I keep coming back to this hotel because of its staff. The location is great, it is near the highway. Breakfast is good, has a lot of variety. The staff is amazing, they are very respectful. Hotel has EV chargers which makes it even better. There is a fitness center, swimming pool and jacuzzi

Customer service was great from the time we checked in to the time we checked out! The lobby was clean, coffee station on site was amazing and of course very polite staff. Our room was more than what I expected! The bathroom was clean, huge and perfect for my handicap son! The counter space was perfect! The beds were clean and made to perfection! We had two.dressers and 2 tvs in the room! More than what I expected! The sleeper soft was great! I slept perfectly well! The closet was in a perfect spot! Lighting was perfect because we got to choose which lights we wanted on. The ac was amazing! Kept the room perfectly chilled. I have to say I we were highly impressed and pleased, we will surely book again!

This location is FANTASTIC for the traveler. Despite being almost right off the freeway, my room 203 was quiet., and looked right over my car charging at the EV charger (not Tesla). It is not a “resort” stay for Palm Springs…it is just super convenient and clean. The room was large with a desk, microwave and mini-fridge. Ask for lotion at the desk… otherwise they had body wash, bar soap, shampoo and conditioner in the room. A very decent continental breakfast is available 6-9 am…yogurt, waffles, eggs, toast, juice…24 hour coffee/tea available… they even had prepackaged Udi’s gluten free muffins. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub and also a fitness center, none of which I used. All the staff were super friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I travel. I drove about 10 minutes to get to a place that serves a meal With beer/wine… the immediate surrounding area is more gas stations and family friendly dining.

The Pool , Jacuzzi, and courtyard were immaculate and the Rest Room available outside was extremely convenient. Check-in was easy, the staff was friendly and efficient. The rooms were very clean and the Shower was phenomenal.

The king suite was awesome. Fireplace, jacuzzi tub, nice little patio. Loved the nice little Keurig station in the room. Very quiet and relaxing. Beautiful views. I will be back

Everything was exactly as in the photos. We really enjoyed the 24-hour pool and jacuzzi. The room was spotless. The host was very helpful, he showed us everything, and he answered all our questions. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Palm Springs.

Very quiet and private. Comfortable king size bed. Large Jacuzzi. I especially appreciated the Britta filtered water pitcher as the tap water in PS is not great.

We really enjoyed Crystal from the Bistro Cafe. She made us feel like family! Having the convenience of a pool and jacuzzi. The hotel was clean, and housekeeping was accommodating to our requests. Mario was attentive and addressed all of our questions professionally.

It was pretty nice, clean hotel. The pool and jacuzzi were fine. The gym looked minimal but in good repair. It was basically what you'd expect from a nice-ish hotel. he price was also okay, about what one might expect (we ended up paying about 180 dollars for on night).

Stayed here as part of a 2 day trip to Palm Springs. Room was clean and staff was friendly. I didn’t use the Pool nor Jacuzzi but noticed maintenance doing what appeared to be an amazing job of maintaining it. I observed him as I rode their Peloton Bike (Bonus points for having the bike, although it functions it is displaying an error message). As a Platinum member I chose the $10 daily credit for use at The Bistro. I ordered the Turkey Sandwich both days . The first day it was delicious, the second day it was not. 😒

This property had a fabulous location, convenient for everything. Room was comfortable, with storage to put things and extremely clean. We choose Hyatt/Hilton as they are consistent. Properties are updated with modern decor, rooms are well organized, spacious and especially important are the spacious bathrooms with lots of counter space. Also important is storage to put things and lots of plug-ins for phones electronics. Most important of all the properties must be extremely clean, white linens and friendly staff. We are never disappointed.

The hotel spreads a familiar and comfortable atmosphere. The employees have been very supportive and we even got an upgrade with an on-suite jacuzzi - very nice!

Room was huge along with the massive jacuzzi tub, which we enjoyed. Staff were all very pleasant, engaging and Knowledgeable.

Clean and wonderful grounds with no shortage of lounge areas is a huge plus. The staff doesn't bother you, you are free to relax and escape. This is a place to chill not party and what I needed. Breakfast was healthy, the grounds, pool and jacuzzi are well-maintained.

Everything is super nice. The staff is super friendly and being an Adults only you have little things like pool and jacuzzi access 24h. Rooms are basic but with a touch. Very relaxing environment. Very passionate.

