Crystal bay resort truly exceeded our expectations. We booked the Jacuzzi suite and loved every moment of our stay. The resort is simply stunning- photos don’t do it justice. We were assigned a personal butler- Mohamed Anwar, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We cannot thank Mohamed enough for treating us like royalty. The resort staff are very hospitable and the facilities are amazing! Crystal bay resort is definitely worth visiting again.

-Check in was very fast, thanks to Mr. Moataz in reception, my Room was Very comfortable with a nice pool view and clean bathroom and clean bedding. -Pools were clean with warm water and nice bar present all types of fresh drinks. -Snack bar had a nice sea view & was renewed with new decoration and new delicious items in menu, l loved my sitting there. -Sea was sandy and full of activities like volleyball. -Main restaurant was amazing with Very large delicious tasty variable items in breakfast, dinner and lunch. -Egyptian (Dalela) restaurant,one of ala carte restaurants, was so nice with Very tasty delicious oriental food, I loved sitting beside sea and drink tea with ment after eating in it. -Turkish (Mangala) restaurant,one of ala carte restaurants, was very charming with very nice landscape view and very tasty delicious food items. -Coffe shop under reception was amazing with colourful flowers and plants made you calm. -Animation team was good different night shows.

The breakfast during my stay was absolutely delightful! There were plenty of choices each morning—from fresh fruit and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order options. Everything was well presented and consistently fresh. What made it even better was that Yades was available for à la carte bookings, which added a lovely, upscale touch to the experience. I really appreciated the variety and quality—it was the perfect way to start each day. The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Ahmed at reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful right from the start—he recognised us immediately as returning guests, which made us feel valued and right at home. Throughout our stay, he went above and beyond to assist with any enquiries or requests we had. The team around the pool were also fantastic—always attentive, friendly, and professional. Dinner was another highlight, especially in the à la carte restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Manohar Indian and Mangal Grill—both offered delicious food and excellent service that made each evening memorable

10/10 – Absolutely Perfect Stay! Everything about this hotel was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the view was stunning. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted amazing. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! Special thanks to Mr.Bahi Adel from front desk , he was our guide and just made our stay perfect.

Amazing hotel .amazing beach . Food is marvellous with different restaurants, and each one represents different cuisine ( Egyptian, Turkish,indian , greek........) beside the main restaurant . The Turkish restaurant is amazing one you choose the type of meat you like and they grill it fresh for you on spot . You can enjoy walking by the beach in 3 hotels linked to each other reporting to sunrise hotels chain. The marina in sunrise beach garden is a picturesque promenade . The beach is like a small lake so it's completely safe for people who can't swim , with deep water for swimmers . Different beaches with different vibes are available . The hotel has great chefs that made all the restaurants is a great picnic that worth every penny . By the way They offer a private beach for suite reservation

Our stay at the White Beach Hotel was simply wonderful. The hotel itself, along with its facilities, is very well-maintained, modern, and very clean. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The swimming pools and the beach were excellent and our kids especially loved the pools. The playground area for children was also fantastic, offering a safe and fun space for them to enjoy in the evening. The food and drinks were overall very good, offering a wide variety of options, with breakfast being a real highlight for me, particularly the traditional Egyptian dishes like الفول المصري and الطعمية, while my wife especially enjoyed the fresh French croissants, and my kids loved the pasta, which was available most of the time. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the staff. From the reception team (special thanks to Omar and Ahmad Salah), to the housekeeping staff (who did an outstanding job), and the restaurant team (all of whom were simply fantastic), the service was consistently warm, professional, and welcoming all the time. Their hospitality left a lasting impression, and we are already looking forward to returning to Egypt one more time.

