we loved our room which was the duplex. the Jacuzzi was a great addition to the room, especially that the weather was not warm enough to be in the beach or pool. breakfast and dinner were superb. hotel is very comfort, clean and very friendly. highly recommended.

It is our second time at the Nautilux Crete. The first time we became in love with everything. The beauty of the Hotel. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very new and well maintained. The staff is the best. Always with a smile on the face. We love the minimalism and modern design of this Hotel. The beach. The view. The service at the pool and at the beach. The food is amazing. This time we receive an upgrade and the suite with the jacuzzi was wonderful. We just have good things to share with the others. Absolutely nothing to complain.

It's our honeymoon, but we didn’t notice the resort in advance: our room had been upgraded free to a rooftop room with jacuzzi, and they also gifted us a bottle of pink for our honeymoon, what a sweet surprise! Every one is very kind and caring. The location is far from downtown of Rethymno, but the resort has its own beach, which is very calm and keep from crowds. Hope we have chance to be here again in the future!

Perfect stay, very stylish, one of the best hotels we stayed so far. Only thing to improve would be the outdoor jacuzzi. It’s so cold, it should be a hot jacuzzi! Than it would be the most perfect stay.

Loved The Tanneries Spa and Resort. Amazing room, jacuzzi, steam shower, complimentary sparkling wine, complimentary breakfast…so many positives that it’s hard to list them all. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room comfort was beyond belief - spacious, two levels, two huge beds, two bathrooms, jacuzzi, seaview balcony... and it can be quiet too (but see below). Kind, helpful staff. Restaurant absolutely marvelous - food (steak, fish), smiling and attentive staff in the middle of summer(!), the view... Quiet area, beautiful view from the rooms, 20 mins walk to the historic harbour or an inexpensive hotel taxi

We enjoyed the comfort of room. The modern design is clean, crisp, and visually appealing. The beds were absolutely comfortable. The suite had a jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. The staff were so kind and polite. It’s a gorgeous view of the water. The indoor pool was warm and has fun water features that my children enjoyed. It was too chilly for the outdoor pool. We didn’t use the spa but it has a nice menu of options. This stop on our vacation was perfect! We would certainly stay here again.

The most amazing hotel and room I ever stayed in! It was exceptional. Four of us stayed in the presidential duplex suite which is split across two floors with big bathrooms on each floor, super spacious and the design is beautiful. The view from the two balconies of the water is also amazing and a delight to wake up to, and to watch the sunset in the evening. There is also a jacuzzi in the room, everything is digital so all the lights, curtains and everything can be turned on/off from the switches next to the beds (the switches are next to the downstairs bed and upstairs bed). The staff are very kind and helpful, they got us taxis into the city and to the beach which isn’t too far, you could also walk into the city but because it was so hot we were a bit lazy. The pool downstairs which is indoor and outdoor jacuzzi was also incredible. Everything about this hotel and our stay was beyond perfect and I look forward to coming again. Highly recommend this hotel and the particular room to anyone coming here!! Amazing.

Stylish and very friendly hotel. Jacuzzi on the roof of our room overlooking the town was brilliant and the restaurant very good with an excellent breakfast. Slight negatives: the bed was hard and very creaky and the “ hammam” was a disappointment

We love this hotel! Stylish, comfortable and it has a nice location inside of the old town(but it’s not noisy at all). We stayed at the room with the jacuzzi at the terrace and we love it(it’s nice idea especially at the end of the season). Thank you for all of the team!