Everything was excellent. Pool and jacuzzi all day and all night. Gated location, with everything carefully designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

It was nicely laid out. It had a few shops on sight for light shopping or anything you might have forgot to bring. Starbucks was great for my morning iced Americano. The rooms are clean and roomy. I enjoyed having my own balcony. I rather enjoyed having the little cocktail bar right in the main entry way with a view. Great live entertainment with a small snack menu and sushi, was perfect for a relaxing night in or a cocktail before going out to another restaurant. I had great conversations with not only strangers but the staff as well. Really and over all welcoming and friendly environment.

We were looking for an hotel in the downtown area of Palm Springs for four nights and as I had some Hilton points we decided to book this on a points and money rate. We booked a pool view room for a total of $306 and 150K points, which I thought was very good value. The hotel is a block away from Indian Canyon Drive, so very handy for the local shops, bars and restaurants and has a very large car park surrounding the hotel on three sides. The reception area was very clean and modern and check in was rapid. Our room (270) was on the opposite side of the hotel, so we moved the car to the adjacent car park. The lifts were at the end of the long corridor, but as we would only use them when we had our suitcases, this was not an issue for us. The room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room, particularly the bathroom, was a little more dated than the reception area. We never ate at the restaurant, but did get drinks from the pool bar every day. We tended to walk up to the bar, as the staff took quite a while to work their away around the pool area. The pool area was ideal for us, with lots of available loungers and umbrellas. Our room didn't get any noise from the pool area, but we could hear the people above walking around and unfortunately there were a couple of nights where they were walking around quite a bit. All in all it was a good stay, fantastic value with the points usage, but the hotel doesn't have that over all luxury feel.

Love this hotel! Came here for Memorial Day weekend with my family. Husband (36) and two kids (4 & 7). Get the daily breakfast - it is awesome to sit outside and enjoy the morning and definitely worth the prepaying. Park on the streets surrounding the hotel to avoid the $30 / day parking charge. This hotel is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants along Indian Canyon. We walked to dinner every night to shop and dine - and then came home to night swim since the pool stayed open until 10pm. Very clean hotel, pretty lobby, nice lobby bar for a glass of wine. The pool bar is awesome too! They serve you drinks and food all day long at your lounge chairs. Lounge chairs were a little hard to come by if you don't get there by like 9/10am, but it was a holiday weekend - so I'm sure it's not always that crowded. It was a mix of families, young kids and middle-aged people. There were no crazy party people at the pool which was nice. 2 jacuzzies (one really big). Great ambiance in the hotel and they had a gym, mini fridge in the room, coffee, basically everything you need for a good getaway. I would highly recommend this place, and we will be back! We also drove 20 min to the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway which I recommend as well. Go by 9am to avoid a big crowd. Took the tram to the top for $100 for the family and did a small hike, got a drink at the bar and then back down. Was back at the hotel by 2pm for another fun day at the pool!

The rooms were big and comfortable! There was nice balcony as well that had a beautiful mountain view. The pool area was very nice and clean. We loved that a complimentary breakfast was provided. Each of us received a $25 voucher to the restaurant which saved us a lot of money since we are a family of four. Every staff member was friendly and approachable. They all went above and beyond to provide great service. The location was PERFECT and a very close walk into downtown.

Pretty boutique hotel in a great location, attentive and welcoming staff, beautifully decorated throughout. Our suite was lovely with a kitchen and private jacuzzi, unfortunately we didn't get to use as it was so hot! The staff were very attentive, especially when it came to keeping everyone hydrated, which I appreciated. The food in the restaurant was good, particularly the tuna tartare (we ordered this countless times). The cocktails were good too. We hope to return when we are next visiting Palm Springs.

Okay, to begin with we liked the property & Palm Springs. Although a bit chilly, we went in mid January, it was bright and sunny every day and CLEAR-you can see for miles around. The property consists of 1 story 'bungalows' and 'cottages' from the 30's but completely reconstructed in 2016. The cottage we stayed in consisted of a large bedroom and a large bath area connected by a utility hallway and a cozy outside fire pit area. Good size for a couple, not for a family. Daily Housekeeping is included though we had to keep reminding them of the need for more than 1 facecloth/washcloth. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was modern. Daily delivery of a continental breakfast is a nice touch, a Keurig coffee maker (they also provided free fresh coffee at the on-site restaurant Azucar if you wish) and fresh bottled water is also a plus. A fridge is included but NO MICROWAVE made for some wasted leftovers from restaurants.Staff was quite friendly and cordial. After a few days there it felt a bit cramped so we would not spend a week there again. The room rate varied from $335 to $803 per night PLUS a daily $48 resort fee and avg $63/day taxes. Overall Price would have been $620 higher had it not been for our Expedia member pricing. The property is VERY convenient to downtown area so we were able to walk to every restaurant, museum/attraction there, you will need an Uber to the airport (10 min) and rent a car to go to Joshua Tree National Park or the PS Tramway as we did.

