation: spacious, cosy.The appartment we stayed in was very comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness and the warm rooms, the central heating on, as it was quite cold outside for May.

The ladies at the reception are very warm, welcoming and always ready to help (they sorted out an issue with our room very quickly and professionally), so we are very thankful for that. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the food (at breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good, we enjoyed it a lot.

We had a great room with sea view. The hotel is clean, nicely decorated in the common areas. the room was updated, we had bathrobes for going to pool, sauna or spa area, the breakfast had a lot of variation for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

The facilities are 9 out of 10 (for us). You don’t even need to leave the complex: restaurant, bar, pools, saunas, jacuzzi, gym, massages and treatments. The food and the food selection & variety was great, the pools were great, the sauna (we’ve only tried the dry one) was great, the restaurant staff was amazing, the reception was good (they’ve even helped us with an earlier check-in). The view was absolutely amazing, the courtyard looked impeccable (and a nice option for a walk after eating). We’ve stayed here when everything was already closed (or closing) after the summer season (we went in the second part of September) but it was quiet and nice for us. We had a few days of beach time and the private beach was also a plus.

I liked the cleanliness of the pool. The pool was clean and the water did not smell of chlorine. The towels were clean si barely used. Also I liked the room. Big and clean. We stayed in 203 and 204 (2 double rooms with Sea View). In one room we also had an extra bed for a child and still we had plenty of space to move around. The rooms were spacious. On the balcony we had 2 chairs, one small table and a rack for wet clothes. The hotel has 4 elevators and we did not to wait to much. The hotel has a guarded parking space and we did not need to be think about the car. The Breakfast was varied and the staff attentive to the needs of the tourists. Although the Check-in is 18:00, the Reception was very kind and they give us the room cards earlier (without us asking or expecting for it) on their own initiative, telling us that they had rooms available and they can accomodate us earlier. The hotel garden, is green, clean and maintained. The access to the garden from outside is based on room card. This created a sense of security especially for the kids who played alone everywhere without worrying they will be lost.

I just returned from Ana Hotels Europa Eforie Nord where I spent a lovely weekend. I arrived early in a busy weekend and I was welcomed by the friendly staff of the hotel. The hotel has a large garden with relaxing areas, an outdoor pool where you can enjoy a cool drink in the hot summer days. They also have indoor pool and specialists for massage for relaxation or various affections. All rooms are big and comfortable and have sea view and balcony. It is a hotel where every detail and the satisfaction of the client counts. I felt very spoiled and if I have the occasion I will come back for sure.

The entire staff go out of their way to make the stay comfortable, the garden grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the spa is world class. Restaurant was very nice and most things we tried in the menu were fresh and delicious.

Beds were comfy, furniture was new and functional, lighting was spot on, and there was a small balcony. Common places were beautiful and well maintained. Air conditioning worked well, which was needed as we arrived during a heatwave. The pools were especially well maintained, including the jacuzzi, which we all enjoyed. The breakfast food was quite good.

Very well located. Good food, varied and plenty of it. Outdoor bar with various drinks. Indoor and outdoor pools quite large and well maintained. Spacious and well equipped room. Good communication with the staff even if they do not promise to fulfill the requirements they were respected. I found it a bit expensive but it was ok.

Great restaurant staff - they were very organized and paid a lot of attention to all customers at the same time Food was always fresh and we always had a lot of things to choose from. Nice to have inside and outside pools with a bar for getting drinks. Nice design in the room with traditional elements. Very close to the lake and sea.

This is the perfect hotel for kids. Nice playground right on the beach, big and clean pools, plenty of sunbeds on the private beach, friendly and helpful staff. Waiting time for all inclusive food and drinks is very low. Food is very tasteful and they have a good selection for kids (incl. live cooked pizza and pasta). Watersports center 5 mins walk on the beach to the north, good rates for jet skis. All together, highly recommended for kids and families.

I had a great experience at Blue View! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the drinks were fresh and well-balanced. I also really liked how friendly and attentive the staff were, making us feel welcome throughout. Overall, it’s a place I’d definitely recommend if you want good food, drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere.

Next year we will probably be back here again. Thank you . Suggestion: I would love to see a Photo Booth that shows locations and date.. we purchased a magnetic picture near the stage, but I cannot say its from Phoenicia.. I think it would be nicer if it shows the name of hotel and the year.. I personally come once a year.

The location is very nice with 3 outside pools and special pools for the kids. It also has direct acces to the beach so you can enjoy a sunny day either way, on the beach or to the pool. Every evening there are entertainment shows and live piano bar concerts.