The gentleman welcoming guests at the entrance was incredibly kind and helpful – he gave us a warm smile every day and made us feel truly at home. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was spotless – rooms were cleaned daily, towels fresh, and even the smallest details were perfectly maintained. The restaurant staff were exceptional – always attentive, polite, and professional. The food was delicious and varied, with something new to try each day, and everything was freshly prepared and well presented. Whether it was the reception, bar, pool area, or cleaning team, every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay perfect. We’ve stayed in many hotels before, but the service and hospitality here were on another level. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort! Perfect for families as the facilities and activities are suitable for kids of all ages. The staff was always super friendly and willing to help. I would like to give a special shout out to the cheff at the beach restaurant that was super kind! I forgot my sunglasses and he kept them safe. When I came back to ask he handed them over to me. Thank you for giving the extra mile! Unfortunately I had to stop by the doctor due to a health issue and I was really surprised with the quality of the service! The doctor and the nurses are super friendly and they have all the medical necessary equipment for the event of an emergency. I would like to thank the Customer Relations host since she was super kind and helped to send food to my room as I couldn't attend the buffet due to my health condition. Animation team was always smiling, great with kids and fun towards everyone. Beach party on Friday was super amazing :) the concept, snacks, drinks, show! Shout out to the person that was cooking the Hawawshi - omg- literally best meal ever. My daughter really enjoyed the kids cinema, mini disko, mini golf, spielplatz and the fruits activity! The beach area was also amazing! you could literally see all the small fish swimming! super cool :)

We had an amazing time at Pickalbatros White Beach! Our side beach view room was spotless, comfortable, and offered the perfect mix of relaxation and scenery. The food was a highlight — so much variety, fresh flavors, and something new to enjoy every day. From the buffets to the specialty restaurants, everything was top quality. The entertainment team was fantastic — full of energy, friendly, and made every activity and show fun and engaging. They really brought the resort to life! Between the great service, beautiful setting, and nonstop fun, we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Can’t wait to come back! We are very happy for our vacation in your hotel, we enjoyed all -perfect servise in restaurants, bars, towel center, guest relation, reception-proffesionals - fasst c/in and c/out , lobby bar , service of all waiters top, great variety and quality of food, housekeeping Atef, bellmen , top top was all. Great was also location on Mamsha! extremely perfect was wifi everywhere also at the sea area, fresh juices in restaurants and our waiter always brought us juices and coffee for me and asked for anything, bottles of water everywhere and great was lunch restaurant on the beach until 5pm, we enjoyed stay at the sea always till the end 7pm, great, thanks a lot:)

I had a wonderful experience during my second stay at the hotel. The clean and modern design made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The area is perfect for taking pictures, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food. The staff was exceptional! Fast, attentive, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pools were well-maintained and clean, adding to the overall joy of our vacation. I also want to mention an improvement since my first visit. During my first stay, I was disappointed by the lack of direct access to the sea from the beach, so only a bridge was available. However, this time, I noticed that stairs were added to provide easy access to the sea in shallow waters, which was fantastic. It allowed me to go with my children without any difficulty, and I truly appreciated this thoughtful improvement.

I loved how the hotel offered so many choices of delicious food and a wide range of activities for all ages, including fun things to do in the pool, on the beach, and exciting entertainment in the evenings. It was so convenient to have a machine inside the hotel where we could withdraw and exchange money, making everything easy and stress-free. The best part was how the staff made us feel like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where we truly felt at home. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and felt so luxurious, with every detail designed for comfort and relaxation. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there were people working day and night to clean the hotel and keep every corner tidy and shining. Even the gardens were well maintained, with the grass trimmed quietly so we were never disturbed. The entire hotel felt elegant and high-class, with stunning interior design that made every moment special.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The staff Members Tamer, maher , said, , mahmod , ms habiba were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The facilities especially the pool and restaurant ,were excellent and made the stay very relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety and high quality. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for rest and easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at Posh Club in White Hills, we were absolutely blown away. Everything about our stay was flawless – from the stunning facilities and peaceful atmosphere, the incredible sea, to the incredible service that made us feel truly at home. We spent a wonderful week at this resort. The resort is brand new and features one buffet restaurant and two à la carte restaurants (one Italian and one Asian). There is a large selection and variety of food available at all meals throughout the day. The different bars are always open, serving delightful and refreshing cocktails and juices. All areas are cleaned regularly and thoroughly. There are three different swimming pools, and some rooms have a private pool in front of them. It is convenient that the distance from one end of the resort to the other is not too far, so you don't have to spend a lot of time walking to get to the restaurant or the beach. The beach is equipped with numerous beds and umbrellas. It has a dedicated bar with excellent service. The sand is very clean and is reset every evening by rolling for the next day. Access to the sea is via the beach until the jetty is completed. I think it will take a few more months to finish. The underwater scenery in front of the beach is very nice, but if you enjoy snorkeling, I would recommend arranging excursions with the diving center. They are well equipped and very experienced. We went on four excursions: one from the beach and three by boat. The hotel staff is very kind (a special thanks to the waiter Ahmed). We were always in contact with the receptionist via WhatsApp for any needs. If we take another trip to Marsa Alam, we will definitely return here!

