it's a bit outdated building, however its a well maintained property. Swimming pool areas need more lighting at night. Love the gym and the jacuzzi. Near malls and they provide free shuttle service.

The room was spacious and clean, with comprehensive facilities including a kids club, gym, pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and spa. The service was excellent, and the dining options were impressive, with delicious patisserie, Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine. We highly recommend it for a family stay. We'll definitely come back again.

As I was planning to celebrate my anniversary day, I really wanted to create a surprise and special one for my spouse. In my mind, Marriott has always come up first for any special occasion that requires the true 5-star standard. If they can't/don't/wouldn't do it then nobody else can/would. Lo and behold, they really did it above and beyond my expectation. They gave us room with the best view we could ask for and decorated it with roses on the bed and bathtub and cute towel folding. It didn't stop here, I had made a dinner reservation at Vis-à-Vis restaurant downstairs and they really gave us special treatment. The food and service was top notch! Shout to Ms. Erna. Our stay was capped with the buffet breakfast at the Pavilion restaurant. I love all the dishes I tried there. The manager even made an effort to greet each table. He also happened to be at some of stations I came by and explained the dishes very well too. - The bed and pillows were very comfortable. - The room was pretty big. - The linens were clean and crisp. - The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. - The extra decoration and welcome snack were nice touches. - The expansive city view from wall to wall was amazing. - The service from all staff was very courteous. - The hotel location is right smack in the middle of city center surrounded by shopping centers. All of these really made my surprise night for her a reality effortlessly!

Amazing views! You couldn't get a better location in terms of view as it overlooks the Tengger crater and Bromo. Good staff who can advise on walk to crater and try hard to help. Clean if basic accommodation. Restaurants nearby for breakfast and dinner.

Host was really nice and helpful, explained everything I needed to know to go to the crater rim and to the sunrise viewpoint by myself. It is only a short walk to the volcano's caldera so the location is really convenient. Room is clean, bed comfy and there is hot water in the shower, which is really nice because the temperature gets quite fresh in the night. There is everything needed for a short stay (1 or 2 nights) to explore the Bromo area.

Perfect location with beautiful views on the doorstep. Very helpful host who helped with booking tours and providing advice. The accommodation is basic but clean and good value. There is a restaurant next door or others a short walk away. Good wifi.

The only place to stay for your Bromo adventure. Cahyo helped me work out the best and most affordable way to get there (and back to Probolinggo), showed me the route to climb Bromo on my own and advised me on how best to do sunrise without the jeep tours. He doesn't push any expensive tours or take any cuts. Room is very clean, bed is comfortable with a thick WARM blanket, nice HOT SHOWER was amazing. Location is directly across from Bromo itself so you have a majestic view your entire stay. I wholly recommend Cahyo Homestay Bromo!

The homestay was centrally located and best location to see mt bromo without actually going to the viewpoint The owner/manager was so nice ,welcoming,well behaved , helpful and friendly I give a 5star to the owner The rooms were spacious but not luxurious But was great for a night

The breakfast was good(+soo tasty i love it😋). The receptionist was kind and super helpful💕💕💕. The room is so clean and comfy. The environmental conditions here are very good and comfortable, nice for relaxing. The swimming pool is clean.

If you looking for a hotel for a business or leisure; individual, couple, or family; the Harris Hotels and Convention Malang is probably the best option among other hotels. The hotel is very convenient for kids and elder people. The hotel provides standard room amenities and breakfast menus. The room was clean and comfy room, with enough space for our luggage. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The hotel offered decent price including additional breakfast for adults and/or kids. Special breakfast price for kids amazed me where other hotel does not have much for this option.

It was memorable stay at HARRIS malang, my first time stay at suite room, the room was comfortable with the complete facilities such as bathub and Coffee machine. The view from my room very amazing facing to the mountain and swimming pool. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the food tasted good and varied. GONNA STAY BACK HERE FOR SURE ! 💯

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Surabaya Centerpoint starting on 21 April 2025 and had another excellent experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly and efficient throughout my stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was perfectly quiet—no noise at all, which really helped me relax after a long day. I also want to highlight the friendliness of the team, especially Ms. Endini at the restaurant during breakfast time—she was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. Additionally, I truly appreciate that my previous issue was resolved. This time, the food I ordered was fully attended to by the security team, which made me feel much more secure and cared for. Big thanks to Mr. Ade Rizky Fajar for ensuring this improvement and for the excellent coordination—it truly made a difference in my experience. The room was clean, the atmosphere was calm, and the location remains very convenient for my business needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfy beds, TV with international channels, kettle and tea and coffee provided, good shower. Clean. Lots of choice for buffet breakfast.

