The staff were professional, very knowledgeable and pleasant! I got the feeling they liked their job and are treated well. Hotel very clean and well maintained. Great room and view! Very spacious, nice view, beds very comfortable and clean. Loved the cocktail hour and loaded fries. Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast because I had to attend a family funeral. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return 😊 again. Please give this hotel a try, you won't be disappointed!

the night staff and the breakfast staff was phenomenal!! Check out staff was no where near as helpful as the lady who checked us in. she had multiple things happening but was extremely helpful with two elderly handicapped ladies.our room on the 8th floor was beautiful - we had a suite that could of easily been a live in long term condo. everything needed for preparing meals- cooktop, full sized fridge with ice maker, toaster oven, dishes, pots/pans, real dishes and silverware - microwave, full sized coffee maker. the bathroom was modern with a step in shower which was wonderful for us both being handicapped - and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash/ moisturizer were full sized and a great fragrance. living area as well as sleeping area were spacious and very CLEAN!!! our breakfast hostess checked on us several times and offered to carry our items - overall the stay was very good!

This is a new Staybridge property, so everything is still in mint condition with a modern design. The suites are spacious and comfortable. Our suite only had a standup shower, so families with young children may need to be aware of room options if a tub is needed. We stayed on a Saturday night in June and it was very quiet. The continental breakfast buffet was excellent and included hot eggs, potatoes, biscuits, and gravy, along with a waffle maker, yogurt, fruit, etc. The parking lot is not connected to the building, but is private and is just a short walk. Limited parking is available on the street for free or the hotel charges $24/night to park in their lot, which seems high for an outdoor lot not connected to the building. Otherwise, the stay was excellent and the property very comfortable and accommodating.

Pleasantly surprised with the hotel and our stay. The staff was extremely kind and professional upon check-in and that continued for the remainder of our stay. The room was the highlight though. We were placed on the 10th floor in a corner room. It was incredibly spacious and incredibly clean. I cannot exaggerate how comfortable and clean everything was... Including hallways, stairwells, and common areas. Housekeeping and management deserve a round of applause for this. The continental breakfast buffet was fresh, organized, and a large assortment of food was offered. I would highly recommend this hotel. You will NOT be disappointed.

We had a very comfortable stay! The room was spacious and quiet, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was updated. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the sweet potato bites. The cucumber water and cookies in the lobby were a nice treat! We actually used the comfortable and cozy lobby several times to visit with family and eat take out one night- nice chairs and great natural light. Very comfortable stay!

What a wonderful hotel! My wife and I took a long weekend down to Rehoboth Beach to visit friends look at homes and just enjoy the beach at this time of year. We decided to stay at the Hyatt House and what a great choice that was. It's about 2 to 3 miles to the Lewes Beach and less than 15 minutes down to rehoboth. The hotel itself is new modern clean and wonderful. We had a king size bed with a separate bedroom and a kitchen suite, with a huge Center Island to eat and do some work. Also a separate family style area to watch TV with couches and foot rests. There's 24-hour coffee and wonderful free breakfast included every morning. The staff is very clean and attentive and very very nice. This was a great find, I know next time we come to Rehoboth we'll definitely stay here. Off-season rates for all of this was less than $100 a night! A real bargain

I have stayed in many hotel chains in my 35 years of work and family travel and this hotel has comfort and value figured out! The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable especially for the price and the kitchen area is very well appointed and also spacious. The room design allows for maximum privacy between the king and the pull out sofa. The pool is very well maintained and the fact that it can be opened to the outside makes it so functional! The bar/restaurant is informal and friendly with a nice happy hour on the weekends. The front desk staff is cheerful and helpful with getting extra bedding, towels, etc. Parking is plentiful and convenient. I will seek this chain out in the future after this experience!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Made you feel right at home. The bathroom was well designed with a perfect shower with grab bar and non-slip floor. Only improvement would be a grab bar by the toilet. Breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed.

THANK YOU FOR BEING PET FRIENDLY! The highlight of our day was meeting everyone’s dog. The entire staff was lovely! Big shout out to Anthony and the breakfast guys who do an exceptional job. Beautiful space for breakfast. Real plates and glassware! Even had almond milk for the very delicious steel cut oats with 6 choices of toppings. The lap pool was amazing and a perfect temperature. They even warm the air in that space so you don’t freeze when you get out of the pool! Isn’t that considerate?? It’s a very new property so everything is in top shape. Good location… just a short drive to Rehoboth Beach. Bedding wonderful. We will definitely return.

We stayed here for one night while visiting family and will return to this property next time we visit. Jamie at the front desk checked us in seamlessly. She was very friendly and professional in the midst of a very busy check-in time. Our rooms were clean and comfortable with sufficient storage and a nice seating area. The walls must be thick because we didn’t hear any noise all night. There were enough outlets in the room for us to charge our phones and iPads.Breakfast was included, and it looked good, but we had made plans to try someplace else. There are also hot pretzels served in the lobby in the afternoon. The hotel is very close to a Walgreen’s which is handy. There is an indoor pool and fitness center, but we didn’t get a chance to use them.Overall, we felt this was a friendly, well-maintained property at a fair price.

I liked everything and that's hard to do. The staff at the front desk at check-in were very friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. Very professional yet polite and warm. The room was excellent and clean. The hallways were clean as well with no stains anywhere, almost like the place was new but it's not. It's just very well maintained. Breakfast fit the pattern of excellence. Everything was stocked well and again, very clean. So many things to choose from. Hot scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, turkey sausage, even bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits. Make your own pancakes with the touch of one button. No pouring or mess. Syrup, even sugar free syrup and whipped butter. Bagels, english muffins, yogurt, 3 kinds of cereal, milk, 4 kinds of juices, hot tea and freshly ground regular coffee and decaf. The cook staff were excellent as well and got my compliments for a job very well done. There is also a very big area to eat that wonderful breakfast and, of course, it's clean and kept clean by those fabulous workers. We'll be back.