Every single detail of our stay was wonderfully curated. The staff kindness and care was beyond expectations. The food offer was broad from breakfast to dinner, breakfast specially was incredible. The drinks at the bar were fresh and perfect for refreshing throughout the day and night. The animation team, specially Mahmoud and Mustafa were super kind and funny, making our nights enjoyable with great shows and fun games during the day at the pool. In occasion of our anniversary the staff made this event even more romantic by surprising us with decorations and fresh desserts in the room everyday. The view from the room front sea was just as incredible as the aesthetics of the whole resort with is minimal yet modern and pleasing in every corner. The gym is perfectly clean and has all the necessary for a basic training, open 12 hours a day, very good extra. The room facilities and comfort were exceptional and the toiletries very high quality. We were so sad to leave such an heaven on earth, but we did with our hearth full. Thank you so much to the staff, we’ll be back soon!

Me and my family loved this amazing resort I 100% recommend this as a resort for leisure the food was extremely fresh and delicious even the icecream was fresh this is the only resort I have been to in egypt that offers fresh juice 24/7 the staff here was exceptionally amazing and kind they have facilities to take care of your needs, the gym needs some more equipment but is great, I must thank the animation team, they were extremely kind and friendly, the atmosphere was also very quiet which was very good, there was a wide range of pools The main pool which was 155cm also had a bar which was a good thing which was amazing, there were 2 other restaurants which were paid but worth every dollar, the rooms were very clean and the furniture was outstanding with a futuristic look not to mention the architecture, this is easily the best resort i have been to and i recommend you try it.

I loved the overall experience at the property. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive especially mr abdel salam , always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views , The room was spacious, clean, and well- designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pools were well-maintained and provided a great space to unwind. Overall, everything about the property exceeded my expectations, making it a truly enjoyable stay.

This is an all-inclusive resort and absolutely brand new (opened in April 2024). The aesthetics of this resort is beyond beautiful - we took so many photos and uploaded them onto Instagram!! Every staff member was exceptionally nice (shoutout to 23 y/o kickboxer Mohamed and bartender Farouk at the first pool and hookah preparers Haithem, Ahmed and Hassan in their beachfront Bedouin tent). My friend and I loved the breakfast at Boscage (main restaurant) - it's a mix of local goodies (beans, eggs, breads, cheeses, yogurts). There were options to eat at other restaurants (Basilco Italian and some other Asian restaurant), but the main restaurant food/buffet was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I loved the swim-up bar at the second pool because there was a DJ from the "animation team" that took our requests. The infinity pool is cool to lay out and enjoy the sun. The reception is absolutely accommodating (thanks for using WhatsApp for easy communication) - I love them all! The housekeepers and luggage folks were really helpful too. I would stay at this Resort again, and definitely recommending it to friends/family. Thank you for an experience that is one to remember!!

We had a wonderful six-night stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Blue in Sharm el-Sheikh. The staff were friendly and helpful from the start, our room was spacious and well-kept, and the facilities are amazing for families – lots of slides, fun entertainment, and even a new VR game room our kids loved every night. The food was excellent and varied, with plenty of options every day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return. Flexibility, kindness and amiability, lot of choice in food. We recommend to take premium room better than jacuzzi suite as too much noise due to the street and ventilators from kitchen.