I've stayed here multiple times on many different occassions (before, during, and post-covid) and I can say that this hotel has improved so much! I love the new look on their lobby. It's open, lush, and breezy. The interior is fresher than before COVID. The staffs are also very welcoming and polite. The restaurant is also remodeled and it looks more polished now. Before COVID, there weren't much variations and the menu was rather boring. They changed the menu and provide fancier foods with more variants now, which is great. The room where I stayed was clean. No dust, fresh bed cover and blanket. I love the traditional Javanese touch on the wallpaper. It adds more flair to the interior.

Book 3 room’s for my family ,Check in fast and easy the front desk crew very nice and friendly and all the staff very friendly and always smiles.the breakfast is really good lot’s foods options to choose and all good and yummy 😃😃I definitely coming back stay in this hotel again but I will make early reservations so I can get the room in the first floor which is have dirrect access to the swimming pool from the room balcony

Excellent place to stay, very nice room, just a little issue with the shower, but the receptionnist gives us the key of another room to use the shower. Very good situation for few nights before climbing Ijen vulcano. The rooms are surrounded by a lot of very beautiful vegetation and trees, and our room was in front of a rice field. very peacefull and romantic place for nature lovers. Staff is very nice, gentle and with a very strong sense of service.

An excellent hotel in the most beautiful and serene location. A special mention goes to Kiky & Henry, the reception team, who went over and above their call of duty to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was a good spread. We stayed in one of the new rooms, which were very spacious.

it’s a well designed , beautiful and spacious suite with Jacuzzi and outdoor shower. But it’s old and lack maintenance. Many things in the room requires replacement or repairs. covid19 must play a big role in its condition today. With care, this place could be a 5 star resort. Finna may lacks in maintenance, but their staff is fantastic. cheerful and ever ready to assist whenever. Made us feel special. Finna provided us complimentary transportation to nearby places to eat and shop. They also provided us transportation with reasonable fee to other golf courses. This really made our trip a breeze and enjoyable.

The resort was super huge, it nestled in the middle of Golf court, the Club design exterior was amazing, greenery surrounding, the villa has Bali standard which was amazing compared to like 500miles square area in East Java, this villa is number 1 in terms of quality and service !!!

The surrounding estate a lovely tropical garden, including a pool. Very quite at night, perfect sleep in extra comfy spacious bed guaranteed supported by a zen sound of a gurgling river close by, geckos and cicadas 🤙 Perfectly located to explore Ijen Geopark and lovely villages in mid endless rice paddies and coffee & clove plantations. Ericka and Marc - your hosts- lovely and perfectly balanced folks 🤩 They are supported by lovely local staff, always with a smile 😃 Good breakfast and food for lunch/dinner. Excursions and transfers well organised and absolutely reliable (not always the case in Indonesia) at a fair price tag 👍

Wow. Everything was truly magical. The name is correct— it IS a gem!!! The moment we arrived Erika warmly greeted us with a fresh dragon fruit juice. The room is SO luxurious, the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in, ever. The gardens are lush, the river is clean and the area is so spiritual and relaxing. We spent so much time at the pool swimming, reading, meditating. The owners are so lovely. Marc taught us many things about Java and about life. We appreciated his conversations. Happy to call them friends. Special shout out to young Rico!!! The chef of the house!! Amazing home cooked meals, the best we’ve had in our trip through Indonesia. Thank you Rico you smashed it and you have a great future ahead.

This place is so special! Surrounded by jungle and wildlife. Beautiful CLEAN (no trash) stream on the property, and if you are lucky, the owners will have a rescue otter in their care that you can visit. The structures are wooden joglo type buildings, so open air and more rustic. BUT - Erica does an AMAZING job of keeping it all so clean. I don't know how she does it (we live in Indonesia and know how hard it is to keep things clean). Just little things like the light fixtures and fans being spider and bug free. This is a treat for a place in the middle of a jungle! But - westerners be aware - you will be STAYIN IN A JUNGLE - there WILL be wildlife and small lizards. So you may come across a few ants in your kitchen or a tiny piece of lizard poo somewhere. BUT - you are IN THE JUNGLE - please do not complain. This couple works SO Hard to make this place clean and enjoyable, and one of the wonderful thinks about it is that it is in nature, and the natural habitat keeps it all healthy. So - if you want a sterile environment, go to a traditional cement hotel. But if you want a restful place to stay after hiking Ijen, or you want to enjoy nature and take a break from the city, wow, this place is so special. If we didn't live 7 hours away, we would make this place an annual destination. Thank you Mark and Erica for your care and attention.

We stayed here for one night to visit the Ijen volcano early in the morning. Everything was perfect: just amazing hosts , clean and nice decorated room, delicious breakfast, beautiful area. Our only regret is that we didn’t have enough time to spend there. Thank you very much.
