Multiple resturants adjacent including an Olive Garden and a mexican restaurant.Extremely comfortable. About 5 miles from Love Field, Indoor heated pool but no jacuzzi. Superb breakfast. We really liked this hotel.

The entire facility was clean and quiet- even though the hotel appeared full and had many families with children. The front desk staff were very efficient and friendly, particularly the weekend afternoon/evening staff. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a microwave,refrigerator and coffee maker. This was especially helpful because we had an early morning flight and were able to keep breakfast refrigerated. The breakfast on Sundays was good with many options and the parking free. The surroundings were pretty and there are many restaurants close by. There is also a nice pool

My family (husband, two teenage sons, and myself) stayed here for an overnight trip to Dallas. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. Around 9:30 pm my son went to go take a shower and the shower head wouldn’t work. My husband went to the front desk to see if they could fix it or move us to another room. We were told they were booked solid, but someone could come fix it around 10:30-11:00. My husband came back to the room and worked on it himself because we were all tired. He got enough pressure to come out for our sons to take a shower that night. We called front desk to cancel the service, so we could go ahead and get ready for bed instead of waiting. Around 10:45 they did call to make sure we didn’t need help still, which I thought was nice. Shower head still worked the next morning but pressure wasn’t great for removing conditioner from hair. They did have Dove products, which was nice. Breakfast was good and the parking lot appeared safe. No issues outside of the shower.

Super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was best ever. Hot, fresh, clean and awesome assortment of food. Helpful attendant.

Despite the hotel being located near an airport, the room was extremely quiet at night. The area surrounding the hotel had numerous restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. I read others reviews and they were helpful in selecting this hotel. The interstate was close by as well, but again, you didn't hear it in the room. The breakfast was excellent-omletes, turkey and pork sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and the other regular items. The breakfast staff kept the food coming and cleaned while they worked. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites, and my experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The lobby was immaculate, with modern decor and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The room was spotless and well-appointed, featuring comfortable beds, crisp linens, and a spacious bathroom. The housekeeping staff clearly take pride in their work, as every detail was attended to with care. I appreciated the little touches, like the neatly arranged toiletries and the fresh scent in the room. One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The variety of options was impressive, with fresh fruit, hot items, and delicious pastries. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating for guests. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their commitment to excellent service was evident in every interaction. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. Overall, my stay at Hampton Inn and Suites exceeded my expectations. The hotel stay was excellent. Everything was great. The beds were comfortable! The room was clean. The front staff was very friendly. The location was easy to get to. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from daily. The only thing to consider is that at breakfast, there wasn’t anyone cleaning after the guests once they finished eating. Some guests are not considerate for the ones coming after them to eat and don’t clean the table after themselves. Having someone check on the tables would be nice or posting a reminder to the guests would also work. Once the guests were gone, the place was cleaned up, but not during breakfast. Or at least not while I was there.

Rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable! Clean bedding, comfy pillows, Etc The decor was actually nice, inviting. 😁 Nice large smart tv - my son enjoyed - with his gaming system. Secure - well lit (and plenty of ) parking space. Police drove thru - security checks - several times during our stay, felt safe on premises. All staff were friendly and helpful. Easy off/on interstate but not too close - traffic and/or noise level was no issue.

The hotel was very clean. I felt welcomed upon check in. My room was ready and clean. I choose Hampton Inn & Suites because of the amenities offered. This location exceeded my standards. I often have the complimentary breakfast. I was very impressed that I was able to have breakfast every morning because there was always a non-pork option I could choose to go with my self- made to order waffles. If you're driving the hotel is in a convenient location to I20 and other interstates. However if you choose to use the public transportation, as I did, note that the bus from the train station doesn't stop near the hotel. I did have to Lyft from the stop nearest the hotel. $6 for the Lyft + $3 for the train and bus was a better value than a $60 Lyft or Uber from the airport. Plus during the train ride you're able to take in the beautiful views of the city. The hotel was in a convenient location for my purpose. I will definitely choose this location for my return trips.

The staff was friendly, professional, and extremely informative. The rooms were beautifully kept and extremely clean, the complimentary breakfast was exceptional (coffee always hot, even after breakfast = PLUS) and I LOVED how they had water bottles present at the front desk always for guests to grab at their own free will.

We were staying at four different hotels in America while touring the states. This was the best hotel by far. Rooms were massive, clean and quiet. The views of roads were amazing and I heard close to no noise. Receptionist was efficient at the check in and the next day a male receptionist at the time allowed us to stay till 2pm which was amazing!!! Really appreciate that. Check out was quick but for some reason I was asked to pay for my breakfasts x 4 again, yet I already prepaid it with my travel agent. It was the only tiny error, the rest of the stay was fabulous. The error was very quickly rectified. Location is great, just 25 mins in Uber ($22) to the airport. We were able to walk to town (although I do not recommend it at nighttime). Overall stunning hotel, amazing staff, convenient location and very tasty breakfast including omelettes. Lady who makes omelettes really knows her stuff. The staff at breakfast made us feel very welcome. If I ever come back it will be the same hotel.

I would highly recommend this Hotel if you are staying in Dallas. I took my son on a trip to Dallas for the Winstar Casino , Texas State Fair and the Dallas/Packer game and we were so happy with this Hotel and location. It's so close to everything if you have a rental and also easy to Uber/Lyft to most places at very affordable rates. The Hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious and the glass elevators are fun to ride up in on the upper levels. Highly recommend higher floor and a room that when you walk out of it you can look down to the lobby level and see almost everything from your floor. The rooms are very spacious, beds were comfortable and very quiet at night. The only thing I would not recommend here is the breakfast buffet, it is overpriced and the food is... to be blunt... not good. We would 100% stay here again if we visit Dallas again.

Front desk could have been way more friendly the 2 people I encountered at check in weren’t rude but not friendly or welcoming there was no genuine kindness in our interactions. The guy who answered the phone when I ordered room service was the worst not friendly at all and should not be answering the phone. The bellman were great friendly helpful and had more genuine kindness in their personality :) The hotel overall was clean quiet and nice and I would stay here again and just hope different ppl with actual customer service SKILLS are working the front desk.

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. The staff were outstanding - always friendly and happy to help. The room was clean and comfortable. I was on the train side on the 9th floor and it didn't bother me. Lakita at the front desk was very friendly and helpful when I checked in. Note that restaurants are a bit of a walk when it's hot outside. The distances would have been fine if it wasn't so hot. Uber rates were low so that helped. I was here for a conference and the staff and support for that were top notch. I would gladly stay here again.