An exceptional hotel with regard to the accommodation facilities the set up of the rooms with a large bed, incredible sink and tap (which comes directly down from the ceiling) and an amply sized shower they really do have a luxury feel, especially if if you choose a swim up ground floor room. The facilities elsewhere however do not quite meet these standards. The gym for example is fairly basic, albeit fairly new, the tennis courts are fine if that’s your thing and the spa did look lovely but is only available if you’re willing to pay extra. There’s little else that the hotel offers over and above this, aside from the usual spread of bars and al la carte restaurants, there’s no private beach and the seaside of the town wasn’t particularly attractive. There is a hotel shop but this seemed costly especially when compared to the corner shops and supermarket in the town. However, if you’re after a relaxing stay, where activities, the beach or hitting the gym isn’t your priority then the hotel is lovely. We really enjoyed eating at both the buffet for breakfast and lunch and had some fantastic evenings in the al la carte restaurants for supper. I feel that some may find the buffet options a little limited, but they certainly excelled at offering fantastic Greek foods, lovely salads, olives and plenty of oil to dip your bread in. Overall I’d definitely recommend the place and would consider going there again if you’re looking to get away from it all and just relax.

Everything about this place is 5 stars. The a la carte dining options are incredible with 5 restaurants to choose from, all offering very different cuisine. The cocktails are made fresh and are excellent quality. There is an outdoor gym for CrossFit style training and a well equipped indoor gym. The room was excellent - we had the premium swim up. Our deck was in the shade most of the day which may bother some people, but we were happy to use it as a break from the sun. And there are plenty of sun loungers available. The resort felt spacious and quiet despite being fully booked. Staff are very attentive and friendly. If we had to be constructive, one criticism would be the buffet - we enjoyed the breakfast. Lunch and dinner are ok, but the variety isn't huge and quality was hit or miss. However, there are several restaurant options for lunch as well where the food is guaranteed to be great. We will definitely be going back, it's an excellent resort for couples.

Amazing property. This is a clean and well maintained property. It is quiet and peaceful so relaxing is never an issue. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and work hard. Food is excellent and drinks are delicious. Will definitely return in the future.

This place was amazing. Very clean, modern, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything you would imagine a place like that to be. We definitely didn’t have enough time there. I would like to have used the facilities the entire day of check in even if our room was not ready yet, as we were not able to use them until 3:00 and then not able to use them after check out at 11:00 so it made for a short time period for two days. Also since we did not get to check in until late we were not able to eat at one of the speciality restaurants the first night as they were already booked and then the choices for the second day were limited because of already being booked up.

Beautiful looking resort. Looks like paradise. Very clean and tidy, a pleaseant stay all round. I would recommend this place as is a very relaxing stay. What could improve is abit more variety of food on the all inclusive package after a few days it can get some what get repetitive. Having said that the restaurants are of a reasonable standard snd the buffet tasted fresh. The staff could perhaps be abit more attentive as it took a few minutes until we are serviced at times. I cant complain, it is what it looks on the tin, well worth ticking off on the bucket list.

The staff from the restaurants and pool area are very nice and helpful! The jacuzzi room definitely is the best option, you have a generous jacuzzi and all the privacy you need. Also, the barbeque dinner in the garden, at sunset, with live greek music was very nice!

Beautiful room, we were upgraded to the jacuzzi suite so had a wonderful sea and beach view but with enough privacy.

Amazingly friendly staff, we received a free room upgrade to the executive suite after booking a jacuzzi room. The onboarding experience was exceptional and the staff went the extra mile in every way. They even let us check out later to not be inconvenienced with the transfer.

- The hotel facilities are very good - pools, beach, etc. Everything is beautiful and you can see they really take good care of everything. - The food in the buffet restaurant was good, with a lot of options for breakfast and dinner. - Our room (with jacuzzi) was also nice - very clean, nice decoration, and comfortable beds. - The beach is pretty and, on lucky days, the water is super clean and calm.

The jacuzzi outside of the room was amazing, went up to 40°C. The half board was very worth it for the price, and they kept refilling our glasses with fresh-pressed orange juice during breakfast. Free parking for our rental car, just a short drive from Rethymno, private beach with comfortable beach loungers, heated indoor pool. Overall amazing stay, would definitely come back!

Lovely hotel, very quiet and relaxed with everything you need. The rooms are very clean and spacious with an amazing shower. Wonderful breakfast in the morning with different things every day and beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. The pool was great, and there were always sunloungers available. You could get drinks and snacks to have by the pool at very reasonable prices. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful, they really went above and beyond. They recommended places to go, amazing restaurants to go to, and booked the best tables for us. They arranged a car hire for us and made the whole process so easy and stress free. Always a smile and a friendly chat when we saw them, nothing was too much trouble.