The Premium Jacuzzi Suite was spectacular. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a cozy seating area and impeccable cleanliness. We were pleasantly surprised with complimentary fruits and wine. The jacuzzi was the highlight of our stay — it was worth every penny. The view from the suite was stunning, adding to the luxurious experience. We also had an amazing time at the spa, where the service and massages were exceptional. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunrise. Keep up the excellent customer service and attention to detail!

Absolutely everything, we had premium jacuzzi room and it was amazing , beautiful sea view , bed were so comfortable , housekeeping Mustafa is the best he put a new water in jacuzzi everyday and left a lot of unexpected surprises for us . Room was very clean . Lovely beach and pool area with a lot of activities , animation team will never let you get bored , everyone is very polite and smiley Nice selection of drinks and meals all day long Parties , festivals , dance , live music ! Amazing hotel with a beautiful room. We had a jacuzzi room which was incredible. So much to do - lots of activities - we did an arabic lesson and a foam party which were both great. So many options for dinner - a highlight was the egyptian restaurant on site - food was delicious. They could not have better drinks service - cocktails and beers served all day long to your sun lounger or dinner table! The drinks were strong and delicious. Huge selection of cocktails. Would highly recommend

We loved our room which was spacious, all the necessary requirements, well positioned with a beautiful view of the sea and beach. Plus we had a jacuzzi which helped us cool down in the late afternoon. The food was varied with lots of choice whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are a number of restaurants to choose from. We loved the Nasaya cafe, which is located close to the beach, which is always a plus.

The Gourmet restaurant is very classy with amazing views, The beach is very cozy and of great privacy, The room is spacious, and the jacuzzi is great

1. Friendly staff specially Mary & Dina. Amjed & Ahmed from concierge. Also buggy drivers were nice. 2. Premium king sea view was nice sea view with sunrise from behind the Sanafeer Strain. Lovely view !! 3. Diving center (Sinai Blue) was very fun with so many activities and friendly staff: Firas, Nick, Hanah and diver Omar & Francisca and all the helping staff. Even though it is a bit pricey but the diving experience was exceptional amazing corals. Ras Nasira RIB dive was more interesting than House Reef dive. 4. It was my birthday and the birthday cake surprise sent to my room was very pleasant and warm. Thank you from my heart. 5. Reef Grill restraunt : was delicious high quality food, excellent staff, and amazing sea view. Also, they celebrated my birthday with a complementary cake which was very kind of them. 6. The Premium King Sea View experience was much nicer than the private pool experience (since no pool privacy and the pool needed engineering for lights and heater) 6. Breakfast was very nice and near the pond at (Zaitona).

The service is most thing that surprised us it’s extremely amazing specially at the beach and pool. The housekeeping super visor Mr. Samir was so gentle and helpful and his team are professional. All four seasons staff were professional and so friendly. Golf car service was indeed helpful and all the drivers were so friendly and nice with my family. Food in the resort was great very good breakfast. Security is controlled, safe. Taxi available outside all the time. Location is good near the airport and 20 minutes to the old market by car. This resort is the best staff service I have ever seen in my all experience for hotels and resorts. Room was perfect and bed was comfortable, bathroom is fully equipped. Luxury resort. Fast checked in and out. Everything was just amazing in this resort. Will come again for sure

It was one of the greatest stays we’ve ever had. From the airport transfer on arrival to the moment we departed, every second was filled with comfort, luxury, and the exceptional care of the highly professional Four Seasons team. A special thank you for the suite upgrade — the room was absolutely spectacular. Spacious, impeccably clean, and wonderfully comfortable. The view was stunning, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and sunlit. The beautifully landscaped grounds, blooming with flowers and trees, made us feel like we were in paradise. The hotel’s vast territory offered more than enough to enjoy a full week without ever needing to leave. The restaurants and bars were exquisite, offering a great variety of delicious options. And SPA! Just in love with it. Thank you once again for an unforgettable experience — we can't wait to return!