Words can not express how much we loved La Serena. Right in the heart of downtown but down a quiet street. Walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted like old friends. A welcome toast upon arrival in a beautiful lobby with the friendliest staff Truly an oasis. From the heated pool with lush surroundings. The sunbeds, plenty of umbrellas we never wanted to leave. Poolside restaurant was fabulous for breakfast and lunch. The service by the pool was phenomenal. Dinner is truly special with a lit up roof deck. Entering the rest of the property there is a hot tub and spa services. Each room is its own little villa. Ours was a king room with a porch swing out front and a back patio with a claw foot tub and a gas fire pit. The views are stunning with the San Jacinta mountains right behind the hotel. The bathroom is nice, great shower with luxurious amenities and there is even a bar area with a wine fridge. I loved getting breakfast basket with yogurt, muffins and fruit plus local Palm Springs dates was such a yummy treat. We had the best time riding the bikes they provided around the scenic town. All this was bliss but the real standout was the staff. The management team is so accessible and gets to know every guest. They truly thought of everything and went out of their way to make our little getaway perfect. Thank you Tim, Jose, Luke, Shantae, Kaitlyn and more! We can not wait to come again soon.

The perfect balance of quiet simplicity and luxury. The restaurant Azucar is always good, and getting it poolside is a major treat. Never had trouble finding a spot by the pool. Walkable to Palm canyon drive. Unwinding every night with a bubble bath outside in the small private courtyard and drying off by the fire was so luxe. Breakfast baskets were lovely with limited waste and reusable packaging. Big show is the STAFF! Now, I was originally concerned because I had one phone call before arriving with a person who felt sort of surely and oddly disdainful, rushing me through questions and sort of shading me with attitude. But I never came across this person when on-site. Everyone I interacted with from waiters, the restaurant manager, folks in the office, all of the service team were incredible! Attentive but not invasive, nice and friendly. We had an utterly comfortable and seamless time. Can’t comment on the whispers spa services because we didn’t use em.

This is a small scale hotel, that welcomes its guests full heartedly and wishes to make them feel comfortable for the entire stay. The love for detail in de decoration all over the hotel and in the individual rooms is stunning. The room was large with all equipement one can desire. The bed is amazing, as is the spacious bathroom with separate shower and stand alone bathtub. The room has a private patio, with fire pit and bathtub. The location of the hotel is perfect, right off the main street in down town Palm Springs. The pool is clean and quiet and remains open tot 11:00PM! There is ample parking space at no extra charge.

A really stunning property in a fantastic location. The lobby and rooms are light and spacious and the whole place has a very cool modern vibe. The whole place was immaculate. Loved the rooftop pool area and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We had breakfast at the Juniper Table every morning. It was great. And 4 Saints restaurant / bar was also very very good with very accomplished waiting staff and great food. Be sure to book in advance as we tried to go again during our trip but it was all booked up.

So, we stayed here in 2019, there is no coffee pot in the room, I don't like the half shower, needs an entire door, valet was professional, front desk was professional, room was clean, balcony is small, not private and this room is not a suite. The Tv would not get local channels except the last night...we were there 4 nights. It's in the heart of downtown, close to great hiking, casino, Spa and restaurants, which is nice, but it's overpriced...

As world travelers, we have had many hotel experiences over the years. We had a wonderful room on the 6th floor with floor to ceiling windows on the corner with spectacular mountain views and we loved size of the room and bathroom with soaking tub. Cleaning service was great. The food at Juniper & room service was very good. We were not impressed by the 4 Saints restaurant. One serious issue, however, was that the lock on the door to our room from the terrace was broken so the room was not secure. We reported it to the front desk as soon as we discovered this. Unfortunately, our concerns about security were dismissed by a male staff member at the front desk who made us feel that asking for a secure room was trivial. Having been the victims of robbery, we were taken aback by his cavalier attitude. He basically told us not to worry about it. Maintenance staff came to assess on 2 different days and initially told us that they didn’t know about it, that they were waiting for parts and/or would dismantle a lock in another room and replace it but nothing ever happened. We waited all week for a resolution but no one followed up with us and we felt that there was a total lack of concern about this on the part of hotel staff. Customer service, especially around a safety, security issue, was completely lacking. That said, the valet staff, High Bar staff, and Juniper staff as well as everyone else we encountered were professional, attentive and friendly.