Fantastic stay in Dallas. As a globalist Hyatt I was upgraded to a beautiful suite and attached an extra room for my kids. We ended up having a breathtaking view of Dallas and an extra spacious room. The breakfast was delicious every morning and served by very friendly people. I travelled all over the world and stayed at many Hyatt’s as a Globalist but I have to say hands down the hospitality at this Dallas was the best I ever experienced. Michelle and Lakita do a superb job as guest experience managers. Every Hyatt should have them. Thank you for a memorable stay and we will be back!

The lobby is fun and comfortable, and the breakfast bar is kept very clean. Pretty good breakfast, too. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming.

It was really nice inside and out, was pleasantly surprised. It smells clean the moment you walk inside. The modern look is really nice. Breakfast was good. I did ask a question about something breakfast related and the lady assigned to be over by the breakfast didn’t speak much English and didn’t know what I was asking or the answer to it, but it wasn’t a big deal at all and I ended up figuring it out. The room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Nice. Everyone at the front was friendly. Breakfast was decent but only continental. Only criticism at all was the shower. The shower head was subpar and the way the shower is designed the floor angles down toward the water and gets very slick. There is also nothing to hold onto inside the shower head they need to install handles on the inside of the shower door that slides.

Nice clean stay and Quiet hotel and safe area and rooms was clean and spacious I recommend this hotel to anyone who is local and traveling and most other LaQuintas I been to hasn't been clean and safe as this location is far by the best I've been too since I been in Dallas tx thanks again

We went to the State Fair during the week and decided to stay overnight a bit outside of Dallas in order not to deal with traffic when we headed south the next day. This hotel was only 20 minutes from Fair Park. We chose this hotel because of the price, which honestly was the cheapest we have stayed at lately at comparable hotels and was a bargain. Our king room bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom had a walk in shower (with really good water pressure). Both the room and the bathroom were very clean. You can hear some highway traffic, but it wasn't too bad. Our check in/out was very quick and both people were friendly and professional. We did not have the breakfast since we were meeting friends, but it appeared to be the usual fare - good enough for getting you going and out the door. We will definitely stay here again - it was a bargain!

Its a nice venue. I just wished the pool and jacuzzi were available. Hopefully next time, its ready

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Rooms are very clean and exceptionally spacious. View was excellent over the small tree-lined lake. Plenty of space in the double bed room for the baby's portable playpen/crib as well as suitcases. Hall door opens into a small foyer that provides privacy to the sleeping area and the bathroom. Bonus ironing board as well as iron was useful in getting rid of packing wrinkles in shirts and jackets. The closet is relatively small with room for only one suitcase. The atrium restaurant is airy and welcoming and the food is very good to excellent. Problems: Valet staff are pushy about using the portico drive-through. They use their marked lane under the front door portico as well as the lanes for arriving guests not using valet parking. They gave us a hard time about unloading (six people and seven bags) from the SUV for check in on the first day, and again for loading up after check out on our last day. The self-park garage is convenient to a side door and very clean/well lit, but the automatic key readers to enter and exit the garage are unreliable. We were trapped in it once, no one answered the "Help" call phone. Another time they had to station an attendant to code open the exit gate for each car.

Everything was good. The hotel was very nice. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. Room was clean, cozy and nice, bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. It was pleasant.

Very friendly, helpful, professional staff, beautiful property, lots of dining options and a great happy hour. Location is great for North Dallas shopping and dining. Communicating via text is super convenient. Shower head was offset and shower curtain would not stay towards the wall resulting in water on the floor. Rod is loose.

The location was perfect - just outside downtown so the parking fee was much less expensive than the usual central downtown parking fees, yet still very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed two tasty breakfasts in the hotel, as well as a late night snack - all were delicious and well-prepared. The beverages included cappuccinos, espressos, mochas, hot chocolate, and a full bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - you could tell they loved hanging out in this fun hotel. The decor is whimsical and artsy and we enjoyed discovering all the surprising fun art elements. We also appreciated receiving 2 free bottles of water every day of our stay. WiFi was good - we had a 2-hour FaceTime call with very little "freezing". Angela at the front desk checked in with us daily by text, and Jenifer in the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. Overall we felt very well taken care of.

Fun Funky Hotel.. Clean & Unique..Great Staff friendly & engaging. The Bar Restaurant was delish..& Cesar the Bar Tender offered excellent service. Coffee Shop on the grounds was cute made out of Shipping Containers & made a quick breakfast & coffee convenient.Gym was clean & had new equipment making a work out easy & effective. Dallas is a Great City. I definitely will stay here again. Best… Ellee

The hotel itself was very nice and well-maintained. I appreciated how clean everything was, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. During my stay, they hosted a pool party, which was a great experience—the food, drinks, and music were all excellent. The housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job. They were friendly, efficient, and kept everything spotless throughout our stay, which added to the overall comfort. However, I did have some concerns with the front desk staff. Most of my interactions with them were less than welcoming. They rarely smiled and often gave the impression that guests were an inconvenience, even when they weren’t actively assisting anyone. I want to emphasize that I was always polite and respectful during these encounters, so the cold reception was disappointing. Unfortunately, my family members had similarly negative experiences with the front desk, which confirmed that it wasn’t just me. The lack of friendliness seemed to be a consistent issue. The front desk staff would benefit from customer service training to better align with the otherwise positive service provided by other departments. That said, there were a couple of front desk staff members—a male and a female, both African American—who stood out for their professionalism and kindness. Additionally, the staff at the bar and restaurant were consistently warm and accommodating, which helped balance out the overall experience.

Located as soon as you drive into Dallas on 35E; the directions can be somewhat confusing so be diligent on reading the signs. Front desk agent was courteous and professional, both the check in and check out process were quick. Loved the room; 2 queen size beds and a bathroom to share along with all the amenities you need plus an ironing board and iron (my daughter read there was not one available). The bed was so comfortable and not much freeway noise but we were not on the side facing the freeway. There is a restaurant that offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as a taco/breakfast stand adjacent to hotel. Only complaint (if that) is the shower towels could be softer. I loved the ambiance; so much art to see and enjoy. I will definitely be back.

the breakfast was good, good options. the Pool and jacuzzi were clean and functioning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great location from the city, restaurants nearby, best of all the room was clean.

A lovely comfortable hotel, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. We stayed for 3 nights as part of our NFL road trip, so hotel is close to AT&T and DFW. Check in was easy, room we were allocated for 3 people spotless to be fair, shower powerful and comfy. TV choice was limited compared to other chains, but we didn't spend much time at the hotel. The gym was an added surprise which was spotless. and Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. We used UBER to the game and it was circa $17 to go, dearer post game due to demand but better option than the parking prices.