Superb hotel, incredible service, amazing food - just outstanding. From the moment you arrive at the resort - the level of detail and service is unreal. Every member of staff is super friendly and always willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay even better. So many options for breakfast, although does become a little repetitive as it's the same everyday. The restaurants around the resort are excellent - a favourite of mine was the Asian and the black cod and sushi is just beautiful. Our daughters took advantage of the complimentary golf buggies everywhere with a quick call! I would recommend downloading the four seasons app as the chat function is brilliant as very responsive and super helpful. It was our second stay and I do wish we'd stayed on the newer side as the restaurants and gym etc are so modern in comparison. On the gym note - this was excellent, huge range of kit available and open 24/7 - and is very quiet so we usually had the facilities all to ourselves. Spa is beautiful and massages highly recommended. Although not a huge fan of being outside the resort - there is plenty to do within so you don't need to venture out, although the soho square just outside is also brilliant to visit and very safe. We've travelled many countries and the service and experience of this hotel is just a different level.

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming — I was greeted with a refreshing drink and a cool towel. Their hospitality truly impressed me. One of the receptionists even speaks Chinese fluently, which was such a pleasant surprise! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent and easy to get around. The beach is clean and beautiful, with a convenient shuttle running between the hotel and the beach — although the distance is short, it’s a nice touch. Since I was here for work, I really appreciated that the Wi-Fi covers the entire resort and is very fast — that’s something rare even in high-end hotels. The food was also amazing, especially the breakfast, which left a deep impression on me with its high quality and variety. It’s a pity that I didn’t have much time to enjoy the sun, sea, and diving because of work, but I hope to come back again with my family next time. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Sharm El-Sheikh, and as someone who travels frequently, I can confidently rate it 10 out of 10.

I liked the high quality service of Mr. Karam at the reception. all staff and workers are great. a la carte restaurants are at a high level of quality. Water slides and rooms are great. animation team are great. beach party is amazing. food at bars are amazing. breakfast is outstanding. dinner is great. shuttle bus available 24 hours from beach to front and back. at night the resort is so romantic. at daylight it is amazing. everything is perfect. There was Ahmad Saad Party for free for guests on 22.8 at TAL Avenue and it was amazing. Thanks a lot.

I stayed at Sunrise Montemare last month, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a vacation. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from every day. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and I really enjoyed trying different dishes throughout my stay. The service was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. I want to say a special thank you to Mohammad Mahdy for his exceptional hospitality and kindness. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Sunrise Montemare to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent food and top-notch service. I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and felt brand new. The Wi-Fi was impressively strong throughout all areas of the property. The sea jetty was a highlight—perfect for snorkeling and a lot of fun. The overall atmosphere was warm and cozy, making it easy to relax. The customer relations team and the manager were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Every comment or request was taken seriously, which made our stay even more pleasant and memorable.

The room was generous, big balcony, huge super comfy bed and pillows (there’s a pillow menu!). Big bathroom with a double sink, both shower and bathtub. The soundproofing on this place is amazing. You can’t hear a beep once you’ve closed the door. Heated pools and jacuzzi but the highlight of the pool area was Ahmed the lifeguard/pool attendant - we felt pampered and well taken care of, always with a smile :) The property overall looks very good, great colours, textures. The staff was so nice and helpful! Great for snorkeling, sunrise and moonrise.