The room we stayed in was very nice and had a view of the pool. We got breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was great, there was plenty of variety, taste, calm and good service. Even though the dinner was not very diverse, the available meals were truly unbelievably delicious. Our holiday is over, we still continue to talk about the flavors in the restaurant.

The room was very nice, quiet and clean. The bathroom was functional. The staff was nice always willing to satisfy clients needs. The breakfast was great. The pool was clean, sunbeds available, towels clean.

We stayed at the same hotel last year and came again this year. The sea temperature was very good due to the extreme heat of the weather, which added pleasure to our holiday. But for some reason the hotel was not full, so the quality of the dinner was spoilt. Breakfast was good again.

Location: it is close to the train station and also decent walking distance. to some nice beaches and few restaurants (they own restaurant also). Staff: the staff were very nice and polite, always greeted me with a smile and a good day. The receptionist was very kind and recommended a very nice beach with smooth sand near by and how to get there fastest by walking. Room and cleaning: the room and bath was big and clean. The toilets were nicely arranged in the bath. They vacuumed, make the bed and took the trash out daily. Towels were all replaced at two days. I am a bit of a clean freak and I was happy with it. The breakfast included was great: a lot of options from fruits, sweets or croissants to go with the coffee,cereals, classic butter and jam, eggs (fried, omlete, boiled), sausage, hot dog, the classics Romanian (cheese, mezel, eggplants salad, cheese spread). Of course coffee, tea, juice and milk was available also. The pool and small outdoor area for the restaurant were a plus. The pool was cleaned each evening. I wanted to try the pool but, din not had the chance due to some rainy days. Restaurant: service was great (same staff as in the hotel breakfast area). The menu was small, not so many options, but the food was ok. I recommend their dessert with ripped crepes with nuts, cinnamon and ice cream.

Good breakfast , with fruits and sweets , of course , cheese, ham, eggs, everything. You can take the breakfast by the pool, outside in the garden, or inside if is hot . Very clean, quite rooms. You can find everything you need. Good location, in the middle of Olimp and Neptun, close to the beach (5 minutes walk).

The rooms are spacious and cosy. We requested an extra bed (additional charge) and there was plenty of space left in the room. The breakfast was good with a selection of cheese/ cooked meat/ eggs as well as continental options. Fruits and savoury available, good coffee too.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The interior design is very tastefully done and the rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is divine and extremely clean, the floor even stays relatively warm to the touch during night. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and super varied and the staff is attentive and friendly, we loved it here and would love to come back!

I think it's the best accommodation in Mangalia. Perfectly located – just 2 minutes from the beach. It's only a promenade and a few stairs away from the water. The building is stylish and has two entrances – one to the city and one to the beach. Everywhere is very clean. The room is spotless, spacious, smartly furnished, and nicely decorated. Beautiful sea view from the room, the sound of waves🌊 The hotel has a restaurant with a very nice terrace. Good breakfasts in the morning and an "à la carte" restaurant afterwards. Every evening there are live music concerts, which makes the atmosphere even more holiday-like. All the staff are nice and professional. Special thanks to Mink (apologies for any misspelling), who took care of the 4th floor, for his outstanding service, attentiveness, and flexibility. And special thanks to Iulian for being amazing at his job, and for making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the Black Sea, with the soothing sound of waves audible from the room. The room itself was a decent size with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spacious with high water pressure. The housekeeping staff did a great job, cleaning the room and providing new towels and fresh water daily. The reception team was friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide selection and delicious omelets made to order. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was tasty. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of the Black Sea from the balcony. Overall, I'd highly recommend Mera Brise and give it a well-deserved 5-star rating.

Mera Brise exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the location right by the beach was perfect for a relaxing holiday. The restaurant served delicious food, and we especially enjoyed the live music performances in the evenings. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Mangalia.

This is one of the better hotels (if not the best managed) in that area, directly at the boardwalk. Our room was quiet and had a nice city view. Sea view rooms are sold out fast. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good as well as the restaurant. Parking is extremely limited though (maybe 10 spaces; we had to search for a while for street parking) Also at the beach there is some construction going on (not sure what they are building ( bar or restaurants maybe).so, it as not a pretty side but not really visible from hotel. Farmers market and restaurants in walking distance. If I have to be in that area, I would choose that hotel again. Otherwise I would not pick the Romanian Black Sea coast again, or would wait 10-20 years. They have still so much catching up to do.