My partner and I had a great stay. Our king balcony room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. The room was quiet (on 6th floor). We were there on a Sunday night and had no issues grabbing lounge chairs around the rooftop pool. The hotel is walkable to tons of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We had a beautiful stay! Everyone who works at the hotel was friendly, polite, and very helpful. There were several times where we both commented on how they all made us feel so special. A special thank you to David and the wait staff who greeted and served us each morning at breakfast and Linda who was a very kind and helpful concierge. We definitely would love to visit again! This property exceeded our expectations. The check-in was welcoming and quick. There’s a 24 hour pool and jacuzzi and bar by the pool. The bungalows are clean, fresh and modernly updated with great shower pressure.

Stayed only one night while visiting friends in the area but even 24 hours at L'Horizon felt like a getaway. All the little things: the prosecco greeting, a surprise beautiful upgraded bungalow with our name on the door, to the crafted cocktail and lovely food at dinner and breakfast added to a memorable experience of feeling the quiet elegance of the location and thoughtful details sink in and leaving the rest of the world outside. Our only disappointment was being turned away at the restaurant (only one on property) for 8pm dinner with scores of open tables. We were told they had no availability due to staffing issues and not wanting to overload the kitchen and "impact the guest experience". We were guided to go to the bar where we had excellent service, the same menu (and the same kitchen) and delicious high quality food. Ambiance for the price, of course given the pool bar setting, was lacking but the bartender was a delightful host and now I know to book a reservation even if you are staying at the hotel. (Make note!) If you are wanting buzz, look elsewhere. This is a quiet hotel. But if you want to feel surrounded by privacy and hip luxury, this is your spot. We have stayed many times at their sister property which has been our hands down favorite for years. But next time, I think we may be back at L'Horizon instead. With reservations for dinner.

We just had the most wonderful, relaxing stay at L'Horizon. From the moment we checked in, every single person that worked there, from the front desk managers to the housekeepers to the bartenders, went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. They even upgraded our room for free which was such a nice surprise. The hotel itself luxurious yet unassuming, perfectly tucked away in a quiet location that is only a short drive away from all of the popular restaurants. Each room is mid-century modern with really cool vibes. Bathrooms were stocked with Le Labo Santal 33 toiletries which was amazing. There are only 20-something rooms so the property felt very intimate and cozy. Plus, it was pet-friendly and so accommodating for all dogs. I'd be remissed not to mention the food and drinks. Every single thing we ate throughout the entire week was absolutely delicious. The bartenders were true mixologists and each craft cocktail was better than the next. You could order food or drinks to anywhere on the property. 10/10 recommend staying here for a relaxing, low-key Palm Springs getaway. We will be back!

We stayed at L'Horizon a few years ago and it was absolutely amazing. We needed a quick get away from Seattle and this was perfect. The weather in Palm Springs was great, pool perfect. The food was amazing. The room was fantastic, floor to ceiling windows made it feel that much more luxurious, yet still private (even the smallest detail like a custom name plate on the door). The bar made some amazing cocktails and non-alc cocktails. The whole place gives a 1950/60s hip place to hang out and get away.

We stayed here this past weekend for three nights for my husband's conference. Because we are Bonvoy members we got upgraded to a mini suite. It was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. It had a sofa and big TV in the living room area, which was very nice. There was a second large TV in the bedroom and the bed was comfortable. We also had a very nice balcony which faced the pool. The room was a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and very good food at the restaurant. Only complaint was the AC. It worked fine during the day but the lowest setting is 69 and I like to sleep with it cold and blankets so I got hot at night. Pool area was very nice and well maintained. Some of the chairs were quite worn and could stand to be replaced. Location was great. I would recommend it and would stay there again.

Wonderful first time experience! My husband and I visited the Renaissance in celebration of our wedding Anniversary! The hotel lobby smelled great and was visibly clean. Loved the floor lights! At check in, Mayra provided excellent customer service! She was very attentive to our needs through out our weekend stay! She deserves a raise! :) Gordon was very nice and made sure there was a bottle of wine waiting for us to start our celebration. He always carried a smile when we crossed paths in the lobby which made us feel welcomed! I must say, the room bed was the most comfortable and clean! Shout out to JP for providing excellent pool side service! Pool was very clean and quite big. Also, we really enjoyed the music on Saturday night by the bar area! Thank you to the rest of the friendly staff as well. We definitely plan to stay here again! Last but not least, the hotel is about 10 mins from downtown PS which is very convenient!