Just a short easy drive off of the main A90 road with plenty of free street parking nearby. It could be a little competitive at times but we always managed to find a space close to the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, modern and very comfortable. We booked a junior suite and it was a really lovely space with plenty of seating, floor space and a nice big balcony with sea and mountain views. Breakfast was served in the top floor restaurant and offered almost 360° views of Rethymno, the sea and mountains - a stunning way to start each day! Breakfast offered homemade options of local food, along with the usual cereal, fruit etc. The staff were friendly, attentive and generous with their time. The three staff at reception (George, George and Michael) were exceptional, advising us on places to go, places to eat, and sharing their Cretan pride and local knowledge to really enhance our stay. Thanks to them we visited places that we didn't find through Google searches alone. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from old town. It's a slight hill on the way back but nothing too strenuous. Rethymno was stunning and, despite going out in the car everyday to explore the beautiful Cretan scenery, there are still plenty of things to do. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is very modern, and the attention to detail is fabulous. Breakfast on the roof terrace each morning with amazing views of the town was very special. The choice of food catered for all types and varied each day, especially the homemade cakes! The staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and visit. The room was very spacious with our own private balcony overlooking the pool, cleaned daily, with storage space for all our belongings. The pool area was spotless,very relaxing with plenty of sunbeds. Drinks and food are available also. Private parking for our hire car just around the corner was an added bonus. All in all, it's a fabulous place to stay, and we will definitely be going back.

The hotel Menta was a great choice. We were very satisfied with our room (it might have been a junior suite). The room had a balcony with a sea view and was located on the upper floors. It was spacious and clean in every way. The bathroom was in (fairly) good condition. There was plenty of space for clothes in the closet. The balcony was delightful; plain but spacious. Views in almost all directions. There was also space for the car near the hotel on an empty lot. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere at the hotel was relaxed. In March, everything was still off-season which made our visit seemingly peaceful. The breakfast was decent. Good savory pastries in addition to all kinds of traditional sweets. We didn't try the swimming pool but we did swim in the sea despite the cold water. It takes 15-30 minutes to walk from the hotel to the beach and the town center - old and new.

Very comfortable room. Shower was one of the best Ive used. Bed was clean and soft. Modern amenities, air conditioning system, lighting, outlets, etc. The breakfast was top notch, with both normal breakfast foods (i.e. eggs and bacon) and also some homemade breads, and baked casseroles. Breakfast is also on the roof with great view of the city. Hotel also has 24 hour lobby bar, 24 hour reception, swimming pool with lounge chairs and gym. The property host was very friendly, greeting me whenever I left/entered.

Great stay here for a week for the most part. First the good things - the location is perfect, in the heart of the old town Chania. Staff is very friendly and incredibly helpful. Breakfast is good but not the best in Greece. The house coffee is a bit weak. Wi-fi works well for the most part. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Parking is included and the private lot is about a 10 minute walk away. The hotel has a golf cart to help transport your bags to the car at check-in and check-out. The rooftop has a nice bar and a great view of the harbor. Cocktails were excellent but a bit pricey. My only complaint and this was a big one was the shower in the room. Terrible design, hard to use and a bit dangerous to get into and out of. Water gets all over the floor. The hotel should fix the shower and make it nice. They have an oversized bath tub that is useless and should be removed. The shower is located inside the bathtub - so hard to maneuver and frustrating.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Delfino—easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in all our travels across Europe. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are beautifully maintained with super comfortable beds. It’s in a perfect location, just a short walk to the harbor, shops, and restaurants in Chania’s Old Town. Despite being so central, it felt calm and relaxing. Breakfast was a highlight—a generous and delicious spread each morning. We also loved spending time on the rooftop terrace with drinks, enjoying the sunset. The spa was excellent—we had a great couples massage during our stay. It’s also incredibly family- and kid-friendly, which made a big difference for us. Staff helped us with everything—from booking our transfer to the ferry port to preparing thoughtful to-go breakfast boxes on departure day. The hotel was easy to reach with our rental car, though parking near Talos Square can be a bit tricky at times. We highly recommend Casa Delfino—it’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to.