Family gathering for a birthday weekend turned out amazing. This Holiday Express is so clean, friendly and convenient. I didn’t want to leave. The location was perfect! We were with walking distance to skating rink which the kids loved and great eateries! Complimentary breakfast was good and they stayed stocked. No matter what time we got down to eat we had the whole array of food available. My sleep was good, comfy beds and quiet floors. The rooms were spotless and the carpet was well kept. The family collectively can’t wait to go back. Thankful for the warm friendly smiles I received from staff and housekeeping! Highly recommend this location for people who want to relax and explore DE.

Friendly staff, wonderfully quiet room and comfy bed. Convenient location just off highway. No closet or hangers in room and shower spray is inadequate and not adjustable. Great breakfast options including several brands and types of yogurt and some fresh fruit but terrible coffee.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, convenient on-off the highway, a couple of decent non-chain restaurants in walking distance, quiet- no traffic noise and no noisy neighbors.

Wow! Fenwick Shores did not disappoint. First off the building and rooms are beautiful, really gives a true Beach/seaside vibe. Second, all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were especially accommodating and resourceful. The pool was great, very relaxing and easily accessible. Super close to the beach, not even a block away. The two restaurants were pretty good too. Also had very comfy beds and nice bath robes. Nice views from the balcony. Overall a great and welcoming hotel. So glad we stayed and will definitely stay again.

Our second stay at this wonderful hotel! From the front desk staff, to Stacie in the restaurant/bar, the pool bar attendant and the entire staff — all were genuinely friendly and offered great suggestions for restaurants, etc. The hotel is lovely. Rooms are tastefully decorated and have every amenity on coils need for a great stay. The location is perfect! Quiet yet near great restaurants and the beach is one short block away. We will be back!

I’m a loyal Hilton guest, but this was my first ever time staying at one of their tapestry collection hotels … and I honestly wasn’t too sure what to expect. Little did I know that this hotel has, for three years in a row, been voted Hilton’s #1 tapestry collection hotel — and it definitely lived up to it! We loved pretty much everything about this place, from the moment we stepped inside. We received a warm, friendly greeting from a very knowledgeable and helpful staff member, and we were checked in quickly. We even received a free room upgrade! Though we didn’t get assigned the room I’d requested in advance on the app, it wasn’t a big deal, as our room (a queen suite with full kitchen) was still fabulous! We even had a balcony! Large, bright and spacious. The hotel was suuuuuper quiet, comfortable and cosy. At night, with the lights off and curtains closed, our room was pitch dark, which we loved … and the bed was super comfortable (it was very hard, which we loved but may not be for everyone). Location is superb. Free parking during the off season was a huge bonus! Only a couple of cons during our stay, but not enough of a deal to turn us away from returning to stay again: the pillows were a tad big and they was a marijuana smell on the 2nd floor.

The hotel had very friendly and helpful front desk personal , Check in was fast and efficient ! Our room was spacious , very quiet and comfortable . I loved also that we had a little balcony with sliding door . We would definitely go back there again ! It’s perfect for a family too with a pull out sofa and small kitchenette. This hotel was a great find !

Beautifully remodeled two story hotel that’s a block from the beach (unguarded). I don’t know how many times I’ve driven past it on my way to busy OC MD and never took notice of it. I won’t make that a mistake again. The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and had everything I needed for my stay. While breakfast and dinner options, as well as a small bar were available during my stay, lunch was not. That particular restaurant is by the very nice pool and it wasn’t open as expected. Some afternoons they have a mermaid at the pool to swim and interact with children. Very cute! I love that this hotel is only about a mile from the DE State park bathhouse, with guarded beaches, showers, and snack shack. There are two restaurants directly across from the hotel and many more a 10 minute walk or short drive away.

It was in a great location with the walkable riverfront. There were several restaurants within walking distance. The room was spacious and clean. I gave the staff/service only 3 stars because on Saturday(1st full day there), we asked the housekeeper on the way out the door to refill the soap in the shower and it wasn't done. We also asked the front desk staff to have someone unlock the safe because it wasn't. That evening on the way out to dinner, we asked the front desk again to unlock the safe, refill the soap, the coffee, and that we also found that the phone in the room wasn't working when we tried to call down to them. They apologized, told us we would get free breakfast the next morning. When we got back in to our room that night, nothing was done. We just gave up as we were leaving the next morning. Didn't even stay for the free breakfast.

The room was really clean and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bartender in the lobby bar was super friendly and gave recommendations for the area. The front desk people were OK - some more friendly than others. The breakfast was just OK and not really worth $11 but it was convenient. The location was perfect with many restaurants and bars within walking distance at the Wilmington Riverfront. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful night at the Hyatt Place in Wilmington. The location is fantastic, plenty of parking, the building is clean and in great condition. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful and offered me water upon arrival as well as late checkout without me even having to ask first! I had a wonderful corner room overlooking the river and was able to enjoy a nice long run along the river walk in the evening. It's a shame that Iron Hill Brewery closed because it used to be right next door and on the water but hopefully something else will take over that space. I enjoyed dinner at a nearby Mexican restaurant and the breakfast at the hotel was plentiful, varied and delicious. If I ever had to return to Wilmington I'd definitely choose this hotel again!

I was in town for My 20th reunion for Homecoming. My room was available for check-in extremely early, the lobby was very clean. Parking was plentiful. The front desk attendants were very polite & informative about the area’s attractions. My room was clean & spacious, the hallways were clean & quiet. Housekeeping were timely with their rounds. Our event in the ballroom was awesome, the food was great, the bartenders were very nice, the outdoor area was a great addition! Breakfast staff was polite & helpful. The tea station had so many delicious selections! The bartender in the main lobby on Friday night was very accommodating & polite! I hope my school books another weekend here as well as the event venue! Amazing experience! The entire staff was top notch!

While not ON the beach, this hotel is in a great location. It is an easy/short walk or bike to the beach. For a busy holiday weekend, the nearest beach access point was not nearly as crowded as the stretches to the left and right of us. I was surprised by the $25 a night parking fee. I grumbled about that for a bit, but the daily vouchers for the beach chairs, the free mini golf, and restaurant discount kinda made up for it. The included continental grab and go breakfast is also convenient but really basic. I also appreciated the big barrel of lemon water in the lobby, but I wish they used paper cups instead of plastic. The hotel pool is nothing fancy and right on the parking lot/road. The hotel is also conveniently located to an easily walkable CVS, bar/restaurants, Sandy Pony donuts, and a Dunkin Donuts. Our king room was spacious and quite comfortable and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again, for sure.