The hotel is located a quick walk away from the main strip, though I wouldn't recommend the walk in the scorching heat. It is a lovely, clean hotel with a luxurious ambience. The big, spacious, outdoor pool has plenty of seating available and a bar in the pool area, with a waiter walking around delivering drinks. Our room was very clean. It had a mini fridge, a nice size TV with accessible AV plugs and there were plenty of USB charging ports in the room. The enjoyable view from our room was of the pool area. All encountered staff were very friendly.

Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a king suite which faced the pool. The Saturday night 2 person band in the lounge was awesome. They take requests. The male singer can sing high and he did Adele's Skyfall and did an amazing job! As stated by others there really isn't alot for kids here except the pool. And as for walking distance to downtown, it is walkable in reasonable weather however during our visit the temp was like 40C/100F and we found it too hot to walk so we would uber it downtown for dinner and then walk back when the sun was starting to set and the temp became more reasonable. The walk is 10-15mins one way and there is no significant shade. The pool drinks were great. The pool is big and there's lots of sitting room around the pool but there wasn't enough umbrellas for those of us fair-skinned folk who burn easily-and it wasn't even high season. Our sink wasn't draining and when I informed the desk that we were going for dinner they could send someone up it was fixed by the time we got back. Good service!! I can't comment on housekeeping services as we chose to forgo housekeeping but the room was very clean when we arrived and my husband loved the shower. Good power from the sprayer. Beds were comfy and I'm a picky pillow person who only sleeps with feather pillows but even I found the pillows useable. Overall would stay there again.

We have travelled across America doing Route 66 and this hotel was almost at the end of our journey. Reception check in staff were lovely especially Keesha. We had been upgraded to a high room with a balcony and when we said we were doing the trip for our 45th wedding anniversary she gave us a voucher for free drinks at the bar, she also overlooked the car parking charge. The room was the best we have stayed in, it was a small suite with a separate seating area with tv and also a tv in the bedroom. The balcony was nice with 2 chairs and a table. We ate downstairs in the restaurant, the food was very nice, we had burger and chicken wings. The strawberry cake for dessert was delicious it was really light and very tasty.

We stayed at this Doubletree property for 5 nights and absolutely loved it. The view of the golf course and mountains beyond was stupendous and that is what caught my attention to book to begin with. Everything was very clean. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. It was a very large spacious one bedroom with just a mini fridge. I would suggest a microwave if not a kitchenette put in. There is certainly room to do so. Plus the room space was very big so maybe abit more furniture and lighting. It was quite dark in the living room in the evening. but we loved the view during the day and my husband loved the golf course beside it. We ordered food from the lobby bar one night and it was very good. Nice and central to other restaurants. We hope to come back.

We had an amazing stay where we got treated like royalty. The hotel had an amazing pool to lounge by in the heat, a gym where we got our workout in, and a super attentive staff. Especially 2 amazing staff members, Carlos and Ricky. They work at the bar and they were super sweet and fun and helpful. I really recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel also provides delicious unbeatable cookies.

it is a welcoming hotel with wide and tall areas, nice reception and service very professional, the bar is nice and open, the rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant brunch is good, the location is excellent and plenty of free parking, I would love to return with more time to enjoy the pool and the gym.

We came here for the weekend to visit the local preserves and JT. Place has a beautiful rose garden. Pool was cold but Jacuzzi was nice. Need new pool furniture. The service there was spectacular. Nice people!

The rooms albeit a bit dated in decor are clean, not small, and comfortable with microwave and refrigerator. Outside there is a small pool, jacuzzi, and courtyard garden and a pot of morning coffee in the lobby. The location is ideal -- on the main street of Joshua Tree with many strip malls, gas stations and places to eat nearby. I'd return for an overnight.

After spending the night before at an absolute dump of a motel that billed itself as kitschy, I was afraid this one would be the same. I was so wrong. We were in the "Bermuda Triangle" room, and what fun! It is totally uniquely decorated with a huge jacuzzi tub en suite. The owner was extremely nice and friendly. The outside is an explosion of roses in full bloom and a beautifully cultivated garden in the middle of the complex. Arches of lovely smelling Jasmine are everywhere. I saw pictures of some of the other themed rooms and would love to return just to experience them. Despite a couple of cosmetic flaws (what hotel doesn't), I would definitely return. Wonderful experience.