Staff always had a big smile on their face. Very clean and offers a great breakfast, fresh waffles, juice, coffee and bacon. Rooms were clean and convenient. Highly recommend for the price. My cat was welcomed for a small fee. Easy to check in and out .

We loved this hotel and would absolutely stay again. From the moment we drove up, we had excellent service. The valet was friendly and professional, as well as the staff when checking in. We received a complimentary welcome drink which was unexpected and fun too. The vibe and atmosphere was chic and on point. The property was very clean which I appreciated, including the pool and pool bathroom. The room was pristine and they had some yummy options inside for purchase as well as a loaded fridge for purchase. The room was beautiful. We chose a room with a bathtub and loved that they included bath salts to soak in. It is a very noisy area of course and it was great they included ear plugs. I also loved how so much was walkable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable too. The bed was firm with some light cushion and plenty of fluffy soft pillows. Due to the location, there is a lot of noise outside, so be aware if this if you’re looking for a quiet pool. We only spent about an hour or so at the pool and ordered a burger with truffle fries and it was AMAZING! I don’t like sweet pickles but wow they were perfect on that burger. Thank you all for an amazing stay!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was a wonderful experience! The rooms are great and the perfect mix of luxury and fun. Our shower was huge! The location was also convenient to downtown and within easy walking distance of tons of bars and restaurants. Even though it's right in Deep Ellum, the rooms are quiet and cozy. We loved the overall vibe of the hotel, but the real standout was the staff, especially Patrick at the front desk. He was so friendly and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. We would definitely recommend the Kimpton to anyone coming to the area and absolutely hope to stay again!

After a 20+ hours of flying we were looking forward to our stay and a good sleep before starting our adventure in and around Dallas. Check in was a breeze and we were soon in our luxury and nicely laid out room. We had to go to reception about 11pm that night as the aircon was on full and failed to turn off, they immediately moved us to another room, at around 1.30am we again had to approach reception as we were on the busy street side of the hotel, with the nightlife, rev heads in cars and trams, unfortunately we were told they were unable to move us till later on as they were fully booked. Later that day they were able to move us again, we also discovered the shower did not work, so it’s obvious maintenance is over looked or a pre check is not done prior, or we were just unlucky however all was well for the remainder of our 4 night stay. The hotel is nicely laid out and furnished, modern and comfortable. Well located to places of interest, restaurants and as discovered nightlife, clubs etc. the bar and restaurant is great as too the pool. What made our stay so great were the staff. Friendly, polite, professional and always had us as the priority, it was a pity management did reach out as better as their staff to our issues, but the staff made up for that. Shout out to Jorge, Frances, Kenit and the unsung heroes in the kitchen who made our mornings and meals all that much better and everyone else The hotel is nicely laid out and furnished

This was totally one of the best hotel experiences I have had. From the moment we arrived the valet was attentive and kind and upon entry I was warmly greeted by all the staff and they clearly worked in tandem so well getting guests checked in. Patrick at the front desk was amazing. The complimentary beer and water was a nice surprise as we were checking in. He was so thoroughly in explaining where my room was, the best way to get there and how to use the room key to control the power in the room. 10 minutes after settling in, Patrick was texting me to make sure there wasn’t anything else we needed and if there were any issues with the room. We had a drink in the bar and the staff there was so friendly and attentive. Then we enjoyed the complimentary wine hour with hors d'oeuvres while listening to vinyl. The location was perfect walking distance to dinner and nightlife and upon arriving super late after celebrating NYE the front desk staff were welcoming and kind again offering waters and checking to see if we needed an extra hour or so for checkout the next day. This is now my go to Dallas hotel and I’ve already recommended it to several friends.

Pros: we booked here because it's a dog friendly hotel. They offer dog beds and bowls. Even though it's downtown, I felt really safe walking the dog. cute modern decor in room and lobby. Dogs in the hotel were all well behaved. No barking. no lunging. All dogs on leashes. No dog smell. Really fresh hotel smell. Quick check in. Friendly and attentive staff. good free coffee in the morning. Lots of available options up add to the coffee. Nice pool. Has a wheelchair lift. Cute outdoor fire pit. My husband loves this hotel. He thinks it's really well done. Any time we travel with our dog, we'll stay at a Kimpton. My husband is going to join IHG rewards. Cons: $50 for overnight parking at valet. There is a parking garage nearby; and it's $25, but you pay $7 each time you go in/out.

Very pleasant stay at the Doubletree. Excellent service -- warm and helpful. Very comfortable room with an expansive view. Friendly bar for cocktails in the evening. Overall, a standard business hotel, but one that felt much more comfortable than most. Note for those bothered by noise: the hotel is on a major highway, and road noise is noticeable even on the 18th floor. Not something that bothered me, but light sleepers should beware.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and our rooms were cozy! The fitness area in my room and the city view was amazing!!! This property is located near NorthPark Center and a range of restaurants to choose from.

This was the third time I've stayed here, had decent luck in the past though at times they seemed short of housekeeping staff. No such problems this time. I stayed five nights, had a corner room on a high floor, wraparound windows with a great view and the room was nicely appointed as far as furnishing, etc. I'm used to staying at Holiday Inn Express and the like, so this was a bit upscale for me. Bed was comfortable, front desk staff very good. I slept well, it was quiet, maybe because it wasn't too busy with guests the week I stayed. The room was a bit small but not as small as a room in New York or Europe. No microwave, but a fridge and a coffee maker. I met with friends in the hotel's bar area and had a pleasant time, decent food and drinks. The hotel offers free covered parking, which is great in view of Dallas' blistering summer sun and violent thunderstorms. I only wish the landlord would do something about the pigeons that seem to thrive there, feathers and other pigeon debris scattered throughout.

I love staying here. Stephen, at front desk, is always very helpful, professional, courteous and knowledgeable! I stay here very often, and the staff has never been anything, but extremely kind. My rooms have been very comfortable and I love the standup shower. I have had an issue with odors in the hallway and once in my room, BUT as soon as I called about it, it was taken care of immediately. Instead of complaining, I’m a very proactive guest. I understand that unless it’s reported (like something wrong in/with the room), they might not know. The location cannot be beat!! You have the incredible, high end, North Park Mall, literally across the highway. East access to SMU, Love Field Airport, all kinds of great restaurants, HP, UP, Greenville Ave, Knox-Henderson, … Being a native Dallas site, this is where I want to stay. A lot of the old LOCALS favorites are near this hotel also. Campisis (Italian & Pizza), Casita Dominguez (Mexican), Little Mermaid at Neiman Marcus (lunch), Kuby’s (German), Goff’s (Hamburgers), … Too many to list! Have Fun!