We stayed at the hotel this week for 4 days, 3 nights. Very clean, fresh and bright. Comfortable bed. Included a refrigerator, microwave, small kitchen sink. 2 complimentary cocktails in the refrigerator. yumm. Fresh cucumber or orange slice water in the lobby, fresh cookies (if you hurried cause everyone wanted them) coffee all day. Breakfast was slightly different each morning. The woman in charge of Breakfast was on top of everything! Complimentary umbrella and chair at the beach, mini golf and tickets to the botanical gardens. Discount at the local crab restaurant. They don't clean the room unless you request it ($25/day) but you can ask for clean towels everyday at the front desk. Lovely pool area. The hydrangeas are BEAUTIFUL! The staff was super friendly, always saying hello. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean, quiet, spacious, 10 minute walk to beach (Beach is free and there are only 2 pretty clean port-o-potties, the hotel gives you free daily vouchers for 2 chairs and 2 umbrella rentals, there is a reasonable charge for more than that), the free trolley stops close by, mini golf/seafood restaurant and ice cream/candy shop share the same parking lot, AC strong, hot/cold breakfast included (scrambled eggs, sausage, a starch of some sort, juices, coffee/tea, oatmeal) and nice size pool/area. There is a Dunkin, CVS, and Bethany Boathouse restaurant/bar (live music every night!) close by - can walk to all. The only downfall was that there is no daily room service - we had to get new towels and TP from the front desk. It was a very nice hotel in a good location and I'd stay here again.

Hotel Bethany Beach has been our family favorite beach destination. It is very affordable, very clean, peaceful and close to the beach and all the nice restaurants. We love the hospitality there and very professional caring friendly staff. Every morning there is freshly cooked complimentary breakfast and every afternoon we enjoy cookies and fresh crisp orange or cucumber water. We also use our complimentary free mini golf vouchers and 10% off the seafood restaurant next door. We highly recommend it to every pet owner as well.

My husband and I stayed at the Dover Holiday Inn Express on October 31, 2023. This well-managed property is one that we have stayed at previously and it has undergone a significant renovation. It is very clean, safe and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. We loved the walk-in shower. The breakfast too was very good--even fresh berries for cereal. My sister was traveling with us and had her own pet-friendly room to accommodate her small dog. She agreed it was a delightful experience to stay here. We look forward to returning!

We booked a night at the HIE Suites in Dover as we had a function to attend. It was beyond our expectations. Clean, updated and safe Covid practices all around. The breakfast was your average hotel included breakfast. Nothing to write home about, but great coffee fruit and Chobani yogurt. The hotel appeared safe and well maintained. The staff were friendly and professional. Really no complaints.

The staff members here are exceptional for a chain hotel. Despite the ongoing renovations, they were helpful, friendly, and patient. Our room wasn't *quite* done yet... little things that didn't affect our stay were noticeable, like unfinished trim, a missing bar in the closet, etc. That being said, this was the first bed in three hotels that didn't feel like sleeping on a slab in a morgue. The new blackout curtains are set in side channels, a clever design that really keeps all the light out. The wifi is rock solid and the new TVs are HUGE. The "executive suite" we got upgraded into because our chosen room was unavailable had loads of room to spread out. The hot breakfast was relatively good, even including turkey sausage for the non-beast-eating set, and the staff supporting the buffet was fabulous despite the challenges from the ongoing construction. Great value for the money in Dover. Update from our last review in 2013: You can now u-turn at Kentwood a block to the south, so getting on the northbound side of US13 isn't so awkward any more. The beds aren't quite as nice, but everything else has improved. Good job IHG.

The staff here is AWESOME! Allison at the front desk was kind and helpful, getting us a room at last minute when our VRBO rental fell through. The breakfast was delicious and the staff for that and for housekeeping were really nice. They did so much to make us comfortable! The bed and linens were soft and comfy, and the entire hotel--our room, the laundry facility, the exercise room, the breakfast room, and the check-in areas were all really clean. I would recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back here again. Thank you, Allison and staff--you are amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel was above my expectations for a 2 star hotel. The room was very clean and either a new hotel or recently renovated. The staff was engaging and very friendly. A shout out to Marie in the buffet breakfast. She went out of her way to be helpful to me. Very clean. The buffet had good food and a lot of selections … even healthy choices.

Loved that it’s a newer facility with modern features. The beds are very comfortable and having a hot breakfast available every morning is so convenient. The breakfast selections are always fresh and hot. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We received helpful bus tips and amazing restaurant recommendations!

The room was very clean. The breakfast is typical for this type of hotel. The food was fresh. The gentleman handling the breakfast bar on Wednesday and Thursday was courteous. He maintained the area clean and well stocked. Going in the mid-week, it was quiet here. We will come back.

Arrived at the hotel with no idea I needed to take a ferry to Cape May (hotels website did NOT mention this major detail) the following morning for a graduation. If no ferry, the drive would be 3-1/2 hours so panic set in. The amazing front desk person was incredibly helpful and patient as I worked through my panic. He explained my options, felt badly the website on hotels.com did NOT include this important detail (listed as being only 17 miles from Cape May without mentioning the obstacles in getting there). He remained calm and oh so helpful and even booked the ferry reservations for me, further calming my panic. He was amazing in customer service and deserves kudos!! He made a stressful situation so much more palatable! The hotel, itself, was clean, decent breakfast, comfortable beds/pillows, and fitness center did the trick.

Exceeded expectations! Stayed a Thursday night, lobby was large, renovated and welcoming. Coffee 24 hours and cocktails Available till 9:30p. Ashley was so friendly, kind and accommodating. She made me feel welcome, assigned a quiet, renovated room on the floor I requested and honored a late check out request. Room was large, clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay again! Fairfield Inn - you’ve got a gem in Ashley - please treat her well!