We spent four wonderful nights at the Casa Delfino Hotel and Spa in Chania. Our accommodations were excellent. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and included a small balcony (with a table and two chairs) overlooking a quiet side street. The hotel is centrally located in the old Venetian Quarter just a short walk from the Venetian harbor. Service was fantastic, including the shuttle ride by golf cart to and from the nearby public parking lot. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful; they offered excellent dining recommendations and booked several reservations for us. Finally, the complimentary breakfast was over-the-top delicious, with many local fresh homemade dishes. I would love to return.

Excellent location in the Old Town of Chania, very close to the waterfront. The hotel is impeccably maintained. The beautiful courtyard serves as both the outdoor breakfast area and a pleasant meeting place. The rooftop patio is fantastic, offering stunning views of the harbor, the open sea, and the Old Town. In the evening, the rooftop bar is staffed by a professional bartender. Our room was spacious and tastefully renovated, overlooking a pedestrian street and remaining fairly quiet. There was plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. The hotel has approximately 26 rooms, along with a spa, indoor and outdoor eating areas, and an elevator. Some rooms include a private patio. The staff are friendly and highly professional—they truly make you feel at home. Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed. amazing venetian complex we had a beautiful 2storey apartment with a spa. the staff were so accommodating and helpful. they popped in to see if we needed anything and even supplied an ice pack when injured myself. the buffet breakfast was full of home made treats. bed was luxurious and the hotel was close to chania port shops and restaurants . make sure you try the sky roof bar amazing views over the harbour! thanks to staff and reception for an exceptional stay!!

It was a great hotel, very clean, modern, fixtures and fittings of a high standard, spacious room. We were in room with a jacuzzi.

I paid to upgrade to a jacuzzi room, and it was the best decision. The room was stunning and the roof opened, which was an amazing surprise. I arrived with a terrible cold, so the jacuzzi was a welcome relief. The hotel was very clean and in a lovely quiet street but only a short walk to shopping precinct. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was a lovely range of eggs, fresh fruit, cheeses, nuts, juices, and coffee.

We booked this very last minute due to a cancelled flight and had a lovely one-night stay. Our room came with a jacuzzi, which was pretty ideal on a huge balcony. The hotel is walking distance from pretty much everything in the town but far enough to be quiet at night. The staff were great, we got fantastic recommendations for restaurants and help getting to/from the airport. The room was very modern, clean, well decorated and contained everything we wished for.

Our time at Artion Boutique Hotel really added to our holiday in Heraklion! We loved staying in this hotel. The room was absolutely beautiful and it has everything you could ask for and more. We also really loved the jacuzzi! The breakfast was good. The staff catered to our every need and they were very nice and helpful. Would 100% recommend staying here!

first of all i have to apologize everyone who is looking for a proper review of this Hotel, i will almost completely devouting this space to say that after few years of visiting various countries, places and hotels i cannot compare them to this place. The level of hospitality of every crew member me and my family had chance to met during our stay was outstanding. We were invited by Antonis who was our advisor during 6 day stay. From very beginning he was on mission to fulfill his customers needs and I can only tell that he was doing far more then great job. He was very helpful in a way that I did not met before. Restaurant and food served in it is completely ok. Every night has different cuisine every time its fresh and have a nice look. If you are wondering to chose between HB and dinner outside I can say that food in the restaurant is enough to.convince to stay in the hotel. Ofcourse If you want to try cretan cuisine it is better to try it outside but if you already did it before you will not regret. Rooms are very clean, rather spacious, and have good quality of equipment installed. Jacuzzi on the balcony is very nice, only thing that was annoying was circulation pump noise even when nobody was using jacuzzi but its probably required to keep water in it clean. The gym in the hotel has enough to offer to maintain muscles during stay. You have Trx, full bar, some barbells, wooden bricks, cage and steel frame for squats, dips, pull ups, ohp and other complex exercises.