We recently spent three nights at this fantastic hotel (Nov 7 - Nov 9) while visiting Joshua Tree National Park and exploring the surrounding areas, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The front desk staff was incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room (105) was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the well-maintained, secure parking and the convenient location—close to stores, highway access, and essentials like a gas station, bank, restaurants, and even thrift shops for unique souvenirs to take home. The hotel amenities added to our experience, especially the relaxing pool and hot tub, which were perfect after long days of hiking. The garden area was lovely to walk through or sit and unwind, and we also made good use of the ice machine. Being able to text the staff was fantastic and convenient. The rooms were so spacious, and the pool and jacuzzi were well maintained.

I liked the room, good customer service and the location of the hotel. What I didn’t like was the Pool, but the jacuzzi was great.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at the Hyatt Palm Springs. The location is perfect—right in downtown, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the casino. After golfing, it was great to relax at the pool and jacuzzi. The suite was spacious and comfortable with two TVs, making it easy to unwind. Though the hotel shows a bit of age, overall it was a very enjoyable and convenient stay.

I used to stay here once or twice a year probably ten years ago, I stayed in some other hotels at rancho mirage or indian wells that has more amenities now, I was disappointed to see the bar by the pool is not open so you have to walk inside the hotel to get a drink that explains why most of the people take coolers or their own drinks, the only restaurant is by the bar which it has a electric fireplace very pretty but doesn’t work, the staff by the bar during breakfast and lunch specially are so helpful and the guy in the evening shift but they close the bar at eight the food was great I had breakfast steak and eggs it was delicious same with a turkey sandwich I got for lunch, I doubt it I’ll stay again since it’s too boring no music by the pool the bar close early etc etc some of the stuff by the reception needs to be more friendly the room like before it was nice too bad you have go somewhere else if you want to have fun

The room was Clean and big as the pictures, had coffee at lobby, and we had great time at the pool and Jacuzzi, the provided extra towels for the pool, room keys where fine and close to Downtown.

Close to lots of other amenities. Good value for money , loved the pool & Jacuzzi area , clean bedding staff to change bed as often as you like . Vending machines & ice machine . Place has been around a long time ,so it’s quite dated . Good sign when people we met have been coming years !

Every staffs are so kind. Location and price are so wonderful!!! Not many hotels provide jacuzzi at this price but this hotel does do. I am so grateful that I could spend my 5days holidays with this great price in here.

I picked this hotel for a recent work trip, and I wasn't disappointed. The room was clean and spacious, with plenty of room to spread out and get work done. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the free Wi-Fi connection was reliable, location was close to the office and other amenities, which made it convenient for me to get around. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.

My son and I were looking for a place to stay for one night while attending the USTA Paribas Open in Indian Wells. We decided to make the trip last minute, and all of the hotels near the Open were either sold out or WAY overpriced (i.e. over $200/night for Motel 6 and $400-$500/night for Hampton Inn, etc.) The Roadway Inn had rooms for $140/night and it was only 15 minutes away from Indian Wells. We decided to give it a try, and with it being rated 2 stars we weren't sure what to expect. It was better than expected. Yes, it isn't fancy and doesn't include breakfast, but if you are just looking for a decent, inexpensive place to stay for a night or 2, it is fine. The beds were comfortable, check in/check out was easy, the hotel was quiet, A/C was good, shower water pressure was great, and we had no issues. The rooms are very basic and could use a little better cleaning, but we weren't expecting the Ritz Carlton for the price. If we go to the Open next year, we would definitely consider staying here again!

I visit Villa Royal at least once a year for a relaxing getaway, just a quick 2-hour drive from Los Angeles. From the moment I arrive, the property radiates warmth and good vibes. The staff provides exceptional service, making every guest feel truly special. I’m always charmed by the pools, especially the one playing nostalgic 50s music, which creates the perfect ambiance. The rooms are a highlight—beautifully decorated with stunning tilework that adds a touch of elegance. This trip, I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the Continental Suite with a jacuzzi, a wonderful surprise that made my stay even more memorable. Villa Royal never fails to deliver a fantastic experience!