This is a relatively new Fairfield property and I was not disappointed. The rooms and public areas were clean, modern, and well-kept. The dining area looks out over a small wet land, which is much better than a parking lot or road. And having a pool and evening bar is a nice touch. Rehoboth Beach is notorious for its traffic but the hotel has a back way to reach the beach without going through the traffic. Awesome! Staff was very friendly and hotel is convenient tio beaches and shops. Highly recommend.

Great staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Check in process was quick and easy. Hotel had been recently renovated inside and out. Plenty of parking. Spacious suite with a mini fridge, microwave, sofa, work desk and task chair. Also included two 50” TVs. Deluxe breakfast included. Lower level has a heated, indoor pool, cocktail lounge and sundeck. Very nice, leisurely stay. Approximately 2 miles to Rehoboth Avenue and the beach. Enjoyed the trip so much, we added an additional night’s stay.

We had such an enjoyable stay at the Fairfield! The front desk attendant was so welcoming and had helpful recommendations for restaurants (near the property and near the beach). The room was great plus a fantastic complimentary breakfast and free parking. Note the hotel is a few miles from the beach.

This new inn was opened 6mo ago. The exterior was Modern and chic, interior was sparkling clean. The room and bath room was spacious and clean. The bed, pillow and bedding was clean and comfortable. The shower was big and there were plenty or towels. We could adjust The room temperature the way we want. Overall it was great value for the money The clean indoor swimming pool was big enough to do laps. The inn is in a big business area with Lowes, Home depot, Wall mart... many restaurants. We could walk two restaurants next to the inn. I could hear some car noise but it died down at night

My husband and I stayed here for one night on Jan 13 when visiting friends in Middletown. The hotel is really nice and the room was spotless. The bed was comfortable but I didn't like the pillows as they were way too soft. The people at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had is with the shower. It is VERY slippery and I almost fell. So be very careful! In addition to that, they have a caddy on the wall that holds the shampoo, conditioner and body wash which was loose and when my husband used it, it came off the wall. We reported it to housekeeping. But like I said, the shower is too slippery, like an ice rink. Maybe the management should get some sort of shower mat to put in there. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that that, but it did look very nice. My husband used the pool and he said it was very clean.

Everything! This was just a random hotel stay for my family and I. We decided to have a change of scenery and get out the house. This is by far one of the best hotels I stayed in! Check in was easy the room was just amazing! Extremely clean, the beds were sooo comfortable and I loved that you got to choose between firm or soft pillows. I loved the microwave in the room and mini fridge so convenient for us. The items they had for breakfast were plentiful and tasted great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I honestly didn’t want to leave so we extended our stay an extra day. We dreaded going back home!!! We plan on coming here for just because stays from now on!

Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. Good location. Beds are comfortable and a true queen size not a double like some hotels, linens were very comfy. The AC unit in our room was VERY loud. I didn’t realize it until we were in bed and turned the tv off, otherwise I would have asked for a different room. We were only there one night so just dealt with it. Great water pressure in the shower Breakfast was fine. Typical breakfast options. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal. I would definitely return.

When we arrived the lady at the front desk was very friendly and made checking in flow quick and smoothly! Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. Each day the cleaning staff did an amazing job tidying up our room. The breakfast we great. The breakfast staff was AWESOME Calvin and Dolche keep everything clean, neat and nothing ever had a chance to run out. And with several people all trying to eat and start their day everything ran perfectly. You could see the pride Calvin took in his work and his friendly and up beat nature made the breakfast experience enjoyable. My grand children swam in the pool and had a blast. It is a great place to stay and I would defiantly stay there again the next time I come to Delaware!!

Stayed here for two nights! Front reception gentleman was very welcoming and friendly, gave us good directions to our room and where to park the car. Rooms are clean, tidy, beds very comfortable. My partner had to work, wifi good and the desk in the room was very handy for him to work. Mini fridge and microwave in the room is great. Good sized room and bathroom. Great location. Bathrooms- clean/tidy/ great hot water. Fantastic breakfast provided, I was really impressed on the quality and cleanliness. Staff in breakfast area were friendly! Would highly recommend staying here, very good value for money.

Our stay was a pleasant, restful one. The hotel was beautifully renovated and the room was nicely furnished and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is NO CHARGE for parking in the spacious lot. The breakfast had hot and cold items, such as eggs and meat, waffles, bagels, etc. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast, Calvin, was very attentive and helpful! A very nice place to stay, right off the interstate!

Had a very nice stay here over Thanksgiving. When we arrived the outside of the building was very inviting and clean. When we entered the lobby you could see and smell how clean the place was. It was very inviting. The front desk staff upon arrival were very polite and thanked us for coming in to stay and for being a Member. When we went up to our room it was just what we requested. A very nice room and nice layout throughout. Very clean and again smelled really good. Loved the 24 hour coffee bar and the coffee was fantastic!! The breakfast both mornings we were there was great!! The two personnel working the area were really on point and everything was kept clean and filled. They should be commended for that. It was the mornings of the 23rd and 24th of November. Our only concern was the front desk staff when we were leaving. When we dropped off our keys they could not even say thank you for staying or anything like that. They were too busy staring at the computer screens. Every other employee we encountered as very nice and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay. You have a really nice place there and should be proud.

The hotel was clean and quiet despite its convenient location off of 95 The queen beds in room 228 were exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious and Kelvin, the breakfast manager, was attentive and accommodating. We will stay at this hotel again on our next visit to the area.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my teenage daughter as we checked out University of Delaware. Everything about this hotel was great - the location right in the middle of Main Street; the room was modern, clean and quiet; the breakfast was plentiful and varied each day; the staff was helpful & friendly; the lobby bar looked fun, etc. Parking under the building was easy (get your ticket validated at front desk each time you park). We would definitely stay here again if our daughter decides to attend UD, even though we are usually loyal to Marriott properties.

Perfect stay! Vanessa at the front desk so very kind and professional! The hotel is spotless and stylish! Location is great!! Lots of restaurants on the block- try Peach Blossom! They have black out shades that are incredible! The thermostat on ac is perfectly accurate and the AC system is silent!! The furniture and art is clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent and provided a variety of food that satisfied my entire family. Everything was fresh and delicious! Our room was very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the prime location, the Hyatt Place Newark-Main Street was walkable to all the great restaurants and shops on Main Street.