The hotel is amazing, there are many cozy spots. There is a quiet pool for adults only and another upper pool for families, both are inviting, clean, well kept and plenty of sunbeds. There is a very nice bar in the upper pool with kind service and staff. There is another bar next to the restuarant of the hotel with comfortable sofas and a beautiful ocean view. The hotel is located in a perfect location. 20 min walk from Hersonises which makes the hotel peaceful with amazing views. There is a minimarket at the entrance of the hotel which was very useful as well as car rental agency with reasonable prices. The room was very comfortable, clean and nicely decrorated with a great shower with hot water 24/7 and fantastic stream. The hotel staff was amazing, always avaialble and kin to help with a big smile and endless kindness. Definitely one of the best hotels Ive ever been to, the expereince was perfect.

Breakfast and dinner were great!!! a lot of different options, also for vegetarians. The staff was lovely and very helpful. There were two pools- small for only adults so it was very quiet, and one that was bigger for families. There is a bar in each pool. The hotel is located in a small village that has hundreds of restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel is far from the closest beach but they offer a ride to a beautiful beach, only a few minutes away. It is a luxuries beach with great sun beds, restaurant and good bathrooms.

Petros and his team went above and beyond to make our stay as welcoming, comfortable and enjoyable at they all could. The breakfast was more than plentiful, and the timings suited our group. Our Luxury Suite room was amazing and spacious, and perfect situated with a fantastic view over the beach and the bay. The pool and the space around it was very comfortable with beautiful views over the beach and bay also, and the pool team catered to all our needs. We couldn't have wanted for more!

Very quiet, comfortable and spacious sea view suite on the 3rd floor with excellent sea view terrace balcony. Excellent breakfast catering for all European tastes. Bus stop outside Hotel from Stalos to Chania (2Euros), with a supermarket close by. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Airport shuttle bus available to Chania Bus station (3Euros) as well as Herkalion and Rethymno (e-ktel.com). Recommend Kri Kri Taverna in Stalos and Steki restaurant in Chania old town. Beach opposite the hotel. Our second visit to Cretan Dream Resort and would certainly recommend this hotel for future vacation.

Stayed 5 nights in a Sea View suite which was spacious, clean (thorough daily cleaning) and well equipped. Nice balcony with a view of the Stalos sea. Very comfortable King size bed. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. Nice infinity swimming pool. Friendly and helpful staff. We greatly enjoyed one dinner at the resort with delicious food, Greek music and dancing. Overall, highly recommended as a base for exploring western Crete.

Excellent view from the room towards the sea. Room comfortable and quiet. Good pool and bar area. Staff all very friendly and helpful including with advice for days out. Beach directly opposite the entrance. A few nice restaurants nearby within walking distance and a bus stop outside the door with a frequent service into Chania (15 mins) with many cafes, bars and restaurants as well as shops, boat trips etc. Also easy to arrange trips or drive to other places including Botanic Gardens of Crete, Kissamos, Stavros, various gorges, lakes and other beaches.

We had a great time at this lovely hotel. It's in a nice, quiet area, but still close to some small resorts with shops and beach bars. Chania is easily accessible by a €15 taxi ride or a €2 bus journey. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good, and we had a blast at the Greek night with music, dancing, and delicious food. The hotel, gardens, and pool are all clean and well-maintained, and the infinity pool is just stunning.

We had an amazing time on Irida Hotel. It's located in the quiet village of Agia Pelagia, not too far from Heraklion, and it felt like we were in paradise. The village has everything you need if you want to stay nearby. The hotel is very close to two beautiful natural beaches. The hotel has amazing views, and the facilities, such as the gym, pools, cocktail bar, restaurant and outdoor areas, are wonderful. We felt so calm and serene there that we didn't want to leave. Our room was big with a porch, and our bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was amazing with several options and delicious food. All of the staff were amazing. We loved Bill; he's hilarious and very professional. I would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend it!