Loved the view from the 18th floor window. It was so awesome. The room was well stocked and the beds were comfy. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the room, restaurant and bar area as well. The staff was spectacular and helpful. I celebrated my retirement in comfort and style. I recommend this hotel and give it a thumbs-up for excellent service, quality and comfort. I truly felt pampered and happy. Thank you Doubletree hotel and your amazing staff. I will certainly stay again in the future. 🙂👏👌

I have to say, very rarely am I impressed with a hotel, and I travel often. I was undecided in where to stay and the first things I look to for guidance are reviews. I appreciate hotels that are older as they just intrigue me BUT it’s also a hit or miss because you never know how old the accommodations will be. The ONE thing that I kept reading repeatedly is how hospitable and friendly the staff is. Let me tell you, they DID NOT disappoint. Don at the restaurant (Seely’s Mill) was so attentive, kind and made sure I was comfortable. He was friendly and engaging, I truly felt like I was having dinner amongst friends and I dined alone! Tabby at the front desk was warm and welcoming, she’s the perfect person to have at the front desk. All of the accommodations were clean, the bed comfy and the common areas were very well maintained. The Beeman Hotel is a hidden gem and I can’t wait to visit again.

The bed is very comfortable! The extra friendly staff are fantastic, especially Eveline, Heidi & Iola in the restaurant were really lovely. The food was fantastic in the restaurant with large portions to share of delicious plates. The friendly young man at the front desk at night too was a wonderful help to bone weary arrivals. The hotel is very clean and smelled great! The little coffee machine in the room was great too. Lovely decor and wall art work in the hotel. Location is useful too. Not far from downtown in an Uber. There is a train station a stones throw away from the hotel and also a car shuttle service to within a mile and a half anywhere you want to go, if you're a guest. ☺️ We were so busy having fun we didn't even get time to use the cute pool. We had a marvellous, marvellous stay! Thank you Beeman!

The breakfast was good, we were attended by Chris he was super nice and provide a good customer service, but I really enjoy every time I went to eat at the bar-restaurant the food was amazing, my kids and I want to congratulate the chef George, the prices of the food was affordable, also want to mention the great customer service Juan provided us at the restaurant he was very friendly, polite and professional.

Convenient, and nice clean rooms, comfortable beds. Everyone was very friendly and helpful including the valet who took our luggage up to our room, the front desk personnel and the restaurant servers. Also enjoyed convenience to Mockingbird Station as we had dinner at The Finch one night.

Everything, pool lounge area was nice and cozy a vibe, clean, bar down stairs with live music, close to attractions, events and nice cozy bars and shops , mockingbird station is literally next door! only thing is you have pay for breakfast and dinner and no birthday accommodations you have to pay for that as well but it’s worth the stay . My room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable! Bathroom also vet clean and spacious. Very nice bath products provided. I was even given a toothbrush as I had for mine. My room was quiet even though it faced the road. Location was convenient to my conference location and a quick Uber to downtown for a hockey game. Parking was free at the hotel do that was a plus. Breakfast was good with many options and good coffee. Would stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and cute! The manager and staff are exceptionally nice and friendly. I give it an A (90% = 9/10). I do not give it a perfect score only because they do not have an airport shuttle between Dallas Love and the hotel. Even the shuttle to and from DFW only runs between 8 am to 4:30 pm. Being 2 miles away from Dallas Love and not having a shuttle led me to $18 x 2 = $36 in Uber expenses back and forth, plus $8 tips, so $44 in addition to the $130 I paid makes it still acceptable at $174 a night, but I could have found a hotel with a free shuttle and a restaurant for just under $200 a night. There is no restaurant, there was a small convenience store. So, arriving at 9 pm or 10 pm and catching an early flight next day, there you are - with no food choices. Car rentals are not worth it if you stay overnight to catch an early flight... The room was very clean, and so is the carpet everywhere. I did not have breakfast because I came late at night at DAL and had a morning flight and needed to clean up and pack. Barely had 7 hours to sleep. Overall, a good value for the money and the staff made up for the minuses....

Staff were friendly; the hotel was clean and inviting. Breakfast was very good: loved the turkey sausages and cinnamon rolls! The room was spacious and clean. Staff was accommodating; they still cleaned my room even though I didn’t leave out until after noontime, and they allowed me to checkout an hour later than normal. Yes, I would stay again. The only negative is there aren’t many restaurants around but it’s a quiet area.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful! The property was very well maintained, and quiet! The breakfast was delicious, parking was super convenient, and the surrounding area made me feel safe! It’s an up and coming area and we will most definitely be back again anytime we visit Dallas!

The room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was fresh with a great variety to choose from. The staff was very friendly and attentive. A minor disappointment was that the beds were supposed to be 2 queens, but their size were either a double or full. Overall, I would recommend and stay there again.

Everything was great except that the jacuzzi wasn’t quite hot enough for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness! Hats off to Marina, very clean, very impressive!! One of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in, it shined and sparkled. Such a relief as my husband has non curable cancer and germs are a fear right now! Check in, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name _______however very professional, polite, friendly and so welcoming! Beds are comfortable, location great! I’m sure breakfast will be as impressive. The lobby was spotless as well! This is a very clean facility and amazing staff. Our meal was next door at Olive Garden and an easy, short and quick walk. Staff super friendly, food fantastic and treated like royalty. They compliment each other very well and also says so much about the hospitality in this Dallas neighborhood. If I had one suggestion, it would be for sanitary reasons please add garbage can to the bathroom. This must be a franchise decision because the one we stayed at last night in Kansas City, MO was the same. The garbage was by the sink area outside the toilet/shower area! Plus very misplaced when coffee maker/ice and fridge area has none and there is only one other one and it’s in the other side of room by desk!

Hotel interior/exterior was well maintained, very clean. All of staff we encountered was respectful and pleasant to speak with. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful, coutertops and floor were clean. Pool was great for evening swim, warm, clean and not over chlorinated. Used the workout room, all equipment worked, room was clean and well maintained. Absolutely a great facility for the cost. Hands down would stay there again.

Great location, by 635. Bright airy 24 hr reception with friendly & welcoming staff. Simple breakfast included, you get decent options and helpful staff attending. Loved complimentary 24 hour coffee bar in foyer. Really comfy king sized room, excellent air conditioning was easy to use. Pleasantly surprised by in room kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Glad for the hot tub!

Friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast. I read through tons of reviews for hotels in this area of Dallas (north) and this one had the best reviews by far. The property is a little worn/dated but very clean and well-kempt. All staff I interacted with were friendly. I was on the third floor and found it quiet. In a hotel you're always going to hear the sounds of people and slamming doors but it didn't go on all night or wake me up at all. I don't know Dallas well enough to judge whether this was a "good" or not so good area of the city. The area wasn't amazing but I didn't feel unsafe and I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

Me and My husband booked a few days at this Hampton inn to spend time with our grandkids 9 and 5. We were so impressed. The decor is plush and modern, comfortable, clean and inviting. The pool was large, clean, beautiful and so accommodating. We all swam everyday. The kids loved it and I appreciated all the extra towels in the pool area. Each morning we had a wonderful breakfast, plenty of choices and plenty of comfortable seating options. The staff members were all welcoming and regularly asking if they could get anything for us. The day before checking out a staff member showed up at our door with a complimentary snack bag for each child. Now that was truly unexpected. Honestly, Not all Hampton Inn's are this well maintained and staffed. Gives us reason to look forward to visiting Dallas again, real soon.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown was exceptional! The location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and great dining options nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality and attentive service, making our experience truly memorable.

We were in town for an event this past weekend and this was actually my very first time staying at this Hampton Inn. From the moment we arrived until we left, the staff was very welcoming and made the stay stress free and smooth. The hotel was beautiful and I loved all the amenities especially the gym which I was able to use. Breakfast was on point and very satisfying. While the entire experience was amazing, I just want to shine a spotlight on Aaron Williams, he was amazing, he went above and beyond to make our weekend amazing. His energy was contagious, kind, inviting and he was just full of life. He really gave us top tier VIP services and made our moment such a memorable one. Aaron genuine spirit and exceptional services made us feel like we home away from home. Aaron, thank you for your kindness, & your joy-we so appreciate you for making our stay special. I plan to book my future stay at this hotel when I am in town.

Great stay! Room wasn't ready at 4:30pm but took what was available. This is the only complaint and going with a 5-star as it was not the end of the world. Pro's are great service, clean and comfy rooms. Would stay here again! Breakfast was perfect! Thanks for delivering exceptional service and a clean, safe, environment. I have stayed at another Hilton property in the downtown area as well, and I would hands down make the Hampton Inn & Suites my main choice.

The room temperature was just right. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Shower was a slippery but I found out soon enough to prevent a fall. Saturday and Sunday Breakfast was tasty. Dark Roast Coffee was delicious.

Great, happy, nice staff even though we checked in at 11PM. The room was bigger than expected. Nice entry way with mirror, shelf, little kitchenette like area. Nice light in entry way. Small microwave, Keurig, coffee and tea, coffee cups, drink cups, ice bucket. The fridge was decent size but no freezer area. The fridge was set to very cold so I set what I needed frozen on the top where there was a frosted area but some of the things froze at the bottom as well but not a big deal to us. Big armoire with extra blanket, hangers, laundry bags, safe, iron, ironing board. Room was accessible with audio/visual doorbell. Low counters in the bathroom and wheelchair accessible. Lots of towels available. Body lotion and hand soap. Big area to bring a wheelchair in. Light up mirror and overhead light with fan. Extra toilet paper available. Big shower with low threshold. Shampoo, conditoner, and soap. Grab bars in shower. Only thing I would add is a grab bar by toilet. Bed, sheets, pillows were comfy got a great nights sleep. Nightstands both had personal lamps, two plugs, and one USB port on each night stand. There was a chaise lounge that was comfy with a lamp next to it. Desk with office chair and lamp with plug and USB port. Bench below the flat screen TV. HDMI and USB ports on TV so if you want to bring entertainment it can plug into it. Internet is slow so I used my hotspot for the fire stick but no problem. Breakfast was good but not a big selection.

I came in for a one day trip. I wanted something clean and usually I look for free breakfast if possible. Concerned after a recent back experience at another hotel that was close. I drove by the property to make sure it appeared safe. The place is very well lit up , and it even has a parking garage in the back. The room was very nice (kind of easy when they are new) and the staff was super friendly. The biggest surprise was the nice breakfast area and food. The breakfast (not a huge buffet) had several selections and I was really impressed on how clean and good the food looked. I was dieting and they had several selections that worked for me. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent stay at super reasonable prices. Will definitely book here next time we are in the area. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything was clean from the lobby to the rooms. Nice quiet nights and comfortable rooms. Free breakfast was delicious which is a great bonus. Mini fridge, and microwave in the room. Plenty of space. Parking garage available as well as open parking (both included in room costs) and a lovely clean gym and pool area. Friends of ours booked room at a more “upscale” hotel and they had an awful experience, so so glad we read reviews and chose this place!

I enjoyed staying in this new Holiday Inn Express in Farmers Branch Texas. It is located right off a well lighted exit on 635. Helpful front desk staff. Very clean trendy guest room. Excellent shower and lighted vanity mirror. Breakfast bar had wide variety of items from fruit, cereals,breads,sweet rolls and meats. Friendly breakfast lady made me a hot cup of coffee. Enjoyed the stay at this hotel in Dallas area.

Great location, professional staff and nice clean property. It is new and very well maintained. The breakfast was nice and everything fresh. The property has meeting rooms and is dog friendly. It’s next door to the Omni which has a good restaurant and bar.

First of all the breakfast was wonderful. They had really cool waffle machines that make waffles in a couple of minutes, and they had chocolate chips that you could put in them. They had a large variety of other foods you could eat as well such as eggs, toast, bagels and cereal. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was also very nice. The shower was spacious as well. The bed was comfortable and we had a nice tv. The rest of the hotel was also very nice looking, and they have a couple of computers downstairs where you can get on the internet if you need to. We didn't even use the spa or the fitness room because we were only there for one night, but it looks very nice as well. All of the staff was very polite and respectful. This is where we will probably stay again when we come back into the area.

Very beautiful property. You could smell how clean everything was when you walked in. The hallways were clean, receptionist was very friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed was quiet comfy. Love the Roku tv option as we were able to add our streaming channel’s and watch what we wanted to watch without being stuck with the traditional boring live tv. Definitely worth the money and will stay again whenever we’re in the area. This place is now go to place!