The Hyatt Place-Newark is smack dab in the heart of a quaint yet vibrant college town eminently suitable for walking, and brimming with dining options. Its features include a $10 per day basement parking garage, free serve-yourself breakfasts (beyond the mere continental), and a bar area. The latter boasts a modern, cheerful interior atmosphere as well as an adjoining elevated front patio with a commanding streetside vibe. Open from 4:30 to 10:00 PM, the bar offers beer/wine/cocktails as well as an eclectic mix of tasty appetizers, soups/salads, and light fare menu items. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room interiors clean and tastefully appointed. Should I find myself again in Newark De, I would stay there without hesitation.

I stayed here with my daughter to tour the University of Delaware. I had stayed in this hotel before. I love the location - easy walk to UD for the tour, many restaurants in walking distance, parking is convenient. The hotel is updated and clean, the beds are comfortable, the bar and restaurant are a nice bonus. There was a complimentary breakfast offered but we did not partake. I would stay here again.

There are so many plusses to this hotel, which we enjoyed for the second year.. 1. A very clean property. Staff is attentive to cleaning and hygiene. 2. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and included many extras such as tomato juice and peeled hard boiled eggs. 3.Front desk staff welcoming and took care of the few requests that needed attention 4. Pool and adjacent outdoor longue area was well maintained. 5. Plenty of ADA parking right at the door. 6.We arrived early and our room was ready. 7. Acknowledged as gold elite member on our TV. 8. Beautiful and comfortable lobby with large screen TV,computer and printer. 9. Near many restaurants and shopping. A few suggestions... The exercise room should have a scale. Housekeeping should be available daily although the desk had extra towels, toilet paper and tissues. Must be good even Rosie was pleased. See you next year!

Good location, few minutes from the beach, basic clean hotel with friendly service people and good breakfast. Quiet, kitchen has anything most people need. Good coffee. Beds are comfortable. Only negative would be drain was a bit slow in the shower and smell of someone nearby cooking something very strong smelling was annoying on one evening. This location welcomes pets.

Centrally located hotel to outlets, dining and beach. Very clean, great breakfast options that changed daily. Room was stocked with anything you would need to cook, they even had a dishwasher. Pool was clean, towels by the pool and bar close by. We had to use the laundry room, and it was conveniently located by the pool. I sat by the fire pit while I got some urgent items clean. I will give this warning, the hotel is very pet friendly. We thought we were getting sick but it was actually allergies. I had to take allergy medicine and so did my son. It seems that the pets can be in any of the rooms as I encountered them throughout the hotel. We would stay here again, but will make sure to take allergy meds prior. And request an allergy room if possible.

The check-in process was quick and easy. Chris was wonderful and very welcoming! The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The fitness room had several options. I only used the bike, and it was a nice piece of equipment. The buffet breakfast was among the better complimentary hotel buffet breakfasts I've seen. There were several options to choose from. We didn't use the pool, but the pool area looked very nice. The location was perfect for us. We were spending time with family in Milton. It was easy to go back and forth between the hotel and Milton. It's not far from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was conveniently located to so many things to do in the area. The property was extremely well kept and had lots to offer, from the bar with bar bites in the evening to even a Peloton bike in the gym with a hotel account guests were able to use!!! The breakfast each morning was delicious with so many options and always well stocked. I can’t say enough good things about the staff! Danielle was an absolute gem and everyone we spoke with was super courteous, friendly, helpful and accommodating in any way. The big bonus to the property is that it is pet friendly!!!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington Christiana for an overnight stay while on a road trip with friends. It was a pleasant experience. The staff we encountered were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Our check in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were perfect, not completely flat which is what we usually encounter. The night light in the bathroom was a nice plus. The breakfast area was clean and spacious with typical free hotel breakfast buffet items. My husband is a full-time wheelchair user. He is able to take care of his personal needs when in an environment that is wheelchair accessible. We have been traveling together for over 40 years. My comments on accessibility are for information only in hopes that it may be of help to others. Our room was wheelchair accessible with a roll in shower. The shower controls and handheld shower were on the wall opposite the shower bench. The shower controls and handheld shower could not be reached when seated on the shower bench. The shower curtain was a foot off of the ground. This makes it impossible to for an able-bodied companion to take a shower without soaking the bathroom floor. We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington Christiana and will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk staff made me feel right at home. The lobby and lounge area were clean, bright, and inviting. There were plenty of tables and comfortable seating, which made it a great spot to relax or catch up on some work. It felt modern and well-maintained, with a nice atmosphere that gave a good first impression. The breakfast was just what I expected for this type of hotel—hot, fresh, and well-stocked throughout the morning. There were the usual options like eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereals, along with coffee and juice. The dining area was also kept tidy and organized.

As soon as you walked through the doors, you notice the beauty and it looked a comfy place. The lobby was beautiful, the hallway was clean and we (my son) love the space, the table set up and how you could serve yourself. The staffs was very friendly and helpful. I have to give a shout out to two amazing people wo worked at the front desk. Hopefully i don't mess their nsmes up, it Niko and keana. They treated us so special, told us places to see and go. We enjoyed the conversations and they are definitely assets to yhe hotel.We took a Uber and it was easy getting to this location. The friendliness of the staff and the friendliness of the other guest. Also the convenience of stores restaurants, the mall and other nearby places. Well our room view wasn't great, we just seen the other hotel dumpster but when we got out side it was nice. The hotel was quiet, as we like it. Yes, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to relax, enjoy the hotel hospitality, enjoy the indoor pool,the exercise room, continental breakfast. You can stay to yourself or have passing conversations with other travels

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Conveniently equipped with refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron. The large shower offered abundant hot water and good water pressure. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is close to restaurants and stores with easy access to the interstate and the staff was able to provide easy directions to local restaurants. We have stayed here before and will stay here again when we're up this way.

From the moment we called Quiana at desk was so incredibly helpful, warm, friendly and accommodating. Helped me work out Hilton Honors while juggling a hungry tired 3 year old meltdown and was so understanding and kind throughout our visit. She was a huge reason we came and felt like having a family member checking on us throughout our stay with care and warm kindness. Neko was also so helpful and warm. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and breakfast had good healthy selections. Very family friendly. Definitely spend the extra here vs days inn next door if you can!