My daughter and I stayed at the Villa Royale on a road trip to her new military duty station. I would agree that it is a hidden gem! The rooms are quaint and well appointed with a very comfy feel, huge bathroom, and stocked snack/drink bar. Our room was perfect for us! Also, the breakfast was phenomenal! It was fresh, delicious, light fare including a bagel bar with jars of fruit jam, whipped butter and cream cheese, lox, and capers. Artisan bread, Greek yogurt, with a fresh fruit salad and a toasted coconut, oats, and almonds granola for topping. I made the most delicious parfait, while my daughter poured some almond milk and enjoyed the granola as cereal. There were fresh juices (orange and grapefruit), even light wines (5 o'clock somewhere...lol). And, one of the best parts of breakfast was the vibe. Everyone seemed to grab breakfast and then find a corner by the pool. It felt like we were at a chill get together. Anyway, we loved it! It was a laid back, very cool experience from the welcome drinks through the quick and easy checkout.

We just returned from a delightful stay at Villa Royale. We are local, but needed a little summer getaway. So happy we chose this hotel. It’s like a trip back in time to when celebs would escape to our desert. Greeted with a cocktail, we felt right at home. Our room was perfect. Just off the small pool. Quiet and well appointed. We even had our own private patio. The main pool is ideal for socializing and people watching. Love the morning breakfast buffet with fresh coffee, juices and everything you need to start your day. We also fell in love with the restaurant in the hotel. Del Rey is an amazing space. The food and drinks were fantastic. Such a romantic spot. The main thing we loved was the wonderful staff. Each person we came in contact with was so kind. They genuinely cared about our stay. We can’t wait to return.

We’ve stayed at Villa Royale many times over the last five or so years and it remains our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. The rooms and common areas have been thoughtfully renovated to feel mid-century yet stylish with modern amenities. Most of the rooms feel suite-like with nice kitchenette/bar areas. The three saltwater pools are all heated and always quiet (thanks to the 21 only property). The hotel is very dog friendly and has a large private green lawn that’s used for events but it doubles as an epic dog run space. Top all of that with a quiet, but still central location, great cocktails and one of my favorite restaurants in the city (the Spanish tapas Del Rey). We’ll be back.

Such an unbelievably relaxing experience. The rooms are beautiful and staff is super friendly and accommodating at this little gem of a resort. Pool area is calm and serene. Chairs reset constantly with fresh towels and the bar and restaurant staff checks in frequently but also just stops by occasionally to do things like bring you a fresh glass of water you didn’t ask for. The morning coffee and breakfast was lovely. Bike rental on the property made it easy to head into town or just cruise around to check out the local area. They’ve truly thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. We will definitely stay here again anytime we’re in the area!

My husband and I just returned from four perfect days at the Korakia. The property transports you to a Morrocan oasis once you walk into the Mediterreanean styled courtyard. This is where you'll enjoy a tasty breakfast each morning (included in the price). Keep going and you'll be at the quiet pool area with its warm salt-water pool. We swam there every morning to get our muscles loose for a day of hiking, biking (they have free bikes you can borrow) and walking through downtown -- just 3 blocks away. We stayed in the Artists Suite which was comfortable and spacious. The bed was comfy (although a bit high and I had to jump up to get in!) It had a small kitchenette although we never ate in the room. Note that many of the standard rooms are on the small side. I looked at a few and they each have their own charms -- but if you need a bit more elbow room, you might want to book a suite. Best of all, the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. They will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. This is not the place to stay if you're looking for a hopping, nightlife scene. But if you appreciate a non-corporate, laid-back, beautifully landscaped exterior in an intimate historic setting, Korakia might just be what you're looking for. We hope to visit again!

It was such a unique and beautiful place to stay. The grounds were so quiet and relaxing with amazing service and all kinds of amenities and fun ways to enjoy our time. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and as we walked to our room we were offered ice cold lavender towels! I didn't think I needed it, but it was so nice and an incredible start to a relaxing stay. Our room was clean and so cozy. The pool was a quiet and refreshing place to spend most of our time, and even offered a poolside movie in the evening surrounded by fire pits and candles. The breakfast in the morning was so good and every little detail was well thought out. We absolutely loved our stay and couldn't stop talking about it. Definitely found our favorite little gem getaway in Palm Springs for future retreats. Thanks Korakia for making it so special for our anniversary!