We cannot say enough good things about this Hotel! It was very well kept, clean, and the staff is nothing but pleasant to interact with. They were all very personable and more than accommodating. We went as a very large group 60+) for a youth sports event and they exceeded all of our expectations. The food was wonderful: always hot and great presentation; the lobby was always welcoming and accommodating; the staff again was exceptional. Chef Austin and Sou chef Omar helped us build a menu to suit our athletes’ needs while the head waiters and their assistants (Sign & Ehab) were personable and always went the extra mile to make sure we all taken care of. The bar sraff was always very pleasant and enjoyable to converse with – Lola, the lobby server, waiting for when we arrived in the evening to see how she could be of assistance. The entire place made us feel at home and as family. The rooms were well kept, and decently spacious – beds were very comfortable. We look forward to any opportunity to be able to return to this hotel again! Thank you to this facility and all of your teams for galling to make our event even more memorable.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The bedding is amazing., soft pillows and fluffy bedding. The gentleman who checks me in when I arrive is always so pleasant! He was just nice to interact with and after a long travel day that goes a long way. My room was upgraded and it was amazing! My favorite part is honestly the breakfast buffet. So many choices and nothing better than starting your day off with a good meal. I like that I have low carb options and everyone is always so nice. When traveling for work, it’s often the little things that make the stay amazing and this hotel always delivers that piece for me. The only thing I dislike is paying for parking but, it’s Dallas and just sort of to be expected. Overall a wonderful experience and I will choose this hotel as much as I can for my business trips to Dallas.

had a great stay overall! The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded my room at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — definitely appreciated the extra touch of hospitality. Only downside was the experience with the overnight valet staff. The woman working late that evening came across as less than cordial, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise friendly and professional service I received throughout the hotel. Still, the upgrade and quality of the accommodations more than made up for it. I’d absolutely stay here again — just hoping for a better experience across the board next time!

My stay here is always wonderful. I stay once a month for business. Furdowsa and Singh in the breakfast area are always so attentive and friendly, making sure I always have my coffee and a to-go cup on my table before I even have my breakfast back to the table. Tony and Gad at the bar make the best drinks in Dallas and are also the most friendly guys you could ask to meet, In the year I have been staying here, these 4 make me feel like I am at home each stay. This hotel is fantastic and is one of the best in Dallas by far.

Wow, what a beautiful hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, and the service is excellent. Beautifully scented toiletries. Great bar with many TV's for sports games. Friendly atmosphere. At check in, I was asked if I wanted a high floor or low floor. I chose a high floor, but I wasn't expecting one of the top floors with such amazing views! It's something I would expect with an upgrade, but it was given because it was available. It was such a nice room. Bedding was so soft and top quality. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Dallas. Very reasonable priced.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, and I have to say, it was fantastic! The interior design is really impressive. When you walk into the grand atrium, you're welcomed by this beautiful park-like Asian garden with lush greenery and a lovely reflecting pool that creates such a peaceful vibe. I loved the warm, neutral colors throughout the hotel—they make everything feel cozy yet classy. The use of natural materials like wood and stone adds a nice touch, and that kinetic sculpture by Rueben Margolin is a real eye-catcher! The guest rooms are super comfortable and have a modern feel, with great amenities that make you feel right at home. I also appreciated the family-friendly layouts—they're perfect for travelers with kids. Dining options are varied and cater to different tastes, with spaces that easily shift from casual to upscale. Plus, the event spaces are flexible and beautifully designed, making them great for any occasion. But what really stood out for me was the staff. They were absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. It really made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the Hilton Anatole is an amazing place to stay if you’re in Dallas. Great design, comfort, and top-notch service!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful staycation at this hotel, making the most of the fantastic Jade Waters Resort! The lazy river was a huge hit with our family; it was incredibly fun, clean, and we appreciated the constant presence of attentive lifeguards. We found all the staff to be incredibly friendly and informative, and the food was absolutely delicious. Our rooms were very comfortable and had a modern feel. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

My wife and I come here every year for a business conference. We look forward to it every year because of the great time we have on the grounds at Hilton Anatole. Food and beverages at the hotel are expensive but convenient when you are in and out of classes and meetings at the conference center. In the evenings we enjoy laying out and floating the lazy river at Jade Waters and getting in some exercise at the fitness center. To wrap up we usually end up at one of the bars in the hotel for a drink after dinner and enjoy good conversation before getting back to our comfortable and clean room. This year in particular, we had a great visit with Dika, our bartender who makes an awesome Cosmo! He was friendly and helpful as are all the staff at the hotel. Can’t wait for next year!

Room was AMAZING! Stayed in a corner room with the Queen Murphy bed on the 26th floor and the room was HUGE with a great city view. The closet was basically a full size closet with drawers, there was a full size couch, a seating area with two big chairs and coffee table, a desk with a rolling office chair. Two big armoirs one for the TV and the other for the mini/half fridge. Bathroom was huge as well. The bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was delicious in the restaurant downstairs.

I had an exceptional experience at the Top Golf restaurant inside the Hilton Anatole, thanks to our amazing bartender, Dylan! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive from the moment we arrived. My friend and I were celebrating a new chapter in life but couldn’t quite decide on what to drink. He took the time to ask about our preferences-what we liked and didn’t like-and then curated a perfect list of drink options tailored just for us. Each recommendation came with thoughtful insight and genuine enthusiasm. His knowledge, professionalism, and great personality truly elevated our evening. If I return to this resort, it will absolutely be because of his outstanding service and the top-notch hospitality of the restaurant staff. Truly a 5-star experience!

We really enjoyed staying at La Quinta Inn & Suites. This place is very beautiful, peaceful, clean and comfortable. The mattress and pillows are very soft and comfy. It is very convenient to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. They have very friendly starting front the front desk personnel, housekeeping ladies, and the lady who is in charge of the breakfast room. I really recommend this wonderful place.

The location was very convenient to downtown Garland. The room was very comfortable and quiet.. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

While the bedding was comfortable and the lobby was clean, I didn’t think this property was worth what they are charging. In our bathroom, there was a tile right at the showers opening, that wasn’t set in place at all. Created a bit of a hazard with littles. Maybe the place wasn’t vacuumed good enough, but we found someone else’s dog food under the desk, no big deal but makes you think how clean are the rooms really? And I know this is a bit beyond the control of the property but the walls were not sound proof at all. Our neighbor had his tv on extremely loud through the early hours of the morning. The same neighbor in the morning I could hear throwing up, not to mention hearing everyone getting on and off the elevator competing to having the loudest voices. Unfortunately as a light sleeper, this made rest a bit impossible. Lastly, the ladies that worked the night we checked in, were anything but welcoming. They acted as if I was interrupting their personal time. Luckily, the morning staff was beyond pleasant and changed my view somewhat about the property. We stayed here in a pinch while traveling, and given the name I thought it would be a nice stay. If I had to do it over, I would of continued to drive a little further until I found something I liked a little better and a better value.