The hotel is absolutely perfect. There are too many things we liked about it but I will try and list some of the things. The friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. I didn’t get all of their names unfortunately but Angela stood out due to her happy & bubbly personality - she always has a smile on her face. All of the staff are so nice, very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel also has 2 swimming pools (one being the quiet pool which was so peaceful & relaxing!). The food at the hotel was delicious & the beach/restaurants (so many restaurants to choose from) are only a 5 minute walk away!! The bus stop is right outside so you can get a bus into the city. Lastly, the room was so homely, clean & comfortable. The list is honestly endless. We loved our stay. We will definitely be back & I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

Overall we had a very good stay at Irida, the location and surrounding at the hotel is enjoyable to stay at. The hotel rooms were recently renovated, spacious and comfortable, at least the room we had booked and been assigned to (#23 and #28). Very good bed mattress and pillows. The seaview from the elevated rooms as a bonus is fantastic and very beautiful, especially sunrise view is breathtaking. The hotel offers free parking, ideal as a base for several excursions to Knossos, Heraklion, ... The front desk manager and the hotel manager were very accessible for all kinds of questions/issues and very helpful. The female staff at breakfast and by the pool were very friendly and outstanding. The male staff at breakfast appeared to me to be a bit 'moody' and not so customer service orientated as the female staff, at some point even a little bit unmotivated (= personal subjective observation). Breakfast quality was excellent and variety more than sufficient to us, more in particular we loved the fresh bread, freshly boiled & fried eggs and the fresh orange juice.

I don't know where to start, this is an amazing hotel. The room itself was very spacious, with a sea view, a large bathroom, comfortable beds, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is styled very nicely and there are 2 pools and plenty of spaces to relax. The food in the restaurant is delicious though lacking a bit of choice and the cocktails were just amazing. I cannot emphasise how good the staff is, the 2 receptionists were very helpful and made us feel welcome (and we got a room upgrade), everybody was very kind and going out of their way, a special thanks to Chronos who was very nice and generous throughout the whole stay! I cannot recommend this place enough.

We loved our stay at the Irida Hotel. This boutique family-owned hotel was perfect for us. It was modern, clean and fresh with great views across Agia Pelagia bay. Service was outstanding, with staff remembering your name, always smiling and friendly. Great cocktails and good food and wine - we were also able to do a local wine tasting session which was great. The room was modern and equipped with a small kitchen which was useful. Comfortable sun loungers and nice pool area, pool a little cold but to be expected for October. In a good location about a 7 min walk from the main beach. I would recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. I stayed at InterContinental Crete lately and I can’t say enough good things about it. The service was excellent since the time of our arrival. The staff were very friendly, attentive to details and they did everything possible to make sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The rooms were absolutely awesome— spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern facilities you may need. The bed was extremely comfortable while the view from our balcony was beautiful. One highlight of our stay was the rooftop pool and bar. The pool itself had clear water and gave a breath taking panoramic view of neighboring area. It was a perfect day relax spot as the bar offered a great range of drinks or light bites as well which made it even more interesting. All in all, InterContinental Crete surpassed my expectations entirely. This hotel is a must visit due to its great services, luxurious rooms and an amazing rooftop pool alike! I look forward for my next trip!

Beautiful hotel and spacious rooms. Great bars and restaurants and the staff were exceptional. It had great views and was a pleasant 15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Agios Nicholis. Michalis who works at the Pool Bar was so friendly and helpful, he made us so welcome.

The beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom was a highlight - amazing water pressure in the shower and perfect lighting. I also loved the balcony with its beautiful view of the water. The rooftop pool was a major perk - adults only, relaxing atmosphere, and the staff up there were super friendly.

We loved everything!!! Especially the comfortable bed, clean room, the breakfast was amazing!! The view from the room and the pools was stunning!! The team was nice and friendly!! Amazing hotel. The beach below the hotel was nice. The spa and the gym were nice. Definitely will return. The treatment of massage by Maria was amazing, the best I had.