Nice selection of breakfast options, complimentary happy hour and great attitudes from staff. TGI Friday restaurant right next door which was super convenient for kids. However, pool area needs touch up and jacuzzi was not working.

It’s never a bad stay at embassy wish they would fix jacuzzi and maybe more pool cleaning water be a bit too thick and chemicals to strong and had room service like all the other locations. But the breakfast is yummy and the staff is great especially front desk those ladies hold it down. Omelette dude on weekends can be a little nicer being the first face for many in the a.m but the rest is great. Room is clean spacious and air conditioning hits perfect.

I had the 2 room king suite Check in 3pm Check out 12pm Walking into my room, I was greeting my name on the TV. 5pm to 7pm They served complimentary snacks and drinks, which basically consisted of chips/dips/assorted crackers/pretzels a whole spread of snacks! Bartender made requested drinks TGI Fridays was connected to the hotel which was fantastic bc we had a 15% off coupon given by the hotel at check in. The pool (6am to 10pm) was ok kids enjoyed it...bummer the jacuzzi was broke....nice gym area(24 hrs) Breakfast served at 7am to 1030am French toast, pancakes, biscuits gravy, sausage, ham, potatoes, eggs Variety of cereals cold/hot Variety of Muffins/breads/bagels Coffee/juices teas And omelets mad to order the way u want! The staff was nice and helpful. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas

The staff was absolutely amazing!! Every one of them that we encountered throughout our stay was so kind and helpful!! Especially the front desk ladies! We had an issue with the people staying above us being loud and they handled the issue for us fast and effectively! We travel a lot and this hotel and staff is by far one of the best we’ve been too! Very clean, comfortable, accommodating, helpful and went out of the way for anything we needed! Plus they had an amazing breakfast buffet! We will be back anytime we’re staying in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at the Staybridge Suites Rehoboth Beach by IHG. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The room had a fully equipped kitchen, which made it convenient for longer stays. The amenities were great and added to the overall comfort of the experience. Most importantly, the staff was excellent—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was also very accessible, making it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This hotel was a 10+. The price was very reasonable. Very clean, everyone was very nice and helpful. It was beautiful, their pool was beautiful, their complimentary breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Excellent coffee, housekeeping was so nice. The room and bathroom were beautiful and the kitchen was amazing- dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, even a stove. They had a coffeemaker - assorted sugars, toaster, dishes and mugs. The location was really nice and the room was very quiet. They even let you use the pool and get changed in their bathrooms after you check out. Will definitely stay there again.

The property is very well kept. It’s in a very convenient location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is delicious. My room was amazing. I love that they have everything you need for the kichenette, like pots and pans, dishes, glasses, soap to wash dishes. All the little details are thought of. The full size fridge comes with an ice maker. I plan to book again in the future. Very homey feeling. I didn’t get a chance to use the amenities like the gym, pool, or laundry, but I’m sure they are nice as well based off everything else I experienced.

This was a very pleasant 3- day stay. The hotel was very clean as were the rooms. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. Staff was friendly as well as the other visitors to the hotel. The pool could be bigger with more lounges and umbrellas. They had a small breakfast every morning which was great to get your day started. A short drive to the beach, many restaurants and shopping areas along the way. But over all it was great! We will stay again

The front staff were kind and fun. The room amazing.... the breakfast with absolutely phenomenal, the lady who's working, the breakfast is working. So hard, and it's so clean and so neat and so fresh. She really did a fabulous fabulous job. I've stayed here before and I'll stay here again.

My family has stayed at this hotel several years in a row when we visit the beach off-season. I was hoping with the change of names the hotel would maintain the cleanliness and comfort we were used to. They definitely met our expectations and more! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless! My kids enjoyed the pool, which was a good temperature and very well-maintained. There were a lot of options for breakfast including gluten-free, which is important to us. We have stayed at hotels in the past the only offer a continental breakfast that is all pastries. Very thankful for the lovely hot food and yogurt and other GF good options. It’s nice that they offer a coffee and tea in the lobby all throughout the day. However, the coffee was quite weak. The only negative thing I have to say at all about our stay was that the sofa bed already had a fitted sheet on it when we pulled it out and it didn’t look freshly washed. When I asked for sofa bed linens, the front desk staff supplied me with a top sheet only and a blanket. So I assume they intend for the fitted sheet to remain there, which does not seem very sanitary to me. Other than that little detail, we are very happy with our stay, and will definitely return again next year!

We just stayed at this property for 3 nights. Overall we had a very good stay and no issues. The hotel lobby is very welcoming and there is complimentary coffee available all day. The breakfast area was clean and the gentleman working it kept everything well stocked and fresh, offered hot options like eggs, waffles, potatoes, and meat, and more on the go options as well. Room was clean but they could use some updating and more decor. The shower fixtures were loose on the wall but still worked fine. Would stay here again as it is very convenient and walkable to the beach and Dewey.

First time staying any Sonesta hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade at check in. Our room (suite king bed) was quite nice for the price, with a comfortable bed, nice shower, well working heat/ac, and a mini fridge + microwave. It was also quiet, though I'm not sure if that was due to not being crowded or genuinely quiet - either way, we appreciated it. All staff we met were superb - friendly and knowledgeable. We never used the pool, TV, or WiFi, so can't comment there, but we would easily choose this hotel again if we're in the area. Note that there is no breakfast here, but there are several restaurants nearby, and the price we paid (for a decent reviewed hotel) was considerably less than others offering a "free" breakfast.

This hotel was safe, quiet, and clean. I have stayed in many hotels in Wilmington, Delaware, and this is the best one. I will be staying here from now on when I am visiting. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable.

You have to request cleaning. The remote control is definitely something you should use via your phone. There is a fireplace in the room.

This was my first time staying at a Residence Inn. It was tucked away behind the Fairfield Inn (also owned by Marriot) and it was difficult to see directly from the road. However, once inside, we were greeted by an exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff. I explained that I was there to visit my sick father in the hospital which the front desk person empathized. I really appreciated this. The place was clean, holiday decorated and felt safe. Breakfast was delicious and warm. Breakfast staff was very helpful! This trip I couldn't enjoy the pool, but I could see it. I will definitely return. Already told my family that I loved this place and recommended the Inn to others! Thanks again for your hospitality!