We stayed here for a week while visiting friends in town. There were areas in the vicinity of the hotel that were a bit shady, but we would stay here again. The staff was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean enough, though the shower door could use some mechanical attention. The breakfast is the standard hotel fare. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be back when the time comes.

Good info on parking, checking in, etc. Much appreciated! - Good location for accessing the freeway, stuff to do downtown, arts district, shopping, etc. - Complimentary hot breakfast was on point daily and the staff taking care of breakfast was kind and kept everything clean. (bring cash to leave a tip!) *Waffles on the weekends amd the coffee is not great, fyi. - The gym is big and has almost everything you need - peleton bike, weights, treadmills, etc. Towls are provided. - Cute outdoor area to hangout for quiet, read, eat breakfast. - Elevators are quick to pick up. - Front desk staff was welcoming. Neutral: - Housekeeping is Tue, Thu, Sat i think so ask front desk if you need more than that. - Public parking is right across the street and $17/day. Safe. - Valet parking available for $34/day or around there - No pool on property if that matters Cons: - No safe in our room - bathroom door was loose so was difficult to close (we let them know when checking out) Extra - We rented an EV and had a hard time finding a charger. Dont use Blink!! they pre charge you and you dont get refund for unused credit. There's a Whole Foods near Arts District that was easy to use while we walked around✨️ Enjoy your stay!

The location for Dealey Plaza is perfect , only a few minutes walk away, which for us was ideal. If you want Farmers Market end of Downtown, then this is a 30 minute walk. Some good restaurants with different dining options around the hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and good showers. Large TV on swivel so you could watch from sofa area or bed : Your choice ! Staff were friendly and helpful, prices aren't the best, but I guess this is a Centre of Dallas/City kind of thing in 2024. Even though the hotel offers a free breakfast, whichnwas average at best, I highly recommend the Corner Bakery just a couple of minutes away ; That is a superb place for breakfast/brunch, and open 7 days a week.

This Spring Hill boasts recently remodeled rooms, and they are pretty nice overall! it was comfortable, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. My only complaint about the room itself is that the cable/satellite seemed unstable and went out a few times while watching. The breakfast was standard fare, but plenty to eat in a nice big room that was never too crowded. The fitness center is a real shame here (and the pool is closed, in case you missed the notice). There are weights, but no weight machines and it seemed like none of the 4 cardio machines was working. This is a deal-breaker for me going forward. We chose this property because it was convenient to downtown, cultural attractions, and food choices. The West End (and much of downtown) has seen some better days, but there are still plenty of tasty restaurants within a few blocks of this hotel, and it's very convenient to main roads and the tram line. It was also a short walk to Uptown and the Arts District, which was very convenient.

The price was very reasonable. The hotel was very conveniently located to the start of the marathon that we were in town for. The surrounding area was clean. The hotel was very inviting. The front desk staff and the valet were very pleasant. The valet was particularly helpful and professional with recommendations and our luggage. The room was very spacious and comfortable with all the amenities of home. Lastly, the breakfast offered lots of tasty variety.

Spacious room with a very comfortable bed and good shower. The breakfast on offer was great for the price. I had seen reviews on here about it being dated but I didn’t think that, the breakfast area and checking area were lovely. The gym had great kit in there to workout and a nice terrace to sit on in the sun too. Staff were lovely and its location is ideal for getting into the city and getting to areas just outside the city too. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

First night was very large room on 4th floor - bathtub had several cracks and needed a little caulk. everything else was fine. ac was great and so was hot water. fast checkin and nice treats. 2nd night new room so a little off checking in since i got a key to a room that had someone in it. Once I got my room, it was comfortable. bed very nice and shower was amazing . kitchen had all the basics. helpful staff. nice convenience shop on first level. no restaurant but theres one at other hotels nearby to walk to. valet staff helpful.

Re: Breakfast, see below. The room was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything was pin-drop quiet inside and I slept very well there. The location was convenient, and adjacent to Dallas mass transit. Downtown has some great architecture, but it was a bit sad and empty. This may be a post-Pandemic development; the lack of retail space in many of the office towers, and not enough local residents, is a problem for the city and the property. The comparison with nearby Uptown, lively at night with busy restaurants, is stark.

Lovely clean room with pretty city view. The light switches were tricky, requiring a very light touch. The beautiful sliding glass shower door ran off its track but a strong arm reseated it well enough. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and well insulated. The kitchen was so handy & well appointed, with lovely coffee and tea. The staff were so cheerful and friendly, too. Public transportation was conveniently close.

I have more positive things to say than negative. For a hotel with kitchenettes, the room and kitchen is very clean and that is really the first thing I require for a room with a kitchen. I loved how the housekeeping folded everything into floral shapes down to the plastic bag for the ice machine. I mean I have stayed in over 30 different Hiltons this year and that was the first. My bed was comfortable and the layout of the room was spacious with desk space. I noticed this hotel is managed by a third party (based on the placard in lobby) and I do think they are doing a good job - but would be nice if the lobby was updated to have a more welcoming vibe. There is versatile breakfast options here and they offer more than I’ve seen in the Hampton and Home/Suites lines in Texas. The only issue was the location & lack of flexibility for parking (valet is mandatory & expensive & it’s hard to find the entrance to the lot)- this is obviously out of the hotel’s control so I am not knocking down a star over it - but as I’m not familiar with Downtown Dallas there was some police activity in the area the following morning & I didn’t feel safe to walk outside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. Brilliant location for downtown sightseeing. Within walking distance of JFK tours, etc. Suite was awesome. Very spacious and comfortable. Great free breakfast. Staff were all very friendly. Housekeeping is only on request which we did not realise until checkout! But no problem for us. Suite was clean. Our only problem was the continuously filling cistern in one of the bathrooms which did not get fixed during our stay. Just shut the door on it! Pretty quiet for downtown.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel but the one thing I wish there was is a Jacuzzi that would’ve definitely have made the trip a lot funner.

Huge shoutout to Estefany and Ana for their incredible service during breakfast! They were welcoming, kind, and always checking in to see if guests needed anything—from extra coffee to seating help. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made mornings feel extra special. You can tell they care about the guest experience, and it really shows. Thank you for making each day feel like a treat! I also wanted to highlight the amazing service I received from Fernando Carmelo during my stay. He went above and beyond each morning to make sure the breakfast area was beautifully arranged, clean, and well-stocked. You could tell they took pride in their work—from the fresh presentation to their friendly energy. It made such a difference starting the day on a warm and positive note. Truly one of the most thoughtful and attentive team members I’ve come across!