We chose the hotel for our honeymoon. The in-room jacuzzi was our top pick. Its proximity to the airport and the availability of a shuttle service were nice. Its proximity to Soho Square also added a touch of vibrancy to the hotel. It's especially fun to have a good time here at night. The hotel was perfect in every way. The cleanliness and room service were excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel offered a wide variety of food, beverages, and restaurants. They catered to every taste. From the moment we arrived at the Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh, we truly felt like royalty. The welcome was warm and personal, with George and the front desk team making check-in smooth and stress-free. The restaurants are simply exceptional. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with the chefs preparing the most delicious omelettes and surprising us with little treats. The variety in Soho Square is amazing – from fresh seafood at the beachfront restaurant to Italian at Rosmarino, Chinese at Zen, and the fun Hot Rock dining. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are what make this place truly special. Mina at the Adalar restaurant and beach bar is always smiling and such a pleasure to meet. The guest relations team checked in daily to ensure everything was perfect. At breakfast, George Jaries made our mornings brighter, and at dinner, Chef Samir, Medhat, and all the staff provided excellent service. On the beach and by the pool, Ahmed, Mahmoud, Mostafa, and George were constantly attentive, bringing towels, drinks, and snacks. Housekeeping by Mahmoud and Mohamed kept our room spotless, with thoughtful extras every day. If you want luxury, top-quality dining, and the warmest service in Sharm, the Royal Savoy is unbeatable. Very clean place, with amazing food and super friendly staff. Once we arrived we got upgraded to the best suite they have by Mr Khaled Helmy who was super friendly, helpful and generous from the very beginning to the last minute. They allowed us to check out late by 6 hours to be convenient with our flight since they had the chance to. The buffet has lots of different cuisines with great quality. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and very comfortable and clean, we also had jacuzzi in our suite which was amazing. The pools and the beach are also amazing!

Everything was perfect, the staff were helpful, friendly and polite, especially Mr. Khalid, he upgraded our room to a suite with a jacuzzi, this was an unexpectedly nice gesture and he took great care of us throughout the stay, providing all the amenities. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the pool. The main restaurant was very good. There was all kinds of food and it was very delicious. The swimming pools are big enough and very clean. Social activities are provided throughout the day and night by the friendly staff.

Stunning property with many interesting areas, the Marina with a European feel, the beaches, the pools. Very large area so good for walking or jogging when the weather is cooler. The room was spacious and comfortable, not the most luxurious room we’ve ever had in terms of decor, but practical and well equipped. The view from the balcony over the sea was beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had in Egypt. Could always get a sunbed at any time of day except at the large infinity pool where the beds all seem to be taken by breakfast time. Food and drinks were standard Egyptian hotel fayre, we could always find something to eat. Good American coffee at breakfast. We enjoyed the selection of buffet restaurants, was nice to have a variety to choose from. And zero stomach upsets. The gym was nice, had everything we needed and had good aircon. Overall we would return as a couple and would recommend.

The food was good and offered variety. The second massage was excellent – special thanks to Rabab, Riham, and Niamaa, who were truly professional and kind. In the beauty salon, Ibtisam was absolutely amazing – she works with love and care, and we felt very well looked after. The vehicles provided by White Shark transfer service were modern, clean, and comfortable.

Absolutely brilliant. We booked the deluxe jacuzzi room with the honeymoon package for our honeymoon and we’re upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. The room was beautiful and very very spacious staff were really nice and the resort itself is very clean and well thought out. I would definitely be back.

10 star hotel. This resort at the red sea is the best you can imagine. Everything and everyone made our holiday amazing. This is my second stay here, and it was even better then befor. The beautiful surroundings, our sea view room, the delicious food, spotless clean. The people are so kind and friendly. Starting from the reception, the restaurant, the beach bars, lifeguards, room cleaners, managing team. They are not staff, they became are are friends and new family for life. Everyday we went snorkeling at the house reef ras nasrani. It's so stunning and healthy corals and marine life. We felt safe and welcome everywhere. Excellent 2nd stay . In a jacuzzi room in block 1 with amazing views over the beach and Titan Island . Food lovely with plenty of choice . There is evening entertainment however we prefer chilled evenings with a drink after dinner then watching a bit of tv . We prefer getting up early to see the sunrise so are usually in bed by around 22.30! We saw so much more sea life than in March … blue spotted rays and lion fish in the shallow waters . We mixed up pool days and beach days . Staff are a credit to the resort . Mohammed Ashraf in the lobby bar for early morning coffee served with a smile and Sherif at the pool bar . Can’t wait to return . !