If you are going to an event at the Spire Institute I highly recommend staying at the Residence Inn in Mentor OH. The hotel is just a short distance from the Spire Institute and there is some amazing restaurants in the area. The entire staff at the Residence Inn went above and beyond for the Swimmers that were staying there. The last night there the team had a catered dinner in the common area and the staff ensured that the dinner went as we planned. The hotel is very clean, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing!

I stay at this hotel once a year for business. Once again, they exceeded my expectations. They handle our group easily and efficiently. Checking in with Katherine started the experience off in the most positive way. She was patient and took care of all our needs in a friendly manner. Always helpful, she made our group feel special. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. Employees are all following COVID protocols and I was never concerned with my health or safety. I look forward to staying here again next February!

I stayed at the Sonesta for 5 months on a business deployment. Excellent Room, comfortable and quiet. Some of the other facilities were limited by COVID-19 restrictions, but not irritating. GM was helpful and friendly along with his front desk people and housekeeping folks. Next time I am in Delaware for more than a day, I’ll plan to return to this hotel

Full kitchen was amazing. The room was clean and large. The staff was very helpful and nice. If your working, it's a good place to stay. There are alot of loud college students here, that's the only downfall. They don't have much respect for being quiet.

Clean (bath)room of comfortable size and well-equipped (chairs, table, sofa). Fine breakfast with ample choice. Decent wifi, with one glitch that was resolved in a couple of hours.

We only stayed here for one night due to a college campus visit. The room is great, with a full kitchen and a lot of space for 5 people. Everything was clean, the front desk staff was very friendly. We would have loved breakfast, but given the situation they had a grab and go bag for everyone with water, apple, granola bar and muffin. The only complaint I would have is a bit of a bad smell in the apartment - like people might have smoked a while ago and covered up with febreeze. Not strong enough to make us not stay, but noticeable

It seems fairly new so everything was clean. Pretty bare bones so do not expect luxury, it is a nice place to sleep after a day at the beach. Fairly quiet but you can hear the people above you moving about but not voices. I think some hooks or shelves near sink for toiletries would be helpful. Dispensers in bathroom are worthless so I say lose them and just have emergency items in the vending area because cvs and giant are just down the street. Lose the breakfast as well. Its is gross and sub par. Provide coffee tea hot water and reduce room rates. I would stay here again.

Me and my friend really enjoyed our stay here, all of the employees here were very friendly and helpful. Answered any questions we had and gave recommendations when needed. The room was really nice and cozy, enough space for two people. The only minor issue we had was having to buy a HDMI cord to be able to connect to the TV. Also when we arrived the shower had some hair in it from a previous guest. That was honestly our only issues here. We enjoyed using the pool there and had no parking issues. It’s very convenient if you plan on doing any shopping, it’s located right behind all the stores. Definitely would recommend!

The staff was very friendly & room was very neat and clean. The main problem we had was that rooms have hardwood floors. Early in the morning, the guests above us were getting ready to leave and were constantly moving their roller board luggage around. The rumbling sound went on for over an hour and made it impossible to sleep. The insulation between floor is not very good. Perhaps installing indoor / outdoor carpeting in room walkways would solve this problem. The breakfast was adequate. I could be modestly improved by adding granola and more fresh fruit to the selection

As a party of 28 we stayed at this amazing hotel for a week, check in was fast, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming & made our stay perfect, we couldn't fault them. Our rooms were clean & very comfortable with fantastic views, the bathroom was spacious with a rain shower nd bath. Clean towels were daily & the laundry service which was a must for our uniforms was affordable with same day service. We had breakfast each morning in the restaurant & most days an evening meal followed by drinks from the bar, all the staff here were lovely nd got to know us, we had guitarists with us and the staff had no objection to us having an Irish session 🇮🇪💚🇺🇲 We absolutely can't wait to see u all again next year guys, You all went above nd beyond for us Irish Veterans

I stayed at the Westin Wilmington as I was visiting some friends. I did not know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeting by very genuine friendly faces. I was checked in and, in my room, very quickly. I am a Bonvoy Elite Member r, and I was recognized and offered all my level Benefits. The restaurant River Rock Kitchen really stood out. The food was fantastic and the staff so eager to serve. I had dinner and breakfast, and the food was fresh, hot, and tasty. All in all, I had a very enjoyable stay.

Second time we've stayed here, and it was great both times. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to a suite, which was large and quiet. We arrived late, and normally wouldn't eat at a hotel restaurant, but we were so tired we decided to give it a try. The food was fresh, tasty and delicious, and our server could not have been more accommodating. The location is excellent if you like walking - it is next to a riverwalk that is beautiful and goes on forever. Overall, another great experience here.

We stayed here for a dance competition that was being held at the attached Chase Center. Customer service was great. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy. We ordered room service (breakfast) twice from the hotel restaurant and all meals were fabulous! Would stay here again.

The location was perfect to attend an opera at the Grand Opera House and restaurant. It was a very short walk from the hotel. The parking was reasonable ($11 overnight), and we liked that the hotel had a restaurant and bar. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Not the newest hotel in town but still nice. The hotel is quiet and the rooms are a nice size for a few nights. They have an executive floor and do some nice things for their Dimond folks. We call this place the cookie hotel. They did offer a chocolate chip cookie upon check-in. This place has comfy beds. Best I've slept on in a while. Breakfast was typical. They have a buffet. It's good enough. Parking was convenient. Right around the corner with an entrance right into the hotel. Don't forget to ask for the discount parking for $10. The location is manned, so it's a bit secure. In all, this place was not bad for a few nights. It seemed like most people that I intermingled with on this trip weren't very welcoming. The hotel was no different. Is it me? Don't get me wrong. I did meet some nice folks. It's just that not everybody was nice. My impression. Anyway, the hotel was OK.

We just stayed for one night to attend a musical performance nearby. The hotel is a very short walk from a number of restaurants and entertainment venues. The staff is helpful and friendly, the digital key that allows you to open the door with your phone is nice, and there's a convenient parking garage attached, though there is a separate charge for parking.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable as enjoyable. Thank you Doubletree and especially to Conita!!! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a refrigerator which was put to good use.