This hotel is such a relaxing retreat. My room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The grounds are beautiful, the heated pools were delightful. It’s so quiet and peaceful here that at times I felt like I must have been the only guest on site. The hotel staff was really warm and welcoming and I appreciated all the lovely little touches they add to your stay. Breakfast was delicious both mornings of my visit. The Yoga instructor on Saturday morning was wonderful. I also treated myself to a massage that was excellent.Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here in September for a family wedding.The property is georgous, very artsy and chill. The rooms are spacious and well kept. We had housekeeping every day, which was a bonus. Also at this property breakfast is included, and the meals were absolutely delicious. The customer service with the staff at this property is wonderful. An added treat was they delivered coffee/tea in a thermos outside your room every day at 7 AM and left it on your outside patio, so as not to wake you if you were sleeping.They now have a bar on site if you wish to purchase drinks from them and they also have a restaurant that they can order lunch and dinner in from for you as well. We loved the place - but the only reason I did not get this establishment five stars was because of the lighting in the suite we were staying in. During the day because there are so many windows the lighting is fine, but at night when it’s dark the lighting is very weak so it’s hard to see anything. It was also especially difficult to apply make-up to go out for dinner, because the lighting in the bedroom area, and in the bathroom was poor.

I stayed 2 nights and I easily could’ve stayed longer. It WAS hot 110 degrees but….. as they say it’s “dry”heat and I was in the pool the entire time. My room was cozy and clean. The stone shower was great, it felt like I was showering outside. If it hadn’t been so hot, the hammock on my patio would’ve been a perfect place to nap or read. The restaurant there was perfect and I like that, I didn’t have to leave the property. I’m a very picky eater. Fortunately, the menu had lots of choices so, I didn’t have to sound like Meg Ryan in When Harry Met Sally!! “ I’ll have the chef’s salad oil & vinegar on the side, and the apple pie a la mode, but, strawberry ice cream not vanilla & on the side” you know the deal! Breakfast, which is included, offers delicious banana bread along with yogurt, granola and fresh fruit. You’ll find Jen & Desi in the barn (where the restaurant is)! They’re warm and welcoming, fun to talk with and they made sure, I had everything I needed. One last thing…. I admit, I WAS disappointed that they don’t allow pool “toys”, floats, rafts or noodles!! I’d been dreaming about quietly, floating in the pool with my stupid noodle!! It’s their off season so, there was never more than 4 people by the pool. It wasn’t like it was so crowded, I was at risk of accidentally, bopping someone in the head with my noodle! Oh well, I’m hoping that policy will change. But, that was the ONLY thing that disappointed. 10 out of 10 !!

The Lodge is just as described. It's completely adorable and relaxing. And it's got a farm-chic or glamping feel to it. Everything is safe and clean, but it's homestyle, such as our door didn't close tight against the doorframe such that you could see light coming through. But to be clear--no bugs came through at all, just saying there are little quirks like that. The staff was so completely generous and kind. They really made our belated anniversary getaway so special, and we thank them for that. Dinner was yummy. The breakfast is very continental--bagels, bread, cereal, hard boiled eggs, tea coffee. Just what you need to get your day started and lay out by the pool. The pool was clean, lots of lounge chairs. We were there during the week and it wasn't very packed with people, no idea how the weekends are during tourist season, but this was calm and peaceful. Our room had a fenced back patio which was so charming. We could use it early morning and eve, but it was too hot during the day. The shower part of the bathroom is a little drafty since it's open to the room, which might be a problem for people who don't like that. We wanted to try the tub but it was taking so long to fill that we didn't try it. It's gigantic for 2 people, but ultimately felt we were using up water during a drought. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Would completely recommend it. Thank you, Sparrows, for the great stay.

Sparrow's Lodge is a perfect place for a get-away: the pool, the firepits, the staff and the rooms - all terrific. We stayed in a very comfortable room with small, private garden seating in the back. Our mornings were our favorite times: delicious continental breakfast offerings in the Barn to take out to a couch on the main patio and enjoy the sunrise. Don't miss dinner at Sparrow's with tables under the trees (inside seating is available): the menu offers a good choice. I had the delicious John Dory and my husband had the lobster with angolotti - also delicious, he said. And the staff is top-notch: friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Looking forward to a return trip sometime!

Our experience here was perfection. The staff is friendly, professional and cheerful. The environment is peaceful, comfortable and convenient. Due to my wife’s challenges walking it is difficult for us to find a hotel where we feel as comfortable and safe as we do at home. Our room and the grounds were beautiful and still functional for our needs. We loved having the onsite restaurant making thoughtful and delicious meals, snacks and drinks readily available.

Another wonderful stay at Sparrow’s Lodge. Quiet, relaxing, comfortable and cozy. This place is so special and unlike anything else in PS. No kids, no raging party vibes, the aesthetics are so comfortable and pleasing and conducive to just relaxing. While I was traveling alone and working while I was here, it was a nice way to getaway and relax while also being able to easily focus on my work (yay for great WiFi and no kids). Service is wonderful, food is delicious and everything is so laid back and chill! Can’t wait to come back again.