This place is just wonderful. The staff are really attentive to your needs. The breakfast is awesome with a variety of options. The waitresses are are great always making sure your coffee and drink is filled. All stagf had a smile on there face. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. My room had a mini fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron Kureg, safe and TV. The hotel also has a swimming pool, gym, laundry so you can wash your clothes and a bar. I will always recommend this hotel

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The best staff members were the breakfast staff. Ana, Estefany, and Carmelo made our stay so enjoyable. They were very attentive and super friendly. They made us feel welcome everytime we came down for breakfast. They also made the best breakfast. One thing I would suggest is having more lights towards the back of the hotel. One night my mom and I got back to the hotel a little Iate and we noticed towards the back there is less light because that's where we had to park that night Other than that we would most definitely stay there again.

This is our second time staying here and they never disappoint. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. The restaurant menu food and breakfast bar has good selection and I have always been satisfied with the food quality. The restaurant servers, Fernando, Maria, Catmelo, Ana, Estefany and Mary provided some of the friendliness and best service that I have ever had. The hotel offers shuttle service free of charge to the guest and did I mention the warm cookies were delicious. Definitely our go to place when we are in town for market or just visiting. Would highly recommend!

The property is spectacular!! The amenities are 🔥-and the food at the restaurant is DELICIOUS!! Front Desk staff that I worked with (Pamela Bradley and Davi Pena) are incredible!! They go above and beyond what is required in their job description. As did Fawlen, with Valet. He was kind, courteous, compassionate, professional and exceptional at his role. And, the property is situated perfectly in the heart of downtown!! Safe and accessible to EVERYTHING!! Maria, housekeeping supervisor, is incredibly skilled and professional and passionate!! You don’t get service like this just anywhere anymore. They are always kind and helpful. (Imagine that!! Staff that are glad to be doing what they were hired to do!!) Refreshing! Will stay here again and again and again!! You should, too!! Property is well maintained inside and out! Impeccable!! Kiddos, Downton Dallas Hilton, 1600 Pacific Avenue!! Well done!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful architecture, great location for family with small kids/tourists since the hotel is right in the downtown, just a minute walk to all restaurants /city attractions/pharmacy,very convenient to get Uber/taxi.Love the view from our room and the pool's view.We really appreciate the free breakfast in the restaurant at the lobby,very high quality and delicious, the kids were very impressed.The restaurant has good service too!And the lobby is like a 5 star hotel!!!We appreciate the way the hotel staff texting us to ask about our stay,very thoughtful. I had little problem of water in the sink didn't get cold sometime and the staff took it seriously.

The property is in Downtown Dallas easy walking distance to all Sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was excellent the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious with convenient amenities like coffee maker, refrigerator, safe and microwave.

Friendly staff at the front desk and back entrance. Really working hard to inform and give as much info as possible, about the city, handing out a map, marking all the sights in the neighborhood. The bar had very friendly people as well, showing us local beers and food. The exercise room had fresh towels and smelled good. At the time of arrival not much was open so we had a simple dinner at the sports bar across the street which was convenient. The location was very great, close to a bagelshop, Starship Bagel in the little brick street across, also the taco & margarita place Una Mas was great, lots of sights of the city nearby, AT&T discovery centre, Deep Ellum and JFK's memorial and Neiman Marcus only a block away. Really enjoyed our stay! Great location for Uber pickups too.

Great location to downtown. Nice restaurants close by and great coffee shops. The staff were great. Valet team, front desk and cleaning teams all so great. They had a coffee machine and bottles of water in the room. Room was massive and had a comfortable bed. Felt safe. They had washing machines and dryers available on level 6 which was so helpful after travelling for 3 weeks!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Check in and out was smooth and easy, and they gave us a free voucher for breakfast since we're part of the Marriott Bonvoy program. The lobby was clean and modern with large windows, and they had chilled water with lemon, lime, and orange slices in it available for guests, as well as a small coffee shop and a hotel restaurant. Our king-sized bed was very comfortable. I liked that we had a bathtub as those are getting harder to find in hotels these days. The location is great - right next to the convention center and the Toyota Music Factory. There's a convenient DART rail system stop near the hotel, and we were able to take the train all the way to a Dallas Stars game and back. Good restaurants in walking distance, and the area felt safe. Our only glitch was that the hotel restaurant closed early for a private event, so our breakfast was cut short. I'd recommend checking the restaurant hours before you go. Overall we were happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

Great Stay at Westin! High praise for Sarah! Enjoyed a weekend at Westin in Dallas. Beautiful property, wonderful rooms. Rooms had complimentary water, ice nearby, and a great drink / snack / coffee area in lobby. Great restaurant and by far best pool in area. Concierge lounge was closed but Sarah at front desk checked us in, offered breakfast vouchers for us and was unbelievably friendly and professional all weekend. She took care of us multiple times last weekend. The staff at pool and DJ at pool were fun and engaging. Drinks were great and bonus hot tub. The staff at Mesa Mezcal were also very good. Breakfast was amazing! Parking garage is attached to hotel, very modern decor and a 1 min walk from bars, restaurants, and a few min walk to Toyota Music Factory. Had dinner at Yard House and enjoyed a walk around the lake both evenings. We will definitely return to this Westin.

My experience was delightful. Everyone on the staff, from housekeeping to the front desk, were professional and friendly. They made me feel very welcome and happy. The restaurant and bar were great. Breakfast was awesome. The valet service and parking garage were safe and secure. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again for the future. Plus there are several great restaurants, bars, and other attractions within walking distance to the hotel too.

I loved my stay! I came for a concert and I was super impressed as soon as I walked in. The staff were friendly and the hotel had everything I needed and more. The CVS vending machine was a life saver. The room was clean and spacious, the shower was amazing (especially after the concert). They even had a little lavender oil roller for better sleep; that along with the comfortable bed made me sleep like a rock. It was within walking distance of the Toyota Pavilion and a row of restaurants.

My wife and I stayed at the Westin while touring Texas. It’s our 35th anniversary and as a Titanium level guest I requested any upgrades available. We were given a refresh suite that was very comfortable. It had plenty of space for us with a large bathroom comfortable bed and nice temperature control. I have to say our access to the lounge was really made by both Cyndi and Jarelle. Both of them were so nice and helpful. We could not have been treated nicer. The restaurant for breakfast was a great selection and service. The gym was well appointed and the location is great if you attend a local concert or convention, which we did not. Many thanks to the staff for a great stay all around. I would recommend this Westin to anyone looking for a business or relaxing visit