I absolutely loved the perfect location of NIKO Seaside Resort MGallery. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options to choose from, ensuring a great start to the day. The bar on the 5th floor offered delicious snacks and drinks, which was a fantastic spot to unwind. The staff were incredibly polite and kind, making the stay truly enjoyable. The rooms were excellent, clean, and provided an incredible view of the sea. The pool on the balcony was a highlight, providing an incredible view of the sea. Additionally, the resort offered easy access to diving activities and was conveniently close to a variety of restaurants.

Sooo much to love! - Very new hotel, stylish, clean, comfortable features and room - Bed was huge and comfortable - Shower was amazing and always hot with Clarins toiletries provided - Breakfast was plentiful with many choices - View from the room (sea view) was stunning, we also got a free upgrade to a suite and we would only book the suite now for the space! - Location fantastic, next to the sea with a short walk into the centre of Agios Nikolaos for shops and restaurants - Staff all pleasant and kind and we were constantly being given complimentary treats which were a nice personal touch - Facilities are great for privacy if you wish, you have a button to change for service or not to your room, and if the door is opened slowly an alarm will sound which is an added feature for security, I liked this a lot

We have had the most Amazing week in this fabulous hotel. It’s absolute perfection and deserves 10 stars and more. The rooms are perfect, everything in tip top condition, impeccably clean with everything you need and where it needs to be and very spacious with luxury bathrooms and spacious balconies. The pool area and restaurant are impeccably clean and well thought out and very beautiful to look at, sun beds are all very comfortable and the best aspect is that no one, no one races to grab sunbeds in the morning, it just doesn’t happen. Even the pool is the perfect temperature. The restaurant area again very clean and tidy, the breakfast is a la carte, plenty of choice, very tasty, well presented, completely faultless. The staff have been extremely polite, helpful, attentive and very friendly. A special mention for Alexis who has been very helpful throughout our stay and very professional. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived with welcome drinks and assistance to our room. This hotel is probably the best we have ever stayed in, it’s just perfect in every way. The beach is just a short walk away, plenty of restaurants within walking distance and little shops nearby too, everything you need is on hand. We would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

We had the pleasure of staying 4 nights at Inea Sole in August, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. It was the perfect destination for a relaxing and romantic getaway. Upon arrival, we were immediately struck by the peaceful and sophisticated atmosphere. All the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was a true sanctuary. The premium suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the luxurious amenities, like the huge bathroom with the big rainfall shower, added an extra touch of indulgence. There was a very big private balcony with outdoor lounge set and sunbeds and an amazing private pool! The culinary experience was just as impressive. The restaurant area again very clean and tidy, with a la carte breakfast with plenty of choice, very tasty, well presented, completely faultless. The environment was peaceful and never felt crowded, allowing for genuine relaxation. Overall, our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. It is a hidden gem that offers a perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and impeccable service. We left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. I highly recommend this hotel to any couple looking for a truly special and memorable escape.

I’ve never stayed in such a luxurious hotel that is also so friendly and comfortable. The hotel was so good, that I don’t know where to start when listing the positives. Firstly, the staff are absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean, and the perfect size, but the staff made it extra special. They were so attentive and kind. They even booked a taxi for us as well as organised a day trip. They made our holiday so much more relaxing by giving us nothing to worry about. The rooms are fantastic. The beds are huge and comfortable, and the rooms come with slippers and a robe, and are fully stocked with toiletries and lovely clean towels. The shower is large and the rooms are also cleaned to an immaculate standard every day. Breakfast is delicious and there is something for everyone, and served by the lovely staff - a perfect start to every day on holiday. The nearby beaches are beautiful, there are many to choose from, and are a 2 minute walk from this lovely hotel, which is tucked away in a quiet area, next to a rustic, traditional taverna. We couldn’t fault this hotel, and will be recommending it to anyone who will listen. If you are looking for a perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday, look no further.