The Italian restaurant is good especially the grilled salmon and the soup. The Marhaba restaurant was very good especially the mix grilled sea food and the tajin and the fattet shawerma but the portion of the mix grill is really small and not enough at all for one person The American restaurant is very distinct by the dish of Sirilion Steak which was very exceptional and delicious, I asked and know that it is done by the special steak Chef Mr Ahmed Moheb, also the restaurant manager Mr Reda was very welcoming and helpful and rapid in serving and cooperative. Captain Samy at the snorkeling is very professional and cooperative and respectful. The pools and aqua are very clean and the rescue team are excellent

This is a wonderful review in a beautiful setting. The staff are excellent, and the food is amazing as well. We spent most of our town on the beach and used the adult's beach bar. Malak who works on adult beach bar does the most amazing cocktails. The buffet restaurant staff were also amazing and our room attendant Mohammed who always called me by my first name which was a nice touch. He was very friendly and did an amazing job. The manager of the buffet restaurant also spoke to me after a bad experience, which I appreciated very much.

Took the Jacuzzi suite with Pyramids view, and it lives up to its name. Very clean, very helpful staff, and very comfy.

Excellent service, cozy rooms, and delicious food I stayed at Pyramids Hotel for four nights and had a very pleasant experience. The staff genuinely cares about guests' comfort and was always ready to help with any request. They even offered an extra heater to make the stay more comfortable. The beds were comfortable, the linens were clean, and the housekeeping was quite good —they even made beautiful towel swans with flowers every day. The room had convenient power outlets (both two-prong and three-prong), which was very practical. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with a stunning view of the pyramids—an incredible way to start the day! Dinner was in the restaurant downstairs, and it was absolutely fantastic: delicious dishes, high-quality ingredients, and generous portions. The location is convenient since the hotel is close to the pyramids and the museum. However, it’s not within walking distance, so taking a taxi is necessary. Fortunately, taxis in Egypt are very affordable, so this wasn’t an issue. A special thanks to the hotel staff—Aya, Shams, Mohamoud, and Ahmed. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and always made sure guests felt welcome. Overall, it was a nice stay, and I recommend this hotel!

Property was clearly visible and easy to find upon arrival as our driver was not familiar with the location. Consistent friendly, helpful and professional service provided by all staff around the hotel; reception, bell boys, house keeping and restaurant staff. Location is very quiet in comparison to other parts of Cairo. 5 minute walk from a local bazaar. Booked Uber drivers can be clearly identified upon arrival, and the attendant outside helped us with locating the correct driver. Rooms were clean and modern. Towels and mini toiletries provided for our convenience as well as kettle with tea and coffee. WiFi is great when connected, it kept logging out so I had to keep the voucher code with me but this may be just my phone and nothing to do with the hotel, they were extremely helpful. Food at the restaurant was great but some dishes were as expected like the green salad. The view around was nice but area is still developing. You can see clear view of the GEM as it is also lit up. The Pyramids are further away and is not lit up at night.

It is truly an exceptional hotel. Was close to Giza pyramids and it was the main reason we selected this hotel. However everything else was absolutely perfect. Rooms were spacious and clean, there was a mini fridge with water when we first came with kettle and tea and coffee. Also we were served with hibiscus tea on our arrival. Staff was supper friendly, reception, people who helped us carry luggage and restaurant. We only took breakfast from restaurant because we were outside rest of the time and they have a such a wide range of selection for the breakfast menu. And the taste was amazing. Im so gutted that i lost the piece of paper i wrote the names of the staff that helped us as i wanted to say thanks. But if you guys read this post please know that you made such a difference to our stay and made it vey enjoyable. Will definitely recommend this place for anyone travelling with kids and will come back if we visit Cairo again.

What an elegant and professional hotel. Exquisite views of the pyramids and the massive new museum from the rooftop which had very beautiful furniture. Breakfast buffet had many options to choose from and very kind and professional staff waiting to assist you with a warm and kind smile. Everything was efficient and smooth from the time I booked, where the manager was in contact ensuring that my staff is top tier and that I also not miss out on great activities which are arranged by the hotel which was very convenient as a solo traveller. It was easy to locate in a clean area. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, soft and clean linen, I honestly cannot fault this hotel. The restaurant is also elegant and offers a wide variety of meals and is open 24hours which was very amazing especially if you were out for the day or flew in early hours of the morning. I even got assistance with toiletries as I lost a small bag in my way. I will book again