The staff were amazing and very welcoming. It is in a wonderful location with an amazing view. The rooms were perfect and no issues at all. The staff a breakfast time were amazing and it was very busy bit they all had smilse and engaged with everyone. This was a perfect stay.

The hotel was very clean, rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of food. The riverwalk in the back of the hotel was lovely, with some restaurants to visit. I would definitely stay there again!

The hotel has a Great Location it is about 30 Minutes from Philadelphia International Airport. The Staff is Friendly and Helpful. Being on the Riverfront, You have Access to several Restaurants within a short walk. Also the Riverwalk itself is a pleasant and safe place for a nice Stroll.

We were nearing the end of our 2 week road trip and the staff at this hotel was the most friendly and helpful of the entire trip. Our room was amazing - a corner room with large windows overlooking the river.

One of my Happy places! This property offers peace and serenity and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Jeanette is an asset! The view, fire pit, fireplace and hot breakfast are pluses.

Breakfast: It was very good! We had some breakfast from Bistro each of the mornings we were there. The staff was pleasant, efficient, and reliable. It was also a good value - Overall: The staff was totally AWESOME! always ready to offer suggestions for places to eat, directions, change for the laundry, greeting us in hallways etc. The room was EXCELLENT! It had plenty of room for my companion to be comfortable with his limited mobility. When we ate in our room the table with wheels was helpful to move it to where he was comfortable. The adaptive bathroom was a wonderful! He felt very secure taking a shower due to the bars he could gold onto. There was ample room in the bathroom for him to move around in getting out of the tub. We also appreciated the quality of the towels and the amount we had in our room. The bed was lovely and the TV was great!

What a great place to stay! Conveniently located downtown, clean, comfortable and updated room with an amazing walk in shower room! Very nice bar/ bistro. The highlight of the stay was the staff, from the friendly and caring front desk to the amazing manager who went above and beyond to insure our stay was everything we had hoped for!!

A little hard to find the parking lot, probably because it's not right next door, but around the corner after you've parked in front of the hotel itself. But it was easy to find, once check-in was done & the rep pointed us exactly to it. Inside the hotel the attendants, service & other people were great ... although. The greatest, most helpful attendants possible, could not ask for better service. Outside the hotel, it was a little leary at first, not used to a quiet business district, but it was after hours (NYC is never this quiet). But it was the perfect place to stay to get to the Nemour Children's hospital (only 5 min without getting on a highway). If I needed to go to that hospital again, would definitely stay there ... was not sure if any others were staying at the hotel on our floor, that's how quiet it was (great thick walls).

Check in as a breeze. Our room was quiet, clean, and comfy. The valet parking makes it very easy to come and go. Excellent location with many delicious dining options nearby. We highly recommend the Copper Penney. Great walkable neighborhood.

The hotel and room were clean and quiet but the room was very underwhelming. Not what I'd expect from a Marriott. The front desk staff told us breakfast was over at 10:30 and when we showed up at 10:05 the woman working the Bistro very rudely told us she was closed while she counted her money. So we walk to the nearest Starbucks for coffee. Parking wasnt clearly explained, but we were told we better act quick bc they ticket quickly. You can either scan to pay on your way out of the parking garage ($16 but you have to stay) or add it to your room ($20, can go in and out, and you don't need to put anything on your mirror or dash board to prove you paid like some hotels). We had to ask pointed questions to figure all of that out. The front desk staff was very nice, but they could definitely due with some training. The rooms and hotel were clean. Overall, I'd recommend staying if youre looking for a 1-2 night trip.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in this hotel. The best part is their pet-friendly status. And we we were able to bond nicely with our long-haired Dacshund pet dog. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet. All the staff are professional, helpful and friendly. We also love the well-equipped kitchen, bathroom.

Check was very efficient. Front desk allowed us to check in early. Room was clean and comfortable. The only problem we encountered was at breakfast which was supposed to run until 10:30. At 10:00, there wasn't anything left. The kitchen staff said sorry, they ran out. No coffee, no eggs, no waffles. Was able to get some scrambled eggs by special request and some coffee after reminding them twice.

I cannot say enough about our stay this weekend! The room was immaculate (I carry a ‘COVID Kit - wipes, Lysol, and paper towels), but I can honestly say it would have been overkill to use it. The kitchen was so clean, as were all the surfaces and the bed rooms. It was such a comfortable stay I inadvertently referred to my suite as ‘home’ a few times. All of the staff encountered was very friendly, but I have to - HAVE to - point out the superior customer service Kyna, Rosa, and (I think) Nyla provided. There was a minor slip up with my room (which was ready upon arrival), and they quickly and cheerfully corrected it. They were the consummate professionals, definitely going above and beyond to make sure my stay was top notch. Thank you so much! I travel to the area just about monthly, and usually stay at another hotel, but no more. With the modern features and great customer service? Staybridge is now my go-to!

Absolutely love this room!! Jacuzzi is a plus extra bedroom is also a plus!!! Kinda pricey but will be back. Staff is very pleasant rooms are cleaned wonderful stay

It was clean, comfortable and across the street from the state fairgrounds. Front desk staff members were friendly, helpful and professional.

Overall, the hotel was clean. It's located next to a train rail. The night staff made our check-in go smoothly. The room was clean & the beds were comfortabl (only minor issue was the shower handle came off & a small crack on the toilet seat).There was a 24 hour coffee/tea station. The free continental breakfast was a good variety.....they could have had more fruits & jelly spread. The pool was warm, but murky & needs to be cleaned out. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that my daughter's sneakers were stolen. Outside of that, the hotel was a decent place to stay for the price.

Great Handicap accessible room and bathroom! Indoor heated pool in December open until 11pm daily. Free breakfast each morning and coffee is available 24/7. Room was very clean and comfortable. I had recommended it to several people and they all agreed so much better than previous hotel we used the last time we were here.

The room was extremely clean and quiet. Bed wasn’t the BEST but comfortable enough that we got a good night sleep in the middle of our road trip. Was an excellent room for the price. Breakfast was ok- glad they had the waffles.