Had an amazing stay at Inea Sole, all the staff were so welcoming, friendly, helpful and wanted to go the extra mile for you. The hotel itself is lovely, modern, clean and the rooms are very comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing and there was so much choice. Only had lunch there a few times but again the food was amazing and decent size portions. You're close to a lot of beaches all within working distance and a few restaurants. The area is quiet but there is still plenty going on and it's only a 50min walk from Chania Old Town which my friend and I did most days along the beaches. I would highly recommend Inea Sole. Thank you again for such a lovely holiday and for looking after myself and my friend.

Our stay at Inea Sole was absolutely amazing! The hotel itself is quite new and you can see the level of detail that’s gone in to the decor and the services they provide. From the staff to the facilities, everyone and everything was just perfect. We had a welcome drink upon arrival, and an amazing upgrade to our room at no extra cost to what was basically a flat/suite. We had the opportunity to also arrange a massage via the hotel with a really lovely masseuse who came to our room which was convenient, all arranged via the hotel. The staff were also extremely helpful with recommendations to bars/restaurants, and were always friendly no matter what, even remembering our breakfast orders. The hotel is located in a really good place, there’s a few really lovely beaches and sunset viewpoints within 5-15 min walk away. The hotel has a bus stop 3 min walk away which takes you directly into Chania town (bus 21) so very conveniently placed if you don’t have a car. The only slight downside was the farmers taverna opposite can sometimes get a bit loud on a Friday/Saturday night but aside from that minor inconvenience, everything was absolutely perfect. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to annyone visiting Chania and would come again when we next visit! Thank you to everyone who made our stay magical :) Lina & Su

The room was great and the restaurant was amazing! We had a junior suite room facing the sea with a jacuzzi tub on the terrace. The restaurant served delicious breakfast and the dinners were the best we had in Crete!

Fabulous spot for people who want to relax. Excellent staff and exceptional Dimitri Mokka (I hope I am spelling it right). Everyone made us feel incredible, food was lovely, Cretan wine was brilliant. We had a suite number 11 with jacuzzi, only a stone throw to the restaurants and well equipped beach. We would highly recommend this place and will come back for sure.

The staff was exceptional—always friendly and polite, making our stay truly enjoyable. The food was outstanding, and we particularly loved the breakfast buffet, which offered a delightful variety of delicious options. Our spacious ground-floor room was impeccably cleaned every day and featured a relaxing jacuzzi, along with a private mini-yard that provided direct access to the beach and outdoor restaurant. The bed was incredibly comfortable, topped with the best pillows I’ve ever experienced—I slept like a baby! The WiFi was impressively strong, allowing us to connect even at the beach, which was a fantastic bonus. Plus, a supermarket was just a 5-minute walk away, and the bus station to the city center was conveniently located right across from it.

Great place to stay, fantastic duplex room with terrace and jacuzzi. Sea views. On the beach. Inclusive sun loungers and great breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing negative to say whatsoever and highly recommend.

I was upgraded to a bigger room with a nice jacuzzi, the rooms were really clean with the ocean view. There is lots of really good restaurants around (gorgona, Neraida, botonis) shout out to the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and nice. Highly recommend to visit this island.

To this day, Vergina Beach Hotel is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed! Right on the beach, beautiful pool, private jacuzzi, sauna and unbelievably delicious breakfast! Our stay was absolutely amazing, even during rainy days. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the views from the room were just amazing. We had a great few days stay here and would definitely come back again!

Location is really good with a water front, sandy beach and lots of beach chairs. Stuff is really, really friendly. In cases when weather is not helping, they have a spa with sauna and Jacuzzi that can be booked for free. Breakfast is amazing, well priced, highly recommended. They have an on site restaurant and bar, reasonable priced in case one might want to enjoy more time on the beach. Overall it was an outstanding experience for us.

We stayed for a week in June and want to go back! The penthouse suite was perfect for me, my husband and my dad. You can sit on your private deck in the jacuzzi tub overlooking the ocean, watching the sun rise or set. The air conditioning works well, there is a little kitchen for cooking, you can have dinner inside or out on the deck. Very clean. The staff are top notch, family run business. The beach is beautiful and there are many shops and restaurants to chose from. I don’t want to stay anywhere else, this was perfect!
